Walked pass countless times yet somehow I found myself at the counter,and what a pleasant surprise. The friendliest and informative owner,not too bad of a wait for the amazing food that arrived. Hungry Peter really makes you hungry. Food is authentic Indian. Best Indian food available in Port Elizabeth. Indian delicacies are finger licking delicious.Service is quick and friendly. All the staff are friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the food a lot....I recommend for those who really want to eat good Indian dishes as back in India.

If you love traditional Durban curry , this is the place to go. The mutton bunny is the real deal ! A deluge of curry gravy to soak in your bread in, combined with a lot of flavoursome curried meat. You will not be disappointed. This rates one of the best curries I’ve had. Will definitely be back.

As usual, I always visit this little place of paradise called Hungry Peter. Each time I visit this place, my expections increase of the quality of food and the service and to my amazement, each time I visit, my expectations of the food, service and chatter is surpassed. Never again. Order 51, placed today 19 July. Something meaty large. An overwhelming tomato paste taste, 3 to 5 pieces of ham and approximately a teaspoon of mince on a triple decker. Debonair, ITS A DEFINITIVE NO FOR ME👎

The doors were open so myself and my wife went in to order, first the cashier starts shouting "hello" because we never heard her the first time then says to us they still closed even though it was open, besides for that the owner walks past and says "did you tell them we closed" but with so much attitude. So as much as I would order there, their attitude is not appreciated.

I've never had any problem with Debonairs. But the pizza I got from them this time had virtually no fillings just mayonaise, cheese and bread.

So disappointing. We ordered the meat cram decker and chilli chicken triple decker. The meat cram decker had two to three pieces of square meat (ham) on each slice. And I'm not even exaggerating. On the ingredients list on the app it indicates to also having spare ribs. The pizza had a lot of BBQ sauce. No cream cheese (also an ingredient listed on the app). The chilli chicken triple decker Had spots of cheese on top. You could see patches of crust. Also, no cream cheese in sight. The man at the till also wasn't very friendly. He had someone he clearly was indicating and he wasn't very communicative or friendly to her. I feel sorry for her.

I’m extremely displeased with my order, it tasted bland and looked so so small in person. It tasted horrible and I’m very disappointed, it’s the first time my Debonairs order comes out like this. Myself and my friends were very unimpressed 👎🏽

This post doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating that's how terrible the service is at this branch. You wait forever to be served. Let alone the individual whose taking your order through the drive through not understanding simple English, having to repeat orders almost 6 times. Its pathetic service. Truly. You wait about 10-15 minutes in a Drive through. Never again! Waiting to pay for your order and there's no one at the counter- waiting another 8 minutes.

Honestly this place has just gotten worse compared to how it was before. And to think this is one of the main branches that gets local and foreign nationality but the service is just a disgrace. Sunday was our last straw when there was no service and a delay in food and the tables and chairs were dirty, you choose table service but you just go to the long que and find out what is the problem with your food, everyone decided to ignore the customers as everyone just seemed busy and when asking for service there was attitude giving. Man you guys are the beacon of Summerstrand yet Linton Grange and Greenacres standards are way better then this. I REALLY HOPE REGIONAL STEPS IN, cause this is not the first time and many people that were standing there said the same thing. Yes people go to your branch everyday but now you are losing your loyal customers. Do better man.

Place was extremely dirty. Waiters only realise after our food arrived that they do not have the strawberry milkshake. I also ordered chili cheese fries. They apparently have no forks also. Very pathetic. Would not recommend. No kids areas so don't bother bringing kids.

Very nice place, it has a double storey so it has nice views. Unfortunately, we had to change our order just because they didn't have enough change? This is highly unprofessional. Our table hadn't been wiped down properly and had ketchup stains on it. We spent the day walking on the beach and went inside for an ice cold MC flurry only to find out they've run out of caramel? The MC Donald's famous fries were cold and you could tell they weren't fresh this was my first time at this location and i was highly disappointed as compared to the other MC Donalds I've been to

Drive through means just that - 4x Big Mac meals, keeping the order straight forward because we are in a hurry....yet we need to park and wait.... just to have to get out after 10min to collect ourselves inside. Really?

Drive through made us wait in a very sketchy parking lot, with a promise that they would bring the food out. This did not happen. No security guard outside for safety of customers.

I did not get what I ordered, and had to make a return trip to get the correct order that I ordered. When I got home the second time, the order was still wrong. I can’t go back and forth because they can’t get the order correct. 05/09/2025 They still do not listen when you place an order and then argue with you that you gave the wrong order, then expect you to pay for their mistakes , Customer care line also needs an upgrade as they don’t answer calls.

Wimpy food is most of the time good, but unfortunately Baywest Mall Wimpy has let us down one too many times. We have walked in waited for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff at the counter, because they were too busy on their phone and we ended up walking out and eating somewhere else at Baywest. Please note that this happened to us more than once and that other customers has been given menus, greeted and seated in the time that we were ignored completely by staff working there. We have decided that we will never support Wimpy at Baywest again, because of this unfair treatment.

Upon arriving at Baywest Mall, we found no sign that dogs were not allowed. I now have photos to prove this. We took our Yourkshure Dog with us. We arrived at Wimpy, but nobody approached us to guide us to a seat. We then proceeded to the furthest outer corner and sat down. None of the waiters approached to indicate that the dog was not allowed. After completing our lunch, the manager approached to complain about the dog. As always with Wimpy, the food was excellent, but at this venue, the service was not. The service of JayBay Fountains Mall Wimpy is probably the best Wimpy in South Africa and so much more friendly and accommodating. Deon Louw

Wimpy at Greenacres is the worst Wimpy ever.I definitely recommend to not support this place.The owner phones me regarding a extremely bad issue with the breakfast and tells me that eggs have shells and its a mistake that I had shells all over my food.I will ensure this Wimpy loses business as to treat a customer like that is appalling. It was very nice as always, food was fresh coffee was hot. There was unfortunately no water so the bathroom was not available which was a pity as we drove for hours before we did this pitstop.

Service was prompt with friendly personality. Ablutions all clean and smelling good. Sitting area also neatly cleaned. I will recommend this Wimpy to all my friends travelling this side of Eastern Cape.

Coffee ordered 'wimpy famous' was water and milk maybe a filter coffee that has been reused over and over. I was reminded today why I have been avoiding wimpy for years, skip stay hungry for longer find another place to eat at, half raw chips, ag no very disappointing my fault for walking into wimpy. The manager did ask if things were OK, but I noticed that the staff has the no care attitude so sad as these jobs will be lost eventually.

It is a great family restaurant and good safe play area for kids. Great for children's parties! Always enjoyed the food. Friendly service.

By far the best flamed grilled chicken and burgers, including very delicious ice cream dessert located walking distance from the main beach. All the staff are super friendly and take care of me like family. They are accommodating whenever I request modifications to my order and the atmosphere is always welcoming and warm. Ordered two large cheesy fries. Each was only a normal hamburger container. This used to be medium size. Way too expensive for the little amount supplied. Still tasty though.

Well the food took considerably longer than anticipated, so much so the waitress had to apologize for the delay. I would have given food a higher rating had I not seem something in my drink halfway through drinking it. I'd say better quality control is needed. Overall the waitress went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of.

The service at Wimpy was great, I was received at the door with a smile, seated and the waiter came within seconds to help me. Within 5minutes I received my meal. At 10 minutes post meal the waiter came and asked if I needed anything. As busy as I am but Mthatha Circus Triangle Wimpy made my day. Thank you WOW

Bad customer service....never have I been so dissatisfied with Wimpy as I did yesterday at #wimpy circus triangle in Mthatha. We waited for 30 minutes without being attended to and when they finally did, the guy who was serving us didn't care at all, he said we should call him when we are ready to order. We called him after 2minutes and he told us he was no longer taking orders. I asked him to call us another waiter and he did. The lady he called for us took our orders and that was the last time we saw her. No one is telling us what is happening with our order, we had to call her again and ask for our order- only then she brought our food. She placed our food at the corner of the table and not to who the plate was intended for. Fine, we took our plates and when we finally ate, my wings were half cooked, French fries were stale. I can only give a thumbs up to their sauce, it was nice and juice too (mango and lemonade)... I love Wimpy but I cannot dine at Wimpy in circus triangle (Mthatha) any more. The place wasn't even packed at all but customers were not being attended to or the orders would arrive very late and the staff weren't so friendly at all, no smile even to their waiters and waitresses. If this is within the management, can it be fixed before you lose more customers.

Their food is great. One thing that put me off is when we asked if we could sit down and eat. The cashier said then she will have to add 10% onto our bill. When asked why she could not explaine as to why. No other place has ever asked for a 10% to sit down and eat. Really seemed odd.

Lovely shop situated at the far end of Sunridge Village Shopping Centre on Kragga Kamma Road. Friendly and professional staff. Absolutely stunning interior remodelled recently. Consistantly good quality food for low prices. Very good!

Very disappointed with the food and service. The restaurant has downgraded since the owner changed. Placed an order down for ramen and stir fry noodles - the food was basically the same…one was just soaked in soup. The restaurant used to serve good food, at affordable prices with varied ingredients. So I’m highly disappointed. The staffs were not very friendly as well. Hopefully my next visit will be better, if there is a next time.

I enjoyed my food. There is a lunch special menu on display. Clean store with many seats. Staff is super friendly and assisting in ordering vegetarian meals. The waiting time was acceptable, not too long. Veggie meal included good variety of selected vegetables and egg as the protein substitute. The portion is filling.

Ling Long will always remain as my most favourite Chinese Take-Away. This small restaurant is the perfect place to find great food, chilled vibes and good times! Ling Long has a vast menu of Asian delights ranging from the well-known freshly made sushi to the spicy side of the Singapore Straits. They have all your Chinese favourites as well and also some secret menu add-ons! Dumplings and Singapore Noodles are a must!

I would rate this restaurant no stars if i could. I don't know about other days, but today their service was horrible. I waited in line for 15mins before I got to the front. Once there the man started checking tills slips and counting money without even acknowledging my presence for like 7mins, i checked. Once I ordered it took 45 minutes for my takeaway pizza to arrive after a whole lot of nagging and complaining from customers around me as to when they would get their food. The workers were slow, rude and didn't seem to care that it was taking forever to make the pizza. especially the man in front taking the orders at the till. so disappointing

So i ordered 2 traditional family pizzas from the Mr d app. Paid R 130 for the 2 pizzas thinking traditional family pizzas should be fairly big considering it is a family pizza? However what I received seemed to me like small pizzas that are a tiny tiny bit bigger than normal. Besides that I was completely disappointed about the size the pizza itself was far far from amazing. The taste was so bland and boring it was like they were very shy with the sauce and spices. Also the base was not even 1 mm thick. I should actually have taken a picture it was unbelievably thin( if i missed an option for pizza base size my bad then). All in all the pizza wasn't awful i was just so dissapointed for what I received for the money I paid. I could have gotten 5 small pizzas(which are bigger than this "family sized pizza" from (I will at least not name other pizza business here) pizza place X for arguments sake for the price of R 125 and it would have been enough for me and my GF for 2 meals. Those 2 traditional family pizzas did not even closely satisfy me. So I want to end this review by saying I do not expect any sort of compensation I don't care about that. I just hope that some manager somewhere sees this and talks to whoever "designs" these pizza menus and prices because it is absurd.

Very disappointed with 4 pizzas delivered to us! The bases were dry and tough to eat. The chicken had an awful, burnt taste with two small pieces per slice. None of them were anywhere worth the price we paid. Poor quality overall!

Unfortunately not the greatest experience with Panarottis. I received the wrong pizza through Uber Eats which wasn’t a problem I know mistakes happen. But the way it was handled by the manageress was shocking! Incredibly rude and condescending. Not helpful at all to the situation.

Mixed feelings, one pizza was amazing and the other was average. The one was perfect but the other didn't have the right distribution of sauce, toppings and cheese (few places had a lot and others not so much) but otherwise they were well made and the wait was not long.

We had a very bad experience: on Tuesday 26/11, we called the shop to enquire if they could deliver to the bowling alley. The person (Leo) said yes and assured us that they can) We went ourselves on that day to the shop to place our order for the next day 27/11, our son's b-day party to be held st the bowling. Leo met us telling us that they ran out of cheese" not a very good 1st impression. We (my husband and I) told him we wanted to speak with him. He left us at the counter for 5/10mns until he came to us. After a long and confusing conversation where he could not understand us or us him,, we finally agreed on what we will order, the special applicable and the price. He wrote everything down in a book and confidently said that he is off on Wednesday 27/11. but he "will be there for our order to make sure everything is ok". On Wednesday, I went to the shop to pay, Leo was not there. The pizzas were ready, but the person there wanted to charge me more, telling me that the specials we got were wrong and the price we had to pay was more !! I expressed my anger at that and eventually I paid the amount agreed upon with Leo... When I asked for the pizzas to be delivered, I was told they can't as they do not have staff!!!! I had to leave my son and his friends at the bowling during that whole time and on top of it all I had to carry 4 large hot pizzas, with a back that I had injured a few days ago... Panarotti, never ever again!

I not happy with my pizza at all I've ordered a saucy gourmet chicken suprime pizza which I always order in East London and the ingredients are always on par and the taste is always consistent but the one I've just ordered here at the express is totally different and there was hardly any chicken or better yet close to none.

I don't go to Wimpy regularly anymore but this Wimpy is really in a class of it's own. From, reception, service and quality of the food. Unfortunately being inside the mall I only gave them a three. We had a function their with our staff and even the owners were taking part by giving applause when we handed over the awards. I can highly recommend anyone in Port Elizabeth to feel free to support them and be rest assured that you will receive great service.

Coffee wasn't great. I love my coffee, I've had Wimpy coffee before, this branches coffee was the worst I had anywhere. Also found a hair in my daughter's food gave it to the waitress and nothing was done.

The experience was a pleasant one. I must say I haven't been a big fan of wimpy of recent times because it's become very system orientated down to counting chips 😅 The experience I have had recently at the walmer branch was nice because they weren't shy with portions and the burger,chips and milkshake special was made with love.The waitress and service was good. Took my granddaughter & a friend for Friday lunch after school. Our waitress, who is not from South Africa is an absolute gem. The kiddies menu has a nice variety, meal comes with chips, soda or milkshake and a toy. I love it that they serve all day brekkie!!

The flapjack i ordered as seen on the photo is small dry and old and doesnt even look like a flapjack. The food is cold. And not enough salt for the chips. I ordered cutlery and didnt get any. The food tasted like yesterdays food warmed up and delivered cold. I exoectv

We found the Wimpy was a good place to sit while waiting for our flight to JHB because it’s spacious and clean and you have a nice view of the runway. Their coffee is ok and the cups are big but their service is rather slow.

This is not a quiet place to come and wait for your next flight out. The service is extremely slow and laid-back. I waited long to place an order and even longer after for the bill. I was seated close to the kitchen and actually moved to another table as the unnecessary yelling of the kitchen staff become quite unbearable. Eventually we finished up quickly and went to the pub next door for the remainder of our wait. So when you decide to wait here and have a meal try and seat as far away from the kitchen as you can or bring allot of patience and some earplugs along. For me it's a definite not in the future not even a maybe.

Retro Wimpy It feels like I've traveled back in time. The staff are super friendly, going thr extra mile. Trolleys aren't allowed in the restaurant, but they helped me lug all my pieces of luggage in and out. Alicia went as far as keeping my corner table for me when I did go check the my luggage in.

Everytime we get seated, but no service after that!!! Disappointed in the fact that it's at an airport where the service should be excellent!!! Go to PRIME downstairs instead ppl. We were seated and had drinks within the first 5 mins being there.

Several of our friends recommended the Vismandjie for the freshest fish and chips in J-Bay. The Vismandjie in Jeffreys Bay is a real local treasure! Fresh, perfectly fried fish and chips with generous portions and great flavour. The food is simple and tasty. Friendly service and a relaxed, seaside vibe make it the perfect stop after a day at the beach. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, no-fuss fish and chips in J-Bay!

Ordered the medium Calamari and chips. Seeing that Chokka the proper name for Calamari is fished in this region it was an obvious choice and I certainly wasn't disappointed. A nice atmosphere and friendly staff matched with good food is always a winner

When planning my holiday, I earmarked this restaurant as must visit. I am glad to report i was not disappointed. The food was spectacular. There is a great selection of fresh fish, calamari and more. They also make the perfect chips.

Wow. Soft white juicy hake fillet in crispy tasty batter. Big fillet of hake and perfectly cooked. Nice chips also. But the hake was the star of the show. Don’t know where these guys get their hake but it was super fresh and soo big. Thanks a lot. What a birthday treat.

Very popular place for the locals and holidaymakers in the main road of Jeffreys bay. Absolutely the best seafood we ever had! Their normal beefburgers 🍔 with chips 🍟 are really nice and filling. They also have take away cooked meals that you can buy if you dont feel like cooking (sold out quick). There are casual outdoor seating. You order and pay at the counter.

Ordered the grilled fish and calamari. Absolutely delicious and fresh! Only complaint would be not to use polystyrene and plastic knives & forks, which is so terrible for the environment. We ate in.

I recently visited Debonair TopUp Despatch and it was a delicious experience! The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were fresh, and the cheese was gooey and flavorful. I especially enjoyed their cheesy chicken and mushroom pizza. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even during busy hours. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food served.

Debonairs came through! the despatch team really did their thing, Pizza was hot, fresh, and on time. No fuss, just good service and flavour.With a lovely atmosphere.

Terrible service didn't receive our Qtr pounder w cheese and two cheese burgers trying to phone store and no one answers. we asked the cashier he said everything is in our bag. Do they do this with all customers. We are not from PE only realised once we on the freeway too far to turn back

Terrible service on the 6th of September. Waiting 40 minutes for a large fries and ice cream... wouldn't have gotten it if I didn't go ask where my food is. There were so many upset customers, staff were rude and so unorganized. Order slips laying around everywhere, burgers being made and then left unattended to get cold. The kitchen was an absolute disaster with machines beeping and staff shouting. A guy next to me said he waited 50 minutes for an ice cream. Some serious lack of organization. There were no open tables... not because they were all occupied, but because they weren't cleared yet.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered Happy Meals for my kids, only to be told there are no toys available. Every time, I’m told to keep the slip and come back another day – but it’s always the same toys in circulation and never anything new when I do try to collect them. Because of this, I stopped buying Happy Meals and switched to Nazo meals instead. Tonight I decided to give it another try and ordered Happy Meals again, only to be given a plain bag with nuggets and chips. I had to ask if it was a Happy Meal, and was told by a very uninterested staff member that there are no boxes and no toys, but she would sign the slip for later collection. My concern is this: why aren’t customers told upfront when items like toys or boxes aren’t available? Why are we still charged the same price without being informed? On top of that, the service at McDonald’s Walmer Park leaves a lot to be desired – the staff act like they don’t want to be there, making customers feel like it’s a burden just to ask a simple question. This has been an ongoing issue and really needs management’s attention.

Bought 4 cheese burgers. One burger didn't have a patty on it. Their chips are ALWAYS filled halfway. So if you buy a medium chips you actually get small chips. Also check your milkshake, I've order a strawberry milkshake once and got a plain vanilla milkshake after the lady confirm that it is a strawberry milkshake.... Every time I do go there, something goes wrong with my order or they take too long. It's very frustrating. 🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼

I ordered chilly cheese chicken tenders and a jalapeno burger (via uber eats) but none of those items had jalapenos on it . I contacted the store and they said that they ran out of jalapenos , I was completely unaware of this. The meal was disappointing. I also had to wait almost an hour for my food to arrive. It is really disappointing having to wait so long for that.

I often visit this McDonald's early on Sunday mornings to have breakfast and work on my laptop. The noise level of the staff is uncontrolled and unacceptable. They talk loudly all the time... no consideration for patrons. Staff sit in the restaurant area and eat. They don't speak normally; its more shouting. Please consider signs to tell them to control their noise and way they communicate.

Food took longer than expected for a fast food place. Chips were cold and gave me the wrong sauce for the nuggets. My friend also got the wrong drink order. The new chicken burger was delicious though.

I ordered two Big Mac meals, but they give 1 tomato soup and 1 tissue. On body to help you at the Koios. The playground is boring only slide. They take a long time to clean up the table.

If I had 57 minutes to wait for my food, I wouldn’t have gone to a “FAST FOOD”restaurant. Felt like they purposely took long. You would think that the wait was worth it but, it clearly wasn’t. Bitter iced (90% ice) coffee’s, cold & stale chips and forgotten food’s. LOTS of disgruntled customers. More vegetarian options would also be appreciated.

Was there in morning they opened late being the first. Was asked to pay by card since the person in the till was still counting yesterday's cash. How do you sleep with money in the cash register??? I paid with a card as per request and only to be asked to wait 15 minutes for my order. My lift was going to leave me so I decided to leave my order and collect it in the afternoon. When waiting they said I can get my cuppacino and asked how many sugers. My lift arrived grabbed my drink only to find no sugar. Upset for days... but still love 😍 them.

Unfortunately the issue with the disabled parking is currently out of their control - the DA-run Kouga Municipality is apparently (according to the regional manager) blocking their application to upgrade their building. I am really impressed at how my problems have been addressed. There are several restaurants in Jeffreys Bay who could take a leaf out your book, Curtis! Well done! I upgraded my rating based on how the issue was handled. Original post 02MAR2025 had 2 stars - The disabled bay has no proper access to the restaurant. There is no ramp, only a step which is obstructed by the car parked next to the disabled bay. We were told that no tea or coffee was available, only cuppachino. The restaurant was very noisy, the building seems to amplify noise from the kitchen. We were not provided with cutlery or sugar and had to request them. A coke was paid for but not supplied , again we had to go and ask for it. The chicken burger was omitted from the order and had to be ordered separately after the rest of the order arrived. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

I cant believe this place, i ordered a mega McMuffin meal, and when my OJ arrived it was only half, they told me they were unable to fill it to the top, the mega McMuffin also had paper in the middle. the hashbrown was also overcooked and hard. i would love to see some more effort put into this

Quite. But one can easily see why the only pizza place in Despatch has no clients. Called for takeaway pizza....no one answered. Drove to shop.Waiters standing in kitchen talking to kitchen staff. No one at the door or the till. After eventually ordering pizza it took 40 minutes to be ready. Low and behold when I got home I found raw pizza base with the toppings just drifting atop. This of course is all explained by lack of management..in fact the owner just rocks up in his pick-up to collect the days taking(money) and leaves again. Won't be supporting this Pannarotis again.

So. It's been 2 years since my last review. Service and quality has definitely improved since then. One minor thing is still an issue; waiting staff don't seem to be familiar and there seems to a shortage of vegetarian options.

Well what can I say. I always receive good service from Panarottis. They always consider your well being. I love the breakfast special two breakfast for only R50. You guys rock. I also know they are transgender friendly no no issues.

Just left this restaurant. Waited 4 minutes short of an hour. 2 breakfast waffles. No food. They burnt it?? We paid for our coffee and left. I can now understand why the place is so empty. We were one of three tables with customers.

Horrible - and that is being nice. First we struggled to get hold of the branch for an hour via phone. Finally got there and ordered. 2 pastas and chicken schnitzel. Food got to the table and was cold. When raising the complain they thought it good to actually put the chips and chicken into a microwave - not only did we hear the clock of the micro awe, but when questioned they acknowledged this action - chicken went soggy. After a second complain the chips was replaced but again 0/10. A 1/4 teaspoon cheese was provided in the 3 tear bowl, as they ran out. My husband smothered the food in tomato sauce as the pasta was taste less. . Food was just not up to scratch and I will never recommend the Despatch branch to anyone. We not only wasted our time but our money as well. I know the Panarottis standard and this was not it. Very disappointed.

We ordered a monsterito smoked salmon... It is the worst pizza i ever had. It was dry with small pieces of salmon and barely cream cheese. I also do not understsnd why there were absolutely no cheese on it. And the price is more than R200. Not even worth R20. Piece of dough with some dry fish on. Very disappointing...

Love burger King but cleanliness could improve also some more education to employees about how some things on the app works, The chips never have salt and they don't ever add salt packets, if you order the wings you do wait very long

Its BK, way better that other fast food outlets. Service is generally good and I hate it when they ask to park up front, they will 'bring' your food. I flatly refuse because they trick the vehicle timer system for their service records, food marked as received while you still wait. Other than that, pretty good food.

Came during my lunchtime. Long waiting time, and then chips were cold when i finally got my order. So ultimately, very hot tenders, warm burger & cold chips. Atmosphere & Service gets 2 stars as it looks bad when you have multiple customers standing around waiting for their orders. NB. All customers standing around were from the driveway that were told you park somewhere and wait for their food.

Really disappointed. Manager screaming at staff and even asked them if they were deaf. Burgers incorrect. We ordered a combo that consisted of 4 meals but only received 2 cups and we were told to pay for 2 cups even though we had 4 meals. I have never had such a bad experience and this branch has always been our go-to.

I really enjoyed their burger, it's more nicer than the McDonalds burgers and their soda tastes much better than the McDonalds and KFC combined. I always thought that they are using the same ingredients hey. But I must say they are really nice, will go back sometime for that taste!

I went to order 2 Naruto meals for my kids when I got it I got smurf toys with thay sied the Naruto toys where out of stock so sied but how can thay still sell a Naruto meal with out telling people before hand that the toys are out of stock I'm shocked really

Still some of the best pies in town. This is a Nelson Mandela Bay institution, if you're looking for a decent meal, lunch or breakfast or dinner even, swing by Cassie's. Really good, jumbo pies and excellent variety, always fresh. Their pricing is very reasonable and they've been around forever for a very good reason! This particular store is conveniently located at Kamma Crossing, on the corner, easy to find when you drive into the parking area.

Had the beef ribs, very thinly cut, overcooked and the butcher that supply the ribs clearly had a blunt saw as tiny pieces of bone splinters in the meat.

Second pie from this shop, huge pastry very very little content. The curry steak had 3 pieces of meat, rest of filling is just a very thick sauce.Very tasty thick curry filler is all. Previous Pepper Steak was the same huge pastry thick filler sauce pie with pretty much no e of the names ingredient in it.

Brought Family Burgers and Chips via Uber eats from Cassies in Kamma Crossing and was disappointed. Not only was the chips old and not nice tasting, but the burger were not nice too. And left us with major gastro reflux and many toilet visits after (24hours after eating it and still running). Will never order from them again. Lorraine Gardens has never let us down

I normally enjoy your burgers and pies, but decided to try your new crispy chicken burger, it's got to be the worst chicken burger I've ever eaten. Bun was stale, chicken tasted processed, an all over dry experience. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Terrible. And wat happened to getting proper chips, instead of this processed rubbish. A fast food outlet that delivered good value for money. I always have had good pies from them. There is a regular flow of customers through their shop, indicative of good tasty takeaways. I normally do not have a long wait, however they are quite happy if you go shopping and they will have your order ready for your return. Enjoy your meal.

I ordered from delivery and when the order came the the drink was spilled all over the food. The driver said they refused to put on the stickers that hold the lid down. To top it all they put in a girl toy when I had chosen the book option. For good measure their phone just rings, no answer

I have ordered off of Uber Eats multiple times and each time I have ordered an extra jalepeno sauce and it never arrives with my food, it’s mos R7 I am losing. This is not right. In total I have lost over R100 and in Cyril’s economy mind you. MXM!! I am not happy at all

The drive through takes forever because there is usually a long line to the ordering station. Either than that, the food is amazing, the stuff is friendly and it was worth the wait. I tasted iced coffee for the first time and it was amazing.

This was my first McDonald's experience and probably the worst service I've gotten. I came in today and chose to dine-in. After 30 minutes of waiting, I noticed people who came in behind me being served & I still waited Tell me why I was attended to after 45 minutes when I told them to make my order a takeaway? Even when I wanted help, everyone acted too busy to help. I don't know if I was going to be helped if I sat there with my number. This was a first.

We were at the franchise yesterday Had the most terrible service ever, WE are regulars and YONELA always provides impeccable service However yesterday she was on lunchbreak upon arrival, and the cashier was just terrible, i had to confirm something with my spouse as she went to sit with our little one. I asked the cashier to cancel the order and serve the customers behind me to not keep up the que as we had just started it, she then rudely advised she cannot do as i requested due to this my order was not 100% as i just placed the order to get it over with she was not very friendly

The drive thru facility is not practical. The menu to order is after the intercom where they take your order.. so if you are not a Burger King regular and you not sure what to order it is pointless. The menus are outdated meaning that they are not on light boxes so when you ordering at night you might as well jump out your vehicle to look at the old school posters they have. The queues is so long and I may be one of those people that added to the time delay for others because I had to ask the friendly lady that was taking my order to read the whole menu to me. Although the food was not bad i gave it a 1 star for the 1 hour wait in the queue and for ordering something I did not want due to just settling on a burger to avoid the waiting period for the poor people behind me.

I just ordered a meal from these people with the oldest chips yet. Who thought it was still okay? They placed the nicer looking ones at the top but the bottom ones are ancient. Never again

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your Commercial Road McDonald Port Elizabeth branch. I placed an order that included a burger with jalapeños and a tenders bucket. Unfortunately, I was not informed at any point that jalapeños were unavailable, and the burger was missing them entirely. I wanted very long for my food cause i oreder from the table on the app i havd to get ask go get it, on top of that, the tenders were served ice cold, which is completely unacceptable. Service was terrible, I waited for 15 minutes in parking for kiddies meal, I had to walk back to the drive thru window to ask for my order, on top of that they gave the wrong order, ordered 2 cheese burgers kiddies meal, when I got home it was chicken burger with lettuce.

Sharing my experience about Domino's in Northway mall. Today we decided to try Domino's for the first time. We ordered their chicken and mayo, BBQ chicken and a small Tikka Veg as one of my family members are purely vegetarian to the point that if she eats meat products, she ends up with sores around her mouth i.e an allergic reaction. Once the pizzas where brought to us, they were not opened to show us the pizzas the way Roman's does. We trusted Domino's that they have given us the correct order as the boxes have the labels with the pizza names that was ordered. However when we got home to eat for supper, and my family member was about to eat it, she saw that it had bits of chicken on it. Yes that's right Domino's gave us a Tikka chicken instead of a Tikka Veg pizza(although the box was labeled Tikka Veg). My poor experience continued with them when I called them up about it, firstly the manager is new so she did not have any of the numbers on hand for me to lodge a formal complaint. I understood that she was new but she needed to be able to have such numbers on hand to deal with the situation. I had to wait close to 10 minutes before she was able to provide me with a number. Eventually she gave me the number of the owner, who wasnt really helpful at all. She ended off offering to give me a new pizza which was around 8:20pm. I denied it, mainly because I did not want any of her drivers getting arrested due the breaking of curfew. I asked for the pizza to be delivered tomorrow, she agreed without taking down my address, so I wonder where they will be getting my address from. All in all the situation was terribly handled. I suggest Domino's to spend the time and effort getting your managers and yourself the owner coached on how to handle conflict and how to speak with your customers who are not very easy to handle(myself for example). I will rate this again tomorrow if they do deliver the pizzas to me. After some wait, I finally got a response for which Domino's will replace my small pizza and add a cheesy roll. Thank you for that but what Domino's has done is unacceptable and unbelievable. I will NEVER order pizzas from you again and I hope this review makes everyone aware of this situation and you never experience such a poorly handled situation.

While waiting for my order i noticed that the staff member uses his hand to touch products instead of a spacular and he disnt have a hair net on when i asked the manager on duty she said that they have a bucket which they wash their hands in. I disagreed with that cause i can imagine after tow many hoirs do they change the water. Due to the pandemic hygience is critical. Sad that sometimes we have to give up things we simply love

Pizzas are good, online ordering was dysfunctional so customers cannot get online deals. Ordered previously using online system and on collection no one knew where my order was. By the time it was found it was colf. Need better systems in place.

Pizza was supposed to be bbq chicken and mushroom but it had about three coin sized pieces of chicken, slightly more mushrooms and drowning (I mean drowning) in mayonnaise and don't get me started on the undercooked pizza dough, I was eating raw dough with topping. A very unpleasant experience. (it was today at the new Domino's at the scottsville mall)

Great pizzas. Booking online is even better as most of the time it's way cheaper than walking in store an ordering..pizzas are available in a thin or thick base.

A vagrant came in to the store today, stared at us, sat down close to us, harassed us for money, and then proceeded to curse at us when we wouldn't give him our pizzas. Shocking experience. Please address this issue and monitor who you let in to your store.

I have had them making mistakes on my food several times . Yesterday they gave less than half a pack of chips . Sometimes I have waited without complaining. Sometimes some one is rude. You never know what you are going to get in this store.

I have been buying from them since 2016 when I established my Guesthouses in Gqeberha. Its sad and disappointing on the day you need to prepare Meals for Guests in the afternoon and you find their Haddock rotten with terrible smell, but I only bought it 2 days ago. When I tried to return it the following day ,the Management is so rude and undermining the me as a Customer as if Im desperate for Cash R70.She is missing the point its not about money its about the principle. Lack of Management skills is a problem and education plays a big role to a person dealing with people daily. The front Staff are so friendly knows me for years. Get to the front parking and there is no open parking because of all the vehicles already waiting for their drive through orders. I mean I only ordered one burger. Just got the absolute worst low GI sandwich from this MC Donalds. I've ordered it before and never had this problem. I ordered cheese and tomato (I'm vegetarian) and received the chicken sandwich, with the most disgusting, soggy lettuce you've ever seen. They also messed up my partner's order completely, wrong burger, wrong drink, no fries. No customer service.

Due to the busy nature of the store it was an uphill battle to get the oder corrected. Finally had it sorted. Not sure what the issue was, but maybe the intercom needs to be upgraded.

We oder food at Mc D and their is always problems this is the second time that we have put in a Oder and not all of ouer food was delivered agen!!

Was there just now i ordered 2 happy meals for my girls did payment after payment they tell us there is only the spicy nuggets no more normal nuggets will we settle for cheese burgers so we agreed although the girls dont eat burgers they will eat the chips with the nugget bbq sauce. We tried to explain to the people we want the bbq sauce so for the chips they called manager who came with an attitude to tell us it is only R7 for the sauce we didn't argue about price or to pay for sauce all we wanted was sauce even if we had to pay for it. Got home no happy meal toys also.They won't get our support again they don't have what we wanted and attitudes.

Staff are friendly and usually get good service. They are 24 hour so getting food when your schedule is unusual makes that easy.

The building and setup is good, upstairs seating available, wheelchair accessible but the service is poor, very slow not like other McDonald's I've been to.

Ok McDonald's but exceptional fast service. The McChicken was quite dry therefore the rating.

When you advertise a meal for R120, but when you pay it's R126? False advertising. Edit: A lovely lady phoned me (manager?) She explained suger tax on drinks, which made total sense, even though I did not order any other drink, it was incorrectly captured at the order point. Still, she apologized for the mistake and I will definitely still buy my Burger King Whopper from them. Thank you Burger King for your effort in resolving my concern.

Absolutely horrible service! Staff literally shut the serving window in the faces of their delivery clients and pretend not to see them. Other times staff can be seen arguing which of them must service the delivery customers. Management seems to be incompetent in placing staff at serving points or staff must be winning the arguments at the expense of customers? This is just another sad example of employees not caring about the service they are paid to deliver. Burger King fix this nonsense!

Tell the customer you have problems. My burger King is in pe If they have problems tell you upfront and their burgers and fries far superior supposed to be same suppliers yet it is the experience. Each time been problems have been given a cup to quench your thirst. You guys need to learn what the others are doing not everything is about profits. Customer satisfaction is more important and if I was considered as a customer you might have a better review. Chips were old and stale, not even crispy. The rolls were so old it was falling apart and crumbly. The burgers had no sauce on them. Overall bad experience compared to the Port Elizabeth branch. 0/10

Absolutely horrible service, workers are terribly slow and definitely not trained to work with customers. Firstly, the employee taking orders from the drive thru can't multi task at all and slowing everything down. Secondly, I always have to wait atleast 10 minutes for my food after ordering. I am so unhappy after sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes without getting helped. Terrible!

They often forget things like your chips or cold drinks, so make sure to check before taking your food. Additionally, the food doesn't resemble the advertisements at all, and it's not always warm - sometimes it's just room temperature. However, the size, quantity, and taste of the food are still worth it.

Picture this; it was a hot spring day, the changing of seasons evident in both the weird faces of everyone on the street as well as the temperature. I chose to grab a takeaway sandwich at this place I had heard of only in stories. I was in the area as I was procuring a knife sharpener for my dearest father’s birthday. Picture my surprise after I had paid over R70 for a toasted sandwich with chips. I had chosen this relatively high priced meal for the sole purpose of getting chips with it. Upon the drive back to my sole-crushing work, I reached my hand into the polystyrene box to steal a cheeky chippy; only to find that my awaited slap chips was a ruse. I had been bamboozled, swindled, made a fool of and taken for a farce! I paid R70 for a average tasting sandwich with Simba cheese and onion chips. SIMBA CHIPS! For R70? I swore to myself I would never suffer such shame again! Do not fall victim to the same farce as I good people, please my heart would never be able to take it…

Food is great, but service awful. Ordered a sandwich more than an hour ago. Still waiting. Sandwich shop is 200 meters away - a two minute walk. Delivery guy came to our office with the wrong order. When I tried to phone the landline, there was no answer after phoning 5 times. I phoned the cell phone number on the Facebook page. The lady said I shall get my order soon. Nothing yet. I could just as well ordered a sandwich from another shop.

Always excellent service.... Sandwiches and salads are amazing... I've been buying from them since 2010, prices are affordable, deliveries speedily and always fresh ingredients.... From Shirmell Agnew... Loyal customer always... Will be extremely sad if I must stop working in Newton Park

Only one star as their subs are nice... but the med sub is bigger than the large sub??? Mmmm I should've taken the pic of my med sub on saturday compared to the large one I just bought... The lady taking the order as well... Jees, she should not be working with customers... so mislik and can see she doesnt want to be there... Customer service man. I work with customers aswell... always be friendly and helpful no 1 rule. Make as if the customer is important???

The food is great but the woman taking orders is terrible. She seems irritated whenever Im in the store to buy a sandwich, not helpful at all and so impatient with a look on her face that says, just F off. Won't set foot there again.

Their subs are delicious and fresh. Glad to see they are on Mr Delivery app now. Just a pity that for 2 days now it shows ''Sold Out'' for the subs.
