Hotel Mosaic Rome

It's long but read, u will get helped. I booked and didn't read the earlier comments so i think the renovation going on is what made this turn into a beauty now. Cons first, Biggest mistake I made was booking a bed in 4 place, nah, they don't have nice deckers, u sleep thinking u might fall off, the bed holders are too lose. The charging socket and lamp wasn't working for a whole night thanks to my advocacy, I've helped whoever will ever sleep in room 53, they fixed it after a day the guy who fixed it was kind too. :(, about the bed location- booked 3 months earlier but they didn't have a stupid lower bed(not my fault they don't mention they have scarcity of beds, or it's my fault I didn't specify it enough.lets not point fingers, its my fault.) Oh let's talk about the bed in 4 bathroom situation, if u go to the bathroom(it's outside-take your key or u will be locked out-imagine zombie walking at 2am from level 5 to reception to tell them you locked yourself out tryna pee at night, and then the receptionist tells u they cant leave their post, u have to go open and bring key back same night-nah ofcourse i didnt bring it back until the morning. 😀.) Btw, do u fear tiny elevators? U might have to use the steps, these european tiny elevators are crazy scary. If u get a message about the 5%city tax per night u are lucky, i didn't. Oh and bring cash for the citytax, thats ridiculous! There should be a system to accept cards. Withdrawing cash from a machine takes more charges than the cash to pay itself. Now let's see some pro's. They are located perfectly in the city centre kinda, 24/7 service, free coffee 7 to 11am and by free i mean drink as many as u want until 11am, good checkout time 11am, clean space, but under renovation outside now, dear king/queen u might have to adjust to some things u know. The bathrooms were squeaky clean when i checked in, ofcourse your roommates have to be clean so that u maintian a clean place all throughout, don't blame cleaners having to check your rooms every after a second. The staff are really kind(some :)) they speak English too u know. Internet is good, security is good around the place, I actually won't come back to here but if I did, it'd be because of their hospitality and cleanliness now or because I'd want to give other rooms a try, the prices aren't so insane. I think their other rooms might be really nice. It was just my chance to experience a hostel kind of room. With all bad reviews they received, i think theyve become better, i imagine my roomates with good lower beds and working sockets have a different review. So over all they deserve a 2 or 3/5 for now from me. Tip to Mgt: for bed in4, maybe add in actual pics of the actual beds so that people know what to expect they'll still come u know.
