Pleasant interior design, let down by poor quality coffee. Why is it called Artisan? No idea. Award winning? Really! The interior is let down by the poor quality coffee. Offers, but does not deliver. Vile tasting, burnt, over roasted, cheap catering supply coffee. Left a vile taste in the mouth. Absolutely no excuse when spoilt for choice with roasteries. The young waitress was pleasant and helpful. The only redeeming feature. Sadly indicative of everything that is wrong with Skegness.

Great Place for drinks and snack. Quiz and live music make the place popular. But don't get manager to sing, and the jokes well they are of leg ends.

This is my favourite place to go to . Staff are lovely food is really nice and the best coffee by far . The place is amazing soo nice and cosy. Oh. Forgot to mention the cakes mmmm best cakes ever. I've gone to loads of places in Skegness but this still the best for coffee and cake . I just love it here. . Been coming here since it opened. Super glad we have a place like this in Skegness,not often you can retreat to a place and just love it . Thank you xx 💕 ❤️

Pricey but nicey. A cosy little coffee shop run by efficient staff, serving a massive range of pastries and cakes to go with lovely coffee. Prices are higher than the average Skeggy cafe, but it's really nice.

Lovely decor. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the coffee and my daughter loved the berry drink. We didn't eat anything but I bet the food is good here.

First visit to Indulgence & we were pleasantly surprised. A good choice of hot drinks, light lunches/snacks but a great assortment of desserts & milkshakes. We had a panini for lunch & it was very nice, followed by their waffle/ice cream combo, it was delicious! Prices are reasonable, the whole place was clean & well presented, staff friendly & they're dog friendly. Well worth a visit, a diamond in the rough.

Always stop for a coffee and a scone or slice of cake. My little chihuahua loves it too. Shame they've stopped doing hot snacks now. Lovely atmosphere, would recommend.

Relatively clean but staff sullen and a middle aged lady working there was particularly moody, did not say hello and seemed annoyed when asked what flavour the cakes where even though there was no descriptions marked up. I had the scone which looked nice but actually tasted like rubber, then cream wasn't cream but some bland froth. My wife had lemon meringue which didn't taste of anything. I was very underwhelmed and felt like the £16 was not well spent. You're probably better off just going go a supermarket and buying some cakes there. Won't be going back.

The owners Danny and Simon together with an ever smiling and polite staff will make your time here a very relaxed experience. Try the hot chocolate for a marvellous taste sensation. If you fancy a bit of lunch, the food here is lovely and if you want to be naughty, just look at the cakes! If you have a dog and you're a responsible owner, they will still let you in. It's a place I can't fault.Try the milkshake, you won't regret it. Just had a marvellous family get together for my wifes Birthday. Once again Danny and Simon excelled themselves.

Excellent service, very friendly staff great food and dog friendly, which was a bonus on a cold and wet October day. Glad to hear that although they had to remove 10 tables to accommodate for Covid-19 rulings, they were managing to keep going. Please support them and enjoy their amazing waffles x

Love this cafe. The waffle and ice cream is delicious my favourite. But it has a really good menu. Nice staff. It is also dog friendly. Well worth a visit. They also have toilet.

First time visit. Nice enough location and average prices. Let down by customer service. Oreo cake was very dry and tasteless, returned to counter and advised, illicited no apology or offer of refund or exchange, poor response.

Customer service was terrible .. been a few times and it seems as though the staff don’t like doing to much .. every time we have ordered food it’s like we have asked for the world .. and the last time we arrived and asked for food we was refused as they wasn’t doing any ….we won’t be back .

Came to this restaurant a few days ago and the food was really lovely, the steak and seabass were amazing and very generous portions with the pasta. It was really nice to eat something that wasn’t fish and chips at the seaside, would definitely recommend (:

A well-maintained family-run restaurant on the south end of town, just down from the rear of Wolfies and the Waterhole. Lovely food at great prices served by largely Italian speaking staff.

First time at this restaurant, the food I order has good taste and italian style. Seafood is very fresh, there is also car park for customer. Suitable for all group sizes.

Me and my partner have visited Tarantinos twice now. A big factor of choosing skegness for our break this year was so we could come back here! We try the steak in every restaurant we visit and this one is our favourite by far. The atmosphere is really relaxing and the service is brilliant we barely waited at all for anything. Beautifully presented and tasty food, definitely worth the trip!

This was a really nice meal, with really friendly atmosphere. The staff front of house and in the kitchen were really friendly. Food was delicious and fresh. I had the veg risotto and hubby had the chicken pizza. Both were great! The toilets were nice and clean too. We would definitely visit again if we went to Skegness again.

My son & I visited last week for an evening meal (5.15pm) before catching our train home. We were seated in the conservatory, which was a nice open area to sit in. Service initially was quick to take our drinks orders and then food order, but ... The guy taking our food order seemed surprised that we only ordered one main (chicken dish) and one starter (BBQ Ribs) to have at the same time, his comment was " is that it?" so I had to explain that we weren't massively hungry due to the heat, plus due to my recent heart attack, I'm eating less when eating out, so was only going to try a couple of the ribs. We knew the chicken main came with a sauce, but we also decided ordered their Peperoncini sauce as an extra as we wanted to try it. When this was asked for, the server came across a little rude again when he said "why are you ordering that for?" I said I know the chicken main came with sauce, but we wanted to try this other one too. Food didn't take too long to come out, it was very hot and tasty. The chicken had a nice chargrilled taste and nice chunky frozen chips. Ribs very tender, but bbq sauce a little too sweet for me (just my personal taste that's all) Peperoncini sauce very nice with a chilli kick. Overall, service was disappointing, food order has mentioned above, plus during our meal, we wasn't asked if our food was ok and not asked if we wanted any more drinks. So we had to chase for another drink and at the end of the meal we had to chase for the bill and then also the card machine to pay. We would return to this restaurant again as we really enjoyed the food. Hopefully the service is better next time, especially without the little rude comments on what we've ordered.

What a lovely surprise to find this place. We popped in around 8.30 in the evening and received a very warm welcome. We paid £10 each and order a bottle of wine then helped ourselves to some salad as a starter, which was all very fresh. We went for the carvery as it looked good and we weren’t disappointed. Even later on it all tasted good and we weren’t disappointed served generous portions of meat. How do they do it for this price? Amazing

Very good value for money and the staff are very nice and friendly. Food is hot and tasty would definitely recommend if you visit Skegness. I discovered the restaurant off YouTube videos and so pleased I paid it a visit.

Omg. Their beef and gravy are gorgeous. The price is great and I had to have 2 plates. The beef was fantastic and the pork I also had was great but the gravy that was great gravy. It wouldn't be out of place in a posh expensive restaurant.

I went out for lunch yesterday with a friend whilst on a day trip in Skegness and I am pleased to say that our experiences were great! The atmosphere was very pleasant, the service was excellent, the food was delicious and the staff were very polite and helpful. Thank you very much to the staff for their helpful hospitality!

Best carvery ever. Meat done to perfection. Large choice of side veg. The Marmite roast potatoes are great. Can help yourself to 2 different Pizzas and sides before if you can manage it. Plus Chicken nuggets and 3 different pastas or chips. Included in the price. Very friendly hard working staff. Gonna come back to Skeggy just for this place alone.

Kept seeing this place all other my socials and looked pretty good. So thought I’d give it ago £7.99 for buffet style breakfast then drinks are extra on top, which for todays prices is pretty good. The food its self is flavoursome and is nice and fresh, there’s plenty of choice for all. Give the place an overall 6.5 - there’s a few better cafes in Skegness it’s self 👀 Happily come back again in the future.

Great meal at the View. Food was excellent - my Steak Sandwich with fries was well filled and very tender steak. Highly recommended. Did not try them but the cakes looked delicious.

During our holiday on May 30th, we visited The View Cafe Bar in Skegness, which was an absolute delight. We indulged in two delectable vegan English breakfasts, a refreshing lemon dessert cake, an eclair , a delectable vegan sausage burger, two coffees, and apple juices. Each dish was meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor. The café boasts ample seating both indoors and outdoors, conveniently located directly in front of the beach. This prime location allows patrons to savor the breathtaking views while enjoying their meals. We were fortunate to secure a complimentary parking spot adjacent to the café, further enhancing our convenience. The children thoroughly enjoyed their morning repasts. With its friendly staff, exceptional cuisine & stunning location, The View Cafe Bar is highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in Skegness.

Very very busy. Outside area was neglected somewhat... Took staff along time to be aware tables needed clearing and floor sweeping. Quickly served with drinks at the bar but the food took a further 50 minutes. Staff were friendly but those little extras were missing I'm afraid.... Which reflects in my rating. Food average and overpriced for what it was. Quality is better than quantity in my opinion.

I had ordered the vodka pasta which was £16, and I was very disappointed. It was extremely greasy, all of the meat was just pieces of fat, and not even that hot! I put it in a takeaway box as I was unable to eat most of it and the grease had leaked through the box and stained all of my car. For what you are getting, the prices are not worth it at all. We also bought a slush after. I had asked for a small but was only informed they only had large sizes after it was processed through the till. They are advertised as a “mocktail slush” to cover the fact that it’s an ordinary slush priced at £6!! However, it is a lovely area to sit and have drinks (NOT FOOD) along the beach and staff are lovely. Could have spent half the money we did for food twice as good.

Had a platter for lunch today and it was very good! I must say the battered sausage was one of the tastiest I have ever had. The platter also came with a fishcake, piece of haddock, chips and curry sauce (you could have also had beans). The chips were very nice too and cooked just right. Visiting from Canada and if I ever come this way again I will definitely stop by. The restaurant had a bright and colorful decor and the washrooms were clean.

We decided to have lunch in this place since a lot of places were still close, so glad we did! Lovely fish and chips. Fish were fresh and lightly battered, chips freshly cooked. It was a delicious lunch plus great atmosphere.

Fancied fish and chips, so decided to try here tonight. I have to admit, it's quite pricey for a family of 4. Delicious food, just could do with a bit more on the plate. Kids meal came in its own bucket with a little spade.

Currently on holiday in Skegness and while exploring and before heading back to our camp site. We decided to have dinner before heading back so stopped here. Staff friendly got guided to a free table, came back took and order and didn't have to wait too long. Got a haddock and chips , very nice, one of the kids got the same and my partner grabbed the cheese burger meal.

Tried this place for 3 of us after my partner wanted to try it fro reading reviews. To be honest I wasn't a fan the food was okay nothing to rave about for the price too of you was to walk down the pier or next door in fact you would find prices alot cheaper. I thought the price would show in the quality of food however I wasn't too mich more impressed than any other fish and chip shop. My partner and son got a milkshake which they enjoy but again on the pricey side hence the low marks. I dont believe there is much that sets this place better than the rest other than the decor inside which is quite good actually

Outrageously bad fish and chips. £30 for 2 regular cod & chips with a drink, couldn’t eat the fish, definitely was not cod. Slimy, grey & not fresh. So disappointing.

Called in around 3 years ago and kids remembered it by there buckets and spades, So asked to go again, once again everything was nice and enjoyable. And will definitely go again.

Wonderful little coffee ☕️ shop with a great looking menu, but on this occasion even tho looking for lunch. Just got milkshakes. My kids loved them , especially coming with a small biscoff biscuit. Staff friendly with a welcoming atmosphere.

Very friendly staff and clean restaurant with a variety of options catering for everyone. I had a Tuna Sandwich with fries and coleslaw. The food was very tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.

Nice cafe on the main road between the Lumley and the clock tower in Skeggy. Coffees, beer, cakes and food in the sunshine, away from the front and in a more up market environment. Nice staff and lovely coffee.

A tale of 2 halfs il start with the good 1st ; The breakfast i had was delicious i cant lie there and the coffee was equally as nice, the food server (older lady ) was charming and friendly. onto the bad news the front of house staff at the till were shocking not very pleasant at all ,all 3 of them clearly did not want to be there , and this is at the beginning of the shift! there was no direction on what to do usually once you place your order staff say take a seat or heres your table number, we will bring it over when its ready or something i got a woman staring at me like im a ufo or something! Who said "you just need to find a seat somewhere! Woooow iv worked in the catering industry for 20 years and never faced rude staff like this! Considering its a hotspot for tourists and locals alike you need to improve massively on customer service ,a good morning doesnt go a miss! Maybe a smile? Or is that too much to ask for? I even left a tip as a test to see if id get a thankyou- nooooope not even thankyou! My visit was friday 29th August and it wasnt even that busy. Id return if the staff improved but i cant say i will shame really!

Visited with my Wife and Daughter for breakfast. They had the American pancakes with Nutella and strawberries which they loved. Homemade pancakes with lots of strawberry’s. The All day breakfast was lovely and made with quality sausages and bacon rather than massed produced rubbish. Will return if in the area

Me and my family came here today for breakfast before we went back home to manchester. I wish we'd have found it sooner as we went somewhere else a few days before which was a little disappointing. Anyway, we arrived here today and the decor itself was beautiful and well presented. The menu had a good selection. I ordered the biggie breakfast and my son ordered the Nutella pancakes. My partner ordered a toastie. Also a cappuccino. This food was lovely and well presented. Staff were very friendly and overall I really enjoyed this place. Will definitely visit again next time we come to Skegness.

Very clean, lovely polite staff. Upstairs toilets are well kept. Had full English which was beautiful, the sausages were excellent and tasty not you cheap standard sausage others sell. Very nice coffee.

Bellisimo! Lovely little Italian with some nice menu options. Delicious lobster ravioli and a hearty club sandwich. Pleasant cappuccino and tea too. Lots to revisit for if you want variety of tasty treats. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. New Arancini are delicious.

A nice little find. Visited with friends in July. 12 of us squeezed in. A nicely presented day time restaurant. Nice food and reasonable pricing. Everyone enjoyed their meal, even the children aged 3 to 11. We booked, it gets busy, and its worthwhile a visit if you want to escape the fast food feel of skegness.

What can I say staff was superb,kind,polite, and helpful. 10/10 As for the food first class breakfast best Iv had in years everything cooked perfect will definitely be going back again. As for my son’s well the picture says it all waffles breakfast bacon egg cheese was amazing as well. Highly recommended.

Fluffing hell. I have had many of good burgers in the past but I genuinely cant think of one better than the one I just had here! The fries are crisp and flavourful, wife had the lobster ravioli and was in heaven. For what presents it self as a Italian cafe from the front has outstanding food. Coffees great too but the food is banging. This is our 2nd time here, first time we had sandwitch and toasty for lunch, was to die for aswell and is what made us want to come back to try the mains. Prices are very reasonable and for the quality of food you get, great value! I only wish I could do more than a 5 start review.

Something good as happened on the edge of skegness. Great cafe and staff with a Christian faith running this. It was full with a warm friendly feel about it. Great coffee and cakes. Always help around for you without to much intrusion into your space. A very pleasant place found by accident but would go there again. A very very pig place with lots of things happening. There is a Christian fellowship but none Christians also gather here. Spot on for me with a good ballance present. You have something here

Went here for my covid jab, very well organised. It's not my first time here though, whether one shares their religious beliefs or not the people here are helpful and good willed. As well as the church they have a nice little cafe and a charity shop. They will also give advice on various matters and help with paperwork. The local food bank is also here (please give and help if you can), offering much needed help to unfortunately far too many.

This is a review for the newly-opened Y.O.U. cafe. We popped in for a coffee/tea takeaway, and were lucky enough to be served by Madison: she made us great drinks and gave us great service. We wish The Storehouse all the best in its many ventures, and will be sure to make a beeline there when we next visit Skegness.

Stopped here on way to beach for cakes and decided to have a cuppa. This we were allowed to have perched on a window sill inside. There is seating available outside when weather is warm and dry. Excellent variety of cakes and pastries, also hot sausage rolls. Other savoury bread snacks prepared while you wait. Small selection of gluten free cakes available! Friendly and efficient staff!!

This is the best bakery I've ever been to. The bread rolls are lovely, very fresh. Sandwiches are very tasty and you get plenty of filling. There is a wide range of cakes, not just the usual boring ones but all different ones. The one thing that stands out is the price, excellent value for money. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. There is no other bakery in Skegness I would even consider going to

Absolutely wonderful place. So welcoming, friendly, trendy and clean. Dogs are welcome too and sausage for them. Everybody is catered for, gluten, vegan etc. Food tastes great and prices are very good too. They cannot do enough for you. Wish there were more places like this. Lovely friendly staff here. Came for a breakfast on the second day of my stay in Skegness. It was an "all day breakfast" for 7.95p and was a really good breakfast of:- sausage, egg, mushrooms, bacon, beans, hash brown, toast, and tea Or coffee included. It hit the spot, after missing my breakfast at my hotel.!! I would recommend, as they are SO friendly.. 🥰🥰👍👍

We had two little trips here at the weekend. We couldn't fault anything. There were 6 of us, so we were slightly unruly . Made to feel most welcome. We had coffees, tea, hot chocolate, toasted sandwiches, cake, and everything was done to perfection on both of our visits. Nice clean proper cafe. Thank you .

This coffee house is the best. The food is always delicious. Prices are very good and the home made selection of cakes are amazing! Recently we had the cheese cakes and they were delicious. Everytime we make a trip to Skegness we always come here. It is a must on our day out! The staff are really lovely and have time for each customer. Highly reccommend.

Excellent meal. Turkey roast and treacle pudding and cup of tea for £7.00. Really tasty, good portions. Highly recommended. Definitely go back again. The roasts are only on the winter menu. Pity because they are so good. Still excellent food available.

Amazing gluten free menu and lots of homemade GF cakes. Had a GF breakfast and took some GF scones away. Heated them up at home and they were delicious.

My granddaughter booked afternoon tea here for her grandads birthday Absolutely fabulous...a fabulous place I've never been in but will always go back to when im visiting skegness

Lovely week of fun with our 2 grandsons aged 11 and 5. We really enjoyed the Splash world & the fun fair was a big hit with the boys. Best part was the Skypark so well planned with loads for the boys to go on to run off their boundless energy. We liked it so much we've already booked for next year!!

Well what can I say the rooms are very unclean. I found a catheter in-between the sofa, sock under the bed, tissue on the floor and a balloon still in our room. But for £100 for 4 nights i wasn't expecting much. We paid for the comfort apartments and did regret paying more. The kettle was full of limescale. None of the switches worked apart from 1. The fridge freezer didn't work and the sink stank of sewage. Luckily we paid for the food court dining which was great cheap and cheerful if you don't mind Luke warm basic cafeteria food then you'll be fine. We enjoyed it enough and definitely didn't starve. So many activities we didn't even get to visit the sky park. We have already rebooked to go next year but this time have paid £50 for the basic rooms. The rooms weren't the best but we did have a good laugh about the catheter and the beds looked clean enough which is all we used. The swimming pool was brilliant. Acted hearing so many horror stories we expected a lot worse than a lack of deep cleaning. Whilst the rooms should have been cleaned better it didn't change our opinion that it's brilliant value for money and all you need to do is bring a few cleaning wipes with you and you'll have an amazing time.

Great Facilities but terrible rooms Lots of good things at Skegness Butlins, the Sky Park is a great playground, the swimming pool is brilliant, a solid fairground with lots of options and the entertainment and red coats do an excellent job. The restaurants were all good options as well although the Papa Johns was closed throughout our stay. The problem for us was the rooms are old, in a poor state of repair and are not cleaned well. In places it doesn't look like they have been properly cleaned for years. Extractor fans caked in what looks like long term accumulation of dust, grime between cupboards that must have built up over years we had a dented radiator, hanging loosely on a wall, a cooker that didn't work, lots of stained shabby looking furniture that looked like it had endured every bodily fluid imaginable plus a few dozen violent family arguments judging by the fact that a lot of things looked like they'd been punched.

Great resort, so much for the kids to do and the facilities are fab. We stayed in a Standard apartment and it was very tired and things were broken, dirty, or missing, however, for the price we paid I suppose this is to be expected and we only use the accommodation as a base in between activities and to sleep. We are already booking for next year but will go for a better level of accommodation. The grounds are well maintained and all the staff were lovely. Give it a go but manage your expectations for the accommodation 😊

We enjoyed a fabulous family holiday. Friday through until Monday there was loads to do. Despite the relentless showers everyone had lots of fun. The staff were extremely friendly, even allowing me to join in the laser tag to tournament our boys for the last 10 minutes when I hadn't bought a ticket for myself. The circus was a great way to start the weekend and we then filled the rest of our time with archery, air-rifle target shooting, pottery painting, t-shirt decorating, swimming and enjoying the arcades. Topped off with some great free evening entertainment, who could ask for more.

Booked a standard room, first time ever as haven't been since I was a kid and it was chalets on the caravan side then. Think I paid £54 for the room for 4 days which is an absolute bargain, both bedrooms had clean bedding on, everything worked. Yes it's not the most luxurious of accommodation but for that price what would you expect? Paid for premium dining which was nice just would of preferred a bit more variety for the vegetarian side of things, had great items for my daughter who is allergic to milk and could have the ice cream which I loved. Entertainment for my 2 year old was brilliant, definitely booking again

Basic, but clean & comfortable chalet. Good buffet meals ( we went half board). Very good entertainment. Good staff in all departments. Good value for money, & substantial discounts if re-booking is done on site. We are going back next year.

Haddock was cooked fresh to order and fish & chips were £9.95, curry was extra. The haddock was a little thin, but tasted good as did the chips and curry sauce. Haddock was skin on, but that wasn't an issue for me.

Really quick service & fresh food served, waited less than 10 mins after ordering. I really enjoyed my fish & chips with curry sauce (and ketchup 🤭) my boyfriend really enjoyed his sausage & chips with gravy (a very tasty salty kick to it). They do battered Mars bars, something I used always get as kid so it was a nice to one again! It came to about £20 so I thought it wasn’t badly priced, would highly recommend!😁

Took a chance on this spot. Glad we did. Wonderful haddock cooked perfectly. The pease chips and gravel were great, too.

Excellent fish and chips. It’s across the road from the other large fish and chip shops. In my opinion, this was a much better experience. Less busy. Fish cooked to order (approx 10 mins). Plenty of seating and a friendly server. Certainly try here rather than the restaurant next door - have previously eaten there and left disappointed. Looking forward to returning next time in Skegness.

Not a themed chippy like the kids one across the road (trawlers catch) Me and the missus as a rule when we visit Skegness normally use Linga Longas (dunes) but they’ve closed, so wasn’t sure where else to try, anyway we tried Clock Tower chippy and wasn’t disappointed at all. We ordered 2 x fish and chips - 10 minute wait for freshly cooked fish, full box of fresh golden chips and fish cooked to perfection, topped off with a carton of curry sauce each. Just over £22, you’re not gonna find that any cheaper, and certainly not of the same quality. Future problem solved when we visit Skegness cus we know what chippy we’ll be using. Well Done.

Beautiful cooked fresh worth the wait. Should have taken a picture. 9.95 fish n chips portion size would probably feed 2 people. Only negative was you need to clean the tables.

Little gem of a place. We had fish and chips that was made fresh, fish was delicious and chips were really nice cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this spot
