洗澡间的空间很大，热水也很足，服务员Qing Long非常热情，服务很到位

美食挺好吃的有好多选择，都是清真，冰淇淋也清真。虽然有点热，但服务很满意，服务员（ivy女士）很热情 。体验很棒

对于烟民来说，这里是樟宜机场T2的最佳去处。露台很温馨

The quantity of tea for $3.5 was good but too much for 1 person, so I asked for another cup, and was asked to pay extra for the cup. Taste wise tea wasn’t good too. Overall for amount of money I spent at this place, my experience was awful. I won’t be recommending this place and eating at Kaveri again.

Hope this is only a once in a life time thing and they could improve on it. Previous review: This is my repeated visit and the wonton noodles and soup with prawn dumplings is as delicious as usual. We try the soya sauce chicken and is juicy and tasty. It is good. This place was a simplified set up for family meal and limited seat in the AirCond area. More seat is at outside the AirCond area but it is cool enough for meal. The wonton noodle in soup is my most preferred as the wonton is fresh with prawn and very tasty with the soup. Soup was typical of Cantonese style and is tasty and just nice and not salty. Dry version with the traditional sauce is too salty and is not interesting. Better with soup. The roast meat was quite nasty done but the skin was roasted not too uniformly crispy and some parts is overly hard. Do avoid roast meat for dinner as the meat looks like reheated and is salty and not so tasty. Overall it is good for simple meal especially for lunch.

Yet to our horror, the food was definitely garbage. Horrible. Even some dim sum places found in coffeeshop or even frozen dim sum you self heat up at home can be nicer than this trash food they serve. Ordered varies dim sum dishes -Har cheong chicken - expensive and tasteless - pork cutlet - you would be expecting decent pork cutlet style like those u can find at DTF or imperial treasure, yet to my horror what they served was some breaded chicken cutlet which was not only DRY but tasteless, literally tasted like some frozen food they just heated up for you. We were assigned a table outdoors - and subsequently after some food arrived there were lots of flys around - hence we asked nicely if we could move inside to indoor seating. The waitress immediately said no, and gave the reason that the orders already have set in to system to come to our current table. Since when are your staff so inflexible?? Can't you just take note that we have moved inside? Furthermore - then joke is that there is only one empty table inside the restaurant. How difficult can it be? To be honest it irks me just thinking of the horrid food and poor service. Paid 30+++ for what was a terrible dinner. Please do us a favour and train your staff and chef, or please close down this horrible place. And they even have the cheek to display their whole crystal jade Michelin star branding. Please I would never come back to this restaurant even if I had to starve!!
