If you visit Jack Daniel, I recommend you to make a reservation. Earn pocket money for seniors or tuition for local college students here I had the warmest meal here and filled my heart. I hope you visit here to have various experiences rather than taste the food. I recommend you to go once in your life. The program was being held while eating with the people who made a reservation, and it was good because it felt like I was eating with my family.

2 sittings each day at lunch. Each table has a Miss Mary's representative who explains how the meal will be served, and then, while everyone is enjoying their meal, she explains the history and importance of Miss Mary Bobo's. Food is absolutely delicious and abundant. All served pass around style just as it was in Miss Bobo's heyday. Fried chicken better than any I have ever had. Genuine banana pudding. Be certain to go when you are hungry!

Amazing experience! Lunch is served around a table with strangers and a host that tells stories of the area. All guests talked with one another, we met people from all over the country. Lunch was served family style, food was passed around the table. When something ran out more food appeared magically. Definitely try the fried chicken, the sweet tea, and the fried okra(I believe that’s what it was). Everything was amazing but those were my favorite. Our host was amazing! They have a cute gift shop. Definitely worth the stop, I recommend booking ahead of time.

This place is a real jewel. If you’re doing the distillery tour, make a reservation to have lunch here. The food is homemade and served family style. You’re given a host who gives you the history of the place while you eat. There’s a real charming southern atmosphere about the place.

This was our first time at the restaurant. The food was good but we were looking forward to what is listed on the website (fried chicken, meatloaf and pecan pie) and that was not one of the offering for the day. 👎 We enjoyed the storytelling of our host at our table but we felt like it became a sales pitch to help support the college students that work there while benefiting from a Ms. Bobo’s scholarship. Our host yelled into the kitchen and forced our waitress to tell her story to us (which we had already heard from the host!) This was a one time experience for us!!

My husband and I were planning on visiting some friends in Kingsport and working on checking off some distilleries along the whiskey trail. We scheduled to go to Jack Daniel's and our friends told us we had to go to Miss Mary Bobo's. So I scheduled a lunch reservation for us. We went in the off season on a weekday. We checked in a few minutes prior to our reservation. We were given a card the size of a business card with the dining room name on it and told the bell will ring when it is time to be seated. We explored the gift shop while we waited. Promptly at 11am, the dinner bell was rung and people were escorted to their dining room by a host. Our host was Kevin. We went in the Tolley room and were seated at a beautiful wood table with a lazy Susan in the center. The food was set out on the lazy Susan and we each had a glass of sweet tea. We were seated at a round table with the host, and 2 other parties whom we did not know. Kevin explained the history of Miss Mary Bobo and the family dining tradition. The food is all you can eat. On the lazy Susan, there was a chicken pie dish (think pot pie minus the veggies) fried pork chops, fried okra, baked apples soaked in a jack Daniel's sauce, green beans, rolls, a corn salsa, mashed potatoes and some condiments. The food was delicious! The pork chops were the best restaurant pork chops I've ever had. For dessert we had a carrot cake with a cream cheese icing. The cake was also delicious. I really enjoyed the table talk and history of the property. Kevin was an amazing host and we enjoyed his company. We also learned about the program they offer for the local community college students. We met 2 students who told us their education plans. The restrooms are nice and clean. There is an elevator for thos who need it to get to the 2nd floor which is where you check in. The property itself is also beautiful and we went and saw the spring on the first floor. I will definitely make plans to return when we are back in the area.

Recommended from JD Distillery tour for the grilled cheese on Crack. It was so-so. I had higher expectations of it. It had a good flavor, but I wish I'd order something else. Ribs were delicious, as well as potato salad. Fries were weak. I've had better, sweet potato casserole. Glad we tried it anyway.

Barrel House BBQ is a hidden gem for anyone who loves great BBQ! The ribs are absolutely delicious—tender, smoky, and full of flavor. The owner is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home, always ready to recommend something amazing from the menu. A fantastic spot for amazing food and a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

I've been all over Texas several times, I'd like to think I know good BBQ. BARREL HOUSE BBQ has the BEST Pulled Pork Sandwich I have EVER HAD. The fact that it was prepared by a young man named Jack made it even better after a wonderful tour at the JD distillery. WOW!! I tell anyone who will listen to stop here for lunch....OUTSTANDING, great staff and great prices!! Thank You

It's not every barbecue place that has a barbecue baked potato. Theirs was good; well cooked and not the largest I've seen, but not so small I was wondering where the rest was. The decor was unique with money on the walls. We went here at an off time, as there were no crowds anywhere in town. Showing up at a popular time on a weekend might be different.

first I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was so good that I had to try ribs too not disappointed! service is casual and the place is pretty cool just a bit pricey and they are not generous with the sides… but, hey, it’s a touristic place so it’s quite normal anyway, I recommend it

Great BBQ pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich for $8! Easy 5 minute walk from Jack Daniel’s Distillery and food arrived quickly. Would recommend to anyone exploring Lynchburg after a distillery tour.

If your in Lynchburg, this BBQ is good. Loved the hot sauce options. Pork nachos & grilled cheese with pork. I will be coming back!

My children and I took a homeschool field trip here to do a tour. The gentleman working was so kind, and informative. There's so much history here, and it was great to tour and read all about the people that have been there. It is donation based, so please be sure to leave what you can to help this gem stay around!

A must visit if you are visiting Nashville, Lynchburg chambers has so much history. The host was so welcoming/ informative.

Interesting old jail in Moore county. Plenty of history to check out, including stories of a number of celebrities who are a part of it. Our grandkids loved the old jail cells and getting “locked” in them for a few minutes. Entrance fee was a donation.

I was visiting the Jack Daniels distillery and walked over to town and saw this old jail. There is quite a bit of history in this building and the gentleman working the day I visited, his name is Ernie, was very knowledgeable. The tour is by donation and I don’t think you can book in advance. There is a lot to see not just in the jail but artifacts and memorabilia from the town. Ernie will tell you stories of sheriffs from the past and possible ghost sightings. If you’re visiting Lynchburg and walking around the town stop in and check it out.

As a member of Spooky Time, me and my friends attended one of the overnight paranormal investigations and had a blast of a time! It was a 10/10 experience. Jory and Amisha (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) Were excellent hosts and extremely kind, willing to work with us on anything we needed assistance with. The Jail itself has so much history that we were able to see and interact with that it'll be an experience that sticks with me!

Great piece of small town history. The gentleman at the front is very friendly and full of information on the jail.

Very historic and interesting free tour. Self guided, with a volunteer greeting you on entrance. Currently (01/2024) if you donate $5 or more, the give you a nice JD shot glass. A $15 donation gets you a nice bag of literature and other goodies, and since the museum relies on donations for funding, it is a good cause. If you are lucky, you may meet Randall Fanning, a fixture at Jack Daniels for over 40 years, and a wealth of stories and local information. There have been births in the jail, as well as deaths over the years, and some say the old jail is haunted! Many great displays and wall hangings to keep your attention. Free parking nearby, and the first floor is wheelchair friendly, but I am not sure you can get to the second floor.

I arrived around 10:15am on a Sunday and easily signed up for the next tour starting in 10-15 minutes. It was a warm day, but comfortable in the shade. The tour guide was extremely friendly and provided great information. There are no restrooms during the tour, so definitely use the restroom before going on the 1hr45min tour. Easy drive from Nashville. Tasting is included and there’s an optional slushee for $10 you can purchase ahead of time. There’s also optional engraved bottles and photos you can buy too. I had lunch on the town right next to the distillery. Recommend if you have a day to spare!

This place is just so cool… even if you don’t drink whiskey, you learn some neat history of the area. Plus the property is just beautiful. And the tour guides are wonderful…they clearly love what they do and the company they work for. The experience is really worth the time and money.

Our tour guide Courtney was great. She was very knowledgeable. Very friendly great tour. Would come back again. Originally I didn't want to come due to it being a 4 hour drive from where we were staying I have never been happier with my husband convincing me to do something.

Five Stars All Day Long! Our visit to the Jack Daniel’s Distillery during the World Championship Invitational BBQ event was absolutely amazing! While you do need to make reservations for the Distillery Tours well in advance for this busy weekend, it was so worth the effort. Everything was incredibly well organized — from the layout of the grounds to the seamless flow of the tours — and the food at the BBQ Event was simply mouth watering! A special shoutout to Angela G. at the White Rabbit Bottle Shop, who truly went above and beyond! She not only educated us on the different Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskeys available that day but also helped us secure a limited-edition bottle, all with an infectious smile and genuine enthusiasm. Could not recommend the White Rabbit Bottle Shop and the Distillery Tour enough. An unforgettable experience from start to finish

The tour is informative about the whiskey making process and there’s a lot of history behind the distillery itself. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and the whiskey tasting at the end is the cherry on top. It’s totally worthwhile if you’re passing through Lynchburg.

We had such a wonderful time on our Jack Daniel’s Distillery tour today with Kathy! She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun from start to finish. Her personality kept us laughing the entire time while also sharing so much history and insight about the distillery. Our whole group really enjoyed the tour, and the whiskey tasting at the end was the perfect finish. I even purchased bottles that we had engraved, which made for an amazing keepsake from the day. Highly recommend taking the tour with Kathy—she truly made it memorable!

Fantastic experience - guide offered many anecdotes about Jack Daniels and the border southern whisky makers. Beautiful grounds, Note barrel making is off site and process shown via short video. Also, bottling lines are not operational on the weekends. Items prohibited on tour can be left in free lockers.

Cabins at Tims Ford are a great experience. Nice views, great locations, and rustic cabins that have more than you would need. Lots to do there including hiking, biking, birding, fishing, boating etc. Very friendly staff and a good camp store located very close to the cabins. Perfect for families or couples and several cabins allow pets but do not smell or have pet odors in them at all. Great time!

Absolutely beautiful! Stayed in one of the cabins, and I loved every second of it. The cabin was a clean and spacious living area. The cabin has a large private porch to the master bedroom and a very large extended porch for the guest room and the dining area, all with outstanding views. The trails in this park are beautiful and generally easy to hike with scenic views of the waterway and forests. The visitors center is wonderful and full of information. They have critters found in the area that are being rehabilitated, such as a hawk , a great horned owl, snakes, and others around for viewing. The rangers are knowledge and outgoing, providing great experiences to kids. We were able to hold a snake, rock climb, and get a nice tour before we wandered off to hit the trails. I recommend bringing the family and enjoying time outdoors. ALSO, apprently, this is Sasquatch country lol, so be on the lookout out. HAVE FUN!!!

The Tims Ford Park is nice. It offers a Great paved bike trail that goes from one end to the other end of the park. You do have to watch out for the roots that have raised the pavement. It is shaded by a terrific tree canopy. The #43 campsite was nice and spacious. With a lovely sunken patio area that includes your fire pit. Loved that. The part that I HATED....the park allowed a super loud party to take place right in the center of the campground both nights that I was there. I have camped several times at several different places. I have never encountered this situation before and I hope I don't again. If I was to go to the club, I would have stayed in Nashville. I am disappointed in the park rangers for not nippings the situation in the bud.

Beautiful and peaceful state park with great scenic views of the water. Trails are well-marked and perfect for a relaxing walk or an easy hike. Lots of spots to stop, take photos, or just sit and enjoy the lake. Very clean, well-kept, and a great place to unwind. Highly recommend!

The park manager and his staff at the gift shop /welcome center make for a great host and hostesses. The maintenance guy dale and the ladies that clean the cabins were very kind and accommodating. I’d recommend this place to anyone!… the boat ramp isn’t crowded… slips available and affordable… the cabins are nicer than many condos… nice facilities, great spot…. 2 places to buy a Diet Coke!!

New/modern/CLEAN visitor center and welcoming staff at this park… Very dog friendly and kind. Very nice/new gift shop and supplies available. I purchased a Bark Ranger tag for my hiking companion (dog) and couldn’t resist a coffee mug for myself. Cell reception is spotty in this area, and staff not only reviewed my planned route and gave advice, but took my info to be on the lookout, in case we were delayed in our return. Trails are well marked, and maintained. Print your map before hiking (re: cell reception). There are several scenic overlooks to enjoy along the route When we came back to the visitor center to check in, they gave my dog a milk bone dog treat, petted her and answered some questions I had about future camping at the location… we sat in the rocking chairs at the front of the visitor center while she had some water and I cooled down. Highly recommend!

Beautiful lake and grounds. Rented a “rustic” cabin and the ladies in the office were very helpful and pleasant. Rental price was also very reasonable for three days. Those are the Pros. The Cons. Can only speak for our cabin but “rustic” is kind. In extreme need of repair and upgrades if not total refurbishing. Most doors don’t lock properly and frankly offer little security. Limited TV options, no WiFi and older appliances to include an oven door that doesn’t close. Shower tub floor very slippery to include mildew. Leak in cabinet under kitchen sink and utensils and some containers greasy/dirty. If you don’t mind really roughing it, camping might be a better option.

We had an amazing experience! Amber had exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge. The tastings were delicious, so much so that we came home with some MuscaShine and Lemonade. The icing on the cake was the Smoky Old Fashioned.(photo attached) Do you ship to US addresses. We definitely be back.

Wow what a nice little surprise! Walking around the town after the JD tour and we stumble upon a nice little winery, then BAM! A cool little distillery right next door!!! The cocktails were delicious and the bartender was super nice. My favorite was the Whiskey, bought a bottle of that to take back to Texas. What a find!

Absolutely wonderful distillery and tastings. With areas dedicated to wine and whiskey, you can learn about and sample both. Drinks are great, the bartenders and taste guides are knowledgeable. A friendly place to spend an afternoon sampling and relaxing.

We were making jokes about age and I said definitely check my ID, I might be under age.(I’m visably 41) she rolled her eyes and said yeah ok. I said dang you know how to make a girl feel good. Her response, “It’s not my job to make you feel good. I don’t get paid to make you feel good. I’m here to do my job!” Ummmm, you’re in hospitality. Yes it’s your job to make people feel welcomed. You failed!

The booze is alright. None of it really sang to me, particularly the moonshine. The service wasn't especially informative or enthusiastic despite me being the only person there. Worth visiting though as a tack-on to the JD tour.

I blew in with my wife 8pmish on a Sun night. Our food was great, I broke a glass at the table. I do appreciate the response and not making me feel bad as I know you guys likely have you fair share of over indulgers. We joked about the 5$ for breaking it but I totally would have 😆

Beautiful lobby, delicious food, pleasant workers. I first walked in on a hot day and was immediately met with cool relief, the tables are always clean. My favorite dish is the quesadilla, my server, Ali was an absolute gem and there weren't any mistakes with my order! 10/10 would dine again.

It was busy. We were the first two of a party of six and waited about 15 minutes before being seated. It took about 50 minutes to get food after ordering. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The food portions were smaller than I remember but tasty. Now I remember that I thought the chain was not the best value for someone who is on a limited income. I might go back sometime when it wasn't so busy.

Tullahoma TN. Pam was our server. She was awesome. Party of 12 with a birthday boy. She was very attentive to each of us - including the 4 year old. Waters never ran out. Food was hot and delicious! Definitely be back soon.

Amber had the moves like jagger! She got our desserts out like a she had a Redbull and it gave her wings! Heidi was so amazing. Amber suggested to my daughter to try the Triple Chocolate Meltdown, and it did not disappoint! Dinner was amazing tonight. Tullahoma Applebee’s is where it’s at! The Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger was amazing and it made me full before I was done!

Me and my family went tonight and had the best time tonight and we had the besttttt time everrr! Our waiter Heidi was the best and so was the manager Amber❤️❤️❤️ they were so sweet and she recommended the triple chocolate meltdown and is was scrumdiddlyumptios. 10 out of 10 I do recommend!!!!

We went and celebrated a birthday at Applebee’s this evening with a party of 10. Our server Sunshine was amazing! He had not been there long but his customer service skills were above and beyond. If something was incorrect he fixed it quickly and apologized. He never acted under pressure with such a large group and not to mention his great personality! I would rate him 10 stars if it was possible! I feel once he has been there for a little bit he will rock it even more!

Had such a great experience at Red Lobster! The food was delicious — everything was fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavor. The cheddar bay biscuits were just as amazing as everyone says (we may have asked for extra!), and the seafood was perfectly done. What really made the visit stand out was the service — our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a casual night out. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. We left full, happy, and already talking about what to try next time. Definitely recommend if you’re craving quality seafood and great service!

I tried the sailors boil for the first time. It was amazing. Enough food for me to eat on 3 times. I got the Cajun butter and Old Bay seasoning. I also got the spicy. I almost got the extra spicy and I'm so glad I didn't. Spicy is just what it says 🔥. Anything hotter than that I could not have handled. This was a great meal and I will definitely go back again.

Bobby the waiter was a fantastic asset to our visit. We love coming into this Tullahoma franchise to relax, have a good fresh meal and great service. Highly recommend the new shrimp scampi as well

Perfect spot for a seafood lover like me! Red Lobster truly impressed me with their fresh seafood and excellent service. The snow crab and Bairdi crab in garlic butter were absolutely to die for—sweet, tender, and perfectly seasoned. I also tried the lobster flatbread, which was delicious with just the right amount of cheese and seafood. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience even better. I've visited a few restaurants in the area, and this one stands out as the best so far. Loved every bite and will definitely be coming back for more! 🦞🦀🍽️

We came here on a Monday night and had a wonderful time. Our server Bobby was great and attentive. Our food was fresh and hot when it came out. We were highly satisfied, and we will be back!

We had a couple pizzas and sandwiches and shakes, it was all good with very friendly service.

Grabbed a pizza here. Was not bad. The crust could be improved. The atmosphere was nice with an old town feel. Staff is friendly and very polite!

This was a perfect place to grab a pizza while we were waiting for our tour at Jack Daniels. It was a little busy but the staff handled the crowd with ease. We only waited maybe 10 minutes or so for our order. We fed 4 people for about $20 which is almost unheard of these days. They have ice cream and other stuff too. This is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

Great burgers and pizza. Lots of varieties of ice cream and toppings to choose from. Owners are very friendly and they make sure you are happy

Been here 1x. Ginormous slice was ok. Unfortunately they seem to be understaffed as two ppl working on recent Saturday afternoon + answering phones + taking in-person orders was not enough even with just five parties present. Also, I ordered one cheese slice to go and counter staff did not mention there were no slices available/would have to make a pizza = 15-20 minute wait; would have passed had I known that. Cannot recommend unless they fix staffing issues

EDIT: Since this location has moved to ordering at the counter, service for appetizers and entrees seems to be much quicker. They've been more consistent than ever before. Adding an additional star to previous rating. Original Post: Food is usually good here. HUGE pizza slices. Service has been hit or miss. Have waited over 10 minutes before for slices of cheese pizza that were at the counter "ready to go" on a weeknight. Seems maybe staffing is the issue, because same staff on a different day of the week with two fewer tables to serve, service was stellar. It sounds funky, but try the Chicken & Waffle Pizza for desert, if not for your entree.

What a quaint family atmosphere with exceptionally good food! We had appetizers, Stromboli, specialty pizza, pizza fries, and the s’mores dessert pizza! All were delicious and perfectly prepared. Highly recommended!

New to the area and was in the mood for a pizza and was kinda looking forward to trying this place out. The photos of the food posted by others is what drew me to this place. When I arrived the dinning area wasn’t very appealing. I walked to the main counter to place my dine in order and was greeted by a female employee and she immediately informed that the extensive menu hanging above is out dated and I had to order off what appears to much abbreviated. I noticed to my left that the fountain drink machine had a sign that stated it was out of order. I asked if the fountain is out of order what are my choices for beverages for my meal. I had the choices of either water or beer. Wasn’t in the mood for beer so I walked out. I guess if you’re a minor and want pizza, I hope enjoy it with water. Very disappointed to say the least: if I was the owner I’d at least go and buy some case of soda. It would be well worth it!

Food is always amazing! I got cheesy bread and my husband got 2 slices of Supreme pizza. We will have plenty of leftovers and you get your money's worth. Atmosphere was really laid-back. Always enjoy coming here and will be back!

Pizza was pretty good. We both got the daily special which was a huge piece of pizza and a drink each. We also got an appetizer sampler which had cheese sticks, macaroni puffs, seasoned fries, and some other kind of cheese stuffed thing. Total was less than $25 which is nice in this economy ! The piece of pizza I got could have used more than 4 pieces of sausage on it. But what sausage I did get was very good 😉 and appetizer sampler i feel like should have had just a couple more of everything. Not enough for more than 2 people in my opinion. That's really the only reason for my 4 stars. The environment is pretty laid back and chill. Restaurant seemed clean and the young people working there were all friendly. Would recommend and will be back at some point.

I was camping at Tims Ford and was craving pizza. I found this restaurant via Trip Advisor and thought I’d try it out. So glad I did! I got a slice of cheese and a slice of the meat pizza. I didn’t realize the slices were that huge! I should have only got one, lol. I really liked the option to buy a whole pie or just a slice. The pizza was delicious! I prefer a thinner crust and this was just perfect. Will definitely be back!

I almost consistently get given different food from what I’ve ordered at the Tullahoma Chick-Fil-A. My most recent order really has me losing trust in this store specifically, because I have not experienced these accidents at any other location. Attached is a photo of the market salad I was given in place of a southwest salad. This CFA needs to do a little better checking their orders, because this is often an issue here and something I have started to expect from this location.

Drive Thru customer. Ordered food and there was silence from the person taking the order. They didn’t ask my name or tell me the total or confirm my order. Waited in silence until I said hello do you need my name? I was ask my order again and told to drive up. I told her my name and proceeded to the pick Up area. My food order was given to me and it felt rushed. When I got home I found the order to be missing an order of waffle fries and missing one dipping sauce. Disappointed and will not be back to this location. Just another fast food restaurant chain providing poor service.

Got nuggets and fries at the drive through. The fries were the best I've ever had in a chick fil a. Fresh, hot and tasty. The nuggets were the worst ever. Stiff, dry and not hot. Almost like they were made much earlier and warmed up in a microwave. The service was friendly and professional.

First impressions the front of the building, the windows, the entryway dirty. My chicken sandwich was not very good. The breading had slid to one end of the chicken so when they deep fried it it made it extremely crunchy on one side and just blah on the other. Also the restroom was disgusting. Probably the worst restroom I've seen at a Chick-fil-A.

Food is always delicious and the people are always friendly. The chicken is the best in the world. Would definitely recommend this place for people who like nice people and good food.

Very smoothly ran Chick Fil A. Two lines going at all times, which is needed due to the large amount of traffic. Two lines ans they could use a few more. Service is always great and food is chock fil a yummy! Their sweet tea and crusbed ice is the best!!!

The four star is for the food. It was a little over salted but good. The service was pretty amazing! Our server was great. She took all four of our orders by memory and got everything right. The restaurant is definitely a very cool blast from the past. We enjoyed the nostalgic feel of yesteryear. Breakfast is always hard to review because the delivery has got to be better than what you can do at home. The staff and the history of this place make it worth stopping in. I wish we were here longer so I could try other things on the menu. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely give it another try.

Our waitress was a joy. Wife enjoyed the French dip but did not care for the au-jus. I had a grilled cheese and bacon. Buttery and well made. Chocolate malt was tasty and very rich with good malt flavor. A bit expensive but enjoyable.

I love this place and have ordered from here many times. When I was pregnant, I went here at least twice a week for a period of time because I craved tomato soup & grilled cheese. This was my top recommendation until today. If your business hours are until 5, you shouldn’t be closing your kitchen at 2:43 without so much as a Facebook post. There’s not one single business popping or jumping at 2:43 on a Tuesday, but you don’t see every other business closing early. Took my business elsewhere & I will not bring my business back.

Yummy!!! The pancakes filled me up. I could not even finish them! My husband and I each had the T Town Special. The waitresses were very friendly! The restaurant is a "seat yourself" restaurant. The full menu is served all day. The waitress let us know the grill was full, so it might take a little bit to get our food depending on what we were ordering. Luckily, we picked out the choice we did because I do not think it was even maybe 5 - 8 min after we ordered, that our food had arrived. My husband and I visited here on our way to Chattanooga, and it was worth the stop!

Traveled over an hour and a half to eat here. We walked in around 1 and just stood in the middle of the place. No one came to offer us a table or put us on a waiting list or anything. It was moderately busy but not enough to warrant being ignored. After standing there a couple minutes feeling foolish, a waitress literally bumps into my wife and finally we realize we’re not invisible because she excuses herself for doing so. My wife asks her if we just wait for a table, or get put on a list. The waitress literally said she didn’t know. Who do you ask if not the waitress? Either way we said we’d go outside and wait. We stood outside for about 10 minutes before we saw a man wave us in and offer us a seat beside them. Very nice. Keep in mind this is a small place and sitting with someone may be your only option. We sat at the table for about 5 minutes before we got our drinks. The waitress seemed to be bothered that we took that table but I may just be imagining things. Either way went for the “bottomless” fountain drink. It came with paper straws and the rumor is now paper straws are toxic. Surprised they’re still being used. I ordered the pot roast dip sandwich and the wife ordered the hot Turkey sandwich. They hit the table and The food was delicious. That’s kinda where the satisfaction ended. After we finished we waited and waited for the waitress to come back to ask for napkins that we never had and a refill of this “bottomless” fountain drink. After about 10 more minutes we were finished with our sandwiches and had greasy fingers still waiting for those napkins to show up. I went ahead and pulled my wallet out so I wouldn’t have to wait even longer for her to show back up. Finally a drink came….no napkins. I had to again ask for the napkins. She walked off. My back was to her. My wife was watching her and said “I think she’s doing this on purpose.” She walked all around with a handful of napkins seemingly going everywhere but my table. Finally I got those napkins and was able to sign the receipt with the tiny tip that she earned. The “bottomless” drinks actually mean one tiny 10oz drink and hassle to get any more it seems. We stayed there well over an hour more than we should have just waiting on things. Not a good experience. Again we loved the food though.

I've never been here before, so I was very anxious to go after hearing how great it was. The food really was good. I had the Club, and the rest of our table had the Roast Beef Dip. None of us were unhappy with our food. The Sundrop Float for dessert and the Caramel Blondie were insanely good. As far as service. I'm not sure if they were short staffed that day, but the service was nothing to compliment. We got our order taken fairly quickly, but then it took almost 40 minutes for our sandwiches to be delivered. We let the server know that at that time, we would be having dessert. Our server never came back, so one person in our group went to the counter to get help. Our entire visit lasted over an hour and a half because, for whatever reason, perhaps they were short staffed. I will probably go back sometime because the food is really good, but in my case, if you need a quick bite between work hours, it might be tough to get in and out. Overall, it was not a bad experience and the place is clean and attractive, and even with the problems the staff is very nice.

I’ve lived here for years and I can’t believe that today was my first time to eat at the Sundrop Shop! It absolutely will NOT be my last time. The club sandwich was loaded down with honey ham and turkey plus bacon, American cheese, lettuce and tomato. I could easily get full on half of it. For dessert was Miss Daisy’s Blondie Sundae. I will definitely be popping back in just to have that again. It was “plate licking delicious!!” Check it out. You’ll be so glad you did.

Excellent sandwiches and wonderful service with high price. I wonder what management is going to do to combat high prices and stay competitive? I know that this is not a “discount” sandwich store like Subway, but your price tags should be justified. Even if you have got a “Signature Take” (9” sandwich for $9.49 plus), isn’t it better to go to some independently owned local restaurant and get a full meal? I know restaurant’s margins are coming under pressure because of rising labor wages and inflation, but $10/- sandwiches are little too expensive. I admit that the quality of the sandwich is worth for higher price, but how much? I will continue to come here for that consistent taste and quality, till it can’t compete anymore with other competitors!

It’s a refreshing change to have lunch in such a clean and well staffed place. And the staff is efficient and friendly. Added bonus..food is fantastic

I wanted to update my previous review and add how FANTASTIC the manager here always is. Very kind and I have never had a bad sandwich. The service, consistency, and VERY clean store is what keeps me coming back. You guys are awesome! Great Sandwich, great service. However, in my opinion the prices are steep and the fries are kind of a waste of money. I realize this store has no control over the prices and aside from everything being expensive, the service was excellent.

Absolutely EXCELLENT!!! From the service to the food to even how sparkling clean the restaurant is! Their subs are big enough that we all get two meals from one large sub. Very generous on all the meat, cheese and fixins'! The fresh baked bread is superb! Penn Station fries.....Oh My Goodness!!! The large is more than enough for 3 people to share! AND they are FRESH cut and cooked to perfection! By far the best fries in Tullahoma - bar none! But my personal favorite is the warm and caring staff...I always feel like family when I walk in the door. They really do care about your order and truly make it personal on my every visit. Always fresh and most importantly.... consistently a great meal! Thank you Joey and Mary for making my family dinner tonight (and lunch tomorrow). OH....! My husband and I ate at Penn Station for our first time. The service from when we opened the door until we left was absolutely wonderful! Based on that alone we will return! Yeah the parking is limited but no a big concern for us as there was parking available. The food was delicious!! My husband asked for no lettuce and they forgot and put lettuce on his sandwhich but he was okay with just taking it off himself. We both liked the variety of hot and cold sandwiches that they offer. There's no question to it we will be back. They are a bit pricey so we may not go often.

This is the sorriest food I've received in a long time. The Reuben had no kraut & I'm not sure what the sauce was, but it wasn't 1000 island. There was enough meat for maybe 2 bites. The grilled club was just a piece of ham & a little cheese. There was nothing else on it. No tomatoes, lettuce or condiments. It was even missing the turkey & extra bacon that I paid extra for. The cheese steak really looks like something my dog threw up. It didn't have any mushrooms, let alone the extra I requested. Again, very little meat. If not for the onions there wouldn't have even been a sandwich. The fries were old, crunchy and hard. I fed all of my order to my dogs and opened a can of spaghetti o's for me;at least it had actual meat in it. I don't mind paying extra for good food, but I really hate to pay for garbage. I could get that for free out of my own can and it probably would have tasted better. Save your money. Get Subway or Jersey Mikes. I won't ever eat at another Penn Station. Photos if needed. ETA: 10/21/2020 Jason Day reached out and offered a free meal. Why would I want more terrible food? I asked for a refund instead, sent him the pictures of the awful mess and haven't heard back. So, customer service sucks, too.

We would just like to shout out to the manager Paige at the Tullahoma, TN location for her amazing work. Even though it was very busy, she had complete control of her staff, and she utilized them in a completely efficient and effective way. She went out of her way to make sure our order was accurate. We could tell that her staff appreciated her leadership as they all were very happy and eager to do their job. My husband and I have extensive experience in restaurant operations - this restaurant could have not run any better with anyone else. Paige and her team are absolute professionals and service is rarely provided at that level. It's refreshing to see. She strongly deserves consideration for higher positions.

I love this Starbucks. The staff is always so kind and the food is always fresh. There is typically a good wait but you don't really go to Starbucks for fast coffee. The only annoying thing is getting out of the parking lot lol.

Honestly I don’t remember his name, but the short brown/black hair boy was the nicest employee I had conversed with. Everyone else was so super rude and stuck up I don’t get these kids attitudes.

I come here quite a lot to just hang out on my laptop. The staff is always really nice and the drinks I get are consistently great. Today I ordered a mobile drink and the tall guy with curly dark hair making drinks realized he put the wrong milk in mine and remade it without me even saying anything was wrong.

Hunter was so nice! Will be back to this location to try many more drinks!

Well one you've changed the menu I normally get your egg bites but unfortunately I can't have pork I'm allergic literally it's sad I know but and two you kind of rude the customer is always right they're the ones that bring you money and give business , and personally I don't appreciate somebody looking for a fight out of me when I am just trying to give an order and get my order and go how do I appreciate somebody looking for a fight over a drink and have the same the need to very much so correct me when really and truly it don't matter at a certain point and quite Frank I go every weekend mainly on Friday to the one in Manchester but I'm just saying please and thank you

The people there were helpful and helped me on how things worked there. I suggest getting the white chocolate Mocha iced if you drink it during summer.

Oh my goodness, stopped here after taking family to walk around the town square and distillery. It's SO GOOD. Just a small portable store front. The Cinnamon Roll Waffle is phenomenal. Brilliant idea! I also had the whiskey caramel hot cocoa. It was fantastic. Becca was working inside and was super sweet. Will definitely be stopping in from time to time. Highly recommend!

Stopped by after the Jack Daniel’s Distillery tour. Had the banana pudding. Really good and would recommend. Small food trailer. Good dessert after lunch.

New small local business!!! Very good waffles-and wraps. Super nice owners, a gem of a find! Fresh fruit always a plus! A great stop before or after your JD tour!

Be sure to hit this wonderful little food truck stop when visiting the Jack Daniel's distillery! The chicken and bacon panini was delicious, and Becca was super friendly! Don't forget to get a banana pudding for desert!

I wish I had pictures to show but we were too excited to eat it. The food was fantastic but the service was out of this world! I would kill for this back home. If you are planning to visit or do a tour with the Jack Daniel's Distillery, put this in your plan!

Lychburg was a Lotta fun, the wiskey ice cream was very tasty and I can't wait till we make another visit, my mom was trying to figure out how to beat the old man's statue on the walk way, wonder if she ever did? 😄

I honestly expected more. $12.00 for a cup with waffle pieces and ice cream…I guess I thought there would be a little more razzle dazzle.

We had the most amazing experience this weekend having our baby shower at Promise Manor. Absolutely beautiful property, very well kept and maintained. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Very nice scenic drive from Smyrna :)

I have been to multiple events at the Promise Manor. I loved the way they have preserved the history in this beautiful historic home. The decor and details for every event I have gone to have been spot on extremely detail oriented.. The family hosts that own this home are so friendly and welcoming.. Every room is detailed to perfection and I would imagine it would be every photographers dream setting..

My Daughters wedding was last weekend at Promise Manor. Kayla was so awesome to work with from beginning to end. Our daughter had so many requests and ideas they worked through all of these so well. They day of everything was set up so beautifully and on time. The table were set up perfectly. The house is just beautiful and can accommodate the wedding party from brunch through the reception. Kayla's mother did all the flowers. We requested wildflowers which she grew. The Bouquets were just beautiful! The reception layout was perfect, easy parking and well it was as perfect as it could be! Thank you Promise Manor!

Such a gorgeous venue! Promise Manor will take you back in time with it's elegance and charm! I attended a Mommy+Me Tea with my 4 year old daughter and we enjoyed it so much! They put so much effort into events held. The details, big and small, truly show.
