I would assume something has happened with the owner or the business itself because owners don't close up shop for over a month to upgrades. I’ve been to the restaurant downstairs a couple of times 2 years ago, and that was the first time i left a review in google maps as the food, and the SERVICE was amazing. I just knew that the owner opened this bar upstairs so i came here to check it out, to see if this is still my favorite place to go, and it is even better than it was before. The bar was cosy, chill, i came at the weekend so they had live music, really nice band, giving the vibe. Took my family here during our Vietnam tour What a great decision it was. We stayed in a family glamping tent which was a 15 second walk to the beach. Air con in the tent is good although not the same as staying in a sealed room so temper your expectations. We moved into the main compartment and sealed it off and all was good. Great showers. The family meals in the evening are fantastic and a great way to meet people. They kept coming with the food and we were stuffed by the end of it with a really eclectic range of local food. There's a pool table, table tennis and the beach is really clean although the water does have microscopic jellyfish larvae which can cause occasional tingles and stinginess but it's nothing to worry about especially as there are showers right next to the beach. It's better to swim early or later in the day apparently. The people that work here are all really positive and helped us arrange our transport onwards to Hoi An for a very reasonable cost. Steve, one of the owners was particularly friendly and helpful. If you want a chill experience where you get to meet similar like minded travellers then this is a great place to go. They even give you a free drink on arrival!

We were the only 5 customers in the place which has great views but over an hour later when the food arrived every single meal was stone cold. We were hungry but couldn’t even attempt to eat it, we paid for our drinks and left very disappointed. They offered to reheat the food up for us but by then it was too far gone

Literally the best mash and gravy I’ve ever had. Beers are cheap and so are the cocktails, delicious too. Not to mention the burger, wrote this review immediately after eating because it is that damn good. Mouth is still melting props to the chef. Location and vibe are also on point fair play to the staff as well they are super friendly and their service is top shelf.

A very nice place to have drinks and grab a bite to eat. Taco Tuesday's are a great value when you need a change from local cuisine. One of the only places in QN where they make crêpes. The place is really chill and the friendly owners know how to make a cocktail. We loved the margaritas and the cucumber mint G&T's. If you are ever in this part of Vietnam, a nice place to stop by. Highly recommended.

Absolutely must-visit bar in the town, cheap drinks, good vibe and everyone seems to know each other. Highly recommend lady-ee for those who have to drive but want something that looks alcoholic. I will definitely come back if I ever set foot to Quy Nhơn again.

We spent a very nice evening in Coeur. Cocktails are good and affordable. Food is coming a bit slow, but it’s worth waiting. Cheese burger is very tasty. Staff is extremely lovely and polite and speaks good English. Thank you for having us 🥰🥰🥰

I am friends of the owners so i am massively biased. However, i do not lie when i say that Coeur is the best bar in town, run, by the best two people. If you are a tourist and want to give your money to good people you are blessed in Vietnam, there are so many but Hung and Hue are the best of the best. Kind, caring people that will, literally, throw themselves in front of giants to help all. They understand the western palate, which is an enigma out here and the drinks, for a western bar, are far too cheap but exceptionally good. Loads of cool Vietnameae and foreigners, of every age, young and old, hang out there. Great vibe. And. If you are really really lucky you will catch them on a karaoke night. If they invite you, and they always invite everyone, make sure you go. It will be the best night of your life. One of the best bars/ restaurants i have been to anywhere in the world.

Quy Nhon is a genuine hidden gem. It's a 7 hour bus / train ride from Da Nang but it's definetly worth it! Due to the remote location there are few tourists and the city has a "real Vietnam" feel.

Nice and clean beach. It has some beautiful pubs that you can have some good photo shots out of them, if you're a photo person. I had to return to this beach at night just to do the same shots at the same pub again to see how it would look at night.

unfortunately, i visited quy nhon city during the colder season, which meant i couldn't fully enjoy the beach, although the beach is a major attraction, i was able to observe the local lifestyle both day and night, i highly recommend taking a walk along the sidewalk with some street food to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the beach at night.

Very beautiful sea front promenade with well kept gardens but as of June 2024 the beach is littered with garbage, making it unusable. It is our first time in Quy Nhon so we don’t know if this is a common occurrence or not, but as of now we suggest avoid visiting the city as the beach is improper for swimming.

You won't find a better Lox Bagel in this city. Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations since there aren’t many Western restaurants in this small town. But I was amazed by how good his homemade bagels were—superb crust and a nice, bouncy dough. It was a great Lox Bagel, though I think they should charge an extra 10k for additional cream cheese and capers. I ended up paying the extra 10k for more cream cheese, and it was perfect. The pizza crust was fresh and well-made. Even compared to many pizza spots in Hanoi or Saigon, Danang couldn’t compete with his dough. The tomato sauce was really nice, and the toppings were delicious. However, I would use less cheese to prevent it from getting too wet—too much mozzarella can overwhelm the other flavors. Overall, I really enjoyed the food after days of Vietnamese food in town. I hope they keep improving the space and keeping it busy.

Nice to have a western breakfast option! Unfortunately not a great value. We expected more at that price point compared to neighboring restaurants. Extra bacon said X 3 pieces but came with two short strips, mostly fat. It took 30 full minutes from first persons food to fourth persons, which was for our youngest child and slowest eater. Each person was finished with their meal before the next came. The food was tasty. Of the breakfast sandwiches, french toast and pancakes we ordered, pancakes are what we would recommend most!

I’ve lived in Vietnam for nearly seven years now, and I know the difference between a budget burger and one that claims to justify a premium price. When you’re charged 165,000 VND for a burger, you’d expect at least quality imported beef, decent seasoning, and proper preparation. What I received was closer to a 26,000 VND street-side patty—bland, poorly constructed, and insulting for the price point. On the other hand I think the meat was around 50g and it wasn’t 100% beef. What makes this worse is the history—I came here four years ago and had some of the best Western food I’d had in Vietnam. Something has clearly changed, and not for the better. The quality has plummeted while the prices have skyrocketed. It genuinely feels like the management is trying to cash in on unsuspecting customers who don’t know better. Before writing this, I scrolled through some recent reviews and realized my experience wasn’t isolated—others have also called out the same issues. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a place that once had potential now scamming customers with subpar food and inflated prices. The pizza was no better. In fact, it was worse—no cheese, just drenched in tomato sauce and overloaded with minced garlic. It felt like an afterthought, not something a restaurant with any pride would serve. It’s clear to me that this place is not catering to expats or anyone with an appreciation for good food. If I had been served this burger and pizza anywhere else in Vietnam, I’d walk away knowing I’d been ripped off—and that’s exactly how I feel now. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are plenty of spots in Vietnam that respect their customers and serve food worth the price. This just isn’t one of them. I also voiced my concern to the Vietnamese host who suddenly forgot english and didn’t know what to say when I asked her what kind of 3rd rate service is this!!!

Fun place to hang out! The owner is super friendly — a Canadian who’s been in Vietnam for years and clearly knows how to make people feel welcome. The pizza has a great crust, closest to American-style we’ve found here. The burger was delicious, and the honey garlic wings are a must. It’s a sports bar with games on, but also a great spot for kids. Highly recommend for good food, good vibes, and good company!

I had high hopes for this place, but ended up pretty disappointed. I waited over 25 minutes to get the saddest avocado "toast" I've ever seen. The dark green coloured avocado looked terrible, overripe and didn't seem fresh. The bagel was fluffy on top, but the bottom was crispy, overcooked and hard to chew. It tasted like regular bread, nothing special that could qualify as a bagel. The whole thing was bland and tasteless. On the bright side, the extra poached eggs I ordered were indeed poached, but set on the side. Had the food lived up to the price, I would have loved to try many other items of their extensive menu.

This is a bar serving foreigner bar food. Food is ok. Burger was supposed to come with bacon and did not. I asked med - well and it was pink center as a smash patty. Cheap frozen fries. Not a foodie place though you will get a burger and fries and have a local beer.

I expected better from a place with such a high rating. When I first approached I was refused a table, as they said they had none. The place was half empty as per my photo. I pointed out empty tables and the staff just laughed at me. Is it because I'm a foreigner that looks like a poor local? Somewhat determined to still eat here, because we got a grab from the other side of town, I made a booking on google which was accepted. I went back with my booking and I actually got a table, in a far corner away from other patrons. We ordered a flight, and one beer was out, so we had to get a substitute. We ordered two cheese burgers with fries, I liked the burger and the accompanying sauces, however, could you be more stingy with the fries, and where was the seasoning? This is probably the most expensive meal we've had in our travels in Vietnam, and surprisingly left hungry, especially for the price we paid. Overall the food was okay, quite pricey for the portion; absolutely disappointed in how I was treated. Would not return, would not recommend.

Great spot right on the beach, very relaxed and good music. Beers are good and a decent choice at not too high prices. Took a while to get a gin and tonic due to language barrier but got there. Food reasonable western fare at western prices. Friendly staff. Come for the beer and view rather than good.

Having lived in Quynhonda for years, I was truly thrilled to see a place like this open up. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the location is unbeatable—right on the beach, facing the ocean. This new little Indian Restaurant and Cocktail Bar is tucked away down a side street, but is well worth seeking out! We've been recently for lunch and for dinner, and found the food, drinks, service and atmosphere most enjoyable and very good value for money. The owner dropped by for a chat both times we were there, and was most receptive to feedback. Highly recommend for those who enjoy southern Indian cuisine!

My first time trip to Quy Nhon and luckily found an Indian restaurant here. It is a small cozy place but the food is awesome. Have lot of vegetarian options. The owner Cherry is always smiling and take care the food is on point. A must visit for vegetarians

Really delicious food here 😁 the only real Indian food in Quy Nhon! The menu has a lot of variety, and so far everything has been absolutely delicous. My favorites are the pani puri and tandoori chicken here 🤤 but many of the dishes here is awesome, you won't be disappointed!

Terrible food chefs are Vietnamese badly trained. I had to wait over 90 minute's for food only 2 other customers in restaurant. My order was Mango lasi which arrived after 30 and was cold and refreshing mins 15 mins later I was send 2 half cooked oil dripping poppadoms as a free gift for the wait, rest of my order was chicken curry, dal makhuni and plain nan bread. Chicken curry had 6 small pieces of chicken and curry sauce was thin the dal was watery and some kidney beans were hard, I didn't risk it and left it to one side the nan was not under cooked. Food was bland and cooked by amateurs. Looks like the photos in small menu are taken from online as food looks nothing like it. When paying bill of 360,000 the waitress couldn't operate the pdq payment device I payed in cash with a 500 000 but only had limited change.

First of all, the chef is not working at the moment due to work permit, and that's probably the reason for the one star only. We ordered Chicken tandoori and chicken tikka masala. 1. The tandoori for my wife came after a few minutes. It was medium cold, dry and chewy and it didn't taste tandoori at all. They can call it whatever, but not tandoori, and I have been eating tandoori in four continents, and have familiy from India. Look at the picture! 2. Then came my masala 15 minutes later. It was good, but without rise. First time I order Indian food and there's no rise. 3. Then my butter nan bread. It had the context of a Scandinavian flat bread, not nan. 4. 30 minutes after my wife got her horrible "tandoori", her nan came. The texture of it also reminded about Scandinavia, normal white bread, not nan. We were alone in the restaurant and they used 30 minutes... 5. For this we payed more than the nice hotel room we stay in and 20 times more than the great street food we had yesterday. Please don't waste your time and money here until they have got a Indian chef back!
