Disaster experience.. stay at 29dec 2023 ..i visited omkareshwar and back to Indore by night 1 o clock so i checked in ..so many rats were in room and one rat just came into the pillow side..stay only 3 hours and checked out after this incident..washroom was very dirty .. please don't go incase you have family even bachelor..

It's ok for a day but after that it gets to you u start to understand that the room is too small and if you are sharing it for more than 3 people you have to adjust its too small and all the hotels near are of almost the same age and the service is not something to ring home about but it's proximity to the bus stand and railway station is the only reason for recommending it if all the other hotels are booked

STAY 10 is a great place for a short-term rental. The studio apartment was compact but had everything — comfy bed, kitchen, and all essential amenities. The staff was super courteous too.

It was decided on call with the manager Anshul Gupta or who ever he is that we will check out around 2 o clock if we give good reviews in google. He never mentioned 12 o clock checkout. They are cheats. He literally forced us in a very rude way to checkout else half day will be applicable. Had we knew this we would have definitely checked out at the stipulated time. They are only good until you check in. All plans had to be changed just because of these irresponsible guys. Also the kitchen and fridge was filled with Cockroaches. Wouldn’t recommend this stay at all. May be the good reviews are earned by the above scheme.

Stayed with family recently and had a horrible experience. I had booked the room through Radisson website and I was told there are no non-smoking room available when I arrived at the hotel. The staff said either I take a smoking room or take a non-smoking room with extra bed. Since I don't smoke, I had no other choice but to go with second option. And as a result, I had to sleep on the floor for entire stay :( The manager at the front desk was equally arrogant and didn't had any concern for customers. I felt sorry about myself for having booked in that property. I always had a great experience with Radisson except this one. Hope management takes note of this and corrects the front desk staff and manager

I booked this hotel on the basis of the reviews but my experience was horrible. Firstly when I went there for check- in, they asked me to cancel my booking through MAKEMYTRIP and asked me to book through their website. When I denied, the staff started behaving so strange and they didn’t even take my luggage to my room. They didn’t receive my phone, when I called them to request to get me a water bottle. Next day an hour before check-out they started ringing my doorbell and asking me to check-out as soon as possible. They continuously sent their staff to make me check-out before the time. It was my first stay at Indore which was horrible. And the last thing, they forced me to rate their hotel 5/5 on Google review. Pathetic

Extremely Disappointing Experience (Valet Theft & Poor Handling by Staff) - I recently stayed at the property as I drove there from Bhopal to attend an event organized by India Tourism at Radisson Blu Hotel, Indore, and had an extremely unpleasant experience that has completely ruined my trust in this property. After handing over my car to the valet parking staff, I later discovered that cash was missing from my wallet which was kept inside the car. Naturally, I reported the matter immediately to the valet team, expecting prompt action. Instead, their response was casual, disinterested, and unprofessional — they simply told me to “report it to reception” without even showing concern or initiating any quick checks. The Duty Manager (Mr Yemen) checked the CCTV footage and concluded that “none of the valet members could have done it” because they took only around 40 seconds to park the car and return. According to them, that time frame was “not enough” to remove cash from a wallet — an explanation that felt more like a defence of their staff than a genuine attempt to resolve the complaint. Not only was there no sense of accountability, but the attitude was also dismissive. As a guest at a reputed brand like Radisson Blu, I expected serious investigation, transparency but instead I was met with indifference. I would strongly caution anyone using the valet service at this hotel — either avoid leaving valuables in your car or, better yet, park it yourself. Such incidents and the way they are handled speak volumes about the safety, security, and guest care standards of this property. This experience has left me with no reason to ever choose Radisson Blu Indore again!!!!!

My company had booked my stay with you, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my comfort: 1. Room Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned, and I noticed cockroaches in the room, which was extremely concerning. 2. Food Quality: Whenever I ordered food at night, it was consistently served cold, making it difficult to enjoy my meals. 3. Staff Behavior: Despite informing the staff about these concerns, I found them uncooperative and unwilling to address the issues. As a result of these problems, I ended up falling ill, which I believe was due to the poor hygiene and food quality. The rooms are what you'd expect from such a price range but room-service is not great, it usually takes 5-10 min. for in room dining to provide a couple of plates and spoons! Also there's no lift in parking, if you can call it that! Housekeeping is good though.

Classy hotel at a perfect location. Service was top notch. Hotel staff was friendly. We booked two rooms and we were accompanied by a kid. After checking in our rooms, the kid was given a sweet treat with a special message written for him. The breakfast buffet was a large spread and everything tasted so good. We even ate dinner and other snacks at the hotel. We had friends coming to the hotel to meet us and we had breakfast together. The staff gave balloons to the kids. I would highly recommend this place.

He solved my issue and made my journey successful otherwise it would have been ruined. so big thanks to him... PlaySuit room was very good and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was nice. All staff were nice & polite. 1 staff even made Jain shabji specially for me at no extra cost. At check out time 1 lady staff helped my sister with instant Tea & breakfast when we were in hurry so thanks to her too... On my next visit to Indore, I will be staying at the same hotel for sure.

Hotel is really good and the cost is reasonable considering everything they offer. Dining services are also excellent but I would say are on expensive side. 2 boiled eggs costed almost 200 rupees for room service. The hotel staff is really supportive, we were allowed early check-in for 3 rooms we booked at minimal cost. Also, I lost my AirPod in their room on the last day, but on calling them on the next day they searched the room, found it and even couriered it to me. Excellent experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room size was decent, and while the overall look felt a bit dated, the rooms were clean. However, one major concern was a broken corner of the table, which tore two of my trousers and even caused a minor injury to my child — this definitely needs immediate fixing. The washroom was spacious, which was a plus, but some of the toiletries (soap and shampoo bottles) appeared dirty or had signs of fungus, which was off-putting. Room service and reception staff were average. One major inconvenience was with the water supply — we had to leave early for a temple visit, but there was no water at all at one point. Later, only hot water came from both the hot and cold taps. Lastly, Wi-Fi access was a problem; the night staff at the reception couldn’t provide the correct password even after repeated requests. Overall, the stay was okay, but these issues really impacted our comfort. Hope the management looks into these areas to improve the experience for future guests.

Stayed in this hotel while visiting omkareshwar. Hotel considered late check in request around 9 pm. Room was neat and clean breakfast which was included in the room tariff was tasty. As my train was late in the evening from Indore the hotel even kept the luggage in their hall till 3 PM while we checked out at 11:30 AM. Overall a good experience

Hotel is closed down, still they kept online bookings open on portals and at the time of check in owner says we don't have staff also no drinking water but some rooms are in use... That rooms are with cockroaches and bugs ....non sense people do not book from anywhere online or offline..

Its a complete fraud hotel. I had booked OYO hotel at SPOT ON 39346 Hotel Jagtara Residency for my family stay. The OYO gave me a confirmation that my rooms are booked and upon reaching the said hotel I need to make the payment. When I reached the hotel around 9.30 PM the receptionist denied my bookings and he stated OYO has given you the booking but there are no rooms available. I showed him my booking itinerary but he clearly denied my bookings. I said this act is not permissible and would be punished by the regulatory authorities to which he replied "you are free to take any action nothing is going to happen".

Booked 3 rooms about 15 days ago. When arrived at the hotel, they said they only have 2 available. Kept arguing about how we should've called him before coming (we did). He lied about not receiving our call and so on. Gave one room to a couple right in front of us (means they had a few in excess). Absolute trash experience. This place is going to be reported to the relevant authorities

Worst experience, specially girls it’s not safe place. I recently stayed at Stay EZ studio apartments for my friend bachelorette party from 23rd Nov to 24th Nov and what should have been a comfortable and relaxing experience turned into a nightmare. With my 6 friends I stayed and we booked 2 rooms my phone was stolen by one of the hotel's servants, and to make matters worse, the same servant entered our room at night around 4-5am which can be proof by my phone activity, it was happen while we were sleeping, from 6:30 am till 1:30 pm we all were searching it. The incident not only compromised my personal belongings but also made me feel vulnerable and insecure. I reported the incident to nearest police station and filed FIR when I went to police station which all staff were known and also we have not check out the hotel and after an hour we came back to hotel to check out we thought to do last checking and we found the phone kept very smartly, their cctv camera’s all were rubbish, not proper camera directions and clips, manger seemed more interested in downplaying the situation than taking concrete actions to ensure the safety and security of their guests. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and security from a hotel. They failed to meet these basic expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel's lack of accountability and dismissive attitude towards my concerns are alarming and unacceptable.

Not upto the expectations, being an IHCL hotel. Though I was checking in at 17.30, the front office guy Abhijeet tried to tell me that my room was not ready yet because they had a late check-out. That's simply not acceptable. Room was ok in terms of Choudhury comfort, though pretty old. Washroom was large, but with limited toiletries and towels. Breakfast was decent, though service was on slower side. Location is excellent, right at the heart of the city. Overall, ok if you get at a good price

Everything was super good, rooms, service and the food too. I would like to appreciate Mr. Vinay as the way he prepares food is amazing!! The Poha, Sabudana khichdi, pav bhaji as well. Loved his food, he’s super kind as well. I would also love to appreciate Ms.Mousumi for her great service, she’s super kind and hardworking. Always has a smiling face. Thank you so much for taking care of us Ms. Mousumi.

Had been there for work. This property belongs to Indian Hotels, so was meant to be up to the mark. Nice lobby, rooms, courteous staff, breakfast spread, and ambiance. Rooms were well lit. Staff was helpful and their assistance was prompt. All channels on TV were subscribed - had to be since it’s their own DTH 😆. Their conference rooms were spacious with a good floor to ceiling height. Overall would highly recommend this place when on work on vacation.

We requested quite a few things during our time there, but he never once hesitated and was always ready to assist with a smile. I have been staying at this hotel for the past three days in room no 224 and unfortunately, the room service has been extremely disappointing. Every single day, I’ve had to struggle even for something as basic as a cup of tea. Despite repeated requests, basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner are not provided. For a hotel that claims to offer a comfortable stay, the service has been far from satisfactory. I sincerely hope they take guest feedback seriously and improve their hospitality standards.

Terrible Experience – Ruined Our Team Dinner! We visited Kanchan Tilak Rooftop yesterday with my office colleagues, and it was a complete disaster. They totally spoiled our team dinner! The food was absolutely tasteless, and the quality did not match their promises. They claimed chicken lollipop was their specialty, but it tasted more like Manchurian or veg Kothe. The mushroom dish was bland, the naan was as hard as a papad, and even the paneer had no taste at all. The worst part? The Chicken Punjabi was completely flavorless, and the Chicken Lababdar tasted like unwashed chicken! To top it all off, the service was horrible—they took almost an hour just to serve a single starter. Everything about this place was disappointing, from the food to the service. Definitely not worth visiting!

Stayed with family for a night. Stay was comfortable. Food was good. Car parking is on the road but assured by the hotel staff it is safe. Washrooms were good. A non slippery mat is needed in bathroom. Main drawback was smart tv which had very weak signals so couldn't not see anything. All toiletries and tea kettle was provided in the room. Only one towel provided despite booking for two people. The towels were dirty, which is unacceptable. The shower head in both rooms didn’t function properly. Rooms weren’t clean, and it felt like housekeeping was not up to the mark. WiFi was slow, which made even basic browsing difficult. Breakfast: Cannot comment as we didn’t avail of it. We stayed in Aceotel Tulsi for two nights on 28.02.2025 and 02.03.2025. It was truly a nice hotel to stay. The room and the toilet were spacious and well-furnished. The service was outstanding. The location was good. The desk manager was very prompt and courteous. However, food was average, though not bad. Anyway, the room, service, housekeeping, etc. made our stay very comfortable.

TL;DR: Terrible experience! Avoid this property at all costs! I booked a premium room for my parents, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed there was no booking. We spent over an hour in frustrating back-and-forth discussions, yet no resolution was provided. What made it worse was their complete lack of empathy for elderly guests. It felt like a scam, where they overbook intentionally and then push guests to a cheaper alternative upon arrival. Additionally, the road to the hotel is in terrible condition, and the reception area is poorly maintained. Would not recommend!

I chose to stay at this hotel since the online reviews were positive, however all of them were false, and the establishment is quite awful. You won't be welcomed when you enter, and the personnel is awful. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that my room had been given to someone else and that I would need to pay an additional 300 rupees a day for another room. They lied and gave me a deluxe room, which was the worst room. The elevator was terrible, and there were no basic amenities like a toothbrush or tube of toothpaste in the room. The only thing I received was an a soap, which I requested by phone. The rooms smelled really horrible. A service member came and threw some hand sanitizer—which felt more like soap water—and stated it was finished after I requested a clean up or room fresheners. There were defective ac switches. And to make matters worst, the washroom was so little that when you entered, the entire sink was there in front of you. Personal suggestions Please don't stay here.

Hotel Pearl : yummy and tasty food but a bit costly or like not worth the high prices. Talking about staying in the hotel, rooms are pathetic and old with very less maintenance. Not worth. I would advice you just to have food there in the restaurant that too if you are willing to pay a bit higher compared to others. While they provide good food but with little quantity.

This hotel's staff behaviour is horrible, plz don't go here as the rooms are having terrible condition there is no bulb in our room's bathroom, the flush was not working of another room's bathroom. Worst hotel experience! Firstly as I entered in the room, just on the side wall of the entrance door someone had done a good gutka service painting it red, then as it was late at night and we were out of options we still decided to stay! Anyways, neither the TV not the AC was in working condition and to top it all, even the landline was not functional and so I had to go all the way to the ground floor each time I needed something. Speaking of which, when I went down to ask for water bottles for the night the staff guy literally pulled a used bottle out of the cabinet and filled it up and gave it to me. When I asked him to give me another bottle which was not used he told me he didn't had any non used bottles. Also when I asked him to bring another water bottle to the room for the night he nodded his head, but never came. Overall worst possible experience. Won't recommend anyone to visit this hotel even in emergency!

Wrost experience ever. Don't go if you are looking for a peaceful stay. They don't have In house kitchen. The images are misleading. You have to complain for every basic ammenties like dustbin, Wi Fi, Power, flush, etc.. The list can go on. The staff don't even care. Not recommended at all. The overall experience was unsatisfying to say the least. I stayed there for 14 days and didn't get room service even once. The drinking water provided by them was unfiltered & straight from the tap. Multiple leakages in the bathroom, geyser not working properly, cigarettes in the corridors, TV and Landline not working, broken cupboard, etc. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

There was a delay in flight and I somehow connected to the customer care of Fab (which is very difficult) informed them about the delay and told them that I will be checking in late.. the customer care agreed to it and told not to worry. Night 12 upon reaching the hotel there is no room, the reception knows nothing and says talk to customer care.. they have already taken money but there is no room… Please stay away!!!

This property is an old bunglow turned into an Airbnb Villa. Some of the walls and equipments need to be maintained but the overall interior and feel is very good. Halls have ample of space to party and relax. This is 6 Bedroom villa with all major facilities like:- • Swimming pool • Table Tennis • Ample Parking Spaces for many cars • Air conditioned Tooms • Sony Party Box speakers • RO • CCTV • Refrigerator as well As deep freezers • Hair dryers • Good lighting The villa was clean, The staff at the villa was very helpful and corporative. It is not very far from the city so you can get things or food delivered to you via zomato or blinkit although the approach road is not built.

Don't go. If you book it from OYO they will call you and ask you when you are coming. After arrival they deny to give you room. They will say that cancle the room from OYO and make new offline booking there only. No matter of your OYO cancelation charges. Even they ask you that they have only costly rooms. No matter on what amount yku paid OYO. I had very bad experience. Then somehow I called OYO costumer care. The manager very rudely shouted on him and ask to transfer money immediately, then he will accommodate me. Their online rate are very cheap but if you book it online you will be in great trouble.

The hotel staff is extremely rude and they make excuses for everything, we had to book this place because it’s opposite to aurobindo hospital and we had family members admitted there for treatment, hence we had to go through the nightmare of this stay, there is no basic sense of cleanliness one has to call literally 5 6 times and go to the reception to get a simple task done, they do not clean the room even after asking repeatedly, the ever changing reception manager keeps making excuses, they don’t provide water in the room and their staff is very rude. I would suggest not to book the room in this hotel.

Disturbance full night I couldn't sleep. People were partying basically drinking. My next day ruined because I had to check out in morning and still I wanted to sleep more as I could sleep only 2-3 hr in the night. In the morning someone put so much acid in the bathroom that the whole corridor (including my room) was filled with smoke. I had to go outside for like 20-30 min. Man worst experience I have ever had.

Horrible experience! The owner is very money minded and will ask you to cancel booking and pay in cash at hotel. Also you can't order food from outside and there is no kitchen so you are left with only option of ordering through their contact hotel of whoch the food is pathetic. Just went in there for a small break as i had to catch my bus in evening. Couldn't rest as there was a 2hr long powercut with no power backup.

I reached hotel after full payment and confirmed booking, i book 4 rooms there, and they told me that amount is not sufficient and i have to more. they are highly irresponsible and unprofessional. since i was travelling in group and took ownership of each individual i decided to stay and they can only offer me 3 rooms. later i requested them to add atleast 1 bed in 1room and they agreed on that, but after multiple calls they didnot listen. i would not recommend this

The management is as pathetic as it could be. The owner is too rude too. No matter what amount you book the room for, they are going to charge you a higher amount for the same. Nonetheless, the rooms and location are nice. It's only halfway constructed, door hangers locks are not there, but manageable. If you're okay paying 800-1200/night then you can 'directly' book the place. Please don't use Agoda/Oyo for booking because they don't consider the bookings and ask for higher cash instead.

Hotels charged extra Rs200 for AC room. When I booked the room clearly mentioned in booking but hez not agree for given the room. Room are not upto the rate but at the night I stayed there because I don't have option that time. I want to my return back extra ammount.

We were not provided any towels ot napkins , after asking at the receiption we were informed that they all r at laundry nd will be provided in the morning but nothing received in the morning as well.

Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirtier. You wont feel any safety there. I stayed for few hours and can see that the hotel is allowing random people in the hotel rooms for drinking alcohol and partying and that too they are doing doors open. As a girl you stayed there alone, I felt these things very weird. Dont go there.

This hotel was a complete disaster. The service was rude and unhelpful. The room was filthy, with stained, smelly towels and an unclean bathroom. Mosquitoes were everywhere, making sleep impossible. Hygiene was clearly not a priority. To make things worse, there was no food available—no restaurant, no room service, not even drinking water provided. It felt more like a neglected building than a functioning hotel. I strongly advise avoiding this place. It’s not just uncomfortable—it’s unhealthy and poorly managed. Save your money and book somewhere else.

The place is pathetic I went to Indore with my family and they had no windows in the rooms for ventilation purposes. Upon asking for water they said "fill your bottle from the dispenser". The washrooms were very small.

Over few hrs more stay with prior inform too they will charge u with 50 percent room rent Which I paid..I hope he will return back @ oyo rest 50 percent, since I stepped out didn't stay for other night.
