Overall, great hotel. I chose this one mainly because I wanted to remain within the All Accor group and Pullman is a known good hotel chain.
My king size bed suite was very spacious and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the bathtub and shower. The bed was also huge and comfortable, and bonus, the shades work very well, your room gets very dark when they’re closed so big thumbs up as I’m very sensitive to light and hate when hotels’ windows don’t block sunlight correctly.
The breakfast buffet was ok but I’ve seen much better, honestly. But you could order eggs, there was fruit and vegetables, so it was possible to eat healthy.
The staff was also very polite and professional.
Two things though: the hotel is near a train station, Tamachi, but I found that for most of the tourist attractions and excursions I wanted to visit or participate in the hotel was actually kind of far. It wasn’t much of an issue as I had plenty of free time, but if you’re tight on schedule, maybe consider getting an hotel closer to the Tokyo Station for example.
Also, whilst they have a gym, it’s very small and not very well equipped, and one of the two running machines was broken for a few days.
One last thing: impossible to order breakfast to your room early in the morning (you have to go grab a breakfast box; I just bought some yogurts and fruits to eat when I had to leave early for an excursion) and I also found the in-room dining offer very poor (no soups, so fruit, no complete healthy dishes…), so I didn’t order anything from them.
So, a nice hotel, for sure, but these few things could be improved (gym, breakfast, in-room dining). And the location, it’s up to you.
