Not only did i get told to leave, but i also ordered two drinks of the same. My regulars, nothing changes, i knew what i ordered and it wasn't that- i've ordered this before many times and nothing on the menu said it had changed. Not only did they mess up both orders twice, my drink wasn't even properly blended i could crunch the ice with teeth. And when i went back up to drink this horrible mushy mud concoction, i get told to leave AGAIN. Guys, as someone of youth, telling the truth- do not drink here. The staff do not listen to your orders, in fact as i was ordering she was too busy having a conversation with the lady opposite. And yet she spent all that time at the blender i still manage to get ice in my warm drink. I'm convinced the same person who asked me to leave purposely messed up my order. I know this because (gender) started to smirk and mock my friends. P.S the toilets do NOT get cleaned regularly- this is a health hazard. The door to the bathroom needs a code to get in there, when i requested for the code- after drinking this horrible mushy mud i overly paid for- they said 'no.' And before you say 'why didn't you just return it?' trust me, i tried. They denied it, acting like i wasn't the last person to order- this genuinely made me consider going starbucks. And that's even a stretch. Since i hate starbucks. Anyways, Seriously guys i'm not over exaggerating, my recent emojis : 😡🤬👉☕️ Costa coffee? That sure cost me, waste of my money. (you can see my meant to be warm drink freezing) as for the cream drink, i paid special attention to that one, my barista was on (her) phone the entire time...talk about good service and no i'm not talking about the staff I'm talking about the wifi. Simpelian out.

I am disappointed, the shop is closing at 8pm and we visited at 6:30 pm. We choosed a table to sit and one of the staff removed us in different please as he started to clean that earlier?????? Squashed all customers in one place , I have never seen this before in my life , if is 15 minutes before closing I will understand that and respect as well, but 1:30h before closing time is bit too much . The staff were not friendly too forcing customers to have takeaway cups instead to seat and relax . This is all about to finished work quickly and go home ...... The management must take control of this coffee shop as this is unacceptable . I am regularly Costa coffee customer and I am feeling bad to write this review , but definitely this bad atmosphere must change it in future! Thank you 🙂

I had a very disappointing experience. The service was poor and the staff acted unprofessionally. Despite the hot weather in June, I was served cold coffee and a cold sandwich. It’s unacceptable to receive cold items that are meant to be served warm, especially when it’s already very hot outside. This isn’t winter—serving cold food and drinks in this heat is not just unpleasant but careless. The food and drink were not freshly prepared and lost any warmth they might have had quickly. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Tried coffee at different Costa stores and felt varied taste. This one was okay taste. Pastry was tasty. Quick delivery, clean place are as expected. Price reasonable.

One of the better Costa coffee shops I have been to. Great Central location. Lovely design which let's in lots of natural light and a cool place to be in on a hot and humid summers day. Service was friendly and helpful and it wasn't too busy for peak time either.

Just love Costa Coffee and shared a wonderful experience here with friends our Coffee's were made to our liking and our food order delivered with a friendly smile . Cafe was very clean , toilets unfortunately were up a spiral staircase and you needed a code to enter but apart from that a beautiful place to go for decent coffee and good menu choices.

The coffee and food is nice. The toilet, however, is disgusting. The floor was sticky, ingrained dirt and whatever in all the corners. Mould in all the grout under the hand dryer. This could be remedied with even a cheap steam cleaner and someone who actually cares.

A great little coffee shop. It has a boutique feel and doesn't scream commercialism at you. The coffee was good and the staff efficient and not unpleasant. There's an outdoor veranda(?) where you can watch the world go by. You pay a little more here, but you get what you pay for...a little more.

Decaf oat latte. Decaf tasted good- not acidic. Enjoyed it very much. Carrot and walnut muffin a bit too dry. Didn't enjoy it too much. Lovely seating area and lots of space. Staff was very friendly.

I don’t have a Harris+Hoole branch near me, and I was in Uxbridge for the day- had to try their coffee. You can tell its an organic coffee blend, with beautiful latte heart art which I ruined with putting my sugar in 🥹 friendly staff, and overall great vibes 🥰

Best coffee shop around. I ordered a peach smoothie and was prepared very quickly. I was served by Mo(he's a cutie btw) . 10/10 would recommend.

Great location by the Tube Station so great to grab an independent coffee which is well made and great decor inside as well including the play on the tube lines with the dog pictures :).

Updated review: I bought a Coconut Dragonfruit drink on 5 May, they mistakenly gave me the dragonfruit without coconut, so then had to make one again and I believe because of this, I was given an unbelievable amount of ice. It’s not even my fault for their lack of communication. I know I said I wouldn’t ever come back here, but I gave them this one last chance and served me so much ice for a drink that is meant to cost 5.55 pounds. The wait was a bit long, and the person at the front today seemed to have a mini argument with another colleague on the cup size, which shouldn’t really happen after 3pm on the 8th of January. Saying, “Golden Caramel white hot chocolate” is such a mouthful, the person at the till misheard me as saying caramel hot chocolate, she was a bit blunt in her response. The person serving the drink didn’t even say the full name of the drink and my name. In this cold weather it’s so difficult to talk, the lady should have been a bit kinder. Not a lot of people come here and I think it’s time to stop being a customer of Starbucks. Time to terminate my social and economic ties with this business, delete the Starbucks app and my account and use some other coffee shop. The last drink I’ll ever have below. Shame I liked the free wifi.

Is nobody going to mention that it absolutely stinks of vomit every day as soon as you walk in? The staff are really nice and the drinks are fine every time I’ve been there but it’s so off putting every time and sometimes when there’s a wait I end up leaving because the smell makes me nauseous. It’s been this way for months but was particularly bad the other day when I walked in with a friend who said it smelt of sick. And like yeah it does. 💀 I’d probably be here way more if it didn’t though.

Female staff named “Tuba” and another staff, don’t know the name but is an asian man who wears glasses, both of them are so unprofessional!!!!!!! Whilst i ordered Tuba was on her phone and when I had received my order it was very incorrect, I had to ask them to correct it. Few weeks later i came back again to order and for Tuba’s colleague (The man) he took my order, i paid but then I asked him about the starbucks app because usually workers would ask the customer before paying if they have the starbucks app and he said it’s too late to use it as I have already paid, he didn’t offer to redo the order or give me any other options I just said ok. Please renew staff. This is ridiculous

I have a good experience when I go to this Starbucks and I had lovely service as drinks and food didn't take long and well made. All the team was helpful and kind.

Lovely staff! Nothing was too much trouble. Muffin, Flat white and the Cheese and Ham toastie were absolutely delicious but the fruit toast was a little hard.... but that is just my opinion. Will definitely visit again!

Popped in here to grab a quick cappuccino yesterday and was a lovely experience. Friendly staff, clean seating area with easy access from uxbridge tube station. What more can you ask for! ☕️

Upon entering the restaurant there was no one to greet my boyfriend and me, and we even had to wait before placing an order. It looked like there was a shortage of staff (even though it was a quiter time - we went late in the afternoon on a Saturday.) We've ordered waffles and it was a good sized portion, and tasted excellent. The milkshakes were superb as well. I'd go back (even though I feel like the service could definitely improve.)

Went in with high expectations but was disappointed with the taste. The waffles were just above average, you can easily grab better ones for the same price at the little dessert shop. The nachos with cheese sauce and salsa were average again, nachos not as yumm and the cheese sauce was too thick. Overall the service was good, but wouldn’t visit again.

This is purely for the kids meal deal... they offer a pudding either a drink... but only fruitshoot. I asked if I could have a water and they said no, id have to pay. Considering we are living in a society where obesity and rotten teeth in children are a huge thing, I feel water should be an option. I took my child here for a TREAT after her first week of school (she's 3) she has only ever had water. They literally refused to swap the juice for water. I was so frustrated as you should be promoting water not juice. Also, her ice cream was a disappointment... we went on the 20th September in the evening.

The ice cream was delicious and worth it — creamy, rich, and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the shake was a complete disappointment; it lacked taste and felt like a waste of money. Would recommend the ice cream, but definitely skip the shakes.

Got a waffle from Creams Uxbridge and it was a disappointing. There were only a few strawberries, way too less banana, and hardly any chocolate sauce at all. I’d recommend trying Gooey Waffle instead they get it right every time

I had trouble ordering some items via the uber eats app so I called up the shop. The legend Beep helped me out so much. Quality service which he took his time out during a busy time to help me and resolve my issue. Wish more workers like beep get congratulated and rewarded. On top of that the rainbow cake and custard came out very sweet and delicious. Top guy Beep. This happened on Friday 3rd October around 20:00.

Sim & monica were absolutely amazing, they managed to full fill a very complicated order for 3 very picky kids. With a smile and grace - definitely recommend this place

a lovely hidden gem, where the food is great, it’s a small cosy spot, and the staff is friendly and nice. there’s window seating and regular table seating so it’s comfortable to dine solo and with other people. i’d recommend the coconut soup - I got the tofu one which was lovely but the prawn one looked delish as well, and the prawns were on the side so they wouldn’t get soggy. packed full of flavour and really filling

I recently visited this place with a friend and had a fantastic experience. This was actually some of the best food I've ever had. The drinks were sooo refreshing. Excellent service. Really, really good! Will definately be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommended.

Such a cute small cafe/restaurant. The food was AMAZING and such a variety of dishes are available. We tried the aubergine coconut soup which was genuinely 10/10, and the basil curry which was spicy and also extremely delicious. Will defo be returning to try the other dishes

Fantastic experience here! You can’t miss this fusion Asian restaurant at Uxbridge. The coconut soup is very authentic. Strongly recommend the summer drink Berry Macaron, really refreshing with Yakult. Also the service is the best.

Small, very casual spot. I had the duck bao combo plate, which includes green salad and sweet potato fries. Service was prompt, food was delicious. Cafe conveniently located few minutes walk from Uxbridge Tube station.

Just had a great experience at Ottimmo Bao Bao in Uxbridge! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bao buns were fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented you can really taste the quality. Highly recommend if you're after authentic Asian fusion cuisine.

A fantasic little shack in the park. The perfect place to unwind with a coffee and a cake (i cant resist rustys cake) Wonderfully friendly staff, beautifully decorated inside area , adorned with all things cycle, this quirky little cafe also offers alot to the community providing a place for local groups and people to meet in comfort and safety, Away from the hustle and bustle of town but not too far the perfect placr to escape the ratrace I am definitely returning and bringing friends

Thought I would get a bacon butty ended up having a full English. I used to live in the area but had travelled up from the south coast and needed a break. The cafe is a simple place with very comfy chairs and plenty of parking near by. If you need to be close there is a park and display outside if you don’t mind a small walk parking is free. The breakfast was great, real mushrooms and great bacon. It came with a mug of tea and toast all for under a tenner. Service was pleasant the staff were friendly.

If you are looking for some local cafe to try English breakfast it is here! I recommend to sit outside as there is a bit smell of oil inside. They have different menu for breakfast. I had ordered the large one but it was biger than I thought. It is really Delicious.

Went this morning for 2 medium breakfasts sausage sandwich and a bacon and egg baguette and the food was absolutely 10/10 everything was cooked to perfection and very good price considering the good quality. Service from Alan and Venella top notch. 100% recommend to anyone😋

Foods nice. 3 stars because rubbish at picking up the phone or responding to texts. Sunday... meant to be open..... flaky opening times ans days of work. Update google if you dont want to open... oh put an order in week last sunday lady said 15mins 1 hr later ... still not ready. Told me my order was large she was stressed .. order for 5 people. 2 breakfast baugette 2 sausage rolls and 5 hash browns

Disappointed Donut Dilemma. We arrived at Krispy Kreme eagerly waiting for their delicious donuts, only to be met with disappointment. Despite standing outside, we couldn't find anyone to assist us - the only shop keep. The worker inside seemed more interested in their phone than helping us. After waiting for a few minutes, we left without purchasing anything. Even as we left, the worker was still engrossed in their phone. It's a shame we didn't get the chance to try their donuts. I went to Krispy Kreme in Uxbridge to buy some of the Superman donuts for my son's Birthday. We were served by Daisy who was really helpful. She made up a lovely box up for us and let my son pick his favourite donuts. He was so happy with them and they went down very well with all his friends! The donuts were delicious and the service excellent. We'll definitely be going back again!

Krispy kreme in Uxbridge is always a delight. One of the employees, Lewis, is super nice and always goes above and beyond everytime we visit the stall. He is super helpful and very attentive. I always visit with my kids and he interacts with us all and makes the experience magical. Even during times when theres been technical difficulties. The doughnuts are always tasty and have such a wide selection. The stall is always well presented and i could never fault them. However i do wish they had an actual shop here in the chimes. They would get double the business with coffee and milkshakes, and even seating. I always enjoy a good drink and sit down experience, one thing Uxbridge does not have, hopefully soon!

These donuts are just like unbeatable! They are not even that high priced and using the rewards app makes it easy to get more donuts! The donuts are ALWAYS fresh and they just taste so gooooooddddd

My first visit to a Krispy Kreme outlet, and the two staff members on duty were extremely courteous and polite. First class customer service when they couldn’t get an offer to go through, and it was sorted without me having to ask. Definitely a ten on all aspects, and especially customer service, which was excellent. Loved the donuts, even though I’m not telling my waistline! I’ll definitely be back!

Although I ended up getting a refund on my doughnuts, I want to say that I regularly eat Krispy Kreme and generally find them to be of great quality. The doughnuts are delicious and usually matched with friendly service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was let down by one staff member – Daisy. From the moment I arrived, she didn’t greet me, took a considerable amount of time to serve me and when I addressed this, she rolled her eyes, huffed, and puffed. Her attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is ultimately why I asked for a refund. I’ve never had an issue with any other staff at Krispy Kreme – in fact, they’ve all been polite and helpful – but Daisy’s behavior was shockingly poor and not what I expect from a customer-facing role. If you want good service, I strongly recommend avoiding Daisy at all costs. She clearly lacks basic customer service skills. It’s a real shame because I love the product, but I’d honestly rather travel to a different Krispy Kreme than ever deal with her again. Horrible experience!

today I visited krispy doughnut, for the frist time I had pleasant time and great service, by Olga witch she been absolutely delightful and cheerful with her service. as the shop was clean and the display feasted my eyes with great selection of doughnut witch it made my experience so brilliant. Great little place in the heart of Uxbridge. Great menu and great vibe. Really enjoyed my time here and was pleased with the food service and quality. I ordered a mix of tapas food they had added newly on their menu. Everything was very delicious. Couldn’t fault it. My brother and sister and niece all enjoyed their food too. Beautifully presented food today! This has been true for every visit. Further, further further: bang bang cauliflower is great (remember to order it next time) Further, further: still good, although meal presentation can vary. Further update: Still good. Harissa Chicken flatbread well worth a go. FYI, don't try and roll it up and eat it like a wrap Update: quality lounge eggs, well presented, more so than normal. Original: Good, as always. Chairs are comfortable, and food always arrives promptly. It doesn't look or feel it, but it is part of a chain. They are uniquely decorated and it is a very pleasant environment. I've been here a few times now, sometimes for food sometimes for drink. I've never been disappointed. ...and it continues to please. Staff welcoming as always

We returned to Morello Lounge today. As always no matter which lounge we visit we have that fantastic experience! It’s a lovely place to sit back,relax and unwind. The atmosphere is homely,it is like a home from home. The food is always extremely nice too,they have an extensive variety of gluten free options too. The gluten free menu is so huge and I was struggling with what to pick. I eventually decided and I went for the Twisted Chicken Club,it was delicious. The Chicken was very tasty,so was the bacon and the guacamole. The spinach acted as a Palate cleanser in the sandwich. They also put some nachos to the side too which were very crunchy and some of the best tasting nachos I have ever had,they had a slight kick to them but not an unpleasant kick at all. It is worth noting that I had the dish without the tomato. The atmosphere is lovely and chilled out and the decor is very nice. The service was very good and the waiting staff were friendly as always. The food took no time at all to come out. What I also like about this place is that you order and pay at the bar too.

I recently visited Black Sheep Café and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal or coffee break. A special mention to Juhi, who made our visit exceptional with her warm hospitality and attentive service. She recommended great dishes and ensured everything was perfect throughout our time there. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the coffee was rich and smooth. This is my home place for matcha, although I never loved matcha, black sheep made me love it! I have been a frequent customer here and now it’s time for an appreciation to speedy service and precision! Kashyap, Vaibhavi and Abhi are amazing and always provided great service to me! I usually enjoy visiting coffee shops for a relaxing break, but unfortunately, my experience here didn’t live up to expectations. The tables were left messy with empty cups, bottles, and food wrappers — no one was clearing up, which made the space feel neglected and unhygienic. There were only two staff members working, which didn’t seem enough to handle both front-of-house service and maintaining the seating area. To add to that, after placing an order, we were told they had run out of ice — on a hot day, this really highlighted a lack of preparation and foresight. I appreciate that hospitality can be demanding, and unexpected challenges do happen, but basic cleanliness and stock planning are essential — especially when customers are paying for a premium experience. This café has potential, but it needs more proactive management and better resourcing to create an environment that matches its promise.

I absolutely love Black Sheep Coffee in Uxbridge! I am always the first customer, due to work and having the totally wonderful Julie, greet me and start making my order as I am practically walking through the door, is the best start to the day. Black Sheep coffee has quickly become one of my favourite spots. The coffee is consistently excellent smooth strong and full of flavour. The team is always welcoming and creates a relaxed friendly vibe.

I love greggs Margherita pizza most that's like a love for me but today i had the most driest and felt like there's no sauce on it i had to ripped them half to eat it otherwise it felt I'm only eating bread i ordered 6 slice Margherita cheesy bites and 2 diet coke from uber eats

With ne it's hit or miss but this one was a hit. Nothing out of the ordinary but the service was good and unlike a lot where I live in County Durham this one doesn't close at 6pm .Typical "Grab and go" takeaway that ticks the boxes

Out off all the chains Wenzels, and the pound Bakery, no one, and I mean no one comes any close to the best of the best GREGG'S simply the best better than all the rest, they are absolutely 💯 delicious and can't beat the taste and the price. You definitely get what you pay for. Greggs has been a big part of my growing up in the best area Uxbridge and the best country in the whole wide World the United Kingdom the Cheese and Onion the Stake Bake the Sausage Roll and the Chicken Bake not forgetting the pizza slices omg it's not worth even describing unless you get over to the nearest Greggs and get nashers in a pasty or pizza slice or baguette or sandwich simply marvellous... Thank you Greggs food of the God's

Stopped here today, mainly to try out their new Vegan Steak Bake with a Latte Coffee. It far exceeded my expectations, it was lovely and tasty.

We bought a cold yum yum which cost 1.75 and and warm yum yum for 2.90 for which they only cut up(the cold yum yum) and heated it with a side of caramel.I had bought this without knowing the fact that they only heat the cold ones .

Really nice staff, very friendly and a great atmosphere all round. I prefer Butcher style sausages to these but most people prefer these style so I’m on my own there, will definitely recommend them and return 🙌

Popped in here today for the first time. I had a Veggie Set 2 breakfast and a latte coffee, the breakfast consisted of: egg, 2 x hash Brown's, tin tomatoes, mushrooms, veggy burger & bubble & squeak at a total cost of £8. The cafe only took cash, as per the sign on the door. Free parking around the back of the cafe or paid parking outside after the first 30mins which are free, ticket required. The floor is all one level good for disabled and wheelchair users. Separate tables and chairs (a God send). Food the mushrooms a bit greasy and hash browns nice & crunchy. Not much taste in the bubble though.

Very disappointing service. A group of six visited this cafe at around noon. On entering there was only one customer seated and he was finishing his meal. We were on a training course and had a short 45-minute lunch break. I was first to order and pay. I ordered a 1/2 burger with chips and beans. There were three staff members. I seated myself and my colleagues joined me after they had placed their order. After about ten minutes the orders started to be delivered to the table. All but mine! After a further five minutes everyone but me was receiving their food. I went up to the counter to see what was happening. They seem to have forgotten my order. I simply asked for a refund. We were running out of time and I did not want to rush my food. So very disappointing, clearly they need to sort out these issues. I could understand if the place was packed, but it was empty. I'd have given one star, but they gave a full refund so I ended up with a free can of coke. Others said their food was okay. I can't say having not been able to eat.

I can safely say the breakfast baguettes and sandwiches are terrible. The sausages they use are the ones where you get 10 in a pack for £2 and they're horrible but they have no problem filling up your baguette with loads of them. but, when you switch to bacon they'll only give you 2 rashers of bacon as they can't cheap out there. £5.50 is insane considering wenzels is a 5min drive who will give much better sausages for about £4.50~£5.00 in there breakfast menu

Food was tasty 😋 I had english breakfast with coffee, I was surprised the coffee was not included with the breakfast so the price I paid £12.40 was very expensive. A little warning do not park on the road because you will get pounced on by the eagle eyed lowlife driving a white Skoda who will photograph your vehicle and send you a ticket through the post.

Food is fresh hot and served quickly the staff are very friendly. The portions are decent too. Highly recommend this place for a traditional cafe breakfast only londoners can do 😍

My second visit and yet another Wake, unfortunately! Maria and her team were absolutely amazing, once again. The food was homemade with possibly the best sausage rolls you will ever taste and the service was exemplary. Everyone was so kind, attentive, warm and friendly and I hope to visit under happier circumstances very soon. Thank you to everyone at The Lounge Café.

My daughter was filming nearby and so like a doting father I needed somewhere to sit and work. To think, I nearly went to McDonalds! This place is so warm and friendly, as they serve the community... they also serve stunning food. My bacon sandwich was like eating smoked pork in a cloud of white bread. Thanks for the warm welcome!

Not a good experience from the start. Staff are blunt and jarring either speaking to you like an infant or like they don’t care. One actually managed to combine to two which takes skill. After paying almost £50 for 2 toasties, a tiny portion of chips (that actually came in a little mug), 2 cold drinks, a coffee and a cream tea for 2 we sat and were told by the unfriendly waitress that brought our hot drinks that they had run out of jam for the scones and did we want honey? Obviously not- so we asked for a refund. Hardly any cakes- we came at about half 2. Display was practically empty and hadn’t been condensed or anything. Toasties had hardly any filling and no cheese at all in the tuna one. The red dip they give with them is disgusting. Chips were fries and mostly thin crunchy greasy things with a VERY light dust of salt. No flavour. Bread was hard at the edges. The teacup was the same size as my toddler’s toy tea set. My 1.5 year olds sun glasses in the picture are for size reference. No one came over to check if all was well, and while sat here right now they are serving hot drinks in takeaway cups because they have ‘run out of mugs’ and yet tables all around are covered in dirty dishes. Food is not worth the money at all, service is listless and off putting. Shame as the park is lovely and the location of the cafe is great- just needs to be a different cafe and team I think.

My favourite brunch spot in North West London. Great to get away from the high street hustle and bustle. Last time we went, we sat outside overlooking the pond and the park. I had the coconut French toast which was delicious. Yummy selection of smoothies too.

Delicious food and a lovely atmosphere for brunch. For me this place is a little gem as, since I moved to the area, I struggled to find a brunch place where they offer less "traditional" (and greener) breakfast options, finally I found it and I love the homemade hash browns with avocado and feta cheese! The park view is lovely and adds to the experience! Will definitely go back.

Daisy's is our go to stop after a long walk. Today I met with old friends. Parking is available. Indoor and outdoor dining is an option too... The menu had lots of choice for vegetarians too . We all enjoyed our meals and another bonus was that the coffee was served nice and HOT! Service was efficient and polite. I had an issue with my cutlery and it was fixed straight away without fuss. The cakes looked divine but sadly I was so full I couldn't manage one Thanks Daisy's

Great breakfast. The eggs benedict is really worth going for. The only gripe, and it's a tiny one, is the sausages aren't great. They should offer a higher quality version at additional cost. Everything else is excellent

This cafe carefully provides the very best tasting English Breakfast I have ever experienced. The presentation of which wouldn't be out of place in the best restaurants. They really care about their customers with happy smiling staff who take pride in every aspect of what they do. The cafe is immaculately clean and the prices are excellent value for money. I'd give it more stars if it was possible.

Lazy workers. Upstairs is always closed because they don’t want to have to clean it. It’s 15:18 now and already closed. Me and another couple complained and they used some nonsense excuse about it taking 45 minutes to clean and they close early on Sunday. Maths was never my strong point but even I can work out that’s a tad early.. Patrons have nowhere to sit! They always do that at Costa, which I’ve come to expect but Pret!? Pret. Sort these guys out! Your brand is being wrecked!!

I ordered a drink and Italian style chicken hot wrap. The tortilla of the wrap was to hard to bite in places, also top of the wrap was soggy and stack to the paper wrap. was not tasty at all.

Pret was pretty busy as any other Pret stores. The floors were busy and it was full of people. Understandably the staff was not at their best. But as always their food was good and hot. The store was clean and managed well.

This Uxbridge location has the usual Pret selection of good food, including oatmeal, salads, sandwiches, muesli and pastries. Location convenient to Uxbridge Tube station. Overall, was not as clean as should have been. Many tables not cleared, many tabletops needed to be cleaned.

I am very disappointed with what I saw today! The barista was trying to get everything organized for closing, he was using a blue glove to clean the bathroom, you can see him going through the bathroom trash and as soon as a new customer arrived, he used the same glove to register the order, open the milk and make coffee for the customer, he uses the same glove to clean the bathroom and make coffee, disappointing.

I came here last Saturday with a friend I ordered a cheese and ham toasty and a cappuccino...the toasty was smothered in mustard and almost inedible this was completely unacceptable there didn't seem to be any cheese and since i have been very ill..i wont be going back ever

One star for today Sunday afternoon two girls at the till, literally messed up everyone’s drink, no ice as the ice machine broken okay fine. Ordered large pistachio oat latte, open the lid- not full at all, normal milk and didn’t added any pistachio syrup, seriously?? Tastes like normal latte. Please train your staff properly before putting them on shift

Vanilla matcha at Nero Café in Uxbridge is absolutely delicious smooth, sweet, and perfectly balanced. The matcha and the coffee are both amazing; honestly, everything tastes better than the last. I always try their new drinks and they never disappoint. The café is cozy and has a nice, relaxing vibe. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s one of my favourite spots in Uxbridge. Highly recommended!

Lovely experience ordering coffee with Isabella! She was so positive, smiling and friendly. A credit to Caffe Nero! Also a warm and inviting atmosphere. We ordered a caramel oat americano and a cappuccino with some cakes😍🍰 10/10!

I really enjoyed my visit to Caffè Nero. The chocolate milkshake and chocolate cake was great, and they had a variety of pastries. The place had a nice, relaxed vibe. The staff were polite and welcoming, and everything was clean and well organised. It’s a good spot to chill or meet up with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Unfortunately there is no option for cafe Nero where I can give zero stars. The one is Uxbridge is run by the Indians from India. They only employ those people because the management is also Indian bred. Toilets are atrocious. Myself born in uk is asked for cv but Indians given forms to feel in. Sorry the place is so run down it’s depressing and wouldn’t want to come here again

I know, I know I don't do large coffee chains however I was suckered into this one with the promise of a Vodafone £1 any coffee. It was all perfectly pleasant with the chattering classes discussing trivial as well as world events over a cuppa. When I closed my eyes and smelt the coffee I was whisked back to the side streets of palermo in 1990. The distant sound of police sirens also evoked memories of italia '90. Time, eh?

Had a lovely breakfast at Granny's—such a cozy, calm, and intimate spot, perfect for a relaxed morning. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Portion sizes were generous for the price, and everything we ordered was genuinely tasty. The service was great, and the staff were all super friendly, which made the experience even better. The owner, Berk, was especially helpful and recommended a few specials—each one absolutely delicious. The coffee was also a standout: smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. And we couldn’t resist dessert... the tiramisu was incredible! It was such a pleasant surprise to find an authentic, homemade tiramisu in an English coffee shop—definitely a hidden gem. Overall, a wonderful experience. We’ll absolutely be back!

Nice food, cooked fresh, excellent value. 4 of us came to Granny's today for breakfast after a heavy night at the Oasis concert at Wembley. The cafe is in an unassuming, forgotten-about shopping arcade, with some small shops inside. Do not let the location put you off, the staff at Granny's are very friendly, jovial and attentive. Atmosphere was a combination of sky news on a large tv and a VERY loud man eating, snorting and burping through his breakfast - which due to the relatively quiet atmosphere, was sadly very audible! The lattes were as nice as you would get at any Costa or Starbucks, the bacon was crispy as requested, the baguette for the bacon roll was nice and fresh but the bubble and squeak was the highlight for me, all fresh, hot and tasty!

Definitely a hidden gem and one I’d been meaning to visit for some time! Went in for breakfast one morning as I tend to visit Uxbridge every couple of months and had been craving a good ol’ fry up. Immediately greeted with a blunt waitress who ignored me at first, pointed towards the menu and made me feel really uneasy. When serving she just slammed the plate on the table without a word. When leaving it was a “yeah, have a nice day”. A shame as the price is good, the food pretty decent. Let down by poor service, sadly. Appreciate it’s early morning, but that’s no excuse for someone who clearly didn’t want any business - which is fine as they won’t get a second visit.

Love this cafe. Have been going here for years and years and it’s always been great, it’s been redecorated more recently and it’s so nice feels very upmarket. The food is gorgeous and the portion sizes are good, the menu is great, their pastries are so nice they do take away. Outdoor seating are is lovely when the sun is shining. The team are all really friendly and chatty. It’s very clean. Very busy spot so can sometimes be difficult to get a table. Highly recommend this posh cafe

Good food served by very friendly staff who appear happy in their work. Both indoor and outdoor seating, it can get busy at times. The indoor area has a wood block floor which helps echo conversations and other sounds to create a rather noisy environment.

Nice coffee and friendly, helpful people. Not sure about the setting... for a garden centre cafe, outside some greenery would be in tune. Instead, you look onto what looks like an animal statue warehouse with wooden garden structures! Guessing this would be a Smiths prerogative and nothing to do with Bertrams, but it's hardly inspiring!

I came here with my parents on the weekend, just had to appreciate the great service from all staff especially one of the assistants named Frankie, despite how busy it was, He went above and beyond to make sure we got our food and we were satisfied . The food came out great on top of that!

Cafe at Smiths Garden Centre. Serving light snacks and drinks. After a disappointing slim down after Covid, we have not been to Bertram's for some time. However, on our recent visit, it was very much improved. Food offering much improved and seating extended. Going by the popularity we saw, it looks like others feel it worth a visit. Very busy over the lunch period when we visited and most seating taken. However we were happy with our food and drink. Inside and outside seating available, and toilets too. There is plenty of parking available at this Smith's Garden Centre.

Popped in yesterday for coffee and cake. It was busy, which is great to see. The staff worked really hard with a fantastic attitude to clear tables and seat customers. Coffee and cake were delicious!

One of the two cafes in the town. Generous coffee and cake sizes, both of those were really tasty. The decor is quite nice inside, with sufficient seating. A welcoming smile from staff at reception will uplift the overall experience :)

What a cafe! Stopped for a coffee on the way. They had pumpkin carving going on. They provided the kids with pumpkins and carving kit etc. The food was amazing..freshly prepared. There was a good section of sandwiches as well. Cocktail menu also looked great. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Definitely visiting again.

What a lovely little cafe! Amazing coffee and friendly staff. Me and my friend both had delicious breakfasts, piled high with salmon, perfectly cooked poached eggs, beautiful avocado and crispy bacon. We agreed that you would pay double for a meal like that in London. Thank you to the team at We Love Coffee! Definitely worth a visit if you’re passing through.

Always had a great experience there, but recently stopped by way before 5pm (when they close at 6pm) and was told drinks were take away cup only and hot food wasn’t possible. I was disappointed and felt it was to avoid cleaning up late. I went next door to Costa were experience was smoother.

I bring my dad here it used to be OK but it always ran out of ingredients even though its attached to the food store 🤷‍♀️ we ordered poached eggs on toast. Simple order. I slice of toast and 2 eggs arrived . Not much at all.,is it too much to have 2 sluces of toast .The eggs were like bullets. If you have the avocado it comes as a scoop on the side ,really unappetising. The tea was ridiculously strong. It now feels like a cheap self service cafe. The quality and service that M &S used to provide is long gone. Sadly we won't be eating here again. Unfortunately if you come to Kew retail park there are only 2 options. Costa...providing M &S food slightly cheaper but still not tasty. Or M&S. Maybe find somewhere to eat before visiting Kew retail 🙄

Lacklustre in store cafe with no windows. All the fare is shop supplied and M&S branded which is what you'd expect. Service is ok. Busy at lunchtimes. No bins or tray spaces for cups and plates once finished so detritus remains on tables until cleared. Needs a management makeover and repositioning near to a window or the shop front. The adjacent loos need a makeover or better maintenance also. In the gents one urinal and one cubicle was closed and taped up and the plumbing under one sink was exposed and a panel had fallen off. A major lack of care. Surprising for M&S - or not? A lot of their estate is now tatty and dated.

Convenuently located in the large M&S store, it offers the possibility of a sit-down lunch break without leaving the store itself. No table service, our sandwiches were microwave-heated. On the positive side, ice-cold tap water was freely available to customers.

The tea was amazing honestly, love it. Don’t wanted to be a complicated customer as I am a professional BM, but in fact the Baklava was very hard to be eaten £4+ for a single slice🫣😺 and there was no evidence of expiry date or since when it was kept open, we had to politely request for a change which was refused indeed there was no packing on it. So was disappointed but don’t forget chaii was amazing. ☕️😋

Although not the quickest service it is friendly and helpful, especially to first timers. Both the food and drinks are very, very, good and would certainly encourage a return visit but more likely for a takeaway as the premises are small and, even with a cordoned off pavement area, offer limited seating.

We missed our Oman chips and this was the only place that sold it so took a tube all the way to uxbridge just for it. The chai- both karak and saffron was good but the Oman chips sandwich was to die for. The quantity is extremely small for the price, but I went for the experience. We did end up going somewhere else for the food so do visit if you miss Omani snacks.

What a lovely find in Uxbridge. Lovely and cosy inside with cute decor. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had the Saffron Kadak Chai, and I know my chai’s well and I must admit this was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

This cafe is very inclusive of their customers dietary requirements they serve on time and have a diverse range of food and drinks . They sell Turkish Baklava, Chai Pakistani tea,saffron tea ,Earl grey ,green tea , Americano,white latte, Tirimasu , . The south Asian Arab and European food . It’s a nice cosy place but too small not enough seating place. Staff was nice and friendly too. The karak chai was good but too sweet. And Nutella paratha was good but paratha could have been cooked a bit more. I would go again if they is sitting space. But the place was a bit dirty.
