Stayed at the hotel in a Standard Room in September 2021. LOCATION, LOCATION and LOCATION! Fantastic history. Rooms are spacious. High ceilings and large windows. Absolutely safe and comfortable for solo travellers. The hotel is a little tired, but I like its vintage feeling. In much better condition than many four star hotels in Europe and North America. The hotel is slowly being renovated. New bed linen. Outstanding Reception Service - special Thank You to Anna, Natalia and both Taechka(s). Many thanks to Gennady, the exceptional Restaurant Manager who met me after a 14 hour flight with a plate of hot borscht and fresh Borodinsky bread and a shot of vodka. My holidays were off to a great start. High professionalism and wonderful Odessky sense of humour. It is necessary to note the excellent work of Victoria, the second Restaurant Manager, and Igor, the Bartender. Very helpful, friendly and professional waiter corps. The hotel is geared towards tour groups, workshops and conferences, but is very comfortable and welcoming for individual tourists and visitors alike. Charming 'frontmen' Alexander and Vladimir greet guests in a new brand uniform. Excellent FRESH breakfasts and ample menu items. My overall feeling was very positive, relaxed and friendly. A couple of suggestions for improving your business. Towels need to be changed. Very washed out and left a bad impression. I don’t know what kind of a designer came up with an idea to place a hotel room safe at floor level. Every time I needed to lie down on the dusty floor with a flashlight to use that safe :). Will stay next time - YES. Will recommend it to my friends - YES. The second part of my vacation was spent at Bristol - Krasnaya. Under the same Management. However, this is another absolutely FABULOUS story, which once again confirms the statement on the price and product. You get what you pay for. Thank you ALL for my great vacation in Odessa. Pretty good place to crush downtown. Room was clean and good. My windows were facing the main alley, so I could enjoy the performance of street musicians. However the sound insulation might have been better. There's free access of hotel guests to spa and swimming pool.

Historic place. Very nice courtyard inside where you can eat breakfast or other meals. Breakfast is great and so is the service. Excellent location for downtown sightseeing. Rooms are generally small, windows old, no ventilation except through windows, ceiling is very high and nicely decorated.

Great place to stay. Rich in history. Staff very accommodating. Brunch is very good. This was the best ribeye steak i ever had. Don't miss the restaurant at the londonskya hotel!!! And if you love fish, this was the best sea bass i ever had it was caught in the Black Sea.

Terrible value for solo travellers. I visited with two friends. We had booked the same type of room and paid the same price but I was given the "single" room - much much smaller, and on a noisy ground floor location facing a busy walkway. Had to keep curtains closed the entire time for privacy. Staff were indifferent to my complaints. Pros: Excellent location, A/C worked well, clean bathroom.

Well located and good value. Staff were helpful and friendly. My luggage was left in Vienna by Austrian Airlines.the hotel provided all the missing essentials! Food was good quality. Room was clean and functional rather than luxurious.

Very elegant hotel with beautifully decorated stairs and hallways. Location to die for- you step outside right onto the Primorsky boulevard and a few steps from the fabled stairs. Historical associations. We had probably one of the relatively inexpensive rooms which was nothing to rave about - overhead reading lamp and one of the wall sockets were out of commission. I didn't bother signaling this to the staff and have no reason to believe that these wouldn't have been taken care of but why doesn't housecleaning check these out routinely. Only one socket adjacent to one bed - not compatible with modern travelers who have multiple gadgets that need recharging. Breakfast is sumptuous and tasty but beware- while regular coffee from the pot is free espresso at the bar is relatively expensive in local terms - 45 hryvnias vs. 12 at a take out restaurant around the corner. This may seem petty but this is the only hotel in the Ukraine in the course of our 10 day trip where I confronted this.

Spent here 2 nights in the end of the May. Clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful sea view. We had the room with the balcony and sofa. I guess these are the best rooms. The staff was courteous and friendly. Very good food. The only issue they have its with the parking space but this is also solvable. Next trip to Odessa will be staying also here for sure.

The Hotel Panorama is simply excellent. It’s so good, I don’t really want anyone else to know about it. Lovely setting, amazing views over the Black Sea. Quite exclusive. Only thirty three rooms. The pool was hardly ever busy. Very helpful staff. I can’t name them all but I can mention Natalie, restaurant manager, and ladies in reception like Anika and Inna. Breakfasts were excellent. Our room was great. It’s all good. I’ve got nothing bad to say about it.

Beautiful luxury 5 star hotel. Food is fresh and tasty, customer service is above average. The atmosphere is very relaxing, must notice the sounds of birds at breakfast time.

The hotel didnt meet my expectations at all. From the minute i walked in and during all my stay the staff made sure ill feel uncomfortable. It began by demanding me a deposit of 200usd which was not initially stated in my booking, which was explained to me as “hotel’s policy” after denial of payment and requesting to speak with the manger, she told me in my face she charge me a deposit as i come from israel and if ill be a good boy she’ll waive the deposit. It continued with charging us approx. 5000 grivna for a small and bearly noticed stain in the sheets. The reception crew always inspected me and induced bad vibes. It continued with two weddings took place until 11pm with a lot of noise. For the first time i disnt complaint but it really interfed with my rest. In addition they have a bizarre rule denoting use of the sauna only if prebooked a day before, though its a miniscule matter it depicts the nature of the hotel and services provided to its guests. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

large rooms and balcony. king-size bed. sofa is good as 2nd sleeping bed. animals allowed. moden interior. perfect panoramic view with wall-size windows. outside pool opens starting may. restaurant is at the level of citi's best restaurants, prices a bit higher though. breakfast is of the same quality. free bikes provided by the hotel. electric charger outside for cars as well as for electric scooters. parking is on the hotel territory. we were allowed to leave on 18.00 instead of 12. nice lounge zone on the roof.

Great sea view from the terrace and the pool area. Hotel staff is always friendly and willing to help. Every minute of my stay I felt like a welcomed guest.

The hotel has a terrible service. They poured juice over my personal belongings and never apologised or offered dry cleaning. They even cancelled my key card to prove a point and I couldn’t get into my own room with my own baggage. Definitely do not recommend. The overall experience is lacking too. The food, the rooms, the loud guests and crowds.

It's a new and very clean hotel. SPA area with swimming pool and gym is very good however the dry sauna was not working- renovation. The location was quite convenient, outside transport. Beach with commercial centre about 2km away but it's us not a beach front property as shown on the pictures. Poor breakfast options. I would expect more from a 4* hotel.

This hotel runs a fraudulent operation. And, as I just found out by opening my 2-week old Booking.com review, they are trying to silence the criticism by threatening to file a law suite. This is beyond pathetic. I booked it via Booking.com and this is the reason why I won't use this service ever again (most likely, Booking.com's local managers are getting a cut). Here's a copy of my Booking.com review for your consideration. This was certainly the most disgusting and outright fraudulent hotel experience in my life, stay away. *** I stayed at the property 4 nights in total, had to cancel my second 3 nights booking after paying at the hotel reception because I wanted to get a refund for breakfasts (which, of course, I didn't). For starters, this hotel is shown as a 5-star hotel on Booking.com. It's not. On other websites and at the property itself it is claiming to be a 4-star hotel. It's not. It's a 3-star hotel, a very mediocre one at best. At the main page of this hotel at Booking.com, you can see pics of a beach property that is located miles away and literally has no relation to this hotel whatsoever. Except they offer the hotel guests some fictional discounts for renting overpriced deck chairs there. Despite the above, 90% of photos you can see on this hotel's main page on Booking.com are the photos of that beach property. If this is not a definition of a hotel fraud then I don't know what is. Not sure if this hotel was actually built during the Soviet era and just 'renovated' or constructed from scratch. The point is: it clearly has the spirit of the Soviet Union all over. Everything in this hotel is designed and constructed to make you feel uncomfortable, unpleasant and generally worthless. From the room walls that have zero sound isolation so you can hear everything in the next room (because privacy is the luxury that you don't deserve), to extremely low ceilings that are shaking when someone on the floor closes a door, to very uncomfortable bed matrasses and pillows (so you wouldn't be able to relax even in your sleep). In that light, the price they charge during weekdays looks just ridiculous, the price on weekends is hilariously ridiculous.

The rooms are extremely suffocating as they have no window. The nice swimming pool doesnt belong to the hotel, its 1 km away, AND you need to pay extra to get in. The sauna doesnt work. The fridge in the suite is empty and doesn't work. They charge 5 star hotel price and serve you with a 2 star service. Get ready to be scammed!

I feel very deceived. The picture of the gorgeous pool is not actually a part of the hotel. It is a 10 minute walk, then you have to pay to get in. They’ll give you 50% off to acces it and the beach but only M-F so being here over the weekend is no help. No one could even tell me how much it cost to get in. Apparently there is a fee to get into Arcadia. I understand. We pay for beaches in the states. But no where does any of the information state that we would need to walk a few blocks and pay to use a pool that was advertised as being a part of this hotel. That’s the point of us being here, to enjoy a relaxing weekend, going down to the pool, coming up for a nap. And I think I wouldn’t be so disappointed if it seemed like the front desk even cared. They were rude and made me feel stupid. I would’ve checked out and cancelled the room the night we got here if I could’ve found another place. I guess it could work and be enjoyable. Just don’t be deceived.

It was wonderful... the service was fantastic! The food was good! Take advantage of the floor butler... they really are happy to help! The even decorated the room & left a birthday cake for my husband when they found out we were celebrating (without me asking) We will be back!

Lovely, very clean hotel with a nice restaurant. Nice views of the sea (shame there is a construction going that ruins the view a little bit). Good breakfast. The hotel offers a gym, pool and sauna that are included in price of your room. The only thing we found inconvenient about our room was that there is no standing shower, you either gotta take a bath or hold the shower head over yourself with one hand.

The worst hotel I have ever experienced in my entire life. Avoid it! I bet all that all the positive comments on this page are lies and written by the same people who were paid to put positive comments. The last and the worst that still happened tonight: I called the restaurant of the hotel at 9:45 (they say that they accept orders until 10 pm) and the women in the restaurant told me that they are already closed. When she saw that I insist that orders are accepted until 10 pm as they claimed, she preferred to pretend that she writes down my order and that she will bring me the dinner! After waiting 1 hour for the dinner, I realized that she had closed the restaurant and gone away!! Never seen something like that before. If the director of this hotel reads this comment and believes that there is no need to do anything, I would say his education is the same as his staff in his restaurant.

Classy hotel with great cleaning service and amazing breakfast. You can enjoy dinner with the sound of live piano music. Pool and sauna are nice, but gender separated.

I highly recommend this hotel – but you should be aware that there are separate pool, gym and sun deck for men and women. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly. You always feel safe at this hotel.

Fantastic place to stay. There is a good spa center devided for man and women with wow view on the Black Sea. There is also one of the best seafood restaurant on the first floor. I used to stay in this hotel quite offen when I was in Odessa.

I decided to give my wife a present of a relaxing massage from KADORR Hotel Resort & Spa. I must say that my wife couldn't be happier of her experience. She told me the level of professionalism and service is at the highest standard. I highly recommend this business.

I can only say amazing things about the staff and service at this place. It's located in a quiet street but super close to all the party and restaurant areas. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because of internet connectivity that could have been stronger as I actually needed it for the days I was working and/or calling back home. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would be back again for sure! Thanks again!

This is a 5 star hotel in the center of town right next to the opera. We stayed for three nights. The hotel is refurbished with very modern amenities. We had a junior suite and it was large and comfortable. Very clean. Wi fi in the room, flat screen t.v. Wonderful copious breakfast, delicious food in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful, particularly the manager, Ilona, Ekaterina and Katerina in reception and Julia and the restaurant staff. A coffee and tea maker in the room would have been very helpful, though. Recommend the hotel highly. Take their shuttle from and to the airport--much cheaper than the taxis in the airport.

Pretty decent Hotel for Odessa and in a great area next to the Opera House and Potemkin Stairs. The restaurant inside served a great breakfast. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Seemed most of the people staying at the Hotel were there to meet their Ukrainian girlfriends or brides. Kind of weird in a way sitting around listening to lonely men talk about how much money they were spending trying to date and marry an Odessa beauty. I will say, Odessa women are absolutely amazing, but I was in Odessa on business, not romance. They can get a taxi to pick you up at the airport as well as get you one from the hotel to anywhere you want to go. Rooms were clean and had a great bathroom.

The rooms are amazing and service was fantastic. Situated in the heart of city center. Very close to most attractions. Their Wi-Fi worked well and breakfast wasn't bad. My only complaint, no iron and iron board in the room.

I recently stayed at Premier Hotel Odesa, and while the overall experience was decent, I encountered a policy that left a sour taste. The hotel charges an extra 50% of the room rate for early check-out, which is exorbitant and unreasonable. Despite the pleasant stay, the early check-out fee significantly impacted my overall impression of the hotel. Travelers should be aware of this policy before booking and consider it in their decision-making process.

the good thing: it's new. the bad thing: it's new. 😉 team needs much more guidance and training than it has now. still the experience is great. rooms cool standard. when you smile at staff, they smile back. but most of them don't smile first 😳 don't make them book your limousine for airport pickup. horrible experience. better get your own driver at the airport. you can't do worse but at least cheaper.

Perfect place for relax on the weekend

Not the place where nice smiling people meet you at the reception. But the reason why I’m freaking out right now is lie. On Booking.com they said there is a gym and I can use it. I asked 2 times about fitness centre, they confirmed. It turned out hotel guests are not allowed to use the gym 🤦🏻‍♀️ The gym doesn’t even belong to the hotel jurisdiction. Guys, check your facilities’ availability and fix it, it’s super disappointing for people who has important criteria when choosing place to stay!

I like this place. Nice rooms, good service, tasty breakfast. The only big issue for me is that fitness and swimming pool are for extra charge. Usually if the hotel is next to fitness center, there should be free entrance or at least big discount for entry. In this case, if you want to go for a fitness in the morning you will be charged 400 hryavnas additionaly...And during weekends it is open only from 9:00, that is a pity

Well, the hotel is only two floors of the big building they show on the Internet. They should make this point crystal clear to the tenants. The hotel features old and out dated furniture and a very modest breakfast.

Very unsafe, noisy and you have to navigate labyrinth of corridors to get ro your room. TV does not work, the safe either. Maximum 3 stars hotel.

We booked an apartment and it wasn't finished, cables hunged from the wall, no crockery or cutlery, no telephone and Internet wasn't connected. Not to mention the thin walls where we could hear the neighbours.

This is my 3rd trip to Ukraine to see my lady, and we got Married in Odessa and had our honeymoon at the Nemo Resort. We had a room issue the first day but the manager Marina resolved our issue in 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We were treated like we were very special people. Our room had a beautiful view of the Black Sea and relaxing on the balcony was very comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious and filling, I loved the champagne breakfast, we ate dinner at the Nemo and Terrace restaurants both were good but the Nemo was better of the two. We loved swimming in the pools on the ground floor and 6th floor. I hope we can come back again and celebrate our anniversary here as it is a beautiful resort with a great staff and delicious food. Liked · The room was superb. Nothing beats the sea view. Breakfast was great. Fresh, diverse, and delicious. The pool and spa - perfect. I had some hopes but Nemo exceeded my expectations. The gym was amazing too. Wide selection of different equipment: from dumbbells and bench press barbell, to crossover and all of the machines for different muscles. Disliked · I literally loved everything but a few tiny details. Like leaving a deposit in cash (I'm not a cash lover - everything is cashless these days), or stuff at the desk emphasizing the importance of cutting off the bracelets after checkout (assume there were a lot of "returning guests" to their SPA after the checkout in the past), or funny thing when the maid was inspecting the room during the checkout (while my wife still was in the room) and checked the integrity of the peanut jar steel lid by removing the top plastic lid.

We arrived at the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. The hotel is clean and nice. During the entire vacation the staff was really nice. And the hotel gave my wife really good gifts like swimming with free dolphins and other things. We also received an amazing and delicious birthday cake and balloons a really wonderful place to recommend warmly

If you would like to spend time with your family and friends, so this is an excellent place. You will definitely enjoy the amazing show with dolphins and seals. If you want, you can take photos and swim with dolphins as well. There are nice cafes, where you can stay before or after the show. The beautiful sea view and delicious food, the nice and relaxing atmosphere of entire place - all these together will give you the best experience. Come, enjoy and create great memories.

Very very thin walls. you can hear the whole conversation of your neighbors. Not dramatic. If they have loud conversation until 5am it is - you will sleep not one minute. Apart from that the hotel is nice. Good breakfast, good food, nice pools, good staff. Doesn’t help when you don’t sleep.

I would gladly recommend this place! We had a room with a view and a balcony which was on 4th floor directly above the dolphin pool. We have enjoyed watching the dolphins, it was almost therapeutic. The food was tasty with lots of options. I liked the activities by the pool. Customer service was above average. We felt pampered! Yes you pay more for fancier room but it's worthwhile.

Clean, quite and very chill place with indoor pool. The staff is very helpful. The restaurant on-site have beautiful seaside view to the beach, the menu is pretty reach and tasty. Definitely will recommend to my friends came for visit.

Pretty good service, great rooms and a nice view outside bar/restaurant balcony. Descent food. Price is not on the cheap side but you pretty much get what you pay for. Didn't like the dirty street right outside the hotel. Think they should take care of that too, to main the positive image.

No complains but some advices: to make some more colorful interior design, less yellowish, brownish); to get rid of old furniture; your food is tasty&fasty (special thanks to the barman from restaurant) but you just have to add some vegan food. SPA zone is pretty nice, compact and cozy. My special thanks to Svetlana for the massage. She with her soft but strong hands eliminated all my pains in back. Good luck, Stella!

Stella hotell odessa is the worst hotell i ever been to there vhere a Hole in the floor tiles in the shower 3cm wide carpet was lots off stains it never had a deep clean my girlfriend had a 1,5 hour spa session and they charged me 1800 euros dont use this hotel they will cheat on you in anyway they can

Very nice hotel, with excellent service and tasty food. Rooms are clean. Area nearby is awesome, 5-7 mins down the hill and you are on the see. Hotel proposes free entrance to the beach and pool. Recommend!

If you are looking for a party hotel or a place to spend time with "lady of the night" - pass by, it's not for you. Clean rooms, new furniture, good bathroom, a table to work if you need, free WiFi. Also visiting of the hydromassage swimming pool and own beach zone, the rope way tickets (2pcs. for person every day), breakfast are included in the price. The restaurant is quite good and the prices are acceptable. I guess the only one negative thing is the parking - too tiny.

The hotel is clean and the stuff is helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious. It is good to have a cablecar to the seaside. However you need to take a cab / uber if you want to go to the city centre it is a bit far to walk.

I just finished a stay at the Hotel Otrada in Odessa, Ukraine. This is May/June 2021. I chose the hotel because it was near the beach and most reviews were 5-star. I will add mine to that category. I like boutique hotels like this one. I was very satisfied. I thought no hotel could approach the level of service of my favorite hotel, the Swiss Hotel in Lviv, Ukraine. But I have to say that the Otrada can be mentioned in the same positive light. All of the staff were courteous. I would like to make special mention of Olga at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, she did everything to make sure that my stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is great, the Internet was fast and reliable. It’s a short walk to the beach, though they offer electric buggy service. They will give you beach towels. The beach has a restaurant, pubs, takeaway snacks, bike rentals, etc. There is a great hiking/biking trail just down the hill from the hotel. The hotel is a little away from the center, but I wanted to be near the beach. If you like walking, the center is walkable. Otherwise, it’s an easy Uber or cab ride. There is also a good market for food, spices and the like at the train station, also a short walk. If the goal is just to hit bars in the center, then maybe you want something there. But if you’d like to be near the beach, get some exercise or be away from the noise in the center, then I highly recommend it. I didn’t want to leave and look forward to staying there again.

Apartments are spacious but above the swimming pool if the hotel next door. Very loud environment. Pool parties, kids yelling until 11pm and people drinking.

We rented their premium villa and it was discusting. The food is bad , by far its not even close to 5 stars. The service served as ice, and you dont really have private at the villa, all filmed by closed circle cameras. If you plan to have some do not come here, not to mention the sewers smell at the entrance.

Awsome place with high quality service, the location is 2 minutes walk from the beach and the food is great. There is a luxury restoraunt inside the motel so you dont even need to. leave. The center is 10 minutes drive.and thd villa can contain 8 pepole easily , Very recommended.

The worst experience ever... Luxury room without electricity, without water.. Nobody on reception.. Staff doesn't care about anything.. I never seen receptitionist without English language. My advice is avoid this hotel!!!

Had a great experience staying at this hotel complex. Wonderful staff, clean room and nice hotel in general. 10 out of 10 for security with multiple key checkpoints to enter and cameras. They also give you 10% off at restaurant Sababa right next to the hotel complex itself. Which is useful since Sababa is one of the better restaurants around the area. Corona is a relatively new property and is unique in that the ceilings are high. Our suite really felt large as a result. It's probably one of the better buildings in the Arcadia area. The house keeping staff were efficient and the receptionists are friendly. However, we advise you to stay away from the so called "administrator", AKA in English as a manager. Before making the booking, we were told by the hotel that certain things were included in the price and certain things would cost extra. We received what seemed like a reasonable deal at the time. After convincing us to stay, and making us hand over an upfront cash payment, the manager instructed staff to arbitrarily charge us for things that were supposed to be included and suddenly topped up the price by 20% for some of the additional services on their price list. More importantly, when we raised this as an issue - which I felt we did so in a non-confrontational manner - the administrator became intimidating and overpowered us with aggressive shouting and ad hominem non-sense - and changing the topic to accuse us of already having a "good deal”. In fact, no one compelled the hotel to accept us as guests, rather they were the ones who induced us into staying with them by making the same offers that the manager didn't want to follow through with. However, a commercial dispute between a guest and a hotel is NOT the issue at hand: there is a right way of talking to human beings - let alone your guests - and there's this manager who is simply a ghastly person and a bully who not only held us to ransom, but behaved in a threatening manner towards guests under his care. He has no right to be working in the hospitality industry. Had this manager not worked here, I would have had the time to write a more about the positive elements of this hotel.

I like this place. The hotel is close to Arkadia beach (just 10 minutes walk). Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are some complementary items available such as shower gel, soap and even tea, coffee and biscuits in the lobby. Its worth to visit. And price is just £25 for the cheapest accomodation. The only downside is that the economy rooms are without soundproof.

A lot of door to access the flats... really problematic if you forgot a chip...you can be bloqued in the building really easily anywhere... till by case you cross someone...but the room are nice but not modern....old style

Two stars goes to the room and the view ... My reservation was for 2 days and we thought about to stay 5 days more but then we saw the stuff they were disrespectful and not professional at all !!! If you have a hotel you should expect residents from other countries I was at the beach side and the man who is responsible about the towels he was talking Ukrainian and i told him I don’t speak Ukrainian is there something wrong? And he started to laughing at my face and speak Ukrainian Even though the day before he was talking English with me ! That’s kind of racism !!!!!! The manager she was nice she understood everything but also I don’t think she’s professional too because what happened makes me feel uncomfortable!

This hotel was recommended as a best resort in Odessa located right on a beach. Price is 300$ per night during pick season. I was very exited for my stay there. However , this place is not offering top line facility , rooms, and service for this kind of money. While some people really trying to make your stay wonderful , others just don’t care, very slow making you wait constantly , even forget that you place a coffee order, beach service is very lousy , room service bring you only one towel a day, reception forgets to let you know that your taxi arrives and you ended up paying taxi service for extra time , on breakfast inclusive stay I get a charge for lemon during my breakfast , after spending 3 days at the pool bar service never approached us. When we brought our champagne they charged us 500uah for it. I m very confuse how business like this stay on a float, and still manages charge top dollars for services like this . Will never recommend this place to anyone . For less money please travel carribien all inclusive destination , you will love it there

Well, off course hotel is not bed! You can see ,a lot of investment in their! Nice pool area, amazing restaurant and location! But some little things like towels in the room or whine glass -are such a shame guys!!!! For example, what happened to us: we came after pool around 4p.m back to room, lady just finished cleaning. So she left, and when I went to the shower I realized there's only 1big towel and 2 floors towels:one for feet and one for hands probably! I thought, she just forgot, so I called her and ask to bring it! And you know what she said- o, sorry at the moment we don't have clean towels, they will be ready at 8 p, m, You must be kidding me!!! Should I share one towel with my husband I asked her? Well, hope you understand! And one more , if you selling wine in the mini bar ,how about to have a glasses for it as well in the room!!!!Or it's too much to ask? At the end: food is really delicious! Good luck!!! But next year we are not here for sure!!!!!

We had a very bad experience. But not in the hotel facilities, only restaurant corner outside. We ordered some drinks to have some see time but after waiting for 40 min. we left. Very poor restaurant personnel, outside. Possible we had some bad luck, cause others people (probably who stayed in the hotel) were helped quickly

All my stars go to: the pool and the surveilling staff there at first, spacious room and bath room 2ndly, and good food in the restaurant 3rdly. Lacking 2 stars because: no anti-Covid measures, particularly in the most exposed/crowded areas: restaurant, elevator.

Yesterday was there heavy rain and the hotel got flooded, our room was full of water and our baggages was flooded too. They moved us to upper rooms but they asked us the next day to move back to the flooded room. We asked them to change the room but they rejected .The staff was rude and they did not offer any support. Forcing us to check out the hotel. The place

Nice Hotel and good stuff. And the breakfast was good comparing to the number of guests. I have only noticed two things which i think the Hotel should improve considering they are 5 stars. There was no electric water boiler in the room and i needed one since i was with my 1 year old son and we have to make milk for him, specially during the night, however the stuff were helpful and they asked me to call them anytime for boiled water. And after i call they will come within 5 minutes. But i think it will be much easier to have electric water boiler. Second point, drinking water, it was complementary in the first night only and after that you have to pay. I think the managment have to review this policy. However, i really recommend this Hotel in Odessa.

I never thought such service exists in Ukraine. And yet it does indeed. I spent a week there and would gladly repeat next time I'm to Odessa. If you are not on tight budget and love Italian villa very close to the centre of Odessa and the sea think no more. This is the great place to stop by. You will enjoy all of it.

Good, fun, cheap, crowdy night club. And drinks are also awesome. If you book a table they give you food and drink free as per table rates. Like if your table price is 1000 you can order anything under 1000 for free. And also before 11pm girls entry is free.

Be careful, they are scammers. The menu is with average prices but when you go to pay... They will give you a bill with $$$ thousands dollars... You might think is 400 but they would say 3.000 You gotta pay without complaining or otherwise they will be violent. Please don't come if you don't wanna across through a hard situation.

The pictures are not correct, they located in the city, and the bars inside was closed.Woman on reseption was neutral, better then bad. The pool was small and only until 10 you can swim, after you must pay or rent it. Don't like.

Disrespectful people. I was waiting in the reception for someone to book a room in this hotel, with all my baggages, and I was asked to get out and wait outside under the rain. The room have no windows, it seems like a cell. The ground was not clean. For the location, bed, devices inside it's good, but I will never come back because people are hateful here.

Beware of this place I had to experience it myself for a book I'm writing and it is scam they will charge you for things you do not order. I've been traveling the world writing a book about safe travel and tips on scams to avoid. A local will try to entice you to visit the cafe or club then the drinks will be over priced or charge you for stuff that was never ordered.

Be careful if you go to the club, the club is nice, but if you drink a bit too much, they may charge much on your credit card than what you indeed drunk or ate. They are cheating you.. and for a lot of money ! In addition never take a taxi just out of the club, they want to charge you 1'000 for a trip which is 100 worth.. saying that 30% has to be returned to the club.. use Uber or Yandex to have a correct price !

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views. As an American, I was warmly welcomed and provided all safety precautions. Front desk help is great especially Valeria. She was amazing!! Thank you also to Katerina, Yulia and Daniil. Always helpful and spoke great english. Breakfast was great and food & drinks were well prepared and high quality. Drinks a little expensive. The bar service could be friendlier, housekeeping could be a little better. The only inconvenience was getting a glass of warm milk. It was an unnecessary hassle and Valeria came to the rescue. The gym needs some improvement. The weight on one of the dumbbells fell off. That could have ended bad. The construction next door was not a nuisance. The oysters at the rooftop bar were amazing. Very much enjoyed my stay and hospitality provided by the staff. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

4,3 Stars of 5 Thanks for the good time in M1-Club Hotel. This Hotel offers an exceptional good service and exceptional good breakfasts and meals. The room and the hotel was was kept at all time very clean. The architecture with view on the sea was just amazing. I would strongly recommend to book a room with sea-view, unfortunately for me all sea-view rooms were already booked. (no negative rating for this). The interior Design is even very stylish and even in a seamless design flow to all parts of the hotel, well done! The access to the sea is limited, at the evening there are many fishers in the front of the hotel. Next to the hotel there is an other big hotel, unfortunately we had a new construction site next to the hotel, the noise was just one (week) day louder. The access to the city center is good, you can choose to move through a very nice park or normal roads. Thank you so much for the "Birthday Surprise", this was very attentive! Pricing was in the upper level for the destination, but overall experience too. @all who read this review was made already on high level expectations, so not reaching 5 of 5 stars is even no comparison to over reviews with 5 stars!

The begining I was impressed, it's on the beach. I arrived early and the staff did a good getting me a room earlier than normal check-in. This place is very clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast here is really good. The showers are amazing! The upstairs bar has good views. The problem is my AC doesn't work, it's 28 c in my room (hot). The TV comes on but nothing on the screen. Also the jacuzzi is not heated, they explained to me that it means it blows bubbles, its not to be heated. They also state there are two pools, but only have one. My second day all the elevators broke. The cost was high for this place, you can find better for this price.

Staff and service could have been better - for everything we had to talk to administrator. We do not have table for you on a terrace, we do not do burgers because they are on kids menu, we cant give you the room to change, once you checked out

I was only one night on a business trip in Odessa. Receptionist friendly, room ok, very loud, was not on the sea side, then opposite of a construction area of the next hotel. Breakfast limited. Nice and cosy bar, nice view from the restaurants but would not go second time to this hotel. Highlight of the stay: concierge drew me with a golf car to the parking 20m 😊

Service is extremely slow and unprofesssional. Had dinner at the 1 st floor and the waitress had no clue what to do. Main course was served without clearing up the appetizer plate and when finally served, with no cutlery. Ordering shisha took almost 45 mins..... Beautiful hotel and high price...but the service is not up to the standard. I would love to stay in the hotel but the service should be an exemplary. And the body language of the staff was not always helpful.

I checked in late last night at this hotel. The woman at reception told me that she had “upgraded” to a suite. She told me the AC wasn’t working when the generator was on, but that when the electricity is on, it would work. She didn’t tell me that I have to manually turn on the air conditioner. And I had no way of knowing when the AC came on. She also neglected to tell me that in the suite there is NO AC whatsoever in the bedroom where it is 29 degrees although on the street it is 22. Thoroughly disgusted and planning to leave at 5am when the curfew ends.

Excellent location to everything you want to do in Odessa. Beautiful entrance and lobby, sorry not wheelchair friendly. Staff treats us with professionalism and polite response to questions and concerns. Few concerns though. Building has been remodeled over the years, so expect creativity in the floor plan and room layouts. If you want specific features be certain to make the request with your booking. It is a popular destination and rooms are unique. This is to say, I loved my room, but my friends room was not to his taste. Be certain to ask for specific features if you have specific expectations. I've been to Odessa 7 times, this room was the best balance of features and cost for me. I will return.

Stayed again last week. The food has improved a lot from two years ago; also had the pleasure of meeting Katerina, the restaurant manager. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The location and service sets this hotel apart from the rest and the restaurant by far had the best food and service.

Great location. This hotel has character and class and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast however was disappointing. If you dont eat pork there is not a vast choice and the cooked food was only just warm . Will definitely stay at the hotel again but breakfast elsewhere. Spa treatments not available over the weekend. .

The hotel is great and friendly. The surrounding place could be noisy at night but the rooms are largely soundproof. Perhaps the best part of the hotel is a restaurant with an open terrace with the view to Opera House. Many thanks to waiter Kateryna for her excellent work!

The staff were friendly and kind, and very responsive. I had a couple frustrations, but they immediately tried to address the issues. With their attempts to fix things s so quickly it does not feel fair to include them in the review. Location is wonderful. This hotel is very nice and has everything one needs for spending a few days on Black Sea in Odessa. Golden Beach, one of the cleanest beaches in Odessa, is five minutes walk. Breakfast is good. Rooms are modern and clean. Italian design, both premises and meals in their restaurant.

Even during the war conflict, Alice Place Hotel which is located in Odessa, Ukraine has proven to me that the excellence in Ukraine actually exists! I was excited by the service I received, the quality of rooms, especially the wooden interior! All bathrooms were clean and my room was always tidy without even seen the housekeeping staff. Food was also exceptional and room service usually took about 30 min. Amenities are exceptional as well, accounting for luxurious beauty salon and wellness clinic, where I got best facial treatments. Highly recommended, especially during these hard times for good relaxation.

I've stayed at this hotel for 1 night only... so happy I've done that because the music at night its unbelievable.. The room is good, breakfast is fine.. but the noise.. its completely another story.. also no free water.. it cost 40 UAH!! what a 4 star!! Cost: 1250 UAH, 1 night.

Номер был намного лучше, выглядел как новый, но очень грязный, везде валялись чужие волосы. Вообщем я смирилась что отель не очень хороший и мне прийдется пожить в этой комнате 10 дней. Ожидание-реальность как говорится. Через день мне постучали в дверь и сказали (когда вам удобно можете перенести свои вещи в этот (другой) номер.) я была в шоке !!! Другой номер был в 3 раза меньше, там не было нормальной кровати, как мы привыкли в отелях, там была ужасная мини раковина, из которой выливалась вода когда моешь руки, я уже молчу о том как стирать нижнее белье. Номер был ужасно грязным, в волосах и пыли. Я звала уборщицу чтобы она хотя бы пропылесосила, потому что когда я увидела эту грязь я спросила почему не убрали ??? Они ответили что убрали 😖 Потом уборщица уходит, я смотрю в зеркало а на нем все заплеванное и волосы прилипшие чужие, я зову уборщицу опять, она вытирает со словами да что ж такое…. Потом я захожу в ванну открываю унитаз и удивляюсь еще больше…. Но уборщицу не стала звать, взяла антибактериальные салфетки и все вытерла сама…. И помыла унитаз гелем для душа. Нужно было бы просто собраться и уйти оттуда, но я сразу оплатила за все, и понимала что никто мне не вернет деньги. А между прочим сумма была такая же как я была неделю назад в другом, хорошем отеле. С чистыми и комфортными номерами. За время прибывания не разу никто не убирал, один раз я попросила убраться и когда пришла после уборки, все что было сделано это заменили полотенца и постель. Волосы в душе как лежали так и остались и пыль и тд. За душ еще отдельно скажу, что я каждый раз плавала как в море, потому что слив почти не работал и я мылась в луже…. Короче было ужасно. Ах да еще там завтраки включены 😂 и они были ужасного качества из самых дешевых не вкусных продуктов. Я 2 раза поела и больше там не завтракала. Еще и яйца сырыми подают, хотя я просила пожарить нормально, но все равно они были полусырыми. Расположение отеля не очень, рядом нет магазинов. Нужно идти далеко до ближайшего супермаркета. Вообщем я ни в коем случае не рекомендую этот отель ни за какие деньги!!!!! ❌❌❌

Great boutique hotel with some great people working here. Top notch restaurant. You can tell the chef takes pride in his work. Ideally located near the top of the Potomkin steps within in walking distance of anything you need. Rooms are very clean with a great housekeeping staff. You can tell the hotel is well run.

This establishment is very accommodating. The hotel is clean, cozy, and in a favorable location to tour the local area shops and sites. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Aleksandra was very professional and helpful with requests and information. I cannot thank her enough. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant visit.

Pretty, but got zero sleep. I was woken at 6:00 every morning by the staff shouting in the next room, possibly the kitchen, which continued from then on. At 8:00, the maids started vacuuming the room next to me (as if it had to be ready at 9:00 on a Monday morning in off season!). I don't recall the last time I left a supposedly nice hotel so tired. Also, the climate control mechanism is apparently only decorative. 5 star hotel at 3 star prices compared to almost anywhere else in the world. Quite unique interior decor; polished and artful in all details. Elegant yet comfortable. A real pleasure made even greater by the professional and very personable staff at every level.

No doubt, one of the best places to stay in Odesa. Fantastic location, just next to Potemkinst stairs and fantastic view on the harbor. Close to Deribasovskaya street. Fitness center, good breakfast and big and clean rooms. High quality service, you can park your car just next to the entrance.

A very stylish venue with grade A service and the coffee is not bad either. Nice art installation at the main entrance - "Sofa" the cat. Newly renovated and everything spotless.

We visited Odessa in 2019 and stayed for 1 night at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was really good.

The Hotel is Brand new, but the Air-Condition in the Front Desk area is not cold enough., and make the room so hot and humid The Room is simple, I believe need to be decorated little bit, and it need a safety box. The Wi-Fi signal is very weak, and I reported to the front desk, but there is not improvement. The Hotel doesn't have a restaurant yet, and I hope they will have one in the future. The Location is very nice at the middle of shopping area.

Not a worthy place their breakfast is good but their management literally has no manners what so ever. I booked up (for 2 )the place over the phone confirmed it like 5 times and when I arrived they told me sorry just place for one is available which was extremely small like a prison and without any ventilation and the rest is all booked which was a lie more over their were water pipes in the cupboard which were always draining 24x7 and you cannot sleep like it’s impossible and secondly on the day of departure I informed them that I’m leaving late and the receptionist dimitry ( the rude illiterate one) said sorry the room is booked which later I got booked from another receptionist , thanks guys you ruined my holidays never ever gonna think to stay here again.

At first glance it's a nice place. I showed up a bit late because I could not find a means to get there without blowing a lot of money. They gave away my room so I had to rebook and pay again, even though it was paid for in advance. The room looked like it has not been cleaned in a while, no towel in the bathroom for a shower and the other hotels I stayed at were a bit better (to say the least) breakfast buffet was included and they were only a few dollars more- LITERALLY!

Very good Hotel. It has a nice outside pool and a great medical center. Massage is supeb but the peeling is not as good. Great service in the lobby bar, and really good food. The service is perfect if you don't count the poolbar. At the pool bar you can easy wait for half an hour for your drink. But other than that is a great choice. Bus goes outside the hotel to Odessa.

Beautiful hotel with medical centre and spa.Pilling, hamam,pool with brom chloride water. Cosmetic operations.Nice territory . Rooms are big and modern.Tasty food. Calm. In October is almost empty. Local people love pool and medical center.No entertainment around but karaoke and bowling in nearest places. Take taxi from centre of Odessa as local transport are uncomfortable and distance too long.

Everything deserves 5 stars but the shower did not drain and the base filled with water. The second person had to have a very short shower to avoid a flood.

The hotel was located in a great location within walking distance to many eateries and bars that compose Odessa's downtown scene. The hotel staff was nice and provided a seamless check-in/out. The mini fridge was well stocked with a little if everything and was reasonably priced. The restaurant located at the hotel provided quality service and a pleasant atmosphere. I dined there twice and found the menu to be well prepared with quality dishes that were priced modestly. The room was clean and stocked with fresh toiletries that are expected in a 4 star hotel. I wasn't able to get the thermostat to work properly, but it could have been operator error on my part. All in all nice lodgings for the the value.

Though my mum and I spent one night here only, I love this hotel so much. All the ladies and gentlemen at the reception were helpful, kind, warm and friendly. We arrived at the hotel quite early in the morning, there was no room available at that time. What we asked for was to store our baggage. However, the lady provided us a decent bathroom to wash, which was a big bonus! Will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Odessa in the future :))

From the Ladies at the Registration desk, the Doorman/Security, the Wait staff in the restaurant, to the House Cleaning personnel, all were very professional, Friendly, and Helpful. The way to new block through the court from the street in not comfortable as well as a small lift. But rooms in new block are modern and big. Seaport view from the windows. Servies is good. Stayed here in Aug 2020, for 5 days. On second day of our stay 500 euro disappeared from our suitcase. When we brought it up with staff the guard tried to blame us for false accusations. When we mentioned the police and lawyer, he tried his best to make peace. Manager of hotel was not accommodating either. We suspect the guard, manager, and the cleaning staff are all in on the deal. Did not feel safe or secure the entire time, had to carry our valuables with us everywhere. 0/10, shame on these people.

The hotel is in an excellent location. However the level of service was far below what is to be expected of a hotel that boasts a 4 star rating. We had problems with a non functioning air conditioner in the height of summer and after two days of stories from the reception that it was fixed we were finally given a different room. The new room had a clogged drain in the shower and the air conditioner started leaking water all over the floor in the middle of the night. Again we were told it had been fixed but the next night we returned to the room to find water all over the floor despite the air conditioner being off. It took an hour of arguing with reception while my wife was in tears at 2 am until we were allowed to switch to a different room. The experience ruined an otherwise great vacation to odessa.

Excellent service and comfort once again at the Frapolli. I have stayed here 6 times since 2014 and the Hotel and Restaurant have been consistently good. The location is, in my opinion, the best in Odessa being located on Deribasovskaya Street which is the heart of nightlife in the City. Highly recommended.

Great Place, stayed here for two weeks and the service, staff and food was friendly and tasty (not the staff ;-) ). One thing wasn't so well, if you are staying in the lower floors that are faced towards the street you gonna hear a lot of street life and music going on. Not the best thing if you need to sleep... But the staff speaks english very well, so I guess if you explain it to them, they will take care of it.

Best shower I've had in Ukraine. Room is pretty big, I had 2 twin beds. Has a reasonable minibar. Room was a bit cold. Breakfast is ok, for 190 uah. It is convenient, but if you want to explore, go for it. Restaurant otherwise seemed to be closed in November. Very good price for what is genuinely a 4 star hotel.

I think this is the awfully hotel on earth , bad staff , receptionist, place in general , they always try to rub you in the chick out, with deferent excuses, in my last day i wanted to change towels they say we can’t. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I was in nightmare there. But anyway its in a good location. Up to you guys .

The hotel itself was as clean as you want it to be and the rooms were very comfortable! Good bathrooms as well. Staff at the bar and restaurant were very friendly. The hotel is close to almost anything you would want to see: the Otrada beach, the Taras Shevchenko Park and the city centre. In short: would definitely recommend.

Very new, clean and comfortable Hotel in the heart of Odessa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast-buffet is very tasty. I enjoed my stay very much and I like to come again soon.

Stayed two days. Rooms are clean, furniture is new. Breakfast and dinner is very good. Deserts are awesome.

HOTEL IN GENERAL (5/5): A new brand hotel (about 3 years at the time of writing this review) Modern Design Hotel has no Fitness at the moment but it is under construction which I find very important. Location in City Center. about 7 minutes by walk to the attraction. Good value of the money. RECEPTION (5/5): Imagin you arrive at hotel after 6 hrs headake with authorities and two nice ladies at reception welcome you and being very helpful with your check in. Bellboy was nice and very helpful as well. BREAKFAST (4/5): Comparing with other 5 star hotels, - refill was good - quality good, very fresh - variety could be better ROOM (5/5): We had Superior with kitchen if I am not mistaking. Bathroom and room totally was big. So many place in 4 closets as well. 2 at the entrance and 2 at the sides of the bed. Try to get the rooms from back yard since rooms with windows to the main street are noisy and loud. CLEANESS (5/5): very clean. Nothing to compain. Hotel has a restaurant which was very fresh and delicious.

Had a wonderful stay here at Decameron in Odessa, the location is good, around 5 minutes walking distance to Deribasovskaya street and close to the Shevchenko Park and the beach. The hotel is new, very clean, has a chill vibe and looks modern. Was very pleased with the staff here. Would visit again in the future!

Nice hotel, but way overpriced - however that's pretty much the truth about Odessa overall. If you like to be in a peaceful place right at the sea and with great views from your terrace then think no more and pay the extra. Allow plenty of extra cash for getting to the centre by Taxi. Service is great and staff is very helpful. Overall expensive but good place.

The restaurant is... well... decor is cold and the illumination is like a home... very pricey. There are better places in town

Actually this place is quite good when compared to other places in Odessa. The pool is fine, the rooms are big and they do have outstanding parking. The milkshake that I bought in such high price near the pool was from spoiled milk and was disgusting and it took them about 10 minutes to prepare the check , but actually, as I was saying, it is a nice place to relax and to feel calm even in the middle of the summer in Odessa.

A luxury place to Lodge and have some rest with a pool, nice area around the hotel and a cool restaurant The Doors. Hence interior of the XIX century style need some renovation, not all personnel is nice and fast

TERRIBLE SERVICE- ARROGANT STAFF We had a horrible experience at this hotel and WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We had booked in for 2 nights and apparently the breakfast was not included in the second day. They failed to inform us of this upon check in. Moreover, our clothes that were given to laundry was returned late. We called them regarding the laundry from the room and the reception lady asked us to wait and HUNG UP ON ME. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. All the other hotels in Ukraine were fine. I have no idea how they managed to receive so many good reviews. The clothes were only returned after we had checked out and was dumped on the sofa in the check out area. When asked for a bag to put them, the disinterested doorman gave us a small plastic bag for sandwiches. I will be recounting my experience to the tour agency to ensure that nobody else will have such a bad experience in Odessa.

Fully equiped rooms, clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Very nice and professional staff. Delicious restaurant downstairs, with good breakfasts and dinners. Right in the city center, close to all most important places. I can reccomend this hotel for staying in Odessa.

Absolutely spectacular lodging experience! My husband and I stayed here early to mid October 2017 in the English-style suite and it was an absolute treat! The staff is sincerely sweet and attentive to your needs. They will make sure your feel at ease and 100% comfortable. One day during our trip both of us managed to get sick from eating all the decadent Ukrainian food and the hotel staff took care of us as if we were their own children! Administrator Mariya was especially lovely and helpful throughout our stay at the hotel. Few more things are note-worthy about this fantastic place. The suites are extra-clean and very cozy. The detail and thought that was put into the interior design is incredible. Aside from the beautiful rooms, the hallways are also adorned with art and period-appropriate details. You really feel like your are visiting extended family in 19th-early 20th century Odessa. The housekeeping staff is a delight! Thorough and deliberate in their work. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. Although there was some construction on Preobrazhenskaya St. (the route I planned on taking originally to get places), there is another way to get from the hotel to all the major attractions though Sabaneev most. In fact, it is tucked away in the heart of charming Old Odessa, short walk from the nightlife and main streets, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet, and the picturesque surroundings. Lastly, I would like to touch on the restaurant that is attached to the hotel. Sophie Cafe serves a delicious buffet-style breakfast of Odessa specialties that you can opt into when booking your hotel room. For dinner it is also a must-visit! With live music, wonderful staff, and the most exquisite dishes - it is a very memorable dining experience. The food was so good, we came back twice - something we never do when traveling!

DO NOT RECOMMEND- AVOID Service was horrendous. The reception couldn’t care less. We gave our clothes to be laundered and they were returned late. They had a policy of laundry being returned in 24hrs and this was not adhered to. We had already checked out when the laundry was returned. To add insult to the injury, they gave the clothes without any type of bag. By then, we had already packed our luggage and had to open the luggage up IN THE LOBBY to repack. No compensation or apology was offered despite the reception watching us struggle. It was a simple problem which required a simple solution but the horrible attitude of the staff only made it exponentially worse. They also made us pay for the breakfast. We were booked in for 2 nights and they did not tell us on arrival that the breakfast on the second night was not included. We were only charged at the end. This is so dishonest. My sincere advice is to stay somewhere else. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I have never stayed at a better hotel! The service was impeccable, everyone spoke perfect English, all the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and the cafe is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in Odesa

Small but very clean hotel. Good rooms, friendly staff. It has a fairly nice restaurant but as it is situated in the city centre there are lots of (maybe even better) restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good and certainly sufficient. For Odessa standards it’s a good spot to be based at and it has got an excellent pricing/quality ratio.

The room in that hotel was as a present to me and my wife on our wedding because we celebrated it in the restaurant that was in the same building. So it was something like "mid-ranged room" And I can't say about direct prices. The room was not very spacious, but quite comfortable, clean and there was everything you need for a pleasant stay. Ideal if you just come to rest and sleep, for a tourist between trips around city, for example. Our gift room had a little balcony(corner room overlooking the avenue). In the morning there was a free breakfast. It was necessary to go down to the floor with a small and just as comfortable cafeteria in which there was a buffet table. This hotel left an impression between "rich and temperate surroundings". And if you want, it has a good restaurant near it's entrance, as I said.

One of best choice in Odessa If you're looking for silent place with the room perfectly clean and comfortable. Not a many hotels even with more stars, can offer so good service! Strictly recommended! I stayed in this hotel just one night, but even for longer stay this is very good choice.. You can find in the room everything you need... even a box of god brand condoms for these guys who are looking for more and deep experience on Ukraine ;) Friendly staff will help you in any case, and find for you what you need. The breakfast was delicious.. a lot of choice for cold and hot dishes... Maybe they could only serve some more kind of bread.. But this is only the small detail to improve the service even better. They have bar in a lobby with god choice of drinks.. You have to try local Ukrainian beer which is really good. I did not to check the quality and the choice for the dinner but I thing is good to. I'm sure that I will order this hotel next time I visit Ukraine!

I've stayed here many times. Best part is probably breakfast which they serve til 11AM. For someone like me who's favourite meal is brunch, that makes weekend mornings the best. Super central location to walk everywhere in Odessa.

Stayed here for 2 days during April this year accompanoed by 2 of my colleagues. Booked via booking after a ba experience with Frapolli. Beside the 10% bonus we earned thanks to booking we received an upgrade for 1 room. The hotel situated near the centre, but silent enough if you wish to rest. Breakfast was well done. Staff is very flexible and quick in fulfilling your request. I was told to get a room without windows, but actually there were (just without a view). If they could add a spa would be very nice. For sure would prefer this hotel for next stay.

Good location, pretty comfortable rooms, nice cleaning service but unfortunately, kitchen and restaurant restaurant staff is really bad. They don’t even know the difference between VEGAN and VEGETARIAN. All week I ate something that I did not preordered. Unpleasant experience. If you’re ok about not eating there but pay for it, this place is nice.

Good place, but. A bit crowded. There was a wedding when we arrived. The pool was not open cause to wedding. Also they moved me on the beach as I was in the way of the view of the wedding. When I should go back to the hotel, I had to go out and around everything, no excuse given. The hotel should tell us ( guests ) about the wedding and give us something that would compensate us for our trubbels. Good location on the beach and some good staff, but noisy. Music all night long. Good breakfasts!

Overall feeling: Felt like we went to a public beach. 250 UAH per place next to the sea. Our umbrellas were constantly drifting away and deforming thanks to a bit of wind. Flies and midges were not very welcoming. Hookah was very good. Our waiter was attentive. Wine was good as well. 3.5 / 5

Had spent a day here (weekday), reasonable prices for usage of pool and the beach.. The bar and restaurant is quite expensive.. 4-5 fold of what you'd buy in a normal store (beer) Food too was expensive.. a meal would equal a days enjoyment there to me.. The staff is good, kind and helpful.. Usage of pool area and its services ended fairly soon in the evening..

Attention to the rooms facing right (Bono beach club) as they are so noisy it is impossible to sleep - they should tell you in advance!! Apart of that, very nice hotel and facilities, it'd be a 5 star apart of that serious noise issue

The place is quiet; very clear - comfortable. The personal ( Hostess) - very attentive, clever and kind. Specialy to the doorman - Jean / John - interesting guy. I was very pleased and satisfied by their services. Also i would like to appreciate the breakfast - delicious. The only thing I missed is the ordinary black tea, not the one in packet. Thanks very much. I recommend this hotel and will revisit it with pleasure.

Very very nice hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. Some of them need to learn a little bit more English but in general it was not big problems. I travel a lot and have between 60 and 100 nights in hotel every year but this small and cosy hotel is now one of my top 10. The only minus i noticed was that we could only make tea in our suite and not coffee , and the breakfast room vas HORRIBLE hot. I asked the staff to open the door to get some air but it "didn't work" . I will surely visit Wall Street Hotel again.

The service i got during my stay was beyond excellent. I encounter some problems when i visited an near by atm and my bank card was stuck in there. The bank for security reasons did not want to return it to me without bank paperwork. All the front desk staff assisted me when i needed to call the Ukranian bank. They even offered to go with me to the bank if i needed translation. The door man, a very nice gentleman was very polite and attentive. When I left the hotel ( around 2am), and my taxi arrived he went out and confirmed with the driver the destination and the rate. As an extra bonus, they offer breakfast delivered to your room, which is a super nice bonus if you go partying till 5 😉😉. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, bars, pubs.. really.. just take a room here. It will save you hours reading other hotel reviews.

I liked so much this place and not ve seen before a place in this category here in Ukraine before. The only hotel that I gave the first 5 stars and I have no complaints. The staff, the hotel, the room, the service, the price, the location, in short, everything is perfect .. it does not matter if you are single or with family, business trip, vacation, or whatever reasons you come. extremely convenient, all-round place. Luxurious. Bellboys greet you . Concierge helpful . There is a quiet terrace up on third floor for dining on one end and smoking on the other . A quiet place to retreat with classic simple little apartments overlooking this terrace . The neighbours are respect and private. Unobtrusive or simply not intrusive to the terrace . Good place for a breakfast that can be delivered up by room service . Or bring your own book , multimedia and or drink. Smokers moved to the far end when I asked them to . As I tried to hold back my coughing . They seemed to respect this . :))) . Much advice and services offered . Staff are accommodating .

I give it 5 stars because of the service I receive every time I'm here. Great and helpful staff at reception, comfortable and affordable rooms. A very good breakfast included with the stay, and a bartender that knows how to make drinks. Within walking distance to the center of town. Near very good restaurants and shopping.

From arrival to departure, I can't say enough of how friendly the staff is and how nice the accommodation is. The breakfast buffet was amazing and you can't beat the location. Cozy & fresh new hotel! Rooms a bit too small but if you’re solo business travel this is the price performance hit. Close to airport and the business district. Breakfast comes with fresh vegetables and tasty coffee :) No big noise around as its hidden from main streets a bit. So all is good with Frapolli and 5 starts is a honest rate!

Very nice compact hotel at city center. Quite place, modern and clean rooms. Thin walls, you have a chance to hear your neighbors. Breakfast included, but you will need to select items (like pre-order, post pandemic ways 😉)

Highly recommend Frapoli 21 hotel. Very friendly and cheerful staff. Our suite was very clean, light, with air conditioning and safety deposits, the room was cleaned every day and we were getting towels and bathrobes replace every day. Breakfast was very high quality, a lot of tasty food, amazing syrniks (a lot of people crowded to get them, haha). Have got a welcome drink on arrival (cards for a welcome drink that can be exchanged in this hotel or one another bar closer to the sea). Despite there was no water in whole Odessa for 2 (!) days everything was fine as the hotel has it's emergency water storage that fulfilled hotel's needs for 2 days and we even didn't notice anything was wrong.

Nice and cozy family-type hotel. Simple but comfortable roons with dark brown furniture and crystal white bed linen. Attentive and polite staff and tasty breakfast, close to the sea.
