A lady called Rebecca was brilliant in helping me. Im currently out of area in Manchester but there is a gig coming up although next year I didnt want to miss out. As the tickets are on sale Friday but the application can take upto 10 days! I sent the application electronically as it does say you can do it in person but thats not an option for me. I also attached a note explaining that I am wanting to specifically get tickets for the upcoming sale in 3 days and asked for help or advice on the best way to do it as an access person. Anyway Rebecca had my application sorted within the hour! Which is amazing. Obviously Im not saying they can do that all the time, as it must depend what they have going on and how many applications. As we were catering for 30 people, we used outside caterers (can recommend Community Catering) and The Hub made sure there was enough space for them to set out food lovely. Staffs changed, service is slow. Even when it was busy the old staff kept up and cleared tables quick. The pinicle for me was the toilets. Absolutely disgusting. Absolutely stank of urine. It was clear men were using the womens toilets by the state of the floor. Sinks were gurgling and toilet were backing up. No toilet tissue in holder's, just left in the sistern which is vile. Flush buttons missing and the water level was half way up the toilet bowl. I won't be back. I used to love this place. The aikenside toilets are cleaner and that's saying something!
