Nestled in the heart of Las Cruces, NM, D.H. Lescombes Winery & Bistro is a charming and relaxed destination that beautifully marries hearty bistro fare with an impressive selection of local wines and craft beers. This inviting venue boasts a diverse menu filled with delightful options like bacon-wrapped shrimp and savory meatloaf, making it perfect for both casual lunches and special celebrations.
This was my first visit. We went at 11am when they opened on a Saturday. We were visiting from El Paso. Customer Service was immaculate. Our waitress Christian greeted us with a smile and made greet recommendations from Wine to Entrees! Lunch was delicious! Will dine again when I'm in the area.

An excellent experience from start to finish. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the wine complemented each dish beautifully. I especially loved the complimentary garlic bread—it was such a nice touch! Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere made the evening feel special.

Great winery in Las Cruces. The grape fields were modestly sized and had great smell. The parking lot is big, and if there is not enough space, there is a seperate parking lot nearby that is also avaliable. There was a large selection of wine offerings. We chose to be in the covered patio, which even though the AC was down, the fans still made it cool. It was quiet, spacious, and had a good view of the outside. The schnitzel was great, there were 2 generous schnitzel patties with great crunch and texture. The gravy lacked flavor, but the mushrooms were seasoned well. The broccolini on the side was tender and fresh, and the mashed potatoes were buttery. The bread was soft with a nice crisp, the compound butter was a nice touch as well. We also ordered the flat iron steak, which was incredible. It was cooked a bit over medium rare, but still fine. The crust was amazing, it had great flavor, it was tender, running with juices, and it was a very generous portion. The meatloaf was good as well, it was juicy, had a unique but amazing texture, and many great flavors blending together. Overall, I highly recommend this place as a great winery and small restaurant in Las Cruces.

We visited for my birthday and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Great food, delicious wine, and our server, Ezra, was superb - friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We sat outside as the weather was beautiful, and we enjoyed views of the Organ Mountains, playful birds, and the beautiful NM sky. Ezra, the kitchen staff, and the other restaurant staff created an experience we will not soon forget! Thank you for making my birthday so special.
Jeri T — Google review
Meh. Overpriced and under seasoned We ordered the salmon, which was overcooked, it also had rice and it was super dry as well. Nothing had flavor on that plate out of the kitchen, definitely not worth 22 Dlls. The meat loaf was also anything we would go back to get again. Wine was good, but do not recommend the food. Also the presentation leaves much to be desired. We also got a creme brulee to go… well, it was as if they just took it out of the plate and tossed it into the container, and no berries 🤷🏻‍♀️ (it’s part of the plate), when we asked the waitress no effort on making the experience better.
Cristina C — Google review
My entire experience was wonderful! The food was amazing and a great view of the mountains from the patio. Joey was my server and he took excellent care of me; check on me and gave me recommendations. Highly recommend!

We like this place so much… we decided to stop over in Las Cruces NM at this LesCombes as well. Consistent food with great service. Very reasonably priced for such a nice experience. We also decided to buy 2 extra bottles 631 Canyon 5. Highly recommend you stop at any of their locations. We’ve to 4 total now

Every time we passby Las Cruces, we have to eat there. Food is always good and different, local wine is Ok. Our waiter was really good tonight (Ben)… seeing other waiters with Bermuda shorts and/or baseball cap is kind of shocking in this type of restaurant.

Brewery
Spotted Dog Brewery, located on Avenida de Mesilla in Las Cruces, NM, is a popular spot for beer enthusiasts and foodies alike. This family-owned microbrewery offers a variety of classic ales and stouts as well as seasonal brews like honey wheat and pumpkin ale. The brewery also serves up delicious food, including the award-winning Juarez Burger made with bacon and jamon.
Great little brewery in Mesilla, great vibe and the bartender is outstanding! Wide variety of people, outdoor covered and uncovered seating, dog friendly! IPA was good but not great. Big Poutine fan so when I saw this I was skeptical (Fries topped with cheese & green chile gravy and fried cheese curds), when I saw it I was even more skeptical. This dish is one of the best things I have had in awhile, the green chili gravy it's ridiculously delicious. Pollock Poy Boy had great flavor and coleslaw topping was great but bread was a little dense. Rare 5 stars for me/ great beer, great food, cool place but customer service is incredible as the number of apparent regulars was high. Highly recommend. Update went back on recent trip, unfortunately for me they change their menu regularly and no poutine, very disappointed. Had the Green Chili Cheeseburger and was no longer disappointed, best Green Chili Cheeseburger outside of Sparky's in Hatch. Back again, had the Gyoza, really good. The Dog Platter (Nosh plate) was just ok, nothing special. Back again, been stalking the menu waiting for the Green Chili Poutine to come back. It was as good as the first time, so good! Update: Another great visit this time had the Irish Stew with bread, really good! Great food and customer service! Best brew pub in Cruces by far.
Robert G — Google review
This is an out of the way small brewery with a decent selection of dozen or beer on tap. Since they had Hefeweizen, that’s what I tried. I guess I am a bit disappointed that the beer was filtered, but it was very refreshing. We are here as well. They didn’t seem too busy, but the food took a long time to be brought to us after we ordered it. I think it was 40 minutes or so. Worth checking out.
Mehrdad M — Google review
Ordered the wings today as a takeout order. They went up 20% in price since last week. OK I get it. Their costs went up I’m sure. I was just disappointed that they seemed to be smaller wings and they were overcooked. First time I’ve been disappointed with their food. Still love the dog and will continue to be a patron. Great beer!
Terry T — Google review
We just discovered this gem. Good beer, great food, and excellent service. We spent a relaxed two hours on the patio, meeting people and visiting with Bobby, who is the brewer and a server (and janitor and who knows what else!). We will definitely return. Just be aware the menu changes every week.
Heather M — Google review
Had a really nice patio area with a great view of the mountains. Great Oktoberfest too!

Legit one of the best burgers I've had in my short 40 years of existence. The beer was good, too. Real good. But that burger! I hate that i live 4 hours away. But having just dropped my kid off for college, I'm bound to return. The wings were good, too. And the fries. But that burger! So juicy!
Chico V — Google review
Always our go to brewery spot in Las Cruces. The food is just as good, and sometimes better, as the beer. Staples like the ½ pound green chile cheeseburger, cheesesteak, and rotating weekly entrées always hit the spot. Consistently great and worth every visit.

I go to this brewery every now and then since it's a little far from home. Every time I land there. Their service, food and beers are always awesome, it's never let me down. Good everything and everyone

The Pecan Grill and Brewery is a laid-back establishment that offers a variety of craft beers and American cuisine with a Southwestern twist, using locally sourced ingredients. The atmosphere is relaxing with dim lighting and charming decor. Customers have praised the attentive and friendly service from staff members like Daniel, Valerie, and Monique. The menu features hearty dishes such as hatch Chile soup, fish and chips, chicken lasagna, and creme brulee.
The Pecan Grill and Brewery left me absolutely speechless! During my first visit with my boyfriend, we spent the night in Las Cruces for a country concert, and this place was conveniently located by the Mesilla Mall. The drinks and food were excellent—simply amazing! It’s truly a must-try. Our server was fantastic; he asked if it was our first time and offered great drink recommendations. He also helped me customize my meal to perfectly fit my desires. Again, wow! I highly recommend this gem for anyone in the area!

Ponzu Ahi never disappoints here, so delicious! I skipped the jalapeños. Prime Rib Tuesday... wow, very flavorful! Great Tea Time Mocktail, just sweet enough to be amazing!

The Last Taste of Summer event was delicious. Chef Anthony delivered a delicious meal and a great presentation. Overall service was awesome. Thank you Pecan Grilll and especially Chef Anthony and his team. I definitely recommend dining here
Eddie M — Google review
Food and brews were really good. Great atmosphere. Our server was really distracted by a large table that got seated after us. That's understandable, but when he dropped off our drinks we were ready to order and he told us to wait so he could go greet the large table first, which was still missing about half of its guests. Just take the order if you're there and customers are ready. Our appetizer and meals had to be delivered by other staff. I know service can be hit or miss with just about any place and is largely the result of the person and not the establishment, so I'll definitely try it again some day.
Greg D — Google review
We ate here for a Saturday lunch and it was not busy at all. The atmosphere is nice, new, open, and would be a good place for a date. We tried the outdoor patio first but way too much road noise for me so we moved inside. Our family went and they had a standard kids menu. We had the cheese fondu and artichoke dip to start, both are good with the steak on the fondu being the star for me as very tasty and speaks well for their steak entree. They need to improve the serving utensils on the Fondu vs the flimsey wood spears that did not work well for me as I ended up with as much on my shirt as my mouth. The extra cheese sauce was great with the fries which were nice and crispy. The artichoke dip was good but not great and decent chips but nothing special. I had the green Chile stew as an entree which was OK with tender chunks of pork and potato but is very lacking in the full umami flavor, any hInt of spice, and is more soup than hearty stew. If you like the thought of green Chile with no heat or you are from the north and want to brag about having NM chile with no issues than this may be for you. The stew was also lacking any flour tortillas with it and were not available which was a first for me as I am used to eating it with tortillas vs a spoon. My wife had the Lava burger which was large and stuffed with cheese. It was a good large burger but once again lacking any heat and low on spice. The Monte Cristo was large and very cheesy and your standard artery clogging fare of fried cheese, meat, and sugar on top. The kids ate their pasta with no complaints and they had the standard crayons and paper menus so tablet to the rescue of having an adults conversation. Service was good and we enjoyed our waiter who checked on us several times though the restaurant was not busy. The October fest beer was good and the pecan Amber ale was too much on the sweet side for me but my wife, who is not a beer drinker, enjoyed it. They had several selections of martinis and other drinks which we did not try this time but would seem enjoyable for a dinner date. All in all it a nice new restaurant feel with a more upscale atmosphere and would be great for a date or group of friends and has a decent variety on the menu but is lacking any real flavor/spice other than the steak bites. I rated this five stars as was good for the area and atmosphere and giving them the benefit of the doubt as it is a 1st time lunch experience for me. They do need to work on the food flavor and pickup some spice options vs a standard upscale American pub brewery that threw some green Chile on dishes because, hey, we are in New Mexico. If they can get that down this place may be the hit of Las Cruces. If I was to go for dinner I would definitely go for the steak based on the steak bites on the fondu as excellent.
Chris S — Google review
we ate there last evening, I got the chicken pasta and my son got the pecan encrusted salmon. Both were absolutely delicious. also we got deep fried pickles as an appetizer and they were the best I've ever had. The service was wonderful as well. the manager (who is from Louisiana) stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. So thoughtful. We'll definitely be return customers!! A++ also, when we went back we got the meatball sub and the shrimp with risotto. but if they hadn't told me there was shrimp in it I'd have never guessed because I saw one teensy tiny itty bitty piece and that was all. but the sub was fantastic!!
D M — Google review
This place is overpriced for food. The food has potential but the specialty sliders were cooked to a krisp and the French onion soup, while passable, was $9, and at $9, it's terrible. The children's menu was super pricey, they don't do substitutions unless you pay an additional $1.50, you know, all kids love the same thing so that's practical, and it doesn't come with a drink, we're talking 7-9 dollars for kids food here... The Pecan Porter was good, the Pecan ale was ok but unmemorable. The icing on the cake was the terrible server that delivered everything after 45 minutes of waiting that was over done and not hot. Had to ask multiple times for spoons for the kids, never came back to ask how the food was, I had to ask the front desk for more ketchup so I could stomach the charcoal like sliders. This was on a night where they were not busy. I might stick with the beer here. I would never come back for the food. It could be good, but it is over priced, poorly prepared, and the service was terrible.

We love hanging out at Little Toad! With our team, with family and friends. Nice walk downtown, great local vibes, friendly staff and yummy food / drinks. We enjoy their patio, especially during Saturday farmers market time. Cubano & hummus / veggie tray yum!

Stopped in here on our cross country road trip/brewery tour. Had the Copper Ale and a La Cumbre IPA. We also had the chicken street tacos and an Asian salad. Pretty good stop. I dropped a star because the need to ask their smoking customers to not sit right next to those that are eating outside. Also, dog friendly was a big plus.

Stopped by on the way home and enjoyed it so much we stayed much longer than planned 😆 their beers are all so good! Glad they had a 10oz option too— coopers copper was my favorite. Also had chips and salsa; green chili salsa has a great kick Service was quick and friendly. Will be coming back

Great atmosphere. Good food. Good drinks. Hummus was good but small.

We walked over to S Main Street looking for a good light meal and a well cooled spot. Found it and more. Service was basic, pleasant and non-intrusive. For example, we filled our glasses with water for ourselves at a counter, but our menu choices were delivered quickly with whatever implements we needed. We shared an excellent crunchy Asian salad which we will order again. Then we shared a small spicy pizza with pepperoni and green chile. My partner liked his fountain drink. I really liked my Lemon Drop Martini although it was sweeter than expected -- next time I may ask for salt instead of sugar on the rim. The root beer float I chose for dessert was a lot for one person, but I managed.
CM B — Google review
The food was good. We had a small charcuterie type board (it was just on a plate, meat, cheese, bread). Waitstaff is always friendly. I can't speak on their beers, I've only had bubbly, twice at this location. Once I try the beer, I'll update my review. I only gave 4 stars because I don't know how the beer is. I can only speak on the staff, which are always friendly. But being a brewery, I imagine people want that in the review, I'll sample beer next time i come for the review..... to be continued

Great spot. House made beers and spirits. Cocktails are great recipes made with proper pours. By proper I mean not over poured to compensate for lack of quality. Examples include orange dream is muddled fresh orange, real cream, and house made vodka, the Bloody Mary is complex with horseradish and light picks juice and house made spirits, the espresso martini will make say ooooh yum. The pizza is made with from a scratch cauliflower crust and enough for 2 to share or 3 if paired with a salad. Really friendly and attentive staff, dog friendly, in and out door seating.

The Game II - Sports Grill is a laid-back destination in Las Cruces, perfect for those looking to enjoy delicious grilled pub fare while catching the latest sports action on multiple TVs. This lively spot features a spacious outdoor patio, making it an ideal gathering place for friends and family during lunch or dinner. On weekends, you can even groove to live music—just be sure to arrive early! While the food quality may vary with each visit, patrons appreciate the extensive beer selection and vibrant atmosphere.
Met up with some friends here for a bite to eat. This place was impressive. The parking lot was packed. I was hesitant to go in since our group had some time constraints. This place was hopping! I wish I had gotten our servers name. She was excellent, top notch. (She had rainbow glittery eye shadow). Food was great, served without much wait. If I had a complaint it would be they didn't allow dogs on the patio. We were from out of town & had a dog with us.

Only real restaurant on this area, hit or miss with the food and service. Lots of TVs and good beer so great from that perspective. Had hamburgers, corned Beef, Buffalo mac and cheese in previous visits, again hit or miss, sometimes good sometimes meh. Had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich this time, was good except the coleslaw liquid pooled on the plate while I was eating my fries and made the bun super soggy. Had to get a replacement bottom bun. Chicken was good but a little dry, the aforementioned coleslaw was delicious. Wife had Green Chili Mac and Cheese and was happy with it. Pretzel bites, which are fried, are good, cheese sauce tasted good but was lumpy.
Robert G — Google review
Food is literally bleh!!! Ordered brisket nachos and had to order extra cheese. What kind of nachos require extra cheese? Plus the brisket, is buns… I can probably get better brisket from a can. I hate that I come here for a beer, and that’s about all that’s good about them.
Javier V — Google review
Cool place and great atmosphere. There was a live music artist the night we went and his playlist and arrangements were awesome. We went there for something that they apparently don't have on the menu anymore, so I settled for wings. Their hot sauce is really good, but the wings were terrible and soggy. Immediately after we met our server, she got a table of probably 30 people and we never saw her again until time for our check. I ordered a second beer, but had to cancel it since it never came by the time we were all ready to go. Also, they charged me a fee for using my debit card, which is strictly against VISA's standard merchant contract. Debit cards and credit cards are two completely different transactions - even if you run a debit as a credit, it's still a debit transaction and cannot be subject to a credit card fee according to VISA.

We came for dinner and ordered lettuce wraps and specifically asked the waitress to wrap the chicken in lettuce not tortilla and they still brought it out with the tortilla. Throughout our whole meal the waitress ignored our table and wouldn’t check on us and would avoid going to our table while she kept checking on her other tables. We even ordered a Togo order and again specifically asked for the pecan wrap to be grilled chicken with only wrapped in lettuce and the wrap was fried chicken wrapped in tortilla. When we called the Manager (Harry) to tell him about the food and waiter he stayed quiet and rudely argued that it was the pecan wrap he got last time that it can’t be grilled, yet the other day when we ordered it we asked if it could be grilled and they gladly did it for us. He said he’ll give us a call back after he checks the ticket. Very disappointed with how everything was handled.

Food is okay but its worth it because the place is super clean, well decorated, acording to the type of place, they have enough servers, we have never been on a waiting line to get a table or at the bar, and i know it's always super busy since I think it's fair to say we go at least once every other week, and they have good variety of different drinks and draft beers as well... the perfect place to go on a date as they have live music on the terrace
Y3 3 — Google review
We were sitting in the outdoor patio, enjoying some drinks and food when we were hit with a blast of CIGARETTE SMOKE. not really what you want to smell when you’re trying to enjoy your food. When I mentioned it to the manager he said they were allowed to smoke. There is the DEE JOHNSON CLEAN INDOOR ACT which prohibits smoking in outdoor areas where food is being served. They must have a designated area for smoking. I was so let down by this place. Seems like the food prices are going up and the service is going down.
Brandy G — Google review
I love the food at The Game and always have a hard time deciding what to get as there are so many good options. I went with the sirloin covered in queso with a side of kettle chips, and it was bomb! I usually get the cork bat which is a favorite. You can't beat their ranch. My drinks were great, a house marg and paloma, and I love the low price of their beers on tap. We sat inside but could hear the live music playing outside, which was nice. My only complaint is that the booths were oddly spaced, so we were really far from the table, and the seating part was broken, hoping they get that fixed.

La Posta de Mesilla is a New Mexican restaurant located in an 18th-century stagecoach station, which was originally the Corn Exchange Hotel. The building features thick adobe walls and a zaguan filled with exotic birds and a piranha tank. The restaurant is known for its margarita menu crafted from quality tequila, agave nectar, and fresh lime.
The staff couldn’t have been more friendly. We brought our chocolate lab (traveling) and were seated in a beautiful patio with misters about as it was a bit hot. The food was incredible! We went with recommendations and tried the beef tacos and combo platter and both were excellent - truly authentic Mexican. Plus, so many margaritas to choose from. I enjoyed a prickly pear margarita as I don’t see that too often on menus. And, the best part? Dessert! The fried ice cream was the best I’ve had in 30 years. The tortilla it sat in made it! My husband and I ate the whole thing So good! I wish we lived nearer as this would be a regular restaurant for us. .

Went with my mom for my birthday, everything was fantastic! I had a combo plate and Mom had the steak fajitas, all of it was seasoned and cooked very well. The prickly pear margarita was a bit sweet, but drop the lime wedge in and it's much better. They offered me a free sopaplilla for my birthday and Mom ordered churros, which were the best we've ever had. We will be going back!

Every corner had something unique to admire, telling stories of New Mexico's rich heritage. 🐠 Fascinating Waiting Area 🐠 While waiting for our table, we were entertained by the most unexpected surprise - various birds and fish tanks filled with colorful aquatic creatures! It turned what could have been a boring wait into an engaging mini-zoo experience. 🍽️ Delicious Food 🍽️ The food was absolutely incredible! Each dish was carefully prepared with authentic flavors that really showcased what New Mexican cuisine is all about. The portions were generous and everything tasted fresh and homemade. 🤠 Historic Charm 🤠 I loved how they've preserved and celebrated the history of the region. The decor tells stories of the past, creating a museum-like experience while you dine. It's clear the owners take pride in sharing this cultural heritage with guests. 💫 Overall Experience 💫 From the unique wildlife in the waiting area to the mouthwatering food and immersive historical atmosphere, this place deserves a perfect 10/10! I'm already planning my next visit and can't wait to bring friends along to experience this New Mexican treasure!

We walked in it and was very colorful w mexican decorations, fish tanks and large talking birds! We were seated quickly but service was slow. In their defense it was very busy. Surprisingly, food came out very quickly and piping hot! It did not disappoint. My favorite was the fajitas! I do have one issue. The bathrooms needed some heavy cleaning, it was kind of disgusting. My thoughts are if the bathroom looks that bad, how does the kitchen look? I get it. Its a old restaurant and has been around for a while but COME ON!!! CLEAN UP YOUR ACT! Paying customers deserve clean, upkept bathrooms. Very disappointing.

Cute place, 1st time here, vibrant colors and cute little stores and birds in the lobby. Wasn't busy but food was slow to come out. I ordered 2 tacos and my husband ordered the enchiladas but it still took 30 minutes to come out. Also ordered sopapillas as like an appetizer but I won't order those again, they were super thin ankle crispy and lacked any flavor, I love the sopapillas at si senors so much better. I would come back again. Waitress and manager were super nice.

One of the oldest Mexican restaurants located in Old Mesilla; The ambience authentic and eye catching. We were seated right away and chips and salsa were served almost immediately. My favorite menu items are the pasole and ceviche. The service is slow, and things we ordered were missed completely and had to be taken off our charges as we never received them, drink service was also very slow. However, we enjoyed our time and will return again.

Amazing experience. Hotel clerk recommend it and it was spot on! Frida our waitress was Amazing always making sure we had everything we needed. We had been driving for 10-11 hours so we all ordered combination plates, one with red, one green mild with the last green spicy. All we're excellent and authentic. Two of us had margaritas, a pricey pear and and El Classico Grande. Food and drinks were amazing. Evev though all three of us were stuffed we ordered 6 sopapillas, nice and hot and oh so good. Definitely give this my highest recommendation!!

The atmosphere is stunning. Old House charm with lights and decor. They tried to seat us in the side dining room with no one else there, kinda weird knowing we had reservations and could have a table in the main dining room with other patrons. Good it self was good, but not spectacular.

The wedding we held at the Double Eagle in Old Mesilla was absolutely phenomenal. The venue is historic, timeless, and unique. Our guests were 'wowed' by the ornate bar, palm court, formal dining room, decor, and art. The food was outstanding--everything was beautifully served, hot, and delicious. Shoutout to Amy Lavender, who planned and managed our event. Amy, you did an awesome job and kept us organized, told us what we needed to consider, and guided us through every detail. AND you're very fun to work with! I'd advise anyone looking for a special wedding venue to give Amy a call at the Double Eagle. We have many happy memories of the event and appreciate everything the staff did to create such a magical evening!

We held our wedding reception at the Double Eagle, and it was beautiful. There were a couple of things that could have been better. It was brought to our attention that the cake was leaning backwards. I would have made our cake; however, I was informed it had to be made in house. Also, there was no bartender available during the dance portion of our ceremony. The guests were very impressed with the venue and food.

First and last time here. We came here tonight for my birthday and I was honestly less than satisfied with everything. The food was good. The bus gal the amazing. Always making sure our waters were filled and table was clean. The drinks were meh. For the price of the old fashions I would have thought they would be done correctly. And they weren’t. But they still were drinkable. The server we had however, probably the worst service I’ve gotten anywhere. There was only 4 tables in the room and the server we had only had us as a table. Our first round of drinks came out at a reasonable time. And our server took our food order at that time. She asked for which sides we wanted and then asked if we wanted soup or salad with our meals. And how she asked it thought it same with the meal. But we were surprised when we saw on the bill that we were charged for them. We wanted to order another round of drinks before our food came out but our server was no where to be found. Several minutes later our food was delivered and we put in a second round of drinks. We were finished with our meal and waiting for a box by the time our drinks arrived. And we know it wasn’t the bars fault because we saw the other tables promptly get their drinks and when we received ours, the ice was half melted. We saw our server maybe a total of 4 times the whole night. For being a “fine dining” establishment, I’m very disappointed with the service. The food was good but not good enough to come back for the overpriced mediocre drinks and terrible service.
Miranda T — Google review
Came here with a large group for a team dinner after a full day of work. We had a reservation and we were seated promptly in one of their side rooms. This place is beautiful on the inside and you are really coming here for the atmosphere. The food was just OK, the ribeye was cooked as requested to medium well but was likely only a USDA Select grade of meat. The house salad with Green Chili Ranch was the winner for the night, it really popped with the right amount of spice and flavor. The service was relatively slow but we were a large group but we had several people helping us. Seemed like the water was tough to get refilled and we didn't get our bread until everyone was nearly done with their entrees. I would definitely come here again with a more intimate group to give it a try! But again you come here for the atmosphere!

It's still a great place, but it's not quite the same as before. We miss the wonderful buffet that was a regular Sunday thing (2023). We just went back for a fantastic dinner! This place is a definite go-to for an amazing dinner with friends or just your significant other.

An awesome restaurant located on the old historic Mesilla Plaza. Went there for an office continuing ed course and they had a buffet style meal. Chicken marsala was very moist and very flavorful. Their sirloin was super tender and juicy. Let me tell you the thing they had me going back to was they're mile high cheesecake with caramel topping. Get a chance to research the building's haunted history, 👻.

This is a hidden gem in Mesilla, NM. The indoor seating is small approximately seating for 12-14 people. The patio area is a decent size. There is usually entertainment outdoors on the weekends. They do offer a small selection of about 6 local craft beers along with their large selection of wines. The ambiance is relaxing and chilled. The service is top notch and the staff is knowledgeable about the various wines. Vintage wines does offer snacks such as cheese and crackers.

I sat outside on the patio and experienced the powerful and pleasant aroma of the flowers. It was truly remarkable. The cuisine was highly satisfying, specifically the colorful enchiladas I ordered, which were incredibly delicious. I may have indulged a bit too much in their irresistibly addictive mangoes. Additionally, for dessert, I savored a chocolate torte that lacked flour but was rich in flavor—perfect for chocolate enthusiasts.
Came for lunch today. Server was friendly. Food was perfect. I ordered the Chef Salad. All ingredients were fresh! Update: 7/22 Came for drinks and sat in the bar area. Amazing list of drinks. I ordered the Green Chile Strawberry Limeade and my husband ordered an Ammunition Whiskey with Coke. Both were delicious. We also ordered chips and Salsa. We will be back! Great vibes for a Saturday night.

I really wanted to like this place. I came in with family after traveling. We found this with great reviews and it was open late. Service was good, they were busy. However, the food was unacceptable. The vegetables were overdone and dry. The fajitas were extremely salty. The food came out colder than expected. The chips and salsa were the best part. I am sad to say, I won't be coming back.
Genevieve B — Google review
I don't know why this place isn't the busiest in town. It's a bit expensive depending on what you get, but it's some of the best food I've ever eaten. It's rare when a restaurant in this town cooks a steak correctly. They so so did. It was medium rare. I didn't use a bit of salt on my entire meal either and that says something. Creme brulee is WORTH IT and even the bloody Mary was tasty. I'd recommend everything that we are there. If you're on the hook on going....just go.
Kelly A — Google review
We sat outside on the patio and the smell of the flowers was just so strong and fragrant and It was just phenomenal. The food was so good! I ordered the enchiladas de Colores, so yummy! And I probably had a little too many 2 to Mango’s !! They’re so addicting, so delicious! And for dessert we enjoyed the flourless chocolate torte, if you like chocolate you’ll love this! And our waitress was so nice and friendly, Lenae, she was the best part of our visit.

I'm usually not this effusive with praise . You guys hit it outta the park. My Mrs and I sat at the bar and had dinner. Justin was are bartender and server. Give the guy a raise. Sharp, responsive , funny. We had the steak salad and rib eye. Wonderful food!

The establishment is beautiful the food ehhhhhhhhh not so much. No drinks were ever offered. Water only. Burger temp incorrect and over cooked egg. Chicken and waffles with no gravy came with gravy smothered all over. The replacements came looking pretty bad but still edible. The enchilada plate was nice the rice is suspect. 🤔 🕵 we paid we tipped we left and as beautiful as the restaurant is I do not think it's worth the money. 😢

If you're on the hunt for a fantastic beer experience in Las Cruces, Broken Spoke Taphouse is your go-to destination. With an impressive selection of over 60 taps, this taphouse offers a diverse range of high-quality beers that cater to every palate. After enjoying a refreshing drink, you can explore nearby dining options like Amador or Little Toad Creek Brewery & Distillery for a complete culinary adventure.
We're from Washington and rolled in today on a road trip. We were looking for some hard cider and tasty bites, and we found them. We tried 5 different ciders and loved the variety and flavors. They don't have flights, but they have drink sizes down to 5oz so you can order a few and make your own "flight" if that's what you're feeling. We also tried the deviled eggs (delicious!), the pork wings (fabulouuuuus), and split the salmon salad. The salmon was perfectly cooked and super tasty. It went great with the berries and pecans. The true surprise was the jalapeño vinaigrette dressing... quite spicy but super yummy!

The service was okay. The atmosphere was okay, but it felt trashy. Female waitresses wear booty shorts, I find it disgusting, but to each their own. As for the food, burger and fries good. Salad was not good, tasted dirty and not fresh. Alcoholic drinks were good. I will not be returning.

What a pleasant surprise and welcome addition to the Las Cruces taproom scene! Had not been to Cruces for several years and visited per our son's recommendation. The beer selections were superb, I had a craft cocktail that was delicious! We tried a couple out of the box appetizers and were not disappointed. Highly recommend the Ahi tower with a side of soy sauce... Presentation was high-end for a taproom. Our waitress Hannah was great and didn't hesitate with special requests. RAD Retrocade is a lively spot in Las Cruces that offers a unique combination of arcade, bar, and grill. The atmosphere is vibrant and nostalgic with old-school arcade games from the 80s and 90s, as well as modern pinball machines. The food is freshly made and delicious, ranging from burgers to quesadillas, complemented by cold beers and delightful milkshakes. The staff are friendly and courteous, adding to the fun family atmosphere.
We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The quesadillas taste like the ones we make at home, the nachos were filling and the tater tots were a fave of everyone’s. The veggie burger was a little dry but that did not take away from everything else. We were greeted within three minutes of sitting down, and our server was nice. The food came quickly too! The games were good. We spent about $25 hours worth of tokens in an hour.

We spent time at the Las Cruces farmers market and needed something to eat. We walked into Rad and found it was a huge arcade, bar, and grill. If you're looking for a nice quiet place, move on. I love arcades. We had a seat by the grill. Our server was very nice and brought us nice cold beers. We both had the burger and fries. These were very good. As we ate our meal, we watched folks on the Dance Dance game. It was so much fun watching others laughing and playing games. I do have a pic of the urinals and the pic above them. Gotta laugh at their humor.

i had the drink "pineapple cobra" which was good. my bartender was very nice. the music was too loud for talking and the token dispensers required cash which i don't use. consider upgrading the token dispensers if you want to make more money on games. also consider lowering the music volume if you want more people to enjoy the process of ordering a drink.

The ambiance is thrilling, the nostalgia hit is fantastic, my kids were in awe, and the daytime/ weekday service we recieved was top notch. The sugary milkshakes and even more sugary adult theme cocktails are delicious if you LOVE sugar! The pinball was great, the arcade games are great, the music was great! The food? Well, most of it was burned to charcoal bits and just absolutely AWFUL. Don't go for the food, but def go for the fun!

Toucan Market, established in 2005, has been a staple in Las Cruces for over a decade. This 15,000 square foot market offers a wide range of products including fresh produce from local and regional farmers, bulk nuts and snacks, coffee, tea, imported wines from around the world, craft beers, a butcher block with high-quality meats and an exceptional bakery.

Unique selection of grocery items, including local items, and household staples. Prices can be a little high, but some items are marked on clearance and are a great bargain. I wish the self-serve bakery section showed more information about allergens or whether or not it is vegan.

Made a lovely meal with the food acquired from Toucan. The staff are very rude, they follow you throughout the store, they pretend to not discriminate, they also look down on customers who use discounts or SNAP! I will never buy from them again! This is why mom and pop shops don’t stay open! Your customer base is all people not just people with 6 figures!

This is a nice and spacious local grocery store in Las Cruces across from the New Mexico State University campus. It has got an eclectic selection of products. New Mexican made products are well represented. Came in search of local chili powder and was able to find it here along with some green chile peanut brittle. If you are looking for specialty foods in Las Cruces, I would recommend this store.

The free coffee was fresh but my 9:00 in the morning apple fritter, which was just put into the display case, was obviously baked on an earlier date. As it was stale and cold. Baked goods should never be sold a day late if assumed to be fresh, i.e. no warning date. The icing was fresh, I saw it being applied, albiet cold, but the fritter itself was just cold and very stale.

This is ALWAYS a nice nice place to go for some easy food and great tasting drinks. The green chile queso fries with birra beef are to die for! The chicken tacos are good too. you get 4 street tacos and they fill you up. I love a good bratwurst and their take on it is... ok. However, our experience was somewhat marred by the service. It lacked the attentiveness and efficiency we expected, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the establishment is great for beer enthusiasts and those looking to enjoy a tasty meal. I’m hoping the service improves in the future, as it’s the only aspect that needs attention. Would recommend for the food and drinks!

Jocelyn (hope I spelled it right) was an amazing Bartender/Server. She was extremely knowledgeable about the company and its products, and even informed me how I would be able to get the product as I am out of state. Tremendous service, thank you for a great experience!!!

We love that it’s close to the university, and never that busy during the weekday. They have a lot of open tables and space, with some creative marketing methods to bring folks in such as trivia night and board game night! The food is good, but very similar to your typical pub food. Service was a little bit and miss though, only 1 server who was more focused on getting alcohol out then food which was a little sour around lunch time.

Very nice and clean brewery. The staff was extremely helpful and great selection of beer.

The gentleman that greeted us was friendly. We sat at the bar. We ordered the birria tacos and fried pickles. Absolutely fantastic. It is noted on the menu as well as a few signs to honor their three beer limit, which is fine with us because that is probably all we would have had anyway. When it came time to ordering our third beer (after eating a full meal there), we were told we needed to select a smaller size or a different product. We had no other alcohol prior to arriving, we weren't belligerent, we weren't loud, we didn't knock over a drink (like other patrons that were clearly intoxicated did). We found this disappointing and odd so we left. While we appreciate and understand their concern for safety for everyone, a 6'4" and 250 pound male wasn't allowed to have three beers.

Food and drink is amazing but getting Nico the manager as our server is always a bummer. He has poor customer service skills and doesn’t treat his employees as well as he should when he’s managing. It’s sad that he’s one of the managers, the experience would be much better if he improved how he speaks to others.
Megan — Google review
Check your order if you’re carrying out. My “caprese sandwich” is just cheese and spring mix on a bun. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered something for carry-out and an essential ingredient is completely missing. I’m giving up 😭

Visitors rave about the variety of brews, including standout options like double IPAs and black lagers, all boasting bold flavors that satisfy any palate. The menu features mouthwatering dishes such as wings tossed in a zesty Asian sauce and crispy thin-crust pizza, both of which have garnered high praise for their taste.
This place is weirdly extraordinary. Has a simple restaurant hole in the wall bar atmosphere. The food was served hot and was very tasty . The craft beers where cold and they rocked 🤘🏼 Service was amazing and on point. Plenty of parking. Ohh plus I noticed the have a Drive thru lol weird but nice. A must try. 🖤🤘🏼

They have great wings here! Try the buffalo flavor. Go see Magen. She's great! The pizza was awesome. I had the Italian. I also bought 2 bottles of house tequila. That was awesome. I'm from Northern NM so on the way back from White Sands National Park stopped here to eat. Great place! Simple yet delicious.

Great vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good bar situation. Cold beer. They have crafts and the one sour i tasted was great. Tried the green chili beer. YUM. Awesome roasted green chili flavor. We ordered the green chili and pepperoni pizza: not recommended. The crust was not crispy, which caused the toppings to flop off the crust. No silverware, so at least the crust was pliable enough to use as a tortilla. Green chilis had good flavor. Zero flavor on the pepperoni and the crust. Way too much sauce, but that did taste good.

I didn't get pictures this time. I left my phone at home. The service was great. The had a very nice Hefferweisen and Lager. The pizza was much better than I expected. A pleasant surprise. The only down side for me was the traffic noise, when you're on the patio. The location is only about 30 yards from Hwy 70. Other than that it's a nice place.

Driving to white sands national park and needed a convenient food stop with our two boys. Icebox brewing off main st 70 IS AMAZING!! Extra crispy wings hot lemon pepper steaming hot and SO delicious. Ranch and blue tastes fresh and homemade. New Mexico red green chili pepperoni pizza LEGIT!! Our boys destroyed the WHOLE cheese pizza and they’re so PICKY, I was blown away. Did not get a beer cause we need coffee but the brews on tap looked OP! Great place for a quick body recharge before a national park. Service was on point too! This place rocks. Icebox Brewing - Boneyard Cantina is a charming little cantina located in the heart of downtown. While their beer selection may be limited due to being a small batch microbrewery, the quality of their brews is top-notch with unique offerings. The food menu offers surprisingly delicious options, particularly the tacos and nachos. With both indoor and outdoor seating available, it's a great spot for enjoying reasonably priced drinks and tasty bites.
Visited while driving through. Checked out all the Craft breweries online, before deciding on this location based on beer choices and food. Let me say Ice Box brew pub did not disappoint! Beer was great. My husband had the Cuban, which he loved, and I had the fish tacos. I've been searching for the best fish tacos. I hit the jackpot here. Fish was cooked perfect with excellent additions. The building is beautifully decorated and very clean. I don't often give recommendations but just had to here. The waiter was so nice and helpful. Thanks for a great experience.

I have been to all the icebox breweries in Las Cruces. This location was always my favorite, well until about six months ago. I’ve been a regular here since it opened and I knew most of the staff and they were excellent, but then last fall/winter they seem to all leave at the same time, always a red flag, and they’ve been replaced by a new group of staff members who have not kept up the level of service. I sometimes wait far to long to get served, which is super annoying, no one seems to pay attention to who’s coming in. I was there this weekend and once again had to go to the bar and let them know that we are waiting for service. So when you’ve been a regular for a long while and are used to a higher level of service and familiar faces, it’s rough. One time I came in Dec 2023 and the three new servers were all discussing something behind the bar pertaining to someone else’s receipt. It was market day so kinda busy. But no one came to our table or acknowledge us. The place was busy but none of them were moving. We sat there for a long time at least 20-30minutes and finally picked up a menu at the bar and asked for someone to come to our table to at least take out beer order. I didn’t complain as I could see they must all be new. But honestly common sense says don’t all stand around discussing while customers need serving. Maybe the reason for lackluster service is they share tips here, so I don’t think there’s much incentive to stand out and do an excellent job. I’ve worked as a bar tender and a server and most servers really dislike sharing/pooling all their tips! It’s an unfair practice to those that work hard. And it rewards the lazy! Speaking of hard workers, there is one exceptional server and he does an excellent job, his name is DANNY! He is one of the original staff members.I always hope I get him as my server as he is far superior to all the others. This used to be my 5 Star brewery but since all the staff left and the new ones are mediocre at best I don’t go as much. Danny could teach them a few things. He should be the manager and get this place back in shape, I hope he doesn’t leave like the others did. He is a 5/5 star server. They also need to have more regular entrainment like weekly quiz night, otherwise it’s kind of boring now. My friends and I are starting to go to the other breweries that have a weekly quiz night. The Food menu though has always been better than all the other brewery locations. Good vegetarian options as well and the beer is good and consistent. Not sure if they have happy hour - honest didn’t pay attention to the price. I hope the service improves or I will have to find a new place to be a regular. Also I think they need to stop allowing young children after 6 pm too many running around like it’s a day care. Sorry not sorry! Control your kids people. If you go more than once make sure you figure out how to earn points, they have a point system for frequently visitors and it works well.

Service was top-notch! Food a solid 4 at least. Worth coming back to for sure.
Hothman M — Google review
This place is good for beer, cocktails, and tacos. They don’t have much else. Both the food and drink prices are pretty reasonable. The have indoor and outdoor seating, and it probably depends on the day but it was also less crowded than it’s neighbor restaurants. Worth a try!
Tori — Google review
Beware of the “WOKE” mentality of the female manager. Didn’t feel welcomed and she’s all about listening in to your private conversations. Never will recommend this place. The other locations have a super cool inviting attitude and great conversations with “non sensitive” servers.
Roy — Google review
Super friendly staff! They all tip share and you can order from any of the crew. I wasn't much of a fan of their seltzer- it seemed more like a flat la croix..... but their beer was good and the rolled tacos and queso was quick and tasty!

Absolutely love Whiskeys! Not much to do here in Cruces but you know Whiskeys will always be a great vibe! The music isn't always just country so it appeals to everyone!! The staff is incredible! I always feel so safe knowing that even though they are extremely kind they also aren't putting up with anything to keep everyone safe! My favorite place not just cause of the great music and environment but because of the amazing staff!! Always look forward to seeing them!

Our experience was extremely bad this lady the One that Calls herself a “manager “ attacked my mother in law and our family. Super unprofessional and super aggressive! And the security guards pushing people females and our family around on the floor. Let’s just say they need better workers in general
Erika G — Google review
Some nights have been good, however overall, each time I've gone there lately, the music is not great when they get into the more non country dance portion. The DJ does not seem to know good beats, the best way I can describe it, is that they attempt to make songs into almost trance music but are unsuccessful and will play music that you cannot dance to. I have been going out dancing for over a decade and there are many songs they can play to get the party going, they pick the most awkward ones. They play great country and line dance songs, other than that it's uncomfortable. There have been an increase in fights each time I go, which is not the establishments fault but it has been harder to relax, this is an fyi and not part of why I scored it a 3. It's not horrible, but it's not great. I was better years ago Oh, and only two bathroom doors lock in the women's restroom and the pool tables usually either don't work or the only have 2 pool in all sticks for 4 tables

So if your out here and wana get sober don't ask for water or only drink water they will kick u out. That's y I only go to 1 bar in town. If u need to get sober or they think u do the place I go to gives you water stays beside u and makes sure ur safe if it means taking ur drunk ars home. I don't like this place. Some are nice don't get me wrong but this lady bartender just kicked my friend out over water. N he hadn't even gotten a beer since we got here but switched bartender and got kicked out. They don't care. Whoever she was.

WORSE BAR EVER ! I witnessed the manager let a group in without checking ids. They didn’t check their purses or pat down the men. I thought it was 5 to get in but was charged 10 on a Friday. Bathrooms are really disgusting! One of the bartenders with sleeve of tattoos wouldn’t give me my change back, I did ask and she said it was required to keep the change as the tip. Decent options we came in late for a bite and beat the kitchen closing by 40 minutes. It is definitely a bar. Low lights, loud music, bar atmosphere. We went for dinner, with our family, thinking it was a “grill” That being said. The food was good. Great prices it seemed. Overall I’d go back for a night out, just not the family friendly restaurant I was expecting.

Wow. Talk about an elevated experience. My partner and I wandered into Stone Crow Gourmet grumbling with hunger and left with floating elation. We ordered a small salad to start, followed by the Amber Wave burger (note: the photo only shows half because we split it- the portion is huge!) and the (4) Crostini flight, including the Smoked Salmon, Tuscan Sun, Sweet Thai Chili, and Beetroot Hummus. Everything was fresh, delectable, well paired, and presented in an inspired, gorgeous and frankly, gourmet way. The name fits. As for drinks, we tried The Dalmatian and the Blueberry Lavender Sour. Dry Point Distillers offers an eclectic drink menu that hovers somewhere between extremely modern and classic vintage, pairing the two sensibilities into experimental instant-classic drinks. As the name suggests, they also distill their own spirits- and having tried them at locations all across the state, I can confidently report: Fantastic. This doesn’t even touch on the relaxed-yet-elevated atmosphere or the excellent music selection. You’ll just have to experience those things for yourself.

Inside of Dry Point Distillers has a hidden gem called Stone Crow where Chef Gary is truly an artist. This is my first time experiencing this amazing food, but my boyfriend has spoken about his amazing burgers for months. Chef Gary was very excited about his pesto creation, we ordered a plate for our table, we were not disappointed! The pesto is created with green and purple pesto grown in house. Definitely a must, however the Caramel Apple Toast has an amazing flavor which comes from the house made bourbon syrup, that makes you think of the perfect fall day. Last but certainly not least is the southern French toast, which comes with the most amazing whipped cream.

I would definitely recommend you visit Stone Crow Gourmet! I drove out there from El Paso, TX, just to try the amazing food from Chef Gary. When you arrive you are greeted by amazing employees, and just wait until you taste the culinary creations! I can honestly say this cuisine is like none I have ever had before. His use of fresh ingredients and attention to detail, will have your taste buds craving for days to come. I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely fantastic venue where it is obvious that the chef takes pride in his work. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented and large portions! A smaller venue, so with larger parties, it may take a bit longer for seating or food, but they accommodated our party of about 15 and brought out food as it came, so no "my food was left under a warming light for 30 min" here. Lots of different drinks (check out the secret drink menu!), too! Not somewhere for small children (I think after 7pm you've got to be over 21.) A hidden gem for LC!!

A happy accident that we stumbled onto this place. My dad and I recently took a road trip and our hotel only ended up being about five minutes from this cocktail bar. One of my dad's goals on this trip was to collect unique bourbons and whiskeys. Well, Dry Point just happened to be the manufacturer of the Blue Corn Bourbon that a website he found recommended as the one bottle you should definitely take home from New Mexico. So of course we stopped in and had a tasting flight before my dad bought the bottle. And bonus, the bartender was great, attentive and very kind, and the bar itself is very welcoming in the way it is set up.

Blue Moon Bar & Grill is a hidden gem that perfectly captures the essence of New Mexico's rich history, especially within the biker community. As you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The walls are adorned with stories from the past, and both regulars and newcomers alike share in this sense of camaraderie. The drink menu features refreshing options like their famous Blue Moon margarita, which has garnered rave reviews for its deliciousness.
Blue moon bar and Grill has a great ambience with an expanded covered outdoor seating for drinks in a great lineup of bar foods, such as chicken wings, deep fried pickles in many others not to mention great beers, great live country, western music, and just basically fabulous group of people to hang out with! The dance floor is large, right in front of the band and last night we had a nice little breeze on a warm night! We all had a fabulous time, catching up with friends and family, spinning around me, dance floor, telling each other true and greatly embellished stories! The indoors bar area has a couple pool tables and just a great spacious place to meet up.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Blue Moon Bar is one of those rare spots that feels like stepping into New Mexico history. It’s got deep roots in the biker community and still carries that gritty, old-school character that makes it stand out. The walls seem to tell stories, the regulars have plenty of them too, and newcomers are welcomed like family. The drinks are always cold, the bartenders are straight-up friendly, and the music keeps the energy just right. Whether you’re a local, a rider passing through, or just looking for a bar with real character, the Blue Moon is the kind of place you won’t forget.

New place new drink right? I'm not sure what it was called but it was pretty good. Cucumber somethin somethin an vodka. My only complaint is the lack of space around the pool tables. Played two rounds of pool an 1 drink. The atmosphere is friendly. For a new place I was definitely comfortable. Not usually too comfortable at new places. The vibes either read "welcome" or "outsider". This one was definitely, "welcome". Friendly the second you step in. Helpful with ordering, an just all the way around enjoyable. As I'm from Texas having been here now 1 month it was a nice little reprieve.

We stopped in here for the first time on Sunday, June 1st. We are on low carb diets and didn't order food but my blue moon margarita was delicious. I now notice they have jalapeño poppers, which are low carb so that will be our choice next time even though their food looks amazing. The staff was great and we also met the owner, Ronnie. Awesome place! Don't just drive by like we have in the past. The decor was spot on for a western saloon!!
