Amazing atmosphere, very cool owner of the place, he alone was a gem! He was very friendly attentive and was all around a fun guy! Food was great! Beer was fantastic! Go if you truly want a great time! We loved the nostalgia that was displayed everywhere!

One must understand culture to enjoy this place. If you do, you will have a wonderful time. I had a beautiful pomegranate tea, my husband enjoyed several very interesting beers, we ate Scotch eggs, Bubble and Squeaks with Irish Soda bread. Diane was such a sincere hostess, the cook was phenomenal. It was a great visit. A little something different!

Quaint & secluded, a real hidden gem. We didn’t have beer but the food was simply delicious! We stopped in over the weekend for an afternoon bite to recharge between shopping & activities. A Scotch egg with a banger & mash from the appetizer menu was the perfect portion for a light bite, plus we split a huge order of chips that were hot & fresh crispy perfection. Worcestershire sauce & malt vinegar on the table for chips!! 😀 My picky 7-year-old nearly cleaned her plate & that’s a rare feat indeed! She had the grilled cheese & chips from kids menu, which had a surprisingly wide selection. No frills but this place is clean & comfy. Great value, friendly service, and the most satisfying comfort food I’ve had in a great while. All food is cooked to order & is worth waiting for. Will definitely return.

Loved visiting this quaint English pub in the middle of the arts and crafts district. The beer selection was great and the decor was on point. Wouldn’t recommend the food, both our pies were not cooked enough so the pastry was still raw. Also this is on the second floor so you’ll need to climb a few sets of stairs.

This spot if a great way to get away from the busy downtown scene. The food is great and the beer/spirits/hard cider selection is excellent. Daily specials as well as a well appointed interior make for a very enjoyable visit. The dining is upstairs, and the parking lot is gravel (watch out for the slight drop when turning in from the road). We will make this place one of the *must visit" places on our next visit.

Amazing spot and dog friendly inside and outside on the patio. There’s about 25 steps to climb to get to the pub but it’s worth each one. Very homey pub and relaxed atmosphere with great food, friendly people, and a lot of drinks to choose from. An amazing spot to relax with our pup and avoid the summer heat. They have 2 tvs for sports and it was very cozy.

A wonderful, quirky, unique experience off the beaten path! The food was fantastic, and although we had to wait for our food, there were plenty of card games, board games, darts, and cold beer to keep us occupied. Our visit was a great break from the crowds of downtown Gatlinburg. We’ll definitely visit again next time we’re in town!

Good spot that’s open late (midnight). The Mac n cheese was very good and cheesy. The Ruben was good but meat was alittle tough and fatty for my liking. Environment was good with open spacious room. Service was good and friendly. I would like to go back another day to try some brews.

Smoky Mountain Brewery in Gatlinburg has a great vibe with live music that really adds to the atmosphere. The pizza was outstanding—very unique flavor combinations that I’ve never had before, and it tasted amazing. The chicken nachos were just okay, not the highlight, but the in-house brewed beers were excellent. I especially liked the seasonal options, which were fresh and full of flavor. The only drawback was the service. It took about 10–15 minutes before our server even came by to take our order, and overall the service felt a bit slow, which was a little frustrating. Other than that, everything else was really enjoyable, and I’d definitely come back for the pizza and beer alone.

Family of five stopped in & really enjoyed. Good beer flight, great service& one of the more unique pizzas I’ve ever had. Really enjoyed our visit.

Wings were amazingggg and the pizza was so fresh. Pickles are good, crunchy! 10/10 can’t wait to come back!!! Service was amazing.. we sat right down with zero wait time. Perfect hidden gem.

Seating process was very confusing. No sign to wait to be seated so someone behind the counter stops you when you try to walk upstairs but not until you actually start going up. Then you’re told there is a wait and before you even sit down to wait you’re giving a ticket and told to go upstairs. Then you wait awkwardly at the top of the stairs until someone decides to acknowledge you & you find out the table on your ticket is already taken so they rush to clean a table but don’t dry it. Other than that strange experience, the food & service was great! I do wish they had a smaller leftovers box because the whole pizza boxes don’t fit in the hotel fridges. Note: we didn’t have a whole pizza leftover 😅

Food was good, service was good, beer was good. But when we told the manager we wanted a table and not the bar, she seated us beside the bar. The drunks at the bar were so loud, my wife and I couldn't hold a conversation until the drunks got pizza totally their mouths. I think Management should have addressed the issue. Many other patrons were having the same issue. Don't think we will be returning.

Burger was good (BBQ sauce is under the cheese and cooked into burger I found out). Kid friendly place

Worst thing was the rooftop bathrooms! It will remind you that you are in a bar! Seriously I’ve been in frat houses with much nicer bathrooms than these! The vibe in the bar was super chill but there was only one person working up there, so service was a little slow! Food made up for that, it was all really good! Check it out for a decent place to eat and hang out!

I didn’t expect to find a karaoke place here! I enjoyed watching people sang their hearts out especially the guy I recorded. He was ready in his outfit. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the weird guys in the club…just hanging around trying to prey on girls. Love the vibes just not the guys haha.

if i could give it 0 stars i would…. absolutely nothing against the bartenders…. so disappointing, ordered the philly sandwich… came out cold and almost like it was reheated from 3 days before. my fries were freezing cold. asked for no green peppers because im allergic… they put more green peppers than freaking meat on it…? like i’m sorry hello?? boyfriend ordered wings that were barley even lukewarm… again like it was previously reheated from 3 days ago. How is this even possible when we were one of 3 people in this place??? not to mention, your knees are up in your chest sitting at these tables makes no sense Will not return please give these other local restaurants/brewery ur Business… waste of 60$

The restaurant was decent enough for a casual meal. The food tasted fine, though it wasn’t anything extraordinary. Portions were average, and the pricing was reasonable. The service was neither particularly fast nor slow, and the staff were polite but not very engaging. It’s a fine spot if you’re looking for a simple meal without high expectations.

Perfect place to end the night after your wedding, haha! We danced the night away, did karaoke, had wonderful drinks, and the pizza is great! We will definitely be returning

Very disappointed… this place was at one time a hot place to hang out and get some good quick eats. Right off the bat the employees looked miserable and unfriendly. Menus sticky and bar not very clean. I ordered the burger and fries. Actually didn't taste to bad. Then I went to bathroom and I was shocked at how nasty it was. My wife said the women’s was probably even worst. Overpriced drinks $26 for 2 shots??? Save yourself the time and money!

We went there last night on Karaoke night. There was a gentleman on the bottom floor playing guitar and singing he is why we went in. His songs and singing were excellent. He even skipped his break to keep going. By now we bought several drinks. The rest of the family came in to join us. Kareaoke started and it was fun to watch. We had a professional singer with us and he decided he would sing as we had not heard him live. We added his name to the roster of about 20 people in the bar. The man in charge of deciding who would sing and when was very rude. By this time we ordered pizza. Ate the entire pizza and ordered more drinks and our family members name was never called. He kept calling on Cactus Jack and Jill and another few that couldn’t sing. We got up and left went to another bar and spent our money there. Will not go back due to the lareoke guys rudeness.

Not usually my style of place but the food was good and hit the spot after a long day of walking around. Got a bunch of appetizers to share. Service was friendly and fun, prices were reasonable.

So I'm going to be honest I don't like or eat seafood so when we stopped here for lunch on our last day in Gatlinburg I was like what will I eat. But before I get into the food let's talk about the scenery. Outside to inside it was very bright and inviting. You could tell you were at a seafood restaurant. The waiting staff was also very nice and very quick no complaints there. So as for the food I looked at the menu and noticed there wasn't just seafood, they also had burgers, and all other types of dishes and sandwiches. However since this was just lunch I kept it lite and got the chicken tenders and fries. The food came out fresh and hot. The fries were salty and crispy and the tenders were juicy and we'll seasoned. That ranch though was to die for I'm sure they make it fresh in house. Would definitely comeback here again for the tenders alone but I'll definitely try the burgers. Oh and my friend said the battered fish was good.

Everything was good! Ordered Coconut Shrimp (was average could have been better with some more salt, and little spices) Sriracha Crunch burger(nice combo with potato chips - had some left overs next day and still tasted good) fish tacos (healthy and light. My fav!!). Chocolate lava cake (it was a DELIGHT) A must visit for lunch/supper/dinner.

American style foods with flare I’d say. Nice location at the beginning of the strip either a paid parking lot just across the street. Service was a little odd- they were short staffed. Cocktails arrived quickly after ordering. Food served hot. The only downside- the bathroom on main floor was dirty/nasty. Priced point was good.

This place has an amazing decoration, but the food they served me was cold and really crusty. The lemonade is top I have to say. Prices are high in comparison to what you get (or at least what I got in my visit)

Super great experience here! Irene & Ashley (C.?) REALLY were amazing! The service, drinks, food, and atmosphere were awesome. Thanks for helping us find a great place to park the scooters and not be hangry old lady tourists!

We popped into land shark for a quick delicious beer and left very satisfied. The land shark house draft beer was very refreshing. Kind of like corona especially with the lime. We sat in the bar section and the atmosphere was perfect for an afternoon drink. The bartender was kind and attentive.

We visited on a Thursday evening and was seated right away. The service was quick. Food came out hot and yummy. Their "tots" are not traditional tots, but were good. The kids meal is super cute as it comes in a dog bowl and the kids can keep the bowl. They had options for vegetarian and gluten free.

If you’re in town for a weekend getaway, this place is a must try. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and clean. The service was top tier, ask for Squirrel, he was very attentive and gave great recommendations on where to go. The food did not disappoint; everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Make sure to add this spot to your list during your visit.

Atmosphere was casual and fun. The live music performances were entertaining. The wait staff was really friendly, fun and helpful. The wait time for food and drinks was minimal. The food was delicious as well. All in it was a great experience, thank you Ole Red!

We had an amazing experience! La Rue and Amanda were our servers and they were fun, spirited and super responsive. Food was amazing, we highly recommend the cornbread skillet on the side. Son had chicken & waffles and it was wonderful! Live music was awesome! We will definitely be back!

This is a fun place, with great Live music. The food was tasty and our server Thai was so sweet and very helpful. The only complaint I had was that the brisket tater tots had no brisket on them. But they were still delicious 😋

We visited for lunch and the food was delicious. The portions were very large - the Chicken & Waffles was large enough to split. They also had live music which we enjoyed while we ate. There’s a parking deck across the street that is very convenient.

Food was ok, service could have been slightly better (no issues). Entertainment was excellent! I would recommend if you're in the area.

Stopped here for a pint while my sister was shopping. Unfortunately, I did not get the lady's name operating the bar but she was awesome! We talked beer and while my sister continued to shop I had a second pint. The lady even let me choose the photo that got printed on it! Wonderful place, great atmosphere, awesome service, will be going again on my next Gatlinburg trip!

We love this place! We found it last year on our trip and came back this year too. The burgers and beers are great! We had excellent service both times. Today Olivia was the bartender and she did not disappoint. She was friendly and went the extra mile. We will definitely be back as soon as we can.

Great Pub! I had the Spice Bag, nice to try it since my local pubs haven't had a version of it on the menu. Loved the Celtic spirit from Irish, Scotland, and Wales represented as that's quite rare. The Guinness pours with a stamp is such a gem! Oops spoilers

You are really missing out if you haven’t eaten here. Easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. My son got the steak and devoured it said it was amazing. We have a new favorite when we’re in town. Staff was so friendly, food was made fresh but really came out quickly. Definitely don’t pass this place up. It’s so so good.

Fantastic in every way—lovely beer selections, spice bag on POINT (not *too* spicy but soooo flavorful), frickle burger was amazing—balanced with all the perfectly cooked elements, and the beer cheese—phenomenal. I would love them to teach a master class on how to make my beer cheese so delightful. And heck, even the Guinness design printer added the perfect whimsy to the meal! What a lovely gem tucked away from the insanity of Gatlinburg….. actually please nobody read this bc I don’t want it to be over-packed next time I need beer cheese and spice bag….

My family has been coming to Gatlinburg since 2021. We happened across this place while going through The Village and decided to give it a whack. Immediately we were greeted with a warm friendliness thats not too common anymore and the feel of a family friendly pub. Their fish and chips are amazing and a very reliable go-to, but the real creme de la creme is the steak *chef kiss* paired with a nice draft or even a pear cider. So, if you wanna know why this place has won a few awards and want some good eatin' this is a damn good place to start! Never been disappointed and will ALWAYS come back for more.

Oh man this place is excellent! I ordered the Scottish Street Melt, and the burger was so extremely tender. Pure perfection! We were able to eat downstairs at the bar (there was room) as stairs are hard for me. Cameron was our bartender and the was friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back!

Was out for Halloween… stopped in to the new and improved Puckers!!! Sat at the bar and we were greeted promptly, had a couple drinks and the Loaded Nachos!!! Great food great service (Thanks Furkan)!! Definitely a cool place to watch a game or just people watching In Gatlinburg!!!

Had a really good experience. Food was delicious, and just an all around great vibe. Ordered the Nachos and Potato Skins which for me was a meal within itself. I look forward to returning soon! I am just adding on to my review… We were just there this week as well, and want to give our server Brandon a 10/10 🌟 review. This guy was on point w/everything. Puckers, you need to give hime a raise like yesterday. Can’t wait to return!

PUCKERS – New vs. Old The old PUCKERS had something truly special. It was cozy, welcoming, and always felt like you were among friends. The atmosphere was spot on, the food was consistent, and it carried the charm that made it the place to be in Gatlinburg. Unfortunately, the new establishment has missed the mark by great lengths. The space feels bigger but less personal, and that old-school warmth and energy are gone. Even the food has taken a step back—what was supposed to be the ultimate nachos plate turned out to be more like an ultimate salad, heavy on lettuce but lacking the bold, layered flavors that made the dish a favorite. PUCKERS still has the name, and the potential, but unless it finds its stride again, it risks becoming just another restaurant in Gatlinburg instead of the destination it once was. Here’s hoping they can bring back the magic of the original.

I ordered sweet potato fries with my meal and they were seasoned with salt; which i did not expect. I asked for sugar packets to help sweeten them up. Thales asked the kitchen to remake them with sugar. He even went to the basement to get the sugar; which I did not expect either. He went above and beyond to make my visit special. They were delicious! Thanks Thales!

We only went for a few drinks. It’s right on the strip, so it was a good place for people watching. Drinks were good and beer was cold. We got our drinks from the bar and service was mediocre. The prices are a bit high and the state and local tax combined are 14%. It’s a bit touristy.

My whole family enjoyed the service, food and atmosphere at Puckers. Very nice sorts bar - big screens for watching all the games. The mild boneless wings were my favorite!

Not much craft beer in this neck of the woods, so we were happy to give this place a try. It's a nice spot to kick back and escape the tourist trap restaurants on the parkway. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and some wings. The pizza was nearly perfect, though there was a bit of burnt residue, likely from excess cornmeal on the crust. The wings came out hot and had a solid sauce. Not overly spicy, but just enough heat to make the beer taste even better. The blackberry cider was a bit too sweet for our liking, but the hazy IPA was a much better pick. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 and definitely worth a visit.

We always come here when we are in town. The pizza is phenomenal every single time. On our most recent visit, we ordered the Get Lei’d with a couple modifications. The pizza came out slightly wrong, and our server immediately offered to remake it. She and another employee also took the pizza off of our bill, remade it for us, and offered us a free beer! They genuinely cared about our experience and made sure we were completely happy and satisfied with our food. Shoutout to Jamie and Rachel for giving us the best GBC experience yet!!! Definitely give this place a visit when you are in Gatlinburg!

Every beer we tried was delicious, the pizzas were perfect wood fired pizzas and service was great. Favorite beers were the breakfast juice IPA and imperial stout. The spinny dippin’ pizza was a hit and the kids loved their cheese pizza (trust me, they are picky).

We did a tasting at the brand new Cork and Core. Highly recommend!! We also love the history behind the ciders there. We then grab a delicious wood fire pizza.

The pizza was really good. The beers are unique and inventive. Our server was really attentive and we really appreciated the hospitality.

Beers were great but the service could be improved. It took a long time to get anyone's attention when we wanted food, and when we needed more beers. Food was ok, not anything amazing.

Extremely recommended!! Our server, Tom, was super nice and friendly. We had the sweet and spicy wings, wow! Those were amazing! We also had a meat-a-palooza, and it was incredible! If you want a really good beer, we recommend the don't feed the bears. We LOVED the customer service and the awesome food! Don't leave Gatlinburg without making a stop here!

This is a Celtic pub that doesn't bear any resemblance to anything you'd find in the British Isles but is a really great place to escape from the nearby tourist traps. I was there on a late May weeknight, easy to park and find a seat on the outdoor patio. I very much enjoyed sitting there by myself for an hour or so. There's a very impressive drinks menu, lots of whiskeys but I am a beer drinker. I started with a Scottish ale on draft, pleasant but a bit watery. It occurs to me that the longtime British slur about American beer (like making love in a canoe) has been reversed in recent years. I moved to an Atlanta IPA, Sweetwater Day trip, much better. For food I tried their scotch egg appetizer, very tasty although needed some Worcestershire sauce to make it a little less bland, then bubble and squeak. My mother used to make it, and I think Google bears me out, this is supposed to be a frying pan dish, corned beef, cabbage and potatoes and anything you have leftover in the fridge. For some reason this was served in a bowl, very soupy. Tasty but not great. But to end upbeat, the service was excellent, I chatted to one of the regulars who was friendly and I am pretty sure if I come to this part of TN again, I'll make an effort to come back.

Excellent service and amazing food! We were so impressed and can’t wait to return. The owners, and staff were the friendliest and most welcoming you could encounter. The scotch eggs, bubbles and squeak, fish and chips were all delicious!! Everything was made from scratch and you can tell . Covy the chef was wonderful!!

Stopped in on a slow Friday for lunch. Service was attentive, yes perhaps a bit slow but I’ll take slow-ish service in exchange for the ability to park my car (for free) and sit down at a table immediately. Kids played games while we waited for food. Atmosphere was great, food was good, whiskey selection is outstanding. We would absolutely come back.

We called ahead to make sure we could get a table and Roger was super friendly on the phone. We arrived and there was plenty of seats. The bourbon list is EXTENSIVE. At least 350. For a small pub in Tennessee it was amazing. We had pretzels and beer cheese, curry fries and a sausage roll (just added to the menu) for starters and all three were so good but the curry was outstanding. The chef - Covy - used his own recipe and after tasting it I had the chicken vindaloo for my main so I could have more curry sauce. The fries were homemade and perfect. For mains we had the aforementioned chicken vindaoo, sausage rolls and fries, fish and chips and shepherds pie. My husband is British so he’s a bit of a snob about everything (LOL) but especially about British food and he stated that the shepherds pie was as good as any he’s had back home. The chicken in the chicken vindaloo was so tender. The fish and chips were perfect and again, the sausage roll was just like you would get in England or Scotland - if a little bigger. We are so glad we came across it when we were looking for places to eat. We were too busy digging into the food to take pics but we did snap some of the decorations inside.

Food is good, service decent. Nice variety of dishes. Unexpected place for a pub. Try the toad stools (Fried mushrooms) they are excellent.

Really tasty place away from the Gatlinburg crowds! The reviews were what brought us in and all the food was tasty! We loved the steak and mushroom pie, my husband enjoyed his whiskey (the whiskey menu is bigger than the food menu) and loved the warm toffee pudding for dessert. Plenty of game selections to entertain us too.

The food was amazing!!! And everyone was so friendly, it was a great environment for a quick lunch!! My husband’s favorites were the fried sheep balls and the poachers roll. My one year old basically ate all of the bangers and mash because it was so delicious. We also tried the scotch egg which was very good too!! 100% will be making this a regular stop for us when we come into town.

Love the views here! Food was great! Service was great! Our waiter checked on us a few times to make sure everything was good. Their cornbread was really good. We had a short wait to get a table but it wasn't bad. I would recommend this place.

The food looks better than it was. For the prices we paid . . . we shouldn't have had issues. The bartender made a specialty cocktail with missing elements in it so it didn't taste as it should. The app was good. Looked good and was good. But the meal was lacking. The french onion soup was very watered down and flavorless and lastly the salad wedge that was ordered had about a 1/4 of a red onion on it. Maybe it was just a bad day but it seems that there is little to no quality control. Now with that said, our waitress was very nice and did a nice job. Also the place is nice. It just seems since they have a "captive audience" ...... you are on the top of a mountain, with limited options, the lack of care isn't there. Hope your dinner is better. See photos.

Beautiful place to eat when visiting anakeesta food was delicious, service was nice and the view was breathtaking. My wife and I enjoyed a lovely walk around the park and to put the cherry on top enjoyed a wonderful meal here. I recommend buying entry tickets for the park in advance to skip the line for the gondola. As well as at the beginning of your visit getting the refill drink cup you will need it with all the walking. Also watch out for the bees.

More of a German taste if you’re up for that. FOOD: first of all, you’re at Anakeesta. Everything is expensive. I had chicken and my wife had pork chops. There was nothing great about either. I’m not sure the Germans season their food, but I’d expect not. Kind of bland. SERVICE: it’s not the friendliest place but ok. Our waiter wasn’t great and I feel that paying these prices, there should be better service from the hostess and the waiter. ATMOSPHERE: The atmosphere is all about where this is. Literally next to a cliff. The views are gorgeous! The only photo we had here has a glare from the sun. We dined here for lunch.

Although they all didn't work at the restaurant. Hilary was our waitress and she was wonderful. Shout out to Zack, Demi, Gwen, and Pam. These people made my day. They were all so hospitable.

We decided to eat here before our Astra lumina time. We were very surprised by how good the food was. Our server was great, we got there at about 7:20pm, not knowing that they close at 8pm. Our food was out to us by 7:35pm. Our appetizer was fantastic for the German festival that was going on, in my turkey club was delicious. Be warned, the spicy chicken sandwich is insanely spicy. But, it is delicious!! The prices were actually not that bad for being in Gatlinburg, in the middle of a tourist trap.

The Cliff Top restaurant is part of the Anakeesta park. You have to pay for general admission then you can go to the restaurant. The whole park is excellently kept and is very nice. The Cliff Top itself is good, food is good, atmosphere is decent and service is fine. In my experience when a restaurant has a captive customer (like on a cruise ship or at a resort) the restaurant often is subpar due to the lack of competition. This one is very good in spite of that, however it could also be better. It wasn't cheap either, for the two of us it was $110 without any alcoholic drinks which is more than the Google reviews showed. All in all it was good and the view was spectacular but I wish the restaurant was as great as the view.

Great location. Food was good and we didn't have to wait long. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was fun and loved sitting overlooking the street. they also have a more open roof top area at was playing music. Everything was a solid 4 star and when we are back in the area we will hit it again.

We stopped in on a Sunday for lunch at about 1:30 and were seated immediately on the second floor at a window seat (that’s what we wanted). I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and my wife had the beef and pork meatloaf. Both meals came out quickly, were hot, and were delicious. If we had gotten an appetizer either meal would have been enough to split. I also got a Long Island Tea ($16 for that indulgence) that was simply the best one I had ever had. The first floor is a gift shop of mostly country music related items. The restaurant is on the second floor and the outdoor bar is on the third. There is a bar on the second floor with the restaurant also. At the bottom of the stairs you will see a security guard and a sign that says no weapons. There are no metal detectors so if you have a concealed weapon no one will know. If you are open carrying a weapon you will be turned away. I don’t know for sure if the security guard also serves as a bouncer if needed, but I would assume so. The day I was in the restaurant I would say the guests were split down the middle couple and families.

Recently went to Jason Aldeans bar! The food was absolutely fantastic! And the view was wonderful. However, our experience with our server was lackluster. She was pretty short with us the entire time. And did not bring us all of the drinks that we had ordered. When we asked to have the drinks removed or just verify that they weren’t on the bill, She became very short with us. After already providing kind of curt service initially, and not introducing herself until we asked for her name twice. I hope Britain has a better day next time! It also could’ve been that it was hot, maybe late in her shift. But it kind of ruined the experience for us.

Went multiple times during our vacation because the atmosphere was fun. Fantastic views from the rooftop deck and the live music was great 2/3 times. More bartenders on the rooftop bar is necessary especially when there is live music. Food was good, not a whole lot of choices on the roofop but the food came out faster than it took to get a bartender to take your order.

By far, my most favorite place to eat in Gatlinburg. My wife and absolutely love everything about this place. Staff is great, service is great, and yes, the food is phenomenal!!! Haven't had everything on the menu, but personally I recommend the brisket nachos!!! Definitely look forward to coming back here in future trips. May just take an order to go on the road with!!

Overpriced, lousy service and mediocre food. Exactly what I thought I could expect at a place like this and the location it was in. Had the nachos, they were decent. $11.00 for a draft beer though? Cmon. Stopped in during mid afternoon when it was slow, not much going on, bartender was rude, slow, acted like we were an inconvenience. Won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your $$ at a restaurant where the owner is present and they actually want and need your money. Atmosphere and decor is cool, really about the only thing they’ve got going for them.

Stopped in for food, drinks and music on our first night in Gatlinburg. We went to the bar upstairs for music. They have a full service bar but no draft beer. All beer is in cans but they have some local options. They also have a variety of canned options. The old fashioned was not very good. Just Stick to straight bourbon. Our bartender was really good. We had some random conversations with him. We started with nachos and they were really good. Fresh chips and the pork was full of flavor. I got the brisket sandwich. Again, the meat was full of flavor and juicy. My wife got the grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was big and thick. We could believe how tender it was. The bar food menu is smaller than the restaurant. Both bands were really good. The music and atmosphere was on par with what you’d get in Nashville. Highly recommend!

I thought the food was decent. I ordered the brisket & the burnt ends. Brisket was very tender & had a nice crust. I’m a huge fan beef tips in most places, but these hit a bit different with the bacon wrap. They weren’t the most tender but had a nice smoky flavor. For my one side I ordered the Mac & cheese which was pretty good but nothing special. I also ordered the smoked baked beens which the waitress forgot to bring so I ended up canceling after a little wait. The restaurant was clean and the outside entrance with the cool sign made me think it was going to be a new favorite place, but inside it was nothing special & felt fairly basic. Also had some 80’s tunes playing through the restaurant & that seemed sort of out of place & I think a little country music would feel a better fit.

Great place for lunch. We stopped on our way through and were delighted. The ribs were falling off the bone and the trout was very delicious. The tomatoes were very good as well. We came on a Friday afternoon and woke the town was busy, the restaurant was not. We got right on and seated and the food came out shortly after ordering it. I highly recommend this place is you're looking for some good food.

We were in town on the busiest weekend of the year in October. We couldn’t get a table on Saturday, but we got one on Sunday. I had a cup of white chicken chili and a full rack of ribs. My husband had a Caesar salad and the pork chop dinner. The ribs were “fall off the bone” delicious & the white chicken chile was really good. My husband said the pork chops were the best he’s ever had. They were marinated & juicy. I had a blueberry coconut mojito and I loved it. Jonathan S. was our server, he was very personable and prompt. He told us a lot about the area. His recommendations for the ribs and chops were spot on. Thanks, Jonathan. You can’t go wrong with Calhouns!

Had a very good late lunch with Janice as our server. Recommend the Cherokee Red as a good draft....had the pulled chicken lunch bowl special that had great flavor, some good spice the the hot honey on it The slaw was awesome and cooked the mouth off after. Niece had the pulled chicken sandwich special with a side salad. Really large salad and great taste to the pulled chicken. My wife had some salad with strawberries on it and said it was very good with fresh strawberries. Not crowded due to time of day and time of year..

Stopped in for some food and it was very good. Started off with the pulled pork nachos, it’s very good and the sauce was tasty with the heat of fresh jalapeños. I had the Ale steak with loaded potato but the white cheese they used to me didn’t go well, as the cheddar would. My step son had BBQ steak calhoun, which looked good. The other was a Hickory burger and char-grilled wild Alaska salmon. Those 2 items I didn’t get photos. The food was great definitely recommend.

We stopped in for lunch during our Jeep Invasion! We were seated immediately. Our waiter was super friendly and kept our water glass filled. I went with the barbeque nachos off the starter menu. And my friend had a side salad. I could only eat half mine! This would be an awesome appetizer for a few people or one really hungry persi. It was delicious. The chips are light and crispy. I'm kind of a chip snob. I really liked these.

We went on 10/25. They have smoked prime rib. The best prime rib and long island iced teas in the area. Will be back next time in Gatlinburg. Highly recommend. Service and quality gets 1,000 points.

Nice quaint location near the aquarium and a road off the main Gatlinburg drag way. Our party came in around 12:15 on a weekday and the restaurant was not busy at all. Most of our dishes were fine and neither bad nor great… your typical sandwiches, wraps, chicken tenders, etc. We waited (with a toddler) 15-20 minutes and the savings grace was some decent 70-80s music playing over the sound system. Our waitress checked back several times and was attentive to refills, etc. Overall, this was an easy lunch place but not one that I’d go out of the way to place on your itinerary.

First thing is first, the food was really nice. The service was pretty good and the lady and quite attentive. The issue i have is we were split up as a party. There is a weird rule of no bigger than 8. We had 2 teenagers, 8 adults and 2 babies. We were not allowed inside at al,l and were split into two tables. We are a family of 4 visiting from the UK and I wasn't able to interact with my wife. If it was super busy i'd understand. It wasn't. Nice server, good food..... Silly rules.

We enjoyed the dog friendly patio as well as the service. The food, however, was underwhelming. It looked good, and was presented well for serving. We were asked how we wanted our burger cooked and ordered medium well. The burger instead was served very dry and super well done. The bun was also disappointing, as it wasn't toasted, felt cold to the touch, and was either way more dense than I'd prefer, or just plain stale. The green beans and baked beans tasted canned. It wasn't bad, but not at all what we expected after reading the reviews.

We went late afternoon after the lunch rush and had great service and were the only people on the patio. Espresso martini was tasty, and I had one of the best French dip sandwiches I've ever had. Server was really friendly! There's a parking lot nearby that is apparently only $2 per hour rather than the public parking lot We paid $20 for about two blocks away.

Ordered take out. Two bowls of chili and an order of fried mushrooms. Chili was delicious but don’t even think it was a cup. Mushrooms good but maybe 12 in order. Chili was $8 and some change per "bowl" and mushrooms were $14 and some change. pic of container that chili came in up side a container of pringles for comparison. Food good but do not feel we got $28 plus worth of food.

Back Alley was recommended by our trolley driver Ruthie, and it dod mot disappoint. It has a local, small, welcoming pub vibe and plays 60's & early 70's music. Service was excellent, and the food delicious. Prices very reasonable. My husband had a patty melt with their homemade potato salad, and I had the Hillbilly Philly with potato salad and green beans. I'll be craving that Philly until our next time in Gatlinburg.

Not exactly sure exactly why I was treated with an attitude but I simple told the bar tender I wanted to know what was In my espresso martini because I was unfamiliar with something I was tasting. And she proceeded to inform me I couldn’t take it off my bill when that wasn’t the goal.. the goal was to know what was in it. It’s the service for me. Oh and if you have any questions… THEY WONT TAKE IT OFF YOUR BILL. The bartender will make that clear lol. Babe I’ve got your 8$. I can go without the ugly buisness and attitude. Jaden was wonderful. So sweet. And even ran me back out my tourist pictures because I left them. Total sweetheart.

The SkyCenter was our first family activity in Gatlinburg. We bought tickets in advance since we thought that was necessary. No need. We rode the steep lift up to the top which was enjoyable and offered a nice view of the town and the surrounding mountains. Once we arrived at the top, we grabbed a photo on the big chair. My daughters and I ventured across the suspension bridge. It was relatively easy, but for those afraid of heights might find it scary. The glass bottom added a cool element to the walk. Once you arrive on the other side, you can hang out, get a souvenir and a bite to eat. From there, you can wrap around and take a trail back around to the lift. There is also a tower with a bridge on the way back. For those that are adventurous and would prefer to hike, there is a mile long trail back the bottom.

Nice view and a lot of things to do up there. Be aware of mosquitoes! They are following me around

Nice experience. The Skywalk has a glass walkway where you can look down. The views were breathtaking. It was so calming to walk around and just take in the scenery. The ride up there and back down was enjoyable.

Breathtaking views, beautiful place! Loved the ride up and down. Enjoyed the whole experience! The bridge was awesome, the only downside is the part where it's supposed to be glass in the middle of the bridge so you could see through wasn't really clear so I don't know if the sun had to do with the visibility or needed to be cleaned but it looked like a foggy plastic but the view as you walk the bridge is spectacular!

What a great experience for us and our grandkids. We were definitely very high, but they weren’t scared. Ages 5 and 7. You can choose to walk across the sky bridge to get another view or not. There is a spot on the bridge that is see thru plexi glass, And you do have to walk back across it. But it was worth it!

Nice ambiance, friendly staff & nice views and cozy atmosphere. Reasonable prices on food. We tried the Jambalaya it was good but it lacked heat. The Fried okra was good. I love the Gumbo it was very comforting.

Trotsky was an excellent server—attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. He even noticed I had my own water bottle and brought me an extra water to fill it up without me asking, which was a really nice touch. The venue itself was great, with a welcoming staff all around. Food was both affordable and delicious, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Southern Comfort Family Restaurant – Gourmet Southern Flavor, Smoky Mountain Style Tucked inside the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park in Gatlinburg, Southern Comfort® Family Restaurant delivers a dining experience that lives up to its name — rich, flavorful, and full of Southern soul. Having dined and stayed at Westgate’s Las Vegas property many times, I came in with high expectations — and this Gatlinburg gem did not disappoint. I started with the Southern Caesar Salad — crisp romaine tossed in creamy Caesar dressing with house-made cornbread croutons and shaved Parmesan. It was a perfect Southern twist on a classic starter. For the main course, I ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon, and it was outstanding. The 8 oz. Wild Alaskan salmon was seared to perfection and glazed with their signature Southern Comfort pecan glaze, adding a sweet and smoky finish that paired beautifully with the rich, creamy mac and cheese on the side. A serious flavor win. To top it off, I treated myself to their Signature Smoked Old Fashioned, and it was worth every penny. Served in a smoking decanter ignited from cherry wood, with Buffalo Trace bourbon, blood orange bitters, Luxardo cherries, and an orange expression over an ice sphere — it was theatrical, aromatic, and flat-out delicious. Jordan, our server, was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive — she made the experience even better. Now, for the downside — parking is a mess. With the water park and resort traffic, directions were unclear, signage was lacking, and an employee even sent us (and three other vehicles) down a tight dead-end lot that was nearly impossible to turn around in. If you go, leave extra time for parking and be prepared to navigate some confusion. But once you're seated, the food, drinks, and service make it all worthwhile. Southern Comfort® lives up to its name and is well worth a visit — just bring your appetite and a little parking patience.

Took family here for dinner and food was a hit and miss. Certain dishes were really really good and some were meh. Atmosphere was perfect and service was good.

The atmosphere is great, staff good. But we ordered 2 dishes, it took them 50 mins to serve, and the meatloaf is just barely warm. :(

The Behind the Stave experience was a relaxed way to experience Sugarland's products. Jeff, our great bartender and host let us know that we would have an opportunity to experience new and unique cocktails in their distillery's speak easy, and that did not disappoint. The speak easy lounge has nice ambient lighting and mellow and loud jazz music so that conversations could be held without having to raise your voice. Jeff prepared 3 full sized drinks for us, two with moonshine and the third you had a choice of moonshine or whiskey. The first was a unique and a pleasant surprise, the second was delicious and a great brunch cocktail, and my third choice was a classic and smooth whiskey drink. The vibe overall was relaxing. Jeff was pleasant, and entertaining, all while not taking away from the relaxed atmosphere. Also, if you are a whiskey fan and want to pour and label and seal your own bottle of Sugarland's whiskey, that is an option you can purchase when booking. For the attendees who purchased it, they seemed very happy with the results and it was a neat process to observe. I do have two suggestions for the Sugarland Team,: 1) At the time of my reservation in early October, 2025, the package was advertised as including 4 drinks. However, Jeff let us know that prior customers requested full size drinks instead of 4 small drinks, so this change to three full drinks was reasonable. I suggest that the website be updated to reflect this change so visitors will know what to expect; and 2) While the website at the time of my booking stated a factory tour was included, there wasn't one at the 8:30 pm tour that I participated in. I would suggest updating the website to remove this because frankly focusing on the speak easy experience alone was worth it. Overall, these suggestions do not take away from the great job by Jeff or from this being an enjoyable way to be introduced to moonshine and trying local whiskey.

Gage is wonderful and kept the tasting going with his enthusiasm and energetic personality. His knowledge about the different products is unbelievable. You can tell he really loves his job and big on promoting not only the products but the company as well.

We just left this establishment and had an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TIME!!! We had Judge Abbey for our tasting and she "held court" above & beyond fabulous!!! She was very funny & knowledgeable! She gave great ideas for mixing the different flavors of moonshine once home! We would (and WILL) come back, hoping we get Abbey to make our tasting humorous, more fun, and soooo enjoyable!

Out of all the tastings we did, this was the most fun and we liked the samples the best! Payton was such a fun bartender and kept us coming back each day. They also have a bar in the back where you can try some of the flavors they don’t serve during the tasting!

Great service today at Sugarlands! Thier staff was very warm and accommodating! We got to try thier Roaming Man Whiskey and had 2 old Fashioneds that were delicious! A must stop if you’re visiting Gatlinburg!!

We had amazing experiences at all 3 tasting options!! DK went above and beyond to make sure the Behind the Stave and Roaming Man tours were amazing. If you can catch Rob Ham for a tasting- do it!!

We came here yesterday for the first time, had Brock as our host, he was HILARIOUS 😂!!! We had the best time, didn’t want it to end. My husband & I agreed that this distillery has waaaayyyy better flavors & tastes so much better than what Smokey Mountain offers. We will definitely be coming back next trip 🤍

Had the best time at Ole Smoky! Me and husband did their tour and tasting and Tim was so funny and such a good tour guide. We loved every single part of it and when we’re done touring and shopping we could sit on the rocking chairs and watch some of the live music going on. Would definitely go back!

It was difficult to squeeze in to get a tasting on a busy night. The guys that guided you through the tasting were exceptional and kept it entertaining. Lots of products in the gift shop and plenty of moonshine to buy.

Really neat place. Very friendly. Love the taste testing, Gyver was very entertaining and super friendly. Lots of variety of you like their stuff. Very clean. Lots of souvenirs. Love the setup.

Absolutely terrible place I was trying to get my stamps for the old Smokey moonshine trail and I have already been to almost all the bars and got my stamps and I went in to get my stamp and the bartender kicked me out because I was having shots that I payed for and I was with my girl the whole time and I jokingly said that you got more then me and when she poured it I said I can’t believe you got more then me and the bartender cut Me Of because of what I sad to my girl and i was playing around with my girl friend the bartenders name was Jess and she took my cups and said I’m done I already payed for my shots and everything so as I got kicked out for absolutely no reason at all because I was joking with my girlfriend I asked for the manger we talked for a minute and then she left for awhile I talked to Jacob he was awesome and I had no problem with him what so ever i got my money back from the manger on duty and left while my girlfriend got her stamp and shots and stayed until she was done with the taste tasting I think the girl that was the bartender need more training and customer service training and the realizing what’s going on with a couple and that where a happy couple and love one another and was playing around and ask more questions or something before kicking a paying customer out of someplace I have spent so much money with this company so I’m very upset but even tho I was talking to my girlfriend I got kicked out for joking with her I will never be back to this place ever again I have never had this happen to me I’d go anywhere else in pigeon forge and Gatlingburge and pigeon forge before I would ever go here again very upset and unsatisfied with the way I was treated

This place is quite an experience. Good vibe and tones of moonshine options. Highly recommend the tasting experience for $8. Totally worth it 👌. Got some moonshine to go too. Tasted great.

Super fun spot in downtown Gatlinburg. They have an outdoor stage with rocking chairs to sit and listen to live folk music between the store and the distillery. You can read about the moonshine making process and the history. In the shop, you can pay a few bucks to do a fun tasting (they'll give you a $5 coupon to buy something when you do the tasting). Recommended!

We had a great time on the tour! Terry was a fantastic guide & was very informative about the distilling process, as well as being friendly and engaging. The small tastings of 13 different liquors were so fun! Terry talked about the background of each liquor & gave us ideas for drink and food recipes. We loved the products so much & purchased enough to get a free wagon 😂! I highly recommend this distillery & tour.

Nice way to enjoy breathtaking views of city and Smoky Mountain. Overall ride starts with a picture, then you walk through info pictures sharing history. Then, begins the journey to reach towards Sky bridge via Sky ride. Ride is amazing, smooth and readily available. Enjoyed the highest bridge views with possible pedestrians walk.

Had a good ride up on the chairlift. Got a drink and looked over the waterfall display. Walked across the sky bridge and returned via the hiking trail by the tower. All in all was very excellent.

A great place to see the trees and explore atop the mountain... places to sit and enjoy the view, firepits, walking trails, food and beverage, too. Going across on the sky ridge was fun and not too scary...even managed the clear section of the bridgd, once my brain learned that I was supported.

The view is astonishing, however a little pricey compared to what you have to purchase in order to have fun. Every ticket is separated so per person be ready to spend at least $60, not including food or drinks. For you/us smokers make sure you smoke enough before going up. You will find a "Please NO SMOKING" sign every few feet apart. I had my fun and enjoyed the stay.

My wife, friend and I finally got to walk across this awesome bridge. Views from the top are breathtaking! It was a cloudy day. Rained all week but bridge didn't disappoint. Tickets are pricey but worth it. Plenty of places to sit and food smelled really good. If we had not already eaten at a pancake house, we probably would have bought a smash burger.

Visited the Gatlinburg SkyPark and had a wonderful experience…The trip starts with a chairlift ride that takes you to the top of the mountain where there’s a 30 foot Bridge with transparent glass panels in the middle where you can look straight down..The lush green vegetation creates a mist giving the mountains a signature smoky appearance..The view is beautiful in every direction..I felt relaxed and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere..

The food has no flavor. The service was extremely mediocre for being only one table in the bar. The portion size was fine but the food was just blah. The saving grace was the guacamole and the cheese dip.

Food is awesome plus they have the best prices in town. Super fresh homemade salsa super fresh chips. Super super cool decor like the ambiance is awesome.The music's awesome should check it out.You won't be disappointed

Food was okay, can’t go wrong with Mexican. The restaurant wasn’t busy. We were able to sit in the open are part of the establishment with a view of the river and intersection. Good place to people watch.

This restaurant was okay. It’s for tourists and it shows. The food is overpriced but it was close to the aquarium. We ordered the queso, guacamole, and 2 tacos each. The queso was over 8 dollars which surprised us and it came cold. The guacamole was okay. For the tacos, it was overpriced of over 14 dollars and you don’t even get rice and beans or anything else, just 2 tacos. Mine came cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted and I feel like I could’ve done better at home. The waiter was nice and that was the best part, everything else was meh.

Definitely some of the best tex-mex in the area! Our food came out fast and everything was super fresh. The waiter also allowed me to substitute something in a combo despite the menu stating that wasn't allowed.

Somewhat underwhelming experience. Our server didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. While efficient he was not at all friendly or engaging. The food was not bad but it did seem to be a bit bland. We’ve been to this establishment a number of times through the years and it feels like it’s really dropped off.

Staff is very attentive, main course is solid; not expecting anything to blow me away. The food runner seems very lost; he asked us if 3 different orders were ours in the 20 mins we were sat before getting our order. The salsa was straight tomato water with pico in it.

We stopped here later in the evening on a Monday night around 8:30pm and ate on the rooftop, which did offer a nice atmosphere. It took a bit to get served, but service was decent from then on. The food was okay, but did not stand out or really impress. We had ordered one of their signature drinks, but were told they couldn’t make it because of being out of a certain ingredient. Overall, not bad but we probably wouldn’t go back.

I had the taco salad and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced, and the portion was generous—it left me full and satisfied without being too heavy. What made the experience even better was the incredible service. Our server, Nick, was an absolute joy—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. It’s rare to find both great food and great service in one place, but this spot nailed it. Highly recommend!

We stopped at Loco Burro hoping to enjoy the rooftop view, but the experience was very disappointing. All the tables were dirty, and we waited almost 20 minutes before anyone approached us. When I asked a waitress if it was self-service, she responded rudely, saying, “If you want us to come to you, don’t sit at a dirty table.” What made it worse was seeing other guests who arrived after us receive warm, friendly service while we were treated dismissively the entire time. The drinks and food were slow, overpriced, and not good. Overall, we didn’t feel welcome here, which was disheartening. Smith & Son Corner Kitchen nearby was a much better and friendlier experience. We paid a lot more than Smith & Son Corner Kitchen, and only to get insulted instead. Overall, the entire experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Amazing food and drinks! The service was great too. Both salsas are delicious and worth the price ($4 w/chips) and the drinks are fire! Everything we had here was phenomenal! Pictured are the chicken cheese and rice with a mango daquiri, and a chicken and black bean burrito with a Coronarita

We came here for lunch during our Tennessee stop we ordered a quesadilla and a burrito. They were average at best. Coming from Chicago, I’m used to much better Mexican food.. The tortilla chips were either overly salty or missing salt entirely very odd. Our server was very attentive and the drinks were correct. If more use to Tex mex places that have average food, then you will like this place. As for me I’ll pass next time.

Our server was Oswaldo. He was cery helpful when deciding what to choose from the menu. Oswaldo was quick & had a great sense of humor. The food was amazing as always!

Absolutely love the setting here and the ambiance The orders take a while to come but the food is worth the wait. I love the chilmi changa and the corn and even the donkey drink they have for the kids menu. Would be here again for sure

This cider is AMAZING!! We were visiting Gatlinburg and stopped in. Blake was the absolute best! We each got to try 3 different ciders and we ended up buying 3 bottles! We love the little cider glasses that came with the purchase of 3 bottles! We got the original, Black & Blue, and Black Cherry (my favorite). They also ship online (free shipping if you purchase 4 or more bottles). We will definitely be ordering!

Jared was our tasting specialist and for $7, we sampled all the ciders. He was also a clever mixologist as he'd mix 2 flavors to create new flavor experiences! If he hadn't of done that, I would not have purchased both pineapple & strawberry hard cider. The peach mimosa was my favorite and I plan to enjoy it Christmas morning! It was light, refreshing and delicious. Their fruit standards are very impressive as is the way they ferment these yummy ciders! As a bonus, we also received 2 cute barrel shaped glasses with the logo imprinted on them! Highly recommend this stop!

Tennessee Cider Company is a top notch operation considering there are several in Gatlinburg. They provide a personalized tasting service and suggestions. The ciders are all amazing and the distillery feels rustic yet homey. This is the place to go for cider in Gatlinburg hands down!

Walked right in and up to a tasting station. We told the bartender what we liked and didn't like about ciders in general and he served up what he thought were our best options since we prefer a dry cider. Jared was knowledgeable not only about their ciders, but also about other brands on the market. On a personal note, we loved that he was allowed to wear a hat that said Jesus on it and appreciated his bold choice to proclaim his faith in a public setting.

Sarah is the rudest person I have ever met! If I paid for the wine trail you’d think I’d get to taste all 8. Sarah said I could only have the 3 free ones because they were closed at 11:30 that would’ve been fine if i hadn’t left and waited outside for an uber until 12:15 and watched 3 other groups go in and get their 8 tastings. She even stamped my brochure thing. They didn’t believe me the next day when I went in to actually get my 8 because it was already stamped. The Smoking Banjo next door were shocked when I told them about the night before and told me they serve until Midnight. So thanks for letting me waste my money.

My family‘s been on me about not getting enough fruit in my diet, so I’m gonna definitely recommend the Tennessee cider company for your Apple cider intake.😂😂. What an amazing place the samples were great. The tasting was wonderful. The price is outstanding. I think we left with six bottles and came back for another five a week later truly a great experience and truly amazing cider.

Jeremy is the man! We always come to Gatlinburg but have never stopped in here. Honestly way better than moonshine because you feel good after drinking it. The spiced hot cider was awesome and he’s the coolest dude has great conversations.

Food was extremely tasty. As expected a fun place for smack talking, our waitress okay, and could have been more engaging and outward. Overall a nice experience! Definitely recommend it. BBQ Nachos were the best. Limited liquor options.

This was our first time at a restaurant like this, and I would definitely recommend it. It was such a fun experience and our server Heidi was amazing and kept the jokes coming, we even got to talk about books (as im a huge reader) and it was fun to talk for a bit. The food was amazing, the redneck queso, steak, and ribs were delectable!!! 10/10 would recommend especially for Heidi.

First experience at Dick’s Last Resort = absolutely hilarious! 🤣🍹 Daisy brought my drink with 36 straws because I “like to suck”, made us wear crazy hats, and even the bill was a joke—10/10 would come back for the laughs (and the mugs we got to keep!). 🎩🍴

Went for lunch and wasn't too busy so the servers weren't as playful as I hoped for. But nonetheless our server(sorry can't remember his name but he was from Indiana) was absolutely incredible. Great fun. The food was insanely good. The nachos could use more toppings only complaint. Highly recommend especially for dinner with more of a crowd.

First and foremost, if you don't enjoy a good laugh, don't come in here. With the servers' banter, the slogans on the hats, and our incredibly funny and awesome bartender, Ashley, it was our absolute favorite place in Gatlinburg. The drinks are great. The food is great (I had the fish tacos and she had the Black & Blue burger). And, again, the staff: THE best. The only place we went every night. HIGHLY recommend checking it out.

When I say this is the best fried chicken I’ve ever had I mean it. And I’m from GEORGIA. Michelle was the best. A phenomenal experience. Talk is cheap and sooooo am I!!!! The picture shows how much I devoured so take that as proof that the pudding is DAMN GOOD

Stopped in for a beer and pizza after a super long day of walking. Big Daddy's did not disappoint. Had a cold beer, cheese garlic bread and pepperoni pizza. Ordered at the counter and found a seat. Drinks were brought out right b away and they were not super busy. Garlic bread came out first and we realized we should have ordered a small pizza instead of the larger one. No worries both garlic bread and pizza were almost as good the next day. Both were delicious. We prefer this location over Pigeon Forge, smaller and not as noisy.

We've come here for as long as I can remember. The past few years we noticed a decline in quality. Today is the first time we stopped this year. The crust should be submitted to Guinness world records for thinness. I regularly travel to NY and this makes their pizza look like deep dish. Edit: The redeeming quality is how hysterically had it is. You fold the pieces over and try to eat them as folds and your fingers still pierce the pizza. At least your family will laugh at how ridiculous it is. Edit 2: That third pizza looks like cheese hanging off. It's the crust... This is hysterically terrible.

Good restaurant for quick and fast stop and eat. 1. We ordered build your own pizza. - one with chicken, Alfredo sauce, onions, peppers, pineapple, spinach - have little too much Alfredo sauce but tastes really good. - another with regular sauce, onions, peppers, pineapple and spinach - tastes good. - traditional chicken wings - Absolute best, tasty. 1 pound gets like 10-12 wings smaller ones but tastes really good. 2. Little congested place, but good for quick stop. 3. Seating capacity is good. No reservation required. You can walk in and sit based on availability.

We chose this restaurant solely because it offered vegan cheese. For the first time ever my lactose intolerant daughter was able to order pizza at a restaurant! Thank you for offering vegan cheese and at no extra cost. This meant so much to her and us! The bread sticks & pizza were served hot & all was delicious! The staff was friendly as well. Thank you! This restaurant was recommended to us and did not disappoint!!! The service was exceptional. Food was fresh and served crazy fast!! We got half and half (2 different pizzas on one pan). I wish I had written down our server because he was so funny and entertaining!! 5 +Stars!!!

This place is serving up flash-fire pizzas. Service is friendly and quick, and pizzas cook up in like five minutes. They had a lot of options and you could build your own too. Was a bit pricey - they wanted like $1.50 per topping on top of an $11 pizza so it adds up quick. But the judge of all pizzas, the crust, passed the test. Chewy with crispy edges and that great wood-fired flavor. Overall, a pretty good spot for pizza in Gatlinburg.

This was some of the best pizza I’ve eaten in my lifetime. I’ve been to Gatlinburg five times now and cannot believe I’ve never eaten here before. I give their pizza a 10/10!

We went to mountain edge grill in hopes of finding a good burgers in Gatlinburg, so we ordered a regular cheeseburger and a spicy burger, but unfortunately, they didn't both hit the spot, while the cheeseburger was good, the spicy burger was disappointing. On the other hand, the fries were amazing with the perfect texture. The service was also really nice, with a super friendly and helpful guy at the counter. So, it was a mixed experience overall.

Mountain Edge Grill has that laid-back ski lodge feel, with walls covered in mountain and ski memorabilia, making it a cozy stop in downtown Gatlinburg. The menu covers the basics like burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas, and the portions are filling without being over the top. Service was friendly and low-pressure, letting you enjoy the atmosphere without feeling rushed. It’s not a fancy spot, but it’s a comfortable place to grab a casual meal and relax after walking around the strip. Ron is the best.

This place is perfect. Came here with 4 kids and 4 adults and every plate was empty. Staff was laid back and friendly. But the food was phenomenal. Bison burger, BLT, House salad, and broccoli soup. All of it was awesome!

Yes please. Any other town and im not sure it stands out...but here, this is a yes. Its simple, quick, easy in easy out...no bs no frills. Great server, clean bathrooms and good food at a great price. 8" hiker pizza is 12 bucks....you know what else is 12 bucks ? 12 donut holes at Ripleys across the street. Elk and Bison burger plate is also great. Frontier Burger was enjoyed by a member of our party. The food was hot , the people were friendly , and you can sit down ...eat, escape whatever ridiculousness is going on outside. Come for a burger or pizza...stay for the peace and sanity.

I come to Gatlinburg every year for the Craftmans fair in October. This was the first time I had the pleasure of dining at the Mountain Grill. We had Ron as our server and what a pleasure he was! Our food was wonderful but he sure made the experience even better. I would recommend 10/10 to anyone asking. 🙂

Boyfriend and I went here to have a little lunch/supper. Was DELICIOUS!!! The server was an older man I believe his name is Ron, he was so kind and pleasant!! Really enjoyed their soup of the day which was cheddar broccoli, it was the perfect serving, and it was very thick and hardy with chunks of broccoli. My boyfriend had the reuben sandwich with fries and he very much enjoyed it. The restaurant wasn't busy when we visited so we had pretty much no wait for a table or our food.

Loved this place! We went there lastnight, and there were 2 gentlemen running the floor. They did an amazing job being short staffed (I've been there as a restaurant manager!) And didn't let it show one bit. They were both very kind and we got our food quickly. The younger gentleman (i apologize, i forgot his name!) checked on us often and the food was great! Very laid back atmosphere and we felt very welcome, which is the number one thing I teach my servers and bartenders. Great job all around! The food was great and came out fast, which topped off a great experience! We will stop by again if we ever come back to the area!

This place is a must! You really get to spend a full day here for a great price! Staff is very friendly! Took the kids here on the last trip and they loved it! This time was a girls trip and we had the best time ever! Felt like kids again! Zip lining was the highlight of this visit. Our guides Shane and Robby were absolutely amazing l! They made us feel safe and were super funny! The views from the lines were absolutely phenomenal! You must put this in your list of things to do and experience everything they have to offer! We did the mountain coaster, bumper cars, tubing, zip lining, alpine slide, and visited the animal center.

It's fun, Octoberfest during the week for our daughter wasn't that busy. We enjoyed lots of the activities and spent most of the day there. Lots of the activities and equipment is for sure dated and needs some updating or improvements. Most of the employees were nice and assistive. The tram you need to get there at 9:40 to enjoy the views without it being crowded. We spent most of the day there and left about 4:30. Money spent was worth what we did as a total I believe. Ski lift to the observation deck was a nice and restful time.

Our family visited and turned our fun pass into a full day of adventure and fun. We parked on site and enjoyed the things for kids. We came for ice skating. We did that and so much more. Plus the tram ride to downtown was nice and we spent time in downtown before returning to ober. Less crowds due to weekday definitely made this more enjoyable. Be sure to visit the animal area. Our kids loved the others and seeing the bears.

One of the must experience in Gatlinburg ! Breathtaking view from mountain chair is the best. The tram is also nice. The food is okay. Coaster ride was fun and kids liked it. We could not do zip line but next time we will surely do that first thing ! Overall, best day spent ! We were there for close to 6 hours and felt it’s not enough lol !

The Zoo is after you ride the Tram up to the next level it's on the left. LISA at the Otter area is so helpful and friendly. Keep up the great work. You can see you love your job. There is so much to do here at Ober Mountain (Go Early and Stay all day). With the FUN PASS that is very cheap, you can ride the Tram(all day long), the Chair Lift(to the observation deck (a view that is breathless), Ice Skate, Ice Bumper Cars, lots of other things as well. See Stacy at the information area when you come in (on right) if you have any questions, she is so HELPFUL and full of KNOWLEDGE of this mountain. She has a great personality too. Keep up you love for Ober Mountain. Our first time there, not sure if we will be back to Tennessee again, but I will spread the word. I can really say that the Mountains come alive when you are up there. Keep up the great work all.

This is a festival atmosphere during Oktoberfest. I loved all the activities for children in front of the resort! Next time I plan to go ice skating! I wish we would have know there is access by car because we were traveling with a disabled vet. The team ride is cool but this is not why you go to the top!

Currently they are having a summer sale and it is awesome! Two consecutive days to do activities (including the tram ride). We went there and loved the scenic views, the rock climbing, spider jump and the ice activities inside (bumper cars and skating). Their wild life enclosures were also awesome. We came around 5pm both days, be aware they do start closing things down by 7 (at least both days we went). And the last tram is at 9pm, it comes every 20 minutes starting at the top of the hour.

The food was delicious! I ate the Smokey Mountain Dreamin with roast beef. My husband ate Ribs and Tenders. Our view was beautiful and the waitress was awesome! Wonderful experience.

We stopped at Smith & Son Corner Kitchen earlier in the day, and it was such a great experience! The food was amazing — flavorful, well-portioned, and hot. My gin cocktail was customized and it tasted lovely. The hospitality stood out too — Aston was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. Looking back, we will go back here for sure. Truly one of the best spots in Gatlinburg!

We were seated immediately but it took a good few minutes for our server to approach us. The food was delicious. We got fried pickles for our appetizer that were breaded and seasoned just right. I ordered their house Cobb salad that was very tasty and fresh. My husband ordered the chicken fingers and ribs. The portion sizes were large and we will be going back when we are in town again.

Visited Gatlinburg over the weekend, and had dinner at Smith & Son for the first time. It was amazing!! We loved it so much, we went back the next night as well. Service was great, and the food was delicious! The first night, I had chicken & broccoli alfredo. It was Chef’s kiss! The second night, I had chicken fried steak, and it was equally phenomenal! I’m a huge mac & cheese lover, so I had to try theirs from the premium sides. That was without a doubt the BEST mac & cheese I’ve ever had!! Do not miss having a meal at this restaurant! The prices were very reasonable, considering the quantity and quality of the food. I will definitely be returning every time I visit Gatlinburg!!

Place was nice and service was good but the meal was a little disappointing. Small portions for the price and nothing really special about the flavor. Pictures are of the 'Smokey Mountain Grille' chicken breast with bacon, BBQ sauce and cheese and it comes with only 1 side. My wife got her BBQ sauce on the side. My mashed potatos were dry and I had to ask for butter to soften and flavor them up a little.

Let me start out by saying that this place is one of the best, if not the best, place to eat in Gatlinburg. The teriyaki wings were ABSOLUTELY fantastic! The yard bird was phenomenal! The Pit Master was top-notch. The fried pickles were ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING as they were gone before I could get a picture. The service was phenomenal (Ray). The atmosphere was fun and family-friendly. Love this place.

Best place I’ve ate at on the strip. Great prices and great food. Our server was so sweet, I hate I didn’t remember her name. (She was young and had a septum ring). The fried pickles were so tasty and crisp. I had the half yard bird and it was delicious. I was so full I had to take half of it with me. Portions sizes are great. I had plenty to snack on later in my hotel. I love that they have ketchup, mayo, and mustard on the table (I’m a “mayo with my fries” person). Definitely skip the more “touristy” restaurants and go here. You get more bang for your buck, good service, and a great atmosphere with some very nice views. My only complaint is the Hellmans mayo (get Dukes lol)

The Greenbrier Restaurant delivered an unforgettable dining experience, but the true star of the night was Lonnie. From the moment we sat down, Lonnie went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His energy, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel like VIPs the entire evening. He didn’t just provide service—he created an atmosphere that elevated our dinner into something special. Lonnie anticipated every need before we even asked, made excellent recommendations, and brought a warmth to the table that can’t be taught. The food was absolutely delicious, but it was Lonnie’s outstanding hospitality that made the evening truly memorable. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to making guests feel welcome, and dinner simply would not have been the same without him. A huge shout-out to Lonnie—thank you for providing an excellent experience and setting the bar for what exceptional service should look like.

Top notch place to go definitely worth the price. I went with my girlfriend while vacationing. We had been to Gatlinburg before but it was a holiday and they were booked up. We got a reservation this time it did not disappoint. Hannah was our server she was great and very knowledgeable. I got the Dylan double barrel a signature drink at the time amazing for bourbon lovers. We had the duck and dumplings for an appetizer. Best duck or dumplings either of us ever had. You then were served a salad of your choice and then sorbet as a pallet cleanser before the main. We also got the rack of lamb and the Beef Wellington. Beef Wellington was hands down one of the best entrees I’ve ever eaten and was cooked to perfection. The lamb was also cooked perfectly and was good but we would have gotten the red snapper however they sold out. For desert was going to get the crème brûlée but another table got the last one before us. We were still very pleased with our delicious food and would definitely return. People around us got steaks which were all cooked perfectly, octopus, foie gras, and baked goat cheese app which all looked amazing.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had in a long time! The fire pit was great to sit and have a drink at while waiting for our table. The food was perfectly executed. We started the Duck and Dumplings and the Pork Belly. The pork belly was cooked to perfection and the strawberries were marinated well. The nuts took the dish to another level. The duck and dumplings was a great earthy flavor and the consommé was clarified perfectly and full of flavor. The house salad vinaigrette was full of flavor and everything you could want from a salad. The short rib lasagna soup did not offer much in the way of texture, but was full of flavor. The lemon sorbet was the perfect combination of sweet and sour. An amazing pallet cleanser. My husband got the ribeye and twice baked potato. The steak was seasoned and cooked well. The twice baked potato was creamy and cheesy. I got the beef Wellington, let me tell you that it exceeded every expectation. Also, the demi glaze was something I will dream about. They surprised us with roses and dessert for our 5th anniversary. The chocolate pots de creme was rich and dark exactly what you look for in that dessert (this was my favorite thing to make back when I was a chef so that’s saying something.) The cherry bread pudding was everything my husband looks for in a dessert. The cherry ice cream on top was executed flawlessly. All of my cocktails were on point and worked well with the menu. Our server was sweet and attentive. I appreciated the way that she seemed to take care of us like we were her only table. There are not enough good things to say about The Greenbrier!

My husband and I went to dinner tonight The Greenbrier! It was absolutely delicious, my husband got the Beef Wellington and he said it may have been the best meal he’s ever eaten! We got the crème brûlée for dessert and it was also outstanding! Beautiful restaurant with amazing ambiance! If you’re ever in Gatlinburg area, we highly recommend! Also, ask for Lonnie he was very attentive and informative! The whole experience was 11/10!!

We’re vacationing in Gatlingburg for our 7th anniversary and chose The Greenbriar for our special dinner. It did not disappoint! The restaurant was lovely, our waiter (older gentlemen that was always sweetly humming) was very attentive and nice. The food was clearly the star!! I had the seafood risotto and he had the filet of beef. Superb experience!!

I heard about Greenbrier from a couple social media influencers I follow and decided to check it out prior to our trip. It was very hard to get reservations, but I checked again the day of our trip and there happened to be an opening so I took it! We were promptly greeted, sat and cheerfully served by Zach! He is very full of knowledge about all the menu items, which was helpful. All dishes were cooked to perfection and we left very satisfied. If you have a chance to make reservations, do it! Perfect for an occasion celebration or just for a special dinner.

I can't speak highly enough about this restaurant! My wife and I eloped Oct. 31, 2025. We had a late evening reservation but we were done with our ceremony and starving, so we thought it wouldn't hurt to try getting an earlier table. The restaurant was extremely accommodating, and welcomed us right in. As a former server and bartender, I can confidently say our server, Lloyd, was one of the best in the business. From his menu knowledge to his timing, everything was absolutely perfect. The food was to die for. The wagyu steak was the best I've ever had, the red snapper was incredible, the duck and dumplings appetizer left us wishing we ordered another. At the end of the day, the food was out of this world, and the service made our wedding day feel truly perfect. We can't wait to come back and will be making this our anniversary go-to for many years to come. Thank you, Greenbrier!!

Stopped in to cool down after a long day of walking, the slushie was super flavorful and the coffee was wonderful! It was something small but still very pleasant! Definitely recommend if you need a quick pick me up whether it be a snack or a refreshment! I could barely find time to put my drink down to take this picture! <3

Coffee Shop No. 484 Maddie Mae’s Cafe & Creamery Gatlinburg, TN March 26, 2025 Strolling around The Villages in Gaitlinburg I found three great coffee shops. The first one was Maddie Mae’s Cafe & Creamery. I was expecting the best cortado of the day to come from an ice cream shop. The cortado wasn’t even on the menu yet the barista knocked it out of the park! Enjoying life one cortado at a time!

Maddi Mae’s Café has the most creamy, delicious ice cream that we have ever had! The owner said that the ice cream is hand crafted with high quality ingredients. It tastes very fresh & flavorful. The shop is warm & cozy, with seating inside & outside. The staff was very friendly & had great suggestions. The portions were very generous. We shared a two scoop cup, but it would have been closer to a 4 scoop cup at other establishments. The shop is located in ‘The Village’ a quaint, European inspired shopping area in downtown Gatlinburg. We highly recommend Maddi Mae’s Café. We went there every day that we were in Gatlinburg.

Maddi Mae’s café and Creamery is primarily an ice cream shop, but they are have a wonderful selection of coffee offerings. Best is they offer several breakfast and other delicious sandwiches. This was the perfect spot for a light breakfast without the huge lines almost everywhere else. Very nice people.

Excellent ice cream! You can't order the bowl with multiple scoops like a picture someone posted, but we got several individual flavors and none of the disappointed. Apparently they make their ice cream in-house and it tasted creamy and fresh. We tried several of the honey flavors - vanilla lavender honey, cinnamon honey, chocolate honey, and they were all winners.

Great service and tastes amazing! Tucked away in a nice little part behind the boardwalk. Not too crowded. Didn’t get a chance to try their breakfast menu but looks just as amazing as the Mocha Caramel Frappe!

The ice cream is fine. Nothing better than other places. They limit you to two tastes. And they charge $2 for a cup of water, not telling you there is a charge until after they have given it to you. Overall, based on customer experience I wouldn’t recommend it.

If you want a good sit down dinner eat here. The meats were cooked to perfection and the cuts are generous, comparable to high end steakhouses. They have a reasonable variety in the drink menu for both adults and children. The stars are the salad and side bars. The decor/atmosphere is traditional. Stout wood frame seating and wood tables, muted lighting. No harsh chromes. Just a nice solid American restaurant.

This is a must eat at restaurant. It is on the second floor of a building on the main road. We never would have seen it or went to it, if not, for a gentleman telling us about 10 dollars burger and fries. There is a salad bar and hot bar. The atmosphere was great. We, of course, got the burger deal with the salad buffet option. I was able to see other food while walking to the salad bar, and the food looked very good. The burgers and fries we got were good, but the price made it so much better. If we go back, we will definitely stop in for more food.

The service here was very good. Checked on us regularly. The burgers we all had were cooked to our liking, medium well. It just wasn't seasoned well. The Kaiser roll bun was dry. I would like to return there sometime and try one of their steaks. This was our first visit.

Ashley the bartender was so helpful and just a nice gal in general!! The buffet was loaded with some of the best Mac and cheese ever. The burger was pretty good, not bad at all for $10 on lunch special!!!!

This place has the best Steakes!!! . I wasn't crazy about the buffet that they have that goes with the meal maybe it's because I'm from Georgia lol .but I wasn't crazy about the maple sweet potato's. a lot of the buffet items were not something I would eat or want to try, but this is just my opinion. They still have lots that I did like on the salad bar . Also the pricing .. 150 dollars for king crab legs ...I LOVE crab legs, but at that price, they better be able to help carry me out of there when I leave 😅🤣😂. If you are in the area, you need to give it a try. At least one time. the stakes really are good and tender. Also we got there 30 min before they closed we were never rushed .service was still great, and friendly .

Burg Steakhouse completely blew me away! From start to finish, it wasn’t just lunch, it was an experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was impeccable, and every detail felt like it had been thought through to make the meal special. Now let’s talk about the food — I ordered the BBQ ribs, and I can honestly say they were some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. The dry rub was exceptional… smoky, flavorful, perfectly balanced with just the right kick of seasoning. Each bite was fall-off-the-bone tender, yet packed with that slow-cooked depth you only get from a kitchen that truly cares about what they’re serving. I was so impressed I actually had to stop and personally tell the chef how incredible they were. That’s how good they were… you don’t just eat them, you remember them. And it wasn’t just the ribs, everything on the table was top notch. Their buffet was amazing too. My husband had no room for his food after one visit to the hot bar. From the starters to the sides, every single dish felt like it was crafted with passion and pride. The staff elevated the whole experience, constantly checking in, making us laugh, and making sure we were taken care of without ever feeling rushed. Burg Steakhouse sets a new bar for dining. If you’re looking for a meal that goes beyond food and turns into a memory, this is it. I left already planning my next visit. Five stars isn’t enough… Burg deserves all the stars! Will definitely make this a must-visit while in town. 😁

We’ve eaten here twice and both times it was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful. The second time we ate there (yesterday) they had an issue with some equipment in the kitchen and caused us a wait and they had to redo my wife’s steak but our waitress Alexis was quick to help and very apologetic for the wait. After a little bit Ashley came out to apologize and explained the issue in the kitchen and see if they could do anything to make up for the problems. Amazing food and perfect staff Also look for Dallas outside.

We stopped in twice on our stay, once for late apps and then for dinner. We loved it. Awesome open-air views of the Strip, cool tunes playing. All the food was delicious. We agreed the pretzel was about the best we've ever had: melts in your mouth. The smash burger was legit. We enjoyed the daiquiris too, which tasted great and packed a punch. We brought our cups back for the $6 refills. Although I get "Island time" at a joint like this, service could be improved. It was a team effort, but a little lazy. They could be more attentive. Great vibes. Daiquiris In many flavors. Food is fresh and flavorful. Space is bright and airy, a cool retreat.

Went with my husband and son a couple months ago. Daiquiris were good, but food was mid. Basic bar food. Service was pretty bad. Our server got our drink orders wrong and had to come back and ask us our food orders again because he didn't write anything down... Not the biggest deal, but definitely could be better. The place was cool though and nice views. Not busy when we went.

Me and my sister had recently traveled to Tennessee and had decided to go to this restaurant on our last day. The atmosphere of the place is very relaxing, but I was a little surprised by our interactions with the staff. They were always very brief and seemed to only want us in/out. Otherwise, the food and daiquiris were good and complimented the overall aesthetic.

They say they have the universes best wings. Well im here to set the record straight. The pros...very good flavor, they're grilled, and the meat just falls off the bone. Also very meaty. The cons...while the flavor is good, its NOT a buffalo wing flavor as claimed. Its more a special flavor of their own making. But again, its still very good nonetheless. Also, no heat at all. I typically expect a buffalo flavored wing to have at least some zip to it. So are they the best in the universe? No, they're not. Are they very good and worth having again? Hell yeah!!! May not be the best but they are good and meaty and also being grilled, I never had that bloated feel or any ill effects from eating fatty wings. The drinks they made were also very good and reasonable. Add the great atmosphere with some decent wings and great drinks and what's not to like. Hope to be back again.

Love my sweet icy drinks!!! Got the Pina Colada and my mom got Bama Breeze. Both drinks are great. Just don’t drink them too fast cuz I got brain freeze bad!!! Ordered the Mango Habanero Quesadilla for a late night snack. Not spicy at all which is a let down.

A must stop along your walk through downtown Gatlinburg. There is an ncredible variety for the whole family to try and big enough to share. It is an explosion of flavors and colors to appease every palette. The staff is super friendly and offer great recommendations for the indecisive. There is a convenient wash station for your souvenir mason jars with paper for wrapping them and bags for easy take home. I am so glad we came and will definitely be back again.

Come with patience as we had to wait a bit for our ice cream but its worth it when your creation is in front of you! When we were there we had to wait for a place to sit as well! But it was very fun experience and you get to take your mason jar home with you as a souvenir! (They have sinks and bags for you to wash off your jar to take home 😉)

AMAZING experience. This place, while packed, got my order in quickly and served quick for as many people as they were serving. The cutest presentation too. It was terribly hard to choose, but the man taking our order took the time to answer our questions and didn’t seem to rush us, considering the line behind us. It was delish and lived up to the hype. Wish I had one in Houston!

Unique shakes in a take-home glass mason jar. They have a good selection of concoctions to choose from. Everyone enjoyed their shakes. Can get really busy. Inside seating area is small.

Well worth the time! They don’t open until 2 PM weekdays and we were standing in line at the door when they opened. There is limited tables within and that could be an issue for you. These are NOT ice creams that you just walk and eat! I had an entire piece of pie on top of my ice cream. It’s scrumptious and a must when you’re trying to find the place to satisfy that sweet tooth!

Absolute must to try at least once! Best milkshake! Great presentation! Loved the cookie dough within the cookies 🍪 omg delicious! My sister and I shared one milkshake and it was the perfect amount for us.

Fun experience! Pricey but it's worth the experience. The shakes were great. The wash area needed attention as it was full. I still used it, but part of my job is medical and OSHA. To be honest there are splash hazards and potential for exposures. I am from another state and was on vacation so I just blocked it out of my mind. Other than the wash station, I would still come back.

We love the Sun Diner. This was our second visit! We were here two years ago and couldn’t wait to come back! Two years we had a great meal too! This year we tried different food & loved it too! The portions are big so come hungry! The French toast was full of flavor and melt in your mouth delicious! I suggest adding the bacon! The side of sausage biscuit and gravy is enough for a meal! Everything was cooked to perfection and we went on a weekday as soon as they opened- had the place to ourselves. Our waitress was friendly & attentive! We boxed up the rest of our food to go and she gave us syrup to take with us. If you’re around Nashville Or Gatlinburg make sure you stop in! Wish we could try lunch sometime but the breakfast is crave worthy!

Loved my breakfast here! The portions are very big and worth the money. I liked how the seating was set up. It's down a few doors from pancake pantry and was a great alternative to waiting on that line.

We were told it would be 20-25 minute wait. Only ended up waiting 10 minutes. We love that there are multiple bays (breakfast bars) made service more personalized and server (Gina) was great. Friendly and attentive. We were able to see all the amazing dishes being made. All the food was big portions and looked amazing. Prices were great. Reasonable beyond anywhere else in Gatlinburg. Would definitely return.

Decided to try this place out one morning while on a weekend vacation. Decor is really cool. Not a lot of choices on the menu. The meat lovers omelette was not bad. Texas toast was good, grits had potential but too much salt. Soo much that I could not eat them. Prob would not return but this is just my opinion.

The Sun Diner's meat lovers omelet was huge and quite delicious! Our server, Raven, was very friendly. We'll definitely be back - next time I want to try the sweet biscuits & gravy.

Our waitress was great and the food was too. I loved the atmosphere and it didn’t have the long wait times of the other spots offering breakfast. The food was served fast and with a smile.

Food was delicious, especially the Monte Cristo with the potatoes, and the service was great. Our waitress was attentive and quick. My only complaint is that the chairs at the bar are pretty uncomfortable, but I can suck it up for food so delicious!

June 19, 2025. This place was fairly busy, and we had to wait about 20 minutes, which wasn't bad. Service was good and the food was great. The wings are incredible, and the burgers are good, too. I would definitely recommend eating some wings here next time you are in Gatlinburg.

First time ever visiting Gatlinburg, we chose The Blue Moose to eat at and we are so glad we did! Food was delicious! Our waitress was great! We even sat in the back with a view of the creek. TVs available everywhere with every sport imaginable playing, which my husband loved!

We LOVED the Blue Moose! The food was amazing. They have a cheeseburger that use grilled cheese sandwiches as buns! Also the fried Mac and cheese cheeseburger was amazing. Ashlee M was our server and she was a delight. She danced, told jokes, and was fast with our service and had a great knowledge of the menu. Can't wait to go back. The Blue Moose will be a staple in my Gatlinburg trips for now on.

4.5 is the current rating at the time of this review. This location is busy, it’s got curb appeal and their menu is displayed outside for passerby’s. The staff here are friendly and there’s plenty of seating available. We did have a 30 minute wait so we walked around a bit, you may want to call ahead for reservations, if they take them. The chips and salsa with avocados tasted good, I would recommend those. In my party, there were 4 adults and 6 kids between the ages of 11-16. Three adults tried the wings, honey bbq, sriracha and I’m not sure what the 3rd kind was. After everyone finished eating, I asked that they rate the wings. They all gave them mid-level scores and said they wouldn’t likely order them again, but would try something different from the menu. When asked why, majority stated it was due to the skin. Most enjoy a crispier skin instead of soft. I did agree with that as well. The service was good, our waiter was attentive and kind. The atmosphere is family friendly. There is a small bar located inside. The bathroom is a single stall as well; lines for both were about 3 deep usually. For me, there wasn’t much on the menu that appealed to me and the wings fell short. Therefore, I would likely not return to this restaurant. As always, I wish them and their patrons the best.

Awesome! Table of four, our lunch consisted of the wingman salad with peach honey for the chicken, jalapeño burger with onion rings , the mushroom melt burger with Italian Parmesan fries and wild ranch chicken wrap with fries. Everything was so good. Definitely recommend!!!

Stopped in here for a snack had the onion rings and the bacon cheeseburger sticks...both were great !! Service was on.point i.gave the atmosphere a 3 because it's very loud in there almost so much you can't hear across the table....definitely a worth while visit however

Walking across the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America gives you breathtaking views of the mountains, especially during sunset. Standing on the glass panels in the middle of the bridge feels thrilling yet peaceful at the same time. The area around the SkyLift Park is very well maintained and offers great photo spots, seating, and little shops to explore. Gatlinburg overall feels lively yet relaxing — a perfect mix of nature, excitement, and charm. Whether you come for hiking, sightseeing, or simply to breathe in the mountain air, this town will definitely leave you with lasting memories.

A must for top of the mountain views. A great place to watch the sunset and relax with a drink. The live music was entertaining while just chillin in the rockers. The hiking trails that have been added give you a chance to see the mountains from different views and get exercise. The Christmas decor is so festive and fun. Watching the sunset and then the full moon was just spectacular. Walking across the bridge is exciting and beautiful.

One of our favorite places during our trip to Gatlinburg! The views were amazing and we walked 2 of the trails. The rocking chairs were really comfy and the SkyBridge was a nice experience 😊

Really nice adventure. Beautiful view. The bridge does sway a little bit. There is a clear see through panel half way across. Definitely not for people who are afraid of heights. 😂

An absolute must do!! But take the time to do it right! You want to enjoy the views up there! The lift is steep but a nice ride. You can walk on the bridge or take the bypass which is not very long to get to the other side. Get up there and get yourself a drink and pick a rocking chair and just enjoy what you came to enjoy, the Great Smoky Mountains!!

Great views interesting experience walking over the bridge 140ft above the ground. Worth doing but be prepared for alot of walking and take water with you if your able. As they are priced very high for things like bottled water. Which I found to be a little aggravating. Felt that part could have been priced better considering your already paying for the experience and there is a ton of walking between the bridge and sky trail. However the views are beautiful.

Beautiful sky bridge with stunning views. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly and the staff kept things organized. Looking forward to returning at sunset — I bet it’s breathtaking!

I really like the atmosphere of this Pub, the location was great. It was a nice place to stop while out in the Arts and Crafts community. THE two girls that were working, one behind the bar the other one serving were overwhelmed while we were there but they were running like crazy to keep up they could have used one more person working with them but other than that it was a great place to eat. I got the fish and chips and they came out hot and fresh and tasted wonderful.

First off I have never taken the time to review a place but we had such a good experience I felt they deserve recognition. We are visiting from Florida and were looking for somewhere close to eat and have a couple beers. The service was friendly and very helpful and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We had flights of beers and the bartender was knowledgeable and patient as we made selections. We had the fish and chips and it was great. Huge pieces of fish and plenty of fries. Anyway I highly recommend The Ship English Pub. I would definitely go back

Randy was fantastic at this wine tasting location in Gatlinburg. He was funny and informative! I come a long way from San Antonio, Texas. However.. we encountered another worker, Ricky, who knew the family member I entered the store with. He was giving her hostile stares and uttering unkind remarks beneath his breath. Upon departing to dine, they received a call from the same Ricky individual, who was instigating. We had intended to return to the store en route to purchase wine. I am uncertain as to why, but Ricky was issuing verbal threats to the family members accompanying me. I am profoundly disappointed by the disrespect and behavior displayed by this young man. The staff's decision to call law enforcement, rather than attempting to calm the situation, was disappointing in response to the youth's provocative behavior. This is an unfortunate outcome, as we all appreciated the wine and, as previously mentioned, Randy was excellent. Hopefully, the staff can investigate the matter and discipline Ricky accordingly.

Came in during our stop on the wine/cider trail. Good selection of wines available. As with everyone we experienced during this they were now it’s all about the products asked people in our group what they liked offered suggestions and we’re overall lesson well worth the stop if you’re in Gatlinburg.

Tennessee Homemade Wines has the best wine in Gatlinburg, maybe even best in all of TN - of all the local wineries I’ve visited this one is without a doubt my favorite.

Gatlinburg makes probably my favorite wine I’ve ever had in Tennessee homemade wines is probably my favorite in Gatlinburg. Definitely check out the wine trail they offer. Most wine tastings in Gatlinburg cost anywhere from five to $10 per tasting. If you do the wine trail it’s about $11 after taxes and there are five different wineries. You get to do tastings at each one offers between eight and 10 samples and at the end of it at your last tasting you get a free gift usually a T-shirt or a wine glass or something similar. you definitely get more than your money’s worth and have a great time and get the taste a bunch of delicious wines in the process.

Did a tasting with Amber. We enjoyed our conversation and learning about her. She is incredible on a personal and profession level. I may never see her again, but I hope amazing things come her way. She deserves all the good things!!

The employee took my ID, waved it around while chatting and playing with a baby behind the counter, and basically ignored us for several minutes. She showed my name and info right there in front of everyone — that’s not just unprofessional, that’s careless. I understand ID checks are required, but this wasn’t that. This was someone more focused on baby time than customers or privacy. We finally asked for my ID back and walked out. If this is how they “serve” guests, I’d skip it altogether — privacy and respect matter more than a sip of wine.

They offer a modest selection of frozen drinks. They used to sell a cup with discounted refills. I learned today they are no longer honoring any discounted refills. That is unfortunate. Gatlinburg would benefit from a competitor such as Fat Tuesday.

We stopped by one night before closing and had a great time. The guy at the bar was friendly, and the drinks was really good.The alcohol was not very high content in the daiquiris, me and my wife had 2 of the 32oz and didnt even have a buzz and we do not ever drink, so keep in mind your not going to get tipsy off the daiquiris. But the flavor is on point. The next day we ate at the mellow mushroom upstairs to the bar, and it was a home run. Some of the best pizza I ever had. Check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

the daiquiris were super sweet and i could barely taste the alcohol in them! as a tourist i loved the experience and each cup is a souvenir cup that you can take home with you!

We stopped in on the way back to the car for a quick drink. For the short time at the bar it was a lot of fun. The bar tenders were super friendly and Mart…I hope I am spelling that right…he was hilarious and made it such a fun time for us. The drinks were great and the friendly fun staff just made it a good time.

Nice cocktails, friendly service, fair prices. Cool place same as cool as BENZ-TAXI OF GATLINBURG drivers. Got us there and back. Highly recommend!

4.3 is the current rating of Gatlinburg Winery at the time of this review. Buy the Cotton Candy bottle of wine, I urge you. Current price is $25 per bottle, and it’s worth every drop. Before you even taste a drop 💧bring your glass to in front of your nose and take in the exhilarating scents - and its scents with an ‘s’. This alone sold me 🙋🏻‍♀️ and I told her I’ll take a bottle. Tasting it made my tastebuds sing. I wish had bought two bottles. Luckily the Gatlinburg Winery has a website and ships! I would definitely return to the Gatlinburg Winery 💯

It's always fun to come back and taste the wines. On this visit, I got a chance to try them all. Kari was super amazing and informative. I made sure to bring home some wines and a slushie making kit. These were my favorite flavors.

I had a very pleasant visit to the Gatlinburg winery. The gentleman who helped us out was very nice and knowledgeable. They had tons of yummy fun flavors of wine. He was very good at his job because I ended up buying 4 bottles of wine. They were haveing a very good deal going on. It’s always fun to try samples too. Overall of your getting wine in Gatlinburg definitely stop at this place.

I'm honestly not a wine drinker but the flavors they have are great! We went in originally for two bottles for a friend. We ended up with 8 bottles! Workers are fantastic place is clean. Highly recommend

3 free tastings. Service was good. The wines... if you dont like wine, they are good. No dry wines. No off dry. I'd call every wine here sweet. All were fruit flavored and similar sweetness (or higher) than Moscato.

I don’t remember her name but she has dark hair and glasses, but she did so amazing and joked with our family and made us feel so welcome. Our favorite was the candy apple and the COTTON CANDY PEACH!! Haha
