Henri's Bakery & Deli is a cherished gem in Atlanta, celebrated for its mouthwatering roast-beef sandwiches and an impressive array of baked goods. Established in 1929, this award-winning bakeshop has become synonymous with high-quality wedding cakes that blend Southern charm with European sophistication. The bakery boasts a delightful selection of French and Danish pastries alongside their signature deli offerings, making it a favorite among locals.
Fallon Henry’s after walking over in Stone Mountain. The moment you walk in the staff was very friendly and attentive lots of fresh baked goods. So the family decided to try the sandwiches. I had the roast beef Poboy, which was delicious. The egg salad sandwich was very tasty and Italian sandwich was very delicious. Where one of our guests had to get a second and was saying this was one of the best Italian sandwiches he’s ever had. Plenty of seating inside and outside bathrooms were clean and will be visiting Henry’s if I’m ever out in Georgia again.

Consistently Great buttery flaky croissants and House Blend good flavor and medium body. My friend had the Cheese Danish sweet and creamy with a latte. Service was good definitely felt welcome. There was one particular Asian lady who was bubbly and genuinely friendly. Great lunch spot and good pastries & coffee that’s NOT overpriced.

Stopped in for lunch. The place was packed, so I was excited to try the food. It was a little confusing as to where we ordered and paid as there were people everywhere. We thought there was a line for the bakery, and there was a line for the deli section, but everybody had to pay the same place and it was Confusing. The line was always super long to check out as we watched. We had a Reuben and roast beef sandwich. The onion bun was pretty dry. The Reuben was good. It wasn’t great.

Wonderful atmosphere. Fresh food and courteous staff. Prices were quite reasonable for our lunch and it was delicious. The baked goods and homemade treats were very tempting. Definitely recommend this place

I sent a family member up to get some onion rolls for our burger dinner that night. These are what I needed to serve because this is what they sold! Actually ruined the special burgers made for dinner. Dry and way over cooked. Had no choice as they were closed by the time I got off work. Really hate that they would actually sell these when they are OBVIOUSLY over cooked!! If you are a bakery why would you sell burnt baked goods? Would a car dealer sell a broken car? Would you pay the lawn guy for not cutting your grass? I guess it’s okay to rip people off by selling obvious overcooked and dry bread, at least according to this management/baker. Whoever baked these should have enough respect to not sell them as acceptable baked bread. That’s just a lazy unprofessional baker! I feel the people who are considering this bakery should know what to expect from the baker!!! My only regret is actually trusting that they would be good and serving them for our dinner. These are the two left for the picture after I confirmed why my eyes were telling me.

I love Henris and especially this location. I’m only posting this because there wasn’t a contact us in the website. I have always had great customer service, until this morning. The morning crew was not friendly and seemed annoyed that I was ordering so much. It’s the crew at 7:45am but the new cashier was friendly. Please make sure staff is trained on customer service to create a welcoming environment in our neighborhood Henris for all customers. I don’t want to stop visiting this location.

What a frustrating experience….I arrived at this location at 2:55 on a Saturday and while they close at 5:00, they were in the middle of mopping and shutting down for the day - it took me a minute to even get someone to come over to help me. I asked to buy a birthday cake and pointed to one in the case. The woman helping me was chatting w a friend and made no eye contact and basically ignored me for the first awkward minutes. Then, another woman comes out and starts to box up the cake when I asked her to wait and add some writing on it. She said, “oh, there are no decorators here”. I kept thinking, “y’all are a bakery AND still open for another 2 hours but you are mopping around me and you have no way to decorate this $50 cake”. But, I felt weird about having them put it back in the case so I said I’d take it, regrettably. She handed me the box as I navigated the wet floor and then came around to meet me at the register. Why was I the one carrying this across the wet floor to the register??? I paid and left. I won’t be back. The service at this location is *really* bad compared to the other ones and it’s a shame. People in the West side community shouldn’t have to drive 20+ minutes to another location just to get decent service. Why not warn me before you pull a cake out of the case that you can’t write on it? Why are you acting like you’re already closed for the day? Why are customers having to carry their item to the register across wet floors? Why did no one care enough to do anything better? It’s a shame.

I had a really good experience from the moment I walked in with so many questions about henri's food. Chynna was simply amazing answering all my questions and key was great as well she made me laugh and i will always come to this location just for them!

Alon's Bakery & Market is a renowned establishment that has been serving top-notch artisanal baked goods and cuisine since 1992. The cozy European-inspired atmosphere creates an authentic market feel, offering a wide array of freshly made pastries, bread, cakes, sandwiches, prepared foods, cheeses, chocolates and more. In addition to its delectable offerings for individual customers, Alon's also provides wholesale options and catering services for various events.
This is such a cute but fully stocked wonder of variety items and fresh products. The bakery was fully stocked with great items and the patisserie was incredible. I got the strawberry fields and chocolate truffle…Wowzers. Great flavor, not overly or cloyingly sweet. The customer service is top notch and the barista was amazing. I did my normal request of having them play and do whatever they want with my coffee and they gave me a wonderful foamy somehow caramelized vanilla latte. They’re not limited to just baked goods but also artisanal cheeses and freshly made lunch items such as sandwiches that can made to order or ready to go. Would definitely visit again!

This place is a gem for baked goods and pastries. It’s chock full of curios. There is Dubai chocolate bars, local grits, warm breakfast, and a variety of drinks. Make sure to grab all your items and then stand in line. I wish there was more seating.
Virginia M — Google review
The slightly old-fashioned yet cozy atmosphere was the first pleasant surprise, and the incredible flavors of the salmon sandwich and panini were the second. The harmony of freshly baked bread and quality ingredients was truly outstanding, and it felt like I had finally found a place I’d love to come back to again and again.

My favorite bakery in town!! I highly recommend trying their garlic roast lamb or roast beef sandwiches. Also asked them to press the sandwich hot like panini (although they charge $1.50) for heating up the sandwich 😔 their coffee and bakery -- great as well. My favorite thing is the chocolate raspberry cake -- perfect balance of raspberry and choc and absolutely gorgeous 🥰 warning: they are super busy during holidays and weekends. Go there early if you do not want to worry about parking and waiting times.
Özlem T — Google review
We are regulars here. My mom came in this morning for a black pepper turkey sandwich to eat during her lunch break later at work. When she opened her sandwich hours later, she discovered that her sandwich had every ingredient BUT the turkey! The location was not busy this morning, so there is no explanation for the turkey sandwich having no turkey. Very disappointed, especially for the price she paid.

I finally stopped by this bakery, and I’m glad I did! Having their own parking lot was a nice convenience. The shop offers a wide variety of baked goods, desserts, candies, sandwiches, soups, wines, and café drinks — there’s something for everyone. I tried the cinnamon stick, roast beef sandwich, blueberry bar, and chocolate cookie — everything tasted great. Prices were a bit higher than I expected, but overall, the quality of the food made it worth it.
James S — Google review
I just adore Alon’s! Everything about them is heavenly; I LOVE their baked goods, maximalist interior, customer service, honestly everything. Some of my favorite goodies of theirs are the Tiramisu, macarons (especially the almond and chocolate flavors), fruit tart, mug-sized chocolate cheesecake, and Midnight Cake. They have so many options to choose from across the store, though, that you’ll never be bored when visiting. Their service is also always phenomenal - you genuinely feel that everyone loves working here. You HAVE to go to this ATL staple!

I finally made my way to this bakery. They have their own parking lot so that was good. This venue has a large assortment of baked goods, desserts, wine, drinks, candies, sandwiches, soups, and cafe items. I tried a cinnamon stick, roast beef sandwich, blueberry bar, and chocolate cookie. Everything tasted good. It was also priced higher than I expected. The food was good nonetheless.

The Little Tart Bakeshop is a French-inspired pastry shop founded by Ohio transplant Sarah O'Brien in 2010. Over the past decade, it has expanded into three locations and earned the trust of Atlanta locals. The beloved shop offers handmade eats and treats, from crème fraiche quiche to tarts, as well as great espresso.
One of my favorite places for coffee and breakfast. It can get crowded, but there is a lot of seating so usually not a problem unless a busy weekend morning. Great pastries and some larger plate options as well. The staff is always friendly. I recommend a lavender latte and a ham and cheese croissant, but everything is good. Lots of free parking in the lot and surrounding streets.
Sam D — Google review
LOVE Little Tart! I always get the salted honey oat latte which is amazing and not too sweet. Their olive oil cake and cookies are very good too. The space is airy and beautiful and lively with a good mix of people chatting with friends and working on laptops. I also love Little Tart After Dark. DO NOT park in their parking lot without paying!! I’ve seen so many people get booted there!! There’s street parking!!
Victoria — Google review
I enjoyed going to Little Tart. There was a lot parking, but it filled up pretty quick. I got a croissant in the nitro latte and it was pretty good, I really like the croissant and all of their baked goods looked really delicious. I enjoyed the vibe inside, it was kind of like a Paris theme feel, and they had free Wi-Fi and the customer service was friendly. They also had outdoor seating as well. I would go back to try another pastry. It does get a little crowded near 9:30-10.
Ariana S — Google review
I am specific about the desserts I like and there weren’t many options on display today for me. I am a “wet bread”/soft dessert kind of guy so I like cake, bread pudding and soft chew cookies . I got the blueberry lemon cookie and a pastry that has some filling in it. Blueberry lemon cookie-taste like artificial blueberry and lemon flavoring. It was basically a blue sugar cookie. I wasn’t a fan. Pastry with fillling-it was flaky with sweetness and saltines. It looks great. The inside wasn’t filled enough for me and I felt it was just something to eat. The oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies looked a bit dry so I didn’t order them today. I didn’t see carrot cake or coffee cake. i’m not a coffee drinker and the food wasn’t the type of food I go for. A certain type of person likes this I’m sure!
Joseph S — Google review
If you haven't been yet, what are you doing with your life? Easily the best bakery + café in town. Their other locations are great, but it's tough to beat the OG; especially for the events they do there. After Dark is just as wonderful with the cocktails and food options. Lovely aesthetic and great service. The gougères and breakfast sandwiches are my favorite. My only issue is that I don't live close enough to visit every day. 🥲
Laura J — Google review
Little Tart Cafe is a true gem. The service is fantastic, friendly and attentive from start to finish. Their pastries are absolutely delicious, fresh and perfectly baked. The space is spacious and filled with natural daylight, making it an ideal spot to work or get lost in a good book while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. Plus, they offer Rishi tea, which is one of my favorites. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming cafe with great treats.
ES — Google review
The Little Tart is consistently one of the top bakeries in Atlanta. Out of town friends? Take em here. Coffee date for two? Going to Little Tart! There's lots of options for chocolate lovers, fruit lovers, and those who like their treats more cakey or more flaky. What really sets Little Tart apart, though, is how consistently flaky their pastries are. There's not just a single layer or two, but the whole thing is! Also, their coffee beverages are all strong and come out super fast. You really can't go wrong with any of the drinks on the menu.

Star Provisions Market & Cafe is a gourmet food shop and cafe that offers a wide range of high-quality products, including cheeses, meats, seafood, and other gourmet foods. The establishment also serves breakfast and lunch. The owner, who is also the chef of several renowned restaurants in the area, has been instrumental in providing opportunities for female chefs to showcase their talents.
We happened upon Star Provisions by accident. It has wonderful counter service and plenty of open seating. There is a large assortment of higher end market items and gift-y options. We ordered the Pizza with Lemon and cream sauce because it sounded interesting. It was tangy, creamy and wonderfully balanced. The crust was the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy - with just the right amount of char. We also ordered the chicken salad which was absolutely phenomenal! The avocado was creamy and each component added freshness. I particularly loved the pickled onions and fresh herbs. If I lived nearby this would be a regular place for me, the latte I had was creamy and delicious. I was sad that I couldn’t try all the beautiful pastries in the case as well. Parking is plentiful and the staff was friendly and fast. Make sure to stop on by if you are in the neighborhood.
Sierra S — Google review
Went in for a quick lunch after my visit to a showroom right across the street from it. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Everyone was courteous and took care of us like we had been going there forever. Plenty of parking to begin with. Once ordered food was all tasty. The chicken spinach soup was delicious. The egg plant parm sandwich was tasty but I had to customize it to my taste with a little red pepper. The spinach pizza was cooked to perfection and the ingredients were all concocted to create a perfect all vegetarian pizza that the 3 of us enjoyed and took half home. The wait staff were extremely friendly and polite.
Rajul P — Google review
My husband and I enjoyed the location in aesthetic very much. They have a cute selection of stuff you can purchase for your kitchen. They had food out on display for breakfast, but apparently cannot sell them, which made us confused. Overall the food could be slightly better, but we enjoyed our time there.
Cece — Google review
Star Provisions Market is a gem that blends European café vibes with a farmers market feel. The breakfast options are delicious—solid eggs and meats, fresh pastry, and a coffee program that delivers smooth, well-pulled drinks. The pigs in a blanket a croissant was especially good. The sandwiches are equally strong, made with quality ingredients and great bread, perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed bite. I also love that they stock items you can take home for your kitchen—pantry staples, sauces, snacks, and more. It’s fun to browse and pick up something special to cook later, all in the same bright, welcoming space. Great spot for breakfast or lunch, and a genuine market-meets-cafe experience. We’ll definitely be back.

I love the atmosphere of this place, and so much fresh high quality food and bakery. Casual dining style, great for a family stop.
Lindsey R — Google review
Back in the 90’s before I retired, I would make a trek to Star Provisions (the old one) to pick up hard to find cheeses, the amazing bread, some Anson Mill polenta, and charcuterie. I think they also had wine, as well as a well stocked butcher shop and an amazing cheese shop with a dedicated cheese meister. For bread, they had baguettes, ficelles, epis, ciabattas as well as several hearth type loaves. Now, it’s about half the size, not much variety in the provisions, and seems to be more of a sandwich shop. I had the prosciutto, butter, and Parmesan sandwich, their take on the classic French jamon et beurre, but without cornichons. Pretty good, except the prosciutto was sliced too thickly. My wife had the clam chowder, but didn’t care for the addition of pancetta, lardons, or bacon, whichever it was. We had a couple of glasses of Sauvignon Blanc (pronounced Blanche by the cashier) which were pretty good for a California product. The seating arrangements were pretty spartan, either outside on picnic tables or inside. We had to get a small round table and sit on plastic stools as the proper tables with proper chairs were occupied by laptop toting guys who set up office there with their backpack on one chair and their laptop in the middle of the table, effectively occupying 3 spaces. Welcome to Starbucks, as all they consumed was coffee. I won’t be back. BTW, Bacchanalia in the back appears much smaller also. I’m guessing that new competitors have eaten away at the high end monopoly that this enterprise enjoyed and that may explain the downsizing. Too bad. It was great.
Roy J — Google review
Well, I wish I could have take the “star” out of their name to improve my score. We came here because several other restaurants in the area had non existent parking. We parked in their spacious parking lot between a sea BMWs, Mercedes and Audis. One orders at the count and the food is bought out to you. Service was friendly and efficient. We had a “Give Thanks” sandwich and a “Thai Shrimp Salad” with an ice tea and a “giant”? 8 oz coke, that cost of almost $40. We had to find the forks, napkins and the coke was not served with a cup of ice. The price is high but the salad I had although tasty was very small. I had to eat my wife’s second half of her sandwich to get close to feeling satisfied. Looking around the room it looks like the sandwich and pizza are a bigger portions for the same price. Besides the restaurant they have a nice selection of deli items, preserves, sauces and gift items.

Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Kirkwood, Evergreen Butcher + Baker is a delightful destination for food enthusiasts. This unique establishment specializes in whole-animal butchered meats and an array of delectable baked goods that cater to both sweet and savory cravings. Among their offerings, you'll find various interpretations of rye bread, with the vollkornbrot standing out as a favorite.
Ooo La La. We paid our first visit yesterday and it was worth our trip from Midtown. Everything we got and tried so far, so delicious! The sourdough loaf is soft, fresh absolutely divine. The chocolate chip cookies, right amount of sea salt sprinkles for the perfect taste. We got pork chops from the butcher, fresh, major difference from store bought frozen chops. I don't know what else to say other than if you can go, please do. And the service was impeccable. Going back. Bravo!

A cute little high quality spot! Easy street parking in the quaint Kirkwood neighborhood. I tried the fig and peach danish and a chocolate croissant. The pastry was so buttery and airy. A must for a quick bite!
Marietta W — Google review
I’ve tried almost all of the baked goods. They’re all super high quality and delicious… my one (gentle) critique is most things could use a bit of salt to bring out the flavors… I’m looking at you cardamom twist and ham and cheese croissant! Although, if they did this, it would make me want them more and I’m not sure that’s a good thing 🤣
Danika G — Google review
This is hands-down my favorite bakery in Atlanta! I love that they use 100% organic flour sourced from local mills for all their breads and pastries — everything is made from scratch daily, and you can really taste the difference. Their sourdough is truly the best I’ve ever had. The garlic potato sourdough has real pieces of potato and the perfect hint of garlic — I was so excited to make a sandwich with it, but honestly, it’s incredible just with butter or jam. They also have an amazing selection of pastries. Usually pastries feel heavy or processed, but everything here tastes clean and made with care. I felt great even after indulging! You must try the monkey bread and canelé — the contrast between the crispy exterior and the chewy, custardy interior is absolutely perfect. The monkey bread in particular is a fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth version of a cinnamon bun, with just the right amount of orange zest that adds a bright, citrusy balance to its rich sweetness. Evergreen also has a butcher section offering fresh, locally sourced meats. You can find high-quality cuts to take home, and every Sunday they serve cheeseburgers made with their own fresh-ground beef. They also have homemade chicken salad and various kinds of butter to pair with their freshly baked sourdough. I seriously can’t wait to come back and try the cheeseburger next time! 🍔💚
Joy L — Google review
I finally made it to Evergreen! The pork and duck puff was mind blowing! The oxtail was ok, it was a little too dense. The almond pastry was delicious. The place is cool with some high end meat cuts. They have a few tables outside. Service was great and fast.

Some of my favorites are their chicken salad, sausage roll (the special lunchtime Dim Sum-inspired roll is one of the best bites I’ve had all year), almond croissant (weekend-only), the chocolate almond croissant (I think that’s a special, too) and their gateau basque (shoutout to Eli for recommending it to me as I’d never tried or heard of it before). Also, my dogs love their sourdough dog treats, which means I come home with goodies for all of us! You can absolutely tell the quality and care put into everything they offer and as a result, I have yet to master the art of keeping my selections to a minimum each visit, so for now I’ll continue to happily throw my macros out the window- it’s that good. Thanks for existing, Evergreen!!

This is hands down my favorite bakery!! Their kouign Amman is THE BEST. And I dream of the ham and cheese croissants. I love the variety they have- and the meat selection- while I don’t use as often, is also solid. They do a lot to support local farmers and the community, and I’m so so happy they are in Kirkwood! The staff is all super nice too.

I got an assortment of delicious pastries and the Blueberry Biscuit made my morning a perfect one. You’ll have to wait in line a while but it is worth every second. Also, their team is so friendly and welcoming. Great shop!

Bakery
Saint Germain is a popular spot known for its wide variety of macarons, offering nearly 20 flavors and one of the largest selections in the city. The spacious venue in the Interlock is a delightful place to indulge in these French sandwich cookies and enjoy a daydream about Paris. Additionally, it's a great place to work while savoring their French-inspired savory and sweet food dishes and beverages. The cafe offers limited indoor and outdoor seating, with good customer service.
Saint Germain is the kind of place that makes you seriously question whether you should just abandon your current life plans and become a full-time pastry connoisseur. I stopped in for a cappuccino and some pastries, and let me tell you — it was an absolute life decision well made. The cappuccino was rich, smooth, and made so perfectly that I briefly considered standing up and giving a slow clap right there at the counter. And the pastries? Each one looked like it should be on the cover of a fancy French magazine… and somehow they tasted even better than they looked. Flaky, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth goodness at its finest. The shop itself feels like you stumbled into a little corner of Paris — elegant, cozy, and just the right amount of fancy without making you feel like you need to fake a French accent to fit in. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or planning to sit and savor every bite (which you should), Saint Germain is a true gem in Buckhead Village. Trust me: life is too short to skip the pastries here.

This breathtaking venue sits at the heart of Buckhead Village, and I’ve peeked my head in countless times before. Very “French” in theme, boasts an eclectic display of pastries, such kind employees, and genuinely good desserts. For how beautiful everything is at this location, though, it is excessively overpriced. Unfortunately, $9 for a palm-sized dessert leaves a foul taste in the pocket. I’d recommend stopping by once for a memorable treat, but there’s a hesitation to visit again with such unjustifiably tall prices.

One of my favorite places in Buckhead for my matcha latte. The food and all the desserts are 10/10. One of my favorite coffee shops in the whole entire city. The night manager and the french gentleman are very accommodating, professional, and enjoyable to be around! The vibe is super cute and aesthetic as well.
Tori C — Google review
The pastries, while I didn't like all of them, were still delicious and at least really cool looking. The workers were also good at helping me decide what macrons to buy. While it is pricey, it's 100% a fun experience, and worth the money. Absolutely loved the strawberry tart and Cuppichino
Mikayla T — Google review
Matcha drink was nice but the chai could use more flavor. The dark chocolate & pistachio cake was good but the raspberry cake was too sweet. Loved the outdoor seating, and the baristas were very nice and helpful. Definitely coming back for that matcha

Super cute, tiny shop very clean and welcoming. Of course we saw the reviews and recommendations online to come here so we had to stop by when I had to be in ATL. The desserts were so good definitely worth it I got Tropical (the orange dome) it was my favorite out of the 4 we got. It does have coconut in it so if that's not your thing you won't agree. I didn't get his name but the guy at the register that helped us was so nice and explained each dessert we were interested in which was unexpected but definitely welcome because he even recommend ways to eat some of them like The Peach. He told is that it tastes best when you can get a piece of everything in one bite and stuff like that. Extremely helpful! Also love that everything was priced so there were no surprises at check out, in case your on a budget. Would definitely come back! **Once you get close start following signs for the parking garage the area is very small and a lot of one way streets. The parking garage is your best bet.

Nestled in the charming heart of Buckhead Village, St. Germain is a slice of Parisian magic in Atlanta! Every visit feels like a delightful escape, thanks to the consistently amazing service and the warm, welcoming staff. Their French pastries are a dream, with the pistachio and almond croissants filled with cream being absolute standouts! The canelés are perfect with a cup of tea or coffee, and they’re just as delightful to enjoy at home as they are at the shop. And trust me I take many home each visit, lol. Speaking of tea, their selection is divine, especially with a touch of honey! Don’t miss the Riviera sandwich and the quiches—my favorites are the chicken and mushroom, and the goat cheese and broccoli. Whether you’re there to catch up with loved ones, dive into a good book, or just enjoy a lavender latte, St. Germain is simply the best coffee shop in Atlanta! ♥️🥐
Linda L — Google review
This cafe's aesthetics triumphs the food and drinks. I got an iced London fog, and unfortunately it only tasted like milk. I had none of the vanilla or lavender taste. I got the opera, made with almond spongy cake and espresso chocolate ganache. It had a decent taste, but wasn't strong in its chocolate, espresso, or almond flavor. The flower pot had creative and pretty presentation. The dirt got a little messy though. The desserts are unique and overall gorgeous. My friend got the flower pot and that was so cute. Desserts were at least $8 and kind of small. There's some outside seating and maybe one table inside. The outside seating area is literally gorgeous though, it gives Hoboken/Soho outdoorsy shopping vibes. This place is so instagrammable but falls short on taste and price in my opinion.

Alon’s Bakery & Market is a renowned establishment that has been serving top-notch artisanal baked goods and cuisine since 1992. The cozy, old-school ambiance adds to the European market feel, offering a wide array of freshly made pastries, bread, cakes, sandwiches, prepared foods, cheeses, and chocolates. They also provide wholesale options and catering services for various events. Customers praise the fantastic food quality but note the slightly confusing ordering process.
Been going to this Alon’s location frequently since it opened and it’s always lovely. Much bigger than the OG Highlands location (although I love that one too) and super convenient if you’re shopping nearby. Their patisserie is as good as you’ll find in Atlanta. My wife and I love getting a box to-go and trying new combinations. Their cakes are incredible as well, as are the cookies (love the chocolate chip & pecan). Meal-wise we often get the everything bagel with salmon and capers. Always fresh and their bagels are great. Brisket hash is another favorite and the pepper turkey sandwich is great. Can’t go wrong with their quiche either. Not a cheap spot but always quality, good service, and usually a big crowd going in and out. People get confused with the ordering process but it’s really not that difficult, lol.

Akon’s Bakery and Cafe is a nice place to enjoy a quick meal or pastry in a pretty location. The cafe is located at the corner of Phipp’s Plaza Mall in Buckhead and the cafe can be accessed from the street. The cafe is modern, pretty, and there are plenty of tables to eat, meet with people, or study at. The bakery goods are delightful, but lean on the pricey side. I tried the Pistachio Croissant, Chocolate Praline, and Almond Croissant, and all of the pastries were fresh, crisp, and delicious. I loved how they weren’t cloyingly sweet and were so crisp and flaky - they even stayed crisp and delicious overnight! We also tried the Beef Hash and Lentil soup, and while they were good, they were also pretty salty. The only complaint is that the service was only okay. The check out staff weren’t very friendly and I didn’t like how one was particularly detached when speaking with her. She didn’t give me my receipt when I requested one on the terminal, and she huffed like I was terribly inconveniencing here to print one out. It just seemed like most of the service staff I encountered were worn out. Overall, the pastries were good enough to come back to get again if I’m in the area. It’s a nice chill cafe with good pastries.
Kat C — Google review
I usually come in here before work to pick up a pistachio crossiant, today when I went in I received a hazelnut croissant instead of a pistachio. The curly haired man with a beard who was behind the counter told me he did in fact give me pistachio. I’m a baker myself, not only that but you can clearly taste a difference between pistachio and hazelnut. He was so rude and I informed him he should change the signs so nobody gets it mixed up. If you’re coming on 9/11/25 rest assured your order will be mixed up since the worker apparently doesn’t know what he is selling. This is usually the bakery I refer my family to but after today I don’t trust that staff is knowledgeable. Tried calling to resolve this but no avail.

i ordered online through DoorDash, and the food was awesome! the $18 turkey sandwich was definitely my favorite. the truffle slice was $9 and super rich- i could only handle a couple bites of that one. and it seems they overlooked my chai latte, unfortunately!

At Alon’s in Phipps Plaza, the food speaks for itself—fresh, vibrant, and crafted with the finest ingredients. From delicate pastries and rich coffee to crisp salads and heartier fare, every dish reflects consistency and care. During a recent visit, the service began with a less-than-welcoming cashier. Yet the manager’s swift and thoughtful response transformed the encounter, offering the meal with compliments and reaffirming the restaurant’s commitment to hospitality. With exceptional cuisine, an inviting atmosphere, and leadership that values every guest, Alon’s continues to stand out as a true gem in Phipps Plaza.

Very busy even on a Monday morning when we visited. Bakery and coffee were worth the wait.
A. J — Google review
Came here on a Sunday afternoon to get a croissant and a mocha since we were craving something good. They don't seem to have a microwave to heat up their baked goods which is quite surprising since the baked stuff is kept out on display and I would have expected a microwave to atleast heat it up since who eats a croissant cold? The mocha was underwhelming. I have been to this location for their mocha few times in the past and it has been chocolaty, with a generous shot of espresso. For whatever reason this time there was not much of a hint of coffee or chocolate - quite disappointing since I used to admire their consistency of serving the same goodness no matter when. Good ambience and quick service which is pointless if what you are serving is not consistently good.

Pala Bakery in Atlanta is a hidden gem that offers an authentic Italian experience. The bakery, owned by maestro Gio DiPalma, features a variety of delectable treats, including the standout sfogliatelle pastry. This clamshell-shaped delight combines the best qualities of a croissant and a cream puff, with its crispy exterior and light, buttery layers.
I grew up in the city but now live about an hour south, and whenever I bring my kids to Atlanta to enjoy some of the things I loved growing up, we always end the day with a great meal. We usually try a new spot every time—but not this time. Pala is the first place we’ve ever gone back to back… it’s just that good. The mortadella panini was hands-down the best sandwich I’ve ever had. We also tried the Firenze panini, the spicy vodka pizza, and the calabrese pizza—everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. We finished it off with gelato, and it was the perfect ending. The restaurant has this old-world market vibe—nothing fancy, just authentic, cozy, and absolutely delicious. A true hidden gem we’re already looking forward to visiting again.

Yesterday, my friend and I went in for the first time. I was so impressed by the Prosciutto & Mozzarella sandwich that I felt like I was in Sicily. My friend had Alla Tomato & Mozzarella. so if you’re going to Chastain Park and grab a couple of sandwiches or pizzas that’s the place to go.

Loved this Italian sandwich spot!! So cute. Freshly made sandwiches..I split the prosciutto and sopressata. Both were so yummy! Just fresh, simple ingredients into well prepared and balanced sandwiches. I would go back to try the pizza too. There is also a gelato section but I tried the mini donuts instead. They have joey, custard and hazelnut. I thought the hazelnut was the best.

We only came for dessert. We arrived in the middle of lunch rush hour on a Sunday. This was our first time here and I had not anticipated seating was so limited. We were able to stake out two seats as several people were taking their orders to go. Service was focused on taking food orders. There was no clear sign that Gelato customers were tp form a separate line and someone would assist with that line. So I stood in the food line before finding out I was in the wrong line. I was happy with my order. I got one scoop of Coconut Gelato and topped it with one scoop of Lemon Sobet. My friend ordered three scoops - Mango and Lemon Sorbets and Strawberry Gelato. She didn't like the Mango Sorbet and wished she ordered the Strawberry as a Sorbet. Tables were not being bussed while we were there. Basically service was limited to taking and filling orders. The food smelled delicious and we would consider returning for food except seating can't be anticipated. They also had Tiramisu, something that looked more like a Flan than a Panna Cotta and a few baked items.

Highland Bakery is a popular cafe known for serving up Southern comfort food, baked goods, and all-day breakfast. Their original location in Old Fourth Ward has become a go-to spot for brunch lovers, but now they have multiple locations across the city. The ricotta pancakes with blueberries are highly recommended by many visitors. Not only is the food delicious, but the service is also exceptional, with friendly staff and accommodating managers.
Not only is the food delish the service was incredible. We met the manager who was working the register the day we went in and she was the most pleasant, friendly person. We were having an especially tough day and she had such a genuine personality and made us laugh and lighten our day. The pancakes were incredible and I wish I would have ordered the larger serving.

First of all, you're not really going to be able to access this restaurant unless your a student. There is no parking lot. The restaurant still exists because they are the most convenient option for b-school students to get coffee and lunch. The service seems to lose efficiency when the lines get long, which is basically between every class period. I've never been to another location of this chain, but I don't think the food is especially good. Lots of heavy, greasy items on the menu and salads leave much to be desired. Everything has a high variability of time to prepare, can take 5-30 minutes. Suggestions: Work on overall efficiency of coffee orders during the day, maybe this could be done by making one line coffee only and the other food only. Add some grab and go sandwiches, I bet this would alleviate some of the food orders and also attract people who previously didn't have the time to wait.
Dylan V — Google review
I placed a to-go order for shrimp and grits which ran about $10-$11. Hoping for the same experience I had at the other location in The Highlands which was very pleasing. I receive my order and made it to my destination to enjoy my food, I open my plate to find only THREE (3) SMALL SHRIMP in a puddle of grits. Thinking to myself this must be a mistake so I call the restaurant to make sure I wasn't shortened shrimp by mistake only to find to that it only comes with 3 shrimp. I have never felt so cheated afterwards. I wish there was something in the menu to inform customers of that because I sure wouldn't have chosen that.
C M — Google review
I love their syrup and french toast. Their french toast is on really thick Texas toast. Its pretty expensive. Once I was in a rush and forgot to check my order and had to get back to work. When I got to work it wasn't the same bread. I called and they made me a fresh batch for me to pick up.
Brittney B — Google review
Not reflective of any of the other Highlands I've been to in the city. Always extremely long wait on food (45 minutes the other during lunch at 1PM), and subpar food. I got french toast. Needed it to-go, since it took practically an hour to receive. Didn't even give me syrup, so when I went back to work, I couldn't even eat it. The only plus side was the lovely cashier lady who offered me a pastry, but come ON, $10 completely lost because of lack of timeliness and effort.
Elena — Google review
Despite access to a beautiful Emory courtyard, this bakery disappoints. Fried chicken is not made to order in their dishes, grits are underseasoned and they are willing to serve stale biscuits. For a bakery, that is especially underwhelming.

Convenient if you're at the law school or business school, but largely over priced. The ham and cheese croissant is actually really good though even if its not worth the cost.

Donut shop
Sublime Doughnuts, founded by Kamal Grant, offers a unique culinary experience with its diverse range of doughnut flavors and textures. With locations in Atlanta and even overseas in Thailand, the shop has become a favorite among locals and tourists alike. Known for its adventurous flavors like maple-bacon-cheddar and red velvet, Sublime Doughnuts is popular among Georgia Tech students due to its West Midtown location and 24-hour operations.
Nestled in the heart of Atlanta, this donut shop is nothing short of spectacular. From the first bite, it’s clear that freshness is a top priority the dough is light, airy, and perfectly crisped on the outside, while the flavors are bold, inventive, and utterly satisfying. Whether you’re craving a classic glazed or something more adventurous, every option delivers pure indulgence. What truly sets this spot apart, though, is its late-night hours, making it a haven for night owls and dessert lovers alike. Whether it’s an after-dinner treat or a midnight craving, these donuts hit the mark every time. Without hesitation, I’d make this a must-visit on every trip back to Atlanta. A flawless 10 out of 10.

Tried the a-town and strawberries 🍓 and cream doughnuts: the former was not successful, and the latter was successful. Nice-sized doughnuts. At 9:30 PM was very quiet.
Eytan B — Google review
The doughnuts were delicious. The service not so much. It was my first time visiting, but I felt like I was expected to be an expert on every doughnut/pastry offered. I was met with a flat, I was disturbing her peace type of vibe. Im sure there are lots of regulars being on a college campus, but being just a little kind and helpful goes a long way. We were the only customers in there, so its not like i had a hundred questions and 10 people behind me. I was told the A-town donut was filled with cream cheese which didn't sound good but we got it anyway. I asked her if they had any filled with Bavarian cream like a Boston cream donut, she made a face and said no, when low and behold, guess what was in the A-town? It was filled with Bavarian cream which was much better than "cream cheese" I expected. The strawberry & creme with fresh strawberries was good too, the initial bites were just the right amount of sweet. Will visit again, next time with a plan of exactly what I want.

Stopped by this morning at 6:35am to pickup donuts for my daughter’s class. The door was locked when I arrived so I knocked on the door. No answer. Called the phone number multiple times no answer; left voicemail. Spoke to female employee at N. Druid Hills location via phone she said you should be open 24/7. Blew my car horn in case the employee was in the back and didn’t hear me knocking. Still no answer. Left after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to answer. Daughter upset because she doesn’t have treats for her classmates. If you’re not open 24hrs please update signage and website.

Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe is a trendy cafe with modern decor that offers a variety of Asian-style breads, pastries, and cakes along with an assortment of teas. It has played a significant role in popularizing Asian desserts in Atlanta. With locations in Midtown, Buford Highway, and Duluth, it's a favorite spot for Georgia Tech students to study.
I've stopped in for treats before but this is my 1st time dining in. The chicken bulgogi panini was delicious but the waffle fries were soooo good. Salted just right! Then the lychee refresher was so good I hope they keep it on the menu even when out gets cold out! I ended up getting 6 more buns for the trip back to Charleston. Thank you, Sweet Hut!!

A great casual Cafe for college students. They have a good selection of coffee and teas. You'll also enjoy their tasty selection of pastries and baked goods. Need sweet treats for birthdays and special occasions? You'll be impressed with the gift boxes they offer. I was not impressed with the tofu burger. It was bland and a bit dry. However, the Samosas are delicious. They're located in the heart of Midtown, just minutes from Georgia Tech, Fox Theater, and Piedmont Park. During my last visit, I received outstanding customer service from an associate named Lana. She was very pleasant and made the ordering process a breeze.

Sweet Hut is one of my favorite spots in Atlanta! The pastries are always fresh, light, and full of flavor — you can tell they take pride in what they make. The place is super clean, the vibe is great, and the customer service is always friendly and welcoming. It’s also a nice spot to chill, study, or get some work done with a coffee or tea. Only downside — parking on Peachtree Street can be a headache, and you’ll probably have to pay for it. But honestly, once you’re inside, it’s totally worth it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good pastries, great service, and a comfortable place to unwind!

Wow! The crispy Tofu bao and tofu fries with cappuccino made my dinner. So flavourful, I can eat again the next day. I bought a bunch of buns to go. Some toast varieties were sold out. Would like to buy more if I stayed longer in ATL. If you have been to the bay area, this is something similar to a fusion of Paris Baguette and the many wonderful Asian bakeries there.

Ordered a couple boxes of popcorn chicken and got extremely small portions. One piece was taken from the box shown in the picture but even then, the portion is very small for the price. When we picked it up, the cake was beautifully presented in a box with a ribbon and even included candles and a cake slicer. Inside, it looked absolutely stunning — and tasted just as delicious! My daughter and our family loved it. Thank you, Sweet Hut! We’ll definitely be back!

Nestled in Atlanta, GA, Southern Sweets Bakery is a go-to spot for classic breakfasts, soups, sandwiches, pastries, cakes and cookies. The bakery prides itself on its skilled professionals who are dedicated to delivering top-notch wedding cakes and pastries with exceptional customer service. They specialize in crafting gluten-free wedding cakes and also cater to birthdays and corporate events. Using only the freshest ingredients available, they take a home-style approach to creating their delicacies.
We ordered the red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting for my girlfriend’s birthday. It was exquisite. From the moistness of the cake itself, to the silky goodness of the frosting, to the delicate crunch of the white chocolate shavings, it was an excellent treat for her special day. I highly recommend this bakery.

So I have been here for their desserts before and they are good. I saw they did breakfast and a friend who referred me said breakfast is good too. I had the smoked salmon scramble with parmesian cheese grits. Everything was freshly cooked and great.

Southern Sweets did an incredible job with our wedding cake! We've gotten cakes from here for the past few years for birthdays etc. and this was our first time ordering a custom cake. The process was super easy and it turned out great!

The ordering and picking up was seamless. I ordered a half caramel cake, half red velvet, slice of the ammereto butter cake, and a slice of the carrot spice. The amaretto slice was okay, moist, but bland, I'm unsure if it should taste that way. The red velvet was moist, but I wouldn't call it a classic southern red velvet cake. It has more cocoa that I'm use to and the cream cheese frosting is quite tart. I like a tart/tangy cream cheese frosting, but more tart than what I expected. The caramel cake was dry and did not taste as if I was recently baked(within a day of picking it up). I haven't tried the carrot cake slice, yet. The staff were extremely nice and receptive to my feedback regarding the cakes. I think my comments on the red velvet cake and ammereto butter cake come down to personal preference. I'm unsure if I'd purchase half or full size cake again, but would try out individual slices given the wide variety offered.

Mmmmmmmmm! The Herman chocolate cake slide was delicious! I was in the area and stopped by after seeing the sign several times on trips to the DeKalb International Market. Although I stopped in about 10 minutes before closing, they greeted me as if it was still the middle of the day. Very friendly service! There were so many cake options and some pie options as well. They also do other deli type sandwiches and things the entrance is full of the eclectic artistic work on the walls, but it’s a nice seating area if you choose to stay and eat. Because it was the end of the workday I chose to take my cake to-go. I was surprised that the German chocolate cake was actually chocolate cake with coconut “German chocolate” frosting and some addition regular chocolate frosting atriums the top edges. I’ve never had it prepared that way, but it was good. I was craving sweet, and that’s what I got. I’ll be back again to try other items on the menu. Oh, and I loved the Reserved Parking signs for customers.

Service is always amazing here. We had the chocolate cake it was dry which is what I really was looking forward to. We also had the red velvet chocolate cake it was delicious. We had the apple pie it was good the lemon flavor almost over powered the pie but it was still good. We also had the banana pudding it was good but the cookie to banana ratio was off. It needed more of both.

I’ve enjoyed vegan desserts from Southern Sweets for years but always at a restaurant that sells them so this was my first experience at their actual location. I ordered a vegan raspberry chocolate mousse cake for a friend’s birthday but I arrived hungry so decided to order food for myself while there. I had a vegan black bean burger and a bag of chips. The burger looked a little strange but was actually pretty tasty and the price was good. The atmosphere was nice - eclectic and comfortable. It felt welcoming. The cake was ridiculously delicious. After serving everyone there was this collective silence because everyone was taking it in. Seriously SO good. I also got a slice of vegan German chocolate cake for myself and it, too, was amazing. It’s in or super close to Avondale Estates and I could see making an afternoon of thrifting and stopping for lunch and a treat, especially if I lived closer. But it was definitely worth the trek.

I had a craving for cake, so my husband and I drove out 30 minutes to Decatur to pick up a few slices here. They did the trick! We ordered one of each: Caramel, German Chocolate, Red Velvet, and Coconut. All of them were good! I love caramel and while the caramel cake was a bit crumbly, the flavor was good! Service was quick and nice. The area is very industrial but the bakery itself if cute!

Nestled in Duluth's Nukoa Plaza, White Windmill Bakery and Cafe is a delightful Korean gem that offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for work or study. With an array of light bites and sweet treats, including frozen yogurt, this cafe caters to both savory cravings and dessert lovers alike.
Walking into White Windmill felt like stepping into a cozy garden café so much greenery and floral decor, I instantly felt like I found my happy place. The space is warm and charming, with a mix of rustic ironwork, cozy lighting, and flowers everywhere. It’s the kind of spot where you want to sit and stay a while. We came later in the day, so the pastry case was a bit bare (note to self: come early next time), but what we did grab was absolutely worth it. The raspberry-filled croissant was mouthwatering flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of sweet. And the fruit tart? Perfectly fresh, light, and the ideal treat to pair with a chick flick at home. 🍓📺 This place is great for grabbing pastries and a drink, or just to soak up the peaceful, artsy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back earlier next time to catch the full pastry spread and maybe snag a window seat under all that natural light.

I recently visited White Windmill Bakery & Cafe, and it was an amazing experience! The bakery items were incredibly fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options that made it hard to choose. Their coffee was rich and flavorful, perfectly complementing the tasty pastries. I also tried one of their fresh sandwiches, and it was delightful—made with quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. The ambiance of the cafe was very pleasant, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, I highly recommend White Windmill for anyone looking for great food and a cozy atmosphere!

Was craving some pastries and my wife knows how much I enjoy Korean pastries. This place isn’t too far from where we live so we decided to give it a try. If you have never been to a place like this before it can be a bit confusing on what to do because there are no instruction or anyone helping you know what to do. Overall, everything we got was excellence and will be back for sure. The prices are reasonable and we our time there.

The line was to the door, and I was initially judging everyone walking around with baskets of bread stacked so high they could barely see over them. Like…calm down, is it that good? Then I tried their garlic bread and immediately found myself back in line, basket in hand, ready to join the cult. My husband got their bacon egg and cheese brioche sandwich and couldn’t stop talking about it like it was life-changing. I got the crispy chicken brioche, and honestly, the chicken was so overcooked it felt like chewing sadness. Couldn’t even finish it. I even went up to the sandwich bar to ask for extra spicy mayo (which already comes on it) because it was so dry, but they completely ignored me. My husband had to go back up and ask again on my behalf because I really wanted to try and finish it like a responsible adult who doesn’t waste food. It also took 30 minutes to get my coffee…my food actually came out before my coffee did. When I approached the counter to ask about it, they just shrugged and said their manager lost it. Like…what do you mean you lost my coffee? Did it run away? Overall, come for the garlic bread, stay for the garlic bread. But seriously, get the garlic bread.

Great spot for milk tea, desserts, fresh sandwiches. Quality is consistently good and so is the atmosphere. We got the avocado egg sandwich, back and egg sandwich, honeydew milk tea with popping boba, and the most amazing strawberry custard croissant. Would I recommend this to anyone keen on having a good casual meal
Kaustubh M — Google review
After social media has been abuzz with the new White Windmill Buckhead location, it was worth paying a visit to the original Buford Hwy location, which has been a local staple. Sadly, the Strawberries and Cream Cake was highly disappointing, lacking in berries and primarily consisting of a very light whipped cream. Plus, there was little-to-any sweetness. For the tall price, the slice provided was painfully small, too. Nonetheless, I particularly enjoyed the Filled Croissant Roll. As it was the last one in the display and sat near the “Red Velvet Croissant Roll” label, I thought it would evoke the classic richness of a red velvet cake. Instead, the exterior icing faintly tasted of tart fruit (perhaps strawberries), and the interior consisted partly of a plain custard tasting lightly of eggs and vanilla. I wonder what type of roll it was meant to be, but objectively, it was decent overall. With the stale nature of the baked goods, this experience was a disappointment. Even though this location is open until late at night, I would caution against going later in the day when the baked goods are in low stock and have been sitting out for a while.

This was the 2nd stop on our pastry to-do list while visiting Atlanta. They had a variety of fresh baked breads, cookies, cakes, pies, and fruit tarts. We tried the stuffed croissants and danishes. Everything on display looked delicious and the variety is endless. There is something to please everyone's sweet tooth.
Lora M — Google review
I’ve visited this place a few times and truly enjoyed the experience especially the chocolate croissant, which I found absolutely delicious. I have an egg allergy, so I always double-check ingredient lists before trying anything new. The first couple of times, I saw no egg listed in the ingredients in-store, which made me feel safe trying it. However, on my third visit, I happened to check the website and noticed that many items (including the one I had) were listed as containing egg. This was really concerning because it didn’t match what was shown in-store previously. For anyone with food allergies, accurate and consistent ingredient information is not just helpful but essential. I would kindly recommend updating and aligning the in-store and online menu so they reflect the same information. This would really help customers like me feel confident and safe when ordering. Thank you for the great food and I hope this feedback is helpful for improving the experience for everyone!

Café Vendôme in Atlanta offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy traditional French pastries, breads, coffee, sandwiches, and quiches. The café's interior design creates the illusion of being in a Parisian square. Their croissants are highly recommended for their superior chew and flaky texture, especially the regular and chocolate-filled ones.
This café is great! The food and snacks they offer are always delicious. For a quick lunch or breakfast, I get the Croque madame or the almond croissant. If you have lactose intolerance and are interested in a drink, they offer milk alternatives. Furthermore, the owner is a wonderful person whom I've spoken with sometimes. They serve authentic espresso, which is much higher quality than most other cafés. My only nit-pick is the service. The employees are always kind, but they have forgotten to give me my order twice. I only got my order once I went up and asked what happened. The café can get very busy on weekends, even in the morning.

The panini sandwich and croissants here are absolutely delicious! Every visit, the quality of the food has been great, but the service could use improvement. Each time we’ve been, the food takes noticeably longer to arrive compared to other similar restaurants. During my last visit, they made a mistake on my order and added cheese to my panini, which I can’t eat. While I understand mistakes happen, it felt like I was a burden for asking for a replacement, and there was no apology, just a look like it was my fault. A bit of acknowledgment or an apology would have gone a long way in making the experience more positive. Still giving it a 4 because the food was delicious.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The food was served late and arrived cold, which completely ruined the meal. On top of that, the service was lousy — the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional throughout the visit. I expected much better. Definitely not worth the time or money.

I had the pleasure of attending the soft opening of Café Vendôme’s newest location in Brookhaven, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Tucked beside Honeysuckle Gelato and Savvy Brookhaven on Dresden Drive, this charming little café is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. I ordered a cappuccino and an almond croissant—both were absolutely outstanding. The croissant was buttery, flaky perfection, and the cappuccino (made with Intelligentsia Coffee, my personal favorite) was smooth and expertly prepared. The quality speaks for itself, and knowing that all of their pastries, breads, and food items are made in-house only adds to the appeal. The space itself is cozy and inviting, with just the right atmosphere for lingering over a book or catching up with a friend. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home, going out of their way to ensure the visit felt special. This is the kind of spot you’ll want to visit again and again. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu, especially the quiche and baguette sandwiches that caught my eye. Brookhaven, you’ve got a winner here!!

Stopped in for a pastry and coffee. The atmosphere is really calm, and upscale-relaxed. It was a nice place to chill for a little bit. The cafe is down the hill from the main road — this gives a bit of seclusion from the hubbub of the road. The Cafe au lait was good. The almond croissant was very good!!! It was buttery and soft. It was quite good. I wish I could have eaten more of their pastries. This looks like a place I wish were in my neighborhood.

I was a regular to this place for years, but I recently stopped going after repeatedly getting bad service from one particular employee. A crotchety old man who barely speaks English and is rude beyond belief. I can only pray that the very nice owner of this establishment will read this review and recognize the employee I'm talking about and do something to replace him because I cannot continue to come back here and get treated the way that this old man treats people. It's such a shame as a regular of this restaurant for many years coming every week to be runoff by one person, but that's genuinely how bad this person's attitude and treatment of gas really is. I am thoroughly shocked beyond belief that this one old man working at this restaurant can have such a negative impact on this place but it's really that bad.
J H — Google review
Everything here is incredible. I love that its tucked away from the main road. The fruit tarts are absolutely perfect. The crust breaks with a fork, not softened because they've been sitting there too long having absorbed moisture from the filling. Vanilla bean specs visible in the filling. Fruit used always at peak ripeness. Macaroons that melt in your mouth and croissants that represent the epitome of buttery flakiness.
Todd M — Google review
My only complaint is that the $10 sandwich could use at least two more pieces of ham. Additionally, a larger container for the salad dressing would be appreciated. I think next time we'll just opt for the coffee and pastries.

Henri's Bakery & Deli is a cherished Atlanta gem that has been delighting locals since 1929. Renowned for its mouthwatering roast-beef sandwiches, this beloved establishment also boasts an impressive array of baked goods. From classic birthday cakes adorned with rich buttercream frosting to delectable Italian cream and black forest cakes, there's something sweet for every occasion—just remember to place your order with a little notice!
You know it is special when ten people are very patiently ahead of you waiting to order. The Rueben was a 10 with the most tender perfectly sliced corned beef. To counter the savory, I loved the very slight sweetness in the sauerkraut. Highly recommend. The line moved quickly with a four person team taking food orders and cooking. Then, walk over to the pastry counter. Had to try the wedding cookies... the best! The chocolate croissant and chocolate truffle cake fulfilled the mandatory chocolate fix.

The Buckhead Henri's is the original Henri's, the parent shop of a set of bakeries-cum-cafés now found at other locations around Atlanta. It's a nice spot to stop for a cup of coffee, a pastry, and/or a sandwich. There's a lot of outdoor seating, which makes for a pleasant time in seasons that permit sitting outdoors with ease. On the food front, the offerings can be a bit mixed. My chicken salad sandwich today was good, in that the chicken salad was well-made and was a traditional Southern chicken salad with a bit of pickle relish (or something else with some sweetness in the mix). But I asked for it on rye bread and got white bread, instead. And while the slice of baklava I purchased to split three ways was generous and looked good, it had none of the buttery taste that traditional phyllo pastry always has, making me suspect that this baklava doesn't have butter in it at all. My lunch companions did succeed in getting rye bread for their pastrami sandwiches, but only after asking three times as the sandwich maker kept picking up slices of white bread to make the sandwiches. They said the pastrami was good.

Unfortunately, our delivery was not as expected. Review the attached images as you will notice the sandwiches arrived mashed up and mixed. Also, the portions of some sandwiches were prepared with hardly any pimento cheese or egg salad while others had more than enough. I am disappointed with how poorly the way our order was prepared and the service I received to resolve this instance after Jasmine and another catering rep offered to return my call promptly and drop off more sandwiches but then ghosted us.

We just discovered Henri’s Bakery which is what I imagine Heaven will be like, at least what I’m hoping it will be like. The best eclair I’ve ever had. They have been operating for over 90 years, not sure why I didn’t find them sooner but I’ll definitely be back often.

One of the best spots to relax in Buckhead! Henri’s Bakery & Deli has such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind with a coffee and pastry. Their cheese Danish is absolutely delicious flaky, buttery, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The French cheesecake is also a must-try, rich yet light, and full of flavor. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or just want to enjoy a calm moment, this location never disappoints. Highly recommended!

Customer service was top notch. Ham and cheese sandwich was super salty and French bread was stale. No pickle, no chips. Pretty lame for a $10 sub par sandwich. Pastries were pretty tasteless. With 2 sandwiches, 4 pastries and bag of chips and 2 lattes we were in over $50. Won't be back.

I just recently moved to this area and was walking my dog this Saturday morning and happened to come by this bakery. I opened the door to the bakery and my first inquiry was are dogs allowed inside. Two employees and someone I’m assuming was the manager all stated yes. I wish I had gotten the managers name because she was extremely sweet and helpful. I chose a few items from the bakery and then made my way to the breakfast sandwich bar where i was greeted warmly by the two younger men working the deli, but when it came to the older gentleman he asked me if my dog was a service animal. I told him no and he stated that she is not allowed inside and asked me to wait outside while he made my order…. This was very confusing to me as I was just told dogs are allowed and who I am assuming to be the manager spoke up as well and stated that she said I can come inside. He proceeded to argue with the manager and wave his finger at her and stated you are not the owner and dogs are not allowed. Even as I was walking away from the deli he was speaking very rudely to the manager. This made me very uncomfortable as he was extremely rude during this interaction and asking a customer to wait outside after already being told you could enter is extremely unprofessional and made me really uncomfortable. It was also extremely cold out this morning it was 45 degrees and he asked me to wait outside…. I will say the breakfast sandwich was good and the bakery is adorable! I also ordered a few sweet treats for my family as I was excited to show them the new gem I discovered. Unfortunately, I do not believe I will be coming back here nor will I be recommending it due to the customer service experience I had with that deli member. The deli member was an older Hispanic man and I wish I had gotten his name. If I do come back it will only be because of the sweet manager who tried to smooth things over after the interaction with the man at the deli. Again I wish I had gotten her name, but she was a nice Asian lady and she was taking out the bakery items for the day. As a dog owner I know animals are not allowed everywhere and if I was told at the entrance when I inquired about the policy I would have gladly taken my dog home and returned back to the bakery without her. However there is a way to go about reprimanding someone in a professional manner and unfortunately that mark was missed during this interaction. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for the team.

I literally haven’t even left the parking lot yet. I had to get on and write this review RIGHT NOW. I got a muffuletta and a cream horn and it was, no joke, the best lunch of my life. The sandwich was absolutely perfect, the bread was fresh, the cheese was fresh, the cream horn was soft and crispy and not overly sweet. I will be back TOMORROW. Do they do weddings??? Birthday parties??? Can they move into my house and make me food this good every day?

Great little German bakery north of Atlanta by Dobbins Air Base. I got some liverwurst that is fantastic! It goes really well with my fresh sourdough bread for sandwiches. I ordered the schnitzel sandwich and my buddy got the brat. Both of them were winners. You need to get some pastries, cookies and every item you can from this great store.

I was born born & raised in Germany and would definitely consider this authentic German food! Tried their Schnitzel sandwich and the meat was perfectly thin with crispy breading that didn't fall off as soon as you bite into it. They offer several typical German cakes & pastries, breads, Brötchen, as well as candy, sausages, cold cuts, Fleischsalad, Schmalz, soups and more. Highly recommend this local gem!

The French Melt was the best thing I tried, it was so good, the croissant was fresh and flaky and the meat and cheese were quality and abundant. They have a great selection. There are artisan breads, hot coffee, hot tea, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. They also have a small selection of German packaged goods such as candies, teas, coffees, crackers, and refrigerated meats and cheeses. They may want to attend to their pastries a little more as a lot of the the items I bought were dry, perhaps day old. The store is very clean and well maintained. Try to bring card or small bills as a large bill that a customer in front of my used seemed to slow them down a bit since they didn't have enough in the register to break it and had to wait for the owner to bring more cash to them. Overall it was good and I would come again, I'd just be more selective when it comes to the pastries and make sure they're fresh.

This bakery uses real, high-quality ingredients — no shortcuts. I have a lot of food restrictions, and this is one of the few carbs I can actually eat without issues. If you struggle to find bread that works for you, their sourdough might give you hope. It’s delicious and made with care!

Le Bon Nosh is a chic Parisian-style cafe and restaurant located in Buckhead. The menu features French-inspired dishes like steak au poivre and confit duck leg, as well as pastries with Persian influences such as cardamom cake and pistachio cake. The founder, Forough Vakili, has successfully blended her Iranian heritage into the menu. Despite being a convenient all-day spot, Le Bon Nosh offers an elegant dining experience with exceptional service.
Le Bon Nosh is hands down one of the best spots in town. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a charming European vibe that makes you feel right at home. The food is nothing short of exceptional. Each dish is carefully crafted using fresh, seasonal ingredients, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. Whether you're here for a quick coffee and pastry or a full meal, you won't be disappointed. The brunch menu is divine, and the dinner options are equally impressive. The service is top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. The staff clearly care about the experience they’re providing, and it shows. Highly recommend Le Bon Nosh for anyone who enjoys great food in a relaxed yet sophisticated setting. It’s definitely a go-to spot for me! Came here for brunch with my husband. We were sat immediately and our server was very sweet and friendly. We ordered the avocado toast, french toast, bacon, and breakfast potatoes. Food came out hot and tasty. I enjoyed the french toast with the peaches on top. Just enough sweetness. The potatoes were delicious and tasty. My husband said the avocado toast was fine but the greens it comes with wasn’t very dressed. The bacon came out crispy how we asked. We also go two lattes to go and some pastries. The lattes tasted fine but the lavender and salted honey syrup we got was not very flavorful. The pastries were good. A little on the pricey side. Decor inside very elegant and nice with plenty of seating.

Fiona was an attentive and knowledgeable hostess. She consistently checked on us and gave us options and her opinions. The food was so so.. the chicken skewers were dry but looked appetizing. The salad selections were very good. The steak tartare with French fries- the steak looked appetizing but was chewy. Overall the total meal experience was so so. The drink selection was wide and varied. Would I go again - of course. Everyone deserves a second chance. It’s a cute restaurant 😊

Definitely one of the most gorgeous, purposefully designed venues I’ve been to in the city! Notably, the service and food matched the top-notch quality of the decor, and our waitress (Fiona) was just absolutely stellar. We had some of the most prompt, kind, and personable interactions with her taking care of us! The cappuccino and rose latte were phenomenal, as were the shakshouka and the chia seed pudding. Overall, would 100% recommend coming here for a fancy brunch or a celebratory occasion - just be sure to get a reservation beforehand!

The normal routine at Le Bon Nosh, for me, would be a visit to the espresso bar for a coffee and pastry, during the day- their pastries are so good😍. But Le Bon Nosh after work is also a vibe! We went to their new wine tasting series "Uncorked" where you try five wines and delicious small bites curated by founder and chef Forough. We had such a nice time at the tasting that we decided to hang around for dinner. It's hard to pick a favorite from the menu, but the prawns, spaghetti pesto, chicken paillard, and duck confit definitely hit the spot! Oh, and definitely check out their wine and cocktail list.🍸🍷

The food was so so. My husband loved the salmon brunch dish but I didn’t like my breakfast plate. I only ate the eggs, mostly because the bread wasn’t toasted and the potatoes were overcooked. I don’t know how we missed this gem till now! Croissants were my favorite and was even traveling to Paris for good croissants, so I had been missing them since I became vegan for like 15 years….but not anymore! We tried Bakon Egg & Cheese, it made me shed tears with joy! It is so so good, the layers, the taste, and fluffiness, it’s perfect! We also had a biscuit, and it was fluffy as well and their Apple Butter is very tasty! We got a quiche and Bear-craw and chocolate croissant for Tomoko and can’t wait!! Great bakery! Super cute ambiance and they had delicious chocolate croissants. I’m not vegan, but couldn’t even tell a difference from normal croissants. I really appreciated that they used real plates and silverware, even cloth napkins.

5 stars isn't enough, everything here is phenomenal. Most recently had the chikkin salad sandwich, latte, and the oatmeal cream pie, everything was amazing and I might move to Atlanta just to be able to go to Flour+Time more often 🫶🫶🫶

First time here and definitely adding this to our places to go to when we visit Atlanta. The staff was wonderful and helpful in assisting in deciding what to order. I was overwhelmed with the variety of choices. We decided on the bear claw, bakon, egg, cheese croissant, and spinach with feta cheese quiche. Everything was delicious. We took a variety of baked goods home. Zucchini bread, oatmeal cream pie, and a pain au chocolate.

Nestled in Morningside amidst industrial buildings, The Buttery ATL is a charming bakery offering an array of delectable pastries and breakfast sandwiches. This Holman & Finch-backed bakery is known for its authentic baguettes and mouthwatering Dream Cookie, a creation by Chef Jen Yee. Initially conceived as a pandemic project during the temporary closure of other restaurants owned by Linton and Gina Hopkins, The Buttery has evolved into a one-stop shop for baked goods and homemade meals.
Great food spot with a hip vibe. Tons of yummy options for lunch or as a sweet treat. Definitely going again but early so we can have a pick of all of the dessert options. The take away food options looked great.
Janean W — Google review
Disappointing. I got a chocolate croissant, almond croissant, and sour dough loaf. There was only the tiniest bit of chocolate in the chocolate croissant. The almond croissant had a better filling ratio but could barely taste the almond paste/flavor and was slightly burnt/hard on the bottom. Both croissants were lacking flakiness and overall were dull. The sour dough flavor was lacking, poor rise(ie narrower loaf), and crust was chewy given that it had been freshly made. The staff while friendly, were very quiet and hard to hear despite being the only person in the bakery. They did not have signs with prices/identifying what each item was so I had to ask what I was getting and had her repeat herself a few times so I could even hear her. Pricing was fair. Sad to say, there are much better bakeries in Atlanta and while their items look beautiful, the flavor is not there.

This is a small shop with some truly incredible food. I picked up a coffee, donut, some of their freshly made (and incredibly buttery) saltines, and their cuban sandwich. Definitely gonna be back in the future!

This is a Hidden gem of ATL. I decided to try the place after reading the recommendation from ATL magazine and boy did I enjoy going there. The place is very unique, you walk outside and think what kind of a place is this but inside they have some delicious stuff. I tried the chicken salad, amazing delicious, the coconut soup for sure a recommendation, I made a mistake ordering the potatoes salad and didn’t realize it had pork in it since I don’t eat pork but I gave it to my neighbor and she loved it. For my appetizer I had the mallow crunch browner, super super delicious. The customer service was great and very friendly. I wish they had a table to sit because I would be there every day doing my work. I would for sure recommend this spot. And will visit again. Cheers BN

This place is amazing. I took so long to decide what I would buy because everything looks yummy. The staffs in the store were very kind and thoughtful. They were helping all the customers in the store nicely. Personally I love their biscuits. I heated it in the oven quickly and put some jam on it. It was incredibly delicious. I could taste flour itself when I ate it. I believe they only use high quality ingredients for their products. I wish I could go there more often.

It's rare post-pandemic to find quality -- but here, there's quality ingredients, quality experiences and the highest quality staff. The team here truly cares to make a connection and give you a positive experience. I hope they are being compensated greatly! I was shown around and oriented to each mini market counter: espresso, pastry, the deli area showcasing pre-made sides and entrees, cheeses, breads, and wine plus a full kitchen with made-to-order sandwiches. The beautiful Veggie Hearth sandwich, gorgeous and flaky croissants, and perfectly chewy chocolate chunk cookies were standouts for me, but I'm set to return to try the homemade spreads and sauces as well as the fried chicken dinners after 4 PM. Plus, the locals insist I try the famous muffleta and chicken salad. And if course, I'll visit their booth at the Morningside Farmers Market!

I have been wanting to try the buttery ATL for months! I am so glad I was able to come during lunch time to try the pastries. There are shelf stable pantry items and chocolates for sale. There is a lunch and dinner menu with soups and salads. There are delicious pastries and fresh breads for sale at the counters. The fancy toast is a croissant toast with frangipane and fruit. There is freshly baked sourdough as well. Everything we tried was so delicious. Jenn Yee is a pastry culinary genius!!

Colette Bread and Bakeshop is a popular bakery in Poncey-Highland, known for its delicious pastries and fresh bread. The bakery often has a line of locals waiting to get their hands on items like giant cinnamon rolls with sour cream icing, brioche tarts filled with sweet strawberries, and spicy shishito pepper scones. While the space inside is limited, the friendly staff creates a welcoming environment.
What a gem of a bakery, a hole in the wall spot with some outdoor seating great sourdough bread and pastries. I got the pain suisse, usually made with custard and not just chocolate, still good though. They also offer coffee
Cam B — Google review
It smelled wonderful when I walked in - multiple items were in the ovens. Unfortunately, I arrived around noon, so some things were already sold out. The coffee was good. I bought a savory pastry with roasted carrots and cheese, and it was still warm. It was fine, but I probably wouldn’t order it again. I’ll definitely return and get there earlier. Parking wasn’t difficult. I was able to park on a side street. You can pay to park a few doors down, but you don’t have to.

Cute little bakery with delicious baked goods. However, the selection is a bit limited, and the location is a bit cramped and rough. Definitely worth a visit, but maybe for a takeaway.
Adam E — Google review
What a wonderful gem of delightful deliciousness. Best bakery in Atlanta. The man in front helped me choose two very wonderful things. I asked him pick a savory item and a sweet item and he chose very nicely.
Nathaniel S — Google review
Colette consistently delivers exceptional baked goods and breads. Every time I visit, I get my weekly sourdough and try out one of the many baked goods they pump out daily. It has been non stop 10s across the board for both their savory and sweet items. And to top it off? They always have something that is new and surprising to me. For example, the chocolate filled meringue today made my knees weak; it was so light and rich .
Stuart A — Google review
Trying to find the best sourdough loaf in metro Atlanta and this is definitely at the top. Chewy outer crust, beautiful presentation and a soft airy center. Great value.
Christopher H — Google review
Came here for the first time specifically for a sourdough loaf, but also got a blueberry scone and a plain bagel to try. Everything was fresh and excellent. Will be returning weekly for the sourdough and likely other miscellaneous treats as well.
Cameron K — Google review
I really love this bakery and visit often but im going stop because the food safety standards seem sketchy. The girl at the register is sweet enough but she regularly touches things with gloved hands (her hair, her mouth, the door, wiping crumbs from the counter, eating, touching her face) and then will proceed to handle the bakery items. It happens every single time she is at the counter without fail and really makes me lose my appetite.

The International Bakery is a charming old-fashioned bakeshop in Atlanta, offering a delightful array of cakes, pastries, tarts, and Greek specialties. The bakery has gained a national reputation for its dedication to excellence and its vast assortment of beautifully presented baked goods. Visitors can expect an unforgettable experience filled with delicious discoveries at this beloved establishment.
We’ve been customers for over 20 years-this place has the best pastries at the best prices! We LOVE the variety of delicious desserts such as cream puffs, eclairs, mango and guava mousse cakes and so much more. They have a Greek grocery section too! We only wish they had more locations ❤️❤️❤️

Ever since I’d had the chance to try a cake someone purchased from here in college, I’ve dreamt of visiting myself. And what a stunning set of baked goods housed within this gem! I chose the Black Forest Cake, nested in the corner of one of the fridges among the stacks of goodies in this packed bakery. After wanting a Black Forest for so long, this hit the spot. What stunning, perfectly sized pieces of cake this place offers! The whipped topping pairs perfectly with the denser cream layers near the bottom in the Black Forest, and separating the layers of cream sits a light, moist chocolate sponge that ties this dessert together into a delectable sweet treat. For $3.50 per slice (keep in mind, still, a slice here is smaller than that a typical bakery’s slice - yet filling, nonetheless), I would definitely recommend visiting!
Shreya R — Google review
I ordered two cakes from this bakery for two different occasions, and I was so impressed! Both cakes had the most beautiful and cute decorations — you can tell they really put love and creativity into their work. And the taste? Absolutely amazing! Everyone at the events was enjoying it and asking where the cakes were from. I just want to say a big thank you to the team for making everything perfect. If you’re thinking about ordering from here — don’t hesitate! Go for it, and you’ll be thanking me later. Highly recommend!

Recently moved into the area and have came here a few times for treats. I will be getting cakes here for events in the future. You can tell the baker loves this place and it’s quite special. I’m so excited I found it, and the treats are delicious. Also got some of the best feta cheese I’ve ever had in the States here. Thank you!!!!

I thought that the International Bakery had better quality baked goods by the reviews that I read. Sorry to say, but the cream puffs and the 'Italian Canolis' were not very good. We know good Italian food, having come down from Boston's North End! This is not nearly the ricotta canollis we were used to. Even Marie's Italian Deli in Cummimg is much better than they are, and $3.50 each. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a cheesecake with fruit over the phone. Took my order on Thursday or Friday I believe and had it ready when I got there on Sunday morning. The cheesecake was delicious! The place looks clean and hip, however the food is not that good. We tried their mixed chaat which was just okay. The chicken puff was nice, but the lamb samosa was not that good. We bought some Laddu from here. These were decent. Overall a pretty average place to eat Indian snacks. The owner/ worker was nice, but it seems nobody cares for covid issue here at this place. People including the owner/ worker were without masks and social distancing never existed!

Random walk in for some snacks and I’ve never had such bad chaat! Lol what type of papdi is this? The samosas were so small and the price for it is so expensive. The pav was stale as well. Don’t think I’ll be going back

Samosas to die for! If you miss samosas from ‘Havemor restaurants’ then this is the place to get it. All sweets are low in sugar, freshly made. Are you from Africa? Then you must try African chevda here. Ice creams have good unique flavors. It’s a show off & retail place for their wholesale business. If you have eat sweets in weddings then mostly it’s from this place. -Get ‘to go’ is easy and suggested.- Service & suggestions was nice and the manager was friendly and attentive. The one star I cut is for COVID-19 assurance. We got the chutney in open to share big container to self serve and give it back to serve others, small disposable container would be better choice for chutneys to serve it. We got open straws to mix chai, individually wrapped spoons would be better option. :(

Metrotainment Bakery is a delightful haven for dessert lovers, offering an impressive array of pies, cookies, and custom cakes that cater to various dietary needs, including sugar-free and gluten-free options. Renowned for their exquisite wedding cakes—once dubbed the best in Georgia by People magazine—the bakery employs traditional techniques to create stunning confections. Their rich cheesecakes have recently gained popularity with flavors like Cookie Dough and Cappuccino stealing the spotlight.
I had an excellent experience ordering a custom birthday cake for my wife. I called and submitted some ideas and I was pleased with the email correspondence with Rosy the bakery manager to get exactly what I wanted. We were super impressed with the level of detail in the Peony flowers that my wife loves. She was happy, I was happy and the White Chocolate Mouse cake was amazing. It was moist and full of flavor and still tasted great a day later and the day after that. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks!

Ordered my last 3 birthday cakes from here in dark chocolate cake with white chocolate frosting and raspberry filling. It is divine. The confluence of flavours really takes it to the next level. It strikes a great balance with sweet and tart! Hope they never change the recipe and always have cupcakes in that flavour to take away so I don't always have to wait for my birthday in may!

Such a hole in the wall location but their cupcakes look amazing. For their cupcakes alone I’d give them 3 stars as I like my frosting to be richer in butter, although the cake itself is very good(especially tie dye)But on my way out I had the best chocolate cake with the perfect amount of icing and sweetness and I had to give this 4 stars.
Manasvi L — Google review
I found Metrotainment through a bakery search on Google, and I went here for the 1st time to pick up dessert for Thanksgiving. I ordered the chocolate cream pie, and 4 cupcakes - the quatro leche, a couple of gluten free cupcakes, and a s'mores cupcake. The pie was outstanding - visually and taste. The size of their pies are much larger than you find at a regular bakery, and for $28 I don't think you can find a better deal. I haven't even been able to move onto the cupcakes yet - the pie is too good. My only slight knock on Metrotainment is that I had to wait 40 minutes to pick up my order. It was the day before Thanksgiving, so it was obviously going to be crowded. But I think they should take payment for your order over the phone or online when you order it - that way people can just grab their order and go. I will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered 250 cupcakes for our wedding and they were a hit! We got 4 flavors to have a variety and many people told me they had to try two. Metrotainment Bakery delivered and set up the cupcakes so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They looked amazing and tasted even better. I had a few left over and when I brought them to grad school the next day they were demolished, even at 7:30am! We highly recommend Metrotainment Bakery.

Pan American Bakery offers a diverse menu featuring Mexican, Central American, South American, and Caribbean options. Run by a Cuban family, their specialty lies in the delicious pastelitos including sweet and savory varieties like guava and cheese as well as meat pies. The place is known for its warm hospitality with the owner greeting visitors with a smile. Customers rave about their Cuban coffee and sandwiches along with the daily soups during winter.
This place is the real deal. No nonsense. Eight dollars for the best cuban sandwich in town. They also have amazing-looking empanadas for only $1.75 each. Cash only, and know how to order what you want in Spanish.

Not as cheap as previous reviews suggested but still very good. They don’t have any prices posted so we were a little surprised at the final bill. Not that it was outrageous but we weren’t expecting $10 Cuban sandwiches. We had different empanadas, pastries and Cuban sandwiches and they were all good. Not much space to sit but that’s perfectly ok. It’s run by friendly people.

Wonderful! The young man asked if I had any dietary restrictions or preferences, such as vegetarian or no pork or beef. That's only the second restaurant that I've been to where they bothered to inquire. It's a tiny place, but he said they've been there more than forty five years. I highly recommend that we try to keep it in busines for at least 45 more.

Had heard they do great Cuban sandwiches here, and they did not disappoint. I've tried other Cubans around Atlanta, and this one is definitely in the top tier. Yes, they only accept cash, but for what you get in exchange (and you can get a sandwich, chips, and a soda for less than $10), I'd say it's well worth it.

Customers can choose from options like ham and cheese croissants, mochi donuts, and matcha strawberry cake. The open concept of the bakery is charming and they package your pastries at the register.
my parents and i came for breakfast after not having paris baguette in over a year. happy to say the experience was good! staff was very friendly and helped us out. bathroom was clean. the croissants were flaky and warm! the strawberry cake was fluffy and the strawberries were fresh! we got a little of everything, including drinks. overall, the desserts and drinks were good and the service was friendly!

This is a cozy and beautifully designed spot with a welcoming . The space is clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing, making it a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. However, when it comes to pricing, it feels a bit overpriced compared to similar cafes. The cake portions, in particular, are smaller than expected for the price, which can be a bit disappointing. While the quality is good, the value for money isn’t quite there. If you’re looking for a charming, relaxing spot and don’t mind paying a little extra, this could be a nice place to visit. But if portion size and pricing matter to you, there might be better options elsewhere.

I usually go to the one that's by the perimeter, I was in the area, I wanted a snack, I was hoping my favorite pastry was there, but it was all sold out!, so I opted for the cookies, these cookies are very delicious, and soft, and not super sweet. I enjoyed them with a nice up of mint tea. Very good, will be purchasing more in the future. I would have sat an eaten inside to get the full experience but the vibe didn't feel inviting.

Love this bakery! I've tried a variety of savory and sweet pastries here, and they've all been delicious. It's a French inspired Asian style bakery, and the pastry in the breads are nice and flaky. We also picked up a whole mocha cake. The cake was beautiful, and the sponge was airy with a nice light cream - not too heavy at all. They package it with candles and a cake spatula that comes with matches inside! The cake selection was a bit limited while I was there, but I came earlier in the morning, and an employee told me that they usually get their delivery around 10am.

They put up the Christmas tree🎄❤️ The coffee is nice, they warmed up my food. No one is here after 5. Because how the front was all window and see through, it kinda feels dark inside even with all the lights. Overall it's not too bad to stay for awhile. They have plugs and gave u the wifi pass on the bottom of the receipt. All the fruit tarts, pan au chocolat, cream cheese donut, and any pastry with sausage I would recommend.
Nicole O — Google review
I've always loved Paris Baguette for its delicious pastries and coffee, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. This marks my third visit in as many weeks, and each time I've been greeted by empty shelves and a lack of the warm, inviting atmosphere I used to know. Hoping to avoid the weekend rush, I visited today (Monday) at 7:15 PM, 45 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the shelves were once again bare and dirty, with a trash can inexplicably placed in front of a cabinet. To make matters worse, the attendant was eating her lunch and completely ignored me and my partner. We weren't even acknowledged or offered any assistance, leaving us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Considering the lack of Starbucks options on Buford Highway, Paris Baguette used to be my go-to spot for a coffee or pastry. However, after this string of disappointing experiences, I'm hesitant to return anytime soon. Perhaps in the far future, I'll give it another try, but for now, I'll be looking for a more welcoming and consistently stocked bakery/cafe elsewhere.
Berny O — Google review
I love Paris Baguette, and this was my first time at this location. At first, I picked out a cream cheese pastry, sausage pastry, a sugar mochi donut and an iced coffee. Then, I saw they were bringing out more items. So, before I left, I got a box to-go with some donuts and a chocolate croissant. My favorite donut was the Croissant Donut with orange zest on top. I would also recommend any kind of sausage pastry since they are so good! Everything was delicious!

Buena Gente Cuban Bakery has gained popularity with its iconic pink food truck, but now it's preparing to open a permanent location in August. The bakery is known for serving the best Cuban sandwich in Atlanta, featuring roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard pressed to perfection. In addition to their signature sandwich, they offer traditional Cuban pastries like pastelitos and empanadas as well as desserts such as flan and arroz con leche.
Wow! The pastries (pastelitos) are so flaky and delicious that I cannot wait to go get more. I tried each of their sweet and savory pastilos and their vegetarian friendly empanadas (spinach with Swiss and vegan chorizo and chickpea). Holy....!!! Every single thing was amazing! I also got 2 ham croquetas but my friend ate both before i could have a taste they were SO good. I just randomly happened upon this place but knew it was gonna be good when there was a line of customers patiently awaiting their turn and not upset about the wait. The Cuban coffee... such a great way to feel alive. Expect a line, get there early, and be ready to do that little laugh when food tastes so good that you just can't help but giggle.

My go-to Cuban sandwich spot. the Medianoche is incredible and don’t forget to add some guava pastellitos and a croquetta as an appetizer while you wait. My one wish would be indoor seating. the vibe is a little plain inside and eating in the parking lot isn’t the most comfortable way to enjoy a cafecito. If that was fixed it’s 5/5 perfection
Alex T — Google review
This Cuban bakery captured my heart in an instant. I’ve always loved a good Pastelito and had only had the traditional Cream Cheese & Guava kind in the past. Interestingly, they also had guava-only and CC-only filling options; the warm, flaky, buttery Guava Pastelito was simply overflowing with gooey jam that felt so nourishing to the soul. The fruit’s natural flavors were accentuated by an addictive sweetness, and the jam provided a smooth textural contrast to the crackly puff pastry that it was encased within. The Cortadito - a traditional double-shot of espresso with steamed milk - was absolutely divine and, honestly, a coffee lover’s dream-come-true. Truly, this was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. Per others’ recommendation, having it made with real sugar at their suggested level was splendid. I’m also planning to come back to try their Key Lime Pie, Flan, and Tres Leches - coincidentally, three of my all-time favorite desserts. If you’re looking for the best way to start the day, you have to go here!

The food here is beyond amazing! This is also an upscale bakery offering Cake Boss level cakes. The space is small but comfortable, with outdoor seating as well. This well worth the drive. The vibe was so good we sat and ate and drank our Cuban coffee while watching the steady stream of customers come in and pick up their custom cakes, and others come in to grab some pastelitoes and other treats.

Finally! A Cuban spot that does pastries. Yes the flavor is good and its fresh. Authentic in my opinion. Price is too high (spent$70.00 plus $5 in tip) but expected when there is not much competition with Cuban pastries or authentic Cuban food in GA. Also they had no seating available this morning and you can’t eat inside but it was well worth the trip. I will be back again!

10/10. Spinach and Swiss empanadas are literally heaven sent. The iced coffee con leche is IMMACULATE 🤌🏽💋

We arrived for Sunday after church Cuban sandwiches and pastries. The atmosphere was pleasant but no place to seat and not handicapped accessible. I am Cuban and know what true Cuban food taste like. The pastries were excellent. The Cuban sandwiches was vary fatty. What irritated me the most was the service. I ordered the papaya shake. The shake did not taste like papaya. So i mentioned it to hostess so she would argued with me. She said the fruit is not always rip. I said then don’t sell that type of shake. All I wanted is switch to another shake, she went to the manager. The manager was indifferent and told her to switch it.

I just have to say, WOW! My husband and I just had an amazing lunch. We've had Miami's best, however this for Atlanta was really good! Will be coming back very soon. The food, the service, and location were spot on. The only complaint I have is they run out of everything early, so go early to get the best in Atlanta. We couldn't wait to eat them.

Little Tart Bakeshop, located in the Summerhill neighborhood of Atlanta, exudes strong French influences and offers a delightful selection of pastries and coffee. The shop is renowned for its delectable pies, specialty sweet and savory pastries, sandwiches, and coffee. Owner Sarah O'Brien's passion for pastry was ignited at the age of 14 when she tasted her first croissant in Paris. Since then, she has been on a mission to recreate that experience.
What to say about Little Tart other than they are hands down the absolute best for french pastries and bakery items. Their croissants are the stuff of dreams and the galette was legendary. Parking was easy because we went during off peak time right after golf.

Amazing food. Such a long line that moved fast. We had the blueberry lemon cornmeal cookie (a lil sweet for me but my friend LOVED) and the orange chamomile scone was divine (would get it again). The mocha latte I ordered hot was great with light sugar and had an emphasis on the caffeine which was nice. My friend had her usual the lavender matcha iced latte. Thank you for a great time and ambience

What a beautiful way to start the day! The coffee was absolutely sensational – rich, flavorful, and perfectly made. The pastries were heavenly – buttery, fresh, and clearly crafted with care. A special shout-out to the super friendly staff – warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The lovely woman at the counter truly made my morning with her kindness and smile. The space itself is calm, charming, and thoughtfully designed – the perfect spot to pause and enjoy a quiet moment in the city. Thank you to the team – you made my day brighter. I’ll definitely be back!

Celiac and gluten intolerant review My family has Celiac so I'm always leaving reviews for families like ourselves that struggle to find safe places to eat. Especially my little girl who struggles to be "normal" among her friends. I wanted to love this place. The regular food items were good and their drinks were good having been here previously on my own. However I was the only one who could eat, leaving my daughter in tears when we tried bringing her. Things I didn't notice last time: Lack of protocol for changing gloves & since we came specifically for their GF items, I need to leave an honest review. Do not visit this bakeshop if you have an allergy or Celiac. There's a ton of cross contamination & unfortunately the lovely barista never changed her gloves, touching coffee items, and then baked goods. I DO recommend this for regular patrons who don't have an auto immune disease. Like I said, I wanted to love this place cause it's so cute but unfortunately my family cannot eat from here ever.

I love it here. Vibes: cinematic styling of coffee shop with great morning sunlight. Gold & Green is calming and modern. A millennials dream. Seating: Parisian style marble bistro tables enough for a duet of plates and cups. Please do not squeeze 4 people on these little round tables lol Pastries : TOP TIER Croissants!! My fave is the praline escargot (it’s like grandmas southern pecan pie baked into a croissant roll up). The variety.*chefs kiss*. The Flavor combinations *chefs kiss* — items run out fast so get here early on weekends. beverages : delicious coffee. Quality tea selection (however — Grant park location has the loose tea offering which I prefer but I understand this smaller space cannot accommodate all the extra little pieces) ** note: if there is a looooong line ….be courteous if you are waiting in line— keep the door closed and wait to come inside**

Dessert shop
Meet Fresh is a Taiwanese dessert spot located in H Mart. The shaved ice and bubble tea are highly recommended, with the shaved ice being particularly popular for its authenticity to the Taiwanese version. The menu offers a variety of toppings and treats, including Taro Paste Volcano Shaved Ice and Red Bean Milk Shaved Ice. In addition to desserts, they also serve hot red bean soup with taro ball and mini tapioca.
Meet Fresh never disappoints! We ordered the Pudding & Q Mochi Milk Shaved Ice, and wow — it was HUGE! The portion is perfect for sharing (we had 4 people and still couldn’t finish it!). The mochi was soft and chewy, the pudding silky smooth, and everything came together beautifully over the finely shaved ice. We also tried the Icy Grass Jelly Signature, and it was sooo cool and refreshing — especially perfect for a hot afternoon. That light herbal flavor with the icy texture just hit the spot. The shop was clean, the staff friendly, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommend for anyone craving Taiwanese-style desserts. Five stars all the way!
Jacqueline Y — Google review
The service was good, fast. I love the beeper system that lets you know when you items are ready. I know this particular MeetFresh gets packed on the weekends. The store has many seats to accommodate both large and small groups. I got the tofu pudding with miniQ balls in a hot sugary broth. I was anticipating a warm dessert that would be great for the cold weather. Unfortunately, the tofu and sugary-ginger broth did not deliver; it was lukewarm at best. I have been to a couple other MeetFresh stores in the US, and the Doraville location lacks the depth and flavor in their sugar broth ladled over the tofu. I am a bit disappointed in this particular dessert but would love to come back and try their boba when the weather gets warm again!
Christina P — Google review
Classic Taiwanese desserts with a rich, authentic flavor. The shaved ice was fluffy and generous, and the toppings were fresh and satisfying. The space is clean and spacious, perfect for gathering with friends. Highlights: ✔ Traditional Taste – Taro balls, herbal jelly, and beans were all spot on. ✔ Comfortable Seating – Plenty of room and cozy atmosphere. ✔ Quick Service – Efficient staff and organized counter. Minor Downsides: Slightly pricey compared to local alternatives. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) Great spot for nostalgic, comforting desserts!

Crystal — Google review
I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I hope this feedback is helpful to the owner. The bowl we ordered was advertised with ‘shaved ice,’ and other dishes with shaved ice in the menu pictures showed a fine, thin texture. I expected ours to be the same, but instead, it came with thick, broken ice pieces. Honestly, I didn’t enjoy anything in the dish, especially the ice, and I wouldn’t return because the quality doesn’t justify the high price. I hope the owner can revisit this dish and make improvements. I intend this as constructive feedback. Addendum: the front desk person was okay, but I don’t think I had the lady that other people were talking about. The service was fast.. too fast which showed that they didn’t shave the ice fresh. I feel for them because the competition is fierce and the rent is probably high. Wishing the best.

Mango strawberry ice shavings is very good. Large portions enough for 3 people. Highly recommended.
James S — Google review
False advertisement… What I got is completely not what I expected. This bowl isn’t worth 10.25, there’s barely any toppings! This place used to be good, but now I am done.
Jin L — Google review
Very customizable menu. The list is quite extensive. There are both cold and warm desserts, snacks, and drinks. For the shaved ice, highly recommend sharing since the portions are huge. Medium shaved ice is good for 2-3 people, and the large is good for ~4 people. Personal favorite toppings: Sesame Rice Balls, Sweet Potato Taro (potaro) Balls, Q Mochi, Ice Cream, Wintermelon Jelly, Q Balls/mini balls Service is fairly fast. Plenty of seating.

Bakery
Saint Germain French Bakery & Café is a patisserie with multiple locations in Atlanta, Georgia. Founded by the husband-and-wife team Heather and Mathieu Jourdan-Gassin, it offers a variety of sweet and savory delicacies reminiscent of those found off the Place Vendôme in Paris. The bakery features an array of macarons, hand-dipped chocolates, classic cookies like palmiers, and visually stunning trompe l'oeil pastries.
What can I say..... these pasteries were absolutely phenomenal! Yes they are pricey but once you see the craftsmanship you'll understand why. Not to mention that the flavor far exceeds the already mesmerizing looks. These are art in every sense of the word!
Evan G — Google review
Stopped by here before the bookstore because I kept seeing this pop-up on TikTok and I’m glad I did all of the pastries I got were so fresh and unique they weren’t just filled with mousse. They actually had fruit filling and chocolate and a little bit of like crackers on the bottom, it was just a good mix. I also dropped my wallet into the crack of the display area where I couldn’t reach it and the cashier that was working there got a hook and got my wallet out within five minutes and they both were really sweet. I will definitely visit again because it looks like such a cute little place to get some work done or read a book. And I also got macaroons. They were so fresh. I feel like a lot of businesses go viral and the pastries end up being old or have sat out for a while and aren’t as good as you would think they are, but this was not the case here.😮‍💨♥️
Capri N — Google review
I’ll be honest, this was a total letdown for my daughters and I. We drove two hours because there is no where to get French pastry anywhere near where we live and we have been dying to try the viral patisserie! Although they were extremely beautiful, every single one of these tasted horrible. Flavorless mousses, little to no filling and just extremely underwhelming. Although the bakery was clean and beautiful inside, the $80 spent on top of the two hour drive was not worth it at all. I guess I have learned today to not trust the internet once more.

I ordered the pear almond tarte and two macarons (vanilla and red velvet) and they were delicious. We went on a Sunday afternoon so many of the pastries were sold out but I was pleased with the ones I ordered. The macarons were soft and very flavorful. The tarte was so good and would be great warmed up as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating and the ambience gives French cafe. I am glad that the parking is more affordable at $3 for the 1st hour.

A Beautiful bakery located in The Interlock in Atlanta serving a variety of hand made candy, chocolates, and specialty pastries. This was the 1st stop on our Pastey To-Do list while visiting Atlanta. Some of the desserts didn't service the ride, I would suggest boxing them separately for take out orders. See photos Give them and try and let me know what you think.

This place is located near the Buckhead area. They have shops , dining, gaming store and this gem of a bakery. The desserts are beautiful to look at and delicious. To find both in one location is rare. I wish there was one near me in NJ. There wasn’t much of a line. I didn’t taste their drinks because I had already had coffee at a different location.

Wow ! This bakery was one of its kind . We were walking across this location and found this . Interiors and the atmosphere was so good and we thought to taste some desserts :) we had dinner and were craving for sweet ! Parking is a mess in this complex ! It’s expensive - 8$ for a couple of hours and also packed . No free parking ! There were seats inside to sit and eat . There were also seats outside . Service was good and quick . The guy was helpful. We got some fruity cake and it was incredibly good . Loved the taste of berries ! Not sure what it was called though. We also got tiramisu .. it was ok . Small quantity :) it was a quick eat . A little pricey too. Couldn’t taste food and coffee . Good one overall but it’s not an everyday place to eat ! 4 stars still. !

Nestled in the vibrant Chinatown Mall in Chamblee, Family Baking (formerly known as Rolls Village) offers a diverse and affordable menu with vegan-friendly options. The bakery is renowned for its unique items like Spam baos, hot dog flower buns, and chocolate baos. However, the absolute must-try item is their Hong Kong egg tarts, known to be the best in Atlanta.
I have been here many times before for buns, egg tarts, and rolled cakes - all have been delicious. But after my most recent visit, I had to leave a review. I placed a last minute order for a cake with Family Baking (poor planning on my part) and they came through in a big way. I was SO happy with the design they did, and the cake was out of this world. Perfect “not too sweet” that Asian desserts strive to be. Cake was light and fluffy, not too much icing, good amount of mango. Also, it was HUGE. You may want to order in person if you’re looking for a particular design; they have some pictures of past designs that you can use as reference. I will absolutely be ordering again!
Samantha M — Google review
Average atmosphere but staff was super friendly! They asked if anything needed to be separated and gave multiple bags so pastries wouldn’t be smooshed. The pastries were DELICIOUS and stayed fresh for a few days after purchase. Asian pastries are not extremely sweet but still so satisfying. (I prefer my baked goods not overly sweet) They also have a pretty good selection of vegan pastries which is pretty rare to find in Asian bakeries. The only down side for me is the boba tea I got. While the flavor was tasty, it wasn’t tapioca boba but the jelly kind so that was disappointing. Oh! If you like roll cakes I recommend their variety pack ones. Very flavorful. The orange one, the flavor reminded me of those wafer cookies but better since it was a moist cake.

There is no better bakery ITP for Portuguese egg tarts or Pandan Swiss rolls. The drinks are also great and the uncle is eager to explain and efficient in his service. And probably the best Southeast Asian vegan bakery in the southeast.

Lovely Chinese bakery! Owner is always super sweet and all the pastries are on point. Not too sweet iykyk. I love the vegan selection too. Personal faves are the egg tarts, assorted Swiss roll slices, and fresh mango cake. ESPECIALLY the mango cake. Cake is super light and moist with soft whipped cream and juicy mango chunks. YUM. The taro pudding cake is a close second cake fave haha. Highly recommend everything here!

Doughnut Dollies is a local donut shop that always has the classics but also offers seasonal selections that are to die for. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they make the doughnuts by hand daily.
Made fresh every day at 1am! The flavors change frequently depending on what seasonal ingredients are the most fresh. Can't decide on a flavor? Try the signature Dollie doughnut with Creme Brulee inside or a seasonal item, or both! There is plenty of parking and a cute mural along the side of the building.

Excellent fresh tasting donuts that were not full of sugar but true flavor. I had a chocolate iced and a salted caramel donut. I would like to return to try others. Minus a star due to the coffee not being hot. Shout out to Joseph for the great and friendly customer service!
Nafis Z — Google review
Three of us went at 11:40 am on a Saturday. They still had a decent selection of donuts left. In COVID times, the employee was wearing a mask and gloves. They have donuts on the floor to mark 6 feet apart, which was a cute touch. We got 3 donuts, ranked in order of preference: - Vanilla Bean Glazed: We all really liked the glaze. No question about this donut being our favorite. - Sweet Jane: Powdered donut sandwich with buttercream filling. We liked that the filling was light and not heavy. It reminded us of cupcake icing. - Cereal: The fruit loops on top were staaaaale, like very stale. They were hard and gross, which was distracting. This is the reason for the 4 stars. I’m actually not sure how much each donut was. Their sign has 4 different tiers, but their display case only had 3 shelves, so I don’t know which one was which. Prices range from $2.25-$3.75. We also got iced coffee, from Jittery Joes, which was good ($3.00 for small, $3.50 for large). She asked how much creamer we wanted, so it was nice to have a say in that. There is another donut place nearby that is better that I would return to before I returned to this one. Still fun to try though!

Nice new satellite location for this Marietta doughnut shop; located in West-Midtown at 1963 Howell Mill. Mainly “cake-based” doughnuts serving up a very imaginative variety. Offerings include everything from “Cinnamon Toast, Key Lime and Mikey- (Brioche, Espresso Cream, Maple and Bacon”). Very good coffee program from Jittery Joes.

As my husband frequently reminds me: Doughnut Dollies ruins all other doughnuts for you. They are melt in your mouth and delicious. Each and every flavor combination seems simple and complex at the same time. We'll drive 30 minutes just to pick one up on the weekend to savor. Or occasionally splurge on a whole dozen and never have a single regret. I'm a huge fan of the Cereal Bowl and hubby would probably have an affair with the Man Bun if it was possible!

It has been YEARS since I've had Cami Cakes. Since my brother is visiting from Chicago, I decided to bring him to Lenox mall. I noticed them in the mall again. I thought they had closed this location, but today I saw they had moved. We walked up, and the young lady with short locs was occupied on her phone. Once she realized we were there, she looked up. I spoke to her and asked her how she was doing, All she said was how can I help you with a disappointed look on her face and also in a rude way. I then said, "That's ok." She shouldn't be there to serve the public. As much as I wanted the cake, I refused to give my money to rude people. I am highly disappointed

1. Yes, the cake is MOIST! 2. It’s a little pricey, but if you are a baker then you will understand the cost. It is worth the price. 3. The staff was very friendly and greeted me immediately upon entering. I’m all about service. 4. Neat and clean is the best way to describe the store itself. This matters when buying mall food. 5. Red velvet is really good. The icing is rich and the cake is equally as rich. Definitely a must if you have a sweet tooth.
Demetra R — Google review
CAMMMMMMMMIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!! I’m disappointed in the rest of the reviews because BABY!!!!! I’ve been trying to find something remotely close to my Auntie Sally Red velvet and the search has gone cold until today. My family is red velvet cake connoisseurs because my Aunt set the bar so high with the moisture, using real ingredients. The color is always rich and her icing is amazing. Cami cupcakes is actually very close to her recipe. I was so excited that finally something tastes & looks remotely close to hers. My only suggestion is that it needs to be a little bit more sweeter with the cake, but it was very moist even though it was probably sitting there all day. The cake still did not disappoint. For the more traditional taste I must have pecans all over my cake. I will absolutely be back seven dollars well spent. Also, the picture does not do it justice the cake slices were massive. Service was good the little helpers were unfortunately in the back so we had no idea that they were open but they were very pleasant and nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Heard about these, so I stopped by in Lenox. Cute store, large variety of cupcakes, and cake slices displayed nicely. Ordered a lemon and a pineapple coconut cupcake, served in a cute little box. Service was good, but there was nothing special to me about the taste of these $5 cupcakes - I didn't think either was freshly made, unfortunately.

I am so confused. Cami cakes use to be TOP TIER! Now I feel like I am eating a cake from Walmart. WHY is the CREAM CHEESE frosting, now overly whipped?? They are being cheap. This is NOT Cream cheese on these cup cakes. The cake is DRY now and not as moist as they used to be. I am not about to pay 5 bucks for a cupcake that isnt good. This review is for the team and for the barista making coffee - they rocked it out, the line was long and the people waiting for coffee was five deep and they were kind, efficient and made a damned good espresso. They serve La Colombe espresso drinks there and it lives up to the reputation (and it can be hard to find a good cup of coffee in this airport). A bit pricey, but worth it to me ♥️

Coffee was ok but shocked to have to pay an additional two dollars to add some non- dairy milk- soy to my coffee. Some places do add a minimum amount for this special add on but this was extreme. As someone who doesn’t consume dairy feel it is a b discriminatory to be charged this much.. Will not return here .

I had already eaten at TGI Fridays after experiencing a 5 hour delay for my flight to New York. While enjoying excellent service and a nice meal at TGI Fridays, I received a $15 meal voucher from Delta. I had already planned on paying for my own meal so after I finished up, I decided to go into the terminal and look for a nice dessert place to spend my $15 voucher. I happened upon a place that sold coffee and cake. I love cake so it was an excellent choice. If I had known how awful the young lady that was working there was- her name was Kimberly- I would have moved on to another vendor. I love desserts and was so excited for cake and perkily asked her if I could spend the voucher there and she couldn’t even muster the word yes. She grunted and nodded at me which I took for a yes. Then she walked away. I stood there in awe. Finally she came back and asked me what I wanted. I felt this going south already. I placed my order- an iced latte and a slice of red velvet cake, and again she walked away without a word. ok. Another girl walked up and explained to me how to enter my payment, and I did so then stood off to the side. A few moments later, Kimberly, my cashier slammed a coffee drink on the counter and walked away. Was it mine? I don’t know. Later she turned to me and said- “there’s your drink”. I asked about the cake I had ordered. She asked what I had ordered. Since it was literally less than five minutes since I had placed the order, I chuckled and repeated my preference. I guess she wasn’t impressed with my amusement because a few moments later she slammed the bag with a slice of cake on top the counter again, this time with more force. I get the sense I was not wanted there. I fly commercial every ten days for work, so I have a lot of experience in airports, and this is by far the worst service I have ever had. EVER. I will sooner eat out of the trash can next time I am in ATL than return here for this kind of treatment. And I most certainly will not be spending my own money here. The receipt states that the vendor prides themselves on first class treatment. This was far from First class.

Service was super slow, the cake was dry and flavorless, the price was super high for such a low quality slice of cake. They’re $8 per slice. There is also a lack of information on their slices/menu, it tells you the name of the slice but isn’t descriptive about details, for example: they do not list the frosting type (ie. buttercream, cream cheese, etc)

Leftie Lee's is a bakery and eatery located in the new Olive and Pine in Avondale Estates. The baked goods are highly recommended, with the Pandan krispy treat and chocolate rice crispy treat receiving special mentions. The braised beef sandwich with an egg is also a standout item on their menu. Customers praise the delicious food, friendly and efficient service, as well as the inviting atmosphere of the place.
A friend told me about this place. I wish it were on the main drag in Avondale Estates. But it was so worth it. The quiet and artistic aesthetic of the location just adds to its lure. It was absolutely wonderful. From the scones to the sandwiches, it was so delicious. Korean Japanese fusion with the friendliest staff and even the other customers understood that this was a friendly and wonderful place to be. Just a sweet, sweet and delicious community spot. Check it out. Support them. They are great people. It is in the Olive and Pine comples.

One of my most favorite bakeries! Their ham and cheese croissant is the best I've ever had in my life! I love the salted sesame egg wash that they add on the crust. The potato cheese was also very good with the perfect balance of seasonings. I can't wait to dine in and try some of their prepared meals. You have to experience this place! Your life will be changed!

YUMMY The potatoes on the side of the egg sandwich tasted like each one was individually charred to perfection. Nice crunch, just delicious. Gotta try the olive oil muffin. I’ve never heard of one and now they are in my top ten. highly recommended. A perfect spot for brunch. Plenty of space to spread out and kids love the indoor area

Located in the Olive and Pine mixed use market. This place was suggested to me by the coffee shop next door. I approached the counter and reviewed the menu. With their set up you can look right into the open kitchen and see everything is made fresh. The display case had many sweet and savory options for sale. I thought one was a bagel with bacon and cheese, but it was actually a savory danish with cheese and onions. I ended up ordering the Leftie's Egg sandwich. The sandwich comes with eggs, cheese, kimchi mayo, and I added bacon. The friendly young lady at the counter definitely co-signed that the sandwich was a good choice. She rang me up and I thought it was kind of expensive, $20 for a breakfast sandwich. I waited for a few minutes and they called my name. The food was ready super quick. I picked it up at the counter and headed over to one of the open tables in the common space. I opened up my container and was surprised to see roast potatoes in addition to my sandwich. Initially I thought the sandwich would be too much for one sitting, but it turned out to be just right. It was delicious and the roasted potatoes were hot, fresh and crunchy. I chatted with another customer who informed me she always stops here when she is in town. She ordered the chicken breakfast sandwich with a runny egg on top and was raving about it. Leftie is a little pricey, but the food is delicious.

I was hungry, and the waffle house line was ridiculously long. Found this hidden gem. OMG, the Korean fried chicken biscuit and gravy exploded in my mouth with its perfect blend of seasoning and was fried to my extra crunchy satisfaction. I'll be back whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

The kimchi biscuits and gravy with chicken was so so good! It was the honestly the best chicken I ever had, it was so crispy and flavorful! The pastries were out of the world too, I recommend the Ube Sweet Roll. The employees were very kind and made the experience so nice!

Every time I deliver to this place I lose a battle to these delicious pastries. 🥵 they have healthier options that I try to stick to which are also scrumptious. But who doesn’t love a snack right!! If you’re passing through Avondale Estates, this is a necessary pit stop 4SuRe 🫶🏾

Pictured is the cinnamon roll (7/10) a bit dry and bready. The olive oil muffin (8/10) moist and pretty good, and a jam danish (7/10) also a bit more dry. Nice spot though the employees were cool, creative pastry selection.

I’ve been to this cafe twice, each time the customer service was awful. They aren’t helpful at all and are extremely rude. The trip was long enough, but upon arrival they aren’t nice to work with, we were going to spend more than $50 for coffee and pastries, but were repelled by the lack of decency displayed.

I love this place as an Asian cafe with unique flavors that I haven't had for a while. Momo Cafe is located on top of Mononoki, its restaurant counterpart owned by the same person. There is paid street parking right out front, but the garage deck next to it provides 2 hours validated parking. Upstairs, there's even a water glass station, The seating area could be more decorated. It looked a little lackluster and plain. Before the restaurant opened, the only seating that was open was the upstairs cafe area which had 4 circle wooden tables and three ish wooden chairs that faced the window. It's a pretty small area tbh. There's about one outlet between two circle tables. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of space. When the restaurant opened, there was so much more seating, but a lot of people come here to study. There's some outdoor seating under a tent if the building space gets too packed. I got a strawberry matcha latte, and it is as good as the hype was. It was made from real strawberry puree and tasted fresh and sweet. The chocolate yuzu croissant was delicious and flaky.

The workers were not helpful and rude. Said my price was 15 total and somehow it increased to 17. Tax was already included the first time. Scam!!!! If I was childish I would call immigration on the entire staff. Smh.

Sweet Hut is a delightful Asian bakery and café that has captured the hearts of many in the Atlanta area with its contemporary decor and mouthwatering offerings. Known for its impressive selection of Asian-style breads, pastries, and cakes, Sweet Hut also boasts an extensive drink menu featuring refreshing milk teas and slushies. The bakery originally focused solely on baked goods but has since expanded to include a variety of delicious treats. During my recent visit, I couldn't resist trying their strawberry milk tea paired with some tempting donuts.
Sweet Hut at Lenox Mall is fantastic! The pastries are always fresh, the bubble tea is delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot to grab a treat while shopping — consistently a great experience every time. Highly recommend!

For some reason I don’t even know, the honey green tea I bought tastes like someone dumped beer in it — it’s got this strong alcoholic flavor. I can’t tell if it’s the honey or the tea leaves, but I honestly couldn’t take even one sip. I’ve never had such a disgusting tea in my life. My advice? Just pour it out — even a dog wouldn’t drink it.

Highly upset with my experience here. My family and I were strolling through lenox this past Friday when we decided we could use some coffee. We started looking at the menu and then the employees turned off the lights, and another couple walked up to look at the food display and then they turned off the menu screens. Never did they say a word to us. They simply just watched us be in confusion and laughed amongst themselves. We checked the time and it was 7:24 (based on the picture time) and online the store hours say open til 8pm. I understand it was a Friday and maybe they were tired, but they could have at least warned us or told us they were not taking orders. I like sweet hut but I don’t think I’ll be returning here ever again. (edit 8/15) I was told to email that address, in which i did, but never received a reply. Sad.

Hong Kong Bakery is a long-standing establishment in Asian Square, offering traditional pastries like egg tarts and mung bean cookies. Despite facing competition from newer bakeries, it has maintained its authenticity by sticking to original recipes. The bakery's selection has decreased over the years, but it continues to attract customers with its fresh and delicious treats. Visitors often praise the freshness of the goodies, with favorites including red bean sesame balls and BBQ pork pastries that evoke nostalgic flavors.
Good to see a niche HK bakery in the area! It has a lot of nostalgic vibes with the choice of breads and seating area. Prices are more than what I’m used to but slightly cheaper than the nearby plaza bakeries. I had the pork bun, which was yummy and was filled with meat!

So I first heard of this place from a Facebook group who recommended it. It’s a small, covert bakery tucked away into the Asian Plaza on Buford Highway. I stopped in here just to check it out since I heard their pastries were fresh and delicious. I went somewhat near the end of the day so they had sold out of their famous egg tarts. I ended up picking a taro bun and some coconut pastries. I’m not sure if they were the owners or just workers but they did not speak English well. That’s okay, I was just trying to check out. Minus the language barrier, it was relatively quick to check out and get on our way. I tried the pastries once I got home and oh my gosh…I think I found my new favorite bakery. Everything was SUPER fresh and so so good!!! Also…not to mention the pastries were cheap!!!! I got 3 pastries for like $6 or so. Not only were they yummy but also very affordable!! I will definitely be making another visit in the future.

An absolute gem in ATL! The buns are delicious and authentic to what you would find at a Chinese/Cantonese/-inspired bakery. Highly recommend the BBQ pork bun, the pineapple bun/菠蘿包 and taro bun and coconut bun… basically everything! The egg tarts are super tasty too with flaky shell. Wish more people knew about this mom and pop kind of shop.

Support local businesses! Affordable and delicious~ They have char siu buns that are bigger and more flavorful than Sweet Hut’s. It has a saucy, aromatic flavor that you can’t find in a lot of competitors version. The cocktail bun is also larger in size and the coconut filling is plentiful, not too sweet but just right! They also have egg tarts and so much more for HALF the price of what you what pay at elsewhere.
Nancy — Google review
The sesame ball was good - chewy, but crispy on the outside and the red bean paste was yummy. The egg tart was bad in several ways - the custard wasn’t caramelized at all, the texture of the custard was jelly-like, and the crust tasted old. Not old like it had been made a day or two ago, but old like the flour that it was made from was old and full of dust. The prices are comparable to the other bakeries nearby, so I would skip this place.

Small traditional Hong Kong bakery with the classic pastries and buns. Best cookie-crust egg tart that I've had! They make the classic pineapple bun and also the one with red bean inside. Pros: friendly service, tasty egg tarts, good English Cons: small selection

Southern restaurant (US)
Restaurant
Mary Mac's Tea Room is a beloved Atlanta institution that has been serving up Southern comfort food since the 1940s. Despite its closure during the pandemic, this classic eatery remains a staple in the city's dining scene. Known for its homey atmosphere and traditional Old South cooking, Mary Mac's offers a menu filled with hearty dishes like Brunswick stew, fried pork chops, chicken and dumplings, and fried oysters.
Mary Mac’s delivers a true Southern dining experience that feels like stepping back in time. From the start, we were treated to a small bowl of pot likker (the flavorful broth from boiled greens) served with cornbread and rolls. It was rich, comforting, and a delicious way to begin the meal. For appetizers, we tried the fried livers, which were perfectly seasoned and cooked—absolutely excellent. My husband ordered the chicken and dumplings with sweet potatoes. While the flavor was spot on, the dish could have used a bit more chicken. I had the fried chicken wings with collard greens and fried green tomatoes, and everything was tasty, especially the greens. Portions were very generous, leaving us with plenty for leftovers that night. The atmosphere is warm, nostalgic, and full of Southern charm, making the experience just as memorable as the food. Service was friendly and efficient, adding to the welcoming feel. Overall, Mary Mac’s is a must-visit for anyone craving hearty Southern comfort food. We’ll definitely return the next time we’re in Atlanta!

Mary Mac’s Tea Room was such a memorable first experience with true Southern comfort food! Our waitress, Cali, was absolutely wonderful — she took the time to explain the menu, gave us great recommendations, and even brought out samples of collard greens so we could try them for the first time. I ordered the fried chicken with green beans and sweet potato mash, and everything was cooked to perfection. The whole meal felt homemade and comforting. Such a welcoming spot with amazing food and even better hospitality!

I came here by myself in the late afternoon to grab a bite to eat. Prior to coming to Atlanta I asked a local where to get the best fried chicken and they recommended this place. After leaving, I swore to myself, I would never eat again. Not because the food was bad, but because it was very rich, filling, and I ate way too much of it. There was a short wait when I arrived so they served me complementary sweet tea in the lobby. I was taken to my table and amazed at how large the places, with many different rooms where people were dining. I sat down and the server kindly explained the ordering process. She brought me more sweet tea, a basket of bread, And a sample of their soup with collard greens since it was my first time in. I ordered the smothered chicken and sides of mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, grits, and peach cobbler for dessert. All of it was incredible, but I had no business eating that much gravy in one sitting. They are not lying when they say the chicken is smothered. The chicken was amazing and my favorite part of the dish. My least favorite part was the grits, but I don’t think they were bad, they were just a very plain.

A historic place for dining at Atlanta which was opened in 1945. This place focuses on Southern cuisine and manly revolves around fried chicken based on the menu. The legendary chicken (as claimed) was fantastic. I am so used to tough chicken breast, however, the chicken breast here were so tender and juicy that I totally have a different impression of them. 5* fantastic experience here, with high quality food, eager server and value for money menu items. Definitely a place to recommend and revisit in the future.

Authentic southern cuisine with great price and service. Over 80 years being one of the best. You just need to come and try it yourself. Beautiful decor and phenomenal environment. I loved the menu, but make sure to ask any question about your dish before you order if you are not sure, they will gladly take their time and even recommend for you. Decent size parking lot and plenty of room inside. I would recommend to reserve on weekends. Would def comeback and recommend this place to friends and family.

October 2025 We came here after strong recommendation from our hotel staff. We were seated quickly on a wobbly table and we asked for a change. Our request was met swiftly and the staff changed the wobbly table. A good sign that they know their guests experience is important. Our waiter identified we were first time guests quickly and without hesitation cornbread was served. He also recommended some of the signature items on the menu. Our food arrived impressive timely. We were very please with our selection and the recommendations on their large selection of side dishes. Fried chicken is a must try and the devil eggs were delicious. My rating as 5 is very satisfied Taste 5/5 Temperature 5/5 Speed of service 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Attentiveness and courteous 5/5 Highly recommended and will love to revisit. This is a well run southern cuisine establishment.

📍Mary Mac’s Tea Room · Atlanta’s True “Citizen’s Table” Atlanta has no shortage of sleek, modern landmarks. But if you want to truly feel the warmth of the American South, you have to step into a humble little restaurant—Mary Mac’s Tea Room. From the outside, it looks like the most ordinary red-brick building, with an old-fashioned sign hanging by the door, its lettering weathered by half a century of sun and rain. Yet the quieter a place is, the more stories it tends to hide. Push open the wooden door, and it feels like walking straight into a documentary about the South: an old ceiling fan turning lazily, vintage wall lamps casting a soft golden glow, and an air filled with the scents of fried chicken, cornbread, and warm butter— that comforting smell that feels like “someone gently calling you back when you’ve been running too fast.” Inside, it’s lively but never noisy. It’s the kind of human warmth that puts you at ease. Elders sit with heads lifted, sharing stories from a lifetime; young people laugh over the latest gossip; a couple holds hands quietly by the wall, their eyes reflecting the small happiness brought by a table of Southern dishes. The three classics here: Southern fried chicken, creamy mashed potatoes, and cornbread balls. The first bite of fried chicken brings a crisp crack, giving way to tender, juicy meat infused with that signature Southern peppery aroma; the mashed potatoes are rich and buttery, soft as cotton on the tongue; the cornbread balls carry a gentle sweetness—the kind of timeless comfort you always find on a Southern table. As you eat, you start to realize: the food here isn’t complicated, yet it offers a deep, steady sense of comfort. No wonder the locals say: “You don’t just eat at Mary Mac’s — you come home.” At Mary Mac’s, you’re not just having a meal—you’re coming home. When you leave, there’s still a long line waiting at the door. Sunlight shines on that unassuming wall, as if wrapping this nearly eighty-year-old restaurant in a coat of warm, golden light.

Mary Mac’s Tea Room is an Atlanta treasure that absolutely lives up to its legendary reputation. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the history and heart that have made this place an institution for generations. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a touch of old Southern charm that feels both timeless and comforting. The food? Simply outstanding. Every bite tastes like it was made with love and tradition — hearty, flavorful, and unmistakably authentic. Whether it’s the mac and cheese, or the fresh yeast rolls, everything hits the mark. And for those of us who appreciate clear labeling, Mary Mac’s does a fantastic job marking vegetarian options, which makes ordering both easy and enjoyable. It’s wonderful to see such attention to detail in a restaurant with such deep roots. The service is friendly, the sweet tea is perfect, and the walls seem to tell stories of decades gone by. Dining here isn’t just about a meal — it’s an experience in Southern hospitality and history. If you’re in Atlanta, don’t miss the chance to visit Mary Mac’s Tea Room. It’s a true piece of the city’s soul and a reminder of how food can bring people together across generations.

Amazing! So convenient for a very late night dinner (past 10pm). I did miss the parking lot and parked at AAA Parking (don't do that! $21 for 12 hours or 1 day as the only options!). I should have used street parking by going straight instead of turning right or just use their provided lot. And they validate parking(amazing!). I just didn't know they had one as the last time I was there I was a pedestrian coming from GSU Campus. I will definitely be back for coffee/tea, another cheesecake and try the pasta or the breakfast! Maybe another burger too? So many options! 🙈😋

Tonight was our first time at Café Intermezzo in Midtown, and it was such a wonderful experience thanks to Ethan! We stopped by for an after-dinner treat and were immediately impressed by how patient and kind he was. He took the time to walk us through the cheesecake and torte cases, explaining each option and helping us even though we were being a little indecisive. We ended up trying the tiramisu cheesecake and the berry cheesecake tart—both were absolutely delicious. But what really stood out was Ethan’s outstanding service. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel so welcome and truly elevated the experience. Because of him, we left not just loving the desserts, but the entire cafe. We’ll definitely be back!

Every single time I’ve gone in the last decade or so, I’ve tried a different cake/cheesecake slice. And every single time, I’m left feeling perfectly satisfied. The ambiance exudes “European decadence”, from the intricate bathroom detailing to the delicate cursive script written inside the coffee cups. Moreover, I always love how many people are also here near midnight with a slice and coffee in-hand, especially on those random weeknights. Absolutely one of my favorite spots in the city, and it checks all the boxes to be considered a must-visit spot for anyone.

Restaurant
Miller Union is a New American restaurant located in an unpretentious area of Knight Park and Howell Station. Chef Steven Satterfield leads the kitchen in creating innovative farm-to-table cuisine with a Southern influence. The restaurant offers a modern, rustic space that exudes intimacy, blending classic and contemporary elements. It's known for its affordable sit-down lunch options and is popular among corporate crowds due to its sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere.
We went without reservations (waited 30mnts to be seated at the bar) which the supervisor was always checking on us, while we waited we ordered a drink. Our server at the bar was polite and professional. The sweet potato gnocchi was awesome. My dish (coffee rub steak) was good and the bride sprouts with potatoes was a good way to balance the saltiness of the steak seasoning. The duck was good, but a small portion. The almond cake was bland for me, but my friend loved it. The cocktail was good citrus (bubble wine, vodka, orange and cranberry juice). It was a good experience, and good service, it didn't become my favorite but it will be a "good experience".

We dined last night (V-Day) for the $135 prix fixe menu, and it was underwhelming (and not worth fighting the West Midtown traffic imo). The host area when you first walk in is EXTREMELY tight and congested offering little space for waiting. We arrived early and sat at the modestly sized bar for 15 minutes with NO acknowledgment from either bartender. We eventually called over a bartender to place a cocktail order. We were the only Black couple at the bar - hopefully, that wasn't a factor, but it certainly was a fact. The outside porch was nice, but not as climate controlled as I would've liked. I kept my jacket on the entire evening. Our server was polite and attentive, and with the exception of dessert, I enjoyed my meal (sweet potato gnocchi and fish entree). Overall, the coursing of the meal was a bit slow, and I was surprised that there was no bread service at all. If you're paying $135 for a meal, I think it should include bread service at a minimum. I appreciate the cocktail program as both of my cocktails were quite good. Overall, the Miller Union experience made me appreciate Bacchanalia even more.

Out of 5 stars, 3 is generous. I have been twice, and each time one dish out of several is quite good and the others are mediocre and a couple are not good. The egg in celery is a 7. Our waitress said the halibut was her favorite fish dish there ever but it was essentially a Thai dish overpowered by curry. I had lamb on pasta. The lamb was way way way overcooked. Blitzed. Realistically 7-10 minutes over. The sides were great. I asked the som for a recommendation of a piedmont wine for under 100. He recommended a wine that retails for 50, priced at 85, that was okay at best. This, sadly, is the state of the art in Atlanta dining. I spent 300 for 2. It was worth 75. Both times.
Beau B — Google review
Miller Union came highly recommended to me so I was looking forward to trying it. When I arrived, I was happy to find that they had a valet. The facade of the building is unattractive (but that's not very important) but the inside is modern with some character. They have a good wine selection. The food was pretty good but not great. I had to duck. My friend had the fish. There was not anything wrong with food the meal, it just wasn't exceptional or noteworthy. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and professional I'm not giving this place five stars because the food was not exceptional, and they wouldn't allow tasting of the wine before committing to it -- even the ones with open bottles. Also, we were sat in this little nook with another table in very close proximity. Everything we said and they said could be heard because of the acoustics with the walls. Our neighbors were very loud and so it was not a romantic setting. One odd thing I noticed is that they kept their wine in a locked cabinet so that, as explained to me by one of the staff members, people on the staff or customers would not take it. I thought that was just quite odd for a place with this price point. Overall, I think most people would enjoy this place very much. I rate on a price value curve and so may be a little tougher than most. Proud to have 111 million views of my food photos. I'm attaching some of Miller Union here.

The male bartender ran the drinks to our table and Laura, the other bartender, came by to check how the cocktails were. We ended up ordering every appetizer except two and every dish was flavorful and unique. The oysters and egg in celery cream were the stars of the appetizer course. Our main courses consisted of the seafood stew (my favorite), the risotto, the hanger steak and grouper. Every dish was excellent. Olivia, our server recommended the seafood stew and I love it. Glad we added it to our order. The sommelier, Princeton, recommended two wines; a Morgon and a red Sancerre which I had never even heard of. The Sancerre was my favorite and I am glad I had the chance to try it as they only had a handful of bottles. Dessert was banana pudding and the Hummingbird cake. The banana pudding is something I will always order whenever I see it on a menu and this was hands down the best I ever had. We were the last guests to leave the restaurant and at no time did we fell like they were ready for us to leave or were rushing us out. We had great conversations with all of the above mentioned staff. Great experience....can't say it enough.

As a first-timer here, I can confidently say that I'll definitely be coming back! I had heard so many good things about this restaurant, so I finally decided to check it out. Let me tell you, I was absolutely blown away by the seafood green curry. When the server brought the plate to our table, the first things I noticed were the vibrant green curry and crispy coconut rice. The dish was loaded with snow peas, carrots, radish, cilantro, and mint. And let me tell you, it was unbelievably delicious! Another favorite of mine was the lamb meatballs with strawberry salsa and the roasted poulet rouge. Both were just wow! And the cocktails we ordered were perfectly crafted. We tried the puddle jumper and bootlegger, and they were amazing. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes!

Fantastic service and atmosphere. I really enjoyed the space. The food was good, with some issues. The Farm Egg Baked in Celery Cream and the Farro w/ Brussels were delicious. The Pumpkin Soup tasted okay, but the uneven temperature was very distracting. Part of the soup was very warm and part very cold. The fish was also good but seemed not to be cleaned well. I ended up finding several scales as I was eating, which is unpleasant. The dessert was very pretty and also delicious.

Joy Cafe is a locally-run eatery in Atlanta that offers a comfortable setting with a patio. It serves New American cuisine influenced by European and Southern flavors, appealing to both meat lovers and vegetarians. The cafe prides itself on using fresh ingredients and making everything from scratch, including recipes passed down through generations. While known for its delicious regular menu options, the dessert menu features the famous Cookies & Milk Pie.
We visited here for brunch after visiting the Atlanta botanical gardens. So happy we did, it was delicious! Every single dish we ordered was so amazing! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Can't wait to come back. Must try the shrimp and grits and the brisket tacos and the French vanilla latte was perfect for the cold weather! Love it here! Highly suggest if you come on the weekend expect a wait and come early if you can.

Absolutely delicious! Literally everything on their menu is incredible. The meatloaf is the best I've ever had and it's insanely massive so you'll definitely have lunch the next day! Cannot recommend them enough and the owners, Jon & Joy are the sweetest!

The server was extremely nice... even my daughter mentioned how she was informed on everything. The Christmas spirit was def in the air. The food was amazing. Christmas drinks were yummy! The patio was open & each table had a heat lamp and was dog friendly which was impressive! They validate parking as well. Def a great place for weekend brunch w/ mimosas! Beautiful Christmas decor!

If you like burnt, crispy pancakes and bad service, you should try it. After we were seated on the outdoor patio (on a humid day), we waited about 20 min just for water. (This was after the waitress initially greeted our table without placing water on the table.) I attempted to get it on my own from the cooler outside but they were out. This must have been mentioned to our server because she seemed to have an attitude the rest of the meal. We had to ask for water multiple times and when our food arrived, we still did not have napkin or utensils. Aside from the service, the were issues with our food. The pancakes were burnt and the potatoes were extremely hard. I would definitely try another place. Also, they automatically add 20% gratuity which is not an issue. The issue is when the service doesn’t match the amount charged.

The hospitality was a breath of fresh air. We had such a great experience here, and the food was off the charts delish! We ordered family style and shared several plates. The cocktails where great and the espresso was even on point.

We came for brunch on a Sunday morning, during the weekend of Atlanta Pride. It was rainy & chilly outside, and we arrived right before they got a huge rush of people around noon. We ordered Chicken & biscuits, Shrimp & Grits and of course Mimosas. Both were really delicious and filling and the mimosas were tasty. We sat close to the bakery selection & it was mouth watering but we were full after our meal so we missed out on those delightful confections. Our server was wonderful and prompt and the owner made her rounds as well to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended. The heartwarming part for us: my partner picked the restaurant bc my Grandmother's name was Joy, and they sat us next to the butterfly wall display. Coincidentally, butterflies are near and dear to his family in association with his sister who passed away. It was a really perfect memory for us and our lost loved ones during pride weekend. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Went to Joy Cafe for Sunday brunch for my birthday today. Food, mimosas & service was amazing. Our waitress (I think her name was Sydney) made my day extra special by giving me a complimentary dessert!! The chef & the owner Joy both came out to talk to us. Would highly recommend Joy Cafe

Wonderful spot for brunch. We came here right before the St Patrick's Day parade. Despite being crazy busy, our server never made it feel that way at all. She was overly attentive so sweet and kind. The food was superb and the presentation was also really good! We ordered the bacon & pimento omelette and the chicken & egg sandwich. For the chicken & egg sandwich, we asked to scramble the eggs instead of getting it sunnyside up --- the sandwich had an interesting lemon/tart taste. Their grits is HANDS DOWN one of the best grits I've ever had. The bacon is also super thick and cooked perfectly. The only negative comment I have is that everything looked amazing but not having enough room in my stomach to try everything. I seriously cannot wait to come back and try more!! The owner, Joy, personally came and greeted us and also picked up our payment. We loved meeting her...it was like meeting a celebrity.

Lee's Bakery is a vibrant Vietnamese restaurant that has gained popularity for its delectable banh mi sandwiches and other traditional dishes like pho and spring rolls. Situated in the Buford Highway corridor, this eatery stands out among the diverse array of international dining options in Atlanta.
First time here and we loved everything we ordered. Honey Dew smoothie highly recommended if you like sweet/tart flavors. The vermicelli bowl was prob the best one I’ve ever had. Pho and Banh Mi were very flavorful. We will be back!

Pho was refreshing and light not oily. Pork offal congee was delicious. Crab soup was ok, I had better. Fast service. Bahn MI is good and crispy light bread.

I went at lunchtime and had the beef noddle soup and half bah mi combination sandwich. Was so fresh and delicious. Very generous portions, I couldn’t eat it all. Atmosphere was nice. Service was fast and very friendly. One of my new favorites.
Candy W — Google review
This gorgeous location is easily one of the best out there. Immediately, the service was unparalleled in offering great menu suggestions, being incredibly fast, and just being so kind overall. Plus, prices and portion sizes both are fantastic! The food was truly as stellar as all the reviews and critics claim it is. The Tofu Spring Rolls were perfectly light on the palette yet were heavily filled, and they paired perfectly with the sweet peanut sauce; the Tofu Banh Mi was the perfect balance of richness from the egg-forward mayo, tartness from the pickled veggies, freshness of the cilantro, crunch of the fresh veggies, and taste of the tofu. The bread itself was something one could only dream of with how magical it was. I could go on and on about how correct the New York Times was - this is a fair contender for the best banh mi out there. You must visit here at least once!

This is the most authentic pho and bahn me place in town and loved meeting the owner, Mr. Lee! I asked him why the pho broth is out of this world—his secret? He uses bone marrow and labor of time and love. Definitely a hidden gem and always packed for lunch and dinner.

I love this place. Good food and fair price. I had lunch special combo with pho and Vietnamese sandwich. I also had Vietnamese coffee. Those are really delicious.

Terrible interior without much AC which made eating a hot bowl of pho a little difficult. Food was good and the price was pretty reasonable. Their M size bowl was enough for me so I imagine it’s enough for most people.

The place had an odd smell of fish but you quickly get over it by time you sit down. My waiter was on top of it. She was very nice. I got a combo meal which is Beef Pho and a half sandwich for $15 plus a Thai Tea! Everything was actually very good. The sandwich tasted fresh and was full of flavor with each bite. Half sandwich is more than enough because the bowl of pho was a great portion as well. Lots of meat which I was very excited to see! I definitely would recommend

Julianna's Coffee & Crepes is located in a circa-1901 house and offers Hungarian crêpes made from family recipes, featuring local fruit. The charming exterior of the building, adorned with red decor against lush greenery, makes for an excellent backdrop for Instagram photos. Situated near Krog Street Market on the Beltline, this cozy spot provides a picturesque setting to enjoy both savory and sweet crepes.
Small crepe shop owned by a friendly gentleman. They have a variety of savory and sweet crepes, some seasonal specials, alongside coffee/espresso-based beverages. We got the edgy veggie and the pecan pleasure crepes. Both were delicious! Very thin and light. The veggies were well-cooked and packed. The pecan one didn't have a strong pecan flavor, rather it had cinnamon and strawberry sweetness. I definitely recommend this place for a date or casual morning hangout.

Awesome crapes! Really tasty. Decent size portions. Very good breakfast option. They have sweet and not sweet crapes. 🧑‍🍳 Very friendly people! And very helpful. 📍Cool location. When weather permitting I highly suggest sutting outside. Then you can take a nice walk. Plenty of small local shops in the area. 🛋️ Cozy simple interior. However the best spot is two outside tables. 💲 Prices are good. Very nice to have a local stop with decent prices.

Stopped here for lunch and drinks after visiting Krog tunnel. This place is super quaint and cozy not far from Krog city market and the belt line. The crepes were delicious and filling. These are Hungarian crepes which are thinner than French crepes. The staff was very pleasant and you can see the gentleman making crepes in front of you. Street parking only. Tables outside to sit and relax and some seating available inside. No restrooms to my knowledge.

My daughters name is Julianna and this week was her bday. She found this place on Google maps since we were close by at Atlanta Eclipso. The owner was so nice and made her a special namesake bday crepe. The place is named after his grandmother. The cafe is small and cozy with original exposed brick. Love the cozy decor and secreted vibe. Delicious sweet creations and fair prices. Excellent service and welcoming conversations. Highly recommend going and trying your new obsession that will have you coming back!

Quaint, small crepe and coffee shop around Kroger Street market. Street parking available. Two tables outside on the sidewalk and a few tables inside. Inside has a European old world feel and looks like they haven't cleaned up after the war. Crepe was tasty and we appreciated the unique combinations. We have the Hungarian Paprika with Ham. Good pricing. Looking forward to returning for a sweet crepe.

Tried the mushroom melt crepes. Barely any mushroom or cheese for $10 and very dry; crepe itself was a bit bland and super thin, and there was no sauce or salsa available to go with the dry crepe other than packets of cholula. Inside dining room was bare and not great atmosphere….bins and junk stored in the seating room and no other pastries available. Wanted to make this a go-to spot but definitely will be looking for another brunch spot.
Janet — Google review
This is a really sweet spot with great crepes. In addition to sweet crepes, they have a good selection of savory crepes including 2 vegetarian options. We tried the Bradley Boo and The Viking crepes and liked both of them. We also took some coffee and liked it. I don't think if they are open for in person dining, but we sat at one of the outdoor tables. The staff is nice and there is decent amount of free parking as well.

Cinnaholic is not your typical bakery, as it specializes in creating fresh, gourmet cinnamon rolls with a variety of unique flavors and toppings. What sets this locally owned shop apart is that it's a 100% plant-based bakery, offering vegan options for all its desserts. In addition to their signature cinnamon rolls, they also serve brownies, cookies, and edible cookie dough – all made without dairy or eggs.
Everything was absolutely delicious! Super rich so go if you have that sweet tooth. I could only eat half but I definitely wasn’t mad about it. Staff was super friendly and welcoming! I’ll definitely be back.
Kat S — Google review
I stopped by this place for a sweet craving, and it completely hit the spot!. I didn’t even realize the bakery was vegan, but the sweets were just as delicious. The classic cinnamon roll was warm, gooey, soft, and not too sweet. I gave some to my mom without mentioning it was vegan, and she loved it. She couldn’t even tell the difference. The other roll bought was the Shake Rattle Roll, which my sister really enjoyed, especially with its different toppings. It was my first time here, and the staff were also amazing, super friendly, and helpful in guiding me. Even though I showed up 30 minutes before closing, they didn’t rush or skimp on making the rolls. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors. If you're craving some great cinnamon rolls that won’t leave you feeling sluggish afterward, I highly recommend this place!
Smruthi N — Google review
My husband and I gave this a try for something different as dessert. To be honest we weren’t blown away. We got 3 different flavors of cinnamon rolls, one of which isn’t pictured below. We got the seasonal peach flavor, strawberry cheesecake, and a brownie flavor. The peach flavor was good but the icing made it taste like a regular cinnamon roll. The strawberry flavor was probably the best as the icing was more of a cheesecake flavor. The brownie one was terrible and we didn’t even finish it. The cinnamon rolls were large, fresh, and warm but they tasted too much like regular basic cinnamon rolls. We probably won’t be back, but if you absolutely love the taste of regular cinnamon rolls you’ll probably like it

This was my first time trying Cinnaholic, as I’m from Memphis and just happened to be in the area. After grabbing some vegan food nearby, I had a craving for something sweet and found this gem through a quick search. The location was easy to find, and I was able to get parking with no problem (though I can see it being a bit tighter on a busy day). From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful as I tried to decide between all the mouthwatering options. They even let me sample a few of the filling flavors—something I really appreciated as a first-time customer. The experience of customizing my own cinnamon roll was honestly so fun! They walked me through the process and even gave tips on the most popular combinations. I had no idea building a cinnamon roll could be this exciting—and delicious. Everything I ordered was fresh, flavorful, and fully plant-based, which made it even better. It was so good, I came back the very next day! Huge thank you to the Cinnaholic team for offering amazing vegan sweets and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back every time I’m in town!

Absolutely amazing!! They’re cinnamon rolls but vegan and on steroids!! I love this place. It had a cute little sitting area. There is a bathroom located in the premises. And the customer service is superb!!! Friendly AND helpful every single time. It’s the consistency for me!! Thanks so much for the hospitality and a great vegan treat. 💜

Was greeted upon entry, the evening staff gave a quick intro and seemed genuinely nice & happy to be there. I traveled from Texas and was shocked to learn this place had conscious ingredients. I needed to go and it was 1000% worth it. Dee dang licous y'all. I even kept one of the rolls to go and ate it 36 hours later, and it was still sooo good after a quick reheat. I will stop at every Cinnaholic I see. Please come to Austin.

It's a little cramped for dine in but we tried their new Dole Soft Serve and it was great. This week's flavors were Mango and Vanilla. Both were good.
Eloy B — Google review
I have been here plenty of times, and love the rolls. But yesterday when I went, I stood in line for about ten minutes, but left because the cashier was casually talking to a customer about everyday life, while me and another customer was waiting to order. So eventually I asked her was taking orders or talking? She finally took the lady in front of me order, started to make it, and just stopped making it, and resumed her conversation with the same man. The lady in front of me said they had been talking for a while, but she was trying to be patient. I’ve been here plenty of times and do not like the level of unprofessionalism this lady has. She has gotten smart with me and my niece plenty of times.

Root Baking Co. is a small bakery that supplies bread to other local restaurants in Ponce City Market. They do an excellent job with their sandwiches and pastries, but the coffee can be improved.
I come here every weekend to get my croissant and a cookie. My favorite is the egg croissant that just melt in your mouth. This place is worth every penny. I would for sure recommend the spot.

The bread we bought was great. The grain salad not so much. Didn't realize it came with a poached egg and some sort of odd pickles tomatoe. Would have asked for a hard boiled egg. Hipster guy simply plopped our food on table, walked away, never came back. Seemed overtaxed or bored when I asked for takeout box. Only 2 other tables had customers.

Things you should know: I. LOCATION Within Ponce City Market, on the second level of shops. II. SERVICE No complaints III. QUALITY Fresh & delicious. The ginger molasses cookie we bought had a crisped outer edge and gooey center; perfection. The coffee, on the other hand, well... This is a bakery and not a coffee shop. So, don't expect their coffee to be the spotlight with selections and options. It is, however, a nice pairing to their pastries. IV. CAPACITY There was a small line with a quick wait time for a Saturday, early noon. There's no seating within the shop, so don't expect to come here looking for a nice sit-down experience. You'll have to go out into the common area / shared space of the entire Ponce City Market.
Chelsea C — Google review
Cute little outpost for an artisan bakery. They clearly know what theyre doing because all the product looks perfect. Egg sandwiches were absolutely delicious and well seasoned but wayy too small... also wish they served a proper coffee offering instead of a latte in a can.

Things to know: The times listed on Google maps and on the business website are incorrect. This place is not open 9am-2pm Mon-Fri. It’s Tuesday a little before 11am and they’re not open and show no signs that they’re even gonna be open today. People are walking up to peer inside and walking away disappointed. That’s $$ walking away because y’all have incorrect hours on your sites. There is no menu available on Google or the business website currently. I’ve found one menu for building an egg sandwich, so maybe they only sell build-your-own egg sandwiches now. They are not responsive on social or by email. I had a 30 minute walk to get here today and had a bunch of questions that I hoped would save me the trip (especially if they weren’t open). No responses at all to any inquiries on Insta or via email. I would have liked to eat here today but will wait for one of the other Ponce Market businesses to open instead. Please update your business hours to reflect current operating hours. I’m sure locals know when you’re open already, but it might help you to get more business if people can plan to visit. Not trying to be mean, just disappointed.

Absolutely phenomenal breakfast sandwich. One of the best I’ve had - hands down. Hard roll, egg, cheddar and chicken sausage.
Shaun Y — Google review
Delicious food, albeit a bit over-priced for the portion size. I LOVE their salad, which has seasonal ingredients and their baked goods. Be warned though, their sign does not lie that the food here is SLOW. I’ve consistently waited almost 20 min for my salad when there was nobody else in the bakery.
Monica S — Google review
The jazzy-elevator music and the big space makes this cafe a good study spot. A lot of things to choose from the menu and the pumpkin butter toast is yummmm :) It's located in Ponce City Market so there's a lot to do around the area, and the music helps drone out the noise coming from the actual market.

Nestled in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, Amélie's French Bakery & Café is a charming spot that transports you straight to Paris with its delightful array of French pastries and sandwiches. This quaint café is not just about eye-catching treats; it emphasizes flavor by using only the finest ingredients and traditional recipes. The atmosphere buzzes with energy from college students and locals alike, making it a perfect gathering place. Their menu features an impressive selection of specialty coffees alongside American baked goods, ensuring there's something for everyone.
Really great sandwiches and baked goods!! Coffee and tea is good too. Cute atmosphere with good humor, nice place for getting work done. Parking is in the rear of the building but is very difficult to get out of. Only handicap accessible from the front as the rear only has a very steep staircase. They also do Uber Eats!

Amélie's French Bakery is an absolutely amazing experiencr for anyone with a sweet tooth. The sheer variety and creativity of the dishes means that everyone can fins something to feed that sweet tooth. They also serve coffee and food as well so it is a great option for any time of the day. The pricing is fair and the staff is extremely friendly. With the options for catering they pretty much fill a need for any desire. I would like to tell you I highly recommend the bakery but I would be lying. Highly recommend just can't come close to how excellent they are. Get there and try it all. You won't regret it.

An eclectic French bakery with rich flavors and savory treats. They have a plethora of mouth watering pastries, savory sandwiches and quiche's. The decor reminds you of Mary Poppins or Alice in Wonderland. This place seems to be quiet popular so be ready for a slight wait at the counter. Once you arrive you WILL have to search for open seats or tables, it's all self-serve seating. There are no reservations. The key is having great company (which I had) while enjoying all the tastes treats.

I have been here twice and I definitely need to start going more often, such a cozy spot perfect for working and hanging with friends! They have great coffee, a bunch of different pastries, sandwiches, salads, and daily soups. Breakfast items are served all day which is always a plus! Highly recommend for any occasion!

A really pleasant decor, all kinds of random French-ish items all about. All sorts of coffees, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, quiches, and soups. I found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality of the food. The seating is rather haphazard with many small tables, but the staff keep things moving pretty well. There is actually a good amount of parking behind it, which is nice.

Well I have to admit that the concept is cool. It is a fun café to go and spend some time or work there. The coffee and the ambiance are good. Marie-Antoinette would have a heart attack but she's dead so we don't care :-) As for the desserts, they are ok but not refined. They are also a bit too sweet. There is a need of improvement there. The croissant aix amended needs to be drier. I think the wrapping does not help. It develops moisture. the eclair needs less ganache on top and more chocolate cream inside. The raspberry cheese mousse needs a better balance with less raspberry jam and maybe a layer of génoise?

If you crave for some 'real' crossaints, go here! Tried the almond double baled crossaint, was so good.. the crust was crisp and just the right sweetness and the almond filling was so mouth watering! Restaurant
Xela Pan Cafe is a hidden gem that opens early to cater to the campesinos. The Chapin breakfast, featuring scrambled eggs, black beans, rice, plantains, cream and cheese with homemade tortillas is highly recommended. The flavorful and authentic food includes fajitas and churassco. The bakery offers delicious cubilete and champurradas that remind visitors of home. The friendly staff adds to the overall experience at this authentic spot.
What a wonderful coffee spot! I needed to find a place to work for a bit before meeting a friend for dinner and this was perfect. The coffee is probably the best on Buford Highway! Ambiance: Warm, cozy, bright environment. Plenty of seating including booths and a larger table for bigger groups in the middle. I was the only one there at 5pm on a Tuesday evening. They leave you to be to do your own thing, which was perfect for me to work. Was unsure if there was wifi, but I was able to use my own hotspot just fine. Food: There are many Guatemalan baked goods. They have sweet breads (of many shapes), a sweet corn bread, and then corn arepas filled with cheese (this is what I got, and it was DELICIOUS). They offer to warm it up for you. The cappuccino is to die for!! It comes in a HUGE mug, with cinnamon and chocolate syrup on top but the coffee itself is unsweetened and smooth. Perfect with a pastry. There is a large menu including many delicious dishes, such as soups and stews (caldo de res, guisados), homemade tortilla dishes (some Mexican dishes like tacos, burritos, quesadillas, etc.) seafood dishes, fajitas, and tamales. There is also a kid's menu and lots of fruit drinks. They also have atoles, which are Guatemalan traditional drinks. Service: Attentive, kind, and fast. I will definitely be back to support this small business!

Proof Bakeshop is a bright and inviting bakery that specializes in a variety of oven-baked treats, ranging from delectable sweet pastries to savory bread. It is part of a trio of eateries along with Cakes and Ale and Bread and Butterfly. The bakery gained popularity due to the success of Cakes and Ale's baked goods. Visitors often recommend starting with their original croissant.
This place is so good!! If you ever come near, I would 100% recommend stopping in. The atmosphere is to die for and the coffee cake will take you away! They also have an assortment of coffee and tea flavors. I started the morning with a vanilla-lavender iced coffee 👌🏼.

A lovely space that's perfect to get some work done or catch up with a friend. You'll always find an open seat! I absolutely love their lavender lattes, croissants, and sandwiches. However, they are often understaffed and therefore the service can be really slow. I wish that Proof's owners gave it as much love as they do to Cakes & Ale or Bread & Butterfly.
Adelaide T — Google review
The baked good were delicious for the most part. It's a very dry atmosphere with mostly people staring at their electronics and staff didn't even smile or greet us. No ambiance.
Wendy O — Google review
This bakery is one of the prizes of the neighborhood. The pimento cheese biscuit is probably the best baked good I have ever tried. I am also a big fan of the green onion scones and lattes - a weekly visit is a must!

Excellent pastries and coffee. Very friendly staff. Free wifi.

Great place with an independent feel. You can sit and read or relax. There is good music in the background and they have tasty goodies.

Krispy Kreme is a well-established chain known for its wide selection of freshly baked donuts in various flavors and shapes, along with coffee and frozen drinks. The flagship store is always bustling with the aroma of freshly baked donuts and brewing coffee. The parking is convenient, making it easy to grab a few boxes of treats to share. Additionally, the store offers fundraising coupons and other gifts.
We love a Hot and Ready Krispy Kreme Donut, It Never Gets Old! We stumbled in this location during our city outing. We loved the new and remodeled area, with plenty on site parking right in downtown.

"Last weekend, I went there and had a bad experience with an employee. She was a short girl who was incredibly selfish and rude, acting as if she owned all of Atlanta."
Said S — Google review
ALL of this for Harry Potter donuts...I have been coming here for years!! There is smoke in their entire building on August 28, 2025. I told the supervisor, my receipt says MacKenzie (idk if that is her name but I did see a change in register) this who rang up my order. No apology no nothing. Just bad customer service with her saying, my eyes are affected too when I told her my eyes are getting watery. Then she claims she doesn't know the rewards and I told her my experience. If she is a supervisor, she should be knowledgeable. Do you know how many times she had to scanned my rewards? I didn't even have to ask, but she finally talks to her GM and the GM was like just comp this and then she finishes transaction and tells me the total. I had to ASK her what exactly I am paying for. She just said I discounted it and it will show on your receipt. She doesn't even tell me for what item... Can't even say that for the mistake of her asking me to redeem my rewards because she doesn't know if it would work. She obviously doesn't care and doesn't say it to avoid responsibility and genuinely doesn't want to help me. She claims she never said that. I told her I showed her my phone and she saw it. Then she claims it will give me back my points. She doesn't know what she is talking about. Really stupid for a supervisor and no sense of customer service. On top of that, I never seen an employee put 4 specialty donuts in a 3 pack box. I order the Harry Potter donuts which were more expensive. Just awful and this is my neighborhood Krispy Kreme. I just don't want that supervisor to serve me again. Upon seeing this review, she probably still won't take responsibility and just blame the customer 100%. At least what the GM told her makes sense, if there was a line and she spent so much time on my 5 donut and one drink transaction, is it worth it lady??? She is the type of person to lose sales for the business. And she had the nerve to ask me to move aside when their are other customers yet she had time to just spend too much time with the transaction when no customers in line, and I had to deal with the smoke, what a piece of work this supervisor is. No thank you, I causally took my time since she took forever. Promote someone else on the team to supervisor. Apparently she isn't getting paid enough to give me this attitude. Not caring about customers and saying we employees are dealing with the smoke. I would have gone home but apparently you need money so you gotta work. But don't have that non caring narcissist attitude to your customers, give them a good experience and stop making it about yourself. I don't want someone like her servicing me in the community. Nobody is getting mad at her, she just seems to get ticked off over the littlest constructive criticism and having a tone.

The atmosphere and service when greeted was great! The facilities were clean and beautiful, that's why we stopped in the first place. I ate my fires donut in the car, and it was delicious. The raspberry filling was awesome! Unfortunately, that was the only donut with raspberry filling! My husband and I ordered 6 chocolate iced donuts and 6 raspberry filled donuts. When we got home, I bit into another one and no filling! I opened up another one and nada! The other 3 were opened up with the same results. I only received one donut with raspberry filling! We live at least 35 minutes away and it wasn't worth it to return. But I was and still am extremely disappointed that we didn't get what we paid for! We made this purchase yesterday, Saturday, June 22, 2024.

This place was so horrible I called customer service to share my bad experience afterwards the manager called me talking down to me. She was literally justifying my bad experience by saying I need to understand she is short staff and it's the company's fault there was no lighting in the parking lot. Then she tried to convince me that my doughnuts were fresh, like I never had krispy Kreme before. After being belittled and yelled at on a call after a bad experience is a lack of professionalism at its finest. Please stay away from this location. There is so much more I can stay for instance, if you think you can get fresh doughnuts when then open, a little after 6am, think again (they were hard like when they have been in store to long, definitely not the fresh ones that melt in your mouth. Be prepared to go thru drive threw because her cashiers don't always show up🤔 that early per manager. There probably won't be a sign on the door but you will need to go around back through the dark driveway to get service but you may want to call first (like I did). Also you may need to have patience while she make side deals in the parking. This was a unforgettable experience that I will tell any and everybody to stay away. By the way her manager never reachout after I reported her a second time for calling in such a rude tone, which tells me the lack of professionalism is acceptable. The one nice thing is that they look out for the home, one was laying by the door with a box of doughnuts. BEWARE of the Decatur location .

I paid full price i don’t know why i got half donut?? The staff there was not rude neither polite also, They just want people to buy and leave. didn’t expect this.
Chetanya R — Google review
The customer service here is so very poor. I wouldn’t send my dog here. I went through the drive through and asked for I wanted I only pulled up because they had on the hot sign. As soon I order the girl who was taking the order said to me very rudely and nasty that the donuts not hot I replied ok but the light is on. She replied yes we have to keep it on whether the donuts is hot or not with the nastiest attitude. I asked for her name and she asked me what I needed her name for I went inside and asked other employees and they ignored me I took pictures of her because stuff like this always go unnoticed and I hate to leave reviews but this one was well worth it. And I took my business to Dunkin’ Donuts down the street never again will I come here.
Tamika G — Google review
The people here mean well. They’re working their tails off, but it’s a disorganized, inefficient mess. They need more staffing here. My online order wasn’t ready one hour after it was supposed to be. I finally got it 75 min after it was supposed to be ready. The manager, Jeanne, is very kind, patient, & professional. Get her some help.

Smallcakes Cupcakery Marietta - East Cobb offers a wide variety of delicious cupcakes and cake-filled cookies. The lemon cupcake and red velvet are highly recommended, while the chocolate icing may not suit traditional chocolate lovers. Despite this, the presentation of the cupcakes is elegant and excellent, even after a long delivery drive. Customers praise the friendly owner who provides a grand tour and excellent service.
I love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, the cupcakes are delicious, and they now sell Pokemon cards! They have a lot of rare cards and packs that are hard to get anywhere else! Hidden gem!
Michelle C — Google review
Their cupcakes are really big! Tried the carrot cake cupcake and was enough to split with a friend. The frosting is rich, the cake is flavorful, and I love the raisins and nuts in it. It was so delicious and cute that my friend drew a tribute~ We were also drawn to the Pokemon cards display in the shop (maybe a good idea to display them in the front window?), and the owners were super nice and chatted with us about them.

Ordering of my cake was so simple. Literally did everything over the phone and just picked it up when it was ready. I sent a pic as a reference and they really brought it to life. This cake was for a doctor who loved this cake so much. We got strawberry and wow just so moist and delicious. Everyone was very nice on the phone and when I came in. Definitely will be using them for all my parties now 😍‼️ 10/10 would recommend especially for the price! Absolutely perfect

The people who work here are incredibly nice and the cakes and cupcakes always look and taste incredible. Always very impressed every time I come to this location specifically! Also the pupcakes are adorable my pups are going to love them!
Britney J — Google review
I ordered a $200 cake, and while it tasted amazing, the icing was 2 different colors on the front and back of the cake. The pink piping was a true baby pink on the front, and then looked like the color ran out and the back was a different color. This almost gave the cake an ombre effect, which was not a part of the design plan. I reached out to let them know what happened, and they are basically refusing to believe this happened to the cake and saying that I am wrong, even with photo evidence. I will not be ordering from this location again, and will go elsewhere.
