I stumbled upon this place and man oh man, this place is a cheese lovers dream come true. The variety cheeses they have is appalling. I got the mariachi Mac and cheese and loved it. It was to visit with friends from Vancouver that came down to meet us for a nice long lunch. It is a nice downtown central location near out hotel (the Hotel Theodore). It is a beautiful spacewith a towering central wine tower. The seating is nice and comfortable. We tried the gorgonzola dates, the salmon crudo, with fava bean 'hummus', the corn and chanterelle risotto (the course of the meal!!) and the octopus puttanesca - very good! And then there is the extensive bottle list. We got great seating at the bar. The seatings were so cute with colors of greens blues. Honestly super surprised by the food quality. The fried cheese was amazing, it was like mozzarella sticks. Once inside its like a pirate bar. Pretty cool. Big wide open space with a bar and game room in the back. we got a couple beers, one shot, chicken sandwiches, cucumbers and fries. we stopped in here before going to a movie around the corner. Loved the big bright neon sign. You enter off the alley. We loved the decor, vibe and mini arcade. The slushie drinks and beers were refreshing. The chicken sandwiches were so delicious - just like it was. You get your drinks at the bar. There’s a kiosk pass the mini arcade to order food. Very efficient. Staff was super cool, helpful and nice. Thank you for continuing to create these amazing spots in West Seattle! Looking forward to coming back!
