We spent a wonderful 9 nights at the hotel. Check-in was quick and smooth, and we were warmly welcomed with smiles by three young ladies at the reception. We stayed in a spacious, newly renovated beachfront bungalow (number 106). Unfortunately, its location was the least ideal, as every guest heading to the beach passed directly in front of our terrace, offering no privacy. In the mornings, the loud shouting of Russian guests and the gardener spraying them with a garden hose was very disturbing. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring bungalow’s shower was deafening — it was quite annoying to be woken up at 6:30 AM when the guests next door started showering. Luckily, this only happened during the last two days of our stay. The weakest point of the hotel was the breakfast service staff. The older ladies were particularly rude and dismissive, while the younger staff seemed more focused on their phones than on greeting guests with a simple "Good morning" or offering a smile. Overall, while the hotel's facilities and room quality were good, the attitude of the breakfast staff significantly impacted our experience.The check-out process was very slow and cumbersome. An older gentleman was at the reception and struggled with the administrative tasks. After some time, he informed us that we needed to pay for drinks we hadn’t consumed. After multiple checks and clarifications, we finally managed to check out. It felt a bit unprofessional, especially for a four-star hotel. The dinner at the hotel was of poor quality, and the BBQ dinner felt like a bit of a rip-off, despite the live music. The spa prices were unreasonably high. On a positive note, the hotel is located in a beautifully maintained garden. The staff, including the housekeeping, gardeners, and porters, were hardworking and exceptionally kind. Towels were replaced at any time and always smelled wonderful. Overall, while the hotel's facilities and room quality were good, the attitude of the breakfast staff significantly impacted our experience. The hotel offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The beach is just a short walk away, and it’s a great spot to unwind and enjoy the view. The pool area is well-maintained, and the sunbeds are always available, offering a perfect spot to spend your day. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the local area, with plenty of attractions nearby. Additionally, the hotel’s attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and overall service is impressive.The free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property, which was very convenient. Overall, it is a very pleasant four-star hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights in an Indochine room in early June. We had a great time at Bamboo Village Beach Resort. We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. We were well looked after by all staff and Tam made sure our stay was comfortable. Our room was very large and cool. Breakfast was varied every day. We very much enjoyed the beach BBQ on Saturday night and the band was very entertaining. The gardens were immaculate and very mature. Facilities catered for families and adults who want some quiet time as well. The location was fantastic, many good places to eat near the resort. The beach is more for surfing. The beach chairs were lovely. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back one day!

We have been coming to this resort for over 10 years to recharge before returning back to our activities in Europe. The hotel restaurant is excellent, with beach service, which is very convenient if you want to fully enjoy the beach. An important point for notice: Vietnamese dishes are often served with plenty of herbs, and we have never gotten sick because they are properly washed with clean water—something that is not always the case in some restaurants. A big and special thank you to Mrs. Houng for her attentive and cheerful service, 10 out of 10 for her customer sense.

Although the food selection was good, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming. Many appeared unfriendly or indifferent, especially in the morning. Some even lingered around the buffet counters, which felt uncomfortable for guests trying to get their food. Overall, the resort is a solid choice for families looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. With some improvements in restaurant service, it could offer an even better experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bamboo Village Beach Resort and SPA, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with lush gardens and a serene atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The spa treatments were heavenly, offering the perfect escape for relaxation, I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! Nothing was too much trouble special mention to TAM , who was very attentive and made sure we where very comfortable.

Nice beach resort, but crazy with mosquitoes. Some improvements are needed: rooms, mosquitoes, swimming pool is just for kids, even big pool is not deep enough for swimmers! Staffs are nice and kind, they are really helpful.

Hotel was very nice, cozy, and clean. The breakfast was excellent—the coffee tasted great, and I especially enjoyed the passion fruit and the chicken noodles with lots of mint. The best part was the kindness of the hotel staff. Special thanks to TAM and everyone else at the front desk for kindly calling the limousine bus company and arranging for the bus to stop at the hotel. I couldn’t have done it myself, as I don’t speak Vietnamese and didn’t even know that was an option in the first place.

This is the Place, where an excellent holiday lives - in the hotel The Cliff. Service is brilliant, all details are taken into account: money exchange, customer services speak English/ Russian. Location: it’s 10 times better to live in the Cliff rather then on seaside (Bo Ke). Relax and nature, less noise & small distance to Phan Tiet and Mui Ne (Fishing Village). Taxi is cheap, can take bicycle for free. Food: breakfast includes local Viet cuisine and international dishes. Restaurant Vista has stolen my heart. Also available pool bar, and on the beach another option to eat. SPA is like another level of relax, so highly recommended. Try and you’ll never stop. Weather conditions and sea: in 2nd half of Sept windy, but swim in the sea. Few short rains , but mostly during nights. Come back next season for sure!

We experienced the true Vietnamese hospitality when they not only told us what they have understood l but also researched a lot about Indian food and prepared a special option for us .. Our family enjoyed the 3-day-2-night holiday at The Cliff!!! The staffs are so friendly which makes us feel like home 🌈😍 There are many activities for kids!!! It takes 10 minutes to travel to the downtown with variety of good restaurants by grab/ taxi 💪🏼

A pretty pleasant experience staying here — the bar, beach, and private pool were great, with lots of greenery around. The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was also delicious and hygienic. I’ll come back if I visit Phan Thiet again.

One of the most healing and memorable resort experiences I’ve ever had — truly a perfect escape after a long stretch of work and study 🐚 I stayed here with a friend during our trip to Phan Thiet, and everything exceeded our expectations. I don’t think the room meets the standard of a 5-star resort: The layout is poorly designed. The room is spacious, but the toilet is integrated into the bathroom, awkwardly positioned between the sink and the shower. This is really inconvenient, especially given the amount of space available. There is no vanity stand with a mirror in the room, which makes it really less pratical. If you stay on the ground floor at the front of the resort, it is anything but a 5-star experience. Instead of peace and quiet, you constantly hear street vendors calling, vehicles arriving and parking near the room, and even feel the vibrations. This was the worst part of my stay, as my sleep was disturbed every night by all this street noise. That said, the resort itself has lots of trees, and the outdoor areas are lovely, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The service and staff are very nice and helpful, which I truly appreciated.

Anantara Resort is truly beautiful, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The atmosphere feels close to nature, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the private beach, which made the stay feel more exclusive and relaxing. The only small downside is that the gym equipment is a bit outdated, but apart from that, everything else was excellent.

One of the best resorts I have stayed in Vietnam. The customer service from staff is outstanding, they make you feel special. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in any hotel/resort in terms of range and quality. The rooms can be improved by a renovation but quite okay as they are. The only improvement I would recommend is the doors are not sound proof thus if people are noisy in the corridor they can easily be heard. The corridor is all highly reflective surfaces thus sound gets amplified.

Lovely resort, the layout is beautiful and kept very well clean. My lil one had fun at the kids club. The rooms and beds are spacious. The drinks by the pool were good and a great spacious pool. The beach is also very clean and lovely to walk down. Would stay again and recommend others.

My family stayed at this hotel last weekend, and it was our second time returning. Once again, we were impressed by the excellent service and well-maintained facilities. I enjoyed the shower the most and the room is spacious. The resort is beautiful. I love how they grow dragon fruit at the main entrance which is very eye catching and it’s also a symbol of Phan Thiết/Mũi Né. The pool is also very nice compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast is also very good. However, I wish they provided coconut instead of extra charge for 100k VND for such a small one. Chị Bé, the manager and the staffs are very nice. I would love to stay here again.

My wife and I have now stayed a couple of times for a week each time. Upon arrival very friendly and helpful staff making arrival and check in easy and pleasant. The atmosphere is peaceful and soothing, with the dark wood, the greenery all around. The rooms are fantastic and with everything you will need to relax and enjoy. The entire resort is beautifully landscaped and cared for. The restaurants are fantastic with excellent food and service. The beach is clean and well kept with pleasant walk way to enjoy. The resort has two beautiful pools with incredible views of the ocean. We enjoy the pure relaxation and peacefulness all around.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Mui Ne and had another fantastic experience. After our first visit, it quickly became our go-to spot for family getaways. The kids absolutely love the kids club-it’s always a highlight of their trip! I’d especially like to mention Miss Thanh, who I believe is new here. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, especially with the children. Her warm and friendly attitude made us feel very welcome, and she went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our preference is the family sea view villa, which is spacious and offers beautiful views of the ocean. It’s the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Had such a great stay at this hotel. The location is amazing—right across from the beach, so I could walk over any time. My room was spacious, very clean, and had a comfy bed with lots of pillows. I really appreciated the little touches like complimentary water and a mini fridge. The staff were fantastic, always greeting me with a smile and quick to help with any questions. The pool area was lovely and never too crowded, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, from fresh fruit to hot dishes. Overall, it felt like a great mix of comfort and convenience. I’d absolutely come back next time I’m in the area!

What a nice place to stay! We are on a 25 days tour in Vietnam, and this is by far the best place to stay during this tour. Great rooms, actually not rooms but houses! We loved the house, the food and do not forget the service. Great service, all was perfect. I have a gluten allergy, and I had no issues here. So gluten-free is no problem here. We were here for 3 days and I loved it. (And I am sure you will too!!)

I went to this place to retreat from the stressful city life. I found again my balance, and improve my mood, while having wonderful moments with my family. So my rating would be subjective. Room was good, 71-meter-square was a little too large for two, but the privacy was always guaranteed. You don't have luxury to open wide your window at night, lest tropical insects invade your home. Staffs was friendly, and one was good at makibg Cuba Libre. The lication is ideal for visiting other places if you have motorcycle, which could be rent with an acceptable fee.

One of the best experience I have ever had recently. Firstly, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. There is only one thing I was not pleased that there were only 2 pairs of shoe in my room while I booked it for 3 person. However, this is minor. Secondly, the room was great, I book an ocean view room which has an astonishing view to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the restroom is good with bathtub. Thirdly, the food was good. The resort provides around 20-30 dishes covering a mixed western and eastern style. The variety is not that great but the food quality is good. I am not a picky person so the food is 7-8/10 for me. Finally, the most important and significant feature for me is the beach which is just stunning. Please take a look at my pics. They are raw pictures without corrections. I would spend my whole week by just lying on this beach. It is not only beautiful but peaceful. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants to take a break from work or to spend time with family. You will have a great time here.

A great place for RnR - Location: accessible by car, has a big plot of land, pool, big white sand beach. The bungalows are not too far from each other. The walk from the room to the beach is quite convenient. The place has various amenities. - Room: very nice and bang for the buck - Service is decent, don’t have much to say.

Well. Usually I am very loyal but this weekend brought really angry feelings for me. We booked quite expensive villa near the sea and for some reason the administration did not aware us they plan to have a company party at Saturday and some kind of noisy event at Sunday. Music was really loud, with DJ and drunk people, so first event finished at 10 pm. And surprising next one started about 8 am next day. Guest threw garbage, used our tables, used pool and everything was really annoying. And we stayed with 3.5 years old kid, so this made things even complicated. Also this affected to buffet, so there was not enough food (we tried evening bbq seafood buffet, it was just empty). That’s awful experience. The administration must consider to not mix parties and resort experience, because when I am going to closed resort I expect some rest.

I had really good memories with my family. People are so nice and can exchange money at reception. Nice atmosphere and nice service I would recommend to my friends and will com back again.

Wonderful Resort, slightly older style but still great with good facilities, pool and private beach. Excellent location not too busy or crowded like mui ne area, close enough to Phan Thiet town, all staff are friendly and buffet breakfast is good. highly recommend the family villa. Also a big thank you to the staff for organising a birthday cake at breakfast time for my son.

OMG!!!!!! Heaven on earth. I have never seen or been to a resort that will rival this….. Beautiful and unbelievable staff, the friendliest team of people I have ever encountered. The Beach view villa is just divine nothing more relaxing than sitting in the veranda and watching the ocean and my thoughts drifting away. Words do not do the Phu Hai resort justice. So many things to mention that I will need a whole day sharing my thoughts. Phu Hai team I can’t thank you enough for the warm and beautiful service I have received.

Best resort experience ive had in Mui Ne !! Staffs were extremely attentive, caring, and helpful. Amazing service i felt very welcomed. Rooms smelt so nice and the decorations were outstanding, it felt very tropical and homey and so unique. I spent the whole day chilling on the day beds near the pool and the beach and it was a great getaway that i needed. Absolutely recommended! I love the mushroom sandwich that they have as well, their cocktails are nice too.

On April 3rd, we visited the café at this location. Regarding the ambiance, the place offers a spacious and airy view near the sea, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The quality of the coffee was average, but given the beautiful scenery, it was an acceptable trade-off. Regarding the service, upon entering, we were informed that we could not use the seating area near the pool, which we fully respected as we only came to enjoy our coffee. However, when we wanted to take some photos to capture the moment, we received an unwelcoming response from the staff, stating that photography was not allowed due to other guests being present. Despite being paying customers, we found it surprisingly difficult to take even a single picture, and the staff’s unprofessional attitude further diminished our overall experience. Initially, we had considered this place as a potential destination for our upcoming vacation. However, after this experience, we will need to reconsider. If the business strategy prioritizes only resort guests while overlooking walk-in customers, this may not be the most sustainable approach in the long run.

Heaven on Earth. Really. Everything is beautiful, natural, peaceful and friendly. The team is amazingly pro. They anticipate every needs before you say a word. I feel soooooo good and recharged when we go to Sailing Club. Since 2017. Always in barefoot. I don't need shoes. Just my swimsuit. The resort provide the rest. 🧘‍♀️

Beach is fantastic, rooms are lovely, breakfast is great. Plenty of loungers on the beach if the pool is full. Great spot for watching the kite surfers. Would definitely return. The south African manager was super helpful and really nice guy!

This used to be a nice place. However we have not been treated well today by the resort new policy. If you not staying in the resort, it’s not a good choice to just come for their restaurant.

Absolutely stunning resort!!! Would definitely go back! One thing that wasn’t listed in the description was the BATHROOM you will get! Honestly stunning, outside stone bath tub with greenery around, little steps leading to the tub, you can also shower there, honestly beautiful and worth every penny! Thank you to all the staff there who were extremely welcoming and provided us with the most relaxing and amazing time. Refreshments in your room will be replaced daily with water, fizzy drinks, tea, biscuits, lollipops, crisps, dried fruit snacks and in the evening the staff clean up your room, leave a little note on the bed with a coconut biscuit! It’s the little things! Would highly recommend, 10/10 <3

Lovely hotel. Very good value when booked for Monday and Tuesday. Very thoughtful additions like free biscuits left in your room in the evening, very well maintained resort. Free yoga was excellent thank you Vinh. We also loved the free bikes. Probably the best and cleanest resort in the area.

I am a Vietnamese, have just experienced here during a company trip. This is my 2nd time I have been here, the 1st one is about 5 years ago. My comments are here for your reference: - excellent for both personal or company trip. Peaceful, convenient and always be supported - the beach here is exclusively good 🌊🍀 - room and decor: a little bit old decor, yet convenient enough, clean - staffs: all of them are friendly and supportive. I forgot my stuffs and they even proactively ask me for help, send back to HCMC for me - foods and drinks: okay - you’ll love: free yoga class near the beach, on the grass; a walk around the beautiful beach here, free drinks and snacks at mini bar 😘 💪 what I wish they would improve: please provide mini electric car (mini bus, buggy) so that the elderly or people with limit of walking could easily commute among the big resort, especially for whom stay quite far to the beach I would take my parents here if they could provide buggy service soon 🍀🌊 Anyway, Highly recommend this resort.

Came here with my family for a short getaway. Was greeted by the staff and a refreshing drink. Staff was kind enough for me to do an early checkin & a late checkout because I have a baby with me. Room was clean. Location was great. The resort was a mix of enough tranquility, great pool-beach access, and still have fun element such as live singing bands. Food was decent. Facility seems very well maintained. The only bad thing is spotty wifi in rooms. But it was a holiday for me so I didn't need wifi. I would definitely come back.

My husband and I spent 3 days and 2 nights here and honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. The one-star reviews are misleading; they stem from a past scandal involving a “KOL” and have nothing to do with the quality of the rooms and service at this resort. I booked two rooms for my friends and me to enjoy a weekend getaway from Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms are very comfortable, featuring large beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The resort also has two swimming pools, and the breakfast buffet offers great value. I will definitely come back here.

I came here seeking some peace in paradise. With so many choices in the area I booked just two days, due to the low guest ratings. I came to discover that the low ratings were caused by some loser influencer, in an effort to hurt this property and the many kind people who work here. Me& the wife make a booking online and fully paid but upon arrive for checking in they boost the prices up the reception explains this n that then blablahblah trying to make us pay more and I did how ever my wife wasn’t happy, big mistake after staying at this 5* resort service was bad staff just keep giving us this evils look feel very uncomfortable then the wife& I decided to leave we will never ever coming back here

I had the most amazing experience here, the bungalow was clean, spacious, and a comfortable king bed. AC, internet all working fine. Clean pools and a private beach. Definitely worth the experience.

When you book the room, you think all rooms are across the beach. But it’s not like that. They will give you a room too far on the other side of the street, and you must go across the street be going to the beach. You must pay a lot of money to move to the other side. They will never say that on the description.

When checking in, the number of towels was not handed over, and the cleaning service after the first day was unclear about how many towels were taken away? We did not take the towels out of the room, nor did we bring them back, and were charged 50k for a lost towel. When asking the receptionist again about the situation where the cleaning service could take 1 extra towel and compensate for 1 towel because our room was a room for 2 guests with 1 additional guest, the receptionist could not give a convincing answer and did not understand the process.

I had a bit of a rocky start at Saigon Mui Ne Resort due to a mix-up with my Agoda booking—the room I reserved online turned out to be a different one when I arrived. It took over an hour to sort things out, but thankfully the sales manager was very helpful and handled the situation professionally. Once that was resolved, everything else was great. The resort is clean, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful, with lush gardens and a relaxing beach vibe. Despite the hiccup at check-in, I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again!

Terrible experience with Booking.com! I booked a room at Saigon Mui Ne Resort on May 16, 2025 (Confirmation No. 43469064559022677). The booking was canceled by Booking.com after charging my account. I was promised a refund within 7–12 days — no refund came. I contacted their Vietnam support team multiple times. They kept promising but never delivered. One agent even said I would receive my refund on June 3, 2025. It's now well past that date, and still no refund. Extremely disappointed with the service and false promises. Be careful using Booking.com! If something goes wrong, you’ll be stuck in an endless loop of fake reassurances.

Had an amazing family holiday here! Seen some bad reviews that put us off but when we got here we’ve had the best 2 weeks and we have enjoyed it that much we are booked to come back in April 2026.

Room was nice and clean. But the location was on the other side of the resort, away from the pool and beach.

Cham Villas is a wonderful resort, not too many rooms to feel crowded but beautiful gardens and beach access. The ocean is super close, was a little rough to swim in but luckily there is a big pool. The staff was great with our toddler and kindly moved a crib for us to a different rooms that better suited our needs. We had three rooms all clustered together so we all had privacy but weren't too far away. Excellent wifi service, and comfortable rooms. The rooms haven't been updated in awhile like the lightswitches and stuff are a bit old but super clean and seem well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful, so many good choices and all were very delicious. There are also many restaurants just across the street if you want more variety, and the town of Mui Ne is a quick 10-15 min taxi ride if you want to venture out. We explored the Fairy Stream and some dunes while we were there. We would definitely come back! Probably won't anytime soon since it's quite a long trip but if you're thinking of staying in this area, I highly recommend.

One of my favourite places in Phan Thiet. The resort has been there for years but it’s been well maintained, very tranquil and clean. There were not a lot of food at breakfast but it was prepared kind of very cute. The staff was friendly and well trained for their job. I usually stay there when I am in Mui Ne.

We spent 3 days in Cham Villas and it was just amazing. The location is simply beautiful, the staff super welcoming with a high standard of hospitality and friendliness. Breakfast, cleanness, service etc. are of course on high standard. The private beach is well maintained and even the resort is close to the main road with many shops and restaurants, Cham Villas is a little paradise. I definitely recommend this resort to my family and friends.

Cham Villas is a true gem. We travel a lot, and this is definitely one of our favorite places to stay. The bungalows and grounds are exceptional, the service is outstanding, and the location right on the beach can't be beat. In addition, the food is delicious, including the breakfast buffet, and the complimentary ice cream from 2:00 to 3:00 every day is an added touch. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Phan Thiet/Mui Ne, Cham Villas is an excellent choice!

Is a great resort place to spend time with families. Beautiful beach and facilities by the resort. Great service by the staff. They are helpful and friendly. My wife accidentally drop and lost her gold jewelry bracelet at their cafeteria restaurant during her breakfast time. The hotel staff help us to retrieve it back and we managed to claim it back without any worries. We really appreciate the help, honesty and professionalism from the hotel management. The best resort i ever stayed.

The resort is nice , it’s under renovation & upgrading the reception area which is very nice, I loved the infinity pool by the beach & Big, very pretty , I loved swimming so it was perfect , breakfast was really good made on the spot hot & crunchy banh xeo which was the best I’ve had so far, beef noodle soup was so good , the broth was tasty bonus all the fresh herbs and lettuce , could have more variety of fresh fruits, but I was stuffed 😜😜😜😜😋😋😋😋

I give 5 stars. But I dont recommend this resort to you. I have booked via Agoda room named: Deluxe Pool View Double Room. After finish booking, I contact the resort via the number in Agoda. Then I connect with ms Lan. Ms. Lan told me that she received Deluxe room (lower level vs the room I booked). And she will not help me to connect and fix with agoda, I need to do myself. And answer agoda is her help, not her duty. With this lowest quality of customer service, I recommend the resort to change their staff. Next: I connect Agoda to feedback and you can see in the picture: they can not connect to ms Lan :) Because I come there with my friend then I can not cancel. I accept to use the lower room type to avoid ruin the vacation of whole team. After the 1st night, I come to the buffet zone, I met Ms Thịnh (maybe manager of CS). I told her about my booking and disappointed. And she said sorry to me, then she upgrade my room for 2nd night. She had save this review to avoid 1 star rating. Another review: Checkin zone: Crowed. And messy. Electric car service: End from 22pm. You have to walk after that. Pool: good, but they dont open jacuzzi for me. I dont know why. Buffet: so far so good. Room: 8212: standard room - small - air conditioner is not good. Water can not go out in the bathroom. Really bad. Room opposite the buffet zone: good. But the cleaning team is not well trained. I found a Cockroach in the room. (Video below).

Le Viva resort is amazing in so many ways. They are located at a quieter area but still central to all activities and tourist spots. The landscape is well maintained and the pools are clean. The Beachfront room is spacious, airy and luxurious. The food and buffet are to die for, so authentic, tasty and price is reasonable. Their staff are always responsive, quick and friendly. I highly recommend the resort for nice and relaxing holidays. We definitely will go back and stay for longer next time.

Nice resort with 2 large swimming pools and a small water park for kids. Stunning sunset view from the beach during March. Rooms are fine. Breakfast is average, very crowded at the weekend. Closed to a lot of things in Mui Ne. Spacious parking area. Overall it's worth the value.

Please don't ever book your stay at this resort if you don't want to ruin your vacation. Reached by a review video on TikTok featuring their "infinity pool" and a corner of the room. Trusted and booked on booking.com. This resort starred themselve as 4 stars with 8.7 average review which is not bad at all. Arrived at 12:30, the check-in counter was a mess. Not even call it the lobby or reception because it is not, just a temporary room with messy counter and tables. Was told to stay at the restaurant while waiting for the room ready. I mentioned, emphasized, reminded the receptionist multiple times that I'm travelling with a baby so might need a room for the baby to sleep after a 3-hour trip. We waited until 13:36 the room was ready. The receptionist called and told me that there would be a golf cart coming to pick us up. Waited for 20 mins no one came though noticed 3-4 carts kept passing by the restaurant. I managed to catch one after walking myself to the reception. We checked in the room was terrible. Far worse than what you can find online. Terribly old furniture with moldish kinda old weird smell. Very bad maintenance and messy setup. With that standard it is not even worth 3 stars rating. You can clearly hear people talking outside or in the room next door. There are a few constructions around so you can feel the dust. Please please please, I'm honest, you shouldn't stay at this place! My family decided to check-out after our breakfast since couldn't stand this scam, lying and cheated kind of business

We stay in a bungalow and the staff, the room and the service are totally fine from the time we arrive at the lobby. However, the check out procedure was pretty time-consuming not because of neither the policy nor the staff, actually there was a noisy family losing their room’s facilities and they messed everything up. It could have been better and helped me save more time if there was someone allocated to help me check out. Plus there were so many people gather at my bungalow taking photos where it must have been a private space for us (as a couple). This is the only point disappointing me

Stayed here for 3 nights in an executive suite (room 508), and overall it was a very good experience. The staff were excellent – very welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made the stay feel warm and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights: lots of variety (Vietnamese, Japanese, Western options, desserts, donuts) and the menu changed daily, so it never felt repetitive. Definitely a strong point. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a nice front yard. However, I did feel it lacked privacy since the yard opened directly to a main resort pathway without any bushes or barriers, making it a bit exposed when curtains were open. The bathroom could also use more hangers for towels and clothes. Cleanliness was okay, but we did encounter two cockroaches during the stay – staff handled it quickly, though it was still a letdown. Facilities and activities were great: the pool had warm water (amazing for swimming any time of day), the beach was clean and quiet with lifeguards present, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and relaxing. The only other minor issue was some noise from the suite above whenever furniture was moved. One thing worth noting: the resort is about a 30–40 minute drive from the city center. I personally didn’t mind since I was there to relax, but if you plan to spend a lot of time exploring the city, the distance might be something to consider.

Great resorts, rooms were spaces, clean, comfortable beds and high quality sheets and pillows. Quiet (super important to us), great balcony and view of the ocean. We booked half-board and found their kitchen to be quite capable at making good Vietnamese home cook meals, we would book full-board next time as they offer several different set menus for Vietnamese and Western food. I prefer Vietnamese food as they were much better in my opinion. Spa was great and accommodating. My son forgot his childhood stuff animal at the hotel. We called the hotel and they were able to find it, arranged shipment and had it shipped to our hotel in Hanoi overnight for us. This meant so much to us. Would absolutely stay here again and would stay for much longer. Super relaxing.

I recently stayed at a Radisson resort and had mixed feelings about the experience. The staff were genuinely kind, patient, and tried their best to assist us, and the breakfast was quite good. However, the main issue was with the hot water — there wasn’t any when we tried to shower around 7 PM. The team spent almost two hours trying to fix it, but even afterward, the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. For a hotel charging around USD 120 per night, I found this quite disappointing. In addition, several areas of the resort were still under maintenance, which made the overall experience feel below Radisson’s usual standards. While I truly appreciate the staff’s effort and friendliness, the hardware and maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The child fell into the water and was saved at an incredible speed. We couldn't respond like experts at the moment of the accident. The Lifeguard team checked his condition even after the child was rescued. Thanks to your quick rescue, the child returned home safely and still loves to play in the water. Thank you to the Lifeguard team. Especially, I want to thank POAN. I will also try to help the Vietnamese in Korea. I hope you guys are always healthy and happy!!

We staid 8 nights in July mainly to play Golf in Close Novaworld Golf course. The Hotel is very nice and in good maintenance, the sevice is really nice and helping. Breakfast is good with reasonable choices. we had executive Suite which was very nice but close to an outside restaurant which was bit noisy but ok. The area and Garden, gym and Spa are all in very good shape according what you could expect from a 4 Star hotel. The beach is nice a relativ clean. So far so good, nevertheless there is some minus that would stop us from booking back again. Every afternoon within minutes the pool was flooded with many many kids and there parents. Some of those people also did not have good manners like normal guest in 4 Star hotel. Loud shouting, crying, jumping, splashing with waterguns etc. It felt like a public waterpark for kids and not like a cozy hotel pool. So no relax after a nice round of Golf. For us a show stopper. Other problem is that the next ATM is 12 km away in Pan Thiet city, the hotel only accepted US$ and € for cash exchange. That made life bit difficult because expected to use ATM or change CHF. Nearby are some nice Restaurants with focus to Seafood. Unfortunately very little choices of no Seafood meals and often we heard „No have beef… no have Burger“ …. Summary nice Hotel like a small paradise Island in the middle of a huge Building area project, less infrastructure around and pool area not limited to hotel guest.

Was there 12 months ago and now again. Quality has gone down a lot, staff don’t speak English, food and drink quality below average, linens stained and washed in scented detergent. Construction next door. The pool still clean and nice. Overall, this place changed a lot from high end to very average now.

Absolutely beautiful location with a beautiful view down to the beach, sun was out but be sure to wear sunscreen because we got 🔥 easy to get grab and there’s some fun exciting things near - Pineapple Beach Bar and Pit Stop Food Court - highly recommended, the resort and staff are amazing!

Wonderful resort on the Pacific Ocean's shores. The pool, garden, quiet ambience make for a little haven. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, made locally. This place is truly a gem. The resort is beautiful, immersed in the nature with beautiful plants and flowers. The pool is fantastic, facing the beach. Every detail is well thought, the restaurant is very nice and the staff is so friendly and kind! They really look after you. The view and the whole scenery is just so relaxing and beautiful. I have not checked the surroundings (the beach isn’t the best to be honest but I stayed at the pool). The rooms are also very spacious and clean. Perfect!

Perfect to me! Rooms are clean, staffs are friendly and professional, the beach is private and clean as well. The only minus point would be location, it is quite far from city, so any travel to city would take ~30 minutes. But if you don’t have any reason to go to the city, this resort is perfect for a short trip to Phan Thiet.

This place was heaven. Everything from room, cleanliness, staff, food, drinks, pool, beach, bathrooms, and the air you breathe was absolutely amazing. We are doing a 3 week vacation to Vietnam from the USA and only had 2 nights booked originally but fell so much in love with our stay we extended it another 2 nights with a total stay of 4 nights I never wanted to end. If we were not exploring this amazing country we would have gladly stayed here for much longer. Their inclusive breakfast, and inclusive afternoon tea was just icing on the cake. Still speechless and so sad to go.

Our family of six has been loyal customers of Green Organic for many years, ever since me and my sister were single until we are married to two American citizens. Our parents always take us and our spouses to this villa whenever we visit Phan Thiet, same this time in March 2023. Don't let the negative reviews discourage you to book or re-visit; even after several years away since beginning of Covid pandemic, the villa still gives our family the same hospitable and intimate feelings like the first time. It is conveniently located between Phan Thiet city and Ke Ga cape in a quiet beachfront neighborhood that remains unexploited and free from tourist traps. It is easy to find but if you follow Google maps, the pin is roughly 500m off. It should be right opposite to Veranda Beach resort instead. Local restaurants and the luxury shophouse complex NovaWorld are within short driving distance. Best thing of all? PET FRIENDLYYY! Never have to leave our fluffy friend behind. The booking and resort staff are helpful, friendly and attentive, let us check in 3 hours early with the rooms already cleaned carefully to our request. We stayed in the two-bedroom villa with private pool. The pool is huge, pristine, overlooking "instagram-able" view of the sea. Since this part of town is unexploited, you basically have a private beach to yourself. Master bedroom is spacious, bathrooms are clean, quite roomy, think three people can take shower at the same time. There's also a full size kitchen and queen-size outdoor bed that you can chill with your group. In the morning, breakfast is prepared in the villa for your convenience. In the morning we visit Phan Thiet downtown, Mui Ne sand dunes, Ke Ga lighthouse, etc, in the evening we come back to the villa to hang, at night it is as beautiful as day time. We enjoy our time a lot. Overall, 5/5 would recommend. Oh, they have a one-bedroom villa for couples as well :)

This place was too old,not worth the price.I stayed here many times and nothing change at all,especially the room.By the time,the quality of breakfast getting poor,not many food in the menu is available,few choices.The services was poor too,the room not clean enough and smelly.Every i booked it all the same high price but no TV there.Dog friendly,not worth the price.Anyway,i will not stay or vistit here again!No tea pack,coffee and sugar in the room,the workers said out of stock so they not put it in for us.They gave us rancid fruit,pay for all these services and then got what?The private beach full of trash. The pilows have weird smell also the towel.Never come here again

We stayed in the private villa with pool and it was amazing. The staffs are very helpful and has a projector and an awesome speakers near the pool area with a chilling space. Most importantly, the room service quality is great and inexpensive. I'd be willing to visit here again and again when the virus eases.

The Hotels website looks great and it is on a nice big beach. The hotel has not had any money spent on the villas in years. They are shabby and badly in need of Maintenance. The prices in high season are very expensive the the quality of accommodation. We have stayed in much nicer places in Vietnam for about a 1/3 of the cost. The food is mediocre. All in all not worth the money. The owner says that he is going to spend money on improving the facilities soon. It may be worth going once this has been done, but is doesn't help the people like us who paid a lot of money for a sub standard hotel

The hotel has a nice private beach, lots of trees in the yard which gives you comfort feeling. However, room’s quality was not really good, restroom door has no lock, bad smell from the drain. There was lots of small bug in room such as mosquitos, ants. The restaurant price for drinks are pretty high compare to grade of hotel, a glass of orange juice was cost 99k vnd. Despite the room and price, I think this hotel is a good choice for people seeking for city ecape.

Horrible experience of dreadful customer service Last month, my friend booked a villa room and completed the transaction to confirm the reservation for our trip. Having arranged all the family and work time, we were more than excited about this vacation. Then it was a slap in the face when we received the message from the hotel requesting us to cancel our booking that day and move it to next week for an unacceptable reason that there was a booking for a wedding which required large accommodation. Excuse us? You have no rights to cancel a SUCCESSFUL RESERVATION 1 MONTH AGO even for the Prince's wedding? Please show a convincing point of why we squeezed time for this trip out of our busy schedules just to budge for some stranger's wedding. I think your hotel forgot that every customer should be equally treated: FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! It even took me by surprise that the amount of compensation is 300,000 VND (13 USD) regardless of the loss you caused to us, as if we were begging to stay at your hotel. You offer HOSPITALITY services but all we have experienced is a HOSTILE one! Let's say... my friend is an easy-going and lenient person, so she let this go too easy. But personally I feel deeply damaged about this experience. From now on I will never come back and alert all my friends to stay away from your hotel. Bye Felicia!🤬🤬🤬

The room is big compare to most of other Villas. The service is not very good. The air condition in the room is quite weak, I asked for the blanket but they didn't give it to me. The price is okay. I would to recommend for you rather to book the room directly from their website than on Bookings or Agoda cause the price is cheaper and you can also negotiate the price.

I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The atmosphere was beautiful and the service very attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh dishes. In particular, Ms. Thu took great care of us – she was friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. Her warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. 5* everything! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The rooms were so beautiful and spacious- ours had a little outside seating spot aswell- some had private pools!! Food was great- breakfast buffet was absolutely massive! The facilities were amazing, including the infinity pool which excited me a lot, they had a swim up bar there as-well which was such good fun! The view from the front of the hotel was so beautiful and the staff had great English and were the most helpful we had met. We were sad to have left this beautiful spot!

A very unpleasant stay experience. I booked a room for three adults on Agoda. The platform indicated that the room with one large bed could accommodate three people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that no extra bed was included. The staff told us that the sofa in the room could be used as a bed for the third person, so no extra bed was needed. Since we were staying for three nights and wanted to be more comfortable, we decided to request an extra bed and paid the additional charge immediately. When we entered the room, we realized that although the hotel sold it as a triple room, all the amenities provided were only for two people. After contacting customer service, we were told that the housekeeping staff would bring extra amenities when setting up the extra bed. When the extra bed arrived, we found that it was completely sunken and unstable. We asked if another bed could be added, but were told it was not possible. After trying to sit on it, we felt it was unsafe and unusable. The housekeeping staff could not fix the issue, and the hotel’s customer service was extremely slow and unhelpful. In the end, we had to cancel the extra bed. We expected a pleasant experience staying at a five-star resort, but the entire process was disappointing and completely ruined the mood of our vacation.

where to begin....3 hour wait to check in. Was told they had tried calling us six times to let us know the room was available - a blatant lie as we had no missed calls and checked fhey had taken the right number. Asked for an extra duvet - was told the hotel was full - surely a supposed 5* hotel has some spare supplies? No towels in the bathroom and a long wait for some to be delivered - basic housekeeping!. Breakfast was rammed with most stations empty (see photos) awaiting replenishment. Was told we couldnt avail (pre booked) lunch as we had just checked in, but had checked in the day before - basic Operations! Lunch seemed to offer breakfast leftovers and once again most stations were empty, choice was so limited. The facility is too big, poorly run, operationally inept. A 2* experience at best. There is no beach and the hotel is quite isolated with nothing within walking distance. however, a grab to mui ne central (bo ke) is only about 80k. Everything on site is grossly overpriced and an 'extra'. footnote : Management sent a note and a small plate of fruit in recognition of the multiple issues. While the gesture was appreciated, 50k vnd of fruit as a goodwill gesture was laughable and merely served to further underscore the mindset of profit over guest experience.

It was awful. My family and I stayed here hoping for a peaceful and relaxing holiday but it was not that. It was super busy and crowded. The rooms were unclean there was a cockroach in the fridge!! The service was horrible. Most of the golf carts needed charging, staff sitting around. Dinner was a mess. Kids everywhere, barely any food options and unclean dishes. Overall it was terrible. Would not recommend. My family had to leave a night early, we couldn’t stand it!

Suppose to be a nice experience as our last stop for our 1.5 month vacation however due to a name error the hotel wanted to go through loops and caves to get it resolved. We've contacted them before hand early on to get it done before checking in but they refused and made it more complicated for the customers. After already paying for 2 room upgrades they want to charge for a name change after already checking us in. Due to "policy". Not a great experience with customer service.

Both pools have depths suitable for children. There’s also an outdoor play area for kids. The buffet breakfast is standard with a fairly wide variety of food and decent quality. A big plus is the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere. Recommended for families seeking a relaxing retreat.

High value for money - a lovely getaway for my family! Our family stayed for 2D1N, and our rooms were spacious - much like the entire property - making it a great choice if you enjoy walking and spending quality time with your loved ones. Every detail of the decor felt intentional, and all areas are well-furnished, adding to its charm. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks and personalized messages on the TV screens. The resort is right on the beachfront (though a bit far from the town center), and the beach here is far more beautiful than many others in Mui Ne. There are two pools, both guarded. Breakfast was varied, with plenty of options. The staff were friendly, attentive, and supportive, even helping us when we had issues with jellyfish (it must have been jellyfish season). The spa is also available, but do reserve in advance as demand is high. I wish the soundproofing was better - I stayed on the Ground floor and it got a bit noisy at times. Transportation within the property could be improved too, as calling reception for a buggy and waiting wasn’t always convenient. The entertainment area also felt a bit underwhelming. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay and well worth the price - perfect for a relaxing family escape.

Amazing cocktails by the pool. All with fresh fruit juice. Amazing pool. Amazing gardens with frogs lizards and other animals to look at during day and night. Grounds immaculate. Well priced spa and massages on-site. Great views. $6 taxi ride to a good food court called dong vui food court. Nice afternoon tea with coffee and cakes. Beaches kept clean. Good for a 3 to 4 day stay just for some easy resort living.

A resort that you can really enjoy with peace of mind... breakfast spread with many choices to choose from, staff were polite and attentive. Facilities are good enough, with a large outdoor pool, and surrounded with greeneries, and the seaside is just a stone throw away!! The only minus point, is the location, far from the town, in fact far from everywhere... but, u can book a GRAB, its easy and cheap in cost!

If you go with a small family, you should not book this resort, they only prioritize group guests, looking down on individual guests. The service consultation is not accurate, guests have to go up and down, call the reception many times to get information but in the end still cannot use the service. I went on August 31 and my family had dinner but could not sit in the outdoor area even though I called to book a table early. Other services (with fees) are only advertised and not available. The receptionist did not give me full information, causing me to go back and forth many times between areas but they did not receive me because I had to book in advance, I asked the receptionist but they did not inform me of this in advance. It was a waste of money, time but frustrating. The receptionist was also not happy to meet guests and give advice, maybe because I was an individual guest. We had the Ocean Panorama room, it was really nice, we enjoyed it for two days, we went to the swimming pool and the beach. if I come back, I will stay there again for sure.

Our stay in Phan Thiet was truly wonderful! The hotel staff, especially Cuong, were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel so welcome. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Just overall an great experience. From the soft beds to the amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course the amazing swimming pooI ( I would recommend the cordon bleu for dinner!) an great extra was the service, for example how Phap knew everything about the Dutch football league, it was so funny :)). Definitely worth the visit!

Rooms were a good size. Has excellent facilities - pool, beach access with supervision, towels, air conditioned gym, karaoke, billiard tables etc. Restaurant buffet was well serviced, with special thanks to Lam Linh, Kieu, Tuyet, Trinh, and Danh.

The amenities, location, and service are great. We lived in the villas and others in our party lived in the apartments. We worked for a year. While there were a few unexpected mechanical issues they were met very quickly and efficiently. I will add whether in the apartments or the villas, you cannot control your neighbors. We have experienced some very late evenings on the weekends as the neighbors aren’t afraid to have a good time. If peace and quiet are what you seek, there are many, many options that can be met for a more peaceful stay. We were not bothered by neighbors in the villas as they would sometimes invite us over but the apartments are a bit different. Mixed cultures, little children etc. I cannot speak to the actual hotel rooms but they offer private balconies with a great view of the South China Sea. The restaurant serves a great menu and the buffet has everything you would expect.

The hotel don't serve any hot tea in the breakfast buffet or we need to pay for the tea bag. We bought some drinks to the hotel but the bell boy requested us to pay extra money and he said that it’s not allowed. During dinner, we ordered some beers and they have us to pay first but not after meal and they seem worry about the guest runaway.

High quality hotel you can find in Phan Thiet, located in the same area with the Wine Castle and the Golf Course so there’s plenty of activities. The breakfast is really good and definitely worth a try.

I’ve been here twice now, and it’s truly an amazing resort. The bungalows are incredibly spacious and are cleaned daily to a high standard. There’s a buggy service that quickly picks you up and takes you anywhere within the resort. The pool area is fantastic, with four pools of varying depths: 100 cm, 120 cm, and 160 cm. The staff are friendly, although most of them don’t speak English. One small downside is that the Wi-Fi can be a bit unstable at times. The location is great: Phan Thiet city centre is about a 20-minute taxi ride away, and there’s also a charming boulevard just 5 minutes away with restaurants and small shops. In short: highly recommended!

AC could be a little bit slow during the summer months. Amenities are sufficient, if only a tad old. Services are good and quite quick. The location is perfect, near Bãi đá Ông Địa. Recommended for large groups (MICE) and for spontaneous trips where you show up with no reservation. (Other resorts are usually full on the weekends and may not have the best room/ price if you simply walk in)

Overall is OK. But never go to special gala dinners - price is super high for the value you get. Shitty dancing and same, they call it, live music. Worst experience ever. Better go to any bar outside. Beach and sea water is really merky, swimming like in pond. Swimming pool is nice, but not enough sunbeds. Hunting for one every day of our 5 days stay. Territory is really good. Breakfast also nice.

We booked the suite room for 2 nights. Wifi and router did not work when we arrived. It took couple hours to fix it with the engineer going in and out the whole time so we could not rest. Later the day when we were using the jacuzzi, we found dirt and bunch of hairs out of nowhere. We made a complaint and and the engineer found out that the water pumping system was not properly cleaned so it piled up all the dirt, and left over hair and it would pump the all out when turn on the Jacuzzi. It took another hour+ for the engineer to figure out and clean up which again disturbed our night rest. Except for those problems, service was nice and pleasant. The coco sea restaurant sea foods were fresh and great taste. It does take a long time to prep the food.

Good comfortable room, beautiful pool and private beach. But don’t eat at their restaurant. I’ve got food poisoning from the “fresh” seafood. An hour later it showed me it wasn’t the case. My friend told staff the next day at breakfast. So when checking out -and needing to pay for that meal- the women at the reception were very kind but their manager didn’t agree with a compensation; resulting in me paying for a meal that lost me two days of vacation (to be really petty: cost of the food, hotel, free days etc). The bare minimum they could do is not let us pay for that meal. Too bad, won’t be coming back. I recommend not to go, but if you do; don’t eat anything there.

We stayed in garden view room for 3D2N. It's a very relaxing, clean and good environment with private beach, clean pool and many sunbeds. Saw some mixed reviews about noise, maybe we came during weekdays so it's very quiet. Service was very good . Really enjoyed morning breakfast, very good & healthy spread, both local and international, generous amount of fruits and salad, and they replenish very quickly even to the last hour of service. Very thoughtful they provided beach bag, Vietnamese bamboo hats, outdoor slippers and mossie repellant so you can use for daily tours as well. Room condition can be improved, but didn't really affect our comfort.

We had a great stay here. The room was large & clean, good service from the staff. The highlight definitely is the pool and private beach, perfect spot for a holiday.

Very nice location on the beach and the environment is nice and quiet. Rooms are large and beds are good. Beach towels are included and changed every day. Shampoo, hair balsam and shower gel are included. The breakfast is very good quality and includes also local dishes. Coffee is not warm enough at least if you use milk with it :( but there is also a Vietnamese opetion. Sun beds by the pool and on the beach are good and some are with a pillow which makes it nicer. We feel safe here because of the security. If I come to Phan Thiet again I will choose this hotel again! Opposite of the hotel is a tiny restaurant Khu 259. They serve delicious noodle soups with fresh herbs. The food is well cooked, the restaurant is safe (clean) and very cheap.

Overall a fine stay, the pool and beach chairs I think are the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nothing special but for 38 dollars a night they were clean, spacious and had a view of the ocean and garden which is such a steal. I will say my room smelled of a mix of jackfruit and durian which was a little odd but nothing I didn’t get used to. The front desk staff are so kind and helpful despite minimal English. It’s a Quick grab to the more popular areas of town or a 20-30 minute walk.

Great location, very affordable and very comfortable bed. It’s located in the heart of the beach strip in Mui Ne, very close to many local restaurants and shops as well at the beach of course. The rooms are nice and spacious but very poorly sound insulated. It’s a bit of a pity since the bed is really soft and comfortable (not that easy to find in Vietnam). The breakfast is ok. There is no bacon but there is a reasonable mix of local plates and an omelette station. The bar in the pool was unattended and they told us they didn’t have even water, so we stopped ordering and brought our own. Unfortunately the sand of the beach right in front of the resort is mostly gone but it’s still very nice sitting by the waves crashing against the granite steps.

**Disappointing Experience – Not Worthy of a 4-Star Hotel** I stayed at Mường Thanh Holiday Mui Ne Hotel over the weekend, booking an *Grand Suite* with hopes of a comfortable, well-equipped stay. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations—not due to the staff, who were polite and helpful, but due to the poor state of the facilities. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the long walk from the elevator to the room—it was an unexpectedly exhausting start. The suite itself was spacious, but the furniture felt dated and uninspired. One major concern was the blinds, which didn’t close properly, leaving noticeable gaps that compromised our privacy—especially with a common balcony right outside the room. Even more frustrating was the television setup. Where there clearly should have been a mounted TV in front of the bed, there was none. Even from the advertising pictures in their website shown the TV mounted there. The only TV available was outdated and lacked internet access. When we called the front desk, we were told that the room was simply "set up that way." The bathroom, although large and equipped with a jacuzzi tub, was another disappointment. The jacuzzi didn't work, and the hot/cold water levers were reversed. Despite asking for assistance, we couldn’t get it functioning. We also had to request a fridge replacement because the one in the room didn’t work at all. During the night, the room’s lack of soundproofing became a real issue. We could clearly hear guests laughing at the pool and people talking in the hallway, which made it hard to relax—and honestly, made us feel a bit uneasy. To top it off, guests were smoking in the hallways despite clear “No Smoking” signs, and the walkway to the pool had a lingering unpleasant odor. All in all, while the staff were kind and responsive, the facilities were rundown and nowhere near the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. Sadly, this was not the restful or luxurious experience we had hoped for.

The location is good. Facilities are quite old but acceptable with the price 1,4mio/3 persons. Buffet breakfast is okie.

September was a sort of out of season experience. Muong needs some tender loving care....money to value was its saviour. pleasant and polite staff made the hotel better than it was. lots of great restaurants around. Do your internet review homework, review honestly and enjoy vietnam!

The housekeeper forgot to put soap in the bathroom and the trashcan without bag, the tub side is a bit broken (the stone is split). But the staff is nice~

Hey, You can enjoy homegrown coconuts and miriad of delecios fruits! Long swimming pool with the careful personal viewing for the newborns and small childs. Medium load in high season. So, after All, Thank You very much for All and each moment of our Stay full of joy and happiness. 10 stars from 10 IMHO if I have to rate this place. 2+ weeks of joy and happiness in my case. Do not trust previous ratings and reviews for this place. This place looks beautiful and we enjoyed the view and to a certain extent also the facilities. However, the management of this place and the service offered, including the quality of the food, were just like a 2 star hotel. Staff also targeted our kids to do reviews for them after staff had already clicked 5 stars, and we find this approach unacceptable. Our 17 year old family member told us later that she felt pressured to do the review with staff standing next to her and pushing for a positive response after they had clicked 5 stars on her behalf. Our bathroom smelled really bad during the entire stay. They also did a lot of renovation while we were there including painting doors without providing a warning sign. This resulted in some of our bags and other items being destroyed by brown paint from the doors to the WC at the pool area. Our 2 1/2 year child also got paint from a newly painted door on her hands. Staff in the restaurants seem to not be trained and the service is extremely slow and rather hopeless. They seem to be lazy at refilling the breakfast buffet and my family visiting was too shy and polite to ask for more. Basic things like providing a serving spoon when putting a soup on the table during our dinners or even checking if we had cutlery including chopstick to eat the food they served seemed to be too much to expect at this place. It seems like this was a five star resort in the past that had now been taken over by someone with no experience. We chose this place because of the positive reviews, but understand now that this place is cheating. On a positive note, they did offer us some free coconuts after some of the worst episodes of disappointments…

This hotel is not on the beach front but has the best view of the ocean since it’s the tallest hotel on this tourist street. Great hotel location with many restaurants, bars, and shops around. Room and bed are quite large and comfortable. Everything seems new as the hotel was built after Covid. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has several local dishes (bánh xèo, bánh canh chả cá, bánh khoai vạc,..) It takes 5 minute walk to the beach or you can ask the hotel staff to take you on an electric cart too. I would stay at the Vipol should I happen to come back to Mui Ne. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Nice room with great view of the ocean. Hotel is relatively close to the beach. Food is not very good, breakfast buffet was kinda sad. Haven't check out the pool but it looks nice, I'm a little upset that you have to pay extra to use the sauna. They have a rooftop bar, but it's weird because it's indoor 100%

A Reasonably Priced 4-Star Stay with Some Trade-Offs The hotel offers good value for money, especially with the breakfast, which is generous for a 4-star property. The bathroom was clean, though the towels were quite thin and of lower quality. Bedding and linens provided a moderate level of comfort—I'd rate them about 7 out of 10. The location is convenient, situated on the main road and just a 300-meter walk from the public beach. The hotel also features a pleasant swimming pool and a beautifully maintained garden. There's a rooftop bar on the 22nd floor, though I didn’t get the chance to visit it.

It may be the nicest option in Mui Ne that isn't directly on the beach but it leaves a bit to be desired in the realm of ambiance and construction quality. The rain was literally blowing through cracks on the upper floors of the building during a storm. Seriously disconcerting, but the view was great and the beds were comfy.

Stayed in a suite room on the 18th floor of this beautiful hotel for 2 nights. It is very conveniently located with supermarket next door and many restaurants nearby. My room is on 20 floor. So I can see the whole view. Listen to wave during wake up. It’s just so beautiful and the pillow, I love it so much that I need to searching for it when I back to the city.

Fantastic place that has everything and get most things right. Nice pool, clean and elegant room, and the restaurant serves above average food and great cocktails. Happy hours 5.30 to 7, buy 1, get 1. You could stay here a week without needing to go out. Three things were not so great, but doesn’t justify any star down. The bed is a little stiff for my taste. The espresso lacks taste. And the wifi sucks, big time - which is a problem for me, as I work online. Otherwise, perfect.

Friendly and helpful staff, helped us find a good driver back to the airport. A really nice place to rest and be lazy as it was very quiet. At least in January. Loved how green the resort was and how you could see and hear the ocean from the pool area. Not the best food options in this area in my opinion, at least in walking distance. There are some rats in the garden, for information, but i dont think that has to be a huge problem(?). The beds are a bit hard, so my back felt sore.

Nice place to finish a 3 week trip thru vietnam! One of the best breakfast buffets. Omelet made on the spot without liters of oil. Just hits perfect. Nice beach, great pool and a lovely garden. The staff: great people. Located at a “boulevard” to walk at night and find some local restaurants or shops. Only dissapointment: no coconut or egg coffee :-(

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we accessed the beach infront of it so that we could swim and sunbathe. The beach is very well kept and is much cleaner than others, even much cleaner than the hotel next door! The beach is a good size for the area. Although not staying in the hotel ourselves, we walked through and it looked lovely inside, especially the pool area

Booked a room with a king sized bed, instead they put two doubles together, which is not good because there is a space between the two mattresses. Also strange that a 4 star hotel wouldn't have an iron for clothes. Other than that, pretty good. Breakfast was great, location was excellent, right by the beach. The pool was nice and warm. Great place to relax. Also, not far from restaurants and bars.

I just can not believe that someone could have one bad word to say about this wonderful place! The owner and her staff are so welcoming and amazing and the bungalows at the Beach have the most beautiful view onto a completely private Beach - we were often the only ones there! Do not come here if you want noisy night clubs, parties and western restaurants ;) this small but charming resort is a peaceful place to enjoy the sound of waves, dip in the hotels pool and watch the Sunset from your bungalow balcony! The Next town with restaurants and supermarkets is 10 min (taxi) away, you will also find a few small shops and restaurants down the road in walking distance. But be sure the staff will do everything to make you feel at home - the hotel‘s restaurant is excellent too! But don’t expect 1000 choices, this is a small resort. Absolute and full recommendation! Wow, what a over rated place. If I found the worse resort in Vietnam this had to be it. Owner doesn’t not care about customer care here. I found myself catfishes into this place with all the good reviews n photos. What I saw were dirty pool filled with leaves, room door gap big enough to look inside, annoyingly over sized room key, dead flies laying under the glass table and myself carrying my own luggage because management asked if I “can”. Of course I can it’s a matter if I want to and no resort will let you go through the trouble of carrying your own luggage if they don’t have an elevator. This place doesn’t have a shuttle service considering how remote it is so expect some trouble going here and from here. The beach is just nasty looking too so you are better off going to a Real resort and trust me. Edit: door was able to be pick by credit card, neighborhood play loud karaoke, and beach is nasty disappointing filled with trash!

Awesome place as for 3 star hotel. At the beginning of the season there is a big chance that whole Villa will be all yours. Bungalows are big and nice though quite used already. will fit for the family . Rooms are cleaned every day, towels changed. Pool is clean and warm, the beach is cleaned every day as well. Ms Lan is super nice and welcome and will help you with any questions you have. You will feel yourself in homy environment and will easily communicate on English with her. Personnel is polite and ready to help though don't forget to install Google translate on your smart phone. WiFi is available all around the Villa with high Internet speed. Food is adopted for more European continental style so you will not have any problems with it. If you want to stay away from noisy cities, this place will definitely fit.

This is a really great and quite homestay. The staff are so nice and friendly and help where ever they can! The location is for my opinion the best in this area. You have a beautiful beach and no tourists bunker around. Also they have a nice pool area and direkt Access to the beach. Whatever you need you can find it here. The food is excellent and if something missing they will organize it for you. The rooms are amazing. Great mattress and pillows. Also A/C is available if needed. Very clean and they do a daily clean up of the pool. If something is defect they also repaired it so quickly that you can’t even see the workers. Had a fantastic time in this lovely hotel by the sea. The owner and her staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Can‘t describe how at home we felt for these few days. Would go there again anytime, would recommend 100%. Much love!

We stayed here for six nights and booked the best room. It was very clean and close to the beach. Every night we could hear the strong sea breeze — it was very quiet and there were few people around. There was quite a bit of rubbish on the beach, but the staff came to clean it every morning and afternoon, which couldn’t have been easy. Overall, the beach was relatively clean. The neighboring beach had piles of garbage with no one cleaning it. The road outside the hotel was quite dirty. I only went out once by taxi to the market, and the rest of the time I stayed inside the hotel. The staff didn’t speak English, but they were very friendly and warm. However, the hotel restaurant wasn’t very good — the food wasn’t tasty, and it was rare to see anyone having dinner there.

really good value for money. Free snacks in room replenished every day. Zircon and fan. Right on the beach (Mui Ne beach isn't great, water a bit grubby and lots of rubbish, so we stuck by the pool). Good breakfast included. Restaurant food not so great, better quality food can be found outside the resort. Staff helpful ans friendly and the pool is kept very clean. Gym equipment outdated and not great quality but to be expected in the older resort.

We booked 2 beachfront bungalows for our family. While the view was beautiful, the rooms were quite old and the WiFi didn’t work during our stay. It wasn’t exactly what we expected. Hopefully, the resort will consider renovations soon. Not sure if we’ll return next time.

i like this place, its great for the price and location with beach front. The vibe is vintage boutique. Clean swimming pool is inside, staffs are friendly. The location is next to Pineapple and nearby the centre, Suoi tien and many good restaurants with less than 10min drive.

We had an amazing stay here! Super nice & cozy place with beautiful garden 🌱 The room was tidy + daily clean up 👍 no issues with hot water, AC working well, no insects in the room. The breakfast is not super large but you have all you need. Also staff leaves complementary tea, coffee, nuts in the room every day. The hotel provides bicycles for free, and small bikes which dont require the license 👌🏻 Ms Chinh and her colleagues were very caring and kind to us 💚 Our main point to chose this place was the beach - in this part of Muine the waves are not big and we could swim all day (unlike the western part of the resort). Thanks for our stay! Would live to return in October:) Однозначно рекомменд !!!

The facilities were quite nice, staff was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was also great, but the beach was not as clean or beautiful as other places in Mui Ne. It was also quite far from city center.

This has been the best hotel hands down, I’ve ever stayed at in Vietnam. I told the staff about my disability which means I can’t walk long distances. They sent me a bike anytime I needed to leave my room and delivered breakfast daily. The rooms are incredible and the private pools a nice touch for those like us that don’t enjoy being around unruly children splashing and screaming. The bed was the softest and most comfy of all the hotels we’ve been to. Cannot recommend enough!

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms however facilities a little bit old. Location not bad a gap from busy road. The price is reasonable.

Enjoyed my stay in a beach villa with my own little swimming pool. the resort is well maintained, lots of beautiful flowers and well-kept paths, swimming pool and beach.

It's a beautiful resort. It's older but it's very beautiful. Beautiful views, clean, private beach, outdoor swimming pools and sauna. Plenty to do here, the food is great, cheap and the portions are very good. For $25 I fed 3 people and it still was way to much food. That's a good thing. It's an older resort and you'll notice the buildings aren't what they probably used to be. The shower is inside the bathtub which is a little difficult for tall people such as myself. The price is great for this type of resort. Breakfast there are no 🥞 pancakes or waffle maker. A simple touch they can do for us western people. 🥹 The bread and provided jam was very good. They will make you omelettes and plenty to Vietnam food options. The room service is great. Friendly staff.

The resort provides poor service in terms of hospitality. I booked a deluxe room with an upgrade, meaning we paid a higher price for better service. However, they gave us a terrible room located next to a busy road, the parking lot, and the main entrance, which were extremely noisy and lacked privacy. No 4-star resort should offer such rooms to guests. It was a very disappointing experience. Numerous guests passed by my room, making it feel completely unprivate. I will never return, and I strongly recommend that you check carefully before making any booking.

We stayed in a room on the seaside, while other rooms are located across the main road. The property itself is not bad, with a nice swimming pool, but the beach is very small, and the water didn’t look inviting for swimming due to murky water and strong currents. That wasn’t a big issue for us, as we only stayed here as a stopover on our way to HCMC and for a one-day trip to the sand dunes. It’s an okay option, but there are many other places to choose from in Mũi Né.

LOTUS SPA We went to your spa salon for a massage. Beautiful reception with terrible masseuses. All three masters who massaged us had no idea about massage; they stroked and smeared oil. In salons with such prices, the master should have a uniform, but not to come and leave and do a massage in same outdoor clothes . I’m already silent about clean hands. The music was turned on late, there was no aroma candles, they didn’t ask what oil to use for massage, maybe people have allergies. No feet wash. The master massaged your feet first and then your face, is it good? The room was small and narrow for two couches, my masseuse could not squeeze through on one side, the phone was constantly ringing, the masseuses were talking to each other and was on smartphone through the massage . It was impossible to relax in such an atmosphere. It’s not even about the money, but about the spoiled mood that you had after your massage, because you were expecting something pleasant, but what you got was completely negative

It’s a nice property, the garden is beautiful and so are the 2 pools. However, sundbeds by the sea are depressing (looks very run down). The pool is very instagrammable but don’t choose this property if you want a beach holiday and try the to swim in the sea (very rough, very dirty). The room was in a good condition

The resort is stunning . Infinity pool is looking into the ocean. How could u go wrong . Amazing restaurants close by. It's just awesome. Now the staff. So unfriendly. They stand and watch you at breakfast. And talk..I have no idea if they are speaking about you, but it feels that way no smiles . No good morning other than the desk staff. I felt uncomfortable and weird the way they stared at you at breakfast. There are good options for brekky, but unless u eat eggs, food is cold .. no heaters used . Pancakes pre-made and left out for 4 hours pho soup was great that was made to order. So stuck to eggs n pho if u want your food hot. The rooms are configured that u need to keep bathroom and shower area doors closed at all times, esp in the heat. As they are open to outside and bring in the heat. Lots of towels . No coffee and beds were solid. I used all the extra pillows.to make a softer area for me 1st 2 nights, my back seized , it's that solid. The ground is on both sides of the road. It's one of the most beautiful hotels i have been in. I do wish the staff were nicer it really makes or breaks an experience.

Really nice place but unfortunately the arrival of a big group (30+ people) spoiled the peace and quiet. The group took over the pool area(both Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning) had a big speaker playing loud music which made it impossible to relax and enjoy the weekend. A real shame as otherwise I'm sure it would have been wonderful.

Customer service is bad here, they dont even smile when they see you. The pool is dirty, its seem the filter not working at all

Stayed for 3 nights, the room was big and clean. Few things were not working properly, but no big deal. The pool area is pretty neat. To reach the hotel you have to walk several hundred meters uphill and pass lots of half-stray dogs, some become aggressive during the night. At night you don't really feel safe on the way there, no lights and essentially no one around...

Unfortunately, we didn't feel comfortable there at all. It's not worth walking up and down the strenuous mountains to the hotel several times a day, because there is no particularly beautiful or worth seeing view from the balcony. When we were shown to our room and I opened the toilet lid, I saw a completely disgusting old toilet that you wouldn't want to sit on. It also looked as if it had not been cleaned. When I opened the garbage, I not only saw the previous owner's garbage but also two cockroaches!!! When we looked around the rest of the room we saw two more cockroaches!!! We complained and the security man kindly killed the cockroaches and we were given a new room. There were no cockroaches there, but we had still a bad feeling. Instead there were ants (in bed!). When we woke up the next day we saw them scattered around the bed. You can't call the mattress a mattress. You can't only hear the springs but also notice them as soon as you lie down or sit up. The pool made a good impression at first glance but I can't understand why party music is played there at full volume from the morning onwards. It would be nicer without music or with quiet music, then maybe guests would lie down there. This hotel needs at least more cleanliness, new toilet lids, and new mattresses but I'm sure there are better places to stay for the same price.

Hotel is situated up a hill which is fine unless it’s raining and then the road becomes a river. Don’t follow google maps as it does not take you to the entrance just to a small alleyway in front of the hotel. Location is good not far from our onwards travel pick up and there are plenty of restaurant on the main strip. Rooms were very big and spacious and as per the photos. Overall a good value for money

The room had a terrible sewage smell, making it extremely unpleasant to stay inside. The room itself wasn’t great, and large cockroaches were running around. On the plus side, there was a pool and a nice view from the balcony.

we had a lovely stay here. we booked in for a private room in their backpackers hostel and got a free upgrade in their bliss hotel! spacious room + bathroom with a balcony! friendly staff and booked a tour through them for a good price and our driver for the day was soso nice!!! defo recommend great for the price :)

The price is unbeatable but that was just how they get you to book, from the outside the place was very nice for the price you pay, but as you get there, you realize it was located deep inside an alley and most drivers refuse to take you all the way thru, so you had to carry your stuffs and walk a little further, if you check out after mid night like me, the alley was dark, no street lights, lots of stray dogs, very hard to navigate. As I got up a steep hill, I found the hotel, then I finally checked in to my room, I gotta say the room was spacious and clean on the first night, then I realized the toilet seat needed to be replaced as it was damaged like someone stomped on it so many times, anything from soaps to toothpaste only available by request from the front desk, same with the hair dryers, also flip flops. The second night I found ants and roaches in the room, the balcony has a hammock but just the frame, a lot of cigarette buds, it seems the place used to be crowded with people but has been abandoned for a while with little maintenance. Especially the wifi, I can’t get it to work in my room, the signal was so weak, and I can’t get much help at night besides the old security guard, I felt really bad to bother him every time I had an issue in my room, because he doesn’t know much either. They have a pool, but no lifeguard, they have a gym somewhere, not sure If I wanted to try; they had a bar located next to the pool, but they do not provide complimentary breakfast, you have to buy them, and it’s not a buffet either, what you paid is what you get right, I can’t complain. I wish them the best, I guess it was off seasons so the tourists have not come yet, I am sure it will improve, but the other reviews might said otherwise

One day I forgot my smartwatch on a lounger by the pool. The next day I looked for it. Since it was a Garmin watch, it connected to my mobile phone in the pool bar area. I asked the lady at the bar if they had found it? We showed her a photo and she said no. We asked the reception if anyone had found it. She said no but that she would call the pool bar to see if they had found it. The answer was no. My mobile phone still showed the watch connected only at the pool bar. Everywhere else they gave me disconnected. I started showing the lady at the pool bar that Watch was still connecting to my mobile phone there and that it must be there somewhere. At that moment she put on a sweatshirt, took her handbag and started to quickly leave. We stopped her because she had it with her because it started to disconnect. At that point she started looking for something in her handbag and took out my watch. She said that she thought we were looking for a bracelet (we showed her the exact photo of the watch right at the beginning). We went to tell the reception about this whole situation because they were also deceived when the lady from the reception called her to see if they could find them. After an hour of solving the problem, we didn't even get an apology. Nothing at all! UPDATE: 1.) There was no misunderstanding because from the beginning we showed the photo of watches to the lady at the pool and the lady at the reception. The lady at the reception called the lady at the pool with the exact information of what we were looking for according to the photo and color (in Vietnamese) so there was no mistake in communication! 2.) We stood by the pool for more than an hour and asked about the watch, so it was not returned to us immediately. 3.) On the other hand when the lady found out what we were looking for, she tried to take it away quickly. (When she returned the watch, she suddenly did not rush anywhere and stayed by the pool all evening). 4.) What were we supposed to thank you for? For trying to rob us in the hotel? We should have called the police. 5.) The lady at the reception knew that the lady at the pool was lying. So you probably don't have honest employees but thieves! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS HOTEL. ( MUI NE HILLS BLISS, MUI NE HILLS BACKPACKERS, MUI NE HILLS VILLA HOTEL)

We went with a group of friends. The service is great. Most of our food was present pretty reasonable and the flavors was great. However our oyster was $1 million for the plate of oysters. I thought that was ridiculous.

Our vacation was good, the pool is super nice with kids slides, seeing through the beach from the pool area is super love. The children’s playground is near the pool. The beach has alot of shells, sandbar is super wide where 🌊☀️kids can play. The location of the hotel is very close the nova dream where you can maximize your day trip to activities around the area.

Went during 18-19 October 2023. The sea is beautiful and has good privacy. Because I stayed at the guest house, I like it. I will definitely go again. There are boating, massage activities, and there are a lot of shops selling good things. There are a lot of trees providing shade. Most suitable for family vacations.

We came on a very quiet day after a busy holiday, and our family was the only one on the resort, but they made us feel so very welcomed. The staffs are nice, the scenery is developed, and the rooms and facilities are very spacious. Despite only having one set of guests they opened the kitchen and cooked for us. Their location is also very close to the new tourism project that has a theme park, shopping street and fancy restaurants.

Everything is properly organized. The rooms are large and confortable, the place is clean, the workers are customers-oriented. The swimming pool is a children paradise. Potential of improvement: breakfast is served from 7 to 10 ... but from 8:30 most of the dishes are missing and the buffet is not replenished.

Nice place close to the beach. Just don’t understand why it has four stars. Except for the good location on the beach, the apartments are not new, lack electric sockets for chargers and only have warm water for half a shower. We also had better breakfasts at three star hotels in Vietnam, although there is nothing wrong with this one.

This resort has only reason that attracts tourist is their rooms close to the sea. Apart from that, it is so boring, no common rooms, no activities, food is boring, nothing but the sea-faced rooms. Rooms are not so clean, seem wet and old

This resort is ok to stay. They have wonderful and changed breakfasts, friendly staff, nice beach view, green view from balcony and nice swimming pool. However the room for four people is smaller than my expectation and the cleaning of it isn't good enough. I see and feel some sand on my mattress even they just change it. And the washing sink is outside of the bathroom so it's not convenient sometimes. Also, there are a few light sockets in the room which are used for the lamps so we don't have enough to use. Lastly, four people room but have 2 armchairs outside on the balcony. It should have 2 more.

Very nice room, neat and clean. Service by the staff was good. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Coffee was hot and strong. Restaurant on the premises was not very busy, but the food was reasonably priced and good. A nice multilevel pool in on site but the beach is not that great. Had an issue with the AC and they were quick to respond but lacked the skill to repair it. I am staying at another beach resort next year only because I am looking for something a little more private.

Nice enough resort, not as busy as some i have seen on this stretch. The beach is smaller and not as nice as further up, lots of broken shells. The rooms are fine but the beds and pillows massively uncomfortable. There are no blackout curtains so expect lots of outside light coming in at sunrise. There is one server at the bar by the pool and the few times i ordered a drink there they were ill equipped or spent loads of time just chatting to other staff.

A Nice 3* resort in Mui Ne with good price. Wifi signal is not good in some rooms. No swimming allowed during rough sea but there is an ok pool in the place. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Parking lot is big enough for a few coaches.

A very good facility hampered by mediocre service and inadequate housekeeping. I particularly enjoyed the layout of the deluxe sea view room on the corner of the building with its wraparound balcony, but I did not enjoy the thick layer of dust on every surface, the terrible smell emanating from the restroom, or the musty smell pervading the entire room. It seemed somehow that our room had been uninhabitated for years, and that the staff could not even be troubled to look over it before their guests arrived. Add to that the rather strange attitude of the staff who can barely be troubled to look away from their smartphones long enough to give you the Wi-Fi password...which for some reason cannot simply be printed and posted in the rooms... and add to that the plethora of Canary networks with astoundingly weak signals and unreliable connections. It could be a great hotel, just needs better service and attention to housekeeping details. Especially at this price point.

This place is very noisy with group and nothing to eat for breakfast, even not enough chair to sit at the restaurant. Also Be aware with the receptionist, they will cheat you for money. Before booking deluxe garden view I have called to check if it is ok to arrange extra bed for one more pax, they said yes. When checking in they charged 400k vnd for the extra bed, 90k vnd for child with heigh over 0.8m. But after a while, they said that room is not suitable for the extra and suggest us to upgrade to sea view room with suitable for 4 adults then they forced us to pay for the upgrading charge but not agree to discount for the paid extra bed and breakfast. What a nonsense.

Food is ok rooms are great. Be sure to upgrade to the suite for the extra $35. Ocean view made the entire stay. Service was lacking at the bar and front desk and just too many children everywhere for my liking.

Great room with beautiful sea front view. Pool is wonderfully big, spacious compound with loads of trees and shade. Vincent from the restaurant was a fantastic host. We were fully relaxed there

Our bungalow was very neat, clean and reasonably priced. Extremely comfortable bed, great ocean view and only a 6 minute walk to the beach. The included breakfasts were fantastic. Massages were wonderful, just know that the spa is right next to the pool area so you will hear everything. The staff was professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Together with my family, we have had a wonderful holiday staying at Poshanu Resort; especially, warm, friendly and supportive assistance from its staffs. Impressive with Ms. Ha Thu Sales person via her professionally taking care of my family from day 1 till we left. Definitely, we will return this resort one day.

The room is big and private, Champa decoration style. Super quiet. I really like this place. The beach also private. Maybe I visited this place in low traffic season. Bathroom also good. Only one thing that the room is far away from reception place, there are lots of stairs, bit tired when we want going to out side, I believe its not good for aged person.

This place is stunning. So many flowers and plants. It has such a charm!! The swimming pool is amazing, we spent most of our days sunbathing. The resort is very quiet so it is perfect for relaxing. The restaurant has great food and reasonable prices. The room was large and spacious and we loved the semi-outdoor bathroom with a bathtub. We also booked massages at the spa and we were very pleased. Overall, a fantastic experience at Poshanu. I can not think of any negative sides. Our room was close to the pool and restaurant so the stairs did not bother us at all. Only improvement I would suggest is to improve the English level of the staff. But we could still communicate with them, and they were all very friendly. Would recommend 100% this place if you’re trying to spend a few days relaxing after much sightseeing and adventures in Vietnam.

Nice small and quiet resort with good food and pleasant service. We love not fighting for a chair at the pool and being helped by beautiful staff who are friendly and helpful. Our room is clean and the view is outstanding. The gardens and common areas are idyllic! Highly recommend Poshanu for some down time while traveling in Vietnam!

-Restaurant & Service Review only- We came in today just for lunch and we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the facilities, resort, garden, pool and even the reception and waiting area. Everything looks the way I love it for a beach holiday, charming, a lot of beautiful wood, flowers and green. The beach is clean and spacious too. We can't judge the rooms yet, but the Restaurant was a positive surprise. We ordered A LOT, everything was made on order, the VN raw fish salad was a highlight just as the Caramelized Shrimp and Pork belly. Plentiful, well executed, delicious like Saigon standard and for a reasonable price. The staff was friendly, caring and experienced from Reception to Service, which is unfortunately not the norm in similar or higher level houses. We will definitely book a stay soon and probably won't even leave the resort. Thank you for the beautiful, relaxing experience.

It is a really good place There is some room to improve the room quality but overall it is decent. The garden is amazing. 3 people are working on it all day around.breakfast vide varieties taste good.

Our family experience was alright, spacious room if you don't mind some broken details of the room. Breakfast is from 7AM-9AM which is very crowded and short, limited choice of food but it is not so bad. Great pool for kids and adults Great beach front with white sand, some trash out in the water.

It was such a beautiful place to stay at. The place reminded me of a perfect jungle. The decorations and the view are so nice. I stayed in the four or more persons room and it was so huge. I thought that door to get in was not the room door but to open to get into the room inside, sorry kinda confusing on my part. Anyways I loved it here. The staff were nice, the food were great, and rooms were pretty clean. They gave you a free dragon fruit, so nice. I recommend coming here if you're ever in the area.

The landscaping is very nice, along with pool and breakfast buffet. It's a very cute boutique hotel and a good value. What keeps it from becoming a 5-star hotel is not all rooms are the same quality, and the staff does not have the best people skills. Luckily, I speak Vietnamese, but still the customer service could be better.

Beautiful pool area and right by the sea. We booked a sea view room but before we came the room description changed to pool view. We have a view of the sea and the pool so we're very happy. We have a bowl of fruit left in the room each day and a really nice bonus is the fruit juice, fruit and cakes served for free by the pool each afternoon. Only negative thing is that the beach has debris from fishing nets etc in places.

Very good service and good breakfast. Beautiful outdoor environment and nice bungalows. We had an ocean-facing bungalow and loved it. The beach was clean, and it was pleasant to sit along the beach and read for many hours. The water and coke in the fridge is not free, but there is no sign indicating so.

Fantastic view and well maintained swimming pool. Nice people and clean room. Loved my room by the pool. I enjoyed the scenery from restaurants. Only setback is that you may not get the same MENU which ordered previous day. But it is ok because the Covid 19 is the reason. Best value considering what I paid.

We came here for a Bachelorette weekend with 12 girls. There was consistent, great communication from the staff. They decorated a bed for our friend’s bachelorette with flowers and elephant towels. The pool was nice and peaceful. We had an awesome time and will definitely stay here again!

Very nice resort for a family trip. They serve decent food, breakfast is quite complete and the option to order drinks and things to the villa is convenient, although there are some nearby shops also. The only problem is the vast amount of flies, and chiggers!! There can be done more prevent these from coming into the villas (and beds). It should be said that this is a problem for the whole area, and not just this resort.

They allow all dogs , all sizes and breeds with no extra charge

Be aware that the garden areas of the villas are under video surveillance, so your villa is not fully private. Other than this, it's a decent place. Unfortunately there is a lot of trash on the beach in this area.

Very nice place! The rooms are enormous, actually you get a villa! Very calm and very helpful reception team! The only negative was the restaurant a bit rude and poor service, but the place is very beautiful! I would go back

Very nice resort to visit if you want a private place for family to relax

The location is the best one for the beach, you will figured out I am right when you arrive. Also they have a nice pool between 1,4-1,8m deep, Jacuzzi and kids section. The food is good, except pizza (they don't have oven). Good options for european foreigners also for vietnamese. Pool bar with good drinks. Service is very good, they have a really good staff here. Really, you can not complain about service, food and drinks. If you are not happy, go 5*+ pay triple and get 10% better. Is a good place to relax and rest, having a good service. Get a bungalow beachfront if is available. Of course some things can be improved (like put rain showers, WI-FI, new paint for furniture, spray for mosquitoes and other insects) but nothing and nobody is perfect. Now I live in Vietnam and 100% I will come back here.

Location is really good a bit away from all the noise, but not to far. Staff and personnel are just amazing, friendly, helpful - I really cannot think of how they could improve. Rooms are a bit worn-out sometimes (we stayed in 2 different ones) and could use a renovation, but the value for money is good. A general relaxed and friendly vibe surrounds the place, the beach is clean and not to crowded. Pet friendly, breakfast is good and there is a pool we used daily. Overall pleasant experience.

We had a great time here, very clean and comfortable room, beautiful beach, and most importantly (for us at least) pet-friendly. One only small suggestion I have is about the water station for cleaning off sand before going back up to the room. Right now, there’s a large water container setup, but it can collect debris and isn’t the most hygienic. A simple tap or hose would be much more effective and cleaner for rinsing off feet. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

The ocean view was amazing, and the hotel was really responsible. The receptionist was also very sweet. I accidentally left over 5 million VND in my room—honestly, I thought it was gone for sure. But the hotel found it and even transferred it back to me. I’ll definitely come back next time.

The second time we were in a resort with our dogs (4). This accommodation exceeded all expectations. From the well-kept grounds to the very friendly and helpful staff to the beautiful , clean white beach, an absolutely recommendable holiday destination

I booked for 7 night stay with my cat at the sea view bungalow. (+) The view is amazing. The sand is endless and smooth, a very nice area to relax. One of the best place for the beach. The staffs are very, very nice and supportive. The service price is very affordable from drinks, foods, to massages. The resort is large with lots of trees. In general very nice to travel with pets. Breakfast and restaurant food is okay. (-) The building is 20 years old hence facility wise it's not the best, but they are kept clean. Bathroom lighting is hospital-white. The toilet amenities provided are a bit low quality, for example shampoo is not great and with no conditioner, toilet paper is cheap quality. Expect insects if you are prone to bites. I have more than 15 ants bite, which all have venoms making them similar to getting burned... I had to reduced my stay to go home early for hospital check for those bites. Which is very sad cause I loved the place. The staffs were very supportive. Wish they took more actions in preventing insects in the room. I didn't see any oil or incense provided in the room when arrived. The staff bought me gel to apply on 3rd day and incense to burnt on 4th day... very nice, but already too late at that point. My husband and mother didn't got any ant bite though - I was the only unlucky one. So if I was to come back, I will bring the spray, and burn incense in the afternoon. ButI do plan to come back - the trip was very relaxing.
