Everyone loved the date shakes - my sandwich was ok but the guys liked there's. The dates were amazing and the atmosphere was very California desert. Highly reccomend- it was packed on a Monday late afternoon w no signs of slowing. Prices were excellent! This place was highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. Out of the way local hidden gem.

After reading many good reviews, we decided to try their date shake, and it was absolutely worth it! The shake was flavorful and delicious, living up to the hype. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we returned the next day. This place is definitely a must-visit, and we look forward to coming back again in the future

The food was amazing absolutely finger licking good. Service was worse than a gas station cashier, the girl had an attitude and didn't even crack a smile. The man wasnt the worst but if he would have taken a few seconds to pay attention to us and what we where asking, we wouldnt have left with a banana split that wasnt with the flavors my husband wanted. The market was adorable and had little trinkets and random things. The place was nice and cool. If the people there would have just taken a second and maybe smiled and listened then I would have given them 5 stars. Until 2 younger workers showed up service was bad. Try the food if you dont mind the service, my pregnant self was very much satisfied in that aspect.

Best date shake ever! Freshly made and you can taste real date! They also have tacos, sandwiches and ice cream too. The price is really reasonable and everything is made fresh on the spot. The staff is super kind you get that homey neighborhood store vibe . They also have a little eating area in the backyard of the store for you to eat and relax. A true hidden gem in the Palm Springs area and I always come here when I pass by.

Date milkshake snob… This is where I have had the best so far. Really… perfection. Ice cream, dates and milk. I tried hard to find something to criticize. Just a little out of the way but worth the drive. I was happy with the medium.

Hooolyyy Cow, GREAT food! We heard about the weekly Friday Lasagna and Spaghetti special from a friend who is an excellent cook. She said the lasagna is the BEST she’s ever had and she is so right!!! Lasagna came with bread, meatballs and sausage all for $12! The spaghetti with the same sides was only $10! The car smelled incredible on the way home, the service was lovely, the portions were big and we will be back soon!

We ordered take out. There was plenty of seating available. The place was clean and smelled good. Music was playing welcoming atmosphere. Staff were nice and friendly. We had the Rocky special pizza and a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Delicious, I recommend this place and will be going again soon.

We visited Rockies once before their summer closure and were very impressed with the pizza—it was excellent at that time. Unfortunately, when we returned after they reopened, the quality was very disappointing. The pizza we received this time had a noticeable puddle of grease on top, and the crust did not rise properly. The center was still doughy, which made it undercooked and unpleasant to eat. When we called to share our concern, the person who answered only asked if we wanted to order another pizza. There was no offer to replace the order or provide a solution, which left us feeling that our concerns weren’t taken seriously. For the price point, we expected much higher quality and better customer service. If consistency and value are important, you may find more reliable quality at larger chains. Rockies has potential, but the lack of consistency and customer care during our last visit was disappointing.

Everything was very delicious and the portions were generous. The price was reasonable as well. The counter guy was very friendly. I had the spagetti with meatballs/Italian bread with a dinner salad. As I said, delicious. The interior of the restaurant is retro with large comfortable booths. Also loved the awesome old jazz and rock music and the video arcade.

Went to Rocky's today 06 -21-25. Usually the pizzas are great. Not today. Been going to Rocky's for years. I don't know if they changed ingredients, if they did big mistake. Dough was flat, cheese tasted different. Please go back to original ingredients.🙏🙏 Hopefully next time it will be better.

Nice place,smells were awesome. We took our food to go. 1 lg 4 topping, and 1 med 2 topping and cheesy bread $70. Small arcade, lasagna, spaghetti, pitchers and individual drinks. Candles on the tables, paper plates upon request. Nice little place. Pictures online brought us in. Sorry no photo for the cheesy bread we ate it all before I could ☺️

The pizza was ok. I gave it 3 stars because it was so hot inside. If you eat inside they don't serve the pizza on the table, you have to pick it up at the counter yourself. Be careful it's hot. Only two couples were eating at that time. Only two ceiling fans going. If you're going to eat inside make sure you think about it twice.

Whoa!!! So overpriced. But I was being lazy so I ordered a $10 cheeseburger. And $6 small fry I asked for extra crispy maybe they mis took that to mean extra raw! Horrible fries ! $10 for a side of onion rings! To me it's not fine dining but most items were like 19 and $20! Never again

We order 2 plates enchiladas dinner by phone- when we got there, the cashier was not able to understand what online menu offers with dinners - It says ( all diners comes with : rice and beans and tortillas) ! We didn’t receive the tortillas , cashier called the owner and OWNER didn’t respect HIS own advertisement online!!! We were charged for an order of Flour Tortillas- what we received was a big hug burrito tortilla!!! You guys need serious help! And respect what your advertising says! Other wise is a SCAM!! We gave this restaurant and owner several times the opportunity to accomplish a great service and food quality - but it is IMPOSSIBLE for them ! Nice large menu 1st time there. Old school decor nice that they add free corn chips if you eat in. Great mild salsa reminds me of Campos burritos in Los Angeles California reasonably price for what you get. Cx

I asked for a custom sandwich, a BLT with no bacon, add cheese and onions, and they made it for me no problem! I also got the zucchini sticks and they were awesome! Nice and crunchy on the outside and warm zucchini with good flavor on the inside along with a side of ranch. Everything was really good and the people were very nice too. They have a pretty extensive menu including burgers, Mexican food, all kinds of salads (even a Greek salad), and breakfast food. The dining room was big and clean and nice and cool inside too. I will definitely be back again. Thanks for the great food and service!!

Nice and messy burger. I was absolutely starving and made a very large burger disappear in about 3 minutes. Thus, it was a good burger.

I don’t recommend this location. Customer service is lacking from Carla V at the front register. I Did not feel welcomed and felt more like another annoying customer walking in. When my food was ready I was told “HERE.” And Nothing else… I tried the new Guacamole triple burger with everything on it. Not impressed.

Honestly this place for me is nice and peaceful get to enjoy my food and so nice just service is a bit slow but over everything good

Ordered a Big double cheeseburger combo and got a $2.00 value buger really mad right now. This is ridiculous!!! It won't let me out a Pic but I will show the manager 1 patty cheese 2 pickles and bun nothing else!!! Over 12.00 dollars and it was flat and small total ripoff!!! The young man was nice at the drive through window. But I don't recommend and will never return with my family other than to show the manager what they're serving

They have an AI ordering system that is absolutely trash. I like the concept, but they need to test it prior to putting it in use for the public. It's a waste of time when you are waiting in line 15 minutes and still have to tell the attendant the correct order. Food had to be remade.

I am upset with this restaurant.My first time coming to this restaurant since I lived in the city.I lived here a year and a half. I order 2 combos of the double superstar with no cheese. Because I'm lactose intolerant. I ordered a Sprite and I forgot what my husband's drink was then. I ordered chicken strips. I thought I would stop here and order lunch so we can eat it on our way. Is going to vegas. As we continue to drive about 7 minutes into our drive.We got on to highway sixty two coming from desert hot springs. I opened up our meal and to my surprise.The burgers had cheese, One patty. I was so upset.I just ate my fries.My husband left his burger and ate the chicken strips.I went to take a sip out of my drink and it was carbonated plain water. I tried to call this restaurant a couple times but because I was by the mountains.I kept getting cut off.The only thing I was able to get was a girl that had an accent. Finally getting out of the mountains and into our next city.I was able to talk to her.I told her what was going on.I repeated myself three times till she finally got it. She said that when I return just to go to her store And that she would write my name down so they knew that when I went back.They can either reimburse me or give me my meal.and by the time I ask for her name she hung up on me. I called 3 different times after that.Just to get her name and no answer. This was very. Annoying. So today on my way back in from Vegas. I gave the store a call to and the manager answered. And I explained myself to him. And he said that the protocol 1 was my name had to be put on a list. That I had a call to complain.I was told by the young lady that had took my call on Friday that she would put my name down.She asked for my name like 2 to 3 times I even had to spell it to her who knows where she wrote this paper maybe on a napkin and then tossed it. The gentleman.(manager) Made me feel like if I was trying to get a free meal or free cash. I'm not ignorant.I have feelings and I know exactly what I felt when he was speaking to me I did let him know that I was not calling for a free meal or free cash. I did pay for this cash and unfortunately the teller that gave me My meal did not give me a receipt but I did tell him that since he knew who worked that Friday he knew who I was talking about That had answered my call.He was talking over me was not letting me talk till finally I Loudly repeated myself that he knew who worked that day.That had an accent that spoke Spanish and he said a lot of people work here.But I said specifically if you knew who was on shift friday then you know who i'm talking about and he said yes I know who you're talking about and I will talk it over with her. Which is okay I understand. I But don't make me feel like I'm trying to come up on a free meal or free cash.Trust me I would not order from there again. I also told the manager over the phone that the gentleman that gave me my meal.That friday was the one that took my order. He said that he knew who he had on shift and he did not have no men on shift Is that day. My bad, if I am in the wrong maybe it was a female.I don't recall. i love carl’s jr but they never give me enough sauce with my meals. i ordered a 3 piece and 5 piece chicken tender meal and only got 3 sauces total when i asked for extra sauce with my fries too so i should have gotten atleast 5 and everytime i ask for extra i get ignored. i love your honey mustard but don’t be so stingy with it.

The food and workers are just as good as any other Subway, my main issue is with the opening times. The opening time everywhere for this location is listed as 9 pm, however most times I try to go there they’re almost always late to opening by 30 or more minutes. But my recent experience is the only reason I ended up making this review; I tried to go in at 9:50 but they somehow were still setting up inside. My issue is not with the workers, all of them are very nice and friendly. But if it’s going to take that long to set up every time, then please change the opening time to 9:30 or 10:00. There is no reason it should be shown as 9:00 if it almost never actually opens on time, it’s completely misleading. Thank you

I came here and was at the end of the worst customer service. A worker named Katrina was very rude to me. She made stark remarks about my order and myself. I felt very disrespected. I also noticed she was very disrespectful to the other workers as well berating them. All this for a simple sandwich order. I asked her for information to speak with a manager and received none. Will not be returning if disrespect continues.

I love this place. It's very well run and everyone is very helpful whenever I'm trying to do something with my phone. They're very patient. The gentleman who I believe runs the place, maybe the owner, he always makes sure you are greeted with a friendly welcome.

Hector, who I believe to be the manager fixed an order for me that was caused by technical issues through the website. He was kind and understanding, I’m super grateful for him! Recommend the subway. The owner of this establishment should be proud of who they have running the business!

This place is gross. So dirty. The kitchen side especially is terribly dirty and so is the customer side. Lots of unfinished construction. I sure hope a contractor didn’t do this work. Feels like the owner said, hey I own a hammer and drill, I’ll do the work. I have other pictures Google won’t let me upload for some reason.

$1.50 for a water cup with ice. That is ridiculous but thats bad management or he just wants the homeless out because that would make anyone run the other way.

This was our first time at Del Taco. I can't say I'm impressed. The food was okay I guess. Staff forgot drinks and sauces. The restaurant was more drive thru oriented. We had to park at the back, wade our way to the front where the drive thru was and find our way inside. Soda machine was not in use, so no easy way for a refill

This location is the G.O.A.T. for the DHS people who partake 🍃 It’s fast food so it is what it is. Service is always 100% and the sauce hook up is chefs kiss! Whoever made & bagged my order for grub hub 8/18 I hope your pillow is cool on both sides always, your gas tank is full when running late in the A.M. & next time you go to stater bros there isn’t a line at checkout.

I do online orders here for pickup sometimes and my order is ALWAYS wrong. Items are ALWAYS missing. Its so frustrating getting home and having to go back. Or even going back in to get the order. The employee gave me a hard time today when they got my order wrong and forgot a burrito. Sometimes the drive to Indian canyon is more worth it. They dont get the orders wrong ever. Update from 06-29-25 they didnt give me one of the quesadillas I ordered. I got home and had to go back and Ashley argued with me saying she put it in the bag. If you put it in the bag I would not have left home to go all the way back. It looks like the Indian canyon store is the way to go from now on.

The shift leader named Emily seemed very annoyed every time I got up and asked her for something but it is not my fault that items are not displayed out for customers and therefore I have to ask her for Stuff and it's not my fault she didn't hand me a fork with my order so she kept looking at me like she was very annoyed and every time I would say thank you she would just give me a look. Poor customer service.

The food was good. No complaints about the food. I don't like this self-order system it's inconvenient. Especially, if you have people waiting for you to finish ordering.

Food was good except burritos could be wrapped up a lil bit better. They had friendly staff. But the homeless hanging around outside and in the parking lot made it a lil bit sketchy.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The night team forgot to bag items from our order and our dasher kept a drink which is no fault to the workers. The lady taking calls was rude and when I arrived I was still charged for some missing items. The worker stated they put items in the bag but when we recieved the bags items were not in the bag.

My husband and I try hard to support our local restaurants, but seriously, the chicken we ordered tonight was terrible--tiny pieces, dry, hard. The mashed potatoes and slaw were good, but the biscuits were also dry and hard. We won't be back. (The attached photo is what we were given when we ordered four pieces of chicken. No, they are not nuggets! For reference, that's a soup spoon, not a large serving spoon.)

I found myself in DT DHS with 45 minutes to kill so I decided to have lunch at the local KFC on Palm Ave. I had heard that they brought back the "boxes" like after COVID. And I wanted to check them out. I couldn't find them on the outside menu board but fortunately the young lady on the speaker asked if I wanted to try the new $7 Box meal. I said yes and asked her what was in it. She said there was a 2 piece and 3 piece. I asked about the 2 piece. She told me what was in it and I told her that's what I would have. The car at the window was just leaving and I pulled up and offered my credit card. It was taken and charged and returned to me. She gave me my Pepsi and my bag of food. I pulled into the parking lot and began to eat my meal. The first thing I noticed was how huge the mashed potatoes were. According to the menu they are 8 oz of potato and gravy. That's incredible seeing as the menu used to include maybe a 4 oz serving (if not 3). The next thing I looked for was my spork. There it was. Tasted the potatoes and they were good but just a wee bit off. Maybe they put a little more pepper in the recipe. Still good tho. Then on to the chicken. I feel so sorry for the young chicken that lost its life for my meal box. The drumstick was tiny. 3 bites at most. Tasted again a bit off. Maybe another recipe change. Not bad just not exactly as I remember it being. But the size of the drumstick was so small, I decided to take a photo of it. It should be attached here. The thigh however was a perfectly proper size for a fried chicken thigh. Again tasty. The addition to the menu were 2 bites of a baked apple pie item that got most of its flavor from the same place the original McDonald's apple pie got its flavor because they tasted almost identical and that's not a bad thing at all. Looking forward to getting the bigger version. As I said I liked the food. Without the drumstick being miniature they would have gotten all 5 stars.

Karina the manager attended us very bad with very bad attitude just because we didn’t get what we wanted. We asked for drumstick, thighs and chicken breast. And they gave us just wings and drumsticks. She choose what to give which was the very small piece drumsticks and thigh's. This is your job if you going work do it right. We ain’t your family or friends we’re your client. Somebody else deserves to be a manager not her with her little attitude. And if you think I am lying here are the pictures.

My mom ordered nearly $40 worth of food last night. Girl told her to pull up front and wait, the food will be ready in 12 minutes. Mom waited for over 30 minutes and went back in line. They completely forgot about my mom and the girl was rude and slammed the window in her face after handing her the food. Super unprofessional.

I came here today and waited in line, everyone got their fried chicken even drive thru orders AFTER me, i the waited 40 minutes just to be told to wait 20 minutes more… idk abt you but it does not take more than 20 minutes to fry chicken! asked for refund and employee was more than annoyed.

Yesterday was the first time I experienced someone and my family being treated differently because of our skin and that just was disgusting behavior , that cashier Michelle was rude and her behavior was terrible. There was some kids there, and they were of colored skin and she was being rude to them , they explained how she never asked if they wanted sauces to when they asked for it she said she wasn’t allowed to , my family had to same issue and she through the sauces in my bag almost dropping the food and she did it while my daughter watched ( we are Hispanic) before us there was a family , blonde hair and blue eyes and she treated them normally without hesitation and she gave them everything to them with a huge smile and is a huge frown, that was extremely rude and disgusting behavior that my kid witnessed and those other kids witnessed just horrible and again her name is Michelle with black frame glasses

Wife did a mobile order, get to the location and they said the order was canceled cuz I did not have the mobile phone that placed the order. Manager was a real piece of work, saying she doesn't know what to tell me, that the order was canceled due to not having the phone that placed the order. Called Corp, and was told that is not the case and that the order was canceled cuz the line was to long at the location, and it took me to long to get to the order window. This is very bad customer service from this STORE MANAGER, not just a shift manager. Why are these people making over 20 dollars an hour and can't get anything right ?

We ordered two McCrispy sandwiches. There was nothing on them other then two pickle slices which looked old. The chicken also tasted like it had been cooked the day prior and was very dry and hard on the ends. We will never by food from this McDonalds again.

Great story. Please read. I ordered a pizza online. Then the local store called me and said they didn't charge me for the sausage and that I had to pay $7 upon pickup.OK. Got it. Its a 20 minute drive to the Pizza Hut. I got there and had left my wallet on the kitchen table at home. The pizza was paid for except the $7. I'm an old woman but they would NOT give me the pizza. I even asked the manager. He said no that I would have to go home and get my wallet and drive back again if I wanted my pizza and pay the $7. I got super upset but came home and drove back to the store. I lost my cool and yelled at the cashier girl and the manager. All this for $7. When I got home the second time it had taken an hour and fifteen minutes to pick up that pizza. Then, I opened the box and to my amazement there was no sausage on the pizza anyway. Quite a story. Right? VERY BAD MANAGEMENT. THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE PIZZA IN THE FIRST PLACE. what a complete and utter waste of time and energy. I Paid $32 for the pizza in the first place. Good grief...

A no frills Pizza Hut that we stopped by late at night. There was only one other customer eating in, the rest of the orders were for takeout. We ordered at the counter vs being served at the table. We ordered the cheese sticks and they were way overcooked and disappointing. The individual pan pizzas were good though.

I ordered a personal pan a few days ago, and when I was driving off halfway to work I realized that the pizza looked weird. There was no red sauce on it at all. It looked like Alfredo. It was all creamy, so I called back and they were saying that they could remake it for me, but I couldn’t go back to pick it up. or I would have been late to work, so the guy said to call back on Monday, and he can have a pizza made for free That he would be working there on Monday, so when I called, it was a Girl that answers and I told her about the situation, and then she said, if I took a picture, which, of course I didn’t, and since there’s no type of proof, she was basically denying a free pizza that they owe me Because I didn’t get the managers name that I spoke to, but she can easily look up my last order and see who was working there. This place is trash. Every time I go there. It’s just bad customer service and they clearly don’t care about returning customers. I ordered their pretty frequently. Unfortunately, that’s the closest Pizza Hut that I’m by. But I’m never Going To order From There Again.

I order on 2 Medium 1-Topping Pizzas, 8 Breaded Boneless Wings, Breadsticks or Cinnamon Sticks and a Dip cup Friday night and both pizzas where wrong my wings where cold and breadsticks where burt. The manager julie or julia! Is very rude! Its been months since ive been going and she has no manners, i dont spect a full attention greeting but at least a hello and a welcome. Owner please ask the employees if they are comfortable working with her. She alwas has a mad face and dont talk to me attitude.

First, the owner should know that their partnership with Slice is costing them business as well as gaining. The app is incessant and annoying like the old school pizza flyers peppering hotel rooms and apartment hallways. Users are not able to opt out of advertisements, and so I have a negative association with your brand because of the Slice app. The app is also indicating an $8 delivery fee to MLCC, which is unbelievable and will literally never happen as we have good pizza through our cafe. And now there is just a blanket $1.50 “service” fee for using the app. Okay, message received and will not order. When I did partake it was $19 for a 10” 2-topping pizza. Decent flavor, a lot of cheese, not too greasy, chewy/crispy crust. Not a bad option, just feels $5 overpriced.

I could not believe my experience at this place. I spent $65 on a pizza, what was supposed to be Caesar salad and a dozen wings. The wings were so overcooked, they were like jerky... and there was a HAIR in them! The "Caesar salad" was nothing but wilted iceberg with some chopped tomatoes... no dressing or anything was offered. Not sure what made it a Caesar salad. The pizza was ok... kinda skimpy on the toppings. I order the meat eaters and it did not have everything in it that was advertised. Also, on the website, the prices are less than what you will be charged in store. I was charged $0.85 for each ranch or parmesan given. I was not able to return the food the night I bought it, which would have been preferred by the owner, which I understand. I went in the next day to talk with the owner about my experience. If I were a restaurant owner, I would want to know if someone had the experience we did. He however, BLAMED ME for my wings being overcooked. He said how he asked me if I wanted them crispy. He said I asked for them to be well done. There is no such thing as well done in chicken... only overcooked. I told him about my salad having nothing on our on it that made it a Caesar salad, and he said how people put what they want on their salad at home. Again...I ordered a CAESAR SALAD. It was $11 and so wilted we threw it away. I could not believe how the owner spoke to me as a customer. It was unbelievable. He was extremely rude. I told him I basically spent $65 on a pizza... because that's all we could eat. He offered us a dozen wings (which is only $15, and I eat basically out $37), and was a completely rude to both myself and my daughter. Too bad. I was hoping to find a regular pizza place for when we're in town... but I will not be returning

This place it sucks Your order extra large pizza you get small pizza because all the sides are dough and we order chicken wings very old and cold. and I spent $65 for 16 piece chicken wings, one extra large pizza and we are hungry now.

Prices change debating who's in the restaurant. Service is bipolar 😒 😑 like the prices. Over price over tax but food is great

Very good pizza. Large Chicken Alfredo with bay shrimp. Friendly and helpful staff .. will return. It is now called Tran Pizza. Prices are fare ... not cheap. Worth a couple $ more.

It started off with being hard to get a hold of them, got asked what two toppings I wanted and didn't get double pepperoni. then the order was not ready within the 25 minutes he said it would be. Living less than 5 minutes from the pizza place and it being a pickup I expected it to be fresh and it was not...

The pizza is always satisfying and is always fresh.There Cobb salad is so delicious as well.The owner is very kind and makes you feel like your at home.
