We (2 pax) had the feast for two, which certainly was sufficiently filling with 3 choices of meats (each about ~120-150g according to our server) with 3 sides to go with. We had the wagyu brisket, pork belly burnt ends and pork spare ribs for the meats. The brisket had flavourful and savoury fats on some parts but was unfortunately rather dry. When you ate a piece without fat in it the flavour was lacking and quite underwhelming. Also no smoke ring on the brisket as well and lacked any depth of flavour.This was disappointing as brisket is something everyone looks forward to in Texan barbecue meats. The burnt ends were better, with nice caramelisation and sweetness and so were the ribs, albeit they were quite peppery and highly savoury, so might not be for you if you don't like your food on the salty side. The sides were good, we got the potato salad, mac and cheese, and cornbread. All of which were pretty tasty and satisfying especially the mac which had real cheese instead of Kraft haha. Potato salad was good as well so we enjoyed those. Overall, portion sizes were good, and we were pretty full. For drinks, you can give the Arnold Palmer (lemonade + iced tea) a miss, it was just watered down iced tea with a hint of lemon. Ultimately, this was quite a pricey meal ~$60/pax and for that the meal left much to be desired, would have at least expected a nice juicy slab of brisket but got a dry one with no smoke ring whatsoever. Had high expectations but left disappointed, hopefully if you do come you get better meats!

Place is relatively small and cozy, with the seating divided into a lower and upper floor area. We were seated upstairs as our reservation was for a bigger group, the lower area seemed to be packed as we were leaving so its probably best to make a reservation ahead of time if you're intending to come during peak dinner hours. We ordered a selection of sides which included the Fried Calamari and Chilli Cheese Fries. Both were decent, although the fries felt like regular fries that you can find at NTUC. Despite the relatively weak start, the pork ribs were a complete 180. They were quite literally "fall off the bone" tender and were simply delicious. I personally found the honey mustard flavour to be a tad too sweet to my liking and honestly preferred the Signature Original and Hickory flavours more. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a plate of excellent ribs, I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Wanting to end off the meal with a dessert, we ordered a variety which included the Bro Bruce Browned Butter Brownie and the Belgian Waffles. The brownie was great, the waffle on the other hand was quite disappointing. All in all, I would definitely still recommend this place just on the strength of the ribs alone.

It’s only on Sat and Sunday from 12-3pm for $78++. There are 8 different cuts and we tried 7 (beef and pork) and skipped the chicken. Each cut was grilled to perfection (medium rare) in addition to that you can tell that the quality of the meat was also selected from premium meat. I couldn’t find fault in any of the meats we tried.
