This is the viral bakery that I have been wanting to try for a long time. I absolutely loved it. They are known for their banana pudding and it was delicious. I went during the fall time and was able to try a few of their fall flavored pasties. I got a pumpkin cheesecake, a regular cheesecake and I believe it was some type of gingersnap pastry as well. Everything was so good. There isn't seating inside but across the street there's an area with benches I sat on to enjoy. 10/10 I would come again!

Magnolia Bakery is one of those spots that feels like a true New York moment. It is cozy, welcoming, and the kind of place that manages to be both iconic and genuinely good. Everyone talks about the banana pudding, and for good reason. It is creamy, light, and unlike anything else. But my personal recommendation is the chocolate cupcake with vanilla icing. It is simple, perfectly balanced, and exactly what a classic cupcake should taste like. The bakery itself is always clean and the staff are friendly, which makes the experience feel easy and enjoyable, even when it is busy. It is also across the street from a great little bookstore, which makes stopping by feel like you are stepping into one of those quintessential New York City days where everything lines up just right. Magnolia works for just about everyone. It is great for kids, but just as fun for adults who want a sweet treat or a nostalgic moment. Whether you are local or visiting, it is a must-go and a place you will probably find yourself returning to again and again.

Try the famous banana pudding which is surprisingly tasty with banana chunks and cookies and cream. Love it. Also got the red velvet cheesecake and Iced matcha, delicious too. Only for take out so we enjoyed them in nearby park. All the cakes look really attractive in the shop, can’t wait to try more soon.

My first time trying Magnolia Bakery and fell in love. I have the brown sugar cookie and the hot chocolate with oat milk and it was very delicious. This is great stop for quick sweet treat. I've heard great things about the banana pudding, I'll try it next time.

Finally tried Magnolia Bakery’s famous banana pudding—totally worth the hype. Creamy, fluffy, with real banana chunks and soft wafers that melt right in. Sweet but not too heavy, and dangerously easy to finish in one sitting. A NYC must-try dessert—approved and devoured.

This is a classic. I don’t think it needs any more recommendation. I obviously got the banana pudding and I was very surprised at how good it was. I also got the seasonal pumpkin spice pudding, and it was the perfect fall dessert. I cannot recommend the banana pudding enough. I actually thought about ways in which I could bring this back to Europe, so now I’m hoping they would open up a bakery somewhere in Europe.

It was my first time trying the famous banana pudding. I did not expect to like it that much. It is definitely not to be missed whenever you visit here. We also got pecan cheesecake which was good as well. It was rich and heavy.

I had the short rib pappardelle, which was flavorful with tender meat and a rich, delicious sauce. My husband ordered the filet mignon with the cacio e pepe ravioli. While the ravioli was excellent—rich and perfectly cooked—the steak itself wasn’t as tender as expected and was slightly overcooked for his medium-rare request. For dessert, we shared the lemon cheesecake. The presentation was creative and fun, and the flavor didn’t disappoint—light, tangy, and satisfying for two to share. ************* Beware ********** One strange moment during our meal: a manager stopped by our table to chat, then said, “Let me bring you something.” He returned with filet mignon meatballs, which were indeed tasty. However, we were surprised to find they’d been added to our bill. Since we hadn’t ordered them ourselves, we assumed they were a complimentary gesture. Being charged for them left us feeling misled, which put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable dinner. Follow up, we flew home and sent an email and we still haven’t received a response. This is very unprofessional. There are other Italian restaurants to dine at that don’t serve unordered food and charge you for it.

Honestly I love the place. The service and staff are the sweetest and so attentive. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday and they gave a hand drawn birthday card. Who does that? So thoughtful! Coming to food the desserts are a MUST TRY. The lemon cheesecake is sooo good and so aesthetically pleasing. The churros arrived hot so i liked it hot and light. The tiramisu ice cream is good but not my fav. The sorbet was soo good. The garlic babka is also well made, I recommend. Had the lobster scampi special which was light and flavorful too.

This place was amazing!!! Made reservations online and were seated right away with no issues. We ordered the roasted garlic babka, spicy gem caesar salad, dressed big rock oysters, short rib pappardelle, rock shrimp chitarra, lemon cheesecake, and the tiramisu ice cream cake. It was all phenomenal! The service was amazing even though they were busy, they even added a third complimentary dessert (napoletana) which was also spectacular. I highly recommend this place, so cute and good vibes!

We went last night with to Bad Roman due to the hype this place has. I am going to be as fair as possible, and honestly, everything that I am going to write is for them to improve, because the restaurant has immensely potential. Let’s start from the very beginning. We approach the host podium asking if there was a table available for two (we did not have reservation) although we understand that people generally need a reservation to have a better experience (specially in New York) we believe that the hostess could have been more welcoming. When we asked her about options she simply said No tables but you can seat at the bar, she showed us the way without even walking us. We decided to accept and seat there even though all the tables in the bar area were dirty with dead glassware and crumbs. We were confused about how the service was going to be so we asked her one more time if someone will take care of us or we were responsible for going to the bar and place our own order; she said someone will be there. The serve/bartender comes, offered us water but once again, we did not feel welcomed… we felt that it was annoying to him to have people sat there while he was behind the bar, which I understand, I personally believe that that section should have its own server to ensure a great experience, but we could see that no one care about that section, no one reset them, the hostess keeping seating people on dirty tables, the floor of the bar area was full of paper napkins, it was just a mess that section. We ordered cocktails, we had some questions and our server was very knowledgeable, he put us in the right direction, and we really appreciated that. The cocktails were really good, refreshing, perfect balance between the mezcal and limoncello. We started with the Cesar salad with I highly recommend, the dressing was just exquisite and the anchovies present in the dressing did not feel too much. It was a little spicy which makes the salad super dynamic and I love the ciabatta crumbs which made it extra crunchy. We also ordered the Salmon crudo which was okay… nothing super exiting, it comes with slices of spicy peppers which combined can enhance the dish. Then for our second course we had the shrimp chitarra pasta and the cappelletti with Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts is a MUST to have, wow, roasted to perfection, crispy, sweet and a little spicy, simply yummy. Both pastas were phenomenal, the shrimp chitarra was an explosion of flavors with that touch of spiciness that we love. The cappelletti did not disappoint, the balsamic on top gives it a touch of sweetness that truly pairs exquisitely with the pasta. For our entre we order the pork chop which was simply cooked phenomenal, it was tender, juicy, with butter in top to enhance the texture and give it an even more irresistible flavor. Towards our journey I have to say that our serve improved, he was more attentive, offered to change our plates, and he was more attentive to us. When it was time for him to leave, he introduced his coworker and I have to say that I personally want to congratulate him (is the one who wears glasses) I could easily tell that he has a lot of experience, he interacted with us in a very organic, authentic, and sympathetic way, offered amazing recommendations for dessert and gave us two little drinks (I think the drinks were made of Prosecco and strawberry) they were so tasty. We followed his recommendation and we ordered the chocolate cake and WOW! What a delicious dessert, it was smooth, the combination between the cake, the ice cream and the touch of olive oil is a party you don’t want to miss. My only criticism with the dessert is the presentation, honestly the cake was served poorly… it was not inviting visually, the cake is PHENOMENAL and the presentation does not say that, the way is served says DELI CAKE, and that’s something that you definitely want to fix. In conclusion, we had a good time but I feel that we had it because we decided to ignore all this things that could have sent us off, but we were close to find another place.

So hard to choose a place in the city with so many options- but this one was a winner! For starters we tried the Cesar Salad, the sirloin meatballs, the garlic babka, their signature Roni cups and the shrimp cocktail. All were yummy but the prawns were the star with the best cocktail sauce I've ever tasted! The Roni cups were worth skipping. For our main dish we chose the short rib pappardelle and the veal Milanese. Both were delectable with fresh ingredients. The Brussels sprouts were browned to perfection with a glaze. For desert we tried the blood orange sorbet, the tiramisu ice cream cake, the chocolate tart with gelato and the lemon cheesecake. All were good. I'd skip the chocolate tart with gelato next time. We highly recommend the blood orange sorbet and lemon cheesecake(for presentation). Service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was warm, cozy and fun! Highly recommend!

Love the design of this place it is so fun and they have cool matches. The Garlic Babka is unbelievable I could order 5 of them and eat that as my meal. Short Rib Pappardelle was pretty tasty. Cousin got the burger which I didn’t try but they said it was delish. I did try the fries tho and they were really really good. Need to go again and get that lemon cheesecake i regret not trying it!!

I celebrated my anniversary here with my hubby. It was our first time dinning here, we’d definitely go back. Food was delicious and atmosphere was very classy and energetic! The pull-apart parm is a must try and the lemon cheesecake! Shoutout to our waiter Jackie B, every single recommendation he gave was spot on!

Hudson Cakery always delivers the best tasting and prettiest cakes for any occasion. Jennifer is so easy to work with and very responsive. We have ordered a baby shower cake, baptism cake, and several kids birthday cakes, plus custom cookies, cake pops, cupcakes. I have a vision of how I want my cake to look, and Jennifer partners with me and brings the vision to life every time. Everyone we serve the cake, all the guests comment on how moist the cake is (some bakeries prioritize the design and the cake is very dry - not Hudson Cakery cakes!)

Jennifer at Hudson Cakery was a complete pleasure to work with from the yummy tasting to the beautiful final product. We chose a chocolate cake with salted caramel and fudge fillings. It was absolutely amazing and we got so many compliments. Can’t wait for our first anniversary to enjoy the top tier.

Got my wedding cake from Hudson Cakery and it was the easiest part of my entire wedding planning process! Jennifer was so fast, nice, and great to communicate with and she even sketched out 2 potential cakes. I actually ended up going with a design I found on Pinterest and she easily replicated it with no problem! Pricing was very reasonable and the taste was excellent - guests loved the cake and all the flavors they had to offer! We tested quite a few and this was the easiest decision. They also delivered with ease - I showed up to the venue and it was there. Thank you Hudson Cakery for the best wedding cake!

Hudson Cakery did an AMAZING job on my milestone birthday cake. I came to them with some ideas for a custom cake that reflected my love of film noir and cocktails. I went a little planning crazy, sending them a mood board of images and a YouTube video that set the tone. But instead of being put off by my craziness, they jumped at the challenge, watched the video, looked at the photos, came back with some photos they had found, and set to work. The end result was a striking cake that I absolutely loved. My party guests were blown away by how it looked. Then they tasted the cake, and the raves and compliments were flowing. It was absolutely delicious. I couldn't believe that it tasted even better than it looked. The Hudson Cakery team are wizards, alchemists, magicians — all that good stuff. I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Thank you, Hudson Cakery, for making my day even more special!

We had the most beautiful smash cake and floral cupcakes made for my daughter's 1st birthday party! Guests couldn't stop talking about how pretty and delicious they were and my daughter ate way too much cake. :)

Just doordash a mini rainbow cake, donuts, cookies and cannolis since we are in Jersey celebrating my daughter 5th birthday. Got her a rainbow cake and decided to get some desserts. The desserts all tasted old. Cannoli filling tasted spoiled. I did a late night order, early morning delivery so it appears the desserts were from the previous day or two.. everything went in the trash. Luckily I bought the rainbow cake for the look (since it’s bright and colorful) and not for the taste as i’m sure that will also get trashed. What a waste of money! Would never recommend and tell anyone I know to stay away from this bakery in Hoboken. Absolutely the worst!

I bought a cannoli, a cheesecake, a lobster tail, and sfogliatelle, and honestly, everything was just inedible. Each pastry tasted like pure sugar — so extremely sweet that it was impossible to eat. I don’t know if they keep adding more and more sugar or if they use some kind of syrup instead, but the result is simply awful. The cheesecake didn’t taste like cheesecake at all — it was more like slippery, greasy butter with no real cheese flavor. The cannoli shell tasted like stale bread, and the sfogliatelle were not fresh. The so-called cheese filling was hard and didn’t even taste like cheese. Trying these desserts is enough to cure anyone from eating sweets ever again. Absolutely not worth the hype.

We traveled way out of our way to visit this place and it was a bust. First, I had to go to another restaurant to take my child to the bathroom due to them not allowing customers to use it.. we order canoli, e'clair (about $7) and donuts and we were very disappointed. The cream inside the e'clair was frozen or suuuuper hard. The canoli's tasted like soggy bread at almost $7/ canoli thr donuts were just plain. For us 4 dishes was about $30, the place wasn't clean. Just unwelcome and not what I'd expect. There was no waiting as it was 4pm on a Saturday. Never been to NJ and my one stop 1hr out of our way was this bakery. Our excitement died when we open the door. :(

We had to visit since we’d known this location from the Cake Boss. So many choices of pastries it was hard to pick but we got several different ones to share. We did get breakfast sandwiches too and they were delicious.

I was on vacation and traveled from Puerto Rico to New Jersey! I was so exited to visit Carlos's Bakery at Hoboken after visiting Time Square location I arrived and there was no costumers... when I asked there was no lobster tails... I asked for 2 regular canolis, 1 pumpkin spice, 1 peanut butter and 1 smore... I get home with one regular, one pumpking spice and 2 peanut butter... What a deception they weren't fresh... after having them at Time Square location fresh this is so disappointing 😞 I brought them back to Passaic to share with my family... now I know why my cousin doesn't like the bakery at all, I get her if this was her first impression...

A great place to stop In for a nice treat! They not only have cake and pastries but also breakfast sandwiches and pepperoni flatbread.

Went two times in our family trip just because I grew up watching cake boss but honestly i expected a little bit more but it make me happy accomplish this visit to my bucket list 🤗

Impeccable service & amazing food!! I stumbled across this place while in New York seeing a play on Saturday and it has to be the most amazing food I’ve had in a long time. When I walked in despite them being absolutely packed they managed to find me a nice seat at the bar. Not only that they very graciously offered to charge my phone for me (which saved my life)! My server Arturo was a delight he made sure to check in with me and his suggestions were absolutely fantastic. I’m vegetarian andnonalcoholic, both with his suggestions for a drink and the main meal were absolutely amazing! I enjoyed it every bit. But the most amazing part had to be seeing the team and the way worked together! I have worked in restaurants my whole life and it’s really hard to get a team that not only gets their job done but also helps their colleagues without asking. Not a single minute was being wasted standing around! Everyone was either attending their tables, helping their coworker or checking in on diners. Despite being packed not a single customer was ignored, one had to simply look in the general direction of a sever and they would make sure they got you what you needed. Needless to say I will be returning and telling everyone that they absolutely need to eat here!

Cute, elegant Mexican restaurant. The taco I tried was definitely delicious. However the ceviche and tortilla soup lacked a bit of character. I was expecting explosion of flavors. Drinks were tasty but sugary. Could come back at some point.

Visited this past week and had a great experience! I had the Birria tacos with rice and beans for my meal and it was all delicious. Ahead of that, had the Fritos Medium guacamole which was also delicious and fresh. For dessert I wrapped up with the Flan which was creamy and very enjoyable! Service was spot on and I highly recommend eating here and I will be visiting again soon!

I like to jokingly say that this restaurant was imported from Mexico because the decor seems so authentic (see my photos). I had their strip steak ($45) which was very enjoyable. The fact that this restaurant is all that there is in this two story building is not common.

we were looking for mexican gluten free food in NY and found this scrolling through find me GF app. indeed it’s a safe and well worthy place to go, not only for GF. the service is very fast, prices reasonable considering the zone and the tacos were really good

Just had a great time at Toloache on 50th St. for their Mexican Independence Day special. The menu was packed with bold, vibrant flavors, and everything we ordered hit the mark. The mango and hibiscus margaritas were standouts. Fresh, balanced, and just the right kick. Service was warm and friendly, which made the whole evening even better. It can be a little pricey, but it’s a solid pick for a pre- or post-theatre meal, or a fun dinner with friends and family.

If you're looking for an excellent Mexican place in Manhattan, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a decent place to get dinner in the theater district, it fits the bill. Flavor was mid. Had higher expectations for the tortilla soup and huevos rancheros. Enchiladas were the standout of our group. Prices were as expected for the neighborhood. Ambiance/ vibe was good. Wish they spent a little more time and attention on the food bc we wanted to love this place!

My only wish is for a hint of crunch in the base to add contrast, but that’s splitting hairs. For a quick cheesecake fix that keeps things light and flavorful, Eileen’s is an easy win.

I LOVE Eileen’s cheesecake and I do not like cheesecake! This is something special and next level from 98% of cheesecake made. It’s fresh and the flavors are on point. It’s not too sweet, staff is always pleasant. Been eating here for well over a decade, not disappointed once. My favorite fruit is raspberry, pineapple, strawberry. My favorite non fruit is salted caramel and low sugar. The crust is so delicate. Keep up the great job!

The cheesecake at Eileen's is, without a doubt, the best cheesecake in New York City, in my humble opinion. Unlike the heavy, overly dense cakes you find elsewhere, Eileen's has a remarkably light, fluffy, and creamy texture that melts in your mouth. It's incredibly flavorful, and has a lite taste. Love that you can truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients. The individual-sized cheesecakes are perfect. I ordered strawberry, and salted caramel each individual cost $6.50 each. Customers can purchase bigger size cheesecakes, and Eileen’s ship nationwide. The smaller individual cheesecakes options allow you to try multiple delicious flavors in one visit. From the classic plain, rich salted caramel, fruity strawberry, cherry, and blueberry. The shop on Cleveland Place has a cozy, old-school charm that adds to the experience, and while the space is small, if there is a line, just know, the line moves quickly thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. A visit to Eileen's is a must-do for any cheesecake lover in the city. Eileen’s is a Soho must visit!

Always a pleasant experience to visit Eileen’s! The staff is always super helpful and friendly. An abundance of options to choose from for personal size cheesecakes and have never been let down. Tried their seasonal pumpkin cheesecake during today’s visit and enjoyed it quite a bit! Would definitely recommend Eileen’s when in the area.

All cheesecakes are handmade daily with no fillers or preservatives. Manager Amanda introduced me to four of the most popular cheesecakes on the menu. As I opened the box, my appetite was filled with joy as I knew I was going to be in for a treat. Strawberry: This pie is topped with a giant strawberry and smothered in strawberry sauce. It was unbelievably fruity and tangy. Classic Plain: This original New York cheesecake was smooth and creamy. If you want to go plain Jane, this pie has your name! Cookies N Cream: This tart was beautifully handcrafted; the mini Oreo cookie added a nice decorative touch. The chocolate graham cracker crust blended well with the cheesecake. Salted Caramel: What makes this pie unique to the others is the hardened creme brulee at the top, giving it a crunchy texture. The dining area is standing room only, but there are plenty of outdoor benches across the street at Lt. Petrosino Square. Be prepared to wait in line, but it moves pretty quickly! When people talk about the best cheesecake in NYC, it's usually between this and Junior's I've had Junior's before, and it's my favorite dessert of all time - so I was really looking forward to this place. It was a very high bar, but I think this matches it. Does it exceed it? I don't know, but what I do know is the cheesecake from here is damn good Instead of slices, the cheesecake here is served in mini tarts. This is much smaller than your typical slice, which can be a good or bad thing depending on what you were here for. I liked it because it gave me a chance to eat the whole thing as a snack without feeling too full The cheesecake flavor is outstanding. It's that classic mix of creaminess, slight sourness, and cheesiness that makes this kind of cake what it is. Every bite is just so addicting it's hard to get enough of. These are truly those moments where you sit back, close your eyes, and just let the flavor wash over you. The texture is also perfect. You barely even need to chew (at least for the parts that aren't the crust) - it just melts in your mouth. What's unique about this cheesecake, compared to others, is that the crust goes all the way around the edges, nearly reaching up to the top in some parts. This is very nice because it means that eating from the outside-in, you can get a combination of crust and cake in a lot of bites - way more than if it were just at the bottom. For someone like me who loves the crust on these, this just makes it that much better. It also helps that the graham cracker crust is packed very tightly together, and not crumbly at all. Again, if I'm comparing this to Junior's I would have to say it's a tie for me. I like the actual cheesecake flavor slightly more there, because it's way more dense, but the lightness and fluffiness of Eileen's certainly has its place, and the crust certainly helps. Either way, though, you absolutely can't go wrong with the two best desserts I've ever had. Overall, this again proves that no city does cheesecake like NYC. 9.75/10

A coworker & I decided to go back to Max Brenner’s for lunch today. Though we almost walked past it. The building is getting a bit of a facelift & is covered by green wooden panels. We split the Mac & cheese as an appetizer & instead of getting our usual burgers we opted to try something new. I went with the waffle cheese steak with waffle fries which was delicious. My coworker went with the chicken schnitzel which unfortunately he ended up not eating more than three bites. He said it was as dry as the desert. When our waiter asked if he needed a box to go he declined & said he didn’t like the dish. The restaurant kindly removed it from our bill even though he said he would pay for it. I had a crème brûlée martini which was amazing. Unfortunately I was too full for dessert. Perhaps next time I’ll skip the appetizer or simply go for dessert one day. If you like chocolate this place is for you.

Friend ordered steak & mashed potatoes (delicious), I ordered Italian pasta (added the pesto from friend’s dish to my plate (very delicious). Everything was very tasty, presented very nice. I’d recommend going there on a completely empty stomach

Came here on a rainy Saturday for some warm drinks and something sweet. Left with a great impression and satisfied. Thank you to Monsoor for your friendliness and recommendations with dessert. We enjoyed the food and would definitely be back.

Walk in Friday night ~9:45p for only dessert, practically no one there (~4-5 tables filled). Time to water ~4 minutes. Ordered Baked Oreo Cookie and Banana Hazelnut Crepe. Sweet, would not recommend solo devouring, must share between 2-4 people/plate imo. Quiet ambiance, easy to talk to. Very very dim, I can appreciate the decour and vibes, more fitting for date than group hangout, could just be me tho 🤷‍♂️ Staff is nice.

I had a great experience at this chocolate bar in Manhattan. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the location is great, and the service was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, rich flavors and great presentation. The crepes were a bit too sweet for my taste, but I still enjoyed everything else I ordered. Overall, it was a lovely visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back with friends!

Came to represent the home country. The food was great but the service wasn’t. We waited long until they came to take our order, then when it arrived (pizza + hot cocoa + pumpkin espresso martini) we asked for chili for the pizza and a little spoon for the hot cocoa. The spoon never arrived, although we asked for it multiple times, and we had to ask for the chili 3 times. The waiters don’t come to you even if you try to call them, so until the chili arrived the pizza wasn’t hot anymore…The food was a little expensive. Probably won’t be coming back. Service in TLV is better

I recommend the Dubai Chocolate Waffle. The portions are big enough to share. I also got the hazelnut chocolate milkshake. It tasted good but the consistency was a bit too thick and it was hard to drink it from the thin straw they provided.

3.7 stars. Pricey. Small gelato was around $8. Quick family ice cream run with tip ran us $36. Flavor was average. Service was good. Interior was colorful with various sweets and treats enticing you to blow your diet. Worth checking out as this is an institution. Just bring your wallet though!

First Italian bakery in the US so definitely go be a part of history! 😉 Tiramisu has a silk texture, absolutely delectable!!! Lobster tail was a good one too given it wasn’t too sweet and very nice fresh and crunchy!! Service was poor.. right from looking to be seated to having someone take the order to getting hold of someone for a cheque.. It wasn’t busy in a Friday afternoon! Overall I would recommend a “GO”

We come here multiple times every time we come to the city. Annamaria makes you feel like family. Treating my daughter like her own grandchild. Letting her taste whatever she wanted. Sat and talked to us for several minutes made recommendations. Absolutely loved speaking with her. Eric was our server both times we went and he was awesome!! The desserts speak for themselves this place hasn’t been open for over 130 years for no reason. It’s a must in little Italy 🇮🇹 🤌🏻😘

Ferrara Bakery & Cafe in Little Italy is a true New York treasure. We tried both the classic cannoli and the chocolate-dipped version—absolutely delicious! The filling was creamy and flavorful without being overly sweet, just the way it should be. The fig cookies were another standout and definitely a must-try. Beyond the incredible pastries, the staff made the experience unforgettable. Our server treated us like family and was just the sweetest, and the cappuccino she made was one of the best I’ve ever had. Between the warm service, the welcoming atmosphere, and the unforgettable treats, Ferrara is a must-visit spot in Little Italy.

One of my favorite Italian pastry and bakery shops in New York City! Definitely the best one in Little Italy/Chinatown area!!! Most of other bakery shops usually get their pastries and bakeries from here, anyway. This is the quintessential classic Italian pastry shop everyone should visit in Little Italy. My Ferrara Bakery & Cafe Review Had a fantastic time at Ferrara Bakery & Cafe! The cannoli and classic cheesecake were absolutely incredible, seriously some of the best I've ever tasted. Even though it was busy on a Thursday night, the service was decent. Highly recommend for amazing Italian desserts!

Your visit to Little Italy wouldn’t be complete without a stop at Ferrara Bakery and Cafe. The gelato is amazing. The cappuccino is authentic. The staff treats you like family. The ambiance is charming. The bathrooms are CLEAN. The bakery items are beautiful and so quintessentially Italian. I love all of it. 5 stars.

The desserts at Dominique Ansel Bakery were very tasty, and everything we tried was really good. There was a long line, but it was worth the wait. Definitely a spot to visit at least once if you’re in New York!

Disclaimer: I came near closing time and I’ve heard that there’s a big difference in quality between early visits and late visits, with items tasting better earlier in the day. We got a DKA (Dominique’s kouign amann) and a cronut and it ended up being almost $16. The flavors of the two were good but neither were flaky at all. No flakes to be found. I was very disappointed in the lack of croissant texture. I don’t think I will return as I didn’t enjoy the “must-try” items and it was expensive. The waiter was also nice but the person manning the register was kind of rushing to get us out of the restaurant.

Ansel Bakery is a true NYC classic! Their Cronut is really good, a little too sweet for me, but still delicious. I love their cookie shot with the milk inside! There’s plenty of seating toward the back, which is nice. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit. Definitely worth checking out at least once, they have lots of other great treats too!

Dominique Ansel Bakery in Soho continues to live up to the hype. I popped in for a quick treat and left completely delighted. The almond croissant had just come out of the oven about an hour earlier and was honestly perfection—crispy on the outside, delicately layered, and filled with rich almond paste that wasn’t overly sweet. Every bite had that just-right balance of texture and flavor. A special shoutout to Chapel, who went above and beyond. I mentioned loving the extra toasted almond bits that fall off the top, and without missing a beat, she added a handful to my bag. That small, thoughtful gesture made my visit feel personal and warm. Great pastries, even better service—I’ll definitely be back.

While traveling around Manhattan, hitting some bakeries and coffee shops, I stopped in at Dominique Ansel. It came highly recommended, and is the home of the original cronut, so I knew it had to be on the list to visit. There was quite a selection of options, and the cronut was pretty special. They even had a cute little outdoor garden space to sit and enjoy our food. It took them a while to get us everything we ordered, but all in all, I'd recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.

TLDR: 3.5 stars, liked the cronut texture but didn’t get the flavor. Cookie shot is good but also fairly expensive I liked the texture of the cronut, like a thin deep fried doughnut. However I didn’t know what the flavor on top of the cronut was, it didn’t taste like anything specific. The cookie made into a cylinder with some vanilla milk inside was a fun play on cookies and milk but for almost $7, seemed a bit costly as well.

Can't say enough about how friendly and kind their staffs are. Beautiful, beautiful place. You dont realize it until you walk all the way to the back and you see an oasis. Plenty of sitting areas for you to enjoy indoor and outdoor while you enjoy your delicious food/desserts. We had to try their chocolate chip cookie cup with milk in it. Wow! What an unique idea. It was so soft and tasty.

Best rice pudding in the world! The selection is amazing! The pudding is delicious! My husband makes sure we come here for his treat every single time we visit NYC! This is now an obsession! P.S. whoever did their marketing is brilliant! All the signs/posters are catchy and funny!

Indulgent is the only way to describe it! The number of flavor options are insane! We tried the rocky road, cheesecake and coconut! All of them were great but rocky road was my personal favorite because there was a mix of brownie and nuts too! I’m definitely coming back!

I've heard so many things about this spot, but there's a reason why a rice pudding spot can last in SoHo: it's delicious! There was a deal going on UberEats for this spot, so I decided to give it a try. I got their coconut rice pudding with cake crumbles on top and it was delicious. It was definitely very sweet, rich, and creamy. Would love to try the other flavors.

This is one of the best rice puddings I have ever experienced. With a variety of flavor options, choosing can be quite challenging, as all of them are exceptionally delicious. My personal favorites include the Fluent in French Toast, Man Made Mascarpone, and Coast to Coast Cheesecake. These options are rich, creamy, and truly satisfying desserts that meet their reputation. The staff is very patient and accommodating, understanding that it may take a moment to decide among the numerous options. The location features a unique aesthetic, combining elements of retro futurism, pop art, and modern design, creating an inviting and vibrant atmosphere. It's an excellent spot for memorable experiences with friends and great photo opportunities. Additionally, the to-go containers are particularly charming.

We were walking by and we felt attracted by the place, which is really unique. We stepped in and we asked what was about lol, the man who served us was very nice ! And he gave us some samples, I asked for the less sweet and he suggest the ricotta one, i couldn’t pick just 1 so you can order a bigger one and chose more than 1 flavor. So I did. But honestly the smallest size is big enough! They also have good coffee!

First time going o a shop that serves all different kind of rice pudding!! We got coconut rice pudding and rocky rd. Yum!! I love their orange bowls! And unique design of spoon.. if you call that! The servicenwas super nice as well. Really appreciate the experience!!

Had dessert here with a couple of friends last night! We stumbled across this place while leaving our dinner. The esthetic of the place was clean, modern and open. It was inviting. My friends and I ordered different flavors. We all agreed the rice pudding was amazing! None of the flavors were overpowering, had the right amount of sweetness. The customer service was outstanding! Sean and Omar were both fun and provided superb customer service. Their marketing team is talented, look around at alll the signs, signage is quite comical. I ordered the rocky road flavor and it may not have looked appetizing 💩…but I promise you, it was the best tasting 💩 I’ve had. Highly recommend checking this place out, you won’t regret it! Unless, your lactose intolerant. In which case, I would still urge you to be irresponsible. Including a picture, please try to focus on the bowls (that’s the point) and not the beauties in the background. Keep your eyes on the dessert, and don’t get distracted. 😀 Happy Tasting!

It was suggested to me by the both agent at the Neil Simon theater largely because it was so close to the theater, had great baked goods and also had outside a lot of seating which allowed for comfortably hanging out until show time. It did not disappoint 👏 It has a lot of options, both to eat and drink... the service was friendly enough and very efficient... I had an Italian Cannoli, a Lemon Merengue Tart & a Turmeric Iced Latte... Although the tart was a bit too sweet for my liking, it was so very yummy and the Cannoli being DEEELISH made up for any downside ;) Everything was a good portion for the buck 😋

My roommate and I wanted to try their croissants and we got the pistachio one! It was so good but if you're not into sugary things, I suggest that you don't order this, because it's super sweet! Don't forget to have some water with you or order water with it! Ha! Not much of a wait time either! Great place!

Happen to be in the area, did not have any expectations. So happily surprised stumble into this bakery. Everything looks great. Don't be fooled by the lowkey outdoor, step into the shop soooo many goodies to choose from, and best of all you can't make a wrong selection, as everything IS great.

Saw the beautiful looking pastries from outside and knew I had to give it a try! I bought the Chantilly donut and a pistachio croissant. Loved them both! The Chantilly was a soft bite with light vanilla cream and the pistachio was thick enough to enjoy the flavor mixed with the croissant. Not only are the pastries good, the sitting is very cute. Not large but they do have additional sitting on a 2nd floor. Worth a try!

The staff here is super attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable. The pastries are beautiful! But the flavor is just okay. I had the mini Chantilly cream croissant and a mini strawberry bombolone. And a small shaved coconut gelato. The gelato was on point, creamy, flavorful, and fresh. Both the bombolone and the croissant had good pastry but the creams/fillings were heavy and not very tasty.

The service was wonderful. The food was fresh and well handled. The customer service was out of this world. Both guys in front of the counter were super nice and helpful. They were so patient with my younger sister who was being indecisive about her ice cream. My favorite location.

Fancy place. Did not quite understood their food concept but was very well served. The duck texture was very soft and it was something very different from my usual dinings. Giving a five star cause of this new experience in a Mexican food. Asian fusion? The Cone Cream Meringue was also different!

A fantastic modern take on Mexican cuisine — easily one of the best restaurants I’ve tried in New York. The lobster is an absolute must, and so is the guacamole! Their cocktails are also top-notch, beautifully balanced and creative. Every dish was full of flavor and presentation was on point. Highly recommended for a vibrant dining experience!!

Cosme, to me, felt like a concept where the creators knew how to make one thing incredibly well, and in order to create an ecosystem, added a bunch of other things that did not live to the expectations of that main dish. Below all the plates we got, in the order that we got them: The Ensalada de la Casa and the Herb Guacamole were completely forgettable. Nothing really stood out, both dishes were a bit disappointing. The corn tostadas were good, but couldn't save the dish. I would not recommend you to order any of these. The Sishito Esquite was an interesting concept; it tasted good, but it had nothing to do with a real equiste. While I do enjoy different takes on traditional dishes, I like when they maintain at least a core element of what makes something a particular dish; I would have never guessed this was esquite if I had tried it without the name, instead, this to me felt much more like a nice take on Konchijeu (Korean cheese corn). The mole was just okay, the taste was good but it felt like it could have been an accompanying side to a main, instead of it's own individual dish. The Duck Carnitas were absolutely phenomenal. This was by far the highlight of the entire dinner. The duck would instantly melt just by touching it and the salsas and homemade fresh tortillas that accompanied the dish were fantastic, we really couldn't get enough of it. The Corn Husk Meringue was also incredibly delicious. The blend of both textures (solid/cream) and flavors (sweet meringue/savory corn) worked very well together, and was overall a great dessert to share between 3 people. Restaurant atmosphere is great, the place is dimmed but lights are strategically placed so you have enough visibility over your table, sort of like a spotlight. Plating and cutlery suited the restaurant perfectly. Service was good, albeit a bit on the slow side - I recommend to ask the staff for refills (tortillas, lime, etc) before you actually finish the one you have to account for that. Staff was super kind and approachable, I just hoped they would explain a bit more about the dishes and maybe some tips on how to consume them, my guests told me they wouldn't have figured out how to eat some of these dishes if I wasn't there to explain it to them. Overall, as it is, I don't think this place is worth it's current price point; however, I would definitely return and just get the Duck Carnitas and the Corn Meringue without any of the other stuff for a 5/5 dinner experience.

The space has dark but tasteful vibes, though a little on the warm side — the AC could have been lower. Service was excellent — Stephania took great care of us, very attentive and thoughtful, refreshing our table with clean plates multiple times. The steak was flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly. The duck tacos were a standout — rich, balanced, and definitely worth ordering. Overall, a top-notch dining experience.

Bar seats are always a great choice here! The service is warm and attentive, the dishes are creative and full of flavor, and while the portions are on the smaller side, that’s part of the whole experience. Drinks are amazing too !

Food is very good but maybe not great. Service was pretty impeccable and nice atmosphere. Desserts were awesome. The rest of the meal was all good albeit slightly forgettable. Nothing we didn’t like but nothing really wowed either.

Outstanding experience for our group of 4. Luckily, we were wise enough to order two portions of the Pastor Prawns to share because they were so delicious, everyone wanted seconds. Most dishes come with tortillas, which makes it easy to share and taste multiple dishes. Mezcal, wine and non-alcoholic cocktail selections were wonderful. We ordered the Strip Steak and Duck Carnitas to share which was a wonderful anchor to our meal. Service was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend and definitely come back.

Cute little donut shop that I wandered into on my way to meet a friend. Too bad there's not a lot of sitting room - it was definitely on the more cramped side but I can appreciate the effort on the donut related decors. The donuts themselves were also just so-so. Very unique and fun flavors but maybe it was because it was cold when I finally got to eating it, but it tasted a little dry.

The first time I discovered Doughnut Plant, I gave it 5 stars because they were truly the most spectacular doughnuts I had ever tried. Every time we planned a trip to New York, our reaction was always the same: “Yes! We’re going to eat Doughnut Plant!” But this time was a big disappointment. We went three times, and all three times were a bad experience. We visited three different locations, at different times of day, and unfortunately, the result was always the same. They used to stand out for their flavor, texture, and variety — they were really special — but now they just feel like any other doughnut shop. The crème brûlée no longer has that crispy top that made it unique, the vanilla bean was completely melted, and even the Valrhona hot chocolate, which used to be rich and intense, has lost its depth. At the Grand Street location, the service was particularly poor — the staff looked upset, served with bad attitude, and seemed annoyed all the time. This didn’t happen in the other two locations, where at least the service was polite. It honestly makes us sad, because for years this was our favorite place. Whenever friends or family came to New York, we always told them they couldn’t leave without trying these doughnuts. But now, unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. We want this to be a constructive review, because we truly value what Doughnut Plant once was. Hopefully, this is just a rough patch, and they’ll soon go back to being the best doughnuts — like they used to be.

We had to get a doughnut in New York and walking past this, and seeing what was on offer here, we decided to pop in. They had a wonderful selection, and it was impossible to choose. In the end, the 3 we went for were amazing. The PB and J doughnut was light fluffy and flavourful. I could have easily eaten more.

Creme brulee donut exceeded my expectations. The burnt sugar added a nice crunch to the soft exterior. The custard was creamy, soft and delicious. The atmosphere was of a small coffee shop. Rock was being played. The cashier was kind & enjoying the playlist making the vibe more comforting.

So impressed by the quality of Doughnut plants sourdough donuts!! I always go for sourdough as someone who has a gluten sensitivity, and these are simply amazing (refer to the photos to see how airy these bad boys are). These will always be my go to for a good doughnut in the city. Also, the drinks we tried were amazing! Lots of vegan options. Definitely give it a try at Grand St or grand central!!

We had a wonderful breakfast at Lafayette Grand Café in New York. The atmosphere was stylish yet relaxed, and there was enough space to sit comfortably. The food and drinks were delicious – everything was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. While the prices are on the higher side, even for New York, the quality and overall experience made it absolutely worth it. A great spot to start the day in the city!

Had a very tasty munch outdoor the sugar snap peas were delicious. The Hamachi was very tasty with a touch of lemon that I added. The trout was very good. Maybe a little too many capers steak tartar was delicious. Service was good not great and the wines by the glass had a nice selection. This place is huge with also a bakery

The croissant is a truly unique experience . I highly recommend it! My favorite is the pistachio, but honestly, they’re all incredible. The place is cozy and charming. On weekends, you can’t sit inside to eat your croissant (there’s a standing area available), but during the week they have a reserved café area where you can sit and enjoy it peacefully. So if you can visit on a weekday, I’d definitely suggest doing that! The space is clean, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

I was really disappointed with the pistachio cream — it tasted cheap and wasn’t good at all. For a place like La Fayette, I expected better quality, especially with their prices and reputation. I was also surprised that the coffee was made completely by machine instead of using a manual spoon.

Lafayette Grand Cafe and Bakery is a beautiful café with a true Parisian atmosphere. As soon as I stepped in, I was surrounded with a historic lively environment. I especially loved the French croissants with a buttery and flaky crust. The famous Suprême croissant is an amazing, creamy dessert that is not overhyped. The only reason why Lafayette is rated 4 stars is because of the expensive items. Lafayette is a great spot to grab a quick pastry or to sit down for a meal.

I stopped in the café and bakery this past morning on my walk to grab a pastry and a hot chocolate. The butter croissant and the Cinna-Cruffin as well as the hot chocolate were very good. It's a nice atmosphere inside and out. The staff were very nice, I will definitely go back again!

Sat at the bar and had a great experience overall. The service stood out—our bartender was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of the entire night. The food was good and nicely executed. That said, with so many strong options in the West Village, I’ll probably explore some other spots before circling back. Still, worth visiting if you’re in the mood for a solid meal with excellent service.

L'Artusi has maintained its reputation for over a decade through sheer quality and consistency. The pasta honestly tastes better than all the pasta I had from a recent Italy trip. food here are just simple but amazingly delicious . well worth the effort to snag a reservation!

We really enjoyed our dinner tonight. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Started with the focaccia. Very good. Then the 2 pastas- both excellent. Loved the tagliatelle and the crab pasta. We shared the hangar steak with the best crispy potatoes! It came with the best onion dip sauce for the potatoes. So good!! Finished with the deconstructed cannoli.

The service at L'Artusi was truly top-notch. Our server was exceptionally nice and so knowledgeable, helping us select a fantastic bottle of wine in such a pleasant way. The food was just as good; the Wagyu carpaccio was divine. I can't wait to go back!

We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to help us do so. The plates while a bit on the smaller side were fantastic! We were seated upstairs which felt a bit more elevated as there were some parties going on. The tables were quite close to each other so you could easily hear your neighbours conversations but we didn’t mind as it didn’t get too loud! Looking forward to going back!

This restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience, distinguished by its outstanding cuisine, beverages, service, and atmosphere. Our server was remarkably courteous and provided excellent recommendations. The manager was very attentive and displayed exceptional hospitality. The burrata, roasted mushrooms, octopus, duck breast, and roasted chicken are highly recommended dishes. We eagerly anticipate returning.

Very nice staff. When my group had asked for some recommendations about what to get we got really good suggestions. Including the Sourdough Focaccia which was genuinely one of the best i’ve had the oil it came with to dip in was so addicting. Another star of the meal was the Duck that was genuinely such a good pairing with the rice it came with and sauce. Lastly, the one thing that I would 100% recommend is the Olive Oil Cake for dessert. I would honestly just go for the cake.

Trendy shop in lower Manhattan. Small store front but really good ice cream, especially on a hot day. The wait isn't long and the staff works quickly. They have a ton of options to pick, and everyone seemed to love their flavor. Not over priced considering how popular they are.

I've been here twice already. I love that they have fished shaped cones. I like the custard flavor better than their red bean flavor. I like the mango strawberry ice cream so I winded up getting it again. This time with my own options, instead of the one on the menu. I tried to get their limited time yuzu flavored ice cream, but the cashier said it was out since the week prior.

Cool little spot in Chinatown to get ice cream treats in one of those cute 'fish shaped cone '. They don't have too many flavors but I got the chocolate tayaki cone with some chocolate syrup on top and a cookie added on top too . Really tasty . Especially on a hot day . This is actually on Baxter street right off Canal . Not too far from Broadway. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Nice place to stop for ice cream if you are in Chinatown area.

Good Japanese style ice cream dessert. They were having a special pumpkin flavor for all I am assuming. I liked it, you can taste the pumpkin flavor.

We stopped by Taiyaki NYC before exploring the Bowery graffiti, and it was such a fun treat! We tried the chocolate soft-serve with the custard-filled fish-shaped cones, and they were absolutely delicious. The cones were warm and fluffy, perfectly paired with the creamy ice cream. Seating is limited, but it’s definitely worth the stop for a unique and tasty Japanese ice cream experience.

I have been to the city many times over the past few years. I finally made my way into this gem of a bakery. Between the cakes, muffins and pies there is something for your palate. I chose the carrot cake cupcake. It did not disappoint. There was a perfect balance of sweet and savory. There was a hint of ginger and it was moist but not wet as some carrot cakes/muffins can be. The cream cheese frosting was soooo good. I wish had also gotten the hostess cupcake. Yes that’s right like the ones from your childhood. Except these are made fresh and not processed. See photo. Thanks to the staff who were super nice and the ambiance is what I would expect of a fanciful bakery. My rating is 5 stars.

Such a cozy little cupcake spot in Nolita — it feels super homey, like everything was baked with love right in someone’s kitchen. The vegan cookies and cream cupcake was seriously delicious (moist, not overly sweet), and the red velvet was really good too. Definitely want to come back to try their popular chocolate cake next time. Only downside is that their website could use a little refreshing — it doesn’t quite match how cute and warm the shop feels in person.

Popped in to try some sweets. The S'mores bar was a 3.5/5 as it was a little dry. The Nutella Bar was a 4/5. The Apple Crumb Bar was a 5/5 and was by far my favorite. I'd come back just for that. The service was great as the staff members were super nice and professional and there was no wait.

Giving stars because the shop looks nice and the workers were decently understanding when I expressed my concerns about their brownies. The cupcakes and brownies are very overrated and too sweet. They look delicious but the taste doesn’t match up unfortunately. Everything is overpriced for a mid cupcake. The rice Krispie treats may be the best thing there though! Overall, I wouldn’t come back

The strawberry cake flavor is decent but the texture is dry and needs to be more moist. For $10 per cake slice, I expect a higher quality product. The Brooklyn Blackout cake is not good and has a weird after taste.

It's cute and cozy. Always go there when I crave a gluten free cupcake. They're the best I had in NYC. Their vegan chocolate cupcakes are amazing as well. I would imagine the non gluten free cake and cupcakes are as good if not better from all the happy sugared faces.

My daughters treated me to a delicious raspberry vegan bar 3 years ago. I loved it!!! They have since shipped the same bars to me out of state. Came into town to spend my birthday with them and upon my arrival… my favorite bar waiting for me. I was so excited until I had my first bite and immediately noticed the bar is simply not the same bar. The crust is now very cake-like and devoid of flavor. The ingredients that made this bar my go to dessert in NYC have definitely changed and not for the better. It’s as if the ingredient list has been pared down to the bare minimum and the taste and texture reflects this sad change. Unfortunately, I will not return to LCB while visiting NYC nor ask for a special shipment.

Very tempting butter aroma, the croissant was really good, with almond filling inside and a cookie-like crispy outside. Maybe the croissant was so good that the cinnamon roll looked ordinary. The store also sells sandwiches, lunch salads and soups, with a lot of choices. It is a bakery that has won many awards, I will come back to buy croissants and try other foods.

Signs announcing that this bakery has been awarded best baguette and best croissant are all over the walls of this bakery with good reason. Upon entering, you’re confronted with a really mesmerizing display of breads and pastries, and the bakers in-store are happy to discuss their products and help you make a selection. Because I am limited to the confines of my human organs, I could not eat everything and picked an almond croissant and a chocolate rugelach. The almond filling was delicious and smooth, and nothing was too sweet: completely perfect. I’m a little traditional with rugelach, and I think this felt a little more like a mini chocolate croissant to me, but it was delicious nonetheless! Will be returning.

Total waste of money. Insane you buy an almond croissant and you get neither of the distinctive traits that makes a pastry an almond croissant: the studded almond crust on top, and the almond filling inside. My crust had literally two tiny flakes of an almond. That’s it. 2 shavings. And absolutely nothing inside. Even as a basic croissant this sucked, it was flat and had no lift or air inside. Staff were nice but they can’t save this total disappointment of a pastry. Edit: In response to the reply, there was nothing inside. Zoom in on the pics and judge for yourself.

Thank you! Truly. Thanks for not making me late for work this morning. I saved $12 and got a healthy breakfast from my work fridge instead. Win-win. I usually stop by 2–6 times a week for the carb-loaded goodness. Lately, though, I’ve discovered a new perk here: the staff’s talent for such engaging conversations with each other that customers at the register become invisible. Watching 4–5 staff members ignore you on your way to work is… impressive. I leave with money still in my pocket and arrive at work on time. I’m starting to think this might be the best deal in town.

Went to the Union Square location- lives up to its reputation as a go-to spot for artisan breads and delectable sandwiches. We started with their sourdough bread to go, which is a standout. The slow-fermented organic sourdough had a perfect balance of tangy flavor and a chewy, airy crumb, encased in a golden crust. If you’re a sourdough enthusiast, this is a must-try. The olive and cheese breadsticks were another highlight. And we also got croissant and palmiers were superhit. They were a fantastic snack on their own. We sat and I ordered the egg salad sandwich. My wife ordered the roasted bell peppers sandwich with cream cheese on sourdough bread was the star of the meal. The roasted bell peppers were sweet and smoky, paired beautifully with the rich, tangy cream cheese. The sourdough bread provided a sturdy yet soft base that soaked up the flavors without falling apart. The combination was simple yet executed with such precision that every bite was a delight. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are on the higher side, as expected for an artisan bakery in NYC, but the quality justifies the cost.

Anyway. The food is just super mid. So so mid. The matcha lava cake is good. The cheesecake in a dirt pot is good. Everything else tasted like literally nothing and cost a months rent. I’m so sorry. It also always has a wait but you can join the guest list from afar (online) which is nice.

I WILL be coming back for the Golden Toast and Harvest dessert! I took a bite of both and went straight to heaven—I'm literally obsessed with them. I wasn't expecting the butter on the Golden Toast to be a brown butter, but I absolutely love it! The milk tea for the Harvest dessert added the perfect touch of flavor, giving the layers underneath more depth. I did have to wait in a line to be seated but it was honestly worth the wait!

The golden toast is literally one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth. I had to come back two days later and have it again. Excellent service. All the food we tried was amazing. It’s quiet but filled with natural light. The perfect spot for an afternoon treat!

Back to Spot Dessert Bar and I had a much better experience this time — I tried the most elegant black sesame dessert, alongside asian desserts that are both nutritious and delicious. This seasonal menu highlights asian winter ingredients known for their natural benefits, turning comfort food into something nourishing. I didn’t even feel sweetened out after trying them all. I also tried a Halloween Special which I hoped they could consider keeping it in the regular menu!! ＊Sesame Bloom $14.95 ** The presentation was so elegant that I could easily picture it served at a fine dining restaurant. This black sesame basque cheesecake came with condensed milk ice cream, berry compote and vanilla anglaise. Its deep black hue proved how rich and nutty it was. This was easily our favorite out of the three! ＊Chrysanthemum Snow $14.95 It’s rare to see a modern dessert with goji berries and snow mushrooms! The chrysanthemum frozen base was topped with snow mushroom, goji berries, golden pear, and yuzu honey jam. Light, floral, and full of nourishing ingredients. Definitely guilt-free and delicious. ＊Ube-rri $14.95 An ube mousse cake layered with chia panna cotta, blueberry compote, chiffon, and topped with a white chocolate shell. The tangy compote balanced out the creamy ube mousse. *** We got all three of these fall/winter specials for $38.15 (original $44.85). ＊Halloween Spooky Monkey Bread Made with warm coconut monkey bread, coconut ice cream and coconut flakes and drizzled with ube sauce. I was absolutely in love with the hot and cold contrast!!

Spot Dessert on St. Marks has been a neighborhood favorite for awhile. I love this place and stop by whenever I’m in the area. Two favorites are the Harvest and the Golden Toast. On this trip it was the Harvest, with its chiffon cake, strawberries whipped crream, and Oreo crumbs. It’s served with some milk tea, which you pour over it, and some raspberry sorbet. This is dessert heaven! The combo of flavors is delicious. One thing I like about that particular dish, is that it’s not too heavy. The quantity is perfect without weighing you down. Even though I have this dish most of the time, I can say that every dish I’ve had here has been great. I love their non-dairy ice cream options like their raspberry and mango, and of course the previously mentioned Golden Toast. The staff is fantastic, the atmosphere cool, and the prices are reasonable. Recommended!

My friend recommended this place because he noticed I needed a bit of stress eating and I’m so glad he did! He suggested I try the Matcha Lava Cake, and it was absolutely amazing. I also ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte, which quickly became my new favorite. I didn’t expect the combination of strawberry and matcha to taste so good it’s sweet, smooth, and surprisingly relaxing. The cozy atmosphere and beautiful plating made the experience even better. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to unwind, enjoy some stress-relieving desserts, and treat themselves to something truly delicious!

My friend and I decided to taste some Dessert at Spot Dessert in East Village. We Went with “Harvest” and absolutely loved it. The cheesecake is delicious. We also ordered Matcha Lava Cookie and some Cruffins which we enjoyed as well. Definitely visiting again to try their other best sellers.

Absolutely amazing food and a fun atmosphere! We actually have reservations at the time's square location but showed up at the wrong location and the staff was so accommodating and were able to get us seated within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this particular location, you will not be disappointed!!

I booked a table at the Serendipity 3 Upper East Side restaurant for dinner on my wife's actual 60th birthday this evening as we really enjoyed our last visit there 10 years ago for her 50th birthday. Although we arrived 20 minutes earlier than our 5:15pm slot that I'd booked online, we were shown to a table within a few minutes. There's very little space between tables in the very small & cramped restaurant, so don't expect any privacy as we could clearly hear and follow the conversations of the diners on both the tables either side of us. Our super friendly server Randy asked if we were at the restaurant for any special occasion and my wife told him it was her 60th birthday without realising I'd already put all this in the 'what's the occassion?' section of their online booking form. He also asked if we had any allergies, which again I had already said we had none in the 'Any allergies or restrictions?' section of their online booking form. So clearly the servers don't see or don't bother to read the information provided online by their customers, rendering it a complete waste of our time!!! The birthday girl had the American cheeseburger with fries, which was OK. I had the Grandma Holt's fried chicken sandwich with a pot of tea. The fried chicken was a bit dry, the bun was a bit stale and I found the fries to be a bit too salty. My wife was really looking forward to the superb peanut butter cheesecake dessert we enjoyed sooo much on our last visit. However, it was no longer on the menu so she had to settle for the Ultimate Creme Cheesecake, which came with side servings of hot fudge & strawberry sauce. Our fabulous server Randy put a candle on the top of my wife's cheesecake, lit it and encouraged everyone in the restaurant to sing happy birthday, which made her feel special. Whilst we were dining in the restaurant there were 4 other people celebrating their birthdays as well. There's a photographer at the restaurant now, who went around every table taking photographs of customers and returning later trying to sell commemorative prints, which I found a bit tacky and touristy - not something I'd expect at a high end restaurant. The decor in the restaurant looked very tired and we certainly didn't enjoy our meal there this time, compared to our exceptional experience 10 years ago. I feel sadly it's more of a tourist trap now, feeding off the embers of its former glory days, which have long gone. We didn't have any alcoholic drinks with our meal and I left feeling the $100 we spent there could have been better spent in one of the hundreds of exceprional restaurants in NYC for the special occasion of my wife's 60th birthday.

The place was cute but small. Its more for children is seems. Food was just average. Like any fast food place. We went to just experience the place. The ice cream floats were amazing and the frozen hot chocolate was yum. Price was good as well.

Extremely fun for a Nightcap. Helps when you love the movie that featured it....but it was just an overall fun experience that c takes an adult back to childhood. The sliders, fries, and frozen hot chocolate were all wonderful.

Then throw in the over -the-top desserts and it’s hard not to have a good time here. And such a friendly staff! We discovered a fantastic breakfast spot that totally hit the mark for us! The vanilla cappuccino was simply amazing—it really set the tone for the meal. We also tried their breakfast sandwich, which had egg, bacon, roasted tomatoes, and grilled chicken, and it did not disappoint. The vibe of the place was great, the service was top-notch, and everything we ordered was just perfect. I'm giving this place a solid 5 stars and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast!

I think the setup of the Togo order line versus dine in was a bit confusing upon arrival. One of the workers had to clarify. The freshly baked goods in the window are not included on the dining in menu. Great ambience with a store connected through the backend. Bathroom was very clean and nice. Great pastries, I will definitely go again :)

I especially loved the ratatouille served in the pan with toasted bread—it was full of flavor and so comforting. Absolutely loved my visit to Maman! I tried the iced latte, the pistachio chocolate croissant and the mango and passion fruit bun, and they were exceptional. The latte was smooth and perfectly balanced, not too bitter, not too sweet, and the croissant was flaky, rich, and packed with flavor. The pistachio and chocolate combo was a total win. The ambiance is cozy and charming, with beautiful French café vibes that make you want to stay a while. Can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu!

Their coffee, pastries, and sandwiches always hit the spot. Pro tip: don’t plan to bring your laptop here. I showed up ready to get some work done only to realize they’re proudly a no-WiFi, no-laptop zone. At first I was caught off guard, but it does fit the vibe, this is a place for slowing down, chatting, or just soaking in the atmosphere. Overall, it feels like stepping into a Parisian countryside kitchen magically tucked into the middle of NYC. Always a treat and always worth a stop.

Chikalicious dessert bar remains my ultimate go-to for desserts! While I find it a tad pricey and stick to ordering the same dish every visit (fromage blanc), I still thoroughly enjoy the experience. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the desserts are both beautiful and delicious. It's the perfect spot to hang out with a few friends. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when they secretly took a picture of my friends and me, and printed it on a freshly baked cookie. Adorable touch!

An extremely pleasant dessert omakase experience! Ordered the new product tiramisu mochi and was immediately impressed! The texture was cloud-like, yielded to your teeth easily. The coffee flavor and the creamy flavor blended so well together. I would recommend order one for each because you will hate to share! The oui quenelle set was thoughtfully designed. It started out with light, refreshing fruity flavors, then rich and buttery chocolate ones. You get diverse textures too: crispy, crumbly, crunchy, jiggly, fluffy… The presentation was beautiful. It truly pleased your eyes, nose and mouth at the same time.

It was my second time enjoying Chikalicious dessert. The dessert design is highly aesthetic, and it still tastes fantastic. Chikalicious provides three courses for each person at an attractive and reasonable price. Generally, the entire experience is lovely, and this spot suits couple dating or friend meetings. The first course is a sorbet on a dairy pudding; the flavor varies from season to season. You can choose your main course with over five options, and the typical one is the Japanese cheesecake, which is very light and fluffy. The last course has three cute one-bite refreshments in different flavors and textures. I highly recommend enjoying the main and final courses with tea or a champion. Sitting in the bar area is much more enjoyable than a table. You can either chat with friends or watch the chef preparing your dessert. The bar can seat up to 10 people, and two tables are available. So an appointment in advance is highly recommended! Otherwise, you may miss peak dining hours if you want to walk in.

Absolutely amazing stuff! Go to this cafe if you want to experience desserts done to the highest level and quality, small portions but really great mix of flavours! I tried their tasting menu and some takeaway orders and everything is so interesting and new! My personal highlight from my NY visit. Don't go there if you want to just eat dessert or you expect a filling one, it's an experience meant to make you try a new thing.

Chika and her team provides an imaginative three course dessert tasting experience on Thursdays thru Sunday. For cake nights, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, that's all they serve. I was such a fan from my tasting that I returned for the cake. Both experiences were over the top delicious. Wedgewood China and other beautiful bone China plates, tea cups and saucers complete the dining experience. Not only are the desserts scrumptious, the use of fresh cream, seasonal fruit, and creative ingredient combinations wakes your taste buds. Who would've thought, coconut sorbet with avocado and mango would work so well together! Highly recommend multiple visits to try everything and making a reservation for both a seat and desserts you want to try is suggested. Once the item is sold out, that's it for the day.

Came for brunch. The juice was super fresh and made the carafe of mimosas super enjoyable. The food was not as great. It was not horrible enough to send back, but it just missed the mark. The Margherita pizza tasted like store bought frozen pizza, the steak frites came over cooked and the potatoes burned. And the French toast Benedict sounded good in theory, but lacked some much needed texture other than soft. The service was fast and polite.

I went to this restaurant for my mother’s birthday dinner, and we had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were perfectly made, and the service was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and welcoming — they really made me and my family feel right at home and made my mom’s birthday extra special. It’s rare to find a place that combines great food, excellent drinks, and such genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Tried out Antony David’s in Hoboken and had a mixed but overall good experience. The spring squash tortellini was light and fresh, though the flavor felt a bit underwhelming for me personally. The lychee martini was spot on refreshing and smooth, definitely a highlight. For starters, we had the hummus plate and the whipped ricotta. The hummus was okay, but the whipped ricotta stood out, it was thick, creamy, slightly sweet with a hint of honey. Highly recommend that one. Desserts were the real winners here. The brownie with pistachio gelato was rich and comforting, definitely a must-try. But the star for me was the espresso panna cotta. Super flavorful, and the coffee hit instantly with a bold, robust finish. Probably the best thing I had that night. Good spot for drinks and dessert for sure. I’d come back just for the panna cotta and cocktails.

I had the steak with potatoes and it was absolutely perfect—juicy, tender, and cooked exactly how I asked. The potatoes were the ideal side, buttery with just the right crispness. To top it off, I tried the lychee martini, and it was such a refreshing surprise—smooth, lightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. A great pairing to round out a delicious meal. Highly recommend!

My partner and I, along with our dog, had a 5:15 PM Sunday reservation and were promptly seated at one of the many available outdoor tables. The restaurant is nestled in a tranquil, residential corner of Hoboken, making for a peaceful and pleasant people-watching experience without the disturbance of heavy traffic. The service was a definite highlight. Our waitress was gracious and attentive throughout the meal. We were particularly touched when they brought out a disposable foil bowl of water for our dog—a small but significant gesture of hospitality that we greatly appreciated. The wine list was somewhat limited for our taste, but we were very pleased with the option of a reasonable $25 corkage fee, which allowed us to enjoy a special bottle we brought from home. Our meal began on a high note with the appetizers. Both the Heirloom Baby Beets and the House Whipped Ricotta were excellent, showcasing fresh ingredients and balanced flavors that set a promising stage for the main courses. However, the entrees presented a more mixed experience. The Eggplant Bolognese featured bucatini cooked to a perfect al dente, but unfortunately, the sauce seemed to sit on the surface of the pasta rather than being fully infused, leaving the dish wanting for a deeper marriage of flavors. The Crispy Rohan Duck Breast was a similar story of near-perfection. The flavor combination was lovely, with a house-made, reduced cherry demi complementing the rich duck beautifully. The letdown, however, was in the execution of the skin; despite the "crispy" descriptor on the menu, it was not rendered so. In conclusion, Anthony David's offers a truly wonderful atmosphere and top-notch service that make for a delightful evening. While the appetizers were flawless, the entrees, though conceptually sound, had minor flaws in execution that kept them from reaching the same heights. Would I return? I'm undecided. The service and ambiance are strong pulls, but the food gives me pause. I would certainly consider coming back to explore more of their excellent appetizers over a glass of wine, but I'd need to deliberate before committing to another full dinner.

The patio setup at Anthony David’s is beautiful and inviting! Fantastic food, creative cocktails, and excellent service. Loved the Friday night vibes with a live guitarist! I love live music and being outdoors, perfect evening out. I come here at least once a week and it’s truly my favorite place in the neighborhood.

You will usually find a line in summer evenings. They have good variety of flavors, however the fruity flavors don’t really come across as natural in taste (probably artificial flavors are added). Couldn’t see any info about what ingredients are used in their ice cream. Some servers seem to be giving out generous amount in one scoop while others may give you a smaller size scoop. Overall the ice creams taste decent. Around $8.50 for a large cup with 3 small scoops in it.

Torico Ice Cream is absolutely worth the hype! Even on a weekday night around 9 PM, there was a long line out the door—and after trying the ice cream, we totally understood why.We had Chocolate Marshmallow, Lychee, and Pound Cake—each one was delicious and unique. Despite the crowd, the service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was cheerful, and you could feel the local love for this place. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Jersey City and craving quality, creative ice cream.

I had an amazing time. I went there Monday night at 7 PM. There are so many cool flavors to choose from so it took me a while to decide but I choose a hot fudge brownie sundae. It is a brownie on the bottom, 2 scoops of ice cream, whip cream, fudge sauce, and marischo cherry. I had pinapple ice cream(a summer flavor) and vanilla peanut butter. It was amazing. The ice cream was rich, creamy and fresh! The customer service is fast. Even though it was busy, it moved quickly and I got my order in less than 5 minutes from ordering.

Torico is hands-down the GOAT of ice cream shops — family-owned, full of heart, and an absolute gem in downtown Jersey City. The flavors are consistently top-tier, with Butter Pecan and Praline Cream leading the charge. Pro tip: add a little Chocolate to the mix and you’ve officially hit the jackpot. Their homemade cones are next-level — crisp, buttery, and the perfect companion to any scoop. The service is always friendly and fast, and the shop itself just feels good to be in. Clean, welcoming, and full of flavor (literally and figuratively). Can’t recommend it enough. If you’re in JC and craving something sweet, Torico is it.

There is a reason why this ice-cream place is so well rated. The ice-cream is incredibly smooth and delicious. Even the fruity flavors are delicious! I have tried the blackberry, papaya, lychee, dark chocolate and so many more I cant remember. Beware tho, you'll keep want to coming back for more !!

Prices have raised again. $5 for a small scoop of ice cream. Service wise, they unfortunately train their employees to be curt and sour in telling you with the deadpan expression that sampling is limited to three. Employee brought it abruptly in my face I could only sample 3 flavors. It's been a year or two since I've last been, and I've sampled more than 3 flavors on several occasions. Despite flavors staying consistent, they don't need my continuing patronage.

I absolutely fell in love with their ice cream. I ate their strawberry and butter scotch, and the strawberry was one of the best strawberry ice creams I’ve ever eaten! butter scotch was also delicious!! It’s not overly sweet and i feel their flavors are very true to what they represent.

Definitely the best steakhouse in Hoboken. I would recommend the 24Oz Sirloin (at $68) x 2 vs. the 32 Oz Porterhouse for two (at $118) - better value for money - just ask for it to be cut and served hot. The Canadian bacon is great too though they serve it with coleslaw on top which makes NO sense. Not much of a beer selection but they serve it in a chilled glass which works.

Just LOVE this place. I've been going here since I was a child and everything was amplified when I chose to have my reception party here in early October. The staff were beyond excellent, the food was scrumptious, the set up was perfect even with a DJ + photobooth + live artist. Everything was taken care of and truly the experience soared beyond our expectations. Loud and old fashioned with arguably the best porterhouse in the area, even topping Manhattan. Excellent side dishes and delicious pork chops. Best of the Frankie & Johnnie’s when it had that name a long time ago.

When we came here it was pretty packed but we had a Reservation and managed to get a seat tucked away on the side of the place. Was kind of disappointed as I made the reservation for a birthday dinner and made then away. I was also looking to watch the live jazz band as I mentioned with my reservation as that was part of the birthday plan but was sat in the back. For food we got the salmon dish and a steak. For starters we got the Applewood bacon. The bacon had a little more fat then we wanted but decent flavor. The salmon cane with a side of avocado and tomato had decent flavor. The steak topped with mushrooms wasn't that good. Was looking for a bit more flavor. For dessert options the cheesecake tasted like store or frozen the other dessert option forget the name was like a pudding in the cup overall desserts didn't meet our expectations. Service also lacked as the server wasn't very attentive. I'd be willing to give the place another try just was disappointing for bday plans.

Food was really good! i recommend the thick cut bacon🤤! and the chicken was super tender and juicy. I LOVED THE POTATOES. I wish the atmosphere was more modern but i get the concept. The pianist was also a good touch !

The food was actually really good - especially the pizza. However, the service was quite disappointing. When we walked in, the staff just stared without saying anything. Also, when we asked for the check, they started clearing the table. While wiping it down, they PUSHED TRASH TOWARD ME — ESPECIALLY ONTO MY SKIRT — and some of it EVEN FELL ON ME. Still, NO APOLOGY. Good food, but the service REALLY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

Most importantly: I AM CELIAC. I can’t have gluten because I’m currently undergoing treatment. I ordered a gluten-free pasta, but when I was almost done eating, I started having a reaction—my neck and arms began to itch. I flagged down another waitress (since ours wasn’t paying much attention to us), and she went to double-check with him. When she asked him, he looked surprised, checked the order tab, spoke to the manager/owner, and then came back to tell me HE WASN’T SURE if it was gluten-free—because sometimes he asks the kitchen, and they don’t do it. He took my plate away and said I could have the chicken that was already on my plate, and even offered me a gluten-free pizza “on him.” But by then, I had lost my appetite and declined. On top of that, my friends and I waited an hour for our drinks—mine was just a simple sparkling water. We ended up ordering dessert first because the main course was taking so long and we were all starving. No manager came over to apologize or even acknowledge what had happened. To make matters worse, after this whole terrible experience, they acted like they were doing me a favor by “not charging” for my pasta, but still charged $10 for two tiny chicken breasts. (Meanwhile, my friend ordered the same dish and got four large pieces—clearly, there’s no consistency in portion sizes.) We all had dessert, and they told us, “We’re not charging for the dessert, but please don’t tell anyone.” So many other things went wrong, but I’ll leave it to my friends to share their sides—otherwise, I could write an entire essay about how bad this was.

Food was really good but the service leaves a lot to be the desired. The hostess somewhat escorted us to our table but put the menus down and walked off without saying a word so I had to guess what our table was. Second, had to flag down waiter most of the times to order something. Third, while seated the waitress was talking loudly behind me to a friend on the outside of the restaurant like I wasn't even there. This place is a one and done kind of place.

This place is amazing — the view is stunning and the pizzas were absolutely delicious. With the right wine pairing, it was a perfect experience. Friendly staff!! Definitely a spot I’ll return to and highly recommend!

I stopped in for a beer while waiting for my friends to come in from North Jersey. I was greeted at the bar by Stefany who rules the bar with grace and professionalism and keeps a close eye on the needs of all customers. Lorenzo dances like an expert meistro around the brick oven turning out all sorts of baked delicacies. Serving the tables with a beautiful smile was Nina from Montenegro. I was honnetly a bit let down by Levains. I just felt the cookies were not balanced in flavor and not a texture I enjoy. The magnolia was doughy, not goey, and didnt have much of a savory note and the oatmeal was the same but even drier and didnt have much oatmeal in it.

I got one chocolate chip walnut cookie and one s’mores cookie. Both were really good, and seemed like they were baked recently. I also got a cold brew coffee which was very acidic. This made it hard to drink, I ended up throwing it out.

This is a clean, spacious and welcoming bakery, which boasts terrific products. Despite its elegance, it simultaneously offers a down-to-earth feel. My friend and I dropped by there a couple of months ago, in the AM hours...it was about 9 AM on a Sunday. And I'm sorry that I didn't get the name of the young lady at the front who served us, as she was very sweet and professional. Yet with that said, the main takeaway here is not actually their ambiance, vibes or even lovely staff members. The main takeaway, Cookie Monster, is their SWEETS!! LOL They make and sell absolutely wonderful, and I mean *wonderful* cookies. : ) Sure, they are pricey, but treats like this should not come cheap. Because, from my limited lived experience (yet speaking as someone with a true "sweet tooth"), they're the best in town. These decadent cookies melt in your mouth. And, from what I can taste, no amount of butter is spared in making them. They are 100% goodness, with goodness being an understatement! Delicious cookies! Big, soft and full of flavor. Prices are great and the place is very pretty. I ordered four cookies, three dark chocolate chip cookies and one adding peanut butter. They were awesome, my family and me loved them! The location is really good, and the staff was nice. They have a variety of options to choose. A must go! Keep it up. ☺️

Overall rating: 4.7 My oh my, my friends wanted to try this place being in New Jersey. Through some research I realized it was a very popular place, especially their bread pudding for lunch. I came around 12 so I didn’t really want breakfast food by the time I was ready to eat. I ordered the mussels and while they were good, I was expecting the sauce to be delicious. The green sauce was a lot thinner & tasted very healthy. Not sure why I thought it would taste more like the typical sauce. It was just okay. I also ordered the infamous bread pudding with my friends who agreed reluctantly and wow 3 people was too little. You need at least 4 people to eat that! I took a good amount to go & it filled my dessert for the whole week! It was a really nice setting but the waitress was so friendly! She was selling every piece and wasn’t pushing either. We went around 1 so I think the brunch rush was coming to an end. Everyone was so friendly and I’d definitely go again if I’m in the area. Recommend trying something else that I didn’t order.

This is so good. I saw quite a hype of this place on a tiktok and waited a while to go but I genuinely believe Antique lives up to the hype ESPECIALLY with the bread pudding. I think it was the best dessert I’ve ever had. it’s massive and the 4 of us couldn’t even finish it which i’ve never had an issue with before. Really worth checking out! Great cozy vibe and good staff.

Atmosphere is nice! But the food is just above average! Steak was over cooked although ordered medium rare. The server was no where to be found for 10 min so we just started eating! The muscles are great, but portions are small. Pasta is really good only thing i would give a 5 star Bread budding is good! The caramel and the oven bake flavor is what is making it good! It was a good experience! But it isnt worth coming back for this price. Drinks are great thou!

“Local neighborhood spot with elevated cuisine and service” would be the perfect short blurb for this restaurant. It’s both a special occasion spot and a regular everyday spot at the exact same time. Great entrees and apps and drinks for a lunch a brunch or a dinner. It can be tough to snag a table but the wait or repeated effort is worth it. The pastas the proteins and the veg are all equally worth ordering. The inventive spins on classics like elote and lasagna are delicious and crave worthy demanding a conversation about their deliciousness and an immediate desire to make the next reservation so that you can enjoy them again. The desserts are equally good and the warm skillet cookie is every bit as good as the bread pudding which already has legions of fans. Easily recommend over and over again.

Our waiter was attentive and informative about the food and had good recommendations. The food was good. The short rib was tasty. Burgers were good, and the rigatoni had a nice flavor. The bread pudding was big but very good. The place is nostalgic.

Saw this on social media and had to try it. Came on a Thursday evening for my bday treat wish and it was crowded with a long line out the door. Easy to get here by train. They had a good enough selection and can see someone in the kitchen making cookies. It’s a nice store and had some merch to purchase. Gosh, so glad we made it to try these delicious cookies while in NY! I loved them all. I forgot to take pics of everything as everyone at them right away but they were fat cookies and moist with lots of chocolate and ingredients. The Muffin was a small size I am used to seeing. Blueberry muffin Two Chocolate Chip Caramel Coconut Chocolate Chip Double Chocolate Chip (My favorite!!!) Prices are a little expensive but so worth it. This is a must try while in NY Manhattan.

The NoHo Levain Bakery should come with a warning sign: “May cause cookie addiction and spontaneous joy.” I casually strolled in for a quick snack and left questioning every life decision that didn’t involve these cookies. The chocolate chip walnut? A warm, chunky masterpiece. The dark chocolate peanut butter chip? Basically therapy in baked form. Staff was super chill, the vibe was cozy, and I may or may not have eaten half my haul before even leaving the block. If happiness had a street address, it would be this Levain.

If you're looking for a cookie spot in NYC, then you have (without a doubt) heard of this spot. They have a variety of baked good here, but are most known for their chocolate chip walnut cookie. I wanted to try their summer collaboration with Cafe Panna before the summer ended, so I headed here recently. The cookie was honestly pretty solid. If you are a fan of thicker cookies, then you would definitely love these. The outside is hard, but the center is so soft and the chocolate chips are still gooey. Definitely very rich and heavy. Would love to come back to try some of their other cookies.

Levain Bakery is a famous spot for a reason — the cookies are massive and packed with flavor. We tried the classic and a dark chocolate one, and both were very sweet, almost overwhelmingly so, but still incredibly tasty. It’s hard to stop eating once you start, even though the sweetness can be a bit much. Definitely worth trying at least once while in NYC, especially if you’ve got a sweet tooth. A memorable bakery experience that lives up to its reputation.

I’ve been making a copycat, Leviain bakery chocolate chip cookie for about three years now. It is my favorite chocolate chip cookie. We had to stop here and see how close are copycat was to the real deal. We aren’t close. I thought the Tiffany store and the plaza hotel smelled good. This place was on a whole different level. We got the chocolate peanut butter the chocolate chip the rocky Road and the caramel coconut chocolate chip. All of them were great. My favorite was the Rocky Road. The service was awesome. They were super friendly and helpful. The store is super clean. We are excited to come back on our next trip.

Ordered three - two were delicious, one (white chocolate and macadamia) was mind blowing. Recommended here by an NYC friend and wasn’t disappointed. Cookies were warm and melt in your mouth. Absolutely fabulous - go here without hesitation.

I went to Mason Pickle on the Upper West Side with a friend, and we thought we’d try a little bit of everything—which, in hindsight, may have been a mistake! Their portion sizes are insane. Honestly, just one mac & cheese could’ve easily fed two people. We ended up ordering the pull-apart bread, egg & cheese sandwich, mac & cheese, and French toast… and could barely get through a few bites of each. Everything was rich, buttery, and very delicious. Not exactly light, but definitely satisfying. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the egg & cheese sandwich. It was way too greasy for my taste. Just a heads-up: if you’re hoping for a quiet brunch and easy conversation, it gets really loud. But if you’re in it for the food, you’ll leave happy.

We were in town attending the Ryder Cup and was recommended Maison Pickle by someone. We were able to grab a reservation easily for that same night. Once we got there the place was so cute. We ended up sitting in a small upstairs balcony area over looking the main restaurant. Our waitress was great, food was great and vibes were even better! They had a great music playlist going Sunday night and we sang about every song. 3 of us had the steak frites and another had a French dip. All delicious and the garlic pull apart bread was a great starter! Finished our meal off with the 24 layer chocolate cake! Can’t recommend this restaurant enough and we were so happy to find it ourselves! We will definitely be back on our next trip to NYC.

I’ve come here multiple times and can confidently say the food does not disappoint. Easily one of my favorite restaurants in the area, plus the portion sizes are huge! I can typically turn one entrée into 2-3 total meals, especially if I share a starter first. Sleeper hit: the d’olived eggs.

So we came here hunting for chocolate layer cake but they were out. Probably for the best as we had stuffed our faces with the amazing garlic and parmesan pull apart bread and some deviled eggs. We got French dip sandwiches and the French gruyere frites with bacon. The food was really top notch!

Came for dinner and had an absolutely fantastic time! The garlic and parm pull apart bread was insane - shocked how delicious yet airy they were. Tabitha took care of us and was extremely attentive and made our night! She let us know we could split our French onion soup and helped with recos on what to get — like the Oreo ice box cake which was not too sweet.

What a great brunch place! The food was great, fresh and tasty! The French toast was sinful! The place was packed at 1:30 on a Saturday (so it was a bit noisey) but died down a bit around 3:30pm. The wait wasn't long and The food came out quick. I had an feta and spinach omelette and my friend had the patty melt and next to me someone had French toast which looked like it had the works on it! Portions were large! Service was fantastic! I'll be back.

Overall Maison Pickle was good. Solid, tasty food and good bang for your buck but nothing extraordinary. French toast was a bit dry and one of the pieces of fried chicken was super chewy. The omelet was tasty! And the pull apart pumpkin bread was yummy!

Delicious desserts for all hours of the day. I had the Milk Bar pie and Sundae combo deal. They were both good. The vanilla soft serve ice cream is a cereal milk tasting flavor which my husband did not like. He thought it was good but his flavor of choice. The pie was very rich maybe too rich for me. Eating it together was delicious though. Prices were good. Selection was good. Seating available was good. It’s a nice place to sit and satisfy your sweet tooth for sure.

Had this place recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! We ordered the lemon meringue pie and cereal milk soft serve, and it definitely satisfied our sweet tooth. The girl taking our order was also super sweet. Would definitely visit again if I’m ever in NYC again!

This place has definitely gone way downhill. The employees don’t care, the music is too loud and this is what a “Pie and Soft Serve” looks like. Everyone understands that when someone orders pie and ice cream, the ice cream should be on top of the pie. And also the pie should be warm. Here instead you get this and the pie is refrigerated solid out of a box. Very dissatisfying

Honestly? Average. Just average. I came here expecting a fun, creative dessert stop something sweet to wrap up the night, but everything just kind of fell flat. The snacks looked cute, sure, but the flavors were uninspired. Our drinks were lukewarm, the sugar hit too strong, and it all felt like the staff was more eager to close up than serve something memorable. Quick notes for fellow dessert hunters: Service: Polite and minimal, just enough to take the order and move things along. Food: Ok. It's ok. Atmosphere: Clean enough, but the energy was as tired as the drinks. Nothing terrible, but nothing special either. Out of everywhere I visited in NYC, this was the most forgettable stop, which is saying something in a city full of flavor.

Really beautiful and vintage old 50s diner. Living for it! Staff really kind. Looks clean. Taste not as hyped for, and kinda expensive. But still a good place to hangout for a little bit and get a coffee.

My wife, daughter, and I stopped by and had a wonderful experience. Jasmine was the best! She was so helpful and friendly, we loved her! She hooked us up with stickers and this cool bag! Did I mention the ice cream is so delicious?!? I highly recommend going here.

I love this place!!! Jamika is amazing and she made my day with the Milk Bar pie slice. ADDICTIVE!!! I ordered one and doubled back for another 10 minutes later. The service was impeccable and I want to give Jamika her hospitality flowers. Her cheerfulness is infectious and she’s glad to answer questions. Thanks Milk Bar!!!

The line was definitely cray, but the ice cream was absolutely delicious and I instantly forgot about the wait upon my first spoonful! We tried the oolong white peach, the Hennessy flavor, the bourbon flavor, and two other flavors and everyone one of us immediately has a smile of delight after trying them. And the scoop sizes were actually pretty big (I'm glad I only got a single). Definitely a great stop for dessert!

Be prepared to wait in line to order and then wait some more to get your ice cream. Best to come here on a weekday. Came here on separate occasions and tried their lavender latte (not pictured), Vietnamese coffee (not pictured), raw milk, durian banana, burnt honey vanilla, and vanilla passion fruit. My favorite of the six was the burnt honey vanilla. Overall good flavors and really crispy waffle cone but would not wait in line for more than 20-30min to order, the ice cream is solid but at some point your time is more valuable Update: came back during an off peak time and tried the pineapple salted egg yolk, this has to be my favorite flavor. The bottom is strawberry yuzu.

Good ice cream, tried two flavours: hibiscus strawberry and pineapple egg yolk. They were good… but not that good. Pineapple one was too sweet, I got a bit sick of it at the end. Hibiscus strawberry was a bit artificial / icey. No samples, one flavour per scoop. Slow service and long line. Maybe we missed the mark on ordering the right flavors, but it was a sup-par scoop for me.

I would not call this New York City's best artisanal ice cream, but it is pretty good. Especially if you don't mind long lines, employees that don't seem to enjoy their work and probably the highest prices in the city. Note: They offer several types of vanilla, but refuse to provide samples for those of us unfamiliar with the complete product line.

Only one flavour in a small is so cruel. And I have no respect for such behaviours. However… this ice cream slaps. It’s so good. The pineapple salted egg yolk is unreal. Top 5 ice creams I’ve had. The vegan coconut purple rice is really good. I love the fun flavours. So like ya… it’s really good. Earns its pretentious vibes I guess. And the scoops are perfectly round. Like perfect. The menu is long, overwhelming, and confusing. They group by dominant flavour (ie which fruit is in it), and there’s like a million flavours. Be ready to order when you get to the front of the line. There’s always a line. It moves pretty fast.

The chill hits early—proud signage boasts a “no samples” policy, which is almost as unwelcoming as their rigid “no substitutions” rule. For $14, this sundae was more snowflake than snowstorm—small, underwhelming, and overpriced. Craving a shake? Don’t bother. Most of the machines were frozen in disrepair—three completely out of order, and another clearly limping toward a breakdown. Even the bathroom had thrown in the towel, out of service and as inaccessible as customer flexibility. One has to wonder: how do you serve the public in summer heat without a working restroom? Maybe all those “sample savings” should go toward defrosting basic operations. With warmer, friendlier dessert spots just steps away, this one’s an easy cold shoulder.

Easily one of the best traditional ice cream shops in Manhattan. But they also have the non traditional flavors. For those experimental, I highly recommend the salted egg pineapple (it’s giving Asian mooncake vibes) or the durian (mind blown).

My daughter's bridal shower went off without a hitch! Using Two Crepes took so much of the work off my shoulders. Staff was amazing and the Crepes were delicious 😋 The barista cart also a huge hit!! Would do it again in a heartbeat

For my graduation party I was looking for something in lieu of a cake that I felt more people would enjoy. After extensive research, I was thrilled to find Two Crepes because they offered carts that served crepes and bubble tea, two of my favorite treats. It was a seamless and wonderful experience having Two Crepes at my event. The process to book both a crepe and bubble tea cart was simple. Julian and crew arrived early to set up and were ready to serve my guests on time. The crepes and bubble tea were a fun surprise for and a great hit with my guests! And while I worried that I had not tasted their crepes and bubble tea before booking them, other reviews gave me high hopes and Two Crepes did not disappoint!! The crepes were perfectly made and every filling was delicious. The bubble tea was also super tasty and made well - especially the taro! Many guests returned for seconds and to try the other available flavors of both crepes and bubble tea. Everyone loved that the crepes and bubble tea were made to order, and the crepes in particular filled the room with an irresistable sweet scent. Julian and his staff were overall wonderful to work with and very personable and kind to guests. I would absolutely book them again and look forward to trying their other cart offerings for my future events. Thank you Two Crepes for making my event extra special!!!

Two Crepes provided exceptional service to our staff. The setup was quick, and the menu had lots of variety. The Banana Montana and Good Morning were so delicious! Our staff loved the ability to pair their crepe with a coffee.

The room was really nice aside from the sticking bathroom pocket door that was miserable to shut. The room cleaning service was never on schedule and caused us a lot of wasted time and frustration. The location is perfect. I have no complaints there, but don't be fooled by the advertising of the outdoor pool area. I tried for a solid week to use it with no success, and when I complained they did nothing about it. Apparently it's not actually part of the hotel. It's part of the gym in the same building. It is constantly filled to the max with gym members. I was told on multiple occasions that I couldn't even get on the wait list for a chair. If this is how they run it then they should not be advertising the pool as a hotel amenity. It's faults advertising. Overall I had a great room in an amazing area with fabulous doormen and restaurant staff, but disappointments with the pool and cleaning times, and I paid huge for it. I would stay in this area again, just not at this hotel.

Rooms are nice; however, the service and professionalism of the staff is greatly lacking. Staff rarely greet you or offer any sort of assistance. In particular, the front desk manager spoke in a condescending tone and was extremely unhelpful. The housekeepers repeatedly knocked on the door and attempted entry despite the privacy sign displayed. While there were a few exceptions with nice staff members, the majority need proper training on professionalism. The sleep lab room was a cool concept but for the price of $2000 USD per night it’s not worth it. The only difference was a cooled/heated mattress and a $50-100 worth of sleep supplements. For the price, you can find a much better hotel for less. The gym was as you would expect from an Equinox; however, every time I went it was packed and difficult to get a workout in due to how many people were waiting for machines. Save yourself some money and stay at a better hotel.

Sometimes, you just wish there was a four and a half star review that you could use. Honestly, everything here was great. Location is ideal not really walkable to Times Square put Subway is right there. The hotel is nicely appointed, and it does include the use of the Equinox gem downstairs. Staff was all very accommodating and had no issues at all during this day. Truly, the only complaint would have to be the price. The reality is that we have stayed at just as nice of a hotel in many other parts of the world, including New York, for less than half the price. We paid $1400 for a one night stay, but there's no reason that you can not get this level of service, room, and location for under 600 a night.

Only stayed here for one night on a quick trip, but can't wait to return. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. (Don't miss a lovely walk on the high line just steps away) The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room (28th floor) was very comfortable, and the views are insane. We chose this hotel because we wanted access to a nice gym, and of course this place checks that box. I was a bit skeptical because we don't usually consider hotels and restaurants that have lower than a 4.5 rating on Google, but we booked this for the gym. Not sure why this hotel doesn't have better ratings. Our experience was fantastic. Will return!

The hotel is beautiful! The view of the city is very nice and accommodating especially for tourists there a mall nearby. The service at the restaurant was horrible! They were not trained to luxury care and so blatantly RUDE. Confusion with the ho our water was as 3 people came to assist. 1 person Took the order without writing it down forgot items another person took down out drink order. , we waited over 30 minutes for a small side. No apologies provided. Very unorganized

My stay at the Equinox Hotel was amazing. The service, atmosphere, and staff were all exceptional. If you want to visit the gym, go early as it can get crowded in the evening. I can highly recommend this hotel.

While the location and gym are nice, ultimately this hotel falls short in its ultimate purpose: a place to sleep away from home. Beds are hard, rooms do not cool, and as a result, sleep is elusive. Stay elsewhere and visit with a member if you know one

Tasty ice cream in a waffle cone but WAY too expensive. OMG 😱 $10 and a few for one scoop of vanilla bean ice cream 🍦 the world does not need this! Make it $6-7 and it would be reasonable

Delicious ice cream and waffle cones! There is a good variety of ice cream flavors to choose from and several are super unique! I had the flavor honeycomb and really enjoyed it. The waffle cones are made fresh in the store and you can watch as they do so. This location is found inside the mall, super easy to access and nice and clean.

The shop had a nice and vibrant atmosphere with the guy at the counter who was very kind and gave us samples to try and also gave suggestions. The ice creams were really tasty and the waffle cups were light and crunchy. Absolutely loved the honeycomb flavor!

I’ve had (and loved) their pints, but this was my first visit to a Van Leeuwen’s Ice Cream parlor and it was a wonderful experience! We arrived just before close and the friendly staff kindly stayed open for us and allowed us to try a few flavors. I had the mango sticky rice and the honeycomb in a waffle come. Outstanding!

first milkshake ever, got the something-berry cheesecake. it was soooo thick and yummy and not overly heavy i liked how there was still cheesecake chunks to chew but also some of them were too big for the straw at the end

I recently visited this location and unfortunately had a very negative experience that left me feeling racially profiled. The server was dismissive and rude from the start of my visit. When I asked for Oreo topping, she sighed as if I was inconveniencing her. Later, when I said “excuse me” to get her attention, she responded with “what?” in a disrespectful tone. When I expressed that I was offended and that her behavior was not okay, she responded that she didn’t care, kissed her teeth, and mumbled inappropriate comments under her breath about people of color. No customer should ever be treated in this way especially in a place of business where respect and courtesy should be the standard. This experience was deeply upsetting and disappointing, and I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that no other customer is treated this way.

Not very innovative in terms of flavors, quite standard array of flavors. They do have vegan ice cream as well. Tried vegan Banana pudding, vegan chocolate fudge brownie and cookies & cream flavors, they all were good and creamy. $13.28 for a waffle bowl with three scoops of ice cream, and it is good for two people. Service was quick and waffles are made fresh. They are crisp and thick. Ice cream is not overly sweet, which is a plus.

I’m simply leaving a 2 star because of the service. We all know in the summer time any ice cream shop can be busy. But this is the 2nd time I come in a two week span and I’ve waited 20mins to be served only with 5 people in front of me . You guys need to hire more people asap. One person a shift isn’t acceptable

Really disappointing customer service. We walked in intending to buy ice cream, but while waiting in line, my little niece needed to use the bathroom. We asked the young lady at the counter if we needed a code—she gave us one, but it didn’t work. When we asked again, she said she didn’t know because she was new. We ended up leaving without buying anything. Honestly, it’s hard to understand how an employee wouldn’t know something as basic as the bathroom code. That said, it didn’t seem like her fault. She looked overwhelmed and tired, trying to handle everything on her own. This is really a failure on management’s part for not staffing the store properly or training new employees adequately. It’s not fair to the customers—or to her.

Great location, parking is limited. Store has a great variety of flavors including vegan ice cream. Is Ben & Jerry’s ice cream so overall I would find it hard to complaint. I have been there several times and the staff is also friendly. Downside is the limited space and mostly applies to the winter months. Good flavors, good ice creams. Recommend

Just went in with my daughter to buy ice cream. I asked for the bathroom code because my little girl needed the bathroom and the girl that work there said she is new and she doesn't know the code. I had just seen someone else use the bathroom so that was obviously a lie. So i left and didn't bother buying ice cream. This is unacceptable!!

The fudge and mint flavors tasted bad. The person serving it gave two scoops of ice cream and said to mix it in a tiny cup because the flavor I wanted wasn’t there. They have the ice cream at the wrong temperature or it’s laying there. Waste of time coming here. I read that they changed their formula. That explains why it tasted so weird. Another good brand that changed for the worse.

I received a large milkshake that was 95% milk and 5% ice cream. It tasted even weaker than a regular chocolate milk from home. This already after having to wait 10 minutes for a customer ahead of us that was placing a catering order. This is unfortunately the 2nd bad milkshake I've received here and I will not be returning.

Terrible experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I asked for a bottle to be washed because it was dirty, and the server simply rubbed it on her clothes instead of cleaning it properly—completely unhygienic. The fries came burnt and overcooked, and the rest of the food wasn’t good at all. Definitely not worth the visit.

I just had a very bad experience today at this location. I work near the Hudson Yards area and I was looking for something for lunch. The cashier's service in the morning at around 10:15 am was terrible. I first asked for a vegetarian option and she responded rudely. When I told her I had already decided, she started serving my salad without asking me what I wanted in it or not. When it was time to pay, she was so rude that she was reading the options from what I was saying and pressed the button for me. To top it off, I asked her about a bag and she just pointed me to the location and spoke in a defensive tone. The salads at this chain are very good, but I don't think I'll return to this place after what happened!

Ordered pickup, yet again they forgot my chicken. If you’re trying to cheat people of their meat for cost-efficiency, that’s not the right way to do it. The protein is the primary part of the meal besides the salad. The sweet potatoes are also slices thin and are not roasted/cubed as described in the app. I would NOT recommend this sweet green to anyone. They just happen to only be open late in the evenings most days. The servers are fine when you go in person and are holding them accountable for ordering yourself. Other than that, terrible. Update: the automatic AI bot asked me to send an email to a failed delivery address. They will NOT do anything to remit or correct issues.

Very bad experience from rude and unprofessional staff. Placed an order at 4:54, estimate complete time was 5:15, arrived at 5:20, and they didn’t even have the order. Got the order at 5:43. All those time there were only 2 or 3 customers. I said the order was 30 mins late, I need to be compensated, one of the staff did not even apologize and said “you did not arrive in time to pick up your order either”. I arrived 5 mins late to give you guys the buffer! And you use my kindness to blame your fault on me! Please to train your staff to treat your customers with respect!

This is the most pathetic excuse for a dining establishment that I have ever encountered relative to the sweet green brand. Absolute train wreck from start to finish with rude service, missing ingredients, and a completely flavorless and disappointing bowl. At first I thought the reviews couldn't be true because sweet green Maintains a very consistent standard in my dining with them all across the country but this one is a Bimal and whoever manages this should be fired along with many of their rude staff. Corporate needs to take care of this tumor on their brand as other others like myself will reconsider whether we eat at any Sweetgreen ever after this experience

EDIT: They told me to email them but they never responded to me. I ordered the new Peach + Goat Cheese salad from Sweetgreen’s Summer menu, and it was a huge letdown. The photo on the screen looked nothing like what I received. My bowl was barely half full, with just a few tiny peach cubes and small bits of goat cheese. The preparation was just as disappointing. The worker squirted dressing all over the bowl, sighed audibly, then half-heartedly mixed it with his hands before shaking the container to cover it up. The end result looked messy and unappetizing. It was so skimpy that when I gave it to my partner (I had ordered it for him), he honestly thought I was starving and had already eaten half of it myself. On top of that, the worker’s attitude came across as rude and uninterested. For my first time at Sweetgreen, this left a really bad impression.

Great sweetgreen location! I ordered ahead for lunch on a busy Thursday afternoon, which saved me from a long wait. I did notice some extras were missing from my order, but overall, it was a solid and filling meal.

Always get lady M cake from this branch coz the closest one from me. Straight forward you go in buy the cake and leave. There's no seating inside. Price is on the high end but you get good quality cake. The place is inside next to H&M.

Got the six inch signature for a relative visiting from outside US. Not sure if it’s just me or maybe this branch but the cream was so noticeably thick that 3/4 persons noted that it was too thick. For the price I expect Lady M quality. There are a lot of copy cat crepe cakes now a days and they all use too much cream. So disappointed in the quality of the Cake since Lady Ms is one of few desserts in nyc that strives for perfection.

I’m obsessed with these cakes! You’re truly missing out if you don’t try them. They’re not overly sweet, incredibly soft, creamy, and just melt in your mouth. While this place doesn’t serve coffee or have seating, there’s a food court just one floor down via the escalator where you can grab any coffee you like, sit down, and enjoy these amazing desserts. Signature and pistachio are my favorite.

Really really disappointed. I have brought and loved the cakes at Lady M. However I ordered delivery for 3 cakes and the packaging was really upsetting. Due to shoving three cakes into one cake box, the flavors were merged together and the Tiramisu Millie-crepe cake was pressed and tilted. Leaving cream all over the bottom of the box. Which makes me wonder why not just put the Strawberry Millie Feuille in a separate cake box. Overall, not a great visual presentation of the cakes and the brand. I wasn’t really happy when I received the cakes considering the price and the image of Lady M. Almost seemed like homemade cake business.

Tastes good enough. I tried the signature one but my friend said the best are the green tea and other flavored ones. During covid, no eat-in allowed which makes it a bit difficult since its not something you can just walk eating. I was impressed by the plastic fork that looked exactly like silver fork, giving a more luxurious experience to eat 😂

The in-store experience was amazing, and the cakes were *chef's kiss* unique but also vaguely nostalgic. The Vanilla is beautiful, but the matcha is an experience. 🙌 11/10

I got the Oreo Churro with Black Sesame Ice cream. The churro itself was nice and fresh, the cookies and cream complimented it really well. The black sesame soft serve was not bad, but could use a little more black sesame in my opinion, it was leaning a bit too much towards just a vanilla flavor. Also got one of the Korean Corndogs with sausage and mozzarella cheese inside and a potato crust. The potato added a nice texture and was extra crispy. They had an arrangement of sauces to choose from. I drizzled honey mustard and spicy mayo on mine! Overall decent snack for the price! The staff was very friendly and welcoming which is much appreciated!

Love this place and have been stopping by whenever I visit the city since 2014! I did notice a change in quality during my last visit; the churro was thinner and crispier than before. The older version had the perfect balance of texture: firm on the outside, soft and chewy inside. It was sweet and savory. The one I had recently was still enjoyable, but it has lost a bit of that original magic.

My service and chorros was very good. My boyfriend got an Oreo Churro. I got the sample ones (both of them). The Marshmallow (Toasted Coconut, Marshmallow and Chocolate Drizzle, Fruity Pebbles and Regular cinnamon sugar) and the Box Sampler (Strawberry Crunch, Chocolate Almonds, Matcha Crunch, and RegularCinnamon Sugar). It didn't disappoint. It wasn't overly sweet either. It was crunchy. Better than others I had tasted, which was mostly soft and chewy and not a crunch on the outside and chewy on the inside.

I absolutely loved this Korean corn dog from Sweet Churros. This is street food dreams come true. From the second I took a bite, I knew it was going to be something special. It’s completely cheese-filled, no sausage, just warm, stretchy mozzarella that pulls like a dream. The outside, perfectly golden with that signature panko crunch that makes every bite ridiculously satisfying. You can literally hear the crisp when you bite in, and then you’re hit with that molten, melty cheese that just keeps going. What really stood out is how well-balanced it was. The sweetness from the light sugar dusting on the crust played so well with the savory richness of the cheese—it’s that sweet-salty combo that makes it impossible to put down. I didn’t even use any sauces, and honestly, I didn’t miss them. It was that good on its own. It’s simple, it’s comforting, and it’s everything you want from street food—hot, fresh, handheld, and ridiculously indulgent. Whether you’re a cheese fanatic or just looking for a snack that hits all the right notes, this one’s a must-try. I’ll 100% be back for another.

I’d first like to say churros are my absolute favorite treat! So when I saw this nearby I had to go! The market space is actually very cool and full of vendors with many different variety of treats and food. Sweet churros did not disappoint I got the variety box of churros because I just had to try them all. Points for being made right there in your face. They tasted delicious but were also a little too crisp and oily. I appreciated that they were coated all the way around but the ends were not which was a little disappointing as I wish the full churros would’ve been submerged in thé different toppings offered. I also go some matcha ice cream which was absolutely delicious and refreshing! I’d definitely go back because I am a churro connoisseur and cannot resist but nothing beats a Costco churro for me. 😅

WOW! Stumbled across this shop while working in Hoboken this week and I am so glad I did. I ate most of what I got before I took a picture, but everything was DELICIOUS. I’m picky when it comes to cookies, but the sea salt chocolate chip did not disappoint. It had the right balance of chocolate chips and sea salt. Highly recommend warming it up for 10 seconds before eating it. The cinnamon roll was perfect. They didn’t hold back on the icing and the dough was super soft. They have a bunch of other cookie flavors to choose from and some other desserts. New favorite bake shop in North Jersey!!

I have been to Baking Mama multiple times. Excellent cupcakes and cakes!! I ordered mini cup cakes for my gender reveal. Ordered cake and cup cakes for my daughter birthday. Overall all the cupcakes and cake I got were so good. The chocolate cupcakes with Strawberry and Raspberry frosting are amazing!

Best banana pudding in Ny! (Sorry Magnolia’s 🤣) It was sooo creamy, fresh and wow it blows my mind. The chocolate brownie was amazing as well, staff is very nice and the place is cozy. Will come back for more!

Its a Filipino owned pastry shop.We ordered a variety of cookies, ube pudding .We tried choc chip and.red velvet and they were good.Sweetness is just enough.Staff were helpful.

I love this place! Stopped in after a Climate event at Pier A park and was met with two lovely women and a delicious smell. We spoke for a couple minutes and it instantly brightened my day. The ube and sea salt chocolate chip cookies are absolutely scrumptious and the chai is very refreshing in the summer heat. Even found out we share a name! Will return again when I’m able, highly recommend.

The decor of Flour Shop is adorable and colorful with paintings of rainbow on the walls. It’s a perfect place for birthday cakes and satisfying desserts. The taste was not the best but it looked beautiful and delicate.

I haven’t been here in person but a friend bought their chocolate ice cream cake and it was soooo good! I don’t usually like ice cream cake but this one had cake inside as well as ice cream and was delicious :)

Cute cake shop with plenty of space and some colorful decor, but very expensive. Small 'cake balls' are $3 and larger cakes run North of $50. The kids enjoyed the treat but you'll need deep pockets to cater a party from here.

Lovely shop with a cool concept: clean, baroque white furniture with fun pops of color throughout. The instagramably beauteous desserts are delicious but watch out: super expensive!!! $40 for a small unicorn cake that serve 4 (small slices) makes Flour Shop a special occasion kind of place. Totally worth it if you know you’re in for a fun splurge.

It is a cute place to bring your child to. The atmosphere is upbeat. The cake tastes yummy but the price tag is very high to make it a regular spot.

Cakes are average- but the icing on the cake (pun intended) is the rude customer service. The lady on the phone would not let you speak, nor would listen. Cake wasn’t delivered on time and we were blamed for it. If you’re planning an event- order somewhere else, and save your nerves.

I’ll start with the good, as usual the Hamentash are delicious . But very disappointed with the lemon icing pound cake. The cake is dry and not what you expect from a well executed pound cake. My guess is may not have been freshly made. I also bought a small orange Bundt cake and found the same problem. I suggest they keep an eye on shelf life or rework the recipe

Sadly disappointed by the employees lack of understanding that without customers this business does not exist. Rude and dismissive, I will not return. The owner needs to teach their employees the importance of their customers to this businesss if it wants to continue being in business. I can bake my own black and whites very well.
