This fellow who is running…the shop beside Raj Theatre in kurnool…is a big time idiot he seriously doesn’t know how to talk to customer properly and behaves rude when we ask for anything…. I think who ever have franchised him shud give a stern warning…and shud make him understand that the CUSTOMER IS A PENULTIMATE PERSON TO BE SERVED SERIOUSLY….and RESPECTFULLY…. I curse this shop to hell… 😼

2 star because they dont even give cover for a bread packet which costs 50/- even if asked. Small bakeries provide with proper paper bags even though we take small items like puff etc. utter negligence and ignorance if we ask for paper bag.

I bought two products from rajvihar, kurnool. One is the packed product and the other one is pastries. I absolutely do not like the taste. About pastries, the bread they used is hard may be because it is not fresh. About the packed product,i bought by seeing picture on the top of the product, thinking it looks alike inside. But it is completely different. Do not like the taste. These are costly and do not worth the money.

The owner refused to offer an extra spoon when the two of us wanted to try a pastry we already bought to get a bigger cake. He refused to offer tissues and when confronted, we were abused. He further said that we can give our business to some other store if they are offering extra tissues and spoons.

I have purchased snacks. The quality is good. Rates are affordable.

The chaat here is a must try. My friend insisted we eat chaat at this place and I am glad we did. I tried samosa chaat, dahi poori and paani poori. All are really good. It's a place where you get cakes, snacks, chaat, bakery items, sweets etc. Very good options you have. You have a small place where you can sit an eat too. Definitely a good place to enjoy chaat for sure.

Slowly observe the mosquito on top of the sweets, I’m not surprised because I have seen many flies and mosquitoes in other box. They are not following any kind of hygiene, extremely bad maintenance by the management. I am a regular customer. Now. I have taken a decision not to go again to this place, and I will definitely educate all my realities and friends not to go to this place.

recently visited Sri Balaji's CAKEWALA in Kurnool and was impressed! The bakery has a fantastic 4.3 star rating with 696 reviews, so I knew I was in for a treat. They have a wide variety of cakes, pastries, and even pizzas. Everything I tried was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. So based on the season I chose to buy the fruitcake and they have a Rich and fresh selection and when I decided to go for a 200 g cake at ₹160 for tasting it out, they offered on their own slices for 20 rupees each. Based on what I have tasted, I find it definitely better than Monginis. Next time I would like to try out the rasmalai cake and brownies. Addressing the negative reviews over here about them. I find that they might not always have the best stuff, staff behavior, or availability of items, but they can definitely be considered one of the top options in Kurnool, as the likelihood of these situations is less than 1%. So in the end, I'll definitely be back!

One of the best cake shop in the entire Kurnool area. Also the cakes they have are of wide range and they are taking orders for customized cakes. Also there different types of cakes available for us to choose for a quick party events and they taste very well. Also they have some great bakery items such as Puffs, Muffins, Rolls and some other juices. The attitude of the workers is also very good and they help us choosing the cakes which we want for a particular occasion

Never ever order customised birthday cakes from here. They don’t even know how to design customised cakes. They spoiled my daughter’s 4 th birthday with disaster cake. They don’t even know which colour text will suite in which colour cake. Seems like there were no professional bakers in this shop. The design of fonts was very pathetic. The finishing of the cake was uneven. Despite of giving instructions several times at the time of order, despite of provide sample cake photos, despite of reminding them everyday on WhatsApp they spoil the cake. The spoil our occasion. We have ordered frozen Elsa theme cake for my daughter’s birthday. The Elsa picture and the text used on the cake were very very thin and elsa image has been melted and drop when we open the cake at home. Below are the images . Earlier we travelled with cake more than this distance. Nothing happened to cake. It’s 30 kms and just a 45 minutes journey. However my issue is not only about post delivery. It’s all about how you people following the instructions, designing the cake, finishing etc. 1)Birthday girl name and happy birthday text written with black colour on the cake which looks very awkward. Despite instructing you several times, despite sharing sample image. You used wrong colour. When I asked about this at the time of delivery, they removed the black colour text and placed blue colour text on that. But the marks of that previous black colour fonts are looking very awkward on the cake. 2)Fondant should be used for customised cakes. Then will it will support the cake . I thought you people will use that. But you people just made the cake with normal bread and cream. 3)The Quality and the finishing of the text used on the cake was not up to the standards. Overall cake is not worth the price.

The items are really good. There are a lot of items in their bakery which were once really difficult to find in Kurnool. The prices are reasonable. The ambience is really great and food is good too. The staff there are not quick responsive and take too much time to bring the order.

The worst cake i had ate. In inside the bread is rotten and the bread is like streching with smell🤮. I ate strawberry cake worth 600 rupees. And we complaint to them and we told we will get that cake to cake wala shop and they told noo noo. But we take a piece and showed them. They offered another cake.

Milk Bread Cost is 50/- Two days before I bought a bread at Brindavan Bakery Today it caught Fungus. this is the second time it happened. Even though I have informed them, about Food Quality. Even though your apple cakes has some odour smell. You guys won't maintain food quality at all. it doesn't matter if you prepare products day to day. if you won't maintain cleanliness and quality inside or outside of your store ..! Sofas and tables are available to eat there.reasonable prices. Bike parking is also good for vehicle holders. Four wheelered vehicles are not safe to park.

Today i visited this Bakery for a burger 🍔 I am a burger lover, I expected a patty burger but shopkeeper said they don't sell patty burger but they keep their own stuffing he said so I thought of trying it, after I got the order I just see onions mayonnaise tomato and capsicum init and there is no stuffing later I asked shopkeeper is this your special burger yes he said i am totally upset with the burger and i just paid him totally and came out. I don’t have zero rating to give so giving one star for food

Firstly, There is no service over the table. Several items from the menu are not served. Dining area is seriously dark. Regarding the taste, Egg sandwich which I ordered is mediocre. Overall, Not recommended. Items are overpriced as per their standards. Location is too far to make a go. Kurnool now has many good eatery which they live upto their standards better than this.

When this bakery was started some year ago, every cake was tasted good, i used to come from long distance to have it here. After long time i went there and had a red velvet pastry 🍰, it was not red in inside and i asked why, the reply from the person is "we don't put colors, they are harmful to people health" i laughed after this reply😂, and also who tf adds the flavour pink gel on the top of a red velvet pastry instead of whipped cream and red crumbs. And even the red gel cake didn't taste good at all 🤮 Even this bakery doesn't deserve one star

It's un expected cake. I ordered jelly fruit cake with looking good. But unexpected it's not at all looking good. Fruits not cutter as baker, and message on cake also not kept properly as expected. Just they have used kitkat chocolate to write a quotation. My husband celebration gets off by looking like this cake.

Name sounds good, but products are not as good as name of bakery. I've disappointed with the taste of butter scotch cool cake which I bought for my daughter birthday on 3/2/22, I also bought bun packet and plum cake on the same day. None of the products impressed me. Cost is also not reasonable.

Affordable cakes. But the quality is not so good for health consious persons. Pure maida is used which is not at all good. I suggest all kinds of cakes which use pure maida and white sugar.

Is there any way to give this fellow -5 stars, coz he just ruined my day, every Rs you spend in this bakery is a waste. They are not making food, they are making garbage, the cakes they serve gives you food poising they are at least 10days old, they dont know how to cook why bother opening a baker, they dont know how to make a burger!

One of your branch namely, cake and pizza, near Old bus stand, have been serving burned burgers, and the staff is so insensitive about it that they don't know how to react, i asked them for crispy paneer burger, god knows what did they do with the paneer it was totally dark and burned, non of your staff has a answers for it, no one would expect to have thier burger like this, i did took the picture coz i didn't take my phone back to the bakery i regert not taking picture now

Worst service ever. No dignity No neatness No responsibility. I got a cake, it's was wosrt like, I have never ever had. I think that was an old one like a year ago. I thought that might be happened by mistake, I trusted them and went for a biryani. And as usual, again the same thing. I didn't even touched it, as it smelled disgusting. I can't understand how come anyone can sale an expired product.
