The View and Dining in the Sky in Tokyo has some of the best food that I have ever eaten in my entire life! Gorgeous views, great service drinks were lovely and the buffet was over the top! Chefs cook tempura to order, make sushi to order, etc and there are many choices to make. The locals seem to get many plates of different things and then sit down and eat it all. We just did it one plate at a time. I think that the locals have got the right idea. The desserts are fabulous too, so leave room! The raspberry macaron was mind blowing! The seared salmon with egg sauce was one of the best bites that I have ever eaten! Expensive, but the experience is definitely worth it!

We had visited this restaurant about one & a half years ago with a very impressive dining experience. This time the buffet's variety of food was fewer than I expected. The sushi part was not as good as before. Tempura was still great. The Wagyu beef was not tender enough. The 2 kinds of soups were tasty. Ice Creams & Sorbets were yummy. Other desserts and cakes were just okay. It was strange that we could hardly find any fruits at all, which IMO was not very acceptable for a lunch buffet at a high end restaurant! Restaurant atmosphere was fantastic with great views.

Went on a Monday evening and there were plenty of seats. Tried a little bit of everything and all I can say is I wish my stomach was bigger. Hard to choose a favorite dish because everything was delicious. The staff are very professional and you can feel the omotenashi, clearing plates every time I went to grab more food and offering to pour my sake when they saw I hadn’t touched it in a while. It’s certainly not the cheapest option, but the atmosphere, service, and quality/taste of the food make the price well worth it in my opinion. Reservations are easy to make online but I’m sure you could also ask the front desk to make one for you or call yourself if you prefer.

Lunch 15000JPY /person, additional charge for any beverage. Very normal taste and you need to queue for Wagyu, Sushi, Tempura..,😵‍💫 if you cannot frequently speak Japanese then I’m sure you cannot get anything you want to eat 😂 it was said turn table floor but couldn’t move any lol

The staff? Absolute legends—they didn’t just tolerate the fabulous fiasco; they amplified it with zero hesitation.The servers snapped pics of Mitch “serving” mock cocktails at the bar, complete with exaggerated bows and giggles. It was peak embarrassment fuel, but Mitch? He lapped it up, twirling in those Mary Janes like he’d been born in them, clearly thriving on the spotlight. Cuisine-wise, it’s elevated bliss: velvety wagyu sliders, fresh sashimi towers, and inventive cocktails like yuzu martinis that pair flawlessly with the view. Service is polished yet playful, portions generous, and the vibe transitions seamlessly from chill afternoons to buzzing evenings with subtle DJ beats. Prices match the prestige but deliver every yen’s worth of wow. Mitch emerged a converted fanboy (outfit intact, dignity delightfully dented), and we’re plotting his encore.
