Really good English breakfast in very English cafe. Very reasonable prices, clean and efficient. The cafe was very busy but we ordered and had our food within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Ingoldmells. Gluten free breakfast option as well which is great to see!

What a shame. The guy on the front was amazing. The food. OMG. Just look at the photo. Asked for two kebabs got these. No chips, no large chips that we ordered too. That's how the kebab came ripped apart, cold hard meat. Wouldn't even feed to my dog. Put straight in the bin

First time coming in yesterday for a roast and fish and chips and everything was beautiful even put a brilliant review on tiktock so because we loved it we called back in today to get our fill before our long drive home and was disappointed this time around, the blonde hair woman at the door was really nice when greeting us couldn’t fault her one bit but when ordering all day breakfast the woman who served us wouldn’t let me swap tomatoes to mushrooms as my autistic child who also has many types of adhd can’t have them but said I would have to pay extra but the customer in front of me swapped their black pudding for extra sausage and didn’t say they had to pay extra, mad I know when a few mushrooms simply cost pence compared to meat items and a fairer substitute in my opinion and the steak pie was hard and dry around the edges although it looked lovely it was disappointing so only ate the inside bit but what I did have was lovely, and other kids had pizza and were lovely and are a good size with a fast service. This is my honest review and due to some children having disabilities and food texture sensory issues it shouldn’t end up costing more If that is the case then it should be for all customers not just one I also feel you should be able to substitute them for something they can eat around the same cost if proof of disability is needed to do it then that could have been proven at the time

It's our first time here. What a great place to eat. Great staff, very polite and friendly nothing to much trouble. Our meal was awesome, pipping hot. Husband had mixed grill big plate full, I had gammon, will jacket potato, and the trimmings as not a lover on chips, struggled to eat it.we surely will be back, well worth a hour drive for tea. Highly recomend.

Found this place near our caravan site and on the main drag of fantasy island. Very busy but the staff are swift at getting a table for people, and keeping on top of cleanliness of tables as again it is very busy but you are not rushed either. The food we had on the multiple times we visited was beautiful. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Great place. Good honest grub and at great prices. Even did lasagna Verdi which ive only seen twice in 30 years. My absolute favourite that seems to have been lost to history.

First time visiting Ingoldmells and after walking up and down Sea Lane, I decided on the Pie Palace to enjoy an evening meal. I was alone as the family had Pizza (I can’t eat bread/pizza). My choice, cod and chips, very delicious and very quick service. Was late in the day and wasn’t asked if I wanted salt n vinegar. I had to do my own! Very pleasant atmosphere and will visit with the family next time!

The burgers are deep fried and dry, staff are miserable. I complained, and the food was snatched from me, they brought another burger this time melted cheese to cover up yet another dry burger. A person came up and basically said had we bought a gourmet burger it would have been better. We said every meal should be quality not just a gourmet one. I did say I would honestly review this place, she said with a bad attitude "I will reply" I don't want to here another thing from this place avoid I say. They did eventually refund but I'm not after free meals just a good meal would have done. Avoid!

As a tourist to the area I was looking for lunch for two. There was a huge choice from this chip shop/ cafe and nice to sit down inside On the specials menu we chose fish and chips for two with pot of tea, and bread which was decent value. The food was great value and tasty and a good size portion. There was desert av available but was too full on this occasion bug worth checking out. Parking is nearby at 40p per hour Mon to Fri maybe more at weekends and Bank Holidays. The place was lovely and clean and the service was good. Was checked on to see of all was OK which is nice to see still in the hospitality industry. Would happily visit again and reccomend

Had the boot filler breakfast it was huge ! very reasonably priced great fast service in lovely setting also dog friendly also on previous occasions had the hush and chips they really good too.can't wait to try their Sunday carvery will be coming back again

My friends and I visited here after sightseeing in the local area. We were hungry, thirsty and starting to flag. I ordered tea and cake, and my friends had a full English breakfast each. Service was with a smile and our food and drinks arrived quickly. The cake was dead nice and my friends said their meals were hot and tasty.

We visited Angies to try their donuts, ice cream and milkshakes and we were extremely impressed! Angie and her staff were so nice and friendly and the donuts were the best in Ingoldmells (we've tried them all) the ice cream is so smooth and creamy, honestly the best. Great value too, and they use good quality ingredients, we'll definitely be back many times. Thanks Angie and team 😊

So I found this place just searching on google, as we were staying in Skegness. I was really looking forward to going, so we headed there, and they were closed! I couldn’t believe it, I was really disappointed. We went back a couple of days later and it was open, I didn’t know whether to go, as I was annoyed they weren’t open the first day. Anyway, we ordered, I got a cookie dough with ice cream, a mint I cream in a tub, and a whippy ice cream. Anyway, what I have to say is, this was the BEST cookie dough I’ve ever had. Even my hubby said the same! The ice cream for both my girls were also delicious. I would 100% return!! The girls behind the counter were lovely too, and I told them of the good review! Try it out!!

Just had the best Eton mess icecream I have ever eaten today, freshly made with lots of fresh strawberries. Absolutely delicious, might have to stop by again before we go home tomorrow 😋 Thankyou Angie's Icecream Parlour you are THE BEST IN TOWN

This was my favorite chip shop for five years every time we came to Ingoldmells, but it's unfortunately gone downhill in quality. The chips are now very greasy—likely fried at too low a temperature or left sitting too long and then thrown back in the fryer. The battered sausage had very little batter and was also too greasy. The peas were very dry, but the gravy was fine. I'll look for another one in the future, but I may try again since it could have been a bad day. The customer service is great though.

Went here in September with my wife and daughter, in fact we went twice during our trip, the cod and chips were lovely(hence going back another day), I was quite shocked to see some bad reviews, perhaps there’s different owners now, would certainly go again if we went back to Ingoldmells.

This is my go to place when I go to the van I won't use any other place the fish are massive and cooked to perfection the staff are friendly and really welcome you in never had a bad experience i would recommend to try this place if your in ingoldmelss also do decent kids meals quite big portions the food is always piping hot even when we take it back to the van

We were over today Wednesday 28th August to drop our Grandaughters off to join their Dad and partner on Holiday.we went with 5 children and 4 adults to the anchor chippy Various food was ordered all excellent and piping hot My Wife had the cod and chips andbi had chips. As I say piping hot very good chips and fish was excellent . Staff very pleasant I would highly recommend this as worth a visit thank you

Well what can I say fresh food cooked to Perfection from a Professional chef we had fish and chips on more than one occasion and I had chicken Madras which he cooked it fresh with lots of fresh ingredients in it, I could also see he makes People feel at home I am an X chef myself with over 30 years in cooking and catering business in uk and Malta thanks a million can't wait to see you again vert soon.

Food wasn't the best, but this was the only chipshop open around 8pm. Kebab was cold, nuggets wasn't best. Shop was quite busy and bit slow serving people.

Actually a good visit. Seem to be new staff. Was served by a lady with shirt black eye. Insay lady as it wasnt one of the normal negative kids serving. The christmas burger meal comes at a cost. The meal in photo was £11.28 which came with a portion of bites (reciept attached) The food was hot n fresh, and nice. Just bit more then use to for a burger king sorta of food

Quiet, had no sides or chicken products as I overheard them saying they left the freezer open overnight. Hardly anyone in the restaurant but 5 staff and the manager just sat in a chair having in appropriate conversations about who wanted to sleep with who. Terrible experience and way to treat staff. Been in a few times and it gets no better. Food was ok which is the only redeemable part

It's OK. Very standard for a Burger King, including the laboriously slow serving time. I don't know which Big Wig came up with the serving method but s/he needs a disciplinary because it is unbearably slow. In fairness it's not exclusive to this branch, they're ALL painfully slow at serving, even when you're the ONLY customer. It's almost impressive how consistent they are at being slow no matter how many/few customers there are.

Generally quiet for a dinner time, served straight away, server friendly enough was sat eating my order within 2-3 minutes. Staff love upselling products which they are trained to do. Burger could have done with being a tad hotter, other than that meal was ok, had a lot better but also had a lot worse. As with burger king always seems more expensive than it should be but still more filling than alternative fast food outlets. Upon finishing my meal, had to squeeze the rubbish in the overflowing bins.

Food was as expected Burger King quality. Good food, good prices. There was a short-haired female server behind the cashier and she had as much patience as she had teeth. She didn't have much. She was very rude, loud, and overall obnoxious. She had the personality of a donkey on the Skegness seafront, being stubborn and downright ugly. At least the donkey does what you want when you pay it, though. My sister wanted the order read out to her again and the woman just handed her the receipt and said "You do it", and then tried to walk away. Come for the food, stay to sign her up for The Jeremy Kyle show.

Me and my partner went into this burger king and we ordered two whopper meals. As my partner is allergic to onions he ordered a whopper with just lettuce and cheese. The first burger he got was normal, After going to the counter he received his first burger back that had been simply "scrapped" and it was cold by then. He got a replacement burger which was again normal and when we went back up the women behind the counter moaned at him that he should just take what he's been given to which obviously my partner told her he can't he's allergic. and then the manager got involved and finally gave us the correct order. After over half an hour after ordering and being messed around both of us had our meals, but left us feeling like the whole experience had left a foul taste in the mouth. If I could give Zero Stars I would...

Arrived at 6.30pm today after walking a mile with 4 children to get there half hour before closing. Despite there being a queue and still serving, the doors were locked. 'no one is allowed in mate as fire alarm has gone off'. Surely if this is the case then the place would have been evacuated? Either they are taking me for a mug and wanted to close early or they are seriously breaching health and safety. Either way I'm obviously not happy.

Not sure why this place was missing on Google so far. However, this is probably the best place to buy food when you are in Fantasy Island theme park. The food was great. Especially, their 'pulled pork with fries'. I couldn't take a photograph of this place, therefore took a few screenshots using google street view to remember the name of the place.

I have attending this venue since start of the year, a lovely lady keeps welcoming me into the venue and is always happy, her hats are beautiful! The food is always delivered in an appropriate time and always prepared we'll. I'll be back again tomorrow:-)

Ordered 2 biryani’s & kebab & burger TASTELESS & OVERPRICED One biryani came half empty & the other was jst over half so i rang up the lady passed it over to the “chef” who after listening to my complaint asked me “where r u from” asking my ethnic background ???!! as if to say am complaining coz of “ethnicity” not to mention the rude attitude on the phone not apologetic at all!!! Then she goes its not my fault “thats how it is” Talk to the manager & the SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! The worst food ive tasted in my entire life! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I highly don’t recommend this place! if you guys want to try some food that taste like nothing feel free to try it! we did order some 12 pieces of chicken which was like a chewing gum and tasteless. we also ask for some watery ketchup which they costs £1 each. and we did also ordered some chicken korma which tasted like coconut milk that wasn’t cooked at all, the chicken was pink from inside and we ended up binning everything that we bought. we didn’t wanted to take the risk to eat this poisonous food. 🤮🤮 also standard wise was very low, i saw all this workers wasn’t even wearing any PPE, from the customer’s view we can see them eating with their bare hand and continuously cooking with filthy hands. on top of that, there’s this racist owner just sat in front of them watching the staff and doesn’t really care on what’s happening. This is very unprofessional on behalf of the owner as also when we just ask for extra sauces immediately asked us where we from and just guess we from china. This restaurant needed to be under investigation as they could eventually kill someone by serving this worst quality of food! Very dirty inside I watched them clean there tongs in a bucket and I’m from Bradford and it’s shocking and they can’t swirl sauce on your pizza extra crust given for free only 12” pizzas

Wonderful Diner. I always home into American Diners. Omg what shockingly disgusting food. Absolutely rank. I guess you can palm anything off on kids as they don’t know any better but cmon guys. The food is Dire ( I politely edited my original choice of wording.I wouldn’t serve it to my dogs. Cheap and nasty burger, tasted bland and no option of salt to even help cover the lack of taste. Coke is bottled so can’t go wrong there. Not sure why payment was conducted at the exit door. Maybe don’t trust their customers. Staff were nice friendly and helpful which goes a long way. Only other criticism, Toilets not working!!! Everywhere says only customers can use toilets so ok I’m eating and drinking here but can’t pee?? Get your act together. Your ruining a gorgeous Diner.

When we arrived first thing we noticed was all the tables were dirty even though there was only 1 other customer dining. Myself and my partner got a burger which was bland, overpriced and vile. I wouldn't of fed it my cats. Burgers didn't come with fries so got a portion to share. And I'm glad we did as they were soggy. Don't waste your money!

50/50 review sign on the doors stating they are short staff. No problem as I myself work In hospitality. Young lad on the till was rushed off his feet bless him but he handled it well and gave service with a smile. Floor needed sweeping and tables wiping. Food was pricy and a tad bland, lowish quality. Absolutely attrocious service not one smile the staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing the menu is very misleading my partner asked for a poach egg as stated on the menu and the server looked back at the chef and she shook her head and said no not doing that that and he said “we don’t do them” I referred him back to the menu and he still declined. They don’t offer any sauces eventhiuhh they are all hidden behind the till so we can’t help ourselves. Honestly staff need retraining and customer service awareness course! I have been coming to skeg for 27 years and have never experienced such a hostile environment, won’t be coming back here.

Got overcharged for the food we ordered, they got the order wrong, they didn’t do a check back to see if the food was okay. When they brought the food over they didn’t ask if we needed anything else, just walked off no name badges on display place looked a mess with no food hygiene rating on display and zero customer service from the staff

Great wee find this year. Went here for breakfast. Was superb. Had full English was really nice. Went back couple days later got burger. Was best I’ve had yet. Really recommend this dinner. And Kelly the owner was lovely. Will defo be back next year. Thanx.

Worst pappa John's we have ever had , pizza was so thin and burnt under the bottom , not much toppings or cheese don't bother at this joint the inside is dirty on the floor it needs a good clean and staff needs to be retrained on basic hygiene.

Hardly any toppings. Really thick, bready crusts with peppery tomato base sauce. I couldn't tell the difference in flavour between our three different pizzas. Ugh.

Absolutely fantastic. The BBQ wings are potentially the best wings i have ever eaten in my entire life. The Tater tots are nice as well. Never actually had a pizza from here before but i've heard they're nice and If the Chicken Poppers (They're called something like that) Wings and Tots are lovely I would assume the Pizzas are as well since it's the main focus of the restaurant. Food is quite pricey however i do not mind paying premium prices if i get premium food.

Not great ordered papa John whilst in skeggy on the 50 percent deal for 5 of us supposedly would of been 100 quid cost us 50 with deal. ..hardly any meat and toppings were chucked in middle not spread no care went into this order whatsoever always loved papa John's totally put off now wish if of checked before I left as would of returned it all young kids who were not bothered tbh

I had my order delivered. It didn't turn up that hot like it usually does when ordering. The food it self was nice however because it was on the colder side it made it not as nice as usual. We ordered 2 vegan pizzas and vegan chicken side. They are really nice vegan options

Visiting the resort on day trip, few beers and then I found the Empire Diner.... What a gem amongst all the fish and chips and burgers etc. Promised myself an all day breakfast and the Empire Diner DIDN'T DISAPPOINT! Friendly staff, Excellent Service, Great All Day Breakfast, served very quickly! To the owner/owners, only a little gripe.... You need to get rid of the cheap sausage and get the good ole Lincolnshire Sausage!! Thanks to your diner and staff for great breakfast and excellent service, experience!!👍😎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧

Bought a jumbo dog from here last night and my daughter has been unwell with upset stomach since. Last food was well before this and not eaten anything since, I had the same lunch as her but chips from another diner and am fine, so definitely the culprit.

We called in for breakfast, thought it was a bit strange the place was empty even though it was nearly midday. We specified could one breakfast be scrambled egg instead of fried egg, was told yes no problem, eventually the breakfasts arrived a good 40 minutes later and both arrived with fried egg on, we mentioned the problem and they rectified it but with a grunt, other parts of the breakfast was disgusting, bacon all slimy fat, the baked beans were all shrivelled up in a little pot and sausage was the cheapest of cheapest you could get. First and the very last time ever dine here.

We went there on tuesday afternoon and i had a double burger with onions,from 6 oclock onwards i was toilet bound,its now thursday afternoon and im still eating imodium.My holiday is ruined as i havent been able to anything with my daughter as ive been stuck in caravan.DONT EAT THERE

Banging family run diner Good solid food no fancy stuff but exactly what you want in terms of a proper hearty sit down meal Young man working behind the counter was very polite and could see how hard he was working The woman cooking really knew her stuff and made us 3 workers a slapping fry up The older gent who served us made a top notch cup of coffee and fantastic service All in all You won’t find any micro herbs on your plate but you will get banging English/American food cooked with a smile and a hard working team (From the 3 lads in gas masks) Thank you

I got a hodog which the menu said was 5 pound and a pork Bap which the menu said 6.80 and a chicken burger at 6 quid got charged 17.80 then after got told I havent paid for the chicken burger and had to pay another 6 quid

We ate here for breakfast and lunch the two days we were in the area as we enjoyed it sooo much! My son had the sausage baps/hot dog and I got a "deluxe" chicken burger which was absolutely delicious! The food is made to order and the staff there are sooo lovely and friendly! stayed nearby for a bit over the week and returned multiple times throughout our stay, was the best burger I've had in a while, properly cooked for once (especially the bacon) and prices were very fair. They're very friendly and you will get your order very fast, yet freshly cooked.

We were at butlins for two weeks with our son and daughter at the beginning of July and the staff at Yankees were so lovely, we got stuck in heavy rain and they let us wait it out in their trailer and were super friendly! Their food is delicious and great value for money. They'll be our go-to food place on every butlins trip from now on!

Been coming to this burger van for my past 3 Butlins trips and I’ve never been disappointed, would much rather eat here than the big chained burger place inside the Butlins tent. The staff are extremely polite, today I got there a little late and used the benches to eat my food, at no point did I feel rushed or under pressure to eat quickly for him to carry on storing away the benches, infact he told me to take as much time as I need which was greatly appreciated Food is excellent value for money! Very generous with the amount of cheese for the chips with a great selection of sauces. Genuinely the best burger van I’ve ever been to and will definitely be coming back on my next butlins holiday

5 star hidden gem at the beach of butlins skegness always service with a smile and the food is amazing .one of the reasons we came back to butlins .would give more than 5 stars if I could highly recommended .breakfast,lunch food is all top spec and considering where you are the prices are more than reasonable. So if nothing else make sure you visit as you won't be disappointed.

Best food you will ever eat I know the owners since I was little being going to that burger van for over 30 years best food you will eat cheap friendly owner have a laugh with them best family run business you won’t get the best food anywhere else so if you coming to Butlins skegness go to the beach and visit them burger van you will not regret it my go to food always is bacon butty best in the world and best food in world too it’s is a shame as it will be my last year coming to Butlins Skegness as I want to travel the world whilst I’m still youngish lol but you will never find anywhere the best food service friendliest people ever I will miss them but if I could give them a stars more it would be 1000/1000 please go visit them and get some food you will never regret it

The only market where I found dairy products of such high quality—truly like homemade. There is also a great selection of ready-made food, even sushi prepared right in front of you. Everything else is similar to other markets: a few vegetable stalls, meat products, cheeses, homemade pasta and sauces, and Eastern delicacies. Parking is available on the nearby streets. Across the way, there is a lake with birds and a charming little park.

One of London's best Farmers' Markets, albeit small and a little expensive on some stalls. A very good place for sweet treats, a bacon bap, some Lebanese or Sushi, or some great organic breads and fruit and veg.

Lovely friendly man on the entrance ushered us in, a good selection of fresh fruit veg, pastas, cheese, and meats, and a delightful french fresh food stall with hot food and take away portions that looked absolutely devine! Had a huge crowd waiting to buy... You. can also get bacon sarnies and hot dogs, burgers from the hot side of the meat stall round the back of the market, a feast for the senses!

My lovely local farmers market. Amazing cooked food (different cuisines), bread, cheese, handmade pasta, farmers vegetable and fruit, cakes, coffee, special gift and candies, meat, eggs and biltong stalls. Small, cozy with a very friendly vibe.

Nice market but really I think in england some markets forgot the difference between market and shop. Prices are over high all standards one pice of bread and a napolitana 5£ whit same price you can eat one week. It's get one breakfast small roll whit typical thinks bacon, salchich and egg for 10£ no drink no coffee... really i think we can't continue that way before street markets are cheap than a restaurant know you safe money on a restauran. Quality normal nothing special and variety to poor.

Lots to like. West country meat and loads of speciality foods...Spanish, Lebanese, sushi, fresh pasta, coffees, fab value seasonal Kent fruit and veg, herbs...after loading up on shopping snack by pond or visit the Sun or Coach and Horses
