Aug 2025: I was surprised to find this viral bakery empty when I visited on a Friday during lunch. I chose the Classic Bomboloni ($3.80) and the Shio Pan ($3.80). The friendly staff kindly pointed out that the classic flavour doesn't have a filling when I placed my order. Since I had already eaten a full lunch, the smaller size of the Classic was perfect. I took it back to the office and ate it right away, loving the chewy dough. I had the Shio Pan the following day. After a quick toast, it tasted just like a fresh bake. Nutella was just being Nutella.. 😄 They also have other flavors like taro and raspberry & white chocolate. Overall, it's not too bad..depending on if u like chewy n dense donuts or airy ones. They even have a keto choice. Cool thing is they sell coffee and hot chocolate as well with oat milk options. What was delightful was I asked for the oat milk option and this did not attract any additional charges like it would in any other coffee place. The chilli chocolate ice cream was amazing - chocolate was the best. The place is very nice and quiet. Not crowded or frenetic like some coffee joints. Tried Ondeh Ondeh and Peanut in the shop (limited seating) and Milo Dinosaur at home. Of the three, love the peanut version. During the cake cutting, the birthday girl had a hard time cutting the cake using the plastic knife provided end uo settle for a kitchen knife. However we are still unable to cut the cake and to our horror we found out that the cake filling (nutella) is frozen and worst the filling is not even spread through out the cake like how it supposed to be but instead just a think chunk of hard rock nutella in the middle of the cake. This is definitely not what we expcted for a cake. Is just ridiculous to even serve customer with this type of low quality product. This whole episode spoilt our celebration and pity the birthday girl. So dissapointed with Fitri Creation. I have been a regular customer all this years supporting both their outlet, with encountering this issue i am not sure if i will patronize them again. Edited post Staff from Fitri creation contacted me back withij an hour and for sure i am impressed by their service revovery. Explanation was given and decided to give them a benefit of doubt. They eventually send over a new cake for the birthday girl which make up her day since it was her birthday. Thank you for making up to the birthday girl. Hence i will be editing this review.
