Old Town Bakery is a charming, family-run bakery located in the historic district of Key West. Known for its made-from-scratch bread, sweet treats, and delicious Key Lime pie with a gingersnap crust, this cozy cafe is a favorite among locals and visitors alike. The bakery offers an array of pastries, cakes, sandwiches, and freshly baked bread each morning. It's a perfect spot to enjoy Cuban coffee while chatting with locals and immersing yourself in the area's history.
Nice little bakery on Eaton St. We were staying just up the street and enjoyed walking in for some delicious baked goods. We tried the sticky buns and raspberry croissant. 🥐 The sandwiches looked good and service very friendly

What a cute place!! Service was great! Staff super friendly and kind. Atmosphere felt like a place that I already know and loved. The pastries were sooo good!

OMG!!! I’ve been here 13 years and I’ve never gone here… I have been missing out! I’m on a mission to try new things and decided to pop in on this cute little place. I ended up ordering an Italian sandwich. Let me tell you it was divine. If you’re ever in town go there I ordered dessert ( the OMG Brownie) as well and it was awesome. I think I found a new favorite spot.
B B — Google review
This bakery had (in my opinion) the best Key Lime pie on the island. I tried enough during our vacation to know! I also bought their peach cobbler Danish. OMG! Absolute heaven. Highly recommend stopping by and checking out their goodies.
Lisa H — Google review
Nice local grab and go place. Danishes are delicious, curry chicken sandwich was a little dry but great flavor. Which they would matchstick cut the apples to be easier to eat. Breakfast burrito best protein option, but felt like a lot of tortilla to filling ratio. Good coffee too. Only a bench outside, so recommend taking it Togo. Would return and try the 🥐, guava pastry was super flake, wish it was bigger and had cream cheese.
ShadowSiren88 — Google review
Freshly made bakery items with huge breakfast sandwiches and strong coffee. The staff/ owners were lovely. I knocked over a drink, they were so sweet to clean it up, and offered to replace it. The key lime pie was a little more tart than others, as I was on a mission to try as many version of local pies as possible. We enjoyed our visit. Try walking to the shop if possible since parking is a struggle, but is worth the challenge.
Cindy C — Google review
Best spot for great baked goods and sandwiches! Tucked away in old town this spot came highly recommended and we totally were not letdown. A cute bakery that offers takeaway only. Sticky bun was my fave! Lightness of a croissant with the gooeyness of sticky bun! Perfect match! Very reasonably priced too! We liked it so much we went back twice! Had the Italian sandwich based on a recommendation of a local patron and it didn't disappoint! Make sure you go early as they close at 3 pm and their stuff sells out! Tip: walk down towards the water to the ferry terminal and you can grab a seat in the shade on the second floor and enjoy your treats/lunch while watching the boats in the marina!
Edwina J — Google review
As soon as the door opened the heavenly smell of freshly baked bread assaulted my senses! Fantastic case of bakery goodies and great sandwiches to go using their baked bread. Coffee was good as well. Value is definitely 👍. The rooster and hen we fed was an unexpected pleasure😊

La Grignote is a charming French-style cafe located in the elegant Upper Duval Street district. It offers a delightful array of freshly baked goods, including croissants, cookies, muffins, and breads. The menu features an extensive selection of brunch items such as benedicts, croque monsieur, brioche French toast, and quiches with fresh salads. Guests can enjoy their meals indoors or outdoors on the lovely patio while sipping on espresso or latte.
Hands down the best little restaurant and bakery that I’ve stumbled across while visiting Key West. The atmosphere is laid back and upbeat. The baked goods are delicious and unique, and the breakfast food is AMAZING. The salmon eggs Benedict was literally the best egg Benedict I’ve ever had. We liked this place so much that we came back three times on one vacation. It’s definitely on the list of places to visit every trip down here.
Meghan H — Google review
Having breakfast at La Grignote is a great idea. It’s usually busy, and you may need to wait 10–15 minutes for a table, but you can grab a coffee while waiting. We ordered the Salmon Eggs Benedict with extra avocado and it was delicious. The latte was also great—creamy and smooth. The food came out quickly. Definitely recommend!

La Grignote – A Breakfast Gem in Key West If you're searching for the best breakfast in Key West, look no further than La Grignote. This charming bakery and café delivers an unforgettable morning experience that blends authenticity, quality, and warmth. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked goods sets the tone. The sourdough bread is truly exceptional—crusty on the outside, perfectly soft on the inside. It’s clear that craftsmanship and care go into every loaf. The menu offers a delightful range of options, from classic pastries to hearty breakfast plates, all made with fresh ingredients and a touch of elegance. The coffee is strong and smooth, complementing the food beautifully. Service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere La Grignote is highly recommended—a must-visit for anyone who appreciates great food and genuine coffee.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience here. The staff was extremely attentive and the food was top notch. The house quiche and lobster Benedict were both outstanding. The view of Duval St was enjoyable while sipping mimosas. Highly recommended and we will be back.
John C — Google review
Walking in you immediately understand that everything done there is done properly, and with care. That sounds funny talking about food, but baked goods are topped perfectly, bread is baked to perfection and while the restaurant was definitely busy, the staff is working tirelessly to turn tables over, to get new customers seated. Not just the “staff”, the OWNER! I told him that if the owner is willing to bus his own tables, that is a formula for success, especially in a place like Key West. Now for the food! Just as I saw in when I walked in, everything that arrived on our plates was fresh and delicious. My kids raved about the bacon, and it is served as half sized. Mini bacon strips! Who knew a tiny little change would be such a hit? The eggs Benedict is light and tangy and the waffle comes with a giant dollop of whipped cream. The tables are situated so that even with the small space, you don’t feel cramped. Prices were not ridiculous, but the food and service would have been worth the price, even if they were. Upper area of Duval is a nice change of pace from the downtown vibes.
Deric P — Google review
La Grignote is a simple and cozy café in Key West, with a laid-back, beach-style vibe, wooden tables, colorful dishes, and a relaxed atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the service: all the staff were super friendly and attentive from start to finish. I chose to sit outside, which was very pleasant. Inside, there's a big display case with lots of tempting sweets, croissants, and other baked goods. I ordered a Croque Madame with 2 poached eggs on top. The portion was huge, and it ended up being too heavy for breakfast. It had a lot of béchamel sauce, which made the flavor kind of repetitive and overwhelming. Wasn't that good to be honest and I couldn't finish it. It came with a small bowl of fruit on the side. My boyfriend ordered a croissant with egg and bacon, and that was excellent! The pastry was light, flaky, and crispy on the outside. The only downside was the sausage that came on the side: fried and very greasy. Overall, it was a good experience. The food had its ups and downs, so it's worth choosing your dish carefully, but the great service and welcoming, no-frills environment made up for it. I give it 4 stars.

We got breakfast on a Sunday morning, there. We park ou bicycles literally next to us, and enjoyed our food. It is a small place, with inside, balcony, and covered patio, seating options. Absolutely great service, creative food suggestions. Very influencing and friendly decoration of the space. I got the orange juice and my girl got the strawberry lemonade, both were surprisingly awesome!

This place was so amazing for breakfast! The Belgian waffle and Tartine were so beautiful plated and tasted great. The porch/bar road side seating was great for a breeze and people watching. Definitely a must try when visiting.

Bob's Bunz is a popular bakery and restaurant located in Islamorada, offering a delightful selection of breakfast and lunch options. Known for their delectable cinnamon rolls and sticky buns, this unfussy diner-style eatery has garnered a loyal following. The cafe's charming outdoor seating provides a spectacular setting to savor their delicious food while enjoying the surroundings.
The food at Bob’s Bunz is amazing - we had egg and cheese croissants with bacon and an original cinnamon bun, and everything we had was delicious. Clearly the taste of the cinnamon bun prompted us to take some goodies to go as well! Service was also great. We can’t wait to come back on our next visit!

Great place! Homemade Bakery items delicious!! Full breakfast menu available. Great server. Cute Little mom and pop type place. Small inside so it must get busy during season and on weekends.
Kimberly M — Google review
Food was good, had the egg and cheese croissant and hubby had the B.B.S, which he really enjoyed. We also had the french toast filled with cream cheese and strawberries, which I loved. Service was quick and friendly. The only comment would be the prices vs portion sizes...as the portions were a bit small compared to other similar places. Overall it was a good experience.

Great little place for breakfast. Had about a 20 min wait when we showed up at 10am.. Lala is awesome, Taylor is adorable but ur not getting our key lime cookies!! Ha! I got the blue crab Benedict and flavor was spot on.. I don't know how the cook managed to hard poach one egg and the other was perfect but it still was good! She got the chicken sand w fries.. good sandwich and the fries were crispy on the outside and almost like mashed potatoe consistency on the inside.. next time we are in the keys, we will be back for sure!! Also thanks Lala for the fishing advice!! We bought 2 bags of key lime cookies otw out so that's why the price was high per person so dont factor that in when you decide to come here..
Gitout D — Google review
Amazing baked goods and food!!! Small place inside, so I bet they get quite busy and have a wait for tables. We stopped by around noon on a Friday and were the only customers at that time. Sadly the bakery case was mostly sold out, but understandable. Crab cake Benedict was delicious and wow... The cinnamon bun was so good. I will definitely be back!!

Giant cinnamon Bunz & huge sticky Bunz with Pecans!! Mini cinnamon bunz & key lime cookies! A chocolate & vanilla swirled cinnamon bun too!! They were busy and we had 3 kid's, so I forgot to grab the key lime cookies. I really wanted to try too, I'm so sad, I waited a long time to visit this area and I forgot the key lime cookies!! They were in top if my must do things! Oh goodness what a shame! Hahaha I wish I could have them shipped to me because I really wanted to try them! Also the service was great!! Thanks Bob's Bunz!!!

Delicious home made treats, just like Mom's. We had a Cinnamon Twist, a Cinnabon and a chocolate chip cookie. All were really, really tasty. It was the perfect place to stop on our way back from Key West. Will make it a regular stop from now on!

J'aime beaucoup! Lol loved this charming coffee, pastry, and sandwich shop! A good assortment of tasty treats in a tastefully designed and decorated space. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice small town feel. Get here early as they close at 2:30.

Lovely French bakery tucked away off the side of the major road running throughout KW. Without looking it up honestly this place would be very easily missed but missing this place would be a mistake. Very delicious and artfully crafted baked items. Can strongly recommend the chocolate and almond (bear claw?, not quite sure but I loved it) all items were delicate and sweet but not overwhelming. I could definitely go through several of these without an issue so I had to restrict myself to half a baked item a day. Flew a few back home they were so good. In the $4-5 range for most items. Absolutely make a stop here

What a wonderful surprise to find this charming French bakery hide in the Key West/Stark Island. We originally stopped in just for a cappuccino, but ended up staying until closing time, enjoying different tartines and the most delicious key lime beignet. The dough was absolutely perfect. We even picked up some croissants to take with us on our six-hour drive — and they were worth every bite. The staff were welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place — a true treasure in Key West!

We spent every morning of our trip to the Keys here for coffee and breakfast, and it never disappointed. From cappuccinos and lattes to frappes and food, everything was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and even when it was busy, the wait was never long. We especially loved the quaint atmosphere of the back patio- it became our favorite spot to start the day. Highly recommend!
Lisa C — Google review
We had an almond and chocolate croissant and an omelette with spinach, Brie and Swiss cheese. Delicious all of it! Our double espressos were caffeinated perfection! I highly recommend this bakery cafe!

Nice little breakfast spot. Not super French though - crepes were chewy, but tasty and espresso was served in styrofoam cups. Ugh. Outside of that, pretty fabulous. Very nice staff, clean, prices not too bad. Breakfast sandwiches on croissants were on point.

Mattheessen’s Candy Kitchen is a beloved spot in Key West, known for its delectable Key lime pies and other sweet treats. The family-owned business, which started as a small coffee kiosk in 1993, has now expanded to multiple locations. In addition to their famous half-pound cookies and homemade ice cream, Mattheessen’s offers traditional Key lime pie with a homemade graham cracker crust that perfectly complements the tart filling.
This is the best spot to get sweet treats on Key West. The cookies are what they are known for and for good reason. Just walking by you will see how ginormous they are. The cookies - chocolate chip, sugar, peanut butter, and peanut butter with chocolate icing with fudge on top are all top notch. I loved them all. They also have great options to choose from of their homemade ice cream or milkshakes. I was very happy with the triple chocolate ice cream and the birthday cake ice cream. Pro tip: they will warm up the cookie if you ask and they also sell to go cups of milk if you need it.
Jack F — Google review
Stopped by for some key lime pie and a cookie. Lots of sweets to choose from! The staff was friendly and there was line inside to wait a few minutes before I could get my sweet fix. Well worth the wait!
Sven R — Google review
We went to 3 ice cream shops in Key West and we can say this is the best!!! Cookie selection was great too and the size of each cookie was huge! ❤️ wish we knew this place sooner ❤️amazing staff too! Drop by and support them!
Maria S — Google review
Mattheessen’s has their own spin on Key West key lime pie, with a fairly thick hand made graham cracker crust, and whipped cream by request. I like a thicker crust, so I enjoyed the flavor fusion of crunch with the creamy smooth tart lime flavor. This place is made for tourists, much like Kermit’s, though has more general dessert options including giant cookies, fudge, and ice cream. Sure to find something sweet for everyone’s taste in the family!
Aaron C — Google review
We were walking along Duvall and my daughters noticed these cookies in the window. Wound up getting the chocolate chip macadamia nut. Soooo good!! They gave me a small piece and I wound up eating half of it. LOL! Highly recommended stop!
J B — Google review
Key lime pie was good, but ice cream is even better, according to my son, and he loves ice cream. He said it was the best ice cream he had ever eaten. I dont do ice cream, so I dont know. Whether you try pie or ice cream, you won't be disappointed.
Jenn C — Google review
This place is amazing. Got a cookie myself and two other people in my group got a key lime pie on a stick and key lime ice cream. Overall really positive. The cookie was great and really flavorful (Peanut butter and chocolate fudge). I was told that the both key lime pie items were pretty good. Overall a really cool place. Definitely worth it. Only reasons it isn’t 5 stars is because it was pretty pricy and there was a lot of sugar in the cookie. Kinda like a crumble cookie but fresher, better flavors, and felt like a little less sugary and buttery.
Jacob D — Google review
Ordered fudge cookie, priced higher than the other cookies, as well as a chocolate chip cookie. As my husband put it, this was beyond the best chocolate chip cookie and worth so much more than those fancy boutique cookies in our local town. So soft in the middle, and it took us three days to finish just one cookie. Will come here when I am craving another cookie in KW.

Wedding bakery
Key West Cakes, run by Steven and Paul, specializes in delectable cupcakes like red velvet, blondie, strawberry, chocolate chip, and peanut butter. Their smooth frosting and creative decorations make these classics stand out. In addition to cupcakes, they offer cookies, muffins, and chocolate-dipped strawberries. Originally operating from a house in 2006 with just two employees, Key West Cakes quickly expanded due to the growing wedding market in the Keys.
Key West Cakes made the most delicious red velvet cake for my husband and I's wedding! We still talk about how good it was and how we wish we could eat it all over again! Not only did it taste great, but the design was stunning. I sent them an inspiration photo and they flawlessly recreated it. Also, their price for a single tier heart shaped cake was very reasonable. Especially when compared to the much higher quotes we received from other Key West bakeries. Thank you, Key West Cakes!

Thank you so much to Key West Cakes for the most delicious and beautiful wedding cake!! We ordered a heart cake for an intimate wedding, the inside was vanilla and chocolate marble with Bavarian cream. 10 out of 10!!! The cake was moist and rich, absolutely perfect for our needs. Steve handled my order all the way from Maryland and had it delivered to the wedding reception. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. Thanks again so much!! Highly recommend.
Kyanna B — Google review
We were absolutely blown away with our wedding cake! We got a vegan cake because I am dairy free and it was the best cake I have ever had. We choose a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and vanilla frosting. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about it! Key West Cakes has been a pleasure to work with- you will not go wrong with a cake from here!
Alicia R — Google review
Key West Cakes did our wedding cake, and I couldn't have been happier! We chose a coconut cake with coconut icing, and it was such a crowd pleaser. I normally find wedding cake to be boring and dry, but this cake was so moist, fluffy, and flavorful. Our guests loved it! We tried saving the top tier but ended up devouring it with family the next day because we were all talking about how good it was. I will dream of this cake until I'm able to be back in Key West for a slice again soon!
Grace E — Google review
We walked a mile to get to this place in the heavy, humid heat, but man it was worth it! I wanted to grab a couple cupcakes for my husband’s birthday, and so we each picked one of these enormous things out! We were able to walk right in without ordering ahead of time. The staff was extremely friendly, and they even attached a birthday candle to the one my husband picked out so that we could celebrate properly! My double chocolate cupcake and his lemon one were both fantastic in their own ways. I would recommend this spot to anyone. They also do wedding cakes, which I can only imagine are amazing.
Hope L — Google review
Heavenly cupcakes! I picked up 6 of them today and tried the Funfetti as soon as I got home. A perfect 10 for me. The buttercream frosting is wonderful, it is not too heavy. There was a good amount of frosting on too, which is my favorite part of any cake so it was a hit for me. I can't wait to try the other flavors I got: mint chocolate chip (which has green mint cake vs chocolate cake), guava, lemon lovers, coconut bliss and key lime pie. They look incredible and based on the first one I tried I'm sure they will be just as delightful. A must-try for any cake lover. I can't wait to go back and try different flavors and also try their cookies. I do have one recommendation though, either drive to get these (they have some parking) or put them in a cooler to get them home if walking or biking. I had the cupcakes in a sealed bike bag during the hottest part of the day and got them home in under 10 min and some of the frosting had started to slide off and kind of "melt". Totally my fault and lesson learned. Next time I will have an ice pack in my bag.

Dave and team at Key West Cakes was an absolute pleasure working with for our wedding this past June. We worked with the team to develop a dessert menu of key lime tartlets and gluten free cupcakes (celiac guest). Not only were the tartlets delicious but the team at a Key West Cakes promptly delivered and setup our dessert table. Highly recommend Key West Cakes for any event in the keys. We will be going back for the tartlets everytime we visit!

Ordered a cake for my girlfriend’s birthday, 6 days in advance mind you, it was a waste of money. When ordered six days prior, the staff had asked us to come pick it up September second at 2pm thinking that it would be ready by then. The cake was not done and still being made at the time we were asked to arrive to pick it up, and looked nothing like the reference picture. It tasted disgusting and looked terrible. Their excuse for not having it on time was that they didn’t have a black ribbon to put on the cake and that’s why they waited 6 days to make a cake. Below is the reference photo and the cake I was handed for my girlfriend’s birthday. Thanks for ruining her 20th, will definitely not be coming back here anytime soon.

Paola made our wedding cake two years ago and this year she made the most beautiful tastiest 3 layered cake for my daughters first birthday. She was so sweet and kind to work with, the most professional baker I've ever come into contact with. The cake was so delicious. We had over 40 people at my daughters birthday and we got so many compliments about how amazing the cake was. Rick delivered the cake and it came perfect. Thank you again Paola, Rick and the team at Amazing Cakes and Creations❤️

Paola did my surprise KC Chiefs grooms cake for my August wedding and it was amazing. She was easy to book, super responsive (via email) and the cake turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I sent her a photo and she delivered. Plus it was super yummy!
Brooklynn B — Google review
The best cake we have ever had. Please don’t be blinded by the more popular/prominent bakeries in Key West. We tried them all (and not just their wedding cakes) and Paola’s tasting alone blew them out of the water. The white cake with strawberries and mousseline is to die for. Key lime with key lime filling is soooo good but the white cake stole the show for us. Guests were raving about both flavors. We ordered enough so we would have plenty of leftovers and people were stopping by the next morning to take some home and began eating a slice right in our condo. We did a small cutting cake with 2 sheet cakes served to guests, price was reasonable, decor was beautiful, flavor was fantastic. We came to the Keys to visit our dearest friends and to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Amazing Cakes did a great job on capturing college/Keys/and the important “21”. The confetti cake flavor was so delicious. Delivery was perfect! Thank you so much!

Amazing Cakes truly lives up to its name. My cake was absolutely perfect. I had sent a few photos of what I wanted and they went above and beyond my expectations. Rick and team were so easy to email back and forth with and accommodate all of my requests. They even delivered to my hotel so it was there when I arrived. I very highly recommend! (Also is super reasonably priced!)

The most amazing cake and awesome service!!! Knowing my birthday was on April 11th and that we would be in Key West with friends, my fiancee wanted to do something extra special, as it was my 60th. She had found a pic of a similar cake and contacted the folks at Amazing Cake with her idea.... We are craft beer fans and especially fans of one certain craft brewery here In Virginia Beach. They had her ship the empty can to them and they came up with what was in the accompanying picture. The day of my birthday dinner, we were all over the map about where to go for dinner and Rick was SO helpful, even delivered the cake to the restaurant at 5 p.m. when we finally decided where we were eating... The cake was a HUGE success, an AWESOME SURPRISE and TASTY!!! Thank you Rick and company for all your hard work and assistance.

All I can say is wow!! My baby shower cake was so unbelievably beautiful I didn’t want to take a bite of it, the cake was the center of attention at our party :) From the phenomenal artistic design, to the rich delicious flavor, and the white chocolate ornaments... our cake was hands down the best!! I wish I could give more stars! Cannot wait to have another cake done for our next special occasion!

Kermit's Key West Key Lime Shoppe is a bakery in the Florida Keys that specializes in key lime pie. They offer a variety of takes on the classic citrus fruit pie, along with food items such as olive oil and jellybeans.
This shop had a very welcoming environment. We were greeted by the mascot and his famous pie. He welcomed us in and encouraged us to partake in the samples provided all around the store. We purchased waffle cones and they were delicious. My son also got a bag of cookies 🍪, the cappuccino rum cake, and key lime pie. Surprisingly, the key lime pie was not that good. There were so many great treats to choose from. It was a fun experience.

Such a charming little shop! I finally got to try the famous Key Lime Pie here after doing a lot of research, it was my very first time having one in Key West. The pie was incredibly fresh, soft, and so delicious that it practically melted in my mouth. I loved it so much that I finished the whole thing in just four minutes!

Kermit’s Key Lime Pie Shop on Elizabeth Street is a fantastic stop in Key West. The key lime pie is delicious and refreshing, and they also have unique treats like lemon cookies that are worth trying. What makes it even better is the variety of samples available so you can taste before you buy. They even had a little snack for our dog, which was such a nice touch. A fun and welcoming spot to enjoy local flavors.

I know this place is always one of the top rated Key Lime pies in Key West. It ended up being my second favorite (tried 5 during the week). The pie was thicker (less creamy) than the others, but had a really nice lime flavor. I thought the piece was small, and while the shop had a lot of different key lime snacks and souvenirs, it felt a little over commercialized with just grabbing a pre-cut piece from a refrigerated case and checking out at a counter. It wasn't busy when we were there, but you could imagine days with large lines waiting to grab their piece of pie and go find a seat in the dining area. As I mentioned, the shop was cute, and there was a large indoor/outdoor seating area for when it's busy.

I stopped by Kermit’s Key Lime Shop and I have to say, everything about it was amazing. The key lime pie cheesecake was incredibly tasty, rich, creamy, and full of that perfect tangy sweet key lime flavor. Honestly, it was one of the best desserts I have ever had. I also tried the classic key lime pie, and it was just as good, smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet. You can tell they really know what they are doing. The shop itself is cute and full of charm, and the people working there were very kind and welcoming. Everyone had a smile and made you feel at home. It is one of those places that feels local and authentic, not touristy at all. If you are in Key West, Kermit’s is a must visit whether you are a dessert lover or just curious about why key lime pie is such a big deal. You will walk away happy, maybe even with a few extra slices to take home.
Safdar N — Google review
This place is charmingly decorated and welcoming with yummy Key Lime delights inside. I never leave the Keys without a frozen Kermit’s Key Lime Pie for home and send these to clients around the country. Bring your own cooler or you’ll have to pay for a frozen bag. Tried their Key Lime Taffy samples for the first time and ended up buying two bags because they were so yummy. Took one star off because only after, did I read that they’re made with corn syrup and palm oil and I avoid those ingredients for obvious reasons.
Rina — Google review
This was definitely one of the best key lime pie I've tried out of all the keys, but I will say, it's better in the store than buying a whole pie and taking it home. The crust gets almost soggy when its frozen. The prices for everything were pretty reasonable, expect for the pie. Way overpriced, especially for soggy crust. Just need some work on how to keep the crust and it would be worth it because the filling is delicious.
Charity C — Google review
Amazing and delicious key lime pies! I was staying at simonton court inn & this was just a short 2 minute walk around the corner which was fantastic! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere and aesthetic of the shop was absolutely perfect and there are so many treats and souvenirs you can grab to remember your trip by, bring back to your family & to enjoy back at your hotel. I highly recommend the coconut cream pie, my boyfriend who is not a fan of citrus, even said it was yummy and refreshing! We also got a limeade for our walk back which was also refreshing, and we grabbed a few items to bring back as souvenirs! This was a great last stop on our trip before we left and I'm so glad we went. Can't stop thinking about the delicious coconut key lime pie!!

Cakes by Karol in Key West is known for creating stunning and delicious cakes that are true works of art. Featured on TV and in magazines, these cakes come in a variety of flavors like chocolate, coconut, banana, and white chocolate with fillings such as strawberry, key lime, and dulce de leche. The bakery is also capable of accommodating special dietary needs like gluten-free and vegan options without compromising on taste.
My wedding cake was the perfect wedding cake!! It was exactly what I wanted!! Cakes by Karol customer service was excellent. They kept me updated on everything and worked with the venue to get the cake delivered and we did not have to do anything. I highly recommend them!!
Lillie B — Google review
Working with Cakes by Karol was an absolute delight from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and patient, answering all of our questions and offering thoughtful recommendations on flavor combinations that would complement each other perfectly. We had a very specific cake inspiration we found online, and Karol took that exact vision and transformed it into a beautiful cake that not only matched our wedding aesthetic but also reflected our personalities. It was truly the perfect centerpiece for our celebration. One of the highlights was the cake tasting process—even though we weren’t local, Karol shipped the cake layers, fillings, and frostings to us so we could sample and mix flavors at home. It was so much fun (and so tasty!) to experiment with all the delicious combinations before making our final choice. On the big day, our guests couldn’t stop raving about how incredible the cake was—some even joked about trying to bribe others for extra slices! That kind of reaction says it all. If you want a cake that’s as delicious as it is beautiful, and a vendor who’s easy to communicate with and truly cares, Cakes by Karol is the one to call.

We highly recommend using cakes by Karol! Our wedding cake turned out absolutely incredible. Not only was it beautiful but tasted incredible. All out our guest loved it! It was the perfect size for our small wedding. The unique key lime flavor was perfect. Definitely recommend if you’re getting married in Key West.

Cakes By Karol is absolutely amazing!! We chose her for our destination wedding in Key West and she was nothing but Great from her professionalism to her amazing cake! Everyone said it was the best wedding cake they have ever tasted! It was the wedding cake of my Dreams! I would highly recommend Cakes By Karol for a delicious and beautiful cake!!

Cakes by Karol hosted the desserts and cake for our wedding day last week. I have Celiac Disease and other food allergies so I stick mostly to a gluten free/vegan diet. Given that, we did a one tier gluten free, vegan cake with chocolate cake, peanut butter filling and vanilla buttercream icing with a blush flower on the side. Not only did our cake look beautiful, but you would have never known it was a gluten free, vegan cake - it was DELICIOUS! I totally recommend them whether you have food allergies or not. Our guests loved the dessert display we put underneath (key lime shooters, chocolate trifle shooters, peanut butter chocolate shooters, chocolate covered strawberries). Our guests ate them until they couldn't eat anymore, even after our reception had ended. Cakes by Karol worked amazing with all of this and the fact that we live almost 2,000 miles away. They kept in contact with us through emails, calls, etc. and always responded in a timely fashion. That was such a breeze to feel important so far away. Thank you Cakes by Karol! If we could give you more than 5 stars I would!
Samantha G — Google review
For our wedding, we ordered a dessert tower for our guests. Cakes by Karol whipped up some fantastic key lime, strawberry cheesecake and chocolate mousse shooters that everyone raved about! We were working long-distance and the entire process was easy, we we very pleased with the results. Very budget friendly as well. Highly recommend!
Crimson T — Google review
Karol was extremely pleasant to work with and brought our vision to life!! We did a 6 inch round with key lime & strawberry shortcake shooter tower below. Everyone was obsessed including us! It was gorgeous and delicious! Highly recommend.
Blake T — Google review
Very accommodating business. You tell them what you want and they’ll get it done (for a price of course). It’s always a gamble when it comes to taste. I had a cake done professionally last year for my daughters birthday in cape cod and it was trash, so I was praying this was edible. Luckily we could actually eat a birthday cake this year! Definitely pricey, but I know nothing about cake making. Overall they came through on my daughters birthday and that’s all I could ask for. Even delivered to Latitudes on a separate island. Thank you, again. (For those that need to know the cake we got was dense and rich and sweet, but that’s all I’ll say about that)

We had a destination wedding in the Florida Keys and hired Maggie's Bakery for our wedding cake and cupcakes. Absolutely fantastic. My wife sent them example photos of what we wanted and they nailed it. Always responded quickly to our emails. They coordinated with our venue for delivery. As good as everything looked, it tasted even better. Several of our guests said this was the best cake/cupcakes they've ever had at a wedding. When we return to the Keys to celebrate anniversaries, we will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended.

I LOVE Maggie! Even though we never met in person – she was absolutely FANTASTIC and she designed the EXACT wedding cake I had envisioned. It was absolutely beautiful and delicious! I was planning a small destination wedding for our immediate family and the resort we were using recommended Maggie when we asked about local cookies to put in our welcome bags. Maggie greeted us at the door with a big hug and a box of white chocolate key lime cookies that were to die for! These cookies were so delicious and Maggie and her sister were so easy to work with and made the long distance communication so easy.

I booked Maggie for my wedding at Coral Beach on 11/15/2022 and she was amazing! She was so super easy and kind to work with. I sent her a picture of the cake that I wanted and it looked the exact same day off as the inspiration picture. Not to mention the cake was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and so were the cupcakes. I’ve never tasted cake icing as good as that! 🥰 in the future I would most definitely book Ms. Maggie again!

We have used Maggie Ames for years now for birthdays, holidays and wedding films and photography styled shoots. She is one of the sweetest people I know, her cakes are wonderful. Always flavourful and moist. She excels at the delicate design work and has fab ideas. Watch out for our Howl O Ween shoot and the cake she will make us for that AGAIN this year.

OMG People are still talking about my cake 9 days after our wedding. It was perfection- she captured exactly what I wanted design wise and the cake tasted fabulous on top of that! Thank you so much for making my day perfect with the perfect wedding cake!

100% the best cake place to go with for any type of cake. Unique delights just finished our wedding yesterday and it was nothing but perfection. The design and setup was exactly what we wanted. I’ve never seen such high quality in the aesthetics of a cake. On top of that the flavor was out of this world. Most wedding cakes are weeks and weeks old and bland, her cakes are fresh and taste like they just came out of the oven. Anyone would make a mistake going to any other cake vendor but unique delights. Thank you again!! M&M

My husband really wanted a board game cake for our wedding rehearsal - it's a big hobby for him, and I worried how it might turn out, but Unique D'Lites did an amazing job!! Our wedding cake also turned out exactly how I pictured, and it was delicious as well! We were very happy we chose them, and the gluten free cake they made was especially wonderful for our friends with allergies - it was extra special that they could join in on the festivities. Big thanks to them for being so fantastic for our big day!

Nancy did a great job on my boyfriend’s 50th birthday cake! I told her I wanted a coconut and chocolate cake designed with a Star Wars Yoda theme. She put together a log cake look and labeled it perfectly with “50 you are” - something Yoda would say. I brought the Yoda topper from home to our vacation in Islamorada. The cake was for 12 people and it served everyone well. Nancy even delivered it to Amara Cay resort where we were staying. Loved it! Thank you!

Let me start off by saying I would give Unique D'Lites a 10 STAR! I had my wedding in the beautiful heart of Key largo on November 2, 2019. Nancy was so amazing, anytime I had a question she always answered even as busy as she was. I'am a very picky person and let me tell you my cake was not only absolutely beautiful and exactly how I wanted it but the FLAVOR was to die for! I had two different flavors (Coconut with nutella icing and amaretto with butter cream) I can't begin to even explain how delicious my cake was. I'am from Miami and I have had cakes from many different famous cake designers and they can NEVER compare to unique D'Lites. Nancy is a true professional and she truly puts her all into making her customers happy. My cake was so AMAZING that I will be ordering any future cake from Unique D'Lites and take the drive up to the keys just to pick it up. I recommend them 150% I promise you wont be disappointed.

Best wedding cake I have ever had! Sure, maybe I am biased as the bride, but my guests were actually disappointed they couldn't have a second slice, so I don't think I am alone in that opinion! We had a white cake with key lime filling for our Keys wedding - both delicious and beautiful!

This funky bakery is a favorite of locals and tourists alike for its delicious key lime pies, treats, and other Key West-themed products. The location on Front and Duval Streets is just steps from Mallory Square, making it easy to pick up some sweet treats on your way to explore the lively district.
Awesome bakery with many other key lime items, like cookies, jelly beans and taffy. They offer samples too. There is a small outdoor are to sit and eat but no tables just seats. The key lime pie was good, but found it "normal" not too tart just enough lime flavor. I preferred their strawberry key lime instead, it was perfect! They also have a strawberry drink that is aaamazing! Didn't get a picture of it. But highly recommend it. You can also purchase gift, items as seen in the pictures. If you like key lime flavored anything, this is your place 👌

Of course the trolley we rode on through Key West passed in front of Kermit's Key West Lime Shoppe. Of course a human dressed in a key lime-colored baker's outfit was right curbside showing off a whole key lime pie to us all. And of course my spouse had to have one. After throwing down a few and enjoying some conch around town, we popped in before getting back on the cruise ship. MENU: Pies (by the slice, whole, even shipped to the lower 48), ice cream, smoothies, beverages. DESSERT: Key Lime Pie On A Stick An actual slice of frozen pie was covered in a dark chocolate shell. I personally would've liked it more if it was milk chocolate as the combined tartness of the pie and dark chocolate made it extremely tart for me. Key Lime Pie I'm not a key lime pie expert or fan, but it was good to me. A bit tart, light, not overly sweet, with a thin and moist crust. SERVICE: The male staff member who assisted us was welcoming and friendly. TIP: They sell other snacks and items as well. Mosey around the store! OVERALL: If you're a key lime fan, I'm sure you'll love this place.

Had to try what I was told was the best key lime pie in KW. It was delicious indeed but I’ve got to believe there is better. Also the size of the slice is tiny. A slice of pie should be at least close to as long as the fork you’re eating it with! The shop had a lot of personality however, and i liked the free samples of some of their other goodies.

Definitely some of the best key lime pie on the island, during my time in Key West I had thr famous and popular pie several times and it was the best out of them all. I liked how they didn’t overdo the meringue like others and topped it with some simple whipped cream. More on the tangy side and the store was really cute and had a good vibe.

Midway Cafe is such a beautiful and cozy spot! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with reasonable prices. The staff was attentive and friendly. We had a great experience here today! My kids enjoyed their kids pancake plate (1 pancake, 1 egg, bacon and fruit for $8 was perfect for them), I enjoyed the Greek chicken salad wrap with a side of lobster bisque with pita chips. Stopped by here with the family during our August vacation in the Keys. The food was excellent and they had plenty of flash back items all around to look at, like old arcade games, record albums and movie memorabilia. The service however left much to be desired, as we got our own sodas out of the cooIer and I understand helping out each other, but a different waitress and the busboy brought our food and for the price of the entrees the side salad should come with it. Also, a small selection of bottled sodas with no refills at $3.50 a pop is ridiculous. Stop overcharging your customers and offer fountain drinks with refills. Still good enough to recommend you stop by.

I’ve been hearing about this place for quite some time and never had the pleasure of stopping in. I’m sorry I hadn’t earlier as the food and service are on another level. Spicy Fish “Tacos” are actually a burrito that is very well balanced and made perfectly. I’d say for the keys a 7/10 and for miami an 8.5/10. As far as the pizza no frills just a good pie that has fresh ingredients cooked perfectly. 8/10 And the icing on the proverbial cake is the complementary dog food what a nice and awesome touch.

Traveling through we found this place that had 4.7 stars. We drove up and were a little concerned because there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. I guess because it was 3:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday we came at a time that was not busy. We decided to eat here and I must say that the grouper Reuben. Sandwich was out of this world. Again I was a little concerned but to take a risk. I'm so glad I did. I've never had anything like it anyway s not fishy the fish was mild it was a nice big piece and so flavorful. I topped my meal off with key lime pie which was top with meringue for one it was very tasty it was very pleased with her experience and we'll look forward to coming here again next time I'm in the Keys.

Fabulous grouper Reuben! And my waitress was the sweeetest!!! I don’t know what her name was, but she had blonde hair, pulled back in a ponytail and had glasses… She was just the nicest person. I was by myself and she made me feel very comfortable. I took one star off for atmosphere because I was boiling hot. It felt like the air conditioner didn’t work great. Granted, it was about 110° outside!

Donut shop
Glazed Donuts is a casual shop on Eaton Street that has been serving up creative donuts and coffee since 2012. The space is relaxed with robot decor, making it a unique spot to enjoy delicious treats. They take pride in crafting each donut from scratch, ensuring that there's a perfect option for everyone.
Great Donut and Coffee experience. Decor is like retro donut shop. Some seating but not enough for large crowd. Donuts are a tad pricey but worth it. Made fresh every day unlike chain stores who have them shipped in. They do not offer "by the dozen" pricing just individual. I would suggest going each morning and getting a fresh donut and coffee.
Heather C — Google review
Definitely on the pricey side for donuts but that comes with the benefit of being high quality. They're not overwhelmingly sweet. Outside almost has a light crust making for a great bite into the soft interior. Pictured is the key lime & Boston creme, filled with plenty of filling! This order cost me $10.30
Caleb — Google review
The donuts, coffee and staff were great! This place has so much potential — if the ambiance matched the food, it could easily be packed with people who would stay longer and order more. Unfortunately, the smell of cleaning products was so strong that it almost smelled dirty, making it hard to stay and eat. There were also lots of extra donut boxes lining the walls, which made the space feel more like a storage unit than a donut shop.
Jeanie S — Google review
4 stars just because of price... I realize everything in the Keys is expensive, but almost $5 a donut was a little steep for me, even as a guy who's favorite sweet is donuts. We were on vacation so we had to sample a half dozen, and the flavors, taste and size were 5 star. The key lime was delicious and I loved the seasonal pumpkin spice. As well as a bakery it's also a very cute coffee shop with a decent amount of inside seating. It's just a block between Truman's Annex and Duval street, so a great location for anyone staying at that end of the island. As the only shop I could find doing traditional donuts, and given how tasty they were, I'd justify the price again if I ever make it back to the keys.

Yes! I really appreciate great donuts. These were exceptional. Had the jelly of the week (guava) and a buttermilk glazed. I want to try them all!! In an atmosphere where heat and humidity are constantly changing, I appreciate the craft of working with dough to bring some happiness to people each day. These guys are brilliant. 100% would go back.
Vince M — Google review
Super friendly fun place to go. Nothing like a great donut to start the day. Excellent flavors and wonderful smells highlights the adventure here. I love a perfect glazed donut not to sweet but fresh. They hit the nail on the head!!
Rick B — Google review
Great donuts!! Get there early if there’s a specific kind you want because they do sell out. We tried the glazed and Cuban coffee and loved both! Freshly baked every day! Definitely worth checking out.
Lauren K — Google review
Glazed Donuts is a delightful spot in Key West with a creative, welcoming atmosphere and consistently high-quality selections. The space features fun robot-themed wall art, a U.S. map of donut shops, and an informative board describing their coffee roasting process and menu... small details that really add to the experience. One of my favorite features is the front window where you can watch the kitchen in action. It’s clear a lot of care goes into every batch. I always pick up a lemon poppy seed roll while also trying something new. The coffee is also good, with a self-serve area for customization. There’s seating inside, including a few children’s books along the wall, making it comfortable for a quick breakfast or a relaxed start to the day. The bathroom is clean, and the shop itself is well-maintained. I usually visit early, and by the time I leave, there’s often a line forming out the door, and indication of how good the donuts are. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. A great stop for locals and visitors alike.

Café Moka is a charming coffee shop with two locations in Tavernier and Islamorada, offering a delightful selection of homemade French pastries, sandwiches, and an array of coffee and espresso options. It's a popular spot for breakfast and brunch, serving favorites like acai bowls and avocado toast. In addition to its morning offerings, Café Moka transitions into a lively hangout in the afternoon with beer, wine, and tapas.
I have passed this location many times not knowing that I was missing out… this coffee shop is incredible! Delicious and balanced coffee (I had a iced macchiato which was perfect) tried their cortadito and the matcha latte and they were wonderful made as well. Also some of their baked goods like the almond croissant and a pound cake which were equally delicious. Their decoration is open fresh and so relaxing, such well taste placing all the tables and wall decor. This in just one visit has become a destination and a sure stop when in the keys… I might even consider making the trip just to come here! Totally recommend. They have parking on the back, on the street in front and on the side. And as you pass to have a coffee, please stop in The shop and you will find so many beautiful things! Go and visit, you will love it!

Quaint and delightful little coffee shop along the highway to Key West. The interior design is coastal and bright and refreshing. There is a good assortment of pastries/baked goods and they had a good range of drink options as well. Service was friendly and quick. The outside tables are so cute with umbrellas and assorted foliage and greenery. Beautiful location

Stopped by Cafe Moka in Tavernier this morning for a Java pick me up… cute location in a small house located on US 1. Staff were friendly, and service was great. We had a couple of large lattes, which were good, but could have been more hot when served. We also ordered one of the almond croissants, which was delicious, but a bit overcooked in our opinion. All in all, good coffee, and good breakfast eats…. they also have a nice selection of lunch items as well. Recommend Cafe Moka!

Fab little cafe. There is plenty of parking available outside. The cafe itself is so cute, really nicely decorated. We had a Matcha Latte and a Cortado as well as an Almond Croissant. It was all really lovely! Staff was great too. Would recommend!

The cafe is in an old building (church). Went for coffees and an almond croissant. Nice menu selection. Interior space was nice with a cool Instagrammable wall\sofa combo. We sat out front, but the table was super wobbly and the traffic was a bit noisy so id recommend sitting in the garden out back or on the side.

The spot is so quaint ans quiet. There is a wide variety of coffee drink options and the pastries ans delicious. The staff is so kind and patient. We loved the cold brew, macchiato, and crossiants.

We discovered this lovely cafe on our trip to the Keys. The staff was super nice. My cappuccino and sandwich was amazing. We also recommend the kombucha that is locally brewed in Florida! Coming from a kombucha drinker ourselves 😊

We love this place!! We come to Islamorada every year for our anniversary, and we usually go to that location, but this trip, we switched to the Tavernier location since the Islamorada location ran out of quiche at 9:00 AM, and the staff was not very pleasant. The Cafe Moka here in Tavernier is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, service is quick, & the atmosphere is so fun. We always get a caramel macchiato, quiche Lorraine, and an almond croissant. They always taste amazing, and we are never disappointed. Coming to Cafe Moka every morning is one of our favorite parts of our trip!

Goldman's Deli is a traditional Jewish deli located in a strip mall on N Roosevelt. It offers classic bagels, pastrami sandwiches, and soups. The spot is known for its authentic New York-style breakfast featuring boiled and baked bagels served with fried eggs, melted cheese, and a choice of meat. This family-run diner provides a fast-paced and flavor-filled dining experience.
Amazing dining experience!! True deli-style setup with curbside seating. Generous portions. Amicable and knowledgeable staff!! Janette was amazing!! Huge thank you to the kind gentleman who paid for our meal. Beautiful atmosphere. Menu selections are for every discerning palate. Highly recommended!! If you're in Key West, have a meal here. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I visited Goldman’s Deli for Mother’s Day weekend and we had an amazing breakfast! The pastrami and egg bagel is everything!!! And OMG! I can’t say enough about the double chocolate chip and lemon cookies 😋But aside from the delicious entrees served at this establishment, their customer service was Top Notch! Even though we didn’t get to engage with all of the servers, several passed by to make sure we were good. Jeremy in particular was outstanding! He was warm, inviting and funny! My wife and I strongly recommend having breakfast and or lunch at Goldman‘s but if you wanna add some laughter to your visit, ask for Jeremy. He’ll make your experience that much more delightful. Thanks Jeremy. We had a fantastic time while in Key West and you were an intricate part in our stay!

AMAZING food! Cute little restaurant, obviously very popular. We walked in and were seated right away. It was busy when we were in there so we were sort of cramped into a corner table. They have lots fresh baked goodies, breads, bagels, etc. Sandwiches, breakfasts, and other meals. We were a party of 3 and everyone was very satisfied with their food! The staff were friendly enough, though I did see the cashier accidently drop a plastic-wrapped piece of banana bread on the floor and another staff member picked it up and put it back on the shelf, they looked at each other, shrugged and went about their work. I mean, it was wrapped, but still gave me the sense that they might be a little too lenient about food sanitation. Otherwise, the place was clean, simple, and affordable, with healthy options on the menu!!

10 out of 10 would recommend... easily the best breakfast joint in the Keys maybe even florida. Atmosphere was amazing, food and smells lived up to everything I could have wanted. Portions are huge 😍 price was low for the portion size 😳 my belly was full! Wife and I will be returning. Thank you for the amazing service and experience.

Wow. Phenomenal. The service, the staff, the environment and the food is amazing ☺️💪🏼 by far the best breakfast place in #KeyWest If your going to come eat don’t be inna hurry they are busy but is worth the little wait. Thank you very much for making our trip better ☺️
Luis G — Google review
It was busy, which is ok, we’re here on vacation. But “throwing” the plates on the table, having your thumb in my bagel and snapping back at me for asking something isn’t right at all. The bagels were good as expected but everything else was mediocre at best. Unfortunately, for us it was very disappointing. Coffee was good though. The latkes they serve are not what I grew up with, chopped liver…well more liver than eggs and onions would be nice, specifically asked for “no salami” and the wrap still came with a load of it, extra capers and onion on my bagel…didn’t get it, for the side order we had to ask again. No thank you very much!
Sophia R — Google review
Leslie was our server! He was amazing! Excellent hustle and was great with refills. Service was quick, everyone was moving all the time! Food was great! Much more than bagels! Presentation was excellent and everything was fresh!! Blew my expectations out of the water!

Goldman’s Deli in Key West is the real deal! The pastrami here is absolutely amazing -- tender, flavorful, and piled high just the way it should be. Their matzo ball soup is also on point, comforting and full of flavor, exactly what you’d hope for from a classic deli. The atmosphere feels authentic and welcoming, and you can tell they put care into everything they serve. Easily one of my favorite spots in Key West when I’m craving true deli comfort food. Highly recommend!

If you're craving some delicious desserts, be sure to check out Mattheessen's Bakery. They have three locations in Key West and all of the goodies are made on-site each day. THEIR cookies are legendary, but don't forget about their ice cream, Key Lime Pie and other treats!
This was such a fun place with great local ice cream, the really fun part is checking out the local Keylime pie that was made just right and then dipped in chocolate. I never experienced such a thing before, but I really love it. The customer service was awesome. Highly recommended!
Justin F — Google review
Such a cute place for desserts, wished we tried the ice cream. The cookies are absolutely huge and we got the snickerdoodle and chocolate chip. It was delicious but it didn’t WOW us. Overall the atmosphere and customer service were great!
V — Google review
This was a good ice cream spot; the ice cream is especially creamy which suggests to me that it has a higher cream content. The key lime pie was quite tasty; sweet yet tart and had a thick yummy buttery graham cracker crust. The gentleman added some whipped cream as this is not the “meringue topped” type of key lime pie. We also had some Cuban cappuccino which was essentially an Italian cappuccino but it was very good. The gentleman serving us surprised us with a taste of an affogado (espresso and some vanilla ice cream) which was really tasty! There are also giant cookies, fudge, gluten free chocolate macaroons but we did not try those. The ice cream is made down the street but it is essentially made on site as is the key lime pie. Good place!
Choppers368 — Google review
I can't rave about their cookies enough!!!!! I died and went to heaven after my diabetic overload (No seriously I survived)! They were so good, that we went back the next day just to grab some more and plus some on the road trip back to Bradenton, Florida to visit some of our relatives. Definitely, didn't share with the relative. The last cookie didn't make it past the turn off from Alligator Alley to I-75. ----- Author C.A. McJack

Mattheessen’s Homemade is absolutely delicious! The ice cream sundae was incredible, topped with warm, fresh cookies that smelled amazing the moment you walked in. The whole place is filled with the mouthwatering aroma of freshly baked cookies and sweets. Everything tasted rich, homemade, and full of flavor. If you’re in Key West, this place is a must-visit!”

By far the best key lime pie in all of Key West! The crust was incredible , and the key lime flavor is spot-on — tangy, smooth, and just right. We actually stumbled upon this spot while looking for ice cream but decided to try the pie instead… and I’m so glad I did! Highly recommend — even better than Kermit’s!

We stopped by Pinecrest Bakery in the Keys and had a wonderful experience. Lida took care of us—she was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. One of the best things is that they’re open 24 hours, so it’s the perfect spot for a late-night snack or an early morning coffee. The pastries were fresh, and the Cuban coffee was just what we needed. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Lida, for the excellent service!

I stopped by here on my way to Key West. The place is clean with friendly employees and amazing food.
