People were being turned away or opting not to come in due to serving time, a couple next to us left as the food was cold when it was delivered, ours was barely warm however wasn't prepared to try and find another restaurant at 7.15 to end up eating at 8.30. , I spoke with the manager and yes the bill was adjusted to reflect the delay however the cost was still high for the service received . Pizza express will not be high on the list when it comes to finding somewhere to eat in bluewater in the future.

Ordered a 28£ New York Steak 🥩 and a 20£ Fridays burger, excluding drinks. Drinks were bottomless yet weren't offered a refill even though it did finish. Steak ordered medium well, once received it was surprisingly small portion and was well done tag on it, we saw that at the end unfortunately. The burger patties were smashed yet had a burn taste, nothing I'm coming back for, specially modern days burger standards are quiet high TGI Fridays can't compete with a burger from the 2000s simply poor. Fries was great in my opinion. Now waiters were nice yet we were asked maybe 3-4 times whether we ready to order drinks by different waiters and we said no we will get it with the food, quiet unorganized. And waiter who took the order wasn't the one who brought the food and wasn't the one who got us the bill, messy and makes tipping unpleasant. Was surprised no service fee was on the bill, rare these days. But yeah generally lots of room for improvements for the premium prices, small details can be easily fixed. Some tables don't have enough light, some dim some bright, light weren't equally distributed. Nice free desert at the end with scanning the bill. Overall for a 60£ dinner we expected more, specially the steak was a disappointment. Now coming back again is doubted but might happen cuz everyone deserves a second chance.

The Rooms on the first floor are small but are clean and friendly with an amazing view of the river. Two of the three rooms on the top floor have an even better view of the river. The rooms on the top floor, given to guests staying for longer periods, are beautiful and for the price I paid I was more than happy with with what I was given. There is a large Asda five minutes walk away and Greenhithe train station is just ten minutes. It's also around an easy ten minute drive to Dartford itself. The Landlord and staff were very pleasant and he has done a great job repainting and refreshing the building. If I did undertake another course at Able Skills in the future I would definitely look to stay here again. Please ignore the negative reviews by other morons complaining about the landlord and random petty little things as they are untrue and unjustified.

When the food arrived by robot our food sat for approximately 2 minutes getting cold, no one was to be seen to serve and we did not want to help ourself as was unsure of the robot. one pasta dish was un cooked like rubber so sent back, no apology just was asked if wanted a replacement which I kindly declined as it had put me off. The other pasta dish was that dry it was un- eatable. The two children’s meals had crusts as pieces of cheesy garlic bread literally nothing on them, 2 pieces of dried almost shrivelled up peppers and the worst pieces of cucumber I’ve ever seen, beans that were so dry they stuck to the pot. The puddings that were meant to come as part of the children’s menus never came out but was presented with a bill very quickly, then no one around to discuss or complain we was completely avoided, We ended up eating a cheesy garlic bread from the main menu as we was so hungry by this time. We left still hungry and very very disappointed and had to eat again when we got home. We know we was not the only ones as other customers were also serving themselves and complaining about the food. Would never recommend or return!

I would have brought this up to the server but she was no where to be seen no check back no more drink orders or anything. Lastly when going to the toilet the staff doors to the private rooms and back passageways of the shopping centre were open. Complete security risk and absolute shambles of a meal. Please please fix all these issues.

Which was a nice selection. Although most of the platter was a large portion of rocket with the meats and veg around the edge, it came with prawns, which turned out to be one each. Overall it was very nice. Mains we had seafood linguine which has muscles, squid, and prawns. It tasted lovely and was a generous portion. The chicken milanese came with tomatoes and a salad. This could have done with a portion of potatoes or fries included for the price as it felt a bit lacking. The chicken was nice and not dry like you sometimes get with breaded meat. Overall, it was a very nice meal, a nice setting and very attentive staff. Only let down really by the price of the chicken milanese as it felt like half a meal. The big question would we eat here again? Most certainly.

And that was the situation all over the restaurant floor,food bits all over. And the chairs, oh my God, the chairs, disgustingly dirty, I moved mine with my leg so that I don't have to touch it and and those lights looked like they haven't been cleaned since the restaurant opened. Buy some other chairs if you must, preferably wooden ones so that at least customers don't have to be disgusted when entering the restaurant. We were too hungry and if I would've told my autistic son that I wanted to leave he would've had a meltdown so we decided to stay. The food was nice and hot thankfully and that made a bit of a difference otherwise that would've been the last straw. All in all you could definitely see the lack of good management. My husband told me to let it go as I wasn't working, I was there as a customer but this was very disappointing and will definitely not go back there any time soon.

Well, I was not disappointed. We were seated on a raised platform area to the left as you enter the restaurant. This was a nice vantage point with plenty of space. The restaurant was fairly empty at that time. The fries came loaded with jalapeños and fresh coriander and an assortment of flavours. We had ordered 2 but only one was brought to us initially. It's been a quiet Thursday and the service was still so poor. The waiter kept forgetting what we had ordered. We had to chase a few dishes a couple of times.....We ordered all our dishes without the flourish of peanuts, they all came with it anyway so had to be sent back to redo. The corn ribs had no flavour. The loaded fries were odd, the Thai green curry was too hot to eat and had to be remade. Overall the food was not good.
