We finally made it to Trattoria Da Cesare al Casaletto for a long-awaited Sunday lunch after dreaming about it for a year. This place is a true Roman institution, run like a well-oiled machine, with a lively, family-filled atmosphere that feels authentic and welcoming. The wine list is excellent—we especially loved our exquisite bottle of Etna Bianco. We enjoyed the supplì, squash blossoms, gricia, and ravioli, each dish showcasing the comforting flavors of Roman cooking. Watching families with babies gather around big Sunday meals added to the charm of the experience. Overall, a solid and memorable Roman lunch—classic, reliable, and full of energy.

Had a nice dinner here though my expectations were very high as the restaurant has excellent reviews, unfortunately I was a little let down. Actually it was rather nice to travel outside the city center, Cesare is extremely close to the final stop of the 8 tram and you get to see much more of the city and where people live coming here. Dinner started with a very nice basket of bread and we shared the eggplant croquettes and calamari fritti. The croquettes were interesting, with a nice spicy tomato sauce offset with mint. The calamari were outstanding, extremely well done. For our mains, I had the gnocchi with oxtail sugo which was really disappointing. The sauce was deep and delicious, and the gnocchi very well made however totally under salted. I wonder if they are used to salting this dish with pasta water when the rigatoni is selected? I needed to add cheese AND salt just to coax some flavor. I do like salty, though. My companions had Amitriciana and Gricia. Both were very good however an alarming amount of guanciale was used in the gricia and my companion said that is was too much and the balance of the dish was off because of it. We were a bit put off by the waiters constantly trying to remove our dishes. Like, fork still in hand and BOOM can I take your plate now? Then you have to wait 15 minutes for the bill haha. Well no one is perfect for sure. Overall it was a good experience and I’m happy we went and wish them many years of success!

Our main dishes of the evening were rigatoni alla Matriciana (that’s how it was spelled), gnocchi alla coda vaccinara and tonnarelli a la gricia. These were delicious with noted qualifications that the guanciale pieces with the tonnarelli were judged too large (!), the gnocchi were assessed under-salted while the coda vaccinara sauce seemed a little thin, and my serving of rigatoni was enormous (no complaint there). We booked for Sunday lunch and came hungry so we could try two courses! The restaurant has a neighborhood vibe and was packed with locals enjoying the food. My meal was great - fried gnocchi with cheese and pepper was a great start, crisp and crunchy Ina cheesy sauce. Then rigatoni pasta with an fresh tomato Amatriciana sauce, again perfect pasta, perfect sauce. Then my veal steak - seared to perfection, juicy, lemony, soft, meaty and a perfect end to the meal. I wish I'd had more room for dessert as the ones I saw looked beautiful! Recommended for a real family restaurant experience with great food.

Wonderful ppace with great food and service. We had the pizza rossa, veal roll and seafood pasta, finished with the desert selection. Best food I've had in Rome. Very friendly staff, they made smaller portions of the fried gnocchi and beef croquettas for us to try; both well made.

I first came here over ten years ago and recall the food and service being good, so I decided to take my wife here for lunch during our recent visit to Rome. Unfortunately, the restaurant has changed quite a bit, and not for the better. We arrived a little early and were told by a lady with a clipboard that we needed to wait outside until our reservation before being seated. What followed was a roll call of sorts where we were treated as though we were being granted entry to some sort of exclusive nightclub. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and the walls are adorned with all sorts of wines and spirits. It’s a little cramped inside, but that’s part of the charm, I suppose. Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t live up to the slightly pretentious air of the place. While it was decent enough, it certainly wasn’t worth the price, as we spent over 40 euros a head for a couple of small starters and two bowls of pasta. My tagliatelle ragu was dressed with an excessive amount of pecorino romano which overpowered the flavour of the sauce. The restaurant could save money on ingredients and improve the taste of the pasta by using it more sparingly in future. The tiramisu was also fine, but nothing special. Overall, this place simply isn’t worth the money. In the evening, we went to Kung Fu Express for dinner and the food was half the price and twice as good.

It was hands down the best of the best from this entire trip. If you’re in Rome, this place is an absolute must-go! The Parma ham I had here was honestly the best thing I ate during my whole vacation — truly unforgettable. The wine list and every single dish were just amazing, absolutely mind-blowing. The place is always busy and full of energy, and the servers are constantly on the move, but that’s part of its charm. I’ll definitely be coming back multiple times next time I’m in Rome. The food here is something I’ll never forget! It just became my and hubby’s fav restaurant in the world💛

The food was amazing and the menu had so much variety. The charcuterie selection was super rich, and the new-season olive oil was incredible. Paola recommended the olive oil to us, and it was so good that we ended up buying a bottle after our meal. But honestly, the best part of the whole experience was Paola herself. Her energy, communication, and positivity were the true highlight of our dinner. Her historical explanation about the pork cheek made the dish even more meaningful. We’re really happy we got to meet her. A restaurant we absolutely recommend and one we’ll definitely come back to.

Food is pretty good, albeit completely overpriced. My carbonara came out cold, with almost no sauce. The tripe and foie gras was good, as well as the prosciutto and tiramisu. Service was a mixed bag, our waiter told us there is no gluten free bread even though there was and we had to ask someone else to get it. Also, if you get seated at the counter clients will come in and order stuff to go over your table which is a bit weird.

Our second visit , the carppacio is unreal and to sit in a working deli is fantastic the staff were great. I actually had to go to a bank for a tip as I felt awful they couldn't take a tip on the card. They don't need this review as they were sold out on a Wednesday night . Fantastic food great wine served by lovely people.

Prices are a bit higher in balance with what they offer in quality. Atmosphere is fantastic. The lady which explained us the food obviously well trained. A joyful place !!

Deee-licious! The menu is large to the point of being overwhelming, but high-quality ingredient sourcing defines the restaurant. Everything we ordered was excellent, but particular highlights were the Parma ham tasting, the carbonara and the amberjack tartare. I wish we had more people with us so we could've tried more dishes.

Not the typical Pizza. Located 1km walk North of Vatican. Local Rome neighborhood. Roman Pizza is different from NY or Napoli Pizza types. This Roman style ( Bonci), looks small but it's actually very thick and weighs much. I noticed that the top part is hardly heated, melted or charred at all ! You taste the ingredients that you ordered. The crust bottom skin (around 2mm) has a crispy thin bottom shell, ( photo) then normal pizza dough from middle to top. I estimate around total 10 mm thickness pizza dough bread. I could taste the high quality of the ingredients, tomato, cheese, ham , etc It's different, the first bites, then as you eat it, you appreciate the difference, you taste the high quality of the toppings. Then it becomes also very delicious !

It is a nice place to go with people and try different and original flavors. Unfortunately is more the hype (and perhaps the marketing) than the actual experience you have here. Prices are comparatively very high for the quality and amount of food you get. I payed $26 euros for three big slices (a good portion for one person). They were good, but you can get better two personal-size pizzas in most restaurants in the city for that price for sure. I have been to Bonci in Chicago and you easily pay half the price, with better quality (perhaps is less touristic).

Overall good place to try if you wanna try different types of pizzas and not your typical crust - in a good way! Service takes a bit of time due to the way they operate and there’s very little seating so make sure you plan to takeaway if you want to sit to eat. The vibe is hip and fun and the servers were kind.

This place was very hyped up for being the best pizza in Rome. Safe to say, it was very far from it. The queue ahead of us took over an hour, so we just went to get a coffee and came back. The pizza did look good, but unfortunately it lacked a bit of flavour and was not warm. The arancini was actually pretty solid, but overall not quite worth the wait. Prices are slightly steeper, but the total was 30 which was too much for 2, basically 15 a person which is very fair. Theres super limited seating, very overcrowded and loud. They do play some good music which was appreciated. Theres not much to do in the area around either. Would not recommend to trek for.

We ordered Supplì Classico and Carbonara — both were amazing! After that, we tried two different pizzas, and they were really tasty too. We also had two beers with the meal, and the total was 35.58 euros.

It’s a style of pizza unique to the area and one I’m not accustomed to, so I may not be best suited to rate it. But, in general, it seemed pricey and overhyped for what it was. I thought the suppli was good and the service excellent, but the pizza is not something I’d go back for.

I absolutely didn’t like this place. For the first time in Italy, I left my food unfinished because it was so bad. The service was unpleasant, and the staff were rude. There weren’t even any labels showing what kind of pizza it was. I strongly do not recommend this place. And it’s really expensive- one slice of pizza approximately 10 euros. And as well there is no place to sit so we had to eat outside standing. Huge disappointment.

Loved this unassuming small restaurant near Piazza Navona. The pastas were excellent and different from the ubiquitous Roman four. Busiate with broccoli showed how something very simple can be so delicious, and pasta with sweetbread was wonderful. Friendly, kind, and efficient service, homey atmosphere. Reservation essential.

The food was a true celebration. I enjoyed a pasta dish with tuna that was excellent, along with a seafood pasta, accompanied by the house wine which was also wonderful. This is the second time in two weeks that we’ve come to dine at the restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant, the design is clean, and the service comes with a smile, lots of patience, and a real love for the dishes. I didn’t get a chance to take pictures of all the main dishes, but I did capture the sea food pasta that was excellent and the tiramisu dessert, which was excellent and not too sweet, as well as a side dish of roasted peppers,pure flavors of well prepared pepper

A very busy restaurant that focuses on Roman favorites done very well, we were lucky in beating the lunchtime rush, but best to book! My Rigatoni Amatriciana was perfect, chewy homemade rigatoni in a very rich tomato sauce with real depth, a scattering of crispy chunks of guanciale, and a dusting of sharp pecorino Romano. I also tried the Meatballs alla Teresa - a pair of seasoned medium-rare beef patties in the Sicilian style of Aunt Teresa, accompanied by some fresh greens - gentle seasoning really brought out the flavor, as did the sear from the cooking. Everything in the menu looks great, and the trattoria has two sister restaurants to try as well. Recommended

May 25- it s a vibe. Recommended by a local who reviews eateries. Out of the way (we walked past first!) and winding walk from Navano. Small and intimate. Trendy. Solo and couples and group dining. Waiter was so knowledgeable and friendly. Specials and menus items. We had one special and one recommended menu item. Wine wasn't paired but did recommend a good one- they are all natural wines and an acquired taste. Reaosable prices. Delicious authentic food. Recommended

Everything was fresh and really tasty, and the service was excellent. But the desserts? Absolutely irresistible. We devoured three of them, and couldn’t stop ourselves

We managed to get the last table for 2 after walking up on a Tuesday night. The restaurant was busy with Romans; a good sign. We were warmly greated and given good advice and information by our waiter about the wine and olive oil. The food was excellent. We had the Carpaccio of beef and Bruschetta Pomodoro to start followed by the lamb cacciatora and pasta matriciana. Both were great and filling. This was one of our best meals during our visit to Italy. Great food. Great service.

I totally underrated this place, but this was the BEST meal I had in Rome. The squid appetizer was a great start, and the pastas and veal were both incredible choices. The wine selection is great. A must visit!

Pros: pigeon dish was amazing, the lobster pasta was decent. Con: skip the beef tartar dish, it was too much, not enough seasoning, foie gras didn't taste like foie gras at all. Couldn't even finish it and I like tartar. Skip the first dessert. Shouldn't of went with dark chocolate souffle.

The tasting menu started fabulous with a mashed potatoes truffle bite. Every dish after that got worse and worse. We didn't finish the main, the cheese, or our desserts they were so bad. It felt like the chef (if they even had any training?) wasn't even trying to make cohesive dishes with flavor, texture, or temperature in mind (steak with a milky sauce and cold tamatoes? Tiramisu with whipped cream instead of marsapone?) Even the wait staff didn't seem surprised we didn't finish our dishes. We were highly disappointed in our experience. The wine was good, surprisingly. Seems like a fancy tourist trap for travestere. Would not recommend to anyone for a true fine dining experience.

Nice place on Gianicolo hill. The tasting menu, although €80 lets you taste a variety of dishes and the skill of the chef in putting them together.

Before visiting Rome my friends spoke highly about the place that we must visit for sure. We went there to have dinner. Menu was selected by chef for us. They just asked which meet we are more into. We prefer fish. And the dishes that we have are all amazed us. We enjoyed the taste and it was other level of satisfaction of eating. Chef Fundim just made our night and now we recommend everyone. It should be the must visit place if you are looking to experience satisfaction. Also the choice of champagne and wine was gorgeous as well.

I really liked the service — calm, friendly, and attentive. The truffle pasta was delicious, with a rich aroma and perfect texture. I also want to share my experience using the service shown in the photo. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to count calories and track meals with it. It’s fast, convenient, and clear — I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to stay mindful of their nutrition.

The Fresh Bowl was a nice experience overall. The fruits were absolutely amazing — fresh, sweet, and full of flavor, definitely the highlight of the menu. The food tasted good, though the egg options are a bit limited (boiled, sunny side up, scrambled, and omelette). Still, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for something light and refreshing, especially for the fruit selection.

The location was awesome near the Spagna Square in the center of Rome. I ate the best pancakes of my life. Somewhere fast and friendly talking about atmosphere you could talk freely even with many people. No loud noises highly raccomanded

Absolutely loved this restaurant which was recommended to us by our daughters. Lunch was delicious, fresh salad and salmon and plenty of it. The best Hugo and Aperol Spritz too. If you’re looking for a break from pizza and pasta I highly recommend this place.

I really liked the interior — modern, clean, and with a positive vibe. It would actually be a nice place for a date. However, it’s quite busy and noisy, and the waiters aren’t very attentive — they seem rushed and don’t really notice you. I ordered the spaghetti with seafood and stracciatella, but honestly, it didn’t taste very good. The lemonade was nice, and the coffee was great though. Overall, I find it quite expensive for what it is. They automatically add €2.50 service charge to the bill, which feels a bit odd considering you don’t get any bread or anything extra, and the service itself isn’t really there — just different waiters rushing around. So, I’m not sure I’d pay for that again.

The atmosphere and location are really nice, but honestly the jamón crudo was the only thing that stood out. Everything else was fine, but not memorable. Service was decent and the setting makes it worth a visit, though I’d come back mainly for the jamón.

Lovely staff – true legends! We asked for some ham and they sliced it perfectly, exactly the amount we wanted. The store is spotless, clean, and very well organized. We picked up some prosciutto and beers, then sat outside to enjoy them while admiring the Pantheon. A perfect Roman moment!

We stopped at the Antica Salumeria at the Piazza Rotonda right in front of the Pantheon. Not a location where I would normally look for food, but what can go wrong at a salumeria? The front room is mainly a sandwich deli and wine shop, but we slipped into an inconspicuous back room equipped with a few tables. Shortly after, we were presented with a tasting platter of salumi, cheeses, bread and olives that resembled nothing so much as a curated culinary flower. Again I was not disappointed without visiting to Antica Salumeria. It is located in the piazza outside the Pantheon. I don’t think I can visit Rome anymore without sitting at one of the tables in the back of Antica Salumeria underneath all the prosciutti and amongst the smells of all the deliciousness. Our waiter, Giorgio completes the experience with his great advice and calm demeanor. Giorgio personalised our experience, thank you Giorgio. Do yourself a favor and visit the Salumeria next time you visit Rome.

Lovely, LOVELY place to dine! It was the highlight of my family's trip in Rome. You have to head down to the back of the store and see if there's a spot avaliable to sit. If you're lucky the excellent Giorgio will look after you incredibly well.

There’s a reason there’s so much hype around Roscioli. The bakery is superb. It feels like most people come for the pizza (it was delicious) but the breads and pastries all looked delicious too. One of the culinary highlights of our trip to Rome. If you walk past and there’s a queue, join it. You’ll be queuing for 5 mins at most and it’s inevitably much better than many other places in Rome

The sweet is better than savoury. Not sure why I haven’t seen many people talk about the sweet pastries. The fig tart was really good. The custard wasn't overly sweet and it paired well with the base. The base biscuit was very soft and crumbly, more like a soft cookie rather than a typical hard tart base. The ventaglio was also quite good, it was a pastry version of the butterfly cookie and not too sweet either. The chilli pizza slice was good, the olive oil on it was quite good, not too oily or heavy. But nothing super special. The ham sandwich with lettuce was eh. The lettuce on it tasted weird.

Honestly truly worth the hype and queue outside. Excellent pizza al taglio with a variety of toppings and pizza bianca made to order. The base is nicely crisp with a pillowy dough, all fresh produce and Roscioli-made ingredients. Pizza Burrata is essential and Pizza Bianca con Mortadella is also excellent (very high quality deli meats). Go before lunch rush (12 pm) to beat the queue, but it moves fairly quickly anyway. Service is understandably curt because of how busy it gets, just know what you want and order right away.

Definitely worth the stop!! This is the cutest, most authentic feeling little Italian bakery/deli/pizza spot. It's very small inside with a whole lot of people trying to place orders. Kind of chaotic. Outside there r a couple tables against the building with a few chairs. Definitely not a lot of seating, but it's possible. Pastries & fresh breads look delicious and barely out of the oven, but we didn't try those. Did get a few different salami sliced up for snacking later & those were wonderful. Also got some pizza slices, which they warmed & we ate outside. Like most other quick pizza spots, they cut a portion off the large pizza and then after warming it slice it into smaller pieces. This places cuts very large pieces so if ur not super hungry or want to try a few types, might want to ask for a smaller portion. This shop was also more expensive than others, but we really enjoyed the atmosphere and flavor of it. Also, Roscioli has a coffee shop down the street so make sure you go to the correct location.

DELICIOUS! I’ve been wanting to come here per recommendation from friends and was so happy to make it. Got in a little before 8 am, no line. We ordered ourselves 2 variants of a cream filled pastry, pistachio and Nutella- not sure what it is, but crunchy texture, plenty of filling, absolutely delightful! Could not help but order some pizza. Not sure if it they have rotating options but we got one each of the ham and potato. Both were amazing, potato had a beautiful rosemary flavor, both perfectly salty. And of course, a croissant … :) cornetto …. And of course it was just as fantastic as everything else… The people were lovely! I could not contain my delight and the man checking us out was happy to see it, haha. We left very cheerful and excited. We plan on picking up some snacks for when we hit the road again ❤️

We lined up here for a quick morning bite in Rome. It's worth the try for a grab-and-go. We went in there after watching them on few videos by some bloggers. The bakery is already rich in heritage and deep rooted in the heart of the Jewish Ghetto. The thin crust pizzas were an extension of the expression 'la Dolce Vita'. There is so much flavour in their sauce and the crispy crust is dangerously enjoyable. My favourite was the one with shredded bufala mozzarella and the grilled peppers. Thank you for making our day special! 🫶🏽

You can’t beat an authentic Italian dinner whilst in Rome. Serviced with a vast selection of Italian wines, it’s a hidden gem. Service was great and everything is serviced at the same time, warm and well seasoned and flavoursome. Great menu selection. Will be back. Booking essential for larger groups.

Asbolutely amazing and friendly service!! Completely delicious food and house wine. Tasty rabbit, beef and truffle pasta. Chocolate cake was unbeliavable as well. The price felt very fitting here. Affordable beers!

We had a lovely dinner at Enoteca Corsi. The place has a rustic, simple charm — no music, a bit lively and loud, which I actually found refreshing and enjoyable. We were three, and the staff kindly prepared a tagliere for us with different prosciutti, salumi, cheese, and mozzarella di bufala. Everything was delicious and clearly of high quality. We also tried the amatriciana, which my father absolutely loved, and shared a very good bottle of wine at a very reasonable price (28 euros). The wine selection was good, though rather limited — about four reds and four whites — so I personally wouldn’t really call it an “enoteca.” Still, what we had was excellent. For dessert, we had tiramisu. While the flavor was nice, it felt a bit too creamy and light on mascarpone, more like panna montata — not quite what I expected. Still, it was a small detail in an otherwise excellent meal. Service was warm and personal and the gentleman who helped us (possibly the owner) made the experience even more memorable. Overall, a truly lovely trattoria experience in Rome. Five stars well deserved.

My partner and I recently stumbled upon Enoteca Corsi, located conveniently close to the Pantheon, and what a wonderful discovery it turned out to be! We walked in completely on a whim, without prior knowledge of the place, and were immediately impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which elevated the whole dining experience. The food, across the board, was delicious and clearly prepared with care. I was particularly thrilled to see Pasta e Fagioli on the menu. As my favorite Italian comfort soup, I was so focused on savoring every spoonful that I didn't pay as much attention to the rest of the meal as I should have! However, I can confirm that every plate that came to our table was excellent, and we both left feeling completely satisfied—a perfect, authentic Roman meal!

I booked to see an opera and dinner here was included. It was a little longer walk then expected through some empty quiet streets (Google map shortcuts) but very nice. The restaurant wasnt busy and we got alot of wonderfully food! Especially nice to enjoy was the veal which made a good change fro. Pizza and pasta. Staff were friendly and welcoming

I think this place is probably delicious for Italians, but for me as an Asian, the food tastes a bit too salty in almost everything. The variety of dishes is quite limited, but the staff are very kind, cheerful, and welcoming. They treat Asian guests with respect and without discrimination.

I got a bonus from the website (shown in the photo) and went out for dinner. No big expectations — just wanted something tasty. And it was spot on: the pasta was perfect, the sauce creamy and flavorful, everything felt genuine. A great way to turn a random win into a nice experience.

We had the chef's table menu which was delicious. The menu depends on whatever food is available and fresh on that day so it changes frequently. We had a great view of our food being prepared. It was presented beautifully and was cooked to perfection. Some very interesting combinations. Looking forward to my next visit.

With a stroke of luck we were able to dine at the chefs table. A wonderful experience with everything from a chat with the head chef, smiling chefs that we could observe for all 4 hours of our dining which comprised of around 20 dishes chosen daily by the head chef. Friendly and kind waiters serving fantastic food inspired from both locally sourced seafood and the chefs own home city and region. First time at a star restaurant in Italy and we can highly recommend it! We had a little chat with our main waitress about us being a lot younger than any of the other guest.

got the tasting menu, I thought it was just ok. wasn't bad, but definitely have had better food at non Michelin places. seafood theme was on point. if only there wasn't active construction outside was an eyesore sitting by the windows. service was excellent

What can I say other than absolutely amazing! Food, service, atmosphere, everything was perfect. Understand this is a seafood forward restaurant and that you will indulge is some of the most creative dishes you have ever had. We did the chefs table and it was one of the best dinners I have ever had.

We've been already several times to Per Me. Every time we have a different and tasteful menu. Always depending on the season and the freshness of the dishes. Usually lot's of fish and crustaceos. The service is warm and courteous. The place is a hide gem very close to Piazza Navona.

We ate the chicken gyoza, which were delicious, crispy and thin dough, was very nice. The black shoyu pork ramen was good, very thick broth, full pork flavor. But the best was the chicken rice ramen, the chicken broth had such a deep flavor, definitely umami, noodles were perfect, so delicious! Definitely would recommend the chicken over the pork. My kids loved the chicken rice ramen.

The best Ramen I've ever had. The service was amazing and the two women on the counter were smiling, friendly and happy. The service was quick, the food was fresh. I had takeout and whilst waiting the short time, I took in the atmosphere of the restaurant which was lovely. The food was second to none, it was simply amazing.

Don’t get the pork slices in the ramen! They were old and tough. This place was recommended to me by a Japanese person. Supposedly one of the best ramen shops in Rome. I went and it was completely booked. This place is super popular. I got many items. The ramen broth was very porky. The pork was super tough and old tasting. The fried rice had the same taste but lots of meat. The spicy eggs were the marinated eggs perfectly cooked with a touch of hot sauce. The eggs are perfectly cooked. The octopus balls were quite sweet and well, there wasn’t much octopus in them. I ordered lots of extras on my ramen including leeks, extra egg, extra meat, and so on. This is not cheap! The extra toppings cost 1.5 to 2.5 extra. I had to sit at the counter which I don’t mind but the stools are high which I don’t like. The chefs were super busy so one could watch them. The overall best thing we’re the chicken gyoza. As dumplings go, they were tasty, light, and perfectly cooked. This famous ramen chef, Akira, has another location near Trevi. I’ll check that out later.

They have just 1 veg option when it comes to a veg ramen and the only vegetables in my ramen were carrots and cucumbers. The taste of the soup was far far below average. I don’t recommend if you are vegetarian….sorry 😔 staff is nice and so is the feel of the restaurant.

They label vegan options but are not vegan friendly. I do not recommend for vegans. I ordered vegan food and they served pork in the hot sauce. Waiter didn’t even know it had pork in it. I was sick the rest of the day.

Nice pizza but my partner and I were expecting a bit more. Tasty enough but did not wow us. We found better pizzas in Rome but worth the visit, just to try Bonci. Had the one with Rabbit and Potatos, did not pleased our palate while we tried the ham and cheese and it was the best flavour we tried in shop. Also the shop does not display many seats to seat down and eat I have seen there were like 4/5 seats only!!!

I can’t hype this place up enough, what a gem! By far the best pastries, especially maritozzo that we had in Rome. I also want to say how kind the staff were. They explained all of the pastries to us. They truly went above and beyond. We had been practicing Italian for our trip and they let us try and even gave us so pointers on how to improve. I felt so happy! Incredible meal and incredible people. I don’t know what more you could want. They have some standing room outside for you to enjoy your pastries.

Great Roman pizza. Cut by the slice. We pay by the kilo. Also wonderful cakes and delicious raspberry and chocolate brownies. Yummmmmy. Food is to go only.

The Lingue and Whole sliced tomato one were delicious, recommend trying. Mushroom was a little too greasy and oily for me but overall fast service tasty pizza with a cold beer on a hot day 🤤- very much enjoyed it

Best pizza we had in two weeks in Italy — even compared to Naples! There are tons of options to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. The pastries are great too. I just wish we had known there were tables available at their new location next door — we ate standing at an improvised counter and only found out about the seating afterward. It does get crowded, so be prepared to wait a bit. The staff is fine — just very busy and focused on helping customers quickly. Still, totally worth it for the pizza!

Expensive but soooo good (we paid €17 for the pizze in the photo). The ingredients they use are to die for. And the pizzetta is so crunchy and yummy. Go here if you want to treat yourself

We were wondering what exactly to order and the waiter was there to give us a proper advise and extensive explanation of the menu, on top of that, the location is more than perfect, you can enjoy great coctails while watching the impressive Hadrian's temple!

First class service and a great atmosphere. We visited this cafe on consecutive days during our holiday. On the first day we had Tiramisu and coffees and on the second day we had coffees and ice creams. All were really good. We will come here again next time we come to Rome. ❤️

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! There were multiple bugs/flies in my drink and when I told it to the staff they have not even apologized but told me that it was up to me to notice it immediately and that they cannot do anything. They even brought me my bug infested drink back to the table when I sent it back and placed it back in front of me. When I went to take a photo, that is when they came back with another drink which at this point we refused. FYI were sitting inside in the further room, and no bugs were flying or in the area. They also told me that I should be more rational, because how can they know it was not with me that all those bugs entered the drink.

This was by far one of the worst café experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were noticeably rude and dismissive toward Asian customers, while treating others with much more friendliness and attention. It was impossible not to notice the difference. The food was another disappointment — bland, overpriced, and clearly not worth what they charge. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of tourists. On top of that, the staff weren’t just unfriendly; they were openly dishonest. When I asked simple question, I was given misleading information, and when I pointed it out, they acted as if it was my mistake. It’s rare for me to leave a review like this, but this place truly deserves it. Poor service, terrible food, inflated prices, and above all, an unacceptable attitude toward Asian guests. Absolutely not recommended.

Ran into this place by accident on a walk. From the outside it looks like a regular café but when you walk in, it takes you back a few decades with its vintage tea room ambience. The food was great! The iced tea was the best iced tea I have ever experienced! And homemade too! Staff was extremely nice and available. And they have inclusive/gender neutral bathrooms! Would recommend to anyone just for a snack or even for lunch!

One of the best vegetarian meals I’ve ever had anywhere. The chef understands how to make each dish flavorful and balanced, trusting the ingredients to carry the dish. Pastas, risotto, gazpacho, main courses and appetizers were all delightful. The views from the outdoor terrace and the indoor dining room are spectacular at sunset, and the waitstaff is very kind. As the terrace filled up we got a little overlooked in the dining room, but that may be a matter of staffing. Will definitely dine here on another visit to Rome.

Excellent food! Not a vegetarian myself but this was a very delicious dining experience. Beautiful terrace overlooking Rome, great location, just behind Piazza Navona. Service is friendly although not very efficient. Ana though was amazing - such a great personality. We did the tasting menu with wine pairing. The 2 orange wines were definitely a surprising choice, not one I loved but interesting to try. One piece of constructive feedback would be to better pace the change of wine, the first few glasses felt rushed - not finished with previous one and already tasting the next. Would be great if empty glasses are taken away more timely. Overall a fun and enjoyable night.

I love this restaurant. This is my second time in three years coming here for dinner, and the view and food is always spectacular. The seagulls trying to steal the posh guests food is as entertaining as ever. Try the cocktails as the mixologists are great here. And book early to get the beautiful afternoon light and sunset!

Food - super tasty - sadly service incredibly slow - all three courses were cold by the time they arrived. Even had to wait half an hour for the espresso. Feedback from staff when we flagged this - chef said “he served it hot when it left the kitchen” as if it was something new that we were eating on a roof terrace! Cold plates, also not helping to keep dishes warm. Bad attitude and response to feedback when you pay such a lot of money - service didn’t match prices. Incredible views. Staff very kind, however, certainly not a smooth seamless service you would expect for the location and price.

Excellent service, exquisite cuisine and breathtaking location ! The personnel was welcoming, competent and very professional. Note that you are entering a vegetarian restaurant : this in no way alters the finesse of the dishes. If you are lucky enough to have the weather on your side, you could be seated on the most impressive and relaxing terrace of Rome ! Also, as we selected a specific menu, we were given a nice surprise at the end of our dinner !

Pros: insanely beautiful view and the servers were very nice! Cons: 1) HUGE wasps swarming every table (we went around sunset) 2) A seagull attacked our plate and stole some bread — seems like a few linger for hours because they know there’s food 3) The water was 8 EURO per bottle (yikes!) and they got us second one without telling us the insane price like 10 minutes before we left so we chugged the entire bottle after we got the check 4) Have had many pastas this month in Rome, and their spaghetti tastes like out of the box with none of that freshly made magic Overall would recommend for only drinks and the view but only after sunset unless you’re not scared of giant wasps!

Il could have been a four-star but bad dessert made me remove one star. I really loved the primo (squid 5/5, squid well roasted, cauliflower purée was delicious) and secondo (pork neck 4/5, they used abricot purée that evening instear of grape sauce, i feel the a littlr bit too sour) But i was sooooo disappointed by  the dessert (maritozzo). I was expecting a sophisticated version of this simple dessert given the price. But no, you have a small brioche with chantilly cream, that you can find in every pasticceria for 1 euro. Beside that, service is good but a little bit slow. They also have a good wine list.

Unbelievably good value! Fabulous food and the nicest people! We had the 4 course (really 6) tasting menu for lunch and it cost €20 / head! Highly recommend. Wish I had a local place at this price back in Dublin.

We visited EPIRO and experienced wonderful service and food! 😍 The servers (maybe brothers??) were very kind and tried their best to explain menus in English for us. 🩷 Unfortunately we had to turn down their offer for desserts because were so full 🥹. Anyway, the dishes will never be forgotten and the open kitchen was impressive. The chefs are professional and gave us warm goodbye gestures when we left. Will truly recommend this place for those who want special foods and comfortable atmosphere.

We were looking for a lunch spot near our hotel and saw EPIRO was well ranked. From the sidewalk it looked dark and small, but once we entered we were ushered into a delightful interior courtyard. Food and wine were good. Service and ambiance were excellent! Great neighborhood find!

One of the most unique experiences you will ever have while visiting Rome. This should be on every visitor's must see list. Everything imaginable from fresh food, fresh fruit and vegetables, household goods, electronics , to Butcher shops, and cheese shops., The Fish mongers bakeries an unbelievable experience world. You will spend at least several hours exploring. It's a ten minute walk from the Ottaviano, Metro stop if you're going to the Vatican.

True local Italian neighborhood market. Most stalls are filled with high quality permanent vendors not like other markets with high vacancy level.

The best market in the city it has ALL of your shopping needs under one huge roof. Lots of fresh seasonal and local veg. Coffee shop there is the best and wine. Closes at 2 try to go early the selection is best in the morning but they have good things all day.

A marvellous, traditional market. Great for getting supplies of breads, cheeses, fruit, vege, etc if you're staying anywhere nearby, with much better prices and/or quality than supermarkets. Also a good range of cakes, pastries and savoury snacks at various stalls.

We went in the morning and alot of stalls aren't opened yet or even occupied. Nonetheless, it's a very local market to buy foodstuffs, groceries, clothes and even get a haircut. The prices are pretty decent. We had a breakfast before leaving. Do visit when you have the chance and purchase something.

A local market where you can have small bites and look around for Italian fresh product. We went early in the morning at 7am and there’s only few stores are open. We had some coffee, croissants, and even brought some cheese and ham for souvenir to take home. One of the stall have a vacuum machine so we can have all the produces vacuumed, easier to bring home. There’s also an open stall/weekend market on the back of the market, selling cute stuffs and accessories. A good place to browse around on weekend if you have free time to kill in Rome.

Whatever your heart may desire, it is here! For me, anyway. I love to eat. I'd recommend going earlier than later, as things start to shut down early afternoon. Leave time to try everything, especially if it has roman specialties such as porchetta d'Ariccia or puntarelle. There's outdoor seating, but it can be crowded. Check out table availability, otherwise, get your items 'porta via' and bring them to one of Rome's nearby beautiful parks for a picnic.

Testaccio market is worth visiting. Love the porchetta sandwich & coffee at illy bar. You must also try the artichokes. I love the roman style better than the fried one. Affordable food & the place is clean.

What a lovely little local market. Its five mins around the corner from Keats grave so perfect for a spot of lunch or snack and coffee. Food was good and there are lots of stalls to browse.

My favourite place in Rome. Testaccio Market has that local feel, many food vendors you can try, it has a shoe store, kinda warehouse style, with good prices, although I’m not sure of the quality. Wish I had more space in my luggage to bring some back home!!

11am, on Monday, There are a few stores already closed themselves, but still it has lively market vibe. It doesn't dirty at all and the smell wasnt bad~ we bought some small virgin olive oil bottles and dry pasta bags with reasonable price.

10/10, would eat here again! Came here for dinner with my family and we enjoyed it a lot! Service was quick and there were a lot of options to choose from. Food is delicious and I would highly recommend getting their chicken and guacamole. I was served by Christina when ordering my food. She was very professional and could speak fluent english (considering this is in Italy). She’s kind and is patient with taking your order and is very approachable. Thank you Christina!

This place is great. When you get tired of pizza and pasta it is nice to get something different. The food here is excellent. It is exactly what you would expect back in the States at Chipotle or Moe's. I would eat here again

I ordered via Deliveroo from here, obviously expectations aren’t as high as eating in. As the food isn’t as fresh. It arrived. Looked good but was the worst Mexican food of any description I’ve had… I got the nachos and the cheese was essentially glued to the container covering the chips and everything else. The beans looked very dry and the guacamole was almost crunchy, decent flavour but the cubes of avocado weren’t ripe at all. I’m sure they have better days and I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this was just terrible.

This place is an amazing refreshing Mexican restaurant. Even better than the US. Staff was very friendly!! Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at this vegetarian restaurant during our stay in Rome. The Masala Dosa was delicious—crispy on the outside with perfectly spiced filling—and it paired beautifully with the Masala Chai. The flavors were authentic and comforting. We were so impressed that we ended up visiting twice during our trip! The restaurant was clean, with ample seating and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Such a peaceful Hare Krishna spot! The food was fresh, light and full of flavour — not oily or heavy. Everything’s cooked without onion or garlic, which is great for food intolerances. The attendants were so kind and friendly.

While the place and serving is unassuming - the menu (though humble) slaps! Euros 54 for 3 perfect chapati, filling matter (pea!) dal, (tangy) paneer jalfrezi, and veg red+brown rice. Food was so good!

Towards the end of our trip, I was craving something other than pizza and pasta. Then I found this gem and felt like this was a meal straight out of my home kitchen. It’s simple yet packed with flavor. No frills, just really clean, delicious food. I loved it so much we went again the next day. We got chole, dal, and a paneer dish. They were all excellent and you really can’t go wrong with any dish!

Good Vegetable Food Options in the heart of Rome. A rare find. It is a gem. Cleaned, Hygienic and they play good indian calm music. Staff is so supportive and cooperative.

Great Indian food, everything is vegetarian and a large portion of the menu is vegan so the choice is fantastic. Flavours were perfect, slightly different to a UK Indian meal but still delicious. For Rome, a spotless toilet with toilet paper and soap and hot water!!!

Found this place on my last day in Rome & it is such a gem. Very simple vegetarian food with good flavours. It is so healthy too. The staff is also very kind and soft spoken. They are also Eco friendly and give use and throw plates. You definitely should try this place.

I was very disappointed with my visit. The sesame oil and sesame paste both had the wrong colour, which was quite off-putting. The mushrooms had clearly been frozen for far too long and were in poor condition. The meat looked obviously unfresh. On top of that, the service was extremely poor. Sadly, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I am generally suspicious of restaurants in city centers, as I think that due to the ambiance and attraction of these restaurants, they only maintain a minimal level of quality, knowing that the customer won't visit more than once. However, this is not the case in Rome, and even in the heart of the city, restaurants always maintain very high quality. This restaurant is also like that. It is one of the best. The atmosphere is excellent, the prices are good, the food is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the staff are polite. Everything is superb. After dinner, you can take a stroll to the amazing streets nearby. From here to the Spanish Steps, you have about a twenty-minute walk.

Pizza pasta gelato. These are some of the things that makes Italy Italy, but for me one thing that I know I will always remember is hot pot. Yum. It was so good back home. We always go to a hot pot place and I never thought this would be so good that it wasn’t even comparable what was better it was this one the ingredients were so fresh and the soup was incredible. It made me want to chug every last ounce of it. Don’t get me started on the tofu with the little slits in it. It was so good. I really recommend this restaurant because it doesn’t make you want to stop but at the same time it feels like you’re eating something healthy in a big city filled with pasta and pizza. You might not want to choose this, but we chose this and it really exceeded all my standards. I recommend this highly.

The hot pot broth and Chongqing noodles were pretty good, but the hot pot ingredients were a bit pricey and portion sizes were small. The ingredients weren’t very fresh, but having hot pot at all was still nice. Convenience location but there are still rooms to improve. I would give this place a 3.5 to be exact.

I ordered steamed rice. It was rotten and must have been 4+days old. Mushy and wet and a awful taste. The spicy broth should have warning. I eat a lot of spicy food and their spicy broth is unbearable. The tomato one was nice though. The rest of the food was good and fresh. But I was displeased at the end to find my bill was higher than expected. I asked why and they said they charged me €4 for the small bowl of sauce I created with their sauce selections. I've been to a lot of hotpot in my life and have never been charged for the sauce selections as an additional add on and there was so mention of a price for that until i got the bill at the end.

It was a cold rainy day and getting hotpot was my hope to cure for such a day. I had walked by this restaurant earlier in my travels and decided to head back here for dinner. When I walked in, it was not busy at all with just one table with one person dining. Normally if a place isn’t busy when I arrive, I pass on it. Since I’m traveling, I am exploring restaurants inside my destinations. The atmosphere is pretty nice with its decor and design. Food quality is mediocre as the meat items I ordered looked to be freshly thawed out with some icicles evidence. The service is not good especially with the language miscommunications. There is a Condiment setup but not obvious to anyone unless you’ve been here or see others self servicing. I just happened to ask the server about that setup which he said go ahead. Yet he didn’t address/disclose there was a usage cost. When I see the Condiments, I noticed a glowing blue bug zapper next to the bowls. As I peer into each bowl, I noticed a bug drowned in one of the sauces. Yes I attempt to inform the workers and made them aware it was a bad thing. Ordering labeled items (with images) from a tablet can still result in errors to your order accuracy, as I experienced. I am familiar with Asian cuisine and was oddly confused there was no offering of plain basic white rice on the menu to pair with my hotpot meal. Therefore I ordered the fried rice and my feedback is the rice dish was dry and lacking pleasure. At least they don’t over “salt and soy sauce” the dish. For the hotpot soup, I ordered the big split pot of tomato and natural soup. I was pleased with the flavorful taste of the tomato soup base. Unexpectedly and in total shock, I found out I was charged 1.00€ per person for condiment usage and 2.00€ cover service per person. Overall it’s overpriced and I wouldn’t come back here again.

Overall, I would rate this restaurant with 3 stars ⭐️ 1 star ⭐️: the interior decoration looks nice 1 star ⭐️: the soup base of the hotpot is good, but the choices for the dip source are limited. 1 star ⭐️: the location is good, very easy to find it via google map.

The dishes were delicately prepared with emphasis on the main ingredients, they werent seasoned heavily with sauces. I thought the shrimp dumpling tasted fresh, unlike store bought ones used by many chinese restaurants. For dessert i tried the interesting fried coconut pie served with grape must extract. They offered me a complimemtary fried ice cream and i was impressed by the delicious dough used. All in all, efforts and thoughts were put in constructing their menu. Well done! The owners are very hospitable and friendly. In fact i learned that he is a wine and coffee coinoisseur. My recommedmation is that they should inform customers that they have a wine and coffee list because the information was printed in very fine print on the menu and one might miss that. It would be a pleasure to have enjoyed the sweets with his curated list of coffee beans.

Very delicious asian food, i had the summer shrimp roll, chicken with cashew and cucumber and rice with vegetables. All very tasty and very reasonably priced. Very quiet at the time i was there, only customer from 7:00 - 8:00.

Arguably the best Chinese in Rome. Service is always good. They always use fresh and seasonal ingredients. Price is higher than other Chinese restaurants but if you are keen on authentic, there is no comparison.

Cozy and relaxing ambience, nice music, and great staff, make this a really nice establishment to dine at. The food is extremely tasty and the à-la-carte menu offers a wide range of chinese cooking, with gluten-free and vegetarian options as well. The price feels adequate for the meal and the ambience, just a little more pricey than your standard all-you-can-eat restaurants. Highly recommended, will definitely come back again.

Very charming Viet restaurant closed to Roma Termini. Nice ambiance and service was phenomenal. I really liked their steamed rice rolls - it’s the star of the show. Egg rolls were pretty good too. We both got Oxtail Pho for entrée. Unfortunately ,the taste wasn’t authentic and wasn’t flavorful. Overall, I would recommend to order their appetizers here.

They have the best rice,, even better than chinese food restaurant rice. And the food was all very tasty. I like the rice and the springroll the most. The pork cooked with sweet soy sauce was good. The ice tea is very nice. Over all.. after days of daily asian food in france and italy,, this is the bestttt !

This and Pho No. 1 are the best Vietnamese restaurants I've tried in Rome. Appetizer platter and banh xeo are good. Some simple classic cocktails like Americano. Lemongrass mojito didn't taste like much lemongrass or mint, avoid.

Good food, reasonable prices, and excellent service. Not the best, but one of the most comforting Vietnamese food I’ve had. The fried spring rolls were good. I wish they offered a side of cucumbers and pickled carrots to make the overall taste better. We ordered the bon bo hue and chicken pho. Both were 5/5! Super comforting taste and the size portion is great! Try their homemade drinks and cocktails. I definitely recommend!

I am Vietnamese, so I am definitely biased when it comes to the food. It's definitely not authentic, but I suspect they cater it to Italian tastes. It still is satisfying but the flavors are very muted. The best dish was definitely the banh kot! It was crispy and had refreshing veggies (nice break from all the pasta and pizza!). The banh cuon had minced beef which isn't traditional, and the rice roll was too thick for my tastes. The papaya salad was very good and had a lot of yummy shrimp crackers to eat it with! The pho was again just not very spiced but it had the right idea. The ambiance and service was great though! Happy that there is Vietnamese food in Rome, but wish there was a way to make it more traditional.

Amazing experience! We booked the restaurant 24 hours before and so glad we did as the restaurant did get filled up but not crazy busy. Very good vibe, lovely music and art on the wall. We got some complimentary Zuccini dip which was delicious! An all vegetarian restaurant and the food was absolutely more ish! The pasta, the meat free burger, and the eggplant side dish were all amazing! The bread- oh so soft! You can tell the ingredients are fresh as the food was heavenly! I finally mention for Gabriel who helped us massively as my son with special needs is quite restricted in what he can eat, but the chef did bring us a lovely spaghetti that wasn’t on the menu and thankfully, my son polished it! We are so grateful. Top food! Top restaurant! A vegetarian heaven!

Could not thing of a better way to end our vacation than with our first visit to Il Margiotta. Beautiful decor, impeccable service and delicious and innovative food. Would fully recommend, especially if you have vegans/vegetarians in your party.

Great vegan food. Atmosphere is a bit stiff, we were underdressed. Modern art on the walls. Portions are on the small side - combine several dishes. Not too expensive for the quality.

Absolutely hands down some of the best vegan food I've ever had. I found myself saying more than once that I couldn't believe this was vegan food. Beautifullly presented as well. The service was very good even though I think a couple of the servers were in training it was still good. Very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality vegan food.

Phenomenal vegan buffet and a la carte options. Really lovely atmosphere and quick service. So unbelievably tasty with their garden fresh ingredients. I only wish I had a bigger stomach to eat more dishes.

I think this is THE BEST IN ROME - which money could buy. The service was decent and the food was exotic. I ordered for Zucchini Balls and Fettuccine which was simply moth watering. The decor and the music selection was good.

This place is splendid and the food is out of this world. For a culinary experience that you want to remember, this is the place. Everything we ate was fabulous. I highly recommend the Ribolita dish and the red onion with Parmigiano ice-cream. The soy bases steak was not our favorite but still interesting. The Amatraciana pastas were fantastic. The staff was not very attentive to our needs though. They kept a cold, distant vibe and we would have liked a bit more attention. The total bill was quite high but let's say the food was worth it.

Had lunch outside and everything was fantastic. We were 4 adults and 2 young kids. We were served fast and friendly. The menu has a lot of great classics and interesting flavors. Pasta cooked to perfection, nice and balanced flavor. We loved the bread! And polpette are approved! Dessert was also delicious. Recommend!

Wow! One of the best trattoria's I've experienced in Rome. Very unassuming from the outside but beautifully decorated, a wonderful staff and some of the best food I've had in all of my years in Rome. Simple but effective. They have a expansice wine collection as well as amaro's. I had the carbonara, and meatballs after, both cooked to perfection. I visited during lunch and it filled up quickly so maybe a reservation is needed in the evening. I highly recommend dining here!

By the end of the meal, I was already wishing I had time to come back before leaving the city. It’s no surprise they’ve earned a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide. Trattoria Pennestri is the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve uncovered a local treasure, and for me, it’s an easy five stars.

A must try place in Rome! Lovely atmosphere & staff: we had an outstanding starter, a fresh rabbit & vegetable salad, accompanied by the duck and the melt-in-your-mouth saltimboca! Highly recommend it, but make sure to book in advance as the place lives up to its name & reviews!

A delightful afternoon of good food, good wine, and good vibes. Despite having lived in Rome before, and frequenting all the usual culinary hotspots, this was my first time at Trattoria Pennestri. It was the perfect blend of contemporary and classic flavours, with one thing uniting everything: deliciousness. I can't wait to return and sample more of the unique and varied menu 🍴

No bad, but could have been great. Atmosphere was good despite the busy street nearby, mostly free of loud tourists (except for us I guess...). Food was great and didn't feel like a cheap tourrist trap. Our only issue was with the service; some interactions felt a bit cold/rude (it was quite busy, i would understand), and we weren't sure if bread waitresses were offering to our table was going to be us to pay. We ended up paying 2 servings of bread despite eating just one, but maybe it's what other restaurants would call service fees.

Absolutely appalling service. Took them 1h to bring a cheese platter and they even forgot the water and wanted to charge us for it. 4 euros for 4 slices of bread? DO NOT GO!

This is the sister restaurant of Il Sorpasso and they are just one block away from each other! Great food as always (especially the carpacio and cold cuts) and service was warm and super efficient. They also among the restaurants that open early (5pm!) during summer. Booking is highly recommended especially if you want to have dinner around 8pm.

The reviews for this restaurant seem to be all over the place, but I'm here to give it a good review and hoping they will continue to churn out good experiences for travelers in the future. Located very close to Termini, and offering hours much earlier than others, this place is suited for tourists who can't wait until 7pm to start dinner. The food we ordered were delicious! The green sauce lasagna was not like anything we've had before. Steak looked average but was surprisingly tender. The mozzarella they used in the Caprese had a very milky flavor, where other places tended to be bland. L'amatriciana the jowl meat is like a bacon dialed up to an 11 in terms of taste. Desserts were nice and light. Price-wise perhaps the portions are on the small side, but still not that expensive considering it's on the Michelin guide and all the dishes turned out all right.

The food was delicious! We were a bit tired of the classic Roman pastas and were excited that Diana’s had a few different ones we had not tried yet. Their lasagna was a fun play on what I envision as lasagna served in the U.S. There was an extensive wine list as well. The biggest standout, second to the food, was the bathrooms. I have been in many bathrooms in Rome which are disheveled, even in fairly nice restaurants! Diana’s had an immaculate bathroom with a real toilet seat, plenty of toilet paper, hand towels and paper towels. Truly the best bathroom I’ve been in during my stay in Rome outside of my hotel room.

The main dishes were extremely salty. I ordered a cacio e Pepe that I was not able to finish due to it being extremely salty; the carbonara was in a similar state. The food was a bit overpriced for the overall quality we got.

We loved our meal here! We had every bit of our trip planned and this was the one restaurant we didn’t plan, but were happy we stumbled upon it. It was so good and if you stay at the independent hotel you receive 20 percent off.

I've had Thai food in NY that were recommended by Thai people and thought they were good. However those places don't hold a candle to this place. If you're looking for really great Thai food, look no further. I'd imagine it to be as good as the authentic stuff in Thailand. This place was THAT fantastic. The food was mouth watering. It was flavorful, and not oily. It was a great change of pace from eating all the pasta in Rome. Definitely must try!

Just be aware, this is not a Thai restaurant. It is a pan-Asian cuisine type place. Service was not good, to the point where I had to get up and walk to the front to order another drink. 2 stars for taste, both the starter and meal I had were tasty. But it is a mash-up of Asian style foods, NOT Thai.

The decor is Superb, the food unfortunately was very forgettable. We decided to have a Thai meal while visiting Rome. We selected the restaurant purely on proximity to our hotel. We had a green and a red curry, neither resembled anything I have enjoyed in Thailand or England. I'm afraid it was bland. Pity the staff were nice.

Advise to avoid if you are hopeful for good Thai food. I lived in south-east asia for 4 years and I'm a fairly good cook when it comes to Thai and Indonesian dishes, so in all fairness, my expectations are high. However, this is beyond doubt the worst (Chinese-run) Thai restaurant I've visited. I initially ordered a fried fish that tasted like cardboard. I intended to leave with the dish largely unfinished, but the waitress offered me an exchange for a masaman curry. When served this she cheekily suggested I pay half of the dish regardless. Anyway, the curry was an insult to Thai cooking, salt as anything.

Second time there. I love Thai. Food Beverage and service is good. 4 and not 5 because coconut milk was twice missing from my dish. But they have immediately coped with that. I will come back again. To try definitively

This is not the real Thai restaurant. What kind of Thai restaurant selling Dimsum here?! Ordered some Thai's basic dishes such as Tom Yum, Pad Thai, etc but they are not even close at all! Pad Thai is not even delicious as "Bánh đa trộn" in front of my high school gate in Vietnam! For Chicken curry I believe that I can cook better and faster than they did :) Idk if they prepared the food indeed slowly or that is what they did on purpose but it was like they forced us to finished one dishes first that they will bring another one. Why dont they bring everything at once?! Or at least 2-3 dishes at a time?! Or that is how you act as professional in a fake Thai restaurant? We had to wait over 30 mins for the first dishes, and every 15 mins for the next ones, and the portion for each was super small. 1 star for the facilities and atmostphere :) (I do not think it is fancy while every Chinese employee chatting in their own language in this "Thai atmostphere")

The prices are very reasonable, both by the glass and bottle. The selection of meats and cheeses is top-notch — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend!

Top wines, top cheeses, top salumi, top panini, top products. Everything hand-selected from the best producers in Italy. One of the best meals in Rome is to come here for wine and a hand-crafted panini. Little known fact: they have a blast-chiller so you can choose any bottle of wine and have it at the right temperature in 5 minutes.
