All our wedding guests, vegan, non-vegan, and some gluten free, were over the moon for these deserts. I highly recommend the quality and taste of Thimblecakes desserts. Our cake was a lemon cake with lemon curd (we added the dried citrus ourselves). We had an assortment of (all vegan) cookie dough (a favourite), vanilla love, lemon love, and gluten free carrot cupcakes.
