Okay first up is customer service outstanding listen this is the first bakery I ever walked into I felt welcomed! I been to so many bakeries in the past and the customer service parts always lacked not here. Now on to the sweets! Listen here you want something made fresh? I've been a loyal customer of this bakery for over 10 years and have even recommended it to my family and colleagues. However, I feel that the quality of some of their baked goods has declined. Today, I stopped by for a mini caramel apple cheesecake, and to my surprise, the price had increased, the portion was smaller, and the texture was noticeably different from what I’ve had before. The cheesecake was unusually soft and less than an inch thick. I can understand a price increase if the portion size remains the same, but raising the price while reducing the quantity doesn’t sit well with me.
Highly disappointed. I basically purchased $50 of frosting. The cake to frosting ratio is off.
The cake was extremely moist. I purchased an already prepared cake, so it may have been old. The cake, what little of it there was, shared the same consistency as the frosting. We ate it straight from the fridge and it was mushy.
This was for my daughter's birthday so what a disappointment. I was recommended here by a local (i didn't want to drive to Whole Foods). I don't recommend. I should of just went to Whole Foods or Nothing Bundt Cake (about the same driving distance from each other).
I ordered a carrot cake for a baby shower and it exceeded my expectations! I sent in a photo and brought in an arrangement and they did an amazing job! Everyone at the shower were blown away at how beautiful it was and it tasted heavenly! It was too sweet. I was so happy to have leftovers! We always go and get items out of the case and love them! This is the first time I had a custom cake made! This is definitely my go to bakery from now on! Wanted to give a huge shout out to the team that made our cake, we couldn’t have been happier!!! Thank you!

Sweet Somethings is the best place in the area for a sweet treat! Whether it's stopping in for just a cupcake or ordering a cake, everything has been delicious in my two years of frequenting the bakery. I ordered two 10" cakes for grandfather's birthday (Death by Chocolate and a Strawberry Shortcake) and everyone was absolutely raving. The cakes were as gorgeous as they were tasty - the birthday writing on the cake was perfect. I was so over the moon with the Strawberry Shortcake that I took the remaining portion to make Sweet Somethings lovers out of some others. All that being said about their yummy goods, they are the most welcoming staff. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Go stop in and grab a treat - we're so lucky to have this bakery in our neighborhood!
Although we had a bad experience a few years ago we came back and gave them another chance. Sweet Somethings has made my kids’ birthday cakes for the last 6 out of 8 birthdays. They make beautiful cakes and this year was no exception. We LOVE the marble cake and it’s the go to birthday cake for my twins. We hope to continue the tradition for years to come.
I came in the other day for the first time to pick up a last minute cake for my son’s birthday. I was pleasantly surprised at the shop’s atmosphere when I first walked in. As I was looking at the options still available in the case, we went with the s’mores cake. We were all blown away by how good the cake was. My wife, who is not a fan of chocolate mousse, stated it was a top five cake of all time for her. We will definitely be going back. Glad to have found this place.
This was my first time trying Sweet Somethings and I was not disappointed! I purchased a variety of items for my son's rehearsal dinner and everything was delicious. Key lime cupcakes and cheesecake, Smores cheesecake, Chocolate chip cookies, and last but not least Cookie dough cupcakes and tarts...all were amazing!

Bagels were good once we came back and got the rest of the bagels they forgot to give us. How hard is it to fulfill the whole order? Then to not even apologize is crazy. Then get home the second time and the spread was 2+ months expired! Save your time and health and go elsewhere next time

I am a food snob, so when I say the Everything Bagel is Chefs Kiss, believe it! I will be going back on Thursday. Last time I had a bagel this good was in Times Square years ago. Thank you so much for making my taste buds happy.
Staff can be good at times, food is just ok but the kitchen area where they make the egg sandwiches is dirty, trash on floor and staff very confused to what their job really is? I’ve been a long time customer and I truely believe that they need a deep cleaning and should retrain staff more regularly!
The cheddar jalapeño bagel is really good by it self. But when u make it sandwich with pork sausage fresh eggs and cheese its so delicious.
Got two bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwiches, a coffee, and a mocha and it was $30. I get it, everything is expensive now, but we were also asked for meat, egg, and cheese, and they automatically put two eggs on each without asking. Make sure to say one egg if that's what you want! They definitely charge for each one. Honestly there are better sandwiches out there if you are going to be spending $9 on them. I got the flavored coffee and it was lukewarm. The mocha was good at least.
I am so annoyed with this place. This was the 2nd time I went to them as I am new to the area. It seems this it the only place to get a bagel in this area, so i tried it again. This time I asked, AND PAID FOR, a TOASTED bagel with extra onion/chive cream cheese and what I got was an UNtoasted bagel, with little to no REGULAR cream cheese!! Sounds petty, but I want what I want! The problem is, you don't know what they decided to give you until you get to where you're going and then it's too late to rectify what they screwed up. Ugh!! Messed my whole morning up. And, like i said, this is the second time this sort of thing has happened. I though the first time was a fluke, but no! This is apparently a regular occurrence. There's like 8 people behind the counter, can't one of them get it right?!

The introduction of self-order kiosks has transformed the ordering experience, allowing customers to easily customize their selections with just a few taps—making it both quick and convenient.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newly renovated Dunkin' Donuts on Concord Pike, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the upgrades they've made. The first thing that caught my eye was their modern and clean layout which instantly gives off a welcoming vibe.
The addition of self-order kiosks was a game-changer for me. The convenience of being able to customize my order with just a few taps on the screen made the whole process quick and hassle-free. Plus, the user-friendly interface made it incredibly easy to navigate.
The self-order kiosks also helped to streamline the ordering process, reducing the waiting time significantly. I didn't have to stand in a long line, and instead, I could breeze through my order and pick it up in no time.
The new layout promotes a sense of fluidity and efficiency. The separate areas for ordering, pick-up, and seating made it so much easier to navigate and find a comfortable spot to enjoy my coffee and donut.
The cleanliness of the renovated Dunkin' Donuts was noteworthy. The staff took great care in maintaining a spotless environment, which further enhanced my overall experience. It's always a pleasure to be in a clean and well-maintained establishment.
The staff at this Dunkin' Donuts were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. They were more than willing to assist with any questions I had or provide recommendations from their extensive menu. Their warm and welcoming attitude added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit.
Overall, the renovation at Dunkin' Donuts on Concord Pike is a massive success. From the convenience of the self-order kiosk to the cleanliness and friendly staff, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend paying a visit and enjoying the new and improved Dunkin'.

The coffee and food has always been mediocre in my opinion but that's just a fast-food coffee shop for you.
The issues I have are the extremely limited seating space paired with the fact that only 1 or 2 tables has access to an outlet... which is vitally important to any coffee spot 🔌💻☕️🥯
My boyfriend went in to fix a coffee that was unbearable to drink, per usual. He went in and calmly explained that this is becoming a problem and it happens a lot and he would like this issue resolved. The guy immediately accused us of ordering the coffee wrong. I always order four caramel and it never tastes like they put any inside. I have a rotation of 3 different stores and this is the only store I have ever even had to ask to remake my drink. After my boyfriend said that we always order four caramel he immediately became violent and started threatening to fight my boyfriend. He asked my boyfriend to “swing” on him. Causing a huge scene in the dunkin all over him asking them to fix my coffee. To top everything off corporate was contacted the same day. We were said that we would receive a call in 2 days from the store owner in two days and it has nearly been a week with no action to resolve this issue. This place is horribly managed and will no longer be receiving my business as I have been more than patient with them and modified my order so they would make it right.
Very disappointed by the coffee. I ordered a cappuccino with hazelnut flavor. I did not taste any hazelnut flavor at all. It was also very bitter and didn't taste sweet at all. When we addressed this, we were told that it is a non-sweetened flavor. That is not my understanding of a favored coffee: I pay for it, but don't taste anything!
I love this place! I'm a loyal customer. The young lady with the beautiful smile always makes my mornings brighter and my coffee perfect.

The store provides excellent service, as observed on a Saturday morning around 11:30 am when there was not much of a crowd. The staff members are welcoming, attentive, and efficient in providing quick service. Additionally, the seating arrangements outside of the store are enjoyable, resembling a mall-style setup.
Marissa the shift manager on duty (at the Concord Mall Wilm,DE location) was exceptional she made me a fresh pepperoni pretzel that was the BEST I'd ever had in all my Auntie Anne's pretzel eating experiences. The staff was friendly and looked to work well together. The line got busy but the 3 lovely ladies working got the line down fast and with great customer service. Good store , we stopped by on Saturday morning 11:30 ish and there were not a crowd. We were served with hot pretzel and staffs are friendly , attentive , quick service. Like the seating outside of the store and it was mall setup though.
This is a sad store and doesn’t get many customers. It’s evident that this store does poorly and a big factor is the customer service. The employees are loitering around and when you get their attention, they are extremely rude.
My wife and I came ordered a pretzel dog and a cinnamon pretzel. I was served my food without a wrapper , none of the food on the counter were wrapped , or in a container. When I went back to ask for my food to be wrapped, he stated that they’re discontinuing wrapping on food. This tells me a lot no time on the food so IDk when the food was cooked or how they are keeping track. No one had on gloves , the location did not look CLEAN, we also found blonde hair in our food 🤮🤮🤮🤮! This was the WORSE food service I have ever seen and experienced. I am appalled at this experience. I feel bad for everyone that ordered food at this location. This was our first and last time.
Worst one I’ve visited. Young man working this afternoon, 12/16/23, working on mobile orders, was either high on illegal or legal drugs. He was in outer space and could barely work. He read my order receipt minimum 25 times and took another 10 minutes to pack my order once the pretzel nuggets were ready. It was embarrassing to watch. And the lead or manager in charge was just as bad, enabling the behavior and texting on her phone when it was super busy.
Went to this place at about 1 o’clock on 12/21/23. The young man with long dark hair took my order as he was eating pretzel with his mouth full of food. Then proceeded to get my food and drink without washing his hands ! I could still see the cinnamon on his hands from when he was eating the pretzel…disgusting. Needless to say I will not be eating my pretzel.
Called an hour before our scheduled pick up to confirm my order, told that it might be a few minutes after the pickup time. Came in at 430, and they hadn’t even started my order. I didn’t walk out the store until 5. And I heard her tell other customers that they weren’t making any more pretzels, when they’re still scheduled to open for 3 more hours. Just poor customer service all around, there was no offer for compensation or apologies. Just bad service.
Is it just me or do they never want to honor the rewards program? Only been here a few times and they always claim their machine doesn't work to scan the QR code. Then when you give them the code to key in, they still claim they can't. Funny none of the other locations have this problem. Last time going there.

Shout-out to Aiden at this location who normally works the night shifts. His customer service expertise is above and beyond and he sure knows how to whip up a mean coffee when I request one. I’m not gonna be messy but his hair has a look that can be put in a ponytail. He seems young just pretty much wants to be quick and not accurate. If i order glazed and old fashioned munkins does it make sense to give me glazed and chocolate because old fashioned wasn’t available or take your time and be smart about it n just give me all glazed is what i would do if one wasn’t available especially for online orders ..🤷🏾♀️ and as I’m doing work in my office sipping coffee i basically choked on these lovely coffee beans so this is the second time this same man made my order n did whatever and now i need to check my coffee too get great
Solid location with nice staff. The one thing that would be nice is if the donuts could be ready with the rest of the items at pickup, though obviously that’s not possible if they are out of stock.
I ordered a coffee and a sandwich. The chunky girl making my sandwich was scratching her head in the middle of making my sandwich. I asked her to wash her hands and put new gloves on and remake my sandwich and she said she didn't do anything wrong so she wasn't going to remake it. I asked the person at the counter her name and asked for a full refund. Because Lori refused to wash her hands and put new gloves on I will never come back and I will tell everyone I know not to go to that one
This place is always so slow in the morning even if you order ahead of time. I’m not sure if they need to employ more staff but I will never order in the morning again.

My recent experience at this location, which unfortunately did not meet the high standards I’ve come to expect from your brand. During my visit, I noticed that the cashier was particularly friendly and accommodating to other customers, which made my own experience feel even more disappointing. When it was my turn, I encountered a rather rude attitude that left me feeling unwelcome. It was disheartening to see such a stark contrast in customer service. I ordered some hash browns that were served cold, which was quite unappetizing. To add to my frustration, many of the items I wanted were out of stock, limiting my choices significantly. I appreciate the quality that Dunkin Donuts is known for, and I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future customers.
This location seems to be under new management has gone downhill extremely long wait times and i use the mobile app not ready when i arrive usually have to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes for a latte.
The only think I disliked was the fact that when I asked for an assorted dozen, I pick a couple that I didn't realize were in the non original dozen category. Cashier proceeds to put them in the box without warning and proceeds to tell me he has to charge me extra AFTER THE FACT.
Let me know as I pointed them out that they were more expensive. Common sense.....🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

Very polite. Service is always fast. Even though I only visit two or three times per week they always seem to know my usual order not forgetting the few ice cubes in my coffee. The only knock on them is that it seems their prices go up like every other week even if it's just a nickel or dime.

They’re normally good. The lady saw me struggling with the app trying to get an activate my deals. She rang my drink up then I came back and bought the deal I wanted, but the deal said it required to purchase. I bought the five dollar drink and she still didn’t give me the deal and she said oh well you didn’t do it. You had to buy a drink That was the worst.
With so many dunkins in the area, this one has my loyalty. Due to an unforseen circumstances I wasn't able to pick up my donuts and tea for a couple hours. When i finally got there, the lady at the desk was super nice and made me a fresh tea. I really appreciated that gesture. And the donuts are always delicious.
3 aunties keep talking to one another and don’t pay attention to the order. I asked for wake up wrap without bacon. The person at cashier understood my order and passed it on to the person making the food. But looks like she was busy chak chak with her buddies and ignored the order. Burst over cooked hash browns were served.

They burn everything here. Toasted doesnt mean burnt black. Please turn you over down and I'll change this review. Other than that they are pretty good with everything else but this is a pretty big issue.
The ladies who work there are so nice, me and my friend often go after swim practice, and we always try to tip when we can. Even when we cannot tip they are always very nice, and we personally think that they make the best drinks out of all the dunkins we’ve been to.
Placed a mobile order and it was completed right away. Made perfectly. Staff was friendly. Store was clean and inviting.

Made a detour to that location to get my regular breakfast only to find out that they didn’t have any hot chocolate available. However, the classic glazed donuts and sugar maple bacon sandwich croissant was excellent. Also something was a little annoying while waiting in line: you can hear the alarm panel announcing “front door open” every time someone open the door.
Stopped at this location for the first time the other day and then again today hoping for a better experience. Both times the cashier was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable for asking if they have a specific donut. The donuts I did receive were stale, and combined with the poor service, I'll go elsewhere
Terrible, corporate should look into this store and the so called managers or shift leader. I was in line behind a Karen who didn't like her drink, so instead of just remaking it the Spanish woman that I normally see just started berating what appeared to be a new employee, you don't do this in front of customers, not to mention it seemed like it was the kids first day or so. Won't be going back here, as a person who works in HR This was a disgrace and a failure of leadership.
Good go-to centralized Dunkin. Some of the employee's clearly had the look on their face of not wanting to be there so I knew the food/coffee would be mediocre that day - however the other times I've come here have been great.
Usually everything is fine. Unless it's a simple bagel. They're always half burt and half "raw". Always the littlest swipe of cream cheese that'll barely cover 1 side of the bagel. There is no option on the app or online otherwise to request "more"(should just be covered on both side, it's not a sandwich) and when you say anything it's attitude from the manager that the associate has to report the complain to. Associates are always nice, polite, and understanding.
Second time I ordered a sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese and it is was hard as a rock. I went in and asked them to remake it and the top was a little bit softer but the bottom almost broke my teeth, and this was the remake. Couldn’t eat it. Bagels aren’t fresh.
Waited almost 20 minutes stuck in the drive thru. Slowest Dunkin EVER!

I googled to see what time they closed. I mistakenly thought they closed at 8pm. So I ordered from the app at 640pm.
As my love and I were driving to do a U-turn, saw that the Dunkin (Naamans Rd) was dark. We pulled up, and someone came to the door and opened it for us.
It was after 7, and they waited for us to show up. This has been our dunkin for a while now, mind you, there is a dunkin (Philadelphia Pike) 3 minutes from us.
We will take the extra time to come to this dunkin on Naamans Rd, because their coffee is always amazing. Delicious food, always a smile.
Even if my love isn't there, they always ask for her and see how everyone is doing.
Beware! This location doesn’t make their drinks correctly and purposely skimps out on swirls. I order dunkin 5 days a week and I know my drinks. I pay extra for more pumps of swirl. I started noticing this location is not putting in the correct amount and adding liquid sugar instead. So let’s say you have a drink that’s suppose to have 3 pumps of pumpkin, they will only do one and then add sugar to make it sweet so you think you’re getting the right amount. I had a friend go in with me who works at a dunkin location when it wasn’t busy and we ordered a drink. She watched them make it and sure enough they don’t put the proper amount. I knew something was up when I could hardly taste the flavor. Since pumpkin has been out, it’s my go to drink. When made correctly it’s great. If you order from this location your drink will taste like an iced coffee with no flavor. Terrible that they cheat their customers that way. Don’t use this location or at least don’t pay extra for more flavor.
They also don’t know how to follow directions, less ice and they still fill it to the top of the ice line. If it’s Indian owned stay away!
This is the second time I’ve paid 3.50 for a bagel and I got a bagel that wasn’t toasted and looks like we’re rationing cream cheese like we’re in the Great Depression
I thought that maybe my coffee not tasting good was just a one time thing and it was no big deal. I’ve gone back a couple more times and my coffee is consistently not good. When I go to other locations it’s lighter in color and sweet and delicious. Unfortunately it was bitter and just not good over and over again here, so I stopped going. I also asked for extra almond milk once and was charged almost 6 dollars for a medium iced coffee. I ordered the same exact coffee at another location and it was my normal 3 dollars and some change. I think additional training is needed here.
Love them! I don't drink coffee but they offer so much more! Always enjoyable, tasty and with so many options always something new or different to try. BTW, I may not drink coffee but I love the smell + my husband tells me the Dark Roast coffee is the best!!!

I had high expectation for this newly renovated Dunkin’ store. I understand that all employees are new. Keep in mind about “sense of urgency.” Get another trash can somewhere inside the store! Consider to reset the standing line, I think employees sometimes unable to notice someone is waiting! If you are busy making someone’ Order, let the person in line know that you’ll be right with them. Focus on customer service and smile! Best of luck!

Auntie Anne's is a global network of counters that offer a wide range of sweet and savory soft pretzels topped with various condiments and dips. Today, at 3:45 in the afternoon, I had the opportunity to visit this establishment and I must say, I was highly impressed. The staff members were kind and polite. My order consisted of a large portion of pretzel nuggets accompanied by honey mustard sauce.
Shout out to the team working in the evening of 5/9/2024. Especially Kenaz, he was friendly, kind, and courteous to us. My son Joseph was so happy and said that he made his night with his positive attitude, he even said he wants to work there when he grows up! And of course, the pretzels were delicious and perfect!! 😋 Thank you, guys! ❤️

This was my first time to this location, and sadly will be my last. The location appeard to be well kepted and clean, but the attitude of the staff can use a revamp. Some much-needed additional training in customer service is a start. When I approached the counter and placed my order the gentleman seemed annoyed that I was there. I ordered a regular pretzel and a hot dog pretzel. He tossed my order on the counter and nearly slid off onto the floor. I still politely thanked him and told him to have a nice day.. Surprisingly no response, but as I was walking away a women thanked me from the back of the store. When inspecting the food the pretzel was good, but the hot dog pretzel was not appealing or appetizing. I know it's hard for businesses these days to keep staff who actually want towork, but a little love goes a long way.
Well this was the last time I will patronize this business.
Apparently it was bought out by foreigners.
You would THINK that at 5pm when people are coming in after work and are out shopping that you would have a good selection on hand. But nooooo.
Plain pretzels, one pretzel dogs, and one sweet almond was all they had.
No longer do they have the sour cream and onion or garlic flavors. No pepperoni. No raisin, no jalapeño. And the store was empty. They didn't even have mustard out.
So I ended up getting one pretzel dog, one almond and one cup of cheese, cost me over $10!!!!

Purchased cinnamon and sugar bites and absolutely TERRIBLE! It is a shame how certain places are brought by "certain people" and the quality of the food changes. I will NEVER bring my service here again. The pretzels are old, hard & barely seasoned with sugar. Take your service to Christiana mall instead. This place here should be CLOSED. I don’t understand why this place has gone downhill. The mall has better pretzels, but it’s the same recipe? Thank god my pretzel was free yesterday because rewards, it was cold and chewy. I’ve come here since I was little, but the past couple times I’ve gone here the pretzels are either super doughy or cold and chewy.
Came in with my daughter around 3pm. Ordered 2 small cinnamon pretzel bites to go. When i got home and took out the bites out of the bag they had little to no cinnamon on the pretzels. This is the second time this has happen. Not happy at all.
Went to prices corner Ayntue Ann's on Friday June 23rd at 8:11pm (51mins before close.) Asked for 4 pretzels for me and the kids. The guy said he only has 2, I asked he could make more he said "no we don't make more". I'm not sure honestly but at about an hr before close I would think you would still service customers.

Heard about this bakery via social media, decided to go try it and wasn't disappointed. I tried an assortment of sweets along with two of the rustic deli sandwiches.
The best of what I sampled for me, is the
"Italian job" sandwich, the cannolis, the homemade pop-tart (wished it had more filling 'cause it was delicious.) , and lastly the wedding cookies were decent. ^^

So disappointed. I wanted to love this place. They were recommended by a friend that goes frequently. I mentioned it to another who warned they did not enjoy their crumb cake or cinnamon buns but I decided to take the risk anyways. For a large tray of italian cookies it was $115 and while they look cute the flavor is extremely disappointing, all were incredibly dry & very artificial tasting. It also says on the website that it was supposed to include mini cannolis which were not included on the tray. I've had better cookies from a grocery store unfortunately. I'm only giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly and accommodating. Maybe their deli is better but I can't recommend them for desserts.
We ordered themed cookies for my daughter’s birthday, and they were incredible! The bakery was so easy to work with and the end product was truly a highlight of the day. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!
Don’t pass by Sprinkles! We stopped by for sandwiches and they were excellent! The meatballs on the meatball sub were garlicky and flavorful. Obviously home made. The American cutlet sandwich was great too! The store was really cute and all the baked goods looked tasty. Highly recommend. I am sorry it took us so long to stop.
We've been here a few time since it opened and each time we have sampled something new! The tomato pie is amazing and the cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party were a hit (also very reasonably priced). Staff is super friendly too - we are lucky to have this right down the street!!! Our new go-to bakery!
Picked up a cake for a family dinner. The icing was an odd consistency (very hard). The cake was sort of dry and didn’t have great flavor. Very unfortunate because I really wanted to like this place. I will try again maybe it was an off day.
We have visited the bakery a number of times and absolutely loved everything we’ve tried- from the cookies, to cupcakes and especially the Tandy cake. We recently ordered some items for a birthday party: a large cake, mini cannoli, and a tomato pie, and everything was outstanding.
I had been hoping for a few years that a bakery/cafe would open at this small shopping mall and so glad when sprinkle was officially in business!!! I haven’t had a chance to taste the italian food yet, however, the frosted cookies and cupcakes were delicious. The cookies were buttery and the frosting was just how I like it, delicate with the right amount of sweetness. The cupcakes were also great! Will need to come back for the chicken cutlet sandwich.

Visited this Dunkin on a Saturday and the restroom was foul. Came back on Monday and it was in worse condition. There’s a sticker on the window that says “OUR RESTROOMS ARE DEEP-CLEANED
AND DISINFECTED AT LEAST EVERY
60 MINUTES.” That’s a straight up lie for this location. The toilet seat wasn’t even secured to the toilet and fell off immediately when touching it. Looks like they’re too lazy to put the toilet paper in the holder as well since both times it was not in the holder despite being a new roll. It looks like the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was no soap on Saturday and no soap when I returned on Monday. I’ve been to music festival Porto-potties in better condition than this bathroom. Staff is friendly and the food fine but that bathroom is a health code violation for sure.
This is the closest Dunkin to me and every time I go the short lady is ALWAYS rude. I ordered a coffee thinking it I ordered an iced and she gave me hot and when I said something she started being all aggressive saying “you ordered hot!” Blah blah blah yes it was my mistake but you don’t have to be rude about it. I normally am not a confrontational person so I had said something to her and took the coffee. She always makes me feel rushed when I order and doing so makes me forget what I even ordered because it was a quick thing.
Had door dash just deliver my order. Food was disgusting unable to even eat. Ordered Chipotle aolli hashbrowns. Bacon in the hashbrowns was so burnt I couldn't even eat. Ordered a everything bagel with sausage egg and cheese. Bagel so hard couldn't even bite into it coffee delivered with no sugar. Do better!
The one star is for the Caucasian lady who works here! Very sweet and patient considering her working environment! She was the only one who was calm and collected! Everyone else in there rude and screaming and couldn’t get their ish together! She deserves the star! I wished I could have hugged her! This is one of the worst I've ever been to... it's really dirty and on top of that they really don't care about how you get your coffee/ drinks, order it one way and get it however the person making it feels like giving it to you. Sunday- Middle of day, very few patrons. Donuts about empty but enough for my order. Yummy!!! Have taps viewable for its cold brews.
I will no longer go to this Duncan, every time I do I go through the drive-thru and the heavyset Indian lady that works the drive-thru in the morning is very rude and unprofessional and with all the complaints they get on her I don't understand how she still has a job there.

I ordered a cold foam cold brew and a 10 piece munchkins through drive through. The wait time was long. When I received my order I had to ask them to put the cold foam since they never did and when they did put it on it was very thin layer. They also never mixed the flavor in my coffee. Over all, every time I get a coffee from here it doesn’t taste right because they either didn’t let the coffee steep long enough or they put too much ice when brewing it.
It's unfortunate when the tag on the coffee tells you what to put in it for the customer and the lady making them does not understand enough English to make it correctly. No I'm not just saying something like that to be rude. I'm saying that because when I asked for a fork, she didn't know what I was saying and eventually got a knife. I've complained because the Large Caramel Original Coffee with 8 Sugars and whole milk with an espresso shot is always not right. Missing sugar or milk or even the Carmel is not put in the coffee. The manager man with longer hair got an attitude that "I make the coffee the way it says" meanwhile he's not the one making it so how exactly do you know what was done? Consistently missing small items like hashbrowns I get for my son. Extremely disappointed.
I only go hear bc it’s near my job and my order is never right at this one. When I order bagels I always get it toasted and half the time they don’t toasted it and barely puts any cream cheese on it. There is only enough cream cheese for half your bagel

Very bad customer service or staff at this location. We stopped by the store and we were waiting there at least 5 min but the employee (lady) noticed us but did not care to ask what we want or greeted us to wait while she finish her work. Even if the food is good here the staff make it worst possible experience for customer to come back again. We ordered just the pretzel and left the store. Location is good , parking might be tight because many small store occupying the space with traders joe in the same complex. Clean store and I find the staff could improve on their front end handling.
Staff super rude they sold me burt pretzel dog nuggets and hid them in the bag when I came back with them they were rude and stated I could not have a refund only exchange for other plain nuggets or wait 20 mins for new nuggets. I decided to wait since it would not be an equal exchange. While waiting my 3 yr daughter had to use the bathroom and I started walking to the bathroom I was yelled at that the bathrooms were out of order, even though I just seen a previous guest use it. when next door where the staff there was super friendly. I will not go here again. I wish I could give negative stars. Staff needs service training and those first order should never have been sold. They were sold black with charcoal spots. Horrible.
The guy at the counter rushed me to leave a review before processing my order. I ordered. He then asked me to scan the QR code. I did so, placed my phone down and proceeded to pull out my card. He then said to me. “Can you put through your 5 star review through first? Select 5 star for each and type a review.” I asked him to complete my order before I put the review through and he just looked at me. As if he wasn’t going to process my order unless I left a 5 star review. Not good customer service!
Always the worst service at this location. There is never anything prepared and usually a 15 minute wait. I called and asked if I could place an order ahead of time as I was short on time and was told I could order online, after a very difficult and confusing phone call. I placed an order online, waited outside in my car for the usual 15 minutes, came instead to get my order and was told it would be 15 more minutes. Seriously?? I would just leave except I already paid. This is now almost a 45 minute event just to get two pretzels.
I’ve gone here several times.. I always order small cinnamon sugar nuggets, they usually only have large ( obviously cost more) they put what they have in a small cup.. today was a totally different story.. I was told they could not do that bc it would waste a cup AND I couldn’t wait bc they were not making any more small orders— it was 5pm!!! Negative stars should be a thing

They’re never ready when they open!!!! , I hate coming here in the morning when working with DoorDash , this puts a delay on my money I am making every time I come here around 10:22 am they have nothing ready . And always tel me it’s going to be a 30 minute or the other lady says they don’t open until 11 am when the door sign says 10am, I shouldn’t have to wait at all . I don’t get paid hourly this always affects my job and puts it at risk 😡
