This lovely restaurant is in a famous old tourist area. It has a great view, beautiful décor, and very friendly staff. You can really enjoy the feeling of Omani hospitality here. I’m not a big fan of seafood, but this was the best seafood I’ve ever had! The fish and shrimp in the stew were so fresh and full of flavor. The other dishes were also delicious and high quality. I truly enjoyed the whole experience.

Delicious. We loved okra stew and the eggplant cloud (eggplants w/ garlic yogurt). For shuwa, lamb was yum but rice could have been more aromatic in my opinion. Reservation is highly recommended for dinner.

Very tasty food and fantastic service. Interiors really cosy and comfortable. We got fresh dates and omanian coffee for free what was a very nice gesture. Prices are reasonable. You can pay by card.

A great restaurant which is only a short walk from the corniche. The food was very pleasant and the service excellent. Traditional, seated plus indoor and outdoor dining available.

Our server was amazing!!! Food was good but nothing I would come back for. You definitely need a reservation and I would recommend trying to snag one of the two seater seats on the balcony because the view is amazing.

Recommended by W Muscat, it’s a nice restaurant but touristy. I will prefer to dine at Roznan but it was fully booked. Food is nice but lacks the ambience and more like a casual dining. The favours is a bit lacking. Order a chicken, shuwa, camel and a platter for appetisers. Service is good as per Omani hospitality. Price is average.

This used to be my top restaurant for Omani food. The staff are still extremely friendly, and the décor reflects Omani culture. It’s also centrally located in Muscat. However, the quality of the food has dropped in recent years. I’ve tried most of the dishes on the menu in the past, and they used to be consistently excellent. Lately, though, some of the flavours haven’t been as impressive. I hope they can bring back the standard they were once known for.

If you want some local Omani food that is close to the opera house, look no further. This place was recommended to us by a local! Ubhar has a great selection of local food and their service is quick! We ordered hummus, kefta and biryani. The biryani was awesome, it was very different from an Indian biryani leaning more aromatic and definitely less spicy than Indian biryani.

Hands down, undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Muscat! The staff rightfully deserve a raise! Extremely polite and respectful personnel; clearly professionally trained; very attentive and friendly; truly delicious food; variety in the menu; suitable portions; quick service; very clean; cozy and simultaneously lively interior decor; indoor and outdoor seating. If you're an epicure with a keen eye for memorable dining experiences, you wouldn't want to miss this restaurant. The Hummus was superb, the Qabuli Shuwa was well-cooked and filling, and even the salad has a distinct taste of its own. To anyone visiting Muscat, drop by Ubhar at least once! Management, kindly give your staff the recognition and raise they deserve!

I was very disappointed with my experience at Ubhar Restaurant. The food did not meet expectations at all. I ordered the sambousk, which was completely tasteless, and the camel biryani, but unfortunately they used a very cheap cut of meat that was tough and practically inedible. The rice itself lacked flavor as well, which made the whole dish unenjoyable. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the Kinza Diet Cola – sadly, that was the highlight of the meal. Overall, the experience was not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend Ubhar if you’re looking for good food in Muscat.

We ate shuwa, camel burger, fatoush, loban ice cream, mango orange juice. Everything was perfect, juice was so fresh. But the loban ice cream was vanilla ice cream with loban oil. Salad dressing was awesome.

This restaurant is one of the top rated Turkish food places in Muscat. The hummus was so creamy and yummy! The chicken was super flavorful and the lobster was out of this world!! If you have a couple of nights in Muscat and are feeling some Turkish food, go here!

Excellent selection of fine Turkish foods that didn't disappoint. We had grilled fish and a mixed grill of meat which all was awesome. Topped off with a cup of Turkish coffee and pistachio baklava it couldn't have been better.

We came here specifically to try local seafood, and the selection was more than enough. For two of us, we ordered Sal fish (from the kingfish family) and huge prawns. There are three serving options, and we chose grilled. They also serve a set of dips with very tasty bread and a bottle of water by default (these are automatically included in the bill). The portions were huge — we could barely finish everything. The service was friendly. Many locals were dining here, which for me is always a good sign.

Authentic Turkish flavours at fair prices. Great grilled seafood and fresh bread. Can get busy and a bit noisy, but overall a solid spot for casual dining in Muscat.

Lobster for 25 bucks? Sign me up! The lobster was great and for the price of 1 or 2 beef kabobs in America I received 4. Tasty food and great value. I might have to eat lobster twice in the same week lol.

We had the small mezze platter as a starter — comes with fresh bread, enough for three. For mains, we ordered grilled hammour fish (for two) and boneless grilled chicken. Both were fresh, flavorful, and well-cooked. The fish portion was very generous — enough for 3–4 people. Rice was forgotten at first, and when it finally arrived, it was unfortunately very poor in quality. I don’t recommend ordering rice here. Overall, great value for money considering the quality and portion sizes.

I had the jumbo prawns, grilled fish, salad, mixed hummus, and their signature melon juice. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great. The jumbo prawns, in particular, had a nice smoky, grilled flavor, which I really enjoyed. The only downside was the salad dressing—it was way too strong. I have no idea what kind of vinegar they used, but it was seriously overpowering. 😂 The staff were quick and efficient, and overall, I was satisfied with the service. The atmosphere is lively and family-friendly—kind of like a bustling marketplace. Kids were running around, shouting, and having fun. After a while, the noise started getting to me, and I suddenly realized I was putting food in my nose instead of my mouth. 😵‍💫😂

Been to this restaurant multiple times, particularly for their chicken lazzeez and tikka biriyani. The service is always good. However, the quality of food has gone down over the years. Yesterday the recommended dish of the day - Kashmiri chicken - we had ordered along with the mixed platter, chicken lazzeez, and nans, was not up to their mark. Even the trademark chicken lazzeez has lost its flavor.

The food was bland .Chai was good.The special chicken biryani didn't turn the buds felt just below Lulu biriyani. Service was good and the atmosphere was okay. Mutton Rogan josh felt like it was in a butter chicken.Not for my taste.

Simply the best Indian food I have ever tired (coming from a Londoner who lives in the heart of curry industry). Excellent service from staff. When you arrive ask for Shaban (he’s a star) and he’ll look after you.

To this day I’ve visited 20+ countries. Ate curries almost every month or two. I have been to fine dining curry house and 100s of curry house. To this day have not had anything better than Begums. It’s somewhere I’d usually pass by and not notice. But was recommended this place from a family member who visited Oman earlier on this year. Still craving there food. Chicken tikka biryani is something you should try, as well as their chicken tikka masala.

Super tasty cuisine, good prices and great service

Such a delightful experience from start to finish! The atmosphere is straight out of a storybook — cheerful pastels, cozy checkered decor, and charming crockery that makes you feel instantly at home. We tried a few dishes and loved every bite. The veggie burger was hearty and well-balanced, with a thick, flavourful patty layered between fresh greens, cheese, and a hint of herby sauce that added a refreshing twist. The fish and chips were beautifully done — crispy golden coating, thick-cut fries, and a fresh salad that wasn’t just an afterthought. And the star of the show? The apple crumble with warm custard — absolute comfort food heaven. The crumb topping was buttery and perfect, with soft baked fruit and velvety custard tying it all together. The service was friendly, and everything came out quickly and beautifully plated. It’s rare to find a place where both the savoury and sweet options shine equally, but Darcy’s nails it. Highly recommend for a relaxed evening or weekend treat. Can’t wait to come back!

D’Arcy’s Kitchen in Shatti Qurum is a cozy place to enjoy a good meal. I had the English Breakfast with a cup of coffee, and both tasted really good. The food was fresh and nicely presented. The restaurant has a lovely outdoor dining area, which makes the experience even better, especially in the cooler months. It’s located in Jawharat A’Shati, which is easy to find and has a nice vibe. The place feels calm and welcoming. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality of food and service make it worth it. The staff were nice and friendly, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely come back again!

When I first entered the restaurant, I was amazed by the yellows and blues decors that matched the cute ceramics and the tables. The owner really put a lot of thought in the maintenance and the look of this sweet place. I had ordered the D'Arcy fillet steak with mushroom sauce and mash potatoes (steak was juicy and the mash was superb!). I have tried their chicken breast with green pepper sauce. That was tasty as well. The one that actually made me cry in happiness was the apple crumble with vanilla ice cream. Words cant say how DELICIOUS that dessert was. Unfortunately, we did not take pictures with how tempting the food looked and smelled but I would definitely drag someone to bring with me to eat here again next time!

We tried their breakfast and found it to be average overall. The Eggs Benedict were fine, though the hollandaise sauce lacked a bit of flavour. The English breakfast was decent. The fresh juice was good and refreshing, while the coffee was just okay. The service was good and the staff were attentive. Overall, it’s a reasonable option for an early breakfast or a casual brunch.

Honestly one of the best fillet steaks I have had in the Middle East in 10 years. Staff are excellent and bubbly… Will definitely be back

The food is good. But that’s it. I didn’t come here to just have good food. I expected it to be great. For such a price it has to be better. One person around 50 Omr Easily. Yes the atmosphere is great next to the beach and the lighting. Service is also great. But my focus is on the food and that’s just not great. Beetroot salad with goat cheese: not much flavor and the beetroot taste like packages beetroot. Seafood pasta: 3 clams and 3 muscles and a few shrimps. Hmmmm not much seafood and the sauce is too tomaty, no additional flavors. The big shrimp also has no flavor and is dry. Overall it is not bad, because it gets the essence of the dish but a bit boring if i compare it to the price.

Lovely restaurant location with good food, although still not worth its price point. It felt cheap. It’s located in such a bougie hotel but the furniture is cheap generic wicker that is dusty. No glass table tops, and generic utensils. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, if they weren’t positioning themselves to be a classy joint and charging exorbitant amounts for good, not great, food. The wait staff is rude and curt.

The Chedi hotel is beautiful to begin with. Located right in front of the beach, this restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and the food was great. Not pictured but the fish of the day was amazing.

My friend who is visiting Oman for the first time from Germany had dinner at The Beach restaurant. Jennifer was great and friendly. She arranged me a table on the patio. Service was excellent. Food and presentation was good. My husband and I have been patronizing Chedi since 2014. This is for me is my favoruite and best hotel in Oman. Food was cooked to perfection. Beautiful decor and chic ambiance. Manager Narayan is friendly and professional as always.

I visited The Beach Restaurant at The Chedi and it was an amazing experience. The restaurant is calm and elegant, the food was delicious, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Honestly, it’s one of the best hotel dining experiences I’ve ever had, a full 10/10!

This is one of the oldest restaurants in Muscat that serves traditional Omani dishes, from camel meat to dried sardines (qashe’). I ordered Sayyadeyah, this is king fish cooked in rice that tastes so good! It comes with tomato-pepper sauce & little dish of salad. At 2.600 OR, it is reasonably priced. Service was a little slow but not more than 10 minutes. There are separate family rooms & open areas with table seating or just like I did, the Omani way of floor seating! Try it out if you are in town!

This is one of the oldest (22 years old as told by staff) restaurant in Muscat serving authentic Omani cuisines. The traditional lamb Shuwa is one of the most selling items. The dining area is setup in traditional way, where you can sit on the carpet and enjoy the food. Staff was very courteous and kept on checking on us for anything extra we might need. The entrance is decorated with antique items. Rooms might make you feel claustrophobic because there are no windows. Washrooms could be better.

Came here for a quick lunch. It’s a really cute, local restaurant. The rooms are all separated so it’s a great place for families. The service is rather plain but that’s ok because the food was really amazing! If you’re not sure what to get, try the king fish biryani.

I want to be far in my review here, but my experience did not match what I expected to find, the restuarant was recommended by Taxi driver first week when I arrived to Muscat. I was hoping to try traditional Omani food. The food I would give it 4or5 out of 10 (unless you know what to order, you might give a better rating) the place was not very clean and smiley specifically when they switched on the AC. The prices are reasonable not expensive The staff were friendly though to be fair I would not try it again, but I would look for other traditional Omani options to try it again. If you decided to try you are either familiar with the food to chose or out of adventure mindset

Went for lunch. Tried the camel meat. Service is fast and somewhat staff are welcoming. The place is dead. Not lively and unwelcoming, maybe because it’s dark inside.

Al Tanoor Restaurant Unfortunately, our experience at Al Tanoor was far from what we expected. The ambiance felt quite cold and dry, lacking the warmth and hospitality one hopes for in a dining experience. As for the food, it was a major letdown. The chicken BBQ was burnt, the fish was raw, and the lamb kafta was dry and chewy completely off-putting. The mahmara tasted stale and odd, definitely not fresh. With such a disappointing start, we didn’t even feel brave enough to try the rest of the buffet. We ended up just having some fruit and calling it a night. Given the standard of food and the atmosphere, this place is a big no-no for me. Definitely not worth a revisit.

The Tanoor buffet dinners were a favourite of mine - with a variety of cuisines and fresh baked manqeesh and pizzas. I visited yesterday and it was a disaster. An overpriced tourist restaurant with average Indian food with some frozen nuggets and swirled fries! Buffet items were empty or cooked at rush and clearly lost their presentation and quality. All deserts were of low quality and didn’t taste well. Oh and drinks that come with your overpriced buffet was chilled water or some strange fruit juice!! Even the Indian dishes which you cannot go wrong with, were of the quality of a low restaurant down town. Very sad state and a scary erosion of quality.

During our stay, Chef Moorthi and Chef SK Mijanur have been absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that every meal was exceptional. The food has been top tier — beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and presented with great care. Chef Moorthi, in particular, went out of his way to prepare special meals for our toddler — dishes that weren’t even on the menu — which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Every dish he made for us was delicious and clearly prepared with love and attention to detail. Both chefs have truly elevated our experience and made our stay feel extra special. We are so grateful for their kindness, hospitality, and culinary excellence.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Al Tanoor in the Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort. The food was truly excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. A small side note: the live music was occasionally a bit too loud, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Additionally, the restaurant manager and the chefs were incredibly attentive, accommodating all of our special requests with genuine care. They even surprised us with a farewell cake, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Overall, Al Tanoor exceeded our expectations, and I would gladly return. Highly recommended!

One of Muscat’s most elegant fine dining spots, located right next to the Royal Opera House. The interiors are stunning authentic Omani architecture with royal-level decor. The food is traditional and delicious: don’t miss the shuwa, jareesh, or king fish in coconut sauce. Service is warm, and the full tasting menu gives you a real sense of Omani flavors. Slightly pricey, but worth it for the experience. Reservations recommended!

The restaurant is beautiful and the food is excellent, but my evening was completely ruined by one of the waitresses (the taller one). Her behaviour was strikingly inelegant, hostile in attitude, and completely inadequate for such an establishment. She poured my coffee, placed the pot on the table, and told me to serve myself, all with a dismissive hostility that lingered in the air like an unpleasant scent. She later cleared the table again, abruptly and without the slightest courtesy, showing a complete lack of grace and professionalism. Embarrassing to see. I had been polite, respectful, and genuinely appreciative throughout the evening, so such behaviour was deeply disappointing and entirely out of place in a fine dining restaurant. What made it even worse is that this attitude showed a lack of respect not only towards me, but also towards the entire team, from the chef to the other staff members, who were all genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. Her behaviour undermined their efforts and the hard work that clearly went into trying to create an exceptional dining experience. Indeed, the manager or senior waiter handled the situation with professionalism, which I sincerely appreciated, but this incident ruined what could have been a wonderful night. Unfortunately, after reading other reviews reporting similar issues with certain waitresses, it seems this is not an isolated case. Oman does not deserve to be remembered like this. Everywhere else I’ve been, people have been genuinely kind and welcoming. It’s a real shame that such a fine establishment as Al Angham should be remembered for such behaviour, when it could so easily be remembered for its beauty, culture, and hospitality.

Great experience of authentic Omani food. As a foreigner it is best to ask for a sampling menu. They will let you try about 10 different dishes, which provides a great insight into Omani traditional cuisine. It wasn’t on the menu, but the waiter offered it to us as he realised we were struggling to choose from the menu.

We recently visited Angam Restaurant for dinner, and I must say the dining experience itself was absolutely superb. The ambience was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and the staff were attentive in their service. On the surface, everything seemed perfect—until I went to use the washroom. Unfortunately, my experience there was extremely disappointing. The toilet seat was broken, and the toilet lock was not functioning properly. This is not only inconvenient but also unhygienic and uncomfortable for guests. A restaurant’s washroom is a direct reflection of its overall cleanliness standards, and no matter how much money you spend on beautiful interiors and décor, if your washrooms are neglected, it brings down the entire standard of the place. I spoke directly to Dinesh, who was acting manager that evening. He mentioned that he had already informed the MD (Angam) about the issue, but no action has been taken so far. This shows a lack of urgency and care in addressing basic facilities for customers. It’s important to understand that guests judge a restaurant not only by the taste of the food and the friendliness of the staff but also by the hygiene and maintenance of the entire establishment—washrooms included. A poorly maintained restroom can ruin what would otherwise be an outstanding dining experience. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and prioritises upgrading and maintaining their washrooms. A clean, functional, and pleasant restroom is a small detail that makes a huge difference in customer satisfaction. Until then, this will remain a big disappointment for an otherwise excellent

The food was amazing and the portions are huge - I would say that they are enough to make 3 hungry people happy. Also they bring the complements . I tried king fish in coconut sauce with safran rice and I really liked francensense ice-cream as a compliment - it was not sweet and it aided digestion! I Would definitely recommend this place to everyone

No matter what quality of food it is server, they had a bad attitude, and attitude is priceless. We cane today the 10th august to dine with family, which means kids as well. At the door someone stepped out and without even letting us in, refused to share the menu when we asked for it. It took several seconds before he mentioned that “kids are not accepted “!! Ok, maybe they accept pets who knows! In any way: my kids are priceless and no matter what the restaurant is, he doesn’t deserve us: the customers.

The location is great, and the service was excellent. We had the 6-course set menu and it was a great experience. Fresh food, good quantities, very nice presentation. All the waiters were helpful and friendly.

I really appreciate this place, we were very well greeted by the team and Princess ensured we had a nice experience throughout our journey. The meals were exceptional, especially for the price we paid. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and for the hotel members. Sadly I didn’t take pictures of the plates which were aesthetic. The seafood was very fresh, and the meals were really various on the menu. Among that, I would give a special mention to the hotel teams of Al Waha who designed a nice cake for my parent’s 30 year wedding anniversary. It was so sweet f them to make this small gesture. In the restaurant, they offered some Prosecco which was so adorable. We also enjoyed the rose bouquet they added on our table.

This restaurant is a mix of experiences. The food we ordered was definitely overpriced for the size and quality. The only dish I highly recommend is the sashimi platter which is worthy the value and taste. When we arrived we were told the service might be slow, which is fine because we decided to stay. However with a lot of “free time” waiting for my food I started to observe the waiters working. I have worked in restaurants before and I know it can be stressing, specially in a place of luxury with different people/cultures. The waiters were stressed. They were speaking bad to each other, things like “Don’t stand over there, do something”. There was one of them that was coming with the food from the kitchen but he was not allowed to serve the guests, he had to wait for another member to come with him to the table. I saw at least three times him standing there for 5-10 minutes with the food. I saw at least two people coming from their tables with requests because they were unattended. The hotel is beautiful and a great atmosphere, however I would not recommend the restaurant.

I had the fish stew it was a bit bland but some salt and pepper made it actually quite nice All small things until you consider this is a shangri la branded restaurant- if I was eating a lower priced dinner in a side of the road local restaurant- all this is acceptable and it would have been an ok meal. The staff serving were good and tried to manage the situation infact I felt sorry for them. I would say the chef could up his game. He’s obviously not managing the dishes that at the end of the day leave his kitchen. And the restaurant manager pretty useless Shame. It was an expensive meal that should have been soooo much better. A wasted dinner. And a let down to the poor front of house team that get the brunt of customers Come on shangri la. You can do better

The food is spectacular some of the best Chinese I’ve eaten. The service was also excellent. Isakov was fantastic. The setting is also beautiful. A truly lovely experience. I know some people mentioned expensive but we felt this was beyond expensive. The lowest cost of a main is 18 rial which we think is very very expensive for Chinese. We would love to return but these price tags for locals is very high.

Really nice place to eat in muscat if you are looking for excellent quality chinese food! Abit pricey but it's all worth it!! The staff there are also friendly and takes really good care of the customers! The peking duck was really good! And the cny yusheng salad was fantastic! We were here for our Chinese reunion dinner and as we are all from overseas this is really heart warming!! They should open for lunch as well so that more people can eat too! Would come again soon!

China mood is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have tried in my life. The level of care and detail to developing flavors and the manner dishes are presented are akin to those of Michelin star restaurants. The ambiance of the restaurant is chic and classic at the same time (if that is possible) with the key elements of Chinese culture on a high end restaurant. We went for the signature set menu but anything you order in China mood will be of the best quality. Cannot wait to visit again! Oswaldo

Great restaurant close to Murtrah Souk. We had the lamb and lamb chops and it was amazing! Very tasty and good portion size. Price is a bit expensive but it’s worth it.

Terrible experience. Don’t commit the mistake to stop here for your lunch or dinner. This is a restaurant entirely run by Indians/bangladesh people - nothing to do with Oman. This reflects on the quality of the service: waiters forgetting your dishes, sending you food you didn’t order and talking loudly among them next to you. The food is disastrous - I have ordered the chicken kebab, (photo attached) which looked and tased nothing like chicken, served with some red sauce that smelled like dirty toilets. My partner has ordered the prawn dish- which contained maybe 5 prawns and a lot of burned vegetables. For the atmosphere: you’re basically in the street with the noise of cars and dirty cars always on your ankles for food. Just a terrible experience - which leaves you with diarrhoea for days. Ah, and prices are ridiculous high.

A lovely restaurant on the Corniche. A choice of Omani and international dishes. We stayed local and were very happy with our choices, some really lovely food.

The food was good, maybe not fully 5 stars. The dessert was a bit disappointing, we were expecting a bit more juicy chocolate cake. The service was very polite but a bit reserved in my opinion. Most other restaurants the service is more heartfelt especially if it is this pricey. The overall atmosphere was beautiful because it is directly on the beach and they have nice cost fires.

Had a great time at the restaurant in a cold winter afternoon. Sat outdoors and the weather was nice. The view and the ambiance was great too, as well as the service. Dish of the day was the steak and the fish! It is towards the pricey side, but expected given that it is located in a luxury hotel. Recommended!

Long overdue review for the Chedi Muscat's restaurant. Great assortiment for breakfast! As we arrived off season, a VIP treatment is given and greatly enjoyed. The staff is highly attentive and kind. For lunch there is a different menu available, served either on the plushy sunbeds or at the sitting area. Roomservice is also impeccable and is made from the main restaurants menu ❤️ Eventhough the seafood restaurant, which my husband wanted to visit, was closed for improvements, the main restaurant did not disappoint. Good selections of wines/bubbles and variation in the menu. Open kitchen, with different areas for food preparation. The chef did not shy away when dealing with my high shellfish allergy. All and all enjoyable and worth recommending! Ambiance is catered to the high standards and perfect for spending your honeymoon! Coming back next year!

I wonder if I can live in the restaurant, and have all three meals here... everyday ? Yes! The food is LITERALLY that good! I should note, that I've eaten at The Restaurant both during the Ramadhan iftar setup (which is what you see in the pictures), and during their regular operation days outside of the Holy month, and I can easily say that their food is always top-notch. The menu is continental, and they don't miss with the flavor of any dish presented to you. Sure, there are minor imperfections with some dishes (not entire cuisines), but because it's surrounded by amazing alternatives you literally move on from "heartbreak" quickly. What I would avoid to keep your taste buds rolling with the good stuff is the sushi. I'm sorry, but I do have to call them out on this one. Their sushi feels unbelievably bland! And its made worse by the fact that they don't have Teriyaki sauce to help mask the flavor a little bit. Everything else though... Deliciously indescribable. The ambiance is nice, both inside and outside. You have live music performances, but nothing that overshadows the good conversations you will definitely be having with person or people you're with. Outdoors however, may not be the best option when the weather closes in on summertime. I would definitely opt for an indoor table, and make sure to call them in advance to book a table, because they are fairly busy (Especially during special occasions, or holidays). Staff is wonderful! Almost always by your side, and ready to cater to your requests. Receptionists of the restaurant could be a little more welcoming, and friendlier, but nothing that warrants an "avoid this place" sticker. Price! Well, the bill ain't cheap, I can tell you that much. In hindsight though, it is located in a 5-star luxury hotel, and honestly in comparison to some other places, I would actually argue that their price, for the quality of food you're getting, is VERY justifiable, and downright reasonable. Honestly, treat yourself a little, and enjoy some exceptionally decent food smack in the heart of Muscat. You will splurge, but my-oh-my is it worth it!

Impressive meat place at The Sheraton Oman. I enjoyed a bottle of wine, they have a pretty decent selection. They provide nachos & also offered me bread with bone marrow & butter. The bread would have been better if it was hard crust. They also gave a spinach arancini sampler while I waited for the food. I had Chorizo as appetiser, followed by tagliatelle pasta for mains. I tried their Jalapeno Brownie for dessert - a very unique flavour profile! Service was polite & hospitable. I also said hi to their chef.

We had a 10/10 experience at Asado during our trip to Muscat and was the best food we had during our trip! We ordered the ribeye and skirt steak. They were cooked to perfection. Make sure to get the mushrooms for a side, they were delicious. You must try the chocolate desert as well. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made our experience even better. We can be picky with steak, but honestly it was the best steak we have had in a while. If you are considering going here, this is your sign to go.

Fabulous place for a soul satisfying dinner. Had one of the best steaks I've ever had. Period. The T bone was done perfectly to a medium rare and so full of flavour. So much so that I booked a return to the country and the hotel just to go back to have this steak again. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and the service left nothing to be desired. Very highly recommended. And go hungry. Really hungry.

Had a fantastic dinner at Al Khiran tonight. The open buffet was impressive — so many choices, from fresh seafood to international dishes, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. A special shout-out to Aaron, our waiter, who was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. His service really made the evening extra special. Great food, great atmosphere, and truly exceptional service. Highly recommended!

I visited the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner every day for 5 days. I was always pleasantly greeted by Dinda and Adnan who made an effort to remember my name and room number and the table I liked to sit on outside. They made my solo trip feel as if they were family welcoming me. Real management qualities. The food was amazing with stunning views. Every night it was a different cuisine with so much choice. The staff were super attentive and always smiling.

On the edge of excellence. It is always unfortunate when a guest finds hair in their food, and I truly believe that the hair itself is a very small fraction of the problem. How the issue is dealt with is the determining factor, and a reflection of the quality of service provided by the establishment. We got a 10% discount on our bill, so... make of it what you will I suppose. The staff themselves are a mix of friendly faces, unhappy attitudes from some, and others who were literally very confused about anything asked of them. Overall, the level of service is decent. The food itself is good. There's a wide selection of various cuisines to choose from, and everything (except for the French Fries which looked frozen) is freshly made! I do love sushi, and theirs is just great! Their desserts as well are definitely the highlight of the buffet. Cannot fault the ambiance of the place either. They have a wonderful outdoors setup, but unfortunately we opted to sit indoors mainly thanks to the humid weather (Date of Visit: 26/3/2024). Not to say that the indoors part was bad or anything like that, the restaurant is very well kept, and the furniture is very comfortable. I have been going to Al Bustan Palace, and this restaurant since my childhood. It is always good to see a place survive the test of time, and provide us with the nostalgia we need.

Went here for just a little lunch and refreshments on a very hot day. The hotel itself is very impressive, even though really, really ugly from outside. The lobby is breathtaking, in a good way. The restaurant has a beautiful setting, with lots of light from outside. The food, however, lacks the flaps of original Omani food. It seems like a bit evened out for foreign taste buds which is a bit sad. Very good service though (a bit too attentive maybe) - I mentioned that the food could have a bit more taste, and they wanted to reduce the bill immediately. Which in this case wasn't necessary but a nice gesture...

Al Khiran Kitchen in Al Bustan Palace A Ritz-Carlton, Muscat. They have indoor and outdoor seating area. We were there for Sea food night theme dinner. Such a great place for fine dine with your family or loved one. Grilled lobster was amazing. Al Khiran Kitchen overlooking pool area and beach. Wide range of food as well live station. Staff on service were very helpful and friendly. We have great time there and definitely recommend this place.

The place is amazing and the service was good. The food however, should be reevaluated. This is one of the best facilities and hotels I’ve been to and the food here is abysmal. We ordered 4 different appetizers and 4 different dishes from different parts of the menu. Nothing was good. NOTHING. Appetizers tasted as if they were frozen and microwave cooked. I ordered Omani shuwai and it had no taste. I can go on about the other dishes but would rather just ask whoever is in charge to just take a deep look at this place.

The tamarind chutney didn't pair well, the taste was subpar, and the dim sum’s skin was too thick. - The creamy almond chicken and Rajasthani chicken gravy were almost identical, with the only difference being the almond and cream content. Even the steward acknowledged this. - The lentil yellow, meant to be dal fry, did not meet expectations. - The seekh kebab was very bland. **Concerns:** - The high menu prices are not justified by the quality of the food. Most dishes weren't made with the best ingredients, and two main courses tasted the same. Visited the Souq on Friday 4pm and was not as per my expectation, decided to get some food and did not want to sit outside in this heat. Came across Kurkum and ordered some butter kitchen, dal makni and paneer tikka masala. Food was great and fulling and the service was also good.

There are starters (bruschettas, cheese plate, veggies), different pizzas and pastas, good mains dishes, Italian soups and tasty desserts like gelato. They also serve bread with a tomato sauce before your first dish :) All dishes are tasty because of the fresh ingredients, nutritious and nicely served. Staff is friendly, sociable and smiley.

We celebrated our daughter’s 16th birthday at the Tomato restaurant in Intercontinental Muscat. Mr John Edwards, the restaurant manager was very helpful in setting up the special evening. My daughter had invited a bunch of friends and the entire group had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend Tomato for its food, ambience and excellent service. Thanks a lot to Mr John and his staff for their help and assistance in making this party a wonderful experience.

We had dinner and we enjoy our food ,it was really good and worth to try . I order the zucchini salad I'm a little bit disappointed coz I was expecting a cube or bite size of goat cheese but it wasn't, I almost didn't notice it. But the taste was great. But the rest of our food was good. The staff were very accommodating and nice.

The food was really tasty, however the waiter seemed to be in a hurry even though we were the only ones sitting. He would just try to move away from us as soon as possible. Another thing, super sad Billie Eilish music was playing so the atmosphere was super depressing.

Lo mein noodles were great with soft beef and thick bouncy noodles. The sauce was well coated. The sushi rolls were good, the crab sticks had a frozen aftertaste to it. Other than this, the rolls were good. Along with the dipping sauce, it was great to eat. Service is polite and quick. Although the lack of a menu card was an issue. We ordered from the screenshot on insta, the font was not great, and it was a difficult to read the contents.

This place serves Indonesian cuisine and I was impressed by the quality and flavors in the food. Loved dynamite prawns and nasi goreng was just yummy. Spicy Thai chicken was really good too. Overall a nice place but the only complaint was that we wanted to try some nice items on the menu like the soup and some other stuff and they were not available. I heard from a friend that he had a similar experience earlier.

This was surprisingly a great experience. They had a great view but that got blocked by the fish market across. You can still catch some of the sea view from the second and the third floor. The server was friendly and helpful with the selections of the meal. The atmosphere was great. We had lobster 🦞, steak 🥩, fish 🐠 and fish & chips 🐟 and then molten cake for the desert. The food was 4/5. Some items tasted amazing while some were average. But overall it was a great place to eat at. Highly recommend!

However, from the second and third floors, you can still enjoy glimpses of the beautiful sea stretching out beyond. Further, it's a shame to use canned olives. Serving baguettes would very much complement a French restaurant. I came twice with my son last week. I do recommend this restaurant. All food was tasteless. Salmon tartare was made from frozen fish. Grill prawns , boom jack and tartare were accompanied with the same mayo style salad. Tea was made with teabag. The food is so delicious and the variety is very well balanced - even though it is healthy it is still very tasty and the presentation is so nice. Always been an absolute favourite giving you a wide selection for healthy eaters as well. Had not been there in almost a year and their food definitely did not disappoint! However their brownie and cookie were waaayy below average. Best to skip that get to the actual food!

It was good, we had lunch there, the pesto chicken. The size of the meal was questionable though, especially if you are comparing it to the prices. So it is a nice place in overall, however you need to keep in mind that you might not going to be full or you spend a lot of money there. Otherwise it is recommended.

The most overrated , low quality and low portion meal you can have in Muscat! Definitely do not go Italian in this place. The vegetarian pizza was absolutely undercooked and didn't taste good at all. The margarita pizza was an absolute disappointment as it was a flat bread again not baked all the way with slight sauce and cheese that im surprised it can even be called margarita?! Where's the ingredients?! This was the second location we visited in Muscat and both failed miserably to deliver the basics... definitely better options for the money Available in town.

Went there last night and had a blast. We were the first to get in and it was awesome. Even if the terrasse wasn't open (FYI we're in winter), the food was excellent. After a long journey of travel coming from Sydney, that place was really good.

Cute little Cafe right next to my hotel with charming traditional interiors. They serve trays with a variety of delicious foods. The servers mostly Thai they wear traditional Omani dress, which I thought was really cool. I ordered shakshuka tray and karak both were delicious. Great café in true Omani style, serving both local dishes and food from nearby regional cuisines. We stopped by after visiting the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque — it’s about a 15-minute walk from there. When we arrived, it was still quiet, but by the time we left, the place was completely full. The menu is excellent. Shuwa wasn’t available that day, so we tried the camel Qellyah instead — the portion was huge and the meat was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere felt authentic, with many locals dining alongside tourists. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. There’s also a takeaway option if you prefer to eat elsewhere. Highly recommend this spot if you want to experience real Omani cuisine in a cozy and authentic setting!

Omani food at its best at Dukanah! We went in a bit skeptical about both taste and portion sizes, but left pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. The interiors are warm, cultural, and instantly welcoming. We ordered qabouli rice with chicken, chicken harees, luqaimat, and a lemon mint drink. To our delight, everything was served hot within minutes of ordering. Each dish was authentic, flavourful, and truly showcased the richness of Omani cuisine. A wonderful experience overall!

The lady serving us today was definitely not happy to be there — she had an attitude and didn’t smile at all. Our trays were delivered at different times. there were four of us, and two already had cold trays while others were still waiting for food. toilets were dirty. I wouldn’t come again.

An enchanting looking place. Agrabah market feels from Aladdin. Beautiful interiors, can get pictures clicked. The food however is sub par. Ive tasted better food in other restaurants in Muscat. This was our favorite place in all of Oman. The food was sooooo good and the service was even better. It was recommended by a local and was better than the other more popular places we visited.

Not my first time here, and definitely not my last. Mandoos has become my go-to for proper Omani comfort food. I don’t even look at the menu anymore — it’s always King Fish Matfi, Mishkak Salona, dried shark (Maasorat Awal), Shuwa, and Mqalai. They just get it right every single time.

Good food with tea for having breakfast (Nashta). We liked sitting area, different styles of eggs. The channy we ordered were plain, without any spicy so 2/5 on for that. Parking takes little bit time.

Very good option to have snacks such Omani breads and Toast. They are offering many different tasty food items with competitive price. In most of the time, is crowded. It is one of the recommended economic coffeeshop in Qurum.

Best Karak in town. If you have your own large thermos/bottle they will fill it very cheap. The special Karak with cardamom and saffron is amazing. The Omani bread with laban and date honey is amazing! Highly recommend.

Clean only where is trading, if you come beyond the market it’s so dirty and dark. It’s safe, no worries at all. For experience it’s nice. Prices are highly overpriced and goods are there over-old and not fresh. Maybe some shops are genuine, you may bargain and get things really cheap. Very boring place. Cafes there don’t have any customer service. However it’s a heritage and it’s somehow beautiful and entertaining. There is gold market. Fancy and excited.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at The Chedi — it was so peaceful that we never even felt the need to leave the resort! The grounds are beautifully spacious, and even though the hotel appeared to be fully booked, it never felt crowded. There was always plenty of space at all three pools and restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Pandiyan, who took such great care of us by the pool with thoughtful touches like refreshing fruit skewers, and to Mirat, who made our breakfasts delightful and my birthday dinner at the beach restaurant truly memorable. Their genuine warmth and attention made our stay exceptional.

The entire team was exceptionally friendly and attentive - from the servers to the cleaning staff, everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We had a few small issues at check-in, but the manager resolved everything quickly within the first 24 hours, and from then on our stay was absolutely perfect. But the absolute highlight of our experience was Pandiyan at the Serai Pool. He went far beyond what we could have expected – always attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. We had an incredible stay at the Chedi. The design and landscaping at this hotel are timeless and I can see us returning for many years to come. The brunch was excellent value, but in general I would say the F&B prices are very high for the quality. Went for a pool day with a daily pass and loved it! The pool is stunning, with direct beach access. They also have a sauna, steam room, and a fully equipped gym. Everything else is great, just the food could use some improvement. Overall, a really nice spot to relax for the day.

As the founder of UEvents Global, we requested to host a lunch at the beach restaurant for our 120-guest wedding in Oman. We worked closely with Mr. Deepak Sharma and Mr. Mohammad Khaleel from the F&B team, and throughout the entire process we were genuinely amazed by their professionalism, support, service, and warm personalities. They accommodated every request with complete flexibility, and the food and hospitality for the post-wedding brunch were outstanding. My experience with Mr. Deepak, in particular, was exceptional — he is one of the most genuine gentlemen I have met in my 20-year career. This was a true learning lesson for anyone in the service industry: when people care, it shows. We felt genuinely valued and incredibly well taken care of.

Great outside seating with an exceptionally breath taking view on Our lovely country where mountains and seas meet. Food was acceptable, nothing out of the ordinary. Price to food was also abit exaggerated. Service was very slow 40 mins for a sorbet however staff were smiling and doing their best!

The menu took 15 min to come. We placed the order for food and after 1 hr 15 minutes it was still not delivered. On enquiring we found out the order was not communicated to kitchen. But would like to say a heartfelt thanks to Mr Sunil who really cared and tried to make up. Good view, good food, just the service needs ramping up.

The is just amazing make sure to arrive early to get a cliff table. The food is so delicious i would recommend volcano and prawn tempura sushi. For the main course we had black pepper lobster and angus steak rip-eye (medium grilled) the salted caramel desert is a must try it We had ginger mojito and tropical fruit punch for the drinks. Well guys everything was tasty and great the atmosphere the waiters are super friendly and welcoming you also need to make a reservation before going as it is fully booked every single day i really advise you to visit it Well i found the price so worth it for 2 with an amazing view and atmosphere.

The USP of this small restaurant is the magnificent view of the sea. We ordered a mix grill and later a chicken casserole. The items were tasty but bread wasn't as soft as breads provided at similar eateries. Utterly disappointed with the service because of the delay and lack of attentiveness of the staff. When we entered, only the tables near the windows were occupied and yet it took time for them to give us the menu. Even later it felt as though we were ignored on purpose. Prices are high for the quantity.

Visited Twins Turkish Cuisine with high hopes, but sadly, it was quite a letdown. The food didn’t live up to its name — the taste was far from authentic Turkish cuisine, and the overall value didn’t justify the price. Portions were basic, and even the presentation lacked appeal. The only thing we enjoyed was the ambiance, especially being near the sea which gave a relaxing vibe. Unfortunately, the food and service didn’t match the sitting. Not something I would recommend if you’re after a true food experience.

I’m honestly very disappointed. I used to really enjoy the food here — it was on another level and always felt authentic. This time, it just wasn’t the same. I was surprised to find that a Turkish restaurant didn’t have simit or kaymak, and even more surprised that the waiter didn’t know what kaymak was. It’s bad to see how much things have changed from what it used to be.

It is considered the best restaurant I have eaten fish in in Muscat. They respect customers when it comes to fish dishes to the point that they remove the forks from them, and this is a beautiful thing, it tastes very delicious. With Turkish spices. I advise everyone to try the shrimp dish. It is very delicious and the Turkish coffee has an amazing taste. The waiter Musa is a very nice person. Today was my last day as a tourist in Muscat. I think this restaurant will make me come to Muscat more often.

A Lebanese Restaurant with good location in Al mouj, a nice place to bring friends or even tourists who are new here in Muscat and want to try Lebanese cuisine. It has a nice touch of the Arabic ambience. The staff are well knowledgeable with the menu , hospitable and offer excellent service. We have discovered this restaurant when a colleague of my husband invited us for dinner before and we keep coming back after our first dining experience here! The proportion of each dish is good ( can also be good for sharing ). You can park your car in the mall and just walk for about 3 minutes until you reach the restaurant. This restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining.

One of the unique Lebanese restaurants in town serving of a variety of Lebanese delicacies really enjoy the atmosphere. The place is incredible. However, a very tiny little area inside for smoking lovers. Otherwise there is a plenty of space outside however it’s hot during the summer very pleasant during winter times recommend for people into Lebanese food and outdoor lovers

I had a great experience at Zahr El Laymoun in Muscat! The food was delicious, the service was excellent and very fast, and the ambiance made the visit even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the quality of the Shisha – smooth, flavorful, and well-prepared. Everything we ordered hit the spot, except for one item: the Kibbeh b’laban. It didn’t quite meet the same standard as the rest of the meal, lacking the flavor and texture we were expecting. However, that was the only small downside in an otherwise lovely dining experience. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere with Shisha.

Last time ever at this place. Really disappointed with this restaurant. We’ve been here a few times, my husband and I, and you’d think they’d take care of recurring customers, instead they served us food from yesterday ( not fresh), including the potato wedges and the chicken. The Shawarma was something I looked forward to, but it just tasted like too much cinnamon, a wild guess would be to cover up the taste? The strawberry juice I got had an after-taste that ruined it for me. The waiter was polite though. The Lebanese owner thought he could make money without having to make fresh food! The place looks nice, but it’s hard to enjoy with the loud music and smell of hookah 😷

Unfortunately, our experience at this Lebanese restaurant was disappointing. The food did not feel fresh and was below average in both taste and quality. The hummus lacked flavor and tasted like it came from a ready-made mix rather than being freshly prepared. The kebab sandwich was soooo dry in and out and had an odd, unpleasant taste, clearly not fresh. The only dish we tried was the liver, which was flavorful and well-cooked. Overall, the quality of the food does not match the prices offered. It is overpriced for what we received. Definitely not a place I would return to nor recommend.

Princess and Abbas gave us 10/10 service and the food was sensational, absolutely loved it, especially the cute jugs that the drinks were served in.

We had the honor of visiting this restaurant during Ramadan, and they had a special all you can eat Eid-buffet (and the normal menu, too). The food was absolutely fantastic and sooooo delicious! I especially loved the hummus with pine nuts and meat, and the tahini cauliflower is an absolute flavour explosion! Would gladly come again! I loved the food so much that on my last evening, I even ordered takeaway to eat on my flight home!

The atmosphere is amazing, there is outdoor seating but inside is great too. Friendly staff and good tasting burgers, good quality. 2as disappointed with the Passion mango juice has more mango than passion but still tasted great. I took the trump tower, the melted cheese was great and spices were just great however be careful it is for hungry tummies. Recommended but order may take a while even if not busy, but they were serving 5 people in our table.

Really good burgers! Tons of options with really creative names. I had the Glad-he-ate-her pretty normal fair with good sauce. The fries though they were the star of my dinner for sure! Had the Queens Blvd and they were amazing be sure to check out the photo. I will definitely be back the next time I visit.

Well, the place looks funky and well decorated. The food was ok. Not that WoW as I was expecting. Most of the menu is burgers. They have salad, pasta and sweets. The service wasn’t that good. We called the waiter several times but he didn’t respond to us.

Amazing, if you want to try traditional Omani food, in a very pleasant and aesthetic atmosphere, this is your place. The service is good and fast even though the place was very crowded, and the food is something else,, of course you have to try the Shiwa (the traditional Omani dish) the meat was falling off bones, tasted smokey and delicious. The other plate that i couldn’t stop eating was called qasbat hashi i think, which is small camel meet cooked in clay pots, it melts in ur mouth 😍, everything tasted delicious.

Rozna is a very unique restaurant, set in a building styled like an old fort. The food was good and reasonably priced, though service was extremely slow and could be improved. The setting is definitely worth it - you can freely explore the rooms and upstairs, and while it’s a bit dark, that adds to the atmosphere. Overall, still worth visiting for the experience and tasty food.

We went there for both dinner and breakfast. Made the booking via WhatsApp - super easy process. The dinner was delicious, ate in a private room in a beautiful setting. Most people don't come for breakfast - big mistake! We had the Rozna and the Home trays - the Omani breakfast. Would love to come back in the future!

Amazing Omani vibes at Rozna Restaurant! The place was full of locals, and the atmosphere inside was one of the best we’ve seen. The kachori and fried shrimp appetizers were delicious, and the Rozna BBQ, grilled fish, and milk tea were all fantastic. Ended with the Omani halwa, so good! Absolutely stunning decor! Give’s old fort vibes. Omani Shuwa was tasty but the endless amount of meat bones lets it down so much. The chicken biryani was good. We didnt try the camel meat as it was two of us and ordered too much already. Service for us was good (seen bad reviews but not for us). Would definitely recommend a visit when in Muscat! Dont forget to book ahead!

Mainly, the food and atmosphere are great. However, it comes to service customers' needs to inform the waiters when to bring the order to the table (...or you will find that all your orders served to your table before you even have a chance to enjoy your starters...!). The place is usually very busy. You need to be there ahead of time. If not, you are advised to register your name and mobile number (queued register form), and it will be called when your table is ready. Prices are reasonable (a bit above the average - shearing is caring ❤️😉🌹☺️💝. The restaurant is divided into 3 different sections, outside at the shopping centre side, inside where you can enjoy music beats 😉, and outside at the balconies area (not available all the time - only during winter and lovelyday).

This place is very popular for young people. The seating area looks funky with very high and disturbing music. The food is not very special here. The Burger was filled with sauces and it’s tasteless. Yes their dynamite fries was great and it’s recommended. The service was ok and the waiters were very attentive and helpful.

I was excited to eat at B+F Roadside Diner as we went there for dinner, the food was dry and not very delicious. In addition, the service was not great too as they have missed one of our burgers which created confusion for us and the staff themselves.

B+F are providing the best burgers and fries @ Muscat. No one can compete their fries. There’s two branches in Muscat Al Qurum @ Al Mouj.. This Al Qurum branch, the staff are great as usual. It’s located in a mall with convenient parking, Toilets and prayers room. Al Qurum branch is little closed so the only bad thing is the smell little disturbing.

Have been visiting here for many years now i remember the first time was in 2011 and instantly fell in love with the food. Used to love their dynamite fries as they were one of the few places serving them at the time. The last time i visited i ordered the usual dynamite fries which aren't nearly as good as i remember back then. As im eating them i felt a very hard stone like thing in my teeth and it turns out it was a tiny piece of bone. I find another piece and i assume it got into the beef somehow. I call the waiter and explain it to him, the mistake i did was i let him take my plate and a minute later the manager shows up and tells me that the pieces i was claiming to be bones just turned into a powder when he picked them up with his fingers. I was in disbelief i didnt really know how to react i repeated that im sure they were bones and they were rock hard but he just repeated what he said, i just said i wanted to let them know there was a problem with their food but the audacity of the guy to lie to my face was unbelievable. We just paid the bill and left. Also what's with the dim lighting at night? I mean you can't even see your food and visual is a part of the experience of eating food. 0.5/10 would never return.

Serves tasty arabic cuisine. Read the reviews snd thought of trying, was not dissatisfied at all. But as it was dinner they only had rice options no gravy as few other reviews mentioned. They have a decent cutting area and quick sevices.

Like this place, though I am a very occasional non-veg eater. Recipes and tastes are authentic as one would expect in Afghanistan. Many Afghani dishes are influenced by Uzbek style cooking and tastes, and hence, Bukhari (from Bukhara) in its name. Compared to Indian cooking, the taste may be a bit bland as very limited spices are used, but the taste of meat can be very much enjoyed in the dishes here. Note: It's paid parking outside, so don't forget to pay before enjoying the food.

Bait Al Bukhari has some of the best food I’ve had😋crazy good service and such a comfy, chilled ambience. Food was 10/10 and super affordable. Portions are generous and it even comes with complimentary soup, salad, and tea. The rice has so much flavor I could honestly eat it on its own 😂 Highly recommend!!!💯💯

Good food, average ambience, two floor seating (upper floor fine dining). Prices are reasonable and portion size sufficient. We ordered Mix grill nonveg, Namkeen ghost and Bukhari Rice with lamb meat. Namkeen ghost was best. Bukhari Rice flavour was average. But overall this place is highly recommended for non veg lovers.

The Bukhari rice is good for those who don't like spicy food. Mutton tikka is very delicious and flavorful. Chicken al faham is also good.

Tasty, authentic, big portions This restaurant offers various dishes infused by French Polynesia. Everything is very tasty, but I want to highlight Pad Thai and Peri Peri Chicken - they are really cool! Good salads and appetizers, tasty desserts as well. The choice of cocktails is really overwhelming - so many Mai tai cocktail variations you’ve never seen before! They have big cocktail card, all drinks are served in an unusual way. The interior is very atmospheric - it feels like you’re really in French Polynesia. The restaurant has indoor seat and outdoor terrace as well. Staff is friendly and polite. There are live music evenings in the restaurant.

Trader Vic’s never disappoints. Great food, excellent ambience, wonderful drinks, nice vibe. What else can one expect. If you are looking for a good night out, this should be your destination. There was also gluten free option.

My favorite place if I have mood to go and listen to Latin music , as it has an amazing live band, that I always enjoy. Amazing service , very friendly supervisor , Mr. Abdul always very welcoming and nice, my favorite is Lili,who always provides the best service and make me feel special. This time we were served by Abdul Lateef who was also really attentive. Overall love this place , atmosphere and amazing coctails

We went in on Friday night and the place was packed. Went back again on Saturday night and it was quite empty but with amazing live music. The drink in the picture was incredible and super strong.

Tradervic’s muscat exceeded my expectations. The ambience was elegant furniture looked old. The service staff was attentive. I ordered Salmon & Pad Thai both of which were cooked to perfection , flavorful and good presentation. Thanks to chefs and entire team for a tip-notch dining experience. Highly recommend.

The place is nice on the lobby of the crawn plaza hostel. The staff very friendly and helpful i had one of my best lunch here on oman i love their starter bread and their pizza with their generosity of mozzarella's cheese on the pizza i asked them to add chicken to the panne with mix souse it was so delicious i recommend to give it a try if you are in the hotel. The food and service is pretty good! It's an upscale place, so the servings are small for the prices but the food is quite good. You do get some free bread and olive oil/vinegar which is nice. The Asparagus Cappichino is VERY good. Salty and creamy and full of veggie flavor, I highly recommend that! I also got their special, veal shoulder and polenta with mushroom sauce. It was good. Solid meat portion but could have used more veggies or polenta. The flavor was good but reminded me of my homemade pot roast, comforting but not very memorable. You can pay with a credit card or charge it to your room. The waiter was of course very nice and friendly. The food came fairly quickly too!

If you’re ready to spend upwards of 50 rials on a dinner then this is the spot for you. Come Prima in Crowne plaza was truly a journey from high to low. We started with the pan seared scallops which were heavenly, the texture was tender and perfectly buttery. The accompanying sauce was superb, the subtle taste of truffles elevated the dish to the next level. However, things began to go down hill from there, we ordered 3 main courses. Lobster tagliatelle, a seafood risotto and a lamb chops dish. In the case of the lobster tagliatelle the pasta was way too al dente, the sauce was all right nothing special and the lobster was too chewy (I suspect it’s not even fresh). The risotto was cooked well, the overall taste was tasty and the seafood to rice ratio was perfected. Finally, some of the lamb chops were cooked well done although we asked for medium. The taste was pretty good in general. The potato that came with the lamb was too hard for my liking. As a whole, the three main courses we ordered were all pretty average nothing to rave about which was disappointing since the prices were astronomical. Finally, we ended on a low note with an atrocious dessert dish. The chocolate praline were literally frozen cold we couldn’t even eat them. We waited for a while for them to be less frozen (enough to be able to eat them) just for it to taste old and bland. When we complained about how frozen it is the staff tried to gaslight us at first saying it’s supposed to be like that! However they agreed after to remove it from the bill since we barely ate any of it. Even with that the bill came out to an astonishing 64 rials for just 3 people! The staff were friendly and the service was good. 3/5

Proffesional staff! About the ambience i was expecting something more similar to the Italian restaurant ! Food was average 5/10 . A bit disaponted with the starters ! Its fine !

Whenever it comes to having dinner on a cliff with an ocean view come prima is thee choice. Variety of dishes to start with as starters as well serving soup. Then comes the stone oven pizza as well they do serve pasta main course and grills. We started with carpaccio and firtti calamari. The carpaccio was so tasty and authentic calamari’s can be better. The pasta and pizza were magnificent mouthwatering tasty and delicious. The chocolate fondant was great as well The portions of dishes are decent as we were 5 and shared all the dishes and left with a full stomach. Atmosphere ambiance and place was amazing quite with soft music you may have both indoor out door sitting. The service was 7/10 due to some reasons i did not like they was some dishes were served and it was the waitress mistake. Regards and thanks

Great grilled chicken burger with doner on top of the chicken patty 🍔 They offer a children happy meal with fries & juice to go with nuggets or a chicken burger 🍔 Good quick bite at the mall and prices are reasonable 🍟 There is a range of grilled beef & chicken on the menu and also beef & chicken shawarma! So choices are not limited & for the most part much healthier than other places at the food court in Grand Mall Happy eating 🥣

Yeah won’t be preserving from here again. Ordered the meat donar with the 700 baiza option for extra meat. When it arrived I was shocked to see it looking like chappati and nothing like the picture. At 4.7 rials I won’t be ordering anything from that place again. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Lovely fast food Kebabs at Muscat Grand mall food court, I tried classic Donar chicken and it was tasty. Regular was good enough for one person. Reasonable cost and tasty food.

Ridiculously priced fast food pizza that dares to call itself 'authentic'. Horrible pizza base, cheap toppings, the size is very small. Dynamite shrimps is a joke: frozen small shrimps in a spicy store bought sauce and rotten lettuce base. We tried chocolate and de luche cheesecakes, they both were at least 1 week old, chewy and rubber like. I never rated a restaurant 1 star, but Lino's doesn't deserve even 1 star.

Linos Coffee, Great Local All Rounder, Best in Qurum. Linos Coffee is nicely located in the new part of Qurum, alongside many other restaurants and cafes, brightly lit up from the outside and easily identifiable. The place is based on an italian theme with a chillout style of layout for individuals to larger groups to enjoy a coffee, snack together. From the outside Linos is located in Qurum next to the PDO, at the 2nd traffic lights from the Qurum roundabout, do a u turn and come back on yourself, at this point you will see Linos Coffee on the right hand side in between Dominos pizza and Chez Sushi. Linos also has outside seating to enjoy people watching. Menu The menu is pretty diverse and gives a good range of appetizers to meal options,including a good selection of deserts. A range of sandwiches, croissants, wraps, salads, pizza to choose from. Prices They are pretty competitive for the area and have an additional 25% discount on take away which no one else does in the area. Food We really enjoyed snacking during lunch, and had a small variety to try the menu, a sandwich, a croissant, and a wrap all of which were pretty tasty Drinks We also enjoyed the vast variety of drinks, with lots of options of choosing exactly how you want your drink, strong, weak, hot, cold, frothy, milky and more. I personally like the double espresso strong. Customer Service Staff are really friendly and customer service orientated therefore make you feel welcome when you pop in for something. A mixed bunch of internationals with a great sense of humour. Recommendations Go and see for yourself and enjoy some local hospitality, probably the best coffee house in Qurum so far. The family friendly Qurum McDonalds reminiscent of the 90s vibe and a great place for late night hang outs. Please dont change the interior. Keep this place as it is... the last remaining link to the old comfy vibes.

The branch at Qurum is never over crowded. The service is really good and the staff friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the self-serving kiosks when payment is made on the card machine but system shows an error,but the staff always sorted things out.

I come here every now and then since I work here. I enjoy the food and the drinks but mostly, the exceptional customer service. I love the staff here, they're all so sweet especially Ms. Dilini. She always goes an extra mile to help us with our orders. She suggested trying out a coffee today and it was really refreshing. Amazing service. I decided to write this review because of the best breakfast experience I had today morning all thanks to her!

The amount of food is small but delicious. From inside the restaurant, you can use the digital menu and personalize your order. At the end of the order, you can choose a game for girls or boys in the hm package, which is free of charge. There is also a check-out service where you can place your order easily if you are driving.

The staff was great, atmosphere and vibe could have been better. The burgers were good although the soft drinks were not as fizzy as they should be.

Spacious and customer friendly, staff also really good. Its been a while have tasted McDonald's. Always meeting the same taste . Theres is play area for kids aswell. Not too crowded, has a peaceful meal and happy meal .

Nothing Special . Just an ordinary average Domino's outlet. We can find parking somewhere around. Taste of Pizza is average. We have tried different pizza from Domino's. Margherita is not as expected. But overall its Good. Prices are standard . Dine in is available as well .

There is absolutely no complains about the service from me...literally made me 2 large pizzas in 10 minutes...it dint taste so good...but the best thing I'll never forget is that few days later they called & said they'll remake the pizza for me for free as an apology and now 7 sins are forgiven for them...I can now fully recommend you domino's as even if its bad they'll make sure to make it up to you...

The delivery is very poor, My room was 3 kms away from it, still it took 1hr to deliver pizza. Hope they will improve.

One of the worst Domino's outlet I have ever visited. Attitude of the people over there is like that they don't want to work over there. After ordering pizza I was asked to wait for 15 Mins, I waited on seat just in front of the counter. Even after waiting for 25 Mins my pizza was not ready I went to the counter and enquire about it. For my suprise the guy at the counter told it was ready for long time, and showed me a gestur like making fun of me. All the staff inside was busy fighting and shouting with each other rather that giving attention to customer. The pizza I got was cold by the time I consumed. And quantity of cheese was very less.

Good place to eat if you are an American-type-pizza lover.
