Vietnamese restaurant
Asian restaurant
Bánh ướt lòng gà LONG is a signature dish unique to Da Lat, featuring steamed rice cake paired with tender chicken intestines and an array of fresh herbs. Despite initial skepticism about the combination, the soft and chewy rice cake complements the boiled chicken mixed with various vegetables and marinated in a sweet and sour fish sauce. Locals highly recommend this street food staple, which can be easily found at road stalls throughout Dalat.
The goodness of a chicken distilled on top of cold broad rice noodles. If you are queasy with chicken organs, just ask for the chicken only. I am not normally into organs, but I devoured everything because it is that flavourful. The contrasts and freshness provided by the herbs and tangy fish sauce just makes it a perfect light meal.

May 2025 Food was nice, porridge was warm. The other food was served in cold type. Total 150,000 vnd

By far the best meal we have gotten. The place is so local that everything is written in Vietnamese. Luckily the people are so friendly and show us what they eat and we ordered the dry flat noodles with chicken meat, we also had the chicken porridge. This is one of the true experiences u must have.
Remy N — Google review
It's so good, especially the fish sauce that goes with it! The bowl is full of chicken's organ, chicken meat, and chả. The fish sauce is a little sour, sweet, and salty. I think it would be a lot better if the bánh is warm instead of room temperature.
Uyen N — Google review
Let me tell you about this hidden gem I found in Da Lat - Bánh ướt lòng gà Long. Tucked away in a small alley on Phan Đình Phùng, it doesn't look like much from the outside. But trust me, the food speaks for itself. I wasn't sure what to expect with "chicken noodle specialties" on the menu, but bánh ướt lòng gà is something else entirely. The silky smooth rice crepes, almost translucent, were a delightful contrast to the savory chicken innards. It all came together beautifully with the sweet and sour dipping sauce and the fresh herbs. The portion size was perfect for a light lunch, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The owner was incredibly friendly too, even though there was a bit of a language barrier. He must have seen the confusion on my face because he patiently showed me the best way to enjoy the dish. Overall, Bánh ướt lòng gà Long was a fantastic local experience. It's not fancy by any means, but that's part of its charm. If you're looking for a delicious and authentic Da Lat dish, this place is a must-try.
Thanh L — Google review
A very popular place for this type of food here in DaLat. They are specializing banh out long ga and that's all they offer. The sauce is great but the place is a bit dirty. The special is exactly like the comjo except it has additional cha. Id rather have combo and order something else instead.Still recommend this place. Not a handicapped friendly facility.
Andy M — Google review
Lots of tourists here. Very crowded in the morning. Ordered the special steamed rice pancakes “bánh ướt đặc biệt” (steamed rice pancakes, basil, chicken, chicken organs, eggs, and pork sausage “chả” with sweet fish sauce), “cháo gà lòng” (chicken and intestines porridge) and an iced soy milk. I much prefer if they put aside fish sauce as I’d love to add on to my liking. Cold rice pancakes. Porridge was okay.
Mia N — Google review
The food was surprisingly good. Wasn’t expecting it. It’s located right up on the corner of a hill. Food arrived fast. Wasn’t a fan of chicken but it was good. Definitely recommended for chicken lovers.

Tiệm Mì Tàu Cao, located in Da Lat, is a popular spot known for its Huế-style beef noodle soup. The street where it's situated is small and peaceful, with no aggressive competition among the nearby restaurants. Visitors can expect consistent quality and pricing at all the shops along the road.
Lovely owners and delicious wonton noodle soup! We got a big bowl of pork noodle wonton soup and it was amazing - one of our favourite meals that we’ve had while travelling. Such a great price too, at only 50k! The broth was so tasty and hearty - definitely recommend!
Jas D — Google review
Unreal food, best we’ve tried in Da Lat. Delicious broth, tasty toppings and succulent meat. 10/10
Kika K — Google review
The owner is such a lovely woman, They have two kinds of bowls, we took them both, we also took the dumpling, when I’m telling you it was soft as a cloud, filled with such delicious meat, every bite from each dish felt like heaven, it’s the tastiest meal I had so far in Vietnam, I really recommend coming to this place, it’s a must! It’s also so cheap and clean. Wow such a great experience!
Or S — Google review
A great Chinese mi broth with a good amount of meat. Their Bao are also gigantic, it's mostly filled with dough, but still generous for the small price. The service was fast and friendly.
Chuong N — Google review
We absolutely loved this place and went twice during our stay in Dalat. We had the Egg Noodles with Wontons both times. The broth is subtle but delicious and crispy pork they put in gives and extra kick of flavour. Adding the chilli & lemongrass oil makes it extra special. Would highly recommended, only 40k as well.
Tim H — Google review
50K for a bowl of Hu Tieu. This Hu Tieu honestly below average and not so tasty, but the price is above average. So the value here is not that much even though you get a good amount of noodle, and I would not recommend this one especially if your time in Dalat is limited...
Ak — Google review
The broth is pretty good, but everything else is standard. The wonton is not good with very little fillings and thick cover that is not fully cooked in some part.
Uyen N — Google review
It’ been a long time I haven’t take this very delicious kind of noodle. It is seemed to be made by an original cook. The taste is really awesome with roasted pork, char-siu meat and wanton. Highly recommend.

Bánh canh bà Hường is a popular Vietnamese noodle soup known for its hearty and warming qualities. The dish features thick tapioca rice noodles, simmered pork meat and bones, green onions, cilantro, and various optional add-ins such as quail eggs, fried spring rolls, fish cakes, or fish balls. The broth is rich and flavorful without being overly thick or salty. Customers praise the homemade chewy and moist noodles along with the tender meats.
This place is a true HIDDEN TREASURE! The Banh Canh noodle soup is incredibly delicious. The broth is rich and slight thick without being too thick or salty. The noodles are homemade. They are chewy and moist. The meats are flavorful and tender. This is the BEST Banh Canh I’ve ever had. Even if you have never tried this soup you have to try this place. It’s a food stall inside a market. The ladies working here are friendly and serve with a smile. The service is very fast the food super fresh!

Market
Chợ đà lạt, also known as Da Lat Market, is a bustling marketplace located on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street. The market offers a wide variety of food and drinks on its second floor, which are only available during the day and are reasonably priced. Visitors can easily locate this vibrant market using Google Maps, making it a convenient destination for exploration.
Cho Da Lat is very happening at night, they transform into Da Lat Night Market. There is a wet market, which should be the gist of the market. It’s linked to Dalat Center, Cho Moi Da Lat. Greatest buy is a hair clip for my queen! Yay.
Kong S — Google review
Try to make some bargain when you come to this market to buy the local products. This place become a popular attraction in Dalat. Especially the ladies carry the Berry, grapes, strawberry, vegetables on the street, the price will be higher than the supermarket. Skill of bargain totally need to be using when dealing with these ladies. Samething happen when buying the local dry fruit and snack in the market building. Bargain is the must or just hang around without buying anything. Compare the price as well. Interesting place to see the local fresh products.
WY — Google review
Da Lat Market is a vibrant hive of energy that captures the spirit of the city, both during the day and especially at night. Inside, you’ll find stall after stall stacked with colorful dried fruits, preserved snacks, herbal teas, artichoke products, and local specialties. The chilli mango was a standout and my favorite —sweet, spicy, and addictive. You’ll also spot giant jars of freeze-dried strawberries, passionfruit jam, and fruit-infused candies that make perfect souvenirs or snacks for exploring. Outside, the atmosphere shifts into overdrive as the sun sets. The market square becomes a sea of people, at times we found it hard to move at any pace—locals and tourists alike—enjoying grilled street food like sausages cooked over hot stones, cups of juicy Da Lat strawberries selling for 20,000 VND for a small cup or 40-45,000 VND for a large cup and they were delicious, and other quick bites. There’s something thrilling about being among the crowds, especially on the steps overlooking the night market. It feels like the heart of Da Lat pulses here. Fresh produce vendors offer immaculate boxes of strawberries, and the variety and presentation are photo-worthy. Whether you’re shopping, tasting, or just soaking in the atmosphere, Da Lat Market is not just a place to visit—it’s an experience. If you’re in Da Lat, set aside a few evenings to come here. It’s chaotic in the best way possible and full of delicious discoveries.
John W — Google review
The vibe of the market is superb! The best time to visit is in the morning if you want to experience the traditional wet market atmosphere, with stalls full of fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, and meat. It’s bustling and lively early in the day, giving you a real feel of the local life. Definitely a must-visit when you’re in Da Lat!
MA R — Google review
Dalat Market is full of life, colors, and local flavors. You can find almost everything here – from dried fruits, mushrooms, and local snacks to fresh produce, flowers, and street food. The indoor stalls are neatly arranged with friendly vendors, while the outside area is buzzing with food carts, fruit sellers, and clothing stalls. We tried the famous Bánh Mì Xíu Mại, hot and flavorful, and enjoyed seeing locals queue for their favorite street snacks. Fresh durians, sweet potatoes, and beautiful dried flowers are sold everywhere, adding to the charm of the market. What makes this place special is the lively atmosphere – locals chatting, vendors smiling, and the true feeling of being part of Dalat’s daily life. Even on a rainy day, the market is vibrant and worth exploring. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience authentic Dalat culture, shop for souvenirs, or simply enjoy delicious local street food. Don’t miss it when you’re in Dalat! 📍 Tip: Come with an appetite and bring some cash, as most stalls don’t take cards.
Jason C — Google review
Lots of different vendors outside the market, but once inside, almost every stall sells pretty my much the same thing, dry fruit, tea, etc, quite typical market targeting visitors. I wish they offer more character.
Li L — Google review
So many things on offer from clothes to food and everything in-between. Quite a big market if you go all the way round but great fun and good vibes. Must see if your in Dalat
Barry W — Google review
Long-standing market area, many historical stories. Later, a new Dalat market was built next to the old market. There are many goods, most of which serve tourism. a food trading area, and a small food-store. Especially the night market, it's very crowded. Prices are good, there are stores with good prices, but many stores are very expensive. Need to ask the price carefully before buying

Restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Da Lat, Lien Hoa Bakery is a delightful haven for both locals and travelers alike. This charming bakery offers an impressive array of baked goods that cater to all tastes, from traditional Vietnamese baguettes (banh mi) to flaky croissants and decadent cakes. The ground floor buzzes with activity as families and tourists explore the tempting selection of pastries, while those seeking a more substantial meal can venture upstairs to enjoy hearty dishes like bo kho (beef stew).
Excellent bakery - not sure if it is a chain store but wide variety of parties, hot food, desserts etc. The pork ball bahn mi is a signature dish and superb. Most of the items have an English translation and the menu on the wall is numbered so pretty easy. The is a dine in area up a few stairs, fountain to refill water, WC etc. Plenty of locals here to.
Paul J — Google review
There was a wide selection of pastries, so many that I was completely spoiled for choice. Everything looked delicious, except for the cakes, which didn’t quite catch my eye. Greedy as I am, I couldn’t resist and ended up buying five in one go. Looks like my calorie and sugar intake for the day is off the charts, haha!
Cheiro T — Google review
A legendary bakery of Dalat that serves not only a variety of tasty breads and pastries but they also open from early morning to late night - which means that they can be a perfect snack stop. I adore their Socola Banana bread and the savoury Banh Pateso.

David L — Google review
Delicious Bahn Mi to go, we stopped here twice during our trip - first time was to get a Banh mi for our hike up Lang Biang, we had the grilled pork and signature (see pic) The second time was to get a bahn mi for our bus journey - we both had the char Sui pork. Both times they were delicious.
Tom A — Google review
This is the best bakery in town! I just picked whatever caught my eye and was pleasantly surprised, every bread I tried was delicious. My favorites were the black croissant with matcha inside and the bread with salted egg.
Natalie V — Google review
Stopped by this bakery a few times during my trip to Da Lat since it was right next to my hotel. I tried their best-seller banh mi it was good, but a little too dry for my taste, and I usually prefer when the bread is served hot. That said, all the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The sweets, however, were a bit disappointing. I tried the pastel de nata which, of course, wasn’t close to how it’s supposed to be, but still nice enough. The honeycomb cake was quite bad, I couldn’t even finish it. The matcha croissant was tasteless and lacked any fluffiness or airiness. In hindsight, I feel like I should have gone for the traditional Asian sweets, since they looked much better and I noticed many locals were buying them. Overall, it’s an okay spot to stop for a banh mi. They also have seating on the second floor, which is convenient if you get caught in the rain.
Anastasiia P — Google review
Really nice bakery with good selection and everything has labels in English as well as Vietnamese. The bacon hot dog roll was very nice as well as the jelly fruit cake slice. The crossiant was nice tasty enough but not as good as I expected it to be. All this only cost 99 vnd tho so great prices!

The Pho restaurant Phở Hiếu is a popular spot in town for breakfast. They serve up delicious beef pho with donut as a main course, and also offer da lat yoghurt as desserts. The restaurant is always busy, but the service is friendly and the food tastes good for the price.
Very nice place with extremely nice staff. Portions are very large and tasty. You can also pay by card here. There are buns on the table, but you have to pay 10 thousand for each eaten, they are delicious. We were also given a whole kettle of vanilla tea for free. Pho Bo Vietnam soup is very tasty and classic, Bun Bo Hue is sweeter and also incredibly tasty. We recommend yogurt as a sweet souffle. In general, a very cool place, we recommend everyone to visit
Tetianа S — Google review
This place has the best tasting Bo Kho I've tried throughout Vietnam. The broth is rich in flavour, and the beef is slow cooked to give it real tenderness. They provide three options; Banh Mi, Pho & Hu Tieu, all at 50k per serve (medium size, but they also do a small serve [45k] plus a large serve [65k]). They also serve various Pho and Bun dishes, and beverages are available, too. Their restaurant is only small, so you might have to wait for a seat/table during peak times. The service is fast and friendly - a good example of local hospitality. I've eaten here multiple times, especially as they are ok with my dog (though I try to sit outside whenever possible). I highly recommend Pho Hieu for tourists, both national and international, and for locals.

Excellent service that identify local from tourist and provide English menu. Rice noodles soup with beef, thinly sliced and tender to chew and swallow. Beef soup is light and go well with the lime and herbs they provided for free to add to enhance flavour. Overall, Come and Support

Wow this place is always buzzing! It’s no wonder, the food is so good and it comes out FAST. They are so efficient, like a well oiled machine! I’ve tried the Bo Kho and the Pho Bo Tai. Both were delicious and flavourful, served with a huge plate of freshly washed greens. Very fair pricing for such high quality, tasty food 😃. I’ll be back! Thank you 🙏

Authentic pho with a rich, flavorful soup! A must-try if you’re in Dalat. Although this spot is quite popular among tourists, it hasn’t lost its local charm and still offers a truly authentic Vietnamese dining experience.

Didn’t had a lot of Pho in my this trip to Vietnam but out of the handful I had in Ho Chi Minh and Da Lat, this is indeed one of the better ones. It does feel very authentic and we were able to observe how our local driver eat it. Personally I’m a selectively strict omnivore so I don’t eat all veggies, including mint leaves and the spices to boost my Pho

Zara O — Google review
One of the best finds so far in Dalat. Very local, very inexpensive, very delicious. I'm really not much of a fan of fish soups usually because often they are over cooked and the fish is mealy. This soup, however, is perfection itself. The balance of flavors is a beautiful thing, and the perfectly cooked fish and noodles add just the right amount of texture and chew. I'll be eating here every day I'm in town and I'll be dreaming of it when I'm not.

When you find yourself in Dalat, make sure to indulge in the delightful "Oc Buou Nhoi Thit," a dish that beautifully marries local flavors with a hint of French influence. This culinary gem features freshwater snails, meticulously cleaned and filled with a savory mixture of ground pork, garlic, and aromatic lemongrass. The preparation involves stuffing this flavorful blend back into the snail shells before steaming them to perfection.
My first and only experience having stuffed snails was here, so I have nowhere else to compare them with, but they were just delicious. Soft pork and chewy snail meat. A basket of about 12, some nuoc cham, a black sesame rice cracker and Thai basil. Must try if you get a chance, especially if you're in Dalat. Highly recommended!
Lawrence O — Google review
This place came highly recommended by the massage spa not far. We had the local snails steamed with mince pork, lemongrass & spices. Also ordered squid hotpot & fried rice. Too much food for two but a new experience for us with the snail. The bill was $20 for two. Must try for first timers to Dalat.

If you're on the hunt for an authentic Vietnamese culinary experience, look no further than "Mì Quảng - Bún Riêu Cô Nguyệt." This charming little eatery, discovered through a travel blog, specializes in Mì Quảng—a delightful turmeric noodle soup hailing from the region. The dish is typically topped with tender pork belly or neck and garnished with crispy rice crackers that add a satisfying crunch.
Best Bún Riêu! Super savory, simple, fresh. Care and attention to preparation, including presenting plucked mint leaves - definitely not a common practice - definitely a step above.

If you find yourself in Dalat, a visit to Bún Bò Huế Bếp Hương is an absolute must! This charming eatery specializes in the iconic beef noodle soup that hails from Hue, Vietnam's ancient capital. On those cool Dalat evenings, nothing warms the soul quite like their spicy and rich broth paired with tender slices of beef. We stopped in on this chilly night for a bowl of Bun Bo Hue, and was very pleased with the flavor, the portion size and the great service! Plenty of beef, fresh veggies and herbs too. Close to our hotel, we're sure to return. Highly recommended!

We went here for lunch on Nov 9. We ordered a sweet & sour soup (excellent), tofu in tomato sauce (just ok), deep fry tofu sheet with special sauce (too salty) and a peach tea (too sweet). The restaurant was nice and clean and staff were very polite and attentive. Our bill was a little over 300K VN dong. It was neither cheap nor expensive. I would give 3.5 stars for the food and 5 stars for the staff. The menu has many different dishes. I would recommned this restaurant.

We went there several times as it is located very conveniently and the prices are around 30 000 to 50 000 Đồng for a dish. Portions are big (the phố for 35 000 Đồng was very filling). However you should stick to there "star" dishes as there menu is huuuge and quality varies.

Extensive menu. Ordered the yuangzhou fried rice, "chicken wings" & dumplings & chilli tofu rice. The fried rice was delicious and had mock Chinese sausage. The chicken wings were super tasty and had a great meaty texture. The dumplings were actually sweetened bread dumplings that are deep fried, I expected more traditional pastry with a filling dumpling but they were filling and tasty. The tofu was tipped with a lemongrass chilli mix and deep fried with a side of rice. All dishes were tasty and cheap, 160k for 3 dishes.

The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the proper way to enjoy the pho. They even went the extra mile to help us order drinks from the stalls across the street. Highly recommended!

This was an extremely unpleasant dining experience. I was here for dinner. The floor was grimy. The staff in the kitchen were incredibly boisterous - shouting and slamming plates - it felt like I was in a wet market. All floor staff were mostly glued to their phones. Portion was unimpressive - barely any meat for 75k. The broth was good, but that’s hardly redeeming when the overall experience was so awful, and there are so many good places around where one can actually dine in a civilised environment. Couldn’t get out fast enough.

Phenomenal pho with a flavorful, rich broth. Had a long travel day with a long 8 hour bus so this pho really hit the spot. We came around 8pm and they were out of the Hanoi pho so we only had the option of the “pink” noodles. We ordered two tai nam large bowls and really enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the cool weather.

Blue Parrot Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant known for its delectable Mexican, Spanish, and Latino cuisine. The establishment upholds high standards of cleanliness and is lauded for its delicious food and attentive service. While the prices are slightly higher than Vietnamese fare, they remain reasonable for the quality of Mexican meals offered. Visitors have particularly enjoyed dishes like the chicken supreme burrito and chicken fajitas, praising their taste and quality.
A lively and flavour-packed spot for Mexican food lovers! Blue Parrot Mexican Grill in Da Lat is a fun and colourful place that instantly catches your attention – not just from the vibrant decor, but from the lively squawk of the restaurant’s feathered mascot, a bright blue parrot perched proudly by the entrance. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was upbeat and inviting. The waiter was energetic, full of charm, and added to the experience with his friendly service and great sense of humour. The restaurant itself is bursting with colour, quirky signage, and Mexican-themed touches that set the tone for a good time. The menu was full of well-thought-out Mexican favourites – from crispy tacos and hearty burritos to creamy guacamole and fresh pico de gallo. We tried a range of dishes, and every bite was bursting with spice and flavour. The beef tacos were a standout, and the chips and dips were fresh and satisfying. The home made lemonades were the perfect finishing touch – cold, zesty, and refreshing. Portion sizes were generous and great value for money, especially given the central location. Kevin was a brilliant waiter and even let us hold the parrot! Food was excellent for a Mexican in Vietnam. We had burritos and frozen margaritas. The decor is amazing. Only reason for the 4 star atmosphere was that there was no background music and you could only order off an iPad, which i dont like but thats just personal preference. Get some proper menus and music and it would be 10/10. Thanks for a wonderful evening 😊

In the past days I was craving so much some beans with totopos, so I decided to go here, since I saw having in the menu as a side dish, when I arrived I saw a lonely place for the beginning that doesn’t make me comfortable in restaurants but decided to give a chance, (my mistake was not reading the bad reviews only the good ones); I got the tablet for make my order and since I was there and in the menu the picture of steak fajita tacos was amazing (like a true Mexican taco) I decided to order, even though wasn’t very cheap, when I received my tacos I was very disappointed! Just judge by yourself in the photos if they’re are similar.. I was like I didn’t order hard shell corn tortillas, neither lettuce so.. I ate them because I ordered but they were missing so much flavor, at the end the beans were the only one thing was “good” (missing lots of salt).

As a Thai, I must say that the food tastes close to authentic Thai food, delicious. But the staffs are not very attentive to customers. My partner raised his hand to call the staffs several times, but the staffs just saw and ignored him until I had to shout to call the staffs. Dalat is a tourist city, I think the staffs should know some English. Also, I don't understand why the staffs have to run around the restaurant (literally RUN) to serve food, welcome the customers, or whatever. I am a restaurant worker too. Running in the restaurant is not the thing that you should do. It is about the safety of customers and the staffs themselves. I would like the restaurant to train the staffs in this matter. I only give two stars because of the staffs and service. And it was very noisy in the restaurant.
Jay ( — Google review
Food is not even close to authentic at all. Staff not attentive and placed wrong order. I ordered a moo Peng which is already a pork dish and staff ordered another grilled pork belly and didn't double confirm with me. The ambience is not bad though. Anyway, overall experience is bad. Not recommended.

Boring food. Really small portions. We order a green and red curry, both almost the same taste. They said it they were both really spicy but they weren't. We added 3 spoons of spicy powder and even that dident make it hot at all. And to top it off... They were out of rice by 18.30 so then we got blue sticky mango rice instead.

Delicious Bun Bo in town. With a reasonable price you could get a big bowl of bun bo, full of toppings. What make this place special is a very big dish of fresh and delicious sald whenever you eat Bun Bo. I’m sure you gonna love it. Gotta eat it twice this time I get here. Thanks.

Pho restaurant
Quán Phở Uyên is a charming restaurant in Da Lat with a nostalgic atmosphere. The owners, who are warm and hospitable, create an inviting environment reminiscent of the 90s in Vietnam. The pho broth has a unique flavor that combines elements of both Northern and Southern styles. The meatballs are thinly sliced and the beef is tender, providing a delightful texture to each bite of the chewy noodles.
This is the first time I have eaten at Phở Uyên restaurant. I really like the nostalgic atmosphere of this restaurant, I love the way the elderly aunt and uncle work hard and carefully prepare the Phở bowls of the time. At the present time, I enjoy Phở for 45,000 VND and how I feel? 🥰 The Phở flavor here is a cross between Northern and Southern Phở. I guarantee that this experience will be very valuable for you, especially for those who love the nostalgia of Vietnam in the 90s! Thank you for coming and enjoying!
Hoang N — Google review
Tucked away in the cool, misty streets of Đà Lạt, Quán Phở Uyên stands out as a hidden gem that brings the bold, soulful flavors of Xứ Nghệ (Nghệ Tĩnh) cuisine to the Central Highlands. Known especially for its unique take on phở, this cozy spot offers more than just a bowl of noodles—it serves comfort, tradition, and a taste of home for anyone familiar with the central region of Vietnam. The broth here is rich and aromatic, with a deep flavor profile that reflects the earthy, hearty cooking style of Nghệ An and Hà Tĩnh. It’s not overly sweet like southern phở, nor too subtle like some northern styles. Instead, it strikes a perfect balance—bold, slightly spicy, and deeply satisfying. The beef is tender and generous, and the fresh herbs and condiments on the side allow you to adjust the flavors to your liking. Beyond the phở itself, the service at Quán Phở Uyên is warm and genuine. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to offer a recommendation or share a quick chat, making the dining experience feel personal and welcoming. You can tell this is a family-run place, where pride in both food and hospitality shines through. If you’re in Đà Lạt and craving something deeply flavorful and distinct from the usual tourist fare, Quán Phở Uyên is absolutely worth a visit. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a cultural experience, a little slice of Nghệ Tĩnh soul served hot and heartfelt in every bowl.

A Hidden Gem in Đà Lạt – Quán Phở Uyên If you're ever in Đà Lạt and craving an unforgettable bowl of phở, Quán Phở Uyên is an absolute must-visit. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the city, this humble little shop offers not only delicious food but also a truly heartwarming experience. The star of the place is the lovely old lady who owns the shop. She prepares every bowl of phở with so much care and love that you can genuinely taste it in every bite. It’s rare to find that level of dedication these days, and it’s clear that she puts her whole heart into her cooking. Watching her work is like watching a master at their craft—gentle, attentive, and full of warmth. Despite the shop being small, it's incredibly clean and well-maintained. You immediately feel a sense of comfort and pride in how they keep the place. The staff are also very tidy and polite, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. It's clear that cleanliness and quality are a top priority here. The broth is rich and aromatic, perfectly balanced, and the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Whether you're a local or a traveler, this is the kind of food that makes you feel at home. Quán Phở Uyên isn’t just a place to eat—it’s an experience. A bowl of phở here isn’t fast food; it’s a labor of love served with a smile. Highly recommended!

This was my first place to go to when I got to Da Lat. It’s the best place to have breakfast. I’m just so in love with the broth and fresh sliced beef ($1.89 ~ 45k per bowl). I also really like their desert - cheese yogurt.

5 stars for the amount of cute this place is. It’s authentic and made with love but would have liked it if it was prepared in hotter broth. Flavor and Ingredients were sweet and savory such a surprise! The sweetest cook and elderly gentleman chatted with us as well in English. Our dogs also were welcomed. Just to experience it once is worth your time in Dalat. These people are happy to see you.

Very good Pho place in Da Lat. The owner is very cute. She cared for us and she reminded me of my grandma. Her pho broth is not very spices fragranced but it has a special taste to it which interested me. Meatballs were sliced and beef was chewy. It is a fatty broth kind and it makes every bite of chewy noodle have the sticky feeling to your mouth (which is my type of pho broth) but if you don’t want too much fat, kindly as her and she would adjust for you. A must pho place to come when you are in Da Lat.
Uyen L — Google review
This is , without a doubt, the best Pho I have ever tasted . For any westerners this place has to go straight to the top of the “ to do “ list in Da Lat. I’ve eaten in 5 star hotels and restaurants and this food is superior . Make sure to try the egg soup. Less than 100,000 fed my wife and I with 2 generous servings of pho, egg soup , ginger tea and yogurt that was to die for . This very grateful Aussie will be glad to return.

Lẩu Gà Lá É Tao Ngộ 5, also known as chicken hot pot with basil leaves, has gained popularity in Da Lat despite its non-native origins. The dish offers a delightful combination of tangy basil, sweet chicken, and spicy broth that tantalizes the taste buds. Customers can enjoy swimming in a hot pot filled with generous portions of chicken and mushrooms while savoring the delicious flavors enhanced by E leaf.
You can actually swim in the hotpot with loads of chicken and mushroom. The food is so delicious to eat with É leaf. It’s also pretty cheap for 300k/hotpot with 2 extra dishes. Strongly recommend this place to anyone!

Their chicken dishes are obviously delicious, their other dishes probably aren't so much. I ordered stir fried beef and bok choy - beef was fine, the vegetable was too sour. Could be that I got unlucky and got a bad dish though? Either way a good place for everything chicken but would not recommend if you enjoy something else. 8/10

Bistro
Bún bò thố đá is a unique Vietnamese noodle dish that stands out from other noodle bowls in Asia. What sets it apart is the way it's cooked in a terracotta bowl, which infuses the rich broth with a distinct flavor that's hard to put into words. The secret lies in the flavorful broth, typically made with pork bones and vegetables, sometimes incorporating coconut water for added depth.
We found this restaurant by pure chance. We were going to eat next door because an online article recommended it, but it happened to be closed that early in the morning. So we went two shops down to Bun Bo Tho Da by chance. As a tourist, this hit the spot on a cold windy Dalat morning. Go with the largest Bun Suon Dac Biet. The soup is wonderful. I literally drank the entire stone pot bowl and my sister's leftovers. They have a few tables that'll accomodate 7-8 people. Very comfortable overall without feeling rushed. Would come again. Would recommend. Our total for 8 people for 690,000 VND

Just realised this noodle shop is nestled in the An An House (accommodation place). Our tour guide Mr Thuong brought us to try local food in Dalat. It is scrumptious food and rich flavour for the broth! Food served inside the hot stone that make the flavour of the soup richer and served hot! It is kid-friendly food and comfort food for them. They don’t speak English very well but not to worry you can use the modern technology to communicate ☺️

The distinct flavors of Phở Tuyền are complemented by delightful accompaniments such as chakoi, making it an ideal choice for those seeking authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
Everytimes I come visit Đà Lạt, I will always have my breakfast here. With the Northen style Phở, it's like a refreshing bath to my taste buds. And the "Quẩy" they provide along wih the Phở is both crunchy and aromally when dipping in the broth, such perfect combination! Very recommended!

One of the noodle shops in this neighborhood. I have been passing it several times over a few days, it was somewhat crowded than other shops by both locals and tourists. There are better shops nearby for sure, but this is definitely a safe choice for some tourists who can't handle some local broth. This shop was the only one that asked if I want certain herbs in English. I have mixed feeling about this exceptional kindness: more choice is usually good, but it makes me feel it is less authentic. Hey just keep the good old way!

One of a few good pho places in Dalat and a locals’ favourite. Good meat (brisket) quality. Decent portion size. A lot of fresh herbs and pickled garlic which is often hard to find. The owner always seems grumpy. The phở bò kho (beef stew) is arguably the best in town.

(Translated by Google) The Quang noodles here are delicious. I've been eating them since the time my uncle and aunt were still at the shabby shop. Now that we've moved to a new location, it's much cleaner. Every tray for dishes and chopsticks is neatly arranged. I ate until I was full for a 40k bowl. We came across this cafe by accident and it is easily our favourite place in Dalat. The people who run it are so friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious!! A must go if you want to experience want Dalat is really like and get away from the tourists. Make sure to try the banh mi op la for breakfast and the bun bo tho for dinner! We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Dalat
Robbie T — Google review
The banh mi chao was tasty, but lacked care. I had to request for the bread to be toasted. And there were mere smatterings of xiu mai compared to the other photos. The sauce in it was good though. 50k. I found the table height strange - like it was made for very small people. I don’t know how I’d eat a bowl of noodles like that…

What an amazing experience at this family owned cafe!!! Very helpful. Very kind and generous family. The food is amazing. Highly recommend. The decor inside is also incredible!!

(Translated by Google) The restaurant is beautiful and quiet, spacious with many seats, many beautiful photo angles, quite diverse drinks with breakfast dishes, the most prominent is stone pot beef noodle soup. Come here in the morning to eat beef noodle soup, then chill with friends over coffee, what could be better. The owner is also gentle and enthusiastic. The price is also very reasonable, everyone should try it (Original) Quán đẹp và yên tĩnh, không gian rộng rãi nhiều chỗ ngồi, nhiều góc chụp hình đẹp, đồ uống khá đa dạng có thêm cả các loại đồ ăn sáng, nổi bật nhất là bún bò thố đá. 31Phở Phi Thuyền

Pho restaurant
Phở Phi Thuyền is a beloved gem in Da Lat, steeped in tradition and nostalgia that harkens back to the city’s culinary roots before 1975. This charming eatery has been serving up authentic pho for over forty years, showcasing a fragrant broth crafted from high-quality beef and bones without any gimmicks—just pure Vietnamese flavors reminiscent of home-cooked meals by mothers and grandmothers.
Lovely phở, kinda a mix of southern & northern which makes sense. I frequent this local restaurant all the time for 2 years now. Here is the thing, he (chef) doesn’t have like any tricks into his broth, it’s just pure common genuine Vietnamese phở recipe; which I love cus it reminds me of Viet mom’s and granny’s phở. So, the taste rely 100% on the beef and bones quality that day, if ingredients are excellent the phở would be absolutely wow delicious! Otherwise it’d be like so so… I would say, try it at 3 times to get at least one time the wow😉 Also if you’re not familiar to terms like “tái, nạm, gân…”: tái is like “slightly cook beef” (chewy, usually still a little red beef); nạm n is like “slow cooked beef” (highly recommend nạm!); gầu is same as nạm just more fat; gân is “tendon” and bò viên is “beef sausage”

Delicious food. Truly excellent pho, friendly service in a non-touristic, old school local establishment. In business for forty years. Nestled unobtrusively in the middle of a highly touristic district. No frills. Just excellent, very reasonably priced fresh food.

This 'pho' restaurant is tiny yet very good and clean. The servicing attitude is quite good. The price is reasonable. I feel lucky about this discovery of mine. Thank you for the good food and pleasant service!
Ivy V — Google review
The owner is a kind and warm hearted man. I witnessed a neighbor's black dog come over to his place at 7pm, nicely stood in front of his shop and looked inside. He gently carried a bowl of meat for the dog and petted him nicely. That image impressed me for his kindness. It shows how he puts his heart in cooking Pho too. Highly recommended

Customers have praised the professional service and the complete, fresh vegetables that accompany the flavorful dishes.
This little piece of heaven is by far my favourite place to eat. They would triple the price I would still eat there! The food is amazing. The location is great and quiet. You can eat outside at small table and inside on taller ones. Plus the people here are really nice)
Jean T — Google review
The ladies here barely spoke a word of English so there was a lot of gesturing and guessing but we managed to order two bowls of chicken mi quang. The food was good, the soup broth was very rich with flavour and they were generous with the salad. The place is nice and quiet as well. More prominently, the ladies were so kind. We were travelling with two young children and they helped to entertain them so we could eat and gave them little treats. They also brought over a little bowl of noodles in clear broth as they could see the kids were refusing our noodles which were a little spicy. We also observed they looked after the child of another couple so they could eat in peace. We really enjoyed our unhurried meal here, and will remember it always.
