Sketch London 📍9 Conduit St, Mayfair, London W1S 2XG, UK 今天和高中同学去了特别有名的Sketch，环境粉粉嫩嫩的着实很少女心，但是一顿下午茶人均也是真的蛮贵，算服务费要67磅左右一个人，看在服务态度和东西真的还算不错的份上也觉得可以接受吧！ 一开始挑选茶的时候服务员有给我们闻玫瑰和vanilla的两种，都非常不错！喝起来口感也确实很好！它们的茶具看起来很亚洲的风格！ 三层下午茶从底部的三明治开始都是偏咸的口味，有一个咖喱三明治，还有一些三文鱼之类的小点心。 二层开始就是比较甜的了！栗子泡芙蛋糕，巧克力蛋糕等等，还有咖啡味的！造型各异也都挺好看的 最上一层是特别甜的棉花糖！ 吃完三层之后会上司康，超大两个司康搭配草莓酱之类的都很好吃，香气扑鼻再加上司康松软！ 最后上的蛋糕，基本上已经吃不下了，奶油不算特别甜，搭配软软的糕体还是很特别的！ 如果嫌甜的话一定要记得多喝水+茶，就会好一点哦！ 这家需要提前预定，而且会有乐队来表演，一边吃下午茶一边听音乐还挺惬意的！

Their steak was fantastic. Went for the butchers cut, 300g sirloin, medium rare. Sadly a few inedible chewy bits which I had to dispose of but the seasoning and sides were incredibly well thought and became a mini buffet, taking your buds on a culinary adventure. A special shout out to the Ash roasted sweet potato. The chips were the best I've had in a steak house. Think authentic hand cut chipppy chips, but cooked in beef fat and extra crispy and incredibly pillowy soft on the inside. The salad added a much needed cut through the overall richness and doubled as a convenient palate cleanser. I cannot believe it’s taken me this long to visit but I can see why it is so popular. Having owned the Trullo cookbook for a few years, it was a joy to finally step over the threshold. As expected, the beef shin pappardelle was phenomenal. I love TDK potato sourdough already so knew that would be brilliant and fresh. Both the tiramisu and panna cotta were also sublime. Unfortunately, the pesto fettuccine wasn’t for me. I didn’t choose the dish so I cannot complain too much because I already knew it wouldn’t be my thing and a forkful confirmed that. We all like different things and that’s ok! I thought that for the price, the aubergine portion could have been bigger but it was well cooked. I’ve definitely had better vegetarian dishes in other restaurants but I’m still glad I tried it and I love that the ricotta was smoked as I find this has a lot more flavour than the unsmoked variety. Overall, I would go to Trullo again. I am desperate to try the lemon tart!

We were staying near by and the Windmill staff were very accommodating when we arrived early with all our suitcases. The staff were welcoming and patient with our large group, and our drinks and food were all served in good time. They were happy when we played a couple of civilised hen party games at the table too. The food was really good! Lots of choices to choose from with different options to suit different tastes. It set us up nicely for our weekend of partying!
