Amazing! Pictured are the Cinnamon French Toast and Indiana Eggs Benedict (two poached eggs atop sausage patties and a biscuit, then smothered with gravy). And that bacon? It's close to the best bacon I can remember ever having!!!

Went to the new Good Morning Breakfast House attached to the lovely La Bodega Latin Market and had the BEST Brunch!! Starter was the fried biscuits dusted in cinnamon sugar (picture attached). They have such a large selection of meals at really great prices! I had a huge bacon and cheese omlete, which came with delicious hash browns and a bread of choice (only $12). My friend had the All Meats Skillet that was out of this world delicious (only $12)! They have pancakes, waffles, breakfast tacos, burritos, French toast, and much much more! Don't walk...RUN for amazing food, ambiance, and all of the staff was courteous!

Why aren't more people going here? The baked goods are absolutely amazing and ridiculously underpriced. I got several pastries and there was a cake with apples in it. I have no clue what it was but so moist, perfect amount of sweetness. They had samples of several items. The restaurant attached was so good. The Mexican omelet hut just right in the spice department. I don't like French toast but would eat theirs daily. Definitely will be at the top of the rotation.

The restaurant side is nice but it was empty when we went and decided to sit on the market side. Food was average, and fairly priced. The market had nice Latin America staples and was very neat and organized.

Heard nice things about this restaurant, so it was disappointing when the service and food was less than stellar. Ordered the avocado egg sammy, but the avocado was missing the seasoning and they also forgot the cheese. When I asked about it, they claimed they were under new ownership and stuff was every where and menu items may not be the same. My food was very bland without the seasoning. In addition, I couldn’t have the regular side of potatoes due to allergy reasons with the oil and they said they could not cook it differently to accommodate. Instead, they said I could sub it for another side item. When the bill came they gave me an up charge since I had to sub the item. To top off the visit, I went to use the restroom to wash my hands and there were no paper towels. Being more up front about these changes in the restaurant with customers would really go a long way.

We were the only people in the restaurant side at 4pm. Shame! It was our waitresses 2nd day of work and she was super fun and attentive. Food was a bit above most local Mexican food, and their menu offered more than Mexican food. The bakery goods were special. Meat department looked amazing as did the fresh produce and wall of spice / peppers etc. Definitely give it a try!

Amazing experience today at chop shop. Went there for the ribbon cutting and got to try several of the menu items. All of it was delicious. The cupcakes were packed with flavor. My favorite was the wings. Will definitely be back to purchase my meat needs and me eat needs.

Mother Bear’s has been my go-to for the past 2 years, and it’s no secret it’s a Bloomington gem. Their salads are weirdly addictive—I blame the goldfish crackers. I’ve tried to recreate it at home, and nope… not the same. Their ranch is the best I’ve ever had, and yes, it belongs on your pizza. Pizza-wise, I typically always go with traditional crust and vodka sauce. Today I topped it up with mozzarella, feta, green peppers, and onion. Had to get it one last time before leaving Bloomington, and honestly… what a way to go out. Forever a Mother Bear’s fan. Always a 10/10.

I got a deep dish pizza with Italian sausage and salami, and it was good but nothing extraordinary. My wife got their gluten free (-ish) pizza and thought the sauce was too watery and made the pizza soggy. They seem to have leaned heavily into the grungy sports bar sort of ambience. I'd eat their pizza again but probably just do takeout.

Delaney was our server, she was very attentive, very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious 😋. Almost a must stop when we are in Bloomington!

We had a great experience at Mother Bear's! We sat on their patio on a beautiful day. Service and pizza were excellent! Fun place! Highly recommend.

Great deal on lunch special. 6" one topping pizza, 4 bread sticks and dipping sauce, 2 fairly large brownies and and a 20oz bottle of pop for about $12. Can't beat that.

This is our 2nd time visiting. A couple years ago it was a disaster. Today, got the sicilian pizza. It was burnt around the edges and the toppings were skimpy. The pizza did have a good taste. I wouldn't say it was the best I have had but not the worst either. Definetly not the pizza they say is the best in Indiana. Not worth $30. Service was great.

Oh my what can I say! This place was incredible. It is really hard to find a restaurant where everyone in our family can eat something due to food allergies, especially a pizza place, but Mother Bears did just that! A person with celiac, one with dairy and egg allergy, and one with nuts and eggs had options and not just one or two but plenty of options. And the food was delicious! We cannot wait to get back to Mother Bears each time we are back in Central Indiana.

Do you pay these "local guides" for the positive reviews? I'm serious. I just bought the 16 inch pie yesterday. I asked for extra cheese and extra sauce. I took one bite and out loud I asked myself "what is wrong here?". I peeled back the paper thin toppings to reveal a crust with little specks of sauce. I could not even detect the flavor of any sauce. There was no extra cheese either. It was literally the worst tasting pizza I have ever had. Two pieces were all I could force down, the rest was tossed. When I called and asked to speak to the manager he responded that HE personally made that pizza and that he TRIED to accommodate me. I laughed and asked if I could send him a photo. The pizza was so bad that I won't risk the cost of another $32.00 to try it again! These pictures show the bits of sauce (supposedly extra sauce) and the ridiculously scant toppings which included "extra cheese" "double sausage", pepperoni and onion. BUYER BEWARE!

Wonderful pizza and HuGE salad with more cheese than I have ever seen on a salad 🙂 The bread sticks were awesome as well. Our server was just adorable and had the best fun personality. This was a great dining experience and the outside seating on this beautiful day was a definite plus.

Pulled into Bloomington while on a road trip and stumbled upon this charming Italian place. We ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and a personal meat lovers. Both were tasty. Our server was very friendly.

Excellent pizza crust and topping. Plenty of meat and cheese ..a tad more sauce would have been ok. Stromboli pretty good. Fine crumbles vs. large of good tasting sausage. Pretty small for the money. Next time will ask for extra sauce on Strom and pizza (mine was Hawaiian...$8 for 7" personal size but worth it due to flavor. Friendly employees. Appropriate wait for Made-to-Order food . Delightful pizza and sandwiches at this venerable Kirkwood landmark. The family and I enjoy their simple, thin crust pizza with sparing sauce, light cheese, and delicious toppings. Sandwiches are served on big fluffy bread with plenty of tasty pickles. Prices are reasonable, service is fast, and the staff are always super friendly.

We had a pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms, a mozzarella salad, and an order of onion rings. All of the food was excellent and really exceeded our expectations! My husband said it was the best pepperoni and mushroom pizza he's ever had and the best onion rings ever. The salad was huge and loaded with shredded mozzarella. Our food came quickly, and the service was outstanding. It was fun watching the cook cutting up the pizzas and strombolis. It was clearly not his first day on the job--an "expert marksman" with the pizza cutter. We devoured the salad and the rest of the onion rings, so there's only one in the picture. Lol! I highly recommend!

The pizza is delicious. My husband loves the crust (“thin, perfectly crisp”) and the staff is sooo kind and friendly that my too-young son wants to work there some day.

We love Pizza X. This is our favorite pizza in Bloomington! A couple years ago they even helped us with our Toy Story themed birthday party!

It is a great pizza place on campus for late-night cravings. Can easily split a large with 3 people, make sure you order over the phone or online in advance cause it can be a little slow if you wait in person.

I'm deeply disappointed in my last order I picked up. I ordered a large waken bacon. However it was a lot more crust then it needed. My pizza was more like a small. I love pizza X campus. They are always nice fast and try to get you the best pizza. The service is quick what more could you ask for. I have to say they're waken bacon pizza is amazing. I just tried their General so good it's off the hizzy. I would highly recommend getting one of those pizzas you will not be disappointed!!

They are Definitely the best go to pizza when you got a late night craving cause their open til 2:30 AM (Ordering ends at 2AM) !!! I usually buy from them at least once a WK. I get a Large half Crumbled Sausage & half Grilled Chicken which is only $13.88 (tax's included) & they always throw in a few Tootsies Rolls for your sweet tooth !!! I definitely recommend this place !!!

LOADED WITH VEGGIES (im vegetarian). But a little costly for $19.39 and it being a 10inch pizza. thats ok i enjoyed it and i am satiated.

pizza is awesome. this is the buffalo chicken, and i got some ranch with it. definitely a little spicy but not too much to handle. good if you like an extra kick. no joke.. some of the best ranch i’ve ever had though. for sure top 2. #gohoosiers

Great pizza, great atmosphere, excellent selections. The updated "Avers Public House" offers an excellent range of offerings from salads, Italian beef, to the pizza you know and love. As well as a wide array of beers and wine. If you haven't tried Avers then they also offer the pizza flight (pictured) a sampling of their specialty or classic selections. A great option when you want to try a few things or try something new. (get the gyro pizza)

Second time here. Both times we had excellent service and amazing fresh pizza. The Crimson Creme pizza is the best and the cinnamon balls rock. The place is very clean. They also have a great beer selection.

I hope the owner reads this. The monkey bread is lonely it could use a dip :) The service was great. The pizza was fabulous. What more could you ask for. The monkey bread is to die for. I was happy when they kept bringing it out. We had to wait a little bit for them to make more. However that's a good sign. It is very delicious. I just love it here.

A little pricey, but the Cuban black bean pizza is always PHENOMENAL. It is so good I have never been tempted to order anything else (it's vegetarian and spicy).

We visited here for the first time yesterday for my wife's birthday. We were very impressed. The service was great, the atmosphere was great, the people were amazing and the food was great. I would recommend to anyone.

Was there for lunch and an excellent Beef Manhattan: reasonably proportioned, not too much bread and mashed potatoes, good meat and a savoury, nicely-peppered gravy. Really good value!

I have to admit, I was worried when I got in. It looked like 1/2 the place was closed. We found out it wasn't and I am always down to try a local place, especially any kind of a dive looking place So we Sar down and I am SO glad we did. The food was amazing. The zucchini pancakes took me back to my childhood. The French toast was amazing and the chocolate chip pancakes had the crunch bits on the edge that make foe an amazing pancake. The eggs were cooked perfectly. I will be going back to this joint again foe sure.

Stopped in for a quick bite after visiting our daughter on our way back to South Bend. Loved everything about this place. I had the Beef Manhattan. Excellent flavor since the gravy was peppery, which is exactly how I like it. I also tried my wife's Decadent Mac&Cheese. Creamy goodness with a bit of a kick. We will be back next time we're in town!

Although the restaurant was horrendously under-staffed, the restaurant's solo waitress/hostess was a pro! Thanks for getting us in and out so we could make our flight! The food was excellent, pricing is reasonable, and they even have a few vegan options. For typical American breakfast food in Bloomington, B'Town Diner is second to none.

The Hoosier haystack is incredible. The food was served quickly and the waitress was very friendly. The music was a little loud but that's an easy fix.

My scramble with Sriracha and peppers and onions was good. Wife says pancakes were delicious. Gotta give them a try

I can't say enough about this hidden, little gem downtown Bloomington (across from the Bluebird). The space isn't very large, but the flavors are! This is definitely a Mom and Pop operation with the owners there running the place, cooking and serving. They have an extensive menu with a full selection of breakfast items, sandwiches, salads and other entrees. The food is ALWAYS served fresh and piping hot. My go-to items are: grits and omelets; the Philly Stack, and their delicious pancakes which are crispy on the outside, but fluffy inside. They literally have something for everyone. PRICING! With inflation as high as it is, I honestly don't know how these guys manage to keep their prices so low. You get a TON of food for extremely reasonable prices (think Waffle House). For instance, my "normal" order is: Omelet with green pepper, mushroom, onion and swiss, half order of bacon, grits, English muffin and a glass of orange juice, and that is usually around $15! There are plenty of options just under $10, too, if you are cash-strapped. Unfortunately, like many small businesses, they are under-staffed. This is probably the biggest drawback. Don't get me wrong, the service is ALWAYS friendly, but when the place is full, there can be a bit of a wait both because of limited staffing and seating capacity. Still, I literally eat there EVERY weekend, so I have gotten to know the staff on a personal level, and they are just plain, old good people!!! They work very hard, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I encourage you to go when you have a little time, so that you don't get frustrated if there is a wait.

I stopped in for a late breakfast while in town recently. It was wasn't too busy when I was there mid-morning on a summer Friday. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Nutella and banana stuffed french toast, hashbrowns and bacon. It was delicious! The coffee was hot and also had a great flavor.

In town for campus tour, we searched for our son's favorite fast food choice. Doors were stuck and a bunch of us were knocking as it appeared opened for service. A customer kindly opened the door! Service was efficient, quick and food was as expected. Lots of open seating with chill atmosphere. Pretty clean overall. Would eat there again!

Ok for fast food asian. Friendly staff, quick service. Dishware clean. Tad boring interior. Decent option to burger joints. If you have more time recommend you try sit down local asian restaurant for similar price.

Worst food I've ever had in my life. The new special was on the window (steak stoganoff). The picture had about 15 pieces of steak on it, mine had 3. My friend also had almost no steak. The cheese was not melted and the pasta overall was so unpleasant, neither of us finished our meal. Never coming back here again.

Noodles & Co. is my go-to when my friends and I can’t decide what we want to eat, because it has a little of everything. We’ve never had an issue finding a table, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s a great location and I love being able to sit outside when it’s nice out.

Pretty good-tasting food. Deducting a point because the pad thai we ordered did not have any chicken in it at all that we could find. Otherwise pretty good though. Next time maybe we'll order protein-free and add our own later. Also, we are grateful for the gluten-free options; my wife is mostly gluten-intolerant, although she is not celiac.

The pizza was decent, but ZERO excuse for serving a side salad like this. It makes me question the freshness of each of their toppings. If you're gonna let a cheap head of iceberg go bad, then what would keep you from serv8ng something else that's clearly a few days past the expiration date. I was totally bummed. After reading reviews, I was actually looking forward to trying this place. 3 stars only cuz pizza was okay and side salad was 3.00 ... but still I door dash, and that side salad took me a half hour to earn...

Excellent service. Pizza was ok would have liked more veggies. Dough was the typical mass produced dough balls. Dine in area was unimpressive. Couple of TVs with sports playing. Best part of this place was proximity to Lake Monroe Village where I was staying.

We've been trying to call and place an order for the past hour and we only get a dial tone, they must have the phone off the hook. This isn't the first time this has happened and it's very disappointing for a place that has such good pizza we ended up place out order for 3 large pizza else where instead

Food was just not good. Overpriced for a small pizza for almost 13 dollars, the cheese was falling off into a gloopy mess, no seasoning at all the bread was still soggy and super greasy, never went before this is my first time and won't be back. Sorry but domino's tastes better.

I went here for brunch with a friend and her daughter yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a vegan veggie burger on the menu(win!) I didn't order it though so I can't comment on how that dish is. If you look at the menu, you'll see that their menu changes M-F, which I think is pretty cool. I ended up ordering a grilled cheese, with some added 🥑. Our waitress was super friendly; I can't recall her name, but she said that serving us was her second time working as a waitress, since she'd been a busser before, but had been promoted; she genuinely seemed happy, which is great. For me, the happiness of the workers does factor in my reviews, fyi. We ordered and our food came out all at once in about ten minutes; when it did, we all remarked at how large the portions were. My friend and her daughter ordered some kind of sandwich, the one that comes with the au jus dip(sorry can't remember the name of the meat), and the chicken tenders. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our food, and I especially liked the way they cooked their fries; crispy on the edges but soft on the inside. They were also really thick. My grilled cheese wasn't soggy, maintained it's crispiness throughout and the Swiss cheese was of quality and super tasty. I also appreciate the avocado was actually a good 🥑, because usually when I order avocado with a sandwich they cheap out on those at restaurants and get the watery ones. My friend's daughter also ordered a strawberry milkshake; it was delivered to her with an additional metal cup that contained extra, which was pretty much almost enough for two milkshakes; the guy who served it to us offered to put in a separate cup and add whipped cream on top for my friend, which was really considerate. Overall, the food and the friendly service persons here would definitely bring me back if I'm in the area again, I would highly recommend!

This is the type of place where you can go with family or meet up with friends. The food is amazingly delicious which explains the wait times if they take a little longer then usual, but the food is well worth the wait. Service is excellent with the utmost respect shown to their customers. I recommend Baldy's to all my friends and family.

Don’t get the salad! The market salad had lots of brown spots and was missing the bleu cheese. When I pointed this out to employees they just shrugged and said sorry and that was it. No refund or alternate items offered. Very uncaring and poor quality food.

Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before the "shift lead" even asked if I needed something, as she and the cashier helped person after person in line who had come after me. I was waiting for an order that had been placed 25 minutes prior and she seemed to see no problem that I had been waiting right in front of her for so long completely neglected. For being known for customer service, this should have been a huge problem for chick-fil-a but she didnt even offer an apology for the wait let alone going ungreeted. They knew I was there but simply chose to disregard me. Horrible service doesn't come close.

So this one's going to be a little bit different. I lost my card and the management decided to give me a meal for free. I came back to Chick-fil-A to pay for my meal and give a donation to help others in the future. The general manager said there's a program that allows them to show generosity and they cannot accept my donation. I think that's awesome!!!!!! Instead, I went ahead and paid for several people's meals as they were picking them up. It's this kind of generosity and kindness that the whole world needs to get it moving back in the direction it needs

Blonde guy at Chick Fil A in the drive thru at about 1:00 on 4/9 was incredibly rude. Asked "Where are you going?" when I pulled forward and then told me "Yeah, next time stop at the mobile cash." in an 'over it' tone. I don't even know what that is. I've never experienced anything like that in a Chick Fil A line. No thank you, no my pleasure, not even a how are you. Every other employee I talked to this afternoon was so nice, and they always are at this location so I was pretty caught off guard by that. Could be he's just having a bad day, but working in customer service you definitely should not be making it everyone else's bad day too.

I highly recommend the Arnold Palmer here. It is such a great drink and I recommend the chicken nuggets all those food in the excellent staff here. They have so many great stuff going on here. I highly recommend this place

Really good chicken sandwich! Bun is soft, not soggy. Breading is crunchy and chicken cooked perfectly. The staff has great customer service!

This place is great. Food is good and I got my food in seconds. The only downside was that I only got 4 sauce packs with my 4 chicken nuggies. I kind of had to ration my sauce as I ate.

You guys desperately need to retrain your employees on how to actually cook fries. The only time I'm never getting undercooked, yes I said undercooked, is when I ask for them to be extra crispy. THAT JUST MAKES THEM ACTUALLY COOKED, NOT CRISPY. This isn't a one-time thing. It's getting really old paying for undercooked Regular Cajun Fries then have to pop them in the oven even though I PAY YOU GUYS for cooking it. I've worked at five guys before and know for a fact this is disgusting. Be Better.

Just finished my burger. In a state of burger Nirvana, I am leaving the same comment on both locations: Five Guys is the best fast-food establishment in town. The burgers are second to none. The fries are second to none. Both restaurants are super, super clean and deliver consistently friendly experiences, with smooth in-store and online experiences. I've never waited long at all for a pickup order. I will continue to come back every week. Management, Kudos to you!

Great workers and food! The prices are higher than other fast food places, but the taste and value is so much better it's worth it :) The workers are very kind as well.

The food is still good, but something is up. I’ve ordered five guys many times the last couple months, and there’s been a steady decrease in fries. Today there was only one cup worth of fries in my takeout bag. I’ve been eating at this location for years and it’s usually at least twice this much. I don’t know if there’s new management or something, but isn’t the whole deal with $4 fries that you get a lot more than the cup?! I love five guys. I don’t want to hate on them. But I am very disappointed with this recent development.

Terrible experience the owner tried to fight me and I was trying to buy some pizza for my moms since it moms weekend. Threw my money back because I asked I can instead just to buy all the pizza that he had on display instead of making fresh pizza (which is more effort for him). Asked me to step outside if I have problem. Man is aggressive would never recommend.

Been going here for years!! Excellent pizza!! 3$ a slice. Totally a win , also open till 3am as proper place should be on the weekend. Does get a bit crowned , by all kinds of people on the late nights. A worthy experience if your out on a pub crawl or just out for a walk.

What happened to their recipe? The sauce tastes really cheap. It's taste like a tomato paste. It use to be so good. Service is amazing. Rocket gets really packed and they donsuch a good job at keeping the line going. I hardly have to wait. It's the pizza that has gone downhill. It's the sauce. I miss the old sauce. It literally reminded me or a can of tomato paste.

Used to be my favorite place to hang around with friends. But the guy behind the counter is the rudest guy. He accused us of stealing the soda in a water cup even though his own machine was malfunctioning. Such a terrible experience. Never going back again. We loved the lady host who works there sometimes but the guy is just terrible. Such a shame. Good food but no sense of how to talk to customers.

We ordered a whole pizza and it was freshly made. .excellent pizza.. my daughter who normally doesn't like pizza, ate 3 slices.. but here is ultimate kicker.. it is the secret hot sauce he has .. all I can say is, only try it if you are non-anglo.. this thing will brings tears to your eyes.. but it has an amazing taste. it is korean gochujang sauce.. will surely be back ..

The pizza and service here were both great! I love New York style pizza and it definitely didn't disappoint. They are also open late, which is great if you are hungry late at night.

I’ve been coming to Culver’s for almost 4 years now. I think it’s safe to say now that I find it to be the best burger in Bloomington. Their soft butter-bun, combined with their crispy patties, makes for an amazing treat which is always prepared using fresh ingredients. They have a whole host of sides, different meals, and their delicious frozen custard which is a must try! The service has always been friendly, timely and they always ask you if you need anything else when giving you your food. I love their drive-thru system. It can accommodate the busiest hours of traffic without causing any backlogs in their lot. Moreover, their app saves time as you can order and pickup from the lane while skipping the counter. As a whole, it’s the perfect place to enjoy fresh food the way you want to. You can’t go wrong with their boom-boom sauce!

I just ordered on DoorDash and asked for a vanilla concrete with brownies and cheesecake bites. They put peanut toppings in here and I’m allergic!! 1) Not what I had ordered. 2) Please be mindful of allergies this is unacceptable! Got an allergic reaction thanks to you guys and for some that might ask well couldn’t you have seen it? Check the photo out. You can’t tell what’s in the concrete obviously so of course I took a bite. Don’t order from here and expect your food to come out correctly! If you do come, come at your own risk! See pictures below for reference! I hadn’t even started eating into my burger yet and I’m gonna give it a 1 star just for the allergic reaction.

The Atlantic cod Is the freshest fish dinner you’re gonna get in Indiana I mean it’s surprisingly delicious. Bin to a lot of Culvers across the state and Plainfield is the best. Great outside patio with umbrellas. They give you free ice cream if you do the survey on the receipt.

The shrimp are humongous. And delicious. Onion rings are very good too. And their ice cream is outstanding. 10/10 would recommend!

carmen served me my food and even though i was missing something from my bag she was very sweet about it and got me the missing item fast. She is such a sweet soul and i can tell she’s a hard worker. i usually always get bad customer service but she really did her big one! #WELOVECARMEN!

This place is outright gross. Think they forgot to put sauce on their pizza. Food tastes salty and cheap. Low quality cheese. Worst pizza in Bloomington and that’s saying something considering all of the competition. If you’re feeling hungry check the nearest dumpster before going here.

Absolutely homey and delightful place. All types of people came in peacefully and joyfully. Manager Captain Dave was so great! I arrived when they were putting together 80 pizzas (!) and he still found time to (at kitchen speed and manager Quality) handle my special order with grace and quickly. I highly recommend supporting this type of environment. I'm a foodie so I did rate the food a 4 instead of 5. I am looking for the Perfect Pizza for ME in the USA. And this place didn't reach me there. However, it was prepared with diligent care and everyone who came in was very happy for their food and seemed to know it was worth the scuttle through the other 80 pizza order. It's tasty and satisfying. And you'd never know there were so many orders in the back until they were brought out. 😅 Well done everyone in the kitchen! High fives 😄

Fantastic pizza, and at a fantastic price. Staff is really nice, too. Most college towns I've been to have pizza joints that are mediocre at best, AND overpriced. Swing-In is a refreshing exception.

Solid spot when the craving hits! The sliders are exactly what you expect—hot, fresh, and tasty. Service is usually pretty quick, and the staff is friendly. It’s not fancy dining, but it’s White Castle, and it hits the spot every time. Bonus—they do a cute Valentine’s Day dinner that you can make reservations to attend. It’s dorky, but also super cute.

i think I've seen one in California but never tried it. I've seen it here many times but never tried. days ago I finally did. first and foremost I commend only 3 staff for being quick. i see how the young lady cooked the burger sliders, it was something, she didn't need a help. but I saw how my order was done by the guy, is it how it is done? only the bread was put in like a manual toaster but the plant base meat and other stuff were taken from the small fridge and put inside the bread and that's it ? there is one thing I saw that made me cringe, while they are all busy that the young lady was trying to put the bread to the carton, somehow it manage to feel out of the carton to the stainless steel top where they would prepare stuff. so she reacted and told the guy that it skipped out of the carton but she still put it back and with all the orders put it in the white Castle bag.... I still have two of the sliders in the fridge. i admire their fast hands working and the management to make sure that it's clean should have at least anothet stuff because the other guy, the cashier also helped in making it or putting it in the bag and taking cards or cash.... commend them but at last I was able to experience it.

On 9/27/2025 I went to the drive theu and after a couple of minutes of waiting to hear somebody on the speaker I said hello and was told ot would be a few moments. After a full five minutes I again said hello and a voice told me it would be a few more moments. I asked how long and was told 30 minutes and their reasoning was they had two buses. I didn’t see any buses in the area around the restaurant so I was left to assume they had called in an order. A totally unsatisfactory experience so we drove off and will not return to this White Castle again.

So I'm not a fan of white castle in general but I went today because a customer took me to lunch and it was actually good so that's why I gave it a 4 star rather then 5 because I don't like their sliders but the chicken and mozz sticks were on point. This store is drive thru only and their customer service wasn't rude or anything it was just completely lacking in personality all together. They were short and concise but completely void of any emotion at all.

Definitely the cleanest White Castle I have ever been to. It is easy to reach from I-69 too. The food was hot and fresh. Great!

2025 update: It WAS a favorite stop while passing through Bloomington. Cleanliness has decreased, service has slowed, atmosphere gone down hill. Freestyle machine pretty much useless since barely any choices. Sigh. --- 2024: Best White Castle we've been to in years. Who doesn't like a hot, fresh White Castle burger? This place has them. Far better than other locations. The staff is pleasant, professional, and efficient. Food is always perfect. The store is way too small, including their parking lot. If the lot and building were bigger, it would have been 5 stars.

They had already shut down part of their grill when we stopped by half an hour before close. The staff were friendly and the food was fresh!

Lamatae is an exceptional host! Food was hot and delicious. I’ve not ate inside for maybe a decade. I’m glad I did today. The staff was full of smiles and kindness!!

Hello, I just want to say thank you for all the workers that are working there. The food over there is really great even the pizzas. Also, you make really good cheesecakes and desserts. The breadsticks are really good. I wonder how they taste in sauces. Also good food by the way.

We were very impressed with the employees today. The young lady who took our order had special needs, yet was conscientious about our order accuracy, even ensuring that our daughter, who had left to use the restroom, had not been forgotten. Grayson, who brought us our food, was bright and cheerful, very willing to help us however needed, despite her hustling to clean the dining area around us. Overall we were very pleasantly surprised by the level of service.

Keith C was very welcoming and helped give us a great choice to eat! We definitely took his suggestion! Very polite and friendly.

I ordered a lunch special for my 5th grade girl. Usually it is good enough to her. Believe it or not, today I revived one bit on each container of the noodles !! I talked to the gentleman ( I think he is the manager) . He told me that the each container is 4 oz. I mean I guessed !

I placed an online order today and picked it up through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to find that instead of the stuffed shells I ordered, I received a baked fettuccine and shells in meat sauce duo. As a vegetarian, I cannot consume meat, so this mistake was especially upsetting. When I called the store to report the issue, I was told that I would receive a refund via email, but I have not heard back since. Additionally, the staff did not seem particularly apologetic or understanding of the situation, even after I explained my dietary restrictions. I am extremely disappointed by this experience.

I ordered the kids cheese quesadilla and was given a slightly warmed tortilla with luke warm cheese, not even melted. And in my friends burrito she found a giant chunk of onion no where near close to being cut enough. Would not recommend, choose one of the many restaurants around it.

I got a burrito bowl and it was only a third full. I have gotten burrito bowls of this exact order many times from other locations. But this was the absolute worst bowl I have ever gotten. The quality of the food was good, but the rice was harder than usual. But the fact is that I paid $10+ for something that looked $3 worthy max (ugly and very unappetizing). Like I could see the bottom of the bowl when I opened the lid it was that empty. And I got very little corn when I ordered, not even a fourth cup full of corn. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from this location again. Be better. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants quality food, go to any other restaurant in Bloomington and it would be better than this.

The chips are ludicrously salty every time I’ve come here. Never had this issue at any other Bloomington chipotle. They are so salty they are mostly inedible. The regular food is fine so no idea what happens to the quality control.

Place is rough after 6:00. We went in tonight and every table was dirty so we wiped tables off so we could sit down. They were completely out of almost everything but a couple things and we were told they don't make anything after it runs out. What food we did get tasted good. It may be a short staff thing but it looked like there was plenty of workers and all we were told was this is the busiest Chipotle around here so when they run out they don't make more.

Edit: it’s great again. What happened to the portions?! I used to love coming here because you actually got your money’s worth, but now it feels like I’m paying full price for a half-empty bowl. It’s honestly frustrating — same price, way less food. This isn’t what Chipotle used to be

This is the second night in a row I've had Chipotle. First night was pretty good. I asked for the red sauce as well as red salsa and salsa Verde. They put both on, just didn't have much of a red sauce spice to it. Doordash got both orders to me very quick no problems with delivery. But tonight I had gotten ⅔ of the way through my bowl and found this leathery chunk of IDK what it is. It's brown and tough like leather or rubber. I couldn't cut it with a fork so I bit it and tore it to find out what it was, and still clueless. Anywho, called the store and person answering really seemed as though they could care less. I hope all of your employees aren't taught to conduct themselves in such a way with your patrons to have such a lack of concern to do better. This will be my last time trying Chipotle. I'll probably stick with Moe's. -Chris

Absolutely terrible chipotle for multiple reasons. •The workers are messy and unsanitary. They just throw food at the bowl, most of it misses, and then they scoop food off of the counter with their hands, never changing their gloves. •The food stations were generally a mess •The chicken tastes weird •The portion sizes are way off. Ask for peppers and they throw in a couple of unchopped bell peppers. Ask for any meat and they try to give you the sheistiest half scoop •Chips are always soggy and underdone •Guacamole usually looks gross I know it sounds mean, but what I got wasn't worth what was paid. Please do better.

An average MacDonald restaurant! The Wi-Fi was really fast! The flies were annoying.

3 all around. Food is greasy and takes forever just to get a burger that barely is 2 centimeters thick. Service is what you would expect at a McDonald's, tons of 20 y/o going the speed of sloths. Atmosphere is not the greatest, sometimes there is a homeless person just 100 yards from the building.

Mobile ordered prior to the end of breakfast and attempted picked up just after 10:30. I was told since it was passed breakfast, I could no longer pickup the food I paid for. Isn't the whole point of mobile ordering to have the meal prepared so you can pick it up and go? So why was my order not there for me to pick up? Absolutely ridiculous that they l didn't make the meal I ordered. Manager said it was "on us" and blamed my party. Terrible customer service.

The kiosk did not give a receipt. It felt like we had to prove we bought our food. This is my 3rd occurrence of no receipt from multiple McDonald's. Encourage your restaurants to continually check for receipt tape

Tha one Lady at the front was doing all the work she was covered up, and someone in the back ask her to take a order outside which made the ones in line to wait. This was this morning 8-1 -25 bottoms line they need help surprise she didn't walk out.

Was trying to get some stuff to eat and I gotta say this chicken sandwich was absolute fire 🐔 🔥 Only issue was there was a sketchy dude who dragged a dog and a blanket in pocket watching me the whole time and the workers acted like that was just normal. Sigh at least this place actually had their hand sanitizer full.

This Chick-fil-A used to have great customer service, but it has really gone downhill. The employees here are just plain rude a lot of the time or at best, not friendly. Honestly, I’ve had more consistent and friendly service at McDonald’s. Nine times out of ten, the staff there are really sweet. I can’t even remember the last time I had a good customer service experience at this Chick-fil-A.

I love Chick fil A. But hours on Google says they are open until 11 pm. Only the drive through is open to 11 not the inside. Inside is only open until 10. I'm a truck driver and delivered to a store down the road so I walked over and at 10:15 was denied service. So cannot review food, service or atmosphere. The only reason for 3 stars is hours are incorrect on Google. This is the only time I've been to Chick-fil-A and been disappointed.

Amazing service. Gives free food often and even a free carwash sometimes. A better fast food place does not exist.

Personally, I love Chick-fil-A. Their lemonade is absolutely delicious 😋 Today, we ordered the 8 piece chicken nuggets combo meal with waffle fries and a lemonade, and the 3 piece chicken tenders meal with fries and a diet coke. Everything was fresh and yummy. No complaints whatsoever The restaurant was clean, and as soon as a table emptied, an employee hurried over and cleaned any mess that was left behind. We will absolutely come back to this location :)

I’ve gone here many times, never experienced anyone rude. They get through a lot of cars pretty quickly and the food is always good.

We ordered 4 sandwiches, plain. Every single one of them had everything on them. We order Mac and cheese, didn’t get a spoon. Took 19 mins to receive our food past the time it said on the to go order when we placed it. Literally worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to.

I am not one to leave reviews, but this experience was terrible. I picked up my order, discovered that I was missing several ingredients. Returned to get the ingredients. Wasn’t a huge deal until my sister pulled a huge piece of wadded up plastic out of her bowl. I asked the manager to remake the order and for a refund. But had to “choose one or the other”. Terrible customer service and I feel like a refund is reasonable for the literal safety hazard.

I just got a Burrito Bowl with barely any chicken — I could count the pieces. I've had this before and know what a normal portion looks like. This isn't it.

I had a take out order one night and decided to spend some of my saved up reward points with my meal. Being a customer who uses the QR scanner at check out pretty regularly, I am used to just scanning the membership code while the host brings up the total. However this was my first time using the rewards QR. That being said, I did not know that scanning for a reward completely messes up the order if not done in the right sequence. Chloe, my hostess for the night, was visibly upset with me when I prematurely scanned my rewards and passive aggressively stated that it wipes the whole order from the check out. It is not exaggerated when I say she scoffed out loud and somewhat threw her arms down at her side at this inconvenience. I wouldn’t say it was aggressive, though it was enough to display that she was quite displeased at my accident. While I understand it was a busy night, this was not the first time I’ve experienced this demeanor from this employee. Highly considering going to other Chipotle establishments if this is how customers are going to be treated over slight inconveniences.

I have a cilantro allergy and have always been able to get rice without cilantro in it. Today when I asked to have white rice without cilantro due to my allergy, the worker huffed and puffed and went to get it. Then the worker along with 3 other workers proceeded to make fun and laugh at me for having an allergy and requiring different rice right in front of my face. Disrespectful doesn’t even cover it. I’ve never received such impolite service.

Worst customer service rver they all had Attitude such a rushed experience with our order she even closed it without adding lettuce! Fire them all. Do not go here if want to eat good they were out of steak and gave me chicken instead and charged me for steak. The tables were so messy when we sat to eat. Autumn , Ashley and the cashier guy were all rude!

Just awful. Didn’t have lettuce, peppers, and sauce that I asked for. NOTHING! Also standing in line even tho they saw me with no one else in the building. My sandwich was just chicken and cheese and onion, nothing else. Super disappointed because my poor sick mom drove me to get this because we both really wanted it. I will never eat here again and I hope others do the same or check their sandwich before they leave. 25$ down the drain for just chicken 👎👎👎👎

Food was good but waited 25 minutes for two Italian subs, the they packaged to go even though we said we were eating there. Business was steady but not what I would consider overly busy. No big deal. Problem was all tables were filthy and never once seen an employee cleaning any tables and we were there an hour. Did see customers ( including ourselves) doing best to clean off tables best they could with napkins so there was a place to sit. Drink machine was out of diet products

I want to love this place. I have fond memories here. However after last time I question returning. I was having a hard week & thought I'd cheer myself up with a sandwich since I'd been craving Penn Station. I don't expect every staff member to be like 'on' all the time, but I made a point of being friendly & the attitude I got back made me feel like idk like I was ruining /their/ day. No smiles, no dialog almost at all besides 'is that it?', just made me feel awkward. Maybe they were having a hard day too idk but when I did get my meal- my fries looked very bottom-of-barrelly & my sandwich had avocado sauce all over the outside, something I only noticed after having to stuff all the toppings into the bread since it was all hanging half out 😥 I remember having such pleasant experiences here before with upbeat staff & food that felt like the person putting it together gave a care. That's why this is 3 stars instead of 1, because I want to believe it's a one off. But it'll be a moment before I'm ready to potentially waste 17$ again.

I had a Philly Cheese Steak, it was excellent. I also tried their lemonade, it tasted off. Not sure if it was just that one location or if it is the recipe they use nation wide, but I plan on trying the lemonade again at a different location to see.

We are on a road trip and stopped in for a quick bite. Francisco took our order and he was very polite with great a personality. Got our food promptly, and Francisco delivered it all with the same politeness and great personality in which he met us with.

No meat to speak of. Place went way down hill. Your GM should be fired. Wait till you see your sales drop. Way too expensive and don't offer combo prices. I'll go to real restaurant for a complete meal at theses prices.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Took over an hour to get to me. Pizza is old and cold. The driver then threw my pizza on the ground in the entrance to the store. Called the manager. The manager said the driver wasn’t theirs it was door dash. Call door dash they say they only use their platform. Better get my refund lady!

We love this place! Last time we ordered, our dogs actually staged a heist. My boyfriend went to the door for the delivery, and our youngest dog escaped. The pizza was left on the couch, which allowed our oldest dog to knock it off and eat about 90% of it before we got back from wrangling the youngest! Our dog loved it, and it didn’t even give him tummy troubles! (It was the chicken-pesto by the way, so makes sense why he wanted it so bad). :)

The pizza was divine and the crust was incredible! Props though go to they had vegan cheese available and it was Follow your heart cheese!! They even had monkey bread!! My new fave treat! I will be a regular!

I’m honestly insulted I even paid money for this. I ordered the monkey bread and it was completely inedible. The box leaked so much grease it soaked into my car seat, and when I opened it the bread wasn’t even cooked. The pieces were cut terribly, stuck together with raw dough, and the icing was basically water. Customer service wasn’t any better either and I’m never going back. This is by far the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to.

Best pizza in town, been ordering from them for years. Many have tried to equal the quality of Avers,all have fallen short!!! Keep up the great work 👍👍👍

After checking Yelp's order online and comparing it to their own website, I ordered my pizza for pickup. I was sitting two stores away at the Sinkhole drinking beer so it was certainly close! The page estimated 20 minutes and so when I showed up after 20 minutes, my pizza was ready to go. Fresh and hot, I carried it back to the SInkhole and dug in. I'd ordered the "Cream & Crimson" which comes with alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese topped with a layer of oven-roasted red potatoes (yes, potatoes!) that were seasoned with fresh garlic and dill. Topped off with bacon, cheddar and creamy gorgonzola cheese. This was AMAZING and no wonder that it won awards. And yes, half of it stayed in the box and was lunch the next day. Yum!

Just wanna give a shout out to this location! We have never gotten a bad dinner from here and it's always hot and fresh!! This is Definitely our favorite place to order from and we are forever loyal customers 😋

It was the first time that I saw all the process of baking pizza 🍕 according to what customers need. I loved the place, the style of baking, asking customers what they needed and add all toppings step by step! They even have gluten free options! They cleaned the area to make sure no gluten add to my dish! I loved their attitude and the attentive staff. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

This place is so incredible. I have a gluten problem and they have gluten free crust!! Finally a place that has GOOD TASTING gluten free crust. Upon the employees taking my order they wiped down EVERYTHING, bottles, counter, trays etc to make sure nothing came in contact with gluten. I have NEVER seen anything like this before. I have never received such great service in my entire life. The pizza was absolutely fantastic and the price was very fair! About $10 and you can choose as many veggies as you want! Please bring this place to Fort Wayne, I will literally go EVERY week! This place is incredible and I definitely recommend stopping by to try it out! 100/10 experience.

My favorite is Neapolitan so I’m biased. I got the Detroit though. Wasn’t too bad. Staff was friendly and helpful. Took about 10 mins to get food. My wife got the GF. She didn’t like hers compared to other places. Price was reasonable.

Wow what a great concept! Everyone gets there own pizza. It took us a minute to understand all the choices, but the staff was helpful and patient with us. A bonus to the fun concept was that the food was delicious!

This spot turned out to be a delightful find! The pizzas are made to order in a setup similar to Subway — you choose your toppings, they go straight into the oven, and by the time you’re at the billing counter, your pizza is ready. The thin-crust pizzas were absolutely delicious. We got two (an 8” and an 11”) for just $20. Highly recommended!

We have tried all of the crusts and SO MANY combinations. Always delicious. We are so pleased that you offer both the cauliflower crust and chicken crust options. You just can't go wrong here. Something for everyone!

I loved the concept of fast food pizza! The pizza choices went from traditional to gourmet. I had a Thai inspired pizza and it was delish!!! For a college staff, everyone was super friendly and understood the concept of customer service. Highly recommend!

UPDATED: 12/13/2020 While I continue to be impressed with the friendliness of this crew, I am yet again disappointed in the product received. The attached picture is from a mixed bucket just received. The chicken clearly has passed its shelf life & should not have been served. ALL of the pieces were dried out and inedible. Unfortunately, I did not inspect before I pulled away from the drive through - something I know to do from prior visits but sadly after successfully having had good service, I let my guard down. 😔 Consistently Inconsistent I have been a fan of KFC since I was a child. Unfortunately, despite the fact that this location ALWAYS delivers my order hot and fast, the last 6 visits they only got it right 2 times. I ordered the same thing each time ... a $5 Fill-up requesting coleslaw in place of the mashed potatoes. Once I received two mashed potatoes, another time only 1 piece of chicken rather than 2 and potatoes not slaw, another time no cookie no slaw and the other time no slaw. Again, I am pleased with this location overall. The staff is always friendly but for some reason they can't handle a special order. 😑

I'm not really sure what happened with their chicken but the family bucket was awful. Every piece of chicken was same size (the size of a wing) and falling apart at the bone The sides were good and the biscuits were soft

Sad Customer service. Do not get what we ordered. Paid separately and charged differently. Told 2 managers, and we got accused of just wanting free food by one of them and yelled at. I never raised my voice as I was told I did. Why wouldn't I want what I paid for, or at least part of my money back.. Said KFC had different ways to ring up your food, and different employees ring it up differently. Said it was my fault for not catching the overcharge when I checked out, instead of after I ate. I was caring for and feeding my mom that sick.. We ordered 2 breasts, 2 sides, and a drink for each person, and paid separately for our meals. Very poor customer service. I also got yelled at and told it was my fault, and all I was wanting is free food by your manager.

I do not typically post negative reviews at all, but this situation merited it. We placed a mobile order. Got told we’d have to come inside to pick it up. Alright, I guess. With 2 people in the restaurant, staff was complaining that they’ve “never seen it this busy”. Staff avoided eye contact and ignored us. Minutes went by. No word on our food. More and more people come in. One staff member hides in the corner. One staff paces around and does nothing but move an empty tray. We hear that they’re out of crispy chicken. It’ll be 8 minutes before there’s more ready. At this point we’ve waited 20 minutes. A staff member in PJs appears — to check her phone that is charging. Then, she comes out to the lobby area to eat pistachios. Still no word on our food. Then, they announce they’re out of biscuits, so it’ll be another 8 minutes until those are ready. Now it’s been 30 minutes. The cook says: “I need to go get me a couple vapes in”. Then, the woman packing orders says: “Hold on my girlfriend is calling me”. As of the time I’m writing this, we are still waiting. Legend has it we are still waiting until 2025. So much for fast food. Terrible service. No wonder they’re thinking about closing this location down. Update: 10 other people have walked in during a dinner rush. Good luck, staff.

Horrible customer service. They served me burnt chicken dry chicken. I brought it back and the manager tried to tell me her chicken has always been like that. I’ve had KFC for almost 50 years it’s never been that bad. And she was extremely mad. She cared more about proving her point when she had none. No humbleness at all. I will never eat at this location again. The food was terrible. The biscuits was burnt. Very unpleasant experience.

Great food . Clean facilities . Stopped in on a visit from out of state. There was an employee named sabrina . She was terrific. Made sure our order was correct interacted with an amazing personality . I gotta say my visit at this kfc was the best I'd had in years compared to the east coast. Ill absolutely come back next time I'm in town😊

Went through the drive thru and saw the blonde manager yelling at her employees while standing around doing nothing. I had a slight wait and saw her yell at employees and then stand on her phone. Other than that everything was great. The girl at the window was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed.

Sister who was driving ordered a small order curbside. I was in the passenger seat as she went to the bathroom. This girl comes out with two drinks and she looks at the car and walks back inside. She doesn't even knock on the window and runs into my sister as she's coming back to the car and gets snappy with her after she said I was in the car. My sister doesn't snap at anyone. Actively has anxiety. This employee was out of line. Employees here should be nice to customers who are respectful and not mean to them.

Truthfully if you don’t like your job don’t go to work if you don’t know what you’re doing when preparing people food ASK FOR HELP. This McDonald’s needs to be completely restarted and trained better. I’ve had an horrible experience every time I go and it’s a waste of money ! It’s not about the money it’s about the quality and experience which is a Complete zero ! Is the reviews not enough for someone to take charge and make a change. I would be embarrassed to even work for the company and under what ever management it is. Yes I ask for extra sauce but for my sandwich to be covered completely to the point the sandwich can’t stay together and is so messy that it’s not enjoyable is so unnecessary. Then they tried adding an extra piece of cheese I guess to keep it together but that’s worse because I don’t even like cheese that much. My point of a waste of money because yall waste the food by doing all that just for it to go in the garbage then a waste of my money and time for trusting yall again !

Got a cup of ice water simple enough. We get back on the road and I take a sip and it tastes like mold. My mouth feels weird and my tounge feels tingly and numb, I have everyone else in the car try it and it does the same thing. A Google search later mold causes tingling, burning, and itching on the tounge.

Ran in to get an iced tea, I like McDonald's tea. The employees I talked with are pleasant and efficient. The store is clean as is theparking lot. I know the job doesn't pay a lot, but these folks are making the best of it! I'll probably go again today.

This experience was WILD. Was picking up an order and the manager and a customer got in a loud verbal argument because she was pregnant and couldn’t have onions (allergic) and she had them remake the order several times but I guess someone was so incompetent that they couldn’t NOT put onions on the burger. Idk man. It was a really weird situation for something that was an extremely easy fix.

This experience was horrible. They didn’t have everything that I ordered although the receipt stated it. When I asked the employee to correct my order she ignored me and sent someone else to do it. I do not recommend this location at all!!

Food at most McDonald's is all done to a standard. While not great, here it has always been good. The people inside have always been helpful and courteous.

This Taco Bell is just sad, we didn’t get part of our order, they gave me a nacho bell grande with 2 week old beans, a tortilla with a single chicken nugget in it and a potato taco with no potatoes. Would rate 0 stars if I could. This was ridiculous.

We ordered a meal for 2 online, and we made a couple customizations to the items. (The app let us do it to each individual item but when we arrived to pick it up it had made all customizations to both like items.) So when he asked if everything looked correct I told them the customizations then we went to the window. He seemed very Annoyed that we had made changes and did not shy away from showing it. He handed us the food and when we asked for a fork I thought his head might explode. Once we got to eat our food, the customizations were to the Crunchwraps and they put next to no meat in it and was literally just lettuce and sour cream with maybe a tablespoon of meat in it. I thought they waited to make your food to arrive, but if dude would have just said it was already made we would have taken it, but to get mad at us then not give us meat in our food is ridiculous. I paid for it and I expect to get meat in an item that was supposed to have it. So if you go here don’t make customizations, they don’t like that!

The night shift staff are excellent. I come here at night a lot. The food is always tasty and arrives quickly. Not to mention the attitude of the workers. Not only does everyone have great customer service, always interacting with a smile and cheerful tone, but the staff are always pleasant to each other as well. Many times when I'm sitting eating my meal, I can hear them laughing with one another or being friendly to familiar customers. You can tell they like each other and they like the work. I know this place is a chain but this particular location feels like your hometown restaurant where everyone knows you and wants to be there. Great job!

All our tacos were dry and cracked, and all the sauce packets were stuck together completely. I understand people aren’t paid enough to care, but this was a bit much.

Waited a long time for our order, then the guy working was rude. When we got home, part of the order was missing. Tried calling, but they wouldn't answer so drove back. When my daughter went in, the same guy looked at her and said, "What do you want?" Evidently he remembered we had just been there about half hour before. She showed him her food and explained it was missing part of the order. She finally got the missing items, but the rest of the meal was cold by the time she got to eat.

Usually pretty good, they've saved me when I was hungry in the middle of the night plenty of times. Sometimes the foods a bit cold, but that's very occasional. Staff are nice.

I recently ordered from here and was incredibly disappointed with my $33 meal. My Crunchwrap was practically empty, containing hardly any filling. To make matters worse, l used a reward for the fried chicken item, expecting it to come with red cabbage as advertised. Instead, it was made with regular lettuce. This was a significant letdown and made the entire meal feel like a waste. Overall, it was a pitiful experience, and I'm very disappointed with the quality of food I received.

New ownership?! You never know if that will be a good thing or bad thing. In this case...a very bad thing. I would say I eat here once every 5-6 weeks. *The burger was terrible. I don't know what it was made of but it didn't taste like beef in flavor or consistency. I didn't catch if it was labeled a smash burger on the menu or not but it certainly was not a smash burger. The fries didn't seem the same either but that could be my deeply disappointed taste buds playing tricks on me. *The boneless wings were cardboard thin with very few pieces large enough to resemble a nugget of chicken. The sauce was great. *The rest of our table got chicken fingers. They were overcooked and about half the size of previous visits. The table next to us didn't seem too worried. They got bone in wings. Maybe that's the key. Stay away from boneless and burgers. Food quality 0/5. Service 3/5 It was this guy's first week there and he was doing the best he could. Atmosphere 4/5 hasn't changed. I hope your experience will be better.

We used Wings Xtreme to cater an event and could not have been happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful, and they went above and beyond by making sure everything was clearly labeled, which made serving our guests so much easier. The wings were a huge hit, and everyone commented on how good the food was. It really took the stress out of planning and allowed us to just enjoy the event. We were impressed with both the quality and the service, and we will definitely be using them again for future events. Highly recommend!

Stopped by Wings Extreme and was seriously impressed. The Mango Habanero wings were the perfect balance of sweet and spicy—absolutely delicious! Great flavor, crispy texture, and cooked just right. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

First time getting food from there and it will be my last. Husband said wings weren’t too bad. My frisco melt was terrible. Bread wasn’t toasted. Slice of cheese on it was not even a little melted. And meat was either not real meat or just horribly seasoned and cooked way too long. Looked horrible and tasted as it looked. Normally if I got something I didn’t think was great I’d have just moved on. This was bad enough I’d take the time to write a review.

Tonight I ordered wings celery and ranch. I frequent this place and they’ve forgotten my ranch that they charge for which is unusual for a wing spot. But that wasn’t the issue. I get there to pick up my food and the ranch had warmed up bcuz they put it on the food. So I kindly ask to swap it out with a cold one. ( I don’t like warm ranch) the foreign guy said he was the owner. Said he would only sell me give me a cold ranch for free but I couldn’t buy the wings and snatched the bag from me. I’m like what am I gonna do with a ranch with no food. I really didn’t understand the big deal. He was very rude and his eyes were popped out so wide he was definitely high off something. I have never in my 30 yrs giving or received problems from food workers. He literally was aggressive for no reason. I’m sure my skin color had a big part to play in why I couldn’t just get a cold ranch. That I’m paying for. I’m still shocked because it’s 2025. Hopefully they can review the cameras and drug test him if he isn’t the owner because he’s bad for business. Black folk don’t spend your money here. Honestly was in a good mood and everything ready to eat. Some people are just miserable. God don’t like ugly. 🙏🏾

Usually when coming here these are the best wings in B-Town. But that was not the case tonight! The service was very, very slow. The food was sub par at best. Very disappointing! I will not be coming back if they are still in business.

I’ve ordered from this Subway branch multiple times and usually really enjoy their food and service. But this time, there was a middle-aged lady making the food, and my takeaway order was completely wrong—I ordered two veggie patty subs (take out) but received two veggie delight subs instead. I tried calling the store several times for help but got no response. I also reached out to Uber Eats, but that didn’t help either. I’m honestly really frustrated with how this was handled. This is the only branch in Bloomington that has the veggie patty, so it’s extra disappointing to not get what I ordered. I hope someone from this branch’s management sees this and helps me resolve this.

Good Subway location except that they don't make good sweet tea. I'm not sure if they're using less sugar or adding sugar after the brew has cooled, but it's just not good. Pretty consistent trend over years of visits.

I had a great experience at this Subway! Ferry and Mantaj were super friendly and welcoming. They made my sandwich just the way I wanted, with fresh ingredients and attention to detail. Their service was fast, professional, and with a smile. Definitely recommend visiting this location if you want amazing food and excellent customer service!

Arrived 22 minutes before close. Was told our #2 double could not be fulfilled because they didn’t have enough roast beef. Apparently they don’t have the meats 😢 Multiple customers came in after us - lost minimum of 3 sales. Cashier was pleasant and super nice. Food was great. Very clean facility.

What's the purpose of online ordering if you shut the ordering system down 1 1/2 hrs before closing. I can understand 30 minutes early, but not 1 1/2. Also, being out of things, turnovers, when they don't take that long to fix? The in-store visit was 8:45, 1:15 before scheduled closing, and they were as if the restaurant was closing in 5 minutes. This isn't the first time either. Stay consistent!

2nd visit in a row where they got my order wrong. The most recent visit, I order 2 fish sandwiches, beef and cheddar with curly fries. The only thing correct on the order was the beef and cheddar. They forgot the fish sandwiches and I didn't get the curly fries.

Was thankful they were open so late, but the fish sandwich and fries were not even warm. The wait was terrible, so I was hoping they were making something fresh, but that clearly wasn’t the case.

I feel Arby's has gone down hill. I asked for no red sauce and add nacho cheese and as you can see in the picture I did not get that. Bread was very dry roast beef was as well.

As always it’s never open on time whenever I come to pick up my online order. Another customer had to knock on the drive thru window while a vehicle was there. As soon as they unlocked the store the woman slammed and locked the door in my face and said they are not servicing anyone until the cashier is clocked in.

Normally I really like the food here. My chicken sandwich was over cooked and dry. It had no flavor. Huge piece of lettuce, small tomato and they forgot the pickle. Really disappointed

I never write reviews it always make me feel petty, but I feel this is pretty warranted. I’ve never seen such a quality drop from one Wendy’s to another… My first experience at the B-Line Wendy’s. Was first in line, 1 drink 1 burger, and ended up having to wait extra, while customers behind me didn’t have to. Not a big deal. I’ve never worked at a Wendy’s, but as a food/retail manager of 4 years, I wouldn’t have expected a small order to take as long as it ended up taking. Upon receiving my order, everything was wrong. Even the drink was wrong, and the burger was quite literally grey. If you want Wendy’s, drive an extra 5mins to the College Mall one. It’s 100% worth the extra drive🙏.

Has opened the lobby late for an entire week. I literally have to go to the drive thru and bang on the window then I guess their mad so they make your food slow although it’s them being unprofessional

To the franchise owner and corporate, if you’re going to charge $20 for a meal with nugs, make sure it’s hot. And to corporate, fire everyone in your marketing department. There hasn’t been a good specialty item since the baconator.

After I got this joke of a sandwich they didn’t even pick up the phone for 5 calls. I had to call another subway that was owned by the same people and they told me they don’t refund online orders.

I've ordered here for 10 years or so.Always had good service and sandwiches..But tonight I ordered a 6 inch sweet teriyaki sandwich...with a 5 dollar tip.The total came to 24 dollars...I've never paid that much for a12 inch sandwich.....I tried talking to the person on the phone and he just kinda blew me off.

The guy refuses to make the sandwich the way I asked it to be made. He puts hardly any meat on it, four pieces, even after I said I would pay extra. Very poor service do not recommend

An epic disaster! I guess greed made them open during construction even though Google says they are temporarily closed, and there's no "open" signs displayed. Garbage and construction dust and remnants everywhere. NO AIR CONDITIONING. The male owner or staff was the only one working and he had to remake my sub twice because he was so distracted and didn't seem to understand the difference between microwave and toasting. He toasted all the veggies and they all became rubbery. Really unsafe to be open while construction is not complete (his words) and all the dust landing on the veggies etc.

These people are the highest quality sandwich makers of any subway i know! Sometimes the food is better than I expected!!!!

Papa Johns Pizza always deliver favorable taste and pepperoni is a must, but tend to be crowded. Don’t forget to ask of more garlic sauce

Papa John's North in Bloomington Indiana was fabulous. The staff was amazing, the general manager was professional and kind. I was able to get her name, Arianna. She seemed so young but had such a handle on the operations and her staff that I was taken back by how well she was able to coordinate everything and get the food out in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a great dining experience.

Doordash screwd my order up with them. Told me there was nothing they could do. Manager here replaced the order for me when doordash failed to do so, when they messed up. Thanks!

We paid $45 for a "large" works pizza and 6 wings to be delivered to our hotel. The pizza barely had anything on it. We couldn't believe how bare the pizza was, and for the price, it was a rip off. The tip was included but the driver waited like we owed her another tip. The pizza actually looked like a medium not a large. We were very disappointed having paid so much for what used to be good food now it is terrible. We should be compensated.

Phoned in my pickup order for 2 pizzas at 3pm. They said 15 minutes. It's now 4pm and still not ready. One person working in the whole store.

So very disappointing. I'm not sure what happened here. First this is my first meatball hoagie from Papa John's and I've been waiting for them to make them for years and was so disappointed in the presentation. There was so much sauce it had burned and you can see parts of it in the picture and the bun was burned black on both sides. I also got a cookie (which was very good) and one of the four for five drink things. He forgot them. He did drive back and was apologetic but when I got to the sandwich, which also wasn't cut hence the knife, I was so put off. I did enjoy the drivers personality but his attention to detail needs work. Disappointing.

They dont wear gloves but heat does kill germs once it’s in the oven our pizza was very burnt and I’m pregnant couldn’t even eat it it was so burnt and me and my husband spent $29 Dollars we would like a Refund!?

Very good pizza! And on Monday it is half price 12 inch pizza! Definitely go on a Monday (or any day). Takes a bit longer to order a full pizza (rather than a slice) but worth it if you have the time!

Very small pizzeria that has very good slice options such as plain cheese, pepperoni, sausage and a couple of specialty pizzas. The cheese and bacon cheeseburger NY Style pizza slices were cooked to well done perfection and tasted absolutely delicious. The slices could easily be folded and had a nice crunch. Also, the breadsticks were baked to perfection and had the perfect amount of chew to crunch. The tomato sauce for dipping was garlicky, a bit chunky and delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We ordered the calzone and 1 breadstick with a drink. The food was fantastic and perfect for 2 people to share. It was hot, cheesy and cooked to perfection. The service was good and had outside seating which was nice. A good slice of NY style pizza in B-Town. Check them out!

The pie was slightly burned on my slice, the taste was moderate, i was expecting a bit more due to reviews. Decorative cup is a good idea but price of fountain drink goes up i think because of it. All and all not a bad experience.

Was looking forward to New York style pizza. Guess you only get that if you order by the slice. Would have been helpful to know that beforehand. Pizza could do without the oregano, as could the breadsticks…there are other better flavors to use. Pizza was ok and the breadsticks were pretty decent, just leave out the oregano. Breadsticks are pretty decent size too, you could manage with one per person unless you’re starving! Cheese sauce and garlic butter were very tasty! Staff was friendly, place was super small though, just a few tables. Remember, if you want NY style, order by the slice!! Might go back to try again!

Pizza X East got me through college. The best part of a day was making the choice to get Pizza X, even if it was already a great day. On rare occasion I’ll be missing some sauces but that’s life (and many times before they have run the sauces out to me on their driver’s next run, so yay!) and the food is already so tasty (although the ranch and cheese are so good I could drink it). I looooove Pizza X and the east location is killing it.

Delicious, hot and fresh pizza every time. Their regular pizza tastes like what Papa John's used to be, and probably even a bit better than that, because Papa John's was never all that good, that's the childhood nostalgia talking. If you're feeling bold, their monthly specialty pizzas that will make you wonder what on earth they were thinking when they came up with that, and then they still manage to make those delicious too. They have explored the distant horizons of pizza possibility, and they've only been made stronger by the depths of cosmic pizza knowledge that would destroy a lesser man.

I've ordered breadsticks from this location a few times recently, and they barely put seasoning on the breadsticks each time. I think in the future I'll go with Motherbears.

This is mostly a delivery place, but a very good one. Pizza X has kept me alive for the past 20 years (non-cooking bachelor). The Saucy Rooster barbecue chicken specialty pizza is excellent, a classic. A little salt synergizes the flavors. I also like the Supreme with extra beef and jalapenos, with garlic butter sauce (from the "On the Side" menu) dribbled over it. Way good!

I have never stepped foot into this restaurant, and I do not even live in this area. I am writing this review because someone stole my PayPal information and ordered from this Subway to be delivered through DoorDash. Once I learned about this, I called this restaurant just to get information. The person who I spoke with, who I assume was the manager, was extremely rude. He constantly told me that there was nothing they can do and kept cutting me off. Mind you, I only called and told them about the situation and that I just needed information. I was not blaming them or demanding a refund on their part because I know not to shoot the messenger. They did not offer any solutions and promptly hung up on me. Being scammed was bad enough. I was able to get the situation resolved with PayPal, but their demeanor was unprofessional considering the situation.

Guy was on his cell phone the entire time I was ordering and then actually made a call as soon as he finished making my sandwich. He also completely messed up my order and I had to ask him 3 times to make what I asked. The other employees are alright and the subway itself is okay but that was the worst service I'd ever received.

I ordered express today at the Subway in the College Mall and when I arrived, my sandwich was next to a mop/towel bucket. The sandwich actually smelled dirty and tasted awful! I threw it away! I won't be returning to this subway. Absolutely gross!

every time I come to eat at the mall at 11, this store is always closed. They always open 20 minutes late. but it only happens when the manager is alone. when I see that the boss is there, they always open on time. I always see how people return or go to other food stores because the manager opens when he wants.

If you’re just getting a sandwich and chips I recommend but when I went to get my drink from the pop Fountain all these fruit flies and flys came rushing out of the Machine I was utterly disgusted .

Subway. Expensive for what you get in less you very smart. You can make a great healthy meal for fair price if u skip double meat, combo meals and the expensive cookie

The Arby's Barbeque Bacon Burger (YES I said BURGER) Is absolutely delicious. There was hardly any wait time in the drive thru. The waiter was very friendly although we did have to pull up AND he did forget to give us some ketchup. My daughter And I were amazed with the many different items they had on their menu as opposed to 5-10 years ago when they mostly just offered warm lunch meat sandwiches 🤢! I just may have to come back sometime.

I asked for FRESH French fries for the third time and I got warm stale fries.. service was great, drive thru window person was friendly, French fries were semi warm and stale like they had been there for a while. I'm sure they have a time limit on how long to keep food under the warmer. I fed them to the street animals before I even made it out of the driveway. I'll try some place else next time. You wouldn't eat them so what makes you feel like I would?

Forgot the name of the sandwich, but it's over that's as supposed to have brisket and bacon on it. I've had it before and it was good. This time, there was barely any meat in the sandwich and it wasn't that good. Very disappointed, but I'll probably try it again. It just won't be anytime soon.

My sister and I stopped at Arby’s today to get something to eat on the way home. I had just checked my mail before I left and had got a coupons that you sent in the mail for two for something two for seven well I left them at home but when we stopped there, I asked him for the two euros for the two for seven and the employees in there told me they weren’t having two for seven and I had just seen the flyer so they made me pay for just one as much as almost as much as it would cost me for the two it’s bullshit. It’s not right people know their jobs. I think they suck. Don’t even know when they’re having Sales who is over that place anyway

Man this one hurts cuz Arby’s is one of my favorite restaurants! Also I’m not one that complains about restaurants just to do it. But $17 for this fries old not one big fries in the whole thing all hard pieces, but not as hard as the bun on the beef and cheddar! I’m not about to go back in there and ask them to remake it. Cuz if they sending that kinda food out the window. They don’t care what they giving you!! 😬 -5 is the real rating owner needs to set his team down and ask them why we would serve someone a brick 🧱 for a beef and cheddar and 🪨 gravel for curly fries

Wonderful crew of people, working with worn out machines and overpriced food offering; when the ice is broken and the line of patrons waiting on food is well into the dining room = that is the time to make a different decision for dining... it's too bad, I love this place, but .... too many other choices to put up with this
