Nestled in the heart of Desert Hot Springs, Casa Blanca Restaurant is a vibrant family-owned eatery that captures the essence of authentic Mexican cuisine. With its colorful decor and stunning city views, this sit-down spot offers an extensive menu featuring beloved dishes like tacos al pastor, enchiladas, and barbacoa. Beyond just being a taco haven, Casa Blanca boasts over 100 options along with family combos for takeout.
This is a great place for Mexican food if you want good food and great vibes. The happy hour is amazing. We got giant margaritas for $5.50 and I ordered the birria tacos with the rice and beans and I did not regret it. They bring you chips and salsa at the beginning and the salsa is really good. It's not ketchup with cilantro and onions floating in it, it's real Mexican salsa. If you can't handle spicy food, this ain't for you. We'll definitely be coming back. Y'all come to the spot and enjoy.
Vanessa V — Google review
Where this Mexican restaurant really shines is the atmosphere. I absolutely love the Chairs with the paintings on them. The atmosphere makes one really feel like in Mexico. The food is consistently good but this time I was wondering about the guacamole. The color the consistency and all did not seem like it was homemade and fresh. Now don't get me wrong opening up a package with powder and ingredients and all mixed with water and mixing that in a bowl does not make it home made. I'm not saying that's what they did but it sure tasted like it. I will correct myself next time I go there if I am wrong and update this review. I had the chili Colorado this time and it was pretty good but not as good as I expected for this very popular Mexican restaurant. I did enjoy it but as a real chilly Colorado addict I had many versions in many different countries and places and this one is not the best but still good to eat and I will definitely order it again. Be aware chips to salsa they hand you before the meal is to my taste a bit spicy but good taste. It was a little hard to get a smile out of the waitress but once I got the smile she showed off her beauty. May I say Latina beauty? The bathrooms are also clean every time I go there. Pricing is pretty fair here but definitely not cheap but also not expensive. In my opinion when you order the $3 addition to your plate with rice and beans that should be more rice because there was not enough however after eating the whole plate plus the chips and salsa I was pretty fool and happy. I do recommend this place even though not everything is the best at times but the food is consistently good and atmosphere is just amazing.
Andy B — Google review
The food here was great—I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back for the quality of the dishes. That said, the service needs work. The bartender seemed to be running the whole show, which led to delays. It took about 15 minutes just to get our first drinks and put in our order. After our food was delivered, no one checked in—no offer for drink refills or extra napkins. I ate an entire fish with one napkin. Suggestion for management: Use the busser to check on tables for simple things like napkins and refills. There’s no reason they should be standing around when guests need attention. Great food, but the service could be more dialed in to match it.
Francisco G — Google review
Good food, great bar, good service. Nice venue, Mexican decor setting. Menu was expanse with good traditional choices. Lots of drink options including a large bar a door away to keep family restaurant separate from the bar.
James C — Google review
My new favorite restaurant 😋 I'm absolutely in love with this restaurant, from the service, prices and atmosphere. I enjoy sitting at the bar with Bartender Elias. I ordered Tostada Mixta with extra sauce. It's to die for. Perfect amount of spice, fresh and delicious.
Yalena O — Google review
Did a pick up order. The $6 hard shell taco was soggy & falling apart. The piece of carne asada on the carne asada & shrimp plate was tiny and only came with 4 shrimp for $23.99 - & the shrimp was not deveined ….we will never order from Casa Blanca in DHS again!!!
Betty S — Google review
Authentic Mexican food! Everything was delicious—full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Definitely a great spot!
Dulce S — Google review
I ordered the green chile burrito. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the flat green chile taste and pork fat content. Essentially, the chile didn't have a "kick". Service was great and the waitress was accommodating. This location is clean and the environment is colorful and tropical.

Breakfast restaurant
Coffee shop
Lunch restaurant
The Cottage Too, a longstanding coffee shop in Desert Hot Springs, has been serving traditional breakfast and lunch dishes since 1985. This classic establishment has become a favorite among locals due to its reasonable prices and high-quality meals. Situated conveniently on Pierson Boulevard, just west of Palm Drive, The Cottage Too offers a delectable selection of pancakes, omelets, biscuits with gravy, and more to satisfy your morning cravings.
Small town feel to this café. Very comfortable and welcoming, bottomless coffee, great breakfast specials, and friendly and attentive servers.
Cindy H — Google review
Great service, Honest hot meal at a fair price. Great old school diner feel.
Dwayne Y — Google review
The staff at Cottage Too are friendly and efficient, and the place has a cozy, and welcoming, but old-school, wood paneled country decor. The sausage patty was excellent — big, flavorful, and cooked just right along with eggs over medium — and the house-made salsa added a nice, fresh touch. Unfortunately, the rest of breakfast missed the mark. The “extra crispy” bacon was extra burnt, both of the English muffin pieces were absolutely flat, and the gravy smothered the tiny biscuit so much it should be called “2 dumplings and gravy soup!”(Sorry. I’m a southerner and while the gravy is up to par, slicing the biscuit in half is not how you serve this dish.) The pancake was slightly overdone, and the fruit cup wasn’t very fresh. Nice people, but the food we tried was just not up to par. There are too many fantastic options nearby to give it another chance. Really surprised by the high ratings.
Love V — Google review
Self seater. My wife and I finally got to visit this place and it didn't disappoint. Homey diner with great service and interesting decor. Good coffee, B&G that I actually liked. We had the French toast special and chicken fried steak. Highly recommend you make a stop!

Nice cafe, good variety on the menu, excellent service and good food
Linda N — Google review
In Desert Hot Springs this is our regular breakfast spot once a month. Restaurant staff are courteous & welcoming from the moment you walk in, people are kind and mindful of everyone's personal space. Food is good for what you pay for, prices are hard to beat. A breakfast for two people may cost you about 25 dlls and you still will have a to go box with leftovers to take home. The place is cozy, warm vibes, it's been there for many many years (20yrs approximately) needs a little love if you ask me. But yet again it's what gives it that nice cozy vibe(although after 30 mins the flat wood booths with worn out cushions start to hurt) lol Coffee is a light roast, creamers are usually half and half. My personal favorite the ham&eggs with potatoes * Scalloped potatoes ( a bit charted) *Eggs *Toast (well buttered) A side bottle with fresh salsa Very mild 🔥 My lady had the Canadian bacon , avocado & cheese omelette with House fries, Bleu cheese on the side. Both had coffee, they refill you constantly. And greeting you when you first arrive with water 💦 & silverware🍴 You pay at the cash register, where you will find a variety of candies ,mints, Mexican candy overall (brands famously found in Mexico) and a thing or two more ..🍭 🍬

We stopped by for a quick breakfast bc we were on the way to a burial. No wait for table, waitress was attentive, took our order, food was quick. I ordered a french toast special with scrambled eggs and my daughter same but pancakes. First bite of eggs i knew something was off. Tried again and i could not stomach the taste of spoil milk. Daughter tried hers and it was the same, she spat them out. We informed the waitress and she said, "oh so its true, another customer complained, let me tell the cook" she left and came back and offered us more eggs, however we were in a hurry and couldn't stay. She said sorry but still charged us full amt for the meals. She could have at least offered to comped one meal since neither of us ate the eggs. Sad we had that experience since place had good reviews.
Alisia — Google review
Not your finest restaurant but a extremely homey and cute small town vibes restaurant that serves classic breakfast. We had huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, breakfast sando and a classic plate for group breakfast before stagecoach. Everything was good portions and filling. Service was good, our server kept our coffee and waters filled. Hits the spot for breakfast. - Insta @ SpicyAivy

Nestled in the heart of Desert Hot Springs, Sunshine Café is a delightful culinary gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're stopping by for dinner or breakfast, this charming spot has something to satisfy every palate. Diners rave about the sampler platter and classic potato skins, both praised for their crispy perfection.
Our family has a getaway home down the road and I never knew this place was here until yesterday. My daughters and I wanted something local and old-school. We definitely found it. Super charming little diner, the staff was so nice and it was really clean and the food was great. No complaints!
Trisha R — Google review
Good prices, great portions, and delicious food. Purchased day passes for the pools and had lunch at the Sunshine Cafe. We ate at the bar and Marlene took good care of us. Ordered a turkey club with potato salad and a basket of fries, there was plenty for two and everything tasted great. Definitely returning.
Eloy — Google review
We have been here for dinner. We had sampler platter and potato skins. It was D-licious!. I enjoyed the potato skins(classic combo). The sampler platter was crispy as should be. We also decided to try breakfast, and it did NOT disappoint. No pics, I inhaled my pecan waffle with whipped cream, pecan pieces in the batter, and a bit on top, syrup on the side. Biscuits with country gravy, over easy eggs with bacon. Guess if i got no pictures and post a review. You bet it was goooo'ood!. It was gone before I knew it. This place you have to try out!

Best kept secret in Desert Hot Springs... best food, prices, employees bar none. Vege nachos really good, salad, baked potatoes, Arnold Palmer drinks.
Chaffee C — Google review
It's dated, but looks remodeled. Friendly staff. Great service! Oriental chicken salad was tasty and good. Chicken was a little dry however. Fish and Chips were excellent! Fish fried to perfection. Fries were also fried perfect and seasoned perfect! Fast service. Iced tea was not fresh brewed and alright. Overall a nice lunch. Portions were decent size.
Bill S — Google review
I enjoyed the Chicken Fried Steak for breakfast, accompanied by a side of pancake. The pancake was exceptionally fluffy and flavorful, and the chicken fried steak was perfectly cooked. Consistently, the food here meets a true 5-star standard, both in taste and presentation.
Abraham P — Google review
Although I ordered take out, I really loved the place. They didn’t mess up my order and the food was really good. The server that took my order was also very nice and recommended me different types of food. The place looks a bit old; however, it was well maintained.
Pyro L — Google review
Absolutely amazing!! Shoutout to Eddie(y) for his fantastic table service. You can normally predict how good the overall service would be (yes even how good the food will be) based on the initial energy brought by the waiter. He was charismatic and courteous. Every waiter usually asks if you would like to start off which drinks, to which we ordered orange juice. Without questioning or asking, he speedily brought us our drinks as well as - WATER!!!! Its the little things like this kind of special attention that a customer like myself, truly enjoys and makes the experience that much more enjoyable. The food was AMAZING!!!! It was calm and had a vintage ambiance. I think I probably lived a different life in the '30s - '50s because places like this just bring out the life and happiness in me.

Absolutely loved my experience at the spa complex! From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a serene atmosphere that instantly melted away my stress. I indulged in a massage and facial, both of which were tailored to my needs and left me feeling rejuvenated. Everything was superb! Very tasty food, great views and atmosphere, great service. It was a bit pricey but that may be expected for this area (and the fact that the restaurant is located on resort property)

First off the music had me happy relaxed but grooving at the same time! We got the Mediterranean platter as a snack between soaks and dinner. It was so tasty and fresh. Our server went out of his way to make our experience amazing… including hunting down some dessert chocolate for us even though they had desserts on the menu that I can’t wait to try tonight! Issac was incredibly accommodating to us! This is the best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. And thank you to the chef for creating a unique platter full of flavors!

Great restaurant! Loved the gluten free waffles and salads! I didn't stay at this resort but came for the lunch after a day soak at another property because the menu looked so good and wasn't disappointed! Great professional staff, have me a table outside so I could have a business call while I dined alone.
Andy K — Google review
Food was good but I wish they have sides on the main course. The service was phenomenal, fast and our waiter was good. I like the simple decor, minimalist restaurant.
Mari R — Google review
Interesting that this restaurant excludes local residents. Unless you stay overnight local residents are not welcome. Who owns this resort?
Elaine S — Google review
Very unique and tasty dishes, we came for dinner and loved everything we ordered
Anita — Google review
When the restaurant used to be Essence (pre-2020), it was excellent (5 stars!). I believe that because the public was allowed to dine there, it made it more of a "real" restaurant. I have not been since they closed the property to non-guests, but we surely do miss Essence.

Whoa!!! So overpriced. But I was being lazy so I ordered a $10 cheeseburger. And $6 small fry I asked for extra crispy maybe they mis took that to mean extra raw! Horrible fries ! $10 for a side of onion rings! To me it's not fine dining but most items were like 19 and $20! Never again

Once again!!!! We order 2 plates enchiladas dinner by phone- when we got there, the cashier was not able to understand what online menu offers with dinners - It says ( all diners comes with : rice and beans and tortillas) ! We didn’t receive the tortillas , cashier called the owner and OWNER didn’t respect HIS own advertisement online!!! We were charged for an order of Flour Tortillas- what we received was a big hug burrito tortilla!!! You guys need serious help! And respect what your advertising says! Other wise is a SCAM!! We gave this restaurant and owner several times the opportunity to accomplish a great service and food quality - but it is IMPOSSIBLE for them ! I would NEVER go back again !!! ———————————————- Definitely Training and hiring a qualified crew is a MUST!! I have more than 25 years of restaurant experience / I’m a Restaurant Consultant and is sad to see how your crew sabotage your restaurant and the treatment your customer are getting from them. To the owner or who may concern This is not the first time my husband and I eat at your place- unfortunately the past 3 times we had a rude cashier and your Manager couldn’t answer or fix any of it. Saying she has no authorization to make it right- We were told last time the owner will take care of us, and unfortunately that did not happen and over charge our order and at the end wasn’t correct. Please take care of your customers and train your crew.

Nice large menu 1st time there. Old school decor nice that they add free corn chips if you eat in. Great mild salsa reminds me of Campos burritos in Los Angeles California reasonably price for what you get. Cx

I asked for a custom sandwich, a BLT with no bacon, add cheese and onions, and they made it for me no problem! I also got the zucchini sticks and they were awesome! Nice and crunchy on the outside and warm zucchini with good flavor on the inside along with a side of ranch. Everything was really good and the people were very nice too. They have a pretty extensive menu including burgers, Mexican food, all kinds of salads (even a Greek salad), and breakfast food. The dining room was big and clean and nice and cool inside too. I will definitely be back again. Thanks for the great food and service!!

Starbucks, a coffeehouse chain based in Seattle, is renowned for its unique blends of coffee, small snacks, and availability of WiFi. Although occasionally crowded, the dedicated staff consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. This particular location holds a special place for many local customers who frequent it like a second home. The general manager, Julie, stands out as an extraordinary leader - caring, kind-hearted, professional, and efficient.
I was happily surprised to find a Starbucks in the desert hot springs area. We are 10 minutes away so it was worth the drive to get my coffee fix. It's not the most beautiful Starbucks I have been, but that's not so important.
Steven E — Google review
Prices are getting a little pricey.. it must be that minimum wage thing... lol I do love ❤️ me some Starbucks. I do have a couple complaints. When they mark on the cups like in the pictures, the drinks sweat, you end up with permanent marker on your hands. (Lid would be better). And what is up with my lemon 🍋 pound cake in a bag in a bag? These seems like a waste of paper/plastic or whatever. Just think if all 38,000 in every store in 80 countries did this, how much waste in our land fills? I am just saying. I love Starbucks, but you guys can do better.
Tony B — Google review
This Starbucks has greatly improved their service and time through the drive through. They are always very friendly and prompt. Today, one of the baristas drew a cute little drawing on my cup and it just made my day. It’s the little things sometimes🙂
Candess T — Google review
Surprisingly well-run location. Multiple staff members said hello and goodbye as we left - basically unheard of. Coffee and sandwich came out quickly, as ordered. Drive-thru lane moves very slowly, so go inside of you’re in a hurry.
Jon L — Google review
I ordered a tall cinnamon dolce latte this morning and most of my drink was missing . I had asked for half the amount of syrup , not half of the drink . I don’t drink my coffee with the lid so I saw exactly how much they served me. Do better .
Viviana O — Google review
All the employees ive interacted with have been so sweet!! They keep the place very clean and the vibe is great. I never leave reviews but I had to with this one.
Aaliyah M — Google review
Worst Starbucks experience. I travel all over the nation and buy a cup of ice. This is the first time that this Starbucks said no. They couldn’t sell me a cup of ice, nor a cup of water with ice. They did offer for me to purchase a bottle of water but they still cannot sell me a cup of ice. So then I asked to use there restroom and of course was a no because I didn’t purchase anything. I explained to the guy that I am trying to purchase a cup of ice and he said we can’t. So yup no cup of ice, no cup of water cannot be purchased at this location. And no restroom usage is allowed.
Traveling K — Google review
To start, location was out of (or had a broken machine) of regular black drip coffee. Not sure how that happens at a Starbucks… Had a fairly big order I placed for the family. Got the first four drinks in a timely matter and waited forever for the 5th which never came out. Had to ask for it and by the time it came out they gave me the wrong drink. Things were going so bad I checked our sandwich count while they made the right drink, and sure enough we were missing a sandwich in our order. Just a horrible experience overall.

Del Taco is a popular fast-food chain known for its Mexican fare like tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, as well as breakfast options. It's often considered a reliable choice for quick protein fixes. While some customers find it predictable, others have had exceptional experiences at certain locations. Cleanliness and customer service can vary by store, but some patrons have encountered friendly staff members like Melanie while others have noted issues with restroom access and perceived rudeness from employees.
Karina took my order and she was the best person. She have pretty good skills on customer service. I never been in del taco with social services and not from this city but was the best

This was our first time at Del Taco. I can't say I'm impressed. The food was okay I guess. Staff forgot drinks and sauces. The restaurant was more drive thru oriented. We had to park at the back, wade our way to the front where the drive thru was and find our way inside. Soda machine was not in use, so no easy way for a refill
Steven E — Google review
This location is the G.O.A.T. for the DHS people who partake 🍃 It’s fast food so it is what it is. Service is always 100% and the sauce hook up is chefs kiss! Whoever made & bagged my order for grub hub 8/18 I hope your pillow is cool on both sides always, your gas tank is full when running late in the A.M. & next time you go to stater bros there isn’t a line at checkout.
E S — Google review
I do online orders here for pickup sometimes and my order is ALWAYS wrong. Items are ALWAYS missing. Its so frustrating getting home and having to go back. Or even going back in to get the order. The employee gave me a hard time today when they got my order wrong and forgot a burrito. Sometimes the drive to Indian canyon is more worth it. They dont get the orders wrong ever. Update from 06-29-25 they didnt give me one of the quesadillas I ordered. I got home and had to go back and Ashley argued with me saying she put it in the bag. If you put it in the bag I would not have left home to go all the way back. It looks like the Indian canyon store is the way to go from now on.
Mylah W — Google review
The shift leader named Emily seemed very annoyed every time I got up and asked her for something but it is not my fault that items are not displayed out for customers and therefore I have to ask her for Stuff and it's not my fault she didn't hand me a fork with my order so she kept looking at me like she was very annoyed and every time I would say thank you she would just give me a look. Poor customer service.
Cynthia S — Google review
The food was good. No complaints about the food. I don't like this self-order system it's inconvenient. Especially, if you have people waiting for you to finish ordering.
Rosa Q — Google review
Food was good except burritos could be wrapped up a lil bit better. They had friendly staff. But the homeless hanging around outside and in the parking lot made it a lil bit sketchy.
James D — Google review
Absolutely horrible customer service. The night team forgot to bag items from our order and our dasher kept a drink which is no fault to the workers. The lady taking calls was rude and when I arrived I was still charged for some missing items. The worker stated they put items in the bag but when we recieved the bags items were not in the bag.

McDonald's is a classic fast-food chain that has been serving up its iconic burgers and fries for decades. However, experiences can vary significantly; some customers have reported issues with their orders being incorrect, leading to frustration. One diner expressed disappointment after receiving two identical burger orders that turned out to be completely different from what they requested. This highlights the challenges some locations face in maintaining order accuracy amidst operational pressures.
Hello everyone, I arrived at McDonald's entering the establishment and was pleasantly surprised. I have not been inside this mcdonalds in about 15 maybe 16 years. The staff was so kind and efficient particularly a young woman and a lead with brown hair and a purple fringe. I witnessed a minor error from another customers order. So the staff heard the complaint addressed it and the customer left happy. No issue, no back talk, no "weird vibe" or dead stare you would get at other places. I just thought that the older population, or perhaps childless person may feel it suitable to arrive and have a morning chat with a friend here. While they are kids friendly and have tablets available the vibe seems best for a morning get together with friends. 🫶✨️ Thank you to the workers for a refreshing morning view.

Oder 212, Service was great this morning until the manager let whatever work drama take over her professionalism and slammed my order down at the pick up station. There was one ice cube in my orange juice because she was busy discussing gossip instead of getting my service out the way.

Yesterday was the first time I experienced someone and my family being treated differently because of our skin and that just was disgusting behavior , that cashier Michelle was rude and her behavior was terrible. There was some kids there, and they were of colored skin and she was being rude to them , they explained how she never asked if they wanted sauces to when they asked for it she said she wasn’t allowed to , my family had to same issue and she through the sauces in my bag almost dropping the food and she did it while my daughter watched ( we are Hispanic) before us there was a family , blonde hair and blue eyes and she treated them normally without hesitation and she gave them everything to them with a huge smile and is a huge frown, that was extremely rude and disgusting behavior that my kid witnessed and those other kids witnessed just horrible and again her name is Michelle with black frame glasses

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE the staff and manager are absolutely rude not only to their customers but also with their staff they have no respect and the food always comes out shitty. And I noticed when they talk about you they talk in Spanish so you supposedly can’t understand if I could give this place a zero I could do unprofessional the manager only about talking drama etc, and the staff thing their Better than you and treat other staff like shit DO BETTER

Shift here always sucks. They get the orders wrong. They tell people after 8:30. You have to wait outside unless you’re DoorDash. 9:04 PM this Mcdonald’s is not worth. It

Watch the video, you'll see why a one-star rating. I've complained many times about their fries. Yet this is what you get. Greasy.

Wife did a mobile order, get to the location and they said the order was canceled cuz I did not have the mobile phone that placed the order. Manager was a real piece of work, saying she doesn't know what to tell me, that the order was canceled due to not having the phone that placed the order. Called Corp, and was told that is not the case and that the order was canceled cuz the line was to long at the location, and it took me to long to get to the order window. This is very bad customer service from this STORE MANAGER, not just a shift manager. Why are these people making over 20 dollars an hour and can't get anything right ?

We ordered two McCrispy sandwiches. There was nothing on them other then two pickle slices which looked old. The chicken also tasted like it had been cooked the day prior and was very dry and hard on the ends. We will never by food from this McDonalds again.

The café provides a peaceful ambiance with breathtaking views of the mountains and a spa pool. Guests can enjoy a variety of delicious options including sandwiches, wraps, salads, desserts, fresh juices, and coffee. Additionally, the café offers healthy choices for those seeking nutritious meals.
DELISH healthy, fresh food!! So many gluten free and vegetarian options. I had the GF keto quiche and it was truly the best quiche I’ve had in my life. My family got the avo toast and the breakfast burrito- also delish. Alyssa the cafe manager was wonderful and so friendly. It’s such a cute environment — cozy and welcoming. It’s inside the Azure Palm hotel and you can park right out front. Thank you for a lovely experience!!

The food is better than I expected. This place has great healthy options. They have vegetarian choices. One of the spa workers recommended that we order our food online while we were outside enjoying the spa area because the food could take awhile during busy hours. We did that and that was very efficient. Order was easy to place. The ambiance in the cafe is pleasant with many seats available. We decided to eat at the balcony across from the Cafe that had a good overlooking view. The portions were small though. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars. The Chicken Sandwich looked the most filling out of our order. Chicken Sandwich: 4/5 Mushroom Pizza: 4/5 (very small pizza) Orange Immunity: 5/5 (small size)

dined here 3 times already. the staff is very friendly and the food surprisingly good given how healthy they all are. i love the ambience too. it also has a fireplace that’s super cute. the only thing is that afaik, it closes at 7 pm so if i want to have a late dinner i’d have to go elsewhere.

Gorgeous views, unique menu, excellent food!!! The only thing I can say about this place that is not positive is that it it a bit pricey, but also worth it for me because I love trying unique things, like their mushroom drink, or their breakfast quiches! .. And the atmosphere is just astonishing!🤍

Azure Palm Café is a high end cafe and restaurant located within the APHS Resort and Spa in Desert Hot Springs, CA. This cafe has wide selection of coffee and tea. Similarly, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. I came and ordered a Super Green juice and Wild Caught Salmon x green string beans and rice. Food was good and flavorful. Bottled juice (12oz) was okay. Food portion was really small as well as the juice. Prices were expensive. Service was a bit on point. Atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, it’s a decent cafe that provide top notch high end food.

Pretty good spot. The food was ok, nothing exceptional but was solid. And pretty good value. The views from the outdoor seating area are phenomenal.

Jack in the Box is a popular fast-food chain that offers a diverse menu featuring burgers, chicken, tacos, and breakfast items. It's a go-to spot for late-night cravings, as evidenced by one satisfied customer who enjoyed their delicious sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit.
Edith is the most professional and pleasant restaurant worker ive come across! I come here frequently and she ALWAYS has a great attitude and is punctual.

Hey, Jack-in-the-box! I liked the part where you guys put 5 slices of swiss cheese on my burger, but can you melt them a little next time? Thanks! And it was even better when we asked the drive-thru gal for a drink holder for our 4 drinks, and she handed us 2 flat pieces of cardboard!!

AUG 1,2025 I took my breakfast jack meal with coffee and a sausage breakfast jack and medium coke home just to find out the coke is not coke. The one breakfast jack has egg shell in the egg and both eggs are over cooked. This is absolutely BS. I called and no I am not driving all the way back there. No ,I won't leave my name so I can come back another time. I won't be back. Whats ironic, I work for JB 50 year ago for $1.67 an hour and we got our orders right. There was no rush hour going on. One car and you still screwed it up. We didn't act like we were doing our customers a favor by taking their order. You suck.
Heidi M — Google review
I have always enjoyed Jack in the Box restaurants. Yet, the view & close proximity to the freeway are about the only things going for this location. The service was terrible and the men’s bathroom was disgusting.
Scott S — Google review
Like so many other reviews, staff is absolutely clueless, crass, impolite, and disrespectful. The counter dude ignores guests placing orders and only focuses on the order monitor while talking only to his surrounding buds. Keep driving customers away and the jobs will disappear as everyone is replaceable. Please no canned response from owner/social media company is necessary as it is your fault that this continues.
WDA — Google review
I’m gonna be honest you can’t trust this Jack-in-the-Box. This is my third time ordering from them whether it’s delivery or in person at the drive-through where my family has gotten sick. Jack-in-the-Box is the only thing we’ve ate in today and my stomach hurts so bad. My kid stomach hurts. It is just terrible. Not only do we get sick every time we eat Jack-in-the-Box when I order for delivery there is always something missing and I’m not talking about just one or two things. You order a family mail from them which they have online on DoorDash that comes with four of everything just for you to only receive no fries or no burgers. The effort at this Jack-in-the-Box is at an all-time low And you guys should shut down until you get it together. I am so upset because I got sick before this time and I figured it was something else because I ate other things in that day. I ordered again today and it’s worse today’s day is June 19, 2025 I will never order from you guys again, and I encourage others to not order from you guys.
Hilda J — Google review
I was on the phone with my husband while he was going back to get me my item that was forgotten to be put in the bag which is not what i’m upset about because it is not the employees fault everyone gets caught up and i heard my husband tell the employee it was all good and made sure the employee didn’t feel bad but as soon as he got to the window the supervisor “ivy” if she gave me her real name was very rude to him and accused him of being rude which is insane since he also works for a drive through and knows how to treat people but unfortunately this supervisor “ivy “ does not know how to talk to people so i went ahead and hung up the phone and called the store to get her name. I’m sure she’s just having a bad night but unfortunately as a supervisor that is not how you handle a situation that was never a situation to begin with so i urge jack in the box to train their supervisors on how to talk to people
