First Watch is a popular cafe chain known for its health-conscious breakfast, brunch, and lunch options. The menu features a variety of tasty dishes such as omelets, salads, soups, egg sandwiches, tacos, Belgian waffles, and avocado toast. With a brunch menu available seven days a week, First Watch caters to the health-conscious crowd with offerings like whole wheat avocado toast and A.M. superfood bowl made with coconut milk chia seed pudding.
This a a good breakfast/brunch chain, and I appreciate how they make seasonal menus. We went for their fall menu- which is available for a very limited time- and everything was pretty good. We got their pumpkin donut bites that come with a super tasty caramel sauce, their fall hash bowl (which I would advocate to stay on the menu all year round), pumpkin pancakes, and their croissant breakfast sandwich (talk about big back smacking good) 😋 We added chocolate chips to the pancakes which I felt took away from the pumpkin flavor but overall still not mad at it!

Arrived Saturday morning around 830a and we’re seated right away. It took a few minutes for our server to greet us, as they seemed to be a little understaffed, but she was very friendly. We ordered eggs, sandwiches, and pancakes, which took an extra long time. Our server even gave us a gift card to make up for the wait. When the food arrived, it was hot and fresh, and everything tasted delicious. Not sure of our server’s name but our bill said Krishna - she was excellent. The food was very good, and even though the kitchen was slow, we would definitely come back.
Shannon J — Google review
This is a great breakfast/ brunch/ lunch spot! The food is excellent and comes out in a very timely manner. The service is impeccable. And the atmosphere is quaint and cozy. Make sure to order the Million Dollar Bacon. It's fantastic!
Phyl G — Google review
Great brunch choice! The Million Dollar Bacon is especially flavorful and the Floridian French Toast is a perfect blend of fruit and bread. Paired with sugar free syrup it felt like a good guilt-free breakfast option the waitress was a little inattentive it maybe just had her hands full and it took more than one to properly care for my table but other than that the food and service went great with the atmosphere.
Michael R — Google review
The food and service we experienced here were top notch! Our server, Leslie, was absolutely amazing. During our conversation with her we mentioned we had recently gotten engaged, and she surprised us after our meal with some muffins to-go with cute notes and stickers on the boxes! My fiancé got the tri-athlete omelette which he enjoyed, and I got the seasonal croissant breakfast sandwich (pictured below) which Leslie had recommended. It was absolutely delicious! This was one of our highlights in visiting Murfreesboro, and highly recommend coming here to eat!
Andreia N — Google review
I love first watch, but this particular location not so much. Returned food within 5 minutes due to hair. Was told I couldn’t receive cash because I paid by card. I guess this is their policy, but disappointed there was no sincere effort to make the situation right or offer any goodwill. I won’t be returning.
Averi S — Google review
WOW!!! What a neat breakfast experience! We happened to walk by and checked out First Watch to see what it was about. Fantastic menu for breakfast and lunch. Solid quality rating for food, service and atmosphere. Nothing left on our plates and we are looking forward to coming back and trying other items on the menu. We so glad we found this hot spot in Murfreesboro.
Gary B — Google review
The fresh fruit was not fresh at all. For the price of $16 I was hoping for good fruit. I understand if the strawberries and grapes get bad quickly, they could have substituted with extra pineapples or something.

What an awesome lil coffee shop! They had lots of yummy, healthy, food options. The coffee, atmosphere, and staff was all awesome! It's also in a little outdoor shopping plaza with some cool fountains. Definitely glad we chose this coffee shop to stop at on our way home to Ohio! Thank you for a great experience!
Cassie — Google review
My wife and I (75) are admittedly coffee snobs. As we travel I google “coffee shops”. I did that for Murfreesboro and Just Love Coffee Cafe was one among several that appeared. We were glad we chose Just Love Coffee! The coffee was outstanding, the food was excellent, and the people were friendly and amazing.
Steve A — Google review
Coffee is always good, food is great. The waffle is unique and good on everything. Service is inconsistent, waited 15 minutes for a cold brew and cappuccino this morning during a slow period and this has happened before.
Elijah K — Google review
Just Love Coffee Cafe is such a great spot! I grabbed a bite to eat, enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee, and was able to get some work done in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. The vibe is friendly, and the space is perfect for both chilling out or staying productive. Definitely coming back!
Aleshia W — Google review
There is a wonderful smell of baked apple pie in here! They have a treat called Apple pie bites, which is a cinnamon roll with chopped green apples, so I'm sure that's where the smell comes from. I had an iced tea and worked remotely, and the place had quite a bit of seating and it was comfortable, with the music being quiet enough that I could concentrate. When I was finished, I walked outside and found all kinds of outdoor seating, in shade and sun, and some quite hidden. There are even some tables next to a large stand of hydrangea! It was a gorgeous day and looked like a very pleasant place to sit, listen to the music played overhead, and relax. There were other little shops to explore, and it looks like three stages and a large geodesic dome in the back near a field that was large enough to hold a soccer match. What a lovely place to visit for morning coffee outside!

Nice coffee shop. Great atmosphere and delicious food
Mohammed A — Google review
I was grateful they had a gluten free waffle, but it was more like a dense cake. I don't think the "maple syrup" was actually maple syrup and I felt very sick after eating it ( I don't eat corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, or sugar) The strawberries were my favorite part as I was really wanting fresh fruit. Avocado was a good helper for the powdered eggs. Bacon is good.
Jennifer T — Google review
The whit chocolate frappe was the best!! I totally appreciate my birthday gift. My breakfast of bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel was good and of course the side of hashbrowns was good. Very unique appearance of my food-waffle iron. ❤️ And the atmosphere here is so cozy.

Loved our waitress, Jaylah! She gave us awesome service and hospitality! The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing too. This Cracker Barrel exceeded my expectations. The store is great as well. They had these cute salt and pepper shakers for just $0.99 a piece! Their prices are hit or miss though. (Mostly hit) The decorations are nice. They add to the experience.
Bailey C — Google review
Cracker barrel has always been Luke warm for me but I have to say I like this one.We had both a breakfast and a dinner at this location. The food was hot, cooked right and good portions for price point. We were sat quickly and greeted quickly here. The servers checked on us often. Wife still loves the store.
Christopher S — Google review
Good service and food came out super quick. Presentation is great except nothing was hot. Cold eggs and pancakes are extremely disappointing 😞.
Marlena M — Google review
My order was a family meal for carry out that I was taking to a relative who had surgery a few days ago. The order was perfect! It was ready within a few minute ms of my arrival, still piping hot. My niece and her husband thoroughly enjoyed it! Great job, CB!
Bonnie — Google review
Large portions and food was great. Service from Jacaline was over the top with repeated stops to see if we needed anything. Only draw back is your stacked in like cordwood with minimal room from one table to the next reference the back of the chairs along the windows. Would have given 5 ⭐️ but seating was an issue between our table and the next…but doable I guess…more seating more money is not always a good thing.
TomnTN100 — Google review
What happened to Cracker Barrel ? The menu I was given needed to be trashed, because it was ripped. The service we had was an 8 out of 10, but the food was not up to standard. The lemonade had so much pulp in it I couldn't drink it, the meatloaf tasted reheated, the ketchup glaze was burned on so much it was non existent. The food at Cracker used to be good now it tastes cheap. While dining it was two young men that came in for interviews one of them had on a wrinkled T shirt and khaki pants and the other had on house slippers, basketball shorts, and a t- shirt if these are the people you hire it shows your standards.
Frank — Google review
Excellent customer service. We went during rush hour and the wait wasn’t long at all. The waiter was on point! The food came out hot, fresh and ready! I love this place!
Rose P — Google review
We had the worst experience at a cracker barrel we have ever had last night at this location. Our little server did the best she could and we were happy with her. However, it took forever to get our food. The bread they brought us to eat was burnt. Some of our meals were burnt. There weren't that many people in the restaurant so there's no reason it should have taken this long. First, they seated us at a table beside a door where employees were going in and out frequently to deliver to go meals. Every time the door opened we were blinded by the sunlight! No one should ever be sat at that table! We did ask to be moved And they accommodated us.. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration for my 85-year-old mother so we were very disappointed.

Metro Diner is a local chain that offers classic American breakfast and lunch dishes in a cozy setting. The diner also provides Thanksgiving take-home meals featuring baked ham, roasted turkey, and various sides. One of their standout dishes is the chicken and waffles, which features half a fried chicken, deep Belgian waffles, strawberry butter, hot sauce, and maple syrup. Customers can enjoy this delicious meal either at the diner or as a takeaway option.
Food is really good. Potin is really good. I haven't had it with fried cheese curds before. The fish and chips were good. The fish did have the "fish" odor which really turns me off. Ceaser salad had a lot of dressing on it. The fruit cup was good and my husband had the breakfast burger. Overall, really good. Very busy for a Friday at 10:30 am.
Kim P — Google review
Came in with the whole family — my mom, her dad, my sisters, nieces, nephews, and my son. Great atmosphere and family-friendly vibes. Most of the food around the table was a hit — chicken & waffles, cinnamon toast croissant, Caesar salad, fish & chips, and the Asian-style chicken bowl all got big thumbs up. Unfortunately, my salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes was overcooked and lacked sauce, so it wasn’t my favorite. That being said, everyone else enjoyed their meals and left satisfied. Service was good and we still had a great time together.
Tay T — Google review
I had a wonderful experience with my teenagers here. Excellent breakfast with a caramel latte that was delicious. Our waitress was inviting making sure to lightly chat and advise on what is a crowd fav. We all were stuffed for less then $50. A win for all of us
Shanetra H — Google review
Second time in Metro Diner and just as good the second time around. But for the first time in my life, I got the Chicken and Waffles. The waffles came with Strawberry butter. That’s right. I said STRAWBERRY BUTTER. Amazing. The chicken was made to perfection and with the spicy syrup (by request) it gave it an added something special. My wife got the Cinnamon Roll pancakes. She said they were absolutely amazing. Metro Diner did not disappoint. And, yes, there will be a third trip in the future. By the way, great coffee. ☕️

Kat was a sweet, nice, and helpful server. She made us feel great and was very attentive. The mimosa flights were awesome!

The date we ate at Metro Diner 9/8/2025. My husband 's Shrimp and Grits were Awesome. My Western Omelet not so much. I never had Western Omelet that vegetables weren't saute but raw. Not a good taste. The Grits and biscuits were Great. Our server Kat was fantastic, funny, attentive and all around great. It's good to me a server that is People friendly and seems to enjoy their job. Big Ten for Kat. BIG TEN FOR KAT. 😀🙏🏾

I absolutely was impressed by the food here. I got the Chix and Waffle 🐔 🧇 and the waffle was cooked just right, light, and airy. The chicken is flavorful and crisp. I even got the tots as well, and they were cooked perfectly. I give Maple 🍁 Street some credit at this location, definitely. I will be back tomorrow. 🤗 😋
Mr. B — Google review
My first time dining at any MSBC and I think I picked the wrong location. The cashier's were more interactive than the servers and the biscuits and gravy was okay but lackluster, I absolutely love the Mushroom Gravy though and they did have some of the best Grits I've ever tasted. Thick, not clumpy and unflavored. Exactly how grits were meant to be. Other than that the place was clean and it's cool that they serve Moonshine but I wouldn't run back here anytime soon.
Michael R — Google review
My husband and I stopped here on a whim. Their biscuit sandwiches are DELICIOUS! I had the squawking goat and could not have been happier. The crispy goat cheese gave it such a great crunch, and the pepper jam was fantastic. My husband had the sausage gravy, which was delectable and not too spicy. Staff was upbeat and friendly. Would definitely go back. Although we didn't get one, they had really delicious looking coffee drinks and mimosas. Maybe next time!
Lisa W — Google review
Clean little place, homemade biscuits, coffee bar, fresh food that taste great! First time there, will return plenty of options not bad pricing.
Jus — Google review
A great fast casual breakfast and lunch spot. Service was friendly and fast. I had a “power bowl” which is one of their healthier options. My husband had the biscuits, gravy and friend chicken with a fried egg on top—needless to say it was awesome.
Beatrice L — Google review
I had the biscuit burger and my daughter had the avocado biscuit! It was so good. The biscuits were fresh and so good. All of the food was good. The burger had a special sauce that made it taste so good. It was topped with bacon and cheese and a hash brown it was so good. If you live in Murfreesboro you have to try this place

Friendly from the moment I first walked in! Never been but asked what they would recommend and they told me “the Five and Dime”. It was phenomenal and filling!!! I will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Mimi's Cafe is a charming casual chain restaurant that beautifully blends French and American culinary staples within a rustic-inspired ambiance. Upon entering, guests are greeted by friendly staff who create an inviting atmosphere perfect for brunch or any meal of the day. The extensive menu offers something for everyone, reminiscent of classic diner fare while maintaining a cozy cafe vibe. During my first visit to Mimi's Cafe, I was eager to try their renowned dishes and was met with both delightful surprises and minor disappointments.
The waitress were so nice did not mind talking to you. Floor is carpet but it is so clean in there. Food was delicious. If you go drink the blackberry I think fruit tea. It's not to sweet and it's just good.

Best Eggs Benedict we've had in a long time. I had Crab Cake Benedict, and my wife had Short Rib Benedict. Eggs and Hollandaise were perfect on both - so good!

Went on Saturday for brunch. Endless mimosas just saying. I had a breakfast burrito, my wife had pasta that had shrimp, blue crab meat and sausage. We both enjoyed our meals. And drank two pictures of mimosas. The ambience was really good we sat a bar table. A really good experience.

Mimi’s set aside an area for our after-wedding breakfast. A few more people than expected showed up, and the staff could not have been nicer. John figured out how to seat our family and friends close together, and Olivia served everyone SO capably, calmly and kindly. The food was delicious, too. Many thanks to all of you—look forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful experience for brunch! Our food was delicious, fresh, and our server Maddy was the absolute best! We ordered the two-egg platter, breakfast burrito, and French toast. This is one of our favorite places to visit for breakfast or brunch. The lunch menu is also really good. We will always come back!
Jamie W — Google review
Okay, so this was our first visit here. We’ve heard great things and were not disappointed. The spinach artichoke dip is hands down the BEST I’ve ever had. It was so creamy and flavorful I could’ve eaten it all. I even ate the artichoke bits, something I don’t usually do. Mallory took great care of us, from giving space to peruse the menu to offering popular suggestions to keeping our drinks filled. We wanted for nothing but she also wasn’t all over us - a nice balance. Husband got the smoked salmon omelet and I ordered the turkey basil ciabatta. I couldn’t eat it all because I so filled up on spin sip and bread but I’m excited for tomorrow’s lunch! Oh and that blueberry muffin!!! It arrived steamy warm and between the two of us lasted a whole two minutes. I have a feeling this is one of those places where you win no matter what you order, and I can’t wait to prove myself right. We will surely be back.
Amy — Google review
I really love the decor and atmosphere at this restaurant. The service is hit or miss. Our waitress today had an attitude because we wanted to sit outside. My steak was overcooked but still tasty. The muffins are delicious. Overall, a relaxing place to eat breakfast and a nice outdoor dining area. Steak and eggs are about $30, so not the cheapest breakfast spot.

Traditional American restaurant
City Cafe is a historic restaurant that has been in business since 1900, making it the oldest eatery in Tennessee. It is known for its American comfort food and homemade desserts, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The menu features a variety of dishes, including omelets, salads, burgers, and cobblers. Families can enjoy classic favorites like PB & J sandwiches or grilled cheese for kids at an affordable price.
Felt like I was eating in the diner on main Street in Andy Griffith. Breakfast was absolutely amazing from the grits to the sausage and bacon everything was good to the last bite.I think they even serve filtered cold water. This will definitely be one of my go to favorites for breakfast now on.
Chris H — Google review
First time visiting and eating at City Cafe was a little disappointing. I got the breakfast place with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and grits. The scrambled eggs are why my rating is a 3, from just looking at them they looked slimy and unappetizing. Upon eating them, they tasted like they were coated in some type of food oil or butter (my family loves butter, but this was terrible). The only way to eat the eggs was with a biscuit and sausage in the same bite. I did not finish the eggs, I’m just not sure what happened there. Everything else was ok, the grits were bland and and the biscuits looked like the same kind you get at the store but definitely not 5 stars.
Ruth G — Google review
What a find! We were so thrilled to find this yummy Cafe. I had the roast beef and loaded potatoes. The roast beef melted in my mouth. It had to be the best I've ever had and that is high praise. My husband had the fish and fries. He said it was tender and expertly cooked. We shared the cinnamon roll. It was delicious. Yummy, yummy, yummy. Stacey was an excellent server and took great care of us. It's worth the trip.
Kim S — Google review
I was quite disappointed about this place. I walked in, and it was so charming and nostalgic. However, when I was finally seated, which the place was busy, I understood, but after my order was taken, I was pretty much left alone. My food and coffee were delivered and i was never checked on again. Never given a coffee refill, never "How is everything?". When I checked out at the register, the gal who waited on me, THEN asked how everything was. I said I was disappointed about the visit and explained why. All she said was, "Oh, sorry" nonchalantly. The omelet was nothing special, but the biscuits were scrumptious. Not sure if I will give it another chance or not. Apparently, it must have been just me, as the place continued to be quite busy. So, maybe I didn't mean much as a customer (I was by myself) because they have others. :(
Kelly H — Google review
We went two days in a row. First time just for peach cobbler and the next morning for breakfast. I was a little disappointed that the food didn't seem very homemade, maybe frozen biscuits? But all in all it's charming and decent.
Elizabeth V — Google review
This old school traditional country breakfast and lunch restaurant has been here since 1900. That says a lot. If you come in the mornings you will frequently see one on one business meetings and groups of people who have met here on the same day at the same table for years. It's clean and the service is good. I have no doubt it will be here for years to come.
Doug A — Google review
City Café is the oldest restaurant in Tennessee still in operation and has seen 14 owners over its 120 year history. This place serves a serious “fill you up” breakfast and I took advantage of the Bacon & 2 Eggs over medium, Toast, Sausage Gravy & Home fries. My granddaughter went with the HUGE plate hiding single pancake with chocolate chips, and the little one went with a plain old biscuit. Everything was delicious…service was great…and you can’t beat the price for the amount of food served.

Now open for Dinner and yes we'll worth the visit, homestyle cooking at it's finest, hot fresh made to order and great tasting. Service was attentive and gracious. Took the whole family and everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Country Fried Steak added Mushrooms, Turnip Greens with Mashed and a fresh roll.

With an inviting atmosphere complemented by free Wi-Fi, it's the perfect spot to grab your meal and enjoy some time outdoors on their charming patio.
Really, really good food today! It's chilly outside, so it was a perfect day for a Bread Bowl 🥣

I had a few minutes so I went in for a quick bite. I used the kiosk and ordered. A cup of mac and cheese and a half turkey sandwich. Both were good but I only wish the mac and cheese was hot instead of barely warm. It was 23° and I wanted some comfort food! Besides that, everything was fine.

Wonderful service all around. Very well stocked. I will be frequenting this location as the one closest to my house is not good. This location is well stocked and very helpful employees.

I’ve been here twice in the last 3 weeks and ordered the same thing (a chipotle chicken, egg, & avocado on ciabatta). It’s barely warm and missing ingredient's. Where is the egg? Where is the chicken? Why does it look like cat food? Whats the point in spending money at these places anymore? Ordered at 7am there was no rush.

Dear Panera Team, I would like to share my frustration regarding my order today. I received a text message stating that my order was ready, but when I arrived it was not. This caused unnecessary waiting, and I don’t understand why I was notified before it was actually prepared. When I finally picked up the order and reviewed it, I noticed that one of the sandwiches was missing. If I hadn’t checked before leaving, I would have arrived home with nothing for one of my sons. I then had to wait again while the missing sandwich was made. By the time we finally got home, the soups were cold, and the entire family was disappointed. Additionally, one of the side items I received was a broken slice of bread tossed into the bag. There were no napkins or spoons included, which made the experience even worse. The presentation and service were far below what I expect from Panera. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I left feeling frustrated and unhappy. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that customers receive accurate notifications, complete orders, and properly packed food in the future.

We were in a pinch after I got off of work and HAD to run and grab my medicine. When I’m sick Panera is always my go to. We arrived at 8:57 and the store was closing at 9 I was so worried the staff would be ill after a long day or already have everything put up. But not this team ! The cashier Nikki was super sweet and assured us it was no issue. Everyone that walked pasted us said they hoped we have a great night and smiled. They were quick with our order and we were on our way. Thank you all!

This place is usually dirty and not inviting. They cleaned two in frequently so there’s always food all over the floors debris. The tables are not cleaned on a regular basis. Bathroom is disgusting. The coffee is really bad. It never tastes right somebody should learn how to make coffee properly. It’s nasty at this location. I’ve been to other locations. It’s much better but it’s gross here overall, this is not a good place to come.

This Panera is so much better than the one on Memorial Blv. The morning crew are awesome. Took some star power because the weekend crew are not as good. They do have random people coming in the side door filling big gulp cups.. makes the paying customers feel some kinda way.

IHOP, a beloved chain known for its extensive selection of pancakes and classic American breakfast dishes, offers a delightful dining experience that keeps patrons coming back for more. During my recent visit to the IHOP in Murfreesboro, I was greeted by an incredibly warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Although there was a small hiccup with my order—receiving over-easy eggs instead of scrambled—the attentive service ensured that this minor issue didn't detract from the overall enjoyment.
Absolutely wonderful. If you want good service and great food go see Edward. He works Wednesday thru Sunday after 5pm. He will treat you right. The crapes were amazing. Moe is an amazing manager say hi while your there.

This was our first time at this location and this Ihop was amazing. First our wait time was only a few minutes, no longer wait. Then there was no long wait for our food. Our waiter was so helpful and patient with us. Then someone paid for our meal, I will forever be grateful for them. Thank you IHOP for this wonderful experience.

Absolutely will never go back. The only good thing was our waitress Teresa. Bacon terrible. Pancakes terrible. Hash browns greasy and terrible. Biscuit terrible. Coffee , you guessed it terrible. I’m not sure how this place stays open if it’s always like this. And considering what the prices have gone up to don’t waste your money. Pictures is what I didn’t eat , which is my whole meal.

Food was awesome, that's about it. Host completely skipped my wife several times, not people being paged either completely skipped her in line. Thankfully Karol on to gos helped us get a table. Then the host had a complete attitude issue with her fellow coworkers and customers. It was mother's day so I understand it's stressful and busy but was still unprofessional. The table was hardly wiped off, underneath was not swept prior to us or hardly at all and felt incredibly greasy, it marked up my shoes pretty good. Waited almost 5 minutes or more just to be greeted by our server, and she was clearly disinterested in helping us. Orange juice was warm and tasted horribly acidic, you could taste the lack of cleaning in whatever container it's kept in definitely don't get the OJ Server didn't pick up dishes as they emptied and never came around to give any refills. We could see the server (who only had 2 tables) leaning and talking while our cups were empty. Even the manager wasn't greeting customers or checking on tables, he was just leaning and chatting. You could tell most of the issues problems come from the top down. We've worked in restaurants majority of our adult life and it was clear there was a lack of concern or care. They seemed to just want to get through rush, even on a day where it should be expected to be busy (mother's day) Probably won't be returing
Anthony O — Google review
Pushy help with a bit of an attitude after letting us in to eat 20 minutes before closing. I get it they wanted to clock out and go home, but we got there within the time that they said they close. If IHOP wants to quit serving at 10:40, they should put a sign up, or close the doors early. Making someone feel like a burden for coming to your restaurant isn't a good look. Food quality was decent. Atmosphere is like most IHOP restaurants, boring, nothing to talk about. The place was clean overall, and the kitchen staff prepared everything quickly.
Jamie E — Google review
We had a great experience at this location. Our waitress Teresa was great, and seemed to be a favorite of all the tables around us. What made today great was that they made the Cheeseburger Omelette that hasn’t been on the menu in a long time. Usually when we ask we are told no, but they made it today and it was great.
Amy L — Google review
The lids on the coffee makers they use to serve coffee to customers are not clean/washed. I told the person who took our order and she wasn’t professional because she didn't remove it from the table or change it. I had to move it by myself to different table because it was disgusting to eat in from of something dirty. I have pictures of it. I do not recommend this place, especially if you have children. If you get sick, contact the health department of your city or county of Murfreesboro, TN to remove their food service license.

Mom and I popped in for breakfast this morning. The service was so friendly! They were happy to make any food modifications for us. The wait time was well worth the food. The food was prepared in the open and was fresh. The cafe was small and quaint we had a lovely time sitting and chatting. Added to our favorites list. Mom is already planning her (our) next visit. Highly recommended!

We love All American Cafe!! We’ve been coming here for years for their breakfast sandwiches and burgers. Today we tried their grilled donut sandwich as a birthday treat. It was delicious! The caramelization on the donut gave the sandwich a little brûlée like crunch. Don’t skip the hash browns. We always get an order for the table.

The food is absolutely amazing. They cook fresh right in front of you. One of the best cheeseburgers I’ve had in a long time. I also got a grilled doughnut. It was so delicious. When I’m on this side of town, I always like to stop by and have lunch when I can. Hundred percent recommend. The owners are very nice people.

Good place, friendly and fast service. The burger was HUGE, tasted good and fries were very crispy the way I like them.

We tried this place, wanting to find a new place. I was especially looking for a new place that has a good Philly. We ordered: Philly cheesesteak + fries Corned Beef Hash + Donut Hot dog The Philly was decent. My wife said the corned beef hash was good. The hot dog was HUGE! We got it for our child, and it was too big for her to finish! This is not your ordinary hot dog! I've been told the burgers here are very good, so we will probably go back so I can try one. The service was good, and the staff was very friendly!!! (Editing to add picture of the burger I got on a different trip to this restaurant!)

Showed up again this morning and enjoyed another great meal. Made to order hot and fresh. Owners are nice folks This is a very interesting place. First, the food. It was very good. I had the corn beef hash which I am personally a big fan of and it did not disappoint. The food in general reminds me very much of a classic old school all-American diner. Fresh made to order ingredients cooked in the open and very fresh. It is not pretentious or fancy in any way and definitely not trying to be. Just exactly as advertised. I will be back based on the food alone. The décor and atmosphere are a little different. A clown on the wall and kind of a circus meets old school diner meets hole the wall feel. Slightly run down but felt clean. Nice owners. I'll be back

Diner
Waffle House is a beloved American diner chain known for its all-day breakfast and signature waffles, making it a go-to spot for comfort food enthusiasts. During my recent brunch visit to the Waffle House in Murfreesboro, I experienced a mix of highs and lows. While my meal was generally cooked to my liking, there was a small hiccup with my order—cheese ended up on the hashbrowns instead of the eggs.
Well now, let me tell you, this Waffle House in Murfreesboro, TN, is the finest I’ve ever laid my taste buds upon. It’s open 24 hours a day, which means no matter if you’re awake at the crack of dawn or up in the middle of the night, starved from a long journey or just in need of a good meal, this place will be there, ready to serve. And when you step inside, it’s more than just a meal—it’s a chance to share a moment with people on their own journeys, each with their own story, each sitting at their own booth, their own corner, reflecting on the road they’ve traveled. Some of them are quiet, lost in thought, while others laugh and chat like old friends. You can tell they’ve each got something to say, something to remember, or maybe something they just need to forget for a little while. And the employees? Well, they’re a special bunch. Every one of them, with their warm smiles and steady hands, seem to have their own quiet mission. It’s not about just serving food; it’s about making you feel seen, heard, and cared for in a world that’s moving too fast. They’ve got a way of making the simplest meal feel like a gift, and no matter how busy the place gets, you can always count on them to serve you with patience and kindness, like they’ve been doing this their whole lives. They don’t rush, they don’t fuss—they just serve with pride, knowing that in this little spot, they’re making a difference. Now, the food. Oh, the food. Those waffles—golden and crisp, with just the right sweetness—are as good as anything you’ll find anywhere. Eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and coffee that’s strong enough to kick-start your soul. And don’t forget the chili, rich and hearty, or the BLT sandwiches, simple yet comforting, just like a good home-cooked meal. But it’s not just the food that makes this place great. It’s the people. Every customer, every server, every cook—they’re all part of something bigger. This Waffle House in Murfreesboro isn’t just about filling your stomach; it’s about sharing a moment in time, about slowing down and appreciating the simple things, and about knowing that no matter what hour of the day it is, this place will be there, offering comfort and warmth to anyone who needs it. So, if you find yourself in Murfreesboro, TN, don’t go looking for some fancy restaurant. Head straight to this Waffle House. It’s the best I’ve ever had, and I reckon it’s because it’s more than just food—it’s a part of the story we’re all telling, one meal at a time.

Delicious waffles and eggs! Grits were tasty, and nice crispy bacon. Ducky was an excellent waitress, very chatty and helpful for making decisions. Great all-round experience!

The food & service are always great but management seems to be an issue. The last time I was in there a manager named Amy was yelling at the staff in front of customers. As somebody who is in management that should never happen. The staff does great & the food is always out fast & taste amazing

My first waffle house I've ever been to since I moved to the South. Staff are friendly, and I became almost a regular. You get what you pay for: Cheap food and fast service. The location by the highway is very convenient for road trips!

I have came here a few times and it has always been a pleasant experience but my dinning experience tonight (7/2 about 12:30 in the am) was above and beyond. I usually don’t leave reviews but the food was cooked so perfect I had to. I always order my bacon medium and everyone either under cooks the bacon, but tonight they made it so perfect I ordered a second round ! The servers greatest is when we came in the door and were so nice. They checked in constantly and made sure we were good all through our dining experience. 11/10 !
CJ P — Google review
The presentation of food was great, until the jukebox came on and started playing music so loud that I couldn’t hear my wife talk to me across the table, so we paid really fast and got the hell out of there.

I used to love Waffle House, but lately, the flavor just isn’t what it used to be. Their waffles are still consistently good, though. However, with their recent price increases, it just doesn’t feel like the value is there anymore.

With two locations in Murfreesboro, Joanie's provides customers with quality coffee and delicious food in a comfortable setting with an artistic menu. The place has its charm, evident through its unique theme and vibe created by music and decor. Customers praise the food for being delicious, especially the crepes, which come in various flavors.
This is an awesome place to have a great cup of coffee and a bite to eat. There is a large selection of coffees, teas, and more. The food was delicious, and the service is terrific! They have a very cool atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Overall a good experience. Had a positive vibe and friendly staff. It was a bit crowded since it was a Saturday but we found a seat quickly even though the place is small. The food was tasty except the coleslaw was bland but served cold which was great. The fries were crispy and seasoned well. I had the Club which was quite satisfying and my son had tacos that looked great and he enjoyed them. We came because we were in town for the day and I had seen Joanie's in Tennessee Crossroads.

Joanie’s – One of the Best Cafés and Breakfast Spots in Murfreesboro, TN If you’re searching for the best café in Murfreesboro or simply a cozy spot to grab breakfast, Joanie’s is a must-visit. Conveniently located in downtown Murfreesboro, this café blends small-town charm with big flavor. On my visit, I tried the Mile High Crepe, a special of the day, which was absolutely loaded with ham, mozzarella, and tomatoes . It was hearty, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a breakfast in Murfreesboro. My mother ordered the Joanie’s Burger, and she raved that it had some of the best blue cheese she’s ever tasted on a burger. Paired with their crispy, golden fries, it was a standout lunch option. To round it out, I had their iced coffee, and I can honestly say it’s some of the best coffee in Murfreesboro. Smooth, refreshing, and perfectly brewed; this alone makes Joanie’s worth the trip for coffee near Murfreesboro. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a self-service setup that’s quick and easy, and the staff are warm and friendly. Whether you’re after the best breakfast near Murfreesboro, a quick lunch, or just a pick-me-up coffee, Joanie’s has something special to offer. Nestled in the heart of Murfreesboro, Brunch and Brew cafe, also known as Joe and Dough, is a delightful haven for food lovers. This charming spot offers an impressive array of Southern-inspired dishes alongside artisanal treats that cater to every palate. Whether you're stopping by for breakfast or lunch, their menu features everything from fresh pastries to hearty meals like avocado toast and egg bowls.
It's a nice little place. I got there the same time half the town decided to be there, but even then, I was taken care of quickly. The food got to me quickly as well. I got the avocado toast, egg and potato bowl (with added sausage), and an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The avocado toast was actually more of a guacamole on toast. It was good, but I wasn't expecting it. The egg bowl was nice and simple, so not much to say about that. I really liked the bagel. It wasn't too croutony or bready. Not much to say about the iced coffee. It tasted like coffee because of the coffee, and it was cold because of the ice. I saw that they had boba, so I had to go back in and try it. I got their coffee boba with coconut jelly, and I didn't really like it. To be fair, I'm a black coffee guy, so I set myself up for failure with that order. It might be fine for someone who enjoys sweet coffee. I'll be back to try something else.

I was in Murfreesboro for work, and guess what? It was too late for breakfast and too early for lunch! I had this brilliant idea: brunch! I did a quick search on Yelp and found this place nearby. They had a bunch of donuts, but I was craving a proper meal. They had all sorts of omelettes and sandwiches. I decided to go with the “boro” omelette. I also grabbed a coffee. It was freshly brewed and really good. And the water was so refreshing! The food arrived hot and fresh. I loved the salsa they had with it. I almost thought they made a mistake when I saw mushrooms in the omelette, but I didn’t mind. I enjoyed all the ingredients they used. Overall, it was a fantastic breakfast. They even have a viewing area where you can see donuts being made. And the best part? They have a convenient drive-thru!

I've been living in murfreesboro for two years and I have been sleep on brunch and brew. My meal and drink was amazing! I purchased the Philly on their bread no mushrooms with jalapeño ranch and it was delicious! Paired with a iced medium matcha latte and it was so creamy and delicious! All for eighteen dollars and change. They have definitely gained a regular! Thank u guys!

This place sucks. Got a breakfast bowl and it was burnt and inedible. Eggs were rubbery and dry and every piece of pepper and onion was black. Called them and asked to exchange it and the manager said they’d have to call the owner (!) and they’d call me back. Ten minutes later, still in the parking lot, I call back to ask if they had a solution. They said they did already talk to the owner who refused to make another one. WOW. So a) they burnt my food, b) the owner didn’t care, and c) they never even called me back like they said they would, and left me hungry in the parking lot with an expensive bowl of charred garbage. Terrible customer service, horrible owner and management, and bad food. Trifecta of suck. 👎

Puckett's Restaurant, located in the heart of the Murfreesboro square, is renowned for its authentic down-home cooking that attracts visitors from across Middle Tennessee. The menu features standout dishes like pulled pork, ribs, and chicken, with the BBQ Platter offering a generous sampling of all three meats. This eatery serves up classic Southern fare such as barbecue, Johnny cakes, gravy, fried pickles, and sweet tea.
Our party of 5 came for dinner on Saturday night around 5p to a mostly empty restaurant. We were seated quickly and our server, Jordan, was prompt to greet us. Service was great and the food was all hot and tasty. Would recommend without hesitation. Jordan was a great server.

Came to visit this lovely Town for a family function over the weekend. This was the place selected for everyone to meet so we ventured in. The old town decor and theme was pretty cool and our servers were all really nice. The fruit iced tea was really good, although they did tell us there were no refills on it, which was fine. I had the fried green tomato appetizer which was decent. I then had the bbq brisket plate that came with small round pancake type bread, sweet potato fries, and rice and beans. 1 out of the 3 pieces of brisket I had was decent, but the other 2 were dry and bland. The beans and rice same thing..flavorless and bland. The place looks like it's busy in the evenings since they have a stage for a band so maybe next time I'm in the area I'll check it out in the evening.

Awesome fried chicken club Great nachos Good beer selection Catfish was also very good. Light breading but lots of flavor and a great filet. Regular fries are better than the sweet potato fries. Sat outside to get away from the live music, was very pleasant. Ice cream shop next door is also worth a visit. Would come back :)

We went to the murfreesboro location. It wasn't that busy. We got seated right away. Our server seemed to have all the tables. He was very nice. It took awhile to get our drinks but you could tell he was busy. My husband ordered the ribs. Server came back to say they where out. My food came out ten minutes before my husband's. The food was good. The mashed sweet potatoes are delicious.

Similar to an another reviewer, was sadly disappointed in the quality of the food. I’d ate at another Puckett’s few years ago, so while in Murfreesboro on business trip thought I’d stop by here with a coworker. Server lady was good, however somewhere somehow the coworker’s order of half chicken was delivered as pulled pork, and my two catfish fillets were not that great… mediocre at best, and not even consistent between the two. Green beans (interestingly) were the highlight. Nachos were good, nothing to be excited about. Was really looking forward to this meal; sadly was quite disappointed.

Had a fantastic lunch experience thanks to our server, Bri! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive without being overbearing — just the right balance. Bri was personable, upbeat, and made us feel totally relaxed throughout the meal. Her genuine energy and fun attitude added so much to our lunch, and she anticipated everything we needed without us even having to ask. You can tell she really enjoys what she does, and it made all the difference. We’ll definitely be back — and hoping to sit in Bri’s section again!

I’m gonna be that guy 🤷‍♂️. Food is overrated. However, Atmosphere is very cool. It’s a locally owned Cracker Barrell with live entertainment. The pimento cheese balls were the best part of the meal. We got fried chicken, bbq pork plate, skillet mac n cheese, and a burger. Nothing was out of this world, but nothing was bad. I’ll let you be the judge, but just an FYI.

Chick-fil-A is a beloved fast-food chain that specializes in mouthwatering chicken sandwiches and nuggets, complemented by an array of salads and sides. A visit to the Murfreesboro location promises a delightful culinary journey, where crispy chicken sandwiches and irresistible waffle fries tantalize your taste buds. The welcoming atmosphere paired with friendly service creates an enjoyable dining experience. Guests appreciate the speed and accuracy of their orders, often served at just the right temperature.
We had a great experience thanks to Mark, the manager. He was very kind and helpful when me and my friends had the wrong drink in our order. He quickly replaced the drink with no hassle and made sure we were taken care of. I will definitely be coming back because of his excellent customer service. You guys did a nice job choosing employees.

Terrible experience. Ordered delivery thru the app egg & cheese biscuit, hashbrown, dragonfruit lemonade, 2 strawberry jelly, salt, pepper, and 1 ketchup. My sandwich was smashed and the egg looked like it had something on it. I only received 1 jelly but 2 ketchups when it was clearly printed on the bag.

Straight trash location. Granted it was a busy day there wasn't a seat available and the entire dining area was a mess PLUS they got my order incorrect. I had ordered a Number 7 Club Combo and received the Grilled BBQ. Then even though it was a dine-in order I was told they could not hand out trays, only bags and after I cleared a place to sit, with a random stranger. One of the ladies at the register refused to refill my sweet tea and they spelled my name wrong. Definitely didn't live up to the standard for this establishment. The BBQ chicken was decent but the waffle fries were way undercooked.

Chick-fil-A might pride itself on morals, but they clearly forgot the main ingredient in mine, no chicken in the chicken sandwich. If you’re hungry for ethics, they’ve got you covered. If you’re hungry for actual food? Good luck.

This cute and busy Chick-fil-A in Murfreesboro, TN was just what I needed during a stop in my trip! Fresh flowers on all the tables and the Chick-fil-A cow wandering around making everyone happy!
Pinky Y — Google review
Good option if you’re using the drive-through, but a poor experience for dining in. This location appears to prioritize staffing and service for drive-through orders, leaving dine-in customers with long lines to order, extended wait times for food, and delays of 20 minutes or more just for a drink refill. While the drive-through is understandably their cash cow (pun intended), neglecting the dine-in experience risks losing loyal customers over time.
Joaquin M — Google review
Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever experienced! I’ve visited many times and used the drive thru with no issues. I dined in for the first time and it was disgusting. Flies everywhere, no clean tables, bathrooms extremely nasty. Food was not fresh at all and the service was subpar. Im used to clean and welcoming atmosphere, engaging/kind staff and fresh food. I didn’t receive any of that at this location. After today I won’t be back!
Kemarria W — Google review
Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A I have an unpleasant experience. Last time I waited over 40 mins for one meal and this time I was with 3 small kids. Nobody checked on us to see if we needed anything. Our chicken minis were so dry we had to throw them away. When I told the worker we had to pay $13 more to replace them. We will head to Memorial location from now on.

Nestled in the heart of Murfreesboro, Sylvan Park Restaurant is a charming spot that perfectly captures the essence of a hometown eatery. After an adventurous day at Stones River National Battlefield, it’s an ideal place to unwind with a delightful brunch. The friendly and efficient service sets the tone for your visit, making you feel right at home. Each meal comes with a warm serving of cornbread—a lovely touch that adds to the comfort food experience.
This is an amazing retro restaurant that has incredible home cooked food! Comfort food. Food you were Hopefully blessed enough to grow up on. The people who work there are all like family to each other (some of them are) and to us as well. They know us by name because we go there every Friday evening. They work extremely hard and yet still have a wonderful friendly positive attitude. The food never takes long to receive even when they're slammed. The food is SOO SOOOOO yummy 😋! I wish there were more places like this.

A charming and cozy establishment offering a delightful meat and three dining experience. The parking situation is convenient, allowing for easy access to the restaurant. Upon entering, the interior is well-maintained and exudes a quaint ambiance. The restrooms are clean and well-appointed. Customers are free to choose their preferred seating. The service provided by the staff is courteous and professional. The food is served promptly and is of good quality. The only minor drawback is that the portion sizes could be slightly larger, but the pricing is reasonable. For instance, my spouse and I each ordered the meat and three option, along with one sweet tea and water, and our total bill came to less than thirty dollars.

Great local breakfast and Meat and three spot. If you're looking for a simple bacon and eggs breakfast spot to have a face to face small business meeting with a little local Flair and not pretentious this is a good spot.

Good, home cooked food, at a decent price. Don't go here if you're looking for something new. They do good food, nothing fancy. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. It's typically filled with regulars, and lots of veterans. Closed on the weekends.

First time trying this place. Food was good (hamburger steak, whipped potatoes and okra) served piping hot 🔥! Staff was very friendly. Obviously many others approve of this place, we arrived at 4:30 and by 5:15 there was a line out the door. Great little meat and 3 type place.

Great food, tastes homemade. I loved the variety and quality of vegetables. The meatloaf was excellent

I’ve eaten there about 15 times snd one thing I have learned is that if you’re not a regular you’re dirt. Had a waitress tell me I couldn’t sit at a table because she had 2 people coming -COMING!! I found another table and 10 minutes later her 2 people come strolling in. My waitress let my coffee cup sit empty while I was eating because she was standing at the table next to me talking to them. I asked for Splenda might as well been talking to myself . I got up and got my Splenda while she went back to the table next to me to continue her conversation with them. May be a great place for locals but outsiders aren’t welcome or valued.

Located in the Gateway Village, Coffee Fusion is a unique coffee spot offering a relaxed atmosphere with ample seating and an outdoor patio. The menu features a global blend of carefully selected coffee beans, along with traditional classics like bagels, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. Additionally, they offer Asian-inspired treats such as stuffed waffles, coconut waffles, Vietnamese banh-mis sandwiches, and Taiwanese boba tea. This place stands out for its diverse offerings compared to typical coffee shops.
Tasty food, cozy atmosphere. Will be back to try more things! I got the chicken lo mein and the veggies in it were especially fresh.

The banh mi was good however the pickled vegetables were strong overpowering the meats and for $10 it was way overpriced. The drunken noodles were very greasy and the sauce tasted like it was from a can and not worth the $16.5. Lots of imitation crab only two pieces of shrimp and a few beef and chicken. If you like Thai food I would recommend Lemongrass Sushi or Bubble Tea Thai cafe or King Noodles.

Exceptional Associates!! it was so nice to meet them and have a nice conversation. They took their Time in preparing a Perfect, Yummy Caramel Macchiato! I also was tempted by their variety of sweets in the case. One looked very inviting with its light green color center and white fluff top sprinkled with shaved nuts. I asked what the green was. She told me it is from the Pandon Leaf Plant. I must say the cake square was a large portion size and was very light and not overly filling. The taste was also very good and not overwhelming strong. It tasted similar to a Vanilla/Coconut but not sweet. Just delicious. My dog even liked the taste;) While reading their menu they also offer full meals of homemade ingredients. I look forward to visiting another time and trying a meal. I definitely will get their Coffee too. Thanks to the Associates for making it very welcoming!

What an interesting twist - espresso and pho. The spring rolls may be tops in Murfreesboro. More than excellent. The sauce - oh I have to tell you this, so I asked "Do you have spring Rolls?" CF: "Yes, we have spring rolls, egg rolls." Me: "What kind of sauce do you have?" CF: "We do not have the peanut sauce, the peanut butter type." Me: 💥❤️❤️❤️ (he had me at 'no peanut sauce.') OK Coffee Fusion! I accept your challenge! They were great. What can I say - check the photo out! And service - just as great. I ran out of dipping sauce at no.3, didn't even have to ask. CF: "Do you want some more sauce for the last one?" Note to competitors. How it's done.... Oh, oh oh... I almost forgot. Guess what? Real stainless tableware. 🍴 No plastic sporks! No Drunken Noodles - only rice. The menu is smaller than some places, but there's still plenty of variety. If you follow me, and to owners, I hate to give perfect scores because, well first people tend to skip perfect scores and we patrons, the least we can do is show enough respect to share something. So here's my share: the Pad Thai was excellent in flavour and noodles (I hate an under-done or soggy noodle). I ordered a spice level 3 (of 5) and couldn't tell it had any heat. Plus, the noodles were perfect but drown in thin fluid. Now that didn't stop me - Spring Rolls were prologue for the carnage about to happen. But the liquid was so thin and ample - even with my best slurp and splatter control techniques - I spotted my T-shirt. Very good, very tasty but I don't think I have spotted my clothes with Pad Thai. Do check out the video - watch it steam. Again, if you follow me you know it's a big deal to have hot food served hot and cold stuff served cold! 5 by 5 on that. Wonderful people, great experience. I recommend you try them.

What a hidden gem this is! Coffee shop with a Laotian menu. I had the khao piak sen and an order of egg rolls. Service was attentive and friendly, food was hot and fresh! If you like spicy, ask for some fresh chili peppers on the side. On my way out, I bought 2 premade pork/egg bao and an iced herbal tea. Such a great little spot- will be back!

Fantastic place! Wife and I went to eat here and had the Pad Kee Mao chicken, Kao Mun Gai, and Lad Nah chicken. It all tasted so amazing. The noodles have an amazing consistency. I went back again the following day and ordered the Pad Thai chicken and Pad Sa Ew chicken with some sides (Shown in these pictures), once again it did not disappoint. The Pad Thai chicken had a sweeter taste to it, which in my opinion complimented the other spices in the dish, so it was very delicious. Would highly recommend this place to everyone. Not only were their food amazing, but the employees and owners were all exceptionally nice!

Haven't been here in a while and unfortunately it wasn't as good as the first time. There was confusion with the veggie spring rolls and the coffee was very sloppily prepared. Not to mention the food poisoning. Lastly, since when do egg rolls come with teriyaki sauce instead of sweet and sour or a plum sauce 🤔 Don't waste your time here.

McDonald's is a beloved fast-food institution that has been serving up deliciousness for decades. Known for its mouthwatering burgers and crispy fries, this chain is the go-to spot when you're in need of a quick meal that satisfies your cravings. The McDonald's location in Murfreesboro exemplifies this with its efficient service and consistent quality, making it an ideal choice for both casual diners and late-night snackers alike. Recently, I had the pleasure of experiencing their exceptional customer service firsthand.
Wow! What a happy service I experienced today! These ladies were KILLING it today! I ordered 28 happy meals with drinks plus some other meals and they made every single one with a smile and good attitude! Everything was EXACTLY right. They even gave us a plethora of napkins and ketchup! Which is usually forgotten especially in such a big order. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! So happy I chose this McDonalds! Thank you for helping me give my staff a happy surprise on a Friday. I will be a returning customer to this location! ☺️

I like McDonald’s. I know there’s a certain expectation when you visit one. Go to enough decent ones and it’s quick to see what’s below par. This franchise is one of those. First turn off was the lack of receipt paper at both self-serve kiosks. Second was dirty tables. Third was a messy beverage area. Fourth, my aunt didn’t like the bathroom. Fifth, my burger wasn’t wrapped properly. I made it verbally known the kiosks were out of paper and nothing was done immediately about it. Because they were calling out receipt numbers of receipts that never came out of the kiosks. 🤷🏻‍♂️ A regional manager should look into this franchise.

You might want to check your fries before you leave this location. Ive been to this twice and both times my fries was only half full, looking like they switched a happymeal fry out with my combo.. If im willing to pay the high prices of a big mack meal today, at less give me what I pay for. Thats only fair.

Sometimes they're friendly and sometimes it feels like they hate life. They dump the sweet Tea way too early. If you close at 1 am, why are you dumping the tea at midnight? Yall can't wait till 12:30? Just don't go after 11 pm! Sometimes they close at 1 am, sometimes they close at midnight, the manager tries to do everything she can to keep from giving refunds when they don't have what you ordered online. Stop accepting online orders 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ I don't want a pie or a cookie when I ordered a tea. Yall gone lose business.

I came in to get a meal with my friend at around 8:50 we placed our order and waited patiently. At about 8:57 or so This lady yells at everybody in the lobby that they are about to Close the lobby at 9 o’clock. There Was a family eating in the lobby still and there was an old couple sitting down waiting for their food so they could eat At a table. The couple got their food. and they were just trying to sit down and enjoy their meal, but then the manager named kayla Bloomer tried to kick Everybody out because it turned 9 o’clock and I get it that the lobby closes at 9 o’clock, but usually with restaurants when they close, they let the people inside eat first And it’s not like anybody is going to be taking that long to eat. Me and my friend went to sit outside. Because we got kicked out. And then this older guy that worked there. I guess the cleaner guy came outside and apologized to us. He was very, very sweet and he was apologizing for her. Saying that he felt bad but he can’t do anything about it because she is the manager. I also was witnessing her being rude to her employees. And as other employees were clocking out, they were apologizing to us as well for her behavior. they were telling us about how Ruchi is to them and how she says rude things to the minors. They said that Multiple people have tried contacting corporate about her, and she still Isn’t punished. But thank you Kayla Bloomer for making me feel bad about your workers and thank you for kicking all of your Paying customers out.
Akira M — Google review
First issue is they were out of the shake I ordered online. Instead of refunding they handed us a cup which is not nearly as expensive. Then you got a guy walking through the store with his phone on speaker talking about very inappropriate sexual stuff. No one wants to hear this while eating. Horrible atmosphere and poor customer service.
Daniel B — Google review
Very very understaffed, I feel bad for the employees that actually do their job and most of the ones trying their hardest are the minors and they deal with a bunch of crazy customers screaming at them all the time and sometimes even their own managers!! Now I understand this mcdonald’s has problems with getting the food out, but that also doesn’t excuse the fact that in general it is placed in a horrible location which attracts homeless and sketchy people who come in and do strange things or come in and scream. One of the woman managers there with black long hair and black glasses I assume known to be Miss Kayla… I always have very unpleasant encounters with. I’ll simply want to ask a question to a regular employee or ask for help with something and she always wants to intervene and interrupt me and her employee she acts like there’s always problem and she rushes EVERYONE!! I came through the drive thru one time and she didn’t greet me with a smile or hello she just SHOVED my food at me and said goodbye…. She thinks she’s being professional but She is just plain disrespectful and rude there is no reason to be so nasty!! People were waiting on food in the line having been over 30 minutes and I had asked for a cup of Mac sauce and she made me pay for it after I had already got my food made wrong.. and handed out wrong. Who does that??!?with a FULL line of people who have been waiting OVER 30 minutes for their food??!!? They need better staff as well.. most of the staff just walk past me when I need to make an order at the front and I get ignored even after standing around waiting patiently for 10-15 minutes. The Kiosik is always out of paper, no receipts will print. I can sense, They need to position their placements better as there’s always ONLY ONE person who’s actually making the orders at the front with a full screen with no help!! This old Lady came and took my order one time and went back behind the counter to, SUPPOSED to be making my food and she just stood there and stared at the screen and let orders fill up the whole screen!! This store is a mess and has got issues God bless the employees that actually try and I can truly see how stressful it is for them and how the managers and even customers can wear them out and mentally break them. I do not recommend eating here you will always have to wait on your food and most of the time it’s not even accurate, cold, or missing an item.
Xarya T — Google review
Here a few times a week. I order on my app every time but I have to wait 10 or minutes for my order. Nothing special is ordered. It's disappointing to pre order your lunch and still have to wait for it. Gonna give up on this restaurant. So much for quick and accurate service.

Krystal is a beloved fast-food chain known for its unique square burgers served on steamed buns, along with a variety of breakfast items and kid-friendly meals. While my recent visit was marked by an unusually long wait, I appreciated the deliciousness of the food once it arrived. The late-night crowd made things hectic, but the manager, Terrance, ensured that our experience turned around with his friendly demeanor and prompt service.
My and I came to krystals Tuesday night around 1am. It was very busy but when I got my food it was hot and fresh. I asked for the manager name it was Terrance. He was very nice and our wait was only 5 minutes. He bought out our food and still apologized for the wait. I told him we will definitely come back when he is working. That was the first time we got great and fast service even though we spent almost 70 dollars. GREAT JOB MR TERRANCE AND EVERYONE THAT WORKED THAT NIGHT.

***update*** They made it right tonight. Food was fresh, manager apologized to me. So, I got the pick 5. 2 cheese Krystals, 1 bacon cheese Krystal add mayo, 1 small tot a classic pup and then 2 pies for $3, which those pies should be like 0.50 cents with their size. I got fries instead of tots for the 2nd time which I don't wanna hear about how the tots are for breakfast when you can junkyard them and add ranch powder to them... then you have some locations that will give them to you and some that won't. Just seems like laziness to me. And my pies were so old and overcooked that the filling was cooked out of it and it crumbled in my mouth as soon as I took a bite! $13 spent for a partial order. 😒😒😒 It just let me addthe crusty pie pics so I did.

Stopped by on 8-29-2025 @ 2:15 pm. The lady that was supposed to be working the register was standing in the middle of the dinning room having a very loud and inappropriate conversation on her cell phone. You could clearly see that the elderly customers felt uncomfortable with that she was saying. She saw me walk in and completely ignored me. The very sweet, elderly lady which was working the drive through had to come over to take my order. She tried to get the lady on the cellphones attention, but she completely ignored her. A moment later, another elderly lady came in (pictured) and she completely ignored her, too. This poor lady stood there for 5 minutes before the lady, which was working the drive through, was able to stop what she was doing to take care of her. I hate to give a low rating, because everyone else in this restaurant did a phenomenal job, but the younger lady on the cell phone ruins it for everybody. Management needs to step in before their good employees leave because of bad employees like this.

Ordered through app and placed an order for six chick/ Six Krystal combo with fries and two drinks, A medium combo of basic Krystals and a pick five And large onion rings. Unacceptable Wait time. Online order took 30 minutes from being placed to having to pick up. $60 wasted. Was asked to come inside to pick up order despite drive-thru request pickup Hands were so full trying to carry everything out that almost dropped and spilled food everywhere No onion rings available but still charged for onion rings and only offered fries as a substitute/ no refund. Having difficulty trying to go through app for a refund as the restaurant still has the order listed as being prepared. No ketchup for fries Was supposed to make my own drinks since I had to go in to pick up my drinks and the Coca-Cola was out so I had to ask them to get Coca-Cola from behind the counter Food looks terrible out of wrapper. Fry box is stained with which is obviously old oil and fries cold from waiting for order to be completed. No dipping sauces for the chicken nuggets With the incompetence from this experience, It's no wonder that Krystals are going out of business left and right.

The Morning shift and 2nd Shift people are the most Rudest people. The manager obviously does not care about customer service, and behind the counter is disgusting. One of the employees was even laid out on the table. The other two was outside by their car ! The only time that I will stop by is after 11pm when the night lead there. He is always nice And professional , The wait time is usually longer but most the time he’s by himself running it

I had slowed down because the Krystal was either closed or I had just missed breakfast service. The reason I want others to understand my review is to share what amazing new food fare ads which, in my mind elevated my desire for different types of combos single items and finally more choices than I've seen in 30 years and if they could just keep the breakfast menu available 24 hours daily be a fantastic compliment to the Wolves of the night so yes please accept my frustration from many years of best l

AWFUL customer service. Only come here if you have 15 minutes to wait at the speaker and another 5-10 to wait for your food at the window. For some reason, they wait for everyone to clear the line before they take another order at the speaker. It is like this everytime I come here. On top of it, the employees do not even acknowledge the long wait time when you finally get to the window, they are rude, slam the window over and over again, then half the time- STILL make you pull up to wait on your food. I wish there was another Krystal’s in town, I love their food- but dread coming here!
Kristina M — Google review
This is absolutely the most filthy restaurant that I have run across in the last few weeks. The manager sitting right there in the restaurant with food all over the table trash, overflowing leaves in the walkway bathrooms are filthy with no tissue and no paper towels. The workers looking unkempt. I'm pretty sure Noone is washing their hands in there. The women's bathroom locked because they can find a key. The men's bathroom looks atrocious. So I waited on my order so I'm to assume it's extremely fresh and ready! Surprise it's not not only did the gentleman who fixed my food serve me mushed up sandwich bread but it was so sloppy the way it was served and the woman had the nerve to say she would make me another order??? The outside fixtures are hanging on by a limb the inside looks like it just needs to be remodeled the food quality was absolutely disgusting!!! For the price I was charged you would think they would take a little bit more inventory that I would be sitting inside and looking at the order but they didn't give a damn. what a joke!

If you're on the hunt for a delightful fast-food experience, look no further than Hardee’s! I had an amazing experience at Hardee’s thanks to Youssef! From the moment I pulled up he greeted me with a warm smile and exceptional customer service. He was extremely friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. The food was fresh, and the service was fast, all thanks to Youssef’s dedication. Hardee’s is lucky to have such a hardworking and kind employee. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and when I walked up to the entry door I was surprised to find it locked. Then drive through the drive through and got no answer but I'd already ordered ahead using the app so I circled the building until I found the kitchen door open and heard a loud discussion about scheduling going on. I then entered the empty but relatively clean lobby and after the argument I notified I ordered ahead. After 10 minutes I was served two of the best and most accurately made chicken wraps ever. I was very appreciative of the detail she put into the order and the fries were fresh and crispy.

I like Hardee's, the food is decent as far as fast food goes probably one of the better chain restaurants. The service is hit or miss depending on where you go but usually it's okay. Atmosphere is nothing special but at least it's clean. Prices are decent considering the portions are usually larger than some of their competitors

I was having such a rough day, until I went through the Hardee’s drive through to simply pick up a quick meal and I met the sweetest young man. I believe his name was Youssef. Talk about great service! Not only did he ask me how my day was, he kept great conversation with me and had no problem meeting any of my needs when it came to any complexities of my meal (I can be pretty picky). I can only hope that the rest of the staff is just as wonderful, and that other costumers will receive as amazing service as I did.

I came into Hardee’s and it’s safe to say I made a new friend and now have a favorite employee. I went to Hardee’s in the past and had horrible customer service so I never went back. This was my first time going since then, and this young man, Youssef, was amazing to talk to. I needed a good meal and laugh and he was there to make that experience great. This place should be lucky to have someone as outgoing as him. If they do raises or anything special for employees, they need to choose him.

I ordered two medium ultimate bacon biscuit combos, was given two normal bacon biscuits, one with Medium the other with small hashbrowns. What’s the point of having different menu items & sizing options if they’re not honored? There is an eggs difference, protein difference, mostly a PRICE difference. Accidentally happen & breakfast is a busy time, but I’m disappointed that Hardee’s continues to show that they’re fallen to crappy standard of all the other breakfast options now. We won’t go out of our way to eat here again

This place is wonderful. They have phenomenal food and the most delicious treats and desserts! The workers are SO friendly and welcoming. The food is expensive ($16.99 for a sandwich with chips) so I don’t eat here often, but wow, the food is truly SO good! I love the avocado BLT.

Three Mother's Bakery and Cuisine for the win this morning. Berrie French toast, Three Mother'S breakfast, apple pastry, and strawberry pastry. Absolute best service. So kind and welcoming! Such a cute and welcoming space to grab a bite. You can sit inside or out.

I really like this place for breakfast. It’s quiet, peaceful, and not crowded, which makes it a perfect spot to relax. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They served complimentary bread before the meal, and it was soft with a mild sweetness that I really enjoyed. I ordered the French toast with berries, which was nicely prepared with just the right amount of sweetness. I also tried the French toast with banana, and that one became my favorite. The bread was soft and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a calm breakfast spot with a good food options.

Traveling and wanted something healthier to eat from the road! Super easy to get to and the atmosphere is cozy. The wall of pastry was displayed very well 😋 Excellent service and hospitality. Now let’s get to the good part… the food! I had the chicken salad croissant. The best I’ve ever had 🫶🏼 The coleslaw is great, on the vinegar side but we like it that way. My husband had the Avocado blt and he loved it!! So happy we stopped in and now wish we had a Three Mothers in Florida

I’m not one to enjoy bakery’s like this but my wife convinced me to try them out and I’m glad we did! Food was amazing and affordable! Family friendly atmosphere with lots of food choices and pastry choices. Food pictured is the Three Mothers Breakfast. You get 2 eggs cooked to order, your choice of sausage or bacon, and potato mash, and 2 pastries my wife picked out. One is an apple pastry and the other a strawberry pastry!

Great little spot on the north side of town to grab a hot breakfast or baked treat. I had the chorizo omelette which was excellent. Made fresh, served hot, and delicious. It came with some fresh fruit on the side which was ripe in Cut to an edible size. Really enjoyed it

A hidden gem for lunch and an amazing bakery! The sandwiches were awesome and I’m going to need to go back at least 3 more times to try everything I wanted to tasted from the bakery. There were 2 or 3 more cases of ready to go pastries that I didn’t get to take pictures of too!

Cozy little bakery sitting on a busy street in town. The dining area is small with a handful of tables and a couple booths. Service isn't the quickest, but it is genuine and kind, and you can tell the food is cooked with a lot of care. There is a lot of flavor with their dishes. The menu is quite limited when it comes to choices. Expect breakfast omelettes of different styles and certain types of lunch sandwiches. The bakery seems to be the main show here. Lots to choose from when it comes to the fresh baked goods available. Prices are on the higher side, but not unreasonable. I would definitely come back.

Dunkin' is a beloved chain that has been serving up delicious breakfast items and an impressive array of coffee drinks for years. Known for its signature donuts, like the irresistible Boston Kreme, Dunkin' offers tasty treats at prices that won't break the bank. While some menu items may not hit the mark—like a less-than-stellar Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese—their iced coffee remains a standout favorite, providing a refreshing boost any time of day.
So the reality is that service was not a five overall however I will give the three employees that showed up and tried their best a 5+. The drive thru line was long and slow. When I reached the order board, the manager was kind and apologized several times. We slowly moved to the pick up window and the young lady at the window was sweet and friendly. It was her first day at her first job and it was chaos inside. The manager had called the district manager to come in and work because workers had quit/not shown up. I felt so bad for the young woman at the window, I told her it will get better and to take a few deep breaths. She smiled and thanked me but I know she was so overwhelmed. We waited at least 30 minutes in the drive thru but we decided to use it as a life lesson because my own son has just recently started his first job. I told him to remember how many people are impacted when you choose to quit a job with no notice or you just don’t show up. Not only is it difficult for management but also coworkers and in this case so many customers. I hope the new employee sticks it out and enjoys her first work experience and maybe becomes manager one day!

paid for extra cream cheese… did not even get enough to cover the entire bagel. why would I pay extra for not even the regular amount? Every customer that comes through with 1 medium drink and 1 food item must be such an inconvenience. it’s even funnier that I tipped. I basically paid for 2 extra servings of cream cheese lmfao.

I will start by saying that I do not like to leave a bad review generally, but I have had consistent issues with sitting in line in the drive-thru for too long. Everyone is always nice, and I'm not sure what the problem is. The longest I have sat is almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. I have also had instances where I've been asked to pull forward because they are still working on my food and I have sat and waited for over 10 minutes. I went in to get my food and it was cold and sitting on a shelf. Usually though, the food is fresh and hot. I come here almost every week. The wait time is always the main issue.
Aiko B — Google review
Do not place a mobile order here, let alone order here period. Waiting 30+ minutes for a mobile order as well as them forgetting that you had two drinks. Thank you for making everyone late to where they have to go because apparently it does not matter if you order in advance.
Emilie M — Google review
Plan a minimum of 10-12min when ordering ahead. I have ordered here a dozen or more times and it’s NEVER ready when I arrive. There doesn’t seem to be a shortage of workers but they need some reorganization.
Alexa K — Google review
As someone who goes to Dunkin daily, this is the worst location I’ve been to. My drive thru orders are wrong more than half the time unless the manager is working, and delivery almost always comes missing items like my donut. If there was a closer Dunkin, I’d go there instead.
Allison L — Google review
Ordered thru app and arrived at the pickup counter, where I was outright ignored for almost 10 minutes. When I confronted the manager, she told me my order didnt exist and that I sent it to the wrong store. I confirmed the address and she told me it was correct but I was wrong about sending it to the store, even though the app showed the right address. She threw her staff under the bus as I walked out, saying they put my order somewhere else. I told her to dump it as there was no way I was drinking something they "misplaced."

Bean Loft Coffee Shop is a charming and laid-back spot in downtown Murfreesboro, TN, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy great coffee. The shop also supports local artists by selling their wares. Customers love the quality and affordability of the coffee and food, as well as the friendly staff who make them feel welcome. It's a quiet place that opens from 7 am to 7 pm, serving fresh and delicious coffee while providing excellent customer service.
I stopped by Bean Loft this morning for a quick breakfast and ended up having one of the best croissants I’ve had in a long time. Flaky, golden, and perfectly crisp on the outside, with soft, buttery layers that practically melt in your mouth. You can tell it’s made fresh — there’s this rich, delicate aroma that hits you the moment it’s set on the table.

I was so touched by both of the guy who handling the bill and my food, I was run out of the amount on my cards but I want to splits another bill for fruit cup later, they seems know that I really want that fruit cup and get it with my meal together for me as complimentary, I just feel so touched when in a foreign country they treat you in a warmer way and kind way, they surprised me and made my day! I will definitely pass this kindness to others as much as possible! Oh by the way the food is extremely good, fresh, tasty and coffee is uniquely good! I love the strawberry special latte! I will 100% recommend this place to everyone
Jane X — Google review
The place has the fresh, bright vibe like light pouring in through big windows, soft indie music floating through the air, and a gentle hum of conversation that feels like syrup drizzling over warm berries. Everything feels a little slower here, in the best way. It’s the kind of spot where time lets you breathe. The breakfast sandwich? Layers of comfort. Sharp cheddar, smoky bacon, a perfectly cooked egg—all wrapped up in a croissant that cracked just right. No shortcuts. No soggy middles. Just real, satisfying quality.

One of the greatest places to visit, it is quiet and peaceful, conveniently located near MTSU. The waffles have an excellent taste, and the coffee is just the way we love it. The service is perfect, and there is a free parking lot available. Omar, the manager, is a very talented individual. He greets and serves guests in an elegant manner, ensuring a wonderful experience.

I visited here and it was a great experience. The owner took my order, gave me excellent customer service and suggestions. The food definitely matches up with the prices although it was high price the food indeed tasted its expense. The atmosphere gives a home feel with its relaxing music and warm tone.Would recommend to study here and grab a drink. 5/5

I have so many good things to say about this little hidden gem! The atmosphere was very cozy with plenty of places to sit. I really like their choice of music, and the FOOD IS SO GOOD !!! Literally best waffle I’ve ever had. I also ordered the Blue Raider drink, and it was gone by the time I left because I couldn’t stop drinking it. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the service, amazing food, and great drinks !

The owner, Omar is the best, so is his amazing staff! They go above and beyond and their coffee is best! They also serve authentic matcha. They have THE BEST breakfast burrito and chicken quesadillas. This place is a must try for anyone around the Murfreesboro area or visiting. It’s also such a great place to get some studying done while grabbing a bite and drink. It’s right next to MTSU campus, so perfect for a study hub. If you’re not into coffee, they have other refreshments that are also just a good. Try the blue raider refresher or a lemonade with some lavender syrup. You won’t be disappointed.
Grace C — Google review
Realized they had great reviews on Google and decided to go try it with my husband. Pretty underwhelming and overpriced for what it is. $50+ for a waffle, burrito, a black coffee and a latte. The burrito came out super quick and seemed store bought and just heated up. Waffle was meh. Coffee was not anything special. I asked for water and they didn’t have any…so odd when you compare it to other places that always have self serve water easily available. Space is nice and the view out the window is pretty! I’d probably give it a better rating if prices were lower or if I thought the food and coffee we got was actually worth over $50. I’d recommend getting friendlier, more energetic staff as well.

Oh my heck this place is amazing! How have I never been here? The service was perfect Jackson made sure everything was perfect. He really went above and beyond for us. The food was perfect we will definitely be back.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. At 7:00 am my son and I had a kids meal and a shrimp and grits bowl .Everything was fine up until my son pushed his bowl of bananas towards me saying he was full. In his bowl was a long strand of brown/blond hair. We are African American people so I know for sure it was not our hair. I will not be at this establishment anymore just cause of the long strand of hair in his food. I was so disgusted and all the server kept saying was there is no one on shift with blond hair. It was either already on the bowl before putting the bananas in or it was some brown hair. I politely pointed out the hair , paid and walked out . On the receipt it says my server was Jackson S. He had on glasses

We visited here for the first time today. We had the biscuits and gravy... and yes the gravy has real sausage! That's hard to find these days. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. The service was excellent. The young man who seated us, greeted us with a big smile immediately when we first walked in and he was very inviting. This set the tone for the entire visit today. The young lady who served our food also had a big smile and was very nice. She was excellent. We will be back in the next 1-2 weeks to try some other menus items the very kind server offered for suggestions next time. The restaurant over all was super clean, spacious and offered a perfect breakfast / lunch atmosphere. I'm looking forward to coming back soon

We had the BEST breakfast at Eggs Up Grill in Murfreesboro, Tennessee! From the moment we walked in, the energy was bright and welcoming. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive, and we had the pleasure of chatting with several staff members—everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the experience even better. We also had the chance to meet the owner, Amy, who was kind, engaging, and proud of the place she’s built. She even took photos for us and shared the story behind the restaurant, which made our visit feel that much more personal. As for the food? Absolutely delicious. I had a build-your-own omelet loaded with jalapeños, bacon, and cheese, with creamy cheese grits and toast on the side. Grim had the breakfast burger, and it was perfection. Every bite hit the spot. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to start their day right. Great food, incredible staff, and a vibe that makes you feel right at home.

We had the Texas omelette, potatoes , sausage and gravy biscuits eggs . Blueberry muffin and strawberry and cream doughnut. Omelette was ok .I would not get the chilies again and had potatoes in it. Biscuits and gravy were good, needed a lil more gravy . But the blueberry muffin was homemade and really good and the strawberry and cream doughnuts were delicious with homemade custard . Comes in a pack of three or six, wish we had gotten six. . Tasty

Enjoyed the service and decor/style. Food was tasty and came out cooked well. The different combinations of omelettes is creative. Would return here again.

I was disappointed. The look and feel of the restaurant draws you in and gives off a homey diner vibe. Where you might not get the greatest breakfast of all time but you'll feel great knowing that you had a delicious meal. However, I couldn't help wondering if I was wrong for not going to an IHOP instead. I ordered the Texas Farm House Omelet. I was excited about the ingredients but was left desiring more. There were too many bites where it was nothing but egg. Yeah, it's an egg dish but omelets are about what is on the inside not the eggs holding it all together. It tasted good, but nothing memorable. I got the home fries which tasted great but they came out tepid not hot like I expected or wanted. I did enjoy the sourdough toast and the coffee was good too.

Whataburger is a classic fast-food chain that has been serving up delicious counter-serve burgers since the 1950s. Some of their signature burgers come stacked with multiple patties, offering a hearty and satisfying meal for hungry travelers and locals alike. While some customers have experienced minor issues with order accuracy and wait times, others have praised the hot and fresh food as well as the friendly service provided by considerate staff members.
The place was super clean and our food came out quickly and hot! The lady who brought us our food was super nice. We don't have one of these near us, so it was our first time having their breakfast. My husband really liked the taquitos and my chicken biscuit was good. Only disappointment was it was like a chicken strip.... half the biscuit didn't have any meat.

The grill was absolutely on point with the Bacon Whataburger. A tear almost came to my eye when I opened it. Assembled exactly to order specifications and served fast and friendly. With the amount of customers that were in and out during my lunch the lobby was decently taken care of. That all out of the way there was absolutely NO toilet paper in the bathroom but I've become accustomed to carrying a pack of Dude Wipes in my pocket so it'll be more of an issue to the person behind me than it was for me.
Michael R — Google review
This was a very nice and clean place. I believe that it just open up recently. My breakfast bowl was very good, and it came with a reusable bowl with the lid to it. Only thing, I don't like white gravy, but it had a good taste. The cashier was very sweet.
Lanette W — Google review
Whataburger’s food is consistent, but this location needs more staff to complement the good folks already there. If “fast food” takes ten to fifteen minutes, it has lost one of its basic selling points. Staff the counter, or make the automated kiosk user friendly.
Atticus H — Google review
I don't get the hype. Average, expensive fast food. No visible staff in the front of the house. 15 minutes to get my order. The burger, big but boring. Onion Rings underseasoned and flaccid. Here's the Breakdown: Average food with no staff until they brought my luke warm order out +3 stars. They lose stars for being completely devoid of human ineraction and serving average food at outstanding food prices. I won't go back unless they're the only thing available.
Glenn H — Google review
We went through the drive-thru at Whataburger, and it took a little longer to order than usual — but for a good reason. They were training a new employee, and I really appreciated how transparent they were about it. Not a lot of places will admit they’re still training; most just expect new folks to be experts on day one. It was nice to see them learning in a real, honest way. The staff was polite, and once we got our food, it was definitely worth the wait. My wife said it’s the best burger she’s ever had — high praise! Overall, a great experience that showed patience, honesty, and quality food.
Parker H — Google review
I came through the drive thru just before 5pm on Monday 7/7/25. My first issue is with how they handle the 2 drive thru lines. One person was ordering at the 1st line and I was in the 2nd line and ordered immediately after them. After I pull up to wait they serve the car from line 1 and take the order from a 2nd car in line 1. Car 1 leaves and they then proceed to take the payment and serve all food to car 2 who ordered AFTER I already had been waiting to pay. They then took payment for THIRD car that came way after all of us. Only after rolling down my window and making eye contact with the boy in the window did he decide to come out and take my card. Why are TWO people who ordered after me being helped before me just because I’m in the 2nd line? Don’t have both lines open of you can’t handle them properly. He did apologize and say there was only 2 people working which wasn’t true because I saw at least 3-4 people during my 20 minute wait and that is irrelevant to that fact that they are serving people WAY out of order. If you want to apologize then do it, but don’t lie as an excuse because it’s too inconvenient to walk outside. My second issue was with the chocolate milkshake that had virtually no chocolate. I asked him if it was a chocolate shake… and he responds with “did you taste it?” And yes actually I did taste it and it tasted like a vanilla shake. They add chocolate to it but 🤢 tasted like they added some off brand artificial chocolate syrup and it went in the trash.

We went to the Whataburger at 1924 memorial boulevard in Murfreesboro Tennessee. Sam waited on us and he was very pleasant. He smiled a lot and seemed to really like his job. That's something you don't usually see in fast food restaurants. Sam came to our table to check on us a total of three times while we were there. The restaurant was clean. There were probably 8 to 10 customers there when we arrived. We will definitely visit this location again.

i’ve been put off of starbucks for years because many other locations would be inconsistent and just have funky tasting food and drinks. but, this one always gets me right with hot food, and solid drinks exactly how i order them. plus the workers are always so sweet even during busy rushes.

Feels like a waiting room at a Doctors office. I knew when I stepped in getting my mobile in a reasonable amount of time would be hopeless. I understand if it’s a busier time of the day (it was moderate), but the sheer lack of service nor attention to customers present was startling. One Barista with green hair, spent more time practicing calligraphy with a sharpie writing names and notes on orders then literally anything else. The same barista, 15 minutes after my quoted pickup time, began to audibly joke at my order to her coworkers “because it’s basically black coffee”. I said nothing to them the entire time and patiently waited for my order, so thought I should take an extra minute to narrate my horrible experience. Getting a coffee shouldn’t be a 30 minute process, and I shouldn’t see multiple orders being placed and fulfilled in store, and the drive through. Anyways

This Starbucks has went downhill and you can tell it is because of the management. I came in to get coffee and the manager, Alex?, rang us up, then proceeded to berate and argue with another employee about policies. I am used to the employees having a good time and enjoying each other's company, but it seems like they may all be afraid of him, or afraid of making a mistake.

The service was exceptional. When I forgot to add the extra pump of spice, I walked up to the register to ask. I was expecting an excuse like, we can't because you already walked off with it. This is such a cute little place. The cashiers are all super friendly. They use name cards based on celebrities with quotes and interests that are fun and unique! The first bite into this delicious sandwich… just awesomeness delicious. A coworker with me had the same reaction with his order too. I had the Cubano, he had the California Dreamin’. Fresh hot teas were also tasty, excellent. They have rewords program too. Maybe hard to find a seat, but heck yeahhhhh they are worth the wait and time. Will be back here for sure! Oh, this is the location by the courthouse… Will try the other one too during my next visit here. Amazing great!

Joanie’s is a hidden gem! I ordered the honey lavender latte and it was every bit as dreamy as it sounds. Smooth, subtly floral, and just the right amount of sweet. The avocado toast was delicious with the fried egg on top (wish it would have had a little runny yolk but not a deal breaker). It had crispy edges, creamy avocado, fresh greens, and it was perfectly seasoned. My son got the mango peach tea and it was really good. Very refreshing! The vibe is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff and a laid-back atmosphere. Highly recommend for a chill morning or brunch stop. I’ll definitely be back!

I LOVE this place!!! The banana bread is amazing… Their iced coffees are really good and they’re hot coffee too… I love the atmosphere… It feels like you’re in Nashville but you’re in Murfreesboro…lol It’s vibey. It’s always the same consistency and that’s important. I love the outdoor seating, too.

The coffee is excellent. The honey lavender latte was so good! The lox bagel was really tasty. I ordered the Cuban, but they forgot to put the pickles and mustard on it. We let them know and they brought out a container of cold pickles. I was disappointed with that. But we would come back next time when we were in the area for the coffee.

I like their ever changing seasonal selection of coffees. It permits each visit to consist of rewarding anticipation. While I really look forward to their holiday blends, their recently added Mango Baklava has recently captured my attention. I am very pleased with it ⭐️! Thank you Jeremy and BrassHorn Coffee Roasters!

I’ve been to Brass Horn Coffee Shop every day this week while in Murfreesboro for work, and it has quickly become my go-to spot. Their drinks are on another level! My favorites so far: • Espresso Tonic – Simple, classic, and so refreshing. • Matcha Mule – A phenomenal seasonal flavor with the perfect balance of spice from the ginger and sweetness from the matcha. • Cold Brew with Vanilla Cold Foam – Hands down the best cold foam I’ve ever had. It’s thick, smooth, and has the perfect flavor. Beyond the amazing drinks, the atmosphere is great, and the staff knows their craft. If you’re a coffee lover (or just appreciate a quality drink), this place is a must-visit. Can’t recommend it enough! (Pictures attached include the cold brew and espresso tonic)

A great coffee shop! I stopped in for the first time today and was very impressed - My iced coffee was great and my friend loved her matcha. Their food was yummy, too. There was a great amount of seating inside as well as outdoor seating available. The service was great. It was easy to work there. Definitely recommend trying this place!

I love everything about this place. Whether you like regular coffee or any of their signature drinks, everything tastes great. The staff is always very friendly. I even love working from there when I can, because I get to see other awesome members of the community that come through as well. Drinks, food, atmosphere, Brass Horn has it all and then some! Favorite coffee spot in Murfreesboro hands down!

As a college student, finding the perfect study spot is crucial, and this coffee shop hits all the right notes. First off, the atmosphere is fantastic – it's cozy and inviting, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. Whether you prefer a quiet corner to yourself or a more communal table for group projects, there's a space for everyone. The background music is at the perfect volume, providing a gentle buzz without being distracting. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They're incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready with a smile and a fresh cup of coffee. They understand the needs of students and create a welcoming environment that encourages productivity. Plus, the coffee is top-notch, and they have a wide variety of drinks and snacks to keep you fueled during those long study sessions.

Delicious, Healthy and Fresh tasting food for anytime! Great, friendly associates that make the perfect order each time. Eat in or order ahead in the App or order on the App or Uber Eats for delivery. Their Bowls and Smoothies are the best! My personal favorite is the Bahama Mama!

So, if you saw this sign in its current location, what would you think? To me, it says that if I order a Bowl, I can add a Smoothie for $5.29. Imagine my surprise and consternation when I was informed that the add-on offer is only for "meals" such as Wraps, Sandwiches, Flatbreads and Salads, even though many of those items are cheaper than the Bowl I ordered! In my opinion, this is intentional false advertising by the company and very deceptive. 😠

Adam the manager and Nick the cashier were so kind and welcoming! I got a smoothie and the jerk chicken wrap and they were both delicious ! Definitely recommend! 5 stars !

While I was ordering, worker (I believe manager!) was checking out my girlfriend inappropriately. Very unprofessional and will NEVER come back. Drinks also took a while as well. I suggest hiring a new manager that shows a good example of professionalism and not pervert on the customers.

Was looking for a coffee shop while on the road and came across this GEM!!! Super cute vibes as soon as you walk in! Got a blue jay latte and honey latte which has made its way to my now favorite cup of coffee ever!!! There’s a hidden children’s table under the stairs to the loft which is such a cute idea!! If you’re in the area you should definitely stop, if not make the trip out here

This coffee shop is such a hidden gem! It’s cute, cozy, and has a calm, pleasant vibe that makes it perfect for working or studying without distractions. The atmosphere is quiet yet welcoming, and the staff are friendly. I especially love that they have a small play area for kids, which makes it convenient for parents while still keeping the main space peaceful. A lovely spot to enjoy good coffee and focus.

This place is clean and neat. They have a deck inside and look fantastic. The coffee to my taste wasn't that great. The omelet was too dry and not juicy. The atmosphere is good, music is chill but environment its so cold to my comfort. -Watch out with the carpet. If you want to pass time is a good place.
Cpex A — Google review
Food is alright, it's extremely expensive for a small portion size. Coffee is good, but again, expensive for something you can get anywhere for half the price. The service was terrible. Ordered to-go and got ignored while the "servers" grabbed the dine-in orders around my to-go order. I waited 15 minutes with my food just hanging out in their window to the point I just grabbed it myself. Don't understand the hype about this place. There was literally like 10 workers in the store and it wasn't busy, and I was ignored. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't recommend this place to anyone, it's nothing special yet expensive.

Fun coffee shop with a powerful story and mission. I enjoy coming here to grab a warm drink and sit on the couch upstairs to journal. If you bring littles with you, there’s a little spot for them to play/color while you sip your coffee and visit.

Amazing place we found on our drive. Worth every second of the 12 minute drive off the highway. Hubby likes things pretty traditional, and the staff was very accommodating. The avocado toast was phenomenal. We ordered a house light roast and a seasonal latte, the Lumberjack (maple, caramel, and cinnamon). The foam was literally half an inch thick. So utterly yummy! They roast their own blends. The atmosphere was chill and homey, in the good way. Eclectic mix of customers, from families, to business meetings, to some awesomely burly men sipping lattes. If even close to the area, be sure to hit this amazing little gem!

I've never seen a CB so slow. Actually got skipped by two servers and when I finally did get my order. One of my eggs was properly cooked, the grits were insanely lumpy and the sausage was pink swirled. Didn't taste terrible but the quality was not good. The shop area is nicely decorated though and the dining area is pretty quiet.
Michael R — Google review
This was our first time here. The atmosphere is cute with a lot of stuff to look at. The host and waitress were very nice. I honestly can't remember what we ate... that's how unmemorable the dishes were. Even after looking at my pics, I can't remember. The biscuits were good, the corn muffins were OK. The nicest thing was that they brought us a chocolate cake a la mode since it was our first time. Unfortunately, I don't eat sugar, but my BF said it was good, but VERY sweet! I don't know if we'll be back. Maybe for breakfast to give it another chance.

Needed to save time and stress so took advantage of the Heat and Feast Easter Ham dinner. I found the ordering process easy, all online, was able to add an extra tray to my order. The website directed me to download the app and sign up and I received an award. I scheduled my reward to be picked up at the same time as my Easter Meal. They brought out my reward snack, but somehow that reset the system and I never got my large order. I tried to call the restaurant directly and no one ever answered the phone. I finally went inside after waiting 20 min in curbside. They said that the rewards and the other Easter Feast were handled on two different platforms and they cancelled the other out. So they finally brought out my order. It was super easy except that one issue. Everyone was super nice and accommodating once we figured out the issue. They did forget my serving pieces so I suggest to look inside the box and make sure it is correct before the employee leaves your vehicle. If you are considering getting one of these heat and serve feasts, be aware they give a booklet with detailed reheating instructions and it’s about 2 hours of prep work. If you are truly going for ease and less stress consider catering. We had a ton of food left over and we had 9 people. So the description is accurate at 8-10 people. The booklet contains instructions to making fun recipes with the leftovers. Family brought other desserts, so I ended up freezing one of the pies for a future event. After all is said and done, I would order this type of meal again.

I was traveling to Tennessee when I decided to stop here for dinner 🍽. It was me and my father only (Party of 2) we got sat down pretty fast and got food about 15 minutes from ordering. We ask for a well-done country ham and clearly told our server to tell the cook to make sure it comes out well down, but unfortunately, it didn't . But we still ate it . Cookers, please listen to all the details our waiter gives you guys
Angel C — Google review
The food was good, but they had no biscuits and gravy, no rice and no icing. The waiter promised 10 minutes on the biscuits. Those biscuits were a no show. He then said it’s gonna be another 10 minutes because other servers took all the biscuits. We didn’t get the biscuits and gravy until the rest of my family was done with their meal. Bright side, he did comp my meal. I’m so disappointed in Cracker Barrel tonight.

Nestled in the heart of Seattle, Starbucks has become a beloved coffeehouse chain known for its signature roasts and light bites, all while providing a cozy atmosphere complete with WiFi. Customers often share delightful experiences, like when Laken and Ethan went the extra mile to make a little girl's visit memorable by personalizing her drink after she lost a tooth. The warm gestures from staff create an inviting environment that keeps patrons coming back.
I stopped in here to get a blackberry refresher and a vanilla custard danish. The refresher was absolutely delicious and the custard danish was great as well. They had a selection of various Starbucks tumblers. I was very satisfied with the selection, even though I didn’t find what I was looking for. The staff was very kind and friendly and the store looked very clean and tidy.

the girl working was slow and rude. the car in front of us had the same problem because she got their order wrong, and took forever to fix it. Then, when we got to the window, she took forever and when she finally got done, the order was completely wrong. we ordered two drinks and she gave us two food items. Then, when we told her it was wrong, she tried to fix it and still got it wrong. For the third time giving us our drinks, after we drive off, it was wrong again. the worker seemed high and did everything at a slow pace. someone like this should not be working there.
Leah G — Google review
Apparently their timer is more important than providing decent customer service. I was told with an attitude to wait 3 mins before coming into the line to pick up my drink because they have a “timer” even though no one was ahead of me or waiting behind me during my pick up. Every time I encounter this employee she has the worst attitude and you can tell she hates her job. (Girl that works drive through with dark hair). Not sure when establishments started making their timers the customer’s concern, but how would I know anything about YOUR timer, I gave them their drink back and requested a refund.

Laken and Ethan went above and beyond on my order tonight. My daughter lost a tooth and wanted to get a pink drink with the tooth fairy money. When we made the order and informed them the money was from tooth fairy, they went out of their way to make this little girl feel special. The extra hearts and tooth fairy drink written on the cup made this purchase extra special. Thank you !!!!!!!!

Starbucks, the iconic Seattle-based coffeehouse chain, is renowned for its signature roasts and light bites, making it a go-to spot for coffee lovers. This particular location stands out with its commitment to quality service and efficiency. Patrons have noted the friendly atmosphere where staff members greet customers with genuine smiles, creating a welcoming environment that feels just right—professional yet warm.
After seeing the negative reviews I was hesitant. However, I started going and have never had a problem. (Been going since August 2024). Everyone there is super nice, even when I go through the drive thru. The food is always warm, and my drink is never messed up (like at other locations). I’m always greeted with a smile. Maybe it’s because now I’m (sort of) a regular, but still. If YOU have a nice and understanding attitude, they seem to reciprocate that.

While Starbucks builds their restaurants to be identical in quality they simply are not the same. This Starbucks however was as yiu would expect them to be: fast, friendly, efficient and with just the right amount of friendliness - not too sweet but polite and professional. Ordered 2 drinks, both iced. And a breakfast sandwich. Drinks were made well and as ordered. Food was hot. The drive-thru had 4 cars ahead of us but they served us quickly. Definitely put this Starbucks ahead of others!

The ambiance at Just Love Coffee Cafe - Murfreesboro West is delightful, making it a perfect spot to relax with your morning cup of joe. While the food isn't exceptional, it's decent and visually appealing, although there seems to be something lacking in terms of taste. Despite this, their coffee stands out and truly shines. The grilled chicken wrap is tasty and satisfying, featuring spinach, tomatoes, and delicious bacon bits that provide an extra burst of flavor and crunchiness.
This is my second just love coffee cafe I’ve visited and it NEVER disappoints. Was truly delighted that one of their featured coffees was Butterbeer which was delicious hot and cold. Even at a rush hour staff were friendly and quick. The breakfast burrito was cute and delicious.
Kate S — Google review
Great experience overall, but a few issues. Their menu is hard to read (small text on TV screens that are fairly high on the ceiling). The guy at the register was nice, but even though I asked for everything to-go, the breakfast burrito wasn't really packaged in a to-go friendly way. My biggest issue, though, was the noise. They left the building very "industrial" with high ceilings. There was a group of 4 people in the shop hanging out, and it sounded like they were yelling due to the echo. I definitely couldn't have stayed and worked from there, which is sad since the overall vibe was very inviting.
Emily H — Google review
Great atmosphere. Good place to chill with your morning coffee. As far as the food goes, it's not bad. Looks great, but there's something missing. At least for me. It's not my favorite breakfast place, but it's not bad either. They really shine when it comes to their coffee. Food wise, it looks pretty but comes off tasting a bit bland.
Eric M — Google review
Was recommended this place by some people online. After looking at the menu, we decided to give it a try. Very disappointing. Employees were friendly. Service was slow. Food was cold. Chicken strips were like the ones that come frozen at the grocery store. Wasn't the worst experience ever, but for the price I would prefer someplace quicker that serves hot food.
Marcus C — Google review
Always a pleasant experience whenever I have a craving for their blended Toffee Coffee. All the baristas at this location are friendly and the service is quick. The manager even takes the time to connect with its guests.

I've had a great experience at this location. I got the Bacon Tater my 1st go but got the Breakfast Burrito the 2nd time. I really enjoyed the burrito. It wasn't heavy on the stomach and the tortilla wrap had a great crunch to it. That's probably going to be my go-to for breakfast burritos now. The iced Peach Blossom tea was nice as well.
Adrian A — Google review
My husband and I found this place while attending a work conference. The food was fresh and light. I got the sausage, egg, cheese biscuit, and my husband got the pig dippers. The coffee was amazingly good; one of the absolute best lattes I’ve ever had. We liked it so much we came back the next morning.
Donna L — Google review
Okay so the only reason that I'm giving you tw0 stars is because the matcha tea is really good and hot, and I did enjoy the Patty cakes that I had. I also did enjoy that you can technically buy or pay it forward to have someone get a free cup of coffee but it was $3.95 and a cup of coffee was only $2.95 so I didn't quite understand that. So if you have never been to this place just as an FYI anything you order comes back to you in the form of a waffle. I ordered the breakfast sliders with bacon. And I was quite disappointed because I honestly couldn't taste the egg and very rarely did I even taste the pepper jack cheese that was on it, the bacon I definitely could taste and Waffle was very dry. I felt like I just ate nothing but waffles and bacon. The total was $9.19 because instead of getting the coffee I got the matcha tea in a size 12 oz. I really don't think it's appropriate to be on your cell phone at work if it's work-related that's fine and if it's you're just shooting the breeze and showing off each other different types of videos, I think that's unprofessional and I was not asked at all how the food was. I mean I felt like I was at Starbucks where I'm expected not to have that kind of service. I have never been to this place before and I'm from out of town and I was very disappointed.

McDonald's is a classic fast-food chain that has stood the test of time, famous for its iconic burgers and crispy fries. During my recent visit, I made a quick stop for lunch. While the service was friendly and efficient, I found the food to be just average; the burger patty seemed surprisingly thin. Unfortunately, I also encountered some issues with condiments that were paid for but not received, and the bathrooms could use some attention.
We stopped here real quick for lunch. The service was great, food was okay. I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time, so maybe it's changed, but my burger patty was thinner than a quarter. I had to pay for condiments and didn't even receive the ones I paid for. Bathrooms were a mess. But the employees were nice, the dining area was clean and the play place was a blast for my kids!

The manager served my tea to me by shoving it in my face. Not a single word through the entire interaction. I watched as she picked up the tea barrel and poured every last drop in my cup. I love McDonald's tea. I was really looking forward to it hence the fact that I only came for the tea. 2 large sweet teas gone to waste. They was really nasty

Don’t bother wasting your time stopping at this location. I went inside because I needed to wash my hands before I placed my order. After realizing they keep their bathrooms locked, I had to go to the counter to ask them to unlock it. No one would wait on me. I stood there for a few minutes with employees walking right past me and no one said a word to me. So I left.
Cantzme88 — Google review
I've been a McDonald's manager and never before seen a restaurant with locked bathrooms, let alone one that required a cashier to press a button to let you in, and a button you had to press to get out! However, The man talking to himself outside the men's room, who followed me into the men's room to explain in detail how he himself cleaned and uncloged the men's toilet - while I was peeing, mind you - made it clear why the locks are there. However, attentive security bouncers might also be worth the investment. Thank you McDonald's, for your wisdom!

Apparently no cheese means no onions that I requested extra of. Someone took melted on my hamburger that I asked for none of. Then it looked like someone had tried to pick it off my burger. About 3am the 13th. The lady at the window was obviously not happy to be there. Not mad, just notifying management. Take care
Steph D — Google review
Customer service there is AWFUL. Came in to place an order at the front counter and literally stood there for 20 minutes and be in mind multiple staff saw me. Eventually had to place order on the man machine. When order got done they gave it to me not saying a single have a good day or enjoy or anything. If you’re not going to have customer service put them in the back cooking or something.

I mean it's Waffle House lol. Food is what you expect and the staff is great. Very friendly and personable. They can get pretty busy so just be sure to check your food before you leave when ordering takeout.

My husband and I came to the waffle House at South Rutherford in Murfreesboro and we waited first 5 minutes. The young lady came over to our table to inform us that our waiter was coming out. We wind up sitting there for at least another 15 minutes. We had to ask again. Poor waiter, and she was very casual and said let me go find him. He's somewhere in the back so we chose to leave poor service. I wouldn't recommend it. Keep your money

I went at about 8:00pm, service was slow and poor, nothing arrived at the same time. Somebody who got here after me, and ordered similar things got theirs faster and all together. I was not offered one refill, and the server had the personality of my pet rock. The only decent thing is that the place was clean.

McDonald's is a classic fast-food chain that has stood the test of time, renowned for its iconic burgers and crispy fries. My recent visits to this particular location have been quite delightful. Each time, I found the food to be just right, which is always impressive! On one occasion, I dined in and utilized their convenient kiosk ordering system. The restaurant was spotless, and my meal arrived promptly.
Stopped by McDonald’s during morning and had a great experience. Didn’t have to wait long for my order, and the staff were energetic and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was quick, reasonably priced, and perfect for a grab-and-go bite before work.
Nona L — Google review
Cheese-less cheeseburger, again… It is really sad that it cost $1.99+ tax for a regular cheeseburger at McDonald’s. What’s even worse is this was my “cheeseburger” with extra ketchup extra onion. Please note, NO CHEESE, no pickle and barely any ketchup, mustard or any other toppings (besides a small pile of onion in one spot.) This is a regular occurrence at this McDonald’s. We even had a big Mac from this location, without cheese. And several times when I’ve ordered something for everyone at home, we get home and again, I’m paying for a cheeseburger and they’re all plain burgers. I just don’t get it if you try to call, you’re never gonna reach someone they do not answer the phone at this location. Unfortunately, when in a hurry, logistically this is the place I stop (regardless of the poor quality.) This time I pulled over in the parking lot to eat so decided when I took my first bite it was so pitiful, and I was still there, I went back through the drive-through. The person at the drive-through said to pull forward to the second window and they would have it remade. But, when I did so, no one was aware of what I talking about. So they had me pull up, park and wait. Eventually, they brought out a new cheeseburger, but again, barely any ketchup, no pickle, and as usual the bun was super dry, and the burger was burnt. I gave up at that point and just left. Again, a basic cheeseburger shouldn’t be this hard to get correct. I wish we had other choices near where we live (when we are going to indulge in fast food…) Or, McDonald’s could put the slightest bit of effort into providing the food that people order.

The workers were incredibly nice. However the manager was not. I clearly had a code on my phone for a free burrito that was not working through their system. Rather than honoring it anyway, I just lost the points. Sad that they're losing business over poor management. I hope she doesn't treat the workers as poorly as she treats the customers.

As far as McDonalds go, this one is really good. We've been a few times over the past few months & the food has been correct each time (impressive). The time we ate inside, we ordered at the kiosk, took our table number, & had a seat. The restaurant was clean. The food came quickly. The server was friendly & when we asked her if she could bring some mayo, she happily grabbed it. The things in my review may seem "normal" & not worth mentioning, but when you're used to many of the McDonalds in South Florida having frequent poor service, bad attitudes, & incorrect orders, this was a pleasant change.
Toni S — Google review
This McDonald's is rather interesting, all of the employees are actually college graduates with extremely high I.Q.'s and so polite it's crazy, just like any one of these 3 star and above reviews, you should be reviewed. Unless it's people they know...... like they're kids. Yes, I will gladly talk to a McDonald's representative about my experiences to ensure the same treatment is given an how to "Do a chicken sandwich" . Wouldn't wanna favor anyone

I was door dashing tonight and I came jnto this location. There was a rude gentleman working bagging orders. He looked at me rolled his eyes and continued to talk to his friends he was working with. Then I had to come back again for another order, and he just looked at me and ignored me.

I travel a lot and decided to stop there for the rest room. Witnessed not one…but TWO people that work there leave the women’s bathroom without using sanitizer or washing their hands. Gross.

Tonight I ordered a mcdouble value meal which is supposed to be a small Coke. Small fries, 4 chicken nuggets and a mcdouble. It is supposed to cost $6. Instead, they charge me full price for the mcdouble. Full truck price for a medium fry and full price for medium Coke. And I and I did not get any chicken nuggets. So instead of paying $6 + tax I paid 8.17+tax and did not get one of the items I wanted.

If you're on the hunt for a delightful fast-food experience, look no further than Hardee’s! This beloved chain is renowned for its mouthwatering fried chicken, hearty burgers, and scrumptious made-from-scratch breakfast biscuits. Customers rave about the friendly service they receive; Jennifer at the drive-thru stands out with her genuine positivity and dedication to ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience. The food consistently arrives hot and fresh—just like those delicious biscuits that are perfect for breakfast!
At the drive thru Jennifer has worked my order several times. She is always courteous, friendly and professional. Her concern for a good customer experience is genuine. She projects positivity and a feeling that she wants to be there. Any business would be blessed to have her as a representative.

Ordered two scrambled egg biscuits then after paying was told the grill was off couldn’t make scrambled eggs. So I said chicken biscuits instead got in the car and the biscuit was hard and the meat is over cooked. This is the 3rd time I’ve had horrible service at this location. Previous time Jenny took our order and I had also ordered scrambled cheese biscuit and received scrambled eggs in a box No biscuit.

I’ve never had my nuggets placed so nicely! I adore that the staff is very attentive and cares about presentation. It was a Saturday, cars wrapped around the drive through and my food was hot, fresh, and amazingly packaged. The staff should be very proud as they’re doing amazing. Thank you, guys.

I sat down for breakfast with my son this morning. We ordered a couple of sausage McMuffins. After we sat down my son asked for some water. I went to the front and asked for a cup for water and the lady behind the counter wanted to charge me a dollar for a cup of water. I’ve never been charged for a cup of water, especially for a child. I’m a little disgusted. Happened on Easter morning too… Fortunately I had a water bottle in the truck.

I stopped by this McDonald’s around 4:30 and was seriously impressed. My order came out super fast and everything from the fries to the nuggets was hot, fresh, and delicious. What really stood out, though, was the service. A manager (Asian lady in a polo) came by to check on guests and do a table touch, which you never see in fast food. If I had my business card on me, I would have tried to recruit her for our restaurant franchise group on the spot. Outstanding experience all around.

If I could give a ZERO I would! The lady in drive through was RUDE! yelling at me. I asked if she was having a bad day. She tells "WHAT DO YOU WANT"! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! My food was THROWN IN THE BAG! Fries poured out and the burger was OLD MEAT pieced back together and copped up with holes!

The manager brought us our food and was very rude. I asked for a water cup and she tells me it would be $1.10. You would think that if you spend over $20 on food they could have the decency to give you a free glass of water.

Amira is very rude just like most staff, I order food and the mobile app did not allow me to get it with the code, instead of her helping she made a smart comment and walked away!!!! And she is a Manager

Placed an online curbside order for a regular cheeseburger, chicken wrap, teas and fries. Pulled into the curbside spot and put my spot number into the app. I waited almost 20 minutes in my car, almost 30 since the order was placed. Finally felt like this was getting ridiculous for such a small order to take so long, I went inside to the counter. I could see a bag and a tea behind the counter and finally this woman came up and said “what was your order” and I said my name and it was supposed to have been curbside. Sure enough she picks up the bag and tea that had been sitting back there for who knows how long and sets it down pretty hard on the counter, says nothing and just turns around. No “here you go”, no “sorry about the wait”, or anything.

This location is easy to get in-and-out of. I have been here many times over the years more so for happy meals for little ones than anything else. This location is always busy so be prepared to wait in line. Other than that it's the typical experience you would expect from this long standing fast food chain.

The morning staff at this location are the best in the world. Friendly, fast service, and they actually care if your order is correct. I sat in here to waste time, and it ended up being about 2 hours and not one person came out to clean up the floors or wiped down the tables For the prices they charge they should and could keep it clean. There were 5 guys working, doing a lot of nothing , burping loudly WHILE CUSTOMERS WERE THERE ‼️ In my opinion, it could have been, and should have been clean 🤔

Went through the drive for breakfast today around 9:30, and ordered coffee, a frisco melt, and a maple biscuit. The woman taking my order made me feel as if I’d bothered her by coming to the restaurant. She was impatient, unwelcoming, and very short with me. When I came around to the window, a young man took my money and gave my food. I worked in fast food in high school and college, so I understand how much it makes a difference when you have customers who are kind and acknowledge you, so I try to always be that type of guy. I smiled at the young man, greeted him and gave eye contact. When he gave me my food I thanked him with the same smile and eye contact. He never actually looked at me and he didn’t reply to my attempts at expressing gratitude. The frisco sandwich wasn’t bad, but the biscuit and coffee were really bad. The coffee tasted like it had tea in it or something. The biscuit in the picture on the drive thru menu had a white swirl on it like a cinnamon roll. Mine looked like that (see pic). I’ve had good experiences here with other staff at other times, but today was not, unfortunately.

This is the worst hardees i uave ever been to and i travel the U.S. for work and eat hardees breakfast 4 or more a week. The front register woman is rude can not listen or give the customer any time to say anything and keeps rushing to say is that it. As far as the food terrible. I have had this location 5 times every single time my order is wrong. Apparently they cant read. The order is always a chicken biscut with egg hashrounds and a side of gravy i think thats a simple order. Never has egg on the biscuit but has cheese and i tell the lady all the time only egg no cheese. I will drive 30 minutes out of the way to goto a different hardees vs one thats 6 minutes from my new house. Great job hardees Murfreesboro

Was given the wrong food in the drive-through and when I simply try to tell the lady in the window that she had given me the wrong food and drink her only response was hol’’on. You ain’t gotta get smart. I didn’t take your damn order. So just for those of you, wondering if you’re given the wrong food just take it or you’re gonna get cussed out by the employees. Was a very pleasant way to start my Sunday morning.

For decades this location has been pumping out tasty breakfast biscuit creations of a wide variety. Every morning no matter what day it is there always seems to be a line around the corner. True Southern scratch made biscuits that are almost always spot on.  Like many people in the area I've been here hundreds of times and never had anything but breakfast. Next time a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit calls my name,  I'll be there.

A lot of people were getting their order before me, the woman at the counter asked me what I was waiting on and so she told the people in the kitchen i had been waiting a while. The black girl in the front with long braids and facial piercing says with attitude that everybody has been waiting a long time… Ok lol no need for weird rude attitude? Finally get my food and my blueberry biscuit was upside down so the icing was stuck to the box. Haven’t had a bad experience at a Hardee’s until this one.

McDonald's is a beloved fast-food institution that has stood the test of time, renowned for its iconic burgers and crispy fries. While the menu remains consistent, each location offers a unique experience based on service and food quality. At one particular spot, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality from the staff, especially Brenden at the drive-thru window, who exemplified kindness and respect—qualities that can be rare in fast food today.
The gentleman at the first window, Brenden was incredibly kind and respectful. Unfortunately you don’t see that kind of service these days with fast food. I just wanted to recognize his service.

The staff here are very sweet. My daughter and I go after school so she can grab a quick bite. Everyone in the drive thru is so great. The food is also very fresh which you don't get everywhere with fast food.

I ordered two double cheeseburgers and the new peanut butter mcflurry. Both of my burgers were just regular cheeseburgers, missing the second patty and the second piece of cheese and I went back inside with my food and receipt and told them what the issue was. All they did was put two burnt and dry pattie’s in a box and hand me that. and my mcflurry was barely halfway full and they said that’s how it’s supposed to look. I try to never go to this one since i never have good experiences but it is the closest to my house. This location just keeps getting worse over the years.

Worst Experience Ever at McDonald’s This location should be ashamed of the way it treats customers. I went to buy a Happy Meal for my baby, and not only did they give me the wrong order, but when I asked for the toy for my child, they flat-out refused—even after I offered to pay for it. The employee who took my order was extremely rude, and things only got worse when I called the store. One of the employees pretended to be the manager and absolutely refused to give me her name—completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. When they finally put the real manager on the phone, she wasn’t any better. Instead of helping, she responded in the most dismissive way, just saying “uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh” as if my complaint meant nothing. This is unacceptable. The staff here are rude, disrespectful, and clearly not trained in even the basics of customer service. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially when all I wanted was something as simple as a Happy Meal for my baby.

My husband went to this location today around 3:30pm. He bought our son a happy meal and he wanted a cup of water! They told him that needed to pay $2 for the CUP OF WATER!!!! Yes, as a customer, they told my husband he must pay $2 for the cup of water! This behavior is beyond egregious and unacceptable. It’s 94 degrees outside and we are paying customers. I can see this becoming a legal issue soon for this company. When did McDonald’s start charging for a cup of water??? Please delineate.

During my recent visit, I was initially concerned about finding parking due to the bustling atmosphere. However, I was pleasantly surprised to secure a seat quickly, and the food arrived at my table in no time! A special mention goes to Tim, one of the employees who truly enhanced my experience with his friendly service.
There was barely any room to park so we thought we wouldn’t get a seat, but we did, and it took no time for our food to arrive at the table. Shout out to employee Tim, who made our visit extra special.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience was not as good as I get from other Chick-fil-A‘s. I ordered and asked for a simple item that I would pay for with the rest of my food, and they declined to give it to me. I’ve had no problems at multiple other Chick-fil-A‘s in town and out of town, receiving it. What item you may ask?? A egg smh. So simple. To save you all time, go to Old fort, way better, customer service & food. Only went because it was closer :( next time I’ll take the drive to Old Fort :)

My husband and I went through the drive through today and have been having bad experiences through drive through as after we give order there is too much traffic, everyone pulling in front of others, no one directing who should be next, etc. We have waited in line at drive through so many times as when we finally get our food we are stressed and end up eating it on the way home. Today we ordered our food and when we got to the window, they wanted us to pull forward around the side ,or in handicap parking as it wasn't ready. This was after 11 am. We told them we did not want to do so as we have a right to not be in traffic again in those areas as we would have a hard time getting out. Anyways we will probably not go back until they come up with an extra lane or Better management and if we are 1st in line for just grilled nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich and fruit cup this should not be so.

Restaurant very clean, no issues, however the floor was excessively slippery, not safe to walk around. Men’s restroom faucet broken and the main issue we experienced is that the air conditioning was not working or not turned on. It’s a humid environment and not having the air conditioning properly working is an issue and we saw a couple walking in and a soon as they stepped in, they walk away nodding the head and making some gestures indicating heat. Food was good, environment was not good. Sorry for leaving the review but we don’t have to tell you what’s wrong, each shift lead should be responsible for doing their check list of items at the beginning of the shift.

Nestled in the heart of Seattle, Starbucks has become a beloved coffeehouse chain that offers not just signature roasts but also light bites and complimentary WiFi for those looking to work or relax. Each visit feels special, as the baristas consistently craft delicious drinks with personalized touches—like sweet notes on your cup—that make you feel appreciated. Even when traveling, many find that no other location quite matches the quality and warmth of their local Starbucks.
I just love this location. My coffee (which had multiple add ons) is always consistently SO good. Even when I travel out of town and go to a different Starbucks I notice it’s not quite the same as they make it- which theirs is perfect. But most importantly the workers are seriously awesome. Nice, friendly, fast and efficient. They even write cute things on my cup ☺️ I wish I knew all the workers names so I could put them on here but I hope they know how much I appreciate them! On my Starbucks “wrapped” last year (it’s on the app) it said I visited 12 locations, well this one is definitely my favorite, I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

The line was busy in the drive through so I went in and ordered so I went in and was third in line and ordered a drink and a food item, more people came in behind me and my drink came out quickly but the food did not and I waited but they kept making food prioritizing the drive through and then even people who ordered after me got their food before me (one being someone who ordered the same food item as me) and I stopped an older gentleman after having waited 10 minutes on my food and him giving away the same food item I ordered to someone who came in and ordered a few people after me genuinely just wondering if my order was forgotten, he condescendingly replied how he had like 12 orders and I needed to be patient and walked off. Just rude and on top of it I tipped too and tip every time I go here, which I don’t expect to be prioritized for that or anything and get things happen when busy but he clearly was not paying attention to the queue and forgot my order and then instead of just saying he would check on it or do it politely wanted to try and act like I was being rude and make a public spectacle of it. Just rude. Everyone else was nice though and usually is, wish I got his name but he was rude.

Everytime I have to stopped at this location the staff is unfriendly and short with me. I try to be extra nice to service workers everywhere, and each time I've been made to feel like an inconvenience while spending money. I hope they're reviewed and talked to about this issue. They could at least offer friendly service for the prices you pay.

Fast drive-thru service even on a busy day. The inside of the store is well maintained and clean. The staff is exceptional. They recognize my wife and me and know what we like to order.

Not happy that prices raised again, my vente Pumpkin Spiced Latte cost a whopping $8.40. Despite the fact that I love them but Starbucks has priced me out.

This is the worst managed Starbucks I've ever been to. Management does not care about the customer experience. Not sure if they are understaffed but I guarantee it takes at least twice as long to get served. Drive takes forever. Perfect location, if it was managed properly they could probably double their sales. Go to any other location in the Boro.

This Starbucks has quick service and the coffee tastes just as good as always. The traffic around here isn’t heavy, and there’s plenty of parking available.

Taco Bell is a popular fast-food chain known for its Mexican-inspired menu featuring items like tacos, quesadillas, and nachos. Despite encountering some issues with the mobile ordering app, a visit to one of their locations proved to be a positive experience. The staff was described as friendly and accommodating, with particular praise for an employee named Carlos. This anecdote highlights the importance of acknowledging and appreciating the hard work of fast-food workers.
I went through the drive thru at 1702 memorial blvd. mekayla h was my cashier. She gave amazing customer service. She answer immediately when I pulled up. Very polite when she took my order. Even tried to up some items on the menu that sounded tasty. This will be the only Taco Bell I will go to from now on because of that customer service. To top it all off, my food was hot and fresh and came out really fast. I felt like a valued customer.

Terrible. The bathrooms were disgusting and filthy with urine all on the toilet, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and overflowing trash. Overall just disgusting. Then you get out to the tables and not one of them are clean. The ice was out and all of the sodas tasted like they needed to be changed. The counter was an absolute mess. But what is ironic is when we walked into the store, a couple of the employees were sitting at the table talking and enjoying themselves. If I could rate it a zero I would!

Just was at Taco Bell on South Church Street and went through the drive thru. The employee working at the window, his name is Shai (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong,), was great!! Actually looked at me when he was talking to me, asked how I was, made me feel like a person and not just another customer. The manager at this Taco Bell needs to know that he's a great employee. Thanks for brightening up my day Shai. Keep up the good work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am a fan of the Mexican pizza and I was happy to hear they were bringing it back. I had to try it and see if it tasted as good as I remembered. First visit-This store did not seem prepared for the influx of people. I posted a picture of their pizza in an advertisement and then of the actual pizza I received. You can tell that mine does not look like the advertisement. The pizza was good in spite of its appearance. I am giving this location 3 stars because of the long wait and originally being told they had no more pizzas after placing my order. While I was waiting for a refund I was told by a different representative they had more pizzas and I didn't have to cancel my order. Hopefully the long waits and inventory shortages will be resolved. Again I am to happy to see the Mexican pizza back on the Taco Bell menu.

Let me tell you about the drive through worker cezar he goes above and beyond for customer service and interacts with customers and is really helpful. I would rather have nobody serve me Than cezar he deserves a raise he is probably the best Taco Bell employee I have met EVER.

If I could rate a zero, I would! I'm a delivery driver. Stopped here for an Uber order around 8:45pm.Told them the name. They said it would be right out. 5 people went in after me and they were able to leave. There were 2 cars in the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes while making eye contact with any employee I could get any attention from. I finally had to call out and ask again about my order. They said they hadn't started it yet. I asked a guy how much longer it would be so I could notify the customer. He literally shrugged his shoulders and said flippantly, "I don't know". For real!?! Cancelled the order. Wasted 25 minutes. Now the customer is waiting for an order they already paid for. I hate that for them but it is certainly the fault of this Taco Bell. I will attempt to pick up orders for customers that take a reasonable time but I will NEVER patronize this store myself.
Steph D — Google review
I showed up right before closing time on Saturday night/Sunday morning. I was fully expecting them to say they couldn’t serve me bc I cut it real close with time! Instead Anyla had perfect customer service over the speaker and said I could still order. All 3 people working: Anyla, Jasmine, and Mason were super nice and weren’t irritated at my last minute order. I appreciate this bc so many other restaurants/fast food would have said it was too late to place an order and sent me on my merry way, BUT those 3 didn’t! So thank y’all so much for being so cool about it while I was apologizing profusely for my way too late at night/early in the morning craving! I appreciate you 3 more than you know!

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations in the US and NONE have gave me as much hilarious banter and kindness as this location has! So, I walk in and order a coffee and this barista named Raine walks up (I think thats how her name is spelled) and she welcomes me in. All the staff really loved my cowboy hat and im telling them that my schtick is that “I’m the cowboy with the $2s” then I yeehaw inside the business. Raine never asked me what name I wanted on my drink (I didn’t notice until after the fact as we were all chatting and having a great time anyways) and by the time I got it, it was VERY DELICIOUS. BUT, she secretly put “cowboy with the $2s” on my coffee as well as wrote “yee haw!” on the actual cup! HUGE shout out to the staff and Raine for being so welcoming and silly towards me! MORE Starbucks need this type of atmosphere where they can be more down to Earth and let loose a little bit! It’s just great! Next time I’m ever in the Murfreesboro area? I will go out of my way to come back here again and if anyone else is reading this review? I HIGHLY recommend you check it out too! Sincerely, Dish from Bowling Green Kentucky YEEHAW🤠😎.

I specifically love THIS Starbucks, the S Rutherford location. It’s the ONLY one that is quick and efficient and the workers are always kind and never sassy. Even if there’s a line, they work through it quickly but the lines here are a fraction of what S Church, Memorial or Old Fort always have. *** ETA - Something here has changed. Over the last couple months my drinks are consistent messed up. Today I ordered my usual strawberry açaí lemonade with light ice and no dried fruit. It was 50% filled with ice, had the dried fruit, and was water not lemonade. (See photo. They literally printed the correct info and did the exact opposite) I’m only amending my review because my drinks are constantly incorrect. Now that this has happened so many times, I’m removing a star. The workers are still always kind and the line still moves quickly, but for some reason the drinks are just always wrong.

I’ve been coming to this location for so long. I do mobile orders and some of the employees at this location always make it a point to tell you “Please be sure to place your mobile order a few minutes before you get here” Well I don’t live super close so I can’t place it while I’m at home. Do you want me to pick up my phone while I’m driving because I’m not risking my life for a coffee. I place my order when I pull in. I’m so sorry that it is so incredibly inconvenient for you all. I’ll be going to Dutch bros from now on where they are incredibly friendly and the drinks are honestly better anyways!

The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the service is consistently fast. However, there's typically a drive-through wait between 7-10 AM. Jordan was amazing and friendly!

The service was great but I’m almost certain they didn’t make my shaken espresso correctly. I ordered it before driving there and I only live 7 minutes away but it was already separated so bad it looked like an iced latte. Was so gross to taste all that sugar and espresso at the bottom.

Eden was amazing. Not only was she super sweet and accommodating, but she genuinely made my day so much better. She has such a gift for making 1) good coffee and 2) making people’s day. Thank you Starbucks for hiring her! You need more Eden’s in the world ❤️❤️

Best Starbucks in Tennessee! Management here is by far the best I have ever seen in any Starbucks. I have been coming to this location for over 8 years. Always friendly staff and fresh products.
Rick L — Google review
This Starbucks used to be my favorite but recently every time I go there’s always something wrong with my order. This is the most recent experience The pic is a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, half the drink is all foam. The ice is basically filled to the top, I finished my drink in less then 6 sips, and didn’t taste like there was any flavoring to it. I would have went back in, but my baby was screaming and they had a long line. Hopefully they’ll start making my drinks correct.

Burger King is a popular fast-food destination known for its delicious grilled burgers, crispy fries, and delightful shakes. Many patrons rave about the friendly and courteous staff who consistently provide excellent customer service. While some customers have noted that the restaurant occasionally opens later than advertised due to management issues, this does not overshadow the positive experiences shared by diners.
We had a mobile order and went through the drive through to pick it up around 4:30 today, August 19. The lady at the speaker and window was incredibly kind, and our food came out delicious- just as ordered. Thank you for your amazing attitude, we hope to see more of you at this location in the future!

I was trying not to leave no stars . I called asked for a manager he said this him . I told him my food was old he had the nerve to say what you want me to do about it . What I want you to do as a manager remake my food or give me a refund . He said I can’t give you a refund over the phone well I know that . I tried to call back the phone goes to voicemail

I eat breakfast here and the food is good, and the staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS!!! The problem they have is that they open at 6am, but they are NEVER ready until 615-620. It's NOT the staffs fault, they have told me multiple times sorry and they are lage bc their boss won't let them work earlier to be ready at the 6am opening. That is a management/ownership problem being shortsighted by not paying the 2 or 3 people an extra 15 mins to have everything ready when they should.

Had a mobile order and went to pick it up, the lady at the window was very nice with a big smile on her face, then while we were sitting in the parking lot eating she brought out a drink I didn’t even realize I was missing. McDonald's is a beloved fast-food institution that has stood the test of time, renowned for its iconic burgers and crispy fries. Patrons rave about the Spicy Crispy McChicken, which is always served fresh and delicious. The French fries here are perfectly crisp, never soggy, adding to the overall delightful experience.

At 9:26 p.m. I just witnessed from the drive-thru window one of the male employees using his teeth to rip open the seal on the top of a bottle used for syrup. I order an eat from here all the time. McDonald's is a timeless fast-food institution that has captured the hearts and appetites of many with its iconic burgers and crispy fries. This particular location stands out for its exceptional service, ensuring that every visit is a pleasant experience. Although I've only taken advantage of the drive-through, I can confidently say that the food consistently arrives fresh and piping hot, making it a reliable choice for a quick meal on the go!
This McDonalds has always had great service, I've only used the drive-through, but the food is always fresh and hot!

The key to most any business is consistency. Putting out a product that customers can depend on being the same each time....Too many places nowadays just don't care about that. It should be unacceptable for people to be expected to toss a coin on whether or not what they're paying for is going to be worth their hard earned money.... Today, it was not. A breakfast burrito is supposed to have cheese, right? And sausage? Not just a tortilla wrapped around a tiny portion of egg. Very disappointing.

If I could give zero stars I would, literally in about 3-4 times a week buying a happy meal for my son. Bought the big meal said they were out of toys for it but I couldn't exchange it for a happy meal toy or buy it by itself. The employees and managers in the afternoon are rude, food is always cold or wrong. As much money I've spent I will not be back at this location. Will have to find a new McDonalds to get happy meals that my son loves woth maybe more polite customer service to go with it.!!

Cannot stress enough how rude and unkind the drive-through staff was For breakfast on March 24. There was no one at the first window to take my payment so I drove to the second window. The older lady at the window acted like I was the stupidest person ever for doing that. She told me to give the food back that she had handed me out the window and to drive back around and wait through line again. I told her I did not have time to do this as I had to get my son to school and she literally just stared at me! Didn’t even try to help.

Me and my husband stop to get something to eat. And we get told we can not break a 100$ bill. So you telling me ya’ll ain’t got 75$ in your cash drawer. That you could serve to us cause ya”ll couldn’t break a 100. That’s so stupid. If that’s the case why don’t you have a sign saying we can’t take any big bills. No the express I got from ya”ll you didn’t want to break it and you didn’t want see if you could. Have work restaurants in the past. I know every one has able to break a 100$ or a 50$ I will stop here again.

This is the third time that I’ve ordered the cheese burger combo at this particular location and it’s the third time that there has not been one single diced onion on my cheeseburger which in my opinion is what makes McDonald’s cheeseburgers better than other fast food places. The first time I thought okay maybe they were just out of the tiny little diced onions for the cheeseburgers. Went back a couple weeks later and the exact same thing, not one single diced onion. So disappointed! Fast forward to several weeks later I made up my mind I wasn’t getting a cheeseburger because well no onions the last two times, so instead got a Big Mac, shocking there was hardly any special sauce on mine or my husbands Big Mac hamburger so needless to say to say it wasn’t that great at all either hardly any of the special sauce. So tonight same location I thought okay maybe third times a charm so I took a chance and got the cheeseburger combo again, get it home and for the third time absolutely not one single diced onion on either cheeseburger. Am I missing something, have y’all stopped putting the onions on the cheeseburgers for good or am I just the unlucky one that keeps getting the ones without onions. The little diced onions are what makes the cheeseburger so good. Well anyway it doesn’t matter that’s 4 strike outs so I’m done, I won’t be back, I work hard for my money and I will just spend it somewhere that puts all of the ingredients on the food that is supposed to be on there. I was patient and understanding never complained not once to anyone working there, but enough is enough. Not sure what the problem is, running out ingredients or just laziness in the part of the person making the cheeseburger but now it’s just not good. In the picture you will see not one single onion.
