Just to start, I do not like dentists, due to bad treatment received years ago. But how Raby road have changed that, they are fantastic, excellent at what they do and are definitely the best dental practice I have ever been too. I’ve needed a few different courses of treatment in recent years, and at the time, I often would have rather buried my head in the sand than gone through with any of it. But the folks here have made it as easy and stress-free as you could hope for, so getting that treatment hasn’t been a big deal — which is no small thing to a semi-reformed nervous patient.
In particular, Gareth and Danielle, along with the excellent team they work with, have always taken great care of me, and I’m really grateful for their patience and skill. Likewise, the reception team is an incredibly accommodating bunch; I’ll credit myself with making progress as a nervous patient, but I will forever be ill-at-ease on the other end of the phone, and they’ve always been great with me.
I have been attending this practice for about 12 years now and have always found everyone to be polite, friendly and professional.

My wife and I have been patients of MGrath Dental Clinic for several years and we have always been impressed by the high quality of care provided by the whole dental team, including implants by Liam, hygeinist treatment by Danielle and yesterday Gareth performed a molar extraction for my wife and a root canal filling for me. The treatment for both of us was entirely pain free and the root canal treatment (which I was a little aprehensive about) was amazing. I was shown the X ray of the completed canal fillings and could hardly believe how finely the canals had been treated. The staff in this practice (including the reception staff) are all extremely friendly and also highly professional!

From the moment I stepped through the doors of McGrath and met Gareth and his team, I knew I was in safe hands. Whilst I initially had my reservations about Invisalign treatment, seeing the start and estimated finish point was incredible! I was clearly informed of the whole process, including easily setting up a very reasonably charged finance agreement. Despite my specific treatment needing a large number of appointments, I have really enjoyed Gareth and his team's company and even shared a few mid-procedure laughs, with the final appointment being sad to be the last! Overall, I have gained much more confidence smiling than I ever had thanks to Invisalign, and Gareth's patience every time he showed me the mirror. It is fair to say that I despise going to the dentist due to a completely irrational fear instilled in me as a child.
I attended my first appointment a trembling mess, however, from waking into the building and meeting the friendly reception team, to being introduced to my now dentist, Dr Rachel Mossman, I couldn’t have been happier.

Im not scared of the dentist, more scared of anaesthetic as it feels like it doesnt agree with me, they accommodated my wishes of not wanting it and used something else and after feeling a little woozie and not feeling right they let me have some time for some fresh air and to calm down, which i appreciate they are probably back to back so things like that probably mess there schedule up. I decided to go private after constantly being unhappy with NHS dentist work (personal opinion) and so glad I found Dr Miller as I didnt feel rushed, felt like they really give me the time I needed for the appointment and didnt feel a thing during treatment. I arrived with my teeth looking like a row of bombed houses, in severe pain, feeling miserable and had all-but given up hope anything could be done.
Ian and Chris explained clearly and concisely what they would do to sort me out. Then they got on with it and just five weeks later I cannot believe the transformation!
We're not quite there yet, still need some scheduled work to complete the job, but the difference they have made to my teeth - and thus to my life - in such a short space of time has been astonishing.

I had an tooth extraction and implant preparation procedure today undertaken by Inigo and his team. Inigo informed me of every aspect of the procedure and what to expect. I had the initial anaesthetic and after 15 minutes Inigo started. I can honestly say that I didnt feel a thing. I am so pleased to have found this excellent dental practice several years ago. It's an 100 mile round trip but worth the journey for the care and attention I've received. Every action is explained as we go along so no unpleasant surprises and very little or no pain. Amazing, not cheap but worth the cost for the level of skill and confidence the lovely staff instill. Excellent dental practice with highly skilled and caring staff. Ian is professional, innovative and caring with extensive dental knowledge . He takes time to explain treatments and never rushes from one patient to another. He has managed to establish a lovely and also highly skilled team around him who as the first point of contact are a credit to the practice. Halfway through various bits of treatment but my mouth feels better than it has for such a long time. Lots more to go but it’s lovely to actually trust the people who are treating you and to know they are honest, professional and sincere. Would recommend to anyone.

Really pleased to have been able to secure an emergency appointment on the same day I called after cracking my rear mollar.
Suprised to have issues in activating the X-ray software system in the surgery on the right which was then followed by the X-ray beam positioning arm being faulty and unable to take an X-ray.
Moved to the surgery on the left and were able to complete the X-ray and procedure.
Pain free procedure delivered with care was key and absolutely appreciated.
Just doesnt create initial confidence when there are multiple set-up issues

Found this practice on-line.and rang to see if they were taking on new patients. Bev who I spoke to said they had a plan at the practice. I joined the plan and have not looked back. The customer service is second to none. All the staff are very friendly and it's a happy atmosphere amongst them all. The dentist Ru has been exceptional and saved my molar which had given me so much trouble. I'm pleased with the overall care and professional way she has treated me. Denise the hygienist is also very good and really friendly and has great advise. I would definitely recommend my dentist surgery to anyone looking for that special treatment.
Called same day for a dental emergency they were able to fit me in same day without a problem! I’m someone that is terrified of the dentist I was made felt welcome and reassured the whole time. I felt 0 pain and was talked through my procedure step by step! I don’t think I could have gotten myself thought it if it wasn’t for the amazing staff at Bromborough dental practice! Thank you so much! 10/10
