Upon the in person tour I was concerned about the separation upstairs from the dining area and the dance floor but honestly it totally worked out! They all are extremely professional from the management, the bartenders, the catering staff and of course Tyler! They understand how to make an event run and they go out of their way to make your day YOUR day. Me and my husband ❤️ feel so blessed to have had this venue. We currently live abroad so I mentioned to her the time difference and that it would be best to reach out the next day (sixth day). She never reached out so now my fiancé and I confirmed that we shouldn’t go through the contract or deposit with this company. I really appreciated the way the staff allowed my friend who had just given birth <2 weeks prior to use their office off to the side during the reception to breastfeed. That was very kind of them. It was very nice that I was able to bring some pictures in frames to be set out on the mantles of the fire places by the vault. The grande hall staff helped and set it up for me I also appreciate the way the staff took care of the behind the scenes drop off and set up for our 10 piece live band, (you should pick blue water kings they are the best and the grande hall has worked with them before), the florist, and the cake. Be mindful theres reverb in this venue and that needs accounted for when planning for the music. The bathrooms were all very clean and the best part was there was a private room with mirrors for us to go in and bustle my dress, re do my hair after the veil was taken off, and freshen up. I don’t know if all venues have this but it was very nice to have. Overall I would definitely recommend the grande hall for a wedding reception! It was affordable and well-worth what we paid!
