Where to eat: the 50 best restaurants in Coffs Harbour

Food it always great at Lattitude, we make a point to go there when we go to Coffs. Desserts are worth saving room for. Atmosphere was rated a little lower as this time we were sat at the end of the corridor, closer to the marina, it's close to the bar area and is quite echoey, so bar noise you'd expect from a busy working bar was just amplified. However we have sat at multiple other tables and it's not nearly as noticeable. Wait staff attentive knowledgeable and personable. We know know prices are on the special occasions side, but it's not overpriced for the quality of meals and service, the location makes it an experience.

We had a lovely lunch at Latitude 30. The food is superb and the service was attentive without being intrusive. We decided to have multiple small share plates which was a good decision as the variety and freshness of the seafood was excellent. Desserts although pricey are amazing so glad we treated ourselves. The only issue is there is currently (Sept 2025) scaffolding surrounding the restaurant while roof repairs occur so it semi-blocks the amazing view but this is only temporary and the food and service more than make up for it. Will definitely return.

Was able to get a last minute Father’s Day booking for dinner. Shared 6 small plates with my fiance, absolutely delicious! Seafood was so fresh, all the flavours complimented each plate and serving sizes were perfect. Very appealing to the eye too the way they served the plates up. Staff were very friendly and accomodating with our 8 month old too which was lovely. Great view of the marina too. We visited when there was construction works however this did not affect our experience at all. Would highly recommend anyone who loves seafood and doesn’t mind spending a little more on their meal to enjoy a lunch or dinner here! Only negative to mention would be the lift going up to the restaurant was a little scary.

I’ve been to Latitude countless times and have always had a fabulous dining experience. The meals are always on point & beautifully presented , while the wait staff are friendly,courteous and never pushy. Views of the ocean are an added bonus ! High recommend a visit to Latitude for any occasion……

Amazing Oysters! We had the Signature Feast menu and dessert. We were not disappointed. The food was well presented with flair. Highly recommend it if you’re in Coffs Harbour at anytime.

Mouth watering food, excellent recommendations by the waitstaff. Claire made our experience more than amazing with her kind suggestions and sweetness. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish we ordered. Would definitely recommend. Great location too!

We had the most amazing breakfast this morning everything on the plate was cooked perfectly from the crispy bacon to the runny eggs and charred tomatoes. So fresh and full of flavour! But the real winner was the coffee hands down the best we’ve had while on our honeymoon in Coffs Harbour. It was smooth rich and just what we needed. So refreshing and hit the spot perfectly. We’ll definitely be back before we leave!

average food- the flavours were good but the textures of the food could do some work. the bread was damp, and the bacon could be crispier considering how much they cooked the chorizo. the roasted tomatoes were nice and the eggs were decent.

Fantastic coffee and a perfect lemon curd muffin to start the day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and comfortable vibe. Loved the proper seating — no cold metal chairs! Great location near the jetty, ideal for a pre-breakfast walk. One of the best café experiences we’ve had on the road.

The big breaky was amazing everything just went together and the tomato relish was a great touch of flavour. The pancakes were delicious and fluffy with the vanilla ice cream. The staff were so quick and friendly and just amazing service.

Everything was pleasant across the board. Excellent service. Greeted straight when we came in. Super friendly staff. Clean tables. We were also checked on appropriately. Has online ordering and table service. Affordable food and decent servings. Absolute gem :)

Went during peak season, prime time Sunday breakfast. Food came out in 10 minutes for a table of 6, coffees and food was delicious! Perfect location as well, easy walk over the road to the beach and Sunday markets. It’s actually our second time visiting as we came here 2+ years ago and we had the exact same experience. Definitely stop in here, local or traveler, you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing food! We had pancakes and the egg Benny (called something else) but it was amazing!!! Everything freshly made and delicious. Thickshake was actually thick and had plenty of flavour Flat white coffee was excellent and smooth and creamy! Juice was so fresh and delicious. I absolutely recommend this place and highly suggest getting the eggs!! Everything is perfect

We came for dinner. Service was friendly and efficient. Despite having function on our meals came out quickly. We ordered the oysters natural to start which was okay. Then for mains we ordered a the snapper and a pizza. The snapper was over cooked and lacked seasoning. The pizza was delicious with plenty of toppings. Everything was beautifully presented.

Celebrating Mother's Day at Shearwater Restaurant was a great decision. The picturesque views of the river accompanied by the soothing ambiance created a peaceful atmosphere. Our meals were impressive, and the Scotch Fillet stole the show with its perfect medium rare cooking. The flavorsome garlic chili prawns were a delight to the taste buds, and their aroma was so alluring that it made me forget to capture a photo. Shearwater Restaurant is undoubtedly the perfect spot for an unforgettable afternoon by the river.

We popped in to Shearwater with a large booking at the last minute the girls were very good to accomodate us. We all had a great time the food was really nice, I loved the snapper it was so fresh and delicious and came with party sticks which are nice too. The burger tasted great as well. The outlook onto the creek was delightful and after opening up the patio blinds the beautiful breeze was wonderful. The kids was left bewildered as the chicken nuggets were listed as crumbed chicken on the menu. Not the same, don’t disappoint the kids bro! The pillows of gnocchi were great but the red sauce was not as appealing and had large chunks of firm carrot which didn’t go well with the gnocchi, perhaps a creamy sauce would be better. Coffee was also extremely enjoyable.

Amazing location, absolutely delicious food and the best customer service! Stopped here for lunch yesterday, not long after ordering the waiters came back with our drinks and an apology as there was some delay getting our order to the kitchen - we hadn't even noticed!! They generously gave us 2 rounds of drinks on the house - it was such a kind and lovely gesture! The food was excellent! Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Coffs Harbour ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had Eggs Benedict and was done very well. Great location sitting outside with river views. Service was very friendly and quick. I was able to use my Frequent Values by entertainment discount voucher and as an extra bonus they accept American Express. I would definitely return! 5 Stars!

Had a great lunch here. We ordered beef cheek ragu and spiced squid. Though my tagliatelle was slightly overcooked, the flavors were there, and it was delicious. My wife loved the squid, especially its texture, which is soft but firm. The view of the river is gorgeous and refreshing. You can see hundreds of fish swimming below. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with a knack for photography😊. The service was excellent, and we did not have to wait long for our food to be served. This place is perfect for a romantic date.

A very pretty lakeside restaurant at Coff Harbour. I drove all the way from Sydney to try it out, as expected, the breakfast is super tasty, and the portion is huge. Not to mention its high quality cheese, beacon, and locally hand crafted sausages. Super yummy! It is a place I would come to very morning.

An entire day well spent last wk. Bought the Ultimate Pass for the family online. Rocked up before ticket box/activities opened to get a good car park. Thankfully, NSW school holidays hadn't yet started so wasn't too busy. Took the entire day to be able to experience all activities included in the Ultimate Pass, including saving the Arcade Room till after 4pm when all other areas had closed. Only downers were: 1 the expensive meals, 2 the Toboggan wasn't open, and 3 the ice skates were too narrow. Even after going up a size, had to regularly sit down and take the weight off. Will need to return when the Toboggan opens.

We had an awesome day at The Big Banana Fun Park – fantastic facilities, plenty of fun, and most of the staff were absolutely wonderful! Unfortunately, our experience was dampened by an encounter with the café manager, Tanya. I have a coconut allergy, and I could clearly detect traces of coconut (likely from cross-contamination with previous flavours). Rather than showing any concern, understanding, or basic duty of care, Tanya was immediately hostile, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. She refused to offer a replacement, refund, or even acknowledge the potential seriousness of the situation, and her attitude was both unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for someone in a managerial position. As former café owners, we know exactly what good customer service looks like and this was the complete opposite. In any hospitality setting, especially when it comes to allergies, empathy and responsibility are non-negotiable. Thankfully, duty manager James went above and beyond to resolve the situation. He handled everything with professionalism, ensured we were looked after, and even gave my little one a bag of bananas for the long trip home to Brisbane - such a thoughtful gesture! It’s thanks to the rest of the fantastic team members and James’ outstanding service that this review is 4 stars instead of 1. They truly turned a negative situation into a positive experience, and we’re incredibly grateful for their care and professionalism. 👏🍌

Timed season / play time can we , depending on numbers, well worth it or a little disappointing. Wait times for a slide can exceed 30min or so. Given 2 hours, 2 - 4 slides can be a maximum. But for smaller kids or kids who enjoy the splash area, 2 hours for the price is well worth it. There is a lot to do overall at the big banana if you have the time and the funds. But it is definitely worth visiting If your not willing to wait a while, or pay the price for meals, its easily enough to bring your own.

This is a perfect fun park for the family with kids, as parents can join with them and have fun. I saw the kids really enjoying all the rides . However, if you are solo, or young couple without kids you guys may feel boredom as there is nothing to make your adrenaline rushing. Adults, they surely enjoy the self guided tour through the banana plantations. Staff are really courteous, good accessibility from highway, ample parking facilities are really good.

If you are visiting Coffs harbour and travelling with kids... this is where you want to be! There is a plethora of fun activities and games especially for the kids here. Of course, if you are enthusiastic about banana trees/plantation etc then there's plenty here for adults too. We stopped by here for a short visit during our road trip from QLD to Melbourne. It was amazing to see the kids enjoying themselves especially in the gaming arcade area. Souvenir shop, cafe and clean wash rooms are also available here along with plenty of free parking.

My Wife and myself visited the Banana Plantation here was a self guided tour that took about 30 minutes, where you see all the banana plants and learn about the history here at the big banana. Enjoyed our tour here and definitely recommend the visit great to learn about the history of the big banana. Family friendly place to visit too.

We were just passing by really, but stopped into the Big Banana for a Coffee break before hitting the road again. It was straight off the highway heading North, parking was easy and doesn't cost anything to visit. We went straight to the Cafe part, not alot of signage from the car park, so was a little confused but found our way.. You can sit outside on the decking overlooking the highway, or you can sit inside. There was abit of a slow line to order in the Cafe, but nothing too drastic. Plenty of yummy food and cold drinks to order from which suprised me, but I just wanted a Coffee as we were only passing through. Coffee was ok, nothing flash, but did the job. Plenty there for kids to see and do and keep them entertained, there was also a souvenir shop too with plenty of things to choose from with really helpful staff. So for me I think its more for kids or overseas visitors or a quick stop.

I was kind of underwhelmed when I arrived. A line of people waiting to order, a sign that said please wait to be seated and no one in sight except a girl making coffees. For $16 I’d have hoped for more than a small piece of sourdough that seemed barely toasted and more like browned on the top, and half a tomato that looked like it had been in the fridge for a week. Adding the hash brown and bacon for $11 was reasonable but didn’t really take the edge off a disappointing plate. The ice coffee was lacking in taste and I felt like I was drinking sugary milk. For what looked like a great place for breakfast, I was really disappointed.

Came here for brekkie was very disappointed. I had the avocado bruschetta, the avocado was way too over ripe. Was awful. My friends brekkie burger was just wrong the egg was raw, the bacon was hard as a leather sole. The nicest thing was the had browns. It was way over priced for the quality!

Best seafood chowder around with lots of chunky seafood. So good they've got it on special for takeaway. Also had a daily special King Prawn Prosciutto Salad so YUM. A good mixture of seafood and other dishes on the menu for non seafood lovers. Good Kids menu selection. Perfectly located on the beach with Ocean and Solitary Island views.

Came here for breakfast on a whim, long weekend and thought it might be packed. But quite empty - people are totally missing out! We opted to sit inside as the terrace area was still quite warm, but you can see we still had a fabulous view to the water and muttonbird island. We had the french toast croissant - absolutely to DIE for!! Omg the creme anglais w dulce de leche - heavennnn 🤩 The butterscotch pancakes - delicious and almost as good, and an excellent avo toast which was fresh and delicious. 5* all round really. Teamed these with iced coffee (comes with icecream!), soy cappuccino, and a passionfruit icy blend. All delicious and perfectly suited to our tastes. This is a find, our new fave brekky venue when in Coffs.

This is a great spot to go for a bite to eat! The menu is large with a wide range of options to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. The food is fresh, high-quality, and clearly made with care. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.

A lovely spot to sit and have breakfast/lunch. Beautiful view of the beachfront. The staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. Food was quite good. My Korean chicken was a little overcooked n a bit heavy on the sauce but overall a nice meal. Can sit inside n outside on the covered verandah. I suggest you make a booking as it can get quite busy.

Went with a friend as I heard about the lamb cutlet special, I ordered three and was charged $35 which is standard if the meal is acceptable, unfortunately the cutlets were tiny barely one bite in each and also overcooked and served with a pile of chips which were smothered in gravy. The salad could have been very nice however it was loaded up with coleslaw and alot of dressing.. I'm somewhat of a lamb cutlet connoisseur and try them wherever I go for future reference cutlets are done better when they are larger and done with mash and veges not salad and chips. As a positive the staff were fantastic very friendly and happy to be working there I could see.

Wonderful Ethiopian restaurant. Very friendly service, lovely atmosphere. The food was great overall, although not all the dishes on tasting platter was on the same level of yumminess. But overall for sure an excellent choice.

Outstanding remarkable flavours, really enjoyable. We had the chicken (our favourite), lamb (very mild) and chick pea, plus the Sambusa. Fast, friendly service. Will be back!

We shared two dishes between 4 and found to be more than enough. One was chicken and the other fish. Both great with a bit of spice. The mango sorbet is a must have. Service was excellent. Thank you to everyone there for looking after us! We'll definitely come back!

First time ever eating African cuisine, and I was not disappointed at all. The service was so friendly, the hostess explained the menu and food to us, always with a kind smile. The food was just delicious. Please come open in Syd.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience. We just stumbled upon this gem and would highly advise! From the Ethiopian beer through to the perfectly spiced Ethiopian dishes, it was perfect. Well priced, delicious and amazing service! What's not to love?

It was great to have the option to try a new cuisine while travelling for work. Mana Chita has a great selection on their menu, plenty of meat and also multiple vegetarian options. I opted for the vegetarian mixed dish for one which consisted of four different curries. It was really delicious and food came out very quick. They also have a choice of a few East African beers which we tried which were also great! Definitely recommend Mana Chita.

I have always wanted to try Ethiopian food and this place did not disappoint me. Food was delicious and service was perfect. The waitress was very helpful and recommending dishes. Nicely decorated venue with traditional music. Good portions for the entrees but a bit small for mains.A bit pricy. Overall great restaurant with delicious food. Beef Sambusa was amazing.

Authentic Italian Menu with wood fire pizza. Was recommended by our air bnb host to visit & glad we did. Started with garlic & cheese pizza to share with fresh cut cold meats, olives & calamari fritti - yum. Highlights was the crab & prawn linguine and the Diavola Pizza, with side of beetroot salad - nothing was left on any of the plates served. Great atmosphere, Italian music combined with the sounds of a full venue - family friendly and service was attentive and we appreciated the pizziola at the end of the night taking the time to have a chat and make our kids feel welcome.

Came here with a friend on Saturday night for dinner to celebrate her birthday. Was super packed, food and drinks took a bit to come out which I expected with the amount of customers they had. Beautiful vibe, the cucumber salad was delicious and delivered personally by the chef. My friend had a gnocchi and she mentioned it was really really delicious. Most of the waitors/waitresses we dealt with were very friendly but one of the ladies could’ve been a little nicer. I just put it down to being busy and overwhelmed though. Highly recommend for dinner with a friend or a date night ✨

It’s a romantic restaurant to enjoy dinner with friends and family 🥰 The atmosphere and environment are elegant and clean. The service was warm and friendly👍🏻 The quantity of the food was kind of small but high quality and fresh though. We ordered more the more ( even every dessert on the menu lmao) till we couldn’t have any more 🤣🤤

My partner and I had a truly wonderful evening at Grazie Papi. We started off with their happy hour drinks, which included House Beers and Margaritas, and they were the perfect way to kick off the evening. The waitresses were incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. For our appetizers, we decided to try the Ceviche, Arrosticini (Lamb Skewers), and Garlic Pizza Bread. All three dishes were absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. We were already impressed with the quality of the food. Moving on to our main course, we decided to share the Gnocchi di Patate al Ragú, and it was simply amazing. The gnocchi was cooked to perfection, and the ragú sauce was rich and savory, making it a truly memorable dish. We were so engrossed in the flavors that we forgot to take a photo, which speaks volumes about how good it was. For dessert, we ordered the Pannacotta and the deconstructed cannoli, and while they looked stunning, we were a bit disappointed with the lack of flavor. They fell short compared to the outstanding flavors of the earlier courses. However, this minor disappointment did not overshadow the overall exceptional experience we had at Grazie Papi. Despite the dessert, we would highly recommend Grazie Papi for its delicious food, attentive service, and cozy ambiance. The only reason we are giving it a 4-star rating instead of 5 is due to the dessert. But don't let that dissuade you from visiting this restaurant, as the rest of the food and service were outstanding. We will definitely be returning to Grazie Papi for another delightful evening in the future.

We were visiting Coffs Harbour and decided to have our last dinner out. I’m so glad we chose this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was superb (our waiter with the curly hair) forgot to get his name he was so friendly and really on the ball. Anything additional that we requested came out very fast. Considering the restaurant was busy. I would highly recommend this place and we will return the next time we’re in Coffs! Thanks for the delicious food and excellent service.

Great atmosphere and the food was awesome! Best to make a booking as it can get very busy, even though I just turned up. Happy hour everyday 4pm - 5:30pm. Well done to all of your staff as they were amazing! Hope to visit you again to try the rest of the menu.

We ate the burrata with the puff bread, the gnocchi and the potato pizza. Everything was AMAZING! The seasoning, flavors and combinations were 10/10. Staff was really polite and did an amazing service! It’s bad that I live in Sydney and won’t be able to come all the time :/

Old Johns is a tiny tiny cafe on harbour drive in Coffs Harbour. They offer specialty coffee and a simple dine-in/ takeout menu. Theres limited seating inside the cafe as the front bar is taken over the cashier leaving only a few tables, and some seating outside with/ without shelter. The type of food you’ll get at old Johns include all day toasted sandwiches, croissant, and rolls. There isn’t much to choose from compared to other cafes nearby. The toastie sandwiches are pretty big in portion for $12 and taste pretty good. Coffee was disappointing for me as I love my latte, i like them strong and not milky. Urban a few stores down served nicer coffee. Old johns is a great chill out cafe if you want some piece and quietness to read a book or meet a friend for coffee. Staff are friendly and service was good. I just wish they offer more on the menu such as pancakes or French toast.

Nice breakfast. Lovely hot chocolate. Would love to have hollandaise sauce available on the menu. Just wish they had more inside seating, especially on cold winter mornings.

This review is just for the coffee and service as we didn't eat here however the menu does look pretty good. My partner and I had lattes and the coffee wet both very nice. Service was quick and friendly as well. If we eat her then I will add the extra stars on the individual areas if needed :)

We stopped in at Coffs Harbour on our way up the coast. We were pleasantly surprised by Old Johns. Food selection was good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Added bonus is that they are very dog friendly

Excellent place for breakfast! Great coffee (with oat milk) and food. We had the Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl and Omelette with Mushroom, Spinach and Feta - scrumptious😋!

Very friendly staff and excellent food and coffees ! You can even buy some great bread (as a French in Australia I'm not saying that often 😜) to take back home. We recommend 200% the fruits and macadamia bread !

Old John's is clearly the Best Cafe in Coffs Harbour!! I have been a very regular customer for takeaway Tumeric & Chai Latte's over the past 7 months. BUT, on dining in for Breakfast this morning, I discovered that they have, by far, the BEST Pot of Chai Tea infused with Macadamia Milk. Do yourself a favour and try it out for yourself😀👍☕💯

We had a delightful dinner at Pizza Vino, thanks to the excellent recommendations from the hostess. The food was amazing, and we particularly enjoyed their signature pizza with anchovies. The pasta was also a highlight, with a generous portion that left us feeling satisfied. To round off the meal, we indulged in their delicious brulee and Pana cotta. We are definitely planning on returning for another dinner at this fantastic restaurant. 🍽️

Food: ordered 2 pizzas and a pasta. Delicious, hot and fresh! Good menu options. Service: they found us a table when we hadn't booked, and the food came reasonably quickly on a busy night. Much appreciated. Only disappointment was that I walked in at 4:56 and was told to come back when they opened (5pm), which was a little off putting given the door was unlocked and they appeared to be operating. Atmosphere: clean, positive vibe.

We had a fabulous time at this restaurant last night. We ordered 4 different meals and they were all delicious; from the presentation to the flavours, and I must say WOW. Even the portion sizes are excellent, definitely worth the price. If I could take this restaurant back to Sydney I would . Complements to the chefs in the kitchen and the friendly staff and owner.

My husband and I just enjoyed the most beautiful meal here. I had the pan fried Gnocchi and he had a Carne Pizza along with a garlic bread to start. I also had a couple of glasses of a beautiful Italian wine. The service, atmosphere and food were simply amazing. Very well priced and high quality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for Italian in the area.

Absolutely a amazing experience. If your ever in coffs you have to go to this place. The presentation is the best I have seen for an Italian restaurant. The food was so delicious. If we had this on the gold coast we definitely have this as our go to restaurant. Prices are really affordable aswell.

Had a lovely evening at Pizza VINO. Ordered a large supreme pizza with a walnut & pear salad with herb bread. The photos speak for themselves, everything was absolutely delicious. We will be back Beautiful atmosphere great table service. Thank you 🍾🥂

Another awesome dog friendly Cafe, the staff brought out the dog bowl! Great coffee, and sitting out the front its an interesting place to watch the world pass by. Just a short walk to the beach makes it a great location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely blown away! Cafe Twenty 46 is a hidden gem in Coffs Harbour. I had the smashed avo with poached eggs and wow — absolute perfection. The avo was fresh, the eggs were cooked to perfection, and the whole dish looked like it belonged in a magazine. The service was incredible — friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. And the prices? Honestly, I wasn’t expecting that level of quality for such great value. This place completely exceeded my expectations — delicious food, amazing vibes, and unbeatable value. I’ll 100% be back — new favourite café in town!

The dinner, service and food was outstanding. Possibly the best restaurant I have eaten at in Coffs. Also the restaurant had a lovely woody smell which was wonderful.

Great spot close to parking, the mutton bird walk and the waters. Was a busy morning on the day before Christmas, but we got a high table inside. Despite the busyness, service was fast enough and friendly. The waffles were like a dream and the eggs good. One thing to improve would be to put a door for entry into the toilets area, which would enhance the atmosphere for that last table indoors.

Came back to try this amazing meal I had there the other day 😄. Lamb souvlaki with pita. Absolutely my favorite meal lately so delicious.

Came here for dinner on Sunday. We ordered 1 entree and 3 curry’s and naan bread. Paneer tikka it was quite nice! Lamb Rogan Josh very nice My favourite was the chicken sagg. The garlic naan bread was so garlicky loved it! The only down fall, the staff where not all the ball I tried getting there attention a few times and they where all over the place.

The food was good, and the lamb korma was the highlight — amazing taste! The lighting could be improved as it felt a bit dull compared to other Indian restaurants I’ve visited. The naan was slightly burnt, and the prices are on the higher side, but that’s understandable since it’s a tourist hotspot. Service was quick, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Nice fine dine place serving yummy Indian food. Restaurant is done up nicely with privateb dining rooms, indoor and outdoor seating areas. Food is pretty good and so are Beer and wine selections.

Had dinner at this place today. Restaurant is clean and tables are distant enough for the privacy of the guests. Very much unlike the cramped usual Indian restaurants. Ordered Garlic Naan, Lamb Rogan Josh, Saag Pannier and plain rice. Garlic naan was too garlicky, Lamb didn’t have enough spices ~ bit under cooked and not our favourite. Service and attitude of the team is good, looking for feedback and willing to improve. Bit over priced for the quality!

My family and I had the pleasure of dining at Taste of North India on Friday night, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant was quite busy, which is always a great sign of its popularity. Despite the high foot traffic, the establishment was immaculately clean, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm and inviting atmosphere, which added to the overall dining experience. The ambiance was another highlight of the evening. The restaurant has a pleasant and cozy setting, perfect for both families and groups of friends looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. The lighting, décor, and seating arrangement were thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable environment to savor our meal. We ordered a variety of dishes, including chicken biryani, butter chicken, chicken tikka, assorted naans, plain rice, samosas, pani puri, chicken korma, dal makhani, and a few other items. The presentation of each dish was appealing, and the flavors were rich and authentic. I was particularly impressed with the portion sizes—generous yet well-balanced—ensuring great value for money. While the pricing may be slightly on the higher side, I believe it is justified given the high-quality ingredients, excellent preparation, and top-notch service. As a chef myself, I truly appreciated the effort that went into crafting each dish. However, I personally felt that the chicken biryani could be improved in terms of its depth of flavor and texture. That being said, this was a minor concern in an otherwise outstanding dining experience. Overall, Taste of North India exceeded our expectations in terms of food, service, and ambiance. If you are in the area and craving authentic Indian cuisine, I highly recommend giving this place a try—you won’t be disappointed. We are already looking forward to our next visit

Can safely say after eating in Coffs Harbour Indian restaurants that this is the best by far. Spacious with inside and outside tables and courteous staff in attendance. Chicken tikka entree followed by tandoori lamb cutlets were both perfectly cooked, moist and succulent. Malabari prawn hot was just the right weight of heat for lovers of sub- continent food. Only suggestion would be more Indian decoration to the space to make the experience perfect. Overall a 8/10 from Let’s do Curry

Visited for dinner today. We were walk-in guests and saw available tables inside, but were told to sit outside on a cold night. After some discussion, we were finally allowed inside—but no one else even used those tables while we were there until 8:15 pm. In cold weather, indoor seating should be a priority. Food was okay, but not worth the extremely high prices—the most expensive Indian restaurant I’ve come across in 15 years in Australia. Our dinner plates were served cold, and the water bottle had visible dirt floating in it (I took a photo). Very disappointing experience overall, especially given the price and treatment.

Great bar a short walk from the harbour and beaches. Staff are friendly and chatty the atmosphere is welcoming, excellent selection of beers at the well stocked bar and it looks like they can knock up a top cocktail too. I had the southern fried chicken burger and fries, it hit the spot and had a good spicy kick. The playlist really topped off an enjoyable night for me with a range of punk, indie and alternative, that was pretty much a soundtrack to my life. Kudos to Element Bar, outstanding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good, friendly staff and really good food. Better than expected! Best vegan burger my husband has ever had! Great selection of Beer on tap too. Definitely would go back when in town.

Bar with attitude, really amazing. You have to watch the guy doing the cocktails as he doesn't even look at a recipe, just from memory ..... It's impressive 😀 food is terrific and well priced , ambient lighting and good vibes. Not for young children as such but a phenomenal venue for a friends catch up and plenty of drinks (cocktails of course) was impressed

Really cool atmosphere love the candle art. Enjoyed some caramel tequila and an espresso martini. The bar staff and manager were magnanimous

I came here with my wheat-allergic mother and the staff were so lovely, very knowledgeable about cross-contamination prevention, and the gluten free pizza was divine! Gabriel also makes a mean cocktail, I highly recommend the apple cucumber martini!

A wonderful lunch stop to break up a travel day. From the moment we arrived at Elelemnt Bar we received excellent service. A table was ready for our arrival, bar staff was polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. A quaint atmosphere, but we were there on a public holiday at lunchtime. It has a feeling that it could get very busy. For food we had 500g Buffalo Wings with a blue cheese dipping sauce - and a BBQ chicken Pizza with a gluten free base. The wings were spot on and the blue cheese sauce was not overpowering, but still very tasty. The pizza topping was generous and plentiful, however the gluten free base left a bit to be desired (it felt undercooked and very heavy, but we fully understand gluten free bases can be a bit hit & miss - this was definitely a miss).

We had a fantastic meal with great cocktails. It’s a relaxed atmosphere however the staff mate exceptional, friendly, helpful and happy especially the young lady on the front door. The guy who was running food was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great live music venue. Loved the atmosphere overall was a great experience.

$27 fish and chips, served with attitude They saw I was a tourist and tried to overcharge. I asked for local snapper with chips. The portion of the fish was normal, I would say around 200g. When the bill came to $27 I asked whether they could break it down. The lady got very defensive because she couldn't. 'Your fish is getting cold. It will cost you more if I work it out based on weight.' 'You are blaming me for my managers decision. Oh it is $24.5. I can refund you the difference if it makes you feel better.' A harsh grin and she scrunched up the new receipt and threw it in the bin without showing me. To the stores credit, the fish was nicely cooked and tender. The other employee was also pleasant to deal with. Paying a little more for good local fish is fine - just be transparent! Every one has a let up here and there. Your persistently bad attitude makes other Coops look bad. I won't be back here.

Great for very fresh fish- I had barramundi and chips but there are also snapper, swordfish or oysters. Also fresh fish for sale. Basic tables and the food is served in a takeaway box with wooden cutlery. Soft drinks and ice cream available.

Called in for lunch on a Monday. Plenty of fresh seafood available as you would expect, the trawlers are right here. The lady on the counter was friendly. We ordered the calamari and chips pack for $21. Seafood stick $4 and 4 prawn cutlets at $3.50 each. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our food. The fisho in Yamba I'm afraid is still winning the seafood lunch competition. I didn't eat all my calamari and was not keen on the prawn cutlets. Sorry team, thought with the trawlers at arms length we were on a winner.

Best fish and chips. We are here from Brisbane and had your fish and chips today . Highly recommended if you are looking for some delicious fish and chips.

The range of fish on offer in the take out isn't enormous however the food is very good. The fish fillet was very generous, thick and juicy and the batter was excellent, crispy without being oily. Their food reminded me very much of a Melbourne style fish and chippery which is a very good thing. Highly recommend if travelling through Coffs!

Staff was friendly, upon order I’ve kindly requested for a non-soggy chips and received a fresh crispy one, just absolutely delicious!! Everything is yummy and worth the $$$ Generous with the chicken salt and ofc we truly enjoyed and appreciated the dip pack! Definitely recommended 🥰

Well Attitude Burgers is the best feed we had whilst in town. True, it was our only meal. But it was also the best burger I have had in the last 10ths easy ..And there has certainly been a fair number of those. Great chips, top service and friendly as well. The dining room was fine, but my top tip for this place is to take up the takeaway option and go and sit and look at the view of the beach in my photos which is 3-4 min walk away. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. 🍔 I had the true blue which is in my pics, and it was excellent.

I want to add my honest review. The burgers were just terrible. The meat was extremely tough—poorly ground, with noticeable fibers—and completely dried out. Thankfully, the bacon jam added some juiciness, but even so, my jaw got tired from all the chewing. The fries were nicely fried, but way too salty. One question: where are all these glowing reviews coming from? This is my first and last visit—maybe others just got lucky. I’m giving one extra star because the place was clean, tidy, and had a nice atmosphere.

Rule of thumb is never eat at a restaurant in a prime tourist spot and Attitude Burger certainly helps you understand why. Charmless and favouring operations over guest experience the decor is bland. But it is the food that lets them down. The Kanye Nest burger lives up to its namesake’s reputation and is oily and gross. My wife called it rancid. I don’t often ask for refunds but this burger was inedible. The Attitude comes at a price and a long weekend 15% levy. A beer, a soda, a glass of wine 2x hit dogs and the aforementioned chicken burger cost $120z They score a star for the no-quibble refund of the burger.

September 12, 2025 back again and still great burgers. Giving them 5 stars today. Great range of burgers. Had the Attitude with the addition of egg. Tasty and filling. Undercover seating available. You can order via a QR code at the table and they text you when it's ready. Pretty easy.

Ordered chips at 2.59pm today. That's all we ordered, a family bucket of chips. 3.17pm rolls round and still no chips. And we were the only ones there that had ordered. I asked the waitress what happened we have waited 20 mins and still no chips and she's like oh sorry I didnt realise and went to the kitchen and they were talking for a while then finally he put the chips in. I thinks its ridiculous, who makes someone wait 20 mins when its not even busy. Even the waitress should be more considerate of customers and she could see that we and the kids are just waiting for no reason. If it was busy I could understand. We didnt even had a burger, literally chips. If I had not said anything we would still be waiting.

Fabulous burgers! Great service from the lovely Rory, who was so professional and helpful. The kids meals were a great size and they catered to gluten free and dairy free with no hassles at all, which made for a great meal for our family. Would be great if there was a side of chips with the main burgers for the price. Will be coming back for sure!

Been to this place over the Easter weekend. Nice decor but the Food was OK. had ordered a chicken burrito, southern friend chicken tacos and a kids meal which included tacos, churros and ice cream. The burrito didn't have beans and in general the food was fresh but ok in terms of taste. I was expecting something different considering this is a local business and chain of restaurants like GYG. Churros and ice cream was good though 👍 Staff were friendly & helpful but didn't know the contents of each dish. E.g. missing beans in a burrito bowl. Maybe they were new and learning the ropes. What was disappointing for me was a 15% public holiday surcharge even though I was there on a Saturday. This was not mentioned anywhere on the menu or told to me when I ordered the food.

The service here is amazing and very accommodating and friendly. The food is extremely overpriced for very small serving sizes. The food tastes fresh and nice. There aren't many vegetarian or vegan options (if any at all). The drinks are very nice and well made. Overall a decent experience here.

I’d been hesitant to go as I’d heard it wasn’t great. Today we where pleasantly surprised the two male staff, they where friendly & made us great mocktails. The crispy chicken tacos where nice with plenty of Mayo and lime. And the loaded shredded pork fries where so good packed with flavour. We would return

Service is super fast and friendly. The dishes are prepared with excellent balance of flavours. The grilled Atlantic salmon and Prawn Chimichanga(especially the dip that comes with it) are marvellous.

We went on $4 Taco Thursdays. The lamb one was a bit tough, I like the beef/steak and the fish taco the best. Cocktails were refreshing. Service was good but at times a bit slow when we ordered extra food

Worst restaurant ever..!! Please don't go to this restaurant. Had banquete for 2 people. Food looks very bad and looks very old. Very much disgusting. No taste or nothing. We normally likes thai and Vietnamese food most reatuarants in australia and new zealand. But this one, very bad experience,.we almost vomitted after having food. Just for this 2 food, they charged us around 76$. This food wouldnt come even close to 20$ with the food quality. I recommend everyone to please never ever go to this restaurant. Now we understood why there was no one was there in this restaurant. We even complained the. But they never mind.

I booked a table of 11 for a birthday dinner recently only to be extremely disappointed. We arrived on time and there wasn't even a table ready for us. We all stood around while they moved tables around to accommodate us. A drink order was placed with a very young boy who wasn't even old enough to serve alcohol. Forty minutes later we were still waiting and in that time there wasn't even anyone serving behind the bar. We ended up walking out and then waiting another hour for food at the local pub. I have never had this experience at this restaurant ever but will not be returning anytime soon

Sat outside on the deck for Dinner around 7pm, food came out quickly and was enjoyable. With a bottle of wine, two entrees and two mains and two deserts the bill came to just over $100.

The lady running the place was very rude when they couldn’t understand what we wanted from their menu. Rude when dropping off items to our table. Rude when asked a question. Rude when we told her we didn’t want certain items in the food because of a food allergy. For me the servings were small. Food tasted great but I don’t think I will be back. Slow service.

Poor quality food, very overpriced and a mediocre restaurant atmosphere. The veggies had no taste or texture and the coconut rice had little taste either. Too much spice versus other flavours in my dish. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating to my vegetarian dietary requirements.

The breakfast menu is very nice with lots to choose from. We tried the “Bright Breakfast” and it turned out just amazing. Loved how the chilli and beetroot are combine to give a pleasant taste. The coffee here is INCREDIBLE, amongst the best I've had. I'll definitely be back for more of that. Food was also very tasty, and priced in line with local competition. Plenty of street parking nearby, and a high chair was available.

This coffee was probably one of the best cups I've had for sometime. So good in fact I ordered another straight after the first. Rich & smooth with some lingering chocolatey notes. Also well presented & the staff were pleasantly attentive. Would travel back to Coffs for another. I'm from Brisbane !!

Wow this cafe is amazing. The vibe makes you feel like your somewhere els. I only had ice coffee it was so strong. When you mixed the ice cream in it’s amazing! The coffee was smooth. I had carrot cake was fresh and yummy. I cant wait to go back and try there food :-) I got the vanilla syrup for my niece as she loves it!

Came here for breakfast. Coffee was delicious nice and strong. Breakfast wrap was also very good. Love the interior. So much coffee paraphernalia.

A nice loft style cafe in Coffs Harbour 😍👷🏻‍♂️ Their coffee was definitely a hit🤤 Strongly recommend Cold Brew Coffee!! It smelled so good and rich!! The food took a while to serve, but it was delicious and warm🤤 They had lots of table to seat. You can easily buy coffee stuff in the shop. There’s some books on the cabinet to read and chessboard on the table to play🤩

Excellent coffee .. piccolo lovers shouldn’t miss this one .. packed with chocolate and fruity notes .. toasties and wrap were yummy .. we also tried their mango muffin & it was delish and not gooey at all.. thanks guys will visit soon

What an amazing spot! Palate & Ply is a really cool mix between Cafe & Roastery, with different areas inside and out depending on the purpose of your visit. The coffee was great, and clearly a highlight of the spot. The food was of exceptional quality. It was expensive, and the cost wasn't reflected in the aesthetics, but one bite and it became obvious what you'd paid for. Highchairs were available and there was plenty of on street parking nearby.

The wait was quite long but overall experience was quite positive. The host graciously set up tables and chairs outside for us. Takoyaki 10/10. One of the most freshest and delicious takoyaki. The vegetable ramen was delicious with heart warming broth, but would like more vegetables! The tofu cubes were really nice. The don was also nice but would’ve liked to see more veggie variety in both.

Came here Saturday night I had the sushi. It wasn’t to bad just quite chunky not thin sliced! The tuna was falling to pieces. King prawn tempura would have been much nicer with a thinner batter it was too thick. The dipping sauce was quite nice had ginger.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. We cleaned our plates and enjoyed Jelly Saki, Plum Brandy, Beef and Ginger Beer. Four happy customers. Generous serves. Warm friendly atmosphere with happy customers.

4.1 This is a casual and inexpensive Japanese cafe restaurant. But, don’t be fooled by that. They serve a couple of killer dishes here. Dishes that’d be at home in good Japanese restaurants anywhere. We received a lovely warm greeting on arrival. I’m not sure why but we were initially surprised at the plastic covered tables and the ordinarily presented menu with pages in plastic sleeves. Looking at the wine list made me even more worried. One riesling only and from New Zealand! It’s all done to fool us, I think. We started with Saki hakkaisan, a lovely drop. We were worried that some of the dishes here were overhyped. They’re not. We started with super fresh sashimi. The pieces were all quality and incredibly tender. Salmon and tuna presented in different ways Including seared. Melt in the mouth stuff. Presentation was not great, but all the pieces were superb. Best sashimi we’ve had for a while. Next, the agedashi tofu is just so flavorsome, silky and soft. We couldn’t get enough of this dish. The owner told us the secret of the softness of this tofu but we’re not telling. But, the vegetable gyoza was ordinary - a tiny bit bland and unsatisfying. Lifeless one of our party called it. The Katsu whiting on the other hand was delightful. Batter as light as a feather. Beautifully cooked fish that was still wonderfully moist. A really good dish. We finished with a beautiful miso soup. A cracking miso. The teriyaki salmon was fantastic as well. Great quality salmon only is used here. it was superbly cooked. Great combination with rice. A terrific way to finish. We had an excellent night here with some wonderful dishes. Service and attention was great throughout. Amazing value for $50 a head. Highly recommended.

Horrible and overpriced Japanese food. We as a family are frequent Japanese restaurant eaters and this was the worst food we've ever had at one. The yakitori skewers were microwaved and the chicken didn't seem quite right. We also had karage chicken which tasted a little off too. The restaurant itself stinks like it hasn't ever had a deep clean and I was dry reaching as I walked past the kitchen to go to the toilet. Would not recommend.

Great Service! Friendly staff! Nice Sashimi, well displayed. However fire pork gyose was too soft. Okonomiyaki was missing kezuribushi! Have rooms to improve! Looking forward to come back for a better one!

Delicious food, that was fresh and well prepared. Many thanks and credit to the chef and their team for such speedy service. Service was good although at times felt a bit chaotic. But with that said everything we ordered came out as expected. Massive thanks for accommodating our large group at such short notice.

Was passing through Coffs Harbour and wanted to have lunch somewhere nice with a view and Horizons was a winner. The service was really fast and the food was delicious and really reasonable prices. The outdoor seating area is so relaxing it is so easy to feel like you are on holidays here!

We were so happy with our meal there was 6 adults and 4 children at our table so we pretty much ordered most of the menu, everything was 10 out of 10 the chef was outstanding. And we couldn’t fault our service. Our waitress couldn’t do enough for us. She was so accommodating, especially with the children. Honestly, the cocktails were divine. We had a great experience from start to finish.

A lovely place to have a drink, but if you're expecting good food, or attentive waiting service, dine elsewhere. Especially if you're celebrating a birthday or special event. You WILL be disappointed. A cringeworthy experience. Even people not at our table were embarrassed. Seriously... just dine elsewhere.

I'm a little cautious with restaurants in large hotels/resorts, but Horizons proved me wrong and the food was excellent. There was a great choice of local ales too. The staff were efficient and lovely. The prices are on the upper end, but with such generous portions I was very happy. I had delicious pork belly and my wife had crispy skin barra.

This restaurant seems to be well established but a little dated as is the shirts of the team, that’s really the only negative feedback I could provide as the food was absolutely delicious and the service from the team was very professional. Full credit to the floor manager and chef as the restaurant team provided a great customer experience. Recommended for a visit, you must table book first as the restaurant had no tables available when we left.

Great value if driving past Coffs Harbour to grab a toastie & chips. Even covered my sweet tooth with a kids frog in a pond. Serving huge. Clean. Attentive. Relaxed atmosphere.

The establishment offers an excellent beer garden and ample space for pets, alongside a substantial playground for children.

Such a great find tucked away near the shopping mall. Very popular locals spot. Sports bar facilities- pool etc, great beer garden (large selection of drinks) and play area for children and large indoor dining with so many screens, but the highlight is the menu and friendly staff. Awesome and varied selection. The halloumi salad was absolutely on point!👌

The food was delicious! We ordered the Steak Sandwich and wow! I am still thinking about it. Medium rare and cooked to perfection. We also got the smoked bbq wings which were absolutely delicious! Which this was our local, we just stopped in on our way home.

We arrived quite early for Dinner approximately 5:30 yes we're a bit older. The staff were very welcoming, sat us down promptly, timely took our order and both meals were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I was quite surprised and suitably impressed.

I haven't been into this pub since it was revamped... as I don't live in Coffs anymore, and what a pleasant surprise. It looks incredible, food was absolutely beautiful, the staff are lovely and the vibes are unmatched 👌🏾 I booked for 25 people, for my 40th birthday, and not a single complaint from anyone. The biggest bonus was that incredible park for the kids. Well done guys and thanks for having us 🙌🏾

Well deserved of the 5 stars. The staff were all so lovely - I’m sure it was a big weekend due to the oztag tournament - we were up from Canberra! Special mention to one of the staff members (didn’t catch his name) unsure if he was the manager but he looked official enough with an ear piece. Took the time to give us recommendations of what to order off the menu and gave my kids a lollipop each. So bloody good!

Not much to look at from outside but when you walk inside, definitely impressed. Lots of open space, fast service and friendly staff. Especially behind the bar. Great food and good range of beverages.

I’m always hesitant to give low ratings but in this case I feel it is deserved. This was the worst Chinese meal I have ever ordered. We had been looking forward to a Chinese meal while on holiday. Everything, from the spring rolls to the fried rice was either bland or overly salted. The vegetables were over-cooked and the sauces were thick and gluggy. Some of the frozen items (eg. prawns) were still cold in the middle. There was a very strong smell of fryer oil due to poor ventilation. The staff were indifferent and looked like they would rather be somewhere else. It was just so disappointing, especially given the prices being asked. Avoid.

The lack of patrons should have been a sign but I was hungry. Pay $3.50 extra for soft noodles (they must be hand carved) in combination chowmien, then didn't even get soft noodles, too late to go back by the time I'd driven away and sat down to eat. Chowmien is either cutting edge or just wierd, gratted carrots? .59c for eftpos and no chopsticks. Plenty of better places to eat.

Very basic stuff, the menu outside is very different from the one given to me inside the soy sauce belongs in a museum. We ordered bbq pork in plum sauce and got crispy pork in plum sauce. Was not that bad if I'm being honest. The restaurant was a bit dusty.

The most awful Chinese restaurant i have been to. The price is far too high and the dishes are literally disgusting. Roast duck is very salty. The hot pot has the same favor with chicken with cashu. The chicken is still raw in side and the prawn is very fishy, taste like raw rotten fish. Don't come!!! I rather starve

We came here on boxing day, and after we finished what can be described as child sized over salted meal, we were told there would be a surcharge for the meal because it was a holiday. We were never told of this prior to ordering. This place deserves less than the one star, and as an avid Chinese cuisine fanatic, I honestly think this is the worst Chinese food I've ever tasted.

Disgusting is too good a word for this place. The food was terrible. We were charged for chopsticks at a Chinese restaurant!! And they were the reusable type as well. Oh, let's not forget the charge for the chilli sauce, which came in a the size of a table spoon. The mains weren't big enough for a child's menu let alone an adult. The main was also so salty it was unbelievable. We were asked how the meal was when the owner was standing right there, when we told them, he just snorted and smiled and kept on walking. To top it off, being boxing day, they charged us $3 per person as a surcharge. Now we understand that, but how about telling us before we sit down. When we mentioned that to the owner, he just said its what they do. My wife and I stood outside for a while telling people to keep on walking and how terrible this place was in front of the owner. Abhorrent food and abhorrent service. Having eaten Chinese food in every city I visit around the world, this one is definitely the worst.

We were very disappointed with the Satay Beef- horrible sauce. The "large" boiled rice was a small cereal sized bowl. Food less than ordinary, expensive for what you got. The only positive- friendly waitress.

Check your order by YOU looking at it NOT them. Mine was wrong. I didn’t get a dish which was ordered (fairly big order) and upon investigation found I had received the correct number of dishes BUT not the correct ones.They ….owners and staff member ….would NOT acknowledge that . Beef and co black bean is dark not light. Kept saying I received the dish which was NOT in the bag. When I was showed the video the container was light and not dark as beef and back bean would be. I received 2 of one dish!!!! Still argued with me. The amount paid was correct.. not the dishes. Still argued!!! Disgusting customer service! I will never frequent this business ever again. Just lost a pretty regular client.

This could possibly be the worst Chinese we've ever had anywhere... And the Australian lady that seemed to be manager was easily the rudest waitress/restaurant manager we have ever come across... Im not gonna go into detail about the food, but trust me it was tasteless, slimy and extremely unpleasant. After 5 minutes of it being served, we sat there looking at each other in disbelief and talking about if we should pay, when a waitress came up and asked if we wanted takeaway containers...🤣 I said "we're actually deciding if we want to pay for any of it" and she said she'd get the manager. "So what's wrong with it" was all she said. I told her I didn't want to make a fuss in front of other customers, and told her I would pay for the drinks and the fried rice, but not the pork and chicken dishes, as they are inedible. She said "you've eaten half of it..." When we'd simply tried one peace of each. She seemed to want an argument, but again, I said I didn't want to make a fuss in front of the customers... She went off and started serving others... The family at the next table looked at our food and asked what we ordered... We was just about to get up and walk out when a lovely Chinese lady came from the kitchen and asked what was wrong... we told her, and she straight away apologised and took the meals off of our bill... Such a shame about her food and staff...

Traditional Chinese food dim Sim and Pork belly were very nice however Sate chicken could have had stronger sate flavour and a bit more sauce for my liking.

Rated as local Chinese in Coffs Simple and small fitout, great for family night, not so much special occasion. Menu is modest but has all the usual Cantonese / Australian favourites Prices quite reasonable. The fried rice was well priced and actually really good, better than most. Pork spring rolls good. Fried wontons not so great. We had the combinations satay and the flavour and quantity was excellent Now let’s talk service. The young owner served us and she was excellent, great service. I watched her take phone orders and serve other people, great people skills. Great option for takeaway or casual dinner

While heading down from the Gold Coast, I did a quick search for Chinese food, Peking Palace came up with the most highest ratings, so husband and I decided to give it a try. Everything tasted so good! Clean and tasty! Nothing overpowering in flavour or too heavy. We ordered green beans, slow cooked braised pork, salt and pepper prawns, and stir fry rice noodles with beef. The couple who run the restaurant are so kind and happy to accommodate if anything is wrong, given you speak up. Not that there would or was anything wrong! Will be our future pit stop for a feed when going up or down from the Gold Coast!

Absolutely the BEST Honey Chicken/Prawns we have ever eaten!!! Their rice, both fried and steamed, so fluffy. Portion sizes are great, nearly twice as much as others. If you want Chinese food, go to the Peking Palace(in the Max Murray Mall) totally delicious 😋 We have only ordered takeaway, so I can't comment on "eat-in" portion sizes, but ta sizes are fantastic value for money! 😁

Hidden away down an arcade alley, but definitely worth going out of your way to find the Peking Palace Chinese Restaurant. We had Pork Spring Rolls, Satay Chicken and Mongolian Beef with Fried rice. Too much for the 2 of us to finish. Good size (large) servings. The Chicken was tender and the satay was not dry but also not sloppy. Really good. The Mongolian was good but not as excellent as the Satay. The Spring Rolls were large and very tasty but not spicy. Highly recommended.

Went in orded take away. Honey chicken, mongolian beef and special fried rice. All cooked perfect, and less than 10min wait. Never tried there before but will make it a weekly dinner now, great food, great service.

Ordered a MEDIUM filet Mignon ($49) and received one that was RARE. Partner ordered MEDIUM/RARE ribeye, his was MEDIUM/WELL. Ordered a $20 cocktail and it was placed on our table, spilling over the glass and messy, no attempt to clean the glass or perhaps start again with a fresh one. When we rang during the day to see about booking, was not told that there would be a function with bag pipes just outsode the door way. Very dissapointed. Photos attached.

2023, and you have a dress code? For a Saturday night it was very dead, this was strange as it seemed like a good destination with a good menu online. The dress code is on their website as smart casual, as we showed up in decent nice clothing, no rips, no stains etc. What we were told at the door did not match the description on the website. This was very disheartening, didn’t know it was a black tie event.

Warm oysters served with Mayo. Pork Belly that was barely even boiled. Complained to Rob and Earth who were less than sympathetic. Another female staff member payed more interest on our way out. In summary, outrageously over priced for shabby food that in the oysters case was probably not food safe. I'll never be back and would warn others to stay clear. Terrible experience.

We visited the restaurant and the roof top bar. When I booked the rooftop bar I said we may go into the restaurant and was told that was fine just go in we will get a table. But this wasn’t the case. The problem we had was getting a table . We were a party of five but the manager didn’t have a table even though there were many empty tables. We asked if we could push 2 tables together and she said no. So then we asked if we could have a table for three and a table for 2 which was right next to each other - then she said yes. Fortunately the CEO of the CEX was also eating at the restaurant and pushed the tables together for us! After spending quite a lot of money on tapas and cocktails at the rooftop bar the overall experience of their fine dining restaurant but very underwhelming. We go to the CEX regularly but will be sticking to the bistro from now on.

Great service in the Rib-eye restaurant good food and excellent service by Graham the waiter he really went out of his way to care for you. One thing I would say to management is to lower the lights in the bar area and make it feel more homely. Expand the restaurant floor space and add some atmosphere and ambience to the areas.

It was very disappointing I thought it was the roof top but they take you into a little room out the back with no atmosphere at all. The food is expensive and pretty ordinary. I talked to other people who said the exact same thing. I don’t recommend and I would never go back. I’m wish I went to the bistro.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining in for my birthday which happened to be the 2nd birthday of 99 on park. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was outstanding and the food was outstanding! Beautiful presentation and quality ingredients. The staff were very knowledgeable and every dish was a piece of art. The wine paring was impeccable and one of the greatest meals I’ve had the pleasure to eat in Australia. Well done guys keep up the great work. A MUST visit!

One of the best and honest restaurants in Coffs Harbour. Prices are a little high than your average restaurant, but you are paying for a quality meal. Definitely Worth it, will be back.

The best restaurant in Coffs Harbour without a doubt. Nice atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, exquisite food. We shared all of our meals and they were all delicious. Entrées: Pig & Shrimp, & the delectable whiting special. Mains: Duckbreast, cauliflower & pumpkin, and Local mahi mahi. Desserts: Pistachio Crème Brulée, and The Chocolate (& Hazelnut) One. Beautiful, exquisite flavours with the duck main being my favourite. A wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. The 2nd birthday celebration degustation menu was brilliant. It was a winner from start to finish, and each dish just kept getting better. The pistachio crème brûlée to finish was out of this world perfection! The wine pairings were phenomenal and the knowledge and service were outstanding. I had dinner at 99 on Park recently and honestly, it was fantastic. The food wasn’t just good, it was exquisite. Every plate looked like it had been put together with real care and attention to detail, and the flavours were spot on. There was a little dish of salt on the table that we didn't need. You can tell the chefs actually love what they do. The service was excellent too. Friendly, attentive, and never pushy. It made the whole night feel relaxed and special at the same time. 99 on Park has become my favourite restaurant in Coffs Harbour. In fact, it holds its own against some of the best places I’ve eaten in Sydney. If you’re tossing up where to go for a great meal, don’t hesitate, this is the one.

Absolutely loved the food - my partner and I shared the garlic prawns, the chicken & beef Souvlaki and the Tunisian chicken curry special. I can't rave enough, my tastes buds were in heaven. A cuisine we have been missing in this town for sure. Looking forward to going back soon!

A great lunch at Esme! We came in for a specific lunch special we had seen online and whilst they didn’t have the exact one we got something similar for the same price. Food was amazing and great price for the lunch with a drink included. Indoor & outdoor seating available plus high chairs if needed.

We came for dinner and sat outside. The waiter that looked after gave us menus and took our drink orders. We noticed that the water glasses had lipstick marks on them, so we sent them back and the waiter gave us new ones. The new lot of glasses also had lipstick marks on them too. For drinks we ordered a Virgin Mojito and a glass of wine. When the wine was placed in front of me, it had fresh water droplets on it like it had not been polished. It seemed unhygienic as I’ve never had a glass of wine with water droplets served to me. When my friend tasted the Virgin Mojito it had tasted like alcohol. It took us a while to get a waiter to come back to remake the drink. The waiter was extremely apologetic and had a new one made. For Entrées we ordered arancini balls which were tasty, the sauce on the bottom was delicious. For mains we ordered chicken souvlaki and the warm Moroccan pulled lamb. The souvlaki lacked seasoning and it was missing the gremolata. The “Mediterranean salad” seemed more like a side salad at a café, it was missing the olives and fetta. The Moroccan pulled lamb also lacked seasoning. The mixed salad seemed to be a strange accompaniment as there were a pile of roasted oily pumpkin, capsicum and onions on a bed of mixed leaves. The mains were sub-par. It began to rain so we moved inside, once we came inside the waiter had completely forgotten about us and didn’t bother bring water or dessert menus to our table so we left. Overall this place lacked attention to detail and seasoning on their dishes.

Absolutely loved my experience at esme. Service was amazing & super fast. I had a pina colada, passionfruit sour and classic margi- all were super delicious. The atmosphere was really nice, not too loud, really good vibes. The food was definitely the best part of esme! I shared the arancini and bruschetta- both were so yum. Arancini was moist & the bruschetta wasn’t too hard to bite into (which is what I like). Then we shared the pulled lamb with pita, salmon, pesto chicken and the steak. All of the food was delicious. My favourite was the steak. Cooked beautifully and nice and thick! Then I tried the chocolate mousse and the adffogato- beautiful! Wish I took pics of the food, but only thought to take photos of the dessert. All was great. I would go back in a heart beat.

The food was delicious and great portions, we wanted to try desert but couldn’t fit it in after the entree and main, will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

I’m honestly so disappointed with KFC. I paid around $40 for 20 chicken wings, but when I got home and checked my order, there were only 10 wings inside. I went back and asked for a refund because I didn’t get what I paid for, but they refused to give me my money back. When I asked about it, the staff were so rude and acted like it was my fault. It’s honestly such bad service, and I won’t be going back there again. And if I could've rate it 0 I would've rate it and rude people

The staff need to talk less and work more. took 5 minutes for someone to serve me And after they took my money told me that it's going to be a 15 minutes wait for the chicken to be cooked . Need to clean the dining room rubbish every where

Whoever was taking orders through the drive through at 11:52am on 21/06/2025 needs a good lesson in customer service. Ridiculously rushed and rude. I got asked what sauce I wanted 3 times and still didn't get any sauce. This KFC has the worst reputation around town and for good reason.

Service here is just appalling. Staff on drive thru are just as rude as they are arrogant. Called and asked for a manager. The shift manager said "Oh that's because it's a busy time". I then asked to speak to the franchisee. A message was taken and I've heard nothing at all, and that was 2 weeks ago.

I feel very sorry for the extremely young staff there , they were overwhelmed. My burgers looked nothing like the picture they advertised, mine taste like it was still frozen and very hard to bite into..chips were soggy and the bun was soggy..It didn’t look like there was any senior staff to guide the staff ..This is the third time this has happened at a KFC , I was looking for Red Roaster otherwise I wasn’t of had KFC ..

Have visited Coffs numerous times to visit family but first time dining at the Yacht Club. I thought the meals were good size servings and all of our group were happy with their meal. Pricing was about average although public holiday surcharge pumped it up a bit. The location is what makes it that little bit better as it is right near the jetty and the harbour with a good sized outdoor and balcony dining area. It makes for a relaxing atmosphere. Staff were all very friendly and chilled. Will definitely come back again.

Enjoying breakfast with my son while overlooking this lovely views. 80s music playing in the background softly makes it a relaxing atmosphere to meet friends. Food potions is beautifully 😍 presented bit hold back crushed peppers. Disappointed with my latte as it cause upset stomach and didn't taste ok.

Very average food that is overpriced. Go elsewhere. Thai beef salad with meat that was closer to jerkey than rare steak. Medium rare steak that was medium to well done. Service was fine and quick enough. The views are the only thing going for it but does not make up for the food. There are lots of much better options nearby.

The dining area had absolutely no decor, ceiling leaks from recent rains, most ceiling lights weren't working (no bulbs). Service was very ordinary and prices above average considering what was being offered. Food average - rump was tough and no steak knife provided. No tartare or aoli sauce with squid add-on). I do not recommend this venue and will not be returning.

Is not clean like the picture. Food nothing to talk about. But lm told breakfast is nice there. But look at the kitchen folks & ask yourself would you eat food cooked in that kitchen. Scary. We all ended up with very upset tummies the next day unfortunately 😕.

Best coffee in Coffs - dare I say some of the best coffee outside of Sydney. Delicious food, friendly service and plenty of space. I don't get up to this part of NSW very often but I would divert into Coffs just to go here again if I was anywhere in the area. A must visit in Coffs.

Best coffee in Coffs Harbour, whether you drink milk coffees or prefer black. Good menu, great food. Always good service. Having only one full time barista, always reliably the same great coffee. Can highly recommend the Specialty Cold Drip, which changes periodically, always a new flavour to try. The team quickly cemented themselves as my favourite Sunday coffee and breakfast spot.

I don't normally bother reviewing places but for Dish&Spoon I'll make an exception. Chris and his staff make the best coffee on the strip. It's great to support a fledgling business especially one with a view to improving the specialty coffee scene on the Coffs coast.

I wanted to give this place a 4 star rating, but the greeting and smile of our waitress was so lovely early in the morning I have to give 5 stars. Coffee was excellent and the food was delicious, but again I have to mention the young Mum who served us. Go and enjoy.

Put simply - this place sucked. The food was slow and woefully underwhelming, the only redeeming factor was that the waiters were polite and offered to clean our table constantly - this, however, could not be done as our food took over an hour to arrive! There is many better and more proffesional places to eat nearby, DO NOT GO HERE!

Food was INCREDIBLE - our favourite dish was the pork belly tacos on the specials menu! Our waitress Skye was so lovely and helpful. She made the best jalapeño spicy margaritas 😍😍 totally recommend this place!

We have eaten Mexican in most east coast cities due to our daughter’s allergies to milk. I can confidently say that the Nachos at Mexicana are up there with the very best we have had. Incredible deep flavour! Thank you!

Probably one of the best fajitas I've tried. Meat was soft, portions are plentiful, you get so much extras for them. Chef was kind enough to hand pick remove onions for me haha. Will come back for more!

This is now our go-to place for dinner in Coffs Harbour. Great food and drinks. Kids enjoy the Mexican soft drinks while adults enjoy the cocktails. There is a good variety of food for sharing. Wait staff is friendly and attentive.

My best friend and I thought we would try something new since alot of places were closed. The place was dead quiet so we thought give it a go. overall we were both pretty disappointed with the food.. alot could have been alot better in my honest opinion. My friends cocktail was disappointing. Food was overpriced. The nachos was small, not much meat nor flavour. The nacho chips were just bland in flavour, could have made it better at home. The chorizo quesadillas were very average not much flavour either. And the tacos we had was not very enjoyable either. Only highlight was the corn ribs. Staff service was good and friendly, tunes was different but reasonable setting, unfortunately food was very disappointing and overpriced and not what we expected at all. Think I'll stick with lime mexican.

I measure a breakfast Cafe by how well they poach an egg. It took two tries but the second lot of eggs were poached to perfection. They did not get huffy when we returned the hard boiled eggs but replaced them almost instantly. Once done the two meals tasted lovely. The bacon was cut thicker than usual and cooked just right, soft enough to be edible and crispy around the edges. The pot of tea was brewed just right and the coffee was even better. Well worth stopping in though they need to do something about the pesky bird landing on the tables cause we all know what they do everywhere.

I sat outside and enjoyed the relaxed coastal ambiance, which made the whole experience even better. My boyfriend and I visited this cafe on a Wednesday morning and it was lovely. The food and drink options were extensive with great flavours. The seating options were great to suit all weather. The service was great with a nice greeting as we arrived and great service as we ordered. The food arrived promptly and it was delicious. Although some menu items are a little bit pricey it is worth the money. I highly recommend visiting this cafe.

Excellent breakfast / brunch menu - so many tempting options to choose from. Eggs Benedict were delicious and pancakes got a big thumbs up from my family too. Nice balcony to enjoy (particularly if the weather is nice). Staff so friendly, definitely an asset to the business. Even the 'regulars' are amazing - it was raining the day we were there and a lovely gentleman walked me to me car, holding an umbrella over me (I use 2 walking sticks to walk). You certainly don't get that everywhere!

Lovely spot, staff extremely efficient and friendly. We arrived not realising they were close to closing and they didn't hesitate to still serve us lunch. Love the ambience of this place. Presentation was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Tried this place for breakfast. We had the Eggs Benedict and Aqua Club Chicken Burger. I was impressed by it all. Coffee was good, probably a 8 out of 10 but the food definitely made the experience worth it. The place itself is really nice too maybe getting loud when so busy and a lot of movement happening around so not so much a place to be if you want to chill and relax. I highly recommend this cafe for anyone looking for a great breakfast.

Café Aqua was a relaxing place to stop by and enjoy breakfast! The food was very yummy and the ingredients were all quite fresh! For a reasonable price there were generous portions with the meals and it was good to be shared. Even the They serve the usual breakfast cuisine but what is nice is that they offer many healthy meals which I really like! Service was fast and my family and I were seated right away. We went around 9 and were greeted by a friendly smiling waiter! Food came quickly 😋 Quite a chill atmosphere and wasn't too busy when I came. Felt very beachside-ish with the cool blue and white rustic wood floor ⛱️! Very nice stop for a fufilling delicious breakfast in Coffs Harbour :D 💙

I came here for lunch with my friend, we shared a Thai beef salad. It was nice it was westernised so I didn’t t love it. We also shared a chicken cashew nut, that was so tasty. I like more traditional style Thai food

3.5 stars Cute little Thai restaurant in the middle of town. Prices seem high for serving size and quality of food. Twice the price of what we're used to. We came towards the end of the night, so staff apathy was understandably likely the result of a long day. We didn't get food poisoning and it came out quickly. Food seemed significantly westernised, which makes sense given the location. Not spicy/sour/sweet taste you get in Thailand. On street parking available outside. Overall, it was good.

Came for dinner without reservation (book as they have little seating). Wasn’t the best Thai ever but still quite tasty. Fried rice and Tom yum soup was good, stir fries were quite nice as well. Service isn’t amazing although they do get quite busy for the little staff they have.

Delicious and tasty and clean restaurant, and the waitress girl is so lovely. If u want more spicy or less, just ask her directly. Good customer service with beautiful amile. And they closed very late.

Awesome little Thai restaurant. I've reviewed it before and it's still great, nice and clean, kitchen is visible and active when the restaurant is busy. The kitchen is neat and tidy with attention payed yo keeping it clean. The food is fresh and tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful and cheerful. Nice open colourful little dining room which spills out onto the pavement, a nice thing when it's 30c and typical Coffs Harbor humidity.

Best Thai food restaurant in NSW for sure. Authentic flavours, spiced just right, and excellent service. You can't go wrong trying it. This must be on your food bucket list! Highly recommended is an understatement!

We arrived at Coffs Harbour on a Sunday night, no other place was open, you can’t go wrong with Thai in general. It turned out to be refreshing delight, we loved the food, authentic, portion was generous. Kids loved their pad see ew and pad Thai, wife loved her fried rice (I stole some but weren’t able to finish lol). My curry (Kang Karee?) was full of flavour and I loved it, if I can give one advice, it’ll be please put more potatoes and vegetables, less meat ;-)

I have eaten here a few times. It's the same story each time. The woman and the young man have no clue running a restaurant. We waited 25 minutes to get our drinks order taken. The place is always understaffed. The two mangers just stand there watch the other staff try to keep up with the customers. The wait staff are really nice locals. The food is okay but is overshadowed by management clearly having no idea.

Totally disappointed. Ordered a biryani to try out and was served rice with liquid chicken. Samosas were stinking too.

Nice Masala, dry Chicken Tendori, Cheesy and Garlic Naan bread is not cheesy enough.

This is the Chicken Tikka Masala 🤔 Not sure this place is authentic. Microwaves going ping, expensive at $19.95 for this CTM. Disappointing.

Just too slow. The restaurant was basically empty with only a single table seated. While waiting for my takeaway, another family was seated, so it wasn't that the kitchen was running in low priority mode either. Told to come in 15 minutes after ordering. Arrived in 20. Told food bit ready and wait 5 more minutes. Waited another 20. Food was average and portion sizes very small. After seeing all the reviews was expecting something wonderful, but sadly the flavours are all quite bland when compared to other Indian places. I do like the variety of dishes on offer, it's great to see an Indian restaurant offering a good variety, however, the chef's really need to lift their game and get some authenticity into the dishes. I genuinely feel that this place could be the place to go for North Indian cuisine if the chefs can put a little more effort into he dishes.

We enjoyed a very delicious meal here. The service staff were friendly and helpful. The naan bread ( with raisins & cashews ) was particularly tasty. Would definitely recommend a meal here. Don’t be put off by the exterior- the inside is quite spacious with vaulted ceilings. Prices also very reasonable.

The BEST Indian food I have EVER had! My family & I were just passing through Coffs Harbour & were looking for somewhere to have dinner... so glad we chose Bombay Brasserie! FANTASTIC food Good service Reasonable prices Plenty of on street parking & the staff were really friendly & happy to help. If you are in or passing through Coffs Harbour - you MUST check this place out. Highly recommend Bombay Brasserie.

Ordered takeaway from here after a long day of driving. The king prawns were executed perfectly. Not oily and full of juicy flavour. My childhood chinese restaurant had rainbow steak and i loved it. However since eating at multiple restaurants since then I haven't seen it on the menu again until visiting Mr Dengs. Ordered it and it took me back 20 years to a happy place. I wish more restaurants offered it. Highly recommend eating here. And the best part about it i wasn't racing to the toilet like I do with other Chinese restaurants.

I had a stopover for lunch on my way to Sydney and while returning back. Both the Chef and Lady who were serving us were amazing. Opened the place after 2 for us. Food was beautiful. Thank You 🙏🏻

Good tasty food, fast service too with friendly staff. I just gave a 4 star rating overall because prices on the menu are different to what you actually pay at the counter. Otherwise all good 👌 highly recommend. Update: It was the prawn dish that was charged differently when we paid so I guess it was because of the menu - as referred to by the owner in their response below. Average Chinese food for the area. Service was great (owner was quite friendly too, visiting all the customers!). The food was OK, with the fried rice and satay chicken being bland. Mongolian lamb and salt/pepper pork ribs were pretty decent. Average price.

We were very happy with our meal. The Honey Chicken was great and Mr Dengs Special fried rice was excellent. Overall a great meal. Apologies forgot to take the photos before we started eating. That's how good it smelled.

Enjoyed everything about Mr Deng’s Chinese Restaurant. From the staff, service of food, to taste. Everything was excellent! Mr Deng even came out to greet and serve us our food. He definitely values all his customers. If you don’t know who Mr Deng is, his face is on the signage of the restaurant. Thank you Mr Deng!

My wifes love of Aussie chinese bought us here and we were not disappointed. Impressed with the food here and our waitress was helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

We travel extensively for business, attending caravan shows twice a month. We stay in hotels all the time. This unfortunately does not meet the standard and for the price you pay it is a total rip-off. Never have we stayed in a hotel that does not have a TV or a fridge in the room. Shared bathrooms are 1920, but then so are the tiles and fittings. Let hope the food is better or this will be a huge fail.

Firstly walked up the stairs to get to the room was met with a very unpleasant smell of chemicals and whatever. After entering the room i was met with not that was advised it had one sink and two bed and reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathrooms are all communal with the bathrooms having a shower and a bath in it. after opening the window i was met with holes and all sort of yuck stuff in the window seal. the lights are very bright with no lamps or anything. This motel ist worth the price it’s at and looks nothing as what they show u.

Only there for one night, so i took the smaller / cheaper room (though they tried to up-sell me to the slightly bigger room - the only difference being more floor space (handy if you've got a suitcase or a child I guess). The bed was comfortable. Loved that the room had AC and a ceiling fan. The (shared) shower facilities were small but serviceable. The staff provided great service with a cheerful disposition. The food was good. Free parking in the alley out back (check the signs for when paid-parking begins) As a female solo traveller I felt pretty safe, but was vigilant at being aware of my surroundings. I would recommend this hotel as a cheap & cheerful overnight stop on the journey north/south.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. However, if you are looking for a good night’s rest, I would not recommend this hotel. It is currently 12:30 a.m. on August 14, and the ballroom downstairs is still blasting loud music and shouting. The soundproofing in the room is very poor, making it impossible to rest.

An absolutely perfect little spot to rest on our road trip. Firstly we arrived early and saw they had $24 roast dinners- now I’m English and this is the one thing I know is a good Sunday roast and wow this place did not disappoint, best roast I’ve had in Aus- loads of meat and roast beef is hit n miss but here it was SO GOOD! Anyway, the accommodation was perfect for the price- SUPER COMFY beds, sink in room which I love, shared bathrooms incredibly clean with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, showers super clean n spacious and toilets very clean. The shared kitchen facility is very impressive as I have not seen that in similar hotels, free tea n coffee and clean appliances to use. Random side note- the corridors smell amazing. The young girl who checked us in at 2pm on the 8th (please give her props) was fantastic, she took us upstairs and showed us around without having to ask and it just set the tone so wonderfully I felt confident and comfortable of my surroundings. The next day easy key drop off and we came to the sports bar downstairs in hopes to watch the NBA which the man of the bar put immediately on the biggest screen for us with the volume up- again without us having to ask- the staff are real chill people-people! Great vibe and the outdoor areas are sooooo cool with all the pool tables etc. I LOVE the old photos of the hotel and the acknowledged history of the building, it just makes it more special. As you can tell by my praises I would throughly recommend this place.

Went there for a presentation and have stayed in the rooms upstairs a few years back for Oztag Nationals and International Tag Series. Great service- staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are what you paid for and clean. Shared bathroom was clean.

Wifey and l always visit the Plantation when we are in Coffs, and every time we are impressed. A few beers, a light snack and very friendly staff while watching the footy on the TV's.

Really great burgers and chips for a good price, good and fast service. Plenty of options and nice atmosphere. This place has recently changed to a fish and chip/burger shop and it's very good.

Place is pretty cozy just like usual Asian restaurants. We ordered the Pork Spared Ribs with Peking Sauce and King Prawn with Curry Sauce. Food are good and fresh here with big portions. Service is quick and staff are great. Good recommendations for people who enjoys asian foods.

Creasian pleasantly surprised me with its diverse menu, including a satisfying range of vegetarian options. The service was friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive dining experience. While the ambiance could be a bit more refined, the food definitely makes up for it.

After hearing plenty of fantastic reviews of Creasian, I was eager to try the restaurant. Thankfully, my expectations were met! We tried two starters: prawn dumplings and soft shell crab. They were both delicious, although quite pricey. I would definitely recommend Creasian to anyone wanting a guaranteed food win 😊

My boyfriend and I had the prawn laksa, Mongolian beef and salt and pepper prawns and they were all delicious! The prawns were cooked perfectly, well seasoned and crunchy. The laksa was the best laksa I have ever had with juicy prawns, and great balance of creamy, spicy, savoury and sweet. I will definitely recommend trying CreAsian if you are passing by Coffs Harbour

Great coffee and the food is good too. Prices are reasonable. Great layout with plenty of seats looking out the windows, not the greatest of views but great to people watch. These tables are popular mind and it is table service. Just make sure they see you arrive or you can wait a little, but service is great.

Great service (fast, friendly but not over the top! and food was tasty and nice presentation. We loved the comfortable seating - big leather couches!

If you're after a decent meal that will please hubby as well then pop up to Depot Cafe in the Coffs Central food court. A causal rustic style atmosphere adjacent to the open library and overlooking the main street. You might even catch a tune or two on the public piano while you enjoy an iced coffee or chocolate. Try one of the Depot salads with your choice of add in. Delicious breakfast and great coffee in good sized Mugs. The Depot Cafe is also very accommodating to the meal requests of their youngest diners.

I really like this place. Exceptional service and food is good. I ordered a special breakfast burger and partner a vegetarian pumpkin thingy. Mocha and long black both very good.

I had come in with a group of six individuals, we were served quite quickly, at the last second one of us requested an alteration to their meal which they had happily upheld. I had ordered an eggs Benedict and requested bacon, Aswell as a flat white with two sugars. In which the coffee was perfect, and the bacon and eggs was amazing. Service was absolutely impeccable and the staff was beyond caring and attentive but also swift! Would absolutely recommend this place if anyone would like outstanding service and immaculate food.

Went there on 14th october 2025, 6:25 pm . We were on long drive from QLD -NSW -ACT and back to QLD. So, decided to make a dinner stop at Coffs harbour have a look around the city and Big banana 🍌 in Coffs Harbour. Decided to eat indian . We were 4 in total . Ordered 3 chicken biryani and 1 Tandoori chicken . Ordered salad on request (out of menu scope- for me ) . Thank you so much on making them . Tandaroori chicken and salad was 5/5 . Biryani was 0/5. It was high on Masala and not colorful instead it was like a fried rice . Rice grains was lumpy and not even colourful. I would say it was wrost then a fried rice . A biryani should compose of safron rice , turmeric rice , white rice and colorful combination . Not much more chicken pieces was there . By respected loved brothers did not even eat 15% of Biryani . But Tandoori chicken (for me) was nice . Asked for some discount but did not got . Suggested talking to FOH boy the biryani was shit . Service was good . Beer was 5/5 .

Great food! They have a good lunch deal but no dinner specials. DON'T PARK TOO CLOSE TO THE CURB IN FRONT! Low clearance. Lots of bumpers damaged there, one was in the process of trying to get off the curb and ripped it's fender off.

Restaurant area is small and very basic, and could've done without the noisy kids arguing in the back, but the service was polite and prompt, and the meal I ordered arrived in good time. I had medium goat rogan josh, and it was excellent.

First time trying Indian, food was absolutely delicious, staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful with us being novices. Goat was to die for. Whole experience was amazing, so good. Would highly recommend. 10 out of 10 in every aspect

I placed a last-minute online order which they accepted, only to later refuse to deliver it and refuse a refund. Despite being a regular customer, I was treated with complete disregard over just a few dollars. They showed zero accountability, and after going back and forth, I gave up entirely. Haven’t returned since — and never will. If this is how they treat loyal customers, imagine how they’ll treat new ones. Spend your money somewhere more honest.

Just finished a takeaway meal: beef Rogan Josh. While the flavour was very good, unfortunately the meat was almost inedible -that is, very tough and fatty. Peter Day

We eat a lot of Indian food, and we thoroughly enjoyed this place. Had a banquet for 2 which was $26 per head. Included in the price was a mixed platter, rice, 2 x naan, 2 x curries (it’s not any curry on the menu, they have a selected a certain few to choose from, but we picked butter chicken and Rohan josh), rice for 2, all of which are pictured. The mixed platter was tasty and all freshly cooked and very well presented, the curries were of great quality and very tasty, and the naans were amazing. Great food and a great price. Would go there again.

Sunday night dinner and this place is so busy, the tables are full and it's no wonder why. The food here is delicious and authentic. We had Pad Kaprao Moo, Gang Dang Sapparod Gai and Khao Maphraw. The servings were really large, and we get to take home the leftovers. Aroi Mak Mak

The meal I ordered today was not very appealing and lacked flavour. I ordered the chicken fried rice and lamb stir fry which had only 5 to 6 little pieces of lamb in a big takeaway container of vegetables and noodles paid ($21) for just eating flavourless food which looked more like a vegetable stir fry then lamb stir fry and for the chicken fried rice they only put 5 pieces of chicken breast sitting on top of the container and only consists of onions without the veggies which only had one green Asian veg in there which looked like a full serve of what we pay for. Very dry and flavourless, rice was sticky and not the type of fried rice I have eaten before at a thai restaurant. Paid ($20). The worst part is that I was the only customer there at the time of ordering my meals and they still couldn't make the meals properly. Won't be eating there again. Disappointed 😞😞😞.

Glad we decided to try this restaurant. We had the best meal sitting, just what we expected for. We ordered Thai chicken salad ( my oohh my!! The best Asian salad I have ever had! The sweetness, the saltiness and the sourness are so balanced in taste 👌😋 ), steamed whole fish ( very well cooked and juicy flesh! ) and stir-fried lamb with vegies on hot plate. All meals were beautifully cooked and presented, Friendly / polite staff, quick service, very good portion and all the taste and flavours are there!! It is a must visit if you come to the Coffs! Good job ladies!!👌👍👍

Big menu with all the favourites, good value for money and excellent food. Four hard-working cooks who could have stepped straight outta BKK street food stalls. Unpretentious and authentic. Recommended.

We ordered take away, staffs are friendly and it was good vibes. Unfortunately the good vibes sort of stopped there. It wasn’t the cheapest and the food, at least the take away just didn’t live up to standard. The beef satay was sooo tough that I literally can’t bite through, the chicken bad Thai was try and the beef pad see ew the beef also suffered from same toughness. The sauce didn’t taste similar to the good Thai foods we had so I suppose it was quite localised as well. It’s good enough if you wanted some Thai but not good enough to come again - maybe a one off unfortunate miss.

Simple, no frills, clean Thai place with very friendly staff. The spicy beef and Pad Thai was delicious and the portions were large enough to keep us going for the next 3 hours. Inexpensive food & very good value for money.

What a delicious, tongue tantalising experience, nicest authentic Thai food in a long time, started with the fish cakes followed duck stir fry, vege fried rice and roti, mouth is still watering, sad thing is I live in Newcastle.

Food is great here. Chicken pad Thai is my favourite. Huge serves. The only thing is the guy who answers the phone. Most people are welcoming but he just says YES!!!! Tried to upsell us soft drink after we were paying for dinner and went to give us someone’s else’s bill!! Food is great. Huge servings so I guess it balances itself out . I’m still going back!

My husband and I came to Win's Thai Kitchen for dinner while on our holidays at Caffs Harbour. The service was lovely and the food was beautiful. We enjoyed every mouth full. We are so glad we stopped here for dinner. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Exemplary restaurant in my opinion. This is a very well managed restaurant with excellent chefs and dedicated friendly staff. I am a very regular lunchtime diner and am impressed with the overall efficiency of the restaurant. This is one of those rare situations where they always seem to cope with providing an excellent meal quickly regardless of how busy they get. BTW, Ive never seen cleaner tables, plates, cutlery, table water bottle anywhere else. This was delicious.

Having lived in Thailand in the past, I can say the food lacked authenticity (most Thai restaurants in Australia do). That aside, the food was still flavoursome. The Tom Yum was not made from a paste, which is a good thing. They used fresh herbs and lots of veges. The various other dishes we purchased were also ok, but not exceptional. Sorry, I love authentic Thai...

SCAM food. Frozen vegetables and Jar sauce. Go anywhere else, even Maacs. Hopefully you're reading this review before deciding to eat here. I mistakenly didn't read the reviews. Don't be fooled by the menu, nothing authentic about this place. We decided to look past the echo dinning room, where we couldn't hear each other and the cheap decor. When asking the staff about whether the vegetables were frozen, he hesitated and pretended he didn't understand and flipped between fresh and frozen, ending with fresh. Liar!

If I could only turn back time! Very rarely I regret dining at a restaurant. Bad service, horrible meals. Way too much garlic, salt and hard frozen vegetables. All different meals tastes the same. We dined with 10 people all of which felt the service, taste and quality were poor.

I was a bit skeptical due to the large amount of tables inside the pizzeria where nobody was sitting and eating, mostly people were coming to pick up the orders. By the end of the dinner, some more people came in to eat as well. Pizza was veeery delicious actually and I was pleased by the taste and dough was nice as well. We had ricotta + balsamic + ham (i believe was called Vesuvio). Luckily this pizzeria was working, in the “city of ghosts” as I like to say, most of places were closed at 17:00,18:00😟

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place honestly deserves it. The pizza here is next level – crispy base, perfect amount of cheese, and toppings that actually taste fresh (not like those frozen ones you get at some other places). I tried the pepperoni and a veggie slice, and both were amazing. The crust was thin but still had that nice chew, and the tomato sauce had just the right balance of sweet and tangy. You can tell they care about quality. Pasta was delicious the best pasta i have ever tired and i have tired many place but this one top it all The staff were super friendly too, and the service was fast even though it was busy. I also loved the cozy vibe inside – not too loud, just a chill spot to sit and enjoy your food. Highly recommend if you’re craving real, proper pizza. Will definitely be back! 🍕

This is probably my favorite to go restaurant in Coffs. Definitely the better pizza in Coffs. I don’t agree with other reviews of bad service or overpriced food. The food is absolutely delicious all the time. We see the same people always at the BOH I believe they are the owners really like their work ethic. As well as other crew, they seem to really like their job. Nothing better than that atmosphere! Really love your work guys!

I ordered a pizza and garlic bread for takeaway, I realised once I got home there was a mistake with the order, I contacted the shop and they could not do enough for me, they offered a free meal if I came back but I was too far away to worry, so they offered to deliver a whole new meal to which I declined as it would only go to waste since I was already eating the pizza in front of me lol they then offered a free meal the next night which I agreed to, Luca the owner was absolutely amazing, he contacted me the next day and asked what time I wanted my pizza, we agreed on 6:30, he texted me when it was ready and when I entered the shop I realised it was closed but Luca had come in on his day off just to cook my pizza 🤩 what an absolute legend and the pizza was amazing, one of the best pizzas I have ever had ❤️ highly recommend 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Locally owned and operated Italian Pizza, pasta and seafood. We had the boscaiola pizza and creamy garlic prawns with rice. Great food and full restaurant on a cold Wednesday night.

We arrived at 8.38p.m, the restaurant is said to be opened till 10pm. When we entered we saw "OPEN" light but we saw the staff cleaning everything. I asked if it was still opened, as stated in the sign, but I was told that they were closing. I find it disrespectful from a restaurant to refuse clients when they are supposed to be opened just because they didn't have anyone eating at that time. Were the pizzas good ? No idea

I will be coming back!! This place is a small family owned restaurant that had the most beautiful loving atmosphere kid friendly and very accommodating to the kids food reminded me of being over in Europe my family i And myself will be definitely coming back for this experience again just remember to book a both if you would like the full experience Thank you Amalfi pizzeria and employees for our amazing family dinner enjoyed every bite of our food

I can see why there is mixed reviews here. I ordered garlic cheese Nan it was good. I ordered butter chicken. The sauce 10/10 the chicken seems boiled first so the meat just tasted plain like chick didn’t have the tandoori flavor through it. The should not just boil the chicken it’s plain. The biryanis rice was nice but I felt it was lacking flavour. The chicken had the same taste like it was boiled. So felt like some parts was lacking flavor when you have it with the curry sauce its next level! This restaurant could boom if they just made the chicken marinate and just cook in the sauce, or cook it in tandoori oven. Because the sauce was healthy not oily. One of the best sauces iv ever had. Hopefully they change

Had a lunch takeaway at Guru’s Masters of Indian Cuisine recently and it was enjoyable. First off, the location is super convenient—it’s right on Park Ave, making it really easy to pop in, especially if you’re coming off the Pacific Highway. The place has a nice ambience, relaxed but welcoming, which sets the mood. What stood out most was the staff; everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive, and service was quick without feeling rushed. The food was nice—lots of flavour and good portion sizes. Overall, I’d rate it a solid 4 out of 5. Its worth a visit if you’re craving Indian food in Coffs Harbour!

We had a great dinner, 3 people, 2 naan bread, cheese and garlic & cheese, butter chicken, goat curry , saffron rice and Kashmiri pilaf. It was really yummy. Both the goat and chicken were very soft and great flavour. The restaurant didn't have many people and the service was excellent. We couldn't finish it and took some home for takeaway.

We had a brilliant time and the chef and staff were so kind. Catered for pur friend with allergies and a fussy vegan so well. Delicious 😋 Thank you 😊
