We stayed in the room on the ground floor with the hot tub and was amazed at how clean it was, as i was walking around bare foot outside on the decking and didn't have dirty feet at all where as I've stayed at more expensive places and have gotten dirty socks and feet from being just inside. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in the room which was a lovely touch and the breakfast was lovely, Mike was very accommodating and really friendly which made me and my partner feel at is considering we are both neurodiverse and struggle with social interactions.
