Cafe
Cafe Puaa is a charming and cozy spot located near the famous Jaffa Flea Market. The cafe's eclectic and funky decor, featuring mismatched furniture straight from the market, adds to its unique charm. Whether you choose to sit outside on a chunky couch or inside on a vintage diner chair, you'll soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the flea market.
We went on our first night in Tel Aviv after having done some research and following Puaa on Instagram. Wow! Amazing food, great atmosphere, and all the girls working there were so nice! We'll be back to try the breakfast menu for sure!

Easily my favorite restaurant. I come here every other week, and it never disappoints. The menu is short — almost suspiciously so — but everything on it is solid. They clearly go for quality over quantity, and it works. They offer a discount with the Behatzdaa card for reservists, which is a nice touch and genuinely appreciated. The staff are friendly without being fake, and the whole place has this cozy, no-frills, “you’re part of the family” vibe. It’s not trying to be trendy or over-the-top — just good food, good people, and a space that feels like a second home. Honestly, if they added two more tables, I’d probably be annoyed. Let’s keep this our little secret.
Shahar G — Google review
I have visited this place several times a few years ago and was happy to return again. It has become a much larger place, taking over a few of the places next door. The design is still very hipster, 70s vibe, eclectic and lovely. Very popular among the tourists around the glee market. The food is also still very tasty, but they did raise the rates quite a bit and for some of the dishes I do think the value for money is not great.
Lihi B — Google review
Unfriendly, rude and not helpful the hostess, the food was nice a bit salty; the dessert (tapioca) was great. the atmosphere was ok, I was seated under vent air conditioning and was dripping over me, and then I asked for another table.
E. E — Google review
We had a breakfast here and we enjoyed it. Nice spot in old Jaffa. We ordered Shakshuka and an scrambled eggs, they serve it with bread, vegetable salat and humus, all very tasty. You cal also just have a seat and enjoy your coffee. Really nice place, in case we are backnin Tel Aviv we will visit this place again.

What was once the only restaurant in the shuk hapishpeshim district remains a reigning Supreme restaurant with authentic bohemian vibes and European atmosphere. The waitstaff are very nice, the food is tasty and the mood is super chill. Started by my aunt with alot of heart and soul, the restaurant keeps my dear Pua's legacy alive with this unique and very special place. A "must visit and eat" location if/when you come to Yaffo.

I am a professional foodie, therefore I insist on making accurate researches for places that are very good, memorable to my tummy. This is one place I am not done with yet, had just half of their menu... So I just keep going back there and tasting everything. Food exceptional, venue very pretty and in a gorgeous location, service fast and very professional. So far one of my favorite places in Tel Aviv.
Cristina T — Google review
Wow! Our dining experience was incredible. The ambiance is spectacular!! It was one of our first meals on our trip back to Tel-Aviv and it just blew us away (reminded us why we constantly long for Israel and its cuisine)! You will love anything you order on their menu!! They have outdoor seating too. This place came highly recommended and there it did not disappoint!

Nestled in the vibrant Jaffa Flea Market, Selas - אור גינסברג מארח (סלאס) is a culinary gem that masterfully blends Asian and Mediterranean flavors. The menu reads like an electrifying playlist, featuring innovative dishes such as salmon tartufo with pineapple salsa and fish dumplings accompanied by yuzu crème fraîche. Each dish showcases Chef Or Ginsberg's commitment to freshness, sourcing ingredients from local markets to create unique flavor profiles.
Nicely designed restaurant. Great vibe and service. The food is very original and tastes great, though the portions are small. The cocktails offered in the menu are good as well. For first timers I recommend the tasting menu, but not necessarily the premium one, since the difference between the regular and the premium are two small meat portions.
Andrius G — Google review
Japanese-Peruvian restaurant by Chef Or Ginsberg. The quality of the ingredients were fresh and outstanding - some of the best fish I’ve had in Israel. However, the flavors were not always balanced - the ingredients were such great quality that the strong flavor of the sauces was actually overpowering the ingredients. The service was great, the waiter was very knowledgeable about each of the dishes on the menu. But unfortunately for us, there were no more tables left inside the restaurant so we were left with the tables outside - which felt like tables left on the side of the road with no decor.
April C — Google review
I recently dined at Selas, known for its focus on fish and sushi. The ambiance was upscale and the menu had a variety of offerings, including some beef selections. While the experience was unique and the presentation impeccable, the flavors weren't quite to my personal taste. I can see the appeal for those who have a palate for such dishes, and I appreciate the chef's expertise in crafting the menu.
Avi J — Google review
Not a lot of times you take a tasting menu and every dish hits home run, but that is the case here! Everything we got was extremely well made and very tasty. Will definitely recommend to any raw-fish lover!
Or Z — Google review
One of the best restaurants in TLV! The fish are fresh and delicious. The food is sophisticated and tasty. Every meal is special and the flavors are just wow. The bartender was a bit of a jerk but the food made up for it. The tasting manu was a real delight, we will definitely come back for more.
Dennis N — Google review
The only reason this establishment got a 3 star rating, and not 4-5, is the ridiculously high price we paid. For admittedly high quality good food (not excellent), and great service, we paid for a 10 course of (very) small dishes tasting menu recommended by the chef, and our waitress, a ridiculous overpriced amount of 380 NIS per person (don't know what came over us, probably the birthday we celebrated), not including drinks or anything... With wine and tips (which were well deserved) we came up with a tab of almost 600 NIS per person. A fair/high price for such a meal should have been at least 30% lower, and then I would have definitely give it a 4-5 star rating, but this was by far not the best meal I had, for by far the highest cost, so...
Motty S — Google review
We went to Selas for my partner’s 35th bday. Since Japan is not open to travel yet, I had to bring it to him instead :) Excellent in so many levels, especially food-wise. Nice and intimate atmosphere. Try to sit on the bar, service was extraordinary! What are you waiting for?Book already!
Dana B — Google review
Raw fish lovers this is your place! Fresh and tasty fishes especially red tuna. The story is that the chef is fishing his own products. This is a very unique concept! The dishes looked fabulous and very artistic. Also prices are not too expensive for a chef restaurant comparing to other Tel Aviv’s restaurants. I recommend ordering the tasting meal where every dish is a surprise. Great food! Great vibe! compliments to the chef!

Asian restaurant
Restaurant
Taizu is a trendy restaurant in Tel Aviv that offers a unique blend of Southeast Asian street food and specialty cocktails. Chef Yuval Ben Neriah's three-month exploration of East Asian countries inspired the creation of Taizu, which features a mostly seafood menu with dishes like har gow dumplings filled with black tiger shrimp and artichoke.
My fiancé and I came to celebrate our engagement and had a fantastic time. The food was as delicious as it was beautiful. Our waitress Yasmeen was one of the best waiters I’ve experienced. I would definitely recommend dining here (and asking for Yasmeen as your waitress!).
Tzvi S — Google review
We came to celebrate our 25 anniversary. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The waitress explained us about the menu and then offered an option that she will select the dishes for us and it will cost us up to 440 ILS per person. We chose that option and did not regret it. The dishes were delicious and exactly what we were looking for. We had 8 different sharing dishes and that was great.
Raz G — Google review
This is in my opinion the most overpriced and underwhelming restaurant I have been to in Israel. The menu is amateur with repetitions of the same curry powder coconut milk and chilli powder in 4 of the dishes we had. It’s just lame and not creative. The white chocolate (you guessed it) and coconut dessert is seriously disgusting and we had to send it back. Service is ok, not bad or good. The server asked me how much I want to tip him as he held onto the debit machine- this is of course very polite and normal . I enjoy loudly stating the amount of extra money I want to give a server.
V — Google review
We came here for the Saturday lunch set menu and everything was absolutely delicious! Here are some dishes I really recommend: • Bean sheet salad • Fresh green salad • Butcher’s cut steak • Whole fried sea bass (served with fresh lettuce leaves, rice noodles, basil, cilantro, and three sauces – sour, spicy, and sweet. The sour one was my favorite!) • Butter chicken (a bit smaller in size but comes with rice, and the sour cream really elevates the flavors) My sea bass was definitely a highlight — you actually get to build your own wrap: take a lettuce leaf, fill it with noodles, herbs, fish, and dip it in the sauce of your choice. The bite was absolutely divine, a true flavor explosion! My partner really enjoyed the butter chicken, creamy and flavorful, and he highly recommends it as well. Overall, such a wonderful Saturday lunch experience - highly recommended!
Revital S — Google review
Taizu offers an exceptional fine-dining experience with its high-quality, contemporary Southeast Asian cuisine. The menu is built around creative and unique dishes, thoughtfully blending flavors and techniques inspired by the five classical elements. Every plate is meticulously prepared, delivering complex, delicious, and deeply satisfying tastes. The overall experience is elevated by the excellent service, where the staff is knowledgeable and perfectly attentive. While dining at Taizu is not cheap, the superior quality and unique culinary adventure justify the premium price tag.
Zeev F — Google review
Great atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly and attentive service. I’ve been coming here every few years when visiting Israel, and it’s consistently an excellent experience. Perfect spot for couples or small groups (3–8 people). Our visits usually come out to about 250-350 ₪ per person.
Eran D — Google review
Highly recommended, probably one of the best asian restaurants in Tel Aviv. We had the brunch there, the food was delicious and the portion size was just right. The table service was highly professional as well.

We placed an order and received confirmation in the mail but when we arrived we were told that we got a confirmation for the waiting list. In the confirmation this simple fact was not visible in any way. A disappointment never will visit again

Asian fusion restaurant

Nestled in the historic heart of Old Jaffa, JASIA is a delightful culinary gem that brings together the childhood dreams of two friends who share a deep passion for Asian cuisine. Their unique menu showcases an exciting blend of flavors from Japan, Thailand, India, and China while incorporating authentic elements from Jaffa's rich culinary heritage. The charming ambiance of this ancient stone building sets the perfect backdrop for enjoying their innovative dishes.
This isn't our first time in Jasia restaurant, but eventime we eat there we really enjoy the quality of the food, it's the tastiest Asian food in the area, they are generous with their serving sizes, the most welcoming owners we have ever met very friendly down to earth people, the owner even went and made our meals himself to make sure we enjoy every bit of it. The staff is also very professional, friendly and amazing really. You might go in having a bad day, but for sure you'll get out with a smile on your face having had a nice experience, I'm sure you'll enjoy the rest of your day! 😍 Although i didn't get a chance to take pictures of all what we had but some of the dishes I did..
Lulu F — Google review
Family owned and run restaurant, amazing food, great vibes, friendly people (heard some stories). The shrimp was fresh, the pad ka pow had an incredible depth of flavor. New favorite asian-esque (they have some fusion elements) restaurant, I'll be coming for more. One of the best in Israel. They deserve all their praise.
AbsoluteZero — Google review
This Asian restaurant serves the BEST asian cuisine in Jaffa, if not in Israel! We were 7 in our group and the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Natalie and led to our table. Gave us the menus and waited patiently to get our orders. While we wait for our food, she brought 2 free appetizers so we can munch on something - their bread with homemade hummus (really delicious) and breaded cauliflower and cucumber with its own sauce. If you have tried Asian cuisine before, you may be familiar with the name of the dishes and may look the same as you have tried before BUT, do not make the mistake of thinking that ALL Asian food taste the same, we got all the ones we knew and they all never tasted familiar, each dish presented a unique taste and texture!!! From fried rice with shrimp, fried fish, sushi salad, buttered calamari and shrimp, egg rolls and to top it off, their on the house coconut dessert --- every dish was top notch!!! Thank you for making our first time trip to Jaffa a fantasic experience at your restaurant! Kudos to the chef and staff of Jasia!

OMGGGG OMGGGG OMGGGG You just need to stop everything you are doing and go to JASIA right now!!!!! This is one off the best restaurants I have ever been! The food was so incredible that I was no able to talk at all. I ordered the shrimps with the mash potatoes and it felt like heaven😍 my sister ordered noodles with entrecôte and she didn’t let me try it because she wanted all for herself. We split together a sushi roll with cheese. It was delicious. The staff was so nice, kind, lovely and incredible they gave us some on the house dishes that was so good as well. We even got Malabi on the house that was the best one I have ever eat. So really, you have to go to JASIA. It is incredible
Theia F — Google review
Nice cozy place with Asian food and decent prices. Tasty sushi, especially I liked "Volcano" once. They have salads, soups, several fish and meat dishes. From drinking a few cocktails, different wines and some other alcohol. I would recommend you to try Volcano sushi and Pineapple Basil Cocktail
Alexandr O — Google review
I don’t recommend. The food is mediocre, wouldn’t call this an asian kitchen. If you look for something simple it is ok, but for a more interesting impression this won’t work. Also if you sit at the sofas - you see bar and the kitchen behind it
Ira S — Google review
Food is really good, just wish I didn't have to think about all the starving children nextdoor. Such cute children dying from hunger while I stuff small pieces of uncooked fish in my mouth...
Hassan A — Google review
Excellent food with great food and stylish ambience. The restaurant provided a complimentary appetizer trio of tahini with a splash of sweet and sour sauce, yogurt, pickled vegetables, and bread. To my surprise, the fusion of flavors worked very well together. I ordered the massaman curry (which came with basmati rice flavored similarly to a biryani). The entree was delicious and curry portion was substantial (although I ended up needing to order some extra white rice). The service was prompt and friendly, with easy communication in English. The restaurant and bar are well-designed with a relaxing music choice. I would highly recommend trying out this place if in the area!

Beit Kandinof is a charming and traditional eatery and art gallery located in a historic building in Old Jaffa. The space also serves as an art studio, featuring five galleries with rotating exhibitions from Tel Aviv's modern art scene. Chefs Yogev Yaros and Shami Golomb offer a menu that combines Mediterranean cuisine with Arabic Jaffa influences, including dishes like tuna ceviche with mango curry, smoked eggplant dumplings, and slow-cooked lamb spare ribs.
Such a wonderful experience! First of all the restaurant is extremely artsy and beautiful. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly and nice. The food was absolutely delicious, and I admire the fact that they grow their herbs and vegetables there. The dishes are nicely portioned and super tasty. I absolutely loved their Sea Bisque with shrimps and the crack pie. Totally recommend!!
Alma B — Google review
Really nice place however pricey. The food overall was good, I thought the steak had a Smokey flavor that seemed a bit too much, I would’ve preferred the classic pepper and salt and maybe a sauce on the side. The filet of catch of the day was wonderful with a delicious sauce swimming in it. The French fries were terrible, they came out dry and stale, then after returning them and having a short argument with the waiter, they quickly sent back a new fries however they weren’t tasty at all, the mashed potatoes were amazing though, and they comped the French fries (which was the least they could do).
Jonathan N — Google review
Love this place for its unique style. The food is really good and authentic. My dream is that all places in Israel would have the same kind of aesthetic as Bait Kandinof. A little bit pricey, but worth it. The staff is great too.

Fantastic restaurant serving delicious food. The salad was so simple but tasted incredible. The food portions are good, and tastes are rich. Small plates vibe, so we shared between our family of 5. Staff very welcoming and friendly and decor is great. We visited during their happy hour, 5 til 7, and received 30% off the bill. Even without the discount, it's not bad value for what you get.
D S — Google review
Beautiful interior design, great food and good cocktails. There is even a (paid) parking lot in front of the restaurant. While I wouldn't say any of the dishes or drinks blew my mind, everything was very good, expertly crafted and aesthetic. I'd choose this place if I wanted a lovely, chill night out more than if I was looking for the best foodie experience in town.

Exceptional menu in a beautiful Old Jaffa building. Highly recommend the fish tartare appetizer and the dumpling main course (vegetarian and soooo good!) Loved the old world aesthetic with concrete, rebar, and candlelight!

Bait Kandinof is a true Tel Aviv gem. The food is always amazing, and no matter the occasion, I find myself coming back again and again. The service is remarkable, and the atmosphere somehow always makes me feel at home. It’s my number one spot in Tel Aviv!

We reserved a private room for a birthday celebration. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful, and the room itself was very unique, it had a very urban artistic vibe to it (due to the special raw walls and huge painting inside). The food was excellent! we enjoyed every bit of it. We had a variety of starters to share and mains as well. We left not crumbs behind.. everything was so flavourful and delicious, arrived quite quickly. Dishes portions are medium size (not huge..), take that into consideration when ordering. Other than that, we had a great time here!

Restaurant
If you're looking for an authentic Thai dining experience in Tel Aviv, look no further than בית תאילנדי - מסעדה תאילנדית. This renowned restaurant has been serving up classic Thai dishes and delightful desserts for over 20 years, making it a top choice for locals and visitors alike. The menu features a wide selection of traditional Thai cuisine from various regions, ensuring there's something to satisfy every craving.
Wonderful place, great authentic food, some more modern but nothing than great amazing food and service, wide selection of dishes to choose from, anyone can find themselves in their menu, service was fabulous and the location is great! Highly recommended. We had lots of food and the price was better than many other places in the area or in Tel Aviv in general for the size of the portions, the quality and taste.
Shahar M — Google review
We dined here on a Friday evening (4 people). All the dishes were excellent—from the soup starter (yes, ordering soup in August felt unusual!) to the main courses. Portions are very large and generous enough to share. The service was extremely professional and attentive. The restaurant offers unique and interesting flavors, which was a pleasant surprise. Since we eat gluten free due to Celiac disease, we really appreciated the separate gluten-free menu and the knowledgeable, helpful staff. Despite it being busy on a Friday night, with people waiting outside, the atmosphere was still very enjoyable. The only minor downside was that the music was a bit too loud. Overall—great experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

The best Asian food I had in Tel Aviv.. it’s so flavourful! The starters were amazing- all the meats are so juicy.. The salads are so delicious. And the soup, just wow! And the sticky rice with mango on top was among the most delicious desserts I have ever had. Would definitely like to go back! However be warned, you generally have to book 2 weeks in advance. But it’s worth it. :)

Ive been to this place 3 times! In my opinion, it's the best THAI restaurant in Israel. It has Delicious authentic Thai food. When you sit in the restaurant you feel like your in Thailand. The Service is really good. It's quite expensive but definitely worth it!
Yitz W — Google review
Good food definitely enjoyed the food.I wouldn't say it's exceptional. As some reviews say, but it was tasty. the prices are not cheap, but pretty average for Israeli nice restaurants. we went to walk on the beach after which is very close and that was a bonus.

We have 3 words for you, "They Nailed It!". If you like Thai food and you're in Israel, look no further. Thai House Restaurant, located in a block away from the beautiful beaches of Tel-Aviv, is the absolute best place for authentic Thai food. We all had separate dishes and absolutely loved them. The all around feeling in the table was that they really nailed it, when it came to taste. Go and enjoy for yourself, this is The real McCoy.

The restaurant is very beautiful, a bit expensive,we were 6 people. It was very hard to find an available spot in the parking lot that is near the restaurant. I love very spicy food and the level 5 spicy dish that they served to me was a level one in my scale :( (I'm probably in the level of Carolina reaper). Also my dish was not so tasty. But for the others they were tasty. Recommended for people who like interesting flavors.
Edgar A — Google review
Hands down, there's a good reason why finding a spot at Thai House is close to impossible. There are very few places that deliver Thai food at this level of authenticity, freshness and, well, general yuminess. Service was perfect, cool ambiance, in short: well worth reserving way ahead!

European restaurant
Restaurant
Dalida Restaurant is a cozy hideaway that offers a fusion of Arab-European cuisine, creating a unique dining experience. Located in the Levinsky Market, this chic candle-lit bistro specializes in eclectic seasonal dishes inspired by Tehran to Paris. The restaurant's ambiance exudes comfort and warmth, making it an ideal spot for a romantic evening or any special occasion.
Chef’s kiss! 🧑‍🍳💋 Probably one of the most amazing restaurants I have ever been in my life 🔥. The food was literally out of this world - Arabic fusion dishes that blew our mind. The ambience was amazing - flowing wine and cocktails, amazing oriental music and beautiful decoration. The service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! We were taken care of so well and the staff was so kind and attentive. Cannot underestimate how excellent this experience was and can’t wait to go back again. In the meantime all I can do is just daydream about it over and over again 💕

Everything sound good on the menu and looks good on the plate but the taste is pretty mediocre. Cocktails were great and so does the service, the waiter was friendly and explained anything we need to know. The vibe and atmosphere were nice in the outside sitting area. More like a place i would go to again to drink but less as a restaurant. Prices are reasonable.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Every dish we ordered was delicious. Fish sashimi was unique and tasty. Spicy peppers creme brulee was something I had never tried before. Perfect. Beef tartare with lamb fat, wow. French toast with bone marrow was the highlight for me. Must have. For dessert we had homemade crack pie which was delicious too. Our waiter was knowledgeable, nice and was there when we needed him.

Wonderful European-Middle eastern fusion "hamara" restaurant in Levinski market area, but not cheap. The concept is sharing-plates, classic Y-generation food with fun vibe and cool ambience. The main downside is that dishes are sometomes small and relatively expensive (easily +100-150 NIS per person before drinks), but if you're ok with that, it's definitely a place to experiment with the new Israeli cuisine - most dishes were meat-based and all were between good to excellent and innovative. kebab starter - tiny but tasty; kubeniyeh starter very nice; the meat sambusak main was delicious, the meat ravioli was my favorite, the risotto was also well prepared! For dessert we had the canoli which was unique and exactly the right ending. On the second visit we had the feta cheese and hot peppers brule, the briosh steak and the cabbage and potatoes with bacon - all three dishes were excellent! The brule was really unique. In a later visit we had it again (was great with bread, quite spicy), and also tried their knafeh main dish which was suprising and flavorful. Again, a great experience. In both visits, service was absolutely fantastic, personal, thoughtful - they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care off.

Nice cosy restaurant and bar that is located across the street in front of it, we sat on the bar. Service was friendly, we were really hungry and tried many of their dishes- all were good.nice cocktails and wine selection. The sea food pasta is a must! and the shrimps were really good. The rest were on the smaller side, nothing really special and overpriced. Our bill was almost 800 shekels with the tip 😬, but as I said we came hungry and left full.

Such a great restaurant! The atmosphere is superb, food is delicious (keep in mind though that overall the dishes are rather small- medium sized, more suitable for sharing). The staff are very pleasant and variaty of drinks is nice - choices of wine, cocktails and appretifs.

Great spot for drinks and food. Service was warm and pleasant. Food is ok, nothing really excited me much, but on the drinks front had the sweet and sour with arak and Lemon, which was just great. If you have to have one dish, it’s the pepper brûlée!
Ido N — Google review
We had food and drinks there, my verdict: People/staff: great, helpful and super friendly Drinks: tasty Food: awesome! We had to dishes to share and were super happy. In case you're really hungry you might want to order more or visit their sister restaurant opposite... They prepare their food right next to the bar tender in the middle of the crowd. Very unique. You can witness how much love to detail they put in their food and drinks. Will come back for more.

Thai restaurant

After an invigorating yoga session, there's nothing quite like treating yourself to a delightful meal at Nam. This vibrant Thai street food restaurant, with its roots in Tel Aviv and a delivery branch, captures the essence of Bangkok's lively atmosphere. Since opening its doors in 2014, Nam has become a go-to spot for those craving authentic Thai flavors. The menu is brimming with classic dishes that are not only delicious but also generously portioned.
An amazing place! Very nice staff, excellent food and great atmosphere. The place is very clean and tidy, including the bathroom. The food a fair while to cook, but its well worth it. We got well done seared steak instead of medium and it was no problem at all to get a new, very much amazing, steak. Very important- the bathroom is upstairs and is not accessible. Really, it's the one drawback. Highly recommended if the bathroom thing is no issue for you.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed with how they treat and receive you if you don’t have a reservation, because god forbid you don’t have a reservation. The host was not nice at all — he simply refused to add me to the wait list, saying the list was “too long.” Instead of handling the situation politely or offering alternatives, he dismissed me outright. It felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. A restaurant with good food should also treat its guests with basic courtesy, unfortunately that doesn’t happen anymore - I think they think too high of themselves and forget they’re the ones giving service, not the other way around.
Marcoss S — Google review
Unpretentious, honest Thai cooking—faithful to its roots without overcomplicating things. The dishes aren’t inexpensive, yet they arrive in generous portions and, most importantly, resist the all-too-common temptation to pander to the Israeli palate. Service is both efficient and warmly personable, striking that rare balance between attentiveness and ease. What emerges is a dining experience that feels genuine, confident in its flavors, and refreshingly free of compromise.

Food was really yummy. It isn’t a table service place, but there is plenty of bench seating outside which was nice. The food came quickly and we just had to grab it from the counter. We had the Tom Yam, Popia Pak and the Pao Woon Sen. Everything was really tasty and the portions were generous. It’s no-frills, well-made, quick Thai food - they do what they do really well.

Surely the best Thai restaurant I have tried in my life. I am not a big fan of asian food until I went to Nam during my stay in Israel. The food is simply delicious and the best of Thai food you can have anywhere in the world. Usually, they are quite packed on weekends, so make sure to reserve a table before you plan a visit Highly recommend.
Akshat P — Google review
My fiancé and I had an amazing time here. We made the reservation the night before. When we showed up we were taken to a beautiful table right next to the window. Our waitress was incredibly kind and sweet and she took very good care to ensure that our experience there was a great one. The food was beyond amazing. Probably some of the best Asian food we've ever had. The portion sizes were also incredibly generous and we had to take some of the food home. The curry tasted amazing even the next day. Their attention to detail wasn't only expressed in their ambiance, customer care and food. Even their to-go containers are of such high quality that nothing spilled, even though we had to take the bus and a train to get back home. The food was perfectly fine. I can't wait to return! Maybe next time I can bring my family here too.

One of my favorite places in Tel Aviv. The food is fresh and delicious with unique Thai flavors, the service is really good and friendly and the overall atmosphere is super nice. I was pleasantly surprised to manage to get a same day reservation as they are usually packed (it was the middle of the week). If you're in the mood for some Thai food, I would highly recommended this place

A great Thai experience in tel Aviv! Firstly, the service is great - always available, no wait for water or to order, very friendly and accommodating! The food was great. Chicken and veggie egg rolls both delicious, and their main course rice dishes were good, both the steak and chicken (although steak was a tiny bit over cooked - I prefer medium rare). The mango salad appetizer was also delicious, just the right amount of sauce and cashew. We didn't try the desserts but they did look good. Need to book in advance, highly recommend! Only thing I'd say is the cocktails are expensive, 70 nis for old fashioned

Japanese restaurant
TYO is a stylish restaurant in Tel Aviv that offers Japanese cuisine, sushi specialties, and cocktails. Housed in a two-story building near Shalom Tower, the interior exudes contemporary elegance with mirrors, leather chairs, and decorative napkin sleeves. The restaurant's specialty cocktails have evocative names like the bloodshed martini and black salt margarita.
From the moment we entered, we knew it was going to be a good experience. The ambiance is enhanced by the DJ, decor, and design. The cocktails and sake were above average. This day happened to be a tapas style night, which meant we tried many of their appetizers, sashimi, rolls, and appetizers. This is an upscale place and it’s kid friendly.

Overall great experience! The food was amazing (except the tuna sashimi). We sat at the bar and Jay was our Barman and he was amazing! It was my girlfriends birthday and he lit a candle and put it in a dessert that he brought her. He was explaining each cocktail and recommended the best dishes! If you sit at bar talk to Jay he is the best! All in all great experience!

Date night. Booking is recommended. Everything is great. Food is fresh and very tasty. Our waitress (at the bar) was a delight. Music is great and not too loud. Had a very good time overall! Will be back.

A friend recommended TYO, praising its service and atmosphere, and she was spot-on. We ordered some unique dishes that caught our eye based on the ingredients, including the tuna pizza and crunchy tuna rolls, both of which were excellent. Our server took great care of us and ensured the flow of our dinner was smooth. She even offered us shots of our choice, a nice touch to our bar experience. Overall, I would recommend TYO for dinner based on its great atmosphere and food options. However, it's important to note that the menu is quite expensive, so it's advisable to choose wisely or be prepared for premium prices.

If you like high-end Japanese food then this place is for you. Everything we ordered was delicious! The waitress was very nice, patient and knowledgeable about the dishes and gave us great recommendations. Will definitely return. Update: we did return and I can definitely say that the quality was not the same. We ordered some of the amazing dishes we ordered the first time and they were quite disappointing.

One of my favorite restaurants in Tel Aviv, the place has such a fun vibe and is by far the BEST quality sushi restaurant in Israel!! The fish is always so fresh, all the starters & rolls are incredible, and the dessert is just divine! The staff/service is just as wonderful as the food (a rare find in Israel)

Just wow Nothing else needed to say Everything we ordered was perfect, probably the best place for sushi and Asian food in Israel the service was great and the atmosphere was amazing as well The only non positive thing I have to say is that the desserts were good but nothing more than that still was good but had better.

General atmosphere was OK. We ordered only first courses, many of them. I love raw fish food and I enjoyed most of the dishes, except the only sushi plate that we ordered (I returned it, never happened to me in the past) It wasn't that dissapointed, but we expected something WOW.

Nestled on the 49th floor of the iconic Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv, 2C is a French Mediterranean kosher restaurant that promises an unforgettable dining experience. With its stunning panoramic views of the city, this elegant eatery offers a feast for both the eyes and palate. The talented chef meticulously crafts each dish using only top-quality ingredients, ensuring every bite is a delight. Visitors have raved about their experiences at 2C, particularly noting how welcoming and friendly the staff are.
An elegant place all the way from the small details to the great views of the city and the ocean. The food is incredible no matter what you order - just flawless! Same for its culinary arts and beef doneness. The service is really good, from moving chairs to making sure you feel like royalty. The design of the menu is beautiful and simple. Had a wonderful time dining there!
Margalit A — Google review
This overpriced, faux elegant restaurant seems to pride itself on exclusivity. They require a 100NIS deposit per diner just to reserve a table. Located on the 49th floor of the round Azrieli building in Tel Aviv, it does offer a birds eye view of Tel Aviv which is lovely. When reserving a table, the app sends you a message that there is an "elegant" dress code, though having lived in Israel for many years I've come to understand that could really mean anything. After taking 2 elevators and an escalator through the busy mall to arrive at the restaurant, opening the doors to the darkened restaurant, and nearly tripping on a neatly invisible step, we were barely acknowledged by the hostess who was on her phone. We were shown to our table, and given the menus. Decor was not distasteful, but neither would I call it elegant or beautiful. We were surrounded by large families dining, none of whom seemed to have received the "elegant dress code" message. The tables were situated closely one to the other, and I was seated directly behind a high chair. Seeing as restaurant patrons are required to order one main meal per person, we each ordered a main meal and a shared first course. One of my companions and I also ordered a glass of wine. We asked to have it with the meal. The first course, focaccia served with garlic confit was good. It was not any better than anywhere else I've had that dish, but was far more expensive. The menu stated that it would be accompanied by a grilled vegetable salad, which it was not. After asking the waiter, I was told the menu was a mistake. Our main dishes arrived, one of which was missing the vegetables it was supposed to come with. My companion and the rest of the party waited for her dish to return, with said vegetables. This took about 10 minutes, during which I asked for the wine, as I had requested it with the meal. The main courses were good. Mine was very tasty, equivalent to what I've had at an excellent wedding venue. The restroom is unisex, and located outside of the restaurant. It was not spotless. We choose this restaurant for it's location near the train station as I was meeting friends from different parts of the country, and wanted to make it easier. I would not recommend. For the price, there are far better options.

First time first me, I attended an event from work. Very neat and fashionable restaurant. The place is clean with great view of Tel Aviv, as it resides on the 49 floor of the Azrieli building. I had a great steak and friez with some beer and vegetarian cheese cake for dessert, everything was tasty. There is lots of parking, though it costs quite much. The restaurant is also quite expansive and the service is kind and quick.

Very expensive food for no reasons, Mediocre food !!they must teach how to service people. View of Tel Aviv from the 49th floor was great . Music should be Relaxing not crazy !

When we tried getting to the place it wasnt simple, once we found our way The place was amazing the staff super nice and the view insane, we arrived on valentines day and we were greeted with a red rose courtesy of the place, extremely nice people, the food came out each dish more amazing then the one before, the reason i gave a 4 rating was nothing to do with the staff or the food, while sitting in the sefora restaurant people all around us started smoking and this was such a mood killer apparently the place is a smoking zone and this was very annoying.

Chef restaurant with amazing city view. Food is good (nothing impressive), service is great, and you need to book your table in advance. 🛗 Entry tickets are required to have access to the elevator area. I recommend you go 1-2 hours prior sunset so you can enjoy the view, ask for a table close to the window.
Duha Y — Google review
We went on Saturday night and set by the window, the view was amazing! It was very romantic. The entrance we ordered was absolutely AMAZING! A combination of flavors in your mouth that can't even be described. We ordered the crispy meat (something like that, see the pictures attcahced). Later for our mains my partner ordered risotto wichich to be honest wasn't the best dish and I ordered the salmon which was tasty with the sweet potato sauce. Our cocktails were amazing. My partner loves sweet ones so she oerder the sweetest one (the first one that apperaaas in the menu) and I ordered the mango spicy which was nice as well. Later for the desert we asked for recommendations (we were heastiting between the creme borle and the tower of treats which apparently are the most common ones according to the weitress) We decided to go for the mountain of treats and WE DIDN'T LIKE THAT AT ALL. In the other hand, we asked for return and they were very nice and polite and accpteded and then we ordered the creme burle and we loved it It was tasty. Much better even though the sauch wasn't the best. The service was very good and the weitress was very attentive and nice! We loved the place and definitely will be back to celebrate for a special occasion. It's a bit fancy and requires good dressing and the prices are high but worth it!

Amazing views on the city's landscape. Ecpesialy in the evening. But meals are not restaurant, it's more look like a café. We tried salad and shawarma. In salad peaces of vegetables were too big and served not nice. Shawarma's meat had too much fat and pita was rubber, quite uncomfortable to eat. So, place to visit once.

Tash and Tasha is a traditional Georgian restaurant located in the heart of Jaffa, offering a variety of authentic dishes such as khachapuri, khinkali, grilled meat skewers, and vegan-friendly options featuring vegetables and nuts. The owner, Mickey Mirel, who is also a musician, describes Georgian cuisine as an exotic blend of East meets West with unique flavors and spices.
Tucked away inside the Old Train Station, is this fabulous restaurant. Went here on a Monday night and there was no wait. Sat at the bar and the bartender (forgot her name) was really friendly and explained everything patiently. It was my first time trying Georgian cuisine and, like I said, the bartender was really patient and took time to explain everything. Their service was top notch! And, the food was absolutely delicious! Added bonus - there’s live music later in the evening and is performed by the owner. Highly, highly recommend this place! And, the ambience!

Interesting food, the music is way too loud but very unique. Georgian food that I was very happy to try! Definitely a place to experience the Different! Price is expensive for what you get but tasty. They don’t take American Express and it was odd for such an expensive restaurant:/

Good atmosphere, located in the station complex, in Tel Aviv, food looks very aesthetic, very wide for events, access to a bit complicated for those who do not know, service was courteous and staff was very nice, the place. Very clean and tidy, prices a bit expensive but reasonable depending on the location.

Five stars because every dish was mouthwatering. It was so memorable I'm going back in two days, and my meal was on November 17. The Georgian meat bread, the rice-filled grape leaves, the dumplings, the bready sweet with honey, I can't wait to go back.

This Georgian restaurant is just beautiful with high arches and ceilings. The service is friendly and fast, though it could take awhile for the kitchen to prepare the order. Sadly, the dishes are not all that tasty (with exception to the khachapuri), too greasy and somewhat overpriced.

Nestled in the vibrant Shapira neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Hanan Margilan is a charming family-owned restaurant that specializes in Bukharian kosher cuisine. This delightful eatery offers an array of traditional dishes, with a focus on hearty meat skewers and flavorful soups. A must-try is the Dushpara soup, featuring tender meat dumplings in a savory broth, alongside the Oshpolov—a sumptuous rice dish enriched with spices and accompanied by fluffy pastries.
Super authentic Bukharian restaurant in Tel Aviv’s Shapira area! It’s super cosy and nice staff who offer their recommendations whenever you ask. The food comes out fast. Traditional and DELICIOUS dishes! It’s not a fancy place but we’ll worth the visit.

One of the best restaurants in israel hands down. Everything is great here but my favorite is the Doshpara soup which is a must in every visit. Good for sharing. Stuffed onions are amazing with some cinnamon and other unique spices. All skewers are legendary, the lamb, kebab, liver and entrecote are my go to choices. But you can't go wrong here. All is good.

The kebab and soups here are just next level comfort food from the best bubz. The manti (like dumplings) were also very good. Don’t forget a plate of pickled veggies! Highly recommend this spot (they didn’t have an English menu but the staff will help you order).

Finally came here after many years on the bucket list for Tel Aviv - exceeded all expectations! Really unique Bukharan cuisine, with excellent service and atmosphere. Highly recommend the signature dumpling soup, the savory pastries, the fresh baked bread, and any of the kabobs (we had lamb and ground beef and it was insanely good). Will definitely be back. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

Standard Bukharan dishes purchased a la carte. There’s always a long line when I pass by but I found a table immediately around noon on a Tuesday. The chicken skewer was absolutely delicious and the pickled green tomatoes are really unique. They do also have menus in English if you ask. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

We ordered a plate of pickles, french fries with parsley and garlic, skewers of veal almonds, kebab, entrecote and Chicken fillet. and everything was just perfect Kebab is the best recommendation .. Fast service and fun! The best grill restaurant in Tel Aviv
Barak T — Google review
This is a good Bukharian restaurant with a kosher certificate. On my first visit, for 50 NIS I had an excellent and filling meal consisting of 6 salads and a so-called small pilaf containing rice, carrots, some beef and lamb, and some tasty spices which I did not recognize. Service was excellent, and the decor was elegant, with crystal chandeliers. There are menus in Hebrew, Russian, and (upon request) English. On a second visit I feasted on a delicious large bowl of Lagman soup containing meat, thick noodles, tasty spices, and fresh cilantro - the waiter asked me first if I wanted cilantro. For dessert I had candied pieces of quince; the menu called it jam. Very good. The restaurant is popular in its neighborhood. But it's worth going out of your way to try it. It's only a 15 or 20 minute walk from Hahagana train station or from the main bus station on Levinsky Street.

Sun Young is a modern Asian fusion restaurant that beautifully marries the flavors of the East with Mediterranean influences, all set within the chic ambiance of the INK Hotel in Tel Aviv. As you descend into this stylish eatery, you'll be transported to a vibrant dining scene reminiscent of major cities like New York or Los Angeles. The inviting atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for both intimate dinners and business meetings alike.
5/5 across the board . The food was excellent and each dish had its own unique taste . Don’t skip the cocktails - they are amazing ! The vibe feels straight out of New York with modern decor and soaring ceilings. We sat on the bar which was perfect for us and the service was beyond kind. Great for groups or night outs with friends. Make reservations in advance as the restaurant is fully booked most of the times.

The atmosphere is fun, the venue is very elegant and has a good vibe to it. The service was very slow, took the food a long time to come out, and the waiters seemed to be a bit inexperienced. The food's plating is beautiful, and the ingredients are fresh, but the taste is a bit plain and lacks 'a kick', The dessert was excellent and saved the day. Overall, we had a nice time but expected a little more .
Harel S — Google review
Visited this restaurant after receiving a great recommendation from a friend however, I wasn’t as oppress as she was the design of the place is quite impressive, even if it’s not perfectly maintained, but the seating is crowded, and it took a while until we were seated, even though we had a reservation. Then we were seated in location at the very end of the restaurant, and my personal view was towards the back kitchen, which was not well lit. The view I had was the big stain of moisture from the ceiling. The food was good - some dishes were mediocre and some dishes were very tasty. The service was pleasant, but quite slow. Overall for this price, I will probably go to eat sushi somewhere else. There are quite a few options in the city.
Lihi B — Google review
Unfortunately, today we chose this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. The food was okay, but after one sip of wine my boyfriend spit this out. It was most likely a cockroach. Anything can happen (although this happened not at a shuk, but in a restaurant that presents itself as high-end). What truly matters is how the staff handles such a situation. There was no service. The waitress gave a brief apology, but the manager didn’t come — we had to call him ourselves. We waited 5 minutes. They removed the wine and the dishes we didn’t manage to eat from the bill. We decided not to continue the dinner. This is clearly not the level of service one should receive at a restaurant like this. The whole situation was very unpleasant, especially because it was a birthday. The mood was ruined, and we will not come back here — and we don’t recommend to anyone. Imagine pulling this out of your mouth on your birthday

We went with my husband for dinner on a Sunday night and the place was full! The ambience and atmosphere were great! The waiter was very attentive. The food was fantastic, but especially the Bar Yam fish dish and the Neon Sushi roll. I know they have amazing desserts too, but we were too full to try one. Next time!
Sisi D — Google review
Very good restaurant. Didn't find a lot of Asian dishes, but there were some very nice touches, like the wasabi puree next to the beef fillet which was as excellent dish. As a matter of fact, i was quite surprised that the fish dishes we ate (4 out of 10 dishes) were good but not thrilling. Whereas the beef, lamb, agnolotti, and even the vegetable dish with the fire aroma were excellent. I definitely recommend the place. We were 4 people, ordered around 10 dishes, a drink each, and a chocolate desert, had a bill of 1111 nis. All in all, not a crazy price point, but not cheap. Well worth the time and money.
Itay B — Google review
Food was really good and creative, with lots of unique flavors. Really liked the Squares, which had raw tune and crispy rice, the Maguro Nigiri, which had goose liver on top or a tuna sashimi, and the Gyoza, which was served with corn foam and was a really nice twist. We sat at the bar, which was pretty full and also had a couple of nice cocktails. Service was really good. Only drawback about this place is the atmosphere, which was kind of strange and very dates oriented rather than friends/groups kind of place, so don't expect the casual Tel Aviv vibe, at least not right now.
Sagi B — Google review
Absolutely incredible food both for breakfast and dinner. We stayed at Ink Hotel and ordered the Sun Young breakfast as part of our stay. So glad we did! The food and service are top notch. Only problem was we always left so full because we couldn’t stop eating all the food they gave us! (Which included a bread/croissant basket, yogurt with fruit and granola, garnishes, fresh salad, orange juice, coffee, AMAZING tuna salad and then our entrees which included salmon eggs Benedict, two types of shakshuka, and a crepe, among others.) At night, the place transforms into a trendy Asian fusion restaurant with all of the Asian-inspired favorites reinvented and taken to the next level. Such a fun environment and absolutely exquisite food. Would go back again and again.

Good food no doubt, but still a bit short of a fine dining experience when you consider the price. We had a long course meal and my conclusion was that it is food with inspiration from Japan, yet well grounded in Israeli / Middle Eastern contemporary food when you consider the stronger tastes and ingredients. Overall it’s one of the best dining experiences in Israel, but still quite far from a Michelin restaurant. Since the prices are so high it is a bit disappointing. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Amit K — Google review
Maybe the best restaurant in Israel, let's start with that. The food is amazing. Top quality and some unique flavours. The bar and cocktails are also great. But in the bottom line, it lacks some of the "Michelin-starred" wanted to be features, especially around the sittings, service, and small nuances that could make it even better.
URI G — Google review
High-end cuisine at its finest; we have savored every bite. The dishes are creative and unique, the design is beautiful, the atmosphere is perfect, and the service is impeccable. This restaurant is a strong contender for Israel's first Michelin star.
Elad A — Google review
Delicious and innovative food and really good service, a is definitely one of the top restaurants in Israel right now. It's not comfort food and you shouldn't expect big plates, but the food is delicate and accurate, and is prrpared using high quality, sometimes unique ingredients. The fish skewer and tempura dishes were extremely tasty and the steaks that we had were one of the best we had in Israel. a is a place worth visiting and a trip worth taking, I would definitely come back.
Sagi B — Google review
Phenomenal dinner, worthy of 1-2 Michelin stars (apparently Michelin doesn’t give stars in Israel yet). Great presentation, flavor, and quality. The noodles with caviar were my absolute favorite. Will come back next time I am in Tel Aviv!
Evan K — Google review
The best fine dining experience I've had in Israel. Well worth the price, exceeded my expectations by a mile, and they were high to begin with. Staff is incredibly professional, we trusted our waiter to build the meal for us, and I recommend you do the same.
Adam E — Google review
I tried over 280 restaurants in Israel but this for sure the worst food experience ever. Stay very far from this place. I ordered 7 dishes and and none of these dishes were acceptable. The dessert was absolutely disgusting and the 2 main courses were cold. Last but not least, I booked the table for 21:15 and I got it at 21:38 and the first dish came at 22:09. They didn’t even say they were sorry about it. I had to ask for the water 3 times. I have never been so disappointed and sad by a dining experience. It supposed to be a celebration dinner but it turned into a culinary nightmare. I had been warned from the low reviews/feedback and the repeated warnings not to go to this place from friends but still I wanted to give a chance to this restaurant but I didn't expect such a disappointing dinner. Big delusion and expensive without a reason. One star is even too much. Google should add the 0 star option just for them.
Leonardo A — Google review
Fine dining! The restaurant is beautiful with a bar in the middle which can be a great option as a date night. We were two couples, eating vegetarian+fish. We shared all our restrictions with the waiter, who was very helpful and built us a tasting menu. We had 12 dishes, all were out of the ordinary, extremely well served with a twist or uniqueness. Our top picks you should not miss are: Toro tuna, fish skewers and sushi rolls! To be honest you can't go wrong. Dinner cost 450 for a couple with wine and desserts. Money well spent 😜

L28 Culinary Platform offers a fantastic dining experience with a menu deeply rooted in Galilean cuisine while incorporating modern and clean flavors. The dishes are bold, harmonious, and best enjoyed when shared among 4-6 people. The chef's menu is solid, featuring a variety of decent items with the highlight being the shishbarak. The atmosphere is excellent, and the service goes above expectations. Prices are fair for this upscale establishment, although some dishes may seem small for their price.
Fantastic meal. Naifa's menu is so deeply rooted into the Galilee roots, yet modern and clean. The tastes are bold and very harmonic. Good cocktails and the prices are really fair. I recommend coming with 4-6 people and ordering many dishes to share. Naifa was even kind enough to come and talk to us for a few minutes before service ended and she is absolutely kind and generous. Service was well above what I expected. Our water glasses were filled every few minutes, and the recommendation by the waitress were great and pretty on point. Don't miss before Naifa is gone.
Idan T — Google review
Visited the restaurant when the druze menu was on. Except for the meat dish with the lamb ossobuco which was very good everything else was mediocre and we tasted a lot of dishes from the menu. The vegetables part was better, especially the fattoush salad and the greens on the grill. Everything got out very quick. Service was very good and pleasant, the restaurant decor is nice and the general vibe of the place is cosy. Prices are reasonable, the plates are pretty small.
Mor S — Google review
The concept, service and atmosphere in this place is very good. The current chef's menu is solid, with a bunch of decent items. We didn't get a single bad dish, but I also can't say I was amazed by anything. The highlight was the shishbarak. Prices are generally fair for an upscale place like this, though a few dishes were small for the price.
Amit — Google review
Impeccable performance starting with design and atmosphere, going on to course presentation and, of course, taste. Current chef defines himself as a combination of morrocan and New York cuisine. For one - I think that the food is much better than the statement at the beginning of the menu. Everything we had was excellent. Must try the kohlrabi, the salmon and the steak tartar. Unfortunately - the waiters are no match to the food, starting with attention to small details and ending with forgetting to bring water to the table or some of the dishes we ordered.
Adrian T — Google review
Pros: * Atmosphere - nice design and music, pleasant seating * The concept of changing the chef every several months * Favorite dishes: burrata, fish, and dessert. Cons: * The menu was too limited: 5 dishes per category (3 categories: small, medium, large/main). * Cocktails were expensive and very mediocre. * The meat dish was way too expensive for its size.
Liran P — Google review
The platform concept is very cool and important, giving young promising chefs the opportunity to shine;) this round its chef Naifa . The food is really unique and good chef Naifa is so great and nice no wonder she was asked to extended the round. Very hard to get reservations but worth it!
Luiza R — Google review
Beautiful and inventive space, providing a platform for young chefs to emerge. Chef is replaced every 6 months, so food might change completely. Having said that, our experience was really good, many of the dishes were delicious, e.g. the Burrata, smoked beet, octopus, fish, beef fillet and the semi-fredo. Service was spot on and atmosphere is extremely pleasant. Prices are somewhat above average.
Shimi L — Google review
The most important thing to know about this place is that the head chefs and therefore the menu alternate every few months. We came here on March 2020, when the head chef was the amazing Naifa Naima. Everything in this meal was excellent. The place is beautiful, the service is great and the prices are relatively low for a high end restaurant. The food, needless to say, was perfect.

This Chinese bao bun restaurant is a great choice for food lovers looking for authentic and tasty Chinese cuisine. The staff are polite and the place is clean, making it a great pick for a casual outing. The dim sum here is especially good, and the prices are reasonable.
This is like real chines restaurant! So, delicious fresh and special. The host was nice and friendly, she helped us to make right choice. Just in case it’s simple place with neighbourhood atmosphere. Don’t expect fancy ambiance but food worth it!
Oksana V — Google review
we went yesterday and were very disappointed. The prices are way too high compared to what you get (150 shkels for 6 dry old pork ribs with little meat), and the food is not worth the trouble of coming. the lady who took the order was very nice, and this was the high point of the visit!
It W — Google review
130 shekels for a meal of sweet and sour pork takeaway and they didnt even include a pair of freaking chopsticks
Anna N — Google review
How to determine if its legit Chinese food? If it’s oily. The soup and noodles was shared by three people. Price is a little bit despite the large serving. Not all dish are always available.
Vanaya — Google review
This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Tel Aviv. With 7 friends and 10 dishes we all paid only 63 shekels each. This is a reach Chinese restaurant and highly highly recommended!
Yehonatan Y — Google review
A small hole in the wall serving quality Chinese food. The place is located in the south of Tel Aviv where refugees and work immigrants have settled down and established a nation within a nation. The food here is surprisingly good, especially the dumpling. The portions are large and meant to be shared. However, while the food seems more New York Chinatown, thd prices remain Tel Aviv, which means expensive. A dish here will run 100 shekels and more, a price fit for an upscale restaurant. Having said that, there value for the price, with a shrimp dish that is full of shrimp and meat dishes that can be split between three people (no sides and rice priced separately). Well worth a visit if you are in to genuine Chinese style food (that is Chinese food served outside of China).
Yossi K — Google review
Ever sinse the owner changed, from the original old Chinese couple who opened the place, to the current owner which seems to be a Philipino woman's co-op, the place really had a turn for the Good. The place is clean and service is awesome, there is a picture menu, with clearly displayed prices. They caiter to a wide budget variety with dishes starting at a 10ILS steamed bao Bunn and colmminating at a 300ILS gaint lobster. The dumplings are just awesome!! The mo-pad tofu is the same as in China. Really really recommended.

Tali Lama is a vibrant Indian restaurant that brings the rich flavors and colors of southern India to life. Founded by an Israeli couple, this culinary gem focuses on creating comforting vegan and kosher dishes with love and joy. The talented chefs, led by Daniel, craft meals that are not only delicious but also transport you straight to India. Diners rave about the exceptional quality of the food—many claim it rivals even what you'd find in India!
Worth the walk in the heat! A MUST for anyone wanting authentic Indian food in Tel Aviv. Wonderful hosts, accommodated us even when they were about to close. Food was brilliant and the spices were perfectly balanced. Aviv and Tzviki, thank you being wonderful!
Abhishek P — Google review
Great place to have lunch in. Vegan gluten free options only so wide variety of options to choose from if you are in those categories. Food is being prepared very fast and the dishes are large so small chances of getting out of the when you are still hungry😊 The staff is very friendly. Place is relatively small to sit in but as most people do take aways from there I didn't find it to be a problem.

Its hard to find good indian food in israel but these guys did it perfectly. The dishes are rich in flavour and each dish is unique. I can confidently say its one of the best indian places i’ve tried in israel. Plus the prices are reasonable maki by it best value for miney

OMG, I am speechless. It's as if I was tele transported to a reaaaaally good restaurant in India. Even in India it's hard to find this quality. Exceptional really... And on top, it's vegan and almost everything is gluten free!! A feast of taste and textures. What to try? honestly, everything... there wasn't a disappointing dish... But their malai kofta is unbelievable... It was hard to believe it's vegan. The sweet potato dal... no words... And the lemon grass malabi/ Panna cotta dessert is genius. The cold chai tea was so special... I could keep writing here, but honestly, do yourself a favour and try for yourself. It's good stuff. And the crew is amazing also. You feel that the food is made with love. Thank you Tali Lama for the experience. I'll definitely be coming back!
Einat D — Google review
All I can say is that whoever has described this food as 'authentic' Indian hasn't had a lot of experience with Indian food. I ordered a 3 dish plate with rice. All of it tasted the same, dominated by some pungent and bitter spice I couldn't identify except that it rendered the whole dish inedible. The malai kofta - well, I couldn't find a single kofta - it was all just sauce. Uncooked mung beans and hard unedentifiable cubes potato maybe - uncooked. In no way, shape or form is that authentically Indian. Never again.
Glen P — Google review
Wow!!!! So delicious!!!! Everything was perfect: The food first of all - so so good!!! The service - such nice and positive people!💕 The prices are more than reasonable 😇 And veggitarians and vegen alike will find a delicious meal here.😍 The music.... As if they read my personal taste 🤩 Also, it's Kosher, which is a real bonus Wish you Tali Lama all the success and luck and more - I will surely come again
