Enjoyed a lovely meal here on a sunny afternoon, there wasn’t a table available when we arrived but they booked us in for an hour later. The service from Scott was fab ⭐️ whole experience was enjoyable.

We went for the Wednesday two courses for £30 and were surprised at how good the food was. We are both veggie and had the falafel/paella - both really nice. Perhaps an additional veggie starter could have tempted us into the 3 course menu - we felt that was slightly lacking. We absolutely loved how friendly the staff were. Every single staff member had a great blend of kindness, politeness and professionalism. Overall it was a great way to get out for quality time whilst still not breaking the bank.

Ego: A Father's Day Feast to Remember Ego Mediterranean Restaurant provided the perfect setting for a pre-Father's Day celebration with my daughter, a delightful precursor to the actual day's commitments. From start to finish, our meal was a testament to culinary excellence and impeccable service. To commence our gastronomic journey, I opted for the calamari, a choice I did not regret. Each piece was cooked to perfection, boasting a remarkable freshness and a light, superbly seasoned batter that enhanced rather than overwhelmed. The portion was judiciously sized, setting an exemplary standard for the courses to follow. My daughter, a discerning connoisseur of soups, selected the leek and potato soup of the day. Her endorsement was unequivocal; she declared it outstanding and a dish she would readily reorder, a testament to its comforting yet refined flavour. For our main courses, the standard remained exceptionally high. My Pizza Gamberoni was a triumph. The sourdough base, a hallmark of quality, was perfectly cooked, providing a delightful foundation for the generous and exceptionally fresh prawns. For those with a penchant for the briny depth of anchovies, this pizza comes highly recommended. My daughter's choice, the cod and mussels, encountered a slight hiccup with the absence of mussels. However, our waiter, Dominic, handled this with admirable grace, offering prawns as a substitute. This proved to be a serendipitous exchange, as the dish was nothing short of excellent, with the cod perfectly flaky and moist. To conclude our memorable meal, I indulged in a classic Irish coffee, a warming and satisfying end. My daughter's cherry and almond crumble with custard was equally impressive, a comforting and flavourful dessert that capped off a superb dining experience. Our evening was made all the more enjoyable by the exceptional service provided by Dominic. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth elevated our visit from merely a meal to a truly delightful occasion. If every dining experience were graced with such a dedicated and personable server, the world of culinary exploration would undoubtedly be a more consistently pleasurable one. Ego, with its superb food and outstanding staff like Dominic, has certainly earned its place as a must-visit establishment.

I went with my friends to celebrate my birthday and had such a fantastic time! The food was gorgeous and we were served by Kelsey, Jess and James, who honestly couldn't have been nicer. They made the whole experience so lovely and enjoyable, and the team also surprised me with a little birthday dessert and song after they realised I was there celebrating! I've been there so many times before and will definitely keep going back, I can't recommend it enough.

Absolutely amazing meal, the food, ambience and service was amazing. Special shout out to Dominic, he truly made my mothers birthday a memorable one, even down to the little candle on her pudding (lovely touch, he remembered as I mentioned it briefly at the start). Would highly recommend Ego to anyone, for a relaxed lunch, first date or family meal - it’s perfect.

First time at this Toby Carvery, first time we've been to any for a few years. We ordered a couple of regular carveries with the wonderful staff who looked after us at our table. Upon receiving the beef from the lad who appeared to be in carving training his tutor instructed him to cut it thinner in the future. Now that lad was doing just fine, and I only just about received sufficient, if I had been the next customer behind I would not have been happy. Mash potato was awful, carrots and peas tasteless, Yorkshire pudding and green beans decent. It will be a few years again before I visit a Toby carvery.

Visited 12/04/25 and it was probably the nicest breakfast from a Toby Carvery I have ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and was hot, fresh and tasty! Excellent availability across all dishes. Restaurant was clean and the service was great. Be sure to validate your parking via the machine on entry for free parking.

What a terrible experience We came here as the Blackpool one had shut! Waited along time our meal tickets and then for food to be refreshed the Yorkshire puddings looked like pancakes It was evident staff were off as the one guy was running around like a headless chicken the place was filfty as you can see in photos lots of dirty tables around I wanted to help him clear them! We could enjoy our meal as my anxiety was through the roof and the uncleanliness of the place! Bring Toby Blackpool back please

I have to start with the incredible service we received here. Tegan was very helpful taking me through the allergy menu for the carvery to let me know what contained milk and egg. This has been the best service experience I have had ever. The food was very tasty. Turkey moist. Gammon tender and juicy. Roasties crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The stuffing was tasty, but was not firm. I think it needed cooking a bit longer. The parsnips and Carrots were fresh and beautifully cooked, not mushy, a bit of a bite. The gravy was very rich and moreish. Also, I wanted to mention the size of the Yorkshire pudding wrap for anyone considering it.

Had a great meal at Toby Carvery! It was a busy night for them and they were so professional and organised. We were looked after by the wonderful Jillian, who even though she was having to run around alot was kind, patient and smiley. She recommended dishes and deals to us and was an absolute joy to interact with! Having worked in the service industry for awhile i know how important it is to treat our servers with respect and kindness and Jillian returned the same sentiment to us the whole night. She is an asset to your team!!!

We visit often and this is by far the best carvery in the Blackpool/St Annes area. We particularly enjoy it when Michelle is waiting on the tables. She is always really friendly and professional but also great fun. We often take our friend who has a disability and significant special needs and she always makes a big effort with him despite his peculiarities.

Good Toby Carvery, good service and usually selections of both food and drink you'd expect. You must enter your vehicle registration when you arrive to avoid parking fines. Great location. Outdoor area could do with some tlc, but understand that would be difficult with being a beach side location. All in all, a great place to enjoy a roast dinner 🍽.

First impressions count…A very warm welcome from the staff on arrival, which set the tone for the evening. Staff were attentive, but not intrusive and the food was excellent. We had the mixed platter and left feeling full after having enjoyed a wonderful meal. We will definitely visit again if in Lytham.

Lovely restaurant with fantastic staff and tasty food. Have been visiting regularly and always have a wonderful time. Meals are large portions, always gorgeous and fresh. The owner, Veli, and one server in particular, Erin, are always a delight to interact with and incredibly willing to accommodate. The mixed mezze is a huge favourite

Food taste great, service is fast and spot on Spacious dining area with a beautiful sea view. Lamb chops is my recommendation. We were walked in not made any appointment and welcomed by Veli. Would recommend to friends and family.

We dined here on Saturday evening and enjoyed everything about this wonderful restaurant. It oozes a warm, welcoming family atmosphere and it’s a real holiday experience. The food was delicious and we spilled out onto the outside area and watched the sunset. Thank you to the staff and excellent chefs who are clearly visible to the guests. It was wonderful seeing our dishes being cooked in front of us and the warm welcome and farewell were an added bonus.

Had a recent lovely meal, with friends. A nice welcome and friendly staff is very welcoming. We all had something different to eat, hot and very tasty food. Nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely recommend and we will return.

If I was to sum this visit up in one word it would be impressive. Have been meaning to visit for a while now. Upon entering first impressions were very good. We entered into a large unused dining area. Lunches were being served off to the side in another large room. 4 or 5 steps down into it which would make access for wheelchair user almost impossible. The room looked immaculate. Very tidy and clean. I had already looked at the menu online and I ordered from the 2 course lunch time menu priced at £ 15.95. You have a choice of 7 starters and 8 mains. I ordered Calarmari to start with and a ham and mushroom pizza for my mains. My fellow diner ordered a Tiggis pizza from the a la carte menu at £13.90. We also ordered a portion of chips at £4.95. For drinks we ordered a pint of San Miguel. This was only £5.50. Many pubs are charging more than that today. I ordered a large lime and soda. For this I was charged £1.10. That’s ridiculously cheap. My starter was excellent. Good sized portion and very tasty. The pizzas the same. Plenty of toppings. Lovely crisp base. Chips as well were excellent. However, they were missed off the bill which I only noticed much later. But don’t t be fooled into thinking they tasted so good because we got them free. They really were excellent chips. By now I was getting full but had to try a dessert. I ordered the lemon tart at £6.40. Again this was lovely and very well presented. Just as an aside. When I placed my order as the server was walking away he sneezed. No tables around. That made me a little anxious but as soon as he got to the bar he sanitised his hands then washed them. Like I said the place looked spotless and it looks like hygiene is set at a high standard. We ordered 2 cappuccinos to finish. Only £3.10 each. Good to see no sugar rationing here. Service had been excellent. We got the impression that this is one establishment that takes good service seriously. Unfortunately it looked like they close at 2pm when the fixed price menu finished. I thought they stayed open all through the afternoon having checked online before our visit. That might need updating. But they never pushed us to leave or complained even though it was well after 2 when we left. Only 4 stars yes. But we will definitely be visiting again and, if our next visit matches this one, I will rewrite my review and gladly give 5 stars.

Amazing Italian!!! The absolutely best olives I have ever had ... even compared to dining in Italy! Host and serving staff both friendly and attentive without being too over the top. Food was out of this world.... more like 10 Stars 🌟 I can highly recommend a visit!

First time visit and I am sure not my last! The place has great decor, great service and amazing food. Authentic Italian food served by real Italian people! - now I have been to this restaurant on numerous occasions and every time it has been amazing! The food quality is always amazing the ambiance is buzzing. The place is never empty so book in advance if you can. Will be back soon

Had another Fantastic meal here tonight as soon as you walk in to the front desk you are always made to feel very welcome with the excellent and very funny service very much like you feel part of the family !! We had garlic breads to start then 2 spaghetti Carbonaras and I had the Inferno Pizza 🍕 😋 which was the best pizza I've had in years top Pizza dough and incredible ingredients Pepperoni chorizo Nduju chillies oregano and lovely Mozzarella cheese then we shared a baked vanilla cheesecake with ice cream and chocolate sauce yum yum !! Give this family run restaurant a chance you won't be disappointed very cheap compared to some restaurants in this area 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Seafood feasting at Spago, they are currently running some amazing offers Sunday - Friday (well worth checking out!). Seafood was definitely the theme of the night - everything here is so fresh and full of flavour. I started with the Spagó king prawns pan-fried in garlic, chilli, paprika butter & lemon, served with their house focaccia. The prawns were so juicy, with the perfect tangy sauce. I also tried the San Marzano tomato & basil bruschetta, those tomatoes were unreal, so fresh and juicy. For main I had the Linguini Spagó - packed with seafood, chilli, garlic & plum tomatoes. Such a generous portion, I couldn't finish it all, but every bite was fresh and delicious. And of course, no Italian meal is complete without a tomato garlic bread on the side. If you love seafood, this place is a must-visit!

We had a random trip to Lytham and popped in for an early evening glass of wine. The setting was fabulous,the staff were friendly. We had to eat here too! So glad we did. The venison was sublime and the tuna was absolutely delicious. We will definitely head out this way again. Thanks

Went to Spago for lunch, had the Bolognese Calzone which was great (could have done with a sharper knife). Was hoping for the two pasta dishes for the price of one in the autumn deals but it hadn't started yet, which was disappointing.

Met for a pre theatre Sunday Roast with friends, couldn’t fault the food 10/10 for the Roast lamb dinner. Unfortunately the service let it down, we had a busy, apparently overworked, aggressive and quite scary waiter! By the end of the meal we still hadn’t received the jug of water we’d requested twice! His manner left a lot to be desired. In a part of Lytham with a great choice of eateries you can’t afford to treat customers like he treated us. I won’t revisit.

Last time I visited was with friends for brunch. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The breakfast bagel was ample for a brunch and excellent quality bacon. Table service efficient and friendly. A favourite place to dine and especially the covered and private outside tables.

On arrival we were greeted by a grumpy gentleman that announced our table wasn’t ready and was told abruptly to sit at the bar. Once we did we were met by an even grumpier (if not angry tbh), waiter that told us we couldn’t sit there and to go further down the bar, before changing his mind and adding that we should go sit at the table in the window and wait to be seated with a dismissive wave of his hand. Next there was a loud and uncomfortable scrap at the till between two waitress over where waiting customers were seated. The food was lovely but we had three waitress serve us and only one young girl was friendly and courteous. Waitress two never so much as looked us in the eye and was matter of fact and rude and waitress number three practically threw our food at us and when was asked kindly if when she had a moment we could have the bill she exclaimed that if she could get a free moment she would go home …. Which we finally did ..with relief and leaving no tip … which is totally not of our nature, and left us with a nasty taste in the mouth about our whole experience

What an absolute fantastic meal we’ve had tonight to celebrate our anniversary! The food was delicious, steak cooked to perfection with no complaints at all! Our waitress, Chloe was fabulous, very pleasant, polite and excellent at her job! We only mentioned as we walked through the door we were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary but Chloe found out and made our evening very special! The chef even sent us an extra special desert to share too! ❤️ Really was a lovely evening, thank you Miller & Carter and thank you Chloe! 🥂🎉❤️

I went for a meal with my boyfriend and his Dad. The meal was soo good and the waitress was so lovely, sweet and attentive. I can't remember her name but I think she's from Lithuania? We all absolutely enjoyed the meal. Starter, main and dessert. My steak was cooked to perfection. They even brought out a birthday message written in chocolate sauce and some small desserts after everyone had left so he wouldn't be embarrassed which was a nice touch. I only took 1 photo of my disarrano blush because it was so pretty. No pictures of my food because I wanted to dive right in :) Thank you again for a lovely meal 😘 ❤️

Lovely meal as always! Jess, Alympia and the gentleman in the white shirt provided amazing service, it made my little girls night when they gave her some fruit wedges from the bar after she was seen sucking on the lemon in her drink. Food was incredible! Regretted only getting a mini white chocolate crème brûlée.

We went tonight for my husbands birthday. The food was amazing a massive thank you to Andy the chef who cooked an amazing steak and delivered the finishing touches with a happy desert birthday platter that we weren't expecting and made my husbands day also such a good atmosphere! Courtney was our waitress and she was absolutely lovely and couldn't of done more for us! Helped us pick nice steaks and yummy cocktails and made sure we had the best experience on our vist. Thank you and we can't wait to go back again.

Superb shawarma and wonderful wrap. We were wandering through Lytham looking for lunch unable to make up our minds when the enticing aromas of Elvin's led is to scurry down the passage way to take a peek. Our curiosity was met by the friendly and inviting staff. We had chicken shawarma and a halloumi wrap, both accompanied by spiced fries and washed by an exotic smoothie and a cool coffee frappe. Great little spot, amazing staff, and awesome food. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Yet another amazing experience. I had the Buddha box and chicken. So many different tastes. My wife had the Lebanese chicken and shared the rice. The team are very accommodating and tailor the serving for you. I will be returning very soon!

Believe the reviews! We had the onion bhaji burger with standard fries, and the double stacker (a special), with chilli fries, and they were both amazing. The bhaji (definitely freshly made) was a delicious change from the usual veg/vegan options, and the salad it came with was fresh, sweet, and complimented the bhaji perfectly. The double stacker was difficult to wrangle because of the size, but the burger was a good size and cooked nicely, the salad again was fresh (full of cucumber and red onion which I prefer), and the hash brown was crispy. The halloumi and cheese didn't add much to the burger but they didn't detract anything, but the mango-y sauce really pushed it to the next level, I couldn't get enough of it! Same for the chilli fries, that chilli sauce was fantastic, sweet and not too spicy (for me). Service was quick too, and everyone was lovely. It's so good that I would say make the trip just for Elvin's

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem in Lytham! Elvins Street Food is an absolute delight! Tucked away in a lovely little shopping centre called The Walk, this spot is a must-visit if you’re in Lytham and love fresh, wholesome street food with a homemade touch. They offer a fantastic variety of meals—from colourful Buddha bowls and generous sharing boxes to tasty meal boxes. There are great vegan and vegetarian options too, which is always a win! I had the vegan kebab and it was absolutely delicious. I was so hungry I didn’t even manage to get a photo—that’s how good it was! My husband had the Lebanese-style chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it—it had a perfect kick of spice. I also bought a bottle of their homemade vegan sauce, which is just divine! Packed with flavour and clearly made with love. What makes Elvins even more special is the experience—you can watch your food being freshly prepared over the counter by the chef himself. He even took a moment to chat with me about his amazing sauce, which was such a lovely personal touch. The customer service was brilliant too. The lady at the counter (I think her name was Michelle!) was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations. Whether you’re grabbing food on the go or want to perch outside on one of the seats, this is a beautiful little place with heart, soul, and big flavours. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointing experience. The only positive was the sauce, which tasted great. Beyond that, everything else felt like a rip-off. I was served only half a shawarma wrap with barely a tablespoon of rice and a few fries, yet charged full price. The meat was boiled — not roasted — which completely defeats the purpose of calling it shawarma. The portion was insulting, the quality unacceptable, and the pricing outrageous. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic shawarma or fair value.

Went on a busy hot bank holiday Monday, the fryer was out of order for the fries staff were apologetic and recommended a stir fry box instead. Insane value for money, great ingredients I don’t know how they make a profit with the amount in the boxes. Will be back in the future, excellent staff who didn’t let the stress get to them.

An amazing find! We ordered from here, having seen the positive reviews online, whilst visiting the local area. The food was absolutely delicious; full of flavour, fresh and plentiful and the staff were lovely and friendly, too. We will be sure to return if we revisit the area! Really pleasant meal - went on a Friday night. It wasn’t too busy and the service was very prompt. Main dish of sambal was good - not as spicy as the menu suggested, and the sticky rice was over cooked but still quite tasty. The starters were good but chicken satay was light on the sauce and the pork nori rolls were tiny and not really worth the cost. Overall we had great service and it mostly tasted nice but perhaps a little bit pricey for what it was.

Very poor. The food arrived about 5 minutes after we ordered so not cooked fresh. The beef a like leather. The menu said all mains included rice but we were charged for the rice.

Lovely little restaurant with great atmosphere. Foods were nice and very hot not look warm food. Staff are very professional and friendly.

The waitress and owners were very friendly. I had 1/4 duck pancake as starter, which was really filling. The pancake and vegetables were not enough for the amount of shredded duck given. I tried the vegetarian pancake version, which was really delicious. It was crispy and flavourful. Very recommended. The toast with sesame was good and comforting. As main meal I had shredded crispy beef. It had 1 chilli symbol but it was as spicy as the 2 chilli symbols like king prawn szechuan, meaning it was too spicy. Egg fried rice was really nice. It wasn't as oily as the other normal rice meal. At the end of the meal, the birthday boy go a ca. 20cm chocolate cake with a candle on top. It was a really nice surprise.

A nice meal had by the four of us. It's the second time we've been and apart from the nice food and atmosphere the staff there are all super friendly and a credit to the place. I would recommend and would happily return there.

Called in by chance while staying at the Travelodge, the staff were extremely helpful friendly and attentive but not overly as I am a slow eater! The food was amazing, really tasty, we had the Sunday deal which was amazing value for money and they finished it off with a mango tequila shot, omg I've never had it before and it was gorgeous! Shame we don't live nearer! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Recently celebrated my 60th birthday here . We’ve been going for years so it was my first choice . 10 of us ate and as always the food and service was top notch . Great starters , delicious curries and naan breads with a great chutney tray . Thanks to Saag and Ronnie and all the staff who served us . We had a lovely meal

Very nice food and the staff were lovely. They gave the kids complementary ice cream and lollies, and the adults some complementary shots. For a group of 4 adults and 2 children the bill only came to £100, great value!

We had option 3 from early bird menu for about £11. The poppadom and the sauces were really good. I love the spicy sweet red sauce and the refreshing pickled lime. As the starter, I had mixed kebab, which was great. The onion bhaji was really great and crispy. The main meal was curry, I love the saag. The perfect combination of spicy sweet sour curry. As the dessert we had sliced orange and tea/coffee. Finished off with a little mint chocolate after the bill. The service was dependent on the waitress. One of them was very nice and knows what to do. He made a really nice lime juice and took great group picture for us. However our main waitress was unfortunately not as friendly as the other one. He seemed in hurry all the time and ignore our request. Overall it was a great experience, we were welcomed with a long table with balloons for the birthday celebration.

We visited the Olive Tree for a special occasion and we honestly could not fault it! The food was absolutely gorgeous, the staff could not be more hospitable and attentive and the restaurant itself is so lovely. We felt so looked after and special, thank you so much Olive Tree Lytham team. Faye and the team are amazing, if you want somewhere special to go, this is the place!

This review is all about the food 2 dishes perfectly presented, tender and tasty. We dined in the patio area which has a great feel to it although it was a cooling evening of a lovely sunny day. Metaxa Chicken was exquisite as was the chicken kebab and sundries. I just felt the indoors (which was empty of diners) should have had the same vibe. As it’s the only way through it’s not ideal to have someone at the public side of the bar with feet up staring into her phone all the time we were at the restaurant. Clearly neither a customer or staff….just a bit of lazy housekeeping The staff were good, the food was very good but don’t have an unwelcoming vibe at your front of house… the neighbouring premises were full and this one wasn’t. Sometimes businesses don’t see as customers do Play to your strengths (food and service) and prevent unnecessary atmosphere

Mixed feelings, great promise from the menu but didn’t quite deliver. Went with local friends for a Friday night, we had the chicken skewers, plant based burger, superfood salad and vegan chicken skewers, falafels, flat bread. The falafels were stodgy and lacked texture, and my superfood salad was lacking in substance, i did have the extra halloumi which were mega chunky but the salad underneath was light as, which for over £20 was expensive. Nice vibes but not sure I would return.

We had a fantastic experience at the Olive Tree in Lytham, made even better by the exceptional service from Josh. He took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was just right throughout our meal. Nothing felt rushed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful service. As for the food absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. The ingredients tasted fresh and the portions were generous without being over the top. Whether you're in for a casual lunch or a special evening out, the Olive Tree delivers on both quality and atmosphere. All in all, a great experience. Huge thanks to Josh for making it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing meal last night. Kelcey was our waitress and she greeted us at the door sat us at our table and was really attentive checking if we needed any more drinks etc. The food and the service was excellent and we would 100% recommend.

Extremely nice and pleasant staff, great food, had the mixed grill kebab on our 1st night in Lytham St Annes and didn't disappoint, just needed a couple of pillows and a quilt 😀, 2nd time we were here and had a chicken gyro with a free drink, tenner, really good value, we'll be back, thank you

Disappointing. Ordered cocktails on arrival. After 30 mins of waiting, checked for an update. Turned out they didnt have a certain ingredient! So had to choose another cocktail, probably would have waited even longer.the cocktails came and actually were very good but looking around it was just a bit too casual and a struggle to grab anyone's attention.Very nice Waitress very apologetic . Mains came, ok. Asked for a salad dressing...you know just a simple lemon and olive oil(standard you would think) apparently the chef couldn't do it as it was too busy. Hilarious!! I had no words!!!!! Needless to say it was most disappointing, my birthday treat from my friend . Waiters did their best to appease but the damage was done. There's a lack of general efficiency here. No buzz or vibrancy. The prices weren't cheap and not expecting the earth but sadly they did not deliver. We won't be coming back. The end!

We came here with our family of 10 for our mum and dads birthday (OCT 2025). We had to pay a deposit which was more than ok with there being 10 of us! The food was amazing, all hot, lots off flavours and very presentable. We all loved all our dishes. The service was perfect. The lady who looked after us was very attentive and welcoming and was working hard to make sure we had a great night. If were in the area again we would definitely come back! We highly recommend. We recently visited Greek Flame Taverna to celebrate our daughter's First Communion with family, and as always, the food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was full of authentic Greek flavor and beautifully cooked — compliments to the chef! The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed, and even when it’s busy, it never feels overcrowded. This place is a real gem in Lytham St Annes. We’ll definitely be back — it’s become our go-to spot every time we’re in town. Five stars all the way!

Amazing service, food is delicious. We visited last night for my sons birthday, the table was decorated for the occasion which was a lovely touch. The food is authentic Greek cuisine and was really tasty and the lady serving us was friendly and helpful. The chef brought out the birthday cake and they sang.happy birthday to my son. It was a fantastic night and we're all.looking forward to visiting again soon 🙂.

Wow what a fabulous place!! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The food, decor, atmosphere and service were 100% fantastic! We were looked after by Hannah who I’m assuming runs this taverna, who was amazing - nothing was too much trouble - she was wonderful - she made our night. The food was incredible - the chilli garlic prawns were the best I’ve had in years and the chicken gyros was incredible!!! Would definitely come here again next time I’m up in Lytham St Ann’s. Book this Greek taverna for a brilliant night - you will not be disappointed x

Delicious food, friendly staff. We had a very nice time there. Starter king prawns for £8 was nice. Hummus was very good and a bit garlicky. Main meal was lamb slow cooked with mashed potatoes and grilled vegs for £15. It was very tasty and the potatoes balanced out the intensity. Altogether it was really filling at the end. The place however can be quite warm and smoky when it's lots of people. At the end the clothes smelled of food.

Booked a table at the last minute and wasn't disappointed. Food and service was excellent, generous portions and we sat in the 'outside' area which was cooler. Not many people in which is shame becaue it's a really nice place. I'm assuming it was the hot weather that was putting people off going out to eat. Will definitely be coming back.

A lovely place to eat, food is delicious, we moved to the area six months ago. Before moving to the area , looking for houses , we found this Gem of a place, since moving here, this is our favourite place! Hana the waitress is a very friendly , warm lady who always has a smile when we see her, she works very hard too! The chef is very friendly and always acknowledges the customers.. Great food, dips are the best , Stifado beautiful and slouvaki is mouth watering. All in all a superb place to eat. Amanda & Jerry.

Went to Bosco for early New Year’s Eve. We were promptly sat, really nice inside, very much a rustic look which I thought was very Italian. Staff very friendly, although did take time to ask if we wanted drinks. Good wine selection but only one draft larger. I personally did not have a starter but someone in our party did, breaded mushrooms looked very 80’s. And the salad that was on all our plates did not look up to much! (See Photo’s) Mains were pizzas, I had Calzoni which was ok, I have had better in Lytham area. Would call again.

We had used the restaurant some years ago and enjoyed it. On Thursday we met up with some friends for lunch. The most outstanding thing about our visit was the cost of soda water and lime. Wow! The soda water was served from small individual bottles at £3 each and the shot of lime, £1. This meant that a pint of lime ans soda came in at £7! For comparison a pint of Moretti was £6. When the bill came a 10% service charge had been added, so effectively a pint of lime and soda came in at £7.70. Lemonade was also £6 a pint. At a time when people are being asked NOT to drink and drive I find this approach to costing alcohol free drinks very poor. The food and service were okay Unfortunately the most memorable feature of our visit is that of a bill of £153.12, £31.90 was to pay for 2 lemonades, 6 small bottles of soda water and five shots of lime. I understand that the hospitality industry is under huge pressure at the moment but I consider the cost of those drinks excessive.

I wrote a review approximately a month ago about employees not receiving 100% of their tips. The owners have not contacted me. Therefore, I wrote an email to them this morning which states: 'Good morning I would like to highlight that your policy on tips (as explained on a sign when I last visited) is illegal. Employers who receive tips, including service charges and gratuities, into their business are under an obligation to pass 100% of them onto their staff in a fair and transparent way under rules effective from 1 October 2024. You are not permitted to put a cap (maximum amount) on the amount a staff member can earn per shift. Please let me know when this practice has ceased as I will not be supporting the restaurant until it has ceased. In fact, if it does not cease, I will find out who I can report this to.'

Been many times and always have had great food with a friendly atmosphere. Had the Lytham Square pizza, between two of us, which had a thin crispy base, on another visit had the risotto with chicken and mushroom, which was great, always a tasty meal. Lots of variety on the menu depending on how much you want to eat or spend. They look to have added more tables on Lytham Square too (see photo).

Popped in quite late for an impromptu meal after a long day of birthday celebrations for the hubby. Staff were lovely & very accommodating to our meat-free requests. Food was delicious, great portions. They also surprised us with a slice of cake with a birthday candle, which was very thoughtful & kind - thank you 🙏🏼

Lovely little Italian with a great menu for such a small place. Food was delicious, especially the garlic bread! Service was very good and the staff couldn't do enough for us.

Had lunch here for the second time while on a shopping trip in Lytham, but it was nowhere near as enjoyable an experience as my previous visit a few years ago. The outside tables were occupied when I arrived, so I ate inside. The restaurant has a pleasant blue and grey colour scheme and looked clean, but it was dimly lit. I was shown to a table straight away, but was not given enough time to look at the menu before the waitress was asking for my order. Although service was quick, the staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. I chose the large breaded scampi with chips and mushy peas, and a pot of tea. The tea was strong and hot, and it stayed hot throughout the meal. The scampi was very good, well cooked and piping hot, as were the mushy peas, but the meal was let down by the chips, which were soggy and lukewarm, and the brown bread which was dry and stale. Not a cheap lunch either, at £14.30. Would not come again.

We visited Whelan’s Fish & Chips and absolutely loved it! 🐟 The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very welcoming and attentive. The food comes out quickly and looks so appetizing. The fish is incredibly fresh with a perfectly crispy coating, and the fries are golden and delicious. The portions are generous, and everything is served hot. The sauces are a real highlight – they complement the fish and chips perfectly. You can really tell that quality and flavor come first here. A wonderful place that we’d love to come back to again and again! 💙

This fish and chip shop has great food, delicious and of good quality. The shop has two fryers so no cross contamination of meat products. It is a popular spot and well worth the visit from Blackpool and nearby areas.

Fish always tastes fresh. Cooked to order with lovely crispy batter. pleasant staff. Dog friendly upstairs. Price is a little cheaper than the competition too. Best fish and chips around!

So disappointed. Ordered large fish which was incredibly small. Absolutely tasteless. Chips were so pale. Looked awful but we're passable with plenty of salt and vinegar on. Mushy peas were uncooked, lots of hard pieces in them, watered down so much that they tasted of nothing. Total lack of care for the customers experience. Money over quality as very expensive compared to other chippys. Will never visit again. Felt ripped off!

Friendly, good fish and chips. Pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the sun. No beef dripping so always a tick! Good curry sauce

Children said we give it 4.5 out of stars, wife said 8 out of 10. Sergio was very accommodating, the place was heaving, everything was fried fresh. I couldn’t moan to be honest, 3 x XL fish bites, 3 x L chips, 2 large mushy peas, 2 x cans of pop, and he gave me 2 teas at the end for free, oh also gave a pot of curry sauce for free too, £50.50p. 7 x adults, 4 x kids, everyone seemed happy, fish was amazing and succulent. Deffo be returning at some point. Weather was nice so sat outside, deffo worth the 5stars in my view

I thought I'd already done a review for this lovely cafe, apparently I haven't. We've been visiting here for many years and have never had a bad meal! Delicious food, good sized portions, friendly staff, excellent, speedy service and clean environment. They know what they're doing here, so much so it can get very busy. My meal today was off the specials board and my partner had a steak hot sandwich. Next time I'll get a pic of the menu. Upstairs and downstairs seating and a little bit of seating out the back. Wheelchairs might struggle to navigate as it's very tight but it's a little more open at the back of the cafe. Prams may have a have a similar issue. Pics are from two different visits.

Nice dog-friendly heated outdoor seating on this mid-week, mid-afternoon visit. The food was nice; salmon salad was tasty as was the king prawn soft tacos. The rest was ok. Took a bit of time for our food, but we weren’t in a rush so that was ok. Food and drink for 3 people included a 10% service charge, total about £90

Always a nice place to call in, always busy. At times two or 3 deep at the bar. On a nice day lovely to sit outside and people watch. In side is fairly dark but sit in the orangey and lovely and bright. Staff friendly and good service and knowledgeable.

What a delightful experience. Delicious brunch, I really loved the pancakes. The passionfruit matcha lemonade is exquisite. Dog friendly, cosy decor and pleasant staff. Highly recommend. I will be returning for a nice sit down dinner in future.

Just went for a spot of lunch. Cocktail and wine lovely, reasonably priced! Ordered starters and mains, both starters were delicious, however the dauphinois potatoes on my main were the worst I have ever had. The potatoes were cut so thick and they weren’t cooked at all. She offered to take the whole meal back which I refused as everything else was delicious. The pleasant girl got me another portion for them to be worse than the first ones cold in the middle and rock hard. She did apologise for this! I’d of expected a small gesture but no! I paid the bill and left. What a shame as I probably won’t go back now.

Sat outside. Ordered food and drinks. The drinks came within 3 or 4 minutes. The food....we never seen it. Waited 45 minutes having been told there was a 30 minute wait. I didn't see any other table outside receiving food orders so not sure why there was such a wait? Chased it up, got told the order went out! Pity it didn't come to our table. So asked for a refund, which I got back £35, from my original bill of £49.72. So ended up paying £14.72 for 1 pint of Camden ale and 1 regular coke! Having read some other reviews, it seems they charge 10% gratuity without asking. So looks like they refunded my £35 food bill but kept the whole 10% service charge. Wish I had checked my original bill before leaving but was so keen to just get out of there, I left and went across the road for pizzas. Only realised later that evening that I had been fleeced for 2 drinks. Total disaster. Wont be returning ever.

This is by far one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had in my life. Chicken tenders are burnt they looked black, cutlery wasn't given and we could hear manager towering over and scolding staff whilst trying to eat our overpriced sub par quality food. not a good experience at all such a shame it's in a good location. we should have checked the reviews first before dining.

We dropped by during the kite festival since the area was really busy and just wanted somewhere to rest and have lunch. Even though there were plenty of empty tables inside, we were given quite a small one. Once the food arrived, there wasn’t enough space for everything, and the waiter didn’t seem to understand when we asked to change tables — he just placed all the dishes on the small table at once, leaving us with no room. Eventually, after asking another waiter, we were moved to a larger table, but the service definitely lost some points there. As for the food, it was quite average despite the good reviews we saw beforehand. The handmade pasta was the highlight, but everything else was pretty forgettable. The salt and pepper squid in particular was far too salty 😅.

Lovely Italian food. Superb quality and excellent service . Our 3rd time visit here. We organized for our close friends for their 32nd Wedding Anniversary & and the staff made it extra special by bringing a lovely desert out (sorry no pic) & playing a Congratulations song jingle, dining the lights and clapping. Thank you for making it a special evening. We will be back.

I visited this place for the second time, and the second time I liked everything. I ordered carbonara, it is important for me that it is really tasty, since it is my favorite dish. I was not refused to prepare this dish gluten-free, since I have an allergy, and the dish remained very tasty despite the different type of pasta. Thank you very much ☺️

Best carbonara I've had in my life, also good mozzarella fritta, only wish I had ordered some garlic bread too! The place waa packed, we were a large group too, but that didnt affect waiting times, everything was still served quickly and the staff were great. Just wish they were a bit closer to Glasgow! :)

Wow what a great Italian restaurant:)! St Anne's is lucky to have this lovely place:) the king prawn appetizer was delicious just smaller prawns than expected, my friend had the Calamari and wasn't too happy with it as it seemed generic and from frozen, but the liver starter is delicious just remember to get bread with it:) the Carbonara is up to standard but the Beef Stroganoff is absolutely the best I've ever had other than my mothers of course;) but I highly recommend the Beef Stroganoff for dinner here it is a winner:) also Asahi beer on tap and look out for their wonderful specials throughout the year

Usually as last year when came here quite a few times the food was lovely. Last Sunday however the food mussels and the tomatoe starters was not so good rhere was a funny smell. Unfortunately with the main Tuna and potatoes with the tomatoe sauce It was not very nice. The carrots and veg ok, something missing flavour, potatoes tasted not freshly cooked and I'm sure i could taste artificial sweetener sprinkled on the sauce. I should have complained (I felt uncomfortable).

Yesterday evening along with my husband we celebrated our Ruby Wedding Anniversary at Allegria. Our table was spacious and the 6 of us felt very relaxed as we waited for your meal. The Staff were very attentive and the ambience lively and inviting. The menu exciting, authentic and our meals nicely presented and excellently cooked, with plenty to choose from and very reasonably priced. From the moment we entered the restaurant we were made to feel welcome, we were treated 'warmly'

My first stay here recently in a single room for 3 nights was really enjoyable. Hotel overlooks a lovely green right on the seafront, is clean & smart throughout, great decor, and has pleasant staff. Was nice & quiet at night for a good solid sleep. My room was replenished each day with fresh towels, bottled water & snacks. Breakfast (served from 7am) was included in the price and it was extremely tasty with top ingredients. Because of such a nice breaky, it lead to me & friends eating there in the evening too a couple of times and it was also fantastic food off the main menu; far superior to the average pub grub in every way, so I highly recommend eating here. Wouldn't hesitate to book a stay here again in future when next in lovely Lytham. Keep up the good work.

Stayed for one night earlier this week. Check in was very easy, and the welcome was very friendly. They organised a table for dinner, with the food being very good. Breakfast was excellent, with a very good choice. My room was very clean and a good size, and very well stocked with all the usual amenities with a great view over the beer garden. Will definitely be back.

I cannot praise the Queen's Hotel in Lytham highly enough! It's a lovely, family friendly place with amazing staff. We had a reservation at 5pm but a very tired little girl who we needed to get home. The staff were amazing and very understanding. The food was delicious, the beers very well kept and the atmosphere really nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

The food is fantastic the choice is great . It was one of the best set out plate I've seen for years. I've eaten all over the world and I'd rate the chef in my top ten! The reason behind the four is not food or the service it was the fact that dogs are allowed. I don't mind animals at all but I do believe there should be a special place for the owners who wish to eat with there dogs . For me I'm glad I'd had eaten because the smell of one of the dogs would have put me of my food . As I was finishing my meal another couple with two dogs ,let the dog go under my table when I was eating, which could be a trip hazard to less mobile people or elderly. It would be my suggestion to have had separate dinning with or without dogs.

We stayed for three nights at the end of July/1st August. We had a lovely front bedroom with a four poster bed and leather chairs set in the bay window where we sat and enjoyed watching the world go by. The bathroom was well equipped and everything was very clean. We enjoyed good breakfasts and dinner one evening. The staff were friendly and most helpful especially when I left the key card in the room!! Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the beer garden at the front and thought the flowers were sensational. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. We hope to come again. Gordon and Anne Armstrong

Used the Queens for a 2 night business stay and I was not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and polite, the room was well appointed and had everything I wanted, loved the jelly beans! I ate there on both evenings and wasn’t disappointed with the food, fish and chips, the first and pie and mash the second night. Pleased to see a good range of beer, well kept too. Will definitely stay there again.

Exceptional hotel with helpful friendly staff. The rooms are luxury with top quality bedding and towels with substantial refreshments and toiletries on offer. The bar area is fabulous and atmospheric with lots of guests and food choices are excellent. Very popular also with locals using the facilities. Rate it as one of the best Hotels in the area.

Love this place! We come here at least twice a month and have done for a number of years. Lovely atmosphere, great food and wine and first class staff. Pizzas are to die for done in a typical Italian pizza oven. Get down here you will not be disappointed with anything at Farinas🍕🍕🍕 The venue has had a refresh see photos. There’s a new star in trendy Lytham’s high street! Farina 2.0 has always been a great Italian restaurant. But their new menu with specials is quite extraordinary. Ravioli Brasato di Manzo is worth a visit in itself, a perfect slow-cooked steak dinner in ravioli. Perfectly-cooked fresh sea bass to follow. But the piece de resistance is undoubtedly the astonishing cheescake al gorgonzola with plum jam. A extraordinary perfect match of flavours, surely ultimately worthy of a Michelin star! It’s real must for any foody!

Nice Italian, food was lovely, the meatballs starter was lovely. I had the sausage pasta which was creamy and light. Daughter had the black garlic spaghetti which was earthy. Tiramisu was lovely, although the tiramisu from 2 sizes in Rome will always be hard to beat, and the same could also be said for the aperol spritz. Service was quick and friendly, very welcoming. Will definitely return.

Love this place ❤️ Food fresh and delicious, service friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is lovely. Came this evening to celebrate my birthday. We shared a couple of starters namely the bruscetta and the fishcakes (the latter was sublime). Pasta dishes all round for mains ... all lovely, tasty and not a morsel left on the plates :-) Puddings delicious 😋 and good coffees to finish. Tonight, the overwhelming smell of smoke coming in from outside was really unpleasant. Unsure why customers were sitting at the outside seating to smoke when there was clear no smoking signage. *Note to self ... ask for table away from window next time. Such a shame about this as all so very good otherwise.

Went for lunch yesterday after completing the Windmill Half Marathon. Party of 6, we were seated very quickly. Very accommodating outside seating which is well enclosed but still allows a little breeze. Service was fantastic, the girl serving us asked about our run and took a genuine interest. The food was amazing!! I had the Brie & cranberry to start, with the king prawn & salmon risotto for my main meal. Absolutely delicious!! Very glad I stayed for lunch.

Excellent Italian restaurant serving delicious food and wine! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the Tagliata de Manzo which is a very special tasty ribeye steak dish, my husband enjoyed his meat feast pizza. Our children were well taken care of too. Highly recommend booking a table here when visiting Lytham!

Tucked away on one of the backstreets of Southport is this absolutely amazing place. The decor is beautiful, well planned and layed out. The staff were fantastic, lovely warm greeting, hugely professional and had good knowledge of the food they were serving. The food was delicious Starter: I had the black and blue mushrooms sauce was lovely and creamy perfectly balanced cheeses weren't over powering at all. Main: I had the fillet steak hanging kebab and to be honest it could have fed us bothe the serving is that generous. Steak was lovely and tender, Very nicely seasoned. This came with salad, skin on fries and garlic flatbread. Hubby to be had tempura king prawn tacos to start and the surf and turf which was 5oz fillet steak with half a lobster Considering both plates were empty I can safely say his food was spot on too. Sides we shared a cheesy garlic bread and some wild mushrooms and he had the grilled bone marrow to himself ( not my cup of tea) All in all hugely impressed by this place food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended it

Was very quiet when my partner and I visited and service was slow to begin with, it was about 10-15 minutes before we could order a drink. After that though, they were very attentive and the food was brilliant. The fried soft shell crab taco is a definite must if you want something different to what most places offer. This is my second time here and I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

My favourite restaurant in Southport. Dinning at its finest. If you like steak you won't find a better restaurant. One that's not to be missed. Also fantastic cocktails 🍸. Watch out for the zombie 🧟‍♂️ it will get you were you wanna go exta fast.

I'd never visited Southport before December 7th and I decided to go here with a close friend to celebrate my birthday and although we didn't have a reservation at The Firepit, lovely staff provided a table for us with no problems at all. A few hours later after the most superb steak meal we'd ever had, and getting to know the very warm and approachable staff in the building, lots of laughs and a wonderful experience means that we are looking forward to dining here again in the near future as it's a fantastic restaurant. Check out Mike's cocktails upstairs, he's not only talented but great to talk to too, along with others who work there. They're down to earth, a good laugh and they make your evening something special and memorable. Five stars and top marks from me. The Firepit deserves it.

Food, cocktails & service is amazing, couldn't really give this place any less than 5 stars! Order your drinks using the QR code at the table as this place is covid 19, 20 & 21 secure 😷! My bf had a steak which is served on a hot stone and can he cooked to individual preference...I ordered a cheese burger and chips from the children's menu as I'm trying to loose a few 💷... Both meals were delicious, 2 cocktails and 2 beers later the bill came to £60, a little pricey in my opinion but enjoyed the evening and would go again 🥂🎉

I made a reservation for a second visit right after the first meal during our Blackpool trip！I couldn't find another word beside "amazing". We ordered different dishes for two evenings here, and ALL of them are absolutely amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful, wine is nice, price is reasonable. Defintely the best Italian I have ever tried. I wish there's a restaurant like Un Momento around my area.

Visited this multi awarded Restaurant in Lytham which brings together the signature dishes of Italy’s most beautiful islands, Sicily and Sardinia ~ We tried the following: 》La Burrata | Italian soft burrata cheese, sweet and sour caponata of aubergine salad, crispy Sardinian flatbread, mixed leaves and extra virgin olive oil. A light and delectable starter which certainly whet our appetites. 》Ravioli di Agnello | Lamb ravioli filled with lamb mince, pancetta, thyme in a lamb ragù and pecorino cheese. A hearty dish with balanced flavours, the various elements on the plate complimented each other beautifully. 》Stinco di Angnello | Slow cooked lamb shank served with mixed vegetables, roast potatoes and jus. One of the best desserts I've ever had in recent memory, totally obsessed with it! 》Tiramisu | Traditional tiramisu with mascarpone, savoiardi biscuits and coffee. Can't go wrong with this classic treat, absolutely delish. So impressed with our dining experience here from the exceptional food, cosy ambiance and flawless service. The meals were perfectly cooked and packed with flavour. The quality of the ingredients used were top notch and prepared with utmost attention. They offer a wide array of dishes from delectable starters, authentic pastas/pizzas to stunning mains and scrumptious desserts so there's definitely something for everyone. A fab spot for a lovely Italian feast, I highly recommend them.

We had a lovely meal here on Friday, we walked in and waited for a short time until another table were paying the bill, we had risotto and seafood linguine it was lovely and service superb. We had take away the week before and this was also excellent.

The most wonderful, authentic Italian restaurant. Every course was beautifully presented and tasted equally as amazing. The atmosphere was cosy and intimate, and all staff were very friendly and attentive. We cannot wait to return again in the future!

Visited in July and the Italian food was incredible. Bruschetta to start, followed by the Steak and all washed down with the Sicilian lager. Small intimate place with an outdoor seating area out the front too. Attentive and friendly service with a smile. Definitely recommend. 👍

We have been here a few times and living in South Manchester we are spoilt for choice for every type of International restaurant especially Indian restaurant's but this place has it all, The food is very authentic and never had a bad meal. We visited this evening 06/September and were seated by the front window. Sager a lovely man came over to say hello and is very helpful with making a choice from the extensive menu. In fact all the staff including the young lady were super polite and professional. Well done and we will be returning.

Attentative service, but, after mentioning the 2 different ordered curry dishes tasted the same ,the Manager quickly replaced them. These new dishes were slightly better. I've tasted far better for less.

Nice Relaxed Vibe. Foods really decent, well priced, staff are friendly and attentive. Nice red wine, smooth, organic and zero heartburn… winner… Enjoyed sitting outside for our tea with some laid back house Ibiza tunes on in the background. Great little spot! Vegetarian options, I’d say there’s something for everyone as there is a good mix of different kinds of dishes on the menu. Dog friendly too!

What a Hidden gem. Me and my partner stopped by for some lunch and the food was spot on, the prawns were definitely a favourite. The Seating area outside is lovely be really nice in the warmer weather. We will definitely be back in the near future wish this place was closer to home!

What a Find, a hidden Gem with vibes, good food and service to match! Had a selection of Tapas that were good and sat at the corner end high table overlooking the street and passing traffic. The only thing that drew negative marks was the table and chairs lack of maintenance and the hardness of the seat. A lick of paint and some cushions would be great 👍

I have been trying to confirm a booking for the past week, when I made the booking did not get a confirmation email or text but gave card details for pre-authorisation. When I call all I get is ‘this mailbox is full’ message. Also sent an enquiry form on their website but no reply. I have a feeling they have closed down ?

Top quality food with lovely staff. We had squid starter, garlic bread, beef stroganoff, chicken stuffed with asparagus, dauphinoise potatoes.2 delicious cocktails Bill was £65. The only let down to the meal was the garlic bread. £5 for 3 sliced pieces like freezer to oven style from a supermarket. Apparently we could have asked for the flatbread type which looked more authentic (didn't know there was an option) Deduction wasn't offered. However, we would go back as everything else was great.

The food was fantastic. I had shakshouka as a starter- i had not had this before- in hindsight more of a lunch/brunch dish than for an evening meal though this should not take away from the flavour and quality of the food which was really interesting and very pleasant indeed. The lamb chops main was equally good-well cooked and full of flavour with the accompanying vegetables dressed with just enough acidity to balance the richness of the meat. For a Monday evening the restaurant was surprisingly busy but the atmosphere relaxed and unhurried. This is not to say the service was inefficient. A couple of very pleasant beers rounded a very good meal indeed.

Had a lovely steak dinner with friends. The food was delicious and the service was great from both Ashton and Liz. Nothing was too much trouble and I even enjoyed a couple of cocktails made to measure! I will definitely be returning.

We went there for our Wedding Anniversary 25/06/2025 and was very impressed by the food and the service.

A restaurant well worth visiting on any occasion, special or everyday. The front of house staff on duty when we went, Ashton and Liz, were friendly, professional and attentive from the start and throughout. The menu is Mediterranean but strongly Italian influenced with elements of other cuisines and is both varied and suited to different needs. Dishes are well prepared, cooked, presented, and flavoursome. There is also a good range of cocktails, mixed to order not pre-mixed, a respectable wine list, and a range of spirits etc (but sadly no grappa!). Value for money? Undoubtedly, yes. Highly recommended.

Went for lunch today food was ok for 9.95 price. Had spaghetti bolognaise was expecting it to be lovely and tasty but slightly bland. Ordered two coffees which were warm when arrived. Service was shocking had a young girl running the restaurant all tables were left with food and drinks on ! Sorry won’t be returning after googling and looking for decent reviews and people saying it was good not in our experience

We had a fantastic meal at Lou Shang. We were a party of 10 celebrating a bit of a reunion after some time away. Thank you for looking after us so well. It was great to be back and hopefully it won't be as long next time!

Called In here for our sons birthday meal, first off the place was dead and no atmosphere at all. Food came seemed to take ages to arrive, I myself had ghe chicken curry fried rice there was not a lot of chicken, but plenty of onions. In short food not great, prices for drinks very expensive, service not great, but very fast to get ur bill paid. Sorry not for us.

Just had an amazing 👏 banquet feast for 2..awesome..food delish 😋..we'll presented..staff lovely 😍..portions big..great quality produce..deffo best Chinese in the flyde..you just gotta give it a whirl..only downside..if you have difficulty with stairs..its not for you as its on the first floor and stairs are quite steep..if you enjoy Chinese this is the place to go..thankyou..try the homemade apple crumble..had it tonight even though we were stuffed..wow..enogh said..10/10..thanku

We accidentally walked past the entrance at first and had to double back. The door is right next to the entrance to the Tesco. We ordered veggie noodles in satay sauce, chicken chow mein with crispy noodles and salted spicy chips. The chips were absolutely the best thing I had all holiday! Not too spicy. Interesting flavours. Well cooked chicken. Plenty of vegetables! We were seated upstairs near the window and so got a great view of the high street. Everyone that waited on us was very polite and they asked more than once how our meal was. The staff were very friendly! We were so stuffed at the end that we couldn’t manage a dessert, although the desserts sounded fantastic. At the end of the meal we each got a fortune cookie with a little message inside. Very reasonable price! They have a cool little water feature at the top of the stairs that spits out dry ice smoke. There’s a sign on it that says “do not touch” so obviously everyone that goes past it wants to reach out and play with it. I resisted.

Popped in while staying in Lytham. T’was a Monday so special menu £17.90 per person for starter and main with noodles/rice/chips. We had Spring rolls and chilli chicken wings to start and chicken curry with chips and crispy beef with rice for mains. The food was excellent and filling-good portion size and value. Service excellent and friendly. Enjoyed our visit and no hesitation in recommending. On the list for our next trip.

Pretty good. Had pork buns to start and Singapore stir fry for main. Only complaint was that the buns weren't completely heated through - one was cold in the middle. All good apart from that though.

I ordered a takeaway tonight and was told the wait time was around 45 minutes. After 1 hour I called back and was told the order was on the way. 20 minutes later my order arrived and was cold. I called to mention this and the lady I spoke with told me that the time of delivery was estimated as it was a Saturday evening. Maybe they should not give a time if they know it’s going to be later than expected. I then got told that my order was mainly starters so therefore I should not expect them to be hot. Since when was soup, ribs, duck, chicken etc meant to be served cold! She suggested that maybe next time we come to the restaurant and not get a delivery! £61 later and I feel I was robbed!

First of all, food was late. When I say late, I mean 30 mins late from schedule. Also, the food came cold and absolutely minging as if it had came out of a bin. Secondly, when we called the restaurant about our complaints, not only were they rude, they said that the chips, ribs and chicken we ordered was meant to be cold! Never again.

Told 45min delivery, arrived 30min later. Stone cold on delivery, the so called aromatic duck tasted like it had been reheated several times before reaching us. Called to ask what had happened and was told “that’s how it was supposed to be”. rude and disrespectful over the phone! Don’t waste your time ordering a delivery from this place, what a shame. It was a cracking restaurant when it started off on white gate drive, but since moved to Lytham, poor 😞 never again! Shocker

Ordered a takeaway tonight and waited more than was told for the delivery time. Food was cold on delivery and rang to mention this and was shocked at the rude response I was given. Basically told not to order a delivery again. Spent a lot of money for cold food and a rude customer service. Please do not get a takeaway from them.

A nice place that's tucked away to the side from the busy centre. The place itself is alright, fairly small but with excellent staff service. The food was unfortunately mediocre, the garlic bread was fairly small from what typical garlic bread is like and the Polenta chips came with the tiniest dash of mozzarella cheese but loaded with rosemary which overpowered any possible flavour. The pizzas however were wonderful as ever, delicious through and through!

Food: We ordered a bottle of white wine for the table, but it was served warm, which instantly made it unpleasant to drink. The dough balls arrived with no side plates – it honestly felt like we were expected to eat with our hands like zoo animals. Then came the pizza, which had been recommended on thin crust – but it was bland, barely seasoned, and the mushrooms tasted sweaty and old. I ended up picking them off. Just not enjoyable at all. To top it off, I saw desserts being prepped behind the bar with no visible handwashing. Definitely didn’t inspire confidence in ordering one. Service: Despite plenty of empty tables, we were sat in what can only be described as the entrance. People were constantly queuing directly next to us, hovering over our table, which made me feel like I was in a zoo exhibit. Atmosphere: There was no atmosphere to speak of – unless you enjoy being cold, ignored, noise of people arriving and being watched by them. I didn't know where to look?! Our table was practically in the doorway. Every few seconds someone would bump into our chair or loom over the table while waiting for takeaway orders or tables. I was freezing from the constant draft, and at one point I tried to move back but got my hair caught on the rough, flaking wall behind me. I genuinely felt so anxious throughout the meal. It was so cramped and poorly thought out, people may as well have been sat at our table – they were stood all around us, practically breathing down our necks. Overall: I couldn’t wait to leave and honestly regret staying. I only sat it out because my husband was excited to try it, but I left wishing we’d gone anywhere else and felt so anxious it ruined our night!

Had a lovely evening with family we all enjoyed our meal, but especially for me great gluten free options, staff had great knowledge of gluten free and cross contamination, a special thanks to josh our host who put me at ease and made sure what i chose was safe, they even had gluten free lager 😊

Popped in last night for a birthday meal with my daughter. Really busy for a Monday night. Food excellent and service (Macie) even better. She literally never stopped moving, although she owes me a Tiramisu (they had run out).

Visited with my young children, food was great as always. A really lovely lady with an accent, dark hair and glasses served us (sorry I don’t get her name) she was lovely, she was really engaging with my baby and 2 older children and made recommendations from the menu to get the best value. She also offered some chilli dressing for my daughter’s main meal as she’d noticed she liked spice from the starter she ordered. It all felt really personal and she got some lovely smiles from my baby every time she walked past. Customer service was perfect thank you

Unfortunately, several of our pizzas were burned black and dry very over cooked. They didn't look appetising and the order was wrong 😡 We paid for extra toppings which we're obviously not on the pizza's, when we pointed this out they insisted the toppings of extra cheese were included but there was hardly any cheese 🧀 We were sat by the open doors so we were in a cold breeze throughout the meal. The server seemed friendly but didn’t get the order correct. 💷 They included a whopping service charge so be careful otherwise your bill will be a lot higher than you expect 😢 It is optional but its automatically included on your bill and I bet the actual workers do not see a penny of it 😡 I personally had stomach ache for several days after eating here so hygiene is questionable 🤢 I've visited several times to be fair to them but every time it's not been good! I've eaten with my family at Pizza Express for over a 15 years but unfortunately this will definitely be the last time 💯 Lots of local parking and located next to the beautiful town square. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE worthy of 1 star.

A beautiful space. We arrived for a bit to eat about 6pm Friday. Place was suspiciously empty and welcoming somewhat lacking until a waitress saw what was happening and got a grip. The bartender was on a different planet. Shown to a Nice window table overlooking the empty terrace. Menu is simple but adequate. Opted for a wagyu burger and katsu curry, a mojito and martini. All very nice albeit the fries with the burger were a tad over-seasoned. The place really lacked the ambience to encourage us to dwell. A better choice of more relaxed background music might have helped along with it being a couple of notches down. And although it might have been in the interests of advancing mixology, staff downing shots at the bar isn't a good look. The Grove sits in a prime position in a town where choice is plentiful and the game has to be a mark above to win it. The closure of Finos across the road should be an early warning that on present form, there's a chance of relegation. Overall, we.would go again but it sits down the list of choices. At £50 for one course and drink for two it certainly is setting the bar of expectation rather high. Some early doors incentive might be required to entice people to have a look at what should be a go-to spot in leafy Lytham

Popped in to the Capri for a much needed brunch following reviews online. Food was good and restaurant is cosy and inviting. Only downside was the unfriendly and unwelcoming service. Not a single smile or warm welcome, like offering service was just too much. We were made to feel unwelcome which was a great pity for visitors to St.Annes. Maybe we just do things different down South

Came here and enjoyed a good latte coffee. The table service was good and staff helpful. Didn't have anything to eat but the food coming out to tables was well presented and appeared to have been enjoyed. Prices a little high. Hand gel and face masks are available and the toilet facilities were very good.

The food was good, that's the best fish I have ever eaten, the chips were so yummy. The only negative is, I wanted peas and there was only canned mashy peas, NOT my cup of tea, so, I really suggest fresh peas, frozen peas is cheap and easy to cook.

Nice clean cafe with friendly helpful staff and shaded outdoor seating. Ordered a large icecream which turned out to be a disaster as it melted so fast in the heatwave, my own fault really. It was delicious though.

Had a lovely meal here on Tuesday we sat inside as too warm outside even though there are umbrellas to sit under. There was a cool breeze passing and so relaxing. Popped in on a Sunday morning at 11.40 (during breakfast service) We didn’t need a full meal as we were booked in for a roast elsewhere at 4pm. We thought we’d get some tea and toast to tide us over. Which we were bluntly told was not possible. Seconds later the same waitress brings over eggs on toast for the table next to us. I completely understand that breakfast service stops at a certain time but come on, it would have been no bother to put a couple of slices of bread in the toaster. Maybe I’m getting old and if I’m being unreasonable then please let me know.

We visited here for breakfast yesterday and I couldn't fault it at all. The service was great, the food was absolutely gorgeous and the setting was beautiful. The area was so well maintained and there was plenty of outside seating which was lovely because if the weather. I only went inside to use the bathroom but I noticed how nice it was inside too. There was a lot of gorgeous paintings on the walls and some for sale too. I'm so glad we decided to go here for breakfast, it was really enjoyable and set us up well for the day.

Such a strange experience. Went for lunch to find that the service on the terrace was patchy, some of the more senior staff were frankly rude and thought we were rather an inconvenience..... don't think we'll be back tbh. Although it should be said the Gentleman working the terrace was excellent, friendly and chatty...shame that the other staff weren't operating at his level. Food was great but just seemed a struggle to actually get served. Think they may have been understaffed.... Shame really.

While we were on the last evening of our visit to Lytham St Annes, our daughter booked a table for dinner as a surprise for us. We had been here for a drink while on our honeymoon in 1972 and it was just wonderful to actually be dining here. Terrific experience.

I always enjoy my time at the grand. I've been up hear each week for several weeks now. Food is fantastic. Staff and service is exceptional, like being welcomed home each time I return. Rooms are lovely. Amenities are well maintained.

A wonderful 2 night stay at the Grand. A great room with excellent views awaited us in room 111.. it's luxurious designer interior was amazing . Reception staff were warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, likewise in their fantastic restaurant.

We have stayed at The Grand a few times and returned in February bringing our wider family for a special birthday celebration. We all had a wonderful time with the staff going above and beyond throughout. Birthday dinner in the main restaurant was superb and breakfast was faultless as always. Sunday dinner also perfect. The rooms are lovely and immaculate. The staff at this hotel all give a warm, attentive and efficient service, it really is an absolute pleasure to stay there. Beautiful views and well appointed for getting around.

Food was okay I asked for small gluten free sausage and it was very small and it had been microwaved. When I saw it I felt like sending it back I could see the lad watching me look at the size of it. I would love to see the jumbo sausage Not the best gravy was a bit thick. My husband enjoyed his fish I asked for sausage chips and gravy expecting it to be on 1 tray. But was wrapped in so much paper separate The 2 staff at front of house were nice. There is a cafe at the back that looked nice. If I go back I would try the gluten free fish They had a lot of offers on and a good deal on for familyof 4.

Ordered 2 large fish and a large chips. The batter was thick, overcooked and really greasy. The chips were just not good. Greasy, some over cooked and others not raw in the middle. My 3rd time trying this place and each time worse than the last..

Great lunch at St Anne's fish Restaurant today. Excellent value too. Our 1st visit after searching for best fish n' chip restaurants in St Anne's and dog friendly too. All our meals we're large portions and very tasty. Staff were lovely, helpful and polite. Our furbabies were made to feel very welcome. We shall definitely be going back and would highly recommend it. We'll worth a visit!

Absolutely spot on, literally cant fault any of the food that was put infront of us, both me and friend had the 8oz and 12oz haddock with chips and and my god they where big portions, perfectly cooked. 10/10 on our visit !! We will definitely be returning

After trawling around for somewhere for lunch, we stopped here. Seating inside and outside, outside has a canopy. Cakes on display just a wee bit inside. Decent menu, breakfast served till 3pm. Specials board. Staff friendly and efficient. Food cooked fresh, club sandwich was good. Toast was excellent, and a great price. Toffee chino was great.

Food was mediocre, main thing was it was just so disorganised; Ordered 2 drinks - forgot the second one for 15 mins so had to remind them. When the food came no cutlery on the able so had to ask Loads of staff for how quiet it was, most of whom are just standing around doing nothing. Had to keep asking and reminding staff to do really, really basic things. Food 2 maybe 3/5 service 1/5.

First visit on Tuesday. Took my spaniels. The atmosphere in the cafe was so lovely. The staff were very friendly and all customers seemed happy to be there. Even my dogs picked up on the relaxed vibe and were very chilled. My scone and coffee were lovely - The coffee piping hot just as I like. There are some nice dog friendly cafes in Lytham but this has to be my favourite. I will be back

We have been here twice before but this time was disappointing for me personally. 1. I asked for a panini not a toastie but I had waited so long for food I was absolutely famished and just wanted to eat 2. When it came it was freezing and the tuna was so sloppy I had to remove quite alot of it in order to eat the toastie. There wasn't much red onion on it either. Then when we got the bill the price for tuna cheese toastie with red onion being an extra filling just wasn't worth what I got (not what I ordered) it's a shame really as the time before it was really good.

My wife and I both had the chicken burger today and it's no understatement to say it's the best we have ever had. The chicken was tender, juicy and tasty and the chips and salad were the perfect accompaniment. We've been many times to St Anne's Bistro and if you're looking for quality food at a good price it's hard to beat. The staff are attentive and polite. We would highly recommend this eatery to anyone that likes good quality food.

Best breakfast in St Anne's by far and we are fussy. Really good quality (you get what you pay for). Oh and have I mentioned the bacon, it's amazing. Proper old fashioned tasting bacon. It's that good we always go to the butchers in Ansdell to take some home with us. Nice friendly staff and nicely decorated. Thank you!

Had a lovely lunch. Chicken burger was massive! Had a brilliant cauliflower and cheddar soup with a cheese and pickle sandwich - was brilliant, couldn't fault it at all! Jacket potato was also good. It does seem to get busy so I'd recommend making a reservation if you want to eat inside at a certain time. Clean loos as well. Friendly folk all round!

First meal out since March 2020 and I was blown away by the meal I had. Will definitely be going back for more. Finally managed to get back into the place in January 2023. Always busy.

The food was nice; it was well-presented, tasted good, and there was a large variety of food to order. I have absolutely no complaints regarding the quality of the food; however, the service was not the same. None of the members of staff were rude in any way, they were nice but very inattentive; nobody asked if we enjoyed the food or if we needed anything else, etc. I would recommend it if you are looking for good food and don't care about the level of service that you receive.

Although the food was very good the staff didn’t seem happy in fact quite miserable and I was totally shocked to be charged £9.60 for two halves of draught lager when a pint is only £6.90 so my advice is to get a pint and ask for an extra glass.

Apparently Mohshinas has just changed hands (Thursday 1st May) and although sending out promotional emails only yesterday (2nd May), they have no intention of fulfilling those orders. We just ordered a meal this evening and after waiting an hour phoned the restaurant - they were rude and dismissive. They told me they had no intention of fulfilling the order and were not interested in discussing a refund. Avoid!

Pretty much my favourite Indian on the Fylde. I have always had excellent food and service. Tonight’s early-bird deal of a popadom, a curry and a bread for £9.95 is great value. 👍🏻

A recent refurbishment of the small interior has added further to the ambiance and relaxed atmosphere of this gem of a restaurant. Would recommend for the romantic meal or for small social groups.

Have had takeaways from here before and have been OK.. although hugely overpriced. Havent been for a couple of years and decided to eat in this time making use of local voucher. Staff are very unwelcoming and rude, abrupt. The food was disgusting we couldn't finish it. Our chicken in both dishes was like eating a bouncy ball I couldn't stomach the texture and the veg curry side dish, I've had school dinners in the 80s better than this. Am positive it was microwaved and not fresh. Worst curry we've ever had and won't be returning.

On a short break away and wandered into this restaurant by chance. service was lovely and food was so nice. Asked for suggestions for a creamy mild curry and what I got was perfect. My husband got the tandoori mixed grill which was presented perfectly on a hot skillet. We would definitely eat here again and will advise our friends to try on there travels.

Everyone at our table had an absolutely delicious meal!!! My Mum and my step-dad both had fish and chips chips were crispy on the outside light and fluffy on the inside. Fish was excellent. My sister had the beef wellington which looked amazing!!@ i had the LH Mac burger, probably one of the best burger I have ever had!!! Staff was very friendly and service was second to none. I would recommend The Lytham to everyone for a great meal and excellent atmosphere 👌

Visited as a large group for a special birthday, dined in a private dining room which was lovely, waiters were efficient. I'm afraid it was the food that let Lytham house down, the food tasted lovely however we had to send several meals back as they were cold or undercooked . We did not want to upset the Birthday girl so several of us did not complain or say anything when food was cold, my beef wellington was tepid and my vegetables were cold, my sticky toffee pudding was cold and dry (like it had not been cooked long enough). Very disappointed 😞

Found this place by chance and wow what a beautiful restaurant the food and service are 10/10 I visited 2 days on a row and I think the photos will explain why you must try here and shout out to Michal he was amazing!

Excellent food. You can see the chef has put some really nice twists on some classic dishes. Me and my wife are vegetarian and it’s great to see the vegetarian options were just as creative as the rest of the menu. We both live in Italy and my wife’s Gnocchi was an excellent take on what can normally be quite a heavy meal, one of the best Gnocchi’s she has tasted. I had what should have been a standard Feta & Red pepper parcel, but brilliantly served with a potato curry, it worked wonderfully. Would highly recommend for a perfect lunch!

We went on Friday, stunning table, make sure to sit upstairs. Ask the waiters for recommendations too, they're spot on. We had scallops, potato lobster thermidor, hake and pork, all were stunning. Great treat for a birthday and beautiful place! We'll be back!

Had a great night. Food was good, although surf and turf was expensive 2 prawns £8!. My burger was ok but not seasoned. Our wifes loved their food. Staff were great good knowledge and very pleasant. Had a band on which were great playing 80’s 90’s music. By the end of the night all singing and dancing.

Lovely welcoming chic venue offering high quality food and wine complimented by excellent service in trendy upmarket atmosphere. We were also impressed by the live music gig they had on last night! Having said that, the singer gave her 110% at the start of the evening, but was begining to fade towards the end of the evening!

We’re regular lunchtime visitors. All the food is excellent and the baked potatoes are the best I’ve ever had. Delicious ample fillings with top notch crispy skin. The wraps are superb as well and very substantial. The dishes come with a lovely side salad, sweet chilli dip and coleslaw. Night time menu is also excellent and highly recommend the meatballs. Our boys love the pizzas. BYOB is a bonus as well. Great service, great food and great staff. Can’t recommend highly enough.

After phoning to book a table on the spur of the moment after a recommendation, we were accommodated within the hour. The owners were friendly, the service was superb and the food was incredible. My little boy is often overwhelmed in new places but he was completely relaxed. The intimate setting and calm atmosphere were perfect. I booked our next visit before we left.

My partner phoned them at 1pm, about an hour before they closed - to ask them to make some food for pick up, they asked when for, my partner said we’d be there for 2pm; I was around 50 mins drive away at that point according to the satnav, about 50 mins later it was rolling on 2pm and I was still around 10 minutes away due to traffic, so my partner phoned them again and told them we were going to be late, they said that’s not a problem and waited for us. We got there, got the food, and drove to my partner’s mom’s house where we enjoyed the food. The food itself was amazing, delicious, fresh.. just all around great. Oliver and Angela were friendly and welcoming, giving us amazing treatment even after they were closed and we caused them some inconvenience. So I can’t thank them both enough, and I highly recommend it for lunch. Get down to Oliver’s, it’s the place to be. Amazing.

First time visit to Olivers on Saturday evening for a birthday celebration and what a great find. Such delicious food with lovely friendly staff and a great atmosphere. We'll definitely be back very soon.

This 1 star review does not represent the food, that was a 2 star, this on a night when they had a set menu with, I think, 4 of each course, starting off with the microwave bread and the frozen butter the waitresses were lovely. Enter the terrine, clearly made the month before served with some maybe medium toasted brioche bread which by its self was delightful but was the complete wrong texture for the month old terrine and 2 star chutney, the meal didn't get much better, when I complained the owner came over like something out of Gordon Ramsay and started telling me my fillet steak that had fat in it and was grey NOBODY had ever complained about. Bad food good entertainment

The start of a new day out with Ric "The Hat." This large and impressive Greene King pub is ten minutes walk from the station. A CAMRA Good Beer guide 2025 entry and also a Cask Marque pub. Ric chose a pint of Deuchars Caledonian IPA to start. A 3.8% beer in tip top condition. Choice of 4 real ales and one cider on my visit.TV's for sport, a games room for pool. Lots of outdoor seating. The front is a sun trap. Lots of food offers, typical GK menu.

bar staff are amazing, atmosphere great food was rubbish dried up lasagne the portions are tiny. you could count the chips , they would win the prize for very very very small portions and dried up food. on the plus side the pudding was nice.

Had a family birthday meal to which several dishes were served by coral who was a excellent host . Very professional and friendly. The food was excellent, I had the burger which was probably in my top five burger meals of all time. This place has a very clean appearance and the toilets are spotless. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. 👏

A lovely gem of a place. We were on holiday in the area and had our dog with us. I called up first to check they take the dog and if they had tables free. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the dog provided with a bowl of water. We had medium full breakfast and flatbread with avocado and halloumi. Both were delicious and very well presented. I also love good quality cutlery which they provided. A lovely place to relax for breakfast/brunch. Great table service. Highly recommend 👌

Staying close by in St Annes, we looked for somewhere local for breakfast, found this lovely little place. I had the large Fylde breakfast, my missus had the smaller Fylde breakfast and granddaughter had the biggest plate of baked beans on sourdough toast I've ever seen. Both Breakfasts were amazing, I love my breakfasts but this large one very nearly beat me, but I managed to finish 😂 we will return 👍. We came back 31/10 for breakfast this morning 😂, before driving home, the Avocado and Feta and Mushrooms Avocado were amazing, the taste of the latter exceptional.

Second visit to Prickly Pear after trying a month ago. Had the Gambas Al Ajillo and skin on fries the first time, food was fabulous so had to return for a second time! Food was fabulous once again, full of flavour. Staff were lovely, very attentive even with the lunchtime rush. Staff are fab with customer service and speak to you in a very friendly manner. My father had the fish and chips, he was very pleased with the quality and portion at a very reasonable price for the amount you get. Recommend to everyone, 5/5 stars!⭐️

We had breakfast today in this beautiful restaurant in Ansdell. The service was very welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious (halloumi, avocado and fried egg flatbread with hot honey drizzle and full English breakfast) The coffee is superb. We will be returning soon to try some lunch dishes.

We visited the property for our lunch as a party of 4 people. 3 of us chose small fish and chips with peas and a slice of bread. I chose the ciabatta roll meatballs with marinara sauce and skin on fries.We had couple of prosecco and a couple of soft drinks. The service and the food was excellent and the place has a good vibe.

In Ansdell on business so popped in for a late lunch because had heard positive reviews. Ordered the bacon and sausage barm and a cuppa and both were lovely. There was only one other table with customers. The 2 girls serving weren't great unfortunately. Very focused on their own chat - not customer service. I will return but might be more demanding next time!

The best dog cafe on the Fylde coast! Lovely food and lovely staff.

Pretty little cafe in the quieter part of Lytham main street. Seating inside and out which is traditional rather than modern. Delicious coffee and carrot cake. Canopy over the outside area plus a little hedge screening which was keeping the sun off when we called mid morning although I suspect it is a sun trap for most of the day. Cooler inside in summer. Helpful friendly staff and clean toilet. Prices for sandwiches and light snacks reasonable too. Definitely worth a try.

We visited with our two dogs on a cold wet weekend morning. The ladies were welcoming the cafe was warm and breakfast was lovely. They made the dogs feel welcome and gave them a sausage too. Will definitely go back. A little gem of a cafe.

Love it here!! My new favourite local take away. Visited a few times now and received excellent service from the staff each time. The venue is really clean and the food is made fresh to order. I love the salad bowls, so much choice of salad to choose from and the portion sizes are great. Try the le-roti flapjack or jam slice you’ll not regret it, So tasty.

Five Stars! A Chicken Salad Dream Come True at Le Roti! I just had the most amazing lunch at Le Roti and I’m already planning my next visit. If you’re a fan of chicken salads, this place is an absolute gem. You can custom make your salad exactly how you like it and I did just that (and maybe got a little greedy!). I loaded up my bowl with their perfectly cooked, juicy roast chicken, piled on some crisp greens & salads, and then gave in to temptation with a scoop of their creamy cold potato salad and some piping hot, golden roasties. Yes, both. No regrets! Topped with ceaser salad sauce and croutons. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff were friendly and patient while I made my dream combo, and the whole vibe of the shop just felt warm and welcoming. Le Roti is perfect if you’re eating clean or indulging a bit, they’ve got you covered. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a regular at Roti since moving to Lytham about three years ago, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently top quality and generous in portion. Whether it’s the hearty Sunday lunches, fresh chicken salads, or the best sausage rolls I’ve ever had – everything is proper, wholesome, and delicious. And don’t even get me started on the homemade sweet treats – absolutely gorgeous! Please never change !!

What can l say. Amazing food..great service..chatty and informative regarding menu. 2 home made siups..delicious. Chicken boxed salad..all home made coleslaw..potato salad and slaw. Ate the lot in one sitting. Chicken sub for the other half..took only minutes to devour. Would l go again? Absolutely!

Absolutely disgraceful! Waited over an hour for 2 dishes! Service nothing short of terrible, went to pay and was given a table of 4 people’s bill! Glad I checked! Then was given our tables bill to then when I got home saw I was charged for 11 drinks instead of 4! Called the restaurant! Please see attached messages between myself and the restaurant for the disgraceful response! Be aware of these cowboys !!!

Great food in Bangkok Thai restaurant Lytham this evening, prices are very reasonable and the food is fresh authentic and tasty, the new maitre d “Ben” is a great new asset to the restaurant, he’s only young but is very polite and sociable with the customers.

Nice small restaurant who's food has a refreshing light touch. Nice bright decor makes the place feel bigger than it is, it's not small but is cosy. This is an old building so wheelchair access looks unlikely, worth checking with the owners first, they were very helpful and attentive during our visit. It's the best thai restaurant in Lytham by my reckoning, so visit again.

Wow what a wonderful dinner!! Full of flavor and truly an exceptional dinner:) the spice was just right and you have the option to make it spicier or not:) the service is brilliant and so welcoming. I ordered the lamb samoosas to start and they were delicious, then chicken curry with extremely tender chicken and a thick Marsala sauce that was to die for! On top of all this excellence they serve COBRA draft beer and it's the way to go. If your in the mood for real flavor and a great curry this is the place to go! Thank you Jai Lounge for your magic!

We came to St Anne’s for the day and stumbled across this hidden gem! Delicious food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be making the hours drive just to come back to Jai Lounge.

Dinner for three, £112 with two glasses of wine and meal. Good but not great, just lacked depth of flavour. The chilli paneer was awesome but the paneer masala and makhani dhal didn’t quite deliver. Loved the rumali roti! Very welcome staff and great vibe.

Amazingly good. The menu had plenty of choice without being excessive, which is always a sign that it is going to be good. Had the monkfish starter and Lamb Biryani. The lamb was really tender and the fish was perfectly cooked. Fresh vibrant flavours and the nan bread was lovely and light, which as a diabetic is perfect.

Hidden gem. Delicious food and fantastic service. We were recommended some great dishes. Crispy naan bread and yummy curries. If you are in St Anne's you should definitely give Jai Lounge a visit.

Everything was fresh and made in house. Definitely worth the trip. Even on a Tuesday night, was very lively, with quick service and a visit from the Head Chef. Made the party feel welcome and will be recommending to everyone I know!!!!

So glad we found this fish and chips shop when we visited Lytham St Anne's. It advertises that they cook in beef dripping and it really does make a difference. The food was cooked to order so you know it's fresh and not been sat there in the warmer for ages. The fish was delicious and crispy, not at all greasy, it was massive for just a regular one too the large must be huge. I had it wish mushy peas which were also nice but just your standard mushy peas. I tried some of my partners chips and curry sauce, the chips were really good and so was the curry sauce. 10/10 for the fish and chips 7/10 for the peas

An excellent chippy in Lytham St Annes. I always call in when I'm in the area. Was in recently for chips, curry and peas but had to wait a while as there were only two members of staff. That would be my only complaint. Aside from that, the food was tasty and good quality and the prices were reasonable. I have attached a recent photo of the menu. (July 2025)

Googled best fish and chips in Lytham St Anne's and this place got 5th on the times best chippy list so we paid them a visit on our way home from a day out. Have to say we were not disappointed! By far the best fish and chips I've had in ages! Also the gravy! Delicious! Great service to and lovely owners, will definitely be back 👌🏻

Honestly amazing food, we had the roast beef Sunday dinner and it was up there with the best ever. It was truly delicious everything about the meal including desserts. We will definitely be returning.

Wow - The afternoon tea here is amazing. Lovely location, fabulous decor, attentive and efficient service and the quality of food is absolutely top class. Highly recommend for afternoon tea, it's definitely worth a visit. Nice to go for a walk down the promenade afterwards to walk off the cream scones and cakes. Will definitely return soon.

We ordered a meal via just eat this evening. After 2 hours I decided to go to the restaurant as the app was telling me our food had been delivered but it had not. On arrival there were numerous people in the same position but nobody in the restaurant. The phone was ringing and nobody was answering it. Eventually after waiting more time my order was given to me. I had been charged delivery and service charge which I have requested a refund. On opening the food some salt and pepper ribs were swimming in oil and were cold and inedible. Salt and pepper prawns were ok but also had a gooey oily batter. Also a house special pepper and black bean sauce I believe this was ok. A real miss tonight by 88 Chinese restaurant I don't know what went wrong but I have requested a refund as if the food had been served in the restaurant I would not have paid.

Amazing, authentic Chinese food. One of the best Chinese meals I've had. Eat in or take away, you can't go wrong. Price is very good.

I bought several dishes for eight hungry people waiting at my home. The lady I spoke with was very friendly, but unfortunately the food was extremely mediocre. The wonton soup was tasteless, probably the worst I’ve had, and my guests all asked where I had got the takeaway as the dishes were so bland. The best dishes we ordered were the ribs, which was the only thing everyone wanted to eat. It’s disappointing when half the food we ordered was thrown away. I’ve ordered here before, probably pre covid, and the food was much better then, perhaps the chef was having an off day:(
