Though it looks modest, the food and wait staff are anything but. I've been here three times (all for breakfast) now and can say that on each visit our server was polite and attentive. It's always an excellent experience. The service is a bit slow during busy periods, but that is what people should expect for fine dining with fresh food. Quality takes time and expertise. You get delicious biscuits while you wait that are amazing. They obviously understand the wait is rough so they feed you. The staff works very hard and sometimes seems to be ignoring you, but they are not. They are trying to tackle many things at once. It's a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it. My brother and I are returning this weekend. We will reserve seating because alot of people are forced to wait due to so many people trying to dine at the same time. If your smart about how you approach this restaurant its great. You can't show up on your lunch break and expect to get quick service. This isn't that kind of place. When I entered the restaurant, it didn't give me that "WOW" effect, however the steady stream of customers did! The entrance has a menu on the outside for your review but I would recommend to just go inside and try it out. The place is split into a bar only section and two long narrow sit down sections. It has both bench and table type seating. You will be close to others as the seating is close to one another. The servers were all wonderful! They made you feel right at home and welcome. The drinks never went empty and the amount of times we were checked on was perfect. The food was amazing! We had their bourbon signature burger and their wings&drummies appetizers. All burgers come on a pretzel bun, which I don't normally like but this one was delicious. The burger was full of flavor with a slight sweetness from the sauce. I would definitely get it again! Party of 4, why the ridiculously long wait?! The hostess was oblivious and did not seem aware where to seat us without asking a server. We each had pancakes plus either sausage or bacon. While our server (Marcia?) and another lady (I think Dawn) who helped her were fantastic, going above & beyond, our food just wasn’t up to snuff compared to our usuals. My husband’s bacon was overcooked to where he could barely chew it. My sister’s pancakes were room temperature. My brother-in-law said his eggs and bacon were edible, but not great. My eggs and sausage links seemed overdone, also. It was all inconsistent, so I knew Tina was not the one cooking. We ate some of it instead of having it all remade, because we were beyond hungry and didn’t want to wait even longer. I don’t know what’s changed with leadership or staffing behind the scenes, but this location has gone downhill in recent months enough I needed to write this. The servers are mostly amazing despite food and other issues. We will seriously rethink our brunch location options if things don’t seem better the next time we stop in.

Now, I'm not a connoisseur of bourbon chicken but that seems lame to me. The taste was absent of anything flavorful. 100% DISAPPOINTING. JUST REALLY BAD FOOD.

We loved the beautiful look of the brewery, which can be seen in the photo attached. The staff was amazing from planning to the event to the actual day! Maybe we came in on a bad day but the food from the buffet was gross and picked over. The chicken was super dry and they only had a little of the things I even somewhat enjoyed. The worst was the service.
