An absolute gem in Skopje. Reservations are strongly recommended. We had some great local dishes and some of the local liquor too. The staff are amazing and we loved every moment of our visit.

Amazing traditional food. Very good service, super fast and professional. The food is extraordinary, from the meat to the salads and starters. Definitely take one of tehe traditional dishes - the meat is really tender and well cooked, no bones or pieces of fat. Great atmosphere with live music - not loud at all and very entertaining.

We had a really nice time. The food was great, the service perfect and supportive. We asked for gluten free food and ate very good, without any gut problem.

At Skopski Merak in Skopje, I enjoyed authentic Macedonian flavors — fresh goat cheese, tasty Pastrmajlija, and a Gurman burger. The ingredients were top quality, the atmosphere warm, and the staff highly professional and attentive. A truly excellent dining experience!

Food was delicious. I loved the hot arabic bread and the trio mix from the starters. Everything was tasty. The lamb pot was a little too oily and fat but still tasty.

I ate here by myself and it was very tasteful. Pretty busy on a Tuesday, both with locals but also plenty of tourists like myself. I underestimated how upscale this place is.

The restaurant is worth a walk from the city center, we really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I am still giving five stars, also my return money was wrong (honest mistake, not on purpose), but still it felt weired.

The food and service were top notch. The salad, mushrooms, beans, and pork ribs were awesome. Definitely would recommend. This is our second time around with this restaurant and it did not disappoint.

One half of the restaurant is for smokers, the other is not, but if you are a non smoker you still smell it. The food was really good and affordable. The only thing, their service is really slow. There where a lot of waiters but it took them 15min to give us the Menue and we waited another 20min to pay.

We ate very well-cooked, tasty meats. The appetizers were generally a bit spicy and garlicky. If you want Turkish raki, you have to order it as “Yeni.” I recommend you try the Macedonian cheese that is similar to old kashar. Fried zucchini sticks are also quite delicious.

High end restaurant. I had my wedding reception here many years ago and it looks like it has been renovated a lot since then to a more modern but still traditional style. I was invited to try out the Chorba here, a traditional stew of either chicken, meat or fish. Meat was my choice, served from a single portion traditional pot (actually more than one portion) served with fresh rolls and home made condiments and pickled chillies. The Chorba was excellent and the staff were pleasant and attentive. Definitely come here again.

Zucchini was great but meats are average local beer is also delicious 😋

We were just in Skopje for one night and was pleasantly surprised. Good food, good atmosphere, good music and super friendly staff. They even called me a Taxi and made sure we went into the right taxi before saying goodbye. Fantastic value for money.

Pretty good menu with good dishes, this time the toast goes for the Cobb salad 🥗 which was very delicious. Mango juice lemonade was also a hit. Visit them in the center of Skopje in one of their first locations and enjoy Tex Mex food and bites.

Great Mexican food in the centre of Skopje! We enjoyed our last night here. We shared the fajitas with beef, which were amazing and definitely more than enough for 2! We also had some red wine, which was great too. The waiter that served us was the nicest guy. My boyfriend asked for some lemon for on his fajitas, and he brought us a huge whole lemon, cut in 4. We also had the guacamole which was super good as well. Definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for Mexican cuisine in Skopje.

Amigos in the Center is a small place with limited space, but unfortunately, that’s one of the few things going for it. We ordered the Nachos Enchiladas—beef and chicken—but they tasted nothing like authentic Mexican food. Both were severely lacking in flavor and definitely overpriced for what we got, rating about 1.5 out of 5 each. The chocolate frita was also disappointing; it looked nothing like the photo in their advertisement and was extremely hard and overly sugary. The churros didn’t impress either. The service was another low point. We waited 50 minutes for the nachos, and when my girlfriend politely asked the waitress about the delay, she responded with a rude, irritating attitude, saying “I will tell you now where it is” in a very unpleasant tone. Despite the small size of the restaurant, when we tried to order a second round of drinks, no one was available to take our order, and we ended up waiting about 15 minutes just to pay. Throughout the meal, the waitress was consistently unprofessional, slamming food down on the table and being generally disrespectful. Given the price and quality, the experience was more than disappointing—especially having to wait so long and deal with impolite staff.

Love this Mexican restaurant! Really good food, nice staff and a great spot! Also the prices were nice. We ate the nacho’s, they were perfect. This is how nachos should be. And we had the nacho enchiladas with grilled veggies. Good taste, lot of chicken and cheese🤩. We would like to take this place at home😁.

If youre looking for good food with caring staff and a warm environment then this place is for you. Kiko was amazing, super friendly and helpful. It's Thursday and they had the gourmet burger in the grill today and I'm not exaggerating but it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Amazing place. I would come back if I wasn't going to Ohrid tomorrow. Would highly recommend!

Super tasty! Great margaritas- the Mexican food is not the most traditional If you’re from a place with great Mexican food, but it hits the spot! We got quesadillas and slow cooked pork tacos and enjoyed them

I think they did a good job making Italian food. If you never had any Italian food then you will be satisfied. Their lava cake was delicious. They had good service. The atmosphere is great, but I wish they had a separate section for smoking. I had to move because the guy behind me was smoking cigar. But this seems to be everywhere in Skopje and hopefully they change this.

I must say, i had one of the best pasta there. So much flavor from the tomatoes and bacon, smokey, incredible. No fancy styling, just really good food. Restaurant has large seating area, outside but covered, with nature decoration, pond and a mill wheel. Very nice atmosphere. Only one issue was the staff, which was unattentive even though we were pretty much the only people there.

A beautiful restaurant with a calming outdoor area for traditional dining in Skopje. We dined on a very warm day, but with the breeze and fans, it was comfortable outdoors. They have a wonderful wine list and the food was excellent, service was attentive with great staff. Started out with a lovely fresh salad, followed by perfectly cooked Tagliata, it was delicious. The restaurant was definitely a local hotspot and full of businessmen and was the place to be. Definitely recommend, very good pricing, a little above most, but absolutely worth it.

This place is just phenomenal. We came here on a recommendation from a friend from Skopje and we were amazed with what this restaurant offers. Authentic ambient, beautiful terrace, traditional food, great red wine,.. we highly recommend it and we will come again. Many many thanks!

Pretty much every single dish made here were fantastic. It is no small wonder that the review ratings are so high. Our party sat outdoors to enjoy the cool spring evening. The table was very large, and readily capable of supporting all the food we ordered... And boy did we order. Slice of pecorino cheese. Yum. Salads. Fresh. Mussels in white wine sauce. Plump. Grilled prawns. Heavenly. Baby cow steak. Juicy and tender. Parma prosciutto. Authentic. Rakia. Smooth and strong. Coffee. Robust and tasty. Need I go on? The garden setting created a great atmosphere for our group. The waiter was competent and speedy with orders and refills. He was stunned by how much we ate. Come eat here. Your won't regret it.

Good food and great service

The restaurant has very good reviews, so we definitely wanted to try it. We didn't make a reservation, but we could get a table. I wasn't very pleased with the waitress woman lack of kindness, maybe we got her in the wrong moment. We waited for a menu maybe 10 minutes, while nobody looked at us. But the waiter guy was friendly and smiley. And the food is AMAZING. I saw a review about a Sicilian pasta, so I didn't hesitate, it was my choice. It was really, really good. My friend chose a pasta with shrimps, also good. Its a bit more expensive than the restaurant next to it, I don't say this one is better, but it certainly fancier. Both are great, visit both!

The best restaurant in Skopje! My husband reserved a table to celebrate my birthday and it was a truly wonderful experience. Igor recommended a wine and the perfect dishes to pair it with one of the best suggestions we’ve ever had. Excellent value for money. Our waiter, Bobby, gave us the best service: always attentive and kind. We enjoyed it so much that we came back two more times, and every visit was just as amazing. We highly recommend the paella, the seafood dishes, and their delicious desserts. They are truly excellent at what they do. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit, you won’t regret it!

A very nice ambiance with excellent music. The service was excellent, our waitress Ivona was very attentive. The food was beyond our expectations though. The most expensive beef on the menu felt a bit rubbery, the foie gras was forzen and over cooked. The second main course pork belly was not what we expected but the aubergine purée was really delicious. So all in all a bit mixed feelings probably we should try more dishes on the menu.

A Macedonian told me it was a top restaurant of Skopje. The woodwork in the ceiling is true art! The food is great and service was attentive and with a smile! Go enjoy!

Forza used to be so much better in the past, now I think the service has gotten worse while the already high prices went even higher. We had a reservation for three people, and they didn't even bother us to show us where we can sit, the lady just said "sit wherever you like". Asked for an English menu, got two in Macedonian, and since no one was paying attention to me for over 5 minutes I had to stand up and go to the entrance to ask for an English menu. The food was okayish but not warm, nothing worth the money that you pay. Two waiters changed during our visit, none of them was paying attention as they should. The only positive thing was that the toilets were clean, other than that I don't if I'd recommend this place, maybe for coffee.

It used to be a nice place to eat pasta, steaks, pizza and salads in Skopje. Last 3 visits however, show very opposite picture.. Unfortunately today I wanted to give another chance to this place and ordered “Spaghetti with shrimps” for a dinner.. you can see on my pictures (attached) how the pasta looked like.. It was horrible.. How can you serve your client pasta like this? These spaghetti were stuck and probably boiled during the day and I got some leftovers that were just warmed in microwave and added to the shrimps.. The Cook should clearly get some lessons how to cook pasta. And this is already for the 3rd time I’m getting such disappointment at your place guys. Perhaps is the time to hire some proper cook and start delivering a Good food , not just on pictures and menu but in the reality too.. I left hungry, angry and disappointed. This review is to show the Restaurant owners tat something is going wrong with the personnel, so perhaps it will give a better idea..

Just eaten the BEST squid ( Lignje) we have ever had anywhere. Cheese cake dessert was good too. Not the cheapest place in town but more than reasonable given the surroundings and food ( NOT if one is a beer drinker, prices extortionate for beer) although there is a huge choice of wines at reasonable prices. Shame about the service which can be a little hit or miss. Would be nice to have the odd smile from the ( Majority) of staff. Perhaps it was the weather? (Extreme Thunder, lightning, rain and hail) Made another visit (six days later) Service even worse than before and STILL not one member of staff able to raise a smile. Perhaps it was the weather? The absence of visible efforts to manage the crowds or maintain a welcoming environment for tourists only adds to the frustration. For every moment of architectural charm, there’s an equal dose of discomfort that makes the visit feel like a chore. In short, the Old Bazaar has the potential to be a fascinating stop in Skopje, but the intrusive begging and relentless noise from nearby mosques make it far less appealing. It’s a shame, as the historical elements deserve better presentation.

Enjoy walking and around but be aware - on Sunday only few shops and restaurants are open, most of the shops are closed.

Visiting this place is like taking a trip back in time. It is one of the largest and oldest bazaars in the Balkans, dating back to the 12th century. The narrow cobblestone streets are filled with Ottoman-era architecture. The atmosphere is vibrant, full of craft shops, jewelers, cafes and restaurants. I found it great for a stroll, buying simple souvenirs and soaking up a genuine atmosphere.

A very interesting place, calm and vibrant in the same time. Worth to give it some time, both during daytime and in the evening, not only for shopping or having a beer or a coffee, but for a slow walk, to enjoy its history and spirit.

Charming bazar with great food, but watch the weather Visited on 26 October 2025 and spent about 2 hours exploring and trying food. The Old Bazar is a cute, small, historic area full of character, with lots of different things to try — perfect for wandering, taking in the architecture, and sampling local treats. We especially enjoyed some lokma at Lokmades Skopje, which was absolutely delicious! It was a bit rainy during our visit, and some roads had standing water due to poor drainage, so I’d suggest visiting on sunny days for a more comfortable experience. Overall, a must-visit spot for those wanting a taste of traditional Skopje and local flavors. ✅ Recommended.

The Old Bazaar in Shkup is simply phenomenal. The variety of shops, traditional craftsmen, and inviting restaurants is truly impressive. Walking through its narrow streets feels like stepping back in time, as if the modern world briefly fades away. This place isn’t just historically significant — it also carries the unmistakable cultural heritage of the Albanian people. A visit is always worth it.

Very basic food, very dry and with no taste. We had pasta with seafood and turkey steak, both was dry, unseasoned and tasted very basic. Salad was good. I guess you are paying the name, not quality of food.

The location of the restaurant is brilliant overlooking ‘Alexander the Great’ statue & Macedonia Square. The staff were lovely as was my green tea with mint. My duck meal was a little disappointing as it was very dry and the avocado came as a paste. The vegetables were so tiny and mixed in with the rice.

We didn't stay at the hotel but really enjoyed the restaurant. We had a lovely dinner outside on a rainy evening. Service was a little slow at first but picked up speed once we ordered. We had to get two plates of the mushroom lemon ravioli because everyone loved it so much! The portions were great and plentiful. The lasagna was also delicious as well as the focaccia. The only slight disappointment was the pizza. It just didn't live up to the other dishes! We wanted to try to the desserts but service was slow again and we couldn't wait.

We came for the restaurant and it was an incredible experience. The restaurant is old fashioned looking while feeling new and charming. We tried their pizza - it was delicious, and when it comes to desserts, we absolutely loved their lava cake/chocolate soufflé. Also, service is great. What stood out to me the most was the music playing in the background. As a lover of jazz and blues, I rarely here my favorite styles while out eating. To have my favorite artists playing in the background while I get to eat and enjoy a beautiful view outside was an experience out of this world. Maybe I’m biased, but it was the best restaurant experience I’ve had. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through Skopje. I hope to be back soon.

Messy and chaotic staff..... I was visit this restaurant today ... I was waiting 10 min at my table for service....notting change after came one guy from staff ask what I want ?? .... maybe first give me menu will be easier 😄 strange service / food was good but nothing special with basic ingredients ....I order pizza / I recommend check how service work in proper way ....I know because I work in this business for long time / good luck 🤞

Food was ok but didn't feel great after. There are some gluten free options which isn't too bad. The "Weiner schnitzel" is chicken which is a bit misleading, should be "Weiner art". Quite pricey. Staff are good.

We went there for a dessert and Coffee.. Desserts are OK, but not too good. Coffee were good. The atmosphere was so good though, you can feel the history. The location is also amazing. It was a crowded afternoon so they forgot to put a candle to our dessert for the birthday celebration but that is ok. 4/5 general. The food might better because they do fresh pasta and salads were looking great.

It seemed small from the outside but actually it is pretty specious from the inside. I think they have at least two levels if not three. It was very busy when we went there on a week day in the middle of the day. We waited a long time for someone to come and take our order. A table that came after us, got greeted before us. There is no order, they will come to you when they come to you. It was also hard to get our server’s attention to order more food. The kebapi were pretty decent but the kajmak was not good at all. They will pack your leftovers though. All the condiments come in prepackaged bags and they do charge for them which is pretty weird. It is loud in there so definitely not a place to come and relax. Our food was prepared fast but that is most likely because they work the grill all the time. It is a barbecue place after all.

The food itself was tasty but the portions were quite small for the price. I think there are many places that offer much more value for money. The salad was pretty small. The waiter was polite and patient. The place doesn’t offer alcohol. Overall very mid experience when uou keep in mind that is maybe the most famous place in town.

We ordered two portions of kuru fasulye (bean stew) — one was fantastic, the other not so much. Köfte was good; we shared two plates of 10. The kaşarlı köfte was less tasty than the plain one but still worth trying. The yogurt was delicious. They serve very spicy peppers on the side — too hot for us to eat. No alcohol. Credit cards accepted.

i don’t know why this place has such good reviews because that wasn’t the case for us at all. the toilets were absolutely disgusting, very unhygienic. i can’t even imagine the state of the kitchen considering the toilets were terrible. the food was under average, i’ve had better meals. it would’ve been fine if we hadn’t come. just go to a more local place. overrated !!!

The food was good and delicious. The biberli Kaymak dish was very interesting, with a lot of complex tastes. If you are in Skopje, it is highly recommended.

What an incredible experience! The melted cheese is to die for and pastrmajlija was delicious! The whole interior of the place is peaceful, with inside fountain, traditional Macedonian clothing displayed and the traditional music was very pleasant to listen to. The staff are very warm, welcoming but also incredibly professional and attentive. The toilets are clean and well maintained. J cannot recommend this place enough!

They had some really good food at reasonable prices. Service was fast and very good. There was a physical menu, but they also had a QR code on the table where when scanned, you can see the dishes in photos with slightly more information than the physical menu. Wi-fi was available as well. Ambience was also pretty good with lots of natural light coming in from the roof which had some parts that let sunlight in and from the terrace which had glass doors if they needed to be closed. However, do note that because there are a lot of smokers and ventilation isn’t so good, it may be a bit uncomfortable for some non-smokers.

Firstly thank you for finding us a table with no reservation. This restaurant is fantastic, the food and drink is amazing, the house wine was fantastic. Would definitely return. Had the tuna salad and a chicken caesar along with the Pork Pastrmajlija! Fantastic! Would definitely return regularly if I was local.

Absolutely delicious food, worth every cent! Only 7’ walk away from Holiday Inn (where I’m currently staying) I went for early lunch, based on the very positive reviews. I chose the baked beans and veal casserole with okra and other veggies, this latter was just so nice! Portions are quite big and filling. Total ‘damage’ with a big bottle of sparkling water and an espresso MKD 1,080. Nice ambience (although be ready to have some neighbours smoking, but apparently it’s perfectly allowed in N. MKD) super friendly and professional service by all the waiters. Cards accepted, 100% recommended!

The best restaurant for me in Skopje. The price might be a little more than other areas, but it was great food and drinks while I was there for lunch. I had the Macedonian salad, which was fresh and crispy. The garlic bread was really nice with great flavors( i live in Korea and it is sweet here 🫣). The main dish was the casserole and the meat was cooked perfectly and had a really nice rich taste. My server played my food for me.and took care of me. However I did end up waiting a long time, and they apologized and said they forget me. So they gave me a dessert on the house so I got the homemade apple strudel with icecream. It was really nice and I wasn't in a rush so everything was ok. The weather was hot, like 36c, so i was happy to have a beer and rest inside. The inside is very traditional in style and lovely place to eat. They have a breakfast menu until 1pm! And the place was pretty busy. I would come back here again! Just remember smoking is allowed inside, so if thats not good for you, eat outside or in the area with the open doors.

Friendly service from all the wait staff, especially Dennis. Food is best ordered using the QR code, has an English option, and every dish has a photo. We ordered Pork Shank and the Casserole, and shared. Both were excellent. For dessert we ordered Baclava and Black Pancake, again both were excellent. All served in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Highly recommend.

Love supporting an all vegan business. The burger and fries was yum. Orange juice freshly squeezed. The inside is a little bit hot and got flies, so it’s not the nicest dining atmosphere. But the staff is very friendly and spoke English which I appreciate!

It’s a small vegan place not far from the Center of Skopje. During our stay we went there three times for lunch because the burgers were so delicious! Everything is made with love and the staff is very friendly.

A Great place!! With yummy food (I took Falafel wrap, an Orange-Pomegranade Juice and an "Immuno" Smoothie and all were very good), Lovely people, very nice atmosphere (and also it is forbidden to smoke inside, which is yet another reason why I Love them), and an Excellent service. A warm welcome to a small casual eatery which provided cheap tasty vegan food. As we both ate the veggie burger (with small fries) I can't comment on many dishes but the food we had was excellent. So much flavour packed into a simple dish! We managed to get the only outdoor table - in addition there was more seating inside. Worth noting that it's cash knmy. Delivery also seemed to be avaliable for a small fee.

As loyal customers who came every other day, we expected at least basic quality and respect, but instead, for four days in a row I was served raw, undercooked food. The last time, things got even worse – a mouse came out from under the couch while we were eating. On two separate occasions I was served raw food, and yet they still charged me for it. On top of that, the fries are cheap frozen ones with no taste at all. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted – this place clearly does not care about hygiene, quality, or its guests. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Food is really good, but you are playing lottery for takeaway. Might be 5 minutes late, might be 25. They need better time management in the kitchen and better communication between staff and with customers.

Food is fine and the staff is cool, but pickup timing is very unreliable. More than half the time my order is 15+ minutes late. They need a better system in the kitchen or at least be more accurate when telling when the order will be ready

It used to be my favourite place to eat since 2018. Now it’s totally different story. Food gets less tastier, smaller portions in some cases - but prices go up. You don’t get what you pay for anymore.. very sad story

Burger was okay but nothing special, the salad was good but again nothing special. Tomato soup on the other hand I would not recommend. It was cold (it was not written on the menu it would be served cold) and seemed to have a significant taste of soda/ sparkling water. Made feel very bloated and gave the soup a weird taste. Overall, wouldn’t mind coming back for the salad but otherwise not so great. Place itself was clean and with nice and friendly people working.

Very bad experiance, ordered it through Wolt and I had i written that I am ordering chicken wrap WITHOUT olives! I picked up my delivery everything was good with that and when I opened my order the whole wrap was with OLIVES!!! Even taking out the olives didn't helped bc the whole wrap had the smell from the olives. Never ever getting something from there.

I’ve ordered the keto pancake many times and I know exactly what it’s supposed to look and taste like, including the portion size and nutritional values you promote. The last one I received was literally half the size of what I usually get yet the price remained 330 MKD. That’s not just unprofessional it’s misleading. It is not possible for two completely different portion sizes to have the same calculated nutritional values. So either you’re lying about the serving size, or you’re lying about the nutrition facts. Either way, it’s unacceptable for a place that claims to be focused on fitness and healthy eating.

We came here on a rainy day during prom season at 1pm. Whole restaurant empty with only one table occupied. We come in and I see the owner in his natural habitat on one of the tables closely observing everything. We ask for a table and the server says they have a prom celebration at 8pm. We politely say we are not trying to spend 7 hours at the restaurant. The owner says they can give us a table. So we got sat right next to the other table, cramped into a small area where the servers had barely room to move. Food was great but our server forgot multiple items and drinks, then my mom found hair in two of her dishes, so save to say their quality was not on an acceptable level. The server was very apologetic. Then as we are seating there, we noticed their roof is leaking into our food. Absolutely unacceptable. We told the server and he said there is nothing he can do. We just did not get a positive experience at all.

Had a lovely dinner here!! The service was great just like the atmosphere. I personally loved the pork suflaki. My boyfriend had the chicken suflaki which was a little dry in my opinion. The tsatsiki was also great, but lacked a little bit of garlic for my liking. The live music was so fun and our waiter was a great guy! The food came out pretty fast and the prices were great. I would recommend checking out this place!

Solid 4 stars! I went in with no reservations and no expectations and the food was great, the service was speedy, atmosphere also good. No complaints from me, its worth a try if the other restaurants are full.

If one excludes the wonderful musicians who play and sing, everything else, the food and service are at very mediocre levels. Its location is very good, but it is a vast thing that does not create the warmth and atmosphere you want in such a store. The waiter who had taken care of us was willing and polite, however, from what we saw, the rest of the staff did not pay any attention to you. I would recommend it only for its music

The food is far below Balkan standards and expectations, especially when it comes to portion size. Almost every dish felt over-torched, and the servings were extremely small. To make things worse, there was no bread provided — without any notice. When comparing the overall quality to the prices, the balance is highly unfevorable.

Cannot recommend. We were welcomed in a friendly and cheerful manner. Drink order were taken very quickly. Then, the waiting began. ​The drinks took a very long time. Instead of draught beer, we only got bottled beer after a long wait time. The wait time for the food was enormous, and the food itself was cold when it finally arrived. Additionally, two of our orders were missing. ​ ​

The food here is excellent, especially the pork ribs and baked beans. The atmosphere is nice, with live traditional music to accompany your meal. It's worth a visit if you're in Skopje.

I was passing by and noticed a lot of locals having lunch here. So I decided to do it too. I order kebabs, shopska salad, and baked beans - everything was delicious.

The place has its charm, itis exaclty what you imagine from this part of the Balkans. Food was nice and trully traditional. Getting to the toilet is just rediculous which I personally found rather funny than irritating.

Amazing restaurant with a very convenient location. Situated right in the Marriott Hotel Sita this rather large restaurant. We came with 15 people and were not disappointed. Great service and even greater food. They even opened longer just for us. Absolute recommendation for anyone looking for some good quality food near the Macedonia Square.

We had a lovely dinner at this restaurant and tried a variety of dishes. We started with the foie gras, which was nice though not particularly memorable. The lobster soup was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The steak was excellent, cooked to perfection and very high quality. The fish with gnocchi was also delicious and well-prepared. Service was attentive and friendly. There was a small delay with the foie gras, but the staff apologized sincerely, which made a good impression. The atmosphere is inviting and elegant, creating a really pleasant dining experience overall. Highly recommend for a special night out—especially if you try the lobster soup and steak.

The restaurant is located at the ground floor of Marriott Hotel. The waiters are absolutely amazing and friendly. The one who served me was trying to recommend me the food and speaking English with me. Thank you for his welcoming hospitality. ❤️ I like the texture of the risotto. I might go again and try the steak before I leave Skopje.

Service and atmosphere was 5 out of 5 - nice and comfortable place, but food quite mediocre. Bread was aged at least 2 days, maybe more. Risotto was a little too small and the taste was mid. Pork meat was very good. Pizza was burned I didn’t really like it Carrot cake was really good.

Great food. We went there on sushi night and steak night. It is one of the best restaurants in Skopje. My favorite dish is definitely shrimp tempura, so crispy and tasty. The steak was good as well.

An excellent place to enjoy your breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner! We (2 adults and two children) had both breakfast and dinner at this place and we were impressed by the professionalism and fast service its staff exhibited. Its non smoking area makes it a very rare finding nowadays, and also a valuable feature for families with kids. The ambience and decoration were very elegant and the food was both reasonably priced and of high quality. There is an abundance of food choices (both contemporary and local cuisines) and a variety of hot and cold beverages to choose from and cover every taste. Well done, Distrikt! We are definitely coming back! (Jan. 2023) Jan. 2024.. and once more we are back to this lovely place for breakfast. Once again it didn't disappoint us with its top quality food and fine dining ambience. Staff were professionals as usual. 5 stars again! Keep it up!

Honestly this place blew me away. The service, the food and the atmosphere was just absolutely incredible. If you are in Skopje looking for some amazing homemade local food in a beautiful restaurant with amazing service than this is the spot. Our waiter told us that everything is home made and that they even have another restaurant in ohrid. If I could give this place more stars I would because the way the food just melts in your mouth and you can taste the freshness in every bite. It’s definetly a place I will come back to on my next visit to Skopje and I would advise you to come to this place if this is what you are looking for. Unfortunately I didn’t get any pictures of the food since I was to eager to try it after the enthusiasm our waiter showed us by the way he was explaining the food to us and we chowed down on it like there was no tomorrow because wow! Absolutely amazing!

A bit pricey for this kind of kafana. From outside it does not look as it is working. Inside area is big and good for bigger events. Altough it smells a lot from the kitchen. They don't serve KEBAPI which is weird for Prilepska Skara. I expected the dishes to be larger at least for the money. (the most big dish - 500gr burger provided in the photo) I reccomend it.

They have no wine price list. We received an aproximate price for 1 single wine bottle and on the check out they mentioned not to have the wine so they marked it as something else resulting ina triple. Food is good, not outstanding. Checking tomorrow with OPM of Consumers.

I don't recommend this place because: If you're two people, they don't have tables for couples. They don't have a wine list, and the waiter offers you wines from €20 to €200 that aren't even worth it. And the service is terrible. And if you go, be careful with the bill; they give you more food and the receipt is in their language. Be careful.

This is an amazing traditional Macedonian restaurant. We had a great time at restaurant Makedonska Kukja. The atmosphere feels authentic and it is traditionally decorated. I had the Pancake rolled with ham and yellow cheese (100 den), Small Makedonka (370 den), Shieden (480 den) and the Trilece (100 den). Together around 17 euro, which is really affordable. The staff was really friendly and helpfull. I would definitely recommend visiting when you are in Skopje.

Cant compare to the same place in Prilep but they share the same name. The meat was mid and the ribs you had to chew them for hours. I dont know whats worth fighting for, or why i have ti scream. I rather eat my dogs carcas that eat here again. Rest in peace jack 🙏

Restaurant needs maintenance on the outside. Convenient free parking in front of the building. Inside very cosy in traditional Macedonian style. Staff was friendly. Inside temperature was a bit cold. Quality of food was not what I expected. Dish "тава Македонска кука" not flavourful to me and pork meat in it was not soft and hard to chew. Fresh orange juice on the menu, but not available. I doubt if this restaurant has a lot of guests nowadays. I was the only guest today.

Do not go near this place.‼️‼️‼️‼️ Under no circumstances. The WORST staff in the world.‼️‼️‼️‼️ We placed our order, and the waiter clearly forgot one of the dishes. They brought us 3 dishes, and for the fourth we had to wait a full hour. For an entire hour, we waited for the chicken. From time to time we asked our waiter when it would arrive, and five times he answered “in a minute.” He never apologized and didn’t even admit he had forgotten to write down the chicken. Instead, he told us to “show respect for his age.” When we asked for the bill, we discovered that the waiter had written down one of the items incorrectly. He charged us for a different, more expensive dish instead of the one we actually ordered. We asked him to correct it, but he insisted that it was exactly what we had ordered and that this is what we would pay for. He also said he didn’t have time for us and would call security. In the video I will add, you can clearly hear fragments of this unpleasant conversation. When we asked to speak to a manager, our waiter told us that he was the manager and simply walked away. We then went to the bar and asked the bartender to call the manager. He just lowered his head and said nothing. The other waiters standing nearby also ignored our request to call the manager. A few minutes later, our waiter reappeared, again insisting that he was the manager. And then he started saying even worse things to us: • “If you don’t have money, don’t come here.” • “Gypsy approach is not acceptable.” • “If you are cheap, go to cheap places.” • “I don’t have time for this.” • “Pay, and I don’t want to see you ever again.” • “Pay or you will have big problems.” We stood there for a long time, asking for the owner’s contact, but they told us it was impossible. Eventually, the owner himself came over, apologized many times, and immediately corrected the bill, replacing the wrong dish with the one we had actually ordered. He even gave us a cake to take home as an apology. This was the worst restaurant experience of our lives. I have never heard such insults directed at me. And to be clear—the waiter never once apologized. The dishes were incredibly delicious, we really, really enjoyed the food.

Stumbled upon this gem while hunting for traditional Macedonian food -and wow, what a find! The mains were packed with flavor, and the baklava? Absolute chef’s kiss. Lovely staff, cozy vibes - 10/10 would eat again.

The food was just amazing, and that’s why I’m giving 5 stars. However, the service was bad — the waiters were unfriendly and cold, not taking the time to engage. Everything felt rushed. But again, I’m reviewing the overall food experience, and that was truly amazing. For this reason, I would return anytime and can recommend this place to everyone.

This was the worst meal I’ve had in years. I order home delivery, but even if I had eaten it in there it wouldn’t change a thing. The homemade pie was hideous, i wouldn’t feed dogs with the bread or the meat. Disgusting, seriously disgusting.

The omelette and chicken fingers are amazing. The area is one of the most crowded in Skopje, where all the bars and cafés are. I would strike as negative, the very few tables they have outside on the pavement next to where cars park.

We were here earlier than usual dinner time, the first greeting was pleasant but after having received our drinks the waitress disappeared for a while. They didn't had all the drinks that were on the menu. Food was good though, although more expensive than more regular places.

Has nice food, chicken fingers are the best. But there is lack of coctails, lack of sitting space in the summer and most of the time the music is too loud for a such small space. On the bottom line it is a good place if you do not like crowd and if you like nice food

Mad Kitchen recently added a vegan burger which is absolutely fantastic. There are few vegan options for burgers in Skopje and i was extremely satisfied with this burger. The fries were very nice and the patty was well seasoned.

Excellent location, reasonable prices, nice and not too loud commercial music, BUT the beer glasses were dirty, even after my complaint I again received dirty glasses which is not acceptable. Advice - visit but enjoy your drink straight from the bottle.

Let me say that the ambient is nice and the service good. The food however… for the price they’re charging it’s disappointing. Waldorf salad (8 EUR) was solid but the chicken in it was horribly overcooked and chewy. Chicken fingers (6 EUR), small portion, no sides, were mediocre. We ordered fries extra which were cold (!), soggy and under seasoned. Burgers (9 EUR) have a 180g patty, unless they are top notch this price is a joke. Look, if you would charge standard Skopje prices I could accept this quality, but since they are overblown the execution of the dishes must be at a much higher level to justify them. Admittedly, they were preparing for an event so maybe I caught them off guard…

We made a reservation for 6 only to arrive and realize they had no tables for us - even though plenty were available (the answer was they are reserved, lol). After a bit of improvisation we received a table right in the middle of the restaurant in front of the stage. As we arrived pretty early in the evening the first couple of hours were really great, the food decent and the service quite good. Starting from about 8pm the live band started performing and from that point on we couldn't really talk at the table. The good part was that the music was not bad at all, just way too loud for a restaurant.

New hot spot in my home city. I visited the place for lunch couple of times and twice for over the evening. The food is very delicious, starting from the salads to the burgers and the stakes 👌 The ambience is very cozy, modern in rock and roll style. The staff is very experienced and helpful by food and drink recommendation.

The prices are insane for portions that would be considered the size of a kids meal. Not sure how it tastes though since we were offered no service after 10 minutes of sitting down, so we left. It has a unique look to it and I'm sure it's very nice at night, unfortunately during the day the servers are more interested in chatting and scrolling on their phones than actually taking orders or serving food

Great Summer Vibes! Perfect atmosphere for hot Skopje nights, with a spacious terrace and enjoyable live music. However, the beer selection on tap is limited, and the service was slower than expected.

We booked very easily with e-mail, very responsive. The place is conveniently located near Skopje, important winery. The location has multiple attractions for staying and spending time. We had a short tour with explanations on wine making process. Then we had the actual tasting of 5 wines, according to what we chose. The wines were good and nice presentation. We felt hurried to move on wine by wine on the tasting part which was the single negative point, everything took 45 minutes, but overall a good experience. Price was somewhere mid, depending on wine selection, but no appetizers included. By the way, some neutralizer is required, maybe bread only or crackers.

We had a wonderful tour with Jane. He is an absolute master at his profession. Wonderful wines, wonderful winery we will comeback!

One of the most pleasant experiences I have had at a winery, personal experience, great hospitality from our guide, very handy information, brings a good smile to the enjoyment of tasting. Highly recommended, I brought 4 bottles today as I found their wine to be unique and a step above the rest. I hope to see plenty online or overseas in the future.

The Wine Tasting Tour is a must if you're visiting Skopje!!! The venue is extraordinary, and the wines are phenomenal. Jane (our sommaelier) was highly knowledgeable and made our experience very memorable. Highly, highly recommended!

We actually drove up here to try to book a wine tasting and see the estate. The only thing they offer is that you’re allowed to eat at their restaurant and pay full price for wine by the glass — that’s the way you can taste their wine before buying bottles. Strange. But the food was good, and the service was fine. Still, it’s odd that when you want to buy wine for a larger amount, you have to go through that process. In the end, we bought much less than we had planned, since it was an impossible way to taste their wine. But again, not at all the experience we thought we could have. The website is down, and it really feels like the place doesn’t really care for tourists coming to buy their wine.

Wonderful hosts, we had 7 course wine pairing dinner which lasted for 5 hours. It was a pure pleasure. The staff is excellent, presentation amazing and food superb. We had the honour of tasting some magnums and double magnums of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon from 2007. Wines are amazingly crafted, long lasting and represent terroir in best way. I highly recommend visiting this place

The pasta and Greek salad were tasty, and the service was very fast and friendly. The burger also looks good. The food was seasoned just right—nothing to complain about in terms of flavor. So I can recommend this ;-) and price are also nice.

We liked this place. The food was incredibly delicious. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. The smoothie was really, really tasty. However, when we asked to take the food to go, they just wrapped the pasta in foil — I’ve never seen anything like that, it was terrible. For context, the place works with Wolt and offers delivery, so they do have disposable containers for takeout

We stayed practically next to this place when we visited Skopje, so went here a few times. The service was amazing and the food was very good. They have a big selection of food, so we tried a few different things. I especially loved their Thai chicken noodles and the Greek salad. Their drinks and cocktails were great as well. On top of that. The prices were very reasonable. I didn’t get their burger, but it looked amazing, so I would definitely try that next time. Definitely recommend stopping by when visiting Skopje!

WARNING: No Real Receipts—Just Suspicious Paper! If I could leave 0 stars here I would, this place is a disaster. There is a reason it is empty, there was only one table beside us. Don’t even think of coming here. I used to come here and it was a good place, now it’s turned into a joke. First off, we were greeted with an english menu, they didn’t have a Macedonian one and then they claimed that the prices on the menu are old and that’s why it’s so much more expensive. Second, the server was like: we don’t have much food, we are cleaning up i will make you Skopska Plate. This should’ve been our clue that she is just going to give us the leftovers. I offered to pay with a card, she said the device is broken. Then we payed by cash she didn’t have change to give us. I asked her to show me that menu item on the menu, she said the menu is old and the prices and articles are no longer correct, yet we were greeted with that menu. The food we received was definitely not 850g and it was cold and definitely not fresh, except for the fries, they were fine. Come here at your own risk. If you remember this place from before, RUN AWAY, it is definitely not the same. Oh, and lastly, I complained about this, she said then don’t come here again.

Old Town Brewery was a great place to sit and relax for a few hours. My friends and I each order their beer flight, which comes with three healthy pours of their beer from light to dark. Not loving beer, the most light was most enjoyable to me. Service was excellent and there are outlets to charge your phones. To snack on, we ordered ten beef kebabs for three of us.

The food and service were spectacular. Quite charming terras with a small pond and picknick tables. The server spoke perfect english. Prices were also really good. Can't recommend enough!

The outdoor area is very nice and overall a good view of the city. The staff was very attentive to service. I tried their Pilsner and it was absolutely amazing, would go back just for the Pilsner

I was really disappointed with my visit to this brewery. The Pils I ordered had a strong chlorine taste, which made it undrinkable. On top of that, the toilets were very dirty, and the women’s stall couldn’t even be locked. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I cannot recommend this place.

a pleasant pub, the music was not too loud which was nice. Three beers on tap, very nice porter. We had the traditional platter (vegetarian) and melted cheese, both very good. Smoking allowed which is the norm in Skopje but still horrible. Good service. Careful when walking around, there are many unexpected steps on the way to the bathroom.

We stopped by to drink the Temov beers – they were really good and well-crafted. The atmosphere is also pleasant. A nice spot for enjoying quality beer in a relaxed setting.

The restaurant has a unique atmosphere surrounding customers with different accesories, small gardens etc. The food was quite good and tasty as well. Finishing was made with fig jams in little jars, which was well thought and cute. Worth to try once if visiting Üskup/Skopje.

Overall, the combination of amazing food and warm hospitality made it a memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend Dva Elena Restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service.

Spectacular food. Every single dish was both unique and delicious. Tonight we decided to go vegetarian - and everything was delicious: the baked eggplant, the spinach pie, goat cheese, heirloom tomato, vegetable balls, ajvar, sheep cheese, kashkaval with fig preserve… The hospitality was a whole new level - our server Vlatko was extremely courteous, yet friendly, efficient and kind. It felt as if we had found a new friend. One of the most memorable and impressive experiences in a very long time.

The food was absolutely delicious – every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The ambiance is also fantastic, very cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal or a special evening out. However, our experience was let down by one of the waiters, who was quite rude and uncommunicative. It felt like they didn’t want to be there, which really contrasted with the rest of the staff who seemed friendly and professional. Overall, I’d still recommend Dva Elena for the food and atmosphere – just hoping management addresses the service issue to make the experience truly exceptional.

It gets 2 stars only because of the excellent atmosphere and the great service. The food deserves a zero. At least what I ordered did. I'm sure other things from their overly huge menu are probably fine, though. DO NOT get the lasagna!!! 🤢 It is the worst lasagna I've ever had in my lifetime.🤮 Not an exaggeration! I'm sure it was pre-prepared, froze, and microwaved because some spots were hot, but most were lukewarm to room temp. The noodles were absolute mush. No consistency to them. Like baby food level mush. And the tomato sauce was so bland and not tomato flavored I couldn't believe it. I still forced most of it down because I was starving after being on a tour all day. On top of all that, the beer they brought me was flat! When the waiter came, he had the bottle open, so I'm sure it was opened quite awhile ago and the fizz left it. SOMETHING must have happened for it to be that flat because I have opened beers, drank half, put the rest in the fridge, and it still had fizz hours later. Not this. It was like it was opened yesterday. I still drank most of it, though, because I was so thirsty after that hot day. I should have returned it, but I dont like people thinking I'm a difficult customer who makes things up. I used to own a restaurant and know how difficult it is, so I don't like to complain ever. The place was busy with locals, so they must have been here before and like it. Maybe I just got unlucky?🤔🫤 Regardless, I'm leaving the country tomorrow, so I'll never return anyway.

I have been to this restaurant a few times in the past but this was my first visit after a few years and it felt like it has lost its charm. I had a feeling we were unwelcomed and they couldn’t wait to see us leave. The coffee was good and the chocolate crape as well. One crape is more than enough for two people to share. Didn’t seam super clean and the vibe is stale. I would say is more of a business meetup place than a casual restaurant.

Remember if you want to eat good Italian order the Simple dishes and than could you imagine how the other dishes are…Is ok if you’re like tired about Balkan food, the pasta was too much “al Dente”

One of the best restaurants in Skopje! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the gentleman outside gives great recommendations with amazing energy. The mushrooms and desserts were the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the wine, champignon mushrooms, and desserts! 🌟

Where Soul Kitchen shines is its atmosphere. It’s along the water in downtown with outdoor seating and a spacious indoor dining room that’s beautifully decorated. The food itself is average, but they have lots of variety to pick from. Reading the thick menu alone takes awhile. There are burgers, local dishes, dessert, so many options. I opted for the Mother Teresa, which was like chicken Kiev. The creamy sauce made the dish. Service is a little slow, but that’s not atypical.

Great atmosphere. Spacious place. Tasty food. Tourist friendly. Really nothing to add here. Only thing to be aware of is - smoking area and non-smoking area are not that separated and you can very much smell cigarette smoke in non-smoking area. If that doesn’t bother you as much - it’s a perfect place to have dinner. Prices are also good.

The staff were very attentive, thank you so much. However, the kitchen staff clearly don’t know how to cook. I’ve never seen such a terrible lasagna in my life — how can anyone even serve that to a customer? The muscle meat was a complete disaster as well; it was so salty that it was impossible to eat. Unfortunately, this was my worst experience in Skopje. Many thanks to the waiters for offering a replacement — they were very helpful.

Struggling not to give this 5 stars, but having eaten at DropStop the night before this just loses out on value for money. The food was excellent, service was great, but the price just seems a little more than I felt we should be paying. That said the Beef stew was amazing.... instead of having little dumplings in it, the stew was served inside a giant dumpling. Meat was so tender and delicious. My wife had the beef medallion (I thought it was delicious too, but she felt a similar meal in Prishtina had the edge on this one). We chose a Vranac wine to accompany The meal and it was delicious, but again slightly more expensive than a similar Kosovan wine. Decor of the restaurant and ambience were top quality and I suppose this and the location drives the premium price. Thanks especially to our waitress who deserves 5 stars for her attentive service and excellent advice. We look forward to trying out your recommendations at our next stop.

Hats off to the chef that managed to cut the chicken breast 1 millimeter, the meat was basically flour and oil 80% and 20% meat. It used to be a nice chicken royal sandwich, but not anymore. It's also 380 denars!!

Food is very tasty, prices are normal, not high. But pay attention on amount of food you get, once you are there. I was eating chicken wings and pork ribs. Instead of 500gr written in the menu, we got less than 300gr. That was not very nice.

The only place in Skopje where people actually dance. The food is of high quality, go early, have dinner and stay for the fiesta order from a selection of Mojitos or a Bahama Mama. The tropics have never been closer to the Balkans.

A Cuba-themed bar with nice Latin music and a lively environment. Right on the river bank Cocktails are OK. Prices are reasonable. Sometimes they offer DJ music accompanied by live percussion.

Great place to party on the weekend, but sometimes the staff are not accommodating if you don’t have a reservation, and place you in a bad seat.

We had a really great evening here. It wasn’t busy, but the atmosphere was still very good. The decor was charming and authentic, and the service—provided by the owner, who was also the chef—was very helpful. His English was limited, but he explained the menu well and even helped us make our choices. The food was delicious, though the prices were slightly higher than in other restaurants we visited. However, it was definitely worth it!

Hidden in Old Bazar this restaurant was such a great find. I had dinner here in the first evening of my stay in Skopje. The food had me from the first bites and i really wished to try all the menu so i decided to come back…not once, not twice but i came here for 5 evenings. The waiter was so kind and nice that he adviced me to try some dishes that i wouldn’t take regulary and he was so right. The slow cooked meat is such a blast of flavors and textures. The taste is so full and close to your home-made food. Definetly you should try the cold plate that comes with best home-made sausage i ever had and some kind of ham that resembles prosciutto crudo or jamon but this one was so much better. Beef dishes were fresh and so tender that you wouldn’t need a knife. Combine all of this with a cold Skopsko beer and you will have a meal to remember. This is really a place to come when you visit Skopje! Also the owner was so nice that she kept the place a little bit more open past closing time because i came late from work. Hvala for all! 🤗🇲🇰

The experience was very pleasent since the restaurant is sheltered from the Old Town's noise. The waiter was very attentive, calm and respectful. Also, the food was very delicious. Everything makes you feel like you're away from some town's tumult.

Amazing restaurant located in a building six centuries old. Its a bit difficult to spot the place as it is behind another restaurant in the old town. Excellent food and service and you’ll find authentic Macedonian delicacies.

We spent two nights at the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The first night the waiter was nice. The food was delicious. The second night the waitress's behavior was outrageous. She didn't take our order but went out for coffee.

Very disappointing place, especially if you see the pictures beforehand. I’ve been at this place for lunch and it was super empty. I took a seat outside on the terrace and they old me to move as this part is reserved for people (the whole terrace part with more than 12 tables was fully empty and no signs of reservations have been there). After I changed space, I could get started on checking the food. The variety they offer is good, even though the pricing isn’t reasonable in a lot of ways. The food was disappointing from start to end: The Greek salad was with a “twist”, turning it into something really strange. Combining it with baked eggplant and cooked eggs and strange dressing surely isn’t something that should be called a Greek salad. The soufflé with mushrooms was good and something unique, but the mixed mushrooms have been champignons only. The worst of all was the homemade pasta. Is was not only overcooked, but so overcooked that you could use it like a cream for your bread. In fact. I couldn’t even feel the texture of pasta anymore. For me, this place is surely meant to be avoided.

I ordered the Moscow Mule cocktail. Instead i got a mix of vodka and Schweppes (or some other soft drink) which was very disappointing. The food was excellent, we really liked everything that we ordered, especially the turkey and the deep fried polenta. The restaurant is nicely decorated and cozy. It creates a warm welcoming atmosphere. The menu has a lot to offer, so i'm planning on coming back in the future.

Service is great, food ecen better, prices are maybe a little above average restaurant prices in Skopje but, 100% worth every denar ;) Staff is very professional and they are communicating on serbian, macedonian, bulgarian, greek, english,... I did not eat here. Just had a beer and relaxed with a friend. The beer was absolutely not cold enough, and it was advertised on the menu as 0,5 liters. I got a 0,3 bottle. I confronted the waitresses about both issues. She just smiled... Perhaps the restaurant is saving on both electricity and alcohol.

Upscale cozy restaurant along the river that offers very good selection of dishes that you won't find in other restaurants around town. The dish presentation was great. My tuna steak came out well done instead of medium or medium rare, which is what I would expect for this type of dish (the server didn't ask for cooking instructions). The service was slow considering the number of servers they had working. Overall it was a good experience.

I’ve had this Korean chicken a few times already and it’s always been delicious. This dish is a appetizer but it is a large portion. I also ordered a plate of rice to compliment the dish that was quite delicious. I will be coming back again to try out the other dishes on the menu.

Went to Enriko Restaurant with my mom 🥗☀️. We chose to sit outside, but it was extremely hot, and unfortunately, the service was quite slow — we waited around 10 minutes before a waiter came to take our order. Even after asking, an ashtray 🚬 was never brought to the table. The portions of the salads 🥬🥒 were definitely generous and filling, but the taste didn’t quite match the premium prices 💸. For a place that once had a great reputation, it felt like the quality and attention to detail have slipped over the years. Overall, it was a bit disappointing 😕. Enriko, for me, remains only a good memory from the past, rather than a place I’d return to.

Enriko is our favorite restaurant – we’ve been visiting for over 5 years now! The food is always very tasty, the atmosphere is great, and the service is fast. It can get a little busy around dinner time, so plan accordingly.

Once again, an excellent experience—service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is warm with a positive vibe. This place is a staple for at least the past 35 years. The food is great and in particularly they're famous for their Pizza. Definitely a must if you're in that part of town.

Visited Enriko on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant was fairly busy and only 2 servers which took long time to order, get food and pay. Food was ok, nothing special, sandwiches were all cold and overwhelmed with mayo - would not recommend. The pizza was better but still no tomato sauce on the side. The restaurant did not have high chairs for small children which is frustrating- not a family friendly restaurant. Overall will not return

Waiter does not know how to greet the guest. Rude service, not professional at all. We waited for 10 minutes and nobody aproached us until I asked how is the waiter on this table. He came, gave us the menu and left. No questions asked and not interested about the guest.

Came here for dinner last night and spoiled myself with some fried rice with fried egg on top. It was actually did taste like fried rice which was good. I had it with a side of sweet and sour chicken. It was a good portion for two people. I would come back to this place because it’s probably the closest thing they have to actual Chinese food. Our waitress was excellent also.

Such a great place to get food, everything is very nice inside. The staff for friendly. the food is absolutely delicious with a great variety of things to eat and choose from. They have gluten-free rice noodles. Prices are very affordable some bordering on the really cheap. They do have alcohol if you would care to imbibe. They have big tables for large groups that they can sit at as well. There is sushi with little sushi bar if that's what you're into. I would say on a hole this place is quite the little gem tucked into the City set center.

Peking Garden was one of the places we went several times during our stay in Skopje. We tried seafood and chicken noodles, spring rolls, California rolls and Gong Bao chicken. It would not be the first place I would recommend for sushi, but in general, the portions are hearty and the flavors are good.

Restaurants interiors looked nice and the atmosphere was relaxed. Unfortunately food quality was far from good. Everything lacked flavor and my chicken with noodles was oily and under seasoned. One thing which also was strange that they bring dishes in absolutely random order. We got our main dish first and after 20 or so minutes we got our shrimp chips, which we thought would be a good appetizer. Even though there is not that many Asian restaurants in Skopje, I would prefer not to go this one.

If you appreciate authentic Chinese food, we strongly suggest you DO NOT GO to this restaurant. We ordered 香辣鸡丁 (spicy chicken) and the dish served was completely something different - even to what the menu showed (as you can see in the comparison image). When we complained, the waiter said it was the right dish and no resolution was offered. We also ordered 干煸四季豆 (fried beans) and it was deep fried, although the flavour profile was OK. Overall, the meal didn't taste bad but was completely not authentic (anybody at home can prepare more authentic versions of these dishes) and the dishes served did not match the menu.

The restaurant was disappointing. There was not that many people but still we had to wait a long time to get some service. Our dishes also came in the wrong order. The food was pretty tasteless and expensive. The restaurant's location is very good and it is cozy so I hope they improve the level.

We were very curious and looking forward to visit this restaurant since the asian cuisine in the city is very limited. We ordered the daily lunch menues: Fried chicken noodles and Fried chicken with vegetables and rice, with a complementary soup and salad. The noodles were in fact overcooked oily store bought SPAGHETTI by which we were stunned - tasteless, mushy, not good at all; The chicken was not tasting good at all!! Not even remotely close to an average prepared asian dish. To try and wash over the experience, we ordered Fried and steamed pork dumplings. They were brought far undercooked, the dough was still 60% raw. When we tried to explain the waiter their condition, he replied "They are making them that way" which was offending in any sense. The only thing that was comforting was the soup starters, and the staff seemed nice. Wouldn't recommend this place.

You can tell they don’t mess around in the kitchen—everything felt super authentic and full of flavor. But let’s talk about the atmosphere—because it’s giving major old-world charm. It kind of feels like stepping into your grandma’s house (in the best possible way), or like you're dining in a little village tavern from a different era. Super cozy, very traditional, and honestly a refreshing break from the trendy minimalist spots popping up everywhere. Also, if you're driving there—good news: parking isn’t usually a huge issue. I found a spot without too much drama, which is always a win in this city.

We chose to join a group tour to visit this restaurant and found our experience delightful for the entertainment and price point. The live entertainment was most enjoyable and the musicians encouraged our group to participate (see photos). We were a group of 12 so the seating was a little tight, but the food was served hot, promptly, and plentiful for our expectations. Traditional Macedonian cuisine which satisfied most palates. A choice of red or White House wine along with sodas, water or juice was offered. As always, bread adorned the tables. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and a good evening was enjoyed by all. There were separate rooms in this establishment that kept the noise level down so conversations could be enjoyed.

We got married here 12 years ago ! Then it 5 stars ! Now things could be better amount of food was small ! Staff are ok not fantastic . But the restaurant is still amazing & very traditional! Definitely the best burgers in the city, without a grain of second doubt. You basically never wait more than 2 minutes for your food, and its always fresh and warm. I haven't seen that in any other fast food restaurant here. This is the definition of "fast food". I recommend 7 to absolutely everyone who likes traditional, not so fancy but absolutely juicy and tasty as hell burgers !

I had börek at Silbo today and it was absolutely delicious! The taste was amazing and the prices are very reasonable. The seating area is comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to try börek in Skopje! 🥟✨

Delicious bread available even late at night. We were starving and visited at around 1am, but everything was still available and we enjoyed a variety of different kinds of bread!

Amazing place, always has long lines but everyone gets serviced quite fast. Food is tasty and very cheap, all those pastries you see on plate cost me 2.6€ in total. In my country just a single one of them would cost significantly more, and would probably have substantially less filling.

Super busy. Couldn’t even fit inside the store. There is no line or order, just make your way and get an employee’s attention and start giving your order. They can accommodate for full pies even late at night, we were there at 11pm. I don’t know how those people do it, but they were all positive and efficiently helped all the customers. The food though was not as good as it looks. This is apparently one of the most famous bakeries around but I have definitely had better burek at a few other places. It was too oily and almost empty on the inside that felt like I am just eating filo dough. I would probably recommend the Debarmaalska pastramajlija since it had better flavor. Maybe it was just bad timing and you might have better pastries in the morning

What a lovely way to dine in the Old Town of Skopje on a hot summer’s night! Under the shade of the sycamore tree with the gentle sound of the fountain. My ‘ramstek on grili’ was moist and tender and very enjoyable. The staff are all very friendly, paying attention, helpful and really looking after me.

It's an ok place for a quick meal or snack like ciavapcici or shopska salad. But don't expect anything sophisticated - after all it's a very small place only with seats outside and only with one grill. From vegetarian dishes they have only salads, bean in tomato souce, ajvar and cheese. It's very important to eat like the locals do, so don't order any french fries - for me they were uneatable. Salad were and ciavapcici were very good.

Delicious food, large portions, friendly and willing staff, reasonable prices, and great atmosphere in the area of the Old Bazaar. I recommend this restaurant for either a lunch or dinner in the pleasant surrounding of the historical city centre.

Lovely staff and delicious dishes, without hassle, and super affordable. You can even pay by card. This place was recommended by our local guide, and none of us were disappointed. Absolutely lovely, and the whole experience feels authentic.

Nice restaurant, the lady serving was very nice and friendly, but on the other hand gentleman serving was a bit without a smile, but they have great vegan food, they also have vegan desserts and the environment is also pleasant. However, we encountered a problem with self-service, while the menu worked we couldn't finish the order.

I gave the place a chance for a few times because of the wifi and available charging stations but food tasted and looked old. Cheese cake had a weird taste, pancake portion much smaller than expected, vegetables sad and chicken dry and tasteless. Which doesn't explain that I had to wait for 30 minutes when there were no customers even though they said 5 to 10minutes. The staff seemed unhappy and distracted. Definitely too expensive for the quality.

I really liked this place, they have very healthy choices and the prices are very descent. I took a protein bowl once and another day, I took the omelette. The omelet had goat cheese in it, it was delicious

I was excited to find this place as I was craving for something healthy after all the traveling. The curry chicken bowl I had wasn’t that great, sadly. The chicken was too overcooked and hard to chew on, garbanzo beans on the other hand were still a little too hard. Curry taste was ok. I did enjoy the green smoothie though. I visited the place twice and the service by a different girl on the second day was a lot friendlier than the first visit. Service does depend on who you get working the counter that day.

Nice relaxed place to get some coffee and a sandwich. I was not a big fan of the bread and felt the coffee could be a bit hotter, but everything on the menu seemed quiet healthy, and I note for vegans and gluten free people there were quite a number of options. Really nice lady at the counter taking our order. Wi-Fi and places to charge the phone while you relax and have some coffee.

I was excited to come here just to meet this grumpy owner other reviewers have complained about here. Haha. He's so friendly and nice. What are you on about, people? As for the food, I ate like a champion and was also given a free drink and chocolate. And it was incredible. Needless to say, it is highly recommended! Fala 🙏❤️

"you've come to the right place" the host replied as my partner asked if everything's gluten free. Raw food isn't something I'm accustomed to. I had dried wine leaves filled with nut 'cheese', and a tomato salad as side. It tasted great! The portion sizes are on the smaller side. If you're looking for a snack it's a good place. The service was super nice and helpful! Thinking about the healthy and eco friendly nature of the bistro, I can't help but think that the plastic straws of our drinks is a bit out of place.

They are open for a limited time. The food which I ordered was not as expexted as it was. Forst the size was very small and it looks like an appetizer rather than a meal. The lasania was few pieces of raw zuccini and two small slices of tomato woth some sauces. For such meal the price was really high esp. I was in some other vegan restaurants amd they had mich bigger and warmer food with a more koderate price. Inorder also yogurt and red paradise as a drink but to be honest it was just tasting water and only a very little fruits for the color. The atmosphere was nice in terms of decoration but the service was mot welcoming and I felt not good so in 10 mins I finished everything and left.

Amazing place where they cook all kinds of original, tasty raw vegan food. It’s so different from what you’re used to, so fresh and so nice to see people working with real ingredients, serving real food. Portions are on the small side but good for lunch and the menu has everything, from salads to soups to plates to sweets. I wish the world had more places like this. It’s also a catering kitchen so the “restaurant” is also an open kitchen where the staff cooks and prepares meals. They were a little directive so we wouldn’t stand in their way, which was a tad rude, but overall we are still amazingly happy with our decision to eat here. Inspiring food and place.

This bistro is nice, bright and clean. Staff is friendly. English is spoken here, there is also an English menu. Food is superb. Prices are very moderate. This is by far the best place I've been to in Skopje. Vegan heaven in a meat crazy country. I really like this place. The only thing I did not quiete like, was the music they played - a bit too loud, a bit too jumpy for this time of the day.

Owner is extremely rude, makes a fuss about street parking and yells at people inside and out, 2/10. Place is not terrible but you should treat your customers with the respect they deserve

Very nice and cozy place with friendly staff (who are actually the owners). The whole atmosphere is relaxing and the cute details and ornaments make the space very enjoyable. Most importantly, the food is plant-based and very healthy. It definitely is a unique place in Skopje that offers nourishing food for affordable prices. I am very happy that the city has such place that is of high class service and food, which can be positioned alongside some restaurants in London even. Kudos for the excellent work! Keep it up. So this is a must visit and I recommend the lasagna as a must try. But of course whatever you order will be amazing. Everything here is awesome.

One of the best restourants in town - cozy atmosphere, excellent service and great location. In my opinion, this is the best restourant in Skopje for cakes - you can order a cake to take with you, or you can enjoy a piece in the venue. The chocolate cake with raspberries and Vasina torta are among my favourites. Also, you can enjoy a nice cup of tea served as in the old days :)

Fast food 7 with a long tradition, and there you can try some of the best hamburgers, as well as cheeseburgers and chicken burgers in Skopje, whenever you eat it, it always tastes the same no matter what you try. I highly recommend it

Everyone in Skopje like this place, I'm not a fan but it's popular and i don't have objections to it definitely. Compared to other fast food places it's definitely n#1 or in the top of fast food chain. Always crowded, decent clean place, it doesn't have own parking, but there is a parking place, usually full but you can manage somehow, about accessibility, especially if you using wheelchair you will need help because there's stairs. That's all i can say, it's my personal opinion.

Disappointed. Ordered a medium size panini toast but their "medium size" is actually extra small. Even the burger is smaller than it used to be. I think even the taste is a little bit downgraded, but maybe it's just me, I'll leave that for you to decide. However, I would somehow justify the smaller portions with the ongoing economic crisis, but they have pumped the prices as well. Well, this is outrageous for me. Their prices are simply put, insane. For momentary situation in the country, it's insane to offer such small portions for such ridiculous prices. And don't let me be misunderstood, they have quality (or they used to have higher quality), but it's nowhere near to justify those prices. And the service became less polite. For the taste, maybe they deserve 3-4 stars, but for the prices, only 1, lowest possible. Oh, did I mention that they accept only cash? Like they are still living in the 19th century...

The chia is the best in Skopje, I can say. The other products are always fresh and tasty as well, but the service, although fast, lacks any communication with the customers. Whenever I come to buy something, the guys just stay silent and stare at you—no “hello,” no “this salad has no seasoning, would you like some?” There’s absolutely no communication, just staring.

Vega WAS one of my favorite places to get a gluten-free sweet treat. Their deserts are delicious and always fresh. That said, the service is HORRIBLE. I overlooked a lot of stuff until the last time when they just went overboard. I went there for my birthday to treat myself with something sweet and the woman working behind the counter was rude, inconsiderate and just aggressive. First, she made us wait for some time while she was cleaning, mid-cleaning she dropped something, started cursing and throwing things around. After she finally finished, she turned to us, asked us what we wanted, so we started asking what each of the desserts are made off, and she was giving short answers, obviously being annoyed by the questions. Then we pointed to those we want and she started yelling at us to tell her the names of the desserts instead of pointing at them. We said we don't know, since there was no signs with names on them. And to that she responded, oh I didn't realize the signs are missing and people usually know the names (which was absurd to me). She then slammed the desserts in a box, took our money and I am pretty sure she didn't even say goodbye. The food was delicious as always, but It's safe to say that I will never return there again because I don't think anyone should be treated like that, regardless of how bad of a day the other person is having.

What a great find. Smoothies bowls and the peanut butter chia pudding cups were fantastic. Great value. The shop was very busy on a Saturday morning, non-stop customers, mostly doing takeaway. Only about five small tables. Credit cards accepted.

I love the Chia pudding protein with hazelnut butter! A bit pricey but a good option for a quick bite. They offer good service. It’s not so comfortable to eat at the spot

I ordered a cake from Vega for my birthday, and it was wonderful! The cake was made from different pieces with raw ingredients, which made it unique, very tasty, and fresh. You can really tell the quality of the ingredients. The staff was also very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely order from them again!

Self-service vegan spot with very few chairs, and extremely good food. Affordable and healthy, especially recommend the juices and the raspberry bar. Definitely worth a visit for a quick and delicious breakfast, or dessert.

Great way to start your day with yummy and healthy food. The salads are excellent, big enough to keep you full for the next 4 hours and btw, they are delicious! The chia pudding is also great, and I love the little healthy desserts they have. Big up!

Horrible place , its Tuesday night , we go out to hang out with friends, the place was almost empty , and the waitress was really rude. Would not come to take orders , and when she FINALLY CAME to take orders , she said they only serve alcohol , despite the fact that I had been to the place other times , and that was never a rule . Would never reccomand this horrible place.

Updated menu and drinks. Also probably among the best service as well. Will.come back more frequent now and eat here.
