After reading the varied reviews we were unsure of what to expect with our stay at Sol Tenerife. Prior to our holiday, I requested our room to be in Block B and they accommodated our request with no issues. The hotel is situated in the heart of Playa de Las Americas, where day and night are both lively. As long as you’re aware of this when booking your stay, then you won’t be disappointed with the noise level. We managed to have a full sleep every night but if you’re a light sleeper then bring earplugs just incase. If you’re looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday, then I’d recommend staying more towards the outskirts of Playa de Las Americas. The hotel is what you pay for; the food is reasonable, the location is central situated next to Veronica’s strip and the rooms are basic. The staff are friendly and attentive. Our rooms were attended to daily - beds made, bins emptied and towels changed. On a few occasions we did find cockroaches in our room. Our room also had a small area with two hobs but no utensils or pots/pans, and a sink with no tap, so we were slightly confused what the purpose of these were. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay as we spent most of our time out exploring the island, however the time we did spend at Sol Tenerife it was good.

This is not a hotel with AIRCON, it DOES NOT WORK; in anyone's room. Just blows warm air. If like me you like to sleep in a cool room, you will need to hire a fan from Guest Services. And opening the balcony door will only let you hear the clubs and bars outside. Hotel should really offer fans as a free service - or better, upgrade the aircon system. If you're here for more of a party (planning on sleeping during the day kinda party) then the location here is great, and it's pretty quite during the day - enough to snooze on the balcony or room so aircon not an issue. Pools are clean and not had trouble finding beds throughout the day. Really need to be redecorated though; there was quite a few paint flaking areas. The beach is literally out the front gates, although it's stoney, so not really good for sun bathing. Although great for exploring rock pools - and the sandy beaches are only 15 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet had good variety and was good quality. Didn't have lunches or evening meals so cannot comment. Interactions with staff were pleasant and rooms were serviced daily.

We could not fault the staff as they work hard always friendly/helpful and the food was good the hotel was clean. However when staying recently there were an element of guests who insisted on smoking drugs within the hotel premises which impacted not only on our stay but on families with children. Personally this is something that the management of the hotel could get to grips with as they have in house security. Overall whilst it.was a lovely stay we are at this time unlikely to return

My review, simple points. Great location, but… if you have kids and want to sleep prior to midnight then choose elsewhere. The entertainment continues until midnight. After midnight the local clubs continue until 04:00. The nosiest rooms until midnight are the sea view rooms, they are the quietest afterwards. Food, perfectly adequate verging on the good. Air conditioning, at best poor, at worst awful. Staff, all of them give their best and are all wonderful. Rooms, dated and the showers are all above the tiny bath. Would I stay here again? No, but if I was 18 again I would as I wouldn’t be coming back until after 04:00. For the young, great hotel, nice beer and great location.

The entire hotel needs to be done up. The air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work at all. The halls and corridors have stains everywhere and the paint in the rooms is flaking off. The cleaners came in every day and were fantastic and made every effort to make the room nice. There is only one socket in the room so be prepared to bring a travel plug and extension lead with you for charging devices. One chair in the room which was falling apart. We had to change rooms due to noise of the strip and also there was a domestic disturbance in the room next door which required police to be called. Pool area wasn't bad but needs a revamp. The price of drinks at the bar is quite high considering you weren't being served in a glass but a reusable plastic cup which made fizzy drinks or beers go flat. Staff at welcome desk were quite helpful however some of them just looked like you were bothering them if you asked a question. The beds were comfortable. We were breakfast only but I don't eat breakfast my partner went a few times. Said the hot food was cold but pastry selections were quite good. The location is good as it was handy to everywhere. Walk out the back of the hotel on to the board walk along the beach which was good.

Staff are friendly and helpful. We went with elderly parents, so the gate direct to the prom was a Godsend. The price was also very reasonable. Sadly, right in the heart of Las Americas there is a karaoke bar extremely loud until gone 2am. Loud is OK - it's Las Americas! - but this guy is so arrogant we are talking full pelt, can't hear anything else. There are five or six bars in the strip where he is, but we heard nothing from them! Sure they would have loud music and TV but his bar drowned everyone out. And there were apartments next door where I DEFFO would not want to live!!! The bar in Sol, though, is just not very good. Only outside, no lighting, cardboard cups for your drinks. The hotel and staff are lovely but we cannot go back 😒 at least not withour shooting the owner of Leonardos's first...

Sol Hotel chain has many quality hotels in Spain but this is not one.It looks in a good location close to the beach and sat close to the area of Playa de las Americas. Don’t let that mislead you because its neighbour is the Veronica’s Bars which does not have the best of reputations in the area. Half the hotel rooms face the Veronica’s which means you will not get any sleep until 5am if you are lucky. That’s ok if you are in your early 20s but for the rest of us it’s tough. The hotel has some good facilities but it’s tired and the carpets on many floors of the hotel look dirty and warn. A common complaint about the hotel plastic key cards is they do not work for more than a day and you are for ever going back to reception to change them. They obviously have a problem which inconveniences its customers. The breakfasts are good at the hotel and the staff in the restaurant and bars work hard and are polite. Unfortunately the reception staff struggle to smile, look fed up and burnt out. The animation team think the more noise they make the more fun they create.On one occasion they had three children & two adults on their exercise bikes in the swimming pool session. The music was ridiculously loud and everyone on the sun-beds around the pool were saying how crazy it was. The animation team were of course oblivious to this. Half way through our holiday we eventually were able to move rooms to the other side of the hotel and the difference in noise levels was incredible. The hotel no doubt would have been brilliant when it first opened and no doubt still has great potential but at present it’s an embarrassment to the SOL Hotel chain. The holiday booking companies who use this hotel need to ensure they are not misleading their customers and be totally honest about the noise problem and poor decor. Better still their hotel inspectors should try sleeping in the Sols rooms for one night. Overall the hotel offers poor value and l would not recommend it to anyone.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Tenerife staying at Catalonia Oro Negro loved the hotel and was in a great location for access to lots to do. We had a lovely room facing the swimming pool and terrace the bed was comfortable and changed at least 3 times during our stay the towels were plentiful the only issue we had the the floor in the room and terrace could have been a bit cleaner it was a bit dusty. The room had good air conditioning. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke very good English (special thanks to the reception Lorena who was always willing to help with anything and very quick and efficient in solving any issues we had. The food was good and plentiful and with lots of choice there was something for everyone the restaurant staff were amazing again spoke good English and always willing to help(David, Antonio and Alfredo need a special mention) The entertainment was great and lots of evening shows to suit all The animation team are fabulous and are great in keeping us all entertained so thank you to you all ( especially Tamara). We would highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning again soon

We had a great week stay here! The rooms were modern enough with everything that you’d need, good location and great views. The breakfast and dinner is lovely, so much choice and they also serve different things every night. The chefs are so kind and friendly 😇 The only downside is the cleaning.. very random times in the day..no knocking and seem to only do cleaning when we’re in the room. Parking can also be a bit tricky here and might have to park quite far form the hotel. Apart from that I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value for money ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at Catalonia Oro Negro. The room was comfortable, the accommodation overall was great, and everything was well organized. I would especially like to mention Alina from the kitchen/restaurant department – she was amazing! Very dedicated, friendly, and always helpful. The whole restaurant staff was excellent and made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

After arriving at the hotel after evening meal time we were still provided with a meal. The sea facing view from our balcony was superb. The entertainment put on was great they provided something for everybody of different ages. Waiting staff in the restaurant hard working efficient and courteous. Good choice of food breakfast and evening meal. Stand out members of the team were Jane, David and dress standards enforcer and que control all around pleasant guy Juan Carlos

We had a good stay from the 3rd August to the 10th. We arrived late into the evening and they had set aside some food which was a nice touch after a long day of travelling. The chefs and the waiting staff were amazing and couldn’t help you enough. Massive shout out to David from the waiting team, he was a joy the whole trip and we created a strong bond by the end. Unfortunately there were a few let downs for us, the room being one. They upgraded us to a deluxe room upon arrival but we were disappointed to find that in the bathroom that one side of the shower door was missing meaning whenever we showered water went everywhere. This was clearly something you couldn’t miss and was a big pain as the week went on. Alongside the major water temperature changes meaning one second you were being scolded to freezing the next. The other thing was sun loungers by the pool, people would be waiting at 10am for them to be unlocked and then towels would be on them the rest of the day. We only stayed by the pool on one occasion due to this as we went down around noon for there to be none. Luckily the lifeguard got us one but considering there was four of us this was inconvenient and frustrating when there were so many unoccupied. Overall it’s a good location a short walk into the main strip and the beaches.

We have just spent 10 days on holidays at Catalonia Oro Negro and have really enjoyed the stay. The room was big enough for the three of us, with a perfect terrace to put all beach toys and clothes to dry. The staff was very friendly and always trying to accommodate our needs, specially the housekeeping lady which was always very happy and nice with our toddler. The buffer food was good and changed daily. All Cheffs and Waiters very friendly and happy to chat with every one. And the Receptionists were amazing, offering advices and letting us know places we could go with our little one. Night Mini Discos were the best. Our toddler loved going there to dance and show her best movements. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would definitely come back another year :)

I am a power wheel chair user the the was 2 ramp one at the front desk was so hard to get up and down I near fall out of the chair The hotel was aware that I needed a room with a walk in shower then to be be told there was no room at all the plus did not walk only but it was almost moving. The door was broken trying to open it was impossible on the first night I went to front desk and ask and ak some would be up it came to almost midnight and no one came Wen out at the pool area there no ramp to take u by the pool bar to get hot food during the day out side round the pool u could get you wheel up to the sun bad Have to say the food and breakfast was lovely couldn't fault. But if u are in a wheel chair I would not recommend staying here also rubbish all up one side where rooms where you could see it out the windows Also the entertainment was really good A lot off work need done for people in wheel chair was very disappointed with the hotel Big improvement needed!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel ALEGRIA Barranco. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Playa de las Américas, with restaurants just around the corner and a supermarket conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. The area felt safe and lively, and everything I needed was within walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and although the price is not always the cheapest, I think it’s a good option for short stays due to its central location and practicality. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was a nightmare doesn't seem to be cleaned before we moved in, loads of marks on the wall , table still had stains on it , No hot water in the shower, went to reception and still nothing was done! Had to wash hair in the kitchen sink where it has hot water only ! Last time we stayed it was wonderful but this year was a major disappointment Don't think I'll be rushing back to this place

Upon our arrival, we encountered a notable delay in the check-in process due to the unavailability of staff at the reception desk. This resulted in a wait of an hour, leaving us feeling tired and frustrated. To add to our disappointment, upon eventually being allocated a room, we discovered that several amenities were not in proper working condition. The malfunctioning air conditioning unit and substandard cleanliness of the room were particularly concerning.Upon reporting the air conditioning issue to the reception, we were promised a prompt resolution. Regrettably, despite repeated follow-ups, this matter was not attended to in a timely manner. The subsequent room change offered resulted in a further delay of approximately 5 hours, causing considerable inconvenience and discomfort.The replacement room provided was not without its faults. Once again, the air conditioning was not functioning, and we also found that the hairdryer was inoperable. Additionally, the broken sofa and the absence of housekeeping services throughout our entire 5-day stay created an unsanitary and disorganized living environment, significantly impacting our overall experience. This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever encountered.

I only stayed at Alegria Barranco for one night. For the price, the room was okay and did the job. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay – it’s fine for a short stopover but not somewhere I’d want to spend several days.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN! Guests throwing bottles in the pool while our children was in it, smoking weed round the pool to the point our children couldn’t even go out we ended up leaving 4 days early and having to pay to stay somewhere else, reception and management didn’t give a damn ignored everything! Cleaners didn’t even make out beds just passed us bedding after we had to ask for fresh bedding and towels after being there over a week! Vile hotel, vile staff more like a frat house

Love this hotel. Stayed in the old one maybe 7 times. Have stayed in the new one 4 times. We request our room and so far the staff have obliged us. Can't recommend high enough

Basic holiday apartment ideal if you just want to make breakfast and snacks or meal at night. Ideal position near to beach, nice walk to Safari Centre on Golden Mile, Los Christianos or to Adeje

Looks good, clean, but if you want to relax, sleep this is not the place, really not. There is noise all night. Paper walls, you hear EVERITHING the neighbour does. Unfriendly breakfast stuff. 0% vegetables offer for breakfast. 80% sugary stuff.

Mixed feelings about our stay here. On one hand it was great, the pool area was nice and calm, and lovely pathways to walk by. The lady at the reception was happy to help. But on the other hand, the area was noisy during the night, the walls, especially the doors, are thin, you can hear through. We had small ants in our room even though we were on the second floor. The bathroom faucet was super nasty, and had probably not been cleaned for quite some time (image attached). The room had some teabags provided, and they looked old and water-damaged. Quite nasty to be honest. Breakfast was okay, not good, not bad. Could have been more variety. Some things felt like they were brought up from the freezer and microwaved before serving, like spanish omelette. We also planned to go on an excursion one day, start 15 minutes before breakfast opened. We asked the guy at the reception if picnic was possible, he said absolutely not (even if we had already paid for breakfast). Later that day there was a lady at the reception, and we asked her about the picnic, and she on the other hand assured it would be possible. We then went to the bar 7:30 in the morning to pick up the picnic, the guy from the previous day was once again there and was super confused and said it was not possible, almost angry at us. But when we insisted that the lady said it was okay, he started packing a picnic bag for us. It was all very confusing. In general, I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast from this place

Worst breakfast I have ever had. Most of the employees were very disrespectful against my friends and me. The cleaning staff were very nice and they work very hard and fast. We couldn’t jump in the pool and they got very mad at us when we did that for the first time. One guy at the reception was very friendly.

Lovely place, pool is nice and peacefull and the area is perfect! The best part of our stay was the staff ,specially Dylano! He made our holiday…we will be back!

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough ! Honestly I have told all my friends and family about this hotel ! Rooms are clean & spacious. Very safe area with security. Cleaners very friendly and left the room spotless every second day. The hotel supplies a big hairdryer in reception for the guests and also can rent a curler & hair straightener. Only down fall of this place is that there is no air con . Only a fan in the ceiling. This didn’t effect us as we came in April but may affect on hotter months during the summer.

Perfect little spot in Playas, a real little gem. 10 minute walk to the strip (or 2 minutes if you hire an electric scooter) 30 second stroll to the beach. The rooms were nice and modern and surprisingly quiet given the location. The staff were pleasant and didn’t bother us at all throughout the stay. 12 of us stayed here on a stag do recently and spent most of the daytime around the pool listening to our own music and drinking beers with no complaints from staff, couldn’t ask for much better to be honest, definitely prefer a set up like this to a hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Positive points: beautiful place, very good breakfast, friendliness of the staff always ready to help. Negative points: despite the apparent cleanliness, we found cockroaches in the apartment which made us uncomfortable to continue in the accommodation. Some guests went against the rules to be in the pool, marking chairs with towels without being there, eating and drinking in the pool. Despite that, we enjoyed the experience overall.

We had a really great holiday. Super clean hotel. Decent choice of food and themed nights. Mexican being our favourite! Entertainment during the day could be better during the day but in the evening it's brilliant! Different everyday week and the staff in the entertainment are lovely. Very friendly and my son loved them. 4 stars all round. You get what you pay for!

Great location, lovely hotel. I would come back here, the entertainment team were lovely, especially Midani (sorry if spelling is incorrect). Here are some things worth noting before coming : no wrist bands, instead you use your room key, which i found quite annoying , especially when in other hotels the kids can go straight up and get what they want without having to get me to find the room key each time. They say on arrival, there is no life guard until 11am, I did not see a single lifeguard my entire 10 days stay, just a guy in a corner giving out towels and collecting them so if you have young ones u may want to consider this. The all inclusive food options at the snack bar are quite basic compared to the food advertised (you can pay extra for these) it isn't explained to you that only certain things are included. We paid for late checkout (€11per hour) but it doesn't include food or drink after midday, even if u pay extra Things which I think could be improved: although our room was cleaned everyday, the tea cups and tea bags etc were never replenished, on other all inclusive I've been on they always have been. The food could be labelled a bit better, all the desserts just said 'assorted desserts' which wasn't too helpful, and I wouldn't know where to start to navigate that if you had allergies. Overall a great holiday, just some points I think I would like to have known before I went. Thankyou hotel gala x

This hotel is rated 4 stars, but in reality it falls far short of that standard. The main issue is the complete lack of professionalism among the staff. With the exception of a polite young man at reception (unfortunately I did not get his name), most staff were unfriendly, dismissive, and at times outright rude. In the restaurant, I even witnessed dropped food being put back onto the table(buffet) and served to guests, which absolutely unacceptable. Another disgrace: even if you book half board or full board, you still have to pay extra for water at meals. Not a single drink is included — not even tap water, and there isn’t even a water station available. No one explains this to you when you arrive. Instead, you only find out when you notice other tables with a bottle and ask for one. Then, with a condescending tone, staff inform you that you must pay extra for all drinks. This is not only misleading, but also extremely rude in the way it is handled. On top of that, there are countless hidden costs: -€17 per person, per day to use the indoor pool (which they call a “spa”). -€25 extra just to unlock the minibar in your room. -Every drink at lunch or dinner is charged separately, even on half board or full board. -Even beach towels come with an extra fee. The rooms are small and quite basic for a hotel of this category. Acceptable, but nothing close to 4-star quality. Overall, this property is misleading, overpriced, and unprofessional. Between the rudeness of the staff and the endless hidden charges, I cannot recommend it and I certainly will not return.

I visited the Alexandre Gala Hotel in 2024 for 10 nights, so I was able to get a good idea of ​​the quality of the services offered. The hotel is very well located. It is close to the beach (you have a special exit to the beach) and at the same time it is "in the center of the action" (there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby). The first impression was good. Large reception and a pleasant receptionist. However, it got spoiled by the impression of the room. I got the worst room in the hotel, in my opinion. The room was dark and noisy, because it was located on the ground floor and above the entry to the garage. On one side there was noise from the corridor, where billiards and other games were played, and on the other side from the garden, there was a noisy wooden walkway used by the guests to go to the beach. The next day I asked to change the room and I chose a room without extra charge, but with a side view of the sea. From that moment on, I was very satisfied with the accommodation. The room was spacious enough and the mattresses comfortable enough. Also, the noise (to which I am sensitive) was almost non-existent in the room. I was also satisfied with the food. I had paid for half board and the food for breakfast and dinner was very good, both in terms of quality and quantity (variety of choice). The hotel also had a swimming pool, which was at a pleasant temperature (given that the ocean was quite cold in May, I used it quite often). Since I had not paid for the "all inclusive" package, I had to pay extra for all drinks and fast food by the pool, and the quality of these meals was low and the prices high. The hotel also offers an underground parking lot, which I used to park my motorbike, since it is very difficult, sometimes impossible, to find a free parking space in the area. The Alexandre Gala Hotel was a nice surprise for me. As for the price, it offered very high quality services, a very nice view and excellent food. I definitely recommend it. I would be happy to come back again. Gracias!

Great hotel. Really impressed. So nervous about the food as not had great hotel experiences in Tenerife....but this was fantastic. Would definitely go back. The pool area is really clean....kids loved it. Amazing views

Room was ok, clean but we had balcony in the shade all day. Breakfast was good enough, same thing every day but not a problem. Pool bar has slow service but again not too bad. Good pools and kids area with competitions every day at darts, rifle shooting and archery with prizes. The staff are really good with the kids and friendly. The location is great. Had a really good experience at this hotel will be coming back

We recently stayed at the Gala, we were sceptical due to the hotel being so close to the strip but we felt so safe and no noise complaints. We went half board and were able to choose whether we wanted lunch or dinner every day really liked this aspect of the hotel. Staff were all so lovely great day time activities, very family friendly but also great for adults. We initially had an issue with our room as it smelt like smoke but staff were very accommodating organising a room change. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Hotel La Siesta is a very nice hotel overall, with great potential and many positive aspects. The location is fantastic — close to everything you might need, and the overall value for money is excellent. I would definitely consider coming back. There are, however, a few things that could use improvement. Most of the elevators are quite worn and feel outdated. One of the pool guards had a consistently unpleasant attitude and seemed to change the rules frequently about what was allowed in the pool area, which created confusion and frustration. On the bright side, the kids' entertainment staff were absolutely outstanding — friendly, engaging, and truly made a difference for families traveling with children. Food at the hotel was generally very good with a nice variety, though there were occasional dips in quality. Room cleaning was quite inconsistent; some days it was spotless, other days a bit lacking. That said, the hotel still offers a very enjoyable stay and has many great features. With a few updates and better consistency in service, it could be excellent.

Nice hotel in a great location 10mins away from the beach, good facilities, close to shop, bars, food and clubs. Food in hotel was OK nothing special, good selection/ range of foods but nothing that stands out. THEY also have a card system for all inclusive where you need your room key to get drinks which is a bit annoying, especially if you are sharing a room ...going swimming or can't find your room mate. Also they have spa and a gym which are both decent and they evening shows are good for kids and families. My favourite part was the roof sunbed...always quiet due to it being 18+ and most of the hotel occupied by families

More like a 2 star hotel. Really outdue and used. The gym is a joke, the all inclusive drinks are such a joke. You get better service and drinks if you pay with cash, some how the all inclusive is like a nuisance. The food is really boring, and after 2 days you just don't want to eat there anymore. I stayed at H10 Conquistador 2 years ago which is just accross the street and that was outstanding. Will stay there again. But with la siesta...... never again!

Day 1 and having a great time! Ramon in the pool bar is advertised when it comes to reviews on this site! Great guy, great service! No problem with subbed even though many put their towels down early, there is a mountain of them in the corner to use. Looking forward to the rest of the week

We've been coming to Alexandre La Siesta now for 3 years as a family and love it and ticks all of our boxes. Staff are very friendly and will go out of their way for you. No fighting for sunbeds! Pool is great, we like the idea that one pool allows inflatables and the other doesn't so you have the best of both worlds... espically the children. The snack bar offers a good choice of snacks for lunchtime. The restaurant offers a good choice of food. I'd like to personally mention Ramon, great guy! His service... always got a smile on his face and goes that extra mile We will definitely be back! 😎

Lovely hotel, the area is right on the main straight and 2 minute walk from the beach with lots of Restaurants and shops. literally round the corner from the excursions bus pickup. Rooms are average but you can opt for a pool view. Restaurant is decent with a good assortment, if you've got a kid that won't eat nothing but chicken nuggets then I suggest you find a local restaurant that sells them as la siesta don't do them often. Been here twice now and always have fun, it's a cashless hotel so it's easy to get carried away at the bar. I keep my receipts and put away everyday what I've spent in the safe. The hotel in general is clean and both times ive been here, the maintenance is good. Tenerife is a lovely, very lively island and do enjoy going. I'd say the only bad point are people, leaving towels on sun beds whilst they go mooching about.

Great hotel for families. Entertainment for kids really good. We went half board which was well worth the extra £70. The staff also super friendly. Big mention for Ramon who always has a smile and makes you feel so welcome. Will be back for sure

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room, service and general atmosphere is good. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. I want to give a special thank you to Mario who made us feel very welcome and gave us plenty of insight on what to do in the area. If you’re looking for a classy place with enough peace and hygiene then this is the place to go

We have just come back from a week at the Vanilla Garden Boutique Hotel. We were greeted at reception by a lovely gentleman who immediately offered us a welcome drink. We chose a nice cold glass of cava. The rooms are very spacious, we had a terrace with a table and chairs. There is a microwave, fridge and kettle in the room. There is a small charge for the safe. The bathroom is a good size with a walk in shower . There is a great hairdryer in the bathroom, unfortunately, the cable was not long enough to reach up to dry my hair. That said, this is my only negative point. The pool area is nice, lots of sunbeds, the pool itself isn't hot, it is aired so no freezing cold shocks getting in. The food is lovely and the service is great. What a great bunch of young waiters and waitresses. I can't forget our maid, who kept our room and bathroom spic and span. I have to give a special mention to the chef Rafaela. That man is super cheerful, so polite and he makes the best omelettes. We knew that the hotel was away from the strip, that's not our sort of night out. A 7-8 minute walk in the opposite direction and you are on Costa Adeje. Lots of bars and restaurants at a much slower pace than Playa de las Americas. It's simply a choice thing, whatever suits you.

The hotel is great and I would recommend it again, except the minus points. Although the guest could be more considerate to others. Therefore I wish the staff would say something about it. First of all I love the cat! She’s very friendly and cute. Second love all the plants in and around the hotel. Third, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were treated with a welcome drink and a lot of information about the area. The floors in the room were not cleaned properly and almost everyday I have seen either alive or dead big cockroaches in the halls. The breakfast is good and Rafa makes the best omelets. The breakfast is a pluspoint. Minus points (note that this is not allowed): Guest smoking at the pool area, including vapes. Very annoying as the smoke enters the rooms. Guest dive and do backflips which makes the water splash into the balconies if you sit there. And the beds are being reserved by many people, by putting down a towel and going out or doing breakfasts, sometimes being occupied for several hours. These minus points are not allowed according to the rules the hotel has set, yet the staff does not warn or take action against it. So the point of an only adult hotel is not existent with this behavior of other guests. Very loud and usually drunk teenagers.

I don’t think I could have chosen a better hotel: great location, very hospitable and helpful staff, delicious meals and drinks, quiet nights, amazing views. Would definitely recommend.

We've just had a great week at this fantastic hotel with our teenagers, hotel is immaculate, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the setting is perfect with all the trees and the pool and hot tub areas are great, loads of super comfy padded sun loungers we went half board and the food is lovely the location is nice and quiet away from the main strip and nice and safe, there is live music in the hotel every day in the evening plus good bars and shops nearby, the hotel is immaculate and the rooms very well set out, lovely comfy beds and a fridge and microwave the drinks prices are very reasonable aswell plus lovely lunches by the pool for 6 euros! You won't be disappointed

Beautiful hotel and gardens the pool area is fabulous and there was always a good choice of food in the restaurant. The chef for show cooking is so happy and efficient. The reception staff are amazing so friendly and most helpful they go above and beyond with their service to make every customers stay exceptional.

Super lovely hotel, all the staff super friendly I always felt welcome there. Everything clean and spottless. The beds very comfortable. The breakfast is Amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had the best holiday here! Hotel was stunning. Rooms were beautiful decorated really nice room to live out of for a week. We had a wonderful view of the golden mile. Reception staff and entertainment team couldn’t do enough for you, great service and standards, Our only negative was we found the restaurant staff quite rude. We paid for half board, and you could have easily got away with bed and breakfast for how much they offer it’s incredible. Food really tasty, less option of food for lunch and dinner as preview holidays we have been on, but we always found something.

Our first time staying at a resort hotel and Mediterranean Palace exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and bright with modern decor, very comfortable. The main restaurant was fabulous; happy and helpful staff, really impressive and high quality selection of food with much of it cooked to order. We travelled with our 15 month old daughter and the hotel was so welcoming and accessible. A special shout out to the kids club team who were FANTASTIC with our daughter and had some really impressive facilities. There was a mini disco every evening for young ones and, although our daughter isn't dancing yet, was so excited by the songs and staff energy. The staff were a real asset to the hotel, from the check-in staff, kids club, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant staff. Every one of them really made our stay special. Thank you!

Perfect location, beautiful hotel the refurbishment looks fantastic. We had a plunge pool room with the most wonderful views, it really made our holiday special and was perfect for our child to play in. Staff across the hotel are friendly and welcoming. Evening entertainment was very impressive and drew a large audience nightly. The pool area is huge, clean and inviting, no rush for sunbeds and there is always something happening at the pool to keep families entertained. Lovely touches for children in the rooms such as their own toiletry box, towels and dressing gowns as well as delivery of kinder eggs and juice. Hotel was perfect for my 4 year old. Only slight niggle is breakfast, this wasnt as good as another local hotel we stayed at last year, however, the rest of our experience was wonderful.

Definitely not a 5* hotel. Very comfortable but not deserving of a 5*. Outdoor pool was nice but no outdoor jacuzzi in the main pool area. Room was quite small and no milk available in the room even though there was a kettle and tea and coffee asked at reception and was told this was an extra charge. Breakfast was good with a large choice of options. Very clean and modern but 4* at best lacking the luxury of a 5* hotel.

Great hotel and I am fussy. The staff were friendly, especially the cleaners. It was immaculate, food was good. The pool was super clean and big. The entertainment was OK but too loud. They should have played good music foe everyone instead. It's centrally located for restaurants and bars and the history night of music is definitely worth a shot.

We stayed at the hotel in February 2025 and were very satisfied! First, it has a great location near the beach with a small bay where there are no huge waves and you can swim peacefully in the clean ocean. Second, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Something happened to the bed in our room after cleaning, and we couldn't put it back in place. We reported this to the reception in the morning, and when we entered the room at lunchtime, everything had already been fixed. Plus, the room is cleaned daily, the beds are made, and any missing toiletries are delivered, etc. Thirdly, the cuisine. A wide variety of dishes (Spanish, Japanese, European) and incredibly delicious desserts! There were always enough sun loungers by the pool, and the pool itself is quite large and beautiful. We are very happy with our vacation and would love to come back again!

This hotel is top class! From the lobby, the rooms, the pool area, everything is just beautiful.. Cava on arrival was a hit for us lol, staff are so friendly.. My husband and I stayed in the suite with the splash pool and what a room is was, absolutely stunning, decorated beautifully, spotless clean and spacious.. the balcony wow!! Huge, a four poster bed and great splash pool.. the location is perfect right on the golden mile, shops and restaurants just right outside.. A fantastic weeks stay at Mediterranean Palace we will definitely be staying again :) :)

Fantastic hotel right in the center. Food was really nice every day, staff very kind and helpful. First night we got a ground floor room with no view, but after asking they moved us upstairs with an amazing view of the city. Location is perfect – main street, everything close by, beach about 10 minutes walk, Siam Park 20 minutes. Grounds are great, two warm pools, lots of sun loungers and different restaurants. Really loved it. No noise problem from the nearby restaurants.

The hotel is lovely. Food is nice, service is great, facilities and daytime/evening entertainment are great. Location is great. However, a couple of things they can improve on: - The air conditioning in our room was terrible and it was so hot in the night. We asked reception twice to resolve it and they said it was fine, but it wasn't. - There were no inflatables allowed in the pool which makes it less fun for the kids. - There were about 20 tables available for the evening entertainment with a hotel of hundreds of guests. There is room available to move the stage somewhere else to accommodate more tables. Overall an excellent hotel apart from the above.

Great Hotel! Our room was upgraded on arrival to a poolside house, perfect for pool access! The location is fab with all amenities close by. The animation team are friendly and enthusiastic and make an effort will all guests. Would stay here again

Our stay at the H10 was pleasant overall, with a good breakfast buffet, great pool facilities, and enjoyable activities, but the rooms were disappointing — we had to move three times due to broken balcony doors, faulty air-con, and excessive noise from the Irish bar in the non-seafront rooms. While most reception staff were helpful when we asked to change rooms, one member of staff responded with, ‘do you want to come behind the desk and do my job for me,’ which was not appropriate or helpful. It also became clear the hotel receives many complaints, as we saw guests raising issues daily. Although the seaside rooms avoid the noise, the rooms felt dated and not worth the price, so unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel given the many better alternatives available for the same cost.

I will start with the cons: even though we booked a halfboard (breakfast and dinner), we weren't given a free drink in the evening; we had to pay for every drink (even plain WATER). It felt like we hadn't even paid for dinner. Regarding cleaning, I can say it was good during the first few days, but towards the end of the stay, the cleaning staff started to slack off – they didn't change pillowcases or sheets (you can tell by the stains that remain in the same spot after each cleaning), and the floor wasn't always washed, despite sand or dirt on it. The toothpaste for two people for 7 days wasn't changed even once, and it was a mini size, even though I wrote a note asking for a replacement. It was also annoying that there was no water in the hotel (usually even 3-star hotels provide at least a small bottle of water), although there are glasses for something, but it's unclear what purpose. The toilet was not cleaned even once for the entire 7 days because there was an unpleasant smell, and there was no cleaning strip on the toilet. I would highlight the following as a plus: we were lucky with our room – it was quiet, and the bathroom and bedroom were well-maintained. Good drinks at the hotel bar at reasonable prices, we liked the food, not always a dinner, but breakfast was always good.

Hotel was in a great location, direct access to promenade through the pool area. Room was more spacious and we got a bigger room than expected, however the floors very dirty even when cleaners came which meant we couldn't walk around barefooted. We had three balconies, one with sun loungers which we used in the afternoon. It could have done with a little kitchenette. Animation team (Javier/Laura) was great and entertaining. Reception was very slow at times. There was a smell in the evening time which attracted cockroaches. Drinks in the bar were amazing. Pool area was lovely. We never had a problem getting loungers after 11am so there is absolutely no need to get up early and reserve these (which is not allowed anyway). The bigger pool was warmer than the smaller one. Depth of both pools were perfect. Wristbands for the room to get in and out of and pay for drinks was convenient. Much better than carrying around a key card. We had a nice view of the pool area and ocean. There was a variety of food each night and it was a different theme every night. Basically there was always something for everyone and I have one picky eater. As the location is right on the promenade, we went for a walk each night and didnt take advantage of the evening entertainment. There is plenty to do around the hotel. We used the tennis court by the promenade a few times.

Hotel is absolutely lovely, rooms are nice and spacious. Food is a help yourself buffet and all if it was delicious. The entertainment is incredible with friendly and approachable staff. 10/10 would recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely Julia, who made check-in a breeze and made us feel so welcome. During our stay, the bar staff were fantastic — especially Julio and Miguel — who were always friendly, attentive, and full of good humour. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are spotless. We were surprised with a fruit basket and a bottle of cava in our room as we were on our honeymoon — such a thoughtful and special touch. All of the staff we met were incredibly polite and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to offer advice on where to go or what to do around the area. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sun loungers available and a great outdoor bar. There are even complimentary books in English, which was a really nice little touch. The location couldn’t be better — the hotel is literally right on the beach, just across a small walkway, with a lovely beachfront bar. Guests are also given a flyer with discounts for nearby restaurants, which we definitely recommend using. We went to Palapa, and it was absolutely amazing! And then… the breakfast. Oh my god, the breakfast! I’ve never seen anything like it in all my years of travelling. The selection is incredible — entire counters dedicated to different items. There’s a whole room filled with every fruit you can imagine, along with meats, cheeses, pastries, juices, and every style of eggs and sausages. There’s even a chef on hand to cook fresh options for anyone with dietary requirements. Don’t miss the bread section — or the glass of cava for breakfast, alongside tea, coffee, and more. Honestly, as wonderful as everything else was, I’d come back just for the breakfasts! The hotel is perfectly located for shopping, bars, and restaurants, making it ideal for anyone looking to explore or just relax. All in all, it was the perfect stay, and we can’t wait to come back. The hotel itself was absolutely fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and overall just met all expectations. The pool area and bar were absolutely lovely, and its location is directly opposite the beach less than a 2 second walk once you exit the hotel entrance. The rooms were definitely a little dated and we had some trouble with our shower going from hot to cold intervals, and there is no kettle in the room. Other than that it was an extremely clean hotel, the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good aswell , a lot of variety and fresh fruits and juice selections. Once again cannot express how great the staff were. We will be back again !

(Be careful what you wish for) We arrived at 11.30 at night and our room was on the third floor which doesn't sound high but I'm struggling at the moment with heights. We had requested a low floor even though the hotel was only five floors high. The man on reception told us they were fully booked but we could move to a different room tomorrow at 4.00. Great 👍 but here comes the be careful what you wish for part, we ended up in the car park which meant cars in and out all times of day and even at 12.30 at night, no privacy to sit on our balcony as people were back and forth to their cars and our last couple of hours at the hotel we had workmen working right outside our balcony. Now you might think it's only the balcony but we consider it part of our holiday to sit on the balcony in the morning for an hour, before going out, usually my husband sits on the balcony having a drink while waiting for me to get ready to go out in the evenings, so you get my drift. The rooms themselves are lovely but old fashioned and need a little tlc. The hotel it's self is absolutely gorgeous but as big as it is there is nothing happening there, which is a real shame. Perfect location for meals out and the beach.

Bedrooms a bit tired and needing a refresh. Staff were very good and the public areas were fine. Good WiFi throughout. Bar prices were no more expensive than some of the nearby bars.

The Cleopatra Hotel Tenerife is a lovely hotel with exceptional staff, especially the snack bar at the pool. Nothing is too much trouble. There was one female staff member, who walks like a police women, private joke, who made every customer feel special. The Cleopatra hotel was kept gleaming and clean at all times. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food items to chos from. Our room was kept spotless as housekeeping came in daily to change towels, make beds and empty bins. Front of house staff were professional and friendly. My husband and I have stayed here twice and are looking to book for next year for my husbands brother for his 60th.

Outdated rooms but had a lovely stay here. Had top floor room with plunge pool & Sun loungers, soft towels and comfortable beds. Maids were lovely and all other staff were very accommodating. Would definitely come back. Great location too.

From the moment we arrived and met the wonderful Janine who greeted us with such warmth and care we knew our stay would be amazing. Janine was exceptional and such an asset to you at the Cleopatra. Having said this all staff were friendly and could not do enough to ensure our holiday was special.

We stayed at the Best Tenerife as a family group of six. My sister-in-law who is disabled and unable to walk, had been assured that the doable room would be a wet room, This and all other disabled rooms were walk in showers with wash basins above waist height. Other disabled people complained about their rooms not been accommodating . The breakfast dinner and evening meals were Like warm and little choice. Snack bar consisted of hot dog, burger, pizza. Chips daily. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms aged and cleaned daily. Early rise for sunbeds, but keep your towels high. As the guy washing the pool down every morning doesn’t give a toss and washes the beds with towels on. Drinks are local and help yourself. Beer pump and spirt bar which you help yourself. Pools are 900mm -1000mm depth is great for the kids. All inclusive cocktails are rubbish .but bought at the bar for 3 euros are great. Only 3 star.

We picked this hotel based on reviews and pictures. I would suggest that people don’t listen to these and make the mistake we did The rooms spacious, but everything else was of a lower standard than either expected or for what it cost us to stay there… which was a lot considering! To start with we was given 3 different check in times - we eventually got our room at 3:30pm, which we had been waiting since 1pm with a small infant. If you want a space/lounger around the pool, be prepared to get up for 6am to ‘reserve’ one - despite signs saying this cannot be done, but this seems to be for show and it is a complete free for all. 2/7 days our room wasn’t cleaned at all and I had to ask for it to be done, there was also broken tiles over the balcony which isn’t ideal with a crawling infant. I was charged an additional €70 to park my hire car at the hotel for my weeks stay. Only staff presence was in the restaurant, other than this a couple of entertainment staff during the day and reception - I didn’t see a life guard the whole week I was there. As a whole this hotel was massively overcrowded and simply couldn’t cater at ‘4* standard’ I’d say 2* and that is being generous. As someone who goes to Tenerife every year, I thought this would be great for our first holiday with our little boy but it was disappointing to say the least. We spent most of our time away from the hotel, which shouldn’t be the case when so much money was spent, and quite frankly wasted. This hotel doesn’t live up to its name as the ‘Best’.

Only negative really is the buffet. There isn't much for picky eaters, but there are chips and pastas available so be weary of this if you have a picky kid (or adult). The meat was very dry, some inedible because of this, but breakfast was very good (full English type food, cereal and fruit available). Lunch and dinner reuse the same food mostly. We stayed a full week (Monday to Monday) and ate here most nights but didn't notice any themed nights like the hotel mentions. Lots to do nearby in terms of shopping, drinkimg and eating. Be very careful of people trying to sell things, we had heard stories of phones being stolen. Also, it's hard to get them to leave you alone. Would recommend Golden Castle for Chinese food. Rooms are good and comfy, housekeeping is good and will not move any belongings to be lost. Rooms have a safe, a mini fridge and a big big wardrobe. We had no bugs in our room, did see a lizard once which was good. We had a double room on the ground floor, so we had a bigger balcony/garden with 2 sun loungers, an umbrella, 2 chairs and a table. Smoking was allowed on our balcony, doubt it would be different for higher rooms. Pool is very good but shuts at 6 which is slightly annoying, especially when it doesn't get dark until much later most of the time. The pool bar is brilliant for all inclusive - burgers, chips and hotdogs available and self serve drinks (bottles of every liquor available to all inc. guests and soft serve drinks dispenser/juice!). Didn't go to the indoor bar/piano bar but live piano was played most nights.

Second time of staying at the Best Tenerife. The rooms cleaned and spotless everyday. The hotel is very clean. The food is very good and there is always something for everyone(even the fussy ones).My husband had a nasty fall on our first day and the staff and management couldn't do enough to make sure he was okay and comfortable. A special thank you to Eduardo, the restaurant manager and Veronica for all their kind care and attention. The reception staff knew who we were when arrived and remembered us from last year. Lastly i would like to thank David (part of the management team), for continually asking if my husband was alright following the fall. We will be back. Wouldn't stay anywhere else on Tenerife

Have just got home following a fabulous week long stay, didn't want to leave. Staff all friendly and all smiling, rooms spotless every single day and a perfect location for the beach, shops and mini golf. Breakfast 10/10 everyday, other food okay but I am fussy and so much fish based food but still always found something I liked. Staff interact well with all the guests all day and saw only nothing but fun. Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back in future

This hotel has a very big problem with mold and dampness in rooms. I dont recommend it if you want to spend your holidays in place that meets basic sanitary requirements. They showed us 6 rooms, every of them included mold. We meet other people in this hotel that has a similar problem. In return the reception gave us compesation in the form of two free drinks in the bar. What is more, the bar rejected it. The music that is being played during everyday at the pool is that loud that you dont feel that you are on holidays anymore. The genre of this music is not pleasant to listen and to rest.

Spent 14 nights at Hotel Best and it was fabulous. Great location close to shops, restaurants and beach. Supermarket right next door. Food was lovely, fresh and hot, pool bar is self serve and have lots of choice of spirits. San Miguel on tap for the beer drinkers. If you're AI there's slushies and a selection of ice lollies and ice creams available. Never had a problem getting a sunbed at the pool. Staff are friendly and work hard. Room was nice and was cleaned every day, the only negative about the room is lack of space for clothes, especially if there are more than 2 people.

I think the 3 star for location doesn’t really do it justice. We enjoyed the walk down everyday to the bars and the beach, it didn’t bother us. I think people are making it out a lot further than what it actually is. The hotel was clean and the rooms were too. We only realised on the last day that there were an old pair of jeans underneath the bed which put us off a bit. But rooms were very big and clean apart from that one issue. The pools were big and again, we saw the reviews saying it was too shallow. It was shallow, but my girlfriend is small so it didn’t bother us at all. There was no need to rush for sunbeds in the morning which was a nice change. The lounge bar had a nice feel and the food was nice. The price of the drinks were quite bad with one shot being 4 euros, a coke being 4.50 and an ice cream being the same. You also can’t pay cash there. The only reason problem that we had with the place was how quiet it was. The food was lovely and breakfast was your average breakfast from a 4 start hotel. Can’t fault it. The night time was absolutely dead, which isn’t the hotels fault, but everyone would just be out in a taxi going to the strip or something. The night times were really boring to be honest, there was barely any entertainment but probably because there was like 10 people at the bar. Bingo night was extremely fun and the most busy it was. For us two we like staying in the hotel so to see it very busy was a nice change. The bloke doing the bingo is sound too he did the water polo and stuff and really liked him, not sure on his name. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay then I will recommend it here. If you don’t mind it being quiet at night and if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk down to the town then i absolutely recommend it. Will definitely return here at some point

Must be noted that I was cautious of this hotel after reading many bad reviews. Mainly about the service and cleanliness. I found that our room was very clean and problem free. We had a standard room two floors above the reception entrance. They are spacious enough for two and the balcony view was good. The pools were very clean and there are plenty of sunbeds available all day. Heated pool is nice too We only opted for breakfast instead of half board and found that there was enough variety for everyone with most food cooked well enough. On occasions there were undercooked sausages but that's all. The hotel is located a bit further away from most places compare to other hotels but walkability is around 15 minutes from everything. Taxis are around 7-10€ each way. We hired a car which made this journey effortless. Found staff to be helpful at all times which surprised me after reading many bad reviews about them. On a whole, our stay here was very pleasant and I thought this hotel was really great value for money

A really nice hotel and friendly staff. We upgraded for a week for 10 euros a night and got a lovely duplex with sun terrace. The pool has many sunbeds throughout the day but we are staying out of school holidays. Bike garage for pedal bikes and tools. Great for cycling teide. Breakfast does the job but I would eat in town around the fountains complex near Hard Rock Cafe. Many lovely restaurants. Buffet meal not the best but ate once here as tired after teide cycling climb. You can just pay on the door. Many taxis outside. The staff are very attentive.

I was there with a friend between the 11/09 and the 16/09. The emplacement of the hotel is very good, near everything you need to. I want to thank especially Antonio Jose, the security guard in front of the hotel, he is one of the few who made us laugh every time we met him. He made our stay more pleasant

We stayed here for the past 5 days and it was absolutely perfect!! Top marks for cleanliness. Rooms were very clean and spacious. All staff from domestics, waiting staff, bar staff and supervisors were extremely professional, approachable, friendly, hard working and welcoming. Nothing was too much. Stayed here for a week and it’s about 5 min taxi drive to the strip from the hotel , the hotel itself is very quite and entertaining is minimal, the room are quite spacious! The tv in the room though barely had any English Channels and the internet was very bad and our room had quite a few ants in all the rooms which was quite annoying but other than that the room was generally clean the staff where lovely and the pool was great , on one occasion I had a couple of drinks with my partner on the balcony with our speaker which wasn’t loud at all , as I respect my neighbouring people but the security guard kept flashing a light in our faces telling us to lower the music if I lowered it anymore it would’ve turned off and I wouldn’t mind it was half 9 it wasn’t even late but yea I could hear people shouting and screaming for the rest of the night

The hotel is not a 4 star it has many faults Food is disgusting always freezing cold and no one is bothered when you complain the microwave is your friend I'm afraid. The entertainment changes every night and then is changed back by reception staff Rooms are good and clean but only one door on the wardrobe the hair dryer does not reach your plug. Far from local area jet 2 give bad advice. Avoid STAFF ARE RUDE The house keeping staff are nice Card only resort but the taxis are cheap

I wouldn’t suggest this hotel. We have just spent a week here & had things stolen by the cleaners. Reception staff didn’t care when we raised this to them and nothing was done about it. Jaime from reception was incredibly rude! We also paid for all inclusive for 7 days and received all inclusive for 6 days as they stop all inclusive midday, so from midday until our transfer (9pm) we were told that our all inclusive had ended so we had to pay for our own food and drink (although we paid for all inclusive). As a result of this we bought lots of bottles of water to drink throughout the day so asked for ice and the bar staff laughed at us after speaking about us in Spanish. Although this is a good hotel, you don’t get your moneys worth as all inclusive does not cover all of your time at the hotel. When we arrived we were offered no food or drink, therefore arriving at the hotel hungry and thirsty, and the same leaving. It just seems like a money making scheme and when we complained about this at reception we had nothing but rudeness! Our bed sheets were also not washed for a week, with one of the days being left with no towels at all. I do NOT recommend this hotel. The only reason they have good reviews online is because they ask people to give them a good reviews online and in return they get a prize.

Just arrived back home from a week's stay, the staff here are lovely. Service is excellent I didn't come across a single member of staff who wasn't happy or smiley. I felt the hotel served decent food and the team kept all the food areas very clean and well stocked. I travelled with a 2.5 year old toddler who like most toddlers are very active and want to climb/open doors but unfortunately the balcony door has no lock on it and can be easily opened and the main door also can easily be opened, I spent the whole time with a suitcase jammed up against the door. I feel for a family friendly hotel this could be better but overall I recommend this hotel and would stay again as long as I wasn't with young children.

Great hotel and location, staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the water slides, the pool activities, the foam party, there's a lot of things to keep kids entertained and they also have a very good playground, very well maintained. Night time entertainment and the arcade were also good. Cleaning around the sun beds could be better. Overall we enjoyed our stay, definitely would recommend.

We visited the hotel early September 2025 with daughter, son in law and grandchildren. My youngest grand child is a 22-month-old boy who like most that age can open doors and climb. Unfortunately, the balcony door and main door could be easily opened by a child. Whilst querying this with reception were told that there was nothing could be done and it is up to the parents to be vigilant with their children. For a 4-star hotel this was very disappointing. We were offered to move to the first floor the next day however whether a child fell from the 7th or 1st would be fatal! We spent the whole holiday with a bed jammed against the balcony door to prevent a tragedy happening There is a terrible accident waiting to happen and because of this would put me off going there again. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive finishes at your check out time at 12pm and if you are on a later flight you are left high and dry. I think this is a bit mean as on our first day we didn't arrive until 8:30pm. I did query this with a reception and we were issued with a voucher so we could get our lunch, however why put your valued guests through the embarrassment of having to do this. On a positive note, the children had a great time in the lovely pools and play areas. Staff entertaining the children were fantastic and should be congratulated on their creativity and patience! The food was nice with a good selection for all tastes, and the courtesy room provided to get changed and showered before flight was greatly appreciated. Thank You

The beat part: Rooms are nice, clean, staff was friendly. The OK part: food was OK, fairly standard, but well made. Fruit selection eas good. The maybe: party every night. If you're from another timezone, it's WELL into the night. It wouldn't be such an issue if the doors didn't have finger sized gaps and there was better insulation. Depending on your willingness to party, this may or may be an issue. The absolutely terrible. Everything is supposed to be in an app that you need for menus, wifi password, etc. They require an account and the license agreement is something that would make Satan blush. Only available in Spanish and only after you have already given it name and reservation number, it tells you they sell your data, any connected data, third party data, and your permission is not retroactive. This would make Adobe blush. Do NOT get the app, do not take the wifi. Anything else. It's too bad they decided to lower themselves to this, the hotel is quite OK. Take the reservation and refuse the app, it's fine.

3rd time to stay here in the last 12 months so that says it all. Delicious food, friendly staff and very clean. Only short walk to beach and Golden Mile, shops etc, Husband and I stayed for a week end of September. Room was beautiful overlooking the pool area and we enjoyed the sun on the balcony from 3/4 pm each day. Room cleaned each day and fresh towels if we wanted them. Brilliant large walk in shower (don’t like the showers over bath). We were half board and enjoyed a delicious range of foods both morning & evening. Love the coffee cart each morning. Pool area was clean and well looked after. I was disappointed Adult pool allowed children who used the island area as a diving board, this restricted my opportunity to swim ( There were a lot more children there at Christmas but they had to use the large pool & 2 kids pools). I noticed there were more in the “Adult Pool” than the other one. Other visitors were not pleased either. I loved the morning “Stretch” & Pilates classes but they were only on 2 days despite being advertised as on, I enquired at reception but lady told me to come back later when “fun team” would be around as they not part of hotel staff. I must say I was disappointed. Aquafit took place each day and was excellent. Overall great clean Hotel, very good staff, delicious food. Thankyou for another great holiday.

Hotel great! Food is average, not the best for kids. Location great! Chose the hotel due to slides and being family friendly by my youngest son (3) too small for slides and wasn't even allowed down with a parent, which caused drama with him as his big brother was going down.

Nice accommodation, clean and well maintained. Staff are excellent, very pleasant and always willing to help. Food was nice, plentiful and varied. Drinks menu was just as good and the bar staff first class. The only problem we had as a family of 17 with ages ranging from 2yr to 65 yr was the location. 30 min walk to the beach with steep hills. Having said that the taxi service was impressive, lots of them and reasonably priced. Also a shuttle bus was available at certain times.

Stayed here for a week first time staying in Gran oasis, start of by saying we had a lovely upgrade and bottle of fizzy upon our arrival and swans made out of towels what was so thoughtful and beautiful! We appreciate it so much! Only issue with the rooms are they are so worn out our lights were handing of wall and wire hanging out ceiling and hand rail to stairs hanging of also lots more issues. The pool area was lovely however no where to sit as people put towels down at 6/7am!!! This should not be aloud not fair to others. The food was very very disappointing as was either undercooked or made us ill they should have a bigger restaurant for the amount of rooms they have and make sure its freshly cooked. Bar is a blast got so much to choose from till late at night, Miguel what a guy made our stay so much better went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and happy - honestly so lucky to have a guy like him in the hotel hes amazing!!! The gentleman that welcomed us to dinner most days was so kind also and always smiley. The rest of the staff on the other hand were so rude and clearly not happy. Games room everything is broken and no one was maintaining it even staff said they know its broken - dont bother wasting money in there. Entertainment was not our style but expect the same everynight pretty much. Overall our stay was ok but we will not be returning as paid alot of money and all these downfalls made us not want to return.

We stayed at the resort for a week and enjoyed everything about our stay. From the moment we arrived the front of house staff were brilliant. In fact to make it easier I spent meet one member of staff who wasn’t welcoming and polite. Our room cleaner Isabelle was lovely. So polite and made the room special everyday by laying out our daughters PJs and cuddly toys. She really is an asset to the place. The pools are fantastic and entertainment was varied and well thought out. My favourite thing was the food. The all inclusive was lovely and I enjoyed the themed nights which had some beautiful food which again was varied and tasty.

WOW... we had an amazing trip in September as part of an organised fitness retreat with around 20 people in our group... The reservations team were amazing, a BIG THANK YOU to Sara for making our stay! In fact, a BIG THANK YOU too to all staff members are very welcoming and helpful. 2 bedroom suite was awesome, beds comfortable, bathroom up to date, cannot fault! Food was plentiful and of a very high standard with a huge choice every day. Would highly recommend this hotel and would without hesitation stay again!

Just back yesterday from Gran Oasis with my family. It was my sons first holiday who’s only 2, he was kept entertained the full holiday. The entertainment were amazing, the gentleman who’s name I didn’t get deserves a massive shout out ( Superman at the kids disco). Food was great, plenty of selection. Gym was also really good for anyone who’s interested. Staff very attentive & caring. Highly recommend, already looking at re booking.

I have to say I was really really disappointed with this hotel! We booked the Gran Oasis for our Mini Winter Honeymoon (5 Nights) before our Big Honeymoon the following year after reading such great reviews. Firstly it was more expensive than some hotels we looked at so we did have expectations this would have nicer food, facilities etc as we could have got a weeks holiday for the price we paid for 5 nights here. That was not the case! Very little choice of food to cater for all, child arcades/small shop that shut every 5 minutes due to internet problems as well as the bar having power cuts daily... The staff were not friendly what so ever, hardworking but not a friendly feel. The people in the hotel were all very loud big drinkers with uncontrollable children who would splash us on the loungers and get our books wet or run around us on the loungers. The hotel knew it was our Mini Honeymoon yet hadn’t done anything special in our out dated room or offer an upgrade of some sort. It just had a really strange feel to the hotel can’t explain it and before someone thinks Im a moaning middle aged women I am 30 just not a huge drinker so noticed all the loud english people drinking from 10am! Location wise it’s in the middle of nowhere so be prepared to walk miles into the main part or get a taxi. I wouldn’t go back to Tenerife its run down and for party people or this hotel again really not a friendly holiday feel or relaxing like we had hoped.

Fabulous hotel, lovely food. Very clean two swimming pools plus a small pool for babies and toddlers. Efficient service, we reported a faulty towel rail and maintenance were there within half hour An actual hotel where you could get a sunbed!!! Guests couldn’t reserve a bed with a towel. All hotels should enforce this rule out of fairness We had a fab time, and looking forward to going back The beach is about a 15min walk, so doable , but you can also take a taxi that reception will book for you for only 4 euros

2nd time here at Marylanza. Lovely location, atmosphere and facilities. A short walk to Los americas or Los cristianos. 2 mins away from large supermarket. The entertainment team are not as good as last year unfortunately but they do a job. All inclusive option is incredible value. Santa Miguel and Cruz Campo. My wife enjoys the white wine and food is always very good.

This hotel is wonderful, made up by the outstanding staff and food. As all inclusive guests, you can choose one night in the gourmet or Japanese restaurant, the food was stunning and plenty of it. The staff from cleaners to restaurant and reception are extremely friendly and helpful. Local shops and 15 min walk to the beach break up the time if needed. Foam pool party and evening musicians give a great atmosphere. Thank you, Will return!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Overall the experience was ok but I cannot rate it higher than 3 stars because we (and other friends that stayed in another room the B rooms, we stayed in the C rooms) had cockroaches in our room almost every night. I told the receptionist and he told me "it is normal due to the palm trees". That is just BS. The reality is that the hotel is pretty old and the sewage system hasn't been most likely cleaned in a long time. After I told the receptionist they probably sent someone in the room to spray with chemicals because I found a dead cockroach the next morning. Had to fight with the other ones... Other than this inconvenience, the rooms are large, they have a small kitchen, plenty of storage, the view towards the golf pitch was beautiful, the staff is very nice, the 2 pools are nice as well. As for the food, we only had breakfast and I'm glad we did because, although it looks like a lot of variety, the quality is below average. Generally targeted at English tourists, who, for some reason do not want to experiment other food than the one they eat at home which is very fat, is fried and Generally has no taste. So, for breakfast, there are options but the quality is poor. Also the coffee at any of the coffee machines is horrible. Please make an investment to have decent coffee. Deserts were good.

We recently stayed here for 10 nights. Food was great, lots of choice. Drinks were good, two choice of beers on tap. Plenty of wines, cava, cocktails and more. Pools were excellent for our two kids aged 11 & 3. Night time entertainment was good. Taxi to beach €5 - Siam park €6! So excellent location. Would highly recommend and we will be returning.

Absolutely brilliant great place to stay, food is first class rooms are comfortable, pool area is great and plenty of sunbeds. Activities on offer for all ages. 10 minute walk to the beach and main shopping area ,staff are very friendly and helpful 😀

We stayed here for 10 days. I can't fault anything at all with this hotel! All staff including reception, bar staff and restaurant staff were all friendly and efficient. The food was of a great standard and a good selection of drinks to choose from. The rooms were of a very good standard and clean. There are two large pools and there were plenty of sun loungers. The hotel is located about 15mins walk from the strip and beach. A supermarket is also across the road. I'd definitely recommend this hotel! 🌟

I stayed at this hotel with high expectations given its supposed 4-star rating, but the experience was poor from start to finish. The facilities are completely run-down and feel like they haven’t been renovated in decades. Rather than cozy, the room felt like a cell: no natural ventilation, and the shutter closed so tightly it felt like being sealed in a bunker — no fresh air or daylight whatsoever. The room had a musty, unpleasant smell. Even the towels smelled odd and not at all fresh, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, the atmosphere was deeply uncomfortable. Breakfast was yet another disappointment: extremely low quality, poorly presented, and lacking variety. For the price paid, this should not be something guests have to tolerate. This hotel clearly lost its 4-star status long ago. It’s not just a matter of aesthetics — the lack of proper maintenance is evident across the entire property. A complete renovation is urgently needed. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstance.

What a strange place. Booked very late just to get away. On arrival, look lovely from the outside and reception looks good too. Only 1 member of staff on reception most times, so there could be longs waits whenever you wanted something. Room was great on the 5th floor and very spacious. Beds were never made up and the floor never mopped, but the towels were changed, even when you didn't need them. Had to pay for the safe and the first card the gave didn't work. Pool towel deposit was 20 euro for one. We could wall to lovely roof top pool via 1 flight of stairs. Wifi was virtually non existent in the room and could only get it a little if the electric blinds were open, I think this is because there are no WiFi stations on the floors, but relies on external post mounted WiFi points. But the black out electric blinds where the best idea ever. There are signs everywhere about zero tolerance at the pool for parties and glass drinks and that you would be removed from the hotel. This doesn't apply and nearly ruined our holiday as 2 large men groups carried a large amount of glass bottles to the pool area ,had loud music from a Bluetooth speaker, sat around the edge of the jacuzzi so no other guests could use it and dominated the pool while throwing a football around all day, there are no checks on this from the hotel, so we spent a few days at the beech which is lovely. Also, both bars in the hotel are closed. The upstairs pool bar and downstairs one, but you can buy the odd drink from reception as the have a fridge there, this was a big letdown. Won't be going back there ever. Not a 4 stat at all. Probably saving money since covid as plastic screens still cover half of reception desk, looks a bit tacky now.

Love this hotel. Very clean rooms also very spacious with balcony and a fantastic view. The shower/ bath is brilliant and always hot water running. Roof top pool is a lovely space to go and relax and sunbath if u just want to chill. The hotel is in perfect walking distance to the shopping areas and the local restaurants.

Staff are lovely, rooms are great. Beautifully quite. Love the rooftop Pool. Only snag I would say is that there is no actual bar. So if you fancied a day/night in you would have to get you're own. They do sell cans & wine at reception. Only English channels on tv are news 🙃 cant really mention the food as we went self catering as theirs loads of places to chose from.

Lovely hotel if you're looking for something quiet and reasonably basic. Rooms were large and always clean. The pool however was dirty although some of that is to be expected with a rooftop pool it was a bit off putting. The staff were always amazing, very attentive and helpful. I would stay again.

Good stuff - all adults, nice lounge with pool table, good service from friendly staff, roof was nice plenty of sunbeds with a pool and hot tub soft bedding and plush towels that are changed daily, plug sockets in lounge to charge phone when checked out (adapter needed). Bad stuff- couldn't raise the blinds in the room so was forced to be in darkness the entire trip if I was in the room, very low staffed so both the bar inside and at the pool were closed for my entire trip however there are signs all over the hotel saying not to take your own up. Bathroom at the pool side doesn't have a lock on either door so had to reach to make sure someone didn't open it while I was on the loo. Didn't try the restaurant because there were already multiple reviews saying it wasn't good. My bedding was replaced one day with bedding that had holes in it. Overall, not the worst hotel experience I have ever had but I don't think I will be staying here again as there are plenty to choose from with balconies and good food etc.

It’s pretty ok , if you don’t plan to stay a lot in the hotel and you want a place to sleep. This a review I would’ve like to read before going there. The rooms are big, but they really need to be updated, the towels were sometimes dirty, and we got stolen 2 bags(they told us they searched them but didnt Find them, so no help at all). The pool is on the roof, very nice view but the water is very very cold, we were in august, and it was pretty cold so idk. The breakfast was nice, we really enjoyed it. So overall it was ok if you need a place to sleep in.

Was there a few years ago it's a great hotel for adults no kids when we were there so peaceful overlooking the golf course a discount on course plus hote provided free golf carts to anyone who wanted them. Would recommend to any golfers

Just absolutely loved the peace and quiet, staff first class 👌 and nothing is a problem. Went out of way to retrieve an item we lost in a taxi . I just can't rate this hotel as it's definitely 5 stars plus .Food, especially breakfast, was superb, oh another bonus, plenty of sun loungers

We have recently returned from our holiday. I must say this hotel is lovely, the rooms, pool and golf were excellent. Really friendly staff and good food. Negatives with this hotel is there was no information in the rooms, meal times and general info about the area etc., also there was a lovely piano bar but unfortunately there was no pianist, so entertainment was not available. As the hotel is located quite away from facilities I think they have missed an opportunity having no evening entertainment.

Want a week of relaxation, golf, good food and sauna? This is the go-to place in Tenerife. Take the elevator down to the buggy garage and head on to the course in literally 4 minutes. Menu in the restaurant is actually very good and diverse. Dish of the day is usually pretty good. Staff is friendly and the athmosphere is calm and relaxing.

We've stayed at the hotel before and it's just as good. 5 star accommodation, meals and pool. The easiest access to a golf course possible!

Been going to Las Madrigueras the last five years and will keep coming! Already reserved a room for this year visit! That's how we fell in love with the place on our first visit! Staff from the hotel to the golf course are all very helpful:-)hotel Las Madrigueras was not the same as before, that's why we stopped going going to the hotel, regarding the golf Las America's the staff are so friendly

The family inn is a lovely place to stay in, it's a big house with a nice pool area and only a short walk to the beach! The host was very friendly and helpful. Big kitchen, big balcony and big bathrooms (although shared) . The bed was very comfortable with not only memory foam mattress but also memory foam pillows. This hotel is like a big house that the guests share together.. but its a nice atmosphere (like being in a little community) The family inn is extremely clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again!!

Las Americas has gone down badly. We stayed at paraso royal. The area was disgusting ,rubbish everywhere morning noon and night. The area has a large amont of africans selling there whares. Obviously they have knowhere to relieve themselves other than against the walls/trees. Besides seeing them doing it the place absolutely stinks of urine. Yes Los Americas has lost its sparkle for me. Sad ,as i have been going for years.

13 of us went on a Stag, great little base, swimming pool, big kitchen, lots of space, several toilets... Never got our deposit back though and no damage was caused.

Absolutely lovely place , great massive bathroom. And lovely service.

Only good thing going for this is the location. Only go if you are young & look for cheap crash for 1 night.

Location and welcome was just great. 2 of the 3 basement rooms and the basement bathroom are very damp with mould growing from the ceiling. The lady, Suzanne, who met us and showed us around was just lovely and she responded efficiently to our query by WhatsApp.

Small shop with a large selection of fairly expensive pick and mix sweets. Different sweets are different prices by weight so easier to bag them up separately rather than stand in the queue as the fairly miserable assistant emptied hem all out and rebate then again.

The ice cream is pretty good. Decent selection and fairly priced. Service was terrible - completely ridiculous. Got 2 x 2 scoops which were 30% different in size and the lady arrogantly laughed it off. Difficult to explain to the kids she could see were visibly upset.

Excellent ice cream and friendly service. Huge choice of flavours had yoghurt and maracanya so creamy and delicious also tried cheesecake ice cream its to die for. The portions are large a small waffle cone is €2.10 comes with a wafer and spoon too. Hubby states it's the best ice cream he has ever had in his life!!!

Very tasty ice cream, and they are not stingy with the size of the scoops, delicious. We went to their ice cream special almost every day, delicious!

Not even close to good ice creams. Taste very artifical. Banan don’t even taste like one. If you want your sugar intake - go for it. Otherwise avoid.

Ran by Gran Via, it makes quality ice-cream and pick and mix but the shop is expensive and has no toilets. The sweets are amazing though.

Trust me, forget the bad reviews, make your own mind up. We have just returned, staff were so friendly, the owner is always in site, even picking up rubbish. The rooms are clean, ours was spacious, towels changed every second day. I read someone posting that rubbish bags are left, well those rubbish bags happen to be the linen for the cleaners to change inside the rooms, all sealed. The restaurant is exceptionally good. The location again, brilliant. What more can anyone expect for the money we pay, you get what you pay for, we will like others be back.

Good location as it's situated by lots of bars and shops. Rooms were clean and recently updated with new kitchen and air conditioning. Currently, the other apartments are being refurbished, so there is building work on going. We did have a cement mixer outside our block, but it was not noisy. We had a top floor apartment, and the balcony was too small, and I could not sunbathe as only a table and chair could fit. It was an issue as not enough sunbeds around the pool. Rows of sunbeds saved with towels, but no one appeared until 3pm? Pool was beautiful and shallow, with no deep-end, but did get full with inflatables and holiday makers forming human pyramids. Breakfast on site was good at a reasonable price and evening meals good value with plenty for every taste.

Superb value, stayed here with my beaut wife, no regrets on location, price or cleanliness, the accommodation was spot on and there was plenty of room for a pal of mine to stay too. The location is within shouting distance of the Rum Pot which always has evening entertainment, then you have Star Bar down the road and Soul City, all great pubs with a calm and tranquil atmosphere

Bed bugs in apartment No. 63! A lot of them. We told the staff in the morning and they were surprised, said that nobody reported that before. When we returned to the apartment to pick up something we forgot, we saw that the staff removed the sheets and blankets but was spraying the mattresses with some anti-insect spray -- so probably not removing them before the next guests are coming.

Great apartments everything you need, just a bit dated could be doing with a refurbishment. But clean. Great pool area Staff friendly, great location. We will be back for sure.

Never been to Tenerife before, so went blind. Location great. Bit daunting finding our room, as we arrived at night. But, reception gave us a map. Checked in no problem. Room was basic, but had everything you need. Comfy bed, 2 pillows,kettle, and fridge. Weirdly, there was no wardrobe, there was a rack on the wall, with several hooks for hangers, which were provided, not a problem really. Nice big bathroom with walk in shower. Television with English channels. Also, air conditioning. The pool area was nice, we were a 30 second walk away. Just used the room as a base really. Short walk to the beach. Only used the restaurant for drinks, but it was busy for meals. I would stay again.

We booked an easyJet holiday and we're very pleased. The transfer to the hotel was quick and easy. The check in was smooth. The apartment (no. 31) was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had excellent wifi. The pool was lovely, and the staff were kind, caring, and very helpful. The restaurant attached was delicious, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Wanted to see further afield than Los Cristianos and stayed here one night. Check in was easy via the young man Emanuel, helpful. The room was nice and was fold down bed from wall. Nice bar Tanyo's nearby. On site cafe looked good. My main grumble is the 100 Euro damage charge and more so time of 14 days to get back. I don't blame the hotel as they told me via email screen shot when had left their account. It's my only grumble and would put me off returning. Nice hotel though.

Location perfect 2 mins from beach 2 mins from restaurants. Shop on site great choices, swim up pool bar great for self-catering. Supermarket 2 mins, sun bed booking 2 days in advance is fair and efficient so no stupid fighting for beds at 7am. Filter water tap for drinking water is nice touch saves lugging gallons of water from the shop. Best self-catering hotel we have stayed in Tenerife after 10 attempts will definitely be returning.

* We have been unlucky to have been accommodated in a studio apartment with cockroach nest inside. Those little buggers were living in many spaces between the kitchen top and furniture. When we reported the problem the staff was very helpful and kind and they moved us to another room - but alas the problem was there as well! Only after 3rd attempt we've been placed in a room on 3rd floor that was free from those buggers. * The swimming pools are useless as they are closed since 7pm, during the day they are very crowded though but I didn't use it a single time cause I preferred to sightsee the island. Pity these days you can't relax in the evening with a cocktail in a pool! * The staff is extremely helpful, kind and professional * Cleaning service was disappointing, room cleaning happens only every 4 days or so, and it's really not perfect as some might say

Excellent family friendly resort. 2 saltwater pools. The main pool with the pool bar is shallow and 1.4m deep at the deepest so very suitable for not confident swimmers. The poolside entertainment is great the kids loved the mat everyday. The rooms are spacious and clean and have air-conditioning. The resort has WiFi . Highly recommend

The hotel complex is lovely and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and main shopping areas, making it very convenient. Unfortunately, I had an upsetting experience with one of the night receptionists. Our apartment faced the street, directly in front of a bar that hosted a massive outdoor party on our first night. With two DJs, a laser show, and dry ice effects, it felt like the party was happening right in our room. My husband and I were exhausted from a long journey and hoping to rest. At midnight, I went to the reception to ask about the situation. The receptionist asked if I was British. When I said I wasn’t, he rudely informed me that parties are common here, and, smiling, added that the party would last all night. His tone was mocking, as if he enjoyed my frustration. He added that the hotel caters to "happy British people," and sarcastically wished me a good stay, which I felt was quite xenophobic. I returned to my room in tears, thinking the party would last all night. It didn’t, it ended at 1 a.m. when the bar closed, but his unkind behavior left a lasting negative impression on us. The following day, my husband approached reception to ask about a room change. Miguel, another receptionist, was extremely helpful and understanding. He explained that the party was not a nightly event and offered us a quieter room for a small fee. Thanks to his professionalism, our stay was much more enjoyable. The other staff members were pleasant, the food was tasty, and the atmosphere was generally positive. I understand the hotel cannot control what happens at nearby bars, and it wasn’t their fault that the party took place. However, a simple, reassuring response from the night receptionist, such as “We’ll find a solution,” would have made a world of difference. His unkind behavior is the reason we’ll likely choose elsewhere when we come back to Adeje. However, don’t let our situation discourage you from staying at an otherwise nice hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel. My experience was very disappointing. At first, I was given an old room filled with mold – the smell was so strong it was difficult to breathe. After I asked to change rooms, I was moved to a better one that was clean and mold-free. However, I didn’t notice until the second night that a small window panel was missing glass. The room faced a busy street, and the noise didn’t stop until after 1 AM, making it very hard to sleep. But the most serious issue happened at the pool. The lifeguard was completely inattentive, sitting on his phone while people could have easily drowned. There was no clear marking of the water depth. I nearly drowned myself, and if it hadn’t been for my 11-year-old son who fought to pull me out, I wouldn’t be alive today. The lifeguard didn’t even notice what happened. It was a traumatic experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and relaxing vacation.

The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was varied and of high quality. A washing machine would be a great addition for longer stays. Wifi was bad. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and enjoying a drink, and the pool was lovely. Most importantly, the staff were considerate and ensured a pleasant holiday experience. Thank you!

We have been to Sol Sun Beach several times now because it is a very welcoming place, friendly staff who are very helpful. The premier apartments are lovely, we had a big balcony & could see the sea. Towels & bedding are changed regularly. We only had breakfast there but had plenty of choice.. The sun terrace is amazing & no problem getting a sun lounger. We will definitely be going back there soon. Special thanks to Carolina (the guest manageress) she is brilliant at her job.

Just got back after a lovely week with hot weather. Hotel was lovely yes there was working going on but these things happen to keep on top and maintained. Staff were friendly and professional. Nothing was to much trouble. Raul, sergo, olga were nice. Would of been nice to have their personality shine but I can't fault them. Restaurant is a little small so when gets busy we found going for breakfast was better. Lots of choice to choose from for food. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. we celebrated our little honeymoon and my partner birthday. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. The beach was clean. So much to see. And even tho the electrics blew in room they moved is so it could be fixed promptly.

My stay at Sol Sun Beach Apartamentos was unfortunately a terrible experience, filled with numerous issues. While the rooftop pool was genuinely nice, it was the only positive aspect of our two-day stay. The problems began with a lack of basic service and attention to detail. The cleaning staff left broken glass on the floor, which was a major safety concern. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to repeatedly ask for new rolls before my father had to get angry at the reception desk to finally get some. The amenities in our room were also faulty. The shower temperature constantly fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold, and the small fridge in our room was broken, freezing a 2L bottle of water solid. Adding to the frustration, the hotel’s dinner policy was confusing and disappointing. While you could eat unlimited food, drinks were not included and had to be paid for separately, which felt cheap. The hotel's Wi-Fi was also extremely poor everywhere except in our room. Overall, the multiple problems with hygiene, service, and amenities made this a very poor experience. We definitely won't be returning. We will probably return to the island itself at some point in our lives, but we will never stay here ever again.

I think hotel needs desinsection. -some rooms are extremely outdated, dirty, overlooking very loud street with trucks unloading glass, and need renovation. We are currently staying at the sol sun beach apartments, this is a beautiful place to stay, our room is amazing, cleaned daily, the pool is Hugh, and location is perfect on the sea front, breakfast lovely too😀 we will definitely be returning soon, please ignore any negative reviews, this place is the amazing value, staff lovely too. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms very tired. Bathroom door hanging off the hinges on arrival. They did fix pretty quickly but it was barely staying on. Rooms not cleaned particularly well. Dirty bed sheets put on bed numerous times. Dirty glasses were often left in the room and not replaced with clean ones. Even when making it obvious they need changing. Cockroach's found in room and around the corridors. Staff seemed not bothered by this. If you want a sunbed get to the pool very early. People put towels down and they are usually all gone by 7:30. Staff don't seem to care. The pools are good for children. Lifeguards seem more interested in their phones than the safety of guests though. Plastic cups from the pool bar stink of alcohol. If you just get water. They are not washed properly. They are merely dipped in some water and put back out. Incredibly dangerous for health and safety. We had a nice time on holiday. But wouldn't stay in this hotel again due to the lack of cleanliness, general hygiene and tired rooms and facilities.

Fantastic hotel and the staff are exceptional in the way they look after you. The food is top quality freshly prepared and such a varied huge choice, very very good. The only small negative would be the rooms need an upgrade they’re not bad just a bit tired. We went as a group of twelve with 5 children and they absolutely loved it the amenities from the aqua slides to soft play for them and to the fitness classes and gym were first class. We would definitely come back.😊

This is a fantastic hotel for families with and without children. There are a lot of nice water slides and pools, a big playground and fun activities each day. Our son enjoyed the mini disco each night and danced his shoes off. The team put their heart and soul into entertaining the young crowd. It was amazing to see him enjoy himself, as well as all the other kids. Next to that, there were different shows; from magic night to acrobatics. The entire staff is super friendly and happy to help. The food is very good and diverse. The rooms are spacious and nice, although there might be a need for restoration here and there. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful holiday at this fantastic hotel in a perfect location right on the boulevard and just minutes from the beach. With two connecting rooms, it was ideal for our family with two teenagers. The view over the pool and the sea was stunning. The pools with the slides are great fun for kids, and there are always plenty of sunbeds available. Although some guests reserve sunbeds early in the morning to secure the ‘best spot’, there are always plenty of loungers available later in the day to enjoy a nice place by the pool. The food was varied, plentiful, and delicious. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the warm and friendly staff. A special thank you to Francisco, Virginia, Suhaila, Oscar, and Javier, and everyone we may have forgotten to mention. You truly made our holiday memorable!

We've just returned home from a week long stay here and the second time we've stayed at Bouganville. We've stayed Half Board both times and at both breakfast and dinner the food quality has always been very good and plenty of choice most of the time. Despite being a large hotel, we've always been surprised at how pleasant the restaurant is and never been horrendously busy. Staff are friendly and attentive. Room cleaning has always been done to a great standard. Rooms sre light and airy, could do with a bit of updating at some point but they could be a lot worse. Both our stays were in September and we never struggled to get sun loungers despite some people putting towels down as early as 7am! Good range of pools for kids, big and small and adults too :D The ones with slides are particularly great! Bougenville is situated near plenty of restaurants, bars and shops and only a short walk away from beaches too. All in all a brilliant hotel and one we will definitely be returning to in future! :) thanks Ibersostar Bouganville! :D

Although a little tired in places the hotel is great. Clean rooms and very well catered for. We was lucky to have the same waiter (Brahim) throughout our meals and he helped make our stay more pleasant. Overall our stay was very memorable made better by paying for the star prestige upgrade. Definitely worth a visit

This is our second time here… Staff very attentive and friendly. We upgraded to prestige and it is certainly worth it for the comfy sun beds, unlimited drinks/ snacks until 18.00 and away from all the hussle. Alessio helped us to upgrade and he is a credit to your team. He went through everything and did his best to ensure we were able to upgrade due to high demands of prestige. Julio on arrival was amazing, served us drinks and helped us get into our suitcase as we lost the key! Thanks again guys Cameron ❤️❤️

Stayed for 10 days in July and got a great vacation. The hotel looks a little bit tired, but the staff is constantly maintaining the property, and the rooms and commonplace are clean. The staff is exceptional and they are always trying their best. Very friendly and professional. Breakfast and lunchtime are very busy in the canteen but the staff there manage the flow perfectly. It was a pleasure to watch them at work, and it's easy to get seated without wanting. But when you have your seat, it can be crowded when you are putting food on the plates. Food tasted fine, just the usual. Location is also good, short walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurant nearby if you want the change things up a bit. There are two pool areas, the lower one is usually very crowded and it's hard to get spot there so we usually just stayed on upper floor pool where it was less crowded and you can easily get a spot there. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The food served during my visit was far from fresh — several dishes tasted like they had been prepared hours earlier, which really affected the overall dining experience. Additionally, there was no information provided about the dress code before my stay. It was quite embarrassing to find out about it only upon arrival, which could have easily been avoided with better communication. For the price and rating of this hotel, I expected much better attention to detail and guest service. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again. Only the location is perfect.

Hotel was lovely, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Always clean and well presented. There are three pools on the ground floor. Babies, kids with floats and a dedicated swimming pool. The fifth floor has a pool that starts shallow and gets deep as you go along which allows floats. The food is well prepared but not much variety day to day and a few of the counters have the same meals. Staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of the cleaning staff of the last day repeatedly coming into my room asking me to leave after I paid for a late check out which they did not seem happy about.

We have just returned from a week’s stay at this hotel on an all-inclusive basis and overall had a wonderful holiday. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. However, I feel it’s important to be honest about the food, which was unfortunately quite poor and did not meet the standard expected from an all-inclusive resort. While everything else about our stay was fantastic, the quality and variety of the food definitely need improvement. Despite this, we still enjoyed our time here and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly atmosphere — with the hope that the dining experience will be improved in the future.

We only used the hotel as a base as we are out and about for the 10 days we were away. The rooms and hotel was spotlessly cleaned, always a cleaner in sight when walk around. Only had breakfast twice the fresh made omelette was my go to which was lovely. Only marked down as the evenings we had food the food was e aptly the same so we didnt have much choice on trying different things. Seafood and Italian served all the nights we were there. Desserts were lovely gelato machine was our favourite. Would recommend for a basic hotel if you are like us out and about all day but if you want to go all inclusive you may find the food isnt worth it

Just got back from 10 night all inclusive holiday with 14 other people. This hotel is not 4 star more like 2 star. We had our 2 and 3 year old grandchildren with us in buggys and often was waiting long periods for lifts in which 1 was broken down all the time we was there.the pool areas for small kids are OK but they need swim shoes on because ov the dodgy decking that surround the pool. Restaurant food seems to get worse the longer we stayed never saw any real meat all the time we was there.just curries and burgers every day. the entertainment staff outside and in never actnoliged any ov our group at any time of the holiday they seem to dislike English and we're on talking to Spanish and French people all they do is 3 three minutes dancing around the pool every day. Lastly the nightlife the kids club room is so run down and smells ov damp tables and chairs dropping to bits opens at 8.30 closes at 10.30. The piano bar is so boring the singers they have on make you go to sleep they are finished for 10 or 10.30 pm every night. the bar does all inclusive until 11.30 after that you have to pay for the drinks before they are pushing you out to close up that's if you can get smiling Johnny bravo behind the bar to serve you. Unbelievable for the price we paid other hotels around the area much better.

Not the newest hotel, but it’s well maintained and in good condition. The cleaning staff are very friendly and do a great job. The only downside during the last three days was the service lady at the omelet station — she seemed quite uninterested. She always cooks the eggs until they’re completely dry and only then starts preparing the guests’ orders, so the ingredients end up cold. It’s a shame that such a small detail can affect the overall impression of an otherwise pleasant stay.

Lovely resort with lots of different areas to relax or be entertained in. Lots of pools and a few different restaurants. We went for the half board which was good as it meant we could swap lunch and dinner giving us some flexibility. The staff are very nice and helpful and the amenities in general are good. There are only a few things to note: there is no iron or ironing board available so you have to use the in house laundry service; also no kettle or tea making facilities plus using the safe is extra. Apart from these things we did give some feedback that the fan in our room was noisy and there was no switch on one of our bedside lights - neither of which were significant faults but even still, they didn’t respond to this at all. Overall a nice stay and the location is excellent and at the quieter end of Adeje. A nice easy stroll to the old fishing village of La Caleta is recommended for a laid back vibe and some nice sea view restaurants. (There is also a very sweet tabby cat on site!)

We stayed here for a week at the end of September / beginning of October, choosing the HB Privilege Double Room option. The hotel has many strengths, but also a few areas for improvement. Pros: Privilege Program – highly recommended! Access to the sky bar with infinity pool, branded alcoholic and soft drinks included from 11 AM to 5 PM, bathrobes, pool towels, mineral water, coffee machine, and chocolates in the room. Dinner at Sakuro Tepanyaki (live cooking) was a fantastic experience – definitely worth trying. Location – quiet, away from the party crowds and drunken tourists. About 30 minutes’ walk to the more touristy spots. Great ocean views and the sound of waves at night. Food – wide variety of dishes in the restaurants. Breakfast drinks included, but dinner drinks are extra. La Tosca à la carte was rather average. Rooms – clean, good standard, daily housekeeping. Beaches – two nice ones nearby, about 10 minutes on foot. Staff – mostly friendly and helpful. Cons: Main pools (non-Privilege) overcrowded, little space between sunbeds, and no music at the pool area. Limited daytime activities (e.g. zumba) and evening entertainment more focused on families, with little guest interaction. Elevators – poorly located and too few. If your room is far from them, be prepared to walk quite a lot inside the hotel. Corridors, especially on lower floors, look outdated compared to the rooms. A few staff members were overly strict, but most were nice. The Privilege program could be explained more clearly to guests – what is included and what is not. Overall: a very good choice, especially if you’re looking for a quieter location, beautiful views, and Privilege benefits. Some improvements could be made, but our overall impression was positive.

We booked this place for five days on an all-inclusive basis. The hotel is in a good location, and both the rooms and the outdoor areas, including the pool, were very clean. Most of the staff were friendly and polite. The food was good. However, there are a few things that could be improved: The coffee machine in our room wasn’t working properly. We booked a room with a king-size bed, but were given one with two single beds instead. The drinks, especially the cocktails, were disappointingly tasteless. I’m sure many other guests would agree with me that the cocktails served at the bars had no trace of alcohol in them. Even when we asked the bartenders to add extra alcohol to the drinks, it didn’t make any difference. We even ordered margaritas from the paid menu for €12 each, but were once again very disappointed — they tasted like nothing but sugar and water. My husband and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and since it was an adults-only resort, we expected higher-quality and unlimited drink

Awful! Avoid! We returned to the hotel after a lovely stay last year, however it has seriously declined in service. The staff spent more time arguing with each other than tending to guests then were extremely unpleasant when eventually serving guests (possibly a Brit-only issue?) We booked a privilege room to celebrate a special occasion which was a total waste of money. Front desk staff are rude, failed to take check in details making us return to the desk during our stay (which we didn’t get an acknowledgement for - the female staff member was standoffish and clueless). The privilege desk where staff are supposed to be available to assist you was consistently unmanned, when it rarely was they spent more time talking to each other. The room stank, had a view of the neighbouring hotels laundry facility and the bathroom was unclean - far from luxury or tranquil. Cleaners were still coming into the room at 6pm to tidy disturbing us in the evening. Overall, the areas were unclean. Plates and glasses left around the hotel, very young children in areas they shouldn’t be and staff are unhelpful making the guests feel like a problem. We were literally shooed away by staff and shouted at. They preach a customer centric mantra when in reality their service is far from it. Customer service after the stay is shocking, with staff avoiding addressing issues raised and having an overall rude tone.

Me and my sister just got back from a 9 night holiday at this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. Right from first glance stepping into reception we were in love, and the receptionist who checked us in (I didn't catch her name *reddish/plum dyed hair*) was so lovely, welcoming and friendly. She explained to us all the facilities and gave us a QR code for all the other information should we need it in depth in our own time. The room was ready from 3pm but we got our bands immediately so we could have lunch/use the hotel straight away. A porter even carried both of our suircases for us to the room so we didn't lift a finger! Our room was perfect and we even had a sea view which was unexpected! The whole hotel is spotless, many pools and areas to relax, beautifully maintained grounds covered in hibiscus flowers, even an infinity pool overlooking the beach. A piano bar, pool bar which also serves Poolside food/snacks, 2 themed restaurants (1 free meal per person per stay), and a big buffet restaurant. We were all inclusive, all drinks were branded, and all the food was great and varied, with an exception of a couple of times the chunk of salmon I had wasn't fully cooked enough to my preference so I didn't eat it, and a couple of times at breakfast I had to take my omelette back to the station to be cooked more as the egg was still runny in the middle, but it was rectified). Fresh crepes being made for you to order, etc. Someone accidentally smashed the glass sign in the restaurant and in less than 2 seconds there was a swarm of staff blocking the area and cleaning it up safely. Staff around the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating, even greeting you after remembering you after a few days, and the entertainment was varied and of a good quality. Just wished there were more offerings of courtesy busses to take you to different areas like Adeje Town, Los christianos etc, as you need a taxi or car hire to get around really. We did love the free bus to Las Americas though. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you 🌺😊

Really enjoyed this hotel during a 7 days holiday. The hotel is set in a beautiful, peaceful location and offers spacious, comfortable rooms. The buffets provide a wide variety of delicious options with daily changes, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautifully designed, and there’s a good selection of leisure facilities with great outdoor pools. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday in Tenerife - highly recommended! Special mention for the delicious fresh pancakes at breakfast!

We stayed 4 nights and room floor was not daily cleaned. Bedsheets were never changed. Only glass of Shower was daily cleaned not floor . I also found for 2 nights small cockroaches in the bathroom. Air co wasn’t working the first night. They fix it after the request. Due to continuous Generator noise we couldn’t enjoy of sitting on the balcony. We were on the second floor . For the price per night we expected much higher standards. Location was not good : not walking distance from any bar or shopping area. People working there were very nice : waiters, receptionist, cleaning staff, .. all workers always keep smile and answer all questions

The hotel overall is old-fashioned and needing updated. Our room was very dated, but was a good size & always kept clean (the maids do a great job). Daytime & main evening entertainment in the pool bar was a very good standard. We found the evening entertainment out the front of the hotel to be a very poor standard! One act was very rude to a guest. The guest & their family were very upset! I overheard the guest complaining to reception staff the next day, but the staff didn't look interested. Unfortunately the food was very basic, and not as much choice compared to all the other hotels we've stayed at in Tenerife. Some staff are very friendly and helpful, and others are rude and impolite. One evening, in the dining hall, whilst sitting eating dinner with my wife, I was approached by a restaurant manager and was told I must go to the reception to sort out an issue on my account. At least let me FINISH EATING DINNER before approaching me! If the food had been a better standard we might have considered returning! But there's too many better hotels in the area, so we won't be returning to GF Fanabe

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Fanabe, great pool areas, even one on the roof, never had problems finding sun loungers any day. Restaurant is very well ran and clean with the bonus of also having good food. Pool snacks also very good. Always entertainment on in both bar areas with loads of seating and table service from very helpful and fast staff. Rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, but ours was always cleaned to a very high standard the whole holiday. Highly recommend a stay here if your looking for a relaxing time.

We spent a wonderful holiday at GF Fañabe. The staff were incredibly friendly, cheerful, professional, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. Every night the hotel organizes various activities — concerts, animations, and comedy shows. People laugh, dance, and truly enjoy their vacation. Downstairs there’s a place to play billiards, a small library with books, and a cozy spot for card games. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool, so finding a place to relax was never a problem. There is a car rental right next to reception for people interested in renting a car. The process of renting a car is extremely pleasant and fast - we had the car in 20 minutes after the booking. The meal organization was excellent — breakfast, lunch, and dinner were perfectly managed, and in between there was a snack bar open with sandwiches, yogurts, fruits, and sweets available all day. The rooms were spotless. The only small downside was the room décor, which felt a bit like the early 2000s. But apart from that — everything was perfect. It was such an amazing holiday that I actually cried when we were leaving.

Stayed here for 10 nights at the end of September. As others have noted, the decor is showing it's age but I believe a renovation is planned. Only did bed & breakfast but no complaints with the food. Cleaning staff were always polite and did a great job as were other staff were encountered. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool and up on the roof. Only issue is the steep hill back from the front but that's not the fault of the hotel.

We have just come back from a week family holiday (03.08.25-10.08.25) as soon as we arrived and went to the reception our room (111) was ready for us, the room was big and spacious with air con and a balcony, the beds were quite comfy, we also had the park view with side pool view. The mini fridge we had didn’t really keep our drinks cold but we did get someone to come to have a look. Our room was cleaned everyday and the towels were changed daily as well. We did have a room tab so we could either top up with euros or pay at the end of stay, this was quite handy as not many hotels do this. The pools were a decent size (2 shallow ones for smaller children and a fair size one) there was also a roof top pool for adults only, I must say the sun beds were all taken before 8:30 as I would see people putting their towels on them and when we went down there were no available. The food at the restaurant wasn’t great (I’m a fussy eater)but my daughter and husband did enjoy some of the food, some of the meat section wasn’t cooked properly as there were some pink parts still inside the food, dessert selection was ok. Breakfast wasn’t great at all so we didn’t go down at all during our stay. There is a nice restaurant across the road from the hotel called Babushka they do English and Scottish food, we did go there most mornings and we did enjoy the food. I must say we did meet a lovely lady called Sara who were serving us drinks at the bar we would see her most days 😊 Entertainment for kids and the adults were good. There was also some arcades and spa on the lower level of the hotel with a small gift shop and hair salon on the ground level. There is a little play park, football pitch, mini golf and a zip wire for the kids. We did visit Play de la Americas via the train that takes you on a tour this cost us €42 return (this was for 3 people) we also visited the Costa Adeje Market on Thursday (it does open on a Saturday as well) they had plenty of stalls with some lovely gifts to bring home. We did go to Fanabe beach where you can hire jet skis paddle boats and do other activities, we hired a paddle boat with slide this cost us €25 for the hour, my daughter enjoyed herself on this. We did get stopped by a lady who was doing a marketing survey along the beach front for families who were visiting Tenerife we got asked to pick a card and reveal the prize we won, it was a bottle of Rose wine, my daughter also was able to pick a card and she managed to reveal one of the top prizes, €120, a Samsung fold tablet or a holiday, we did go back the following day and when she opened her card it was the holiday 😀 I couldn’t believe we had one this (we are never that lucky to win anything) Overall the holiday was lovely and would recommend to other families 👍🏻

Just got back after a wonderful week there Rooms were spacious ( family room) and were cleaned daily and towels changed daily. The cleaner was thorough in cleaning to a spotless standard. All staff friendly and pleasant. Food was pretty good and a good variety. Pools clean . We were half board , you pay for evening drinks on card or charge to room no cash payment except for the little shop Only drawback is if you want sunbeds somewhere people there from 0530 and all gone by 0730 all left unattended with towels on . That didn't bother us as we went out for the day and returned later and had no problems getting one then. There's a separate small pool behind for little ones .

Visited restaurant again and enjoyed the fruits and yogurt selection you provided. Only had coffee and cake at lunchtime which was nice . Oh cafe con leche from machine is the best I've tasted in tenerife after many visits to this brilliant island. So again I applaud you. Hotel is fantastic . And as I said in last post i will come here again. Staff are first class. (Will and Lenin on roof top bar ) in particular. Too many to name .( Martha on housekeeping also) still my only gripe is evening meals for British customers. Not enough variety. No things like fish and chips, steak pie, or Sunday roast. Just some ideas for the team. Again I will be back but on a bed and breakfast basis only as I spent over 300 euros eating out when I shouldn't need to. So I'm keeping one star as compensation. 😂

Lovely hotel can't really fault anything. Rooms are nice clean everything you need. Had a sea view which was lovely. Food was lovely also. Drinks are a little expensive but plenty of bars ,restaurants on your doorstep all within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely and plenty of sunbeds no rush to put your towels down tho some still do. There are several beaches which admittedly I've seen better but they are okay. It's a lovely hotel and I would definitely recommend it. Fabulous stay and holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at Dreams Jardín Hotel. The food was exceptional with top-class variety every day—something for everyone. A special shout-out to the amazing staff: Fernando and Li were always happy to help and so lovely with our 1-year-old. Francis and Melina at the fitness suites made our trip even better with their care and brilliant, enjoyable classes—a real highlight! Our room was spacious with a great-sized balcony, perfect for our little one to crawl around safely. The pools were lovely too. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage. We also included breakfast in our stay, and it was absolutely worth it. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was stunning. If your budget allows, the upgrade is well worth it. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the team. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease, their warmth and hospitality really stood out. Honestly, I can’t fault this hotel. If you’re staying in Adeje, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. My only complaint? That I can’t give it more than 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our second stay at this tranquil oasis. Excellent facilities, great choice of food. If you stay here make a reservation at Pintxos (tapas restaurant), incredibly romantic, wonderful food, very friendly knowledgeable waiters - trust their tapas recommendations. Good value for money without sacrificing taste or customer service. Onsite gym has the best ocean views. Sunset Bar cocktail menu is great value and the ocean view really makes it.

We came to Tenerife in 2019 and walked past this hotel and I really wanted to stay here. It's changed a bit since then and the bottom part has now been sold off and turned into a beach club. The hotel that's now here is still lovely, the communal areas are beautiful and naturally cooled from the breezes that blow through. The rooms are starting to show their age, with a little bit of wear and tear. Showers are hit and miss, often either scolding hot or freezing cold. Electric sockets are loose in the walls. So it needs a bit of renovating. Over all though it didn't distract from how lovely the hotel is. The staff are incredibly accommodating. The food on offer is high quality. We were B&B but ate in a couple of the onside restaurants. Breakfast is high standard and loads on offer. I would definitely return. Note: the hotel need to do something about the ridiculous sun lounger reserving. People putting towels on sun loungers at 8am, and not turning up until 1pm, using them for an hour and leaving again. Meanwhile, couples and young families are wandering around searching, or making do with a single bed. Needs to stop.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tenerife! The atmosphere is so peaceful and welcoming — you instantly feel relaxed the moment you arrive. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area. It feels like you’re swimming in a tropical jungle, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and lush greenery. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sun. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is clean, stylish, and very well taken care of. Even though there’s no direct beach access, it didn’t matter at all — the overall experience was more than perfect. Everything about this place feels special.

We had a fantastic stay. We only had breakfast since we went out for activities every day. The breakfast was very extensive and delicious. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was quiet yet centrally located.

Stayed here with my partner for 8 nights all inclusive. Really enjoyable experience. Only complaint would be the entertainment finishing at 10-10:30pm and bar closing at 11. Felt too early on some nights. 10 minutes walk to shops and the beach. Staff really helpful and attentive. Our room was lovely and cleaned every day. Bathroom floor a little worn and stuck down with tape but wasn’t an issue. Entertainment team were good. Some were more enthusiastic than others but they put on a good show. Would definitely stay here again.

All round great hotel. The whole place is kept lovely and clean constantly. All inclusive was great and there was plenty of different food on nearly every meal. Plenty of choice for picky kids as well. Good drink selection and the entertainment was decent for both the kids and adults. The location is absolutely spot on as you're smack bang in the middle of everything you could possibly want from bars to shops and restaurants.

Me and my partner stayed here at the end of August 2025 and WOW what an amazing time we had! The hotel is always clean, theirs is staff around 24/7 to help with any questions or problems and the services they provide are great. In regards to the food, it is generally pretty good for an all inclusive resort. There is variety of pizza options at all times at dinner and tea time and the pizza’s are really tasty and at tea there are different food options being cooked. However, they do lack the variety of food they offer; we did tend to be eating the same thing. The desert options were always fantastic as they had a large chocolate fountain, various ice cream options, variety of fruit and various cakes and cookies to choose from.

Just returned home after a fantastic week at the Hovima Suites with my wife and daughter. The was the first time we had stayed here and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything from the food, the cleanliness and the staff was first class. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for a great holiday

We just spent a week at this hotel, and I can say it's one of the best I have ever stayed at. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a splash park and kids' pool with different toys to share. The kids' club is open twice a day, and there's a mini disco every evening (I wish it started a bit earlier, though). There are lots of families and kids, but we always managed to find a sunbed or a vacant table during breakfast and dinner. The food is amazing, with a great variety of dishes, sweets, pastries, and dairy products. I can't even imagine what else I could want to eat, as there was always something unusual and everything was really tasty. The location is amazing too. The nearest beach is about a 7-minute walk away, and the HiperDino is about a 3-minute walk away. A separate shout-out to the housekeepers on the second floor. Our kids made such a mess in our room—sand and crumbs everywhere—and every day the housekeeping did an amazing job. I left a thank-you note with a tip, but the money was only taken once. Every person working at this hotel is very friendly and polite. We were never pressured to buy anything or leave tips. I highly recommend staying here if you want to have a relaxing family holiday.

We visited in 2023 and had to return this year too! The hotel is amazing — it is everything you could ask for and more. The entire place is spotless, and all the staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional. There’s entertainment for everyone. The location is perfect — just a five-minute walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. There are too many staff members to name who made our stay wonderful, but special mentions go to Alexandra, Rasoul, and Berta — all 5 stars! We even extended our trip while here, and the reception team made the process smooth and stress-free. On site, there’s also a lovely hairdresser, a Starbucks, and a spa for that extra bit of relaxation. Huge thanks to everyone!

We had the most amazing holiday as a family of 6. The rooms and hotel were clean, the food was really good for an all inclusive - tasty and variety for all. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Even our 15 year olds enjoyed every minute. A really lovely holiday for our family! Couldn’t fault it

Lovely hotel, has all the facilities for families, young couples and those of us that are matured in life. Staff are very helpful, polite, and welcoming. Food is very good indeed, a great choice each day for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Great entertainment each night well supported. Hotel is having a closure end of January for a refurbishment, costing quite a few million euros, 7 months closed. It will be very impressive, I am sure once completed. Yes it's needed because it's a little dated in area's. Love the Adults only area for relaxing, quietness and swimming pool facilities on top deck floor 6. All in all it's a lovely hotel and not too far from the front if you like beach and sea areas of El Duque.. *****

Stunning hotel with everything you could ask for. Stayed here on an all inclusive basis, and was extremely happy with everything. Good selection of food and drinks on offer (the pool bar area offers take away options for food and drink too). Swimming pools very good size and with plenty of sun beds available, no issues getting one at any time of day. Easy 5min walk down into the main town area/beach. Overall would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking to add a bit more of a luxury feel to their holiday 💁‍♂️

Absolutely amazing, I’ve had a lush time here at GF gran costa adeje the staff were lovely and the buffet was GREAT if your doing all inclusive and the pool is big and well maintained they give you your own towels, the bathroom was incredible very modern and cleaned thoroughly and they make your bed every morning it was amazing definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

Amazing!!! Been 4 times to this hotel and every time I can not fault beautiful people with amazing service, I'm going back for my 5th stay in November great time to go, food and drink always perfect and if not they are so happy to fix. The staff don't even feel like staff they are like family now I LOVE this hotel I personally would not go to any other

Cant wait for our second stay here in may we loved our first trip, heard lots of mixed reviews about a kids splash park being added? Can someone from the hotel confirm if this is true?

We stayed at this hotel for the second time with our 2 year old daughter. The hotel is great for families with toddlers, babies or older kids: very spacious, the staff is amazing, rooms offer enough space for younger more energetic members of family. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, heated children's pool, food for breakfast and dinner and music in the evenings. I don't think the animation team knows how to deal with younger kids (best for 5+), but they're nice and wish we'll. We were however sadly harassed by the neighbor guests who banged on our wall when our daughter was singing or playing in the room. Expect many many senior visitors in this hotel: most of them are nice, but there will always be a few who expect this to be a senior residence with no children around. As miserable as those people are - they can ruin your family's holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place itself is beautiful and everything is kept spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, always making us feel welcome. A special mention goes to Beatriz, Jesus, and Ariel, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. Their warm service really stood out to us and made our stay even more enjoyable. There is only one small downside we noticed: the vegetarian food options could definitely be improved. Often, only the side dishes were vegetarian, and at the pool bar the snacks were limited to fruit. All the sandwiches and salads contained meat or fish, which was a little disappointing. It would be great to see a wider variety of vegetarian choices in the future. Overall, though, we truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!

I spent seven nights at Melia Jardines del Teide and left feeling refreshed, sun-kissed, and pleasantly satisfied. The hotel is perched on a hillside, which means the views over Costa Adeje and the Atlantic are absolutely stunning—especially at sunset. I had the Level Master Suite and the rooms were spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed, sofa bed, two bathrooms and two balconies, a space that became my morning coffee spot. The Master Suite offers added benefits, with one free dining option, money discounted for another meal and private return transfers to the airport - it is well worth considering. I had booked The Level experience and the upgrade is well worth it, with private lounge access, premium drinks, and a quieter pool area which made the stay feel more exclusive. Food was a highlight. The Level breakfast buffet had everything from fresh fruit, made-to-order requests, cold-cuts, champagne etc. The Pico Negro and Casa Nostra restaurants were excellent with fantastic food and beverages. I ordered a Rib Eye steak in Pico, and I was not sure whether to eat or climb it (that big!) The evening entertainment at the Retama Lobby Bar was a eclectic mix of music, with the different nightly performances catering for most tastes. All the Staff were extraordinarily friendly, efficient and helpful throughout my stay. This is my second vacation at the hotel (and I am already booked for 2026!) so if you're looking for a relaxing adults-only escape with great views, solid food, and a touch of luxury, Melia Jardines del Teide delivers.

My friend and I stayed at the Melia Jardines del Teide for a week in August. We had the best time! The location was spectacular, the views are amazing and you can walk to the beach. We booked all inclusive but we didn't upgrade to The Level, which didn't look at all necessary. Their pool was situated strangely in the middle of the hotel near to the main restaurant, and the main pool had much better vibes. We are in our 30s and like to have a drink or two but also equally enjoy chilling by the pool and reading. We LOVED the sport activities they offered! Kevin, Elisa, and one other guy who I unfortunately can't remember (who had some amazing energy!!!) were super engaging and fun, and easily coaxed us into the pool every day for aqua fitness, underwater running, underwater cycling, dancing, etc. We also did a yoga class one evening which was exactly what we needed that night! The pool bar staff were fantastic--Bea, Alberto, Nico and Jesus were always smiling and full of banter during their non-stop demanding work..and were happy to let me practice my Spanish with them each day. The staff at the lobby bar were also great..they even remembered our nightly cocktail order out of all those guests. The evening entertainment was varied and much better than you would expect for hotel entertainment. The food was GREAT! So often the food in a hotel buffet can taste really bland and it can get boring after a week. I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere and was this blown away by the food. The selection is huge, and you won't be able to try everything in a week. I am vegetarian and I really appreciated all the different vegetables they cooked, different pasta dishes, and especially the veggie paella they made a few times! The desserts were amazing, and the breakfast options were also never-ending. I think I counted 8 ways that they would make eggs. Hats off to all the kitchen staff because they put in some serious effort. The room was also great..beds were super comfortable and I think we had 3 huge pillows each. Everything was really clean, and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job and were also extremely friendly. Everyone at the reception was also totally delightful. They organized us a rental car for a day and it was dropped off and picked up from the hotel. All in all, everyone at this hotel seems really happy to be working there and that is super important to me. The grounds are beautiful, and there are so many people working hard each morning to keep that place looking beautiful. It was without a doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I will definitely be back! 10 out of 10!!

We visited Melia Jardines Del Teide in late September to get some late summer sun as a same sex couple from the UK. What we booked: We booked 10 days, Bed and Breakfast and opted for The Level. We booked bed and breakfast as we wanted to sample some of the many local restaurants in the area. We also opted for the level as we liked the idea of a smaller quieter pool, the use of the lounge area and the nibbles and drink options that were made available throughout the day. The Level: On reflection, while the Level perks were nice, the offering is a confusing proposition and really needs to be rethought by Melia. Drinks and food have to be consumed within the Level lounge which I found frustratingly bureaucratic given we’d paid for the food/drinks as part of the upgrade. The level pool is actually more overlooked than the main pool too, and the all inclusive guests that use the buffet at lunch time queue alongside that pool every lunch time. The main pool had a better vibe and was better served with amenities too. This is a site specific issue with Jardines Del Teide though. We did like the A La Carte breakfast option you get with the Level. We did sample the buffet breakfast on two occasions too. The Level Breakfast menu was a little limited for a 10 day stay, but you can configure what you like and the staff were very accommodating. A special mention to Jose and Cecilia (I can’t recall everyone’s names!) but all the staff were smiley and made mornings a real pleasure. The 4pm - 6pm drinks and tapas offering was also a nice thing, but similarly was frustrated by the ‘rules’ of the Level Lounge. The Circle: This is Melia’s ‘subscription scheme’ - but they also work around the hotel site all day to improve the guest experience. They acted like a concierge. We did have a sales pitch for the subscription, and while it wasn’t suitable for the kinds of holidays we take, I can see how it would work for people who like all inclusive breaks and have flexibility with holiday time. We did get a brilliant couples massage from Lana at the spa just for finding out more about Circle. Irrespective of our decision, the Circle team acted like an enhanced concierge during the stay. They arranged several events throughout our time, such as a cheese and wine tasting or a gin tasting experience, and there was entertainment in the afternoons too. A special shout out to Yasmin who gave us brilliant local insights that helped us plan a 2-day road trip all over the island, and to Toni - who not only ironed out a couple of little issues we had with the room with exceptional speed and ease, but was also really personable and engaging company during the stay. They made a huge difference - A big thank you! The hotel site: We loved the fact it was adults only, and that it’s spread out over a big site. It had a feeling of space and exclusivity. Summary: A lovely hotel, in a great spot. Clean, spacious with a great landscaping and surroundings. Fantastic team of staff. Consider mobility and location when booking. And make sure your board and room choices consider the hotel food options and external food facilities.

We stayed at this hotel with our family and were absolutely delighted! The service was impeccable, thanks especially to Jose at the reception who was very friendly and helpful. He solved all our request and did his best to make us happy. The food was amazing and varied, we appreciated the quality and quantity of the meals. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, every day we found our rooms clean and tidy. The view from the rooms was spectacular, we were able to enjoy the panorama every morning. But the real touch of class was Alessio, who helped us with our luggage and everyday with a smile, always very kind and professional. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality and kindness! Definitely coming back ! 5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is an oasis, palm trees and lovely planting everywhere. The levels experience we went for was so worth the money for complimentary snacks and soft drinks alone, my husband enjoyed the drinks too! Finally and the most important call out is for all the staff, they are all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I wanted to make a special call out to Patrick, the concierge. He was so helpful in recommending restaurants to suit our tastes, directing us to the local pharmacy when I was unwell and generally just a very helpful and friendly individual to speak too.

This was our second stay at the Meliá Jardines del Teide, and once again it did not disappoint! On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with vouchers for a complimentary bottle of wine and a cocktail as a thank you for returning – such a thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. Unlike our last visit, this time we really made the most of the exceptional daily classes on offer (all included at no extra cost). There are activities running all day, every day, so there’s always something to get involved in if you want to. We tried the Latin dance classes twice and the coffee workshop with Lucas, who was truly outstanding – so knowledgeable, engaging and fun. We also joined aqua fit with Fernando, who was just as fantastic. Both Lucas and Fernando are incredibly friendly, energetic and inclusive, making every class suitable for all abilities. We also joined the jewellery workshop run by Rosie, with Fernando assisting, and this was another highlight. They were brilliant at guiding us through the process, and we left with beautiful, unique glass necklaces as souvenirs – such a memorable experience. Evening entertainment is another strength of the hotel, with a varied programme of talented musicians and performers in a stunning setting with breathtaking views. Lucas and Fernando were again a big part of the fun, keeping everyone engaged and involved. As for food, while we can’t comment on the buffet restaurant as we stayed bed and breakfast, the breakfast itself was excellent – a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. We also dined at Pico Negro restaurant twice during our stay and both meals were exceptional. The staff there were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the dishes, and made us feel so well looked after. The same can be said for the bar staff throughout the hotel – all of them are warm, professional, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We also noticed the benefits of The Level, but we never felt as though we were missing out by not booking this package, nor that we were treated any differently – which is a credit to how well all guests are looked after. At the pool, we’ve always been able to find sun loungers without a problem, which made our days there even more enjoyable. The only small negative we would mention is that the pool floor is starting to look a little tired, with some paint coming away at the bottom – hopefully something that can be refreshed soon. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers unbeatable views. However, it’s the staff who truly make this place special. From start to finish, every interaction was wonderful, and we honestly can’t recommend the classes, entertainment, or the hotel itself enough. We can’t wait to return again!

Starting with the pros; the hotel is in a great location with lots of nice bars and restaurants around. A 10 minute walk from the main strip and 10/15 minute walk from the nightlife and bus stop for Siam park. The hotel seems to have been furnished to a good standard with nice modern finish in concept (the bits that had been maintained), very light and airy. The three pools and bubbly tub were also lovely. I must also mention the entertainment was excellent especially the activities conducted by Miguel as he was a true gentleman and a true credit to the hotel. Security was also very vigilant and the hotel felt safe. Unfortunately now the cons; Most upsetting was the state of the sheets and the towels, we had our sheets changed 5 times on the 10 night stay and every single set of sheets had rips and stains on them, the towels were also stained on two occasions. When I bright this to attention of reception multiple times I was told I must wait until the next day and it will be sorted the next day, this is when I was treated to some more stained sheets. The room seemed to be poorly maintained with sharp edges around the timer / sensor for the bathroom light and a cracked floor tile right in the path of the balcony, the shower also leaked and the room was handed to us the the back board of the bed which had both bedside sockets and shelves attached was not properly attached to the wall which was dangerous, again we had to wait overnight for this to be fixed. Reception was a bit hit and miss, some receptionist really cared but others couldn’t care less, it was also an hour wait to check in when we arrived and we was told this is because there was only one member staff working which turned out to not be true. This was a self catering room and all the plates and cutlery has some sort of food or dirt on them, the draws were also dirty. The floors especially under the beds and on the balcony were dirty and were only spray moped not properly mopped, there was also cigarette buts on the balcony behind the glass and cigarette burns on the balcony table. We really complain and only complained about the basics in safety and cleanliness, we were polite to reception when complaining but ultimately at the end of a ten night stay we didn’t have one night with proper clean sheets and still walked out of a room with sharp tile edges. This hotel has A LOT of potential but the basic fundamentals really need addressing, I believe this is entirely an issue of the hotel staff but a lack of interest from management and higher up.

Not sure why this hotel has so many terrible reviews..it’s cheap and great value! I stayed with my partner few weeks back and we had an amazing time. We were self catering but coming back next year to try the all inclusive so I can’t comment on the food just yet. The room was the only thing I could slightly fault as it was showing a lot of signs of wear and tear and in need of a refurb but for the price couldn’t fault it. Beds are slightly hard but after a couple nights I got used to it 😂. The pools are cold but when it’s 27 degrees it’s a relief getting into a cold pool! The animation guys are also great especially Miguel who was so friendly and chatted to us all the time right up to our day of departure where he wished us goodbye, I hope to see him again next year! Cocktails are good but better if you go to “the pub” which is located outside near the main pools, cocktails were amazing from there. Location also amazing! About 5/10 min walk to the strip etc or to the golden mile, lots of pubs, bars, restaurants to choose from just outside the hotel as well. Service at the reception also great always there when needed, will arrange you taxis, give you advice and recommendations. Seriously can’t fault the hotel only removed a star due to the rooms as if they had a makeover this hotel would be 5 stars for me! thanks for an amazing stay and see you again next year 👍🏻

You get what you pay for! I was really dreading my stay with this hotel because of the reviews I'd seen on here and TripAdvisor but honestly I really enjoyed my stay here. Food was decent for the money, all inclusive drinks at the pool bar was worth it (have to pay a euro for a cup but that's ok) rooms were a good size. Got the odd few cockroaches but that's to be expected and unavoidable. Seen some complaints about noise and there was some works being done to the hotel at the time which was slightly annoying but is what it is. Maybe not the ideal hotel if you are looking for total peace and quiet, probably based towards the younger generation or families with young children. Staff were friendly and would stay here again!

Got an all inclusive deal on this hotel and it was easily worth every penny spent. Room is massive and beds were really good as well but was not a big fan of the desk which looked like rusted metal. We didn't get a duvet either but other than that, everything was excellent. The food was great, the staff was extremely friendly and although my partner was able to speak Spanish with them, most (if not all) were still able to have a conversation with me in English so very tourist friendly. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Definitely best value for money so far.

We're here now, no bad comments from us. Nice staff nice clean place, very welcoming. Every day room sorted clean towels etc. Very friendly area local bus stops if you want to venture away for the day. Very nice.

10/10 in every aspect. Ignore the bad reviews allowing one thing to ruin their view of this hotel. Reception staff are absolutely amazing!!! Both girls with blondish hair and girl with dark hair were so lovely and attentive to anything we needed to ask or have sorted!!! Our room was very clean , fresh bedding and towels whenever we needed them, hotel has security on 24/7 making sure only hotel members are coming in. ( can get late check out if available ) Everything with our stay was amazing and I am so glad we booked this hotel , plenty of sun beds at pool or upper decking areas , hotel was very very clean and again staff were all amazing. For people crying about weed smell , you will never smell it or see anyone smoking it in common areas , we never smelled it once while staying and if people decide to smoke it in their balcony , good! It’s allowed via Spanish law and the fact the hotel honours this is a massive + imo. Me and my girl will be booking up for 2 weeks next time. 1 wasn’t enough :((((( Thank you to everyone again for making our stay so special!!!

Room was decent enough, although the walls are quite thin, so sleep deprived because of noisy couple. Bed sheets were not changed once in the week we were there. Food wasn't too bad, although allergies not labelled up on all dishes. Staff were really friendly, no complaints at all about them. All inclusive does NOT include cocktails but does give a discount. Deffo go to corner bar for a cold beer, if you don't mind paying for a decent pint in a cold glass. Lifts were a bit of a lottery as to if they were working. People were waiting by the pool with their towels to reserve sunbeds, a bit sad really, there is a sign somewhere saying not to, but not enforced. Overall, decent enough week there, good location, clean enough alround. You get what you pay for.

Great hotel. Isn't cleaned in the outside areas as you would think. Room was lovely, but did have the junior suite. Strange place where they put the bath. The only problem in the room, was that the air conditioning smelt like sewage. Spoke to reception but nothing was done. In the end I turned it off. Location is great with a good selection of bars and restaurants if required.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, as well as our first time on holiday after his accident. We could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect, the staff were friendly, everything was spotless, accessibility was almost perfect! Just the shower space could be improved if there is any future plans for renovation (although not necessary) - we managed :). Location was good! Everything was amazing! Would highly recommend this hotel for active paraplegic couples. We even managed to get my husband in the pool, which again was the first since the accident. All three life guards were happy to help although we didn’t need it. The all inclusive food buffet was really good, something for everyone. All full of flavour.

We initially asked for a higher floor room on the booking twice, we ended up on the bottom floor facing the strip with a room that had awful air-con. Our room was near a storage cupboard for smelly towels or something, there was a horrid smell, the entire time i was there. After complaining, we managed to get our rooms changed 3 day later, not great. Cleaners are fantastic, very nice and welcoming, no complaints, they’re solid at their jobs. Receptionists HIT AND MISS. Some are fantastic, some really come across like “why are you talking to me right now” NOTE some staff don’t make you feel welcome. Gym was fantastic The lack of stairs is a nightmare, the amount of time waiting to use the elevator was annoying. Swimming pool was great, sucks it closes at 6:30PM but i think thats down to local laws or something, so cant complain. This hotel feels like a overly polished 3 star hotel, not quite 4. The food is horrendous standard and entertainment is very meh. Would i stay again, probably not, not my cup of tea and personally for the money we spent on a 4* you would expect better.

We recently stayed at the Guayarmina Princess and we can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is stunning and in a perfect location with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The buffet restaurant had a lovely selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The entertainment bar & the cocktail bar both had a great selection of drinks in the evening. The pool was lovely and sun beds can be reserved easily on the app which cancels out any stress about putting towels down early in the morning. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the restaurant staff were very accommodating. The rooms were lovely and spacious and cleaned to perfection. Overall, a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

At first glance, the hotel is absolutely stunning – the architecture is beautiful, the amenities are impressive, and the staff are genuinely lovely. There are plenty of activities on offer, and the overall ambience is very much like being on a luxury cruise ship. However, when you look a little closer, some of the details begin to fall short. Our room had visible mould in some corners, which we reported to reception four times, but unfortunately, nothing was done about it during our stay. The walls are also incredibly thin – if you’re unlucky enough to have inconsiderate neighbours who slam doors and drink loudly at 3 or 4 in the morning, a good night’s sleep is unlikely. The beds themselves are very comfortable, but the pillows leave much to be desired. What’s more disappointing is that the “double bed” is actually two large singles pushed together. For couples who enjoy cuddling or are celebrating something special like a honeymoon, this setup is a definite let-down. All in all, the hotel has a lot of potential and offers a visually beautiful experience with excellent service and facilities. But sadly, the finer details – which are so important – didn’t meet our expectations. With some improvements, especially around maintenance and room comfort, it could truly live up to its first impression.

Room had more than ample space with TV, hairdryer , toiletries , fresh towels ( daily if wanted ) , tea, coffee, small fridge , seating area and balcony . Out room was side facing the Ibostar hotel near the pool end . The only thing we found was at nighttime the room was quite noisy even with the door closed . If you stayed in one of the Platinum rooms over the pool it must have been very noisy . Food - plenty of choice in the Food market , great attentive staff and beer ,wine and choice of drinks great . We tried The Roast restaurant but we're very disappointed. The main course ( mixed grill ) was so over oily, very bland , very overcooked runner beans and chips which were barely blanched ,needless to say we didn't eat there again although could have ! Entertainment was good and varied . Drinks from the bars were fine , the alcoholic cocktails could be a bit hit and miss depending on who was making them but there is plenty to choose from that are All inclusive. The hotel itself is lovely. Beautiful location, very clean ,modern , lovely staff and the pools are gorgeous. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from. It's literally across a pathway to the beach so location is fantastic. ☺️

I’d honestly go back to Tenerife just for this hotel. The Room was perfect with water provided everyday to us. The food at the food market was very nice with different variety everyday. The times were also perfect for both the dinner and the breakfasts. Drinks were fantastic staff constantly checking on us asking if we wanted to order some more. The reception staff were very kind. I lost my cardigan which one of the staff found and gave it back to me. Got to try the roast restaurant twice where I got to try both the steak and chicken which was both the best I’ve had. The hotel location was perfect since it was near to the beach. Got to hear waves from where my room was. Down the road was the bus stop for both the Siam park and Mall. The pool area was really nice. I’d recommend booking sun beds timely enough, there was good availability and when we were there. They had Zumba and volleyball during the day at the pool which was super fun and entertaining. The drinks were so lovely with a huge selection of cocktails. Wish I got the chance to try them all. Overall it was the best 10 nights and I’d love to return some day.

Beautiful hotel with nice architecture and a spacious lobby. It does feel like a maze during the first couple of days with all the different levels, but if you search, you’ll find your way. The bedrooms and bathrooms are practical, nicely decorated, and spacious. The restaurant was a real disappointment. Breakfast is good, but nothing special. Dinner is honestly not good: many dishes are served cold, pizzas stay too long under the heaters and are no longer fresh. During our first days we had a full dinner offering, but from September 7th onward only about two-thirds of the kitchen was in use – probably due to lower occupancy? Not okay, as we are still paying the full price. The pools are great and very accessible for little ones. Major downside: our oldest daughter (2.5 years old, just under 1 m tall) loves the water but was not allowed on the big slides or other water attractions. She could only use the “baby” slides, which were too boring for her. This was a real let-down, especially since the hotel promotes itself as child-friendly and we partly chose it for the slides and play facilities.

What an amazing hotel. Was sceptical when booking, but turned out to be absolutely amazing. Great swimming pools, surf pool, kids pool with entertainment. Every evening there is live music, different, from piano to rock-n-roll! Amazing buffet breakfast. Evening arcade and simulators for kids. Spacious rooms, amazing staff, very clean. Once a week there is Flamenco show which I recommend - book through the hotel with discount. Amazing sand beach around the corner and shopping mall just across the street. I wanted to mention very helpful and kind receptionist Eugenia - helped us numerous times, thank you.

What an amazing hotel! This is the third time I've stayed here with my two children and I cannot fault it. The service is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. The layout of the rooms is perfect for a family of four. The restaurant delivers a wide range of food, catering to all tastes. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and are always ready to help in any way they can. I really would recommend this hotel as a special place to come and relax with your family. First time staying at the gf victoria, as usually stay at the gf isabel and can truly say I have never been so disappointed with a hotel ever abroad or even in UK. Every morning at breakfast would ask for a high chair for my lo, every morning would get it myself half way through the restaurant as none staff ever brought the high chair despite asking for it when placing the drinks order. Our room was flooded on 3rd day here. 3 year old daughter slipped and banged her head as we didn't know it was there. Went down and told the reception and told them about it, they did say oh sorry we will get it sorted. We went out and came back 5 hours later and went too room as no one had said we couldn't re enter, too the room flooded more and could clearly see that it was coming from the lights. So we called reception and told them about it again told that someone has checked it so they would send a cleaner too dry the floor. Once the cleaner had arrived I explained too them they could stand there and repeatedly clean it although it was pointless as it's coming from the roof. So called reception again and asked if a manager could come see it as felt like was not took seriously. Manager came about 20 minutes later and said yes we have too move you room as the pool above it leaking. Did apologise however didn't seem overly fazed or interested as it was reported more than once.We packed and got told someone will come get us too move everything too new room. Called them waited 30 minutes after 30 minutes called again waited another 20 minutes no one arrived. Bye this point it was 8pm and child was soo hungry so we took everything too reception ourselves as no one came too help. They did offer us dinner in the buffet but we declined and told them kids didn't like it when we paid 150 euros the night before so wasn't wanting that. So after a long day took lo too mini disco asked for a drink at 8.30 waited until mini disco was over at 9pm still no drink and was leaving. Asked waiter if we could not be charged for the drink we didn't get. Got offered the drink as we were leaving the mini disco which obviously was refused as wanted it for the mini disco. Pools are nice that's if someone hasn't soiled in it and have too wait until full pool is re cleaned. Buffet dinner I would not recommend. Breakfast is good apart from asking for high chairs too not recieve them so have too go hunt about restaurant too get one. I would not recommend this hotel especially for the price you pay too have such horrible experiences felt like it's been a nightmare holiday I would not be back. I would highly recommend gf isabel and will be returning to there.

Stayed there for 8 nights last week with my family Positives: - Great breakfast, even better dinner - Every personnel were great. Service quality is impeccable - You feel the luxury and high quality all around - You do not feel the crowd, premium feel everywhere - Excellent SPA - Fantastic Gym. Best I have seen in a hotel - Good housekeeping services - Lots of activities to entertain kids Some other general comments : - I thought some people in Kids Club would speak German. My son does not speak English yet and could not join the activities(joining kids looked very happy) - Hotel is very new but some things in room(toilets, laundry hangers outside) strangely old and used So why only 3 Stars? Our room had a horrible sewage smell. Every night and morning. We have told to reception 4 times and the housekeeping did some short term solution but the smell came back every night. I was not expecting smelling sewage in a hotel that is this expensive. That smell alone made sure we are probably not going to return

Amazing!!! I'm here as I write this. I have had the pleasure of staying in many lovely family hotels all over the world, this is one of the best I've stayed in. Staff - Friendly and helpful Amenities - First Class Location - First Class Food - First Class Rooms - First Class Cleanliness - First Class Swimming Pools - First Class Samuel, Stella, Goncalo, Olga, Angela it's only a few of the names who deserve a word of appreciation because they do a great job!!! The whole kids club staff is lovely, helpful and great people. My son Oscar is really delighted. The kids entertainment is good and there's plenty to keep you and your family entertained for a week or 2. I would highly recommend it and we definitely come back 💯

Perfect for a family vacation with children. Playa del Duque and the nearby resort facilities and restaurants were all very convenient and enjoyable — not the most luxurious, but incredibly well-designed and comfortable. The pool slides were fun and great for primary and early secondary school kids. Also loved that every room had a microwave. Would definitely come back!One of the best experiences, not just in Tenerife but anywhere in the world!

Bahía del Duque is truly an incredible 5-star hotel with exceptional service from start to finish. Small touches made a big difference — every morning we were warmly greeted and personally walked to our table at breakfast, which set the tone for the day. The location couldn’t be better, right on the beach with expansive grounds that are beautifully maintained. The variety of dining options is impressive, from multiple high-end restaurants to a Michelin-starred experience, all of which lived up to expectations. Our room was serviced daily to a very high standard, and the nightly turndown service with chocolates, slippers, and thoughtful touches made coming back from the evening shows feel extra special. There’s no shortage of activities on offer, and the gym is well-equipped with the latest Technogym equipment. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — fresh, varied, and of consistently high quality. Overall, Bahía del Duque delivers everything you’d expect from a world-class resort and more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality in Tenerife.

Staff / service: Absolutely top-tier. Friendly, attentive, and quick to help in every instance. Scenery, Architecture, Pools, Bars, Cocktails: The setting is stunning. Beautifully designed spaces with plenty of character. The pools and cocktail bar in reception in particular was fantastic. Restaurants: Mixed experience. There are Michelin-starred options which I didn’t try, but the main restaurants were underwhelming. There’s a dress code requiring trousers in most places, which is fair enough, but being turned away to change only to return and see others in shorts made the rule feel inconsistent. This discouraged our group from trying more on-site restaurants. The food quality was decent but nothing memorable, and most meals were overpriced. That seemed to be the trend throughout the complex. Breakfast: Solid, with a few caveats. Probably the best buffet-style breakfast I’ve had in terms of quality. It can get repetitive though. I wish the bacon and sausages were better – they were more like frankfurters, and the bacon was chewy. This might be more about the local produce than the hotel itself. Spa: Staff and service were excellent. Massages and general hospitality were top class, and pricing was what you’d expect. Unfortunately, many spa facilities were under renovation, and what was available on the second floor felt lacking. The steam room door didn’t close fully, so it wasn’t hot enough. Sunbeds were marked or dirty, and there was only one bathroom which had no working light. Some taps didn’t work properly either. Room (Sea View): Lovely with a few issues. The view was beautiful, but the minibar was extremely overpriced. I’d prefer an empty fridge to store my own drinks or leftovers. We had a persistent high-pitched noise from the tap, which was never fixed despite reporting it multiple times. Staff acknowledged the issue but no solution was offered. The Wi-Fi had issues early on but was resolved quickly. Other minor inconveniences included a loose handle and inconsistent housekeeping for turndown service. Gym: Disappointing. If you’re a regular gym-goer, this will likely fall short. The gym is far too small for a resort of this scale. There’s not enough weight equipment, no barbells, limited weight racks, and very few accessories like cable handles. Machines are okay, but the max weights are too low, and more variety is needed This hotel gets a lot right. The service is outstanding and the setting is beautiful. But areas like the gym, the inconsistent restaurant experience, and some outdated or under-maintained facilities bring the overall experience down a notch. There’s great potential here, and it could easily be a five-star experience with a few key improvements.

The hotel was marketed as a luxury property, but there was nothing luxurious about our experience. It felt more like a moderately nice Disney resort—crowded, noisy, and overrun with kids. There is no adults-only pool, which is astonishing for a resort of this size. The so-called “adults-only” area is directly adjacent to the main pool, so you’re still surrounded by noise and splashing. Our room had a persistent damp, musty odor, and the turn-down service was inconsistent at best. Only once did we receive proper service; on other nights, staff simply came in, closed the blinds, and left—leaving behind trash, used towels, and an unturned bed. This is not my definition of luxury. Dining was another frustration. While the food itself was decent, getting a reservation was a challenge due to the limited number of restaurants and tables compared to the size of the resort. Staff appeared constantly rushed and disorganized. One night, we were told we could dine as long as we left by 9:30 p.m.—we arrived at 8:00 and ordered immediately, yet service was so slow we didn’t leave until after 10:00. It even took 30 minutes to receive our bill, which was incorrect. We were repeatedly skipped for bread service despite trying to get the staff’s attention. Having just stayed at the Four Seasons in Marrakech—a true luxury property—the difference was night and day. This experience felt more like going from a high-end hotel to a budget motel. We left feeling disappointed and misled, our expectations falling far short of reality.

Definitely not 5-star. Rooms are poorly designed and noisy - AC is extremely loud, walls are paper-thin (you hear snoring, alarms, conversations), and shower temperature is inconsistent. Facilities are outdated (old TV with no channels or smart features, no USB sockets, no kettle), and basics are missing (no drying rack in a beach resort, no do-not-disturb sign, only one towel hook, fridge unusable due to minibar overload). Interior feels messy with wires sticking out and tilted frames. Worst of all, I stepped on glass shards left by previous guests five days into our stay. When I told reception, there was no apology or care. Housekeeping was inconsistent - fresh flower replaced once then left with stagnant water for two weeks, bathroom drying line filthy. Hotel grounds are neglected: loungers dirty and uncomfortable, mats soiled, trash left under sunbeds for days, smoking area tables stacked with dirty cups. Gym requires a keycard to enter but has no proper AC. Calling a buggy takes 15+ minutes, even with staff standing around. Restaurants are below standard: food is oily and inconsistent, pastries unlabeled, stale bread charged at lunch, rotten oranges left in the juice machine, dirty dishes at breakfast, coffee takes forever. Quality is nowhere near 5-star and service is inattentive. Staff were the biggest disappointment. Reception was rude when I asked if they could collect a delivery, replying “we have enough restaurants here.” Taxis through the hotel cost 100+ vs 60 with Uber. Complaints about glass shards ignored, birthday not acknowledged, drinks spilled by pool never cleaned, and our bed left stuck high after housekeeping with no help despite multiple calls. Checkout was cold and dismissive - no “how was your stay,” just an invoice. Overall, this hotel pretends to be luxury but fails on every level. Feels like a neglected 3-star at best.

I visited this hotel today with my family to explore the property for a potential future booking during my trips to Tenerife. As I am now staying in similar level hotel, but I like to change my hotel in every visit to experience more accommodations.Since I regularly spend my summers in Spain, visiting luxury destinations such as Barcelona, Marbella, Málaga, Mallorca, and Madrid, and I always make it a point to visit five-star hotels before choosing where to stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the security team, valet service, and parking staff, and the hotel lobby looked beautifully designed. However, when we approached the reception to request a short tour, we were surprised by the receptionist’s reaction. She questioned how we entered the hotel and informed us that security would escort us out since we weren’t staying there. This was unexpected and disappointing, especially given the standard of service one would normally expect from a five-star property. The receptionist explained that this was hotel policy and management instructions, but unfortunately, the manner in which it was handled made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I work as an executive in one of the world’s top 100 banks, and part of my role involves financing projects of this nature. I would recommend that the management revisit these procedures and ensure that guest interactions reflect the high standards associated with luxury hospitality. While the hotel facilities seem impressive, this experience has left me hesitant about considering Bahía del Duque Resort for future stays unless there is a change in approach to guest relations.

We stayed here for a week in a casa ducalas junior suite. The resort is very nice, the food is gorgeous, the service was exemplary, the staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. Gran Hotel Bahia del Duque Resort is a very nice hotel. The room we had was very nice, the bed was comfortable. In the room there was a coffee station with a nespresso machine, a safe, a minibar etc. I informed the receptionist that the day after we checked in was my partner birthday so we got a very nice surprise in the room . The breakfast was super, with a great selection of food and drinks. They have few swimming pools and restaurant to choose from. Most of the staff was friendly and polite. This is a great resort, however, if there was a better attention to the detail it would be even greater. The box with coffee and sugar was messy, not tidy up or cleaned from the previous guest. The day when we checked out we were very annoyed by the housekeeping: they come in the room while we were having breakfast (nothing wrong with that) they started to clear up the room, after the breakfast we went at the pool area and when we came back we noticed that they went in the room again... while in the room they try to come in again. it was not yet time to check out but the housekeeping tried hard to make us to go away, it was our check out day so they should just left us in peace since we did not overstay. (Visited January 2025)

I really want to give this hotel 5 stars, the staff were superb, friendly and professional, the room was very nice and very well looked after by some very lovely ladies who did a brilliant job of keeping everything clean and dandy. The hotel is very nice only a short distance from anything you want. The bar staff were the friendliest people you could ever meet along with the lovely lovely ladies on reception. There is a nice pool area and a large rooftop terrace lined with sun loungers. Now here's why I can't in all honesty give 5 stars, the food, it was edible, but certainly not anything beyond that, Which was a pity and the only negative.

Good hotel if your looking for a quiet holiday. Adult only so no screaming kids bonus. Room was great, really clean and only a 5 min walk to the beach. All inclusive was pretty standard, varied theme nights, but wasn't anything to write home about. Pool could maybe to with some music during the day to living the place up a little but overall pretty good

Absolutely beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean! Spacious rooms with everything you need, air con, storage, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, fresh towels and bedding everyday. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Jose at the pool bar was great fun, Maria in the restaurant, always happy and smiling and Julio at the hotel bar, friendly and fun! The food is amazing, we stayed all-inclusive and the variety and availability is excellent, there is literally everything you could possibly want. We tried a number of different dishes that we hadn't had before and it was all fresh and delicious. The menu changed everyday so there always something new to try. The pool was exceptionally clean and so refreshing in the heat! There was entertainment every night in the bar, local singers and a DJ, these were all really good. There us a free gym that is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is centred in the middle of Las Americas, its a 5 minute walk to the beach, there are plenty of shops and places to buy excursions and there is a gift/grocery shop right opposite the hotel. We visited Siam Park, this is a 30 minute walk away or you can get a bus/taxi from outside the hotel. Veronica's strip is a 15 minute walk away if you like to go clubbing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be returning to Tenerife and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now.

Amazing hotel. We just came back from a 7 night stay. Our room and the hotel is always spotless. The staff and constantly cleaning. The room was modern and had everything you needed too. Same with the pool area was amazing. We always managed to find sunbeds (in the height of summer holidays). Food was superb. Different cuisine each night and always delicious. The only issues we had was being half board we didn’t get drinks included with dinner (but you did at breakfast) so had to pay €5 euros a night pp which is annoying. And also entertainment could be better than just live singers each night. The hotel was a short walk to everything. Bus stop right outside too. We would 100% come back and will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for a fab stay.

Very nice and renovated room. Great view on balcony. Staffs are working really hard to run the hotel services. The cleaniness could be better for me but I think it's hard for an apartment hotel in good business. And actually it is already pretty clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel if you prefer a quiet and relaxing vacation.

The older lady who works in the restaurant is absolutely horrible. Please note there is no sign regarding swimwear anywhere in the hotel. Watched me get my food, walk towards the door to sit outside and started shouting at me infront of other guests that I can’t have a bikini top on. I had my hands full carrying my plate and was leaving- nothing I could do. Many other guests were in and out topless or in swimwear and she said nothing to them. The hotel is not truly all inclusive as there are periods of the day where no food is available. Reception and cleaning staff are lovely but the bar and restaurant bunch are bloody horrible, miserable and rude. Room is okay, decor of reception and lobby is nice. Food is okay but I won’t be eating in the restaurant out of fear of the that dragon for the rest of my holiday. Which is a shame as I paid for an all inclusive holiday.

No music or pool activities bar one morning out the week No vaping allowed around the hotel at all, which is rubbish having to leave the hotel to vape Balcony doors don’t lock, able to access from outside If you go all inclusive, only local beer and wine included Sunbeds get reserved even when stated not to be

Well i wanted to know if the pool was warm in early May it was fabulous. The loungers are very high quality there is shower gel and lots of towels.€ 2.50 will buy a towel in the shop across the road. So don't drag any of your like me limited luggage. 3 min to beech shops restaurants food on site. Nighttime entertainment super and good prices in the bar too. Games in the pool. Supermarket beside the hotel. I will be back 100%

Excellent resort. We love it here. Always greeted with a friendly face. Staff are always, smiling , and always happy to help. Service is brilliant, rooms are well equipped and in pristine condition. Sunbeds are topped thick cushions, very comfortable. The pool is well kept and pool attendant is always on hand. Entertainment for both adults and kids. The pool bar is well equipped with seating area and provides daytime meals, snacks, and drinks. Toilets are spotless. Provisions are provided for recycling and is encouraged.

Just finished our 2week holiday here, made to feel at home from the moment we arrived, nothing is too much trouble for all the staff, from cleaners to management, particularly the sun bean pool bar staff who were incredible, food was amazing. The apartment was very clean and serviced regularly again with very helpful pleasant staff, the only down side were the pool rules which are apparently a Spanish wide thing and not a resort thing, but no rings, lilos, dive sticks, snorkels or balls were allowed in the larger part of the pool, this squeezed a lot of people into a smaller area. Overall I would definitely return.

Lovely hotel, great location, close to beach and restaurants/supermarkets bars shops etc. Rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped The pool bar is pricey though... and we wouldn't return due to all the pool rules. Its ok for adults but not great for kids... they aren't allowed to play with any pool toys... lifeguard on our case constantly... kids weren't even allowed to play with Sinkies. Apparently pool toys annoy the time share guests.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Ricardo and the other entertainment staff were brilliant, especially with the kids. The hotel is clean, today and well kept. The filtered water tap in the room was a nice touch. Would come back again.

The apartment we were allocated was very near the pool bar bar and restaurant . The noise was very disruptive and beyond the 'quiet times' . The entertainment felt intrusive this stay and one day there was loud music on for over 12 hours. The apartment was comfortable and everything you need was within it.

Didn’t enjoy our stay here very noisy at night One day After we’ve been out for a few hours came back and 2 girls sitting on the sun loungers directly outside our apartment asked them to move they didn’t want to said no and swore at us we asked reception to assist us a male with a beard came over spoke to them and told them don’t have to move? There were loads of sunbeds around don’t know y they picked ours we weren’t very happy with this and won’t b going back there it wasnt cheap either,

Wow! What a hotel. Ideal location. Friendly staff and the hotel grounds were extremely clean. The room. We had a ground floor room facing the pool and it was stunning. Once the door was closed you had no noise outside. Very clean spacious and well equipped hotel room. We loved the garden the most. The lovely Gardener came round in the mornings and was very friendly. The mercadonna shop is literally over the road with a few other eateries and shops. Highly recommended!!!! :)

Second stay at this complex for our small group and must say it is outstanding for the money. This time we opted for the 1 bed apartment with private garden. The room was spotless when we arrived and garden was clean. Use of the underground car park is very useful for scooters, cars and has a cycling centre. Complex was clean and tidy all the time and cleaners constantly around. Cleaners are very helpful and polite. Security guard is on at nights which is nice for piece of mind. Members of staff on reception are also very helpful and welcoming. The only negative thing I must mention is the manager. This lady was rude to us on the first day and took a disliking to us for some unknown reason.... hope this was a one off because this place is great

Currently into our 4th day of an 9 night stay for our Wedding Anniversary tommorow. We always try and do a review as we rely on the honesty when booking to go away. First of all the rooms are immaculate , cleaned almost daily and cleaning staff so friendly. Beds are really comfy! There are also plenty of sunbeds available all day so no rushing to get a bed. As a couple we have found this place to be a hidden gem and so so relaxing especially if you like to do your own thing. It's our first time B & B as we normally go all inclusive as a family, however the prices even to eat on site are reasonable and the super market just across the road is amazing. it's been a home away from home. Breakfast is lovely and the kitchen / bar staff are super friendly. Most people are from the UK in the apartments so it's nice to have a chat. We are a walk to the beach and just out of the chaos of Veronica's! ( be careful when heading down !theres a who couple got spiked and there are alot of pick pockets on the strip). We have been into Los Christonos instead and is less hectic. Hotel is ideal for both. All in all we are really enjoying it and we will be back now every year as a couple! Really recommend it if your looking for a friendly place, relaxing vibe and gorgeous weather! The staff honesty cant do enough for you. We had an issue with the fridge door and within 5 mins of reporting it we had maintenence out and within half an hour he had sorted a new fridge! Again so friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

I spent 10 days in total, 3 waisted days, 1 waiting for a electrician because we had no electric in the apartment , 1 day visiting doctors and meeting a rep due to bed bug bites which the staff denied was true but was confirmed by a doctor . I was covered in bites and had to have antibiotics and steroid cream for the rest of my holiday . And another day having to move rooms . The entertainment for the kids was good around the pool during the day but evenings were not good for kids . The staff had attitude with me when I complained about the bites , I wasn't the only one , there were many complaining about bites . The bar staff in the pool bar were great . The lifeguard was like the fun police The location was great of you didn't want to be in the middle of the noise and partying. The staff also turned a blind eye to people smoking cannabis around the pool or on balcony's . Not my idea of a great holiday at all.!!

Everything was great. Comfortable, clean room, perfect location and tasty food at a good price. The kids’ entertainer, a lovely young woman, did stretching with the children and gave them diplomas at the end they absolutely loved it. We’d definitely come back.

We went with 6 of us and were split into 2 room next to each other on the ground floor. Are gardens/patios looked out towards the golf course which meant we were quite secluded and it was very peaceful. It’s what you expect full of young adults/teens on a piss up holiday but if thats your vibe perfect home base to be honest. The pools not too bad, a little shallow and closes early at 6/7 depending on the time of the year. Theres a plaza opposite with a supermarket, a few shops and few restaurants which is very handy. The one thing here is the staff are so extremely rude but whatever. They didn’t help us when our friend went missing and any time we requested a taxi they made it seem like we were asking the world of them. Not a massive thing but just know they are useless 😂

Hotel is tired. Zero Aircon. £120 per 5 days to hire a mobile one. Pool over crowded. People smoking weed at the poolside! Not enough sun loungers at poolside. Liked the location. 15 minute walk to the beach. Cleaners really helpful and tidy. Reception came across as, hostile, like she didn't want us there and we were a hinderance. Won't be returning and would not recommend.

Just on way home from a lovely stay at the Malibu Park apartments. On arrival, the welcome was friendly and we taken to our room by the receptionist who ensured we had a safe and everything we needed The room was clean and presentable, a bit dated but as expected for the price we paid. Beds were comfortable and we slept well thought our stay as here wasn't any noise disruption. The apartment would benefit from black out curtains as the linen curtains were transparent. We had a lovely view of the resort from the balcony which was over looking the Aqua park. There is a hilly walk to the centre of the resort and the beach, so wouldn't recommend this hotel if you prefer a more central stay or are unable to walk a fiat distance. However, there are plenty of taxis available around the resort. There are a few cafes and supermarkets situated around the apartments. We recommend the Hemingway cafe. We had breakfast there every morning, quality food and friendly staff. The pool area is pleasant and bar is open from 12 until 6 at this time of year. The apartments are secure and you require a key card to enter. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The weather was changeable throughout the week, often overcast and windy, so I would recommend packing a lightweight cardigan or jumper for the evenings. We would stay in the apartments again as they are definitely good value for the price we paid. The staff and receptionists keep in touch via text and answer messages promptly if you have any questions or queries.

Room was ok but bathroom dated and could have done with a scrub around bath and shower screen. No toiletries provided. Lighting in room was also a bit poor as I do like to read in bed. A few more kitchen utensils, glass bowl etc would be good. Did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment. The lift down to street level was very handy and a bus stop just across the road. Our room was a bit far from the pool area but would consider coming back if could get a room overlooking the pool.

Being located just up the hill from the beach Malibu park is great if you want a quieter stay. The pool area has been quiet whenever I have visited and the bar staff are great. The room was showing its age a little but everything was clean and tidy and in working order (apart from the bedside sockets?) Reception staff were great and were on hand at any point to help of required. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay not far from the local amenities then you should be happy at Malibu park.

Just back from a 8 day holiday in April 2025. Couldn't fault the hotel. Room was clean, had everything you would need and more. The pool was stunning and very refreshing after a day in the sun. Only reason for the 4* on the location is due to the hill climb from the main tourist part of the resort. This of course is easier overcome with a hire of a car, scooter or mobility scooter.

Malibu park definitely lives up to the good reviews! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay and using whatsapp to communicate was so convenient for us. Although our room was a little worn in some places, it was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay and we had a great nights sleep every night. The pool area was tidy with plenty of sun loungers, making it easy to relax. I also cannot stress how convenient the location was! The waterparks were only minutes away and the beach and other restaurants was a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would recommend for those looking for a relaxed budget friendly get-away! :-)

Ainhoa was very friendly and helpful! Always there when needed and have some great recommendations! The apartments are tucked out of the way of the action but it is not far! Short walk away to the beach/shops and plenty of options! Will definitely be back in future

I have not stayed here for a few years. But when I did service was outstanding. I left my money on the bed. On my return 7 hours later I thought I kiss that good bye. but when I got back the maid had cleaned my room and all the cash was still there.

There must be two separate parts of these apartments with some of these reviews saying how good they were. These are not equipped enough for self-catering!! The cooking utensils were sparse, only a ladle, cheese slicer and mix and match cutlery, very small chopping board, the sharp knife was as small as a teaspoon just small coffee/expresso cups. There was just hob and microwave, no oven to cook meals, the microwave was basic no instructions on temperature selection control, to cook something on a lower setting was guesswork. The bathroom is in need of updating, just functional. The living furniture is dated, and bedrooms ok. Beds were comfortable and clean. Cleaning staff very friendly the towels are changed every two/three days, although cleaners clean the floor also, only ‘one of the beds was made’, but never given fresh bedding during our stay, considering the heat (no air con, and fans costing a fair bit for a week) we were sweating during the night this was also made worse as the second bedroom has no external window!! Just an opening near the ceiling to the living room. It was like a sauna!! The added smell from other apartments smoking drugs forced us to close our balcony doors and bedroom windows as it made me feel really sick. Reception staff did not care about this. The 3 pools consisted of a very small baby pool (this was never used during our stay). The main pool is very deep 1.9m with the shallow area separated with a huge metal beam at water level with an immediate drop to the 1.9 metres!! The shallow end mainly used by kids happily playing. I couldn’t enjoy the pool as my disability I prefer to be able to touch the floor, I tried holding on to the beam with my feet perched of the shallow floor, but as this curved around I slipped off a few times, in the end I gave up land ended sitting on the edge of the pool most of the time. Bar drinks were okay, food was crap, used it once never again. The adult only pool we tried on our last day, was brilliant, shallow enough to swim and walk, Jacuzzi a bonus and plenty of sunbeds in both areas. The adult pool was not close to bar. We had a fairly good view from apartment albeit the sea quite away in the distance. These apartments are quite away from town down a very very steep hill. Walking down you lean back to keep your balance. I had no chance of ever walking up that hill. So had to get a taxi every day. The bus is only once an hour but no timetable to say when, there was very little information to understand the bus schedules and journey. Anyone considering staying here, take note and be prepared.

We stayed at Neptuno the past week. We found it comfortable and clean. After reading reviews I was scared we’d be up in the mountains the way people spoke about location. The location is not bad at all. 15 minute walk into town. The walk back was up a steep hill but this is very short. There is a scooter pick up right outside the hotel which was very useful to zip up and down. There is a shop (SuperDino) about 5 min walk away. The pool area was clean and nice. The biggest downside for us was the air conditioning (-1 star). When we tried to rent a fan they didn’t have any left so we went to the shop and bought one (which was cheaper than they were renting them out for). We may have been lucky with only having neighbours for two days. Overall, it was very good for the price! You get what you pay for. Thank you Neptuno. I would stay again.

Myself and my boyfriend visited Costa Adeje this past August and stayed at Neptuno. We booked through Love Holidays at a good price and didn’t realise until after how negative some of the reviews were - we were really nervous about going after reading some of these reviews. Thank god we were so pleasantly surprised!! Although the location isn’t central, it’s about a 15 minute walk into the main town. Most of the time, we would just get a taxi - we never paid over €4, and the people working at reception were always extremely accommodating to order them for us. Although the rooms aren’t super modern, they were lovely and clean, with a great balcony and huge sliding doors. I will say though we found the chairs on the balcony slightly uncomfortable after a while - but a pillow fixed that pretty quickly!! I’ve seen comments on here about the shower issue. We showered once, if not twice a day and never had this issue. We mostly were having cold showers because of the heat, anyways! There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but we just left the balcony doors open during the night (it does recommended not to do this, and you can rent fans) and we found it great. Although we never ate at the pool bar, the staff were always so kind, and you can get a small sangria for €3 which was music to our ears!! We spent most of our time in the adult pool, but the larger pool was very enjoyable too, albeit a bit colder but plenty deep and there was always sunbeds available. There is a fab danish bakery a minute walk away, along with a small supermarket and restaurant. There is a larger supermarket, pharmacy and dry cleaners a 5 minute walk away too. I just couldn’t even say how handy this was for us, too. We spent a lot of time just cooking for ourselves. The only complaint I would have about this is that we didn’t have an oven in our room, which was a bit annoying at times. Another thing I would say was that in the apartment we stayed in, the adult pool was right above it and when they would clean the pool the water would come down on to our balcony. We were washing our own clothes and hanging them on the balcony and were annoyed when we woke up with wet towels and clothes - the man that checked us in never told us that this would happen, but this was entirely dependant on where our apartment was. We never had any sound disturbances, or issues with cleanliness or anything! We really loved our stay here and would definitely come here again next year. Literally don’t listen to the bad reviews!! Fantastic bus service two minutes walk away will bring you straight to Los Cristianos for less than €2. Oh, and there is a €100 deposit on the rooms when you arrive - we paid cash and it was given straight back to us on check out! We were allowed store our bags and hang around the pool the whole day, and because it’s a smaller place you get to know the staff and they genuinely are sad to see you go - great English and great conversations across the board!!

I made my booking through the accommodation's website. I chose it because there was a heat wave and it was the only one available in the area which said it had air conditioning. I was surprised to see that my room had no air conditioning and went to ask at reception if there had been a mistake. They told me that none of the rooms had air conditioning and I asked them to check their website for fake advertising (you can see in the websites screenshot that the first icon says air conditioning). The manager wanted me to pay to rent a fan but in the end I only had to pay for the deposit. The guy at reception was really nice and tried to help me with my issue. The rooms are old but fine, a bit expensive since they don't have air conditioning. There is a pool and a bar next to reception where they play music all day long. I choose the 1star rating because of the fake advertising.

I want to start by saying that the staff I spoke to throughout our stay, were very polite and helpful I had no issues with the actual staff service however I wouldn’t want to rate this hotel higher as the issues just don’t make it worth staying even if it’s cheap. Be aware there is €100 deposit required to check in. This can be paid with cash or card. We were not aware of this prior we booked through easyJet holidays and there was no mention of this. Rooms are very basic, couch not in good condition and very uncomfortable. Beds are also very uncomfortable they on wheels and they are 2 singles and they end up sliding apart in the night. The bathroom was okay however the shower situation isn’t ideal. Not enough hot water for a normal length of shower the hot water lasts about 5 minutes at the most then the rest of your shower is freezing and takes more than half an hour to reset. I have never experienced this in a hotel I wouldn’t even think about this being an Issue no matter what budget the holiday is there should be enough hot water for everyone. There is also no WiFi in the rooms at all just by the pool area but it’s not very good. The pool area is okay too the pool bar is very expensive though €15 for 2 cocktails so you couldn’t buy drinks comfortably all day, as it would chip away on your holiday spends. Noise levels from the other rooms is a probably the biggest nightmare, the hotel walls are so thin you can hear everything and it keeps you up at night. Multiple nights we were woken up at 3am,5am by people coming back into their rooms. Often they would play music on their balconies. You just don’t feel rested at all. No one seemed to get told to be quiet. As a self catering hotel the fridge is tiny and the freezer is basically nonexistent doesn’t even have a separate door, the equipment is basic and cheap not very good. No oven as well just an electric hob that doesn’t work well and a microwave. The kitchen utensils are dirty. So overall even though we wanted to cook on some nights we ultimately decided to save the headache and go out for lunch and dinner every day. The location of the hotel is okay. Just based on a very steep hill. For the first half of our stay we would walk into the town and walk back thinking the taxis would be expensive but they were only €6 each way so we decided to start using them which made it better. The hotel desk book your taxis for you which is good and they come almost instantly. Bear in mind it’s around 25 minutes to the nearest beach and the good restaurants.

I wouldn't go here ever again . Pictures online showed fans in the rooms and they do not, middle of a Spanish heatwave with a baby and no Aircon or a fan . 80 euro to rent 1 fan for a week absolute rip off. Staff on reception not much help either any issues they tell U take it up with your booking company. And the extortionate price at the bar was a joke . A can of Monster 4,50 and I walked less then 50 steps around the corner to the little shop can be of monster there 1.75. 2 burgers and chips and 1 BLT with chips 47, euro an absolute joke tiny little portion of chips wudnt fill a 5 year old. Also pool has no closing times so people screaming and shouting in it at midnight . Large bottle of water 3,50 and it's 1,50 in the shop so double the price. Massive hills up to it surrounded by hills not for anyone with kids to walk around it's away from everything only thing it's close to is burger king and shopping center but again massive steep hills. Staff at the bar barely spoke English everything in it over priced . Pool very deep one end and ok the other strep slope in it ment U walked into it and bam slipped into the deep end . Very very disappointed in it views also Running bed by the way the apartments are built and little knob heads shining lasers onto Ur balcony . Other apartments where like in the basement very poorly maintained.

Staff at the bar are lovely, overall it’s relatively clean, depending on what your interpretation of relatively clean is. Okayish size pool with facilities for kids. No air con, no hot water, no guests with manners or some form of intelligence or upbringing. Whose children are borderline feral. In fairness it is the Irish and Brits that let it down. The Dutch and others are perfectly fine. Up a hill which is not an issue if you can walk. If you’re a lazy shit then you’ll moan. Danish bakery over the road does good coffee and pizza but naff muffins. The tv in the room is basically a radio so if you like Julio Englasias you are onto an absolute winner. No sound proofing or protection between apts, above, below or to the side. In cooler times it’ll be a struggle in summer you’ll crash out due to the heat and beer, regardless of air con. Basically it’s like going to a shit caravan site with a pool and nice staff. Take it for what you get. I’d not return, even if paid by for some sadistic person wishing another week of purgatory on me.

The location is very good, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and Siam Park is also very close. Parking is always available in the courtyard and it's free. The room is nice, and there is a terrace. Now, for the downsides. The "coffee machine" according to the apartment owner is just a mug for brewing coffee. Maybe that was true in the last century... The water pressure in the shower is poor.

The location is very nice. Great views, large balcony. However, most of the rooms have old furniture and no air conditioning (sometimes you need it at night).

God is great. November 2021. Welcome dear readers. Absolutely awesome ocean views from 7th floor apartment. It may be recommendable to ask for a higher floor. Apartments generally fine. Kitchen utensils a bit lacking in range, though. Such as microwaveable bowls and ladles. But all in all, the apartment had decent amenities, including microwave, toaster, kettle and mini-fridge. The pool was very inviting. Though, I didn't swim this time (my third visit to the island, so far). The entrance on the ground floor to the first of the two glass doors had a slightly undulated floor, leading to water collecting in rainy times. Hope that would be fixed. When paying by card it was an option to use Euro or your home currency. It was not clear which was cheaper. There was a slightly noisy bar in the neighborhood with loud karaoke. Beach and shops including hairdressers, all nearby. Beach weather even in November(2021)! There are odd days with rain, though. The views were the absolute show-stopper. Have a good one, kind readers.👊🏽🫡

Good location. Pool area and gardens are well cared for and spotless. Room was clean when we arrived The only drawback was that the maid only came in 1 day during our 7 nights and all she did was leave clean towels.

Nice rooms for a good price and view of the sea. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics. Walls are thin though so you can hear the neighbours. Would reccomend it though.

Nice appartment complex, with quite medium sized pool area. The floors are clean and look okay. Also parking is possible with private access. The street in front of the house is a little noisy but it's okay. The beach and little shops are very close. I can recommend it!

It literally is you pay for what you get l. You have to pay a deposit for anything even down to the tv remote. No aircon the location of the hotel balcony’s are right facing the sun so the sun is beaming in the rooms. Rust all in the bath. Bring your own towels as they literally give you towels big enough to wrap around your head. Only good thing about this place was the pressure of the shower. I know they mention the work that is being done but it is constant so don’t think for a second if you want to rest in your room you can the builders have their music on full blast, drills and hammering all day! The key card never works 2 times a day we was going down for a new key card. Showers around the pool don’t work. Cockroaches all in the cupboards.

When reading the reviews I was a bit nervous of this place but turns out it wasn’t too bad. Me and my friends had stayed for 7 nights and self catering and this is our review- The pros of this hotel- The rooms were clean and had a nice view It’s close to the coast and amazing places to eat. Staff were very friendly and kind- except for 1 Beds were comfy Self catering was great for this hotel and made it more fun for us. You can get along well with the other guests at this place, we sure did and everyone is friendly and it makes it so much more fun. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Veronica’s strip and other really good local bars The chill box which I really recommend is near by also. We did revive our deposit back quickly Cons- The male at the front desk was very rude to me and my friends, not the nicest man there. The was no aircon !! This did make it harder to sleep and it does get warm- this also means the hotel is a little outdated and could use a remodel. We had 3 cockroaches during our stay. There is a curfew where you can’t be on your balcony past 10- I can understand and respect this but as I am 20, I want to have fun and not have to have a curfew on when I can talk outside. Pool area is too quiet, you can only talk quietly and you can’t jump in the pool you have to slowly climb in- which I don’t get and you aren’t allowed pool floats with isn’t good nor fun. Other than those I had an amazing time and would go back again!!

We have stopped at this hotel a number of times now & have booked again, so we obviously can recommend it. We like the location, this was one of the reasons we first came to the Servatur Caribe. It’s easy to locate for the first time especially when traveling as an independent traveler. Located a short walk from both the Bus & Police station, and not far from Siam Water Park. Located across the road is a comprehensively stocked supermarket at reasonable prices & around the corner a very nice restaurant with high quality home made food. The beach & majority of the restaurants are about a five minute walks down the hill & possibly a ten minute walk back. The rooms are clean & have everything you need but would benefit from an upgrade, but don’t let that put you off at this price point offers great value. Pool is adequate with a far number of sun beds & snack bar, in my opinion breakfast was ok but not something I’d say was the high light of the hotel. The ginger cat seems to be resident & will be happy to sit with you if you want but happily leave you alone. I’m very much looking forward to seeing him again he was sat waiting by our car when we left for the airport as if he knew we were leaving. Take the Servatur Caribe for what it it’s & what it costs & you should be happy.

I travelled here with a few friends for our first holiday together. We read some reviews before we came and was hesitant at first with how many mixed reviews there are. We decided to go for it and hopefully it wasn’t as bad as it sounded. When we arrived we have to give a £150 deposit to secure our rooms and from then it was awful! We came back to our rooms every night after a nice meal to both rooms filled with cockroaches, they were in our beds, sink, cupboard and bathroom! We then reported this to reception and all they done was give us a spray to use. This spray was useless and no matter how many times we cleaned our own rooms as well as the cleaners it was still infested with bugs. The rooms are very run down and definitely need a good clean up. This hotel is not worth the amount of money we paid for a week, the rooms smelled like sewage and mold. The only good thing about this hotel is its location and how close it was to beach clubs and restaurants. I would not come back and do not recommend!

Close to the beach 5/10 minute walk. Great clean hotel/apartment. Very helpful & professional staff. It was very hot (mid-August) no A/C but it didn't spoil our stay. Towel change every other day, clean bedding every 4th night. Room cleaned every other day too. Cooking facilities provided in each room/apartment. Staff always happy to help with anything. Bar staff & life guard lovely & friendly. My family & i would go back. Thank you.

If I could give this hotel and the rooms no stars I would! I went with four of my friends for our first girls holiday. We had read the reviews before coming so we saw the good and bad reviews but decided to be optimistic and see if it could live up to the few good reviews it has. We were staying for a week, we had to put down €150 for the room for any damages which is understandable, but you weren’t aloud any balls or pool toys in the pool or you would loose your deposit even tho it is on the room. We went out for dinner on the first night and came back to our hotel rooms and they were infested with cockroaches, the bathroom smelled of sewage the whole time the bath was broken there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and you have to pay €10 to get the tv remote. There was also a curfew of 10pm for being on the balcony’s. Every night we came back there was cockroaches everywhere, but one of the nights just pushed it over the edge. We found them coming out the sink, in all our beds, in the bathroom and on top of our suitcases. We went down and complained and all they did was give us cockroach spray and that was useless !!!!!! This hotel ruined our holiday !!! This hotel is definitely not worth the price we payed for a week, we will never be back and we definitely DO NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not so sure why the reviews are so bad. Servatur Caribe is only lacking in one commodity: Air Conditioning. If you can go without the hotel is perfect value for money. Rooms are a tad weathered but clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for all amenities and sites. Staff are attentive and polite. Genuinely, if there was A/C i’d come back.

Been on many an occasion still love it for self catering supermarket nearby and local fruit and veg shop also nice restaurant mason marquez is also 1min away

Not good value for price paid, have had a lot better for much less. Property's looking dated with lots of room for improvement, i would recommend looking around and only go as a last choice. We where told there were lots of british channels on the tv, only found 2 news channels in english out of over 700. One positive is that the safe is free and there's an iron provided.

Stayed at 39. Lovely place and really quite despite being only a short distance to the beach and main strip. Pool is clean and tidy as is the complex.

Great little complex, behind a locked gate and fences. Locals are friendly and place is always being worked on (grass trimming etc). Pool is also gated and a nice place to catch the sun, would 10000 percent come back

March 25. Lovely complex, great location but not very well suited for families. The complex is mainly for residents and is very quiet. There is a list of rules at the pool which means if you've got kids they can't do anything but swim...quietly! You have to pay for the sunbeds and parasols but it's not too bad, there was always plenty available at anytime. The pool is saltwater and its heated so it was lovely (the salt wasn't too strong at all). The only issue we had was it was too quiet for a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 13 and 10. Most of the residents didn't mind them splashing about and being loud but as parents, we felt on edge because it was so quiet. We wouldn't take the kids back to this complex, we're thinking of trying 3 instead as it looked more family friendly.

great location, you have to pay €3 base price for a sunbed and there's no reception staff. Pool is saltwater. Residential area also not just for tourists. If you want a chill relaxing holiday do not go here as it is fully self catering, cleaning, washing clothes/ towels, buying washing up liquid/ detergent, buying toilet paper etc. no hotel type services provided. Make sure you read reviews of the appartment/ agent you book with as our appartment didn't have air conditioning and it gets very hot in summer, all year round too i imagine. we booked on booking all the appartments are privately rented and they all look different inside. (interior design, not layout). There is lifts being installed so there will be construction until Nov 2024. A bit noisy and kept us up a few nights/ mornings.

Not a bad place. Word of warning. Don't rent out the Red scooters RIDEMOVI. They are scam artists who charge you multiple times when not even riding the scooters. Steer clear.

Stayed here for 10 nights as a couple April/May 2024. We were on the top floor (no lifts) facing outwards and while we didn't have any long term night disturbance there was a lot of general street noise. Really great location in easy reach of everything you'd need on holiday within max 10 minute stroll. Complex is kept clean and tidy. You get the impression it's a residential complex with lots of apartments on the VV letting permit, with a mix of couples, families and friendship groups. Pool area is great with a fab pool bar serving good value food till 4pm. You have to pay a small fee to rent a pool lounger for the day per person (and mattress and parasol should you choose) which was an unexpected cost but for two people was OK, the pool attendants are a laugh and very attentive never sitting still for long. All apartments are obviously of different size and quality, but as a location and complex would recommend and we'd happily stay again.

There is probably good service here but we rented an airbnb here and apartment 114 was filthy the walls had staines all over, the window was broken and the kids were not allowed to play by the pool, I get it there are elderly people here but then market it as not kid friendly. The space did not have as many sleeping spaces as it said it did.

The rooms we stay in are done to a lovely spec and have everything you need in them to have a brilliant holiday. Horrible. Not recommend at all. We actually booked this place(Room 25) for 7 days but we had to check out on 3rd day because... -Super dirty and filthy (had to clean the tables and other places myself when I arrived on a first day). -The TV not working/ no toilet rolls, pillow cover, and shampoo (The host got us only one toilet for 7 days lol. The TV was broken but the host only told us when we arrived. Pillows are super disgusting and there's not even a cover) - NO WATER for 2 days. (There was a problem with the water pipe and heater, and the water was leaking and making everywhere wet and dirty. Two plumbers came to fix but couldn't do it. The Italian host Ermanno was not professional & responsible at all for this issue, saying that it's just BAD LUCK and we have to wait 2 days to get it fixed. He was not even bothered to find another place for us to stay. At the end, he said we're not patient enough when we finally said we want to move. What a ridiculous place/host!) So if you have other options... please choose another one. We found a much better apartment and we are finally happy.
