Nice place. Darts and pinball. Not sure how I feel about the tap prices adjusting every 15 minutes, but okay, I get it. Wish the restaurant had been open. Plenty of parking.

My daughter and I came here before a speaker at Miller Auditorium. We ordered the Nachos, Pulled Pork Sandwich with fries, and the absolutely delicious Potato Croquettes. The food was delicious. Would definitely recommend. We each had a drink and enjoyed watching the start of the beer market. Fun atmosphere, good food, and even though the bartender was working alone, she was fast and accurate.

This place is amazing! Such a fun time and a great vibe. The people running the show here are running a tight ship. Jade is absolutely the best bartender in all of Kalamazoo. If you get lucky enough to go there on a night that Jade is behind the bar be sure to have her make you a martini. You can tell that she cares about providing the best customer service possible. I went to a few different bars and this by far was the most fun we had while we were out and the best customer service. Not sure if it would have been the same experience without Jade but she deserves to own the place. The way she cares you would actually think she is the owner. Great food, great beer, great martinis and great service. Such an interesting place. Thank you Jade for treating us like friends and helping finish our trip on such a high note. I am genuinely impressed by this place and would highly recommend it to everyone that goes to Kalamazoo.

This is definitely a bar, not a restaurant. The food was good. The staff was awesome. It’s pretty loud., so conversation is tough. It’s also very odd that you can’t taste any of their beers without buying a 6 ounce glass. I wouldn’t mind paying for taste, but it seems reasonable for them to create “Flight” of three or four for 10 or 12 box. Although you would be getting the same quantity in the end, you at least get to try different things.

We had a group of 10 ladies visiting from out of state. We found this place in walking distance of the Radisson. The layout of the building is so cool! Jill was our waitress! She was very prompt and very friendly!! Everything was very delicious and on point!! The cheese curds are to die for!! Would highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back if we're ever in Kalamazoo again!!

Return trip after 5 years. Max was awesome. I had the Italian Grilled Cheese and home made chips. WOW! Super combination!! Love the variety of beers and the whole exchange idea. Unique and fun! The market didn’t crash while I was there but there is hope for next time!

Very good food sandwiches, burgers, real fresh fried French fries, potatoe chips, cheese curds. very interesting building and layout of the bar. Wide selection of beers on tap, the prices of drinks fluctuate after 8pm. I googled the buildings history while waiting for dinner. It turns out the building used to be a Gibson Guitar factory and warehouse.

Fantastic experience. They even had a menu that highlighted menu items that contained dairy since I’m lactose intolerant. We had the toast and duck wings for appetizers and they were great. For entree we had the white fish and pork chop. We finished with the chocolate pudding. Perfect portions and great service.

One of the best dining experiences I've had downtown kzoo. The drinks were amazing and well thought out. The food, let me tell you about the food, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Only got photos of the apps as once the entrees hit our table we had no time for games.

Very good quality, service, and food at a price. I do recommend the shrimp with the cheddar biscuits. You know the food is good when everyone in your group wants to share a bite of their dinner. 4 stars is very good food in my evaluation but value is not Excellent or outstanding but really good. Service was the highlight. Also the signature drinks were very good.

Food was oh so delicious. Our server was helpful, knowledgeable and timely. I had the rainbow trout. The onion powder encrusted goat cheese really added to the trout, and I don't like goat cheese. The atmosphere was ok, but the chairs were uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the nicely presented and creative appetizers. It was a bit busy and we waited about 10 minutes for seats at the bar. Interesting, though, there were tables available the entire time we were there. If we're walking around downtown Kalamazoo, we would consider stopping for a drink or appetizer.

Principle served amazing vegan dishes during the Kalamazoo Vegan Chef Challenge, which happens in the month of May. All three were the best entrees that I tried all month. I wish they offered some vegan options on the regular menu!

I have been to Bell’s brewery now two times in the last 12 months. Both times to see a concert and grab some food and beer. Prior to these two visits, I have never been there before. On both occasions, I felt that everything was handled professionally for the concert portion of our visit, and I felt that the food and drink both times were above average well. Concerts were Will Wood and Bob Mould with winged wheel. In general, I’m old and don’t enjoy the concept of going to concerts anymore, but I’m actually excited for my next concert visit at this venue because the pricing is always really good and my only two experiences there have been exceptional.

Finally made it to, IMO, the Home of the Best IPA. I’ve been drinking Bell’s IPA for over a decade and finally accomplished this bucket list. Took the train in from Milwaukee. Was an easy journey. The service was superb as well. Kind, funny and informative. They had others on tap as you would expect from this superior brewery that were excellent. One surprise was the cider. It was very yummy. 😋 🍎 One special note I need to make: I left my expense thermos behind but didn’t realize it until I was traveling back. I called them up, they found it, and mailed it back to me at no charge. I couldn’t believe it. It was part and parcel of my total experience. 🤩

Stopped in on a Wednesday mid afternoon on our way to St Joseph, MI. We sat outside because our friend has her dog with us. Great outdoor seating and room for dogs! Food was good and so wasthe beer (as always)!

Cool place. Had never been inside before so I decided to check it out for lunch. I go to the Bell’s store all the time but had never been inside before the cafe. Super fast service and lots of beer choices. The Summer Peach Wheat Ale was excellent! Went to the store afterwards and bought a six pack to take home. Basic menu items like burgers, salads and tacos but it was a very good burger.

I have long enjoyed Bell's beer and the lore around Eccentric Cafe. This was my second attempt to visit, after coming years ago on a Monday when they are closed. This time, we came on a Friday at about 7pm, and they had a concert starting at 8pm. Understandably it was packed, but there were several factors that lead me to rate my experience as much less than expected. Here are some: 1. Getting a table: We were told by event staff seated near the door that the restaurant seating was "first come service". We had already called earlier and knew they don't take reservations, but there is no way to get a table other than to wander and hover and hope someone gets up. We ordered drinks and lurked around until a table opened up. 2. Ordering: Once a table was obtained, one person had to hold the table while another went up to wait in line again and order food. I was given a beacon and told it could take 45-60 minutes. 3. Getting food: The beacon went off around 35 minutes, but when I went up it had stopped buzzing. I was told sometimes there is a false alarm and to wait until it didn't stop buzzing. It started buzzing a couple more times until it didn't seem to be stopping. I went up and found the four meals I ordered on a huge tray and told I could take the tray and bring it back. I felt like they were short staffed so I had been co-opted to work there, and I already wanted to quit. I thought about how I was asked to tip every time I ordered a drink and food. People working there were treading water, and so were the customers. Every surface seemed to be sticky. The poor experience will stick with me even longer. 2. The food: I hoped for redemption with the food, but alas. I ordered "The Noli", a smash burger, which costs $15, that has "bacon jam, orange hot honey, goat cheese, chipotle mayo, brioche bun". It fit neatly on the tips of my fingers (see photo) and the toppings looked like they were scooped out of a dish and squished on top. The brioche bun looked old and I could see where someone pinched it to plop it on top. It tasted good, with some gristle on the smash patty and the blending of flavors, but at $15, it was underwhelming. In combination with the service, it was a dismal outcome. Will I continue to drink Bell's beer? No doubt. The Cherry Oberon was excellent, and I even allowed myself to have an Oktoberfest in August. Would I come here for a concert? Probably. Will I eat elsewhere before any concert I might see here? Definitely. Would I come here for dinner on a night when there's no event to see if it's a better experience? Not a chance. There are too many better restaurants in the area to bother.

Great beers! Great food! Great setting. Location is a bit dicey, but as I overheard one local say "what did you expect, it's Kalamazoo".

I had come to this establishment with my lads and our experience was incredible. Our waitress was amazing unfortunately I did not catch her name. She had glasses and that’s all I can remember. We got the wings which were smoky and delicious . Not to mention the garlic maple sauce that was to die for. The beer cheese soup was also delectable and is a must get. And that is not the best part the original smash burger and fries were excellent . Very good portions very good service and a very good experience. Would go again.

We were greeted promptly and with a smile by the Hostess Andrea , who also doubled up duties when not busy by busing tables. Andrea, forgive me if I misspelled your name🙂, showed us to our table. Shortly after being seated our waitress, Riley, got our drink order. We had never been here so we asked for a bit more time to view the many options available here. Riley brought our drinks back shortly after. 5 minutes later, Riley asked if we were ready to order. We had decided to order the Meat Monster Mania pizza. The pizza arrived in approximately 15-18 minutes and it looked and smelled great. I had to get a quick shot of this pizza before we served it up. The crust style is original crust, which has a nice chew and flavor. It had a good mild crunch on the crust edge. The sauce is a good tomato based style and there is plenty of toppings. Only complaint would be more cheese toward the edge. If in the area again, We would certainly stop in again. The experience at Erbelli's is pleasant and welcoming. Well done to All.

First of all I'd like to say that I have medical problems where I cannot digest spicy food - even the slightest spiciness causes me problems. That being said, this was our first visit to either location so I'm not sure if both are the same. Our fav pizza place just closed (Buddy's) so we came here to try their Detroit Style pizza since that's what we love. They had only a few Detroit Style and tons of other varieties so we thought perhaps we'd try something else. The server suggested their buffet and we thought that'd be a great way to try several types. The pizzas weren't labeled but they were one topping ones. They had a deep dish too and I asked her what it was and she said sausage so I tried it and a pepperoni piece. The sausage was spicy and the pepperoni was spicy... even the soup was. I ate a couple pieces of cheese pizza and that was it. For people who don't have health problems and don't mind a little heat you may like it. But I couldn't eat it and won't be back, and I feel if they're using spicy sausage and spicy pepperoni they should say so. They do have some pizzas on the menu that are labeled spicy - so beware! If their 'regular' ones are spicy, who knows how spicy these are. (Even though my husband can eat nearly all hot food he had a sick stomach all afternoon).

Always one ofu favorites but my son treated me to a birthday dinner and I had the spaghetti and meatballs for the first time and LOVED it. We also had the spinach dip which comes with garlic bread and chips, yum! Our server took good care of us.

Apparently it isn’t the first time they cut out a small piece of pizza and make it look like a whole pizza. Saw another review with a similar problem. They didn’t learn from mistakes. Picture is the pizza that I received

Erbelli’s is one of my favorite spots in the Kalamazoo area. I absolutely love their cauliflower pizza. It feels like a healthier version of pizza and if you order it extra crispy it is so delicious. I am not even a big vegetable person but you cannot tell the difference. Their pizzas are award winning and they also have a huge variety of options including vegetarian, gluten free, and Detroit style. The menu goes beyond pizza with calzones, pastas, and more. You can do takeout, catering for larger groups, or sit down inside on Stadium or Portage Road. The service is always great and it is a wonderful locally owned business to support.

Former warlords laid down weapons and picked up napkins. This was hands down the best food ive ever eaten. I can die now knowing Ive lived life to the fullest. We got the applewood candied bacon alfredo pizza, the shishkbob and the protien pizza. The staff was super attentive and friendly too.

The only reason that these people are getting more than 0 stars is because the food is edible and there was a football game being played while we were waiting. The guy who was sitting at the register said it would be a 4 minute wait. We proceeded to wait for 30 minutes. It seemed like no one in there knew what they were doing and no one was in charge and telling people what to do. All this to say I won’t be coming back to this joint for a long time. Save your money people.

We stopped in for lunch at the newly renovated space. It’s definitely more spacious, but I feel like it lacks the charm of the original. Hannah was our waitress, she was great. Food was good but I feel like it was a little pricey ($18 for an impossible burger plus $4 on top of that for sweet potato fries). We would like to try the pizza next, lots of tables around us got it and it looks good.

I was really excited for the reopening, and I’ll say the atmosphere is warm, modern, and inviting. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations. The regular burgers have been replaced with smash burgers that are pretty dry, and overall the menu feels subpar for the prices being charged. The new duckpin bowling area is a fun touch, but at $40 an hour, it’s definitely overpriced—and it usually sits empty. Honestly, we’ve only kept coming back out of familiarity and because the kids love the bowling.

We hit Old Burdick’s Bar & Grill for dinner after a long day. They had some great happy hour specials and a large selection of food choices. Food: Had nachos, bang bang shrimp, and a couple of burgers. Everything tasted good but both burgers were not cooked correctly (but tasted fine). The shrimp was good and the nachos were too. Service: Our waitress was attentive and friendly, we asked for popular food choices and she rattled off a couple. Service did slow down later when trying to get/pay our bill but no big deal. Atmosphere: Good atmosphere and appeared clean. We would try it again.

Always been a fan of burdicks nachos. Haven’t had the chance to get them here but frequented the wings west location. I was at the bar and the couple next to me got a burger and it looked and smelled good enough for me to switch up my plan. Superb. The tv behind the bar is awesome. Can’t wait to watch the masters on it come April. Only thing better than the burger and tv was the service bartenders were awesome. Shoutout to Kaelynne for the burger build. I said surprise me!

Went to eat with my husband and daughter on Monday evening. We ordered a large pizza, a kids burger and the steak and fries. My steak came out barely warm so I sent it back…. The second time they reheated it and it still came back cold…. The manager offered to have it remade and it came out hot… they even gave 50% off the steak on our bill which we were very grateful for!!! But that night and all day today both me and my husband have been sick with food poisoning, I can hardly leave the bathroom! Our daughter feels okay and she ate everything but the steak. It concerns me that the steak is what made us sick and it’s also what we sent back to the cook twice… not sure if that’s a coincidence or deliberate.

The food and new renovations were both amazing, but the service ruined the experience. We were sat for 10 minutes before somebody came over and said our server would be over soon. Same person took our food order and brought it out for us but no service in between. Who I assume was our server came over to drop the check at the end. I love old Burdicks but this was pretty disappointing

“New Burdick’s” is the same high end sports bar kind of spot you would imagine it to be- good food and drinks. But! The service is exceptional. The bartender Vee was a delight- already enough of a reason to come back and see them. But, then when we got a table our server Sydney was equally amazing. The service from our bartender and server made this place far better than any other “sports bar” I’ve ever been to.

My husband and I stopped at One Well Brewery while road-tripping across Michigan, and we’re so glad we did! The atmosphere is super fun and eclectic—such a unique vibe. Their arcade and pinball collection is seriously impressive and adds a playful twist to the brewery experience. We’re big fans of Hazy IPAs, and theirs did not disappoint—flavorful and totally on par with the best we've had. Whether you’re looking for a fun date spot or somewhere to bring the kids, One Well is a great choice in K-ZOO. Can’t wait to go back!

Just passing through and discovered this great brewery. I was impressed by the size of the place. Rooms filled with pinball, ski ball, darts and tons of games. I did not eat there but they do have an extensive menu. The beer menu was great. I sampled two and their juicy hazy IPA is very good. I would recommend stopping in grabbing a drink or two.

The service was very nice and informative. Rob, Doug, and Grace were all helpful. Definitely will come back again for good food and beer. Great bba scheming and plotting stout. I'm glad to see it. Recommend the state of bean as well.

Large brewery that's more a restaurant and a hangout spot. Honestly it reminds me of what Bilbo's used to be like before they moved to their current location. Plenty of seating inside and out, multiple bars and a large game room with mostly pinball, but includes pool, darts and mini bowling. I've never seen a spiderman avengers style cabinet. I sat outside and drank while I read. I'm not even sure what I had, other than a couple of IPAs. Nothing blew my mind, but they were both drinkable. Didn't try any food, or even look at their menu while there, but probably next visit.

Great place for hanging with friends; nice food options, great beer and a variety of games to play. The cauliflower appetizer is a must!

The staff was great. One employee overheard us razzing some of our group, so he he jumped and in and played along. Perfect timing. Spoke to the owner Chris for some time. Seems like a really cool guy with a good story to tell. Place is huge and fun. Had a very good hazy IPA. Well done One Well!

Duuude, if you're in the KZoo area you gotta stop into this place, dude. Great atmosphere, great vibes, super chill place, man. I would ride the waves of Lake Michigan with Chris anytime. Super classy guy. Bring the kiddos and the quarters and get ready for a fun evening!

The building is full of Kalamzoo history and is a cozy spot to meet up with friends for drinks and food. Friday nights are karaoke and everyone was having a great time when I was there with friends! Staff were incredible and knowledgeable when making drinks and they were quick!

Nice venue. Good food. The food was more sophisticated than I would have ever expected. My shrimp and pasta dish was delicious. My son's burger was fresh and we'll made. They also had live music. I am glad we had dinner there.

The chicken bacon ranch pizza was fabulous! The flavor and crispy crust was out of this world! Just a quick stop but it was all worth it! And the service was amazing !

We had a great night enjoying the outdoor seating. From the cobblestone path to the twinkle lights and the scalloped fence, we took in all the details. A genuine experience not found in any chain. Grab a drink and a friend for a night away from the usual.

If you are looking for a dog-friendly restaurant, look no further. Both Maisie and I were welcomed warmly on New Year's Eve. I enjoyed some appetizers and an old-fashioned cocktail on the patio. Staff was friendly and welcoming both to me and my dog. It was the perfect spot for us. We will definitely return. The food was good atmosphere was great. If you want a great experience going out with your pet. I highly recommend this place! :-)

We visited on Valentine's Day, so take that in consideration with this review. The decor of the restaurant seemed more fitting to a breakfast or lunch location, lots of greens and browns; Less moody, more earthy. Which felt off during our dinner. We were able to select a shared cheese and meat plate that was very good, allowing us to pick from several unique options to form our perfect dish, each a varying array of prices. The only negative part was the provided "cracker" wasn't that spectacular. It was a little too crispy and came in several large sections. Our meals were small, which isn't necessarily a negative on its own, but mixed in with a $20+ price tag it was a little underwhelming. Although it's important to note that I'm not much for fancy dining. I personally feel that a cheaper meal from a simpler place would have been much more enjoyable. Overall the food was good, the drinks were tasty, and the staff was friendly. I would say it was a great experience. Unfortunately, I just don't know if it was quite $80 great. I may return to try their lunch menu instead.

The food was great! I came here with my dad, and he said it was as good as he remembers. The service was stellar too! Our waiter accidentally spilled water on our crab cakes, and he gave us more for free! The interior is very cute as well :)

Every dish is delectable and just so well done. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed with great service, a helpful server/hostess, and good atmosphere. You would not regret this experience!

This place is always amazing! The food is all made from scratch with locally-sourced and organic ingredients, the place is trendy and always super clean, and the service is par excellence! If you're in the 'Zoo, definitely make this one of your food stops!

Great farm to table restaurant. All of us at the table (8 adults and 2 kids) enjoyed the meals we got. The starters were well portioned and the mains were expertly constructed.

I have had some of the best dishes in Kalamazoo here and I have also been disappointed with the value. Today I have a $14 drilled tuna sandwich that was something I could get at a deli for $6. It was simply tuna, mayo, and some cuts of celery. Though it was good it is grossly overpriced for being so simple. That is one reason I never have brunch here. The portions are too small, the food too simple, and the price is too high. The things that keep me coming back is that is it almost always open, you can usually get a table, and the service is good. Other than a burger I don’t recommend much here regularly because it has been a few years since I have truly been happy with a meal here. I did have a halibut soup with my tuna and it was pretty good. My wife also got a $4 side of pesto with her omelet which was really tasty but again it’s a value issue.

My breakfast dish was A-MA-ZING! I had eggs with spinach and artichoke served with a delicious orange-cranberry muffin! The service was first rate and the ambiance was great. Definitely one of my favorite Kalamazoo restaurants!

Food is always fresh, you can tell the chef knows what he’s doing. Their fries are fire, best burgers ever. Their chicken bang bang was realllyy good! Large portion too. They def batter their own chicken and fries. Carrot cake prob the best I’ve ever had. They should really think about adding onion rings to the menu

The best thing about our visit was the service. Our waiter was fantastic, made some wonderful recommendations based on the food we ate for appetizers and was a great conversationalist without being overbearing. Our food was good and there was plenty for what you paid for.

University Roadhouse is very overprice and I don't understand why. Kalamazoo is a small town. Burger is good, $17. Add a side another $9. Portion is very small so I had to order a side salad $6. The salad is all lettuce and the crouton was soft and old. Also they have OCC charge, which is another 4%. You can do the math here I want to try their summer special menu so went back and wasted more money after work. Chicken Palo which is different name for fried chicken scrap with some Alfredo sauce. $20. Special menu has no price listed by the way, I had to ask the bartender like I am sitting in a steakhouse ordering fresh seafood. Even though I have a lot of complains, their parking lot is full every night. It is a nice tavern to hangout. If you are on a budget, get burger with water. It comes with fries. Monday is 30% off. I do like their burger and baked mac and cheese.

Food was decent, good portions, decent prices, huge variety of food so everyone can get what they want. Easy to read, understand, and simplified menu. (I despise complicated restaurant menus). Their Mac n cheese is good with bread crumbs and a baked layer on top, this is also how I make mine. However the rest of the food didn't really stand out to me in any way. Our service was ok, I drink drinks really fast so I need a lot of refills, I only got one.

I had the Salmon with wild rice and hot honey Brussel sprouts. Very good! I need to figure out how to make hot honey Brussel sprouts because now I'm addicted! Only thing I would suggest would be more hot honey Brussel sprouts. See what I mean? Sat outside on the roof under the awning and enjoyed a brief shower while we ate.

The food was delicious! The employees were kind and attentive. It has great indoor and outdoor seating. Only issue we had was the server didnt understand my order correctly and I ended up with a slight variation. I didn’t complain though. Pita bread and oil dip came first yummy! We ordered some hummus that was fresh but stronger on the chickpea flavor rather than the seasonings. Just not our favorite. The seasoned lamb beef kabobs was Amazing! I could have had 10 of just that. Grape leaves were wonderful too.

Had big expectations for the place. Chicken was dry, kebab was dry, and there were full cardamoms in the rice. They didn’t acknowledge the simple note I had with my order to add a spoon, fork, or anything I can use to eat the food with. Definitely wasn’t spending over $65 for two persons lunch. I hope this was a one time kinda thing and hope to see them improve.

Absolutely incredible food–very authentic, rich, and delicious. The service is amazing, and the restaurant ambience is wonderful. Would recommend the Mediterranean Street fries, veggie platter, and date cake in particular!

Everything from the explosion of flavor in my mouth to the atmosphere was amazing! You can tell the chef really puts effort and thought into flavors and you can taste each ingredient! By far the best middle eastern food around.

This was our favorite restaurant. We have been going here for years! We loved the staff - especially Amy’s leadership with the staff. In the last year the quality of the food has gone down significantly. And it’s sad for us. Examples of this: inconsistent quality of ingredients. Tonight’s salad had rusty lettuce and pale tomatoes. And it’s tomatoe season (august). The chicken shawarma was grisley- the hummus still remains their biggest selling point. But leadership and management need to assess the quality of their product to customers. Hope it improves. For now we’ll probably take a break. Best wishes to the owners- we want it to do well.

Very happy to tell you all that our experience here was incredible. Good was delicious (I had the beef shoulder), the service was awesome (shout out to Louis!), and the Atmosphere was, of course as charming as a Disney princess movie. I cannot recommend enough! Though it can be pricey for a night out with friends, I would still recommend nonetheless. Great experience!

Great hang! HUGE spot. Surprised at how large it is. Food was pretty good. Standard bar food options and then some. The highlight is their draft beer menu — tons of craft beers from the area breweries on tap and they let you try them too! Pool tables are very chill and clean! They have 2!

Hole in the wall pub with a ton of kinds of beer and great drink specials. Their food is delicious too. Grab a game of bingo or pool, or watch one of the many TV's showing all the hottest sporting events.

Nice music great location parking was easy not too full for a Friday night. Server took quite some time to get our order and drinks. Great place to host private events if necessary.

Had a large group dinner there on 10/25/2025, we were seated shortly after 7pm, drinks came out about 7:30pm, food order taken 7:45pm, dinner to table at various times between 9:15-9:45pm. Couldn’t pay bill til after 10:15pm. Terrible experience. Incomplete orders, out of ingredients. No engagement from staff beyond our single server. Our server was working hard but got no help from “colleagues”. Generally unhelpful staff beyond our server. I blame poor management. Probably fine if you’re sitting at the bar or a small group. If you can’t handle a large group, don’t take the reservation.

What a great venue/restaurant. We loved the atmosphere and the people who we met there. The heavy metal music that played that night was Awesome. I have never heard or seen musicians play music like this band, Lucius Fox. We will follow them from here on out.

Went there for a couple drinks on Halloween. There was one bartender and zero waitstaff. I patiently waited between the 2 service bars where you're supposed to form a line to be served. I was second in line. But then people behind me continued to go the side of me where there were empty chairs and every single one of them got waited on before me even though they were behind me from the start. I stood there so long that my friend had thought I left and came to check on me. I finally got asked what I would like, I told her, then I watched the bartender wait on 2 other people before getting my 2 draght beers, which were wrong. Please staff your establishment appropriately for a Friday night, whether Halloween or not.

Love this place! The service is always great and the beer prices are pretty good. The only thing is, the food is hit or miss. I always get the fish tacos because I love them so much but the last 2 times the fish has been way overcooked, over breaded, and dry.

Service is great, no complaints there. Beer selection isn't bad for a small place, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Appetizers were fine, but that's got to be the worst French dip sandwich in the area. Though everyone seemed to like the French onion soup and I like the cheese curds.

It's nice to mingle at a place where the locals hang out. The decor was predictable with plenty of wildlife hanging in the walls. The service was efficient and the first was really good. We tried the fried cheese cubes and the dipping sauce was excellent. I chose the wet burrito, which turned into a man vs foods challenge. The large portion was excellent, but I was not able to finish it. We all enjoyed the food. While the colorful language didn't bother us adults, I wouldn't recommend bringing younger children.

2022: I ordered a pizza over the phone- ordering was very easy. It took about 30 minutes until everything was ready. Pictured is a large Garbage pizza- very delicious! Staff was friendly when I went to pick up. Will stop by again! 2023 Edit: Here are a few drinks from the Fall menu: Apple Pie Sangria, Harvest Punch and the Mule. The Apple Pie Sangria was my favorite!

I was told to visit this place for a pickle pizza. Had a great beer from Bell's brewery while I was there. I ordered the Cuban pizza (a derivative of pickle pizza) and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. I'd recommend visiting if you find yourself in Kalamazoo.

Went for the karaoke and food. Fun atmosphere....fun karaoke....good burgers and fries were excellent. Sunday brunch at Louie’s in January 2022! Mimosa flights are incredible….omelettes, breakfast pizza, biscuits & gravy or avocado toast, Bloody Mary bar too! Great service & cleanliness and distancing. The oldest bar in Kalamazoo (over 100 years old) and still incredible.

This is such a great place ...a lot of history here. Great food and comfortable environment. I had the steak with mushrooms with a sauce and fries . Delicious!! My sister had nacho supreme... And I tried it and it was the best I have ever had! They know how to cook great flavors!

I stopped for dinner at the Big Burrito after getting a recommendation online. The staff was quick and professional, and the interior was pretty basic. The food was good, however, and they don’t seem to be joking about making big burritos. I got a wet burrito which was very filling and filled with plenty of spice beef and veggies. I was quite happy with my meal, and the prices were decent.

Great portions! Averaging flavor; tomatoes in my burrito were on the edge of going bad. Atmosphere/overall vibe of the place was "hole in the wall" feel: broken window, slightly cluttered behind the counter. Nice staff. Fast service.

The name honestly says it all. First time we ordered from here we assumed it would be the usual size. We ordered a burrito and two loaded tacos for each person. I had a fride full of leftovers. No one eating the burrito could finish more than half. A couple just went for tacos and even just two to fish really tried them. Well worth the money. This was a while ago just using that time as an example. My order tonite is exactly as I expected. I ordered 3 burritos a ground beef, a chicken, and a vegetable. Also ordered extra sauce on the side. Well have dinner tonite lunch for a couple days and I have chips from the store so chips and sauce for snakes all week. It all taste great and fresh. Can't say enough about the quality and the price. Love, love, ❤️

[UPDATE] Their food is still the best. That didn’t change however I’m giving them 4 starts now since they frequently make our orders wrong..It happened again today and his name was T**y (saw it on my receipt) and forgot to place 2 picos and 1 guac on the order. He also gave me a random flavor of Jarritos by assumption and didn’t ask me what flavor I wanted. He also said dining was closed at 9pm. Idk if they changed it but we thought they were open until 9:30pm for dining. Hopefully the service gets better. _____________________________ THE BEST TACO PLACE IN TOWN!! I just love the flavor of their ground beef😍 oh man…and the HOUSE SALSA?!?!????? Sooooooo delicious!!!!!!! Honestly the worst tamales i have EVER had, i couldn't even take a bite, the inside is mushy wet mess, it looks more like wet tuna than chicken and they just crumble apart in your hand, im really disappointed, especially for how pricy they were compared to other Mexican places.

First visit to Niskers, and I can guarantee that I will return. I enjoyed one of the best burgers I've ever had, and my dining companions felt the same. The quality of the food here is incredible and priced at a point that a normal person can afford. Service was outstanding and attentive without being intrusive. The entire place is spotless, and there's plenty of screens to satisfy and sports fan. Noise level was amazingly good. We were able to hold normal conversations during our meal. There is an incredible selection of options available for burger preparation. No matter what you like, you're probably going to find it here. Come as you are, settle into a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and enjoy one of the best meals you've had in a while! EDIT: I've returned several times since my original review. Why? Because it really is that good!

The battered Fries were soggy and way too greasy. The plain fries have no salt. I repeat, they do not salt the fries. I purchased a salad and they used the Romaine lettuce that they use for the burgers (so unexpected), the croutons were soggy because they were placed underneath the lettuce. The garlic bread was placed on top of my salad and it tasted like lettuce. The meal was highly disappointing. The service was excellent and everyone displayed a great attitude. We also appreciated the environment. The kids burger meal was disappointingas well, because they cook it and cut it in half and serve half a burger. We didn't even get to enjoy the food. I'm still hungry as I type. Sad, because we like the environment and the staff were very friendly. I would have at least appreciated a refund. I would've happily brought all of the food back to the restaurant. Very sad, because I called and they didn't offer a refund or anything at all. The manager told me sorry you were dissatisfied with your meal, and hopefully you have a better experience the next time you come in. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. We do appreciate the service though.

Niskers has been serving up my favorite burgers, sandwiches, and fries for over TWENTY years! From their original location in Portage to their new updated location with a bar in Kalamazoo, their quality has stayed true and consistent. You can't go wrong with their burgers - the meat blend is mixed fresh in house, never frozen, with fresh baked buns and your choice of toppings. My go to however is their grilled chicken sandwiches. You can add various flavors like Teriyaki, Thai, Jerk, and Buffalo, served up on the same fresh baked buns and variety of unique toppings. Thai grilled chicken with cheddar, lettuce, pico de gallo and mayo - the BEST. Don't sleep on their curly fries. Fresh cut and made to order, they taste like REAL potatoes and have all the crispy edges (ordered them well done with a side of cheese sauce!) The newer Kalamazoo location also has a full bar and runs a variety of drink specials. Their Bloody Mary's hit just the right spot for an early Saturday or Sunday lunch (or brunch??)

Lunch was amazing got the cowboy burger I think? With the bbq bacon and cheese. I love the bun it comes on and it was filling. I got fries but make sure you season them to your liking as it comes with none!

We stopped here when visiting our daughter at Western and had thought it was okay; we all said we’d go back but try something different. The hot dogs were very flavorful but the buns were dry and falling apart (steaming them would be ideal). The server was friendly and checked in; he did say he had a larger party upstairs so he may not be around to take our order which is kind of odd. The atmosphere was fine, the bathroom was subpar (shower curtain for a door for the stall).

Review for Harvey’s – Final Day I stopped in on their last day open, hoping for one last good experience. Unfortunately, the service was still terrible, just like before. It’s really a shame — Harvey’s had potential, but the business was ruined by a lack of leadership and consistent management. With the right direction, it could have been a success.

The girls working the bar upstairs were amazing and so sweet! They took good care of us even tho they were slammed inside for patty’s day. The queso with chorizo was so damn good we ordered a 2nd one!!! Having the outside deck was a bonus, we could people watch and enjoy the weather !

When I first walked in, I instantly felt my surroundings transform from the streets of Kalamazoo to a low-light speakeasy filled with soul music. Dabney & Co. has an elegant environment that supports African American roots and history through their food, wall art, and many other details throughout the venue. I went here for my holiday work party - we went to the bar for drinks ( I recommend the mint- julep) then the private back room for our work party event. The food was so good - all items were well-prepared. Everything was fresh, and delicious ( collard greens, corn bread, sandwiches) The staff was very attentive, and friendly. I took these pictures as soon as the lounge opened - don’t be fooled as I was leaving most seats were full! Overall, I had a great experience at this venue. If you’re looking for a new experience - this is it! It’s well worth your time, and it’s local. Bonus: The owner was there and he was welcoming!

Easily… EASILY! The BEST BAR EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! I’ve been to speakeasy’s and cocktail lounges in Grand Rapids and Chicago with a much greater presence than this hidden Midwest gem, and none of them came even close to how much I enjoyed my experience at Dabney & Co. From the moment I walked in, I had a smile on my face. The ambiance, music, and one of the warmest welcomes I’ve ever received from the owner Daniel set me grinning from ear to ear. Everything after only cemented it further. I was greeted warmly, sat quickly, served professionally and with a friendly smile, and the drink they put in my hand was one of the best I’ve ever had. No kidding, their signature mint julep is the best mint julep I’ve ever encountered at an upscale cocktail lounge like this and if I wasn’t the one driving home tonight, I would’ve had 4 or 5 by the time I left. The food… oh my god! My partner and I shared the collard green salad and both varieties of cornbread they have (lemon blueberry and maple bacon jalapeño). By the time we were done, I had half a mind to order some to go. All told, I’m so satisfied with my experience here that i will be coming back frequently, alone and with others, and will probably never be able to shut up about how much I enjoyed this experience. I’d give it a 6/5 stars if I could. I’m excited to see where this place goes in the future, both with its planned musical events and it’s future expansions to new locations and bigger things. Love everything about this bar.

Dabney and Co. is the most high quality place in Kalamazoo for cocktails, mocktails, food, atmosphere, entertainment, and welcoming service. Every detail is unique and special. What a gem!!!! It’s reminiscent of a New York speakeasy… so cool!!! We can’t wait to go back and bring more of our family and friends.

This has delicious and specialty type lunches and dinner, which include smashed potatoes deep fried or a salmon BLT burger. You enter in a bar type environment with a friendly greetings by the staff. Service was excellent.

We visited 7/12/25 around 6:30. The food at this restaurant was amazing! My husband got the sweet and spicy smash burger and said it was THE BEST burger he has ever had. I got the Salmon and it was easily the best meal I’ve had in a really long time if not ever. We also got the Phantom Fries as an appetizer. Everything was cooked to perfection. You can really tell the people making the food care about what they are serving! Davion (spelling might be wrong) has such a bright future in culinary if that’s what his dream is! The drinks were also delicious!

Don't sleep on this place. I know it shows 4 stars, but we can not do half stars. It was a solid 4.5. The food was delicious. My wife had the steak, and she said it was the best one she had all year. The wings were excellent as well. The only issue was asking to omit something and still getting it on the plate. So that was the ding to service. The place had a great vibe as well. We will be coming back.

We had the best time here. I absolutely had a fabulous time there. The girls there were just awesome to us. We had a great first date and people watched. The brunch the next day was great again. I’ll start by saying my girlfriend is already planning on going back next time we ride through town. Our first barmaid didn’t seem to interested in serving us, the second barmaid I believe caught onto that and was phenomenal and stepped right in with greatness. She Very knowledgeable about the menu and the gluten-free options. She was keen to everything that my girlfriend needed and wanted in the gluten-free menu. She was very attentive and making sure that we were enjoying ourselves. If I owned a restaurant , I would steal her from latitudes and hire her to come work for me. The GF mac & cheese was very good. The French onion dip was very good and our waitress/Barmaid knew exactly what was needed to be modified to make it gluten-free. The cider/ beer flight was very fun and delicious. The atmosphere of latitudes is wonderful. Cheers!

I needed a place to take my dad for his birthday and wanted it to be rather nice. So, Latitude it was then. I'd been going to Latitude since they opened on Portage many years ago and it's a pretty solid choice. A little must have been off today, as everything was good, but not quite. First off, the service is always stellar and today was no exception. The coffee was fantastic (so is the beer, but wasn't feeling a noon beer today, so no beer for me). I had a half of their Caesar which was good, could have used a tad more dressing, and the red peppers were an interesting, albeit not completely bad surprise. The size for the price wasn't bad either. The Fig Jammin burger was pretty ok, although not much fig and the garlic sauce in the plastic cup (for the fig burger?) was a little different given their typically great plating. It didn't quite jive with the fig theme of the burger. The chips were a tad..."done" and maybe too done? "Burnt-ish" is the best way to describe them. Kinda meh. Very "meh." Biggest disappointment was my father's Bleu Cheese burger which had no Bleu cheese. They were out. Not the waitresses fault, it was the kitchen, but given the inordinate of time we waited for them, they, in that time, could have come out (they were not busy for Latitude 42 standards) and explained that they were out of Bleu cheese. It was going to be 15 minutes for the kitchen to make more. (This was for the salad as well) So, yeah kinda disappointed with that whole scenario. Mainly, the lack of communication BEFORE the meal arrived. The onion ring appetizer was good and the size very good for the price, given the price for everything anymore, so good job there. The outside landscaping needs attention and there is zero reason you cannot jack up that piece of concrete sidewalk instead of putting caution tape. I want to say the greatest, most amazing things about Latitude 42 because I've loved them for years, but it's little things that count. Will I go back? We'll see.

It has been a couple years since I've dined at Latitude's Oshtemo location. The food was amazing and I recently heard about the handmade braille menus composed by a dishwasher employee (a friend of mine who prefers to be anonymous). The menus are created using slate and stylus with printed columns for the server to track where the customer is reading. It was provided feedback from a server using it a few weeks ago with a blind customer. She said it felt the format of the menu provided a natural interaction with the blind customer. It includes a table of contents page numbers printed and brailled. I have a legally blind friend who has reservations to go out to eat in restaurant establishments because he feels he is a "burden on staff and waiting customers" in a fast pace environment. We are planning to try this new accommodation next time we go out!

Came in with a big group of friends on a Monday night. The pizza was really delicious and our drinks were pretty good. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio. It’s so beautiful there. I wish it was open more throughout the year. I really enjoy dining outdoors even more so when it’s cold out. Our server Lucy was very attentive and provided top notch service to our group! Five separate bills and switching seats during dinner didn’t confuse Lucy at all, which was impressive! We will be back!

I got thrown out for NOT being drunk. I also was told be a worker that there’s a policy that all unfinished drinks were free after 11 PM. I later caught the person using both racial and homophobic slurs. I asked for a water, and they refused me service. Do better. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Jay is the absolute worst. He’s rude and places his hands on people in an aggressive manner

Great bar and atmosphere! My friend waited patiently in line to order a round of drinks. The bartender took his money and tip when ordering then filled 5 other customer orders until we reminded her that we had an order in. My friend was pissed. This place can do better.

Was served spoiled orange juice and told that’s just how it tasted. Employees seem bothered to serve. Pool table by the window is not balanced. But good location by the field and good wings. Good for a quick bite and darts, but don’t get anything out the tap if you don’t want to get sick.

2/3/2023 Food, was average. One of my orders was the tots with cheesy gravy. I was fine with the hefty portion of the tater tots but didn’t like the cheese wiz and gravy which needed more seasoning. I understand that wings are different for each establishment, I still could’ve gone for more of a authentic creamier sauce on the wings(rather than buttery seasoned garlic) and have a nugget size pieces instead of literal bite size of chicken. Would definitely go back for the drinks! The bartender was very attentive and made a custom drink which I really enjoyed while I waited for my takeout order

Landmark for WMU! hasn't changed much in 30 years and is still the go to bar on game day. Drinks are a little pricey. Food looked and smelled good but we didn't eat. Also have multiple levels and a pool table.

Both beers were flat, no carbonation! You have to keep pouring the draft until the fizz happens. Though you guys are a pub, won’t be getting beer again. A problem with the bartender at a bar. I’ll just come here for the food, not the beer. Disappointing since this place is a “bar”.

Very spacious and beautiful restaurant. Has a dining room and a sports bar setup as well. Drinks were really good, and had a special "July selection" The hostess and waiters were all very pleasant and professional. Decent portion sizes for the main course and appetizers. The garlic dip that they offer with the welcome bowl of bread is delicious.

Great food and drinks however I don't recommend the vodka penne it's strongly made with vodka. The lasagna is awesome along with the salmon. The Pink panther was an amazingly made drink you can't taste the alcohol at all

I came into Monellis for the first time the other day. As soon as I come in I hear a host talking about inappropriate stuff that I don’t even want to repeat. Also, our server SMELLED of BO. If you want to be a server at least learn to smell presentable. However, the food was great!

Overall great experience! Steak came out a little undercooked but I’m sure it would not have been an issue had we sent it back. Our server was awesome and the portions were very hefty! We will be back.

Good food. Attentive service. Laid back and animated. The shrimp and grits was delicious - plump shrimp and juicy bacon bits. For white wines, go with Gavi or Bougie Blanc - those are the best two on the list. Ask for Crystal - she was great!

The most amazing food, oh my word! Absolutely delicious!!! The staff were so friendly and courteous. . . Very easy to talk to, comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend the Brussel sprout appetizer. . . They were so yummy I could have ate another bowl! My marinated chicken was so tender & juicy and the mashed potatoes were so good. . . The blackened shrimp & grits that my husband ordered was also amazing!!!! We are from 2 hours away and are already planning our next drive to Kalamazoo for sprouts 😁

Although the service was perfectly excellent, my food was not. I requested a rare hamburger (since most establishments usually overcook them to medium-rare, I receive exactly what I prefer). However my meal was definitely in the well-done range. Our server was awesome about it and even the head chef came to speak to us and apologize. We even received a generous discount on our bill. However, if a restaurant is not able to cook a hamburger to order, how could I trust their ability to make a steak or grilled salmon? Unfortunately, we won't be back.

Great place and very friendly staff. We came in from Pittsburgh to visit a job site in town and came here for dinner afterwards. Food was amazing and couldn’t be happier we chose this restaurant. Will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Very good food and very decent portion sizes. All of the food had great flavor and went together very well. The atmosphere had a nice warehouse chic vibe and felt very clean. Food came out very fast too (although we did go at a non busy time). This was actually a recommendation from a college student, so it must be well beloved from locals. However, the food is on the pricier side.

Great food and wonderful ambiance. It is a bit on the pricy side but high quality sushi. They also have happy hour and some daily deals. My fave roll is the crouching tiger. My husband got the chef’s special roll and he said it was one of the best rolls he has ever had.

I took my daughters here for a bit of an early birthday dinner for one of them. We had been wanting to try it and I'm very glad we did. The atmosphere was nice, kind of that refurbished inner city industrial thing. The staff was excellent. Everyone was really nice and seemed to be enjoying themselves. We came at a busy time and still didn't have an excessive wait. The food was amazing. One daughter got a glazed chicken. She wasn't in the mood for sushi but the other daughter and I got a roll each and some sashimi. The rolls are huge. I didn't think I could finish mine but it was so delicious my daughter and I actually ended up ordering a 3rd to share. A little fresh salted edemame as a palate cleanser was perfect too. It wasn't cheap by any stretch of the imagination but we left feeling so good. Would highly recommend you try them out and we'll definitely be going back.

My water glass was never empty, and the staff's knowledge of the menu made my dining experience that much better. The atmosphere, wow! It is nothing short of stunning! The space is clean and beautifully designed, with lovely touches that create an inviting environment. I could easily see myself settling in with a good book, soaking in the gorgeous surroundings. Maru Sushi and Grill is a delightful experience. The open concept design features bright interiors with exposed brick, majestic wooden beams, and elegant hardwood floors. I wholeheartedly recommend Maru Sushi and Grill to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

We had an amazing dining experience tonight. Colleen was our waitress and she is 5 plus stars, was so helpful, and was able to talk me through making a customized roll due to my allergies. The roll was so good I had to get another. The dessert was amazing, blueberry lavender cheesecake, and the waters constant topped off. We WILL be back very soon.

Always good! We moved to Kalamazoo in January this year and have been big of fans of Maru ever since. Favorites that we get regularly are the soy joy and Atlantic rolls. But our new all time favorite is the summer special roll Mahalo and we’re hoping they bring that one to their regular menu! They have happy hour deals we enjoy as well! Love the vibe inside as well.

I went here with my family tonight and it was excellent, there was a bit of a mishap and our food took a little bit longer than expected to come out, but the service was incredible and they did everything in their power to make sure we had a good evening. Even when some people in our party were being less than courteous, they were very composed and asked if there was anything they could do to make up for it. I got a dessert on the house to take home with me and they packaged it with ice to keep it cool. The staff is incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and attentive and the food is always so good.

The bartender and manger were extremely friendly. They let me know all their personal favorites on the menu, and I went with their advice. They did not steer me wrong. The rolls were fresh. Packed with flavor and texture. Great mocktails. Next time I’ll need to try dessert.

Just happen to be driving by and spotted this little gem so we stopped in to check them out. They had quite an extensive array of food, which smell amazing. We had just eaten, so we were not able to try any of their offerings. (Too full). It looks like they have a really nice outside area, when weather permits. We tried a couple of their beers and they were good size for the price. Don't forget to pick up one of their Brewery's stickers for only a dollar :)

Monday went to a Yelp event as a guest and had their $5 burger and fries on Monday (1/2 price pitcher of beer). Went back today to try their $1 tacos ($2 add rice and beans). Tacos are small but they are $1! Have 4 or 5, beans and rice and you still have a $6 or $7 meal! At Yelp event, they turned out 3O burgers just for us and got no order wrong. They had other customers in between our 30 ppl as well. Great customer service!

Killing time and stopped in for a drink. The place is nice and clean. Jeremy our bartender was fantastic and very attentive. My cider was very tasty and my husband liked his beer. Food smelled amazing, we will definitely be back.

The smash Burger was excellent... crispy hand- cut fries and the Dagwood's Wife American Blonde (crisp and light with slight fruit tones) were good also.

This is a great place! We stopped here without knowing anything about it. It was a great find. The brews are spot on! I had a sour, IPA and a cider. Excellent! The ciders are some of the best my wife and I have ever had!! The BBQ here is also spot on! Brisket was excellent and the brisket chili was also great! The staff here was also friendly. We will be back.

Very nice spot to grab a brew (or two!). The burgers here are out of this world! The size might be smaller compared to some places, but this is good (less food waste is always a good thing)! We had a great time with the KPL Overdue Brew event and are looking forward to coming back soon. The selection was comprehensive and extremely good (especially the Skittles infused Reading Rainbow).

Had a great experience with really excellent flavors in our meals. Having lived in other, bigger cities, our palates find a lot of local restaurants to be a little lacking in excitement. This place really knows how to mix it up, and provide great spices and flavors in a variety of menu options. We walked in at 5:30 and were seated by 6:00 at the bar overlooking the open kitchen, which was really interesting to watch. Good service and drinks. Reasonable prices for a nice meal- great date night spot.

Enjoyed the ambiance. The waitstaff was very friendly but the drinks took too long for as slow as it was. I had the chicken and dumplings and was very disappointed. I should have listened to a previous review and not ordered it. The dumplings were so tough I could barely chew them and the chicken was pretty dry. My date had the gyro and said he was not impressed either. Overall the food is definitely NOT worth the price. I think the place can do great things buy they have to improve the menu. It's in a good location and the interior has a nice set up.

The waitstaff was friendly and set a relaxed tone for lunch. They anticipated every need. The Brussels sprouts were like no other place and we knew we had a chef who wasn't afraid to create new, delicious taste meldings. On to the juicy burger with onion bacon jam with notable chunks of bacon. Just enjoy it as served, no ketchup...please. The burger was extraordinary. I loved the vibe here too!

Wagyu burger was good. Didn’t really like the rosemary fries. They were soggy and tasted weird. They offer local soda products which were delicious. Kitchen closed at 8:30. We arrived at 8:20 and they were nice enough to get our order in. You have to use your phone to scan the code to bring up the menu which sucked because I was in town visiting and barely had service. But atmosphere was great and we enjoyed all our meals.

Absolutely one of the BEST places in Kalamazoo. They have the most friendly staff and are super accommodating for dietary needs such as gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant. They staff is very knowledgeable about different drinks that fit your palette and wants. You really feel like you're hanging out with your good friends when being waited on here. Highly recommended!

I drive 2 hours from Indiana just to come here. They have reinvented brussel sprouts. It is amazing.

Best burger I had in a while. Reason is that size is big, they don't skim on ingredients. Burger is not supposed to be tiny especially from a tavern. My burger has layers of cheese and meat and sauce. Mouth full of goodness. Also my "back forty" burger is only $13. Pretty good deal in 2024. Sides are extra though Sides are not so much, just taste like they are from the freezer and straight into the fryer. Burger is the main character anyway. Drinks are weak, you can probably down a couple mix drinks and still blow below limit. With that being said, this is still a better place to eat and watch a game than BWW.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the quesadilla I ordered. I also tried their “goat fries” and they were INCREDIBLE. The service was great as well. Definitely worth checking out!

The Old Goat Tavern is perfect for a quick bite and to catch up with friends! Great selection of beverages and the variety of burgers is great. It comes with fries and they are delicious! Our table got the Spicy Goat burger, Black Bean Burger and Southern Chicken Sandwich. Everyone loves their meal. Prices are reasonable too. I would definitely recommend!

Came here for dinner today with my fiance and soon to be mother in law. We really enjoyed this place! The service is great! Our waitress was really cool and she had fast, attentive service. We were sad to hear she is leaving soon. We started with the truffle fries. Those were really good! The perfect texture, and that aioli was awesome! I got the GOAT Burger. That lives up to its name, it is amazing! Wow! And the spicy cheese curds, especially with the spicy ranch, are delicious as well! Wisconsin could learn a lesson from these! We would definitely return!

Went here while dropping our daughter off to college. We ordered some burgers and kids meals, food was good. My daughter had the Moo Oink & Quack which is a Buffalo chicken between two thin hamburger patties; tasty, not spicy. I had the the Spicy Goat burger which is two thin hamburger patties and a jalapeño cream cheese; this too was good, my daughter and I didn’t think it was very spicy. My wife had the egg burger which was good. Our other kids ordered some kids meals and they like me them too. Service was a little slow but we weren’t in a hurry so it didn’t bother us; the server did forget some things like a drink that we ended up canceling as we were all done.

My finance has had this place on his wanna-go list for about a year, and I wish we had gone sooner because it was SO GOOD!!! Definitely coming back! We got the truffle fries, which were really good. And then he got the goat burger, I got the fried pickle burger, and my mom got the steakhouse. They were all really good, but we all agreed that the goat was... Well, the g.o.a.t 😂 also, all of the employees there were super nice, unfortunately the waitress we had is going to be leaving soon. The service was also very quick. I would definitely recommend going here for good food and a good time

Ryan was awesome and fun! Cocktail class was so good. Not necessarily drinks that I would of ordered off the menu so it was nice to venture outside my comfort zone.

What a great experience learning how to make some delicious fall cocktails! The spirits were delicious and Claude’s instructions were on point. We took some home some liquors to try to make them on our own!

Had a wonderful tour/tasting! Ryan went through every drink and history of the brewery! Even in the midst of a pretty bad storm outside, the drinks made everything better. I highly recommend!

Maggie's Cafe is a true hidden gem—a cozy little mom-and-pop breakfast spot that hits all the right notes. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home the second you walk through the door. Service is fast, which is perfect if you're starting your day and don’t want to wait around. The food? Absolutely amazing. Gravy is homemade and is a must order.

My favorite little breakfast spot! I've been here many a time and always left with a full belly and smile on my face. Staff are very friendly and quick to get you what you need. The owner was quick to respond when an order was wrong. He apologized and was very kind. I will most certainly be returning and highly recommend this establishment to all!

Nice little cafe, local sports team themed. Friendly and fast service. Order and received food within 5 mins. If you want a quick bit to eat I highly recommend this spot for breakfast or lunch. They also have the Viking challenge with tones of participating customer photos on the wall. Great spot 🔥

Awesome little breakfast spot. Affordable and filling! Had the Coach Murray’s (egg/ham/cheese sandwich) and the Belgium Style Waffle. Both under $8 and kept my filled for half a day. Worth the visit.

Ive always ordered delivery, but today i stopped in. My food looked like they just tossed in the to go box, I didn’t order any eggs. The girls at the front counter looked at me as if she was bewildered. No smile, no warmth. The bathroom is FILTHY!!! I walked in and chose not to even use it because of all the pee stains on it!! If thats what the bathroom looked like….. WHAT DOES THE KITCHEN LOOK LIKE???? Sorry, I won’t be back.

Bait & Switch (you’ll appreciate this in a minute). I order 2 of the Big Fish w/extra Tartar Sauce -I was starving. Please review the attached pictures to see what the sandwich looks like on their menu verses what I received (twice). I ordered NO lettuce, so I don't want you to think that forgot it. However, the “extra” Tartar is sparing and looks “brown”. It tasted terrible, long with the fish. So, the old adage remains intact 1 Fillet ‘O Fish at McDonald’s is better than 2 Big Fish in your bag. The manager, or at least the man I assumed was the manager since he didn’t seem to be wearing anything that inducted his elevated status or responsibilities with this restaurant assured me that, “They just came out, careful they’re hot and fresh,”. Look at this pics, does that look fresh. Try semi-crispy “crust” and mushy fish. Mushy I don’t like is a great adjective for any food…except maybe oatmeal. So I can equate my fish sandwich to an oatmeal sandwich? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Point is, if you want a fish sandwich, Burger King IS NOT the place for that. Also. what is the point of ordering ahead via the app if I’m going to be stuck behind someone who clearly caused enough of an issue that it caused me to wait behind her for like 8 mins. ****UPDATE**** 1.27.25 Now, weeks later they now asking me to include the names of the dishes in my uploaded pics. Burger King, if you can’t tell the dish by my uploaded pic then you have another whole world of issues. Are you serious? Does it look like a cheeseburger? Nugget? A shake? Maybe it’s onion rings. Jesus, hang up the towel.

Horrible experience. Food was old and when I asked for a replacement I was told there was nothing they could do. Rude employees. I Do not recommend this location at all. This is now 2 times in a row. I will not be back. The King? Laughable

i asked for my food to be fresh and they gave me old food, the manager was really rude when i came back in to actually get fresh food. the service was horrible there was a girl singing loudly with her music loud. when the food was ready they would js wave u up n wouldn’t say anything js horrible all around.

This has to be the rudest Burger King I have ever visited. Showed up and was informed that since I wasn't picking up a pre-order I was only allowed to order less than $20 worth of food. That wasn't possible I was getting ready to order for eight people. Then as I tried asking questions she was extremely rude and disrespectful, stating that I needed to read the menu even though what I was asking was not on the menu. After about the 5th disrespectful remarks she made I just left. Not going to give my business and my money to a company who allows their employees to treat their customers terribly.

If you are looking for tex mex with a different flare, try this. The flame rating next to dishes is no joke. Margarita flight was pretty good too. Tried the Shrimp and steak tacos premade recipes. Next time I'm diffently trying build your own.

This place looked better than it was. Tacos were good but felt light in protein and didn't have a corn tortilla option other than hard shell. I ordered 2 different drinks and they were out of both ended up getting a smoke show marg it was average. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place if you want an authentic taco option. Wish they would touch on an authentic version and make sure the tacos are warm and filled

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Walking in to the restaurant alone is an experience! The artwork/murals are INCREDIBLE! Just looking around the room was a delight. The server & manager were more attentive than most places I've ever been. I ordered the Braised & Confused taco AS-IS and from the first bite to the last I was NOT disappointed!!! (normally there's at least one thing I ask to change about an item either due to an allergy or taste/sensory issue...but NOT this time!) 10 out of 10... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I placed a pick up order. Was really hungry and tired and just asked the employee to pick for me. And she did and everything was great. Had the Baja shrimp taco and she created a few with steak. I got the street corn dip and original guacamole with chips. It was all amazing. And the service when I got there was excellent.

Last Wednesday was our first experience at Condado Tacos while we were waiting out a storm on our way to vacation. We loved everything about our experience and the artwork by local artists to the amazing staff, especially Tyler! Tyler was very attentive, patient and kind with our boys and offered great recommendations from the menu including apps, drinks and entrees. We had such a positive experience our boys would not stop talking about it and made us stop there on our way home from vacation today. Once again, Tyler was our waiter and he was just as wonderful as the first time. We also witnessed him helping other tables and he was just as attentive with them. And on top of everything else, he remembered my boys which made them really excited.

Fantastic margarita! This taco bar knows how to do it right. Perfect balance of fresh lime, quality tequila, and just the right hint of sweetness nothing syrupy or artificial here. I loved how well it paired with the spicy tacos. Super refreshing and dangerously smooth—I’ll definitely be back for another round!

I LOVE Condado. I usually get a to-go order but the few times I’ve dined in, it was also a great experience. I like the vibe, it is geared more toward a young adult crowd. They don’t have the best kids options. The food is very quick, yet so fresh. The frozen house margarita is one of my faves.

Lovely bar and grill with unique items such as the Jamaican Jerk Chicken & Waffles, or the El Gaucho (Coffee Chipotle Flank Steak Wrap). Skillfully made craft cocktails as well. Nice ambiance in the inside and they have a second bar as well. Brunch menu was neat and our bartender Sam was quite attentive and helped us with recommendations for places to try in the area. 4.7/5

Took my mom here during happy hour. Was my first time visiting. The decor and atmosphere are really beautiful. Great service and every dish and drink we had was amazing and carefully crafted, it was overall a great experience and I highly recommend dining here.

For the experience I say it’s great for people who are looking for that that Caribbean experience during any time of the year. Service was ok, waitresses were nice but the time it took to get my food was 40 min and they brought out the appetizers and main dish out at the same time. Food tasted alright, really like the pineapple flavor they had going on but felt like it was missing something. I get it’s there first time opening up so things aren’t going to taste perfect or come out as fast but it’s a nice place to go to for a special night.

We came in during happy hour to celebrate my birthday and overall were happy with our experience. The restaurant itself is really pretty inside and has lots of seating inside as well as some seating outside. The Carribean Sticky Wings are amazing and were easily the best part of the meal. Food is pretty good, but things are on the pricey side and does not always feel worth the price depending on what you order. Happy Hour drinks were good and fair priced, but I don't know if I would pay full price for them. Service was okay, not the best or the worst I've experienced. Would come back for the sticky wings and happy hour for sure!

I was there for night 2 of their soft opening — it was phenomenal! Daphne was our server, and she was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive. We tried a variety of foods, and all were delicious with very good presentation. We tried the blue corn nachos, the Caesar con Chile, the Havana burger, taco platter, flank steak, and strawberry empanadas. One thing that really stood out to me was their Caesar dressing being vegan! (No anchovies). The food came out very fresh, and in a timely manner. The ambiance and aesthetics were very complimenting. Overall, we were very impressed and will most certainly be back. The manager mentioned their goal is to eventually open for lunch during the week, and brunch on the weekends — I will be on the lookout! 10/10 would recommend.

They do an excellent job of making every item delivered to the table an experience. Order the caipirinha! They make a delightful one.

Was just there trying to get drinks and food. We walked in , no acknowledgement from staff , sat at bar the guy walked by us twice didn't say anything except talk to a woman next to us about BS. Then the bartender waitress never said anything to us but instead would rather talk to a couple about her life . I thought this was a bar not a counselor office. So we left and went to Coney Island. A bar in heart of downtown kalamazoo and a baby brother of Louis trophy house. This place is no fuss or frills kind of place. Cheap beer and cocktails throughout the year and warm atmosphere always. If we need to celebrate something this is where we usually start and head to other places. Over the years this place has been a part of bar crawl. They do have pool and bar games.

Awesome local bar to lose all your money in keno, pull tabs and touch tunes. Double leg injuries don't keep locals away from stopping into green top.

Love green top! Their food is amazing, service is great and drinks are reasonably priced. Don’t order take out tho. Every time my husband or I order food to go it’s awful!! My crunch wrap was burnt to hell and my husband’s smash patty burger looked like a lump of coal. Forgot our side of ranch but charged .75¢ for it. Parking is a pain in the ass since they’re downtown on a one way, but it’s worth it! Their Buffalo chicken dip is great and so are their sandwiches

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was very cute and the vibe was perfect. The menu is quite limited as well as the seating so I'd recommend making a reservation. The food was good but it wasn't great. I would definitely go again if I was downtown but it wouldn't be my top choice. Our table ordered the Queso Fundido and added chorizo. It came with bread which was warm and soft but I instantly wished I had ordered a side of House Tortilla Chips to give that nice crisp. As for the entrees, we ordered Braised Lamb tacos and Al Pastor tacos. The braised lamb was nothing special. Nothing stuck out with that dish. The al pastor tacos were slightly dry. I had avocado crema added when I ordered but still had to get a side of sour cream once I started eating. Overall, it was good. Would go back to try other menu items. The sevice was good, but again not great. I felt rushed to order in the beginning even after mentioning it was my first time there but once I did, the service lacked which is why I didn't get a chance to order chips for the appetizer. The waitress was very pleasant and the bathroom was clean. It was a tight aisle to get to the bathrooms where only one person could walk down at a time but that is just due to the restaurant being small in general. Not a layout issue. Modern design and walkable location.

Cool spot serving up dishes with big flavor and good service. There aren’t a ton of vegan options on the menu at Roca, but they did have an interesting option! I got the vegan chile relleno. What wasn’t to like? Fried to perfection, great filling that was….well, filling, and tons of flavor. The dish was seasoned well, slightly smokey, and carried a nice level of acidity. Super impressed to find a vegan cream being incorporated here as well. I came hungry, but left filled and happy with my meal. What more can one ask for?

Roca was a very enjoyable dining experience in Kalamazoo. We had a large party of 10 people and our waitress did a wonderful job at accommodating everyone's questions and requests. She was very knowledgeable and super efficient. I ordered the Grilled octopus and the Empanadas and they were both delicious. That was my first time trying octopus and I loved how tender and flavorful it was. Oh, I almost forgot about the grand finale. For dessert, I had the chocolate bread pudding. It was out of this world. I like that the edges of the breading were slightly crispy and it also came with a side of the same Italian cream that they use to stuff canollis with. Super tasty!

Our waitress was absolutely delightful and super attentive. Not included in the photos are the lovely cocktails we enjoyed. The grilled pulpo was amazing and the lamb tacos with that birria were 10/10! Everything else was also fantastic and we are looking forward to our next visit to try a frw things that looked wonderful but we were too stuffed to indulge in :) thank you for making our engagement anniversary so lovely, and for a very sweet valentine's day!

Came here for dinner with my fiancé :) We started with the Taquitos de Papas. Those were really good, like way better than I thought! Great texture and even better flavor! For my entree I got the sea bream Frito. Wow, what a presentation! It was my second time eating a whole fish, and the first time one was curled up like that, it was neat! It was delicious, and I thought black beans with it honestly sounded kind of weird at first, but it was a great combination! Then for dessert I got the churro cheesecake. That was really good! It honestly tastes just like you'd expect! And there was an interesting effect, about 10 seconds after each bite your taste buds would experience an explosion of yummy, sweet flavors! The service was great too 👍🏻 Emma was our waitress and was very attentive and even packed my fiancé's leftovers for her, that was very nice of her! The interior is cool and modern, I like the ambient lighting that changes color.

10/10 spectacular food, dessert, cocktails, lighting, good music for dinner and Luis's attention was fantastic. I will return a thousand times.

We arrived at Roca with 20+ people about an hr before closing. It was our 1st time here as we are visiting from B.C., Canada. We had a wonderful time. Andrea was our server and she was great! Attentive, helpful and friendly. The food was wonderful! Hope to return someday!

Cool place, terrible beer! The IPA tasted like a skunked light beer, the mango sour was brown, and the BBA scotch tasted sour, not like a scotch or barrel aged beer. I heard another customer at the bar actually telling the bartender that the beer was off, like there was bacteria in it. It’s too bad because this place has potential. I truly don’t understand the 4 and 5 star reviews on this place. Must not be real craft enthusiasts. I had to go another brewery to wash the taste out of my mouth. Would not recommend.

Found this gem while taking a quick break from driving. Great atmosphere, nice patio, and great craft beer. I sampled a few and was impressed with their white stout. Talked to the owner and staff. Super friendly and it was great to hear about the success and story about the brewery. Stop in and enjoy a beer.

This bar felt off for me as soon as I walked in. It was also as hot inside as it was outside. It's a small crowded brewery so it's popular with some people. The vibe didn't feel particularly friendly or inviting. I waited several minutes for the bartender to stop chatting with every other person at the bar before the other bartender decided to ask me if I wanted something to drink. I read while I drank my two beers as fast as possible. Neither tasted like what I expected, or wanted. The pilsner tasted like a wheat beer, and the brown tasted like a coffee stout. I enjoy neither of those two flavors/styles. Then there were the incredibly loud bands. It's a small, concrete room, so the garage band rock was giving me a headache. I would've gone outside to use the patio, but it's unshaded and I didn't see any chairs or furniture. Probably the most uncomfortable hour of drinking I've had in awhile.

Stumbled upon this place after finding on Google Maps with my son after moving him from apartment. Nice atmosphere and friendly, informative employees. Enjoyed the fireplace on this cool day which was a great bonus!

What a gem of a local brewery! With so many options in Kalamazoo, it would be easy to pass this up. Don't! A great selection of brews, friendly barkeeps, and a charm you can't find anywhere else. Regular events and a solid rotation so always have something new to try.

Really enjoyed the visit. Very friendly bar tends, really good beer, and I had 2 tacos with the extra shell & cheese. It was very good and dinner for $10. They have 3 IPAs, I liked the Golgi Apparatus. Bar tend also let me taste a few more very interesting and unique beers that I was fond of.

Dollar for dollar, one of the best burgers in Kalamazoo. If you want just a good, not-fancy smashburger, you can't beat their Buster Burger meal.

If you are a family who would like to join your college student for a night out, DO NOT go here. Our family who had people in their 40s, 50s and 60s were accused of doing something we did not do. We were on our way out and a group of young men were in our faces screaming at us and wanted to fight. The bouncers seemed to be friends with them and could not do their job so the police had to be called so they would leave us alone. During this the bouncers were calling us names and did not want to hear our side. Don’t make the same mistake we did and read the reviews after. It seems this is very common. College students should also stay away.

I'm not sure how this place stays in business when every Saturday is 50% off. When we went on a Thursday night in the summer, the food was way below any sort of quality. Not the absolute worst, but it wasn't anywhere near good. Took us 20 minutes to get any service before the bartender came over after no server came to us.

The food and service are always great. My only complaint is that the draft beer is never cold.

This was a great surprise and I highly recommend. They do a great beer batter for their chicken strips and I hope they add cod fish and chips. If they add that I may move in. BTW, their portion sizes are freaken crazy large.

Nice college bar! Has a lively dance floor for young adults/college kids/Young professionals. They have pretty good bar food and really inexpensive drinks. Saturday during the school year is when this place is the most lively.

I stumbled across this tiny little Irish pub and was completely blown away by how magical this place really is. My bar tender was wonderful.Tell me all about the town and what things I could do while I was there. I didn't eat there but the food I saw being delivered to tables, looked very delicious. The patrons at the tables told me it was wonderful.

I enjoyed a few drinks here with friends. Admittedly, I didn’t know this place existed before my friend suggested it, but it has a nice casual atmosphere and a wonderful, old bar with great woodworking. The staff was friendly, and the drink menu was pretty nice. The English beer I enjoyed really hit the spot. I’ll definitely visit again with my friends in the hopefully not too distant future.

Very cozy bar. The server was very kind and fun to talk to! I was pleased by their joyful presence and service. I had the Irish maid and while they didn’t have the cucumber for it, it was still refreshing and strong!

Me and my family came here last night for dinner and it wasn’t too bad. The Inside looks historic and feels a bit cozy and the service was pretty good. For dinner I got the tequila tacos which were really good and one part of the meal did have a strong taste but it wasn’t too spicy. Likewise, I do recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good place to eat in kalamazoo

Absolutely adore this pub, the location feels almost hidden and it has an amazing atmosphere. Drinks are delicious and servers are very warm and welcoming. Can’t recommend enough

We were a party of 2 this evening arriving at about 4:30. There were 2 people already in O'Duffys. We quickly received our ordered drinks and waited until 5 to place our food order. I ordered the Vodka Pasta and my husband, the Chicken Pot Pie. People who came in 30 minutes after us were finished eating before we received our food. The server stopped by and told us that they were waiting for the pot pie crust to "puff up" and it would be 5 more minutes. Actually was 20 more minutes. That's all fine but I predicted that my pasta would be stone cold. I was correct. I watched my husband eat his steaming hot (delicious) pot pie while I waited for my pasta to be reheated. We were frustrated so got the peanut butter pie to go. We've had it many times before and it is pricey, but awesome. See attached picture. What a disappointment 😞

Had the fried cheese spread with jam or honey reduction and crostini bread. So delicious. Folks were nice, and you seat yourself

Great cocktail bar with eclectic seating areas, can be quite intimate, with reasonably priced drinks. Owner bartends, and he’s easy going and provides generally decent service. Try the ‘The Gazette’ if you’re a bourbon person.

This is my favorite place to go to in Kalamazoo. I frequent here for some quality time with my husband, good drinks, and consistent service every time. My favorite is the best intentions with a small charcuterie plate. We also love that pool is free and speaks volumes on what the owners are like. The decor is humorous in some areas which I appreciate and I like that they have card games too. Been going here for 3 years and love it every time.

Must stop for drinks on patio or inside! Not sure what the previous reviewer had but this was our board for $14! Includes almost everything on their snack menu. Take my advice: go for a Cafe Noir cocktail or glass of wine before your dinner reservation at Rustica. You will not be disappointed. Cheers!

Absolutely fantastic service, a sense of elegance mingles with a retro, vintage, eclectic ambiance. The drinks speak to a classic understanding of the cocktail, with varieties of amaro as the centerpiece of the menu. Best bar in Kalamazoo, “bar” none. …oh, and the coffee is great too!

if I can give 0 stars for service, I woulds have. Some friends and I came in around 11:25 for a cocktail. As we walked in, IMMEDIATELY a short haired girl who was washing glasses says "its last call, we are closed, have a good night" I said "thats not what last call is. also, is there a sign posted, saying, last call at 11:25?" another rude bartender says "I said so, get out of here" I was surprised because I always got great service and drinks here. The GM or owner should think about the late night crew who is taking care of their establishment because there will be no stamped robin with the crew who is running this place. As I was looking around, there were customers at the bar, customers playing pool. it seems like the night time crew picks and chooses when they closed and picks and chooses who can go and not go into the establishment. if the place hired old employees from Harvey's, I will not be back.

Decent drinks, nothing else good about it. Will never return. From staff that could care less if you are there to charging a fee on your Credit Card without printing it on the menu or telling your first is almost criminal.

I hosted a private event at the Bull. Chris was extremely helpful getting up early after hosting the bar all night the night before. He was very accommodating as we had to move the event indoor instead of outdoor as planned. Cleaning and prep were quick and easy. Overall everyone had a fun time and the space was perfect to host an event for about 50 people.

I think Kylie was the name of the hostess the night I came. It was my first night there but she was really funny and made it super comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was all great. Drinks were served swiftly and they were great and not too pricey

I had such a great experience at Wild Bull for my birthday! Jesse the bartender made amazing drinks and Chris the manager took the time out of his busy night to wish me a happy birthday and escort my friends and I to our cabana! It really kicked off a great night for us! Highly recommend for your next girls night!

My wife and I love to dance. We came here early, expecting to dance for a few hours and leave before the crowds picked up. It was a pretty disappointing experience. First, with a name like Wild Bull, you'd expect country music. Not so. Some sort of hip hop and modern music. Further, no way to make requests as the DJ doesn't start early, and no one on the staff was willing to change the music. That said, if the music had been better, they had a great dance floor. Didn't try the food, so can't comment on the bar fare. While we didn't stay late enough to find out, I 'd expect line dancing (barf!) to be the closest this place ever gets to real country. We were more than disappointed☹️.

Kylee and Sam were amazing hostesses. Very friendly and helpful. And the bartenders Jason and Jesse were awesome as well. The music was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Definitely will be coming back soon

You google their number and call and I asked the automated Rx system 2 days in a row status of my refill. It said it’s being worked on and they’d notify me when it was ready for pickup. But I got no notification. When I tried 3 times to talk to a person, I was put on hold for a few mins and then the system hung up on me. When I called back and got the cashier, she said number was out of Florida that I called (it was a local number though). And that’s why I was disconnected. No compassion. Didn’t care at all. Wasn’t concerned with how to improve their system. Terrible service.

Went into this Walgreens an hour before closing, just trying to use the bathroom before for my ride home. Everything was fine until I was going to my car and one of the employees came out and started staring me down. She stood there for about half a minute and then proceeded to walk back inside and talk to the other employee, pointing at me, and clearly analyzing me in some way negative the way their facial expressions were. TERRIBLE behavior display for this company and AWFUL costumer service. Don’t work upfront in an establishment if you can even perform the most basic requirement for your job.

The people answering calls don't seem to be on the same page as the workers filling prescriptions. On the phone they'll say to come pick it up anytime after x-o'clock, then tell you when you get there that they are still waiting for prior authorization. Could be improved by better organization between members.

I've had both poor service and great service here. Mostly good service. I mainly go to walgreens for prescriptions. I've had very helpful, attentive, and caring service from most pharmacy employees overall. There's been some frustrations with possible miscommunication between the doctor's office and pharmacy, which I can't place blame on the pharmacy for this. I did have one poor experience where I was trying to update my last name, and I clearly overheard two pharmacy employees in back questioning and giggling about the fact that I had 3 last names on file. I definitely expect more professionalism and respect when it comes to not being gossiped about and laughed at, behind the counter where I could clearly hear, by two young girls who have no idea what my background is or the reason for the name changes. My personal information should remain personal information and should not be treated as a laughing matter.

Was on hold with the pharmacy for 15 minutes twice and no one answered even after there were no more callers ahead of me, and I can assume they also just gave up too. Very frustrating when someone needs a medication refilled and online it has said "delayed" for three days.

Do not use this pharmacy. They are consistently short staffed and make you bring your sleeping, sick child into the store to pick up prescriptions because they frequently close the drive thru due to being short staffed. After I waited 60 minutes (was originally told 45 minutes) — 30 minutes in my car and another 30 minutes in the long line inside, I was told it would be another 20 minutes, so I spoke up about my frustration having to bring my sick child into the store (again!) due to the inconvenience of them closing the drive thru (yet again). When I shared this, the pharmacy tech responded very rudely and acted like I was the problem holding up the long line. Why do they make sick people come into the store? It seems counterproductive to the issues with being short staffed. I will be contacting corporate.

Went for the Saturday night happy hour prices we found online. When we got there they weren't doing them...decides to try the Chicago deep dish evenetwork though they were running a sale on their normal pizzas. The pizza was sub par. Dough was great, but I sure hope you like sauce! Reasonable pricing was a saving grace.

This place is better than most give it credit for. Great deals during daily Happy Hours, and Sunday has phenomenal 1/2 off everything all day. Can't go wrong! Bartending staff has always been friendly and fast every time I've stopped in. Food is surprisingly pretty good too. I mean it's bar food, but for bar food they do a good job with it. Obviously, it's a college bar. So, if you go on a major party night during the school year it's going to be loud, crowded, and probably filled with some obnoxious idiots. Do I fault the establishment for this? Of course not. If you have a problem with that environment, best stay away if you see a line out the door. Truthfully it's usually a fairly chill atmosphere during the day. Not a bad place to stop in, have a beer, and watch some sports. Good selection of beer on draft too.

We've had better service and pizza. I edited down the details... it could have been better for the price... Or made to order even. Pizza wasn't as expected - and a lot thinner too. May have been made in a deep dish pan but was like a hand tossed. Ordered the pizza with green olives and the pizza came without. When we told our server, she offered to bring them in a bowl for us. Nice of her to offer but would have nice if they were ON THE PIZZA where we ordered them in the first place.

Great place for some cheap booze and food. Always busy on their discount days (Friday and Sunday). Music is absurdly loud though due to placement of speakers. During the school year, it's definitely more of a bro/frat guy hangout spot and the bar as a whole is more packed

Not bad for a college bar. It is much bigger inside than you may expect from looking at it. It has both an upstairs and downstairs with their own atmosphere/music. The bar tends to be quite busy, and you may find yourself waiting in a long line to get in during their busy times. The bartenders are very attentive and quick, and the drinks are priced fairly.

Do not go there if you are a single female. I'm going to be honest and say that I saw a man with his penis in hand right outside the Grotto. I saw the same man inside the Grotto and told the manger of the Grotto. He did not care and said it did not happen in his bar..... They let people who think indecent exposure is okay into their bar!!!! I will never go back and do not spend your money here!!!!!! I'm disgusted that they blew me off and did not care at all!!!! I will never go back!!!!

Loved it! Came here with friends for a birthday and had a great time. Loved the duck pin bowling and overall atmosphere. Pretzels are yummy. Definitely will come back. Friendly staff. And shout out to Avery who is a terrific hostess.

Crafted Copper is an amazing place to visit. The service is wonderful. The drinks are great & reasonably priced. If you need a spot for great cocktails & beer, I highly recommend Crafted Copper. The music is at the right volume. Not too loud & not too quiet. It gives the perfect balance to hear. Trivia is also awesome. I will definitely be back.

Classy but not pretentious! This is a long overdo spot in Kalamazoo. Staff is present, engaged, and highly responsive. Happy Hour deals are tremendous. Crafted Copper is a hidden gem for full space buy outs! We hosted 80 people and it felt cozy and great for mingling. The duckpin bowling is fun and easy to learn which allows for those who want something to do at an event perfect. The whole place has great vibes! The bar has something for everyone with great cocktails, beer, wine and canned drinks. Even the food was great which is not always expected in a bar/bowling scene. Definitely check out on your own or book for an event!

Not for us. It has a great feel to hangout but we're not interested in pouring our own beer from the wall. And suggest/require a tip. When we go out, its to relax and not be part of the work staff. And no, this was a not a fast service, no wait experience.

I absolutely adore the lather on the Bee Joyful shave balm bar! I strive to be waste-free with my shower/hygiene products, so I felt like I hit the motherlode when perusing at the shop! I ended up buying a chai soap bar that is WONDERFUL; its cozy smell is lovely and I adore that the natural ingredients’ texture somewhat act as an exfoliant. Love love love all the soaps I got, but I tell ya— that shave balm bar is the superstar I’ve been searching for! 😍

Bee Joyful is the place to be for all your sustainability needs. They have many options for recycling such as bins or seasonal recycling projects. For example: after the solar eclipse, Bee Joyful collected the glasses to be reused resourcefully instead of being thrown away. They have some great options for cleaning supplies and personal care and their in-house artist always has something new and engaging on the walls One thing I have yet to try are the peppermint shower steamers, but I do know what my next purchase will be!

This shop is so welcoming and the staff will help you make changes to be more sustainable and eco-friendly. I love shopping here and always find items for myself or to give as gifts!

Love this shop focused on zero-waste sustainability. I refill my hand soap and liquid shampoo, but today I tried the shampoo bar. Amazing product, lots of lather, squeaky clean. I have been converted.

Love this shop! Everything sustainable, renewable, and waste free. There are lots of great gift ideas here but more importantly Bee Joyful has all the things my family needs to stay waste-free. I stop in regularly to refill our shampoo & conditioner but each time I can't help trying something else new. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced and can always recommend a better option than what I've been trying or making on my own. (Although DIY ingredients are also sold here!) It's definitely worth a regular trip downtown for this gem!

I am a sustainability specialist and I can say it was SO NICE to see how the Bee Joyful shop was curated - with ACTUAL research & care to mend the environment. You will NOT find greenwashing here! Amazing selection of all genres: Best sellers, fiction, biography/autobiography, military, gardening, cooking, history, art, music, animals, science, sports, crafts, children's & youth books & comics, & more! Very reasonable pricing!

first of all i spoke with the manager or the owner, i went here for the second time the chips were charred so you could taste the charred flavor and the bartender promised me to give me a better chips but the flavor was same so i called the owner, he was patient enough to listen to my comments. drinks are good! but the food is bad. no wonder the place is running with so less crowd. they finally replaced me with tortilla chips and cold salsa. but, if you are going to this place for drinks its fine , but not for the food.

Management being difficult to find, is a very defining moment for any eatery. Two or more people requesting to speak to the manager, over a period of fifteen minutes, the manager shows up after the bill is paid, while you are walking out the door. It was my choice to have coffee as a refill because the root-beer tasted like Clorox. I wish them no ill, hope that they refine some things and have health, happiness and prosperity.

First off There is a no hats rule that only apllies on fridays, in which friday is the, oops scratch that, it used to be a big night in which mostly african americans attended. Now fridays are nothing at wayside west expect employees getting cut due to the fact of no customers. Wednesdays they allow people to wear hats because of the fact it is a more of a populated white crowd of people. Is that a misunderstanding cause I dont understand it? Next time you walk in wayside look around for any other race of employee and i guarantee you only see one race which is white besides the chinese manger in which he is in the family bussiness.

You get lots of food for what you pay for. Great service. You can go their and have a good time without anyone bothering you. Or you can go just to socialize.

The food was good, but you might forget the meal soon after. The cheesesticks were great, the burger was good, the chicken and waffles were dry, and dessert seemed store bought. The service and atmosphere were nice though. It is definitely an above average place, and you should be able to find good things on the menu.

First time going to Fletchers pub. The chips and queso were great, the best queso and chips in town! The bourbon bowl with shrimp was a great choice, not too heavy on the sauce, and tasted very fresh. Pizza was also great and had a good amount of sauce on it. Very great service and food came out promptly!

I like to give good reviews but let this be a warning to any folks considering eating here. Here were our dishes and what we thought: Garlic Parmesan Bites (app) - $10: pretty tasty but undercooked. Fletcher's Reuben - $14: The saltiest corned beef I've ever eaten. Something is wrong with it. Otherwise average. Warm Roasted Broccoli Salad w/ Salmon - $23: A small bowl of practically *raw* broccoli with a pretty small piece of salmon on it. Crazy for $23. Giant wow Nachos - $17. These looked delicious. Unfortunately they tasted vaguely like SOAP. And the good stuff was all on top, under the top layer it was just plain chips. THEN TO TOP IT OFF, they add a 4% unexplained fee to the bill. I can't remember what they call it exactly. I asked the server to have it removed and she said "they won't let them." This is not shown anywhere on the menu. I'm not sure it is even legal. Obviously we won't be returning, and I suggest you rethink eating there.

We had a group of 10 including one child. We called in advance and everything was set up and ready for us. We were there for lunch so everyone simply ordered various sandwiches which were all very good. Our only disappointment was that they were out of one of their specials. Obviously that must have been popular with other folks too.

First, Claire was a great waitress. The table was sticky. The drinks were good but weak. Quiet place with older clientele. Only part of the menu that was listed on their website. Way too much batter on delicate bluegill. Missing avocado on shrimp/avocado salad.

I really liked the brats on the pretzel buns, topped with grilled onions and beer cheese.

I normally love this place and their food but my last meal from here was very disappointing. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan Bites, they were very undercooked and I expected the bread to be a higher quality for the price. I also got a side of shrimp that was not edible. It had a gross taste, and was incredibly oily and I ended up throwing them all out. I tried to contact the restaurant about this and never heard back. Very upsetting as I like to go here several times throughout the year.
