From rich fudge and decadent truffles to creamy caramels and nut clusters, Kilwins has something for everyone.
I’m here at Kilwins, buying chocolate and a customized, a beautiful box of a sort of chocolate for me. The owner was fantastic to work with. The selections they have here are awesome and it looks like they make most of the food custom here on site. Cannot recommend highly enough for great chocolates and ice cream in Delray Beach, Florida

This peace of heaven is now open after long time being closed due to the last Hurricane season. I am so excited to try all the chocolates and delicious Ice-cream flavors. The best part? Have my waffle cone dipped in chocolate 🍫 🤤 Ill be coming back soon for more. Highly recommended.

The ice cream here is perfect for a hot summer day. The flavors are so delicious! They have a variety of them and pastries as well as a a baker that makes food right in front of you. I love the open windows and the atmosphere of the place. I would definitely come again.

I've been a loyal customer of this ice cream shop for about 10 years now, and I can't sing its praises enough! The moment I walk in, I'm greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of Stacy, who has become like a familiar friend over the years. She remembers me and my family by name, and always makes us feel special. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service is truly exceptional. And of course, the ice cream itself is always top-notch - creamy, flavorful, and expertly crafted into the most delicious treats. I've tried many ice cream shops over the years, but this one remains my favorite, thanks in large part to Stacy's exceptional service. If you're looking for a sweet treat and a truly special experience, look no further! 🍦💕
Alyona S — Google review
The employee Camille didn’t use gloves to serve us at all, and don’t even get me started on the long, acrylic, unsanitary nails… It was disturbing the lack of awareness or training the employee has. On the other hand, the ice cream, and employee with the head dressing was great. Lively and sweet
James — Google review
Everything they make is great. The ice cream was awesome as usual. They even have a sugar-free version that was very good. I expect to pay a little more at an ice cream shop, but their prices have gone sky high. Pretty outrageous. We paid close to $16 per person for two scoops of ice cream. Nuts!!
Mark M — Google review
Extremely kind staff, and absolutely delicious sweet treats! You absolutely get what you pay for here, and it’s well worth it!
Natalia — Google review
Today I visited Kilwins on Armand Circle in Sarasota, and it was a delightful experience. The team, especially Stacy, was incredibly helpful and friendly—she definitely deserves a raise! The rich selection of high-quality ice cream was impressive, and the natural flavor of their raspberry sherbet tasted like they picked the raspberries fresh just for me. The waiting time was about 10 minutes, which was just right.

Euphemia Haye Restaurant & The Haye Loft is a historic cottage that has been serving global fine dining since 1975.
Old rustic ambience. Food cooked to quality perfection. Veal Marsala must try if you’re a veal fan. Service was impeccable. The restaurant is house made into a restaurant. It’s down a little tiny road. Very interesting. There is a parking lot and barely no sign telling you it’s even a restaurant. On the upper floor of the house there is a bakery that makes homemade desserts, yum. Two separate checks. We had a very unique experience. We will definitely return in the future.
Kimona S — Google review
Great place!! The deserts are next level. We had a piece of pecan pie, peanut butter pie, and probably one of the best apple pie’s I have ever had. Two people could easily split one slice of any of them. Must go to place if you’re in the area. And the bar is a small, well stocked cool place as well. A lot of options, and great service.
K C — Google review
Service is some of the best I have ever had on vacation. My roasted duckling was great and my wife's grouper was delightful. The real treat was the dessert bar upstairs. Best banana creme pie I've ever had.
Daniel P — Google review
5 Stars! A Gem of Longboat Key! Nestled upstairs, The Haye Loft offers a funky and fun atmosphere that stands out as the best vibe on Longboat Key. It's not just a dining spot; it's an experience. The desserts, housemade daily, are a bountiful delight with the chocolate cake, peanut butter pie, and brownies deserving a special mention! The magic of the place is further enhanced by Georgette, who not only provides insightful tours and history of the restaurant but also guides patrons through the tempting dessert options at the dessert bar. The service is nothing short of excellent, carried out by seasoned servers whose tenure spans years, and sometimes, decades. This continuity of staff adds a layer of warmth and familiarity to the service that is rare to find. In summary, The Haye Loft is not just about great food; it's about the magical experience that begins the moment you step in. This place should have 5 stars. Our orders: Shrimp Rolls Hummus Cesar Salad Peppered Steak Blacked Shrimp + Dessert
Matthew P — Google review
Love this place. Food always delicious. Staff very friendly. Must go upstairs for the deserts room experience.
Eric T — Google review
Great atmosphere. Steaks were ok but dry and not worth the money. Got the filet and peppercorn ny stripwhich. The shrimp appetizer was amazing. Dessert was good and a really cool definitely worth the experience of going to a separate dessert room. The gluten free chocolate cake was the best my wife ever had.

I was spending the weekend on Lido beach and my girlfriend and I had the best dinner of the trip here. It has been over 20 years, but prior to that while living in the area, I had been coming to this restaurant since the '80s. I know it has changed hands in recent years, but our meal did not disappoint!! As good as I remembered , maybe better. If you want s fine dining experience, this is the place. All the food was outstanding, try the blueberry soup, amazing. Best dirty martini ever!!
Janet M — Google review
Drinks, deserts, bartenders and atmosphere are fantastic…have eaten there 3 times over 4 years, each time optimistic that the food must be better and I’m just having bad experiences. Unfortunately, the food continues to disappoint - overly well-done duck, chemical-tasting pasta sauce and soupy, bland sauces…I’m done hoping. Will eat elsewhere and go here for after dinner drink and occasional desert.

Donut shop
Meaney's Mini Donuts & Coffee House is a charming walk-up donut shop located in a delightful island community. The mini-donuts are freshly made, rolled off the assembly line and straight into the fryer before being served hot and coated with various toppings. These bite-sized treats are light, fluffy, and reminiscent of funnel cake but with a denser texture.
Mini donuts were great, fresh and hot. We asked if the peanut butter was really sweet and the guy answered, he didn't know. I would think working at a place you would have dinner knowledge of this sort. The peanut butter was sweet thankful we split an order of 6.
Sherrie C — Google review
After many years of m visiting Siesta village, I stopped by and had the classic donuts. Donuts are fresh and come in various flavors such as cannoli, French toast and key lime. They were warm and a little too greasy for me. But they were good and went well with my afternoon coffee.
Mike Z — Google review
We had a turtle cheese cake mini donuts and the french toast mini donuts. They were both good and not overly sweet. The french toast was better than the cheese cake. I honestly think plain or glazed would be best, but I still need to try them. The french toast is not pictured because my fiance ate them before I could take a picture.
Tari S — Google review
Well, since I got here, I kept hearing about the donuts have to have donuts. Well I’ve had donuts three times since I’ve been here. Donuts and coffee or a must do excellent. I’ve done cinnamon and powdered sugar hot delicious coffee is great.. I’m not big on donuts, but this place won me over.
Gee S — Google review
The donuts were really great! We got a mix of the powdered and cinnamon sugar. 19 for $6 which is nice considering the quality and taste. We tried the iced coffee for $4 but it wasn’t that satisfying. It’s a pretty cute place overall!
Julie G — Google review
Meaney's is a cool little donut shack in Siesta Keys Florida we ended up getting the cinnamon and the glazed. They were freshly made and so soft I thought they were really good. The girl at the window was sweet and nice she helped me decide what to get cause they do have a good variety of different donuts. 100% recommend!
Hagz — Google review
I love these donuts! They’re so good! But this year (2025) July 8-12 week we have tried to get them from their stickney point location to no avail every time we walk up to the window regardless of how long we wait there is a be back soon sign. Been there four times only to find the sign. So owner of that location, your employee is likely taking advantage. Drove all the way down to the Village location, where I saw the sign for a sec but then was finally able to get some donuts! The manager (pictured) was so polite and kind. Thank you!
Kristi C — Google review
This place catches your attention anytime you are close. The shoppe is popular and ready to serve. The donuts are amazing and super yummy. Early morning is a popular time for people to place orders for donuts and coffee.

Le Macaron is a delightful haven for anyone with a sweet tooth, especially if you adore French pastries. Nestled in the charming St. Armands Circle, this quaint shop offers an impressive array of macarons that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. With flavors ranging from the classic Madagascar black vanilla and Sicilian pistachio to whimsical options like bubble gum and birthday cake, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Adorable French-inspired cafe serving coffee drinks, pastries, macaroons, cookies, chocolates, fudge, gelato and more sweet treats. Friendly staff, fast service and cute ambience set the tone for an inviting experience. We were grateful to cool off from the hot midday sun with an iced mocha latte and an affogatto with vanilla gelato. Le Macaron is open past sunset on weekends, so we may be back for dessert!

This location was still recovering from a recent hurricane when we stopped by here. The staff member was friendly. Some of the others in our group picked up gelato and some macarons. Macarons were good. The gelato didn’t appear to go over well.
Chris C — Google review
Great location. Friendly service . Prices are $2.75 per macaron . Not all macarons are tasteful. Peanut butter and jelly is tasteless . Salted Carmel is very good. They have gelato and chocolate treats too. Cute pillows , tshirts and little gifts for purchase.

Kurtos Chimney Cake & Bread is a Hungarian bakery known for its famous chimney cakes, made from a 300-year-old recipe using natural ingredients. The uniquely shaped European pastry is hand-rolled on wooden cylinders and then coated in sugar. In addition to their signature chimney cakes, the bakery also offers delicious sandwiches made with freshly baked tube-shaped bread that's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Customers rave about the high-quality ingredients and care put into each item.
Sandwich and sweets shop with a unique Hungarian bread. We had the french dip on the cheese bread. Let me say that the bread is very very good! Like nothing I've tasted here in the USA. Owner is very nice and made us a special cone in the cinnamon bread with nutella and graham crackers. Very clean and cool little place. Extremely delicious you won't be sorry.
Ted S — Google review
It was our first time today in the bakery. We came for a quick one day trip to town and my friend was highly recommended this amazing place. Customer service is awesome and the chimney cakes are absolutely delicious. We picked up a few to bring back to Fort Lauderdale and share them with some friends. When we go back to Sarasota we’ll definitely stopping by again and get some more. Thank you for the nice hospitality .. highly recommend this bakery.

Everytime I come and get a sandwich it’s delicious, the service is nice. The sandwich is super filling and yummy. We got the one with the burrata and the Hungarian, both delicious but I definitely would recommend everyone to try the Hungarian!!

The smoked salmon on aged cheddar and onion bread is absolutely mouthwatering. I highly recommend this little gem for either breakfast or lunch!
Geoff R — Google review
We were staying in Sarasota for 4 days and came here 2 of the days. The Hungarian sandwich was amazing! We also had the salmon sandwich and Eddie C's chicken salad. Everything was DELICIOUS. I made us make a special trip for the ice cream as well which was so tasty. 10/10 would come back here 100x over. Don't miss out if you're in the area.
Kimberly N — Google review
We were in Sarasota for a long weekend for a wedding and stumbled upon Kurtos on our first day here, and it was all we could think and talk about all weekend!! We came back twice during our trip and I wish we could go back 100 more times before we head home in order to try every single sandwich on the menu. The Italian was phenomenal - fresh and flavorful. The La Vita e Bella was even better! But I think the Hungarian was my absolute favorite with such a unique combo of flavors you won’t find anywhere else. We also sampled the vanilla-watermelon swirl ice cream which led to having to get a chimney cone to go with it. To top it all off, the owner of Kurtos was such a delight. She was so thrilled to see us through the weekend and chatted to us each time we visited like we were all old friends. I am just devastated to be leaving Sarasota and Kurtos to head home, but will definitely make it back ASAP!!
Margie C — Google review
Hungarian chimney sandwich satisfies hunger it’s as simple as that! Cheddar bread with Eddie’s chicken salad is best to be found. Hubby’s Turkey on everything chimney bread was delicious. Prices extremely competitive and fair. Vegetarian options and salads with kale. Staff are all friendly and want each patron to enjoy this great eating experience. Easy to find on main st, cheery decor, in or out seating choices, clean and shiny. We will be back for ice cream in a chimney cone!!
JL W — Google review
We ordered the Hungarian, the Italian, the weekly special (brie, jam, apple, ham) chimney subs and a Chimney dog. All were so very good. Then we ordered a New York and Orlando ice cream chimney cones, plus the caramelized sugar, sprinkles and cinnamon sugar chimney cakes. Absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back. Super cute restaurant on top of great food.

Harry's Continental Kitchens is a family-run restaurant located on Longboat Key, offering a diverse menu with traditional American dishes and globally inspired cuisine. The quaint eatery provides a romantic ambiance with patio seating and sunset views. The dinner menu features luxury delights such as baked macadamia nut-crusted salmon, seafood cobb, and garlic-infused gulf shrimp. Additionally, the restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and gourmet take-out options.
*Google Master Review* Michelin-quality Foods, Craft Mixologist Cocktails, Sommelier-paired Wines, and more! Definitely recommend! My server, Mercedes, was attentive and knowledgable; as was the 2nd generation owner of this beloved culinary gem. Their brunch-like breakfast featuring their signature German Apple Pancake was amazing! They have a great happy hour every day, wine bottle specials, patio bistro menu, events and more… not to mention their entertaining mixologist / bartenders that always have something unique AND interesting to offer. The table cloths and napkins provide an upscale experience with a local Florida charm. Plenty of parking (including handicapped spots) nearby. They accept both walk-ins and reservations. Highly recommend for a one-of-a-kind experience.

We booked the 5-course cocktail menu. It was excellent. The food was lovingly prepared and served. A new cocktail accompanied each course. Fantastic! We highly recommend it. What was new for us was that most of the guests left the restaurant immediately after the menu. We're European, and for us, the evening isn't over after dinner. We enjoy chatting together and having a drink. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening with excellent food and cocktails. Another day we had breakfast there. That was also excellent. Fresh fruit and many egg variations. Great.
W. R — Google review
What a pleasant surprise Harry's Continental Kitchen turned out to be! The staff was wonderful, and Susan, our waitress, was a delight. We had some of the specials and really enjoyed it. Grilled Peach salad with burrata tomatoes and arugula was so good. Red snapper with delicious risotto could not have been better. We will be visiting again soon.
Deb S — Google review
My mother and I drove quite a ways to have lunch at Harry's because she could use a special treat after some arduous days. Right from arrival the staff was warm, welcoming, and catered to our every need. The pace was just right, never rushed, and always right there when we needed them. The food was delicious and there were plenty for leftovers, too. A wonderful experience.
Lisa S — Google review
We ate at Harry’s for breakfast before we left Longboat Key for the airport. From the outside, this restaurant doesn’t look like much, but it definitely is good eating. We sat on the patio and even though it was on the roadside, it was secluded by lots of plants and had a pergola to shade the tables. Our server was Kianna and she was sweet and provided good service. Right away she bought a basket of mini biscuits and banana bread. Nice touch. My husband had Harry’s nogi for breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon crumbles, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, chipotle sauce and corn tortillas. He loved it. I had the old-fashioned German pancake with lingonberries. I also ordered a side of bacon. The German pancake was light and very good. The bacon was crisp like I like it. Before I left I went inside to use the restroom and was so surprised seeing the dining area. It totally is different than the outside and is so inviting. Decorated in white and blue it’s so inviting, and there are plenty of booths and tables inside. Next time I’m in Longboat Key, I will definitely come back for dinner. We looked at the menu and it looked good. Looks are deceiving so don’t pass by this place because of the nondescript exterior.
Marianne I — Google review
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner! The food is excellent and we enjoyed the ambiance inside. The had the Burrata Salad, Vichyssoise, Shrimp-cargot, Snapper Special, The Hardwood Steak Everything was fabulous.

We loved our breakfast experience at harry’s! The service was amazing and very accommodating to our food allergies. They serve warm biscuits and banana bread which were delicious to start out with. The breakfast nogi and omelet were both great. One of the best breakfasts i’ve had!

This place is amazing. The server (Kristy) was so attentive but also left us to enjoy our time together. Perfect balance. The wedge salad had sweet bacon that was perfectly cooked mixed with bleu cheese that was tantalizing on my tongue. I followed that with duck and it was super crispy with a sauce that made me hum with excitement. I will definitely be making many future reservations. Love this place

C'est La Vie - Pastries Breakfast & Dinner is a French cafe and bakery offering a wide range of breakfast and lunch options, from croissants to crepes. The cafe provides both indoor and outdoor seating, giving customers the feeling of being in a traditional French setting.
A great find downtown! We stopped in during a busy time, Sunday after church for breakfast. The outside was packed they had lots of tables with umbrellas. We opted for the cooler indoor seating. They have an impressive pastry counter when you come inside. Overall the inside gives a more squished NYC feel but the food, pastries, and our waitress were all great. From the baguette sandwich, croissant sandwich, quiche & omelette, everyone at our table left happy!
Victoria D — Google review
My Honest Review of C'est La Vie I absolutely love French bakery-style coffee shops, and this cozy spot with its authentic French touch was perfect for a relaxed brunch. My go-to dish at places like this is always the *Croque Monsieur*, and I have to say—it was delicious! The flavor was spot on, the cheese perfectly melted, and the sandwich was neither too dry nor soggy. The potatoes on the side were a great complement—not greasy at all, with a nicely balanced flavor. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just how I like them. The cappuccino was exactly how I prefer it—bold and strong, with that rich European touch. The overall vibe feels very European and warm, and you can tell it’s a family-owned place, which makes it even more special. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🥐☕🇫🇷

The food here c'est bon! It is good! Love the pastries and their wide selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Service is quick and staff are professional. I've eaten both inside and outside on the patio area. Both times were all pleasant for me. Definitely indulge in their pastries if you go.

We were trying to find the restaurant monkey waffles and stopped a couple walking down the road and ask him if they knew where it was. They recommend it c'est la vie restaurant that they frequent often. They were out for their daily walk and suggested to follow the road to main Street and will basically be able to park right there on the street. We parked a short distance away from c'est la vie restaurant. They had tables out front that people were seating outside such as they have in Europe cafes. As we walked inside we were greeted by the employees and owner and facing the pastry display case in front of us. Everything look delicious and of course we took some French pastries home. But we ate breakfast outside at one of the tables. I had the half Bayonne sandwich and house salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. My wife had a sweet crepe banana, Nutella, strawberries and whipped cream. The food was fresh and extra ordinary, the atmosphere inside and out of the restaurant bakery was reminiscent of a good European Cafe and service was excellent. Highly recommend stopping by for breakfast, Danish we're going fast so I recommend getting there early. Parking was on the streets and you have to pay to park.

I loooooove ice cream and for me nothing beats subzero ice cream. My family agrees with me. Love the creamy, velvety, light and smooth texture. The flavors are rich and natural. Lot's of options to satisfy most tastes. My favorite is the custard base, cheesecake/caramel/malt flavor with mixed berries. So good! We don't have subzero at home (thank goodness or else we would go broke;) but we enjoy your ice cream several times every time we visit Sarasota.

Interesting take on ice cream! Everything is made custom to order and the selections can be overwhelming if you are creating your own. They have a large selection of customization options or preselected creations. Overall not really my preference in ice cream and the waffle was very stale but worth a try for something different.
Kingston K — Google review
Waffle cones were a bit stale and the organization was just so off. But the ice cream was super good and worth it!
Kendal B — Google review
The peanut butter creation was great, and interesring to watch it being made. The ice cream itself was subtle in flavor, but the toppings really made it great so I recommend getting add-ins! Regular with waffle cone was almost $8 so a little expensive but good size and worth checking out! We had no wait (can't say the same about other places around!)

My husband and I first tried Sub Zero ice cream when we moved to Sarasota five years ago. It was amazing! When we got engaged a year ago, I knew I wanted them to cater our wedding. Our wedding was in April this year and the choose-your-own-sundae Sub Zero bar was a HUGE hit!! The guests kept lining up for more, and afterwards we received so many compliments – many people said it was their favorite part! The staff who worked our event were great, very friendly, and professional. When my husband and I served each other our first bite of ice cream (instead of the traditional cake slice) the Sub Zero staff blasted the liquid nitrogen into the air behind us and made for some really fun photos! (courtesy of our professional photographer, Alisa Forbis of Alisa Sue Photography). We highly recommend Sub Zero for event catering!!

So yummy! The texture of this ice cream is unlike any other.. so smooth and creamy, almost like gelato. Toppings and add-ins are fresh and staff is very friendly and informative.

Delicious Italian gelato! The staff was incredibly friendly! we were warmly greeted by a charming Italian gentleman who enthusiastically explained the ingredients and flavors. The gelato did not disappoint, and they even offer sugar-free options! The ambiance is also super nice, I’ll definitely be back.

Stopped here while visiting on vacation. Was intrigued by it being all organic, everything made from scratch and no artificial flavors. I got the teachers coffee, wife got dulce de leche, both sons got vanilla. We all absolutely loved it. This was the best treat/dessert we had in our week long stay here. Business is clean and the staff was very nice. I am going to miss this place. This is truly worth going to and checking out. You will not be disappointed.

Loved it! Authentic flavors with adorable atmosphere. Great gelato with amazing customer service. We really appreciate them! Small inside, so be prepared to sit outside on the covered patio.

Best Gelato in Siesta Key. Let me start by saying that this is by far, and I mean it, the best gelato in all of the Florida area. I tried the Dulce de leche gelato and the pistachio, and I have to say that it melted in my mouth like butter. Wow. Such a tasty gelato, all made with natural ingredients from Italy itself. You can tell that the products are of the highest quality. I know there are other ice cream places around, but I can guarantee, that NONE are like this one. Worth every penny and worth the drive. I went straight there and don’t regret the amazing experience. I highly recommend.
Yerddy L — Google review
Best gelato I have ever had! The owner was the nicest person, and she gave us a lot of history about how the gelato is made and where she gets her products from (all imported from Italy), so you get a taste of Italy in the US! My family and I could not stay away and got gelato every day while we were down in Florida for vacation! 100000/10 recommend!
Karly S — Google review
I used to like this place, but it seems to have gone downhill. The gelato used to be more solid, but now is very soft. I think the taste has changed, too. It's not a flavorful as it used to be. Not that it was a strong flavor before, but it used to taste exactly like the description. Not anymore. A bathroom or sink to wash hands would be nice, but I guess we'll just settle for napkins.
Jackie C — Google review
Ice cream is good. But not sure if you guys realize that putting skeletons, bats, making a hell is not really friendly. Not to adults or children. When are you guys offering a place to rest, and enjoy, why can’t you offer a restroom. Usually hands are dirty after or when ice cream drop, especially with kids. Prices went up at least double in the last few years, but service not. Hope you see this and a change comes soon. Ice cream and no restrooms, that’s is a joke. No coming in October.
Life_is_beautiful — Google review
Went twice in one week, the first time we went the gelato was absolutely delicious, creamy and tasted just like gelato in Europe. The second time we went there was a notable difference, less creamy and more icey. I am giving 5 stars because the first day was delicious but they need to work on consistency.

Vegetarian restaurant
Lila is a trendy and health-conscious eatery located on Main Street in downtown Sarasota. The restaurant offers a primarily vegetarian or vegan menu with options for customization, including add-ons like pork or vegan chorizo and farm eggs. The establishment prides itself on its creative and contemporary vibe, offering dishes such as the macro bowl, mushroom burger, vegetable burger, quinoa-sweet potato wedges, and harissa-spiced roasted ram wedges with almond mayo.
Came here for my birthday and the food was 10/10, Props to Eric for the extremely creative take on the food considering we ate all plant based options. He showed us a great deal of hospitality, and honestly our dinner would not have been as special without his efforts. We were the last table of the night and were treated as if we were the first table. Continue the good work Eric and don’t ever give up your passion.
Benedicte K — Google review
The ambiance and service at Lila were wonderful warm, inviting, and attentive. We really appreciated the chef’s effort to accommodate my request for a white cheese sauce with red sauce on the side. Unfortunately, the flavors didn’t quite meet our expectations. The red sauce lacked seasoning, and my husband felt the same about his soup. While we value the use of fresh, quality ingredients, the overall taste didn’t quite justify the high price point.
Sira G — Google review
The vegan sushi here is truly amazing—some of the best I’ve had. The food overall is very good, and in the past when I dined in, I was very happy with both the service and the quality of the dishes. This time, I ordered takeout. I had checked the menu online and sent it to my wife so she could pick her order in advance. When I arrived in person to order, I was told that the item she chose was no longer on the menu. I mentioned that it was still listed on the website, and they acknowledged the website was outdated. It would really help to have the online menu kept current—it caused a bit of inconvenience, especially since I had to text my wife a photo of the current menu and then call her at work to finalize the order. I chose the Med Bowl, which sounded fantastic—and flavor-wise, it didn’t disappoint. The mix of almond falafel, quinoa, cabbage, zucchini, tomato, hummus, za’atar, tahini, and naan was well-balanced and delicious. However, the portion size was surprisingly small for $21. It came with just one small piece of naan cut into quarters and only two tiny pieces of falafel. (See photo) I expected at least four pieces, and even three would have felt light but oils not have propped this review. But two? That felt inadequate, especially considering the modest amounts of quinoa, hummus and zucchini. For the price, the portion didn’t deliver. We also tried the Macro Bowl, which was also tasty but similarly underwhelming in size for $20. On the upside, the blueberry cheesecake was delicious, though a bit pricey. Seeing as it is one of the few vegan deserts in town, I don’t mind as much. I’ll definitely return for the vegan sushi—it’s worth it. But I wouldn’t order one of the bowls again unless the portions improve.

Loooooove Lila’s!!! This is the perfect place for anyone of all food types from meat eaters to vegans to gluten free connoisseurs. From start to finish, every single dish we ordered exceeded our expectations. The flavors were exquisite, unique, one of a kind! I really liked the space- well lit, nice pictures of greenery and earthy tones. Felt like I was in a farm to table restaurant. The bread & crab cake starters were so good. There was a variety of sushi to choose from, all vegan and gluten free. Highly suggest the mushroom spider roll- crunchy, soft textures and the spicy mayo wasn’t too spicy. The Med bowl had some of the most tender chicken with a very smooth & creamy sauce, soft falafel with a light crunchy coating, & spiced hummus with naan bread. I really liked the iced berry tea, my parents loved the Malbec wine & Belgian ale. To seal the deal, we got the chocolate mousse cake which made everyone speechless- it was rich in chocolate while also light and a nice touch with the fresh raspberries to give your mouth a full firework experience. Liz our server was delightful. Extremely patient, helpful, gave us some great suggestions for what to order, & checked on us in the midst of a very busy night. I was visiting but I’ll definitely come back in town to check this place out again!!

Walked in for lunch, had the ravioli and roasted yams-they were served after the main dish and undercooked. Friend had burger, said it was ok. Service was just ok, not attentive.

We ate here this weekend Afternoon and they were not busy. we had the Caesar salad, The Mediterranean bowl, The homemade bread and a bison burger. The bison river was very good. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad and the bowl were not. The homemade bread was seven dollars and it tasted more like flour and water put together.I ordered A side of mushrooms with the Caesar. It was mostly kale, and very few pieces of romaine. There was no cheese whatsoever. There was a tablespoon of mushrooms on top. They were so salty! And they were An extra $9!!!! The large Mediterranean bowl was tiny. It also had a tremendous amount of kale and again the mushrooms were so salty. We could not eat it. The server was in, sincerely, nice to begin with. And not very attentive. At the end of the meal, which was not finished except for the burger, we told her that the mushrooms were incredibly salty and we couldn’t eat them. She immediately caught an attitude and said we should’ve told her when she asked us how it was. She went back and complained to the kitchen. No apologies nor offers to make it right. Furthermore, without drinks our bill was over $75. We were two stores down the sidewalk when she came after And said that we had shorted her $20. We said no, we didn’t, and she come through the bills again and saw that we were correct. She was very rude. I’m not sure how this restaurant has so many stars. Portions were small and not good at all.

Definitely a cute little bakery. Staff were very friendly. It was nice to pick their brain on their baking knowledge. I tried 3 different muffins each muffin was unique in their flavor combinations, but overall they were relatively dry which was disappointing. Their Crepes were quite tasty as they were the highlight of the visit. The prices were fair especially for the area. Overall if you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy a tasty treat then this is your place.

Our favorite bakery in town! We absolutely love Ofkors, everything we’ve ever tried here has been delicious. They offer great quality food and healthy choices, and their coffee and drinks are always amazing. Today we had the Freddo Paradiso (strawberry and basil) and the Turmeric Bloom, both were absolutely delicious and super refreshing. We also tried the Vanilla Cherry Mousse Cake, which looked so beautiful we almost didn’t want to eat it! It had a light chocolate sponge base and a creamy cherry mousse, just the perfect amount of sweetness. We also had the Hazelnut Chocolate Trifle, with crunchy, sweet layers of chocolate and vanilla. Both desserts were incredible. We’ve also tried other cakes, cookies, sandwiches, coffee, and fresh juices on different visits — everything has always been fantastic. The bakery itself has such great vibes, modern, cozy, bright, and relaxing, with natural and healthy choices. We love the couches by the windows, perfect for chilling with a drink and a pastry. They also have outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the downtown energy. Another fun detail: they sell some coffee and mugs, really cute products, T-shirts, and sweatshirts, adding to the fun, welcoming atmosphere. Ofkors Bakery is hands down our favorite downtown bakery!! Always a wonderful experience, we will keep coming back. Five stars ⭐️ every time!

Absolutely obsessed with this bakery! I had the cheese danish and it was perfection—so good I came back the next day, but sadly they were already sold out (understandably!). We also tried the Pistachio Matcha Honey Cake, such a unique, delicate flavor combo that melts in your mouth. The fruit puff pastry square was light, buttery, and packed with fresh fruit, and the slice of what I believe was the Raffaello cake was soft, creamy, and not overly sweet, just how I like it. The bake shop is tucked away and super cute, just a short walk from the Westin. A hidden gem and a must-visit if you’re in the area!

Ikor’s Bakery is a hidden gem in downtown Sarasota! 💚 I’m obsessed with their matcha honey cake—perfectly balanced and not too sweet. This place is a hidden gem on the Sarasota strip. The fozen yogurt is of very high quality, and very creamy. It tastes alot like ice cream. The toppings are fresh and you can definitely taste it. I tried the sugar free chocolate frozen yogurt. Was so excited to find a xylitol sweetened yogurt but was sadly disappointed with how overly sweet it was. I got the kiddie size thankfully but noticed when I was eating it how deceptive the size of the container is as the middle goes up in the inside so they don’t actually give you as much as they should. I’m giving two stars because the girl who served me was super friendly & kind.

I'm always hesitant to order dairy-free alternatives, but Richard's infectious enthusiasm for their oat milk cappuccino instantly put me at ease. He expertly explained the process, crafting a frothy masterpiece that was every bit as creamy and comforting as its dairy counterpart. The first sip was a symphony of rich, nutty oat milk balanced with perfectly roasted espresso. It was smooth, velvety, and lingered on the tongue like a warm hug. Richard's artistry with the milk frother created a cloud-like texture that added a touch of whimsy to the experience.

We have been here several times, initially for the cheesecakes, but the coffee n sandwiches blew us away. The breakfast sandwich is HUGE! Our favorite, The Turkey is crave worthy. The Pretzel bun is perfect n comes out warm. The bacon is perfectly crispy, never soggy or undercooked. And the combination of flavors truly makes us come back. The coffee is so good, we actually buy the bags to have at home. But overall, this is a hidden gem, super clean with great quality food. And you'll love Jen n her staff, they always rember us! Prepare Your Taste Buds for Paradise! From the moment our family of eighteen vacationers stepped into the Cheesecake Cutie & Cafe, we knew we had stumbled upon something truly special. What followed was an experience so delightful, we simply had to return the very next day! This isn't just a cafe; it's a haven of incredible flavors, heartwarming hospitality, and a genuine commitment to the community. Let's start with the star of the show: the Cheesecakes. Calling them "outstanding" feels like an understatement. Each slice is a creamy, dreamy masterpiece, boasting a perfect balance of rich flavor and delicate texture. From classic favorites to innovative and exciting creations, there's a cheesecake to tantalize every palate. Our large group sampled a wide variety, and every single one was met with enthusiastic praise. But don't let the name fool you – the Sandwiches here are nothing short of unbelievable! Packed with fresh, high-quality ingredients and crafted with care, these aren't your average breakfast & lunchtime bites. They are substantial, flavorful, and leave you completely satisfied. Whether you're craving a classic deli creation or something a little more adventurous, the Cheesecake Cutie & Cafe has you covered. And for those with a sweet tooth beyond cheesecake, prepare to be delighted by their array of other sweet treats. Each one is a testament to their dedication to quality and deliciousness. Now, let's talk about the fuel that powers this delightful establishment: the Coffee. It's simply phenomenal. As a dedicated coffee lover, I can wholeheartedly recommend their special house cold brew. It's smooth, rich, and the perfect pick-me-up any time of day. You cannot leave without a "Cheesecake Latte", a house special! Beyond the exceptional food and drinks, what truly sets the Cheesecake Cutie & Cafe apart are the owners. They are, without a doubt, the most wonderful people you could hope to meet. Their warmth and genuine care for their customers create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of their family. They clearly pour their hearts and souls into their cafe, and it shines through in every aspect of the experience. As vacationers, we were particularly touched to learn about their donations of leftover food, dishwashing and laundry, and sundry items to local families. This commitment to their community is truly admirable and speaks volumes about their character. It's heartwarming to support a business that not only provides incredible food but also gives back in such a meaningful way. The fact that our family of eighteen, with varying tastes and preferences, enjoyed our experience so much that we returned the next morning for breakfast speaks for itself. Their breakfast offerings were just as impressive, setting us up perfectly for another day of our vacation. Finally, for anyone with dietary restrictions, I must give a special shout-out to their HIGHLY RECOMMENDED CELIAC / GLUTEN FREE ITEMS! It can be a challenge to find delicious and safe gluten-free options, but the Cheesecake Cutie & Cafe has truly excelled in this area. Our gluten-free family members were thrilled with the variety and quality of the choices available. In conclusion, the Cheesecake Cutie & Cafe is more than just a place to eat; it's an experience. From the outstanding cheesecakes and unbelievable sandwiches to the phenomenal coffee and the heartwarming hospitality of the owners, every aspect is top-notch. If you find yourself in the area (and even if you don't!), make the trip. You won't be disappointed. This gem of a cafe is a must-visit, and these "Cheeseheads" from Wisconsin can't wait for our next opportunity to return!

Husband and I stopped in for breakfast during our AMI stay on 7/8/25. It is super convenient for anyone staying close by - we were able to walk to it in under 10 minutes. I don’t do fancy coffees, but they had a lot to offer. I just went with an iced coffee with SF caramel. It was delicious and picture perfect. My husband had the “Best Bacon Sandwich”. He didn’t love it (personal preference - just not a fan of bacon jam), but it was good! The portion size was huge. I tried it and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also got a plain cheesecake…very good as well. Took half home and enjoyed later. Ended up going back again on 7/9.

We had a really nice lunch here today away from the hustle and bustle of the beaches. I had their Chicken with Hot Sauce and creamy Coleslaw sandwich and my husband had their BLT, both were huge and delicious. Definitely worth a trip here for a classic sandwich but I hear their breakfast sandwiches are also very good. They are known for their beautiful little individual Cheesecakes, that's for our next vist.

Absolutely delicious gourmet sandwiches (such as the “Cool As A Cucumber” sandwich-amazing! or the Cordon "Ramsey" Blu). My 11 year old daughter said the cucumber sandwich was the best sandwich she has ever had. I agree. We could eat here everyday. Do not miss the chocolate covered “cheesecake truffles", the buckeye and cookie dough were our favorite! And the pumpkin and key lime cutie cheesecakes are outstanding as well. The owner knows her stuff and has a gift.

Ordered a strawberry shake and it was rather melted but it tasted good. Since Florida is hot and this location is in a rather mobile area as I was it was hard to walk with it as opposed to a more solid milkshake The atmosphere was good with a nice inviting feel and the staff were very friendly.

This is really a tough review because how do you advertise you have churos but then say your out of them. If their that popular you would think they would have enough in stock so they would not run out. Besides that I will say the butterscotch bomb was delicious. Very good flavor. . If I knew they had churros and I was in neighborhood I might come back. If you want just good average cone and ice cream you will be happy. Service was ok. Drives me nuts watching people sitting there watching their phones when customers are in store. Overall I would not go out of my way to go here.

This place is actually good i usually expect overpriced subpar icecream. The ice cream is better than most and I got a great combination which made the experience even better. The selection is great and there are more desserts than just ice cream. Staff were very helpful and polite. The fat donkey on the wall adds to the experience.
Jesus Z — Google review
Such a weird set up: you order and pay, THEN wait 30 minutes for your ice cream order; it's regular ice cream, nothing special, just expensive. The watermelon sorbet was tasty, the cookie dough was cookie dough, and the strawberry shake was liquid. I feel bad for the kids who work there, they need adult supervision. Good location and it's open until 11 (pretty late for a place around here that doesn't sell alcohol).
Lindsey — Google review
Wanted a place with high ratings/reviews and also had dairy free ice cream options. This shop had a line almost to the door which was a great sign, but I was disappointed with the service and the product. I asked the staff if the cones had dairy in them and they shrugged. Instead of looking at the packaging or labeling the cones might’ve come in it was shrugged off - not great. So in order the dairy free toasted coconut ice cream in a cup, and waited for it to come up in their queue. While I love a great homemade dairy free ice cream, as well any anything coconut, they was not toasted (well at least it didn’t have the flavor of being toasted coconut shreds). For a $9 two scoop cup of ice cream, I wouldn’t recommend returning, but perhaps the other flavors with dairy are worthwhile (what I saw wasn’t appealing with what looked like food dyes used for some flavors others ordered).

Huge !!! Gluten free and dairy free options!!! 8 dollars each for this huge ice cream sandwich with fresh gluten free cookies and dairy free ice cream

Regular ice cream, nothing special. Very slow workers. I bought ice cream, paid for it and then waited 28 minutes.

Dessert shop
Vampire Penguin is a dessert shop located in Sarasota, Florida that specializes in Japanese-style shave ice. The snow options are delicious and unique, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
This was wild, yet delicious. We didn’t know what to expect, it being shaved ice, but it was awesome! Highly recommend giving it a try.
Amanda P — Google review
Vampire Penguin never disappoints—light, fluffy, and packed with flavor. If you’re feeling adventurous, the Mexican Candy is a wild, sweet-and-spicy ride that’s surprisingly addictive. Highly recommend it if you like a bold twist on dessert!
M V — Google review
I love all the cute concoctions you can get here and if you can’t pick from the menu, you can pick a base and two toppings for $7. I chose the dulce de leche for $8, which was a vanilla shave ice base, topped with whip cream and flan, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. I know it sounds sweet, but it was the perfect dessert/treat. It was semi sweet. They do have a lot more versions of shave ice desserts, which looks very gourmet. The staff is very helpful. I would love to go back and try their strawberry cheese cake dessert!
Sunny I — Google review
Delicious light dessert! Very flavorful and lots of options, but still healthy and not sugary. Very friendly staff, super clean and cool inside, and a great escape from the summer/Florida heat.
Caelyn C — Google review
Delicious snow ice! The flavors are great. We had dulce de Leche, creamsicle and I did a make your own mango with strawberries and watermelon. My only complaint is that I should have gotten the large! Can’t wait to come back and try different flavor combinations. One of my favorite desserts, because it’s indulgent but light. An nice choice for people with lactose intolerance.
P L — Google review
I have to say this place was very surprising. The idea that shaved ice has come so far baffles me. This place was great. The toppings were very fresh. The service was fast and friendly. The guy behind the counter was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the product as I had never tried this before. It was a little pricey $6.50 for a small with 2 toppings but it was delicious all the same. This is a good dessert choice if you are lactose intolerant or if you dont want to feel weighed down by your dessert. Definitely recommend this place.
Vortex L — Google review
Very refreshing, not too heavy treat! It really is like snow, but then has a creamy texture once you eat it! We loved it, and the kids enjoyed it even more!highly recommend!!

Nestled on Bridge Street, The Sarasota Fudge Factory is a sweet haven that beckons with its delightful array of homemade fudges, caramel popcorn, and an assortment of other sugary confections. As you step inside, the air fills with the mouthwatering aroma of freshly made treats that promise to tantalize your taste buds. From classic milk chocolate to unique offerings like chocolate-covered bacon, there's something for everyone here.
We recently went to Florida and after the beach we went to The boardwalk to go shopping and we found fudge factory. We went inside and you get intense smell of sweets. I think like caramel or something similar like that. There's a bunch of candy everywhere they also had fudge ready outside so you can see it, it's also in the pictures. They also had ice cream which we got , it was pretty yummy. The atmosphere could be a bit better but it's okay right now. The food was great. The service was great.
Cesar S — Google review
The Fudge Factory on Bridge Street is an absolute delight! Their homemade fudge is rich and creamy, with a wide variety of flavors that make it hard to choose just one. The hand-scooped ice cream is equally impressive, offering classic and unique flavors that cater to every palate. Beyond fudge and ice cream, their selection of candies and chocolates is extensive, including treats like chocolate-covered bacon that you won’t find elsewhere. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Bradenton Beach, The Fudge Factory is a must-visit spot for anyone with a sweet tooth.

An amazing ice cream and candy store. They have every type of candy you can imagine. Their big selection of chocolates and fudge are made by them. Homemade peanut brittle is delicious. There is a cafe with pink booths. The store is huge as is the sugar selection. Great stop for your sugar fix. Parking is difficult.
Mike Z — Google review
Service was incredible, fudge is amazing, candy options were plentiful and the chocolate melts were delicious. It was a great place to bring the kids. With a mini golf course right next door, it is a great place to visit.
Tyler W — Google review
Delicious food! I would try out the m&m Oreo chocolate covered cookie. Also has some funny goodies in the shop. But 10 dollars for a medium sized pack of nerd gummy clusters is a rip off. Better off buying candy at Publix or circle K.
John K — Google review
This place is beyond expensive! I got 1 tiny truffle, a small Dubai chocolate and another small chocolate and the cost was $26!! The truffle was pretty good and so was the Dubai chocolate but the other chocolate seemed old. There are also no listed prices in any of the display cases so you wouldn’t know the price of anything. Kind of crazy for the size and quality of chocolate you receive. Tourist trap and I fell right in!
Alison A — Google review
Stopped in here after buying gelato next door and wish we had just come here. Customer service was great, thank you Jonathan. So many treats to choose from. A great selection of old fashioned candies, craft sodas, fudge, chocolates and more. We are locals but we were happy to play tourist and find this place. We will be back.
Debbie C — Google review
insanely overpriced cup of dubai chocolate drizzle over strawberries for $24. the chocolate becomes overwhelming towards the end and the bits of pistachio with knafeh are not enough to earn its price. overall unimpressed with this take on the dubai chocolate trend.

Words cannot describe how amazing Tyler’s ice cream is. Best peanut butter sundae I ever had. This is such a cute spot to come get ice cream. Service is very friendly and they give you plenty of toppings and ice cream. Would recommend to anyone interested and will definitely be back.
Elizabeth M — Google review
I absolutely loved our experience here. Friendly service, clean establishment, and delicious sundaes so large I didn't need dinner later. Lots of sundae options, as well as the choice to make up one of your own. I loved their wide variety of hard ice cream flavors, too.

Love the place. Great Ice cream. Great staff. My friend had fallen going up the stairs and the manager was so gracious and got us bandaids and bleach to clean up outside. My concern is the railings. They are not meant for seniors. Please change out the railings. No worries we will be back.
Debbie S — Google review
10/10 !!! Miguel made the best peanut butter cup sundae ! Service and ice cream was amazing ! Definitely check this place out if you’re in the area vacationing.
Autumn H — Google review
Nothing special. Young girls without much personality scoop icecream and take your money. Heard good things about this place, ice cream was good. That was about it. The location is good for those on the south end of Anna Maria Island. The 2 ice cream shops on the north end of the island were always Very busy with long lines. Holy Cow ice cream shop at least offered up some conversation and actually seemed truly interested in making the visit an experience. Tyler's we felt like we were almost an inconvenience. Just over the bridge on the mainland, and literally around the corner from some well known and well regarded restaurants that are by the bridge.
Triple T — Google review
It was great .after dinner at the Shore ice cream was phenomenal. I think I got chocolate coffee crunch. And he got some kind of weird blue stuff, but it tasted good
Tara I — Google review
The girl serving ice cream tonight seemed as though she would rather be anywhere else. Rolling her eyes and making faces at customers. Felt like we were an inconvenience which seems to be a common occurrence per other reviews. Ice cream was good though.
Barron B — Google review
We had ice cream at 4 different locations on our trip to the AMI area. This was by far the best quality and the best priced. Creamy, loads of flavors, and so fresh. Don't spend $40 for frost-burnt "gelato"; instead come across the bridge to Cortez for $16

This charming ice cream parlor exudes an old-fashioned vibe that families and beachgoers adore. With a rotating selection of unique flavors, every visit promises something new and exciting to try. Came here for breakfast on the recommendation of a friend. They have made from scratch breakfast including scrambled eggs, homemade baked empanadas, and even avocado toast! Shop is so cute and staff is so friendly and accommodating. Great to have another breakfast option on the island - come check it out for yourself!
Mary O — Google review
We ventured to Penny’s for what turned out to be some amazing ice cream… and discovered authentic pastry chef Ana who we came back to see the next day for hand-made Argentine empanadas. As one other patron put it so well, the empanadas are “addictive”! Make sure to check out their open hours to not miss!
Murray J — Google review
Wonderful addition to the island! Staff was friendly! Shop was clean! Ice cream was tasty! Prices were very reasonable! Will be coming back!

Delicious ! Had one scoop of Gator Trail and one scoop of caramel brownie on a waffle cone after a hot day on the beach. They had some other good looking flavours that I will try next time!
Eric L — Google review
We stopped by Penny’s while on vacation with our kids. Not only was the ice cream delicious, but the scoops were generous and staff was attentive. We had never had Amish ice cream but it tasted delicious and homemade. Would definitely recommend!
Annette R — Google review
Wide variety of ice cream flavors. Reasonable prices. Friendly Staff. Clean (including bathrooms).

The Ice cream is fresh and really tasty. The staff is courteous and the decoration is really nice with beautiful colorful designs on the walls.
