A lady called Rebecca was brilliant in helping me. Im currently out of area in Manchester but there is a gig coming up although next year I didnt want to miss out. As the tickets are on sale Friday but the application can take upto 10 days! I sent the application electronically as it does say you can do it in person but thats not an option for me. I also attached a note explaining that I am wanting to specifically get tickets for the upcoming sale in 3 days and asked for help or advice on the best way to do it as an access person.
