Tokyo Tower, reminiscent of the Eiffel Tower, is a significant landmark in Tokyo and Japan. It was opened in 1958 and celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2018. Standing at 333m tall, it offers observation areas at 150m and 250m high, providing stunning views of Mt. Fuji, Mt. Tsukuba, and the entire Tokyo metropolis.
Absolutely worth the extra ticket! The Sky Deck gives a breathtaking open-air view of Tokyo — you can feel the breeze and see the city lights. It’s especially beautiful around sunset or at night when the skyline glows. The staff are friendly and help keep the experience smooth and safe. You can see landmarks like Roppongi Hills, Rainbow Bridge, and even Mount Fuji on a clear day. It’s peaceful, romantic, and unforgettable — definitely one of the best viewpoints in Tokyo.

Tokyo Tower is an iconic and absolutely beautiful landmark! The views from the observation deck are stunning, offering a fantastic panorama of Tokyo. The atmosphere around the tower is lively, and the structure looks incredible both during the day and when it’s illuminated at night. There are great shops and food options nearby, making the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience and a must-visit spot when you’re in Tokyo!

First attraction I visited during my trip to Tokyo. I went on a Saturday morning and did not experience much of a wait nor crowd. It was a great spot to start off the trip. Staff were very helpful navigating the tower. They also offered a complimentary drink, There were a good amount of shops and some food options. You can also manage to get good pictures of the tower as you walk along the streets.

One the must see when in Tokyo 🗼, the tower is best to visit at night. It lights up a bright orange color that is visible miles away. At the base entrance there's a crepe station that serves great ice cream and a variety of you guessed it crepes. Inside you have several shops that offer souvenirs from shirts, toys, keychains and everything else related to the tower but they also have several Tokyo related merch. There's a hello kitty section and lots of snack souvenirs from cookies to candy galore. To gain access to the top of the tower you need to get tickets at the main entrance. There's bathrooms available by the stairs incase you require them now you know where they're at. Overall it's a great place to visit while in Tokyo and there's also a small park right next to it if you dare to enter at night
O A — Google review
Great place to go. We used Klook for the tickets. Stunning view. Not crowded, crowd control was excellent. Pay the little extra to go right to the top, you won't regret it. Mt Fuji was partially blocked by clouds but still enjoyed the view. Go just on sunset during the golden hour. You can see the city transform when the lights go on. I would do it again.
Peter P — Google review
Really near experience in Tokyo. Lots of neat games and interactive things ro do in the amusement area of red tower and stunning views of the city from the observation deck. It was neat to learn about the towers history and construction as well as standing on the sky windows looking down! Highly recommend when visiting for a fun few hours while in Tokyo.
Hunter P — Google review
Amazing view! I visited on a Saturday night after dinner, walking from Roppongi Station and taking photos of the tower from several different angles. It’s beautifully lit up at night, and if there’s fog, it adds an extra layer of magic for those chasing the perfect shot. There was no queue late at night for the observation deck—perhaps because of the rain or simply the late hour. Around the area, you’ll find a few food trucks, a small Family Mart, and souvenir shops on the second floor. Take a stroll before buying anything, as there are plenty of interesting items to choose from. For photos, make sure to walk around the tower—each angle offers a unique perspective. Personally, I think nighttime is the best time to visit for stunning shots.
Murat K — Google review
Visiting Tokyo Tower at night was an incredible experience. The tower’s warm orange glow against the evening sky is truly stunning. The observation deck offers breathtaking panoramic views of Tokyo’s city lights. The place is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Highly recommended for anyone exploring Tokyo! 🗼

Tokyo Skytree is the world's tallest freestanding broadcasting tower, offering a 360-degree view from its observation deck. At night, Tokyo Tower, Odaiba, and Tokyo Skytree light up the city with vibrant colors. Visitors can enjoy a dinner cruise with Japanese and Western-style dishes while taking in the stunning views.
Even on a cloudy and rainy day, visiting the Tokyo Skytree was nothing short of amazing. Standing at 634 meters, it dominates the skyline of Tokyo and offers an unforgettable experience that goes far beyond the view alone. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, the visit proved that the Skytree’s charm doesn’t depend on clear skies — it’s a symbol of modern Japan and an experience full of fascination from start to finish. The journey begins at the base, where Skytree Town offers a lively mix of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The atmosphere is welcoming and full of energy, with visitors from all over the world. The elevator ride to the observation decks is a thrill in itself — smooth, fast, and accompanied by beautiful lights that build anticipation as you ascend to the top. When I reached the Tembo Deck and Tembo Galleria, the city below was wrapped in mist and soft rain, creating a mysterious, almost dreamlike view of Tokyo. The clouds moved quickly, sometimes revealing flashes of the Sumida River, Asakusa, and the endless urban landscape. The reflections on the glass and the quietness of the rainy day made the experience even more serene. There’s also much to enjoy indoors: the café serves excellent desserts and coffee, and the souvenir shops offer high-quality gifts with unique Skytree designs. Staff members were extremely friendly and patient, helping visitors take photos and explaining details about the structure. Leaving the Skytree, I realized that even without the perfect weather, the visit had a special atmosphere — calm, elegant, and deeply memorable. Rain or shine, Tokyo Skytree stands tall as one of Japan’s most inspiring landmarks, offering a beautiful perspective not only over the city, but over the harmony of technology, art, and spirit that defines Tokyo itself.
Cromex S — Google review
If you’re visiting Tokyo, I definitely recommend checking out Tokyo Skytree honestly, it’s way more impressive than Tokyo Tower! It’s much taller, and the view you get from the top is absolutely amazing. You can see the entire city spread out beneath you, and it’s such a cool experience. Personally, I think nighttime is the best time to go. The city lights look incredible, and it’s not as crowded as during sunset or daytime. Sunset can get super packed it’s hard to even find a good spot to look out! During the day there are usually more families and kids around, so it can feel a bit busier. If you go, make sure to visit both observation floors they’re both worth it! And if you happen to go during the day, check out one of the fancy restaurants up there. Just remember, they have a dress code no running shoes or sporty clothes. Dress up a little, like you’re going out on a nice date! Overall, Skytree is a fun and unforgettable experience, especially if you love great views and city lights. 🌃

A must visit landmark in Tokyo! Buying tickets at the self service machines was quick and easy, and the elevator ride up to the observation deck took only seconds. The Tokyo Skytree has two observation levels: the Tembo Deck (350m) and the Tembo Galleria (450m). From the Tembo Deck, you get a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of Tokyo. On clear days, you can even spot Mt. Fuji! Unfortunately, it was rainy and windy during my visit, and I could actually feel the tower swaying a bit, quite an experience! Still, the rainy view of Tokyo, with its neat streets and dense rooftops, had a special charm. The Tembo Galleria features a glass floor section, standing on it and looking down at the tiny buildings below was both thrilling and unforgettable. After coming down, I visited the souvenir shop, as expected, Japan’s packaging design is beautiful and tempting. Hard not to buy something! Right next to the Skytree is Tokyo Solamachi, a large shopping complex with the Sumida Aquarium, restaurants, ice cream shops, Pokémon Center, Kirby Café, and even a children’s play area. Lots to see, eat, and shop, you could easily spend the whole day here!
Moon R — Google review
An unforgettable experience! I visited around 4 PM and watched Tokyo transform before my eyes—from golden sunset hues to a sea of sparkling city lights. The view from the top was breathtaking, capturing both day and night in one visit. Highly recommend this perfect timing for the best experience. Had booked tickets through klook. There are great options for shopping as well.
Shreyash G — Google review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tokyo Skytree is a Must Visit especially if you’ve already seen Tokyo Tower Tokyo Skytree is easily one of the best viewpoints in Tokyo. The height alone is mind blowing the main deck is around 350m up, with an upper deck at about 450m – so you get a true “miniature city” view of Tokyo spreading out in every direction. On a clear day you can even spot Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Bay, and sometimes Mt. Fuji in the distance. Compared to Tokyo Tower, Skytree feels much more modern and spacious. The observation floors are wider, the windows are huge, and there’s more room to walk around without feeling crowded. The small glass floor section is really cool if you’re okay with heights. A few quick pros & cons, especially versus Tokyo Tower: What I loved about Tokyo Skytree • Insane height & views – you’re simply higher than at Tokyo Tower, so the panorama is on another level. • Modern facilities – fast elevators, plenty of signage in English, and lots of photo spots. • Skytree Town below – big shopping mall, aquarium, and food options, so it’s easy to turn it into a half-day visit. Things to keep in mind • Price – Skytree tickets are more expensive than Tokyo Tower, especially if you add the upper deck. • Vibe – Tokyo Tower feels more nostalgic and romantic, especially at night; Skytree is more futuristic and family-friendly. • Crowds – it can get very busy; booking tickets in advance and aiming for early morning or later in the evening helps. My recommendation: If it’s your first time in Tokyo and you want one big city-view experience, choose Tokyo Skytree for the height and modern feel. If you have time for both, do Skytree for the view of the whole city, and Tokyo Tower for the classic “Tokyo postcard” vibe. Overall, Tokyo Skytree is absolutely worth visiting and a great highlight of any Tokyo trip.
Jacksen N — Google review
A beautiful landmark of Tokyo! I visited Tokyo Skytree in spring, and the view of the city was absolutely stunning. I also went up to the upper deck, which made the experience even more memorable. I had food at the nearby food court—everything was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Definitely don’t miss this place when you’re in Japan!
CG S — Google review
Visiting Tokyo Skytree during Christmas season felt extra special. The whole area around Solamachi is decorated with beautiful Christmas illuminations, so even before going up the tower you already feel the festive mood. The lights are soft, glittery, and perfect for taking photos—almost like walking through a small winter village in the middle of Tokyo. The Skytree itself looks stunning at this time of year, glowing in seasonal colors. Once you take the elevator up, the view gets even better. Seeing Tokyo’s endless city lights combined with the Christmas decorations below makes the whole experience feel magical. If you visit at sunset or nighttime, it’s honestly breathtaking. The observation decks are spacious and calm, and the glass floor is still a fun little thrill. After enjoying the view, the Christmas market stalls and the decorated shops in Solamachi make the visit feel complete—good snacks, cute gifts, and cozy winter atmosphere. Overall, Skytree during Christmas is definitely worth it. The combination of the night view and the illuminations makes it feel romantic and festive, perfect for photos, a date, or a relaxing winter outing.
Bina S — Google review
I was here during the Toy story event. It was super fun as a Disney lover to see the toy story characters and colors integrated everywhere. At the base of the Tokyo skytree is a shopping center. It is very large and it has everything you could possibly want/need, be mindful of not getting lost though, it's confusing to find your way around. The tower itself is absolutely massive, very impressive. What's also super fun is that they offer free printed pictures you can take with uour friends or family. They are very tiny, but you can buy bigger versions. On the day we went, there was a typhoon closeby, so due to strong winds there was a small delay with getting to the top, but it was barely noticeable at all. The glass floor added another fun layer to this experience. I would definitely recommend visiting the Tokyo Skytree, the tallest tower in the world!

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building North Observatory is a must-visit for tourists, offering stunning views of the city. Located at 202 meters above ground, this free public observation room provides an opportunity to admire the megalopolis that is Tokyo. While both the South and North Observation Decks offer beautiful views, the North tower is recommended for its extended hours and perfect night-time vistas. Visitors can also enjoy a lounge area and may even catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji on clear days.
Great views, not too crowded (at least while I was there), and best of all free! The weather wasn't the clearest, but still offered up wonderful views. There's a small cafe and souvenir shop up top. The line too get in wasn't bad when I went up, but leaving noticed some tour groups and a muuucch longer line than before.
Trevor C — Google review
Second time to visit this observatory. The first time was in 2016. Things have turned very touristy here. Ground floor has grown a Tourist Information center. The elevator was filled well up with people before we took off. Once on the top, we were met with a large café area, a HUGE souvenir shop even a toilet and a potable water fountain. The windows where mount Fuji is visible when the weather is good, have now gotten a ramp installed (no idea why). Mount Fuji was semi-visible if one knew where to look at as it is located quite far away from Tokyo. In 2016 the things were simplier - no café area, no ramps(and no need for one as it is all flat…)or stairs for this matter…and definitely NO souvenir shop or a crowd to come in and out of the elevator. Still free of charge but it might change anytime soon. One could spot Tokyo sky tree from a distance.
Lora O — Google review
This observatory is the best in Tokyo to see the endless Greater Tokyo area. Do not miss the video-mapping show at night! Free entry, well organized. Allow for 2 visits day/night! There is a gift shop with interesting items. No reservation need. No long waiting lines.
Jiri K — Google review
Amazing, so worth it. Great views, you can really get a feel for just how big Tokyo is. Mount Fuji was covered by a cloud (they say she is shy)when I was here but it was one of the best things we did and it was free. The souvenir shop was one of the best too. They had cute Christmas cards with tiny Santa's, Godzilla t-shirts and some things I didn't see anywhere else. Also don't miss the light show, The show I saw started at 7p (better in the dark!).
Call M — Google review
Another observation deck that we visited before leaving Tokyo. It is located on the 45th floor of the metro government building. The process was very organized and it’s free. Upon going to the observation deck we chanced upon one of the volunteers named Michiko who was funny and very knowledgeable about the edifice and the surrounding landmarks. Michiko showed us the Olympic stadium, the Tokyo dome which is known as the egg stadium as it resembles the shoe of an egg from the deck. Upon asking her the location of Mount Fuji she pointed to the west, although not visible due to the clouds Michiko also gave us some tidbits and information about the baby grand piano on display. Overall Michiko was very helpful and generous with her knowledge, she also gave us the brochure and a sticker of the magnificent Tokyo metropolitan government building. I would recommend this to everyone who plans to visit the city as it provides a general idea about the locations of the city.

Well worth the visit to get panoramic views of Tokyo city for free on top of one of its highest buildings. Gift and souvenir shop as well as cafe to include on your visit.Wonderful service from attendants and really spectactular architecture and design of government building.

My visit to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building was absolutely incredible! 🤩 The views from the observatory were breathtaking, offering a panoramic vista of the city. 🏙️ The architecture is also very impressive. Highly recommend! ✨

Tokyo's Best Free Panoramic View, the North Observation Deck, situated on the 45th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (Tocho) in Shinjuku, the wait time was about half an hour for me at around 3pm week day. This is an absolute must-visit for any travelers to Tokyo, particularly those seeking spectacular views without the high admission price of other towers :)

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, a stunning architectural marvel designed by Kenzo Tange, is a must-visit destination for anyone exploring the vibrant city of Tokyo. This iconic complex features two impressive towers, each offering free observatories on their 45th floors that provide breathtaking panoramic views of Shinjuku's skyline and beyond. Recently, the buildings have gained even more attention due to the TOKYO Night & Light event, showcasing the world's largest permanent projection mapping display on their exterior.
Both North and South Observatory are at the 45th storey. The lift entrance is only at Building No. 1, ground floor. The lift takes 55 seconds to reach the top. Mount Fuji will be visible from both towers on a clear day. South tower has a grand piano open to public for performance from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm.
Alvin — Google review
Incredible nightly video shows with music on the building. Has a fantastic observation deck on the top of both buildings. On the ground floor there is a small mall with two of the best visitors information centers in Tokyo. Visit during the daytime to learn about Tokyo and overlook the city then visit at night to see show and a very different view from the observation deck.
Adam Z — Google review
Not a lot of tourists know about this attraction, which is completely free!! The observatory decks are as good as the other towers out there. The wait to go up is minimal. The fact that there is a public piano for performances makes it more mesmerizing. There is a small cafe on the top, so you can easily chill while watching the view or the performers. The night shows are also worth watching. There are different songs and projections. The building is quite close to a station.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An unforgettable (and free!) Tokyo experience! Hard to believe that such a professional and well-managed observatory is completely free to visit! The panoramic views of Tokyo are truly breathtaking—even though I couldn’t catch Mt. Fuji due to cloudy weather, the experience was still remarkable. What made the atmosphere even more special was the public piano—each performer played so beautifully, and the queue was organized very smoothly. Small details like a free water fountain and reasonably priced vending machines made the visit even more comfortable. If you’re visiting Tokyo, this is a must-see spot! Can’t recommend it enough.
Lawrence L — Google review
It's an amazing free viewing platform! South entrance has always short lines. Come for stunning sunset views. And dont forget to catch the light show, starting from 19.30... This summer they have a nice grassy area to chill while watching.
Carinchen R — Google review
Unlike incorrectly recommended Shinjuku L Sun Tower, the Metropolitan Government building has a free observation deck on the 45th floor. You can view almost every direction from there. The have gifts and refreshments for sale too. Highly worth the visit IMHO.
Davin S — Google review
One of the best observatories in Tokyo, with two separate observatory decks, a north one and a south one. Both have amazing views of the city at just the right height. The south observatory even has a piano designed by Yayoi Kusama free for your playing (five minute limit). Best of all, both decks are free!
Justin L — Google review
One of the best observation decks in Tokyo! The view was absolutely amazing — and it’s free! We’re glad we came. Honestly, the North deck alone is enough; no need to visit both. Also a small shopping area filled with cool trinkets such as Godzilla. Highly recommended!

Shibuya Sky is a 360° open-air observation deck situated on the top of the Shibuya Scramble Square skyscraper, which is Tokyo's tallest building at 230 meters high. The observation deck consists of two floors: the sky gallery on the 45th floor and the sky stage on the 46th floor. The sky gallery is an enclosed area with cafes, bars, souvenir shops, and artistic video installations that showcase modern Shibuya.
We personally think that this is the best tower for great viewing experience over the city. We were in 2 towers before and this was definitely the best. Great view and a great experience. We were there in the morning. It was less crowded , I personally think that in the evening hours more people would come to visit. We couldn’t make in the evening because we were busy. Anyway, a great experience and highly recommended. If you have a disability card you and your companion will pay half of the price.

The BEST observatory deck in Tokyo!! Amazing views and great picture spots! I love that there is a lot of seating area on the roof and a HELIPORT! Definitely recommend to go during a sunny day for a great views! We initially booked during a rainy day during which the outdoors deck was closed. But when entering they offered us a full refund and reschedule, so we decided to reschedule. Amazing customer service and very friendly staff! Also recommend exploring the indoor part as well!

Visiting Shibuya Sky was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The entire experience was absolutely beautiful — from the moment we entered the building to the breathtaking views at the top. We booked our tickets about one month in advance, which I highly recommend because time slots sell out quickly, especially around sunset. The observation deck offers a 360° panoramic view of Tokyo, and it honestly feels magical when the city starts to light up as the sun goes down. You can see famous landmarks like Tokyo Tower and even Mount Fuji on a clear day. The design of the rooftop space is very modern and open, with glass walls and comfortable sitting areas where you can relax and take in the view. The best time to go is definitely for the sunset — watching the city transform from daylight to a sea of sparkling lights was an unforgettable moment. The sky slowly turns golden and pink, and when the city lights come on, it feels like you’re looking at a living postcard. Everything was well-organised, clean, and peaceful despite the crowd. Staff were polite and helpful, and the elevator ride up was fast and smooth. There’s also a café and lounge area where you can grab a drink while waiting for your slot. If you’re visiting Tokyo, Shibuya Sky is a must-see — it perfectly captures the beauty and energy of the city from above. It’s worth every minute and every yen.

We went up at 3pm on a Thursday afternoon. There was a short wait but we essentially all got right in. Our family of five plus another couple. So the 7 of us enjoyed the afternoon up top for aprox 1.5hrs. There were line ups for specific picture shots up top, with a number of people over staying their time taking shots with a mounting line behind them. But to be expected at a busy attraction as this. There was some interesting art around the inside of the top floor that showed the history of the area and the construction of the building etc. Once we got up to the view, of course it was great and there were plenty of spots to both sit down or lay down to relax as the entire top helicopter pad that you are on is made of Astro-turf. There were some interesting mesh seating areas that were also comfortable. There was one tourist sleeping on one next to us who did not seem too impressed with the noise and excitement of kids around him 🙄 there is always one… However the views were amazing and we were lucky enough to get a clear day. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful as well. There was a rooftop bar/lounge area which looked great as the seating was much like a roped off VIP section at a nightclub, but with this view. However surprisingly there was no one in it… And the bar was not open… It would have been a very cool place to have a couple of beverages of course. All in all a great experience and perch above it all to watch from the top of the city, everything & everyone for miles below you…

Visiting Shibuya Sky on a weekday offers a more relaxed experience compared to weekends. However, because of its popularity, it is nearly impossible to purchase tickets for the evening time slots on the day of visit. The rooftop area is accessible, but since it is almost entirely enclosed by glass, it does not offer the best opportunities for photography. If your main purpose is taking photos, you may not find it necessary to go up to the rooftop. Overall, Shibuya Sky provides excellent panoramic views of Tokyo, including famous landmarks and beautiful sunsets. The experience is enhanced if you visit before sunset, allowing you to enjoy daylight, sunset, and nighttime cityscapes. Still, for photo enthusiasts, the glass barriers on the rooftop may limit ideal shot opportunities, so consider this when planning your visit.

Shibuya Sky is honestly one of the best viewpoints I’ve ever visited. The moment you step onto the observation deck, the atmosphere hits you — open, modern, and breathtaking. The 360° views of Tokyo are unreal, especially at sunset when the whole city lights up. Everything is organised and smooth, with friendly staff and a clean, high-quality setup. The outdoor rooftop area is the real highlight — it feels like you’re floating above the city. If you’re visiting Tokyo, this is an absolute must. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!

🤩 Shibuya Sky: Pure Tokyo Magic! If you're looking for the best view of Tokyo, stop scrolling and go to Shibuya Sky! The moment you step out onto the rooftop deck, the feeling is pure magic. It’s a completely unobstructed, 360-degree panorama that lets you see the entire city stretching out forever—it's honestly breathtaking. * The Vibe: Super chill and spacious. There's plenty of room to walk around, take amazing photos, and just soak it all in. * Best Part: The view of the famous Shibuya Crossing from way up high is wild! And spotting icons like the Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Skytree is a definite highlight. * Pro-Tip: Try to time your visit for either sunset or just after the sun goes down. Watching the city light up is an unforgettable, core memory moment. Highly, highly recommend! It’s a simple, genuinely enjoyable experience that makes you feel connected to the energy of Tokyo. 💯 And dont forget to book the ticket online...

The observatory located in the 45th and 46th floors gives you an amazing opportunity for viewing the entire Shibuya area. Unfortunately for us the weather was very bad and it was even raining so the outside part was closed. It this happens to you the staff will offer you rebooking for another day free of charge. We went there anyway and didn’t regret anything. Definitely recommend booking in advance since the tickets will sell out pretty quickly.

The Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center is a modern facility designed by Kengo Kuma, located near the Sensoji Temple's Kaminarimon gate. It offers free guided tours, currency exchange, and an information desk. The eight-story building features a covered observation deck with stunning views of Sensoji Temple. Visitors can also explore exhibitions and cultural events on other floors. Additionally, the center provides electrical charging points for those in need of battery power.
This building is very close to Asakusa Station. Before heading to Sensoji Temple or other attractions, it’s a good idea to stop by here for information. The front desk provides English support. The washrooms are clean and there was no queue. On the 8th floor, there is a free observation deck. You can reach it easily by escalator. The view is beautiful and worth a visit. There is also a cafe. I found it a bit expensive, but many people enjoy having coffee while taking in the beauty of Asakusa.

The Asakusa Culture and Tourist Information Center serves as an excellent first stop for your visit to Asakusa. Located directly across from the famous Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate), it offers free panoramic views and comprehensive tourist services . Free Observation Terrace: The 8th-floor Observation Terrace is a major highlight, offering a fantastic free view of the Asakusa area, including a direct view down Nakamise-dori towards the Senso-ji Temple and a clear view of the Tokyo Skytree . There is also a cafe where you can enjoy a drink while taking in the scenery .

A great place for tourist information brochures along with a free observation deck on the top floor. There you have a great view of Senso-ji Temple, Kaminarimon Gate, Nakamise Shopping street and Tokyo sky tree tower. The staff are helpful in providing information about the area. There are other exhibits worth taking in. There’s a cute cafe inside for snacks and drinks.

The center is located right next to the metro station. On the ground floor, you can get information about the city and the surrounding area. You can also go up to the upper floors for free, offering a beautiful view of the gates, the market, and the temple. I highly recommend visiting this center; there are practically no lines.

Best place to see Asakusa! They're open until late for you night shot junkies and it's all free. Just be aware that you won't be the only one there, no tripods allowed and you need to avoid taking photos through the double glass, but there are a few spots where you can get that shot you want.

Other than it's function as a tourist information centre to this area, it's actually a really beautiful piece of architecture by Kengo Kuma, one of Japanese most famous architects. You can see the details of the timber fins designed and bolt shading the heat.

Perched on the 25th floor of the Bunkyo Civic Center, the Observation Lounge offers a stunning 330-degree panorama of Tokyo and its surroundings. From this vantage point, visitors can marvel at iconic landmarks such as Mount Fuji, Tokyo Skytree, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office. The deck provides an unobstructed view of the cityscape by day and a mesmerizing display of city lights by night.
Easy access with the metro and just a short cue to the escalator bringing us up to 45 floor. We visited a wednesday at around 10.30 am and it was not crowded. You can choose the south or the north tower. We chose the south. Amazing 360 degree view! Looking all the way to the mountains as well as the sea. It’s all for free. Will go back.

If you're looking for a quiet, lesser-known spot to admire Tokyo's beauty from a reasonable height, this is the place for you. I love that it’s not bustling with tourists or noisy. Bring a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunset as you take in breathtaking views of Tokyo's skyline and, on clear days, the northern mountains. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji. You can access the observation deck directly from Kasuga Station. It’s free of charge and open until 8:30 p.m. However, please note that it will be temporarily closed starting March 1, 2025, so be sure to check if it's open before you visit.

Free!!!! An almost 360 view of Tokyo on the 26th floor. Hours are 9 to 8:30, not 7:30 to 9:30 as posted on Google. Lots of space here to rest. There are even drink machines.

Update (May 2025): The Sky View Lounge on the 25th floor has been closed since 1 Mar 2025 for renovations and will only reopen in December 2026 😭. Hopefully it will remain a hidden secret (and still free) and will be an even better place to visit. I look forward to the reopening. Original review: Having visited Japan many times over in the past decade, I can't believe I've only discovered this gem! Free, uncrowded, quiet and if you're lucky with a cloud-free day, a gorgeous view of Mount Fuji. The observation deck has toilets and seats, so you could literally spend the whole day here admiring the diorama of life passing by under you. Pro tip: Mt Fuji is less likely to be hidden in clouds during the winter.

Tokyo’s hidden secret spot. The place is spacious compared to the Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Municipal Building Observatory. Also it is free to visit. You can also see Fujisan on a fine day! It’s near Tokyo Dome.

Amazing observation lounge completely free of charge. We visited at around sunset and there were very few people and the lounge was very quiet. The location is easy to find. There are also toilets available and a coffee/drinks machine. You can forget about the paid and overly crowded observation decks in Tokyo and come here instead. On clear days, you can even see a little bit of mount Fuji. I would recommend coming sometime before sunset to enjoy both the sunset and the night view of Tokyo.
Ouissal B — Google review
Free observation deck that was extremely quiet when we visited, seems like most people don't know about it. On a clear day you would be able to see Fuji off in the distance, but unfortunately we couldn't get a full view through the cloud/haze on the day we were there.

Great viewing lounge. If you are coming from the subway, just follow the signs to Bunkyo Civic Center. Once inside the building, find the elevator and go up to the 25th floor and it's there. Known for its themed exhibitions, it has showcased works by various photographers from different eras.
I came here just to appreciate the night view of Tokyo. What a place to be! There’s no entry fee and you get to see Tokyo Tower, truly a magnificent sight. Just a reminder if you are a (amateur/hobbyist) photographer: - Bring a 70-200/200-600 lens - Use a tripod - Adjust ISO to 100 and use longer exposure time to get clean images! Good lucks and have fun!

Hello, I would like to file a complaint about a food poisoning case that happened on November 1st, 2025. I had dinner at around 6-7pm at the Unagi restaurant on the 38F of Yebisu Garden Place. The name is うなぎ四代目 菊川 恵比寿ガーデンプレイス店. I had a set meal with three pieces of Unagi, a big amount of Sashimi, soup, rice and pickles. The amount was around ¥4300 yen. I developed extreme fever, chills, headache and nausea after the meal. I am still experiencing those symptoms now. Please investigate

A lovely place to spend a evening with friends and family. Beautiful view of the winter illuminations and the main attraction as now (13-11-22) is the Baccarat Eternal lights with more than 1000s of crystals embedded in the 5m long chandelier. Sunshine 60 Observatory Tenbou-Park is a high-rise green space located on top of the 240-meter tall Sunshine 60 building in Tokyo. It offers panoramic views, seasonal plants, and lawns for visitors to relax on. The observatory has been transformed into an entertainment space with a 'sky circus' concept, featuring VR-enhanced adventure rides and a mirror-covered photo spot for unique pictures.
Super fast elevators take you up in seconds! Once you're at the top, the view is amazing — surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the city from all angles. Some of the best spots fill up quickly, so try to go early if you want a great photo or a quiet corner. There are clean restrooms available, and food is sold on-site, though the prices are a bit high. Still, the ticket is very affordable, making it a great value overall. Definitely worth a visit for the experience and the views!

I cannot recommend this observatory enough. It is perfect, with great 360° view of Tokio. Food, drinks, toilets, everything is available. Huge playground for kids, places to sit or even lay down and enjoy the amazing view. Highly recommended.

This may be one of the best places in Tokyo to go for the view. It was ¥900/person to get up to the 60th floor in one of the fastest elevators ever. The panoramic view is spectacular and just when we thought that we would never get a glimpse of Mount Fuji in the summer, we got lucky and caught a hazy outline of her majestic summit. There's a coffee bar and seating all around the windows. I recommend staying for the sunset.
Yuki — Google review
Sunshine 60 Observatory TENBOU-PARK was hands down one of the best viewpoints I visited in Tokyo! The views were absolutely breathtaking panoramic cityscapes in every direction. In my opinion, the experience was so much better than Tokyo Skytree. Not only were the views just as stunning, but it was also way less crowded and much more peaceful, which made a huge difference. What really makes this place special is the atmosphere. The observatory has a relaxing, garden like vibe with fake grass flooring where you can lay down and take in the scenery. There are tons of soft, cushioned seats and cozy lounge areas scattered throughout, making it easy to just chill and enjoy the moment. It felt more like a rooftop park than a typical observatory, and it’s beautifully designed with thoughtful touches that make you want to stay longer. The natural lighting, open layout, and peaceful ambiance made it a perfect spot to unwind and take photos without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Plus, the location is great right in Sunshine City, surrounded by shops and restaurants, so you can grab a bite or do some shopping before or after. Highly, highly recommend this hidden gem if you’re looking for incredible views without the chaos of the bigger tourist spots!
Elba P — Google review
It was fine. I personally wouldn't recommend. There happened to be a Demon Slayer event going on, otherwise it can get a bit empty, and you would only get the view. There is a playground for kids,

This was such an enjoyable experience that we purchased off of Klook. It was not the simplest to find the location, although once you find the correct elevator it’s easy from there. The observatory is on the 60 th floor, so be prepared for your ears to pop and for it to be a bit nerve racking in the elevator! This location has options for food, deserts, and alcoholic drinks. They have an ample amount of space for sitting. you have the option to sit and enjoy the services on display; a flower blossom prop, spaces for photos, etc. Also a little gift shop! Would highly recommend for couple or family!

Shibuya Scramble Square is a modern mall that offers a mix of traditional Japanese crafts, French pastries, and various food options. The highlight of the building is Shibuya Sky, an observation deck located at 229 meters above ground level. This deck provides stunning panoramic views of Tokyo, including iconic landmarks such as Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Tokyo Tower, TOKYO SKYTREE, and even Mt. Fuji.
Shibuya Scramble Square is a super modern and stylish shopping spot right in the heart of Shibuya. There’s a big mix of stores, from high-end fashion to lifestyle goods and souvenirs, so it’s a fun place to just walk around and see what catches your eye. The food choices are great too, with everything from casual bites to cool cafes and nice sit-down restaurants. It’s best known for having Shibuya Sky, the rooftop observation deck, but not everyone can make it up there because of tickets or time. The good news is you can still enjoy awesome views from the 12th or 13th floor where there are restaurants and bars that look out over the famous Shibuya Crossing. It’s a great option if you want to chill and take in the scenery without the extra planning. Whether you’re there to shop, eat, or just explore, Shibuya Scramble Square is a great place to feel the modern vibe of Tokyo.
HapiTravels — Google review
Shibuya Scramble Square is absolutely worth a visit while you’re in Tokyo. One of the main highlights is the view from the top, where you get to see the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing from above. Watching the organized chaos of people crossing in every direction is surreal—it’s one of those things that truly feels like Tokyo. 🛍️ Shopping, Food & Coffee The building itself is packed with great stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. So even if you don’t make it to the top, it’s still a really nice place to hang out and explore. But seriously, go to the top—it’s the star of the show. 🎟️ Get Your Ticket in Advance If you’re planning to visit for sunset or late afternoon, I highly recommend buying your ticket ahead of time. Those time slots are popular and tend to sell out quickly. You don’t need to print the ticket—just show the QR code on your phone. 🧥 Dress for the Weather If you’re visiting around late March, don’t take warm clothes—it can get pretty hot at the top during that time. Despite the weather, the experience is totally worth it. 🍹 What’s at the Top Once you’re up there, you’ll find a bar with drinks. The food isn’t anything special—more like quick bites than a full meal—but it does the job if you’re just looking to enjoy the view with a drink. There are also lockers where you can store your bags, because they don’t allow large bags upstairs—only your phone and wallet are allowed with you. 📸 Photos & Views There’s a professional photographer stationed at a corner offering to take your picture with the view behind you. It looks fun, but honestly, the price was a bit high for what you get, so we passed on it. If you’re into souvenir photos, though, it’s an option. 🌇 Timing It Right If you’re visiting during summer or warmer months, sunset would be the ideal time—just be aware those tickets go fast. The golden light and the city view make for a breathtaking scene. Also, don’t miss the hotspot photo areas these are perfect for capturing those unforgettable views. You’ll find designated spots, usually in the corners of the building, where you can place your phone securely to take amazing photos or videos with the skyline behind you. The backgrounds are stunning, especially at sunset or nighttime when the city lights come alive. These little details make a big difference in your experience, so be sure to walk around and find the best angles—they’re totally worth it! ✨ Final Thoughts Overall, Shibuya Scramble Square is a great place to visit for the views, the atmosphere, and the experience of being in one of Tokyo’s most iconic locations. It’s clean, modern, and full of energy. Don’t miss it!

Shibuya Scramble Square is one of the most impressive landmarks in Tokyo! Located right above Shibuya Station, this towering complex combines shopping, dining, and breathtaking views all in one place. The building is modern, elegant, and filled with high-end boutiques as well as local brands — a perfect mix of fashion, lifestyle, and technology. The highlight is definitely Shibuya Sky, the rooftop observation deck offering panoramic views of Tokyo — especially stunning during sunset or at night when the city lights come alive. It’s one of the best photo spots in the city! There are also many great restaurants and cafés inside, from quick bites to fine dining, making it a great place to relax after exploring Shibuya’s busy streets. The access is super convenient since it’s directly connected to Shibuya Station. Overall, Shibuya Scramble Square is a must-visit destination for anyone coming to Tokyo — whether for shopping, sightseeing, or simply enjoying the skyline.

I visited here during Christmas, and the illumination was absolutely beautiful — rows of lights stretching for kilometers. The event was lively and very crowded, but the festive atmosphere made it really enjoyable. The weather was also perfect at that time.

One of my favourite spots to chill in the winter! The lights, music, and liveliness in the atmosphere is something I look forward to! Now is a perfect time to visit; weekdays so you can enjoy the city and avoid the crowds ^_^

I visited the Mori Building for the Sou Fujimoto exhibition at the Mori Art Museum on the 53rd floor. It was incredible, and I highly recommend going before it closes on November 9, 2025. Attached are new projects on going and its description is at the bottom of each photo. You can google them. A visionary architect. Sou Fujimoto promotes community, connections via building architecture with essences of openness, amorphous and many many which are integrated with the nature.

Here’s a detailed review of Roppongi Hills (六本木ヒルズ) — what’s great, what to watch out for, and whether it’s worth visiting. What Is Roppongi Hills? • Roppongi Hills is a large, upscale mixed-use complex in Tokyo’s Roppongi neighborhood. • It was developed by Mori Building (Minoru Mori) and opened in 2003. • The centerpiece is Mori Tower, a 54-story skyscraper (238 m tall) that houses offices, shops, restaurants, a museum, and an observatory. • The complex includes: residential apartments, cinemas, restaurants, public plazas, green spaces (like gardens), and more. ⸻ Highlights / Strengths 1. Stunning Views • The Tokyo City View observation deck offers 360-degree views of Tokyo’s skyline. • On a clear day, you can see landmarks like Tokyo Tower, and even Mount Fuji in the distance. • Reviewers particularly recommend going at sunset or night when the city lights up. 2. Mori Garden • A peaceful, traditional Japanese garden within the complex. • Features waterfalls, ponds, trees, and walks — very photogenic and relaxing, especially during cherry blossom season. • Entry is free. 3. Art and Culture • Mori Art Museum is in the Mori Tower (upper floors). • The public space includes art installations and design elements — Roppongi Hills actively integrates public art. • It’s a cultural hub, not just a shopping mall. 4. Shopping & Dining • A wide range of shops — from high fashion to more accessible retailers. • Restaurants are diverse: you can find casual cafés, fine dining, and everything in between. • The Roppongi Hills Club (members-only) is noted for its excellent food and views. 5. Convenient Location • Very well-connected by public transport (Tokyo Metro, etc.). • The design makes it relatively easy to walk between key attractions within the complex. 6. Atmosphere • Feels like a “city within a city”: modern, clean, sophisticated. • Good for a full-day outing: you can shop, eat, see art, relax in the garden, and enjoy the view. ⸻ Drawbacks / Criticisms 1. Cost • As a high-end complex, dining and shopping can be expensive. • The observation deck isn’t free: (according to TripAdvisor) ticket costs add up. 2. Sky Deck Closure • The rooftop open-air Sky Deck has reportedly been permanently closed (based on visitor reports). • That’s a loss for those who want a very open, unobstructed outdoor viewpoint. 3. Design / Practical Issues • Some users online mention design flaws, such as open courtyards without shelter, which can be uncomfortable when it rains. > “That huge open courtyard? Had no covering so you’d get rained on.” • There has also been mention of a tragic past accident connected to revolving doors. 4. Crowds • During peak times (weekends, evenings) it gets quite busy, especially in public areas, shops, and decks. (Implied in travel guides.) • Elevators (especially to the observation deck) can be congested during lunch hours, according to guide advice. 5. Exclusivity • Some parts (like the Roppongi Hills Club) are members-only, so experiences vary widely depending on access. 6. Redevelopment Critique • From an urban planning perspective, critics argue it represents very “corporate-managed” urbanism: a polished, consumption-driven environment. ⸻ Overall Impression / Verdict • Very Recommended for Tourists & Locals If you’re visiting Tokyo and want a sophisticated, modern spot that combines art, views, and good food, Roppongi Hills is an excellent pick. • Great for Romantic or Chill Outings The observation deck and garden make it ideal for date nights, relaxing walks, or catching a panoramic city view. • Not Ideal for Budget Travelers Because of its upscale nature, it’s not the cheapest destination in Tokyo. • Be Mindful of Timing Try to go on a weekday or during off-peak hours for a more relaxed experience. Also check whether the observation areas (like City View) are open — there have been closures.

We went here to see the illuminations for Christmas. They did not disappoint. The best photo with the illuminated Tokyo Tower has to be taken while crossing the street. The police were there to make sure everyone was safe.
Wendy F — Google review
The streets are decorated with lights, but it’s quite difficult to find a good angle where you can capture both the illumination and Tokyo Tower together — you basically have to stand in the middle of the road to get the shot. The light decorations themselves are fairly ordinary and not particularly impressive. A nice stroll if you’re already in the area, but not a must-see.
Cindee — Google review
Went here on our last night in Japan, especially to see the Christmas lights. It was very pretty. Didn't know it went viral and such a chaos on the zebracross. Been observing how it went and at the end I joined the crowd to take pictures like them, but not so good. I only stopped for a few seconds and continued walking, but others stoped quite long until the staff yelled 😅 Later when we walked back to the station, we found another spot that is crowded but more safe. It was inside Roppongi building on the bridge. Went: 12 Nov 2025.

Tokyo City View, located in the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, offers a stunning panoramic view of Tokyo from its indoor and outdoor observation decks. Standing at 238 meters above ground level, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the cityscape, with the possibility of spotting iconic Mount Fuji on clear days.
Looking for a tower for a great view of Tokyo, look no further than Tokyo City View at Roppongi Hills. For me this is the beat high viewpoint in the city. It's not a tourist trap like Sky Tree and has a bit more about it than the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building North Observation Deck. We paid about 4,000 Yen for entrance fee and it certainly was worth it. It didn't have crazy crowds of people and you could enjoy the space and the views without the madness of SkyTree. Before buying our tickets a lady showed us a clipboard with images of what the view would look like as it was cloudy and wet. This is great to prevent any disappointments at the top. There were a few art exhibits taking place at floor 52, which was great to explore in-between admiring the Tokyo skyline. If you are looking for a quieter observation deck to see Tokyo's skyline, this is the place for you!
Antzarmy — Google review
Visiting Tokyo City View was a really nice experience. The observation deck offers panoramic views of Tokyo with floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the entire level, giving you multiple angles of the city. I booked my ticket for 5pm, which I highly recommend—it’s the perfect time to watch the transition from daylight to sunset to night. Seeing the city gradually light up, with the Tokyo Tower glowing in the distance, was definitely the highlight. If you’re into photography, this is a great spot with plenty of opportunities for stunning shots. That said, it’s mainly a sightseeing experience, so don’t expect much beyond the views themselves. Overall, a beautiful way to take in Tokyo’s skyline, especially if you time it for sunset.
Eugenio C — Google review
Amazing! Best view in Tokyo if you ask me. Went up at 4pm for sunset at 4:45pm. Staff very friendly and views were amazing. Able to walk around on the floor to get different views, including Tokyo Tower and Mt Fuji (on a clear day). Highly recommend this viewing platform above others.
Michi S — Google review
Had one of the best sunset views in our lives here. We were able to see Mt Fuji and the Tokyo Tower. It can get a little crowded, but we managed to grab some seats and enjoy the view. Definitely won’t forget this evening!
Immanuel E — Google review
One of the best place to view Tokyo Tower and take beautiful photos of it and with other landmarks, like Rainbow Bridge, Sky Tree, Haneda airport, even Mt. Fuji when the weather is good. It’s also easy to walk in and buy tickets as the spot, and not too crowded, unlike Shibuya sky where you must book tickets weeks ahead. I happened to find the Fire bird exhibition is on when I visited - another bonus for me. Unfortunately the deck closed at 10pm and in order to wait for the classic Tokyo Tower light during public holidays, I couldn’t go here for night pic, but it’s equally breathtaking during the day.
Rulo — Google review
A nice city view from 52th floor. Entry price is 2,000 yen. Not so many people even on the weekend, and had a relaxed time there.
Linn T — Google review
Nice experience. Enjoy the wonderful birw of blue sky with mountain, if you are lucky enough and the weather is good.
Grace H — Google review
Don’t go if it’s raining. The area to observe is very small. The windows get covered in droplets. There is nowhere to sit, and the exhibits have nothing to do with the view. Overall, this is over priced and only worth it in the best of weather conditions. I have no idea how this place is rated as it is.

Carrot Tower in Tokyo offers a unique experience with its free observation deck on the 26th floor, providing stunning views of the city. The building's orange facade gives it its name and houses a restaurant and an affordable cafe. Despite being located in a low-rise residential area, visitors can relax on comfy sofas while taking in the panoramic view.
Dropped by today to check out the famous 26th-floor observation deck. Elevator tip: you gotta take it from the 2nd floor because apparently Tokyo architects like to haze tourists before rewarding them with panoramic views. On a clear day, you can see Mt. Fuji majestically lurking in the distance like Japan’s ultimate mic drop. Today? Fuji was playing hard to get behind the haze. But still – the endless sprawl of Tokyo makes you feel like a single cell in an over-caffeinated ant colony. The café up here is perfectly fine, but explain this to me like I’m five: how do you name a building Carrot Tower and not sell carrot cake? That’s a marketing miss so large it should be a Harvard case study. “Lesson one: brand synergy, people.” Bonus points for the FM 83.4 radio station broadcasting live from the observation deck. Nothing screams “Tokyo” like pensioners chilling outside the glass booth while a woman with an anime voice reads the traffic report for Setagaya. Overall: ✔️ Free views (rare in Tokyo) ✔️ Clear-day Fuji flex ✔️ Weird café branding ✔️ Live radio energy Worth the elevator detour if you’re in Sangenjaya and want to contemplate your insignificance in the universe while sipping iced coffee without carrot cake.

Wile visiting Tokyo I slept at this neighborhood so the tower was literally across the street . They have at the lobby super cool store with all kind of local style and gadgets and they have a Uniqlo store. Not something to big but you’d enough . For me the top was the book store across from Uniqlo . Just an amazing store

Discover the allure of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, a 54-story architectural marvel in Tokyo's Minato district. This multifaceted tower is home to the Mori Art Museum, showcasing captivating contemporary art from around the world. Visitors can also indulge in retail therapy and savor delectable cuisines at various shops and eateries within the tower.
From bright sky to sunset to lights on, this observation tower is a good option to hangout and enjoy the whole scenery in comfort as it is indoors, and have places for you to sit and chill while enjoying the 360 view. It is also less crowded compared to more popular observation decks, which means higher chance to find a good spot. Sometimes, there will be limited time exhibitions or events as well.

A modern skyscraper with an impressive observation deck offering panoramic views of Tokyo. The entrance fee to the observation deck is yen 2000 as of March 2025. The Mori Art Museum inside features rotating contemporary exhibitions, adding cultural value to the visit. The building is surrounded by upscale shops, restaurants, and an open-air plaza, making it a lively area to explore. While the entrance fee is a bit pricey, the stunning cityscape, especially at sunset or night, makes it worthwhile. A great spot for photography and a different perspective of Tokyo’s skyline

Great views of the surrounding town. Tickets to the observation area are during a specific time window. Buy ahead of time so you can pick your window before it fills up. You can go in as early as 15 minutes (but not before) your time window.

The tower itself is while impressive still just a tower. What counts is the Mori museum on the top floor. One of places to visit while in Tokyo. So hit the 52-nd flor button in the Mori elevator and enjoy.

I’d been to Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower before I came here. This is the best city view of Tokyo. From Skytree every thing just looked flat whereas Tokyo Tower’s view were blocked by high rise buildings around it. Here it’s a fine balance. I could enjoy the views of various landscapes of Tokyo. I can see myself coming here again in the future. I already visited here twice - day and night.
Jason K — Google review
The view from the top of Mori tower was incredible. I visited in March 2025. An amazing 360 view and located in Roppongi right next to one of the entrances at the station. Ticket entry costs 2000 Yen
V — Google review
Taking photos from the viewing tower was difficult because of the bright lights on inside and the reflection on the glass. Also people purposely blocking you from taking your own pictures for a few seconds, didn’t seem appropriate, spent a lot of money to go there and it wasn’t very pleasant.

The Bunkyo Civic Center is a distinctive government building located near the Tokyo Dome, featuring an iconic design with a section resembling a flying saucer at the top, which houses an observation deck. Similar to the renowned Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, visitors can access the observation deck for free and enjoy stunning views of the city under different weather conditions.
Another one of those great “free things to do in Tokyo”. Navigating to it is relatively easy, after Maps gets you there, you just follow the signs to get to the blue elevators that go up to the 25th floor. Crowds can be hit or miss, when we visited there wasn’t anybody at the Sky Tree side (east), but there were a bunch on the Shinjuku side (west). And by the time we were going down, they all were leaving as well. The views are pretty good and if you’re collecting stamps, they do have a stamp area too.

Great free observation deck at 25th floor (take the blue elevators). You can see mount Fuji on a clear day. You can see Tokyo Skytree on the other side. There are uncrowded toilets, also. And don't forget to get your stamp.
Martin C — Google review
It’s free, people rarely go and it is quiet and perfectly kept. Too bad you cannot see half of the city, but at least Shinjuku with Mt. Fuji in the background and Skytree to the east do their part. Strongly competes with Tocho’s observation deck.

Great FREE observation deck with few visitors. Nice place to be quiet and enjoy the view. Will like to come back and try the restaurant next time.

I checked out the view of the place and ate at the restaurant just next to the viewing place. If you visit the place, make sure to confirm the opening and closing time. I want to take some pictures of the view opposite to the Tokyo Dome and was surprised by a closed dock at 9p.m.

If you're on the lookout for souvenirs, there's an entire floor dedicated to souvenir shops with character goods, Japanese interior design items, and snacks.
Best place with a good mix of retail and F&B outlets. Any restaurant here serves good food. I find shopping here is better than other malls as it not too large and not too small, just the right amount of relevant brands. There is also a Pokemon Centre. Always come back here each time.

I-Link Town Observation Deck is a hidden gem located just outside of Tokyo in Chiba. It offers a 150m-tall observation deck with a glass elevator providing stunning 360-degree views of the Tokyo metropolis, including iconic landmarks like Skytree and even Mt. Fuji on clear days. Accessible from Ichikawa Station, visitors can enjoy the panoramic vistas during both day and night, with the option to visit during special events like the Edogawa Fireworks Festival.
Goes into the list of best observation decks in the city. It is a shame it is far if you live in west Tokyo, but the trip is worth - and compensated by the fact that it’s free. It is quiet, only a few people up and they have a nice cafe. There’s also an outdoor deck when they have photography activities but it closes during strong winds. To get there, you need to come out to the station and go into the small mall adjacent/in front of it, go to the third floor and go all the way to the end, where the tower is. Then you just get in the elevator as if it was your own home.
Juan R — Google review
You can enjoy the best views of Tokyo and Chiba from here. There’s no admission fee. The observation deck is on the 46th floor.
Nava D — Google review
Famous observatories in Tokyo are not only expensive but also crowded — and even getting a reservation can be difficult. I-Link Town offers something different: a quiet, slightly distant spot where you can calmly overlook the vast city of Tokyo. It’s completely free and there’s no stress from large crowds. The day I visited was a bit cloudy, and since tripods weren’t allowed, I brought only a 24–70 mm lens. I spent a few relaxing hours there with a cup of coffee, simply watching over the city. Although I couldn’t capture Mount Fuji this time because of the weather, I heard that on clear days you can see both Mount Fuji and Tokyo Skytree beautifully from here. 💡 Tripods are allowed only on the third Friday and the following Saturday from 15:00 to 21:00.

Toinette M — Google review
The view was stunning both during the day and at night. There’s no entrance fee, and it’s much less crowded compared to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building in Shinjuku. From here, you can enjoy a clear view of Tokyo Skytree, and on a nice day, even catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji. There’s also a cozy café on the 45th floor offering affordable drinks and sweets—both priced around ¥200. The only downside was that it was a bit tricky to find the entrance. It took us about 15 minutes to figure out how to get upstairs. Here’s a tip: head to the 3rd floor first — from there, you’ll find the elevator that takes you up to the observation area (45th floor).

Great location to get an aerial view of Tokyo, Tokyo Bay and Chiba. It's free, so the price is right. Photography friendly as the staff does a great job of keeping the windows clean. They even allow you to use a tripod for taking pictures in Friday and Saturday.

Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No.1 is a significant and popular structure in Tokyo, featuring two free observatories on its South and North sides. Located in Shinjuku ward, it offers stunning views of the city. Visitors can access the building via a passage connected to the Oedo subway line or by walking from JR Shinjuku Station. The observatories provide panoramic views of Tokyo, with the South observation deck offering free admission.
Not a lot of tourists know about this attraction, which is completely free!! The observatory decks are as good as the other towers out there. The wait to go up is minimal. The fact that there is a public piano for performances makes it more mesmerizing. There is a small cafe on the top, so you can easily chill while watching the view or the performers. The night shows are also worth watching. There are different songs and projections. The building is quite close to a station.
Roberto C — Google review
Incredible nightly video shows with music on the building. Has a fantastic observation deck on the top of both buildings. On the ground floor there is a small mall with two of the best visitors information centers in Tokyo. Visit during the daytime to learn about Tokyo and overlook the city then visit at night to see show and a very different view from the observation deck.
Adam Z — Google review
Both North and South Observatory are at the 45th storey. The lift entrance is only at Building No. 1, ground floor. The lift takes 55 seconds to reach the top. Mount Fuji will be visible from both towers on a clear day. South tower has a grand piano open to public for performance from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm.
Alvin — Google review
One of the best observation decks in Tokyo! We went up to the North Observatory only, and the view was absolutely amazing — and it’s free! We’re glad we came. Honestly, the North deck alone is enough; no need to visit both. Highly recommended!

Unlike incorrectly recommended Shinjuku L Sun Tower, the Metropolitan Government building has a free observation deck on the 45th floor. You can view almost every direction from there. The have gifts and refreshments for sale too. Highly worth the visit IMHO.

It's an amazing free viewing platform! South entrance has always short lines. Come for stunning sunset views. And dont forget to catch the light show, starting from 19.30... This summer they have a nice grassy area to chill while watching.

The Fuji Television Headquarters, also known as the HACHITAMA Spherical Observation Room, is a unique building with a distinctive design that includes a titanium silver ball housing an observation deck on its 25th floor. From this vantage point at 100 meters high, visitors can enjoy a breathtaking 270-degree view of Tokyo's waterfront area and part of Tokyo Bay.
The building itself looks stunning at night, and the city view from the observatory deck simply beautiful, the famous Rainbow bridge, Tokyo bay and Tokyo tower are the main higlights of the view. Worth visiting, just 15 minutes walk from the statue of liberty.

When visiting Odaiba you should visit this building for this vie, especially if you like taking pictures. It's not expensive and you can see the skyline of Tokyo. Unfortunately it closes early in the evening.
José R — Google review
We visited on a Public Holiday . There was hardly any crowd ! Overall, the views were good, but it was cloudy so we couldn't see the sunset or Mt Fuji Place is very small so 800 yen seems to be overpriced. It closes by 5pm
RGP — Google review
While exploring the Odaiba area after visiting teamLab Planets, we came across the Fuji Television Building and were immediately blown away by the architecture. The structure is unlike anything else we saw in Tokyo, futuristic, bold and full of detail. You can’t help but stop and admire the large metallic sphere suspended within the building’s open grid framework. It’s something that makes you pause and wonder how they even built it. Although we didn’t get the chance to go inside this time, it’s definitely something I regret and would love to do next time I’m in Japan. I’ve since learned you can access the observation deck inside the sphere, which offers panoramic views across the city and Tokyo Bay, that would have been amazing to see. The whole building is a great contrast to the more traditional sites you visit in Tokyo. It’s one of those places that steps completely away from the typical four-walled design, a brilliant mix of engineering and creativity. Even if you don’t enter the building, it’s worth walking past just to see it up close and grab a few photos at sunset. I’d absolutely recommend adding it to your Odaiba walking route.
John W — Google review
Didn't get to tour the whole building but went to the observation deck. Part of it was closed for some remodeling, so we didn't get to see the entirety of the view, but what we did see was amazing. Lovely view of the Tokyo skyline.

I visited here for the first time in 6 years. The view from here was very beautiful and a great place to take pictures of the Rainbow Bridge and the urban night view of Tokyo. However, when this place was reopened after Corona virus pandemic, the use of tripods and blackout curtains was banned. By 5:00 p.m., the LED bulbs under the windows were glowing colorfully, and it was no longer a very good environment for photographing the night view. It is worth visiting if you simply want to enjoy the view and take pictures with your smartphone, but if you are visiting for the purpose of taking professional photos, I no longer recommend this place.
Hit ( — Google review
This is not an usual place for a visit, unless you have plenty of time in Tokyo just like I had. Interesting place to visit and have a look over Tokyo and the bay. You can visit and take either binocular or good photolens to make some great pictures. There was no queue simply because it was an invitation, I guess you should check about tickets in advance before visiting.

Sky Carrot Observatory is a popular spot located on the 26th floor of the Carrot Tower near Sangenjaya Station. Offering stunning views of Tokyo Tower, Mt. The observatory is free to enter and offers a quiet atmosphere with unobstructed views in ideal weather conditions.
A free observation spot on the 26th floor. Today, a sunny November afternoon, you could see Mt. Fuji.

Cute free observation floor. Dont expect to see a full view of tokyo it's just one side of the building.
Hamad B — Google review
After having visited places like Tokyo SkyTree and Landmark Tower, it can be a bit underwhelming. But, at 26 stories, you do get a decent view of the fairly mundane surroundings. The restaurant is all set up to be a swanky and expensive place for fine dining at a location where an everyday cafe would suffice. Not really the place for shopping, either. On the way up, there's a Uniqlo, a gift shop, some supermarket stuff and that's about it. There's definitely more going on around the building than within it. No pictures. What's the point!
Justin R — Google review
Free and very quiet. The primary view is toward the west though, i.e. smaller buildings. You can see downtown from one section of windows, but you're admittedly quite far from it. Still a great spot if you don't want to be among the throngs at the Sky Tree though.

Amazing free view over Tokyo day or night (evening) from the 46th floor. A bit tricky to find - go down to the ground level of the narrow courtyard between the two buildings. Enter where it says Sky restaurants, and take a special elevator from level B2 to 46 or 47.
David T — Google review
If you want to see the Tokyo skyline for free and not pay for ‘Tokyo Skytree’ or ‘Shibuya Sky’ this is the answer. Not only is it free to go up but there is no waiting/registration. Just go into the building and take the elevator to ‘Sky Restaurants’. There the elevator will provide you with an amazing view to the top where you can also feast your eyes on the port side of the city. Multiple restaurants can also satisfy your salvation needs on the 46/47 floor. Highly recommend to everyone to see! 🏙️

This is kind of a secret tip I think. You can use an (incredible fast) elevator to the "Sky Restaurants" at Floor 47 and there is a big Window where you can see above the city. It's free for everyone. We went there in the morning and at night.

Sky Lobby is located on the 33rd floor of Mori JP Tower, which is part of a complex of commercial buildings. Offering stunning views of Tokyo's cityscape, it has become a popular spot for visitors. The observation floor provides a free and panoramic view, with the best vantage point being from the southeast where Tokyo Tower can be seen. Accessible via a private elevator near the office reception, it offers breathtaking sights including Mt. Fuji in the distance and Tokyo Bay in the background.
Azabudai Hills Sky Lobby is a sleek observation deck offering great views of Tokyo Tower and the surrounding cityscape. Located on the 33rd floor of the Mori JP Tower, access requires a modest entrance fee of 500 yen, along with the purchase of a drink (mine was 850 yen).I visited on a weekday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find it uncrowded, great for a quiet break. It's a relaxing spot to enjoy a drink while taking in the panoramic views of Tokyo. A nice hidden gem for those looking to escape the city’s hustle without leaving it.
Daryl L — Google review
You need to order drinks or food(at least 500 yen) to enter the viewing place. It’s close to the Tokyo tower so the view is nice, but they only open a small section of the floor( the part close to Tokyo tower), so you can’t see 360 view or other part of Tokyo skyline. The drink and food is ok.
HAO D — Google review
The view to the Tower is good, but the only way to get there is to go to cafe, which requires mandatory drink purchase in addition to entry fee (1350 yen total per person). And keep in mind that you will only be able to see Tokyo Tower, the rest of the deck is blocked and not available for visitors (e g view to Fuji)
Sergey C — Google review
Nice view of Tokyo tower, but not the overall best city view compared Shibuya Sky. It’s a bit difficult to find as there’s no signage pointing you in the right direction. Basically, go to the first floor where you’ll find a bunch of shops. Locate the long hallway behind the automated glass doors. It looks like an office building where you have no business being. Ignore that. The hallway with the elevators going to 33/34 is located next to the Deutsche Bank entrance. There’s an entry fee of 500 yen and you have to purchase a drink as well. I got a coffee for 800 yen. You pay at the cafe when arriving at the 34th floor.
Simon L — Google review
I don't recommend this. The view is very good but its extremely limited because of the restrictions. I did not want to pay entrance fee for the cafe (500¥) + mandatory drink, so I went down to the 33rd floor where, if the guard is nice, they'll let you stand for free in a small area by the elevator and admire the view. It's a very nice view! You can see Tokyo Tower and Mt Fuji on a clear day. However it is not 360°, and Tokyo Tower is only viewable best from the cafe. If you're okay with >1000¥ then go ahead. But there are actually a number of free sky lobbies in Tokyo, with better views, so this is pretty bad especially for what is Tokyos tallest tower (besides Sky Tree). I'd actually prefer if it was just a regular viewing deck that cost 1500¥ or something and you could properly enjoy the view.
Chijioke O — Google review
It is a partial scam. The cafe/bar is located to an area that you can not actual see the view. There is a entrance of 500 Japanese yuan and you have to order a drink per person.
Memo.YouTube — Google review
On the 34th level limited view of Tokyo skyline in one direction only. Rest of the floor is partitioned off for the commercial building. Plus it's mandatory to buy over priced food and drink for each person who goes up there. Cost us $50 for three juices a donut and chocolate croissant. Felt like a scam and left a bitter taste in our mouth that the view couldn't overcome.
Adam P — Google review
The admission fee is about $10, but the area where you can actually enjoy the view is extremely small. Some reviews say it’s about one-fourth of the space, but in reality, it feels even smaller. Unlike other observation decks, there’s no 360-degree viewing area or even seating where you can relax and take in the scenery. I think the reason this place was originally open to the public for free is because it was never properly set up as an observation deck in the first place. In the end, it’s basically just a $10 Tokyo Tower photo spot. If you really want to enjoy the view, other observation decks at a similar price are far better options.

Theme park
teamLab Planets is a unique digital art museum that offers an immersive and interactive experience for visitors. Opened in 2018, it was initially intended to be temporary but has since become a popular attraction. The museum features surreal and interactive digital worlds influenced by factors such as time of day, number of visitors, and even the time of year. Visitors can walk through various rooms filled with colorful digital animations and ambient sounds, becoming part of the art themselves.
Such an incredible experience! So much to do, consider and interact with. I loved sharing thia with my son and allowing the touch and feel aspects of these exhibits to broaden his mind and allow for new paths to pursue. Spent about 2 hours between all the sections to fully immerse ourselves. I would gladly attend this venue again and would be excited to investigate the other team labs exhibits that exist. Highly recommend of you're in Tokyo as a fun and unique thing to do.
Hunter P — Google review
Visiting this museum was truly an out-of-this-world experience. The entire arena is divided into multiple immersive sections, and each one transports you into a completely different environment. At one moment, you find yourself walking through a digital forest with animated wildlife surrounding you, and the next moment you’re wading through knee-deep water while vibrant colours and interactive visuals play all around. One of the highlights for me was the section where you’re given blank sheets to colour a character. As soon as you’re done, your creation gets scanned and instantly appears as an animated figure moving around the entire space. Watching your own artwork come to life in real time is an unforgettable experience. Every part of the museum feels like stepping into another dimension, something refreshingly unique and unlike anything seen elsewhere.

This place was on my absolute 'must visit' list when I visited Tokyo. We had so much fun here. Since we booked the tickets separately, I ended up with a different timing than my brother and his family but we managed to meet up inside. The experience was truly immersive and active participation (in a safe and sensible manner) definitely enhances the experience. I am glad they provide lockers to store our stuff and towels to dry off after we got wet. Each room is amazing and I spent so long there that we left during closing time! The kids love the rooms where they could be active and as for me, each room has so many photo opportunities. The ushers were very professional and offered advise on which room to go to first in order to maximise our time there. You can book your ticket and select your preferred time slots online and it is advisable for you to reach there an hour before your alloted time as the queue will start then.

Fun place for kids (and adults). We skipped the water area but we enjoyed other interactive areas! A lot of corners to take good pictures and to fully immerse yourself with arts. A bit challenging to do walk inside because it was dark and there were lots of guests (it was Sunday when we went there) But as long as you can wait patiently, you’re all good. The staffs are also very accommodating and well-trained. I forgot my cap inside and since re-entry is not allowed, the personnel outside contacted other people to look for the cap. They found it! All in all it was a fun experience :)
Keana M — Google review
One of the best modern art/interactive experiences! We had to wait a bit (around 20mins) to get in with already purchased tickets and since we came in the afternoon (17.30) the place was quite crowded. However, crowds are perfectly managed so there is no overflow of people in each exhibition, which was amazing. A great place for people of all ages, fun and interactive in ways that is rare to experience somewhere else.
Nina K — Google review
Really awesome experience. Our family also did the Borderless experience and would recommend Planets over Borderless. The water exhibit has you go shoeless and sockless and you eventually end up in water that was about halfway to my knee/to my knee (I'm 5'7") just as a heads up. The forest experience is super kid friendly with slides, drawing stations that turn your drawings into real animations, a ropes course of types, etc. lots of fun here and definitely loved by my kiddo under 8. Garden is less kid friendly - a beautiful display that moves up and down of orchids. So stunning. Open air was also kid friendly / touch friendly. Very pretty. There are free lockers and stroller stations in the water and forest areas so no need to stress about where to store stuff. I also accidentally left behind my son's coat and went back the next day hoping they could find it as I wasn't able to re-enter, it took about 15 minutes and they found it! I was so grateful. Overall I'd give this 5 stars and feel like it's worth the visit.

teamLab Planets TOKYO is a stunning, fully immersive digital art experience and easily one of the most unique things to do in Tokyo. The museum is divided into a series of interactive rooms where you walk barefoot through water, mirrored spaces, soft uneven floors, and dazzling light installations that respond to your movement, making you feel like part of the artwork rather than just a spectator. Highlights include the water-filled koi pond where projected fish turn into flowers as you touch them, and the crystal light rooms that feel like walking through an infinite galaxy of LEDs. Practical points: you must remove shoes, often roll up your trousers, and may be given shorts if wearing a skirt because of mirrored floors and water sections. Lockers, towels, and clear instructions are provided, and the entire place is very clean and well organized, though it can get crowded, so booking an earlier time slot is recommended for a calmer experience. Plan to spend 2–3 hours if you want to explore slowly, take photos, and enjoy the newer “Forest” and Athletics-style interactive areas added in 2025. Overall, it is highly recommended if you enjoy sensory, interactive art and don’t mind queues and water-based installations

Don't underestimate this place, some may so it's a walk in the park but it's not. If you're not fit, you will suffer, especially if you plan on ascending and descending on the same day which is what I had done. I do a lot of walk and hike but this was the first proper mountain I had ever climbed. It wasn't so much of my fitness that was an issue, but rather, the altitude sickness. And yes, altitude sickness is real! About ⅔ into the climb, I started feeling the affects of it. For every few steps I went up in elavation, I kept stopping because I felt like hurling. Eventually, I threw up three times, at three different stages of the latter part of the climb. My companion on the other hand, who had never done this let alone walking or hiking, didn't suffer a bit. So it does differ in affects, from person to person. But having said that, do stay overnight and acclimatise for God's sake, as it will make the climb more pleasurable.

BUT don’t get a drink just yet, wait until you are in your seat and for the right beer girl to come zipping past with a keg on her back to pour you a fresh cold one. These girls are apparently famous in Tokyo, with their own playing cards and apparently some of them have made music videos and become actual pop stars! Only in Japan… The game was amazing, Giants Vs Karp. There seemed to be much rivalry between these two teams and the crowd was getting well into it! Songs, towels, flags….. They all loved it! All in all the stadium was extremely easy to get to having the station just off the grounds, it was a very fun and positive atmosphere all around, the kids loved it, the parents loved it and it was the perfect afternoon together. 5 stars for sure!🙌🏻

Catching a Yomiuri Giants vs. Hiroshima Carp game at Tokyo Dome was one of the most electrifying experiences of our trip. Whether you’re a die-hard baseball fan or just curious about Japanese sports culture, this is a must-see for tourists and locals alike. The energy inside the dome is contagious—cheering sections, coordinated chants, and fans decked out in team gear make every inning feel like a celebration. The food scene inside the stadium is just as exciting. From bento boxes and yakitori to burgers, takoyaki, and soft-serve ice cream, there’s something for every craving. But the real MVPs? The beer girls. These incredible women carry mini kegs on their backs, hustling up and down the stairs with a smile, pouring fresh draft beer right at your seat. It’s a uniquely Japanese touch that adds to the festive atmosphere—and they deserve serious props for their stamina and charm. We had great seats and were surrounded by passionate fans, which made the game even more fun. The crowd was lively but respectful, and the stadium itself is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Access is a breeze—Tokyo Dome is directly connected to Suidobashi Station, and also walkable from Korakuen Station, making it super convenient via JR and Tokyo Metro lines. The surrounding area, Tokyo Dome City, is packed with attractions including an amusement park, shopping mall, restaurants, and even a spa, so you can easily make a full day out of your visit. Whether you’re there for the sport, the snacks, or just the vibe, Tokyo Dome delivers an unforgettable slice of Tokyo life. Don’t miss it.

Came for a Yomiuri Giants game and left wondering why every stadium on earth isn’t run like this. Even with crowds that look like they’re hosting half the city, everything flows. Getting around is smoother than my morning coffee routine, & trust me...my coffee routine is dialed. The food? Shockingly good. I expected classic stadium fare, but instead got a bowl that tasted like someone’s grandma spent all afternoon making it. And the beer service… listen, nothing prepares you for the legendary beer girls sprinting around with mini-kegs strapped to their backs like hydration pack Sherpas. They pour ice-cold drafts at combini prices, smiling the whole time & somehow never spill a drop. It’s capitalism, cardio & customer service rolled into one. Inside the dome, the atmosphere is electric but never chaotic. Fans are into it: organized, loud, positive...and the whole place runs with the kind of precision that makes you rethink how events should work. If you’re in Tokyo, even if you’re only baseball-curious, go to a Giants game. Tokyo Dome doesn’t just host baseball...it flexes it.

During our two week stay in Tokyo we wanted to make sure to catch a baseball game! I am so glad we did because the Japanese put the USA to shame with the level of excitement and fun of the game. There are also lots of food and drink options at reasonable prices. We are not sure we can ever go to a game in the States again after this great experience at Tokyo Dome.

Shibuya Hikarie is a bustling shopping and entertainment complex located in a high-rise building, offering a wide array of retail outlets, dining options, and leisure activities. The Hikarie ShinQs shopping mall within Shibuya Hikarie is particularly popular among international tourists seeking authentic Japanese souvenirs such as traditional crafts, artworks, and unique items like Mount Fuji tissue packs and Kyoto cosmetics. Additionally, the complex houses Shibuya QWS, an industrial exchange facility.
Hikarie Shibuya Tower is arguably the best place to watch Shibuya Crossing. Simply head to the 11th floor, and enjoy a stunning view of one of Tokyo’s most iconic sights, the Shibuya Crossing, free of cost!!!

Tokyu Plaza Ginza is a must-visit destination in Tokyo's traditional business district. This iconic shopping complex, completed in 2016, boasts an entire city block and features a stunning exterior design reminiscent of Edo kiriko cut glassware. Visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Ginza and its surroundings from the rooftop Kiriko Terrace.
The rooftop bar is a really chill vibe. Come here around sunset for good music and views. Drinks are a bit expensive, sofas to relax on are a great touch and even a pool which I think is available for anyone to use. Good spot for some post Ginza shopping drinks and it's not very busy
Richard G — Google review
This luxury shopping mall in Ginza has floors of luxury brands, unique designer brand shops, and a duty-free shop (Lotte). There are restaurants on the 11th and 10th floors and other restaurants in the food hall on the underground floors. When we visited, we noticed the 7th floor was empty, and it would be nice to place a sign notifying shoppers about it.
Patrick M — Google review
This shopping mall looks very nice from the outside. This building was completed in 2016, so it’s modern design and things are more optimized. Newer things are better most of the times.
Ak — Google review
Tokyo Plaza Ginza is one of the malls I really enjoyed visiting. The building itself is beautiful, with a modern glass design that makes it stand out in the middle of Ginza. Inside, it feels spacious and clean, and I liked how the shops are well arranged. For shopping, there’s a good balance of Japanese and international brands, so it feels like you can get a little bit of everything. Even just walking around and window-shopping is fun. I also liked the variety of cafés and restaurants—some even have terrace seating with a nice city view. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop garden. It’s calm and peaceful, and I felt it was the perfect place to take a break after exploring Ginza. Overall, I’d say Tokyo Plaza Ginza isn’t only about shopping—it’s also about the atmosphere. For me, it was a really nice spot to spend time and enjoy both fashion and the view of Tokyo.

Strongly advise against visiting this store, especially if you are a Chinese tourist. I had a firsthand experience of being scammed at the Lotte store, where prices are exorbitantly higher than elsewhere. When I attempted to return the goods, I was told that my purchase information had been sent to customs, preventing any possibility of a refund.

Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku is a vibrant multi-level shopping center featuring an array of international brands and a rooftop terrace offering stunning city views. The building integrates seamlessly with the ornamental zelkova trees lining the upscale Omotesando shopping street, creating a unique and visually striking space. Designed by architect Hiroshi Nakamura, this fashion-forward destination aims to provide each visitor with a distinctive experience.
Such a beautifully designed building. I always loved taking the escalator and seeing the Kaleidoscope of mirrors as you enter the building. They also occassionally decorate the front area. Currently, they decorated it with the theme from the anime " Hikaru ga Shinda Natsu". It looks really cool. They also have the Chiikawa Bakery on the 3rd Floor. Loved the outdoor area of the Starbucks here on the 6th floor. A great place to visit when in Omotesando.

Tokyu Plaza Shibuya is a stylish and modern shopping complex located just a short walk from Shibuya Station. It offers a refined and comfortable atmosphere, catering mainly to adults who want to enjoy shopping, dining, and relaxation away from the busy Shibuya Scramble area. The building’s sleek design and open layout make it easy to explore, with a great selection of fashion boutiques, lifestyle stores, and restaurants offering both Japanese and international cuisine. One of the highlights is the rooftop “SHIBU NIWA” — a beautiful open-air terrace where visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Shibuya’s skyline, especially stunning during sunset or at night. What sets Tokyu Plaza Shibuya apart is its focus on sophistication and calmness. It’s not as crowded or noisy as other Shibuya malls, making it a perfect spot for those who prefer a more relaxed shopping and dining experience.

The Telecom Center observatory, located on the 21st floor of a landmark tower in Tokyo, offers sweeping views of the city skyline during both day and night. Visitors can use free telescopes to see Mt. Fuji on clear days and enjoy the night view of Palette Town. The center also features DoCoMo Town for entertainment and leisure activities.
Observation deck on the 21st floor. Costs ¥500 for an adult, but there are free massage chairs and telescopes available. Was a great last stop for my trip to Odaiba after walking around the entire day (the massage chairs felt heavenly). Was nice and quiet and not crowded at all during the weekday.
DerkaDerka — Google review
Great vantage point (costing yen500 pp) to look out over Tokyo , Haneda Airport (planes taking off) and the harbour. Very few people there-no crowds. Unfortunately starting to look a little run down (the cafe is permanently closed and some chairs are rather worn). Still recommend as the place has great views. Binoculars are free to use.
Melissa S — Google review
Now this is s hidden gem of observation decks! Last time I was here, it was only me for the half an hour I’ve spent taking photos like a maniac and one other couple. Granted, I was there during the week and around midday but it was also during Golden Week, so should be packed same like all the other areas. So if you wanna take some more scenic photos of Tokyo in peace and/or relax on massaging chairs, there’s no better place anywhere.
Blazej K — Google review
Beautiful view, free massage chairs, free observation telescope and for such a great price! It is totally worth the travel. At sunset it is gorgeous. Fun tip: leave your phone next to the window on the west side (because that is the one with a street) and take a hyperlapse video. You can wander around as your phone does the job (and no one touches your phone). Come back an hour later and see a beautiful work done. Do it at sunset and it gets even better.

Shinjuku Station is located in the entertainment district of Shinjuku, known for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse attractions. While it was once labeled as a red light district due to its history, today it offers a variety of experiences including movie theaters, live music venues, and unique stores. The station itself is an attraction with millions of people passing through daily, making it an ideal spot for photography enthusiasts seeking interesting perspectives.
Shinjuku Station is a massive maze in the heart of Tokyo. Arriving here feels like stepping into a real-life version of the game "Exit No.8". Yes... I got lost. Again! But despite the confusion, Shinjuku Station has everything - cafes, restaurants, even a 3COINS store. Need to transfer to a high-speed or long-distance bus? No problem. It's all here. Navigating this station is an adventure in itself!
Hellseeker — Google review
Shinjuku Station is a marvel of efficiency and scale! As the busiest train station in the world, it’s incredible to see how seamlessly it manages millions of passengers each day. The station is massive, with multiple floors, countless exits, and an impressive range of shops, restaurants, and services, making it feel almost like a city within a city. Navigating can be a bit overwhelming at first, but the signage is helpful, and there are always staff available to point you in the right direction. It’s the perfect hub to access different parts of Tokyo and beyond. Just be prepared for crowds and give yourself a little extra time to get your bearings. Overall, an essential Tokyo experience
Enoch O — Google review
We came to this large train station to catch the Romancecar train. The place is huge and filled with people. There are many lines and platforms so reading the signs carefully is needed. Unfortunately, our train was delayed and subsequently cancelled and we had to take a local train. Good thing the ticket office staff explained to us how to change to a local train and we made it to our destination.

Lots of construction around the station 🏗️🚧 Plenty of lockers, convenience stores and ATMs.

Crazy big station. Over 3.5m people every day. Surprising easy to get around so long as you know what entrance to use and what track. There are a couple of JR offices who can help you book the airport Narita Express "N'EX" and Shinkansen

Organized chaos. Shinjuku swallows you then spits you out by a different skyscraper, somehow on time. Office towers to the west, shopping arcs to the east, nightlife to the northeast. Everyone passes through: commuters, shoppers, late-night legends. It’s Tokyo turned up. Tourist Tip: Use landmarks: “South Gate” for faster JR transfers, “West” for skyscrapers/Odakyu/Keio. Follow color-coded signs and give yourself buffer time.

Sky Lounge, located in the Ebisu Garden Place complex, is a must-visit destination just a short walk from Ebisu Station. This area was revitalized from a former Sapporo Breweries beer factory and offers stunning nighttime views with warm lighting and brick buildings. The 37th and 38th floors of the Ebisu Garden Place Tower feature observation spaces where visitors can take in the beautiful cityscape at night.
Always wanted to come here and finally I did 2 weekends ago. We went past 9pm and it’s still open. Took the “express” elevator which will directly take you to the 38th floor. Just follow the signs with the Top Of Yebisu name and you’ll find the elevator. The elevator by the way, you’ll be able to see what’s outside. Not so scary as when I took the elevator in Umeda Sky Building in Osaka, so if you’re with a group, totally fine. The Sky Lounge isn’t that big, but it’s free of charge. It’s just in between restaurants on the 38th floor. We enjoyed viewing Tokyo at night here but I’m sure day views are also great. Love that they close til late, you could get romantic vibes here but only for a while, since it’s just really a small space to see the view.

SAMURAI NINJA MUSEUM TOKYO, also known as Samurai Museum Tokyo, is a captivating attraction in Shinjuku that offers a deep dive into the rich history and cultural significance of the samurai. The museum boasts an impressive collection of meticulously curated costumes, swords, and historical artifacts spanning over 700 years of Japanese history. Visitors can enjoy interactive experiences such as trying on traditional samurai attire and witnessing live sword battles.
One of the most fun and memorable tours I've ever had! Our guide was amazing and shared so much information in an exciting and fun way. When I got there, they dressed me in a samurai outfit and took many pictures in different poses. Then, our guide tells you about the history of samurai within the general history of Japan. The swords and armor sets on display are incredible. The last section was about ninjas, giving authentic history compared to what we see in Hollywood movies. The star throwing contest at the end was super fun and I took second place out of our large group :) But the best part of the tour was our guide who was so energetic and funny. For real, this was one of the most memorable tours experiences I've ever had and would recommend it to anyone, especially groups and families.
Matthew G — Google review
Our guide was Momo, and she did an excellent job explaining and engaging with the larger groups within the party. The museum itself isn’t huge, so the guided portion doesn’t feel as if it would be a tedious endeavor that would go on too long. The costume portion is fun, and you’re able to return to it at the end if you hadn’t gotten your pictures at the beginning or wanted more. The sword and armor displays are beautiful, and throwing the ninja stars is fun and engaging. Fair price for a little over an hour of activity.
Parker C — Google review
Our visit to the Samurai Museum in Tokyo was absolutely unforgettable! It’s the perfect experience for the whole family — engaging, hands-on, and packed with incredible history. The staff delivered a fantastic history session that brought the world of samurai and ninja to life, and everyone loved the chance to throw real ninja stars. The highlight was being able to dress up in full samurai armour for photos — such a unique and fun moment! This museum blends education and excitement perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo....
The C — Google review
Akira was a very knowledgeable guide but he made it a fun experience with his humour, personality and interaction with the guests. We had some very excited children in the group and he included them when they asked questions but was able to move past and continue the tour when needed. We got to try on fake armours and pose for photos. The real armours, swords, and guns had informative cards nearby to help understand the pieces and give information about their creation and meanings.
Nic P — Google review
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It is very touristy and the entry price reflects this (3000 yen), but you will enjoy yourselves. Our guide, Rin, was informative, entertaining and funny. He provides a lot of information about samurai and ninjas while doing it in an engaging manner. You even get to try out shuriken (ninja star) throwing. Try it, you'll learn something and have fun.

We had a lovely time! Akira, our guide, was really humorous and fun. We really enjoyed our time dressing up as samurai, hearing about their history, seeing artifacts, and using the throwing stars! I would highly recommend a visit!

The Samurai Ninja Museum in Asakusa was a fun and interactive highlight for our family. The guides were enthusiastic and knowledgeable, giving us a light-hearted but informative look into samurai and ninja history. We got hands-on time with replica swords, tried ninja star throwing, and enjoyed the entertaining demonstrations. The exhibits aren’t huge, but the experience feels personal and engaging, especially for kids and anyone curious about Japan’s warrior culture. Great photo opportunities and a memorable mix of education and entertainment.

The Tokyo Skytree Observation Deck offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city from its 350-meter level, with a glass-floor area adding to the excitement. It's recommended to purchase tickets in advance due to weekend and holiday crowds. Visitors can enjoy stunning vistas of Tokyo's illuminated skyline at night and even catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji on clear days. While the 450-meter top floor may be less crowded, many find that the 350-meter level provides better views due to larger windows.
Amazing view, make sure to go on a weekday in the morning if you can. There won't be as long of a line, probably waited up to 7 minutes to get in. And buy tickets in advance. We were there during the Jujutsu Kaisen collab. The views were beautiful!! And it was cool being able to take photos with the characters too!
Gina B — Google review
Overall experience was just over 2 hours without stopping for cafes. Of that time, at least 90% is spent waiting in line. Let me summarize what you can expect in your experience without exaggerating. Upon arriving you will wait to queue to convert your advance digital ticket to a paper ticket, then you’ll wait to go up to 350m floor, you’ll wait to go to 445m floor, you’ll wait to go down to 345m, you’ll wait to see thru the glass floor, and finally you’ll wait to take the elevator down to 5f. Theres plenty of restrooms and the views are great. But despite how awesome the views are I consider the experience to be very negative. I was relieved when I was finally done queuing in lines. SkyTree observation puts caps on how many tickets they sell. But to be honest, whatever their limit is, its likely not able to be any bigger if they wanted since they sell tickets in 30m windows and it took us 30 minutes from arriving to getting on the elevator to 350m floor. It’s evident they are operating with way too many people per time slot. If you chose to go you will enjoy the view but set your expectations for how unpleasant the overall experience will be.
Jose R — Google review
The Tokyo SKYTREE Tembo Deck (located on the 350th, 345th, and 340th floors) is the lower observation deck of the two available. Visitors can enjoy stunning views of Tokyo through its glass floors and explore its variety of restaurants, cafés, souvenir shops, and a commemorative photo corner. Additional facilities include a currency exchange desk, ticket counter, mobile battery rental service, and luggage lockers. The Tembo Deck is fully accessible and wheelchair-friendly, making it the highest point accessible by wheelchair.
Raman B — Google review
Great view all around Tokyo, surrounding buildings are smaller (so don't expect something like the one Vanderbilt in NY for example) but that provides for some stunning pictures. Get a ticket in advance online!! Expect some waiting, but all very well organised. Don't mix the other posters photos up: the ones with the alleyway and the glass-metal construction to one side are up on the top gallery, not on the observation deck, these where just wrongly described. My two images where taken from the normal observation deck (Vista shot is at around 40mm). Decide for yourself if that's enough or if you want the gallery too.
Thomas P — Google review
Simply Amazing! Plan your visit for about 30 minutes before sunset on a clear-ish day and you won’t be disappointed! I bought the combo Tembo deck + galleria ticket and it was worth it to see the city from both 350 meters as well as 450 meters! I will be back for sure! P.S. this is the tallest man-made structure in all of Japan!
Rohan T — Google review
Don't bother with the higher observation deck ticket in inclement weather, your view will completely be blocked by clouds and ticket office was closed off during our visit. Unfortunately after 4pm it was raining and thick cloud cover on both decks. What you could see at night was ruined by interior light reflections. Would not recommend buying tickets in advance if weather is a risk. We booked 3.30pm session online 2 days before and had to exchange to paper tickets, go through bag check and security, then elevator queue. This only took about 10 minutes, though others have complained of wait time. There are lots of amenities on the tembo deck but no seats.
Emily K — Google review
Hugely oversubscribed and felt like and airport. having booked in advance we waited 30-40 mins to get in, 20 minutes up and further 30 minutes to get down. Views were nice but it was very busy, noisy and at night had too many lights within the building obscuring the view. Either go when quiet or not at all.

The World Trade Center Building, Inc. in Tokyo boasts the Seaside Top Observatory on its 40th floor, providing a stunning view of Tokyo's skyline and landmarks like the Tokyo Tower and Mount Fuji. Accessible via the Yamanote line or Asakusa line to Hamamatsucho station, it offers photographer-friendly policies and allows tripods for capturing memorable moments. The top floor provides visibility in all directions of the surrounding downtown area, making it an ideal spot for photography enthusiasts.
I visited the trade center observation deck during a Hato Bus tour and was cool to see as much as you can from here. Great sites of Tokyo. Visit here if you get a chance.

Great views of Tokyo for 600 yen entry to observation deck. Much quieter than the Skytree

Very affordable (1640 yen total for 2 adults) and there was literally no line and almost no tourists when we went there (around 1pm). Way preferable to the expensive touristy sky tower for me.

The main attraction is the illuminated Tokyo Station building, making it a popular spot for photographers and bloggers seeking to capture its beauty.
Definitely worth the visit, beautiful sights and kitte mall is quite good! There is a cafe there named snowflake which is also great place to take a break. Loved the area

I have travelled few time through Tokyo station but I was not aware of this place until my friend introduced me this place. It's an amazing place especially at evening where you are enjoying sunset rays pleasant wind with beautiful and peaceful view. On the other side you can enjoy and observe inbound and outbound local trains and shinkansen.

Amazing views of Tokyo station building and some of Tokyo skyscrapers... You can watch train tracks including Shinkansen from the top of KITTE building. The entry to the observatory is free and there are museum floors at SF and Third Floor. Great place overall to explore

彼の場所は美しいです。訪れるべきです。 The "KITTE Garden" is open free for entre to level 6F observatory deck from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Sundays and holidays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (on the day before holidays until 9:00 PM). The Japan Postal Service's skyscraper, the "JP Tower," was constructed in March 2013 on the former site of the Tokyo Central Post Office. Located inside the JP Tower is a commercial establishment called "KITTE," which features a rooftop garden known as the "KITTE Garden." Until 9 PM, visitors can relish a breathtaking view of the stunningly illuminated red-brick Tokyo Station building. With its enchanting ambient lighting, the rooftop garden is a perfect romantic rendezvous spot.
Dr. T — Google review
Perched on the 6th floor of the KITTE Marunouchi building, KITTE Garden is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The best part? Admission is completely free! Even at night, it never feels too crowded, which makes it one of the best spots to take in the evening cityscape. From here you’ll see the glittering high-rises of Marunouchi, the beautifully lit Tokyo Station building, and countless trains weaving in and out below—a uniquely Tokyo view. There are also seating areas where you can rest your feet and simply enjoy the atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful pause or a scenic photo spot, KITTE Garden is definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area at night.

Lounge
Perched on the 38th floor of Yebisu Garden Place Tower, Sky Lounge offers a small yet charming space with east-facing glass windows that provide stunning views of Tokyo Tower. While not a full observatory, the lounge boasts a tranquil atmosphere and is ideal for travelers without lounge access or airline status. For a reasonable fee, guests can enjoy amenities such as showers, restrooms, charging outlets, and a selection of food and beverages including self-service beer taps.
Very simple, but a very quiet and quaint lounge. Definitely recommend for those who don't have lounge access already or status with an Airlines. It was only $29 dollars and you get showers, restrooms, charging outlets, food, alcohol, ice cream, and a lot of space. Near the immigration and international terminal. You pour your own beer and make your own beverages!
Jesse S — Google review
Not really worth it if you are paying to use this lounge. It is just regular chairs, no reclining or no couches… You might as well just look for a spot in the airport for free. The free drinks are not worth it either, just a few coffee options and few soft drinks. There is a “relaxation room” with cushioned chairs but the lighting is so harsh and bright that it hurts your eyes and you can’t really relax or sleep. I immediately regretted my decision to pay for this lounge haha and I should have just stayed in the airport instead
Cess Y — Google review
I knew not to expect fancy lounges with Priority Pass at Haneda Airport - those are only for travelers with elite status with the airlines at Haneda, unfortunately. So if you come with low expectations, this lounge provides a tranquil environment to get some work done with coffee, non-alcoholic drinks, wifi and bathrooms. There is a "Relaxation Corner" with more plush seating, but I preferred the seating near natural light. There's also a Smoking Room, which apparently provides relief to the apparently still many smokers in Japan! I appreciated this lounge for the relief from the hustle and bustle outside, but would not pay to use this lounge - as others said, it's pretty much a co-working space with limited perks. I don't believe in grumbling about perks - to travel is to be adaptable. I was happy to find a tranquil open space with WiFi to work out of.
Mariko H — Google review
For lounges accessible through airport lounge passes, this one is ok. The way they setup the chairs, they all face the runway with a panoramic view of Tokyo skyline in the distance. The lounge is also referred to as the Tiat lounge as per my dragon pass app. It is centrally located upstairs as soon as you exit security checks. You have your usual hot and cold drinks. There is a beer tap as well as a selection of spirits (e.g. Jack Daniels, Smirnoff vodka) and wine that you help yourself to. We didn’t have any alcohol because it was a morning flight. There is a small selection of food items. You cannot expect gourmet food but what was offered was good quality hot and tasted okay. Like with anything in this world, there are certain things that are outside of the control of the establishment namely the customers. One lady was talking loudly on FaceTime with her daughter. Another played music on their phone without a headset. This is common courtesy for other guests using the same facilities. The Japanese people are so polite that I don’t expect them to go in speak to these customers. In summary, as I have a lounge access pass this lounge is perfectly adequate and comfortable. Would use again.
Andrew C — Google review
I used this with Dragon pass and thought it was great. Good selection of food to have a small meal and relaxing before boarding and great views of the airport. The only thing was the air conditioning was not very strong because of all the large windows.
Random N — Google review
Not to be confused with the tiat lounge which is next door and has food/ drink. This is a Japan issues card lounge. When I came it wasn't to busy, the lounge has been recently updated with fresh furniture. It's has a coffee machine, soft drink machine, places to work and a small quiet/ relaxation zone. Overall it's not bad for free. Right out the center immigration up the escalators
Boss — Google review
Excellent rewind place to watch plane take off and touch down...great selection of liquor for cocktails..such generous serving of haagen dasss..adamame available too
Jaelynn S — Google review
The TIAT Lounge is actually worse than the public waiting area in Haneda Airport (HND). The sofas are sunken and uncomfortable, making it impossible to take a refreshing nap. Ironically, there’s a free recliner area in HND’s public zone that offers a much better rest. Even the airport benches are more suitable for napping than the lounge seats. The small buffet corner adds little value — with HND’s numerous vending machines and restaurants providing a wider variety of food and drinks at reasonable prices, the lounge offerings feel outdated and minimal. The air-conditioning inside is poor, making the lounge feel stuffy compared to the open, well-ventilated terminal. Electrical outlets are another frustration: while the main terminal provides plenty of 3-pin grounded sockets, the lounge only offers 2-pin plugs. My laptop charger didn’t fit without an adapter — very inconvenient for travelers. TL;DR: The TIAT Lounge offers little comfort or convenience. I would honestly rather stay in the public area of HND than pay for this lounge.

The Observation Deck at Odaiba Seaside Park is a must-visit spot in Tokyo, offering breathtaking views of the city's skyline and the iconic Rainbow Bridge. Visitors can enjoy stunning sights from dusk till nightfall, with the colorful bridge and Tokyo Tower creating a mesmerizing backdrop. The area is accessible from Daiba station and provides an excellent vantage point for admiring the city lights and waterfront scenery.
This is one of the best spots in Odaiba to enjoy the stunning view of Tokyo Bay. On a clear day, the blue sky and the bay create a breathtakingly beautiful scene.

Odaiba Seaside Park is on the edge of Tokyo Bay and provides excellent views of the metropolis from the manmade beach. Spot Tokyo Tower and the Rainbow Bridge, both particularly impressive after dark. The park is also a hotspot for seaside sports such as paddle boarding and windsurfing, and the sand and shore are great places to relax after visiting the shopping malls nearby.

Tochomae Station is conveniently situated just a short stroll from both Tochomae and Shinjuku Stations, making it an ideal base for exploring the vibrant neighborhood of Shinjuku. Nestled beneath the striking Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings, this station serves as a pivotal point where the northern and southern arcs of the Toei Oedo Line converge. Additionally, travelers can opt to take the Oedo Subway Line directly to Tochomae Station, located within the building's basement.
It's an absolutely stunning, gorgeous station. Beautiful interior. Quiet, peaceful, clean. I wish I could visit every day. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building is gorgeous, too. Workers there are very polite and kind. Observatory is very sweet to look at Tokyo from. I love you, Tochomae Station.

Deep beneath the city government towers, the air feels monumental yet still. Workers move with quiet pride; the Ōedo Line hums like the city’s disciplined pulse. Tourist Tip: Direct access to Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building’s free observatory; best for sunset views of Shinjuku.

The Oedo line station close from JR Shinjuku, about a bit less than a kilometer west from it. The officers are very friendly and helpful. Don't try anything offensive or suspicious that draws the attention of officers which can land you in trouble. Tokyo Tower Top Deck, inspired by the Eiffel Tower, stands as Japan's second-tallest structure. Begin your journey at FootTown, a vibrant four-story shopping complex at the tower's base. The top observatory tour provides an unforgettable experience with its unique geometric design and tight space.
The Diamond Tour was fantastic. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. The character performances were silly (in my own cultural thinking), but I appreciate that they were so enthusiastic and broke the ice. All of the staff were so friendly and kind. The diamond tour lounge on the first floor had a coffee machine and small cookies, and the view from the very top was unbeatable. Especially gorgeous at sunset. A little pricey, but a special, fun, and quirky experience.

Did the diamond tour. Really great experience. Lounge staff was amazing, in particular Totoro was very kind and welcoming with my 2 young kids trying to use the drink machine. Top deck has great views, 20M higher than Shibuya Sky. Try the tower snack, it’s curry and it’s delicious.

Tokyo Tower — Top Deck Experience The top deck is smaller than expected, but the 360° view of Tokyo is stunning. On a clear day, you can even spot the Skytree — though it’s quite far, so capturing it nicely requires a telephoto lens. Avoid cloudy or hazy days [at all cost] if you want good photos, as the view can get washed out. 🗼✨

(Translated by Google) The view and feeling that unfold as you cross the deck bridge are so nice. It is also attractive that there are many trees that are decades old. (Original) 데크 브릿지로 넘어가면서 펼쳐지는 뷰와 느낌이 너무 좋습니다. 수십년된 나무가 많은 것도 매력적이에요.

(Translated by Google) Observation deck of Yoyogi Park. I thought about going up and taking in the scenery around me, but I was overwhelmed by the width of the stairs and the number of steps, so I gave up. (Original) 代々木公園の展望デッキ。 上がって周りの景色をと思ったのですが、階段の巾の広さと段数の多さの迫力に負け、断念しました。

(Translated by Google) It's called the Observation Deck, which may be true, but the view is good and it's a spot where you'll want to take pictures. It can also be called a wide pedestrian bridge. I sometimes saw people dancing here. (Original) 展望デッキというネーミングなのですね、確かにそうかもですが、、、、見晴らしは良くて 写真撮りたくなるスポットです。幅の広い歩道橋とも言えます。ここで 時々踊ってる人たちを見ました。

Observation deck
In Tokyo, the Dentsu office building in Ginza features an observation deck on the 46th floor. Accessible by elevator, it offers a unique view of Tokyo Bay, including Tsukiji Fish Market and Hama-Rikyu Gardens. Nearby restaurants provide a dining experience with this incredible view. For sunset views, City View is recommended.
Great views of Tokyo Bay from this building. Plus there’s a couple of cafes and even some free photography on the walls. It’s never busy here, so it’s a better alternative for seeing the views than some of the more popular (crowded spots).

Nail salon
Nail Salon No.6 is a popular spot in Shimokitazawa known for its trendy and detailed nail designs. Visitors can expect personalized service, as the salon takes the time to understand their clients' preferences. In addition to nail services, the shop also offers a variety of items such as backpack emblems, buttons, and DIY craft kits for those interested in creating their own unique accessories.
(Translated by Google) A nail salon in Shimokitazawa that I visit every month. This is a salon that specializes in nuanced nails, which are currently trendy. I always bring images with me and leave it to them to some extent. Since I go every month, she understands my preferences, so I can trust her with my work ♡ I feel like my nails have gotten stronger since I started coming here because they provide careful care and repairs to my nails. I've been going here for over a year and a half since it opened, and what's amazing is that I've never had it break or come off within a month ♡ I have a dog, so I don't really like putting parts on her, but she always makes it look cute by using gel to make it plump and give it a three-dimensional effect, so I look forward to going there every month. It's a popular restaurant, so we recommend making reservations early or checking availability on Instagram stories, which are updated frequently.
