The bakery here was quite nice. The atmosphere of the place was very nice and cozy. I loved all the bread on the open display. The staff were also really nice to explain everything to you. The bread was very tasty and fresh, I really enjoyed it. The composition of the sandwiches were nice and everything complemented each other. That being said I didn't like the pumpkin focaccia. I got flavour fatigue after eating about half of it. Only suggestion I would recommend for the sandwiches is to incorporate some sort of pickled vegetables and also some more meat or protein as it can feel like empty calories.

Wow, this is the bakery of my dreams. Pain au choc perfect - pastry flaky, slightly salty and nice rich choc with a good bite to it. Lemon meringue tart amazing - not too sweet and just tangy enough. Pecan sticky bun, something I never knew I needed in my life but now can't stop thinking about

I was initially skeptical when I saw the bread, but I’m so glad we decided to try it—it turned out to be a combination I never knew I needed. The sesame bread paired with prosciutto and cheese was simple yet incredibly fragrant and flavorful. Just wow. We also had the pecan sticky bun with vanilla custard, and it was next-level. You could actually see the vanilla beans in the custard 🥹. I never knew pecans and buns could be this good together! Place was also pretty crowded when we visited.

Soooo delicious. We bought some to eat then and some to take away for later. Ended up eating the lot it was so good 😅. Flavour combinations on point 💯. Asparagus croissant incredible, also Camembert thyme and hot honey. Wish I could have tried everything.

Beautiful bakery, great variety and coffee was nice. Always busy and can see why. The potatle foccacia was divine, cinnamin scroll scrumptious.

If you are looking for an authentic NZ Yeast Doughnut, THIS IS THE PLACE. The Meat Pies and Sausage Rolls are also close to authentic Kiwi Meat Pies. Service and Staff are excellent! Highly recommend stopping in and trying the Jam Doughnut! The Coffee is also spectacular!!

Cannot believe the prices here! So cheap. Amazing. I had the lemon cheesecake donut (I believe it was called!), so soft and flavourful. Not too sickly sweet. Lots of vegan options too. The store looks very cute too, like a little 50s diner with a modern twist. They even have their own merchandise. My friend bought two of their decently sized cups for $10! Great price. Would definitely come again.

Great place. Wasn't overly busy when I went. Was served quickly. Plenty of choice. Bought a 6 pack box and coffee. Also bought their brand of cups that come with their own matching coloured spoon. Not over priced which was a change. There are tables outside with a lovely view in the Portarlington store. They also have great music playing.

This place is packed constantly with line almost going outside of the shop. Lots of flavours. All donuts are ‘Australian’ type (no holes in the middle). The jam are a bit overly sweet for me, lucky I got coffee to go with the donuts. Would definitely want to come back and try the other flavours.

Daniels doughnuts I can't fault them OMG yum Krispy cream doughnuts were th bomb but Daniels wins hands down, ive tried a lot of different flavours a couple I wont eat but others I will n sometimes im spewing that they don't have a couple flavours in all th time. Staff r all easy going n i need too get back down there again soon. Highly recommended to all to get ur bums down there or to their belmont store

Clem, I couldn't coscionably give this place a good rating as it probably represents our sugar-crazed society and the vast health ramifications that come with it. That said, apparently the donuts are pretty nice, so if yer in town and feeling like a fix, maybe it's a good place to stop...

This little gelato shop is extremely yummy and good value too. Their gelato flavors are very tasty and creamy. Every gelato come with a free waffle. The staff are very friendly too. This little shop only have few tables, and very limited seats. Shop inside are very small too, but extremely clean. The shop is just opposite Westfield shopping centre, and very close to the bay. Close to public transport. Plenty of parking nearby.

I went with my son and mum on a recommendation from a friend, was told by the girl serving us we all could try two flavours each and the owner came out and told us we were only allowed to have two flavour tastes between the three of us and as a result my mum ended up not buying any at all due to the abrupt and rude attitude of the owner and my coconut rough flavoured scoop left a bitter taste in my mouth.. Service is key!

What's not to love about Miss Gina's! Their Gelato is exceptional, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the store is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The addition of a 'lolly' shop is fantastic too. All in all a wonderful experience and a great asset to Clifton Springs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Best ice-cream in Geelong! I used to travel into town just for this ice-cream, and now I'm willing to travel out to Clifton Springs! I was sooo excited when I learned that Miss Gina Gelato also offers a wedding cart! We had the "scoop yourself" option, where there were 3 flavours of ice-cream for our guests to help themselves, inclusive of spoons, cups and napkins. An absolute hit at the wedding! Highly recommend.

Amazing Gelato. Always going back for more. Little on the pricey end, but understandably so. $4.8 for single scoop, $6 for 2. Recommend trying the Nutella and Coffee.

Snooty private school staff that don’t know anything about customer satisfaction unlike the lovely people in the bakery a few doors down. Also the serviette dispenser at the doorway was grubby.

A nice casual place spot for a coffee and hot chocolate and probably a gelato, though not for us this morning. Both the coffee and hot chocolate were good however the only GF cake choices were the raw versions.

Brand new gelato spot making the beautiful Barwon Heads an even greater seaside destination! Deliciously decadent frozen and baked treats, all freshly made and the store owner/gelato maker made our day. We will definitely be back again and again and again!

A lovely spot, in a small alley on the main street where you can retreat for a break and a bite to eat. With a selection of savory pastries and sandwiches, as well as plenty of sweeter options for a light snack and coffee, this was the perfect spot to sit and relax. The outdoor seating in the laneway provided a quite retreat from being on the main road/walkway, making you feel as though you were relaxing on the streets of a small town someplace where all everyone did was sit in cafes with coffee and cake.

This place and the staff are next to amazing. The food is delicious and the place is always clean and tidy. Cant thank the staff enough for the friendly manner and putting a smile on my face. Would recommend this place to everyone. Keep it up guys. AAA+++

If this pandemic has taught humankind anything, particularly economically speaking, it's that even the most thriving of small businesses cannot survive without community. This quaint spot tucked in the corner of the Pakington Street arcade might be aesthetically inviting, and while this alone could be enough to entice ravenous passersby, let me be unapologetically frank when I publicly share this judgement based on my experience today – that judgement being that this venue failed to embody any sense of mateship. The staff member working this afternoon, who could indeed be either the manager or head honcho of what I assume is a newly established hospitality business, looked genuinely frustrated at the sight of patrons. Given the fragility of this climate, the pandemic induced loneliness so many have felt at some point this year, I was offended by the lack of care offered by this particular staff member. I understand we all have bad days (some are often worse than others), however this does not grant one licence to be discourteous to paying customers. My advice to this staff member is simple: nourish the community in which you’ve decided to serve, not with food, but with kindness. I’m fearful that if you continue to show your diners unsubtle signs of exasperation, your doors will not stay open. To the barista who greeted us with a smile, thank you.

Lovely place to sit on a sunny autumn day, or just about any other time. Delicious ice cream, nice open gallery feel with the widened bay windowed space, making it feel airy and connected. We sat outside to enjoy the nice breeze on a gorgeous sunny day. Recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We popped into Augustus Gelatery for dessert after a Cats game and the place was absolutely pumping! Despite the long line, it moved quickly and the staff were friendly and efficient, which made the wait easy. The gelato was creamy and delicious with lots of flavours to choose from, and generous servings. Only downside was the state of the tables. Quite a few were dirty with ice cream and rubbish left behind, and I could hear others struggling to find a clean spot to sit. Understandable given how busy it was, and I may have just caught it at a hectic time, but still worth noting. Overall, a great spot for a post game treat!

For me: This is best ice cream shop in Geelong with super good location and high quality, a lots of choices there. Everybody must try once and definitely will want more and more🍦🍧😋

Drive way is full of pot holes. Signage at the front blocks oncoming traffic 😳 Ordered 2 different Berry pastries. Got one out of 2. Found out had 1 out of 2 at morning tea. Drove back as they don't have ph number 🙄 which I was very shocked this Business has no mobile number. 📵 no land line either. 40 min drive back . Got refund but wear n tear and fuel. Not sure it was worthwhile going back. Ph call could have saved all that.

We’re UK based & have just taken a week to travel from Melbourne to Adelaide. On our first morning we chose to breakfast at Ket bakery and - having sampled croissants between Geelong & Adelaide - we can categorically say - the chocolate almond croissant at Ket is the best we tasted! Congratulations on producing such a great product! We also sampled the berry chausson and the savoury danishes - all delicious! The coffee’s great too!

I haven't had such amazing pastries in a very long time. Huge variety. We tried five. Four of them we'd surely go back for more. Fabulous coffee too. Really lovely ambience. Unfortunately that day it was fairly crowded cos Public holiday.

Lemon pastry hands down my favourite. Tangy with the right amount of sweetness and flakey less from the pastry. Pricey but I think it's worth it, plus nice to support small local businesses! Would recommend and come here again

Amazing bakery and amazing coffee. Service is second to none. We also bought some fresh eggs from them and the quality was really good. They also have a nice farm/garden and a few peacocks on site for the kids to visit. My niece left her water bottle at the bakery and the team member kindly helped us to put it aside for is to collect it later. Thank you ao much to the team members and Sarah.

Hi I purchased your donuts which where hidden on the top of your counter, why? They are one of the best donuts I have had in along time. The custard was amazing and the sourdough outer delicious.Please make these a staple.

Had coffee and bites Wed morning 11/6. The cafe is small, suited mostly for take away during winter as it's too cold to sit outside. Inside, 6 people can sit in front of the window. Outside seating is on the verge and alongside the building. The seating is not built for comfort being off a squat stool type. The food items we had were good as was the coffee. If you've experienced patisseries overseas, you'll find the prices steep. Compared locally the prices are on the average to high end. The service is efficient and friendly. The 3 stars reflect the unexpected small indoor seating area and exposed outdoor area, a problem for cold days. I imagine that on a warmer day this would not be an issue. On food alone I would give it 4-4.5. Parking is curb side, we didn't have a problem finding a spot a few steps from the door but on busy days be prepared to park further away.

Best patisserie in Geelong I don’t generally eat sugar, or at least I try not to for months at a time, because it’s, well, not the healthiest for the body. But this place, specifically That Place Patisserie, made me break my own rule. Their croissant is nothing short of extraordinary - flaky, buttery, perfectly baked, with layers that melt in your mouth. It’s the kind of croissant you dream about, the kind worth making an exception for. I’m so glad I stopped by That Place. It was absolutely worth it! 5 stars for the food; 5 for the service.

This cafe is amazing! You get to sit on the porch and play with other people’s dog lol I love that! The food is amazing, almond croissant definitely worth trying, and the lemon tart is also very tasty, I like the sour better than sweet~ overall atmosphere is great, sitting with people from the neighborhood on Saturday morning is a total relax.

After seeing a review on here for the almond croissant, I've been hanging out to try it for months. After popping in a couple of times close to closing and missing out as it is a super popular item, I finally got in That Place in good time today and got my hands on one! I can safely say this is the best almond croissant I've ever had. Flaky, soft on the inside, beautiful crunch on the outside, just sweet enough without being over the top. Add this to the beautiful service and other delectable items available, and this is a place I will come back to again and again!

I had heard about a gorgeous French coffee shop on Mt Pleasant Road Belmont, so I typed the address into Google Maps and it led me to That Place - an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside you will feel the love and care that goes into everything they do. The food has a classic French charm and is so beautifully presented. The food is as divine as it looks. The staff are absolutely wonderful, welcoming and genuine. If you are looking for top notch food and exceptional coffee and service - The Place is exactly that.

When I say that it was the best hot chocolate I have ever had 🤤 and the pistachio white chocolate cookie was beyond delicious, so chewy! Cannot wait to head back there again!

Really delicious ice cream and lovely people. We had the boysenberry swirl and the salted caramel, both of which were amazing. Lovely setting on the waterfront, located closed to other restaurants and shops so you can enjoy an ice cream whilst exploring the promenade. We took our ice creams across the road and watched the sunset over the bay. Highly recommend.

Awful customer service. The young girl had a frown plastered on her face, spoke about two words only and looked like she wanted us to leave. Got two scoops in a cup and she filled it so much it leaked everywhere and was inedible. Don't recommend at all. Go somewhere else.

Acai on the waterfront fantastic customer service and generous servings

On a hot sunny day. This is the best ice cream place to go to it's got full of flavours and lots of choices. The price is reasonable. The staff are friendly. My favourite ice cream here is pistachio.

It is always good to have ice cream when at waterfront and this spot is conveniently located right opposite to waterfront. They have a good variety of flavors and also have coffee and donuts.

I cannot recommend this place enough, a MUST visit in Geelong. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The staff are very generous with servings I got absolutely best value for money. This is the best ice cream place I’ve ever visited, and I’ve been to dozens of them across Australia, this one was worth making a review. I’m looking forward to my next visit here 😊

Tastest and most stunning brownie my girlfriend and I ever had! Great location, warm service and romantic atomosphere. The brownie brought out the most sweet smile of my girlfriend today. Coffee cup was absolutly cute and of course the long black coffee had been a pure joy! Nothing beats a long black coffee after a long day with a delicous brownie. My girlfriend could not keep speaking highly how thoughtful the interior design of this shop is and I could not agree more. We've actually found this place by accident after having not found a dessert that intrigues our senses at the westfield shopping centre. This shop pops up when I serached "dessert" and we decided to have a go. This eventually became the highlight of our day trip to Geelong and truly made our day! So if you are visiting Geelong, please add this shop on your list!

Was really looking forward to supporting local and trying Twisted's newer additions since the pandemic. We managed to snag a seat on a busy night. However it seemed to be understaffed; even with staff rushing around service was slow (especially considering drinks) and when food finally came out we had to wait further for cutlery. Having said that, it should be acknowledged that staff were friendly, pleasant and sincerely apologetic for delays. I was sadly disappointed in my food - the matcha latte was sickly sweet and tasted like a chai. The "Japanese pancakes" were burnt on the base but way undercooked on the inside. As a result instead of being fluffy they were stodgy and try as might I could not finish even one of them. Can't recommend these items and hope Twisted works on improving them. Hope others have better luck with the other items (which sound amazing) on their menu.

One of my regular haunts, and an excellent café! I go for the excellent desserts, and return time and time again for the fun atmosphere and the friendly hospitality. Definitely a must-go place in Geelong.

Well, I loved what this place has offered me. First, the Japanese pancakes with Nutella. It was awesome although I wasn't able to eat the whole thing. That explains the quantity. Another item which I had is a cocktail. It's good. Looking at the reviews, I realised that this is a local restaurant. Although, I have to give an honest review as a local guide. The food was excellent with good quality and quantity as well. At least that's the main consideration, that's why the five stars. But there's something odd with the ambience. They can still improve the reception which will attract a few more customers perhaps. Like providing serviettes (at the dining table, of course) and water as well. I will visit again because it is a lovely place with beautiful decor and tasty desserts. And I would also like to visit the famous dog in the kitchen everyone's talking about.

Apparently you can't get two scoops on a plain cone because they don't no how to charge it ffs 🙄 unless you tell them your allergic to a waffle cone... They don't even give you a proper size scoop of ice cream more like a half scoop... i managed to convince a staff member to give me my 2 scoops today 🤪 apparently some ppl at cold rock can do there job 😘

Was In at cold rock Sunday night big thanks too the 3 boys that served me, amazing service and made the experience super easy as I suffer from social anxiety, special thanks to the young boy Jackson who actually served me, super friendly 10/10. Plus loved my double scoop bubble gum cone.

Something i don’t understand is why there closing time says 10pm on the website. I went to cold rock to treat myself and checked there closing time, but when i shortly arrived just after 9:30 they refused to serve me. They still had all there ice cream out, lights on, tables out, Looked open. Can cold rock please update there time schedules as it will save other people from taking a trip for nothing, like myself. Would be much appreciated after a disappointing experience!

Ice cream is delicious! I love the variety of flavors to choose from and variety of add ons available, and the ice cream is super yummy! However, it is on the pricey side. A cup of ice cream alone is expensive then $1 per add on (which could be as small as a spoonful of maltesers, or a Tim Tam, or a fun size choc bar) and before you know it you're looking at a $10 cup of ice cream!! The staff member was friendly and patient. Only issue with the staff member was that their hair was shoulder length and not tied back, so each time he reached into some of the ice cream tubs that were lower on ice cream it meant his hair was actually going into the tub of ice cream that he was leaning over! Big hygiene issue there! But otherwise can't fault them. The venue itself was a bit old and run down and had a strong unpleasant smell. From the outside it looked dark and the "open" sign was not on, so at first I thought it was actually closed. The tables outside were so loose and wobbly that they were unusable. A bit of a freshen up on the building and a quick refresher in hygiene and the place would be great again.

Super tasty ice cream always served with a smile by the wonderful hardworking staff. Christos is a legend. It's a credit to the business that locals and holidaymakers alike continue to support it so enthusiastically. It's often the only business open late at night in summer, which is duly appreciated

Great spot for a creamy ice crème or a Greek pastry treat. Service is always super friendly. Check out opening hours as it’s primarily a summer store. Searing is available outside, or there’s plenty of benches in this little town.

I was a bit disappointed to find that my favorite pistachios and Jaffa gelato were not available. However, the warm and friendly demeanor of the staff, combined with the indulgent chocolate and rich coffee they offered, more than made up for it. It turned what could have been a letdown into a delightful experience!

Lovely ice cream. I got 2 scoops but it turned out to only be 6 - 7 bucks or something for my ice cream. I loved it so much and it is so convenient giving that it is a 3-4 minute walk to st Leonard’s beach and pier. I would recommend it

So far donuts I have had are fresh, delicious and big. Love all the flavours they have and trying the limited edition ones. Once tried the pickle donut and that was really disgusting but good to try once never again that one was on april fools. The actual flavours they have regularly i would recommend the lot, the hazeltnut ferroro. the cheesecake cream ones and the biscoff one and the white ferroro one. Have just been ordering on uber so cant comment on service. Overall would come back for special occasions.

Disappointing experience. Arrived before 9pm and was closed. Online it shows it’s hours 6am-10pm all days. This needs immediate change to correct times to avoid customer confusion and disappointment. Photo evidence provided below.

The decor inside is fun and very cute, presentation of the donuts makes them look even more appealing. The staff work hard maintaining the drive through and front counter but stay very friendly. Such a yum variety of quality donuts are worth their price. It's a nice place to take your child for one on one time. Get them a milk shake, a donut and yourself a coffee feels like a real treat.

The glazed donuts were ok, I highly suggest filled donuts especially the lemon meringue, pistachios and the chocolate filling one.

Glad to see an outpost in Geelong. The setup is very spacious with a good sized carpark and drive thru! Highly recommend the fresh cream and jam or custard varieties. We tried the lemon meringue but found the lemon filling a bit bitter/artificial. Chocolate thickshake was great and service was friendly and efficient. We ordered 6 pies and 6 donuts totalling $59. The pies were all circular making them a little smaller than the standard and at $5-6 each they are a bit pricey for a fairly average pie.

A huge thank to Gabi and the team at My Bellarine kitchen for the most scrumptious and delightful birthday cake for my husbands 60th birthday. Ordering was very easy as was the pick up of the cake itself from the gorgeous little shop in Ocean Grove. The shop has a beautiful selection of cakes, pastries and biscuits ready for purchase, which is so handy. Communication was prompt and seamless and the service at the shopfront friendly and welcoming. The Lemon/Raspberry cake was one of the best cakes we have had, beautifully decorated and the cake topper made it even more special. We would definitely order this cake again for future celebrations and functions. Highly recommended and definitely five star with all aspects of this wonderful local small business :)

Over the past years my go to has been Bellarine kitchen for my kids birthdays and special occasions. Personal favourite has been the New York cheese cake 🙌🏼 highly recommend!

Gabi and her team do an amazing job. Her cakes are always divine! I pop into her shop with my daughter sometimes for a sneaky treat and am always greeted with a friendly face when you walk in the door. As well as prompt replies to email queries and a fast turn around on a cake order we recently put in for an event. I was surprised by the range of products they have. Pancakes, waffle cones, bags of lollies, drinks, ice creams and so much more! I was also surprised by the range of ice cream they had. I am not lying when I say I had 5 types of caramel ice creams! I ordered the testing board it has 6 types of ice cream! What did I have for the 6th flavour then? Vegemite! Yes really!! It was awesome. We spent time chatting with the staff member there. They were full of knowledge and experience, they had a strong knowledge about the business and was happy to share all their experiences with us when we asked about this or that. The location is very easy to get access to and if I had mobility requirements this is a place that would have given me no issue accessing or moving around in. The store was kept very clean by the staff member who took pride in their work. Too bad they have actually quit and were just filling in for the night. I hope all the other staff can live up to this one staff member's example. I hope the owner is paying attention to loyal staff and is giving them discounts and the like. Anyway a little off track. If you want to satisfy your sweet tooth then you will have your cravings met here.

i paid $7.90 for one scoop of icecream in a cup expecting the cup to be full and got this instead, quite disappointing! you get better value at augustus

Just had an amazing 7y/o birthday party for my little girl. Excellent service and attention to detail for a very reasonable price. Pepe and his team really did a great job and would highly recommend Hooley's for both an excellent ice creamery and party location. 🥳

SO many ice cream flavours, some very unique ones too. Absolutely delicious. The pineapple ice cream was my favourite and I'd definitely return. Clean store, nicely decorated. We went on the 21/06/23 and the two staff members closing the store (didn't catch their names) were super friendly. Great customer service skills.

Hooley Dooley offers a variety of unique flavors. We opted for a two-scoop serving. The honeycomb was fantastic, but the salted caramel was a bit too salty for our taste. Prices were reasonable. The place has a calm and pleasant ambiance with a pastel touch. They also serve milkshakes and other treats. While enjoying the milkshake, we felt it could use a bit more sugar.

Mine and my daughter's favourite ice cream shop around here. The variety of yummy ice creams is huge and they always remember your favourite one. Staff are so much connected to the customers and very friendly. Defenitely recommended.

BOOM! Make sure you tie your socks on, because the flavour will knock your socks off....Mine was an extreme coffee flavour and one with choc chips. The strawberry with white chocolate was a superb burst, with chocolate that hits you with delay. Such a great place to grab desert, our 2 scoop bucket was just enough for us.

Went here for dessert and wasn’t disappointed. The place is also a cocktail bar and has a nice ambience and vibe to it. Wouldn’t mind visiting again to rest their other desserts. Staff was helpful and service was quick. Ordering was through QR code which adds to the convenience and experience.

Was confused for 30sec re the entry gate and tried opening another gate, x2 staff from inside pointed out the main gate. Me and my friend literally saw one staff rolling her eyes on us. The entire outdoor lounge was empty as it was cold. We requested to sit outside anyways cause there were heaters available and we wanted to click pictures. The waitress kept refusing, saying it is too cold and she will start closing/cleaning up @2130hrs. Google showing they open till 10pm. I ordered arancini balls ( spinach & ricotta). She came back 15 minutes later to inform it has all run out and can offer something with pumpkin instead ( don't remember exactly what's that called). I declined the offer. She then offered cauliflower fritters, which I refused again. She kept insisting, " are you sure?", "have you ever tried them before?" and etc. She was bossy and I was so nervous throughout the convo that my entire English dictionary run out of words and "Ok" came out of my mouth. As soon as we received the cauliflower fritters, we packed it in a take-away container kept at the corner of the room and left. Maybe I am wrong or maybe I am not, but that staff was racist. She didn't talk this rudely to another customer there. Cocktails were not bad, but how could we enjoy with all the drama.

Came here for a double date with friends, the 3 staff that were serving us (only got one name, Danny) were attentive and extremely friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and the chips and cocktails were delicious. They were extremely accomodating to our almost 3 month old, heating a bottle, offering to carry our pram up the stairs, offering extra blankets and heaters etc. staff engaged in conversations and always made sure we enjoyed our drinks and food and regularly checked on us. No complaints or faults, definitely will be coming back.

Place looked amazing, however the food and service not so great. I ordered the strawberry and choc pancakes as there wasn’t much to choose from. The presentation of the dish was interesting. Although the food was edible, it wasn’t how I expected. I asked for a knife as I was given a fork and spoon and the response was “we’ve run out of knives”. Completely gobsmacked but this response as it is a restaurant and how could that happen. The service wasn’t much to comment on either as we did not get a follow up to ask how our food and drinks were, I see that as poor service. Overall, I was quite disappointed as I paid $41 in total. I hope that this is something that can be considered as feedback moving forward but for now, I’ll not be returning.

Very aesthetic place, but oh man were we disappointed. Firstly, customer service was awful. Staff were disinterested and dismissive and were uninterested in helping us when things went wrong. Not once did they ask how the food or drinks were. They claimed to have ‘run out of knives’ despite having literally no other customers. Our meals were not what was advertised on the QR ordering system and a friend of mine requested a banana and ice cream on her pancakes but only received cream. Many things were sold out (again despite having no customers) and wildly overpriced for what we received. The QR scanner was riddled with mould, and I mean absolutely COVERED in it. And finally, as we were leaving staff were sitting there drinking (explains the lack of service). This place was recommended to us in high regard, and many reviews spoke well of the place however I certainly will not be recommending it to anyone in future.

Great staff and a nice chilled relaxed place to catch up with your fiends. Really enjoyed it.

Love. Love. Love this place. Visited on Friday with a group of friends. Its a sweet heaven. Lovely cocktails, decor and menu. Sweets were delicious. Front of House staff were very accommodating and lovely. Disappointing to see that a number of people cant understand the struggles of operating a business during times of a Global Pandemic. However yes, there is some room for improvement, however I have voiced this to management whilst I was in the venue. I am not one to be fake and respond to staff when asked at any venue/business "how was everything?" I respond with constructive criticism and let them know before going home and being a keyboard hero, as most of the time feedback is given businesses aren't able to resolve any issues. Keep up the great work Sweet Cheeks, a few crinkles to be ironed out, however I can see this place become the "Go To" of Geelong.

The San Sebastian cheesecake was so good! Very friendly welcome when we got in. It was also fun that we had board games to play. The only downside was the packaging, we dined in and would prefer real dish. We’d also love warm drink like tea on the menu to balance out the sweetness of their dessert.

This place is such a gem! Not only do they serve amazing crepes, but the whole vibe is fun and welcoming. They have a fantastic variety of indoor games — carrom board, Uno, chess, jenga and more— it’s like a cozy game café where you can chill for hours. The only tiny thing I’d change is the serving style. I wish the crepes were served on plates instead of takeaway containers — it would’ve made the experience feel even more special. But honestly, everything else made up for it. This will definitely be my go-to sweet treat shop from now on. Great food, fun games, and a relaxing atmosphere Definitely recommend it for a chill outing!

I have ordered few items. The cake looked not any close to cake. And fries were missing the seasoning and burger was expensive with nothing new but supermarket patti with few sauce and nothing.

Wonderfully friendly host and we loved playing games while we waited. Unfortunately we aren't fans of anything spicy and even the chips had a spicy seasoning on them. Service was incredible though.

I had my order delivered and the restaurant forgot my drink. I don't understand why they don't double check the order before it leaves with the uber driver. Checking the order is such a simple thing to do. I called the restaurant and they said someone tried to call. I had know missed calls. They claim that the money has been refunded it hasn't shown up in my account yet so well see if it's true. The bechamel penne wasn't anything to get excited about. Won't go here again.

Had order delivered, food was amazing (chicken southern burger and chips) the chip seasoning is to die for, and it came with a cute little hand written note. Def found my new comfort meal.

Lastnight we had takeaway from Chapter 24. A friend and I both got the Aussie Classic Parmi which came with chips. We both was a bit surprised, the chicken was average the time between ordering was quite unfortunately slow. Though these can happen in a cooking environment. However, our only concern was the chips, the taste was unparalleled and quite off-putting of scrambled eggs. Never in my life have I tasted potatoes taste like eggs before, personally it ruined our overall satisfaction of the dinner. My friend and I could not eat them. If this is normal thing ok, but for us it's not something we would come back for or want ever again.

Great coffee ☕ and customer service. They also have halal ice creams including falooda. Maybe try next time.

Great choices of flavours but the experience was married by overcharging. Purchased 2 scoops and charged for 3. Also be aware that they charge 50 cents for card transactions, which is illegal and also much higher than what Visa or Mastercard would have charged them (usually 2%)

Gelato with a lot of varieties and my fave flavour is always pistachio. Recommended.

If you guys go anywhere else for ice cream/gelato you’re playing yourself, the guys in here are the friendliest ever, they seriously care about the customers— serving is generous, prices fair and super good vibes and great decor!! 10/10 my new favourite spot!!

It's a cute little shop with some vegan and dairy free options which was handy. However, I ordered a crunchy ice cream and it not only was just chocolate with chocolate bits, no honeycomb, it was watery in texture and left a really weird oily coating in my mouth, I couldn't even eat half before bining it, perhaps because it was the last scoop of the tub? My daughters and husband enjoyed their flavour, just disappointed with my choice.

Staff forgot my order twice despite me being the only one in the store, foggy screen so had to bend down to see the flavours, staff on their phone. All minor and don’t justify a one star But this does. Not only did they forget the order twice, but we ended up with completely the wrong flavour. On first glance not an issue, but someone with extreme nut allergies like myself this is extremely dangerous and I am surprised by the lack of care taken. We ordered an apple crumble and ended up with popcorn. Luckily, it tasted good so we left it but it could have ended really badly

All the ice creams were melted they were like milkshakes. I got vanilla as it wasn’t as melted. The ice cream wasn’t a normal consistency it was like scoop of runny slop. Some tubs were also empty and both salespeople seemed not engaged and disinterested and didn’t listen to my order I had to repeat what I wanted many times. I pointed out to them that the ice creams were melted and they agreed with me. I had to throw both ice creams out immediately as they were revolting and inedible.

Visiting the area for a couple of days and stopped in at Paradise Parlour. Had an excellent experience yesterday! The fellow working was helpful and friendly, the ambience of the shop is great and the ice cream delicious. I had the raspberry sorbet and salted caramel, and my partner had the sticky date and pavlova. Raspberry sorbet was definitely the standout- it reminded me of Redskins lollies ! Safe for those with dietary restrictions with Gluten-free waffle cones available (delish!) and multiple vegan flavors. Definitely recommend.

Flavours are very yum. Good service. We had popcorn (highly recommend, my favourite), honeycomb, caramilk and nougat (last one we thought was okay but the others are excellent!).

Great range of unusual flavours like biscoff and super friendly staff that give huge scoops!! I've been back 3 days in a row on my holiday here and can't recommend it enough!
