I ordered 3 milk teas which were absolutely disgusting, just tasted like drinking watery poor quality tea with no flavour and the pearls were like chewing on rocks, been left there from day before probably. Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Hong Kong Milk Tea and Milo Chocolate Dinosaur looked nothing like the nice images shown on Uber Eats and were awful. I also paid for oat milk for all my drinks, I could tell it was dairy though. Doesn’t help that you didn’t stick any printed labels on the cups to highlight the customisation of the drinks I ordered. You simply wrote the name of the drink with a black marker on the seal without my customisations, for example no sugar level, or type of milk used. I paid a premium for these drinks from what I thought was a very respectable bubble tea brand that started in central London but turns out it’s gone very downhill. Their establishments uniquely double up as bakeries which is not too common yet in other places. I would recommend their creamy brown sugar series which I’ve found to be best. Their creamy avocado brown sugar drink is potentially one of my favourite bubble tea drinks in all of London. I would also recommend their signature ‘Flaming Whale’ drink which is also an excellent classic drink. I’ve tried their cheezo series too but found this slightly tart and sour without enough cheesy taste. Some of their other drinks like their cookies and cream, dalgona coffee, and taro also slightly lack the punch of flavour you expect but this may be as I usually opt for less sugar. Of their savoury bakery items, I’ve tried their spring onion chicken floss roll, and their tuna bun which are excellent slightly sweet bakes which are very unique and hard to come by in London. Of their sweet items, I’ve had their honey toast which was just okay and their pistachio vanilla croissant somewhat bizarrely amazing. I can only imagine similar can be said about their other croissants so I would definitely give them a try. Overall, I have great fondness for this place and have been there probably the most out of any bubble tea spot in London. Definite recommend!

I even saw the guy sniffing the taro paste before scooping them into the cup. I gave it another go today and ordered sugar cane ching tea with golden jelly. It has always been my favourite before lockdown. The colour looked weird (a bit milky but i thought it would be fine). It tasted SOUR again. Not the usual taste. Had to throw it away. There is a pretty courtyard to the West which leads to more of Bishops Park with its gorgeous leafy walks a large pond with swans ducks and a fountain attracting all kinds of birds swooping and circling overhead..adjacent is the river Thames with its long winding walkway - very popular with dog walkers - and sporting gorgeous views over Putney and leading to Fulham football club and the newly opened Fulham Pier with eateries and a host of weekly events of all kinds! There is also a large children's playground and several tennis courts!
