This restaurant is just near to saluja hotel. I was looking for good dinner after a tiring tour in siliguri without lunch . The vibe is good. Service is great. Food is bit on costlier end but tastes good . Maybe I was the only one and there are no option like half plate . I had ordered everything in full , food seemed good for 2 person , it was over the diet for me .

It's situated in hillcart road. Ambience of this restaurant is very calm and soothing. Decoration is also eye catching. We had ordered here- aam panna, fish fingers, naan, butter paneer, chicken bharta and fried rice. Teste is very good. Little bit expensive but ambience and teste wise it is okay.

A nice experience here with my family and buddies . Ambiance here is just awesome and foods were also good in taste . The price is slightly high , otherwise everything is nice .

Visited Hastag with my gang on a Sat evening to celebrate a birthday party. At reception we booked a table for 8 by the terrace, The bar interiors in oval and dim ambience truly bespoke " Night life ". The waiter or escort were very helpful, friendly, beer tasting was fun, a 5L beer keg, starters like baby crispy corn, chicken wings, aromatic chicken, mushroom , noodles, etc. Crispy Corn was highlight for me. Crowd started pouring in, Band were singing hollywood oldies, Old school English - OG vibes. Service became slow obviously. DJ Neel took over, good taste in mixes but the transition and drops were not matching the dance floor. The place was stocked even at midnight, crowds coming in, Speakers blasting and dance floor was housefull. Cheers to the fun night and the Birthday Girl !

I enjoy their food a lot. I have been here before covid and it’s still the same. The ambiance is lively but in the pictures you can see balloon decor because they had their anniversary party on. We went quite early so the place was crowded by the crew members and lesser guests. Over all their drinks were good and the service was really fast. Would recommend

Loved the fact that they had an open air smoking area. Thin crust smoked Chicken Pizza was very tasty. As compared to other pubs in Siliguri, liquors were very cheap, about 60% cheaper than city center 🫡. Downside was that they had limited choices for beer, though they are coming in with their own brewery pretty soon. BTW, being a drinking spot with open area, you might want to invest in some netting outside, you never know what all tendencies folks get when drinking.

I have been ordering from quite a time from hashtag. Loved this place for their exciting combo meals. Their paneer butter masala pulao (₹175) is excellent. The paneer is really tasty and the pulao is good too. But please reduce the oil content in paneer. The oil content is similar to other outlets. The noodles manchurian combo (around ₹155) is a filling meal too. They need to improve the taste and consistency of dal makhani in the dal makhani aloo paratha meal. The quality and quantity served both are really good at the price point offered. At 40% off from swiggy, this place is one of the best as per quality and price to worth ratio for combo meals. A really nice and great place to chill out with friends and family, their bar is a real happening thing at this place. I really loved their food although it's a pub, it still serves really good and delicious dishes and food, starting from the cheese jalapeno poppers,cheese garlic bread,Malai Tikka kebab, fiery chicken wings, chilli chicken sausage, the mocktails we're really good we tried a watermelon mojito, for main course we ordered red sauce pasta, which was a bit sweet than usual, chicken schezwan, chicken hakka noodles, matter pulao and mutton roganjosh. The food was really good and to top it all we ordered the gulab jamun Sunday which was a bit unique in taste but good. All over I loved the place and the food and will surely be visiting again.

Absolutely odd place in the middle of the city, but it was a good reprieve from the standard Indian fare found elsewhere. The crispy noodle salad was good but the corn fritters was a little salty and over burnt. The pork chop was very fatty, but the burger was delicious, meat patty could be juicier. Nevertheless a great place to visit. One bad thing was we waited one hour for our burger, and we were the only table around. It seemed that they have priority to the takeaways.

Awesome place, this place has the potential to become one of the best places to eat in Siliguri. Continental/ western/ Chinese dishes in the Menu are fabulous they even have some Italian Dishes. Taste of the Veg Dimsums were very good. French fries were really crunchy. Fully air conditioned, Paytm accepted, All Visa cards accepted. Wheel chair accessible entrance. Restaurant has no separate parking , have to park in front of the restaurant in whatever space is available.Owner is a cool person , personally paid a visit to me , made sure things are ok and took feedback. Staff are very courteous. Live TV from a projector into a huge screen serves as a good focal point. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to have dinner. Few things that make me come to this place repeatedly are, Ambience, Cordial behaviour from the staffs, Excellent collection of music. Right as one enters, will find graffiti of M Jackson beside the bar, and while looking around, Marley, Rolling Stones and many others will set the mood in as you can find Deep Purple to James Blunt buzzing in your ear. It is a continental restaurant. And you won't be disappointed with the food. Neither was I. All the food I've tried so far did not let me down. They have started with live music (like a pub) in the weekends. I have visited couple of times, both in weekdays. Never found it to be crowded. And never had to wait. While paying bills, they provided us with a free coupon for the next visit (may be due to promotional offer, but like forever, gifts make us happy, don't they 😇). This restaurant is little expensive, but is worth every penny for all the class experience they provide. It'll cost you somewhere around ~1.2k for a dinner for a couple (without drinks).

It's a swanky cozy place. The prices are on higher side. The ambience of the place is quite nice. Perfect for group or family dinner. They serve huge range of dishes from chicken items to pastas.

It is a bar cum restaurant, with good quality food & service. But it is quite expensive. And I really didn't like the interior & ambience. It's not bad, but not upto the mark. And also they don't serve 30ml drinks. I mean they do, but the price is close to the 60ml ones.

The Fourier is very good and the price is very reasonable. However, there is a smell I think is from that smoke of incense which I am not very comfortable with.

For the main course, we indulged in the seafood fried rice paired with sapo tofu and exotic veggies. The seafood fried rice was a delightful medley of fresh ingredients, bursting with flavor in every bite. The service was attentive and friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Price is reasonably high here. So grab a healthy wallet before you go. They maintain elegant food quality. Bar is attached with the restaurant. Not much crowded.

And they serve a very unique pickled cucumber which is sweet and sour and extremely crunchy which makes me crave for more and more.... Awesome place to eat with great ambience.... They also have a bar along with restaurant, decorates tables and takes prior bookings for birthdays and anniversaries.... Must visit....

The overall experience was underwhelming. The dhoka was chewy and didn’t taste fresh, though the posto’r bora still retained some finesse. The bhetki was fresh, but the fish fry and ilish were just average. Unfortunately, the food lacked the depth and consistency expected. There’s definitely room to improve on quality and flavor.

Everything I ate here was absolutely flavourful and delicious. Service was average not so friendly staff though. The mutton dakbangla was a perfect delicacy, I expected it to be spicy but the spice level was less and there was a slight sweet taste on it. Would definitely have a second visit and taste their different items.

Great restaurant and good atmosphere. I ate shukto for the first time and the experience was not that good as I don't like bitter gourd in a curry much. The shukto had a slight bitter taste. I don't know whether the shukto tastes this way or it has another taste as well. But for me this was not that good for me.

If there would been an option below 1*star, I would have provided that. One of the worst experience as the restaurant cheated customers and charging extremely high price when ordering through Swiggy. Simply cheating customers. Not recommended at all!

It's one of the finest restaurant in siliguri. They have varieties of bengali food here and they are really delicious. Fantastic serving, nice evergreen bengali music, actually a great, perfect bengali experience. Neat and clean restaurant. Loacted at prime location of hill cart road.The quality of food is very good, no doubt. But the quantity served is not satisfactory in accordance to the price. Price is on the higher side, but taste can balance that.

This good old place gives a nostalgic feeling when entered. Butter toast and omelette along with a hot cup of tea or coffee help in long term discussions on any topic. A typical cabin to sit and gossip around. Would have given 4 stars but a rat seen roaming around inside has brought a 3 star rating to the place.

We were looking for a place to have evening tea in Bidhan Market when a passerby suggested we try Netaji Cabin. This place carries its own history and has that old-school vibe. As usual, we climbed up the narrow wooden stairs to the first floor and placed a simple order — two bread toasts and two regular milk teas ☕. The toast was fine, but the tea was a big disappointment 🥶. It was overpriced and the taste was nowhere near worth it. After just two sips, we left it unfinished. Honestly, our first experience here wasn’t good at all, and it didn’t live up to the hype.

Netaji Cabin in Siliguri is an iconic spot known for its heritage and old-world charm. I had heard a lot about its historical significance and reputation as a local institution , and are totally undeniable, but the hygiene standards leave much to be desired. The food has a certain nostalgic appeal, the smiling and ever cheerful staff makes you smile but the cleanliness of the premises and could be significantly improved. Despite its heritage status, the awards , the lack of proper upkeep detracts from the overall experience. It’s worth a visit for the history and local flavor, but not if hygiene is a top priority.

Visited Netaji Cabin - a heritage cafe. Bread Omlette was ok but Tea was very terrible. As a famous cafe, i didn't expect the taste. It's really busy at afternoon time. But one can try at once.

A heritage eatery inside the Hongkong Market of Siliguri. I visited there and tried out Butter Toast, Coffee & Two Boiled Eggs. The taste of the toast was good, because it's made from good quality butter. The eggs were normal in taste and the coffee was on the bitter side, served in a glass. The restaurant is a bit cramped up due to lack of space. However, they do have another floor upstairs to accommodate more people. Overall, it's a decent breakfast restaurant.💙

The worst Chai I ever had. I had high expectations for Netaji Cabin, but sadly, it didn’t live up to the hype. The food was average at best, lacking the authentic flavors I was hoping for. Though the ambiance gave the vintage look but it didn’t feel worth the price. I was disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it .

Bad experience for fooding and no knowledge of staff to attend guests

My daughter and I just returned from a 5 week trip to India. Of all the hotels we stayed in, The Loft surprised us the most! Not only was the room good value for money and the hotel super clean, but check in was a breeze … the staff were efficient, friendly and professional. While the Saffron restaurant didn’t even come up on Google maps, we went to the restaurant for dinner as we were tired and too lazy to hunt around. Again, blown away not only by the quality of the meal, but also by the service. Birendra our waiter was a breath of fresh air! He was a server who knew how to please his client and how to do his job professionally … he was very helpful in selecting items, asked us which course we would prefer first, etc. Way better service than any other hotel we stayed in at twice the price. Someone at this hotel is paying attention to both service and training. Duly impressed.

Horrible food... Ordered fish and chips, fish was simply charred to death, awful taste and smell. Oil was leaving a bad after taste. Chips were soggy and weren't seasoned at all. Simply mayonnaise was given in the name of tartar sauce. Never ordering again.. kill your food cravings, instead of dining here🙄

An awesome restaurant for Pan Asian Lover. Tried their Baktuk (seafood) it was delicious and flavourful 5/5, Smoked pork fried rice was amazing 5/5 and their pork momo was also great but it could have been little more juicy as it was totally dry. Their Green Apple Mojito was refreshing 4/5. Ambiance can be improved a bit.

I had placed an order for Chicken Thukpa on 12th October through Swiggy from Steamy Moktu (Siliguri). Since I was suffering from cold and cough, I wanted to have something warm and comforting, and hence chose to order soupy noodles from a reputed restaurant. Unfortunately, after having just two spoons, I noticed a strand of hair in the Thukpa, which completely ruined my experience. I immediately raised a complaint through Swiggy, and while they refunded ₹146 instantly, the case was closed without any proper follow-up or apology. I wasn’t looking for a refund — I expected a professional call of apology and accountability from Swiggy. When I contacted Swiggy’s support team to request their Siliguri office address, the executive refused to share it, stating it was a professional call — which felt dismissive. Following this, I called Steamy Moktu directly. The lady staff member I spoke to had an unprofessional attitude and inappropriate word she has used which was not expected from Steamy Moktu and simply said, “Okay, we’ll refund you,” or send the order again without showing any concern. When I mentioned that I might post the pic of food and the conversation recording about this incident on social media and the consumer forum, she casually responded, “Yes, please upload.” Later, the owner, Mr. Sonam, personally called me and apologised sincerely, requesting me not to post it social media and consumer forum. I appreciate his gesture — he seemed genuinely concerned I wonder how hard he trie to build the brand name for his restaurant and these employees are least bothered and their family runs from the money they get from the restaurant. However, it’s disappointing that Steamy Moktu staff’s behaviour and Swiggy’s casual handling of such a serious hygiene issue completely ruined the experience. Never again from Swiggy and Steamy Moktu.

One of the best restaurants in Siliguri. I make sure to never skip this whenever I'm here. They have a great East Asian cuisine menu - the keema noodles, bibimbap, and nasi goreng are really good. The food is extremely spicy though. Coming from a person who usually eats stuff extra spicy, you might want to ask them to tone the spice down. Parking is available for Planet Mall.

Edit on 03/07/2025: Great to see the location has changed to a very nice space in Sevoke Road. The quality is still amazing. I would bet that this would be among the top 5 restaurants in Siliguri and definitely the most budget friendly! Fantastic range of food at very affordable rates. Plenty of Tibetan, Thai and Chinese dishes to choose from. Thankfully they serve pork and the pork momos are brilliant! Need to come back many more times to experience the elaborate menu!

A must visit place in Siliguri for Asian food lovers. Would highly recommend the Mixed Butter Garlic Fried Rice along with the Jhol Soup Momos. The fried ice cream is worth a try and the quantity of the items are good although a little on the expensive side.

Food was amazing, quality of food was pretty good. I had Bangkok Noodles with Egg, while my friends had something in chicken. The bill was above Rs. 1000, so we can say fairly over Rs. 350 per head.

We went for lunch and wanted to try out some new asian dishes. So we selected one Katsu Ramen from today's special menu and rest from the normal menu and the rest from the normal menu. to be honest Food quality is ok. I've tried pork in other restaurants in Siliguri and Kolkata, but sad to say pork item from this place comes to the last of the list. One item That Rames was good enough and the others is ok. So overall, I think food quality is not worth the money. And I won't suggest someone to go n tryout some new dishes.( Except momo, which is always good arround hee in Siliguri) So, Finally It's ok, but mot worth the money, I'll say

Don't go there,I went from Siliguri junction to bidhan market then by walk 1km but I will never recommend this restaurant Bcoz nothing is fresh ,I ordered fried rice (90/-) and chicken kasha(200/-) but quality is very bad it's taste like 3,4 days before were cooked, waste of money.

Pure Punjabi food with great taste . I enjoyed a splendid time here , this place has parking space too . I didn't visit the cafe however it is very pretty tho . Recommend eating kali dal tadka and paneer masala . I found the price a little costly but the food was worth the taste. Thank you .

We went there during our travel back to njp Station. Our driver suggested this place. We liked the place. Family friendly place, staffs are very polite. The manager behavior is so nice, polite and tried his best to arrange all asks by children. Environment is beautiful, only negative thing noticed little space issue..table placement little congested. Food was excellent. We tried different mocktails, kebabs, chicken and mutton side dishes with naan and khulcha. Chicken and mutton dishes was so tasty. Only thing i didn't like the chur chur naan and amrisari kulcha. Both are not up to the mark. We can far better chur chur naan and amrisari kulcha at any dhaba. Their chef need to check this preparation.

This is very good Punjabi restaurant in Siliguri. It was nice ambience, slow music and courteous service. I tried Mutton Rogan Josh, it was nice and sufficient for one person. Their Malai Kulfi is must try, it felt very natural and was delicious. Price is also reasonable.

Definitely one of the best places for North Indian/Delhi style food in Siliguri. Ordered the butter chicken with butter Naan/Tandoori roti with seekh kabab. The butter was sinfully delicious 😋. The kababs were great too. The Naan was buttery and went along great with the butter chicken. The place was almost packed even around 9.00 pm which is a positive sign about any restaurant. The orders took time but were worth the wait. The service was polite and friendly. The ambience was great too for a family restaurant. Will be back for more.

Yesterday to have my Birthday Lunch we chose punjabi kadhai . After a long time we visited there and the whole experience there amazed us. First of all we loved the service there. Specially @ratulkumarroy looked after us like a family member. We didn't have any bad experience for that. Then comes the food 🤤 we ordered 1. Coke 2. Chicken seekh kebab, 3. Laccha Paratha, 4. Masala Kulcha and 5. Bhuna Mutton. We loved all the food. It was too delicious to describe. The mutton was my personally favourite. I loved the soft juicy and spicy mutton. The ambience was peaceful and beautiful to enjoy the time with your loved ones. Overall My birthday went quite well and Thank you punjabi kadhai for making us feel so special and valued.

Nice place. Its famous in salugara for multiple food choices. I tried kachori chat and it was never seen before taste. Amazing quality and taste of this location m would highly recommend you to go here and try this chat. The idli sambhar was also good. Rasgulla is also famous and it was very soft. They have dry and wet rasgulla options. You can try as per your taste. Really amazing 4/5 for taste 4/5 for cleanliness 4/5 for staff

Most snack items were unavailable during our visit, and the service was quite slow. The Aloo Tikki Chaat was just average. However, a few sweets stood out—especially the Kanpuri Laddu, which is worth a try. Overall, the place feels a bit overrated, but it's still worth visiting at least once to decide for yourself.

Good place to spend an evening out in town. The crowd seem cool and there are enough bouncers for any trouble makers. The space is large with an ample dancefloor as well as dining areas divided into smoking and non smoking zones. On days with guest performers there's an entry charge. They have a pretty neat eclectic mix of desi, regional and international music.

Great place. I have visited many times. Both food and drinks are very good. And Mr. Prabin who is from Hi spirit is very friendly.

The place ambience is great and great sound systems. The crowd though is not exciting at all, the dance floors are empty you will not feel worth the hype created and the cover charge you might have to pay. Food was excellent and the service is great.

I would prefer to rate them 0...Though the ambience is good but the behaviour of the staffs is very rude. I went there with my friends and the way they were replying was not polite at all.. We had to wait almost for an hour for our order.

Very friendly humble and nice environment for anyone who stays by...the food, the ambience and the staffs specially, very helpful, kind, considerate and friendly!! I would specially mention 'Mr. Joy' who was very friendly to us and also other staffs too (don't know their names 😅) they even asked for a photo and we took together it was very fun and we are very satisfied with food and everything!! Very nice ppl..thank you everyone!

Santa Banta hotel at Siliguri is one of best restaurant. We had a very good breakfast here having group of 12 family members.. Their food spread are also excellent. The fish and chips are a must try. The spaghetti was tasty as well. When went for lunch here. The prices are a bit high here but the taste of the dishes served is reallly good. The fish of fish and chips was tender and well cooked. It tasted heavenly. The fish just melted inside the mouth. The size served was also too good. The spaghetti served was also tasty but the quantity was bit less. Other than that the taste was top notch, no complains about the taste and the quality of the food. We also tried their fried ice cream which was also good but the outer coating could have been as the ice cream was already leaking through the cracks. I have tried fried ice cream before also where the coating needs to be really well done so that the ice cream don't leak. The ambience is good and also they have enough space for friends and family group dining.

I would rate this restaurant 3.5stars. Ambiance was pleasant and warm. They have decent seating capacity. Went on weekdays so the restaurant was pretty much empty. Service was quick and staff were quite confused about their menu. They had hard time recommending their best sellers. Food was average. Their fish starter were really soft but too flavourless and side salad was bland. Their Continental sizzler had chicken prawns and fish with noodles/rice of your choice. The sizzler was just a showpiece the chicken, fish and prawns were precooked in a close to similar sauces and the noodle was basic. Blue lagoon was quite nice and refreshing but the sweet lassi was just Sweet Curd not worth 160₹. They gave complementary papad chutney which was the only thing i enjoyed the most. Over all ambience is good but the food is average for the price. Wouldn’t recommend.

The Restaurant is nice. Perfect for a Family and Couples. Ambience is very good. Had Butter Chicken, Biryani and Chicken Keema Kulcha. The dishes was very good. One can even have Wine and Beer from the varieties. I recommend everyone to give a go and enjoy the cuisines 👍

My hubby is regular visitor of this place and he took us there for dinner specially for their Sorse elish....and I must admit, it was so yumm. Perfect place for nice fine dine with family.. ambience is very calm, prices are reasonable but little improvement is required in service. Overall it was a nice experience. Chelo kabaab was quite good but scope of improvement is there.

Nice soothing ambience and descent lit arena with proper table edicates and the servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful service. They had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. The waiter recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. She and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. Kudos!

The restaurant is on the third floor of the building at City center, near the Decathlon store. The restaurant is well lit, the staff friendly and polite. It is a non smoking establishment. A good place to visit with your family. The rates, of food and alcohol, are quite reasonable too.

The food was not bad, but nothing outstanding – typical dal, sabzi, roti, chutney, salad, and a sweet. • The good part is that it was unlimited and pocket-friendly, so definitely value for money. • Taste-wise, it was okay but lacked that freshness and variety you’d expect in a thali. If you’re looking for a simple, filling, and budget-friendly meal, this place does the job. But if you’re expecting rich flavors or something memorable, it may fall short.

This is old place that has been spruced up with indining with AC. It is just next to Sevok More just place you can drop in after shopping at Hong Kong Market/ Seth Srilal Market Area. What I had was Chole bhature followed by Masala Dosa. The Cholewass superb, just cooked right with lovely gravy while the bhature was all puffed up and softtow eat. They also provided some salad which I didn't eat. My hunger pangs were not yet subsided and seeing the nearby table served Dosa I also asked for Masala one. The Dosa was crisp, not oily and the stuffing was just right, the sambhar though was a let down. As usual avoided chutney here -it was neon green and grey chutney. The service was good. The AC was working and the atmosphere was at right temperature! So boys n girls, ladies and gentlemen do visit this place.

The restaurant itself was quite nice — clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the food was a letdown. The taste and quality didn’t match the pricing at all. For what we paid, we expected much better. Overall, it felt overpriced for the kind of meals they served.

Really did myself a favour with this one. The decor is cool, the vibes are chill and the food is finger-licking good. 15/10 would recommend the Falafel and Hummus- the Falafel was crunchy and herby while the hummus was deliciously creamy. Even though the potato wedges were a side with the Hummus Tomato Sandwiches, it definitely stood out. VegaNation changed my mind about vegan food, truth be told. Everything is ethically sourced, it's good for the earth AND the body, it all tastes great and the bill was surprisingly not heavy on the pocket at all. Special mention: the sax and piano instrumentals that were being played on the stereo- very chic, very ambient. Only 👎 would be the staff. Her vibes were definitely not immaculate.

Ambience is very good along with live music. 5/5 Quality of food is good and price is a bit on the higher side. 4/5 I had visited on a Valentine's day too and the place so beautifully decorated and i had ordered the following items, 1. Pizza Panipuri 3/5. Found nothing special. Just regular panipuri but overpriced. 2. Lasagna 4/5. Must try for everybody. 3. Chocotini 4/5. Loved it. Very creamy and tasty. One is the restaurant part which is dark means dimed light and the other is the balcony section. They have three menus available and those are: Food menu, Beverage menu and Bar menu. I tried their Food menu :- Murgh Afgani Kebab Chicken pepperoni pizza Chicken Schezwan Noodles Beverage maneu:- Passionate magerita Half-full special mocktail No doubt, their foods and beverages are simply amazing.. my personal favourite pizza and kebabs, they are just so good!!! We had gone for lunch and had ordered Sweet Lime soda and Passion Fruit mojito, Drums of Heaven, Hakka Chilli Chicken and Mushroom Fried Rice (chicken). Some of the starters weren't available, especially chicken wings items. And also beverage is limited. Although the food was tasty, it wasn't spicy as I had requested it to be. The drums were doused in honey, which wasn't mentioned in the menu. It was just so sweet. Not a fan of sweet chicken. The chilli chicken tasted good, but would have been better if it was spicy. The mushroom chicken fried rice felt like a rip-off. The quantity is just enough for 1 person. Not a shareable dish. Also the amount of chicken was extremely negligible. Didn't feel like a chicken fried rice. There's nothing special about the atmosphere, pretty standard place. Service was adequate. Ok for a quick bite if you are in the vicinity. Or if you want a no-frill place with decent food at somewhat decent prices, which won't take much time to prepare.

We wanted to have authentic Chinese food and in Siliguri this is one of the best places to have it. We found the ambience quiet and comfortable, where one can enjoy their meal. And also the service was good. And about the taste of the food it was outstanding. It satisfied our cravings perfectly. We had Mei foon noodles, hakka chilli chicken and fried wontons. Everything was delicious. We tried mei foon first time and we liked it very much. The quantity was enough according to the price. We loved the place 🙌

I generally do not sit down to write reviews for restaurants but this is an exception. The food here was so good that although the restaurant it located close to 20kms away from my home and does not deliver to my location I drove back immediately the day after my first visit in peak monday sevok road traffic for that wholesome goodness. Additionally the staff are so nice and polite that it just elevates the experience altogether.

My wife and i come here often, and it's consistently been a good experience. The food is clean and well prepared, and you can request the waiter to have the meal prepared with less oil or spice a per your requirement, and the service is polite and helpful. Since we generally eat early, we usually come when the restaurant is not crowded, so we've never really had to wait, however we have noticed that the place folks up during regular mealtimes esp on holidays, but there are chairs where you can wait for tables to empty. Card and online payment is available and convenient.

It is a brilliant place for vegetarians and the number of food options is great. Dosa and soya chaap are my favourites.

Being a new building, there are some inconvenient issues, such as poor parking, lower floors still under construction, as well as the lift not being completed. I am hoping the issues are short-term.

Personally I think that the some dishes like ttokbokki and fried chicken were on sweeter side. Apart from that I had pancakes, ramen and kimbap. Very nice. Their kimchi is very tasty. And coffee is great too.

Bottoms up is a restopub which is located in PLANET mall, where you can hang out with your friends and with your loved ones. Ambience was on point. Now coming to the taste of food which was served to us was quite good and delicious but the services which was provided by them to us was not up to the mark. They need to improve their services. Otherwise everything was quite OKAY!

They are moving currently, either to city centre or Ashram Para,we were told. if they maintain the quality, I'll say it'll be a good option for a pocket-friendly outing.

This place must definitely have seen better days though the food quality and quantity was good. Moderately priced, the decor seemed shabby and in need of a revamp. Good to go for a quick cheap lunch though they don't provide soup with momo.

I was eager to try something new as i always preferred ladoo gopal which is another fast food outlet next door to food court..but the experience in food court turned out to be horrible..me and my wife were served with strange taste over spiced food during breakfast which was stale and smelling bad..on enquiry i was informed by the floor manager that it was hot outside so food may have gone bad..no applogies were made to us..and we did pay in full and left the place..the staff are least concerned that customer is in..so my suggestion would be opt for ladoo gopal atleast you will get fresh food for what you are paying..food court has placed a guy outside the building who will greet customers and persuade you to try their restaurant..stay clear and head directly to ladoo gopal..

Food was ordinary.. They understand that their customers are flying customers who might not visit again, hence the serve accordingly. Food portion are also less.

Everyone is professional and well behaved, gave it 5/5. Interior design is good. I personally felt that the foods were overpriced. It was a normal day, only two groups were there including us, was expecting better quality as per the price, in siliguri. They also have a Bar Menu, as of now they are not having permanent bar license, so they are facing some issue with it, so it wasn't served. Food was really good, Me and my father visited there, we thought at first this might go out of budget but sincerely our server Sital recommended us maharaja thali which was really fulfilling and it was worthy, the songs which were being played were completely enlightening the atmosphere. If you are new at Siliguri it is worth the visit and definitely locals are very known with it!

It really feels that their service game is very very bad. Found a hair in my food and the waiter was so defensive about it, as if it happens everyday. If the owner thinks that this is normal, which seems to be from what I could make from the demeanour, its really surprising to see the results The service was worse than almost all places I visited in the last year, all over the world, was simply surprised to find it in my hometown, which has such amazing establishments

Place is amazing in all ways. Waitress: Pandimit attended me and she was so good and served us very well , served us with all our demands and requirements. Would like to attend the place again and receive service from Pandimit.

Quality food in best affordable price. Crispy Chilli Babycorn is a good to go option in starters but goes too dry if taken without any beverage. Soya Chaap isn't good.

Liked their food so much. Tried rice idly, pizza dosa, cold coffee, mojito All the dishes were subtle. The idly with samber and chutney was delicious. The best was the pizza dosa, one of the best I ever had. The cold coffee was way better than the one you get in coffee shop. Majito was decent. Super food, very affordable cost, clean and good service. Small place at the basement. Absolutely recommend for veg cuisines. I want to try more their. Happy eating.

Darshan Bade kam Chote wala feeling aya, we ordered gravy noodles though it wasn't in menu,if they can't prepare it they should tell us, they served simple noodles swimming on hot water(not soup it was) , though the other option was good, ambience is ok.

They made him wait for 1 hour for food and people coming after him got their orders...Very disappointing and very poor staff behaviour. You people have been blinded so much about money and business that you forgot staff behaviour and service importance. Service has detoriated a lot... We come here because we are old customers. I first visited this place in 2007, and the place is still as good as it was back then. The veg jaipuri is the best item imo. Kashmiri dum aloo is not upto the mark. The ambience is still good and really crowded by 8pm.

A wonderful place for vegetarian cuisine — the food is delicious and the ambience is pleasant. It can get a bit crowded during the festive season, and parking space is quite limited, but the quality of the food makes it well worth the visit.

If you are looking for a vegetarian restaurant in medium cost you definitely visit Sagar restaurant. Food quality is really good, I tried fried rice and Manchurian combo was really delicious and sweet lassi which was just average. But staff behaviour was not satisfactory, there were two or three staffs at that time when I entered but none of them even ask me to seat or anything. And one more thing wash room is at the back side of the restaurant and it's very small.
